The Charlie Kirk Show - All American Halftime Hype

00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.

00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.

00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.

00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.

00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.

00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.

00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.

00:00:28.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.

00:00:31.000 Go start a turning point USA college chapter, go start a turning point USA high school chapter.

00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.

00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.

00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.

00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life, and I encourage you to do the same.

00:00:45.000 Here I am.

00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.

00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:00:49.000 Here we go.

00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts, and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.

00:01:09.000 All right.

00:01:10.000 Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:01:11.000 It's February 3rd, 2026.

00:01:14.000 Honored to be with you.

00:01:15.000 And we're here in Phoenix.

00:01:16.000 And boy, oh boy, did the world react to the All American halftime show announcement that we did.

00:01:23.000 I really liked the Department of War asking how they could get in on it.

00:01:26.000 That was an exciting one.

00:01:28.000 Secretary Hegseth said.

00:01:30.000 On Twitter, he said, How do we get the Department of War involved?

00:01:34.000 And of course, there's the graphic.

00:01:35.000 Kid Rock was on the show yesterday.

00:01:38.000 I mean, we might as well just reiterate.

00:01:40.000 I just did a hit with Steve Bannon about it, but we've got Gabby Barrett, Lee Bryce, Brantley Gilbert, and of course, Kid Rock.

00:01:49.000 I've been seeing the images.

00:01:51.000 I can't share them, of course, because we have to keep this all sort of a surprise for you all in the viewing audience.

00:01:57.000 But the production value is going to be.

00:02:00.000 It's not going to disappoint.

00:02:01.000 Put it that way.

00:02:02.000 It is top, top notch, made for TV viewing, like a concert, perfect to stream at home.

00:02:09.000 You know, the stadium shows, it's like so far away.

00:02:12.000 People have been asking, it's right on the graphic, but people have been asking how do they watch it?

00:02:16.000 There are a lot of ways to watch it.

00:02:18.000 There's a lot of ways to watch it, but since we are on Real America's Voice right now, just tune in here.

00:02:23.000 Just tune in here at Real America's Voice.

00:02:26.000 So if you are watching this show, you know how to get here, you know how to find it.

00:02:30.000 At the when you know the action of the game pauses, come right over and the stream will be up, okay.

00:02:36.000 And Real America's Voice will be taking it.

00:02:39.000 I know they've got some programming on either side of it, so it's going to be very seamless for our Real America's Voice audience.

00:02:45.000 On if you are more prone to streaming, it'll be all over our YouTube pages, X Page, Rumble Page.

00:02:52.000 You can check it all over there, TBN, NTD, OAN, Daily Wire Plus.

00:02:57.000 Those places will take it as well.

00:02:58.000 And we're talking about potentially some others, but Real America's Voice is the one stop shop, Rob and Parker Sig.

00:03:05.000 Instantly called when we made this announcement in the fall and said, How do we get involved?

00:03:09.000 How do we support what you guys are doing?

00:03:11.000 So check it out right here on Real America's Voice.

00:03:15.000 And this is a David and Goliath story.

00:03:17.000 We're going up against a machine, a cabal.

00:03:19.000 Stadiums didn't want to take it.

00:03:21.000 I mean, the stories that we have of trying to put this together are truly worth sharing at some point.

00:03:29.000 But what we have, I think we ended in just the right place.

00:03:32.000 The reaction's been, I mean, obviously there's some haters out there, but that's actually part of the fun.

00:03:36.000 Just embrace the hate.

00:03:37.000 Like, They're mad that we're doing this.

00:03:39.000 And there's a lot of people that are very happy that we're doing this.

00:03:42.000 Anytime you do anything important, you're going to have the haters.

00:03:45.000 I say, bring it on.

00:03:46.000 Bring it on.

00:03:46.000 David and Goliath, maybe you can't take on a pop, mega, superstar, international, queer rights, anti ICE act in the pro football machine, or maybe you can.

00:03:58.000 We're going to find out.

00:03:59.000 Either way, we're going to have fun doing it.

00:04:01.000 And I think it's already a win that we're just doing it.

00:04:03.000 Because guess what?

00:04:05.000 It's the 250th anniversary of this country.

00:04:07.000 We want to celebrate America.

00:04:08.000 We don't want to crap on it. 0.86

00:04:10.000 We don't want to be able to. 0.80

00:04:11.000 Part of this movement that's trying to indoctrinate our children into hating this country.

00:04:15.000 So.

00:04:16.000 Check it out.

00:04:17.000 Sunday.

00:04:18.000 You're going to be all gathered together, anyways.

00:04:21.000 I just like that it's like, you know, pausing the action of the game.

00:04:24.000 What game?

00:04:25.000 You might happen to be involved in some sort of game.

00:04:27.000 Some sort of sporting event.

00:04:29.000 You know, and there's no specific one.

00:04:29.000 We're not sure.

00:04:31.000 There's nothing by name.

00:04:33.000 There's no names.

00:04:35.000 Some people watch pro StarCraft matches on Sundays, I'm sure.

00:04:39.000 Yeah, I just love it.

00:04:41.000 I think it's one of the most fun things.

00:04:42.000 And I was texting in our group chat with Jack this morning.

00:04:45.000 No, this is great.

00:04:46.000 No, I'm revealing this one.

00:04:47.000 What was great was it finally occurred to Andrew, wait a minute.

00:04:51.000 We're doing this because Charlie didn't like halftime shows.

00:04:55.000 That's not.

00:04:56.000 And he never realized that before.

00:04:58.000 Listen, I have a great story.

00:05:00.000 When Charlie did the sexual anarchy tweet, I don't know if we have that.

00:05:05.000 So it was during.

00:05:08.000 It was a couple years back.

00:05:10.000 They were doing the rappers from the 90s.

00:05:12.000 You know, it was like.

00:05:13.000 Who was it?

00:05:14.000 It was Ice Cube.

00:05:15.000 Was it Ice Cube?

00:05:16.000 No, it wasn't Ice Cube.

00:05:17.000 Anyways, it was like Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre.

00:05:19.000 February 2022.

00:05:21.000 And it was actually kind of a tame.

00:05:25.000 NFL is now the league of sexual anarchy. 0.56

00:05:28.000 This halftime show should not be allowed on television.

00:05:31.000 Well, and I remember because basically I took one breather from like monitoring my phone to go get some barbecue because I was at a Super Bowl party, obviously.

00:05:42.000 And then unbeknownst to me, in the five minutes I stepped away, Charlie fired off that all timer of a tweet.

00:05:50.000 And I was just like, Charlie, that was the most tame.

00:05:54.000 Halftime show that they've had in about a decade.

00:05:57.000 But I think he saw it, by the way.

00:06:01.000 Did he actually see it or did you just assume it was going to be bad?

00:06:04.000 He was watching it.

00:06:05.000 And I mean, he was taking screen grabs to prove his point.

00:06:08.000 And I was like, okay, all right.

00:06:10.000 But, anyways, the point is that Charlie always had a hot take on the halftime show.

00:06:15.000 And, you know, I was sort of more in the headspace of like, you know, people don't like the current offering.

00:06:22.000 They don't like it.

00:06:23.000 There's a demand in the marketplace.

00:06:26.000 I didn't create the demand.

00:06:27.000 The other guys created the demand by choosing their anti English speaking, anti ICE, queer celebrating person as the performer. 0.87

00:06:37.000 So I didn't create the demand.

00:06:39.000 We didn't create the demand.

00:06:40.000 So that's more where my head was at.

00:06:42.000 But it turns out there's just a lot of demand.

00:06:44.000 And yeah, obviously, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth getting in the mix.

00:06:48.000 We had a bunch of different people from government agencies say, hey, how can we help?

00:06:53.000 What can we do?

00:06:53.000 We want to be a part of this.

00:06:55.000 And a bunch of the streaming platforms reached out.

00:06:57.000 It's been phenomenal.

00:06:58.000 So the reaction has been great.

00:07:00.000 It's pretty fun because we're actually reviving an old tradition.

00:07:03.000 Do you know how the other things, halftime show, got started in the first place?

00:07:08.000 It started, they used to have more tame ones, and they thought, it's the Super Bowl, nobody's going to mess with it.

00:07:14.000 And then other channels started to counter program it deliberately.

00:07:18.000 And so, for example, In Living Color was that sketch comedy show that would went on when you were growing up, and they just did like a big episode.

00:07:25.000 During the halftime show window on a different channel to try to steal viewers during it.

00:07:30.000 And that's when they went over the top and said, oh, we're going to, they got Michael Jackson the next year.

00:07:34.000 But now it's to keep the audience.

00:07:36.000 They had good acts for a long time, and now they've sort of come full circle back to bad acts that a ton of people don't want to watch.

00:07:42.000 Yeah, listen, that makes sense.

00:07:45.000 But they've gone woke.

00:07:46.000 Jay Z's running the show over there.

00:07:48.000 And yeah, that's listen, you get your just desserts.

00:07:51.000 That's how we got here.

00:07:53.000 This is a weird artifact of Floydapalooza around that time.

00:07:56.000 Everyone said the halftime show is racist.

00:07:59.000 It needs to be more culturally aware.

00:08:01.000 And they just gave Jay Z total creative control over it.

00:08:05.000 And so he's used it to book left wing, anti American, kind of out of the mainstream X, I would say.

00:08:12.000 Stuff that does not appeal to the broad base of fans.

00:08:16.000 We have a throwback Charlie clip when he's wearing a hat.

00:08:19.000 It was at the old studio.

00:08:20.000 This is from February 2022.

00:08:22.000 Let's just play it.

00:08:23.000 343.

00:08:24.000 Look, the Super Bowl halftime show has a reputation.

00:08:26.000 People say it's a spicy program.

00:08:29.000 Okay, listen.

00:08:30.000 Spicy, it's supposed to be boundary pushing.

00:08:35.000 When you have the most televised event, this is true, most televised event for the entire year, one of the most televised events on the planet, by the way, that should be a reflection of the virtue that hopefully you want society to embody.

00:08:50.000 Man, I never saw that.

00:08:51.000 This is funny.

00:08:53.000 Look at this 2014, throw this up 344.

00:08:56.000 This had one like.

00:08:58.000 This is how few people were following Charlie on Twitter at the time.

00:09:02.000 In 2014.

00:09:03.000 Clothing optional halftime performance?

00:09:08.000 One like.

00:09:09.000 I just.

00:09:09.000 Oh, man.

00:09:10.000 That would have been.

00:09:12.000 Was he still 20 at that time?

00:09:14.000 Yeah.

00:09:15.000 I just think this is amazing.

00:09:17.000 Yeah.

00:09:17.000 I don't know.

00:09:18.000 He was born.

00:09:18.000 Yeah.

00:09:19.000 He would have been 21.

00:09:20.000 Yeah.

00:09:20.000 No more than 21.

00:09:21.000 And so Charlie's.

00:09:22.000 It's like the president.

00:09:23.000 He's been hammering away at the halftime show.

00:09:24.000 There's a tweet for everything.

00:09:25.000 There's a tweet for everything.

00:09:26.000 He's been hammering away at it for years and years.

00:09:31.000 And here we are.

00:09:32.000 In 2026, and trying to do our best to honor him.

00:09:35.000 And by the way, Charlie loved playing in the cultural space.

00:09:39.000 He wanted to win the culture.

00:09:40.000 I'll never forget, we were sitting down with a reporter in DC around the inauguration and won the presidency, obviously.

00:09:47.000 And he goes, What's next?

00:09:49.000 Like, are you guys done?

00:09:50.000 And he's like, No, we want to win the culture.

00:09:52.000 And I remember that moment with Charlie really distinctly.

00:09:54.000 And I just think this is exactly the way to honor his wishes, his mission, his legacy, is to go straight for the jugular, go straight for it and take on the culture. 0.56

00:10:04.000 Behemoth and the cabal and the machine all in one fell swoop.

00:10:08.000 So, we're going to have a good time on Sunday.

00:10:09.000 I hope you guys tune in.

00:10:13.000 As America turns 250 years old this year, we want to help good ranchers take a moment to remember the people who helped build it.

00:10:21.000 Not the ones in the history books, but the ones who woke up before the sun season after season without seeking any sort of applause.

00:10:28.000 And those people are America's ranchers.

00:10:30.000 For over 250 years, ranchers have worked tirelessly to feed America through every kind of storm droughts, wars, recessions, pandemics, changing markets, changing politics.

00:10:40.000 But they never stopped.

00:10:41.000 That's the kind of legacy Good Ranchers was built on.

00:10:43.000 Unlike others, Good Ranchers is a meat company 100% committed to America, not just in words, but in practice.

00:10:50.000 Every cut they offer is raised on local American farms and ranches, from the pasture to the final seal on every box.

00:10:56.000 Their entire packaging and fulfillment process takes place right here in America.

00:11:01.000 And if you ever have questions, their customer support team is also here in America.

00:11:05.000 To top it all off, with every order placed, Good Ranchers donates a portion of its profits to various veterans' organizations.

00:11:11.000 So, as we head into a year meant to celebrate American culture, heritage, and the people who shaped it, Good Ranchers. Is standing right at the heart of that story.

00:11:19.000 I'm actually a Good Ranchers subscriber myself.

00:11:22.000 I love it.

00:11:22.000 I love how easy it is to manage my orders.

00:11:25.000 I also love it that if I get busy and I can't get one of the boxes shipped to my house, I'm just not there to receive it.

00:11:30.000 I can pause or move any order in just a few clicks.

00:11:33.000 It's super simple to do it.

00:11:34.000 It's built around your schedule.

00:11:35.000 To support a company that's committed to honoring America's past, present, and future, visit goodranchers.com today.

00:12:01.000 GoodRanchers.com.

00:12:02.000 American Meat Delivered.

00:12:06.000 So, we got to do our obligatory Super Bowl week Roger Goodell takedown.

00:12:12.000 We have to.

00:12:13.000 But I did, we were planning on covering a little bit of the Epstein stuff, but I just, it's too juicy.

00:12:17.000 I want to hit Roger Goodell.

00:12:18.000 We're going to move that to tomorrow.

00:12:20.000 So, if you're wondering why we haven't touched on the Epstein stuff, I have my reasons.

00:12:25.000 There's a lot of it.

00:12:26.000 There's a lot.

00:12:27.000 There's three million documents, and people are still parsing through a lot of them, and there's stuff on Bill Gates, which is funny, and Elon Musk, which is funny, and the Clintons agreeing to testify.

00:12:37.000 We're going to get this tomorrow.

00:12:38.000 I want to do it right.

00:12:39.000 So, we're going to devote hour one to hitting that tomorrow because there's a lot to go through, and I think we just have to.

00:12:46.000 But I want to do it right.

00:12:47.000 I don't want to rush it.

00:12:48.000 So, instead, we're going to hit Roger Goodell, which is always.

00:12:52.000 Who really wants to hit Roger Goodell?

00:12:54.000 Listen, the NFL is like a vest, it's like a throwback to Peak Woke.

00:13:00.000 Roger Goodell should be in a museum somewhere.

00:13:04.000 It's like he shouldn't be doing the job he's doing, and yet I would more suspect him to be like.

00:13:11.000 Casting formaldehyde up on some shelf in a scientist's lab because he's acting like it is peak woke still.

00:13:17.000 And he just is so squish. 0.98

00:13:19.000 He's so beta.

00:13:21.000 He's such a bad leader of that amazing league.

00:13:25.000 And so we're just going to hit him.

00:13:27.000 He was asked at the annual Super Bowl press conference about the lack of diversity in NFL coaches.

00:13:33.000 310.

00:13:34.000 But everybody knows that this cycle is 0 for 10 for black coaches, 1 for 9 for coaches of color.

00:13:39.000 So should you just be resigned to the fact now that?

00:13:43.000 Basically, nothing you do can move the numbers between three to seven on coaches and three to seven on general managers, those historic numbers that we've seen.

00:13:52.000 I think we need to continue to make progress.

00:13:55.000 And I believe that.

00:13:57.000 I believe diversity is good for us.

00:13:59.000 I think we have become a more diverse league across every platform, including coaching.

00:14:05.000 But we still have more work to do.

00:14:08.000 There's got to be more steps.

00:14:09.000 So we're reevaluating everything we're doing.

00:14:12.000 It's like so.

00:14:16.000 I feel like, frankly, Charlie would have a good bit on this.

00:14:18.000 Like, as you say, he should be in a museum.

00:14:20.000 He should be in formaldehyde because he actually is this very almost the Platonic form of this certain type.

00:14:26.000 He's this, like, he certainly looks like Red America. 0.99

00:14:29.000 He's a 66 year old boomer.

00:14:32.000 66.

00:14:32.000 Yeah, boomer white male guy who's running a big institution.

00:14:36.000 Like, you'd think he's almost, he could be in the dictionary as, like, oh, this is a core Republican voter.

00:14:41.000 And yet he's this guy who's overseeing an institution that he didn't build.

00:14:45.000 It was gifted to him, essentially, or handed to him.

00:14:48.000 And then he.

00:14:49.000 Almost to keep himself on top, he gets paid $20, $30, $50 million a year, some insane amount.

00:14:55.000 And he's thought, I can keep control of this by giving in to all of this woke stuff below me, all of this liberal stuff below me.

00:15:03.000 I will midwife this new DEI America into being and they'll all love me for it.

00:15:09.000 And that's the role he plays.

00:15:12.000 And instead, he's massively messing it up.

00:15:14.000 He's making a ton of people angry.

00:15:16.000 He's making the NFL worse than it was before when there really wasn't a big problem.

00:15:21.000 Are we seriously going to claim that the NFL has a huge racism problem?

00:15:25.000 Like, the entire concept is laughable.

00:15:27.000 They're currently mad. 0.91

00:15:28.000 They're mad because there were 10 coach openings and none of the new ones they hired were black.

00:15:33.000 One, so what?

00:15:35.000 They want to hire the best coach.

00:15:36.000 This year didn't happen to go that way.

00:15:38.000 Like, right now, they're going to go into 2026 with three black coaches. 0.91

00:15:41.000 Three out of 32.

00:15:43.000 That's a little over 10%.

00:15:44.000 What's the black share of the country?

00:15:46.000 A little over 10%.

00:15:48.000 Wow.

00:15:49.000 Wow.

00:15:50.000 What a crisis.

00:15:51.000 Yeah, but how many black players are in the NFL?

00:15:53.000 Okay.

00:15:53.000 So what?

00:15:54.000 Coaching is a different skill set from playing in the NFL.

00:15:57.000 Why would the same people do it?

00:15:58.000 I totally agree.

00:16:01.000 Listen, I think you're right.

00:16:02.000 He is a, by the look of him, he's red coated. 0.63

00:16:07.000 He's GOP.

00:16:08.000 That's how they do this to you.

00:16:10.000 But here's the thing he is a vestige of an artifact of a previous, a bygone era of GOP country club republicanism that proved to be feckless, that couldn't conserve Jack.

00:16:21.000 Basically, sat on their hands while we lost the country.

00:16:24.000 So, you're going to watch this man sit on his hands while he loses the NFL.

00:16:28.000 That's what you're going to see.

00:16:29.000 Can't stand this guy.

00:16:30.000 He is, okay, so he's then asked about Bad Bunny getting political and Green Day, who is famously very anti Trump, but total washed up artist, by the way.

00:16:40.000 314.

00:16:40.000 Bad Bunny made a pretty clear anti ICE statement at the Grammys last night.

00:16:46.000 What are you expecting in terms of political statement, whether that's from Bad Bunny or Green Day or any of the other performers?

00:16:53.000 I think everybody, and more to listen, Bad Bunny was.

00:16:56.000 Is and I think that was demonstrated last night.

00:16:59.000 One of the great artists in the world, um, and that's one of the reasons we chose him.

00:17:04.000 But the other reason is he understood the platform he was on, and that this was this platform is to use to unite people and to be able to bring people together.

00:17:13.000 I think Bad Bunny understands that, and I think he'll have a great performance.

00:17:17.000 Did you call him Bad Benny there?

00:17:19.000 Bad Benny, bad good old Bad Benny.

00:17:21.000 That's how we're gonna not our Benny, the bad one, yeah.

00:17:23.000 So, Bad Benny, good old Bad Benny.

00:17:26.000 He so what that translation means they had a talk with Bad Benny.

00:17:30.000 When he started saying he's going to wear a dress in celebration of queer icons and queer identity, and they said, Could you tone it down just a little bit, please?

00:17:42.000 We got this alternative thing that's happening over here, and they're really upset that we booked you.

00:17:46.000 Could you just tone it down?

00:17:48.000 And he said, Ice out.

00:17:49.000 But what's amazing is, I think he's got him kind of by the short hairs, as it were.

00:17:53.000 Like, what?

00:17:55.000 He's not going to host it again.

00:17:56.000 I don't think they ever really do a repeat Super Bowl act.

00:17:58.000 There's really nowhere above.

00:17:59.000 If he just says, if he told them, Okay, fine, I won't do it.

00:18:03.000 And then he just did it anyway.

00:18:04.000 One, they have no way to stop him.

00:18:06.000 And two, he'll basically be a lib legend forever.

00:18:09.000 Of course.

00:18:10.000 He can absolutely humiliate the NFL.

00:18:11.000 The incentive structure is absolutely in the corner for Bad Benny to humiliate the NFL and to do it with bells on and to do it and just ride the album sales all the way to the bank.

00:18:25.000 And Roger would deserve it.

00:18:27.000 He would deserve it so much. 0.71

00:18:28.000 Because you have been cucked, Roger.

00:18:30.000 Because you have been hoodwinked by the machine that you created, by the cabal you have overseen. 0.83

00:18:37.000 Allowed to metastasize.

00:18:39.000 You deserve everything.

00:18:39.000 He's the perfect bad boomer.

00:18:41.000 He can't preserve an amazing boomer.

00:18:43.000 So we have bad boomer and bad Benny.

00:18:47.000 Very excited about this guest.

00:18:49.000 I've been wanting to have him on for a long time, been watching him just absolutely crush it.

00:18:53.000 And that is Brandon Gill, Representative Brandon Gill from Texas's 26th congressional district.

00:19:00.000 He is the class president of the freshman class in the House.

00:19:05.000 So self described, but I actually think it is probably true.

00:19:09.000 Brandon, welcome to the show.

00:19:10.000 We're honored to have you, Congressman.

00:19:12.000 Thank you.

00:19:13.000 Yeah, thanks for having me.

00:19:14.000 Absolutely.

00:19:16.000 You have been doing such great work, and we have your back 100%.

00:19:19.000 And you are, I think, You know, it's funny because actually, truth be told, Charlie got to the point where he was like, I don't book congressmen on the show anymore.

00:19:28.000 Waste of rations.

00:19:29.000 You know, it's like nothing happens over there.

00:19:31.000 And it's like you have a zombie house, but you have been amazing.

00:19:36.000 And you are making waves because just yesterday you posted about this.

00:19:41.000 I believe it was yesterday.

00:19:42.000 Throw it up there.

00:19:43.000 This is 352.

00:19:45.000 I just sent a letter to Mitch McConnell asking his committee to stop stalling the Save Act.

00:19:50.000 83% of Americans want proof of citizenship to vote, yet the Senate has done nothing for 300 days.

00:19:55.000 The House Did its job.

00:19:56.000 The Senate needs to do theirs.

00:19:58.000 So, Congressman, you went straight for Mitch, the McConnell machine.

00:20:04.000 Tell us about this and why.

00:20:06.000 Well, sure.

00:20:07.000 And thanks for having me on.

00:20:08.000 I went there because we passed the SAVE Act out of the House almost a year ago.

00:20:12.000 You know, this is, I mean, you guys talk about it all the time.

00:20:14.000 I mean, this is the most common sense piece of legislation you can imagine, simply saying that if you are an illegal alien, you shouldn't be voting in American elections.

00:20:23.000 If you're a foreign national and not a citizen, you shouldn't be voting. 0.99

00:20:26.000 So, we should have common sense measures like Voter ID whenever you register to vote.

00:20:31.000 That's something that almost 85% of Americans in this country agree with.

00:20:36.000 That means that a lot of Democrats agree with us on that.

00:20:39.000 So we passed it out of the House almost a year ago.

00:20:41.000 Now it's sitting in the Senate, and that gets taken up procedurally by the Senate Rules Committee, which Senator McConnell chairs.

00:20:48.000 And what we want to do is be very clear that it is the will of the House for the Senate to get this passed.

00:20:53.000 You guys need to do that.

00:20:54.000 The American people are on our side, so let's get this thing moving and let's put it up for a vote in the Senate in a way that we can actually make this law.

00:21:03.000 Yeah, absolutely.

00:21:04.000 Well, and I've checked around on this because when we booked you on the show, I wanted to see what the vibe in the Senate was.

00:21:10.000 And I think we can get 50 plus one over there.

00:21:13.000 I don't think you're going to get Mitch.

00:21:15.000 I don't think you're going to get Lisa.

00:21:16.000 I don't think you're going to get Susan.

00:21:18.000 I think you're going to get Rand.

00:21:19.000 Rand has signed on.

00:21:20.000 Thune has been signaling that he's supportive of it.

00:21:23.000 He said this publicly that he's going to take it to a vote.

00:21:25.000 The question is could you pass this in a reconciliation bill?

00:21:30.000 Could you nuke the filibuster for a funding bill, get rid of the zombie filibuster?

00:21:34.000 There's all these options.

00:21:36.000 So, this looks like it can be a thing.

00:21:38.000 Now, obviously, you're in the House, not the Senate, right?

00:21:41.000 So, taking it back to the House, Speaker Johnson was doing a press conference this morning.

00:21:46.000 I saw him talking about this.

00:21:50.000 There's some confusion here.

00:21:51.000 It's been sent back to the House to add some different stipulations.

00:21:54.000 Does that mean you guys are going to have to pass it again?

00:21:56.000 Are we going to be able to pass that?

00:21:58.000 Fill us in on the details there.

00:22:00.000 Yeah.

00:22:01.000 So, for quick background, we passed multiple appropriations bills out of the House.

00:22:05.000 That includes the DHS funding bill, which funds, you know, The Department of Homeland Security, ICE, FEMA, TSA agents, and everything sort of related in that area.

00:22:16.000 We sent those bills over to the Senate.

00:22:18.000 Now, while they were sitting in the Senate, Senate Democrats decided that they were going to go back on their agreement to pass these bills.

00:22:26.000 And they were doing that because they want to leverage the chaos in Minneapolis in order to stop the president from carrying out his deportation agenda.

00:22:34.000 Obviously, that's not something that we're going to tolerate.

00:22:36.000 It's not something the administration is going to tolerate.

00:22:39.000 So, what they did in the Senate is they combined all of those appropriations bills minus the DHS bill and sent it back to the House.

00:22:46.000 What they did is they, instead of passing the DHS bill as part of that package, they did a two week continuing resolution to buy two more weeks of time to negotiate that bill.

00:22:57.000 So, that whole funding package has come back to the House.

00:23:01.000 We actually just voted on the rule.

00:23:03.000 The vote is open right now.

00:23:05.000 Last I checked, there were two people who are still no on the rule and two people who haven't voted yet.

00:23:10.000 So, that's still ongoing.

00:23:12.000 If I were to guess that that ends up passing, but again, that's playing out in real time right now.

00:23:18.000 The next step is to vote on final package with passage, which will be, and I believe, about an hour or so.

00:23:24.000 Okay, got it.

00:23:27.000 Hi, folks.

00:23:28.000 Andrew Colvett here.

00:23:29.000 I'd like to tell you about my friends over at Y Refi.

00:24:10.000 YRefi can help.

00:24:11.000 Just go to yrefi.com.

00:24:13.000 That's the letter Y.

00:24:15.000 Then refi.com.

00:24:17.000 And remember, YRefi doesn't care what your credit score is.

00:24:20.000 Just go to YRefi.com and tell them your friend Andrew sent you.

00:24:26.000 Well, let's just go back a step here and show just how wildly popular these simple common sense measures are.

00:24:35.000 You've got Nicki Minaj who is weighing in on this, 331.

00:24:40.000 What sensible, forward thinking, cutting edge leading nation is having a debate on whether or not there should be voter ID?

00:24:46.000 And then you have Harry Enton who basically chimes in and says, yeah, Nicki's right here.

00:24:53.000 The American people agree with her, 320.

00:24:57.000 With Nicki Minaj, because what are we talking about here? 0.96

00:24:59.000 So take a look here favor voter ID to vote.

00:25:02.000 Look, I got all this polling on the screen going back since 2018.

00:25:05.000 You'll notice on all of it, it's all north of 75%, 76%, 76%, 76%, 81%, and then 83% in the last year of Americans agree with Nicki Minaj.

00:25:18.000 They favor photo ID to be able to vote.

00:25:22.000 Yeah, but here's the thing, Brandon, because it's really a form of slavery and it's like a throwback to Jim Crow.

00:25:29.000 This is what Sonny Hostin has to say about it.

00:25:31.000 321.

00:25:32.000 It's sort of a vestige of, I think, post slavery laws where black people had to prove their right to vote.

00:25:42.000 And oftentimes they couldn't vote because they couldn't pass some crazy test or they didn't have the appropriate ID.

00:25:48.000 It also affects women, women that are married.

00:25:51.000 Maybe your passport reflects something that's different on your birth certificate or on your driver's license.

00:25:57.000 So, really, the bottom line is voter suppression.

00:26:00.000 And I agree with him 100%.

00:26:02.000 It's a brilliant notion that less.

00:26:05.000 Voter ID laws allow more people to vote.

00:26:10.000 And most democracies do it that way.

00:26:12.000 We're the only ones that really don't do it that way.

00:26:15.000 Congressman, do most democracies do it this way?

00:26:19.000 And, you know, are you guys trying to keep married women from voting? 0.74

00:26:23.000 Which, by the way, married women vote the most conservative of all the female groups. 0.99

00:26:28.000 So this is a really dumb thing to suggest. 0.96

00:26:30.000 Anyways, go ahead, Congressman. 0.96

00:26:31.000 Right.

00:26:32.000 I know.

00:26:32.000 And what the leftists are trying to deflect here, the reality is.

00:26:36.000 That, what the left wants after four years of open borders is to bring in millions upon millions of people into the country illegally, provide a path to citizenship, eventually give them voting rights.

00:26:47.000 But in the meantime, they want those illegal aliens to impact congressional apportionment and to figure out ways to vote in our election systems. 0.85

00:26:54.000 It's a way of sort of systematically rigging our elections in favor of Democrats at the expense of Republicans.

00:27:00.000 What we're doing is we're simply saying, no, you know, you've got to use a birth certificate to show your age to play in Little League baseball.

00:27:08.000 I mean, you got to show a passport, oftentimes, to travel in the United States or to travel abroad, certainly.

00:27:15.000 So, this is about as basic as it gets.

00:27:18.000 And again, what Democrats are doing here is not trying to fight for voting rights or any of that nonsense that you hear every day.

00:27:25.000 Fundamentally, what they're trying to do is erode the meaning of American citizenship and erode the distinction between U.S. citizens and foreigners who are in the United States.

00:27:35.000 We're saying that if everybody can vote in the United States, if every foreign national, if every illegal alien is going to the polls and voting in our federal elections, which means if an illegal alien votes in a blue state, that impacts me and my constituents in Texas for federal elections, then you're eroding, you're essentially disenfranchising voters in red states or voters across the country.

00:27:58.000 And we're saying we've had enough of this.

00:28:00.000 You know, a core part of national sovereignty is being able to determine that the people who are a part of the body politic, who are citizens, who have Sort of bought into the social contract of the United States are the ones who get and the only ones who get to determine how our government is run.

00:28:17.000 And that's, again, that's something that most Americans agree with.

00:28:20.000 It's such a basic, core civic principle that we're trying to get back to.

00:28:25.000 But the left is fighting against us because, and you guys know this very well, they see the SAVE Act, they see illegal aliens voting, and they say that is our ticket to electorally winning in the United States.

00:28:38.000 Again, it's a way of systematically rigging our elections.

00:28:42.000 That's why they see this as an existential threat.

00:28:45.000 Well, and if you look at the just domestic immigration inside the United States, blue states are losing population.

00:28:52.000 They're losing native born Americans that hate the taxes, they hate the crime, they hate the regulations, they hate the malaise.

00:28:59.000 I will tell you, I just moved from California, came to Arizona.

00:29:03.000 You could feel the malaise in California.

00:29:05.000 You can just feel it.

00:29:06.000 You can feel businesses are struggling.

00:29:07.000 Nobody wants to hire anybody there because it's a terrible place to do business.

00:29:10.000 So they're voting with their feet and they're getting out.

00:29:12.000 And that's going to affect the electoral college.

00:29:14.000 That's going to affect apportionments in Congress 100%.

00:29:18.000 You're going to see those chickens come home to roost in 2030 in a big way.

00:29:22.000 But in the meantime, this is why they're fighting against DHS so hard.

00:29:25.000 Because guess who's moving into those places?

00:29:27.000 Guess who they're protecting?

00:29:28.000 Illegals. 0.95

00:29:28.000 And there's a reason for that. 0.95

00:29:30.000 All the grift, all the fraud, all the bilking taxpayer money.

00:29:33.000 There's that new story that came out of Southern California with all those hospice centers within like a two mile radius.

00:29:38.000 And I mean, this is truly remarkable levels of fraud.

00:29:42.000 And obviously, the Somali story in Minneapolis kicked it off.

00:29:45.000 But I have.

00:29:46.000 More bad news for Sonny Huston.

00:29:48.000 Huston?

00:29:48.000 Huston.

00:29:49.000 Whatever.

00:29:50.000 The gal from the, one of the cackling hens from The View. 1.00

00:29:54.000 We've got some polling on black Americans and where they're at on voter ID as well.

00:29:58.000 355.

00:29:59.000 Take a look here.

00:29:59.000 Favor photo ID to vote.

00:30:01.000 85% of white people favor it.

00:30:03.000 82% of Latino.

00:30:05.000 76% of black Americans favor it.

00:30:07.000 So the bottom line is this voter ID is not controversial in this country.

00:30:12.000 A photo ID to vote is not controversial in this country.

00:30:15.000 It is not controversial by party, and it is not controversial by race.

00:30:19.000 The vast majority of Americans agree with Nicki Minaj that, in fact, you should have a photo ID to be able to vote.

00:30:25.000 So something of a non.

00:30:27.000 Okay, so let's just big picture here.

00:30:30.000 You've got the voters who want it.

00:30:32.000 You've got black, white, Hispanic voters that want it.

00:30:36.000 Seems to me the only group that doesn't want this is like Stacey Abrams, Sonny Hostin, Hakeem Jeffries.

00:30:45.000 Why the disconnect?

00:30:47.000 What do Democrat leaders know that their voters don't?

00:30:50.000 Well, I mean, this has been the Democrat plan for a long time.

00:30:53.000 And, you know, this isn't a right wing conspiracy theory to say that Democrats are trying to import voters.

00:30:59.000 In order to get more Democrat voters.

00:31:00.000 I mean, there's a book that came out about 20 years ago called The Emerging Democratic Majority.

00:31:05.000 I mean, the thesis of the work is saying that essentially demographic changes in the United States politically benefit Democrats, and that is one of the ways that Democrats can hold on to power long term.

00:31:17.000 So if you're an American citizen, it doesn't matter if you're white, if you're black, or if you're Hispanic or any other race, you recognize that eroding these principles and these ideas that really only hold to citizens, voting rights, for instance.

00:31:34.000 Essentially, it disenfranchises American voters.

00:31:36.000 Yeah.

00:31:37.000 Well, and Brandon, specifically Texas, that's their big, big get.

00:31:42.000 That's the white whale for the Democrats.

00:31:45.000 We got to fight and save Texas.

00:31:46.000 We got to keep Texas bright, ruby red.

00:31:49.000 So we love seeing new stars like yourself rise up in the ranks, doing great work in Congress.

00:31:54.000 Keep up the great work, Congressman.

00:31:56.000 You're doing a phenomenal job.

00:31:57.000 Well, I appreciate that.

00:31:59.000 We've got a whole lot more work to do, and we've got a lot more fighting to do.

00:32:02.000 God bless you.

00:32:02.000 All right.

00:32:06.000 Blake, are you living on stolen land?

00:32:08.000 I think I'll just.

00:32:09.000 I just want you to go off on the concept of stolen land.

00:32:12.000 So, this is great.

00:32:13.000 So, this happened.

00:32:14.000 We talked about this a little bit yesterday.

00:32:15.000 Let's revisit it.

00:32:17.000 So, we talked about the Grammys, and one of the big lines that we really teed off on was Billie Eilish declared that everyone has the right to come here because no one is illegal on stolen land.

00:32:26.000 Let's revisit it.

00:32:27.000 292, please.

00:32:29.000 No one is illegal on stolen land. 0.99

00:32:36.000 Now, a thing we didn't show, but we should have yesterday, is as it happens, she has a quite palatial estate. 0.55

00:32:43.000 Of course. 0.99

00:32:44.000 She's extraordinarily well known.

00:32:46.000 293 with a very big wall and gate around it.

00:32:50.000 It is not a super publicly accessible thing.

00:32:53.000 But there's an excellent twist or follow up on this.

00:32:55.000 So, of course, Eilish lives in the Los Angeles area.

00:32:59.000 And there are some indigenous former inhabitants or tribes that are native to the Los Angeles basin.

00:33:06.000 And it's the Tongva tribe.

00:33:08.000 And.

00:33:09.000 Some members of this tribe got in contact with the media and they pointed out, we don't believe that we have ceded our land in this area.

00:33:17.000 And so they released a statement to Fox News.

00:33:21.000 As the first people of the, let's see, the greater Los Angeles basin, we understand that her home is situated in our ancestral land.

00:33:32.000 Eilish has not contacted our tribe directly regarding her property.

00:33:37.000 We do not.

00:33:39.000 It's got to update.

00:33:40.000 Value the instance when public figures provide visibility to the true history of this country.

00:33:45.000 Or we do value, I guess. 0.99

00:33:47.000 But so it seems that she lives on stolen land. 1.00

00:33:50.000 She lives on stolen land.

00:33:51.000 Which means if no one can be illegal on stolen land, can you illegally trespass on Billie Eilish's property?

00:33:59.000 And I think we should put this to the test.

00:34:01.000 I think someone should get in contact with this tribe and offer them whatever supplies they need, whatever legal funds they need.

00:34:09.000 If you guys want to do a demonstration, I think it might be time to occupy Billie Eilish's land.

00:34:14.000 I think we need a chop city on Billie Eilish's palatial estate. 1.00

00:34:18.000 Yeah. 0.94

00:34:19.000 I think we need chop.

00:34:20.000 We need the summer of love.

00:34:21.000 And Billie, you've really hemmed yourself in here.

00:34:25.000 You're in a rock and a hard place on stolen land.

00:34:28.000 You're living in ease.

00:34:30.000 I like your living on a palatial estate.

00:34:31.000 I like the Los Angeles Basin Autonomous Zone.

00:34:33.000 Yes, there it is.

00:34:35.000 I think that this needs to happen.

00:34:36.000 Lab op.

00:34:37.000 Yeah. 0.53

00:34:38.000 I mean, listen, Billie, you've got enough money.

00:34:40.000 You can buy another one.

00:34:41.000 If this doesn't work out, it'll be fine.

00:34:43.000 Or, you know, she could do the right thing and she could bequeath it back.

00:34:47.000 Just give it to them.

00:34:47.000 To the tribe.

00:34:48.000 Yeah, make this happen.

00:34:49.000 She says it's a stolen land. 1.00

00:34:51.000 She's rich enough. 0.99

00:34:52.000 She could just do it. 1.00

00:34:52.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:34:53.000 And you could own the high.

00:34:54.000 You could take the high route here, Billy.

00:34:58.000 You could be the solution to the problem.

00:35:01.000 No, you can be the white savior, Billy Eilish. 0.82

00:35:07.000 This is not even really a joke.

00:35:08.000 There's, you know, the classic Saul Alinsky tactic is to, you know, make.

00:35:13.000 Make the opponent live by its own rules rather strictly, and you should make these commies who want to abolish America live at least for a moment by their own rules. 0.75

00:35:24.000 To zoom back on this, the point is to show that this is a crass absurdity.

00:35:28.000 America is not a stolen country, it is not on stolen land any more than any other country in society in human history is stolen land, or for that matter, any more than all the tribes in America were on stolen land.

00:35:40.000 If you want an example that calls to mind for me, I'm from the Dakotas, we have the Lakota people there, they complain. 1.00

00:35:46.000 That the black hills were stolen from them.

00:35:49.000 Europeans have owned the Black Hills longer than the Lakota owned the Black Hills because they yoinked it from another tribe just shortly before. 0.99

00:35:56.000 After they got the horse, they expanded.

00:35:58.000 And that's all of human history.

00:36:00.000 All of human history is this or that, Stone Age people, Bronze Age people moving around, constantly taking things.

00:36:06.000 What actually gave us the concept of ownership, and for that matter, the concept of theft and property and all of that, is civilization and law.

00:36:14.000 And that is why you can't just steal somebody's land today.

00:36:17.000 It's a great thing.

00:36:19.000 But they hate those laws.

00:36:21.000 They hate the West.

00:36:22.000 They hate civilization.

00:36:23.000 So, they use those concepts to undermine them and blow them up.

00:36:26.000 And it's just a pure anti civilizational resentment.

00:36:29.000 But if Eilish is going to indulge that, make her live by it.

00:36:32.000 I love that.

00:36:33.000 Well said. 1.00

00:36:34.000 Make Billie Eilish give back her stolen land. 1.00

00:36:37.000 Her stolen mansion needs to go back to what's the tribe's name? 0.85

00:36:41.000 It is the.

00:36:43.000 What's the Tongva?

00:36:44.000 That sounds like a Pacific Island tribe.

00:36:46.000 It sounds like a South Pacific.

00:36:48.000 Billie Eilish, we are hereby calling on you to give back your mansion to the Tongva tribe in the greater Los Angeles basin. 0.83

00:36:56.000 You need to do it now.

00:36:57.000 Do it today.

00:36:57.000 You are rich enough to buy another piece of land on a non stolen piece of property on planet Earth.

00:37:03.000 We're not sure what qualifies as non stolen at this point based on your guys' faulty logic, but honestly, I think we know it qualifies as non stolen if you know it's not white people living in the country. 0.86

00:37:13.000 You could buy Jeffrey Epstein's island and buy it.

00:37:16.000 Yes, you could buy that.

00:37:19.000 That would not be stolen.

00:37:20.000 It's probably stolen land, too.

00:37:21.000 I don't know where you're going to find some non stolen land.

00:37:24.000 Even the UK is, you could make the argument, is stolen, right?

00:37:27.000 Well, no, and the UK belongs to everybody.

00:37:29.000 Well, that's what they say now.

00:37:31.000 Well, we can go deep down that rabbit hole.

00:37:33.000 But if you're not willing to do all of those things, Billy, then we have another good take on what you're supposed to do.

00:37:38.000 This is Ricky Your Base, 363.

00:37:41.000 If you do win an award tonight, don't use it as a platform to make a political speech, right?

00:37:46.000 You're in no position to lecture the public about anything.

00:37:50.000 You know nothing about the real world.

00:37:51.000 Most of you spent less time in school than Greta Thunberg.

00:37:55.000 So if you win, right, come up, accept your little award, thank your agent and your God, and off.
