00:13:22.000 Now, last week, the Washington Post confirmed that $4.8 million in payments from that same Chinese company made their way to Hunter Biden and the president's brother James.

00:13:35.000 Of course, the president's confident that his son didn't break the law.
00:13:38.000 But most importantly, as I said, that's a matter that's going to be decided by the Justice Department, by the legal process.

00:15:47.000 Schwarren responded by telling him that they could, quote, discuss this in some other bills on Monday and asked whether Hunter thought they would quote take a corporate check from Awasco, which appeared to be referring to Hunter's law firm, Awasco PC.

00:24:51.000 And we would not have had the time between that date and three weeks to the election to show that it involves Joe Biden.
00:24:57.000 So they would get to categorize it and lie about it.
00:25:01.000 My fear was it's so big, you can cover any party you want, and you can do what they're doing right now, which is they're telling you you're telling the American people the truth.

00:25:13.000 But the New York Times and the Washington Post, as far as they're concerned, there's nothing about Joe Biden on there.
00:25:18.000 Well, it happens to be there's a text on there in which Hunter Biden says I gave 50% for 30 years to Joe Biden.

00:25:27.000 So we would have to be fighting that battle and probably losing it.
00:25:32.000 So we decided the best thing to do is to get out as much of it from people who are willing to just print the whole damn thing and not characterize it their way.
00:25:41.000 Because, you know, when they get to characterize something, we're really behind the eight book.
00:25:45.000 Look how long January 6th was an insurrection until we turned it around.
00:25:50.000 You know, no guns except for the police officer.
00:25:55.000 Nobody killed.
00:25:57.000 No attempt to overthrow the government.
00:25:59.000 That took about six, eight weeks to turn around.
00:26:02.000 We were not going to turn that around in six or eight weeks.
00:26:05.000 So let's talk about then Joe Biden in particular.

00:26:12.000 There's a story that the grand jury is asking about the big guy, who was the big guy.
00:26:18.000 This has come out in the last couple hours.
00:26:21.000 If that's the case, I mean, do you think that it's at all possible?
00:26:25.000 Is it in the realm of reality that a U.S. attorney is going to be looking into a president of the United States?
00:26:33.000 A U.S. attorney doing this case, not looking into the president of the United States, is thoroughly corrupt.
00:26:40.000 The case requires you to look into the president of the United States.
00:26:44.000 So when I saw a big guy for the first time, right, I knew who it was.
00:26:48.000 It was obvious.
00:26:49.000 But I also knew I have to prove everything.
00:26:51.000 And my background is, you know, trying a case is a lot harder than this.
00:26:56.000 So the first thing I did with my staff is we searched the whole hard drive for references to big guy.
00:27:03.000 And we came back with five clear references to Joe Biden as big guy used by Hunter Biden.
00:27:10.000 Then we found four more.
00:27:12.000 And then just to put cream on the cake, Mr. Bobolinski came along and verified that he was called big guy and verified a lot more that he was getting money for the Chinese transaction, that he was fully aware of it, that he lied when he said that he didn't know about his son's foreign transactions.
00:27:30.000 But if people think we just put this out without doing the kind of investigations I used to do when I put the mob in prison and Boski and crooked politicians, they're wrong.
00:27:41.000 I probably put more investigative effort into this than any of them.
00:27:44.000 Let me ask you.
00:27:44.000 It's all backed up by fact.
00:27:46.000 Yeah, so let me ask you, Mr. Mayor, which is, I mean, you tried some of the hardest cases with the mob and the mafia, as you mentioned.

00:27:56.000 If you are a U.S. attorney, would you feel comfortable going in front of a journey, a jury with your prosecutor team?

00:28:07.000 I did an interview either with Hannity or I did a podcast of my own and I laid out a whole chart of a racketeering case with five of his family involved.

00:28:21.000 Every time Obama appointed him a point man, he failed for the United States and his family made millions.
00:28:28.000 And there were connections of money going to him and each one of them.
00:28:31.000 But I want to remind the audience, the cost that you personally have had to endure.
00:28:35.000 Your apartment was raided early on in the Biden presidency, which breached a lot of attorney client privileges, to name one.
00:28:45.000 And you had the, there was a story I remember you telling where you tried to give the FBI agent the laptop or something.

00:28:52.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:28:53.000 I mean, yeah, I tried to give him three copies of the laptop.
00:28:56.000 I have two copies of the laptop.
00:28:58.000 I have the complete version and I have the version without the child pornography.
00:29:02.000 So I don't like to give out the one with child pornography.
00:29:06.000 That's turned it into the Delaware police and they've done nothing.
00:29:09.000 Wait, so Hunter had child pornography on his laptop?

00:29:13.000 He had two examples at least of child pornography.

00:29:18.000 And not only that, there's an admission by him that he's a danger to the children, which has never been published.

00:30:04.000 I don't want to get too deep into this part of it, but it's really bizarre, Mr. Mayor, this kind of conversation the last couple of weeks about lenient sentencing for child pornography and what you're talking about here.
00:30:15.000 They might be completely disconnected, but it's a very, it's bizarre about how it occurs to me too, Charlie, that there's a connection.
00:30:24.000 I don't want to make too much of it.
00:30:25.000 Yeah, I don't either.
00:30:26.000 I just, I'm just trying to.
00:30:27.000 But it's something worth our looking into.
00:30:28.000 There's these data points, and they seemingly were unrelated.
00:30:32.000 That I'm, you know, every time I thought data points were unrelated from the beginning of this, they turned out to be very related.

00:30:39.000 I'm also suspended from the practice of the law because I'm a danger of causing an insurrection.
00:30:44.000 So, Mr. Mayor, how does this even work?
00:30:47.000 How do you investigate a sitting president?
00:30:49.000 And how does that work?
00:30:52.000 I think we would need a special prosecutor.
00:30:54.000 I mean, it does surprise me that our Republican friends in all this time haven't asked for a special prosecutor.
00:31:01.000 I mean, the Democrats would have done it two and a half years ago.
00:31:04.000 I mean, the first revelation of Biden being involved in a bribe with Poroshenko, if I recall correctly, was in late 2017, early 2019.
00:31:14.000 And it was outlined rather substantially in The Hill by February of 2017, 18.
00:31:26.000 So, I mean, that would have been, under normal circumstances, that would have been when the investigation was opened.
00:31:33.000 And then when there were four or five witnesses in Ukraine that were willing to go under oath to testify against the president, who were kept there by the ambassador, you would have had a grand jury investigation and you certainly would have had a special prosecutor appointment.
00:31:47.000 But the FBI, the FBI, and the State Department and all of the pro, let's say, anti-Trump people in government literally blocked this case.
00:31:59.000 I got it because a group of Ukrainians came to me and told me that the ambassador there would not let them come to the United States, that they had presented it to the Justice Department and the Justice Department had turned it down.
00:32:11.000 That's when I got the original allegations without the hard drive, with the allegations that now all turned out to be true two and a half years later.
00:32:21.000 So how do you see this playing out then?
00:32:24.000 And then what's your prediction?
00:32:25.000 I mean, you've been on the phone.
00:32:26.000 Well, I mean, I think without doubt, if we get a Republican Congress, there'll be a special prosecutor.
00:32:33.000 They will sign special prosecutor legislation.
00:32:37.000 He probably vetoed it, but let him veto it.
00:32:40.000 I mean, the reality is...

00:32:43.000 I don't think the president needs to approve it.
00:32:44.000 I mean, Trump didn't approve Mueller, did he?

00:32:51.000 We did away with the special prosecutor, the special prosecutor law that allows for an independent special prosecutor.
00:32:58.000 I really should call him an independent counselor.
00:33:00.000 He works for the Justice Department.
00:33:01.000 So the Attorney General, actually, the Attorney General has to approve it.
00:33:06.000 The president would have to interfere and fire him.
00:33:10.000 You remember when they would raise the allegations that he was going to fire Mueller?
00:33:14.000 Legitimately, the president has the authority to do that, but Trump never did it.
00:33:19.000 So we used to have a special prosecutor law that was independent.
00:33:22.000 The court appointed the special prosecutor.
00:33:24.000 We did away with that.
00:33:26.000 And now we have what we call independent counsel appointed by the attorney general because we assume that the attorney general is honest.
00:33:33.000 I think that is completely untrue in the case of this one.
00:33:36.000 I mean, this is the guy going after parents for worrying about their kids as terrorists.
00:33:42.000 And I mean, forget it.
00:33:44.000 I mean, the basic thing is for us to pass the legislation and then let them screw around with it.
00:33:50.000 Because I can't believe that an honest American wouldn't want a full, fair, and complete investigation of the president.
00:33:56.000 The rest of this is going to come out now, Charlie.
00:33:58.000 It's just a matter of time.
00:34:00.000 I mean, you pass the point of no return when you verify the hard drive.
00:34:05.000 It's like verifying a book and then not letting you read the rest of the book.
00:34:10.000 And so how much more content is in the hard drive that the public does not yet know about?
00:34:16.000 You've got about, they're hard to put percentages on it.
00:34:19.000 You've got the least serious crimes.
00:34:23.000 I mean, they go all the way up to a massive multi-million dollar conspiracy.
00:34:28.000 We haven't even stopped.
00:34:29.000 We're just skimming the surface on some of this.

00:34:32.000 I mean, you don't have the $1.5 billion put into a private equity fund by China while Joe Biden was vice president.
00:34:42.000 And here are the partners in this phony equity fund.
00:34:45.000 Hunter Biden, the son of John Kerry, and the nephew of Whitey Bose.
00:34:51.000 Well, that's a big absolutely provable event.
00:34:55.000 Can you imagine China being a partner with the son of the vice president who gives 50% of his income to his father?
00:35:02.000 While he's negotiating for the U.S., China is buying him off.
00:35:06.000 And by the way, on the other side of it, Joe never succeeds.
00:35:10.000 I mean, Joe was supposed to be negotiating with them to get them to withdraw from the Sackler Islands.
00:35:15.000 They increased their presence.
00:35:17.000 He was supposed to get tariffs reduced.
00:35:20.000 They got increased.
00:35:22.000 Wow.
00:35:22.000 So you got the perfect bribery case.
00:35:24.000 He gets paid.

00:35:27.000 I just hope everyone heard that, that we're just skimming the surface.
00:35:30.000 A $1.5 billion investment involving family members of John Kerry and Hunter.
00:35:36.000 And so this freight train has left the station, Mr. Mayor, and you were a big part of that.
