00:01:06.000According to the Daily Wire, a Utah judge ruled on Tuesday that Tyler Robinson will stand trial on all seven charges in the assassination of conservative leader Charlie Kirk, leaving him eligible for the death penalty if convicted of aggravated murder.
00:01:18.000After hearing hours of closing arguments from the defense and prosecution, 4th District Judge Tony Graff found that the state had established probable cause, meaning there was sufficient evidence for the case to proceed to trial.

00:06:31.000What they actually want is for the American court process to run a guilty until proven innocent process.
00:06:35.000It is utterly monstrous to insist that someone should be put to death before they are given a fair trial.
