00:00:00.000 The alliance of the left with the horseshoe right is manifesting in yet another absolutely idiotic propaganda campaign, this time against the passage of a routine defense bill in Congress.
00:00:09.000 The National Defense Authorization Act, or the NDAA, lowers costs for American taxpayers, explicitly asserts American sovereignty over all decision making, and also protects our classified secrets.
00:00:18.000 To help demystify things for you, we're going to look at the actual text of the bill.
00:00:21.000 You know, like read the words on the paper because we're literate here on the show.
00:00:24.000 Because a bunch of morons are out there saying that somehow the American military has merged with the Israeli military.
00:00:29.000 This is, to put it mildly, stupid.
00:00:33.000 So, yesterday, the House of Representatives, in a very narrow vote, approved the National Defense Authorization Act.
00:00:39.000 One element of the National Defense Authorization Act is called Section 219.
00:00:43.000 It was voted against by seven Republicans and voted in favor by six Democrats.
00:00:48.000 Section 219 of the NDAA is not particularly important.
00:00:53.000 It is being treated as important by people who hate both America and her allies as a general rule.
00:01:00.000 Some people think it's unnecessary.
00:01:01.000 That's fine.
00:01:01.000 I mean, I can hear that argument.
00:01:03.000 That's not the Overarching argument that's being made.
00:01:05.000 The overarching argument that's being made is that somehow Section 219 of the NDAA merges the United States military with the Israeli military.
00:01:13.000 This is, I believe, the technical term for this in law is horse.
00:01:21.000 It's just nonsense.
00:01:23.000 I can read to you the text.
00:01:25.000 We'll go through it.
00:01:26.000 AOC, who again wept when she voted for the funding of Iron Dome.
00:01:32.000 That's who she is.
00:01:34.000 She calls the NDAA an existential threat to American sovereignty and democracy, like she cares about America's defense.
00:01:40.000 She says, Tomorrow, the House will vote on the NDAA, which includes a provision to merge parts of our military with the IDF.
00:01:45.000 This amendment is an existential threat to American sovereignty and democracy.
00:01:48.000 Every member of Congress must vote no.
00:01:50.000 And the vast majority of Democrats did.
00:01:51.000 Okay.
00:01:53.000 Again, nonsense.
00:01:55.000 But of course, echoed by crazed lunatic Thomas Massey, who put out a similar tweet.
00:02:01.000 Final vote today for the NDAA, which tragically merges our military, technology, and supply chains with Israel's.
00:02:07.000 Let's hope this version fails in the Senate because Section 219 is a betrayal of our sovereignty.
00:02:11.000 Okay, well, again, the House lawmakers narrowly passed this.
00:02:17.000 It was a $1.15 trillion annual defense policy bill.
00:02:21.000 The tally was 216 to 212.
00:02:23.000 Six Democrats voted for the overall bill, seven Republicans voted against the overall bill.
00:02:29.000 Naturally, you have all of the usual suspects.
00:02:32.000 Cenk Uyghur.
00:02:33.000 Again, no one hates America's defense more than Cenk Uyghur.
00:02:36.000 The Republicans are officially Israel's bitch party now.
00:02:41.000 Almost every Democrat voted against NDAA that had Section 219 to merge our military technology with Israel.
00:02:45.000 Every Republican except Thomas Massey voted to be subservient to Israel and serve that foreign country loyally.
00:02:50.000 Okay.
00:02:51.000 Representative Summer Lee went ahead and, uh, and pushed this as well.
00:02:57.000 She was attacking also Representative Josh Gottheimer by mixing him up with, uh, Representative, with, uh, Governor Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania.
00:03:05.000 Okay.
00:03:05.000 But what does the NDAA actually say?
00:03:08.000 Well, fortunately for you and fortunately for me, Maybe unfortunately, because it's depressing to be literate in an age of illiteracy.
00:03:16.000 Fortunately, however, I have the capacity to read English words and understand them.
00:03:22.000 Apparently, this is not true of AOC or Thomas Massey or a wide variety of morons online, dolts and clods, who are firmly convinced that if we cooperate with our extremely technologically advanced military ally Israel in developing technologies, somehow this amounts to a merger.
00:03:39.000 Okay, now I'm going to point out number one, there is nothing in this bill, nothing.
00:03:43.000 Nor would I support anything in the bill that merged the command structures of the United States and Israel or gave Israel control over America's actual military.
00:03:52.000 That would be an absurdity, of course.
00:03:55.000 The Pentagon maintains complete and total authority over all procurement decisions.
00:03:59.000 The idea here is that we are going to do joint RD with Israel.
00:04:03.000 Why?
00:04:03.000 Because Israel's really, really good at RD.
00:04:05.000 They're incredible at RD, actually.
00:04:07.000 You know where we're lagging?
00:04:09.000 In drone technologies, in missile defense technologies, in rocket defense technologies.
00:04:13.000 You know where Israel is really, really good at all of those things.
00:04:16.000 Because they're on the front lines and they're expending an extraordinary portion of their GDP every year to develop technologies to fight all of that.
00:04:16.000 Why?
00:04:23.000 So if you'd like for America to have second-right weaponry, if you would like for America not to have access to this technology, by all means, scream at the Jews.
00:04:32.000 But let's be very clear what the NDAA does.
00:04:35.000 It does not, in fact, merge the United States with Israel or command structures.
00:04:40.000 And if the complaint is that supply chains are now complicated, I would like to point out that if you believe that everything the United States military is developed, that every piece of weaponry the United States military has is developed domestically and sourced domestically, you're just wrong.
00:04:56.000 That's wrong.
00:04:57.000 It's not true.
00:04:58.000 That's stupid.
00:05:00.000 And the microchips that are in American military parts, Are not being produced domestically.
00:05:05.000 They're being produced largely in Taiwan.
00:05:08.000 It's one of the reasons why Taiwan matters, internationally speaking.
00:05:11.000 All righty, let's play a game.
00:05:12.000 Rank your least favorite vegetables.
00:05:14.000 Mine, I'm going to say asparagus.
00:05:17.000 Don't like asparagus unless it's like really, really finely chopped.
00:05:19.000 Mushrooms, you know, when they chop it too big, it's like all rubbery and weird.
00:05:23.000 And also, I've been informed, and it's probably true, whatever lettuce is the one that you're not supposed to eat right now.
00:05:29.000 The point is, we all know we're supposed to eat more fruits and veggies, but doing it consistently, that's another story.
00:05:33.000 That's one of the reasons I like balance of nature.
00:05:35.000 Their whole health system is made from real fruits, veggies, spices, and fiber, making it easier to stay consistent.

00:05:46.000 So I'm going to read you the bill, okay?
00:05:48.000 It's boring stuff to read bills, but it's also boring to, you know, know things, apparently.
00:05:48.000 I understand.
00:05:54.000 It's much more fun not to know things and to be a stupid ass who spends your days online militating about bills that don't exist.
00:06:01.000 And then getting people to buy into the new incentive structure whereby, well, we do have to, we will have to tut tut this thing.
00:06:08.000 Here's the truth.
00:06:09.000 I don't care very much about this provision, other than I think that it's good that America ought to have access to the world's best military technology so we can blow the hell out of our enemies when we choose to do so.
00:06:19.000 That doesn't seem all that controversial to me.
00:06:22.000 But were this provision not in there, we would find other ways, I assume, to coordinate.
00:06:26.000 But I'm going to read you the actual text of the bill now, okay?
00:06:29.000 Because apparently this is now required in order to debunk the stupidity of an enormous number of human beings in the X space.
00:06:37.000 Quote, The Secretary of Defense shall designate an executive agent, as such term is defined in the Department of Defense Directive 5101.01, responsible for synchronizing cooperative efforts between the United States and Israel to expand and accelerate bilateral defense technology research, development, testing, evaluation, integration, and industrial coordination, by one, identifying jointly developed or Israeli origin technologies with operational utility for potential integration into U.S. systems and programs of record.
00:07:07.000 You know what that means?
00:07:07.000 Okay?
00:07:08.000 What that means is we're going to find.
00:07:10.000 jointly developed stuff we developed with the Israel, the Israelis, the Israelis, or stuff developed in Israel that is going to be useful to us.
00:07:17.000 Two, ensuring collaborative research initiatives involving government, private sector, and academic institutions in the U.S. and Israel is done in a matter that protects sensitive technology and information and the national security interests of the U.S. and Israel.
00:07:30.000 So in other words, we are not going to pass on to them classified information.
00:07:33.000 Three, facilitating the transition of technologies from research and development into procurement and acquisition pathways.
00:07:40.000 So actually making things.
00:07:41.000 Four, establishing frameworks for joint ventures, licensing agreements, And US based co production and manufacturing partnerships with Israeli industry.
00:07:48.000 In other words, Israel will be actually making things in the United States, which is good for our economy.
00:07:52.000 Five, coordinating with relevant Department of Defense components, including the Irregular Warfare Technical Support Directorate, Capabilities Development and Innovation Divisions, the Undersecretary of Defense for Research and Engineering, the Defense Innovation Unit, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
00:08:06.000 To align efforts and avoid duplication.
00:08:08.000 Again, part of this is we don't want to do the same thing that the Israelis are doing because it's a waste of money.
00:08:12.000 Six, promoting joint training exercises and information sharing mechanisms to enhance operational readiness to deploy jointly developed technologies.
00:08:20.000 So, this is we'll exchange information with you so that we have more information when we deploy the technologies.
00:08:27.000 And then it lists a series of areas in which the United States will coordinate, including counter unmanned systems, including aerial, maritime, and ground platforms.
00:08:36.000 That would be things like shooting down drones, anti tunneling, and subterranean threats.
00:08:40.000 The Israelis are good in anti tunneling.
00:08:41.000 They just had to do a bunch of this stuff in both Lebanon and also in Gaza.
00:08:46.000 Missile and air defense technologies, AI, quantum machine learning, and autonomous systems, directed energy and advanced sensing.
00:08:53.000 Again, all this feels like this would be useful, right?
00:08:55.000 Like we could use more of this and better of this.
00:08:57.000 Could we not?
00:08:58.000 Is the argument that we should have it worse?
00:09:01.000 Now, nobody's making the argument we should have it worse.
00:09:03.000 They're just lying about what's there.
00:09:05.000 They're saying this merges the US with Israel.
00:09:08.000 Just absolute sheer nonsense.
00:09:10.000 Totally unsupportable and unsupported.
00:09:14.000 There will be interim progress updates.
00:09:16.000 It'll be overseen the entirety of it by the Pentagon.
00:09:21.000 Again, it's just nonsense.
00:09:23.000 But again, the nonsense wins online because it turns out that there are a bunch of either morons or nefarious people who are very much focused on breaking up America's military superiority.
00:09:33.000 And technological superiority.
00:09:34.000 That's the only way you can explain this other than stupidity.
00:09:38.000 So maybe it's just widespread stupidity, but it's weird how the stupidity all seems to run in the same direction.
00:09:44.000 What an amazing video you just watched.
00:09:46.000 Wasn't that amazing?
