The Charlie Kirk Show - A Comprehensive Battle Plan to Defeat the Left with Mark Levin, Dennis Prager, and Dr. Sebastian Gorka

00:00:00.000 Happy Sunday, everybody.

00:00:01.000 Usually, we use a speech from a church or a conversation or something faith-focused.

00:00:06.000 But today, we are going to air my incredible conversation with the great one, Mark Levin, and also Dennis Prager, Sebastian Gorka, that we had.

00:00:16.000 It's an incredible conversation.

00:00:17.000 We talk about should Joe Biden be impeached?

00:00:19.000 Should we give them the benefit of good intentions?

00:00:21.000 How should we view the Chinese coronavirus?

00:00:23.000 What should we do about voter integrity?

00:00:25.000 And so much more.

00:00:26.000 Dennis Prager, Mark Levin, Dr. Gorka at a Salem Radio Network event.

00:00:30.000 It's amazing.

00:01:18.000 All-star panel.

00:01:19.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:01:20.000 Here we go.

00:01:21.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:01:23.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.

00:01:25.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:01:28.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:01:32.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:01:33.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:01:34.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:01:41.000 Turning point USA. 0.65

00:01:42.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:51.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:53.000 Let's get things kicked off with some talk about Afghanistan.

00:01:58.000 It has been 20 years yesterday, the anniversary of 9-11, which is a moment, a day in history that I think changed all of our lives and set us on maybe even a different trajectory in life.

00:02:12.000 And it was difficult to look back on 20 years, and certainly it made it even more difficult with the way that we were led out of Afghanistan over the last month by the Biden administration.

00:02:24.000 Our first question is for Mark Levin.

00:02:27.000 And Seb, we'd like you, Dr. Sebastian Gorka, to be our one-minute responder.

00:02:32.000 Mark, what is our greatest national security threat today?

00:02:38.000 Joe Biden.

00:02:43.000 And I'm not kidding.

00:02:46.000 And I am not kidding.

00:02:48.000 The people he has surrounded himself with are a disaster.

00:02:51.000 He's got a Secretary of Defense that helped create the ISIS Caliphate. 0.98

00:02:57.000 He's got a Secretary of State who comes out of the Ivy League schools, really doesn't know a damn thing. 0.54

00:03:03.000 Same with his national security advisor.

00:03:06.000 So when you look among those people, it's absolutely a disaster.

00:03:11.000 The idea that we have American citizens in enemy territory, the idea that we would leave Afghan patriots who fought with us in enemy territory, the idea that 20 years after 9-11, the Taliban would be stronger and bigger and control the entire country of Afghanistan with the backing of al-Qaeda and China and Russia.

00:03:34.000 Iran sees this.

00:03:35.000 North Korea sees this.

00:03:37.000 All of our enemies see this.

00:03:38.000 We are in dire, dire straits as a result of Joe Biden.

00:03:42.000 20 years of progress on national security.

00:03:46.000 Men and women giving their lives, men and women giving up their careers.

00:03:50.000 On 9-11, young men and women stopped everything they were doing and joined the United States military, an all-volunteer military.

00:03:58.000 And I feel horrible for them.

00:04:05.000 I'll be perfectly honest with you.

00:04:07.000 I despise this president. 0.99

00:04:09.000 I actually despise him. 0.99

00:04:16.000 I actually despise him more than Obama, which I thought was impossible.

00:04:21.000 But it's not him.

00:04:21.000 I think Obama despises this president of America.

00:04:27.000 That's my two minutes.

00:04:28.000 Thank you.

00:04:29.000 Dr. Sebastian Gorga.

00:04:34.000 I would never, ever dare to disagree with the great one.

00:04:41.000 But following sleepy creepy Joe Biden, very close in second place is the establishment GOP.

00:04:58.000 Let's be very, very clear about this.

00:05:02.000 Since January the 6th, they have tried to criminalize being a conservative.

00:05:08.000 And I mean, criminalize it with grandmothers in solitary, in federal prison for trespass for six months. 0.97

00:05:19.000 What did the GOP do about it?

00:05:21.000 Absolutely nothing.

00:05:24.000 Why is it that I, a radio show host, have to go on national radio to talk about my buddies, retired military, who are flying planes out of Afghanistan with American citizens on board as this State Department, Biden's State Department, Tony Blinken's State Department is preventing those planes from taking off.

00:05:52.000 And what is the Establishment Republican Party doing about it?

00:05:56.000 Absolutely nothing.

00:05:58.000 The left will be the left.

00:06:00.000 They hate America.

00:06:01.000 We get it.

00:06:02.000 We understand it.

00:06:03.000 We have to crush them in the next election. 0.83

00:06:06.000 But we have to take back our nation from fake conservatives. 0.69

00:06:12.000 There you go.

00:06:13.000 There you go.

00:06:17.000 And that starts right here in California.

00:06:24.000 Yes, it does.

00:06:30.000 All right.

00:06:31.000 So as we continue this conversation on Afghanistan, clearly I'm with Seb.

00:06:35.000 The Democrats have a huge problem, though.

00:06:38.000 On September 11th, we know what happened 20 years ago.

00:06:40.000 What we forgot about is what happened to Benghazi, Dennis Prager.

00:06:44.000 Hillary Clinton gets on and blames January 6th as the biggest threat, forgetting she was in charge of Benghazi.

00:06:52.000 What does this mean to what we're doing in the Middle East with Democrats that seem to forget what's important today, Dennis?

00:06:59.000 Well, there are so many issues here, and I know that I have a two-minute time limit so quickly.

00:07:08.000 The first issue for me is, and I know at least half of you don't agree with me on this, and I respect that fact, but you don't listen to me because I say what you want to hear, but what you want me to say that I believe.

00:07:24.000 I was opposed to leaving Afghanistan for 20 years.

00:07:28.000 I was opposed when we left.

00:07:31.000 I find the argument that we were there 20 years to be the classic non-sequitur.

00:07:37.000 I don't understand what being there 20 years has to do with the necessity of leaving.

00:07:43.000 America did not lose that war until it left last month That the United States announced that the Taliban has won is a catastrophe for humanity, catastrophe for America, catastrophe for NATO, what is ever left of it, and a catastrophe for the Middle East.

00:08:09.000 There is nothing good about having left Afghanistan.

00:08:13.000 We did not lose one soldier, one person in the military in Afghanistan in a year and a half.

00:08:20.000 Our price was, when you analyze it, minimal.

00:08:24.000 Every death is a tragedy, but you still have to put it in some perspective, like COVID deaths.

00:08:31.000 If we only put that in perspective, we would not have a country that has no liberty anymore.

00:08:37.000 So it was a catastrophe mistake, and it was done in a way to hurt America.

00:08:43.000 So I thought Mark Levin's answer that the greatest security threat is Joe Biden is largely true, but there is a worse truth.

00:08:54.000 It is irrelevant which Democrat is president.

00:08:58.000 They are all the same, and they all ruin America.

00:09:06.000 Can you have a one-minute follow-up to that?

00:09:09.000 I agree with him.

00:09:13.000 I've been arguing on Fox and elsewhere.

00:09:17.000 We lost more people leaving Afghanistan than we were in Afghanistan.

00:09:22.000 We lost 13 soldiers.

00:09:24.000 Turns out we killed nine Americans when they were trying to show that they were going to hit the enemy who hit us.

00:09:32.000 Well, they didn't hit the enemy who hit us.

00:09:34.000 And I think what they've done to the United States military is a disgrace.

00:09:39.000 I don't disagree that any Democrat in office is a disaster. 0.73

00:09:45.000 But this guy is a big, big, big disaster.

00:09:50.000 And it's not enough for me to be amorphous about it or ambiguous about it.

00:09:56.000 Joe Biden won't resign.

00:09:58.000 The Republicans need to raise impeachment.

00:10:01.000 They're not going to get it done.

00:10:03.000 I don't care.

00:10:04.000 We've got to change the national narrative on this issue.

00:10:07.000 If you're not going to be impeached for this, if you're not going to be impeached for the other things he's done, like defy the Supreme Court and that border's still open and he knows that he's violating federal law, then what do you impeach a president for?

00:10:19.000 A phone call to Ukraine?

00:10:24.000 Thank you, Mark.

00:10:25.000 All right, our next question is for Charlie Kirk.

00:10:30.000 We had rescue flights turned around.

00:10:32.000 We had the New York Times report today that the drone meant for ISIS-K may have taken out aid workers and innocent civilians instead.

00:10:41.000 We left our security to the Taliban. 0.95

00:10:44.000 We lost 13 lives from our armed services in this country.

00:10:49.000 On the right, I've heard a lot of people with our talking points talking about how this was a bungled withdrawal from Afghanistan.

00:10:56.000 Charlie, was this a bungling or was this intentional?

00:11:01.000 No, it was totally intentional.

00:11:03.000 And one of the mistakes that we engage in far too often is we give the benefit of good intentions to our enemy.

00:11:10.000 And I would expand just on Joe Biden.

00:11:12.000 It is the left.

00:11:13.000 It is half the country that, I wouldn't even say it's half the country.

00:11:17.000 It's the people that purport to control half the country that control the major institutions of the New York Times, Harvard, the tech companies, and the major corporations that have this belief that regardless of what we say to them or regardless of how we approach them, they think, as Dennis has been saying for the last 10 years I've been listening to him, that they think we're bad.

00:11:40.000 We think they're wrong.

00:11:42.000 We have to stop giving them the benefit of good intentions.

00:11:44.000 These people want to destroy the country.

00:11:46.000 Stop negotiating infrastructure packages with a party that wants to imprison you and suffocate your liberties and freedoms.

00:11:54.000 Look, we intentionally armed the Taliban.

00:11:55.000 We gave them $85 billion of weapons.

00:11:58.000 This was probably done in some sort of triangular deal with the Chinese.

00:12:02.000 We may never know.

00:12:03.000 The people I talk to in the Department of Defense, people I talk to in the intelligence agency say that you should not blame any of this on incompetency.

00:12:12.000 Yeah, maybe randomly drone striking some guy that works at a local gas station in rural Afghanistan.

00:12:17.000 That was Joe Biden trying to improve his poll numbers, you know, with just like, oh, yeah, just go take out that guy with a drone strike.

00:12:24.000 That might have been incompetency.

00:12:25.000 But make no mistake, it's not all of a sudden the lack of intelligence where you say, you know what, let's not destroy the weapons before we pull out of a country.

00:12:35.000 I mean, a 14-year-old who plays Call of Duty on, you know, on Saturdays and Sundays knows that at least you destroy the weapons before you withdraw from a country.

00:12:43.000 No, this is malevolence.

00:12:45.000 And the Democrats and Joe Biden and this regime, they know exactly what they are doing, which is arm our enemies and they're waging the true war.

00:12:54.000 Here, their real war is the war against the unvaccinated, the war against Christians, the war against conservatives, which is strengthening the security state. 0.71

00:13:04.000 And I agree with you, Seb.

00:13:06.000 So many establishment Republicans think that this is the 1980s.

00:13:10.000 And, you know, as someone who's 27 years old, I could tell you that country is not coming back anytime soon.

00:13:17.000 It's over.

00:13:17.000 It's done.

00:13:18.000 I want to stop hearing this garbage. 0.99

00:13:20.000 You know, we have more we agree than we disagree with. 0.99

00:13:22.000 Oh, really?

00:13:23.000 Who are you talking about exactly?

00:13:25.000 The people that now say that we shouldn't be able to go to restaurants because I don't take an experimental vaccine?

00:13:30.000 The people that now say that we are going to restrict, if you have 100 employees or more, we're going to bring OSHA in and tell you how to run your business.

00:13:38.000 No, there's only one way this ends.

00:13:39.000 Either we win or we lose.

00:13:42.000 We're going to beat them and we're going to win.

00:13:42.000 And you know what?

00:13:44.000 There you go.

00:13:47.000 Dennis?

00:13:50.000 Dennis, you'll get the one minute, Dennis?

00:13:52.000 One minute follow-up?

00:13:53.000 Oh, I'm so enjoying it here.

00:13:57.000 I'm perfectly happy to listen.

00:13:59.000 I just have to tell you.

00:14:02.000 I got so enthralled.

00:14:04.000 Now you know what we feel like when we listen to your show.

00:14:07.000 Thank you.

00:14:07.000 That was very sweet.

00:14:10.000 Well, thank you.

00:14:15.000 We love you, and that's the truth.

00:14:19.000 I no longer say, I'm glad you raised that, Charlie.

00:14:22.000 I no longer say they think we're bad, we think they're wrong.

00:14:27.000 I have begun calling the left evil, and they are evil.

00:14:32.000 I do, however, make a distinction, which I stand by between a leftist and a liberal. 1.00

00:14:38.000 Leftists are evil. 1.00

00:14:40.000 Liberals are weak. 1.00

00:14:42.000 Liberals are naive. 1.00

00:14:44.000 It's a sin for an adult to be naive, but they're not evil. 0.98

00:14:48.000 They vote for evil.

00:14:51.000 It has caused me to understand a lot of things.

00:14:55.000 The liberal acceptance of leftism when they're not a leftist.

00:14:59.000 Just one example.

00:15:00.000 Ask any liberal relative of yours or friend, do you think it is a good thing to have an all-black dormitory on a college campus? 1.00

00:15:12.000 I was raised as a Jewish liberal, which is almost redundant.

00:15:16.000 And I went to Columbia, which adds to my credentials as a Jewish liberal.

00:15:24.000 And it was emblazed in us that integration is the only racial decency.

00:15:35.000 That segregation is pure evil.

00:15:40.000 If it is, the left is pure evil.

00:15:44.000 The left want separate everything.

00:15:48.000 I went to Columbia.

00:15:50.000 Columbia had seven graduation exercises last year, one for blacks.

00:15:55.000 They had a black education.

00:15:57.000 You know who liked that?

00:15:58.000 Two groups, Columbia and the left and the Ku Klux Klan.

00:16:02.000 They have more in common than we do with them.

00:16:06.000 So we're going to move on to the next topic, which is COVID.

00:16:12.000 I love we got radio guys up here that don't know what two minutes or one minute is.

00:16:16.000 You said two hours.

00:16:18.000 Is that more than a minute?

00:16:20.000 Is that the implication of that?

00:16:22.000 No, Dennis, you can speak as long as you want.

00:16:23.000 You know that.

00:16:24.000 No, no, I wouldn't.

00:16:26.000 Look, speaking of separating people, the left is now doing this with the vaccinated and the unvaccinated.

00:16:33.000 They're making a separate class of people.

00:16:35.000 They want to punish us.

00:16:37.000 Dr. G, I want to ask you, I've said COVID was a hoax on the healthy.

00:16:41.000 I certainly believe it.

00:16:41.000 It's certainly real.

00:16:42.000 I believe it's devastating.

00:16:45.000 But is it about the safety of us?

00:16:46.000 Is it about dividing us?

00:16:48.000 Is it about control?

00:16:49.000 In your mind, what is COVID all about?

00:16:51.000 I don't think there's a univalent, there's no one answer, but just if I may respond to Dennis, he's right.

00:16:59.000 We have to understand there's a difference between willful evil and the naive who facilitate the evil.

00:17:05.000 But from a practical point of view, in terms of saving the Republic, it makes no difference.

00:17:10.000 If you vote for Biden, you're responsible for 13 servicemen dead.

00:17:15.000 I'm sorry.

00:17:16.000 You are responsible for the southern border, for the rapes, for the drugs. 0.96

00:17:23.000 You are responsible.

00:17:25.000 So, in terms of what difference it makes to us, it's nubatory.

00:17:29.000 COVID.

00:17:31.000 COVID is a result of many things.

00:17:35.000 Number one, risk aversion.

00:17:38.000 We have created a risk-averse society. 0.89

00:17:41.000 The idea that you bring COVID deaths to zero is asinine and can only happen in a dictatorship, number one.

00:17:50.000 Number two, we have a class of experts, and I'd love to write a book on this, and maybe you and I should do this, Dennis.

00:17:57.000 Anybody who is called an expert in America is the opposite of an expert.

00:18:04.000 Look, look at the last 50 years.

00:18:08.000 Look at what Fauci did in the 80s on HIV.

00:18:14.000 Just look it up.

00:18:15.000 This guy was saying the same garbage about AIDS 40 years ago that he's saying about COVID now, that you can catch it from surfaces. 0.54

00:18:25.000 And just, I mean, this class, whether it's the Iraq war, the invasions of the last 20 years, there are no, if somebody says they're an expert, do the opposite of what they say. 0.95

00:18:36.000 Seriously, the opposite.

00:18:39.000 And then lastly, it is totalitarianism.

00:18:42.000 I thought you were an expert on national security.

00:18:45.000 I have never used it.

00:18:46.000 I have never.

00:18:47.000 You go back 20 years of my career.

00:18:50.000 I have eschewed, I have said, don't you dare call me an expert or an academic.

00:18:55.000 That is an insult.

00:18:55.000 He's right.

00:18:56.000 He's right.

00:18:57.000 I respect those marks.

00:18:57.000 He's right.

00:18:59.000 And at the end of the day, it really is.

00:19:01.000 We are tending the saddest thing as somebody who chose this nation. 0.81

00:19:06.000 I wasn't blessed by being born here.

00:19:08.000 Those who are born here, you are so blessed.

00:19:12.000 So I chose this country.

00:19:15.000 And I got in line.

00:19:17.000 And I did it legally.

00:19:19.000 I took an exam.

00:19:20.000 I did my paperwork.

00:19:22.000 Okay?

00:19:24.000 And to see what we have done in the last year and a half breaks my heart.

00:19:32.000 There should have been no business owner who shot his company.

00:19:36.000 None.

00:19:37.000 None.

00:19:39.000 Thank you.

00:19:43.000 So, and Dennis was right.

00:19:46.000 Dennis was right almost two years ago.

00:19:49.000 This is the biggest mistake Western civilization has collectively made to shut our societies down.

00:19:57.000 And I'll end on this.

00:19:59.000 I want non-compliance.

00:20:02.000 If it was good enough for Martin Luther King, it's good enough for any shade of American.

00:20:08.000 Amen.

00:20:09.000 Amen.

00:20:13.000 Charlie, do you want to follow up?

00:20:16.000 What do you think the last goal is with the China virus?

00:20:20.000 Yeah, the Fauci virus is something that we stop calling it COVID.

00:20:25.000 You could choose China virus or Fauci virus, one of the two.

00:20:28.000 Enough COVID, okay?

00:20:30.000 No, this.

00:20:32.000 It's really interesting.

00:20:34.000 And one minute or two minutes, is that?

00:20:35.000 It's kind of like a pastor's two minutes, right?

00:20:37.000 So it's like 25 minutes.

00:20:40.000 Look, it really goes to this idea of science without morality.

00:20:45.000 And when you make science the ideal and you don't really know what you're using science for, then you're going to do all sorts of goofy and nature-pushing experiments halfway around the world because you think that you can re-engineer human beings.

00:21:01.000 That is a belief that came out of Johns Hopkins back in the 1870s.

00:21:05.000 It's this belief of German historicism that human beings are not made in a natural order or a natural law, but if we look through a microscope and if we get enough smart people in a room, we can re-engineer you.

00:21:16.000 That's how you get these sociopaths that run the CDC and NIH that quite honestly are incredibly dangerous given the amount of power they have.

00:21:27.000 And they believe it's their life mission, not just to control you.

00:21:32.000 That's part of it.

00:21:33.000 It's to re-engineer you.

00:21:35.000 It's that human beings are not made in a certain way.

00:21:38.000 It's they say, oh, yeah, try and stop me.

00:21:40.000 It says, I'm going to change human behavior.

00:21:43.000 We're going to change human DNA.

00:21:45.000 That's the whole idea of how this entire virus came.

00:21:48.000 And they say, oh, yeah, we have to trust science.

00:21:51.000 Yeah, well, without science, we wouldn't have this virus.

00:21:54.000 Meaning that the way that science has been operating in the Western world is not science to be able to protect human equality as we know it or natural liberty or God-ordained liberty.

00:22:03.000 No, it's to try to have mass social control and to try to make you comply.

00:22:09.000 And let me just say one thing about the vaccine.

00:22:11.000 I'm not getting the vaccine, and there's nothing you can say that will make me get the vaccine.

00:22:17.000 And if you chose to get the vaccine, I'm not like a vaccine shamer. 0.54

00:22:21.000 I don't do that.

00:22:21.000 Everyone makes their own decisions.

00:22:23.000 And Mark, you had a great segment on that where they try to call you an anti-vaxxer, even though you took the vaccine.

00:22:28.000 The point is this, though.

00:22:29.000 We all know what's really going on here, is that they are now circling the unvaccinated, which I am a member of, and they are going to use every single form of corporate power, ridicule, mockery, governmental power to try and have a trial run for what's really coming next. 0.66

00:22:46.000 This is the front lines of the most important issue in our time.

00:22:49.000 Are we going to allow unelected, unknown, and unchecked bureaucrats in the fourth branch of government to be able to come in in direct concert with the top 100 companies and go after people's deeply held medical decisions? 0.99

00:23:02.000 Or are we actually going to push back against it?

00:23:04.000 This is the question of our time.

00:23:05.000 And quite honestly, a lot of Republicans have been playing ball for this for far too long.

00:23:10.000 And so we all have to agree, no one should be forced to get vaccinated against their will in this country.

00:23:15.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:23:19.000 Mark.

00:23:21.000 I was driving home the other day and I was listening to you tell a story about Vanity Fair, try to get you to come.

00:23:29.000 It almost like the media is celebrating people who die from COVID if they are Republicans.

00:23:33.000 And I'd love to have you speak on that.

00:23:35.000 And also tell us from your perspective, constitutionally, is there going to be a pushback?

00:23:40.000 I mean, the mandates that were announced by Biden last week certainly is trying to use OSHA to implement this.

00:23:47.000 What do you think constitutionally real people can do to push back?

00:23:50.000 That one minute or do I get two minutes?

00:23:52.000 I think you should just take 10 like the rest of them.

00:23:52.000 You get two minutes.

00:23:58.000 All right.

00:23:59.000 I am vaccinated.

00:24:01.000 So why do I care if he's vaccinated or not?

00:24:04.000 I don't understand their science.

00:24:08.000 I'm not a doctor.

00:24:09.000 I don't even play one on TV.

00:24:11.000 If I'm vaccinated, I'm supposed to be protected from anybody who's not, correct?

00:24:18.000 And what does unvaccinated mean?

00:24:20.000 Isn't that a strange term?

00:24:22.000 People walk, oh, you're unvaccinated.

00:24:24.000 Most people start out unvaccinated.

00:24:26.000 It's a funny thing.

00:24:28.000 And the other thing is, some people have natural immunity.

00:24:32.000 So what percentage of the 30% they keep citing have natural immunity?

00:24:37.000 They don't tell us.

00:24:38.000 I've been on the CDC site.

00:24:40.000 I can't find it.

00:24:41.000 If 70% have gotten one shot and 30% have gotten no shot, then what percentage of the 37 of the 30%.

00:24:52.000 What percentage of the 30% have natural immunity, which is better than a vaccine? 0.98

00:24:57.000 So massive power grab starts in places like California, New York, these Democrat power centers.

00:25:07.000 God knows the healthcare consequences of everything they've done.

00:25:11.000 People who didn't know they had cancer or heart disease, people who got strokes, people who could have had routine procedures who are not with us any longer.

00:25:18.000 I'd love to see all those statistics, but we don't.

00:25:22.000 Fauci has been in the same job for almost 40 years. 0.98

00:25:25.000 If you're a bureaucrat and you've been in the same job for 40 years, you're a damn good bureaucrat, but you're not a damn good scientist. 0.99

00:25:33.000 I can tell you that. 0.96

00:25:38.000 And the idea that the man who goes on television and tells us, wear a mask, don't wear a mask, wear a burqa, don't wear a burrito, whatever it is, the idea that that guy at his agency funded some of this crap and that he's not held to account and we're supposed to take what he says as some kind of authority.

00:25:59.000 Get it. 0.86

00:26:00.000 You ask your doctor.

00:26:01.000 That's where you get authority.

00:26:03.000 Now, as for the law, I'll ask you folks.

00:26:11.000 Don't worry, I get all out enough.

00:26:14.000 If the Supreme Court is serious, these are the facts it's going to have.

00:26:20.000 This is an emergency that requires emergency powers.

00:26:25.000 Okay?

00:26:26.000 Except for illegal aliens, except for any business that has under 100 employees, and except for other people we don't know about.

00:26:35.000 Now, how is that an emergency if it doesn't apply to everybody?

00:26:39.000 That's number one.

00:26:40.000 Number two, OSHA has no authority whatsoever to control the health care of every citizen in this United States anymore.

00:26:52.000 Any more than the TDC run private property or gun control.

00:26:58.000 This is what these gentlemen mean when they're talking about this is power grab like we have never seen before.

00:27:05.000 There's separation of powers being violated here.

00:27:08.000 Congress hasn't given any authority to the president of the United States.

00:27:12.000 He's using these fringe agencies to push social agendas.

00:27:17.000 This must be fought.

00:27:19.000 You know what this is?

00:27:21.000 Dennis, slight disagreement with you, brother, and some of the others here.

00:27:24.000 This is American Marxism.

00:27:26.000 That's exactly what it is.

00:27:30.000 By the way, how fantastic was American Marxism?

00:27:33.000 Did you pick up Mark's book?

00:27:34.000 Pretty good.

00:27:35.000 I couldn't hear it.

00:27:36.000 I said your book was fantastic, and it was Another one called Ayacoca.

00:27:41.000 No, just kidding.

00:27:44.000 When I listen to these guys, this is why my mask, Sebio Lighty, says, come and take it.

00:27:49.000 Cover tape.

00:27:50.000 Come and take it.

00:27:51.000 All right, our next category is the Biden presidency.

00:27:55.000 It's only been nine months.

00:28:00.000 The midterms are just about a year away.

00:28:02.000 So what does that mean for the GOP?

00:28:05.000 We'll start with Dr. Sebastian Gorka.

00:28:07.000 The approval ratings are down.

00:28:09.000 We've got COVID still going.

00:28:10.000 Crime is on the rise.

00:28:12.000 Inflation, Afghanistan, you name it.

00:28:15.000 The list goes on and on.

00:28:16.000 It seems like it should be easy for the GOP, but what do they need to do to win next year?

00:28:23.000 I'll share with you, I've said it on my show, what I told the leadership of the GOP the week after the election.

00:28:31.000 I was very blunt.

00:28:32.000 I said, if you ever want to have any relevance as a political party in this republic ever again, there are two issues you have to show seriousness on in the next 12 months.

00:28:43.000 Big tech censorship of conservatives and election fraud.

00:28:50.000 Everything else, everything else is irrelevant.

00:28:54.000 I don't care what your pet issue is, the right to life, the Second Amendment, it doesn't matter where your pet rock is.

00:29:00.000 If we don't stop the fascistic censorship of Americans on social media and stop wide-scale election fraud, we will become a one-party state.

00:29:14.000 Not because of a revolution, but because they have 80 million mail-in ballots.

00:29:19.000 It's that simple.

00:29:20.000 Now, here's the sad thing.

00:29:23.000 I have seen nothing.

00:29:25.000 I have seen nothing on an institutional level.

00:29:28.000 Right now, there are a handful of people, Rudy Giuliani, who they're trying to destroy, Bernie Kerrick, Jenna Ellis, Rona Romney McDaniel, should have been fired the day after the election.

00:29:44.000 Gone.

00:29:45.000 Gone from politics forever.

00:29:48.000 So this is the state of the GOP.

00:29:51.000 What's going to happen in the next election?

00:29:52.000 They're going to try and steal it again.

00:29:54.000 They're going to try and steal it again on Tuesday here in California.

00:29:57.000 It's very easy.

00:29:58.000 The unions will be ballot harvesting for Nancy Pelosi's nephew.

00:30:02.000 Let's be clear.

00:30:03.000 So here's the bright fact.

00:30:08.000 Any politician who has acted in the last eight months like my old boss, President Trump, who has been pro-America, pro-MAGA, has been a massive success.

00:30:23.000 And they have won.

00:30:25.000 I saw the president recently in New York.

00:30:28.000 Before I saw him, I said 95% chance he's running.

00:30:31.000 After I saw him, 99.9% chance.

00:30:37.000 He will declare imminently at one of his rallies.

00:30:41.000 Imminently, he will declare.

00:30:43.000 But we need him back.

00:30:45.000 But if the GOP doesn't clean up the election systems in the four battleground states, we will lose again.

00:30:56.000 So on this note, why it's so important to win, we had someone on the program, a neurologist, that reviewed over 40 hours of Joe Biden and came to the conclusion that he has mid-to-mile stage dementia.

00:31:08.000 That's Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.

00:31:10.000 He said, I've never been able to make a diagnosis like this because I get to watch so much video of this man from being a young man to an old man.

00:31:18.000 He snaps at people as if he's mad between jello or his pudding, and he yells at people.

00:31:24.000 Dennis, I'd like to ask you, who is calling the shots?

00:31:28.000 Who's in control of this country?

00:31:30.000 Who's behind this in the White House?

00:31:34.000 Should be directed at my wife.

00:31:36.000 She has far more formed opinions on this than I do.

00:31:42.000 I don't think anybody is directing him because I, again, I repeat, it is irrelevant which Democrat, which leftist is in power.

00:31:51.000 It is completely irrelevant.

00:31:53.000 If they switched every member of Congress with the exact same number of left-wing Democrats, nothing would change.

00:32:01.000 If AOC left and TLJ took her place, TLJ would be just as bad. 0.89

00:32:09.000 You must understand, it is not a matter of an individual.

00:32:14.000 Leftism is poison. 0.90

00:32:16.000 It ruins everything it touches. 0.99

00:32:18.000 It destroys everything it touches.

00:32:21.000 That is all you must understand.

00:32:25.000 The number of Americans who understand that, including Republicans, is not large.

00:32:31.000 That is why people always ask about the individual. 0.99

00:32:35.000 I'll tell you, there are many, many dangerous, foolish statements adults make. 0.96

00:32:39.000 One is people are basically good. 1.00

00:32:41.000 The stupidest idea a human being can hold. 0.99

00:32:44.000 If you hold it, I know I'm offending you, and I'm not even sorry. 1.00

00:32:49.000 You hold a dangerous, unchristian, unJewish, unintelligent idea if you think people are basically good. 1.00

00:32:56.000 That is what the left believes, and that is why we don't make good people.

00:33:01.000 Okay?

00:33:02.000 Read the Bible.

00:33:03.000 It's a good book.

00:33:04.000 And it's pretty clear if you follow the human heart, you end up with evil. 1.00

00:33:10.000 Okay, there's another stupid statement Americans make. 1.00

00:33:15.000 That's number one, equal. 1.00

00:33:17.000 I vote for the person, not the party.

00:33:21.000 I can't believe that.

00:33:23.000 There are no good people on the left.

00:33:25.000 Do you understand that?

00:33:27.000 And here's another one.

00:33:29.000 And here, I don't know if we differ, and it's rare that Seb and I differ.

00:33:33.000 We agree on virtually everything.

00:33:35.000 I would vote for any Republican over any Democrat on any day of the week.

00:33:41.000 Yes.

00:33:45.000 I'm with you on that one.

00:33:48.000 Thank you, Dennis.

00:33:50.000 This question is for Mark Levin and Charlie Kirk.

00:33:53.000 I'm going to have you do a follow-up on this one.

00:33:55.000 Today on Fox News, there was an interview with Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, and he suggested that term limits are something that he would consider instead of a lifetime appointment.

00:34:07.000 What is your thought on that, Mark?

00:34:10.000 Who did that interview, by the way?

00:34:12.000 I'm sorry?

00:34:13.000 Who did that interview? 0.92

00:34:14.000 It was Chris Wallace, I think, wasn't it?

00:34:15.000 Chris Wallace.

00:34:20.000 Big fans of Chris and the Regional.

00:34:22.000 You know, we have a rule over at Fox. 1.00

00:34:23.000 You're not allowed to say anything nasty about sons of bitches you work with. 1.00

00:34:30.000 That is the quote of the day. 1.00

00:34:37.000 And I do my damnness to adhere to that.

00:34:44.000 That's why he's the great one. 0.80

00:34:48.000 I believe in term limits.

00:34:51.000 The very first book I wrote, Men in Black, supported term limits.

00:34:54.000 Now that's.

00:34:59.000 Don't hold the button.

00:35:01.000 They want to hold the ground.

00:35:03.000 Mark, don't hold the button.

00:35:04.000 Don't hold the button.

00:35:05.000 Hold the middle.

00:35:06.000 Hold the middle.

00:35:08.000 I never hold the middle. 0.90

00:35:13.000 That said, following up on what Dennis said, I wouldn't touch a damn thing until we're in power. 0.72

00:35:20.000 That's number one. 0.86

00:35:22.000 Because they will do whatever they have to do.

00:35:24.000 They've already announced what they want to do.

00:35:29.000 Now, there are Republicans I won't vote for.

00:35:32.000 Depends on local and state level.

00:35:34.000 There are some who are actually more solid than some of the Republicans I've dealt with in my life.

00:35:39.000 I'm just being honest.

00:35:40.000 It depends.

00:35:41.000 For instance, you can go to Western Pennsylvania, which I've done many, many times, and those Democrats are much more conservative than most Republicans in the bedroom community where I was raised.

00:35:52.000 But as a general, I think that's right.

00:35:55.000 I do.

00:35:56.000 On the other hand, I also think here's part of the problem.

00:36:00.000 If you believe as I do that the Republican Party is stuck, that their leadership is stuck, that they have no idea what's swirling around, that they cut a bipartisan infrastructure deal with the enemy.

00:36:11.000 They're the enemy.

00:36:12.000 They're not opponents.

00:36:13.000 They're not adversaries.

00:36:15.000 They're the enemy.

00:36:16.000 We've got to start taking our language back and using plain English. 0.99

00:36:20.000 That said, how am I supposed to vote for somebody who keeps cutting deals with the enemy?

00:36:25.000 We have young Turks out there who are solid as can be, who just need a chance, who are being blocked because of a system in Washington, D.C., where they reward each other.

00:36:37.000 Every now and then, you have to punish one of those guys in order to make room.

00:36:41.000 Now, how do I know that?

00:36:43.000 Because in 1976, I was a Reagan guy.

00:36:46.000 And I just heard at the Reagan Library the other day, Chris Christie, Chris Christie, the Reagan Library, which I love, Ronald Reagan, who I love, Ronald Reagan, who I work for, campaigned for.

00:36:58.000 They're bringing now through a Congoline of rhinos. 1.00

00:37:01.000 They're going to bring Ben Sass in next year and so forth and so on.

00:37:04.000 If we don't stand up to Republicans like that, we can never win.

00:37:10.000 We can't win anything.

00:37:12.000 So that's why Reagan was so important, taking on Ford and so forth.

00:37:16.000 This is why Trump is so important, taking on the Republican establishment.

00:37:21.000 So I have a little bit of a disagreement on that.

00:37:24.000 Now, if you tell them, and the other thing is, in terms of liberals, I look at it a little differently.

00:37:31.000 I see their leaders and I see their followers.

00:37:34.000 Not so much categories of nomenclatures and so forth. 1.00

00:37:39.000 The leaders of the Democrat Party are evil, evil, evil people. 1.00

00:37:44.000 They will tell you they're evil people. 0.99

00:37:46.000 They want to destroy the court system, separation of powers.

00:37:49.000 They keep attacking the constitutional system.

00:37:52.000 The border's wide open.

00:37:53.000 It's wide open for a reason.

00:37:55.000 They're dragging this country into bankruptcy.

00:37:58.000 And then you have people out there who are just lifelong Democrats who don't get it, or people out there who are reprobates or people out there who are disconnected from society.

00:38:08.000 And so these Democrat leaders give them answers.

00:38:10.000 The fault is America.

00:38:12.000 The fault is white-dominant society. 0.98

00:38:15.000 The fault is everything but them and their ideology.

00:38:18.000 So I do think we need to make some distinctions about this.

00:38:21.000 Anyway, what was the question?

00:38:24.000 Turn limits on the Supreme Court.

00:38:28.000 Well, if the court is doing what it's supposed to do, it's really not that complicated because you don't use a regulation from the Labor Department through OSHA to control 80 million human beings in this country.

00:38:40.000 Clearly, that's not the legislative history.

00:38:43.000 OSHA was set up in 1971, for God's sake.

00:38:47.000 And one other thing: Supreme Court's not always right.

00:38:50.000 Supreme Court's been wrong a lot.

00:38:52.000 The Supreme Court upheld slavery.

00:38:54.000 The Supreme Court upheld segregation.

00:38:56.000 The Supreme Court upheld kuramatsu, the internment of Japanese Americans.

00:39:01.000 The Supreme Court, and they used the first case the Supreme Court Jacobson issued, I think it was 1905 off the time, or something like that.

00:39:09.000 They issued where they said, yes, it's the reasonablest test.

00:39:13.000 You have to balance in order to compel people to have a vaccine. 0.99

00:39:19.000 20 years later, that same Supreme Court said that the government, state and federal government, had the authority under the prior case, Jacobson, to sterilize what they called idiot women. 0.99

00:39:33.000 The Supreme Court upheld the sterilization of women against their will, 60,000 of them.

00:39:41.000 So the Supreme Court is not God, and the Supreme Court doesn't hand down the Ten Commandments every time it issues an opinion.

00:39:50.000 Thank you, Mark Charlie.

00:39:54.000 Charlie, I'm curious.

00:39:56.000 Just very quickly, I want to add something to that Supreme Court decision.

00:40:01.000 On that Supreme Court, one of the justices was Louis D. Brandeis, after whom Brandeis University is named. 0.99

00:40:08.000 I think Brandeis was a great man, but he did an evil thing in voting for the sterilization of quote-unquote idiot women. 0.98

00:40:16.000 Will Brandeis University drop its name? 1.00

00:40:20.000 Of course not.

00:40:21.000 They're phonies on every issue. 0.99

00:40:23.000 On every issue, they're liars. 0.93

00:40:27.000 They won't drop the name Brandeis. 0.65

00:40:29.000 They won't drop the great tycoon Stanford.

00:40:32.000 They won't drop Yale.

00:40:34.000 They won't drop Columbia.

00:40:36.000 They dropped Columbus Day.

00:40:38.000 Why don't they drop Columbia?

00:40:40.000 Columbia is named after Columbus.

00:40:44.000 But they won't because there's too much money invested in the name Columbia University.

00:40:50.000 There is nothing they say that is true.

00:40:53.000 The left lies like you breathe.

00:40:56.000 So one thing that's a common theme among all of us on stage is we despise a ruling class of career politicians.

00:41:07.000 That goes for Republicans or Democrats.

00:41:10.000 Charlie, to what Mark was saying about Republicans who we can't even trust, I would urge all of you, I know you go to your local meetings and your Republican congressman comes in and they tell you they're fighting and they tell you they're going to do everything for you.

00:41:23.000 Don't go take selfies with them.

00:41:25.000 Don't go shake their hand and say thank you when they're doing a horrible job on behalf of you.

00:41:30.000 You hold them accountable.

00:41:34.000 So, Charlie, in many respects, you're doing that with Turning Point USA, in many respects with universities as well.

00:41:40.000 But your thoughts about this ruling class we face that Mark was talking about and really all of us do.

00:41:45.000 Yeah, I mean, the current regime is not just obviously one party.

00:41:50.000 And Victor Davis Hansen has a phenomenal new book coming out on The Dying Citizen, where he makes the argument that we have now entered for the first time in American history, basically this idea that the citizen is dying and we are now subjects, slaves, serfs, whatever you want to call it.

00:42:07.000 And there really is, we're living under multiple simultaneous issues.

00:42:12.000 The one that we spend most of our time trying to focus on disrupting, challenging, and quite honestly crushing is the credentialocracy that comes out of college campuses.

00:42:22.000 I could make an argument that the two most powerful institutions in America outside of Google and outside of the federal government is New York Times and Harvard.

00:42:30.000 And there's almost no difference between the two of them.

00:42:32.000 It's the communication arm to the population and also the place where people can get the stamp of approval to say whatever they want to say whenever they want to say it to try and institute some form of vast social reform.

00:42:46.000 And so there's a lot of ways we can unpack it.

00:42:49.000 I suppose the most helpful for everyone here is a couple things.

00:42:53.000 We as conservatives have a lot more power than I think we even give ourselves credit for.

00:42:58.000 And one of the things that we should pride ourselves on is that we want to be peacemakers and we want to be kind to the other side.

00:43:06.000 We're in a Cold War right now.

00:43:08.000 And Dennis has called it a civil war for quite some time here.

00:43:12.000 And if you are not actively sacrificing something or losing something, you are watching this from afar as a spectator and you're not currently in the arena.

00:43:22.000 You know, it's not just enough to watch Life Liberty live in and buy a pillow and think that's it, right?

00:43:28.000 Which I love.

00:43:30.000 Instead, when people come up to me at events, they say, Charlie, you know, I love everything you're doing out there.

00:43:35.000 How's it going out there?

00:43:36.000 Like a running back for the Los Angeles Rams or something?

00:43:36.000 So, what am I?

00:43:39.000 Like, who are your local school board members?

00:43:42.000 Who are your local city council members?

00:43:44.000 How many young people are you mentoring?

00:43:45.000 I had a woman come up to me. 1.00

00:43:46.000 This might sound really harsh, but I don't care.

00:43:48.000 We don't have a lot of time left for our country and at this event, but for our country.

00:43:52.000 And this woman comes up to me in Tennessee and she's bawling, crying. 1.00

00:43:55.000 She's like, I cry for my country.

00:43:56.000 I say, What's the matter with you?

00:43:58.000 Who are your school board members?

00:43:59.000 Well, I don't know.

00:44:00.000 I don't have kids.

00:44:01.000 I said, Well, then what does it have to do about anything, by the way?

00:44:06.000 Like, why wouldn't you show up and contest your city council or the school board who's affecting other people's children?

00:44:10.000 She said, Well, I could do that.

00:44:11.000 I said, This is why we are losing.

00:44:13.000 We have prioritized other things for so long other than grassroots engagement and quite honestly, getting in their face.

00:44:20.000 It's going to sound like Maxine Waters, but in some ways, I'm going to say this though.

00:44:24.000 No, this is an important thing, though.

00:44:26.000 Maxine Waters knew exactly what she was doing.

00:44:28.000 Maxine Waters knew that if she deployed infantry shock troops into the streets, it changes our behavior. 0.95

00:44:34.000 You better believe it does.

00:44:36.000 We're less likely to speak out, wear a MAGA hat, have a bumper sticker because we know that someone around the corner might be coming up in their face and barking at us.

00:44:44.000 And, you know, some conservatives are like, we don't do that.

00:44:46.000 Yeah, we used to not do that.

00:44:47.000 You think we're going to get the country back?

00:44:48.000 Keep on just kind of watching cable television and hoping our way to it.

00:44:51.000 No, no, no, I'm telling you right now, we have to take bold and dramatic and aggressive action to take back our country.

00:45:08.000 I want to draw a line under what Charlie just said.

00:45:11.000 Recently in Virginia, my wife and I were asked to speak at an event, not a GOP event, a conservative event at the Trump golf course.

00:45:20.000 Beautiful place, great crowd.

00:45:22.000 I arrive, lovely lady comes up to me in a ball gown and says, Hey, Dr. G, big fan. 1.00

00:45:27.000 Can I take a selfie?

00:45:28.000 I say, sure.

00:45:30.000 And I said to her what I say to everyone who wants a photograph, and don't forget to tag me when you post it.

00:45:38.000 Suddenly her face changed.

00:45:40.000 And she said, oh, I can't put that on social media.

00:45:46.000 I mean, it's so Democrat here in Virginia.

00:45:49.000 And my husband is self-employed.

00:45:52.000 And that's when you realize you don't deserve America.

00:45:56.000 I'm sorry.

00:45:58.000 If you're not prepared to put your name to your values publicly, you're not a patriot.

00:46:12.000 Our civilization.

00:46:15.000 Our civilization.

00:46:16.000 I wrote a piece that came out yesterday for 9-11 at American Greatness.

00:46:21.000 And it was for me the two lessons of 9-11.

00:46:24.000 Very simple.

00:46:26.000 Number one, the evil is real and it walks the earth and it must be destroyed because man is fallen.

00:46:33.000 We must fight evil every single day.

00:46:38.000 But the flip side of that is that 9-11 is our civilization encapsulated in 102 minutes.

00:46:48.000 Why?

00:46:50.000 Because men and one female NYPD officer ran up the stairs, up the stairs, and did what Christ told us is the ultimate form of love, to die for your fellow man.

00:47:10.000 So what Charlie said is the metric.

00:47:14.000 If you're not feeling this war on your personal skin, you ain't fighting.

00:47:24.000 Just, you know, what did I say when we came out?

00:47:27.000 We talked about being bold.

00:47:29.000 Jim Balvano said every day ordinary people do extraordinary things.

00:47:33.000 Imagine if every single one of you just on one day did something extraordinary to push this cause forward.

00:47:39.000 Just every single one of you.

00:47:41.000 We could change this nation overnight, but it takes bold leaders to risk some things.

00:47:46.000 Sometimes it's hard.

00:47:47.000 You got to risk it because it's your children, your grandkids.

00:47:50.000 It's our future that's at stake.

00:47:53.000 Amen.

00:47:57.000 One of the things that we can do is we can show up in power.

00:48:00.000 We can show up to volunteer for campaigns and we can make sure that we vote.

00:48:05.000 And in this state, we can help other people vote.

00:48:07.000 It is perfectly legal to ballot harvest.

00:48:09.000 It's perfectly legal to drive people to the polls.

00:48:12.000 And on Tuesday, California has a recall election.

00:48:18.000 I just, I want to add one very easy thing that will take no risk on your part is for you to patronize the sponsors of talk radio.

00:48:32.000 Absolutely.

00:48:33.000 This is, I just want you to understand when I have guests, conservative guests from Europe on my show, I always end by saying, we have something you don't have in Europe, and it makes all the difference in the world.

00:48:48.000 And they say, what is that?

00:48:50.000 And I say, talk radio.

00:48:52.000 And every single one has said, that is exactly right, because all radio in Europe is state-owned.

00:48:58.000 And we have the ability to have our local stations like here and Salem and others do.

00:49:07.000 So nobody asked me to say this.

00:49:09.000 I don't get paid to say this, but it is true.

00:49:13.000 When you patronize a sponsor on talk radio or honor any of those who are sponsoring today, you make the greatest weapon against the left possible.

00:49:25.000 Well said.

00:49:27.000 Thank you, Dennis.

00:49:30.000 We move on now.

00:49:31.000 We're talking about the recall, and the recall election is on Tuesday.

00:49:35.000 How many of you have voted already?

00:49:39.000 How many of you have a plan to vote on Tuesday?

00:49:44.000 Well, let's talk about the recall panelists.

00:49:46.000 We'll start with Charlie Kirk and a follow-up from Mark Levin on this one.

00:49:52.000 I don't know if you heard, but there was a story that came out yesterday for a moment that people went to turnout in Woodland Hills, California to cast their ballots.

00:50:00.000 And when they arrived, they were told that they had already voted.

00:50:04.000 All of these people were registered Republicans.

00:50:08.000 Now, we're trying to spread that story around.

00:50:12.000 But the question for you, Charlie, is how do we handle the issue of voter fraud since we are being pushed by executive action of the governor into an all-mail-in election?

00:50:21.000 Yeah, I'll start briefly on the California recall.

00:50:25.000 First, I just want to say all of you deserve such credit.

00:50:28.000 And I want to encourage all of you.

00:50:30.000 You didn't have to do this.

00:50:32.000 You didn't have to go collect signatures and contribute to Larry's campaign.

00:50:36.000 You didn't have to go get your friends to get involved.

00:50:38.000 You very easily could have sat idly By and basically do what they do in Connecticut as Republicans, which is go to the country club and talk about lower corporate tax rates and then kind of just shrug your shoulders when you lose by 30 points.

00:50:52.000 It's like, no, and California's like, you know what?

00:50:54.000 There's a remnant of conservatives here and we're going to fight for every single inch.

00:50:59.000 And you deserve a lot of credit for that.

00:51:02.000 And I could tell you that just the fact that this recall has contributed to the national political narrative, you have given grassroots activists in Michigan and in Georgia and all across the country hope and a reason for them to get more involved.

00:51:19.000 Because it shows that even when this regime is doing what they are doing, that in the most liberal place where the vice president is from, the speaker of the house is from, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee is from, Fang Fang's boyfriend is from, where all these people are from, that you can also still play offense.

00:51:37.000 Look, Dr. Gorka knows way more about this than I ever will.

00:51:41.000 It's a pretty simple thing.

00:51:43.000 You don't win a war by retreating and playing defense.

00:51:46.000 You win a war by playing offense.

00:51:47.000 And what you did this Tuesday is so profound and it's so unexpected because it has made this ruling class spend nine figures and weeks and months that they otherwise would have liked to do otherwise with vacationing or trying to oppress you to defend this illegitimate regime.

00:52:07.000 Okay, I just want to say that and encourage all of you because no matter what happens Tuesday, it's a big deal.

00:52:11.000 But let me say one thing about voter fraud.

00:52:15.000 Republicans, and I'm just going to say this more broadly: if Republicans want to actually become a legitimate opposition party, they have to take election integrity seriously.

00:52:24.000 This state is going to take years to untangle this state.

00:52:28.000 But when those things happen, for example, in Camino Hills or whatever, is that where you said it was?

00:52:32.000 Camino High School in the United States.

00:52:33.000 Camino High School is, there needs to be a lawsuit filed immediately.

00:52:38.000 I mean, they have infrastructure ready for these things at any time.

00:52:41.000 The judge might throw it out.

00:52:42.000 Of course, it might happen.

00:52:44.000 But the point being is, we have to engage in lawfare in this sense.

00:52:47.000 And the other thing is this: we have to be willing to use political power to reform our elections in states where we have majorities.

00:52:56.000 I live in Arizona, and I can tell you right now, Arizona is right on the brink of becoming a New Mexico or a Colorado, largely because of all of your former neighbors that have moved to Scottsdale and decided to screw up another state after messing up this one.

00:53:11.000 But in Arizona, there's this battle of Republicans that are saying, well, we don't need to reform our elections.

00:53:16.000 We need to move the Overton window on this.

00:53:18.000 We need to say, you know what?

00:53:19.000 No more voting month.

00:53:20.000 There's voting day.

00:53:21.000 You need voter ID to even get a ballot.

00:53:23.000 We need to say no more mail and no more, no excuse mail-in ballot.

00:53:27.000 So this idea that we're going to accept the current regime with mail-in ballot, no.

00:53:32.000 We need to move the entire discussion in that.

00:53:35.000 It is the number one issue in America is fixing our elections.

00:53:39.000 And if Republicans won't say it, get them out of office.

00:53:49.000 So.

00:53:50.000 Market Gox, it seems that if we talk about voter fraud, we're called conspiracy theorists.

00:53:57.000 What do we do to fix a problem?

00:53:58.000 I disagree with everything he said.

00:54:03.000 No, you're exactly right.

00:54:05.000 And to combine a number of things you all have said, I'm going to give you a perfect example.

00:54:11.000 After the November election, you could see what was going on around the country.

00:54:17.000 I'm not talking about machines.

00:54:18.000 I'm not even talking about ballots.

00:54:21.000 You look at the state of Pennsylvania that was utterly unconstitutional, what took place in Pennsylvania.

00:54:29.000 The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, I know something about this.

00:54:32.000 The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania changed the election law every bit as much as the Florida Supreme Court did.

00:54:40.000 And my wife, sitting right there, said, I'm out of here.

00:54:44.000 I said, where the hell are you going?

00:54:47.000 Well, she went to law school in Pennsylvania.

00:54:49.000 She said, I'm going to Pennsylvania, and we're going to fight this.

00:54:58.000 And she went up there.

00:54:59.000 They had no money.

00:55:01.000 They were up against these law firms and everything else.

00:55:04.000 And the arguments were simple.

00:55:05.000 Two cases.

00:55:06.000 And the Supreme Court wanted to take up both, but they couldn't get enough justices to do it.

00:55:13.000 Thomas wanted to take it up.

00:55:15.000 Alito wanted to take it up.

00:55:16.000 Gorsuch wanted to take two of them.

00:55:18.000 One was a state cannot change election laws in violation of what the state legislature has done under our federal constitution.

00:55:29.000 The state Supreme Court, which has seven members elected, five of them public sector union thugs, changed the law, extended the voting, allowed ballots that weren't supposed to be allowed, took the signature requirements off, did all those things across Pennsylvania that the legislature wouldn't do.

00:55:50.000 And the Supreme Court wouldn't take it up.

00:55:52.000 That is outrageous.

00:55:55.000 The other thing that happened is the state legislature violated the state and federal constitution.

00:56:02.000 Pennsylvania, it's not easy to amend the Constitution.

00:56:04.000 It's not California.

00:56:05.000 You know, every week you change the Constitution around here.

00:56:10.000 There, it is a battle.

00:56:12.000 Remember, it's the second oldest state.

00:56:15.000 And so there's three things you have to do to amend the Constitution, only one of which was done.

00:56:22.000 And so that was challenged.

00:56:24.000 And you had a brave Commonwealth judge, trial-level judge, who issued an injunction to stop the counting that she helped file, issued an injunction to stop the counting.

00:56:39.000 The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania did what the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has never done.

00:56:43.000 Before it was right, they reached down, took the case from her, voted the case is settled, over.

00:56:50.000 It was appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.

00:56:53.000 Sorry, Phil.

00:56:54.000 It was reported to the U.S. Supreme Court, and they said, you know, we're Helen Keller.

00:57:00.000 So they wouldn't look at it.

00:57:04.000 Those are two serious, serious, significant cases.

00:57:09.000 And the system was broken.

00:57:13.000 And so when Paul Ryan the other day said, who barely speaks anymore, he said, get away from all this corruption, everything, I said, Mr. Ryan, come on my radio show.

00:57:27.000 Let's have a discussion about Pennsylvania and let's actually see what the hell you know and what the hell you don't know. 0.96

00:57:32.000 Because here's the deal: we had to listen to 2018 Russia conspiracy crap for three years, which is a lie. 0.96

00:57:40.000 And they don't even want to talk about Pennsylvania. 0.92

00:57:42.000 That has nothing to do with voting machines or anything else.

00:57:45.000 So now the situation is this.

00:57:47.000 We're not allowed to talk about electoral fraud, but they can concoct it all they want.

00:57:54.000 Be strong.

00:57:55.000 They're exactly right.

00:57:55.000 Stand up to it.

00:57:57.000 Again, I don't need to hawk my book.

00:57:59.000 I really don't.

00:58:00.000 There's plenty of sales.

00:58:01.000 Look at the last chapter.

00:58:02.000 I got a whole bunch of things you can do sitting even in front of your computer to help save this country.

00:58:09.000 The enemy thinks 24-7.

00:58:12.000 They wake up, how to destroy this country.

00:58:16.000 They go to sleep trying to figure out how to destroy this country. 0.67

00:58:19.000 All we ask is for 10 minutes.

00:58:21.000 That's all.

00:58:22.000 10 minutes.

00:58:23.000 Yeah.

00:58:26.000 Go ahead, Sam.

00:58:30.000 Okay, so let me just add something to this.

00:58:32.000 God bless that woman. 1.00

00:58:35.000 And not just for marrying him, But, but it shouldn't be Julie's job.

00:58:43.000 So let's be clear here.

00:58:46.000 The president or in the president's name in the GOP have raised hundreds of millions of dollars since the election for voter integrity.

00:58:54.000 Where is it?

00:58:56.000 Where is it?

00:58:57.000 So here's your homework, ladies and gentlemen.

00:59:01.000 Tuesday is important.

00:59:03.000 But you should be asking the GOP, you should be asking 45office.com, where's the money?

00:59:10.000 What did you do with the hundreds of millions of dollars raised to investigate the election?

00:59:17.000 And one more thing.

00:59:18.000 Just do that.

00:59:19.000 Just for me.

00:59:19.000 Just do that.

00:59:21.000 One more thing.

00:59:22.000 Will you do something for one of the bravest men in America who destroyed five mafia families and brought New York back from 9-11?

00:59:29.000 They are trying right now, as we speak, to destroy Rudy Giuliani.

00:59:34.000 They're not just stripping him of his law licenses.

00:59:37.000 They're trying to bankrupt him personally with frivolous and imprison him with frivolous lawsuits.

00:59:43.000 Go to RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com today.

00:59:47.000 RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com and support America's men.

00:59:53.000 Amen.

00:59:54.000 Amen.

00:59:56.000 So as we talk about the recall election, the mainstream media is setting up that we, all of us on stage here, are setting this up in California as it's going to be the big lie.

01:00:10.000 And I want to give all of you a tribute because they use my clips on CNN all the time from Newsmax.

01:00:17.000 But today, they used my clip from 8.70 a.m. saying that the mail-in ballot scheme is almost, we're unable to overcome what they will do to cheat.

01:00:30.000 And they said this is the big lie.

01:00:32.000 Now, that's a tribute to you using a local radio station that all of these gentlemen are on and gen, that they're now watching and listening at a local level.

01:00:41.000 How important is that?

01:00:43.000 Dennis, you've been here in California.

01:00:46.000 I really am concerned that we cannot overcome the mail-in ballot scheme that I believe to be at play here in California.

01:00:53.000 Can we?

01:00:55.000 I don't know.

01:00:56.000 No one in the room knows.

01:00:58.000 So whenever I'm asked any question analogous to that, I'd like to tell you my answer.

01:01:03.000 I'm asked, can we do this?

01:01:06.000 Will we do this?

01:01:07.000 Dennis, are you optimistic?

01:01:09.000 Dennis, is there hope?

01:01:11.000 So I want you to understand, I'm speaking very personally, I am guided by only one question, and it is not, do I think it will work?

01:01:21.000 Or am I hopeful?

01:01:23.000 Or am I optimistic?

01:01:24.000 Am I pessimistic?

01:01:26.000 I am guided by only one question.

01:01:29.000 What am I supposed to do?

01:01:32.000 There is no other question that guides my life.

01:01:36.000 What do I have to do?

01:01:38.000 And I answer it on secular and religious grounds.

01:01:42.000 My secular grounds were answered for me in a visit to Normandy Beach many years ago when I saw thousands of graves, mostly of American kids about 21 years of age.

01:01:56.000 Not one of them died asking themselves, am I optimistic about what will happen on Normandy Beach when I confront the Nazi machine guns? 0.61

01:02:06.000 They all ask themselves only one question.

01:02:09.000 What do I have to do?

01:02:11.000 That is the only question that anybody should ask.

01:02:15.000 That is the question I believe theologically.

01:02:19.000 God tells me what to do.

01:02:21.000 My favorite verse in the Bible, I'm a religious person.

01:02:24.000 Many of you are, not all, and I respect that.

01:02:27.000 But my favorite verse in the Bible is probably not your favorite, but it is mine.

01:02:33.000 Those of you who love God must hate evil.

01:02:37.000 It is a commandment.

01:02:38.000 It is not a suggestion.

01:02:40.000 It is not a prediction.

01:02:42.000 The Hebrew has a command form, which English does not have.

01:02:47.000 And I know biblical Hebrew very well.

01:02:49.000 Ohavea Donai, those of you who love God, sin ura, you must hate evil.

01:02:55.000 So God told me what I should do with my life.

01:02:58.000 Fight for good and fight against evil.

01:03:00.000 I don't know if it'll work.

01:03:03.000 Nobody knows if it'll work.

01:03:04.000 Did they know if it would work storing Normandy Beach?

01:03:08.000 But you do it anyway.

01:03:09.000 That's the question that you should all be asking.

01:03:13.000 What do I have to do?

01:03:15.000 And if this is going to remain the best, last, best hope on earth, you have to fight.

01:03:22.000 And you have to be a model to your children and grandchildren, and especially grandchildren, because a lot of your children are screwed up because they went to college.

01:03:33.000 And you're laughing, but you're crying while you're laughing, because for so many of you, it's true, and it's about your child.

01:03:41.000 When I meet parents, you know what I always ask them?

01:03:46.000 And people are not offended by my asking.

01:03:49.000 I say, how many kids do you have?

01:03:51.000 So three, four, okay.

01:03:54.000 How many share your values?

01:03:57.000 And the typical answer is some do.

01:04:02.000 Almost never do all, and often none do.

01:04:08.000 Okay.

01:04:10.000 All right.

01:04:12.000 You are both a good parent and lucky.

01:04:17.000 There is a lot of luck in life, my friends, and that is one of the arenas that there is.

01:04:22.000 Some great parents have crappy children.

01:04:26.000 Some crappy parents have great children. 0.86

01:04:29.000 Just to show you, life is not fair. 0.96

01:04:34.000 But that you have to be a model of fighting to your grandchildren, even if your children, it's too late with.

01:04:43.000 And this country and liberty are worth fighting for.

01:04:47.000 That's my response.

01:04:58.000 Breaking format a little bit, but I'm going to ask Dennis a question, then I've got a question for each of you panelists, and then we'll go to our speed round.

01:05:04.000 But what you may not know is the reason that we have Larry Elder in the race for governor is that Dennis Prager was one of the people who really put the screws to him.

01:05:14.000 No, but really convinced him to do it and do it now and to try to make a difference.

01:05:20.000 And it did shake up the race.

01:05:21.000 Dennis, why was it important for you to advise Larry in this direction?

01:05:26.000 I get more credit than I deserve on this one, I must admit.

01:05:30.000 I sent Larry a few texts.

01:05:33.000 I get credit for bringing Larry to radio.

01:05:36.000 There I get 100% credit, and that I deserve.

01:05:42.000 That I fully admit.

01:05:47.000 I believe everybody has gifts and everybody has areas they're not gifted.

01:05:53.000 So I think in musical terms, because of my love of music, some people are gifted with perfect pitch.

01:05:58.000 I'm not.

01:05:59.000 But I have perfect pitch almost in people.

01:06:03.000 That's why, believe it or not, I'm one of the only people I know who has never been hurt by a friend, which is an amazingly wonderful record in my life and a great source of my happiness.

01:06:15.000 I really can tell who's good and who's bad pretty quickly.

01:06:20.000 I met Larry Elder for a half hour in Cleveland while I was substituting on the most popular TV show in Cleveland in the morning.

01:06:29.000 I hated the whole week.

01:06:30.000 I woke up at 3 a.m. Pacific time every day.

01:06:36.000 That's when I normally go to bed.

01:06:38.000 Pacific Power.

01:06:39.000 Anyway, I did the show.

01:06:42.000 It was a godsend that I was asked to even sit in for the vacationing host.

01:06:47.000 One of their guests once a week was this lawyer, a local lawyer named Larry Elder.

01:06:54.000 In a half hour, I came back.

01:06:57.000 I was then on ABC Radio.

01:06:59.000 I came back to ABC.

01:07:03.000 I said, I met a great man.

01:07:04.000 He must have a show.

01:07:06.000 They tried him out.

01:07:07.000 They had him as a guest on my show.

01:07:10.000 And he finally, in fact, got his show.

01:07:12.000 It's a long story.

01:07:14.000 He's now on Salem.

01:07:15.000 He has a great national audience.

01:07:17.000 He's a very special human being.

01:07:19.000 What he has is the rarest of all the good traits.

01:07:23.000 And I knew this in Cleveland in a half hour.

01:07:26.000 He has courage.

01:07:28.000 Goodness has no chance.

01:07:34.000 Thank you.

01:07:36.000 Goodness has no chance without courage.

01:07:39.000 That's why I've been proud to be so credited with Larry's running.

01:07:46.000 Thank you, Dennis. 0.97

01:07:50.000 The recall, Seb, they say, is being driven by mad moms and masks and Latinos. 1.00

01:07:56.000 That's who is driving the recall. 0.95

01:07:58.000 It's kind of unexpected.

01:08:00.000 But certainly Latinos are finding their way to the conservative movement.

01:08:05.000 Donald Trump saw a huge spike in turnout from Latinos.

01:08:09.000 Why do you think that is?

01:08:10.000 And what does the Republican Party need to do to lose the stereotype that somehow this is the party of old white men?

01:08:20.000 Yes, Seb.

01:08:22.000 I think, you know, I have a guest on my show now and again from the Heritage Foundation called Mike Gonzalez, who escaped Cuba as a child.

01:08:31.000 And he says, why do we talk about Latino Americans or black Americans or white Americans?

01:08:36.000 He refuses.

01:08:38.000 He refuses to fill in the box, Hispanic, on a government form. 0.97

01:08:41.000 He refuses.

01:08:44.000 So it's not why did my old boss get more, 13 million more minority votes than four years prior to that, after four years of incessantly being called a white supremacist and a Nazi.

01:09:00.000 The question is, why did he get more votes at all?

01:09:04.000 That's the question. 0.89

01:09:05.000 When you are called a white supremacist, Nazi, Islamopho, bigot for four years, how do you get any more votes? 0.93

01:09:14.000 Why? 0.97

01:09:14.000 And this is what we miss. 0.97

01:09:15.000 And I love being the guy with the funny accent who has to remind my fellow Americans what happened in 2016.

01:09:24.000 Let's just put 2016 into historic context.

01:09:28.000 There is a connective tissue between every president from George Washington to Obama.

01:09:35.000 There is a similarity between every single one of them, whatever party they came from.

01:09:40.000 Every president since the Republic was founded until Donald Trump was a politician or a retired general.

01:09:53.000 Every single one was a member of the swamp.

01:09:59.000 Everyone.

01:10:01.000 Congressman, senator, governor, or retired general.

01:10:06.000 For the first time in the history of the Republic.

01:10:09.000 And this is why Mike Flynn is absolutely right.

01:10:12.000 2016 was a peaceful revolution.

01:10:15.000 For the first time, we sent a message as Americans of all skin colors, of all ethnic backgrounds.

01:10:23.000 Enough with the career politicians.

01:10:31.000 And this, this is why people are saying, oh, what if Trump does it wrong?

01:10:36.000 Who's he going to pick?

01:10:37.000 Oh, it's going to be the town to think.

01:10:40.000 The age of picking a politician is gone.

01:10:45.000 It's gone.

01:10:46.000 You have to be somebody who isn't owned by the elite.

01:10:51.000 Why did they have to destroy my boss?

01:10:54.000 It's very easy.

01:10:56.000 They have to destroy him because nobody owns him.

01:11:03.000 Not the unions, not big tech, not the oil industry, not pharma, nobody.

01:11:12.000 And that's why he was so dangerous.

01:11:15.000 So, you know, my answer to all of this is: don't think of them as Hispanics. 0.97

01:11:20.000 Don't think of them as black.

01:11:21.000 Think of them as Americans who've had enough to. 0.53

01:11:31.000 We want to go to our rapid fire round real quick, but I want to get Mark a quick answer and Charlie a quick answer on what Seb was saying.

01:11:37.000 Career politicians are horrible for America, but we have career bureaucrats as well that have made their work inside government so devastating to this nation.

01:11:47.000 And even President Trump, who tried to root them out, could not do it fully.

01:11:52.000 Mark, why don't you start first and then Charlie after, real quick, if you can.

01:11:57.000 The problem, Mark, with the career bureaucrats that we have as employees are calling the shots in government. 1.00

01:12:03.000 And by the way, there have been career politicians and career politicians.

01:12:07.000 I think Lincoln served one time in the now, he was pretty good.

01:12:12.000 There's a few others, Reagan, you know, but they weren't part of the system.

01:12:18.000 They were politicians fighting the system, and they were rejected by the system, including Reagan, including Lincoln, including our greatest presidents, quite frankly.

01:12:26.000 So you're right.

01:12:27.000 Now, that said, the bureaucracy, I've felt all along this, if you're going to get into the weeds with the bureaucracy, you're going to be devoured.

01:12:36.000 So you need to slash across the board.

01:12:39.000 And I don't care how they do it.

01:12:42.000 In other words, 10% across the board, 25% across the board, fine.

01:12:47.000 But at this point, nobody's going to do that.

01:12:50.000 We have a $3.5 trillion bill that's really a $5 trillion bill that they're about to vote on.

01:12:56.000 And the Republicans have, again, have no idea what's swirling around them.

01:12:59.000 No idea whatsoever.

01:13:01.000 They don't have a message for the American people.

01:13:04.000 The Democrats are out there.

01:13:06.000 They march one behind the other.

01:13:10.000 Sorry, Phil.

01:13:11.000 We have people who can't even speak.

01:13:14.000 They don't have a coordinated message.

01:13:16.000 They don't explain what this bill is going to do to our country.

01:13:21.000 I'm of the belief that if we at least, we may have a fighting chance, if we at least communicate with the American people what they're doing.

01:13:29.000 You know, they lie about what they're doing.

01:13:31.000 They steal the language and turn it inside out. 1.00

01:13:34.000 We keep talking about 3.5 trillion.

01:13:37.000 People have no idea.

01:13:38.000 There's amnesty for almost 20 million illegal aliens in that bill.

01:13:42.000 They're going to nationalize the election system in the bill so the Democrats can never win and there's never going to be a red state again.

01:13:48.000 And I can go down the whole list.

01:13:50.000 Have you ever heard them say anything?

01:13:53.000 They don't.

01:13:54.000 So there's no effective pushback.

01:13:57.000 So as for the bureaucracy, the bureaucracy is the Democrat Party.

01:14:02.000 They work together.

01:14:03.000 That's who they are.

01:14:04.000 That's why the Democrats jack up their protection, expand the Leviathan, because they work hand in hand.

01:14:11.000 And that's why a president like Trump is in there and they try to destroy him.

01:14:16.000 So it took 100 years to get here.

01:14:19.000 It may take 100 years to get back.

01:14:21.000 But as I think all of us have been saying here, it's daunting, but you have to fight it.

01:14:26.000 And you know, I want to thank you because I didn't know that what I've been arguing for all these years too was biblical.

01:14:37.000 There's so many people I hate.

01:14:42.000 And now I can say, thank you, God.

01:14:51.000 And I disagree with Dennis when he says.

01:14:55.000 I get the same callers.

01:14:57.000 Mark, what can we do?

01:14:59.000 I always say, what can we do?

01:15:00.000 What are you doing?

01:15:01.000 That's number one.

01:15:02.000 And number two, fight them. 0.76

01:15:05.000 Fight them. 0.85

01:15:06.000 Fight them.

01:15:07.000 I'm not in the prediction business. 0.88

01:15:09.000 Just fight them.

01:15:11.000 That's it.

01:15:12.000 Charlie, why don't you take...

01:15:14.000 Yeah, there's really only one last, there's only one last reserve to save the country, and that's the states, which is why a pet project of mine is calling out governors and attorney generals by name to try to directly confront the federal government in ways that are unprecedented that will cause a constitutional crisis intentionally.

01:15:31.000 I'll give you an example.

01:15:32.000 The day that Joe Biden issued the OSHA order or the CDC order, the governor of North Dakota and South Dakota, Oklahoma and Texas, Louisiana, if he's a Democrat, should have said, okay, you're all of a sudden going to act as if we're in a post-constitutional state.

01:15:46.000 We're building the Keystone XL pipeline.

01:15:48.000 We're sending the workers back tomorrow.

01:15:50.000 Go send the troops and try to go. 0.71

01:15:53.000 Let's look at the optics of federal agents coming in and arresting a bunch of middle-class hard hat wearing guys going to work on a pipeline.

01:16:00.000 Come on, go try and arrest them.

01:16:02.000 We need to provoke them to actually, they will blink, everybody.

01:16:06.000 They will blink.

01:16:08.000 And beyond that, if you look at these federal agencies, these federal agencies have been invited into these states.

01:16:16.000 And these red governors, like the governor of North Dakota, should say the EPA needs to close their office by the end of the month. 0.95

01:16:22.000 They're no longer welcome in the state of North Dakota.

01:16:24.000 Now, that's dramatic stuff.

01:16:26.000 That is dramatic.

01:16:28.000 That is unprecedented.

01:16:30.000 But what are we talking about here?

01:16:33.000 Are we willing to really go to the threshold?

01:16:35.000 And by the way, it's unprecedented for us.

01:16:38.000 Not when you're the mayor of Portland.

01:16:39.000 They say, we're not going to enforce federal immigration law.

01:16:42.000 We're going to have sanctuary cities.

01:16:43.000 Like, okay, fine.

01:16:44.000 You have sanctuary cities.

01:16:45.000 We have sanctuary states.

01:16:46.000 We're going to make our own laws.

01:16:47.000 Federal agents aren't allowed in the state of North Dakota or South Dakota.

01:16:50.000 Now, some people don't like saying this.

01:16:51.000 They're like, well, Charlie, that's going to cause a crisis.

01:16:53.000 Well, what do you think we're living through?

01:16:55.000 But here's the thing.

01:16:56.000 They will blink because they know that we have more power than we've never recognized or realized.

01:17:01.000 And these are weak, paranoid, and fragile people.

01:17:08.000 Thank you, guys.

01:17:11.000 So what do you think?

01:17:11.000 Lightning round?

01:17:12.000 Yeah, how many of you have been to town hall before?

01:17:16.000 Well, we're bringing back the ever-popular speed round.

01:17:19.000 Now, this is challenging for our panelists.

01:17:21.000 Oh, boy, speed round with these guys.

01:17:23.000 Let's pretend we're on Twitter, except much less.

01:17:26.000 So these are one-word, maybe, I'm not going to come after you if you give me two or three, but like a few word answers here.

01:17:31.000 Are we ready, guys?

01:17:33.000 We'll start with you, Dennis.

01:17:35.000 I know they sound ready, don't they?

01:17:39.000 Bernie Sanders.

01:17:41.000 Thank you.

01:17:43.000 He says that reconciliation and infrastructure bills are in danger.

01:17:48.000 Do you trust Joe Manchin and Kirsten Sinema to hold?

01:17:56.000 It's a yes or no.

01:17:57.000 Yes.

01:17:58.000 Dennis.

01:17:59.000 Dennis.

01:18:00.000 Are we to trust that they will hold?

01:18:02.000 Yeah.

01:18:04.000 Oh, boy.

01:18:07.000 Yes or no, Dennis.

01:18:10.000 Yes, it is yes or no.

01:18:13.000 I am resolutely in favor of yes or no is my answer.

01:18:17.000 Spoken like a politician.

01:18:19.000 I am not a prophet nor the son of a prophet, for those of you who know your Bible.

01:18:25.000 All right, so I say we just with the same questions, we'll just go down the line since we're going to get one or 20-word answers.

01:18:31.000 Right.

01:18:32.000 No, a Democrat can always be bought.

01:18:34.000 They're going to be bought, Charlie.

01:18:36.000 For now, it looks like cinema will hold because she's very afraid of what's happening in Arizona.

01:18:41.000 Mark?

01:18:42.000 No.

01:18:43.000 No.

01:18:44.000 All right.

01:18:44.000 I'm with Mark.

01:18:47.000 All right.

01:18:48.000 Next question.

01:18:48.000 Dennis: Does the GOP win back the House and Senate in 2022?

01:18:56.000 Yes.

01:19:05.000 If the last eight months are an indication, absolutely.

01:19:12.000 If we stop the cheating and purge the Republican Party of moderates, I defer to Charlie because he's right.

01:19:23.000 Fair enough.

01:19:26.000 All right, to mix things up, Mark, we will start with you and work our way back down.

01:19:29.000 Does Gavin Newsom get recalled on Tuesday?

01:19:37.000 What was the question?

01:19:38.000 Does Gavin Newsom get recalled?

01:19:42.000 One way or another, that SOB is going to be recalled.

01:19:45.000 It just depends by whom.

01:19:49.000 Say, elder?

01:19:51.000 Because I believe.

01:19:53.000 All right.

01:19:55.000 Yes, but it just might not be reflected in how they count the votes.

01:20:04.000 What he said.

01:20:12.000 Yes, that's exactly what I was going to say.

01:20:15.000 It's that new Common Core math.

01:20:18.000 Oh, I'm up.

01:20:20.000 What Charlie said, too.

01:20:21.000 Here, Mark, do you believe the proposed vaccine mandates will hold?

01:20:30.000 No.

01:20:36.000 No, and if they do, we better be ready to fight.

01:20:42.000 I don't think so because of a couple of tweets I saw today that are on my Twitter feed of hospital workers who are refusing to comply.

01:20:58.000 I'm sorry to think more than a word.

01:21:01.000 If there is a worthy cause of a civil war, this is one.

01:21:05.000 Otherwise, we become Australia, which is at this moment a totalitarian state.

01:21:16.000 You know, on Seb's point, we've got Los Angeles Police Department, Los Angeles Fire Department.

01:21:23.000 You've got tons of guys and gals that are really pushing back that are now really facing the prospect of losing their job if they do not get this vaccine.

01:21:30.000 So help them out. 0.90

01:21:31.000 And there's a lot of organizations you can to help those guys out.

01:21:36.000 All right, two more questions in our lightning round.

01:21:38.000 This one came from our pre-show.

01:21:40.000 If you saw it, Grant and I did a pre-show out in the hallway.

01:21:42.000 And we said, what would you like us to ask the panelists?

01:21:45.000 And one of the questions was: Where's John Durham?

01:21:48.000 Do we get a report?

01:21:51.000 So let's start with you, Mark.

01:21:52.000 Do we ever get that Durham report?

01:21:58.000 Is he hanging out with Hunter Biden?

01:22:04.000 Are we going to get the Durham report?

01:22:06.000 Who's Durham?

01:22:06.000 John Durham.

01:22:08.000 I know, I'm just kidding.

01:22:12.000 Who cares at this point?

01:22:14.000 Honest to God, I don't know what's his report even going to say.

01:22:17.000 My attitude is: let's gear up.

01:22:19.000 Let's take care of business in the next election.

01:22:22.000 And whatever this guy comes out with anyway, you can tell it's going to be watered down because it's taken so long.

01:22:28.000 We already know the answers.

01:22:30.000 The whole thing was a lie.

01:22:33.000 Now we need a prosecutor to tell us five years later.

01:22:38.000 A Republican attorney general somewhere in America needs to indict Tony Fauci for what he's done for our country and Hunter Biden.

01:22:46.000 Wait a minute.

01:22:47.000 That wasn't the question, but I'm going to connect the two.

01:22:50.000 As soon as that happens, all of a sudden, they're going to want a détente and they'll back down.

01:22:55.000 They will only start to play ball under the procedures that we think with reports and commissions.

01:23:00.000 It's all a bunch of nonsense until they're afraid they're going to go to jail.

01:23:06.000 Sad?

01:23:08.000 I'm not sure John Darham exists.

01:23:10.000 I know.

01:23:14.000 I'm not either.

01:23:15.000 Just a word on the two years of the massive lie about Russian collusion with the Trump campaign. 0.99

01:23:23.000 They spent four years saying that Donald Trump is a consummate pathological liar.

01:23:29.000 If you look at the Washington Post listing of his 2,500 lies, you will see they begin with such enormous lies as he exaggerated the number of people at his inauguration. 0.92

01:23:43.000 That was one of their top lies of the Trump administration.

01:23:49.000 Donald Trump has been one of the most honest presidents this country has ever had. 0.99

01:24:02.000 And his opponents are pathological liars. 0.68

01:24:07.000 And they begin with the New York Times and the Washington Post and CNN, which had a two-year collusion lie. 0.88

01:24:16.000 And when it is dropped, nothing is said about it any longer.

01:24:20.000 And it was asked on this panel about the lying on COVID.

01:24:25.000 Why would anybody who has had COVID have to take a vaccination?

01:24:31.000 Why isn't that a lie that you have to take vaccination?

01:24:34.000 Do you know the lies about Ivermectin as a horse dewormer?

01:24:41.000 This is a gigantic lie.

01:24:43.000 The man who discovered ivermectin for humans got a Nobel Prize in Medicine.

01:24:49.000 Did you know that?

01:24:50.000 Because it is made for humans.

01:24:53.000 A lot of our medicines are used for animals.

01:24:56.000 We give our antidepressants to our dog.

01:25:01.000 No.

01:25:01.000 Otto?

01:25:02.000 No.

01:25:03.000 Otto, how do you think he stays quiet the entire fireside chat?

01:25:10.000 And I've seen him depressing.

01:25:12.000 Don't tell anybody.

01:25:13.000 Don't tell anybody.

01:25:15.000 I just want to know how can Dennis Prague's dog be depressed.

01:25:20.000 I'd like to be Dennis Prague.

01:25:22.000 He's not depressed in England.

01:25:23.000 I will admit that.

01:25:26.000 Only the greatest radio host can take it from John Durham to Ivermectin.

01:25:34.000 What's the name of my next book?

01:25:38.000 All right, one more question.

01:25:40.000 We're awaiting a special guest, so I'll ask you one more lightning round question, yes or no, just because this should be somewhat fun.

01:25:46.000 Hunter Biden.

01:25:50.000 No.

01:25:51.000 Does he...

01:25:52.000 Well, wait a second, Mark.

01:25:54.000 Wait a second.

01:25:54.000 We'll start with Mark.

01:25:56.000 Does he mess up again?

01:26:01.000 Does he mess up again and again and again?

01:26:05.000 Is the Pope a nominal Catholic?

01:26:09.000 First of all, he's a chip off the old block, isn't he?

01:26:11.000 He is.

01:26:14.000 Hunter Biden, does he mess up again?

01:26:16.000 I mean, wow, that's a tough one.

01:26:19.000 Let me think about that.

01:26:24.000 Let me play about Dennis's dog while we're at it.

01:26:28.000 I understand he's not depressed anymore.

01:26:32.000 Of course he's a screw-up.

01:26:36.000 Charlie? 0.71

01:26:38.000 Yeah, of course.

01:26:39.000 But again, we should criminally indict him, but we won't. 0.99

01:26:45.000 When you're a whoring drug addict getting $500,000 for painting, yes, you're going to screw up again. 1.00

01:26:57.000 Yes, everybody's right, but it doesn't matter because the New York Times won't cover it. 0.98

01:27:03.000 There we go.

01:27:04.000 All right, last question for you all.

01:27:05.000 Will President Trump run in 2024?

01:27:08.000 Dennis, start with you.

01:27:09.000 It's 2020.

01:27:10.000 What was the question?

01:27:11.000 Will President Trump run in 2024?

01:27:14.000 Oh, ask Sebastian.

01:27:16.000 Oh, come on, Dennis!

01:27:18.000 Because if you asked me, I would call Sebastian for the right answer.

01:27:22.000 Sebastian, will President Trump run again?

01:27:26.000 What do you think, guys?

01:27:32.000 And you are correct.

01:27:37.000 He'll probably run, but we can't forget what's happening still in these states.

01:27:42.000 And this current regime is illegitimate.

01:27:51.000 Phil, I did it again.

01:27:54.000 Yes, I think he'll run.

01:27:56.000 But on what Charlie said, we got to tighten up these election laws as fast as possible.

01:28:00.000 And what they need to do is they need to have a thousand litigation lawyers ready the way the Democrats did in every single state and get in front of this rather than playing defense all the time.

01:28:15.000 So with that said, thank you for the shirts, too.

01:28:19.000 Unbelievable.

01:28:20.000 What a great way to end.

01:28:21.000 I love getting gifts on the end of a great show like this.

01:28:24.000 Mark Levin, thank you so much.

01:28:26.000 Charlie Kirk, thank you.

01:28:29.000 Dr. Sebastian Gorca.

01:28:32.000 And of course, Dennis Krager.
