00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a turning point USA college chapter, go start a turning point USA high school chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:38.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life, and I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:01:17.000 Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:17.000 All right.
00:01:19.000 It's April 10th, 2026, here at the Y Refi Studios in Phoenix, Arizona.
00:01:25.000 Blake, welcome.
00:01:26.000 Howdy.
00:01:28.000 It's uh, yeah, investyrefi.com.
00:01:30.000 I love it.
00:01:31.000 We are transitioning over to Y Refi Studios.
00:01:34.000 Great partners of the show.
00:01:35.000 Lots of news to get to.
00:01:36.000 Yesterday ended up being a fairly eventful day, that it did, both with real events and the even more entertaining type fake events that happen in the media.
00:01:44.000 Yeah, right.
00:01:45.000 Well said.
00:01:46.000 So we are titling this first segment of the show, The Tale of Two Truths, because uh, President Trump really he he unfurled on a truth against some former supporters, including Tucker Carlson.
00:01:46.000 All right.
00:02:02.000 Alex Jones, Megyn Kelly, and Candace Owens in one giant truth social post.
00:02:08.000 And we're going to compare and contrast the messaging of that with another truth in just a second.
00:02:13.000 But Blake, your take.
00:02:14.000 Okay, well, we should, if you haven't seen it, we can't read the whole thing.
00:02:18.000 It's pretty long, even for a Trump truth.
00:02:20.000 But he does say he dropped this yesterday afternoon, somewhat out of the blue.
00:02:26.000 At the start, it says, I know why Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, and Alex Jones have all been fighting me for years, especially by the fact they think it is wonderful.
00:02:34.000 For Iran, the number one state sponsor of terror, to have a nuclear weapon.
00:02:38.000 They all have one thing in common low IQs. 0.74
00:02:41.000 They are stupid people.
00:02:42.000 They know it.
00:02:43.000 Their families know it.
00:02:45.000 Everyone else knows it too.
00:02:47.000 He goes on to call them nutjobs and troublemakers.
00:02:50.000 He says they are.
00:02:51.000 He goes through each one.
00:02:52.000 Yes, he goes through each.
00:02:53.000 He says they are the opposite of MAGA.
00:02:55.000 He says he attacks Tucker, says he didn't finish college.
00:03:00.000 He says he goes after Megyn Kelly for asking him the nasty, now famous, only Rosie O'Donnell question.
00:03:07.000 He says that the respected.
00:03:09.000 The highly respected First Lady of France, who is not a man, is more attractive than Candace Owens.
00:03:15.000 He goes after Alex Jones for losing that lawsuit over the Sandy Hook case. 1.00
00:03:20.000 Really just blasts all of them.
00:03:22.000 Pretty scorched earth.
00:03:23.000 Very scorched earth.
00:03:24.000 Very scorched earth.
00:03:25.000 Although, you know, it's funny.
00:03:26.000 I heard a couple people responded to this, like, I was pretty tepid for Trump.
00:03:30.000 He could have gone harder.
00:03:31.000 And I was like, I don't know.
00:03:32.000 I don't think that's true.
00:03:33.000 I know.
00:03:34.000 This was pretty.
00:03:34.000 It was very scorched earth.
00:03:36.000 The reason, of course, he did that is they have all been vocal, very vocally.
00:03:40.000 Critical of the Iran intervention.
00:03:43.000 And in particular, they were all extremely critical of his rhetoric just in the past few days.
00:03:48.000 Specifically, everything got ratcheted up to a next level after the end of civilization truth.
00:03:53.000 Precisely, precisely.
00:03:55.000 I recall Alex Jones, he said something like war crime alert over that and said, this is not what we voted for.
00:04:00.000 Megyn Kelly said it was irresponsible and disgusting.
00:04:04.000 She says, I am sick of this bleep.
00:04:07.000 Why can't he just behave like a normal human?
00:04:10.000 President Trump floated that the president's staff should sort of defy his orders.
00:04:15.000 Tucker.
00:04:15.000 Tucker.
00:04:16.000 Sorry, sorry, sorry.
00:04:17.000 Yeah.
00:04:17.000 Why did I say Trump?
00:04:17.000 Tucker said that his staff should defy the order.
00:04:20.000 And there was that 25th Amendment stuff going on.
00:04:22.000 There was a ton of discussion of the 25th Amendment.
00:04:25.000 And yes, seriously.
00:04:26.000 And of course, Kenneth has suggested he was involved in murdering Charlie.
00:04:29.000 You're right.
00:04:30.000 Which is obscene.
00:04:31.000 So my take on this is basically a couple of things.
00:04:35.000 One, there are actually really important matters happening in the world, in the country.
00:04:41.000 This is a bit of a distraction.
00:04:43.000 However, what did you think was going to happen?
00:04:47.000 He's a man who responds very forcefully.
00:04:50.000 Your response when this happened was pretty interesting.
00:04:53.000 You said, I'm surprised it took this long, candidly.
00:04:55.000 Yeah, they have been vocally critical of the conflict since it started.
00:05:01.000 And the president is a guy who responds pretty rapidly when he feels people have turned on him out of his coalition.
00:05:09.000 We've seen what he's done with Congressman Massey, we've seen what he did with Marjorie Taylor Greene, which he bashes in there.
00:05:14.000 Elon Musk, it was a quick.
00:05:15.000 And that's interesting because that gets at.
00:05:17.000 We remember when Elon Musk first broke away, he comes out and says, President Trump is in the Epstein files.
00:05:23.000 Basically says he's involved, suggests he's involved in sex trafficking.
00:05:27.000 And we remember Charlie said, I think they could possibly reunite over this and paper this over.
00:05:27.000 Very critical.
00:05:35.000 And listen, emotions are high, correct?
00:05:39.000 And I would say that the Elon Musk example is an example of.
00:05:45.000 What President Trump is capable of doing, right?
00:05:48.000 Which is, if you look back, him and Megan were not friends.
00:05:52.000 They came back together in 2024.
00:05:54.000 Megyn Kelly has said that she will vote Republican over a Democrat no matter what.
00:05:58.000 It doesn't matter how upset she is.
00:06:00.000 Tucker Carlson had text released in the Dominion lawsuit, which revealed that he did not like President Trump at a certain point.
00:06:07.000 Then he campaigned in 2024 on his behalf.
00:06:10.000 So we don't know where this is going to happen.
00:06:11.000 Alex Jones, I'm a little less clear.
00:06:15.000 Alex has been.
00:06:16.000 Supportive of the president over the years and has turned on him.
00:06:19.000 Alex's response to this, by the way, was that thank you for making it clear that I want nothing to do with you and I don't support you anymore, basically.
00:06:26.000 I would put Candace in a completely different category of all of this, actually.
00:06:30.000 But the end result is it's a bit of a distraction.
00:06:35.000 But what did you think was going to happen?
00:06:37.000 And let's just make one thing clear.
00:06:38.000 If you're going to call for the 25th Amendment of the sitting president of the United States, you're calling for a palace coup.
00:06:43.000 That's what you're calling for.
00:06:44.000 Because the 25th Amendment was written and passed bipartisan fashion in 1967.
00:06:50.000 Why?
00:06:51.000 Because you had Woodrow Wilson, basically, where he was debilitated and his wife and his physician kept that from the country.
00:06:59.000 Okay, that was 1919, I believe.
00:07:01.000 Then you had a heart attack and a stroke by Eisenhower, little known.
00:07:07.000 Fact of history.
00:07:08.000 But in both of those instances, it was unclear what was going to happen if he didn't survive those instances.
00:07:13.000 Then you had the assassination of JFK.
00:07:16.000 But what would have happened had JFK just been a vegetable and survived it, right?
00:07:20.000 He obviously died.
00:07:21.000 So LBJ took over.
00:07:23.000 But what would have happened if he would have just been incapacitated?
00:07:25.000 So they needed a mechanism constitutionally to, if the president is unable to dispatch the duties and responsibilities of the president.
00:07:34.000 That's what the 25th Amendment is.
00:07:35.000 It's not when you don't like his policies.
00:07:37.000 It's not when you like.
00:07:38.000 When you don't like the war in Iran, it's about if he is mentally unfit and unable to do the job, meaning you had a stroke or something.
00:07:48.000 Well, that, of course, is what some people are claiming he is.
00:07:51.000 Yeah, but he's obviously lucid and he's the same Trump we've always seen.
00:07:55.000 So we'd love to see what all of you make of this.
00:07:57.000 So send us emails if you're.
00:07:59.000 We'll read them next segment.
00:08:00.000 Yes, we'll take a look at them.
00:08:02.000 I think what this is a good reminder of is it is how the president approaches politics, which he.
00:08:08.000 He can handle criticism on policy grounds, but there's a certain thing where President Trump is a guy who thinks through the language of dominance.
00:08:17.000 He always wants it to be clear that he is in charge of the party.
00:08:21.000 He is in charge of the movement.
00:08:23.000 You'll notice that he says this I am MAGA.
00:08:25.000 These people are not MAGA.
00:08:27.000 He very much, frankly, wants to emphasize that MAGA is centered around him personally.
00:08:33.000 And that's important to the president to express.
00:08:36.000 And I think it's the efforts to Define what MAGA is in a way that would say, oh, Trump is not doing a MAGA thing.
00:08:44.000 I think that is ultimately what sets him off the most, along with just the efforts to undercut him with the 25th Amendment.
00:08:50.000 Yeah, he was asked about Tucker, I think, a week or two ago, and Tucker was already being critical of him, and he kind of brushed it off.
00:08:58.000 And he said, well, it's okay.
00:09:00.000 And I think, to your point, I'm surprised it took so long in some of these instances.
00:09:06.000 We have a tale of two truths, though.
00:09:08.000 So just to put a fine point on it, he offered this other truth about the Haitian migrants.
00:09:13.000 That we covered on the show yesterday.
00:09:16.000 And I think that's an example of some of his best messaging domestically in recent memory.
00:09:22.000 And of course, the Haitian migrant was not supposed to be in this country, was led in by Joe Biden, was given temporary protected status, and then bludgeoned a store clerk to death with a hammer.
00:09:33.000 And President Trump went off on that. 0.56
00:09:35.000 The tale of two truths.
00:09:37.000 One, I think, is distracting.
00:09:40.000 Again, I understand why he did it.
00:09:41.000 The other is focused right here at home.
00:09:44.000 And it was a powerful truth.
00:09:45.000 We have so much to get to, so I'm going to get right into it.
00:09:48.000 So, I want to give a little bit more airtime to this Haitian Truth Social.
00:09:54.000 And because I, again, I think. 0.98
00:09:57.000 President Trump, at his best, is railing against the abuses and the pillaging and the, yeah, just the abuses of this country of ours.
00:10:06.000 And so he says an illegal alien criminal from Haiti who was released into our country by the worst president in history, Crooked Joe Biden, and the radical Democrats in Congress, just beat an innocent woman to death with a hammer at a gas station in Florida.
00:10:17.000 The video of her brutal slaying is one of the most vicious things you will ever see.
00:10:21.000 And unfortunately, there it is again.
00:10:22.000 We have it censored sufficiently.
00:10:25.000 This animal was allowed to stay here because the Biden administration granted him and all Haitians temporary protective status. 0.77
00:10:31.000 A massively abused and fraudulent program, which my administration is working to eliminate.
00:10:35.000 But deranged liberal district court judges are standing in our way.
00:10:40.000 This one killing should be enough for these radical judges to stop impeding my administration's immigration policies and allow us to end this scam once and for all.
00:10:47.000 To my fellow Republicans and frankly all common sense Americans, never forget that Joe Biden and the Democrat Party turned the United States of America into a dumping ground.
00:10:57.000 And to that I say yes and amen.
00:10:58.000 This is Trump.
00:10:59.000 This is peak Trump.
00:11:00.000 This is where you want him to be.
00:11:03.000 I'll be honest, I understand why he picked that fight he did yesterday with all the podcasters.
00:11:08.000 But I wish if every aggressive truth was about something like this.
00:11:12.000 Totally.
00:11:13.000 Grab a worst of the worst scenario of what the left has done to this country, what they're still trying to do to this country.
00:11:19.000 And it's so great.
00:11:21.000 I remember it happening so much in the first term.
00:11:23.000 For example, when he had the crap hole countries quote that leaked.
00:11:27.000 And it was the biggest story of the day because it was so offensive that he was saying, oh, we shouldn't have immigrants from crappy countries.
00:11:34.000 And yet he basically won that cycle.
00:11:36.000 Because ordinary Americans don't think we should have infinite people come here from crappy countries. 1.00
00:11:41.000 Totally. 1.00
00:11:42.000 The dumping ground line in that tweet, I wanted to like, it viscerally connected. 0.96
00:11:47.000 Or it was during his time in the wilderness where he said, bad immigrants are poisoning the blood of America.
00:11:53.000 And then they did a poll and it turned out, oh, a majority of Americans do think immigrants poison the blood of the country.
00:11:59.000 CNN was very upset about that.
00:12:01.000 I remember that.
00:12:02.000 But that's where you want him.
00:12:03.000 You want CNN upset at him and you want the base rallying behind him.
00:12:06.000 This is my whole point with mass deportations, right?
00:12:09.000 You hear the line, Mass deportation, it's only about 50 50 issue, about 50% support.
00:12:14.000 Whereas, worst of the worst, about 75% of American support.
00:12:18.000 You can't compare those two buckets the same.
00:12:21.000 The 50% that support mass deportation is your base.
00:12:23.000 It's your most adamant and ardent supporters.
00:12:26.000 They will come out in a midterm.
00:12:29.000 That's who we need to rile up the base.
00:12:29.000 Okay.
00:12:31.000 These kind of truths do that.
00:12:35.000 They affect the base at a visceral level.
00:12:37.000 It gets us fired up and we remember the carnage of the Biden years and we want to get out and make sure Republicans get elected to support that kind of policy.
00:12:44.000 Yeah.
00:12:44.000 And we talk about where it's worth taking risks on things.
00:12:48.000 And.
00:12:49.000 Sometimes you have people very agitated on Twitter saying a judge rules against President Trump.
00:12:55.000 Oh, he should defy this judge.
00:12:57.000 I think in 99% of cases, that's not worth doing because it's provoking a crisis when you have a friendly Supreme Court. 0.88
00:13:04.000 But as an example, this immigrant who just murdered this woman in Florida was a beneficiary of temporary protected status. 0.70
00:13:11.000 We have been trying to repeal temporary protected status on all these groups, and you repeatedly are having these district court judges, including in some cases, I think there's a Florida liberal judge who's been reversed by the Supreme Court.
00:13:23.000 Over and over again on questions like this.
00:13:25.000 And if you wanted to test the waters where it's worth taking a constitutional risk, it would be if we have a judge who's been reversed on the same thing by the Supreme Court two, three, four times, we're going to not let them block us from deporting some of these people.
00:13:40.000 That might be a risk that's worth taking.
00:13:41.000 Amen.
00:13:42.000 And I think that's kind of where we're all at at the base.
00:13:44.000 It's like if we're going to spend political capital and spend political will, messaging will, let's get it done on immigration deportations.
00:13:52.000 I think it's the most important issue still.
00:13:54.000 All right.
00:13:55.000 So we want to.
00:13:55.000 Quickly pivot, want to get to Melanie.
00:13:57.000 She surprised everybody at the White House press corps yesterday by taking the podium and addressing Epstein.
00:14:03.000 And we want to get into it because one part of it is truly, I think, important.
00:14:07.000 Sot one.
00:14:09.000 Now is the time for Congress to act.
00:14:13.000 Epstein was not alone.
00:14:16.000 Several prominent male executives resigned from their powerful positions after this matter became widely politicized.
00:14:26.000 Of course, this doesn't amount to guilt.
00:14:30.000 But we still must work openly and transparently to uncover the truth.
00:14:37.000 I call on Congress to provide the women who have been victimized by Epstein with a public hearing specifically centered around the survivors.
00:14:49.000 Each and every woman should have her day to tell her story in public if she wishes.
00:14:56.000 Then and only then we will have the truth.
00:15:01.000 All right, so I think this is brilliant and I'll explain why.
00:15:04.000 Because she's taking offense, right?
00:15:07.000 The administration has been playing too much defense on this issue.
00:15:10.000 The truth still remains that.
00:15:11.000 Joe Biden and the Democrats didn't release any of this.
00:15:14.000 The Trump administration has.
00:15:16.000 She starts this whole speech by saying, anything on the internet you see that ties me to Epstein is garbage.
00:15:20.000 I've already got a bunch of apologies.
00:15:22.000 We're going to keep policing these statements.
00:15:24.000 Then she says, I want them to get justice.
00:15:27.000 Have them testify before Congress.
00:15:29.000 Well, then this puts the Democrats in defense because all they want, and I think this is very clear, is they don't want justice for the victims.
00:15:38.000 They want to get Trump.
00:15:39.000 They want to weaponize Epstein to get Trump.
00:15:42.000 This makes them either say, yeah, good for Melania.
00:15:44.000 Well, good, good.
00:15:45.000 Yeah, here we go.
00:15:46.000 And agree, in which case, that doesn't have nearly as much potency from a political standpoint, or they fight back and sort of show their cards that this has been a ruse the whole time just to get Trump.
00:15:57.000 Now, what's interesting here is the reaction by the quote unquote survivors.
00:16:02.000 They have come out and said, well, we've already done enough.
00:16:04.000 We shouldn't have to do more, which is very interesting.
00:16:06.000 Yes, they said there's about 15 of them, and they signed a statement.
00:16:10.000 Survivors of Jeffrey Epstein have already shown extraordinary courage by coming forward, filing reports, and giving testimony.
00:16:16.000 Asking more of them now is a deflection of responsibility.
00:16:19.000 Not justice.
00:16:20.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:16:21.000 So, this is a very interesting dynamic that's emerging.
00:16:23.000 And I do think this has the opportunity with Pam Bondi leaving to reset the deck at the DOJ.
00:16:28.000 Maybe there's an opportunity to take the offensive foot, which could help in a lot of ways.
00:16:34.000 So, let's go ahead.
00:16:34.000 This is Anapolina Luna, Congresswoman Anapolina Luna, talking about the co conspirators, which is an interesting clip.
00:16:40.000 Cut five.
00:16:41.000 That Jeffrey Epstein was running an intelligence gathering operation, in my professional opinion.
00:16:47.000 I do believe it was a honeypot operation.
00:16:49.000 And I do believe that there is a list of individuals who did engage in trafficking, were given these plea deals, and I'm going to name those individuals right now.
00:16:57.000 The first one would be Leslie Groff.
00:16:59.000 The second one, Sarah Kellen.
00:17:00.000 The third one, Nadia Markova.
00:17:03.000 And the fourth one, Adriana Ross. 1.00
00:17:05.000 All of these women engaged in the trafficking of minors as adults. 0.68
00:17:10.000 They were working and complicit with Jeffrey Epstein's operation.
00:17:14.000 And in my opinion, they are not to be given victim status because they did partake in harming young girls.
00:17:21.000 So, those are people that have been given plea deals as if they were victims, but they were, in Ana Polina Luna's perspective, co conspirators because they helped traffic the young women to Jeffrey Epstein.
00:17:33.000 Another name that's come up a lot is Haley Robeson, who sort of now notoriously spoke with Rokhana after the State of the Union.
00:17:40.000 She's another one that's been named as potentially trafficking young women as well.
00:17:44.000 So, this is a developing situation, and we are going to keep our eyes on it because there's a lot of moving pieces here, and the deck just got reset.
00:17:54.000 America is entering its 250th year, and the direction of this country is being decided right now in our culture and our economy.
00:18:02.000 And who we choose to support matters more than ever.
00:18:06.000 Most wireless companies don't care who you are or what you believe, they just want your money.
00:18:10.000 Patriot Mobile is different.
00:18:11.000 For more than 12 years, they've stood with Americans who believe freedom is worth fighting for, funding the Christian conservative movement when others stayed silent.
00:18:19.000 And here's the deal you don't have to give up quality or service when you switch to Patriot Mobile.
00:18:24.000 They deliver Premium, priority access on all three major US networks, so you'll get the same or better coverage than you have today.
00:18:32.000 Think switching is a hassle?
00:18:33.000 It isn't.
00:18:34.000 Keep your number, keep your phone, or upgrade.
00:18:37.000 Their 100% US based support team can activate you in just minutes.
00:18:41.000 Still paying off a device?
00:18:42.000 Patriot Mobile even offers a contract buyout.
00:18:45.000 This is a defining year.
00:18:47.000 We got to work together to save our country.
00:18:49.000 So go to patriotmobile.comslash Charlie or call 972 Patriot and use the promo code Charlie for a free month of service.
00:18:57.000 That's patriotmobile.comslash Charlie.
00:18:59.000 Or call them at 972 Patriot using the promo code Charlie and switch today.
00:19:07.000 All right, we want to pivot here to what's going on at UVU.
00:19:11.000 Obviously, that is the campus where Charlie was assassinated on September 10th, 2025.
00:19:16.000 And we have the chapter president, Caleb Chilcutt, who is, like I said, the TPUSA UVU chapter president with us now.
00:19:24.000 Caleb, welcome back to the show.
00:19:26.000 Thank you so much.
00:19:26.000 I'm so glad to be here.
00:19:28.000 Yeah, well, and you got a haircut, Caleb.
00:19:30.000 You're looking, you're looking, yeah, a bit of a change.
00:19:32.000 Last time it was, you know, it was longer.
00:19:35.000 Anyways, good to see you.
00:19:36.000 So there's controversy brewing at UVU, and I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but.
00:19:41.000 Essentially, there has been a commencement speaker that has been chosen, and her name is Sharon McMahon, and she's been selected as the 2026 commencement speaker.
00:19:54.000 Fill our audience in, Caleb, why this is causing a stir.
00:19:58.000 And you've even issued a statement on behalf of the chapter there at UVU.
00:20:02.000 Tell us what's going on.
00:20:03.000 Yeah.
00:20:04.000 So, two days or even a couple days after Charlie was assassinated, Sharon made a post on her Instagram.
00:20:14.000 Sharon says so with a series of out of context quotes, basically tarnishing Charlie's name.
00:20:21.000 And then, when she started to get a little bit of slack on that, she then deleted the post.
00:20:25.000 And then, four days later, Made a very just underwhelming statement, kind of disavowing political violence by saying that political violence wants us hopeless, refusing to give us to give her that kind of power is its own kind of defiance.
00:20:40.000 And that's all she said, mentioning political violence, Charlie's assassination.
00:20:45.000 And it's just kind of, like I said in my statement, just disheartening that UVU would not even, I guess, do their research and bring this.
00:20:57.000 Maybe they did, yeah.
00:20:59.000 And they're just laughing at her face.
00:21:01.000 To bring her on as a commencement speaker is kind of just disgusting.
00:21:05.000 It's a slap in the face.
00:21:07.000 It really is.
00:21:08.000 Go ahead, Blake.
00:21:09.000 I just wanted to read some of them.
00:21:10.000 There was a whole sequence of posts that she made.
00:21:12.000 As a carousel.
00:21:13.000 Yeah, it was just a whole sequence of them.
00:21:16.000 But I want to get some of them.
00:21:17.000 Like, if you were a Charlie Kirk fan, you might not realize why there is so much backlash to posts eulogizing his death.
00:21:24.000 And she says To many Americans, especially if you are black, LGBTQ, or Muslim, Charlie Kirk was not a person who engaged in good faith debates on college campuses.
00:21:34.000 And she has quotes from him that she says are bad.
00:21:38.000 The controversy is not about having a difference of opinion or preaching the gospel.
00:21:41.000 It is about repeating bigoted ideas on a stage that reached tens of millions.
00:21:47.000 It is important to remember that the incredible tragedy of a public assassination does not erase the harm many experienced from his words and the ensuing actions his followers took.
00:21:57.000 I have no idea what she's referring to there, but she's suggesting he was some sort of hate violence monger.
00:22:03.000 Hosting.
00:22:03.000 Free speech events where people got to the front of the line, and she says these are just a handful of examples after she had quotes from them.
00:22:12.000 And to many, when they see people treating Charlie Kirk like a martyr, it seems like they are also endorsing these ideas.
00:22:19.000 So, this is the woman who's going to be the speaker at UVU at the very campus where an assassin took his life.
00:22:25.000 Uh, and that's what I'm kind of want to get into this, what you said there, Caleb.
00:22:31.000 You said they didn't do their research, and I would probably presume to believe they did.
00:22:37.000 Do their research and they don't want to be associated with this horrific event in a way or something, right?
00:22:45.000 It's almost like an effort to distance themselves from some, I guess, some perceived alignment with Turney Point and somehow, or I'm not exactly sure what the psychology would be behind it, but I find it pretty gross.
00:22:57.000 You've made this statement.
00:22:58.000 I want to kind of give your statement its due here because I think the final section is really well said because you say universities should welcome diverse viewpoints, platforming someone who treated a historic.
00:23:10.000 And tragic political assassination, not as a moment to grieve, but as an opportunity to create content, is tone deaf and disrespectful to those affected, especially on this campus.
00:23:19.000 There are countless better alternatives, amen.
00:23:23.000 And the fact that the university is choosing McMahon is entirely disappointing to all of us still reeling from his loss.
00:23:28.000 I couldn't be more disappointed in the university for such a hurtful and callous decision.
00:23:33.000 Now, I saw you post this on social, and some of the comments below, I actually chimed in because it was so irritating.
00:23:39.000 Some of the comments below said, Whatever happened to free speech?
00:23:43.000 And my My reaction is, well, what about our right to free speech to be upset at this decision?
00:23:49.000 Do you not understand that free speech, how it works, it's a two way street, folks?
00:23:52.000 That, yeah, the university, sure, maybe they have the right to make a dumb decision, but you and your chapter members, us here at Charlie Kirkshire, we have our free speech to criticize how stupid that decision is.
00:24:05.000 Exactly.
00:24:06.000 And I mean, like, we're not trying to do cancel culture.
00:24:09.000 That's not what we want.
00:24:10.000 We're just highlighting just the poor slap in the face decision that UVU was making on just a slap in the face to us and the millions of other Americans who.
00:24:22.000 Likes Charlie and wants to continue his voice.
00:24:25.000 Like I said in my statement, there are millions of other possible speakers who they could bring, but the same school year that Charlie was assassinated on my campus, they bring someone who, days after he was killed, just tries to profit off misinformation.
00:24:43.000 Yeah, it's really sick.
00:24:44.000 And by the way, we did a whole episode debunking basically every single one of those clips.
00:24:48.000 I hadn't seen this Instagram post at the time, but it basically lines up one to one because everybody that wanted to come out after the assassination to take and cherry pick clips of his or quotes of his and use it to tarnish his legacy used the same ones.
00:25:05.000 And there is a logical explanation for each one of those comments that he made.
00:25:11.000 They're mostly complete garbage, right?
00:25:14.000 Yet, you know, it's like the Black Pilot clip. 1.00
00:25:18.000 There were some comments about Islam that I currently very much still agree with. 0.99
00:25:22.000 I mean, it's just fascinating to me that they would do this. 0.98
00:25:27.000 And like I said, it seems like an intentional attempt to disrespect Charlie.
00:25:32.000 And today is the seventh month anniversary of his assassination.
00:25:36.000 We're not even a year out.
00:25:37.000 We're not eight months out.
00:25:38.000 We're seven months.
00:25:40.000 We just got to seven months.
00:25:41.000 They made this announcement when we were about six months out.
00:25:44.000 So, I. I'm with you and I'm grateful to you for speaking up.
00:25:49.000 Caleb, what is the chatter on campus?
00:25:51.000 What are you hearing students say?
00:25:53.000 Is it a big topic of conversation right now?
00:25:55.000 Explain.
00:25:56.000 It's definitely a mixed presence on campus.
00:25:59.000 The people who were there, the 6,500 people that were there during Charlie's debate, and the conservatives on campus are definitely upset.
00:26:09.000 But of course, you get the other side of people who are celebrating the decision that UV was made to kind of rub it in Tony Point's face, I feel like.
00:26:18.000 And so there's a bit of that conversation going on.
00:26:20.000 But another thing that's disgusting is UVU has not addressed it.
00:26:24.000 They haven't made a statement.
00:26:25.000 They haven't acknowledged any sort of this talk that's going on right now.
00:26:29.000 Blake, you're the academic.
00:26:31.000 I guess.
00:26:32.000 It's not surprising.
00:26:34.000 It's disappointing, but it's not surprising.
00:26:36.000 I guess just bigger picture, obviously, I don't want to dwell on the negative stuff.
00:26:42.000 So we've had a lot of different chapter leaders on, but obviously your chapter at that university has a special place in.
00:26:50.000 Our heart because of what you've endured.
00:26:52.000 So, just more broadly, what's the spiritual environment like on campus?
00:26:58.000 What's the feeling within the chapter about Charlie's legacy? 0.95
00:27:02.000 Our chapter, they keep immorals pretty high. 1.00
00:27:05.000 Last time I was on the show, I talked about the memorial and it is going through. 0.98
00:27:10.000 And our chapter will be the one to design it and place it on campus.
00:27:13.000 So, we're kind of just focusing on that excitement right now to secure Charlie's legacy on our campus.
00:27:20.000 So, yeah, like you said, we're just keeping on the positives.
00:27:24.000 Thank you very much.
00:27:24.000 Yeah, good to see you.
00:27:25.000 Yeah.
00:27:25.000 Oh, let's, you know, and we're just going to say it right now.
00:27:28.000 Like, we're calling on the university to address this controversy very publicly.
00:27:33.000 We want you to publicly do it.
00:27:35.000 We want you to acknowledge the fact that your decision has been hurtful to our students on that chapter that lived through a tragedy none of them should have had to endure or witness.
00:27:45.000 And that this is a slap in the face.
00:27:47.000 And we want you to acknowledge this, UVU, because it's disgusting.
00:27:51.000 And, you know, I just want to underscore we're not doing cancel culture.
00:27:56.000 We're using our First Amendment rights here, Caleb, to say that you've made a terrible decision, UVU, and we think it's intentional.
00:28:03.000 If it wasn't, if you were unaware, if you didn't do your research, fine, say that.
00:28:07.000 Or maybe cancel this speaker and pick somebody better.
00:28:11.000 Yeah, I fully agree.
00:28:12.000 Yeah, the ball's in your court.
00:28:14.000 We can't force you to do anything, but this is our point of view, and that's our First Amendment right to say so.
00:28:19.000 Caleb, great work, man.
00:28:21.000 You're articulate, you're strong, you're morally clear, and you just are such a great representative for Turning Point students all across the country.
00:28:30.000 You know, I'm sorry this is happening, but you're doing a great job.
00:28:34.000 Continue on with the memorial in Charlie's honor, and we're grateful for you, man.
00:28:39.000 I really appreciate it.
00:28:39.000 Thank you, boys.
00:28:40.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:28:41.000 Godspeed, my friend.
00:28:43.000 Yeah, just a frustrating story all the way around.
00:28:47.000 Immensely.
00:28:47.000 And yeah, we don't want to cancel it, but it's just, we would have appreciated if you guys had, if the university had bothered to check what a person said about the most famous event to ever happen on their campus.
00:28:59.000 I mean, again, I'm just going to say it.
00:29:03.000 I think they did know.
00:29:04.000 I think they probably did.
00:29:05.000 And they did it anyways, which says a lot.
00:29:10.000 All right, I'm so excited.
00:29:12.000 The weather is finally warming up, which means grilling season is basically here.
00:29:16.000 And sorry if you live in a colder part of the country.
00:29:19.000 Where I'm at, it's grilling season.
00:29:20.000 And if you're anything like me, you're already thinking about planning your first backyard barbecue of the year.
00:29:26.000 For me, I already know what's going on on the grill, and that's Good Ranchers.

00:30:11.000 Goodranchers.com, American meat delivered.
00:30:16.000 I want to give a quick update here.
00:30:19.000 So we have been working quietly behind the scenes.
00:30:21.000 We gave you a little bit of a teaser a few weeks back.
00:30:23.000 That we were working on getting all of the catalog, back catalog of the Charlie Kirk Show back up on the RSS feed.
00:30:30.000 So on the podcast, that is officially done.
00:30:33.000 It's been like rolling out a few episodes at a time over the hours.
00:30:37.000 So the entire catalog of the Charlie Kirk Show is now back available.
00:30:41.000 Now, let me just say, it was very expensive.
00:30:44.000 It cost.
00:30:45.000 So please go check them out.
00:30:48.000 Take advantage of it.
00:30:49.000 Go listen to what Charlie has said throughout the years.
00:30:53.000 Historically, we only kept up 100 episodes at a time.
00:30:56.000 So as.
00:30:57.000 The next episode would come, the 101 episode, 101st episode would fall off the list.
00:31:03.000 And so that's just how it's been set up on the back end of the system for years since we started the show.
00:31:09.000 The first podcast was in May of 2019.
00:31:11.000 It's always just been that way.
00:31:13.000 So they're back up.
00:31:14.000 You asked, we delivered.
00:31:16.000 There was a lot of people that thought we were trying to erase Charlie, or they claimed that we were.
00:31:21.000 Of course, that wasn't true.
00:31:22.000 We've got Charlie everywhere.
00:31:23.000 We celebrate Charlie in every way, shape, or form.
00:31:25.000 I mean, he's on the back of the.
00:31:27.000 Of the screen every day.
00:31:29.000 So that was obviously a ridiculous claim, but it just took some doing and it is done.
00:31:34.000 So go please take advantage of that.
00:31:36.000 Listen to all the episodes starting all the way back in 2019.
00:31:40.000 If you want, you can hear the humble beginnings of Charlie and I sitting in a conference room in California with just a microphone and a Zoom recorder getting our first episode up.
00:31:51.000 And then I think the next one was Don Jr., our first guest.
00:31:56.000 So some fun stuff to check out there.
00:31:58.000 And then obviously throughout 2024.
00:32:00.000 For in some of our most famous episodes of the show.
00:32:03.000 So please check it out.
00:32:04.000 We're grateful for your patience and yeah, we hope you take advantage of it.
00:32:08.000 Another thing I want to update you guys on is the fact that there is some.
00:32:13.000 Fragile peace negotiations.
00:32:16.000 Very fragile.
00:32:17.000 JD Vance has gotten on the plane.
00:32:19.000 Fragile.
00:32:19.000 Fragile.
00:32:21.000 And then there is, of course, an update from Iranian parliamentary speaker who's saying the speaker of Iran's parliament says a ceasefire in Lebanon and release of blocked Iranian assets must occur before negotiations begin.
00:32:37.000 Now, specifically, the Lebanon thing now is moving of the goalposts because our position, the United States position, is that.
00:32:46.000 Lebanon was never included in the original ceasefire. 0.90
00:32:49.000 That's Hezbollah. 1.00
00:32:51.000 It should be a completely different organization.
00:32:54.000 Israel is going after Hezbollah in the south of Lebanon.
00:32:57.000 Iran is basically saying those are our guys.
00:32:59.000 Stop doing it, or there's no negotiation that's going to happen. 0.91
00:33:02.000 So, very, very transparent that Hezbollah is the regime, okay? 0.91
00:33:06.000 First of all.
00:33:07.000 The other thing, though, is this blocked assets, right?
00:33:10.000 That is another moving of the goalpost, which says to me that Iran feels that they have leverage in the negotiations.
00:33:18.000 I think they could probably tell our domestic. 0.78
00:33:20.000 Vibe is that we want to move on and get out of this place, and they're playing us on that front.
00:33:25.000 Yeah, they might either think that they can get extractions for the ceasefire or that it's possible they're banking that President Trump won't restart the war, even if they set tough conditions.
00:33:36.000 Correct.
00:33:37.000 There's a variety of possibilities here.
00:33:39.000 As always, we don't know the full story.
00:33:41.000 We never know the full story with things this high level, so we just say, pray for peace.
00:33:47.000 Yeah, pray for peace.
00:33:47.000 Pray for peace.
00:33:48.000 But I will say that Iran probably is assessing our domestic vibe on the war and understands that it would be a political win for President Trump to get out of Iran. 0.91
00:34:00.000 I don't think that President Trump would hesitate to strike again. 0.74
00:34:04.000 I don't think that at all.
00:34:06.000 I think President Trump, if he feels like they're slapping him in the face, he would start striking again.
00:34:13.000 That's my read on it. 0.84
00:34:14.000 So I would say caution to the Iranians. 1.00
00:34:17.000 Don't overplay your hand. 1.00
00:34:20.000 But I will say that the, you know, I'm looking at the stock market is basically flat right now.
00:34:27.000 But inflation did tick up.
00:34:30.000 And that was a new report that came out this morning, basically driven by energy prices.
00:34:35.000 So the energy shock from prices going around $100 a barrel or higher will be felt for some time.
00:34:42.000 And that will be felt in the domestic level, that'll be felt internationally.
00:34:45.000 So the Strait of Hormuz continues to loom extremely large.
00:34:49.000 In the economic picture around the world and domestically and politically.
00:34:54.000 So, we do want this thing to wrap up. 0.99
00:34:55.000 We want the straight back open, but Iran is going to play the cards that they have to play. 1.00
00:35:00.000 And this is one of them. 0.96
00:35:02.000 It's a reminder of what we said, which is it is easier to start a war than to end it because starting a war only requires one person's approval or one country's approval.
00:35:12.000 Ending it does require two.
00:35:14.000 And Trump has just gone on record saying that the results of the talks with Iran will be clear in about 24 hours.
00:35:21.000 We're going to know.
00:35:22.000 Soon.
00:35:23.000 Trump added, We have a reset going on.
00:35:25.000 We're looking up the ships with the best ammunition, even at a higher level than we used to do a complete decimation.
00:35:32.000 So, again, he's not backing down.
00:35:35.000 And I'm just telling you what I read of the man is that if he feels like they're jerking him around, he's going to strike again.
00:35:42.000 He's going to re exert the leverage that he has in this negotiation to get the best deal.
00:35:47.000 And if he thinks that he has to start striking again, I don't think he'll hesitate to do it.
00:35:50.000 I don't think he wants to.
00:35:51.000 I think he'd love to claim victory and get out.
00:35:54.000 But he's also not going to be.
00:35:56.000 Played the fool either.
00:35:57.000 So that's my read on it.
00:35:58.000 We got a lot of, we asked for emails at the start, how they, what they make of the Trump versus the podcasters truth thing.
00:35:58.000 All right.
00:36:04.000 And it's a pretty wide range of responses.
00:36:08.000 I want to say, I think mostly supportive of the president.
00:36:10.000 That doesn't surprise me.
00:36:12.000 And just different levels of response too.
00:36:14.000 So for example, Debbie said, I wish the president would rise above the loudmouths.
00:36:19.000 I believe they say things to get a Trumpian reaction like this one.
00:36:22.000 You're goading him.
00:36:23.000 What gives them or anyone the impression they can say anything they want about anyone and not get a response.
00:36:28.000 Trump feels the world is against him.
00:36:30.000 When all he's ever wanted to do is make America great again, it boggles the mind, really.
00:36:36.000 Another one says, though, my husband and I feel you are running cover for Trump.
00:36:42.000 We are three time Trump voters and we're strong supporters.
00:36:45.000 If he is not losing it, he is doing a good imitation of it.
00:36:49.000 He is doing all of this while leading us into Democrat control, which is unconscionable.
00:36:54.000 I'm actually curious about that.
00:36:56.000 Send us emails.
00:36:57.000 Do you actually buy any of this 25th Amendment?
00:37:00.000 Trump's losing it.
00:37:01.000 He's not lucid.
00:37:03.000 He's getting too old.
00:37:04.000 Whatever the criticism is.
00:37:05.000 Do you in the audience believe that?
00:37:06.000 Send us an email, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:37:09.000 I don't believe it.
00:37:10.000 I'll put my cards on the table.
00:37:12.000 Says, here's some food for thought.
00:37:13.000 I like all of Trump's policies and I am a supporter, but when Trump attacks someone, then that person takes it to heart and they escalate with counterattacks.
00:37:21.000 I've always said if he, the president, would just shut up and ignore the radicals, he would be better off.
00:37:27.000 The more he personally attacks them, the more they hate him back.
00:37:29.000 That was Cernovich's take.
00:37:31.000 He was like, he just should have said nothing.
00:37:34.000 Who is this?
00:37:34.000 Frank says, The 25th Amendment talks ridiculous.
00:37:37.000 That being said, I have noticed in the past year that he isn't quite as sharp as he has been in the past.
00:37:42.000 Interesting take.
00:37:45.000 Imagine being a young woman just finding out that you're pregnant, not knowing where to go or what to do, not even knowing exactly what is going on in your body.
00:37:53.000 While the whole world tells her it's just a clump of cells, you and I, we both know the truth.
00:37:59.000 We know it is a baby.
00:38:00.000 And once she has an ultrasound that you provide and she sees the truth of the baby growing inside of her, you help her choose life.
00:38:09.000 When you join us in providing ultrasounds with preborn and she sees her baby and hears her baby's heartbeat, Double the likelihood that she will choose life.
00:38:18.000 And 100% of what you give goes to providing ultrasounds.
00:38:23.000 100%.
00:38:24.000 Preborn separately fundraises for administrative costs.
00:38:28.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:38:30.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.
00:38:33.000 And a $15,000 gift I know there's some of you out there that can afford this.
00:38:37.000 A $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.
00:38:44.000 Call 833 850 250.
00:38:47.000 2229, or click on the preborn banner at charliekirk.com today.
00:38:52.000 Again, that's 833 850 2229, or click on the preborn banner at charliekirk.com.
00:39:00.000 Joining us in studio is Danny Phillips to my left.
00:39:06.000 There's the widescreen.
00:39:07.000 There he is.
00:39:08.000 And Mikey McCoy to my right.
00:39:09.000 It's been a minute.
00:39:10.000 And obviously, we have Blake Neff.
00:39:12.000 I want to get to some of your emails here because I asked about the 25th Amendment if you thought there was any credence to it.
00:39:19.000 And resoundingly, this audience feels like that's garbage, basically.
00:39:24.000 You're like, Trump's the goat.
00:39:26.000 Trump is, what is it?
00:39:28.000 Most folks don't understand the threat.
00:39:29.000 Trump is winning. 0.93
00:39:33.000 The threat we face from China. 0.69
00:39:34.000 Trump sacrificed and took a chance in Iran to solve two problems at once. 0.77
00:39:39.000 And another gentleman was saying that this is from Tory, age 34, from Washington State.
00:39:47.000 How do people not see the complete double standard applied to podcasters who are allowed to say all manner of falsehoods, but Trump writes one tweet?
00:39:53.000 And now he's the one acting crazy.
00:39:56.000 I mean, I'm, you know, sometimes we ask questions and we get kind of a 50 50.
00:40:01.000 This is like, you know, a complete Trump is not losing it, basically.
00:40:05.000 So that's interesting from your guys' perspective.
00:40:09.000 Okay, first question this is our Ask Us Anything hour.
00:40:11.000 It's the final hour of the week.
00:40:14.000 Natalie.
00:40:14.000 What do we got?
00:40:15.000 Natalie?
00:40:16.000 Natalie, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:40:18.000 Please unmute yourself.
00:40:20.000 All right, so I was on this show back in October of last year and I asked the question, how a stay-at-home mom can get more involved.
00:40:26.000 And Tyler went on to suggest getting involved at the local level, like a school board.
00:40:31.000 My kids are public school.
00:40:33.000 Fast forward to last month, I was approached by a well-respected current school board member telling me I needed to run for school board.
00:40:42.000 So my question is that my husband is reluctantly supportive.
00:40:47.000 If this is a path I go down, how do I carry the weight and the burden of this role in the community?
00:40:53.000 But also keep the peace in my home and my marriage.
00:40:56.000 How many kids do you have?
00:40:57.000 I have four boys, and we're here in Arizona.
00:41:00.000 Oh, wow.
00:41:01.000 Four boys.
00:41:02.000 I love that.
00:41:03.000 That sounds nice.
00:41:04.000 See, if I could have had four and they would have all been.
00:41:06.000 I love my girls, but that would be fun.
00:41:09.000 All right.
00:41:10.000 So that's a big question.
00:41:13.000 And every marriage is different.
00:41:15.000 It sounds like at least your husband is being supportive, reluctantly so.
00:41:20.000 But I think everything has to start with you and your husband making a decision together.
00:41:24.000 So, if you guys are not unified and aligned completely, then I would say that that's the first thing that needs to get dealt with because I will tell you everything that I've been through in the last seven months after what happened with Charlie, if my marriage wasn't good, if my family wasn't good, I wouldn't have been able to do any of it.
00:41:42.000 I mean, it is your refuge, it's your source of strength.
00:41:45.000 It's the place that you go to and you have peace when the world around you is chaotic and when people are hurling accusations and insults at you.
00:41:53.000 You need your home front to be just completely secure.
00:41:56.000 So, that's what I would say start there and.
00:41:59.000 Once that's good, you guys can do whatever you want and accomplish whatever you want.
00:42:02.000 But I commend your heart for wanting to be involved and to be a source for good change.
00:42:08.000 Anybody else have thoughts on this?
00:42:10.000 You've got a family.
00:42:10.000 I don't know.
00:42:11.000 Yeah, no, I remember.
00:42:13.000 So my dad ran for city council.
00:42:15.000 He was a pastor.
00:42:17.000 He ran for mayor, too.
00:42:18.000 Well, no, no.
00:42:19.000 Well, the city council in Thousand Oaks, you take turns being mayor once you're elected to city council.
00:42:24.000 But what had happened was he was a pastor and he ran for politics.
00:42:27.000 So he said, the two things you don't talk about at dinner parties are, you know, Your faith or politics.
00:42:33.000 He goes, So I wasn't invited to any dinner parties because I was both of those.
00:42:36.000 But I remember during COVID, he decided to keep his church open against city commands, basically.
00:42:43.000 And he was outside of the law that he had basically sat on the city council to enforce.
00:42:51.000 And I remember him the night before sitting up super late with my mom.
00:42:56.000 And he was like, If I do this, if I keep the church open, I can't.
00:43:01.000 I could go to jail.
00:43:02.000 I'm going to have to step down from being mayor.
00:43:04.000 I might go to jail, all these things.
00:43:06.000 He goes, So should I do it?
00:43:08.000 And because my mom and dad had so often talked about these things and just always over communicated and were always on the same page, my mom looked at him and she said, Why is this even a question?
00:43:20.000 I didn't marry a coward.
00:43:22.000 This is a true story.
00:43:25.000 And my dad is like, You're right.
00:43:28.000 And that is like, that's the beauty of over communicating in a marriage and the beauty of being on the same page because.
00:43:35.000 When you're mission oriented and on the same mission as a couple, nothing can stop you.
00:43:40.000 I agree.
00:43:40.000 It's God's design, it's the foundational building block of society for a reason because everything starts at the home.
00:43:47.000 So, that's, you know, there's a thousand political questions that we could get into about how to do it or how to run.
00:43:53.000 But the truth is, if you and your husband are good and you share the same vision and mission, you guys are going to be able to accomplish so much together.
00:44:02.000 And I wouldn't worry about all the particulars at this point.
00:44:05.000 Just worry if you and your husband are good.
00:44:07.000 Is that good?
00:44:08.000 Thank you guys so much.
00:44:08.000 That's awesome.
00:44:10.000 All right.
00:44:10.000 Absolutely.
00:44:11.000 What's our next question here?
00:44:12.000 We got Anthony.
00:44:14.000 Anthony, he's back.
00:44:15.000 He's gone.
00:44:17.000 Thanks, Blake.
00:44:18.000 Well, hi, guys.
00:44:19.000 Hey, it's Blake.
00:44:21.000 So, I have a reply to the 25th Amendment, and then I have a question for Blake, only Blake.
00:44:26.000 Oh, boy.
00:44:27.000 So, the whole 25th Amendment thing is, and Andrew, you touched on it in the earlier session, nobody really understands it.
00:44:34.000 They just think, oh, he's a whack job. 0.99
00:44:36.000 He's a wacko. 0.77
00:44:37.000 We got a 25th Amendment. 1.00
00:44:39.000 People are just saying things because they don't understand things.
00:44:42.000 And I think with the, you know, Alex Jones, Tucker, and all them, they're looking for clicks.
00:44:48.000 They're looking for clickbait.
00:44:49.000 They're looking for engagement.
00:44:50.000 And You know, they're just going to want to start stir the pot like we see what the left does and Democrats.
00:44:57.000 Because I'm seeing in my own area that Joe Morelli's my congressman, people are protesting outside his house to make him 25th Amendment Trump or end the war in Iran.
00:45:06.000 But like nobody really understands why it's in there.
00:45:09.000 And you did a really good job explaining it.
00:45:12.000 And I know Blake has as well in the past, and Charlie did as well.
00:45:16.000 Biden was somebody that really should have been 25th Amendment because his health was not good and they never did it.
00:45:22.000 So, for them to use it now, okay, why didn't we do that when George Bush was president when we went to Iraq?
00:45:29.000 We should have 25th Amendment him.
00:45:30.000 He kept us in that long war. 0.89
00:45:32.000 You know, think about that.
00:45:33.000 Why didn't anybody bring it up?
00:45:35.000 He was the last Republican president before Trump.
00:45:37.000 Yeah, fair question.
00:45:39.000 Ultimately, when people bring up the 25th Amendment thing for a case other than Biden, where there really was serious evidence, that guy was not aware of what was going on.
00:45:47.000 Exactly.
00:45:48.000 They're basically just saying they don't like that we have a republic that elects the president.
00:45:51.000 Okay, well, that's a take.
00:45:54.000 It's a popular take.
00:45:55.000 That's the government they have in major countries.
00:45:58.000 They don't have elections.
00:45:59.000 They don't elect their leaders.
00:46:01.000 If you want to have that approach, go for it.
00:46:04.000 But that's not the country we have in America.
00:46:06.000 That's not the system we've used in America for 250 years this year.
00:46:10.000 And I wish people would be a little more honest about this.
00:46:12.000 Just say, I think DC is better than the rest of the country.
00:46:15.000 And I think they should just be allowed to throw out the president when they feel that he is bad.
00:46:22.000 Okay.
00:46:22.000 Like the eviction notice for an apartment.
00:46:24.000 Let's evict him from the White House, like an eviction, though, is for an apartment and you don't pay rent.
00:46:29.000 Oh, man.
00:46:30.000 So, my question now this is a fun one.
00:46:32.000 I'm going to pull a Charlie on you, Blake.
00:46:33.000 And you know how Charlie would ask you, okay, go read this book and come back and tell me?
00:46:38.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:46:39.000 So I know.
00:46:39.000 Okay, so I know you're kind of a sports fan.
00:46:41.000 So this is Masters week, and this is a big week in the country.
00:46:44.000 Are you a golf fan?
00:46:47.000 Oh, this is going to be perfect now.
00:46:49.000 You got to tell me and look it up and research it what the crow's nest is at Augusta National and why it is one of the biggest traditions there is for this tournament.
00:46:59.000 This is a cooler question before I'd probably just.
00:47:01.000 Now you just go ask freaking Claude how to.
00:47:04.000 I don't know this, and I love the Masters.
00:47:06.000 The Masters are my favorite.
00:47:07.000 But you need to look it up.
00:47:08.000 And Danny, you can't help them.
00:47:10.000 Blake, what is the crow's nest?
00:47:11.000 The crow's nest is the third floor of the Augusta National Clubhouse, and it's where the amateur golfers stay.
00:47:18.000 They always have five amateur players at the Masters.
00:47:21.000 I also dove down because I had to find out the best ones ever finished is second at the Masters.
00:47:26.000 The guy finished one stroke behind Gary Player back in the 60s.
00:47:30.000 Wow.
00:47:31.000 It'd be really cool if an amateur won, although I guess it'd be a little lame.
00:47:35.000 They wouldn't get the prize money, but they'd be so famous anyway.
00:47:38.000 But it's good for me to learn because my knowledge of golf is mostly restricted to Happy Gilmore.
00:47:43.000 Apparently, the guy jacket.
00:47:45.000 Isn't real.
00:47:46.000 That's not a real tournament.
00:47:48.000 I'm really sad about that.
00:47:48.000 The green jacket is very real.
00:47:49.000 The green jacket is very real.
00:47:51.000 But they don't let you take the jacket.
00:47:53.000 You store it at Augusta.
00:47:54.000 Did you?
00:47:54.000 But then you wear it for a year.
00:47:56.000 I think you get it for a year.
00:47:57.000 And then they do a dinner at the beginning of the tournament where all the old winners come back and they get to wear their jacket.
00:48:02.000 Well, and the winner from the year before picks the menu.
00:48:05.000 Oh, wow.
00:48:06.000 You could have a really psychopath golfer just pick a terrible jellied fish.
00:48:11.000 Oh, God.
00:48:12.000 Yeah, jelly fish.
00:48:13.000 Meat jelly.
00:48:14.000 All right, next question.
00:48:15.000 Who's up? 0.95
00:48:16.000 We got Kyrie.
00:48:18.000 Kyrie, welcome to the show.
00:48:20.000 Like Kyrie Irving.
00:48:21.000 Yeah, Irving.
00:48:23.000 I'm here.
00:48:23.000 Can you hear me?
00:48:24.000 Yes.
00:48:25.000 Yes, we can.
00:48:27.000 Oh, wow.
00:48:28.000 Okay.
00:48:29.000 This is my first time to do this, and I have tried before and it hasn't worked.
00:48:33.000 So maybe I've got it figured out.
00:48:34.000 Good.
00:48:35.000 First, I just say it is such an honor to be speaking with you all.
00:48:39.000 I think y'all have all done a fabulous job since Charlie was taken.
00:48:44.000 Thank you.
00:48:47.000 So thankful for each of you.
00:48:49.000 I pray for you all by name.
00:48:51.000 Anyone whose name I have heard mentioned on the show or who I know is one of the staff, I keep a little list and I try to pray for you all regularly.
00:48:59.000 Thank you so much.
00:49:00.000 And we love getting your emails.
00:49:02.000 I see you in the inbox quite a lot.
00:49:04.000 Oh, yeah.
00:49:06.000 I hope I don't pester y'all too much.
00:49:07.000 Don't worry about it.
00:49:09.000 My question is well, I kind of have a two part question.
00:49:12.000 One is related to what I just said.
00:49:14.000 And that is if any, I know you all have a much bigger staff than I'm aware of.
00:49:19.000 So, anyone that would be comfortable, I don't know about privacy issues and everything, sharing their name, if I could get like an email of just kind of like the Charlie Kirk Show staff, Turning Point staff, Turning Point Action, that I would love to have.
00:49:35.000 More names of all you guys to pray for.
00:49:38.000 So that's one thing.
00:49:39.000 Anybody that feels comfortable, I'd love that.
00:49:42.000 My other question is more trivial, but it's still kind of something I've been curious about.
00:49:47.000 Charlie, I think, would allow himself mint chocolate chip ice cream on the 4th of July and on his birthday.
00:49:54.000 Is that correct?
00:49:55.000 Yeah, that's right.
00:49:57.000 Although he didn't do it last year.
00:50:00.000 You know what's interesting?
00:50:02.000 He had these little cheat days every year.
00:50:05.000 Every so often, very rarely, but I remember one day he was eating like chicken wings, like fresh chocolate.
00:50:10.000 The best was the best one at the RNC.
00:50:11.000 The wings at the RNC, that was the best one.
00:50:13.000 And he got a cartoonishly vast amount of them, like several hundred.
00:50:18.000 I think he had.
00:50:18.000 Well, I was the one that ordered it.
00:50:20.000 Yeah, I think he ended up having four or something.
00:50:23.000 This is actually something worth talking about because you know this too, Danny.
00:50:26.000 You probably know this.
00:50:27.000 We've probably all had our experience, but going to dinner with Charlie was an experience.
00:50:31.000 So, you'd sit down at a restaurant.
00:50:33.000 Usually, there was like a work thing or whatever.
00:50:35.000 So, you have this kind of high powered person that you're sitting there meeting.
00:50:40.000 And then Charlie would take the menu, and the waiter would come or the waitress would come, and he would go, All right, he would just take control of the entire thing.
00:50:49.000 As soon as they came to be like, Do you want any drinks?
00:50:51.000 And Charlie would be like, So, I want this.
00:50:53.000 We want this.
00:50:53.000 Let's get two of those, huh?
00:50:54.000 Those are great.
00:50:54.000 You're going to love those, Andrew.
00:50:55.000 You're going to love those.
00:50:57.000 Three of these.
00:50:58.000 And I'm going to get the steak, just broccolini, a little bit of olive oil.
00:50:58.000 Can we get the steak?
00:51:02.000 And he would order.
00:51:04.000 That's sick.
00:51:05.000 So much stuff.
00:51:06.000 And then he would eat it all.
00:51:07.000 The table would just be like filled.
00:51:09.000 And you could say it's like Charlie just didn't want to wait for everybody to be polite and all that stuff.
00:51:14.000 So he would just like take control and just order everything.
00:51:17.000 The chicken wings, he had a few nights of the year.
00:51:17.000 Yeah.
00:51:21.000 The night of our gala or winter gala, every single night he would have chicken wings from Flanagan's in Palm Beach.
00:51:28.000 Yeah.
00:51:28.000 It had to be from Flanagan's.
00:51:29.000 I don't have Flanagan's. 0.90
00:51:31.000 RNC was the big chicken wing dump.
00:51:34.000 I remember that night.
00:51:35.000 Yeah, he did mint chocolate ice cream on 4th of July and his birthday, although this last year he didn't do it because he was like, I can't.
00:51:42.000 I don't want to add the weight.
00:51:44.000 But I did see him at Tutti Santi back in, I think this was in August.
00:51:48.000 We had dinner with Frank Turek and they brought out a cheesecake and the server forced Charlie to take a bite and he took a bite of the cheesecake.
00:51:55.000 Oh, I actually, he told me about this.
00:51:57.000 He was like, I can't believe he made me do that.
00:51:59.000 Yeah, this isn't part of the question.
00:52:01.000 But what I also love about his eating habits, as you say, he was a very kind of, Aggressive fast eater, most of the time.
00:52:07.000 And I remember when we were in Korea, they kept having extremely slow meals.
00:52:13.000 Yeah.
00:52:13.000 And it was driving him batty.
00:52:15.000 Like, we were at that hotel for the event.
00:52:17.000 He was freaking.
00:52:18.000 And he didn't eat any of it.
00:52:19.000 It was like a Chinese restaurant, I believe, but it was one of those, we bring out one course at a time and it's really tiny.
00:52:27.000 You have to push a button for them to come get the food. 1.00
00:52:29.000 He was like twitching.
00:52:31.000 He was just so agitated.
00:52:33.000 It was taking so long.
00:52:34.000 One of my favorite stories, though, and this just speaks to the president and who he is.
00:52:40.000 Is the day of the Medal of Freedom at the White House when the president honored Charlie and gave him the Medal of Freedom?
00:52:47.000 Erica had talked in her speech about how Charlie would have mint chocolate ice cream on his birthday and on the 4th of July every year, and how she's going to miss those traditions.
00:52:57.000 And so that night, when everybody was kind of leaving the White House, somebody came up and said, You know, the president's requesting that Erica and her family kind of go to this side room.
00:53:07.000 And so she went to the side room.
00:53:09.000 I was there.
00:53:10.000 And we're like, Do we know what we are in here for?
00:53:13.000 And out of nowhere, JD walks in with a bunch of servers bringing mint chocolate ice cream in the White House.
00:53:21.000 And I just thought that was so sweet.
00:53:22.000 Like the president heard that, he took note of it, and he made sure that, you know, she was.
00:53:28.000 I was amazed.
00:53:31.000 Hey everyone, we're excited to tell you about Charlie's favorite supplement.
00:53:35.000 If you experience brain fog, low energy, frequent illnesses, or if you just wake up stiff and achy every day, you've got to try Strong Cell.
00:53:42.000 Charlie took it every single day.
00:53:44.000 He frequently talked about it on the show and he even traveled around the country bringing it with him.
00:53:48.000 For Charlie, Strong Cell helped keep his mind sharp and focused for all the debates he was engaged in.
00:53:53.000 Strong Cell gives clean, natural energy without jitters, weird spikes, or afternoon crashes.
00:53:58.000 It makes you feel like a younger version of yourself.
00:54:01.000 People would often ask Charlie, What is Strong Cell exactly?
00:54:04.000 StrongCell uses a proprietary delivery of NADH to make sure it goes straight to your cells to help your mitochondria.
00:54:11.000 And since there are cells in every area of your body, then healthier cells equals a healthier you.
00:54:17.000 StrongCell is a nutritional supplement that leverages a remarkable enzyme called NADH.
00:54:22.000 Think of it as the power source for every single cell in your body.
00:54:25.000 With over 30 trillion cells working for you, imagine how great you could feel when they're all functioning at their very best.
00:54:31.000 Unfortunately, as we age, our body's NADH levels naturally decline.
00:54:36.000 Leading to all kinds of ailments and health issues linked with poor cellular health.
00:54:40.000 Unlike many supplements that simply mix ingredients and hope for the best, StrongCell has a proprietary delivery system designed to ensure that those ingredients effectively get into your bloodstream where they can truly make a difference.
00:54:52.000 This is crucial as many supplements on the market are just pretty packaging with no real benefits.
00:54:57.000 Here's the exciting part you can give StrongCell a try completely risk free.
00:55:02.000 Thanks to StrongCell's 90 day money back guarantee, you can experience this revolutionary product with no worries and no hassles.

00:56:05.000 We have Elizabeth.
00:56:07.000 Elizabeth, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:56:10.000 Yes, hi.
00:56:10.000 How are you guys?
00:56:11.000 There you are.
00:56:12.000 Hi, we're doing well.
00:56:13.000 Thank you.
00:56:14.000 How are you?
00:56:15.000 Thank you.
00:56:15.000 Good.
00:56:16.000 Just a quick question or something that I saw.
00:56:18.000 Marie Salazar's seat is not on a primary ballot until June, and I understand there is still time to primary her.
00:56:27.000 Do you know anyone?
00:56:28.000 Blake, what's the details on that?
00:56:30.000 So I don't know if anyone can primary her.
00:56:32.000 So for those wondering, we're Matt at Salazar.
00:56:34.000 She is the congresswoman from Florida, the Republican.
00:56:37.000 Who is pushing the Dignidad Act, which she says is not an amnesty, it's an amnesty.
00:56:42.000 And we're very annoyed with that.
00:56:44.000 We had Congressman Gill on yesterday calling that out.
00:56:47.000 It's very shameful what they are trying to do, I think.
00:56:51.000 So the answer definitely someone can primary her.
00:56:54.000 Florida, I like this.
00:56:55.000 They have their primary date quite late.
00:56:57.000 This is one of my pet peeves with American politics our election seasons are too long.
00:57:04.000 Their Florida primary is not until August.
00:57:06.000 And as a result, candidates can still register for a House race all the way until mid June.
00:57:12.000 So, it is entirely possible that we could have someone challenge her.
00:57:15.000 Now, full disclosure, I believe President Trump has endorsed Salazar already.
00:57:20.000 That was pre Dignidad, though.
00:57:22.000 True, but President Trump, you know, I don't know that he needs endorsements much.
00:57:27.000 But if there is somebody in Florida right now that you guys want us to see us get behind, send their names freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:57:33.000 If you are in that area, what district is she in?
00:57:35.000 She's in the 27th district. 0.91
00:57:37.000 That is South Miami. 0.93
00:57:39.000 South Miami.
00:57:40.000 So, if you guys in that Miami area are watching and you have People in mind, send their names.
00:57:45.000 We'll send them straight over to our Turning Point Action team to vet and see if there's somebody that we can draft into this race last minute and take out an amnesty person, a pro border, open border person.
00:57:57.000 I got like zero patience for this, by the way.
00:58:00.000 Americans are sick of their country being a dumping ground.
00:58:03.000 We're sick of it getting looted and taken advantage of.
00:58:06.000 We want dignity in the American dream for Americans.
00:58:09.000 And there's zero patience for this.
00:58:11.000 This is why I'll reiterate my point earlier.
00:58:14.000 The polling says it's 50 to 53 percent positive on mass deportations.
00:58:17.000 The polling says it's 75 percent positive on worst of the worst.
00:58:21.000 Why are those two numbers not the same?
00:58:24.000 Your base has to get out in a midterm.
00:58:28.000 Midterms are turnout elections.
00:58:30.000 You do not get nearly the enthusiasm for worst of the worst as you do for mass deportations.
00:58:36.000 The base is enthusiastic about mass deportations.
00:58:38.000 That's what President Trump ran on, that's what got him into office in large part.
00:58:42.000 We want mass deportations.
00:58:44.000 If you want enthusiasm, if you want turnout, give us what we want.
00:58:47.000 That's mass deportations.
00:58:49.000 Salazar is on the wrong side of history, sadly for her.
00:58:54.000 Okay, next question.
00:58:55.000 We have Kelsey.
00:58:58.000 I think we have to read this one.
00:58:59.000 All right.
00:59:00.000 So, we have regular listeners of the show back when Charlie was still with us know that Charlie was a huge reader.
00:59:06.000 If my memory serves correctly, on one podcast episode, Charlie mentioned Walter Isaacson's biography of Elon Musk and how impactful that book was for him and how he studied it because he recognized that we should study the lives of great people.
00:59:19.000 My question is and I recognize that it is early and these things take time can or when would we expect an in depth biography of Charlie?
00:59:29.000 One that gives great insights into both his business and his personal elements of who Charlie was.
00:59:34.000 He was a great man, and I think that his life deserves to be studied.
00:59:39.000 Well, I don't know on the book front.
00:59:42.000 I will say there are a number of books that have come out already or have been announced about Charlie's life.
00:59:48.000 Not all of them are sanctioned by us, certainly.
00:59:51.000 I will say, though, on the documentary front, Turning Point is working on one right now, and they've been flying around the country interviewing people that knew Charlie.
01:00:00.000 Some of us have been interviewed for it.
01:00:02.000 And that's in the works, and the team's working really hard on it.
01:00:05.000 There's another documentary that we're participating in that's also, I think, going to be very, very important and good.
01:00:11.000 I think that one's, I think, going to be a theatrical release.
01:00:15.000 So there are at least documentaries that we're involved in that are coming out.
01:00:19.000 But I think Kelsey's question is smart, which is there is something you can get from a detailed biography.
01:00:25.000 What you'd want is, thankfully, a ton of people knew Charlie, a ton of people have stories about him.
01:00:31.000 You'd really need to put in the legwork of you'd have to interview.
01:00:34.000 Everyone involved with Turning Point, people in the admin who could talk about the influence he had.
01:00:38.000 There's so many stories, obviously, supporters at Turning Point.
01:00:41.000 Charlie did love Walter Isaacson.
01:00:43.000 Yeah.
01:00:43.000 He'd be a great option.
01:00:44.000 I was thinking that.
01:00:45.000 Walter Isaacson, if you, I just saw a clip of him this morning, actually, explaining the whole chat GPT, the OpenAI lawsuit.
01:00:52.000 Yeah, Charlie loved him.
01:00:54.000 Well, so Elon and Sam Altman are in a big lawsuit in Oakland about how OpenAI started as a nonprofit.
01:01:01.000 Elon Musk and Sam Altman actually worked together on that to keep it open, to keep it a A gesture of goodwill to humanity that AI would be sort of a tool for good.
01:01:10.000 They transitioned it to a for profit at some point, and now it's worth like almost a trillion dollars.
01:01:15.000 So, Elon is suing OpenAI because, you know, basically he lost some of that money.
01:01:20.000 It was rolled over into a for profit.
01:01:22.000 That's a big thing.
01:01:22.000 So, I saw a clip on Walter Isaacson talking about that, about how angry Elon could get.
01:01:27.000 Anyways, Walter Isaacson, if you want to do a biography on Charlie, we should talk.
01:01:34.000 Oh, yeah.
01:01:35.000 Charlie loved him.
01:01:37.000 Yeah.
01:01:37.000 Loved that book.
01:01:38.000 Loved that book.
01:01:39.000 Yeah.
01:01:39.000 So it's a great question.
01:01:40.000 Yeah, it is.
01:01:41.000 I think there'd be a lot to that.
01:01:42.000 There's so many people.
01:01:44.000 He was in.
01:01:44.000 One of the things we point out is Charlie's effectiveness wasn't that he was the best in the world at any one thing.
01:01:49.000 It's that he was so good in so many domains as an organizer, as an advocate, as a Christian, as a policy guy.
01:01:57.000 So you have so many sectors to draw on.
01:01:59.000 And I think that's what you'd especially be able to get if you could get a lot of buy in from people who knew him well.
01:02:04.000 So it's a very good question.
01:02:06.000 Mick.
01:02:06.000 Mick.
01:02:07.000 Welcome to the show.
01:02:08.000 Unmute yourself, please.
01:02:10.000 Hey, guys, how are you?
01:02:11.000 We're doing great, Mick.
01:02:12.000 How about yourself?
01:02:14.000 I'm doing great.
01:02:15.000 Good to hear from you guys again.
01:02:16.000 Andrew, I had a question specific for you.
01:02:20.000 You got your start with Charlie when you had your communications company.
01:02:24.000 Is that correct?
01:02:27.000 Approximately, directionally true.
01:02:28.000 Okay.
01:02:29.000 So I wanted to ask you how do you get into that communications world?
01:02:33.000 I don't have a college degree or anything, but that's something that interests me and specifically in the political sphere.
01:02:39.000 So Would you have any advice for someone like me that's looking to get into that space?
01:02:43.000 Yeah, that's a great question.
01:02:47.000 Listen, I fell into it by accident.
01:02:49.000 So I was actually living in LA.
01:02:51.000 I was working in Hollywood, and I was actually working with Mark Burnett and Roma Downey, the producers, Hollywood producers.
01:02:59.000 And we started launching TV shows, and I got kind of wrapped into the comms world doing that.
01:03:04.000 So we were launching, you know, they had all the faith programming like The Bible and 80 The Bible Continues and Ben Hur and all that stuff.
01:03:10.000 So I started working.
01:03:12.000 In promotions, and you know, we'd go from you know, CNN and Jig Tapper to Fox to a church to the Christian Post, so we just kind of built up a big Rolodex of reporters launching those shows, and that kind of became another company that was a communications PR company.
01:03:32.000 Eventually, we got to work with Charlie through that and then set up my own company so I could be more focused on Turning Point stuff and a few other clients.
01:03:40.000 But it was Charlie, if you've ever worked with Charlie, you realize how much time he would kind of.
01:03:47.000 Dominate for you.
01:03:48.000 So it just kind of one thing to the other.
01:03:50.000 It was not intentional, I can tell you.
01:03:52.000 Actually, I remember being in college thinking that the worst job possible would be PR and communications because you're just never able to take a break.
01:04:00.000 I'm not sure that I still agree with that early notion of mine in college, but there is a truism to it that when you're in this business, you're constantly on because the news never stops.
01:04:13.000 And so that is a struggle with it.
01:04:15.000 But I would say, as far as advice, advice would be.
01:04:19.000 Find a comm shop that you like the work that they're doing, the clients that they have.
01:04:24.000 And my advice I don't know how old you are, Mick, but my advice for all people trying to break into an industry is just make yourself easy to work with, make yourself accessible, make yourself affordable.
01:04:33.000 Meaning, if you could do an internship for six months, just say, I will work for free for six months.
01:04:38.000 I just want to prove my worth and I want to work harder than anybody else.
01:04:41.000 And I'm here, I'm at your disposal.
01:04:43.000 I'll do whatever you want.
01:04:44.000 I'll get coffee, I'll go on runs, I'll pick up your dry cleaning, I'll do whatever you want.
01:04:49.000 I just want to work.
01:04:50.000 With you, and I want to prove my value.
01:04:51.000 And that's the other thing.
01:04:52.000 If you just provide value to people, they're going to want to keep you around.
01:04:55.000 So that's what I would say go do your research and then reach out, see if you can grab a coffee and work for free.
01:05:01.000 That's my advice.
01:05:03.000 Does that sound good, Mick?
01:05:04.000 Yes, it does.
01:05:05.000 Thank you so much, Andrew.
01:05:06.000 Yeah, absolutely.
01:05:07.000 All right.
01:05:08.000 Good luck, Mick.
01:05:09.000 There's a lot of comp shops out there that could use good people, really.
01:05:13.000 All right.
01:05:13.000 What's our next question?
01:05:14.000 We got David.
01:05:15.000 David, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
01:05:17.000 What's your question?
01:05:18.000 Thank you, guys.
01:05:18.000 You guys did a great job, by the way.
01:05:20.000 Thank you, David.
01:05:22.000 Appreciate all the work that's being done.
01:05:23.000 But I do have some concerns, though.
01:05:25.000 You saw my question there.
01:05:28.000 I don't know what the plan is right now.
01:05:30.000 I may have missed the past.
01:05:34.000 We sorely miss Charlie Kirk out here, especially in California.
01:05:39.000 He's making a big difference out here with some of the college kids.
01:05:42.000 And I just keep hoping that somebody can take his place and really get out to these kids because they're just so clueless and they're so misinformed and uneducated.
01:05:51.000 Even with my own two kids who were in college, they had no idea.
01:05:55.000 They're like against Israel for some reason.
01:05:57.000 We can't figure out why, my wife and I.
01:06:00.000 And they just had no idea what Israel has gone through over the years, how they've been attacked and oppressed and everything.
01:06:06.000 And all they do is see Israel as a, they're just causing mass genocide or whatever.
01:06:12.000 And they don't understand what's really happening here.
01:06:15.000 Same with all of that.
01:06:16.000 I just watched Fox News and listened to how these guys go out on the beach and ask them about Iran, these college kids, and they're clueless.
01:06:24.000 They're like, who's Ayatollah?
01:06:26.000 What is that all about?
01:06:26.000 They don't know anything.
01:06:28.000 And I just, I just, sort of, that message is getting lost.
01:06:32.000 Yeah.
01:06:32.000 Well, so, David, I mean, one of the things that people have to understand about what Charlie was able to do, and I think it sounds like you do understand it, is he would have these debates.
01:06:39.000 And then the clips would go viral.
01:06:41.000 So, and we're talking, you know, we calculated it was billions of views.
01:06:44.000 And so it's really, if not impossible, it's darn near impossible to replace something like that.
01:06:51.000 And we have to be honest about that.
01:06:53.000 Okay.
01:06:54.000 Now, we are doing what little known, we are embarking upon the most aggressive, robust tour season in Turning Point history.
01:07:03.000 And that's the pick up the mic event.
01:07:05.000 So we have a bunch of people that are participating in those.
01:07:07.000 Blake did one, as a matter of fact.
01:07:09.000 And we're putting those on social media.
01:07:11.000 A lot of people are seeing the clips, they're going viral as well.
01:07:14.000 Not in the same way because it's not Charlie, but they are having a massive impact.
01:07:18.000 And we've got lots of people that have volunteered to do those events and all across the country, college campuses all across the country.
01:07:26.000 And so that's one thing you need to know about.
01:07:29.000 And we're also doing Make Heaven Crowded.
01:07:31.000 But in general, Turning Point is doing more tour stops than we have ever, ever done in a single semester.
01:07:36.000 And that's going to continue into the fall.
01:07:38.000 So I want you to know that we are still doing that work and we're trying to pick up the mantle, pick up the mic, if you will.
01:07:44.000 But when it comes to Israel, and Blake, I know you have some thoughts here.
01:07:47.000 There's a lot of voices that are driving that.
01:07:50.000 And your kids are watching it on social media, they're hearing about it on campus.
01:07:54.000 And if you look at the polling, Under what, like 40, under maybe even 50, Israel's underwater in a massive way.
01:08:00.000 It's been, it's somewhat dark to think about because a lot of this shift, it did begin with 10 7, which was a very heinous terrorist attack, basically out of nowhere, while in an area that was peaceful and getting better.
01:08:15.000 And that was always when I would talk with Charlie about it, we'd emphasize that point.
01:08:19.000 This was an area where there wasn't a lot of war going on, where there were more opportunities for Palestinians.
01:08:24.000 They were being allowed actually to go into Israel as guest workers. 0.64
01:08:27.000 Make more money that way.
01:08:28.000 And Hamas didn't like that progress was being made there.
01:08:32.000 And so they smashed it to pieces.
01:08:34.000 They had people go in on paragliders, massacre a concert, massacre people in kibbutzim.
01:08:40.000 And yet, in the wake of that, it's that there's this big picture ideology that drives a lot of this.
01:08:48.000 And it's sort of this valorization of victimhood, valorization of helplessness. 0.59
01:08:53.000 What Hamas did is they started a massive war knowing they were hugely outmatched. 0.75
01:08:58.000 And then they drag it out forever without surrendering, without giving back hostages. 0.82
01:09:04.000 And you end up in this situation where they can't win, so they're going to get the crap beat out of them.
01:09:09.000 But then people feel bad for them because it is a one sided conflict overall.
01:09:15.000 And I think in modern.
01:09:18.000 TikTok driven politics, social media driven politics, very visual politics, it's been very bad for them.
01:09:24.000 It's been very tough for them to make the case. 0.97
01:09:27.000 And I will say, unfortunately, I don't think it's going to get better in the near future because we talk to young people.
01:09:34.000 The war with Iran is just not popular. 0.62
01:09:36.000 And the perception is accurate, frankly, that Israel did want this conflict.
01:09:40.000 They lobbied the president to pursue it.
01:09:43.000 That doesn't mean they dog walked him into it.
01:09:45.000 That doesn't mean they blackmailed him into it.
01:09:47.000 But they argued in favor of a conflict that for young people, we just know.
01:09:51.000 Is not popular.
01:09:52.000 They think it's a distraction from what they voted for.
01:09:56.000 Well, yeah, and I would say, and I would love your input on this if you have some.
01:10:00.000 No, yeah, I was just going to say the misconception that young people are clueless, I just push back on a little bit because we don't think this way for no reason.
01:10:12.000 We don't question Israel for no reason.
01:10:14.000 We're not fatigued with foreign policy for no reason.
01:10:17.000 This didn't just kind of come out of the ether and we just decided to believe it.
01:10:21.000 From the time we were born to today, there's been a conflict in the Middle East.
01:10:25.000 From the time we were born to today with 9 11 and so on, there's been a war in the Middle East that's involved us and Israel.
01:10:33.000 Okay.
01:10:34.000 And then from the time we've been born to today, we've seen American troops die in the Middle East.
01:10:40.000 We've seen families lose loved ones in the Middle East.
01:10:43.000 We've seen billions of dollars go to the Middle East.
01:10:45.000 And so now, as young people, it's not just singularly Israel, it's foreign policy as a whole.
01:10:54.000 We're tired of seeing government money go elsewhere.
01:10:58.000 When we may not even have an economic future for ourselves. 0.70
01:11:02.000 And I mean, you can look at all these charts of like how much of the actual economy is owned by the older generations and how much of it is going to end up being owned by young people.
01:11:12.000 And the charts are crazy.
01:11:15.000 What is it, Danny? 0.97
01:11:15.000 It's like 60% of the economy is owned by boomers and love boomers. 0.97
01:11:20.000 But look, something has to change.
01:11:23.000 And if it doesn't, don't be shocked when young people have radical views that may not fit your norm.
01:11:29.000 Yeah.
01:11:29.000 And that does play a role in it, which is the.
01:11:33.000 Pro Israel sentiment was a lot stronger in the GOP for a long time.
01:11:36.000 And I think sometimes this was, when people disagreed with it, this was asserted pretty aggressively on people.
01:11:43.000 And I think there's still attempts to do that.
01:11:47.000 And there's just not the level of coalitional unity on that to do that anymore.
01:11:52.000 Yeah.
01:11:52.000 You have to.
01:11:53.000 Charlie was aware of this.
01:11:55.000 Charlie sent a letter to Netanyahu, as we know, basically saying PR for people who support Israel is not very good.
01:12:02.000 There needs to be a change of tactics.
01:12:03.000 You need to make the case better than has been done.
01:12:05.000 And I would just say, I'll finish the point with this that Charlie rejected anti Semitism, scapegoating Israel and Jews.
01:12:13.000 There should be no place in polite society for that, really and truly.
01:12:17.000 It's a road to nowhere, it leads to destruction, brain rot.
01:12:21.000 But questioning foreign policy, different topic.
