00:00:04.000 We talk about many different things.
00:00:06.000 Revolver.news, we talk mostly about the Trump indictment, the administrative state, the Leviathan, the deep state that is going after Donald Trump.

00:00:31.000 Here we go.
00:00:32.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:33.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:35.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:39.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:42.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:43.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:44.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:51.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:53.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:01.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:04.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:14.000 You are living through history.
00:01:16.000 You at least can thank God that you are not living through boring times.
00:01:20.000 You know, we're getting a lot of emails.
00:01:22.000 We have kind of a pulse.
00:01:23.000 Finger on the pulse.
00:01:24.000 Yeah.
00:01:24.000 Better than any show, I think.
00:01:26.000 I think more than any other show.
00:01:27.000 And I'd say, you know, about 50-50.
00:01:28.000 A lot of people are ready to give up.
00:01:30.000 They think it's overwhelming.
00:01:31.000 They think, you know what?
00:01:32.000 There's no point in continuing.
00:01:35.000 I'm just going to go worry about my own life.
00:01:38.000 The other half is ready for action.
00:01:39.000 That's a lot of you right now.
00:01:42.000 You know, I sent out another tweet that I want to make sure we emphasize.
00:01:46.000 I think that the Democrats are going to eventually significantly regret pushing us this far.
00:01:52.000 What does that mean?
00:01:53.000 I don't mean violence.
00:01:54.000 I mean that we are now finally going to wake up and motivated to put powerful Democrats behind bars.
00:02:02.000 Can we start with BLM for their outright charitable fraud that happened in every single red state?
00:02:08.000 Let's just start there.
00:02:09.000 We've got to start perp walking these Democrats.
00:02:11.000 Republican attorneys, if you have a Republican attorney general who does not currently have active criminal investigations into corrupt Democrats, you got to find a new Republican attorney general.
00:02:21.000 If you have a local DA that's a Republican that is not currently investigating the Democrat crime family or activities, you have to find a new local DA.
00:02:33.000 Here's a good example, Charlie.
00:02:34.000 Did you know that the Columbus, Ohio Antifa is one of the most active organized Antifa groups in the country?
00:02:40.000 That's a red state.
00:02:42.000 Why can't we have a local government?
00:02:44.000 They don't have the spine or the intestinal fortitude.
00:02:46.000 Because here's the thing is that Attorney Generals stands for aspiring governor.
00:02:52.000 They want to have a political career.
00:02:54.000 And local DAs, unless it's Alvin Bragg, who is being puppeteered by George Soros and others, they don't want to touch it.
00:03:02.000 We have to change that mentality.
00:03:04.000 The only way this stops is if the people that are pushing this think that their friends and their allies and the people in their atmosphere are also going to go to jail.
00:03:14.000 You see, we do not have a rule of law right now in our country.
00:03:17.000 They say, well, no one's above the law.
00:03:19.000 Mike Pence, Chris Christie, John Barrasso.
00:03:21.000 Nobody's above the law.
00:03:23.000 There is no law in America.
00:03:25.000 What there is, is there's a list of rules that are selectively applied depending on the party registration of the target.
00:03:33.000 The law, by definition, must be blind and equally applied.
00:03:38.000 That is the promise of the law.
00:03:41.000 We don't have a law.
00:03:42.000 We have rules.
00:03:42.000 No, no, we have rules.
00:03:44.000 Rules and laws are two totally different things.
00:03:46.000 And the problem is who gets to enforce the rules?
00:03:49.000 The people in charge.
00:03:51.000 The people in charge get to decide who actually has to go to jail for violating those rules.
00:03:57.000 And so people say, boy, you know, we have to be careful because the law should apply equally.
00:04:04.000 That has not been the case for quite some time.
00:04:06.000 Hillary Clinton, the law does not apply to her.
00:04:08.000 Bill Clinton's not going to go to jail for sexual, alleged sexual relations with children, teenagers, or at least going on planes, child sex trafficking stuff, or his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.
00:04:20.000 The Clinton crime family is not going to be indicted for their foreign activity through the Clinton Global Initiative and that entire crime syndicate operation.
00:04:28.000 Don't get your hopes up.
00:04:29.000 The Joe Biden thing looks like it's finally going in a promising direction towards justice, but don't get your hopes up because we have rules, not laws.
00:04:37.000 Andrew.
00:04:38.000 No, I mean, I haven't been as frustrated watching anything as when you were hearing anything as when you were talking about Mike Pence specifically.
00:04:46.000 Here's a man that would be, you know, doomed to obscurity.
00:04:50.000 I mean, what do they describe as mayonnaise on toast?
00:04:53.000 And here he is posturing, actually presenting as if he hasn't a real chance of winning the nomination instead of standing behind a man that basically put him on the map, right?
00:05:06.000 Okay, you can say it's been tough since then or whatever.
00:05:09.000 They've had a little spat.
00:05:10.000 I don't care.
00:05:11.000 If they come for Trump, they can come for all of them.
00:05:14.000 Unless, Charlie, and here's what, if I'm being honest where my mind goes, unless they've all made a deal with the devil, unless they are working in cahoots with this uniparty establishment, Intel, you know, Leviathan that has six ways from Sunday of getting back at you.
00:05:30.000 These men that are, these men that feel like they have impunity from this system and the pomposity, the smugness, and they are, again, there is celebration.
00:05:40.000 I don't know this for a fact, but I could just see it in their vocab and their diction from Chris Christie and Mike Pence.
00:05:48.000 I guarantee you, everybody, in private, they're smirking and smiling and chuckling and delight.
00:05:56.000 Yeah.
00:05:56.000 I guarantee you.
00:05:58.000 I want to look them in the eyes and be like, do you want the presidency so bad that you're willing to risk the Republic?
00:06:04.000 I mean, what's left of it at this point?
00:06:06.000 No, they hate Donald Trump that much.
00:06:07.000 There's a lot of revenge.
00:06:08.000 There's a lot of penniness.
00:06:10.000 Listen.
00:06:10.000 And look, President Trump is a high-charging.
00:06:14.000 He wants excellence from everybody, business guy, and he doesn't get along with all of them.
00:06:18.000 Okay, so he called you some bad names.
00:06:20.000 Mike Pence, he built you a beautiful political career.
00:06:23.000 And then you say, well, well, no one is above the law.
00:06:25.000 What a cheap, ridiculous soundbite.
00:06:28.000 What are you legal editor at MSNBC where you don't think?
00:06:32.000 You go out there and you're parroting some sort of CNN operation mocking.
00:06:36.000 My running mate, my running mate.
00:06:38.000 My running mate?
00:06:38.000 No, that's the president of the United States, pal.
00:06:41.000 All right.
00:06:42.000 Or Chris Christie, well, Donald Trump did this to himself.
00:06:45.000 Yeah, like, just like you closed the bridge, man.
00:06:47.000 You know all about doing things to yourself.
00:06:49.000 I'm going to go here.
00:06:50.000 Let's go to this.
00:06:52.000 This actually is a pretty, believe it or not, of all the people, Tim Scott's been really good.
00:06:58.000 Senator Tim Scott has.
00:07:00.000 I mean, again, I grade on a curve because he's more of a moderate member of the Senate, but even better than Mike Pence, play cut 114.
00:07:11.000 The one thing that makes America the city on the hill is confidence in our justice system.
00:07:18.000 And today, what we see is a justice system where the scales are weighted.
00:07:24.000 And in America, every single person is presumed innocent, not guilty.
00:07:30.000 And what we've seen over the last several years is the weaponization of the Department of Justice against the former president.
00:07:38.000 You don't have to be a Republican to see injustice and want to fix it.
00:07:43.000 You don't have to be a Democrat to see injustice and want to fix it.
00:07:47.000 You just have to be an American and stand up for the right thing.
00:07:52.000 Not bad.
00:07:53.000 I'd give that a six out of 10.
00:07:54.000 Pretty good for Tim Scott.
00:07:55.000 Not going to get new nuclear warheads.
00:07:57.000 We're not going to get Mark Bannon.
00:07:58.000 Yeah, we're not going to get Steve Bannon out of Tim Scott, but it's better.
00:08:01.000 No Charlie Kirk out of Tim Scott.
00:08:04.000 There's Mo right there.
00:08:06.000 So, how are you doing?
00:08:07.000 Steve Bannonstadters.
00:08:08.000 Yes, Watchers.
00:08:10.000 I think like Chief of Staff of War Room, right?
00:08:12.000 Oh, CEO.
00:08:13.000 CEO.
00:08:14.000 CEO of Chief Executive Officer.
00:08:16.000 There you go.
00:08:17.000 And a biological war.
00:08:19.000 You're not going to get the ban and fire breathing from Tim Scott.
00:08:21.000 Right.
00:08:21.000 But from grading on the curve, that's pretty good.
00:08:24.000 He didn't say no one's above the law.
00:08:26.000 He didn't say, oh, the president put it upon himself.
00:08:28.000 Fine.
00:08:28.000 Okay.
00:08:29.000 If you are listening to this, and we know y'all clip this show.
00:08:33.000 We know it gets passed around.
00:08:35.000 If the presidential candidates are watching this show, take some free advice.
00:08:41.000 Lead the charge because the country absolutely depends on it.
00:08:45.000 Andrew, but they have consultants.
00:08:47.000 I'm sick of these consultants.
00:08:48.000 They're pro-Pride.
00:08:50.000 Some of our members have pride, and they just don't really get it.
00:08:54.000 They hate Trump so much, they live in their own little bottle.
00:08:56.000 You got to know what time it is, Charlie.
00:08:58.000 They know what time it is, right?
00:08:59.000 Consultants have so much power over these candidates.
00:09:02.000 To your point, listen, we talk about how Northern Virginia, surrounding areas of D.C., these are the richest neighborhoods in the country.
00:09:10.000 And these people are living behind gated communities during their own time, and then they come into Alexandria or whatever, and they do their consultant thing, and they think that they're living in 1993.
00:09:19.000 Okay.
00:09:19.000 Folks, the weaponization of the DOJ, this is becoming like a cliche.
00:09:24.000 Yeah, it's weaponized and it's dangerous and the republic's at stake, honestly.
00:09:29.000 They don't know what time it is.
00:09:30.000 That's my problem.
00:09:31.000 Most because there is a or maybe they know it and they don't care.
00:09:35.000 They don't want to acknowledge it.
00:09:38.000 And they don't want to admit that there's something really wrong.
00:09:41.000 They don't want to admit denial.
00:09:43.000 You think denial is a huge psychological.
00:09:47.000 It's a serious psychological.
00:09:49.000 This is interesting because there is, there is, you know, we even struggle with it sometimes.
00:09:53.000 I'm a little older than you, but you're 29 and it's like, yeah, but we still remember a country that didn't behave like this.
00:10:00.000 Imagine if you're 50, 60, 70 years old in the country that you inherited.
00:10:05.000 I mean, it is a, yeah, denial, right?
00:10:07.000 Something you love changing so drastically.
00:10:09.000 That's important.
00:10:10.000 We're going to pick that up.
00:10:13.000 All right.
00:10:14.000 Here's a fun pop quiz for you.
00:10:15.000 How many sailors throughout history died from scurvy caused by a vitamin C deficiency during the time of Columbus?
00:10:23.000 Is it A, 20,000?
00:10:24.000 B, 200,000, or C, 2 million.
00:10:27.000 Got your answer?
00:10:29.000 It's 2 million.
00:10:30.000 Geez, that's like a genocide of low vitamin C. Would you believe 2 million people had to die before we figured that out?
00:10:36.000 Well, here's what gets crazier.
00:10:37.000 There's a little known deficiency right now killing millions of people around the world and the disease it's causing.
00:10:43.000 Insomnia.
00:10:44.000 According to a study published by Academic Press, magnesium deficiency is a leading cause in sleep disruption in both children and adults.
00:10:51.000 Look, I can attest to this.
00:10:53.000 As soon as I started supplementing magnesium, I sleep really well.
00:10:56.000 No problem going to sleep.
00:10:57.000 There's only one magnesium supplement on the market that has the full spectrum of all seven forms, and it's called magnesium breakthrough.
00:11:04.000 I have to tell you, when I take this stuff, I just feel on.

00:11:37.000 I go to bed easier.
00:11:38.000 Check it out.
00:11:39.000 Great company.
00:11:40.000 Magbreakthrough.com slash Kirk and use promo code Kirk10 for 10% off your first bottle.
00:11:48.000 Black pill warning.
00:11:49.000 You know what a black pill is?
00:11:51.000 It's not a red pill.
00:11:52.000 It's just where it's just not good news.
00:11:54.000 Black pill, thy name is Blake.
00:11:56.000 But that is he's a black pill opiate dealer.
00:11:59.000 Just give us out.
00:12:00.000 We'll explain that one at a later time.
00:12:01.000 Yeah, you'll be introduced to Blake at the right time when you really want to be cynical.
00:12:06.000 So this is really bad for the country.
00:12:11.000 Look, we're going to end up winning.
00:12:13.000 And I'm going to tell you why in a second.
00:12:15.000 I can't guarantee that, but I think that as long as we keep our attitude and our resolve, they can't take that from us and we refuse to be demoralized.
00:12:22.000 I'm not excited about seeing Democrats go to jail.
00:12:25.000 I don't find delight or joy in the suffering of others.
00:12:28.000 I don't.
00:12:29.000 I don't find joy or delight to say that, hey, I want BLM to be criminally investigated.
00:12:33.000 I think it's necessary.
00:12:34.000 I think it's important.
00:12:36.000 There are people outright publicly celebrating this stuff.
00:12:39.000 They are having parties.
00:12:40.000 I mean, it's already Pride Month, so good.
00:12:42.000 They already know whatever they're doing in Pride Month.
00:12:46.000 And now they have a whole other thing to celebrate.
00:12:49.000 This is, I mourn for what comes next.
00:12:54.000 And just be ready.
00:12:55.000 This is how it's going to work, right?
00:12:58.000 So we're now going to increase our language.
00:13:01.000 And the media is going to say, oh, right-wing people threatening to use legal system against their political opponents.
00:13:07.000 They're going to now like accuse us.
00:13:11.000 They're going to be like, right, you know, popular thing in Republican circles to indict your political.
00:13:17.000 Republicans pounce.
00:13:18.000 Yeah, they're radical domestic extremists.
00:13:21.000 So just don't listen to any of that.
00:13:23.000 This is really damaging stuff.
00:13:25.000 This is almost, we don't know how to recover the Republic type stuff.
00:13:30.000 Where here's the guarantee, though.
00:13:33.000 And this is the, you have to swallow this pill.
00:13:36.000 You have to stomach this.
00:13:38.000 Is that after what they've done, you cannot just act as if things are and do nothing.
00:13:43.000 You can't.
00:13:44.000 Sorry, you have nothing but bad options.
00:13:46.000 Okay.
00:13:47.000 So the bad option A is we act as if we live in the 1980s, like, oh, shucks, gosh, Gary, like Asa Hutchinson.
00:13:55.000 Let's play rock, paper, scissors and castrate kids because Reagan would want us to do that, right?
00:13:59.000 Or you do the Chris Christie thing, right?
00:14:01.000 Which is just do whatever the regime wants and normalize obesity in our political leaders.
00:14:09.000 So that's bad, right?
00:14:10.000 That's really tempting to just act in total denial and stay in that state of mind.
00:14:19.000 The other option is you have to have an equal and opposite reaction.
00:14:25.000 You got to start indicting them.
00:14:26.000 You got to start investigating them.
00:14:28.000 Republican DAs, Republican AGs, you got to be ferocious.
00:14:31.000 You got to be clear.
00:14:32.000 You got to be aggressive.
00:14:33.000 You have to be obviously fair and lawful.
00:14:36.000 But you got to find things in the criminal code that Democrats are violating, and you got to start indicting them.
00:14:42.000 It's not just Trump.
00:14:43.000 As we mentioned, it's Bannon.
00:14:44.000 It's O'Keefe.
00:14:45.000 It's the lawfare across the board.
00:14:47.000 And so you have nothing but bad options.
00:14:49.000 Through door A, they pummel us and they obliterate us and they steamroll us and the country is over.
00:14:54.000 Through door B, we actually embrace lawfare and maybe we can get to a place where we sign a peace treaty.
00:15:01.000 Maybe.
00:15:02.000 You have nothing but two bad options.
00:15:04.000 Door A, we guarantee to lose.
00:15:06.000 Door B, you have a chance to eventually save the country, but it's going to be nasty and brutish and cruel.
00:15:14.000 But at least you have some hope.
00:15:15.000 No, this is an opportunity, Charlie.
00:15:17.000 I think I have two notes.
00:15:19.000 First note is you're obviously saying if a crime has been committed.
00:15:23.000 Obviously, that has to be the guiding principle.
00:15:27.000 I'll show you the crime.
00:15:27.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:15:28.000 I mean, this is how they approach us.
00:15:29.000 And this is, if you actually want peace, all right, so it's the exact opposite of the way that the mainstream news media is going to spin it.
00:15:37.000 If you actually want peace, you have to have mutually assured destruction.
00:15:41.000 You're going to weaponize the justice system against conservatives, against your political opponents.
00:15:48.000 If you are willing to get in the middle of an election to attempt to imprison your top political opponent, Donald Trump, who's polling, by the way, like 35% above his rivals, right?
00:16:00.000 If you're willing to do that, then we have to be willing to do it too.
00:16:03.000 If you love this country, the only way that we get to peace is you have to be willing to escalate the fight equally.
00:16:09.000 You have two options, right?
00:16:11.000 Option A is you do the Asa Hutchinson, Chris Christie, Mike Pence thing.
00:16:14.000 Try to win them over and try to not have them eat you and be the eat-me-last Republicans, right?
00:16:20.000 And just throw all of it, you know, throw Charlie Kirk overboard, throw Steve Bannon overboard, throw Donald Trump overboard, and hope that when the parasites come to your door, they're somehow not going to devour you, right?
00:16:31.000 That's the current perspective of the Republican Party.
00:16:34.000 Where you are with a basis is door B or option B, which is this big sigh.
00:16:40.000 Man, this sucks.
00:16:42.000 This is not good.
00:16:43.000 But they started it, and we're going to finish it.
00:16:46.000 We're going to indict you.
00:16:47.000 We're going to subpoena you.
00:16:49.000 We're going to arrest you until you say, we don't want to take anymore.
00:16:52.000 We want to come to a peace settlement where we come back to the middle and we'll happily sign some sort of peace treaty that says former presidents are off limits.
00:16:59.000 Talk show hosts are off limits in the sense of like these little rink-a-dink pedestrian process crimes, right?
00:17:06.000 That your politics should not determine whether or not you get indicted.
00:17:10.000 Until then, everybody, we got to go full speed ahead.
00:17:14.000 Otherwise, the bad guys are going to steamroll us and destroy what's left of this country.
00:17:21.000 Look, you did the tough thing during the Chinese coronavirus.
00:17:24.000 You paid your people and pulled your business through the pandemic.
00:17:27.000 And now doing the tough thing could qualify you up to $26,000 per employee at covidtaxrelief.org.
00:17:34.000 Government funds are available to reward companies with two or more employees who stayed open during COVID.
00:17:39.000 This is not a loan, and you don't have to pay it back.
00:17:42.000 I know a lot of people that have benefited from this.
00:17:44.000 I think Congress appropriated way too much money.
00:17:46.000 This program is complicated, but nobody knows it better than the CPAs and tax experts at covidtaxrelief.org.
00:17:54.000 That is covidtaxrelief.org.
00:17:56.000 You pay nothing up front.
00:17:57.000 They do all the work and share a percentage of the cash they get you.
00:18:00.000 Businesses of all types, including nonprofits and churches, can qualify, including those who took PPP loans, even if you had an increase in sales.
00:18:09.000 You did the difficult thing for your employees during the virus.
00:18:12.000 Let covidtaxrelief.org help you get up to $26,000 per employee.
00:18:17.000 Visit covidtaxrelief.org.
00:18:19.000 That is covidtaxrelief.org, covidtaxrelief.org.
00:18:25.000 Do we have Darren on?
00:18:26.000 Yep, he's ready.
00:18:27.000 Joining us now is Darren Beattie.
00:18:29.000 Darren, how should we think about this looming Trump indictment and how should we react?
00:18:34.000 Well, there are multiple dimensions to this.
00:18:37.000 I mean, the first and most obvious and in some ways the most immediately scandalous dimension of this is this clear case of the Department of Justice interfering in the election.
00:18:48.000 I mean, you can't state it enough how egregious and really third world it is to have a sitting president's Department of Justice slap some clearly manufactured contrived charge in order to cripple his political opposition.
00:19:08.000 In this case, Trump, who is the frontrunner in 2024 for the Republicans by far.
00:19:14.000 Andrew, do you want to pick it up?
00:19:15.000 No, I mean, I think what you're talking about is something that we've been reiterating on the show, Darren, that this is clearly manufactured.
00:19:22.000 It's clearly basically a document process paperwork dispute that they're trumping up pun intended to target a political opponent.
00:19:31.000 I mean, we see that, we see that Rachel Maddow clip.
00:19:33.000 I'm sure you've seen it, Darren, where she's basically giving up, saying the quiet part out loud, saying, well, maybe there's a plea deal to be had.
00:19:40.000 He agrees not to run, and then we'll reduce the charges.
00:19:44.000 You don't have to spend any time in prison.
00:19:46.000 Darren, what is your take on the best way, you know, short of dropping out of the race?
00:19:54.000 If you're in Donald Trump's camp right now, what is your advice to them?
00:19:57.000 What are you telling them to do from a messaging standpoint, optics standpoint, and next steps?
00:20:02.000 Well, you got to play it up really hard in the messaging.
00:20:04.000 I mean, they're attacking him for precisely the reason that all American patriots need to rally around his defense.
00:20:12.000 And that is he is the number one threat to the regime.
00:20:16.000 He's the number one threat to the ruling establishment.
00:20:19.000 He's the number one threat to the illegitimate crooks who continue to run this country into the ground.
00:20:25.000 No one else has seen anything remotely close to the constant abuse and constant attempts to cripple him in every single capacity.
00:20:36.000 So I think he needs to make that an integral part of the messaging.
00:20:40.000 They're coming after me in an unprecedented way because he threatens the system in an unprecedented way.
00:20:48.000 And beyond the messaging part, I would say cooperate to the absolute minimum.
00:20:54.000 You know, make them, if they're going to do it, you know, call their bluff.
00:20:58.000 Force them to actually make the step of physically arresting him, doing all this stuff.
00:21:04.000 If that's where they want to take it, force them to do it and fully expose the American people.
00:21:10.000 What a sham, illegitimate country we've become.
00:21:13.000 So, Darren, you know, I've been calling on other Republican candidates to actually show that we have an opposition party in this country.
00:21:20.000 What are your thoughts, Darren, about Republicans taking a stand against this and dropping their own petty political aspirations aside and saying that there is a transcendent truth here that is being threatened, that transcendent truth is justice, is that we're not going to become a tyrannical Maoist country where on demand we just get to create,
00:21:46.000 we get to create interpretations of an antiquated criminal code against former presidents that we don't like, that elections don't matter.
00:21:54.000 Darren, what's really in contrast here is the Department of Justice is basically saying the will of the people and the consent of the governed, we don't care.
00:22:06.000 We're going to directly get into this.
00:22:08.000 Shouldn't every Republican suspend their campaign ahead of Tuesday as a show of solidarity and support against what is obviously a Maoist campaign against a former president?
00:22:19.000 I think at the very least, other candidates need to realize that this is much bigger than themselves.
00:22:24.000 This is much bigger even than 2024.
00:22:27.000 I mean, it's important to remind ourselves, this is simply unprecedented.
00:22:32.000 Yes, Trump is the frontrunner for the GOP slot in 2024, but he's also a former president of the United States.
00:22:40.000 This is an office that rightly enjoys a tremendous amount of deference when it comes to these things.
00:22:47.000 Now, I can imagine if a former president actually, to take an example, shoot someone on Fifth Avenue, then they would undergo the criminal process like anyone else.
00:22:59.000 But for these clearly trivial, clearly petty, contrived, politically motivated charges, if they allow this to go through, this is going to be the norm.
00:23:09.000 Any president, any politician who makes any attempt to threaten the regime or the establishment is going to get the Biden DOJ banana boat treatment in the future.
00:23:22.000 And it might even get to the stage where if someone isn't indicted, it's going to be a red flag saying, are you so milquetoast?
00:23:30.000 Are you so unthreatening that you haven't even been indicted?
00:23:33.000 What's the matter with you?
00:23:34.000 That's where it's going to go.
00:23:36.000 So I think all of these other guys, they need to understand this is bigger.
00:23:40.000 Unless we want to hand the regime the keys to the car and say anytime you find someone threatening, you can take them off the chessboard with contrived petty indictments.
00:23:50.000 We have to all collectively take a stand against this.
00:23:54.000 Yeah, dude, that's a brilliant, brilliant.
00:23:56.000 It's like getting indicted is going to become the new, have you not been kicked off of Twitter or have you not gotten your YouTube suspended for a little while?
00:24:04.000 I mean, that's really what it's becoming, right?
00:24:06.000 It's like the natural progression.
00:24:08.000 The Maoists overtook tech and now they've filtered into the halls of government.
00:24:11.000 But, Darren, I want to focus because you're really good at pulling back the layers on the deep state, especially when it comes to the Justice Department.
00:24:19.000 You're reporting on J6 with second to none.
00:24:23.000 Let's talk about Jack Smith.
00:24:25.000 What is your take on this man, right?
00:24:27.000 Much has been made of his time in the Netherlands, The Hague, and all this.
00:24:32.000 I mean, he seems like a guy that pushes, that he expands the statute interpretations that others would have more of a prudent, conservative approach.
00:24:43.000 He expands this.
00:24:44.000 He pushes forward.
00:24:45.000 He's had other attacks that lawmakers get overturned by the Supreme Court in the case of his Virginia case.
00:24:53.000 What is your read on this man?
00:24:55.000 Is he just going to keep pushing?
00:24:56.000 Is he a dog with a bone?
00:24:58.000 It's hard to say, but it certainly looks like it's going in that direction.
00:25:02.000 But look, I mean, with these kinds of things, if there's prosecutorial gymnastics involved, you've heard of prosecutorial discretion.
00:25:10.000 There's prosecutorial gymnastics.
00:25:12.000 And in order to affect this, you need the similar types of cognitive gymnastics undertaken at the judicial level to come remotely close to sustaining such a clearly petty and politically motivated case such as this.
00:25:27.000 So it just, you know, it just remains to be seen.
00:25:31.000 Trump needs to recognize this.
00:25:33.000 He needs to incorporate it into his messaging.
00:25:35.000 And he needs to call their bluff, saying, you're going to hit me with something so petty, okay?
00:25:40.000 I'm going to force you to go all out and make a spectacle of it so the American people can see just how low you're willing to go to take the number one threat to the regime off the political chessboard.
00:25:53.000 You know, so Darren, I'm going to read just a title here from Dan Bongino.
00:25:57.000 Dan Bongino says, RIP USA, he says, the country that we grew up in is dead, over.
00:26:03.000 Now, that might be a little bit hyperbole.
00:26:05.000 I haven't listened to all of it, but we've said the same, though.
00:26:08.000 I mean, to be fair.
00:26:09.000 I mean, I believe.
00:26:10.000 You're the first person I heard say that.
00:26:11.000 The country you grew up in is gone.
00:26:13.000 Yes.
00:26:13.000 And so, Darren, we must then think of what next.
00:26:16.000 We are going through the binary of door A, which is to do the Chris Christie, Assa Hutchinson thing, and to try to win over the deep state and hope they don't devour us and throw the rats they don't, you know, the quote-unquote rats they don't like off the ship, like Charlie Kirk and Darren Beattie and, you know, all this.
00:26:33.000 Or we can go to door B and with a sigh and with regret, not with regret, but with just a sense of disappointment, enter door B and say it's time for us to have mutually assured destruction.
00:26:49.000 Yeah.
00:26:49.000 So, Darren, what are the next steps?
00:26:51.000 I think it's time for perp walks, handcuffs, subpoenas, indictments, and investigations.
00:26:56.000 What is your thought, Darren B?
00:26:57.000 I'm all for it, but the reality is we need a critical mass of people who aren't complete abject cowards in order to make this mutually assured destruction happen.
00:27:08.000 And I think Trump, you know, he's always been on the front lines.
00:27:11.000 He's the leader of the movement.
00:27:12.000 He needs to make the example.
00:27:14.000 And that's what I say.
00:27:14.000 Call their bluff because I really don't think they want to see what happens in the country if they actually go through with the process of saying we're putting handcuffs on this guy.
00:27:25.000 We're putting him through the political process.
00:27:27.000 We're taking him off the chessboard in 2024.
00:27:31.000 American people know they deserve a chance at this election to say who they want.
00:27:35.000 I mean, again, it's so many, it's such a violation on so many levels of everything that Americans like to think of themselves as, according to our self-conception, as a free country, as a democracy.
00:27:48.000 If this were happening in any other country, you know, a country at least that's a foreign adversary, we'd be talking about regime change at this point.
00:27:57.000 But now it's in our country.
00:27:59.000 The regime we have in place is pretty much just as bad as any of the regimes that we talked about and demonize.
00:28:06.000 But it's in our own backyard now.
00:28:08.000 Until we exercise the demons, so to speak, the country will continue to go into the toilet bowl.
00:28:16.000 We are sending weapons to Ukraine because we're told that we should fight tyranny while our own government becomes more tyrannical, in some ways more so than Vladimir Putin's.
00:28:25.000 2.1 billion more in arms just announced today, by the way, folks.
00:28:30.000 Do you remember?
00:28:31.000 Is it Navalani, right, who's in prison?
00:28:34.000 The Navalny?
00:28:35.000 Political dissident in Russia, Navalny, and all the media.
00:28:39.000 Oh, it's so terrible.
00:28:40.000 And look all this.
00:28:41.000 But then when our own country indicts political opposition and dissidents, we kind of shrug our shoulders.
00:28:48.000 Like, meh.
00:28:49.000 The principle is the same.
00:28:51.000 It all comes down to the people that the intelligence agencies like or don't like.
00:28:55.000 They love Navalny.
00:28:57.000 They hate Trump.
00:28:58.000 And for good reason, because he domestically is the one guy who stands to upend the corrupt system that they've been running for so long.
00:29:08.000 Darren Beattie, check out Revolver.news.
00:29:10.000 Darren, thank you so much.
00:29:11.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:29:15.000 All right, we're reading through this indictment right now.
00:29:19.000 It has been unsealed.
00:29:20.000 Yep.
00:29:21.000 Right?
00:29:22.000 Yep.
00:29:22.000 No, I'm reading through it as well.
00:29:24.000 So here's what it says.
00:29:25.000 You know, again, more specifics.
00:29:28.000 They are alleging that the United States nuclear programs, potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack, and plans for possible retaliation in response to a foreign attack are among the documents, the classified documents that Trump maintained.
00:29:41.000 The unauthorized disclosure of these classified documents could put at risk the national security of the United States, foreign relations, the safety of the United States military and human sources, and the continued viability of sensitive intelligence collection methods.
00:29:55.000 All right.
00:29:55.000 And they're saying he stored these at Mar-a-Lago, which is an active social club, tens of thousands of members and guests.
00:30:03.000 Point six, on two occasions in 2021, Trump showed classified documents to others.
00:30:08.000 In July 2021, at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, during an audio-recorded meeting with a writer, a publisher, and two members of his staff, none of whom possessed a security clinch, Trump showed and described a, quote, plan of attack that Trump said was prepared for him by the Department of Defense and a senior military official.
00:30:27.000 Trump told the individuals that the plan was highly confidential and secret.
00:30:31.000 Trump also said, as president, I could have declassified it, and now I can't, you know, but this is still a secret.
00:30:36.000 So what this tells me, by the way, Charlie, that this story, before this was unsealed, broke in CNN.
00:30:42.000 So we have leaked after leak after leak, right?
00:30:45.000 So this is proof that somebody leaked this early to CNN.
00:30:48.000 It was actually included in now the unsealed indictment.
00:30:52.000 That is proof positive that this DOJ is doing a trial by PR.
00:30:57.000 This is a publicity trial against the former president right here.
00:31:01.000 Let's go back to, well, Cut 119, as we're reading this indictment, Joe Biden admitting having classified documents in his garage dating back to 1974.
00:31:08.000 You think Joe Biden's going to be indicted anytime soon?
00:31:11.000 Play Cut 119.
00:31:12.000 The best of my knowledge, the kinds of things they picked up are things that are from 1974 and stray papers.
00:31:20.000 There may be something else I don't know.
00:31:22.000 And then Cut 116 asked about classified documents.
00:31:25.000 Joe Biden had the same thing.
00:31:27.000 He had them in his garage with the Corvette.
00:31:30.000 not going to get indicted because we do not have a law in our country or a legal system we have a rules-based system and in a rules-based system important distinction those in charge get to enforce what rules they want and which ones they do not want play cut 116.
00:31:45.000 you said just possessing classified documents is you said totally irresponsible so what was totally irresponsible but the fact that you had some what They've informed me not to speak to this issue to any way try to prejudice the investigation that's going on.
00:32:04.000 And the other important part of the indictment, as we're reading it, Andrew is, but I want to just read the lead.
00:32:12.000 Donald Trump and Walt Nada.
00:32:15.000 This is how you go after the mob every day.
00:32:17.000 So here's what specifically, this is point seven.
00:32:21.000 This is the obstruction case that they're trying to build.
00:32:23.000 They're basically saying Trump endeavored to obstruct the FBI and grand jury investigations and conceals continued retention of classified documents by, among other things, and this is the Waltine Nada piece, B, directing defendant Walteen Nada to move boxes of documents to conceal them from Trump's attorneys, the FBI, and the grand jury.
00:32:43.000 By the way, it's important to state that all of these documents have been recovered, right, after they raided Mar-a-Lago and they posted the pictures online of all the, you know.
00:32:51.000 He didn't burn them or destroy them.
00:32:53.000 And again, he has full authority.
00:32:56.000 This is the issue.
00:32:57.000 This is the crux.
00:32:58.000 As president to declassify them under the Presidential Records Act.
00:33:02.000 The issue is that Trump, in a showman-type way, was caught on tape bragging that he had documents that he did not declassify.
00:33:12.000 Right?
00:33:13.000 That's in the indictment.
00:33:14.000 I could have declassified it as president, is what he said.
00:33:17.000 What was the exact quote?
00:33:18.000 It's going to be up to a very, very talented defense attorney to explain that one, right?
00:33:24.000 Because either way, the prosecution is going to do it.
00:33:26.000 It's right there.
00:33:26.000 It's right here.
00:33:27.000 Here's the dialogue.
00:33:28.000 Trump said, this was done by the military and given to me.
00:33:30.000 I think we probably can.
00:33:31.000 Staffer, I don't know.
00:33:32.000 We'll have to see.
00:33:33.000 Yeah, we'll have to.
00:33:34.000 Trump said, declassify it.
00:33:35.000 And Staffer said, figure out, yeah.
00:33:38.000 And Trump said, see, as president, I could have declassified it.
00:33:41.000 Hold on, let me see that.
00:33:42.000 That's in the indictment.
00:33:43.000 This was done by the Trump.
00:33:46.000 This is so weak to indict somebody on this, but this is where their case is hinging on, right?
00:33:51.000 This little back and forth caught on audio, which is completely subjective, circumstantial.
00:33:57.000 He could have been joking.
00:33:58.000 This very well could be an indictment based on a joke.
00:34:01.000 I'm seriously.
00:34:02.000 Yeah, no, no.
00:34:03.000 I totally, you know, I mean, I know Trump's, I know his vibe.
00:34:06.000 I know how he is.
00:34:07.000 It could have just been a, oh, you know, as president, I could have been, you know, or just classify.
00:34:11.000 It could have just been humor.
00:34:13.000 But there's no humor with the DOJ.
00:34:17.000 Hey, we did put a meme maker in prison, though.
00:34:19.000 Douglas Mackey's prison.
00:34:20.000 Humor is indictable now.
00:34:24.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
