00:03:46.000 We're going to get into this story now.

00:03:48.000 And many of you have heard it, but it's time to talk about it even on a deeper level.

00:03:52.000 A woman is raped, and onlookers record it.

00:03:55.000 The story beyond the outrage.

00:03:57.000 Honestly, there hasn't been that much outrage from the mainstream press on this.

00:04:00.000 They're just going to move on from it.

00:04:01.000 They're not even telling the truth of this story.

00:04:04.000 In Philadelphia, an illegal alien who had a criminal record that should have been deported.

00:04:08.000 We'll get to that part of the story in a second. 0.97

00:04:10.000 Was on a train, harassed a woman, and raped her for 40 minutes, and no one did anything.

00:04:17.000 In fact, people took out their cell phones and filmed it. 0.90

00:04:19.000 No one intervened, and they just watched idly by.

00:04:23.000 Now, some people are stunned and shocked at this.

00:04:25.000 Don't get me wrong, I'm disgusted.

00:04:26.000 I'm not shocked or stunned at all.

00:04:28.000 America has a complete and total cultural disintegration.

00:04:32.000 We've been warning about this.

00:04:33.000 We have a cowardice problem in our country, the likes of which I've never seen before.

00:04:38.000 And this doesn't shock me at all, especially in Philadelphia, which has become, just like many other urban centers, a largely degenerate city.

00:04:47.000 And this is an example of that.

00:04:50.000 And I don't want to hear from people like, oh, yeah, I would have done something.

00:04:53.000 That's not the point.

00:04:54.000 The point is your fellow citizens did nothing.

00:04:56.000 Let's frame this issue.

00:04:58.000 Play Cut 66, fellow news report of a rape on a train where people just stood and watched.

00:05:03.000 They just did nothing.

00:05:04.000 They said, why would I do something?

00:05:06.000 They took out their phones and filmed the rape.

00:05:09.000 They took out their phones and filmed the rape.

00:05:12.000 Play Cut 66.

00:05:14.000 At Upper Derby, 69th Street Station, passengers of the Market Frankfurt line are outraged.

00:05:21.000 The attack was brutal.

00:05:22.000 It was wicked.

00:05:23.000 And the worst part of when the people were watching.

00:05:27.000 Several people watching, some within arm's length, says Upper Darby Superintendent of Police arrested his 35-year-old Fishton Noy, who investigators say is seen on a train security camera sitting next to the alleged victim, touching her, and then raping her.

00:05:43.000 Investigators say a female SEPTA employee called in the attack, which was relayed on radio about the attacker disrobing on a train at 56th Street Station.

00:05:54.000 SEPTA says Noy was arrested at 69th Street Station on the train in the act.

00:06:00.000 Most people just arm's length away allowed and watched a rape to happen. 0.97

00:06:06.000 Now, the bigger the government, the smaller the citizen.

00:06:09.000 You see, massive government and big institutions, they paralyze people from doing the right thing.

00:06:17.000 People don't actually know how to take responsibility for themselves.

00:06:21.000 And this is a byproduct of what we've seen over the last 18 months.

00:06:24.000 Sit and do what you're told.

00:06:25.000 Take the vaccine, put on a mask. 1.00

00:06:27.000 And then you have this criminal alien who should have been deported from our country rape a woman on a train. 0.99

00:06:37.000 And no one really seems to care. 0.97

00:06:39.000 And yeah, the story got written up here and there.

00:06:42.000 But in a couple weeks, no one will be talking about this.

00:06:46.000 And of course, this goes to something called the bystander effect.

00:06:50.000 The bystander effect is where people sit idly by and don't do anything.

00:06:54.000 This was most famously shown and demonstrated in the Kitty Genovese story, where a woman was raped in New York City.

00:07:04.000 Rough estimates, anywhere between 20 to 35 people heard it and they did nothing.

00:07:09.000 But that is the human condition.

00:07:14.000 We are a cowardly people absent the thing that we have decided to try to move, toxic masculinity. 0.98

00:07:21.000 As we have removed toxic masculinity, who's going to step in and stop this criminal from raping the woman? 0.99

00:07:29.000 Drag queen story hour man? 0.60

00:07:31.000 Is the drag queen guy going to come in and stop it? 0.88

00:07:35.000 No, instead, the gut instinct is: let's take out our phones and film it.

00:07:39.000 There's a phenomenal Orwell quote: Free societies are built on the backs of vicious men who are willing to fight for what is good.

00:07:49.000 So who's going to step up and stop the rapist?

00:07:52.000 The person who's been emasculated every single turn.

00:07:58.000 Now, there's another reason why people didn't step up and do something in this story.

00:08:03.000 It's not just because of the cowardice and the lack of moral center and the societal and cultural disintegration.

00:08:12.000 That's part of the reason.

00:08:14.000 The other reason is that people are afraid that if they intervene, they might actually get in trouble.

00:08:21.000 That they get, if they intervene, they're the ones that actually might get arrested.

00:08:29.000 We saw this during the BLM protests.

00:08:33.000 Remember during the BLM protests where shop owners were defending their property and they're the ones that get criminalized?

00:08:39.000 Remember the McCoskey family in Missouri?

00:08:43.000 The McCloskey family who had dozens of hordes of BLM activists go onto their private property and they come out with guns to defend their property and they're the ones that get indicted and prosecuted.

00:08:54.000 It's a law, it's a war on the lawful and a pardoning of the lawless.

00:09:00.000 So how do we get to the place in Philadelphia where on the train, on the city of brotherly love, you have a foreign national that rapes a woman for 40 minutes and people take out their phones to go post it on TikTok. 0.98

00:09:13.000 Not to stop it.

00:09:16.000 Not to try to intervene.

00:09:19.000 The war on men and toxic masculinity has real ramifications.

00:09:24.000 People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

00:09:31.000 It is Orwell.

00:09:33.000 The only way you can stop a rapist on a train when he's raping a woman for 40 minutes is with violence.

00:09:39.000 But we've decided to have a war on men in our country.

00:09:44.000 So people take out their phones instead.

00:09:45.000 They take selfies while the rape is happening.

00:09:50.000 How do we get here?

00:09:51.000 Well, remember when the mayor of Philadelphia declared Philadelphia a sanctuary city?

00:09:56.000 And then he posted a video to Twitter where he came out like a child on Christmas morning and said, We are a sanctuary city.

00:10:08.000 And he danced around and high-fived his staffer, Mayor of Philadelphia.

00:10:14.000 Remember this?

00:10:16.000 Playta.

00:10:17.000 A sanctuary city. 0.99

00:10:21.000 That's Jim Kenney, mayor of Philadelphia, dancing that they are a sanctuary city for rapists that can go on trains and rape people for 40 minutes. 0.93

00:10:30.000 Of course, he will not be held accountable. 0.70

00:10:32.000 He'll be re-elected.

00:10:34.000 The people of Philadelphia will keep on supporting this kind of horror.

00:10:37.000 And here's the sad part: urban violence is going through the roof.

00:10:42.000 And it is the same communities they say they're trying to help, you know, the ones that are the black and brown communities of color that we want to try to assist.

00:10:51.000 You go out to Harvard or you go out to West Philadelphia, they're going to be fine.

00:10:57.000 You go out to the suburbs to Bryn Mawr.

00:10:59.000 They'll be unaffected by this.

00:11:03.000 Would you do something?

00:11:05.000 That's the question.

00:11:07.000 Would you do something if you saw a crime occurring in front of you?

00:11:11.000 Not every, and hopefully the answer is yes.

00:11:13.000 I'm not accusing you if the answer is no.

00:11:16.000 The world is a scary and evil and dangerous place.

00:11:19.000 We know this.

00:11:21.000 Defunding the police has real ramifications.

00:11:27.000 The tragedy of sanctuary cities to end these policies go to show that citizens are not prepared to live in a virtuous or moral society.

00:11:42.000 And it's the very people that they say they're trying to protect and help, women, that actually fall victim to this.

00:11:50.000 This is societal disintegration, everybody.

00:11:56.000 And it takes courage.

00:11:59.000 The other side in some kind of woke Christians, they say, well, we must be tolerant. 0.99

00:12:02.000 Excuse me, I'm not going to be tolerant of rapists on trains who rape women for 40 minutes. 0.92

00:12:08.000 If I saw that happen, someone would go to jail.

00:12:16.000 All it takes for evil to prosper is for good men to do nothing.

00:12:19.000 Well, what happens when you have no more good men?

00:12:24.000 Good men are hard to find because we've decided to destroy them.

00:12:27.000 Toxic masculinity, we're told, is the biggest threat.

00:12:30.000 When you wage a war on toxic masculinity, you create a society where women are going to get raped on trains in Philadelphia for 40 minutes and not a single man could stand up and do something about it.

00:12:43.000 It's only going to get worse, everybody, until we start to balance what Western society has always been between the masculine and the feminine, to have courageous people that are willing to contest against evil to protect the innocent and not take out phones and put it on TikTok.

00:13:02.000 Every once in a while, a coffee company comes along that changes the way we think about our morning routine.

00:13:58.000 USA Today article.

00:14:00.000 Okay.

00:14:01.000 Wow.

00:14:02.000 The rape on the Philadelphia train was horrific, but experts say we're missing something in our outrage.

00:14:08.000 So I read this article during the break by this woman, Aaliyah Dastagier.

00:14:14.000 It's one of the most disgusting articles I've read in memory.

00:14:17.000 I don't say that lightly.

00:14:18.000 She writes in the article, and they have this expert from the University of Michigan, which is becoming an absolute cesspool of Marxism.

00:14:27.000 She says, most rapes aren't committed by strangers, but by someone the victim knows.

00:14:31.000 A man publicly assaulting a woman on a train frightens and perplexes us.

00:14:35.000 But experts say it's no less disturbing than a culture of complicity that normalizes sexual violence.

00:14:40.000 This has nothing to do with that.

00:14:41.000 This is about do you see something evil and do you allow it to happen?

00:14:46.000 Normalizes sexual violence.

00:14:48.000 She writes, this person, Nicole Badera from University of Michigan.

00:14:53.000 It's really easy to scrutinize bystanders in this really well-publicized case.

00:14:57.000 What's harder is to look at our own behavior.

00:15:00.000 One of the things that we should all consider by asking ourselves right now is, how have I enabled sexual violence?

00:15:06.000 Experts say this is what they write in USA Today.

00:15:08.000 Experts say that for most people, intervening won't look like ripping off a stranger of a victim in a public setting.

00:15:13.000 They're rather challenging a culture that repeatedly minimizes and excuses sexual violence.

00:15:18.000 Intervening includes everything from shutting down a sexist joke.

00:15:20.000 Oh, you hear that? 0.98

00:15:21.000 A sexist joke like Dave Chappelle, which we're going to get into, is the equivalent of raping a woman for 40 minutes on a train. 0.90

00:15:29.000 Insisting a friend not stay at a party alone, and to believing a person who tells you something you admire committed harm.

00:15:36.000 The article continues: people are outraged, prompting questions about why society is so tolerant of gendered violence and we become so inured to people's suffering.

00:15:45.000 The article continues by saying, So you have to be an engaged bystander.

00:15:51.000 So here's what you do when you see a rape happen on a train.

00:15:53.000 You should distract, create a distraction, de-escalate the situation.

00:15:56.000 This could look like dropping a coffee or singing loudly.

00:16:00.000 Delegate, find someone else to help, which can include those in close proximity.

00:16:04.000 Bystanders may be fearful or uncomfortable, and they don't have to act alone.

00:16:07.000 Oh, this is what they say in USA Day: document it.

00:16:09.000 They're praising the people that take out their phones and film the rape.

00:16:13.000 Delay.

00:16:14.000 Check in on the person who experienced harassment and ask them what they need.

00:16:17.000 Oh, ask the person being raped, hey, what do you need right now?

00:16:24.000 Direct.

00:16:25.000 Set a boundary at the person doing the harassing and then turn your attention to the person being harassed.

00:16:29.000 Listen, this is what you do.

00:16:32.000 You put their head into cement, is what you do.

00:16:36.000 It's that simple.

00:16:38.000 Distract, drop a piece of coffee and sing the sound of music.

00:16:41.000 Delegate, find someone else to help. 0.96

00:16:43.000 Document it. 1.00

00:16:44.000 Go take a selfie with the rapist. 1.00

00:16:45.000 Delay. 1.00

00:16:46.000 Check in on the person being raped.

00:16:48.000 Direct.

00:16:48.000 Set a boundary.

00:16:49.000 It's very simple.

00:16:51.000 You use gravity to your advantage, and it's this simple.

00:16:55.000 Either you're going to the hospital or I'm going to the hospital.

00:16:58.000 This ends right now.

00:17:00.000 Your head's going through the window, and I'm taking you to the ground.

00:17:05.000 It's that simple.

00:17:07.000 We used to solve things like that in our country.

00:17:09.000 I'm telling you, America was a freer and better place when strong men started to take things in their own hands when there was an injustice happening in front of them.

00:17:18.000 Oh, no, according to USA Today, we must de-escalate the situation.

00:17:22.000 We drop a coffee or sing loudly.

00:17:26.000 Now, I don't know if I could take this criminal alien. 1.00

00:17:29.000 I don't care. 1.00

00:17:30.000 I would rather die than watch a rape happen. 0.99

00:17:33.000 I mean that. 0.97

00:17:34.000 I wouldn't be able to live with myself.

00:17:36.000 I would rather be suffocated by him and have other people watch my suffocation than sit idly by and let this happen and do nothing.

00:17:46.000 Instead, we have the feminine mayors dancing, Sanctuary City. 1.00

00:17:52.000 Make no mistake, as testosterone levels go down, as we start to turn men into women, as all of a sudden we watch idly by, you get articles like this from USA Today.

00:18:02.000 When you witness an assault like this, it could be hard to know what to do.

00:18:05.000 Hard to know what to do.

00:18:07.000 How about this?

00:18:09.000 Do something about it.

00:18:12.000 Use physical confrontation and take them to the ground.

00:18:16.000 Oh, no, they say this.

00:18:17.000 This woman, co-founder of the executive director of Halabak, when no one else is intervening, typically something as small as whoa, whoa, whoa, what's going on here?

00:18:25.000 Can inspire other bystanders to band together and take action.

00:18:30.000 Other bystanders to take action?

00:18:34.000 All it would take is for everyone to go after there.

00:18:37.000 Now, I'm going to prove to you how far our country has fallen.

00:18:41.000 The heroes on Flight 93 in Philadelphia, from Pennsylvania, and the criminals.

00:18:48.000 And by the way, make no mistake, every person who watched this rape is a co-conspirator, every single one.

00:18:54.000 They were just as involved, not just as involved as the rapists, but they're a co-conspirator.

00:18:58.000 Every person on that train has to live for the rest of their life knowing that they are a co-conspirator in rape.

00:19:04.000 That's how big of a deal it is.

00:19:06.000 We went from a country of Flight 93 where passengers were willing to put a plane into the ground and say, let's roll into the cockpit and give up their lives to a country now on a train where people take out their phones and film a rape.

00:19:20.000 That was a courageous country.

00:19:22.000 I don't know what this is.

00:20:20.000 It's easy to use.

00:20:22.000 It's phenomenal.

00:20:23.000 LegacyBox.com/slash Kirk.

00:20:29.000 We went from a country where people would willingly put a plane into the ground to save their fellow countrymen and die to one where people take out their phones and film a rape occurring on a train.

00:20:40.000 And then a USA Today piece comes out and defends the co-conspirators.

00:20:46.000 They're going to have to live for that with that the rest of their life.

00:20:49.000 They could have done something.

00:20:50.000 All it would have taken, and I don't want to hear, oh, well, the woman, the woman is not as strong. 1.00

00:20:54.000 I don't care.

00:20:56.000 Do something about it. 0.96

00:20:57.000 Run at them.

00:20:57.000 Other people would have helped you.

00:20:59.000 All it takes is one, and then other people have go.

00:21:01.000 I actually have never told this story publicly.

00:21:03.000 And I'm not saying this as something to reward, you know, as a, you know, I'm a better person than you are, but I'll never forget it.

00:21:11.000 It was Thanksgiving Day in 2000.

00:21:14.000 Boy, when was this?

00:21:15.000 2015, 2014, 15.

00:21:18.000 I went up, I was up early hunting pheasants with my really good friend, and it was snowing, and it was, oh my goodness, it was cold.

00:21:24.000 It was in Chicago.

00:21:25.000 I was at my parents' house for Thanksgiving, and I was a big runner back then, and then I hurt my back.

00:21:31.000 And thanks to Relief Fact, we're doing a lot better.

00:21:33.000 So we were going, I was going for a run on Thanksgiving Day, and on Thanksgiving, I'd always run with my dog, Winston.

00:21:39.000 He was a great dog.

00:21:41.000 And so we were going on a run, and kind of behind my parents' home, not too far from my parents' house, is a lake.

00:21:47.000 And I was running with my dog, and I had music, and it must have been like four degrees.

00:21:53.000 I was a crazy person back then.

00:21:55.000 And I all of a sudden heard screaming and yelling to my left.

00:22:00.000 And there's kind of this hill, and there's a lake, and this woman is screaming in Polish.

00:22:08.000 And the stroller is going down the hill of a baby in the stroller and goes onto the lake.

00:22:14.000 Now, the lake is frozen, right?

00:22:16.000 So the stroller is on its side on the lake.

00:22:21.000 The woman in Polish is screaming at the top of the hill.

00:22:25.000 And Winston and I stop and we see what's happening there.

00:22:30.000 And we run over, and what's amazing is everyone is staring, doing nothing.

00:22:36.000 Nothing.

00:22:36.000 They are staring at a baby on the lake as the ice is cracking.

00:22:41.000 And the stroller is starting to go under.

00:22:44.000 The stroller is slowly starting to go under.

00:22:46.000 And so I went into the water.

00:22:48.000 And I just went into the lake and pulled the baby out, put the baby above my head.

00:22:53.000 Thankfully, I was tall, so the water kind of went up to my chest.

00:22:57.000 My very loyal dog, Winston, was right at the edge of the water, kind of trying to help every way he could.

00:23:04.000 And honestly, having the dog there, his instincts were so good.

00:23:08.000 It was like he led me there.

00:23:10.000 And those of you that have great dogs, you know exactly what I mean.

00:23:12.000 Had the baby above my head, gave it back to the mom.

00:23:16.000 The mom never even thought to go into the water.

00:23:18.000 And the other 15 people that were just kind of around, because it was Thanksgiving, it was a lot of happening in the parking lot, did nothing.

00:23:24.000 Now, I'm not saying I deserve a medal or an award or anything, but afterwards, the police came, they had to put one of those blankets on, the police in fire came, they put one of those blankets on me.

00:23:32.000 It's four degrees.

00:23:33.000 When you go in the water, you can get pneumonia really quick.

00:23:36.000 And the firefighters, like 20 minutes later, said, Yeah, you probably saved that kid's life.

00:23:39.000 No one was going to do anything.

00:23:41.000 The bystander effect is real, everybody.

00:23:43.000 And by the grace of God, and I'm not taking credit for any of it, I just happen to be motivated to do something in that moment.

00:23:50.000 It was, and the woman speaking a language I don't understand.

00:23:54.000 Thank you so much.

00:23:55.000 You saved my child's life, the whole thing.

00:23:59.000 So if there's one takeaway from this story that we're talking about with the rape in Philadelphia, I hope somebody listening to my voice right now is going to see an injustice happen in tomorrow, the next couple weeks, or next couple months.

00:24:12.000 Be courageous and bold and do something about it.

00:24:15.000 It doesn't mean you have to always just intervene when meaning like the situation is like, oh, you have to intervene when someone's doing something wrong.

00:24:21.000 No, sometimes it's someone's in a situation.

00:24:25.000 Everyone's just kind of watching.

00:24:26.000 They're the bystander.

00:24:27.000 They're not actually doing anything meaningful to help their fellow citizens.

00:24:35.000 So we've now gone from a country that used to be bold and courageous and brave.

00:24:39.000 And by the way, I just want to say this.

00:24:41.000 If this rape would have happened in Fargo, North Dakota, that guy would have been shot within like 20 seconds.

00:24:49.000 You might say, well, Charlie, that's aggressive.

00:24:51.000 You ever been up to North Dakota?

00:24:52.000 They're great folks out there if you're listening on the flag radio network.

00:24:55.000 That dog does not hunt up there.

00:24:57.000 Those are great people.

00:24:59.000 They're armed and they take responsibility into their own hands.

00:25:03.000 And make no mistake, James Madison warned us about inner cities.

00:25:06.000 This is no such coincidence.

00:25:12.000 That's the word I'm looking for.

00:25:13.000 That this happened in the inner cities.

00:25:16.000 James Madison said we must be wary of urban populations dominating American politics because they are prone to rumor with a spice of madness.

00:25:26.000 It's the tragedy of the commons.

00:25:28.000 When everyone owns something, no one owns it.

00:25:30.000 I'll tell you, the good folks up in the Dakotas, they don't tolerate that.

00:25:37.000 But now we're a country where one of the top comedians in America, and we have not talked about the Netflix story, not intentionally, we've just been doing so many of the different things, comes out and makes some of the funniest commentary about trans whatever.

00:25:50.000 I think it's hilarious.

00:25:51.000 He doesn't apologize, and the Netflix grovels and apologizes.

00:25:55.000 Do we actually have, okay, do we have the actual jokes itself from the special or do we just have his reaction?

00:26:03.000 Well, let's, oh, yeah, we have this in his special.

00:26:04.000 We have Cut 91.

00:26:06.000 Let's play Cut 91.

00:26:08.000 Any of you who've ever watched, we know that I've never had a problem with transgender people. 0.94

00:26:18.000 If you listen to what I'm saying, clearly, my problem has always been with white people. 0.90

00:26:25.000 I think that's funny.

00:26:26.000 And I know that it's like anti-white or whatever, but it's funny because he half means it. 0.99

00:26:32.000 But if you know his comedy throughout the years, he's an equal opportunity offender, okay?

00:26:38.000 But Dave Chappelle goes after trans people.

00:26:40.000 I want to get the exact thing of what he says.

00:26:42.000 And it's not even after trans people. 0.90

00:26:43.000 It's just, it's a joke.

00:26:45.000 It's lighthearted.

00:26:46.000 And the Netflix kind of regime loses their mind.

00:26:53.000 By the way, Dave Chappelle, I think, is objectively hilarious.

00:26:57.000 Some of the greatest kind of comic routines in the last 20 years have come from Dave Chappelle.

00:27:01.000 He's vulgar and all that.

00:27:02.000 I get it.

00:27:03.000 Okay.

00:27:03.000 And I'm not even supporting you listening to him, but what gets Netflix more fired up?

00:27:09.000 Dave Chappelle making fun of men who think they are women or women who think they are men?

00:27:15.000 Or remember the documentary cuties of the child pornography pedophilia that they put on their platform?

00:27:22.000 Netflix was perfectly okay with child pornography coming on their program.

00:27:26.000 And then the person in charge, who's one of the weakest people I've seen, kind of this Netflix CEO, he just put out a letter and he comes out and he says, well, I misunderstood.

00:27:41.000 I shouldn't have, I shouldn't have stood by our creation there.

00:27:46.000 So let me straight. 0.92

00:27:47.000 You can make fun of white people, Christians. 1.00

00:27:49.000 You can engage in child pedophilia, but the second you make a joke about transgenderism or say that gender is a fact, that's all that he said. 0.98

00:27:59.000 He said, gender is a fact. 1.00

00:28:02.000 Let's play Cut 92, and now Netflix employees are walking out of Netflix.

00:28:06.000 Cut 92.

00:28:08.000 Dozens of protesters made their voices heard today outside Netflix offices in Los Angeles.

00:28:13.000 Workers walked out to protest Dave Chappelle's new comedy special, which some consider offensive to transgender people.

00:28:20.000 The company put out a statement saying it values its trans colleagues, respects the walkout, and recognizes that it needs to do better.

00:28:28.000 They have a sign there that says hate isn't funny.

00:28:30.000 And we have called this for a while, haven't we, Connor?

00:28:32.000 I think we've been on the cutting edge of this prediction.

00:28:35.000 Comedy will soon be dead.

00:28:36.000 And I called the revocation of the office Diversity Day.

00:28:39.000 I called it by the, it's one of the funniest things ever.

00:28:42.000 People say, you're a racist for saying that.

00:28:44.000 It's hilarious, okay?

00:28:46.000 It's called not taking yourself so seriously.

00:28:49.000 And this is a great, this is why dictators don't like comics.

00:28:52.000 This is why they had to cut off Cicero's head.

00:28:55.000 Cicero was the funniest man in Rome, one-year Roman Council, and he was killed by Mark Antony Mark Antony, Mark Antony and the second Roman triumphant because he was so good at mocking people in charge.

00:29:09.000 This is why Mussolini and Stalin, they quickly rounded up all the comics because comedy cuts through to all people because comedy is truth. 0.57

00:29:20.000 One of these, Vishal Singh, tweets out, I'm here at the Netflix walkout.

00:29:24.000 As a non-binary filmmaker who has helped create over 30 hours of Emmy-winning original documentaries for Netflix, I will not stay quiet.

00:29:30.000 Well, I wish you would.

00:29:31.000 The damage done by the damage done by Dave Chappelle's transphobia, transphobia is consistent and translates into real world hate.

00:29:38.000 His pronouns are they, he.

00:29:42.000 And Dave Chappelle just on his comedy routine saying gender is a fact. 0.81

00:29:51.000 Meanwhile, at a high school in Vermont, just to kind of show the state of the nation, what are they doing during a high school football game?

00:29:59.000 Oh, they're having a drag show.

00:30:01.000 Do we have Cut 89?

00:30:03.000 This is a report of a local news outlet that a high school, public high school, has a, this is in Burlington, Vermont, the godless, soulless Burlington, Vermont.

00:30:13.000 They have a drag show.

00:30:15.000 Play Cut 89.

00:30:17.000 A first of its kind halftime show for the Burlington High School homecoming football game, a drag ball hosted by the Gay Street Alliance Club.

00:30:25.000 To include the LGBTQ community in a sport that has traditionally been very masculine, it's really good for us to be able to add kind of a gender-bending aspect to that.

00:30:34.000 BHS students, along with students from South Burlington and Winooski, creating their own persona and performing for a packed crowd.

00:30:42.000 Kids on TikTok are saying that they are using demon as a pronoun.

00:30:45.000 No joke.

00:30:46.000 It's a new thing that, and of course, it's not a spiritual or everybody.

00:30:50.000 Nope, nothing to see here. 0.99

00:30:52.000 Atheism, it's all just a bunch of slut cells. 1.00

00:30:54.000 Give me a break. 1.00

00:30:55.000 Cut 58.

00:30:57.000 So Leona uses the pronouns and demon pronouns.

00:31:01.000 For the demon pronouns, it would be Liana is my partner, Deem is cute, and I belong to Deem.

00:31:07.000 I love Demon very much, and I hope Dean loves Demon's self too.

00:31:12.000 Posted without comment.

00:31:16.000 Dave Chappelle is now being potentially canceled for being hilarious.

00:31:21.000 And it all ties together, all of this.

00:31:25.000 The hypersensitivity, the inactivity, the anarcho-tyranny, all of it kind of comes together.

00:31:31.000 But don't worry, everybody.

00:31:32.000 According to the U.S. State Department, it is International Pronoun Day.

00:31:35.000 Everything's great.

00:31:36.000 It is International Pronoun Day.

00:31:38.000 Meanwhile, China is now testing scientific, note, hypersonic missiles.

00:31:44.000 If I was Xi Ji Ping and I saw that Netflix employees are walking out over saying gender is a fact, if I was Xi Ji Ping and I saw Drag Queen halftime show, I would take Taiwan over lunch.

00:31:57.000 And the State Department says, it's International Pronoun Day.

00:32:03.000 This is a real thing.

00:32:04.000 And oh, Media Matters will love this. 1.00

00:32:06.000 The transgender garbage is making America a dangerous place. 1.00

00:32:12.000 It allows our enemies an opportunity to take us over. 1.00

00:32:18.000 Everybody, look, there are shortages all over the place.

00:32:21.000 We are running out of stuff quickly.

00:32:23.000 It's scary out there.

00:32:24.000 We can't get fish sticks anymore, sour patch kids, toilet paper, diapers.

00:32:29.000 It's not a joke.

00:32:31.000 People are going to suffer because of the malevolence and some would say the incompetence of this regime.

00:32:38.000 I'm a prepper.

00:32:39.000 So my wife and I were good because we know that calamity and chaos, it's coming.

00:34:50.000 And if we're going to do our part, we need to draw on the books, the history, and the ideas that gave our forefathers and mothers strength and inspiration.

00:34:58.000 Hillsdale College was founded in 1844 to teach these things, and it still teaches them today.

00:35:04.000 The great news is that we can all study these things along with Hillsdale College professors right in our homes.

00:35:10.000 Through Hillsdale's free online courses, we can study the history of our civilization, the wisdom of ancient and Christian philosophers, the writings of Shakespeare and Mark Twain.

00:35:18.000 We can reacquaint ourselves with the Constitution.

00:35:21.000 We can learn how the Constitution has been undermined, and more importantly, how it can be recovered.

00:35:25.000 Take the online courses, everybody.

00:35:27.000 If you're a parent and you are looking for a way to teach your children if you're a homeschool or not, go to charlieforhillsdale.com.

00:35:44.000 It's phenomenal.

00:35:45.000 I do at least an hour of Hillsdale College courses a day.

00:35:49.000 Today, I'm going to tie up that Western Heritage course.

00:35:51.000 So learn alongside us on the Charlie Kirk Show, charlie4hillsdale.com.

00:35:56.000 That's charlie4hillsdale.com.

00:35:59.000 Portions of the Charlie Kirk Show are brought to you proudly by Hillsdale College.

00:36:04.000 Okay, I want to get to a story here, and we're going to cover this more tomorrow.

00:36:08.000 But for every single state out there, we need to start to have states to step up and push back against the federal government for treatments to the Fauci virus.

00:36:19.000 Breaking in the last couple of days, the Nebraska Attorney General has said physicians should be allowed to use off-label ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19.

00:36:29.000 The Attorney General of the state of Nebraska provided a legal opinion to the state's Health and Human Services Department.

00:36:35.000 This just released formal legal opinion suggests that the off-label use of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine should be allowed to prevent COVID-19 and is acceptable.

00:36:46.000 The Attorney General said, quote, allowing physicians to consider these early treatments will free them, will free them to evaluate additional tools that could save lives, keep patients out of hospitals, and provide relief for our already strained health care system.

00:37:02.000 This is a big deal.

00:37:03.000 Every attorney general across the country needs to do the same.

00:37:06.000 We need this in South Dakota.

00:37:08.000 We need this in North Dakota.

00:37:09.000 Pharmacists are losing their licenses.

00:37:11.000 Doctors are losing their ability to prescribe medication.

00:37:15.000 Why?

00:37:16.000 Because they are simply trying to get hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin to their patients.

00:37:22.000 So we're going to talk more about that tomorrow as well.

00:37:25.000 I just want to say that as kind of a point of reference.

00:37:27.000 That story really struck me as someone who is standing up and doing the right thing and actually talking about how people can get the treatment they need.

00:37:37.000 And if you have any questions about COVID or if you want the other side of the story, we are getting some of the most overwhelming feedback we have ever received on the episode discussion with Daniel Horowitz.

00:37:48.000 It's the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.

00:37:50.000 So where do you find that episode?

00:37:51.000 You can find that on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast app.

00:38:00.000 It's purple.

00:38:11.000 And we have this conversation that is doing incredibly well.

00:38:14.000 People said it has opened their eyes more than anything else that we've done.

00:38:18.000 It's Fauci Virus Thought Crimes with Daniel Horowitz.

00:38:22.000 That's Fauci Virus Thought Crimes with Daniel Horowitz.

00:38:25.000 I think you guys are going to really enjoy that.

00:38:26.000 I want to play one tape here of the wonderful Ron DeSantis in the couple seconds we have remaining.

00:38:32.000 I want to play cut 71.

00:38:34.000 Actually, no, I want to play cut 68.

00:38:37.000 I think 68 is even better.

00:38:39.000 68.

00:38:39.000 Every governor in the country needs to do what Ron DeSantis has done.

00:38:43.000 I don't know why the governor of North Dakota hasn't done this.

00:38:46.000 I don't know why the governor of Wyoming hasn't done this.

00:38:48.000 Ron DeSantis, being in a battleground state, is courageous and clear.

00:38:52.000 Play cut 68.

00:38:53.000 Losing nurses is not going to be good for the state of Florida.

00:38:57.000 Losing police officers or firefighters is not going to be good for the state of Florida.

00:39:02.000 It's also important for us to take a stand.

00:39:04.000 If we have unconstitutional mandates coming down from the federal government, we have a responsibility to fight back and defend the constitutional system, and we'll do it.

00:39:14.000 Amen.

00:39:15.000 Ron DeSantis with the Attorney General of Nebraska is starting to create the true counter to the pharmaceutical industrial complex, to the overindulgence in these mandates and mask mandates.

00:39:28.000 There is a path forward.

00:39:30.000 We talk about that in the Daniel Horowitz interview, Charlie Kirk Show podcast.

00:39:34.000 You will check it out.

00:39:35.000 You will love it.
