00:00:43.000 Joe Biden's presidency is coming.
00:00:45.000 New information about the Capitol attack and more.
00:00:47.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:48.000 Here we go.
00:00:50.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:52.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:54.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:57.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:00.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:01.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:02.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:09.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:11.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:19.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:23.000 Hey, everybody.
00:01:24.000 Charlie Kirk here with Isabelle Brown.
00:01:25.000 We are working through it in this very important and busy news day and news week, I should say.
00:01:33.000 This week, a new president will take power, much to our disappointment here on this program.
00:01:40.000 And President Donald Trump plans to use every single hour to its maximum utility.
00:01:46.000 Hundreds of pardons are supposedly being planned.
00:01:51.000 He has many other possible declassifications that he plans to do, amongst many other things.
00:01:57.000 And so this week is, for those of us that are conservatives and Trump supporters, it's not going to be our favorite week.
00:02:04.000 No, it's not.
00:02:05.000 But we'll make it through.
00:02:07.000 We're going to keep fighting for what we've been doing.
00:02:08.000 Yeah, I spoke three at Calvary Chapel, Thousand Oaks, Godspeak, and Rob McCoy's Church, and then John Randall's Church in San Juan Capistrano.
00:02:18.000 And one wonderful, lovely lady, a patriot.
00:02:22.000 I went through just kind of how awful the last couple weeks have been.
00:02:25.000 And one of the things I said was, you know, Joe Biden's going to be president.
00:02:29.000 And this one wonderful woman stood up and she was like, no.
00:02:33.000 I was like, yes.
00:02:35.000 Yeah.
00:02:36.000 And I said, please don't become the meme when you're just screaming at the sky.
00:02:41.000 Please don't do that.
00:02:42.000 But I share the frustration, right?
00:02:44.000 I share it.
00:02:45.000 And especially how we got here with so many unanswered questions, so many things that have happened.
00:02:51.000 And so now Joe Biden looks as if he is not going to wait.
00:02:55.000 He's not going to wait or waste any time to try and reverse some of the progress from the executive branch that was made by President Donald Trump.
00:03:03.000 He is planning on day one, or at least the consecutive days, to try and unilaterally grant amnesty.
00:03:12.000 He's already in negotiations and talks to try to get us back in the Iran nuclear deal.
00:03:18.000 He is also, I believe, trying to get us back in the Paris Climate Accord.
00:03:24.000 There's a whole list of stuff that he wants to do on day one.
00:03:27.000 And Isabel, I think you have some of those stuff detailed there too.
00:03:30.000 He's absolutely not wasting any time, Charlie, and he's ready to sort of reverse the progress that was made from a conservative perspective in the last four years as soon as possible.
00:03:40.000 You're right, day one, he is promising to put us back into the Paris Climate Agreement, saying that it's absolutely devastating that the United States is not a part of it.
00:03:49.000 He will sign an order requiring masks on all federal property and for interstate travel.
00:03:54.000 And he's also using part of his inaugural address on Wednesday to urge Americans to commit to wearing masks, not legally, but because it's the right thing to do for at least 100 days to help slow the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
00:04:06.000 Yeah, and it'll be very interesting to see kind of where some of these lockdowns head.
00:04:09.000 I'm going to be super curious to see that.
00:04:11.000 We're starting to see kind of a preview that some of these liberal states, some liberal cities are actually going to be opening up now that Joe Biden is president.
00:04:20.000 It seems as if Chicago and New York and even parts of California are kind of signaling, oh, Joe Biden is president.
00:04:26.000 Now we can start to open up restaurants and no longer be locked down.
00:04:30.000 We'll see about that because there is a specific political purpose that they want to keep everything shut down and lockdown.
00:04:38.000 Mostly because the more lockdowns there are, the more that they can get towards some form of a either great reset, bailouts for these blue states, things of that nature.
00:04:51.000 And so I do want to take a step back because, you know, speaking to so many people yesterday and talking to so many people, I know a lot of people right now are depressed.
00:04:59.000 And a lot of people are in a place where they say, Charlie, where is the hope?
00:05:03.000 You know, where exactly do we stand?
00:05:05.000 And so let's just take inventory of how awful 2021 has been so far.
00:05:11.000 And we thought that 2020 was bad, which it was.
00:05:13.000 2020 was awful.
00:05:15.000 And we thought that 2021 would somehow be, you know, better, not so fast.
00:05:21.000 And so 2021, we had the Capitol tragedy.
00:05:26.000 We lost the Georgia runoffs.
00:05:28.000 Joe Biden is officially going to become president of the United States.
00:05:32.000 The NRA went bankrupt.
00:05:33.000 They impeached our president.
00:05:35.000 And social media is not even a thing anymore.
00:05:37.000 Besides that, it's been great.
00:05:38.000 Yeah, it's been a walk in the park.
00:05:40.000 And we're only at January 18th.
00:05:43.000 And so somebody asked me yesterday, they said, can it get any worse?
00:05:49.000 I said, oh, yeah, it can get worse.
00:05:51.000 And it might.
00:05:52.000 I said, but we as conservatives, and especially those of us that are believers, we must find this as an opportunity, a joyful opportunity to build new, to be able to create and, of course, push back against all this nonsense that Biden is going to put forward.
00:06:10.000 And some people are saying, well, Charlie, we're never going to be able to win another election again.
00:06:13.000 I don't believe that.
00:06:14.000 I don't.
00:06:15.000 You look at what happened in Florida, you look at Ohio, you look at Iowa, you look at how well we did in the House of Representatives, even in corrupt California.
00:06:23.000 Mike Garcia, Young Kim, and Michelle Steele all won their races.
00:06:27.000 We have a younger, more principled party than ever before.
00:06:31.000 And so there are some amazing success stories out of this election where it feels as if everything's bad just because we lost the top-tier ticket.
00:06:40.000 And I think one of the major takeaways here is going to be what are we as conservatives going to do in the next nine months when people come back.
00:06:52.000 And so I have hope for a couple of reasons.
00:06:56.000 One of the reasons I have hope is that the Democrats are going to miraculously screw all of this up.
00:07:01.000 Not just a little bit, but they are going to mess up not just the budgets, not just the way a government is run, but in the first couple hundred days, moderate to just swing voters independents are going to come back and they say, we want Republicans back in charge.
00:07:19.000 We want conservatives back in charge.
00:07:22.000 And the question will be: are we going to have the infrastructure, the candidates, the planning, the messaging, even some of the new business ventures that we have to do?
00:07:30.000 And we now have to go find new servers, phones, app stores.
00:07:34.000 We got a lot of work to do, guys, in a couple of years, okay?
00:07:37.000 It's not just we have to win political arguments.
00:07:39.000 We now have to build out kind of a political entire economic ecosystem.
00:07:44.000 And on top of that, we have to realize and recognize that the left strategy right now is to try to break our will.
00:07:53.000 They want you to give up.
00:07:55.000 They want you to no longer be involved.
00:07:57.000 They want you to no longer be engaged.
00:07:59.000 They want you to kind of raise the white flag and say, I'm done.
00:08:02.000 You know, I'm cynical.
00:08:04.000 I'm apathetic.
00:08:04.000 Who cares?
00:08:05.000 I'm not going to get engaged or get involved anymore.
00:08:07.000 That would be a tragic mistake.
00:08:09.000 And here's one of the really amazing points of the United States Constitution.
00:08:14.000 And our founding fathers and our framers did so much thinking about this: it's very hard to revolutionize and take over a country in less than six years.
00:08:27.000 You almost can't do it.
00:08:28.000 You have to win public opinion and elections on the state, local, and federal level for six years consecutively before you are able to fundamentally transform the country.
00:08:43.000 So you think about it.
00:08:44.000 The margins of the House of Representatives are really narrow right now.
00:08:48.000 The Senate is 50-50.
00:08:49.000 It should be 52-48.
00:08:51.000 We should have won the Georgia runoffs, but it's 50-50.
00:08:55.000 And you have a blue dog Democrat, Joe Manchin, in there.
00:08:57.000 But those people are going to be up in election fights with declared candidates by the summer, by the summer.
00:09:04.000 And so they got like a six-month honeymoon, maybe, and then they're going to be back in campaign season, Mark Kelly, Raphael Warnock.
00:09:11.000 And they're going to have to answer why they are getting rid of the Electoral College or adding states.
00:09:18.000 And so the question is: what do we do from now until June?
00:09:21.000 The best answer is this.
00:09:22.000 We have to engage our state legislatures and fix the way we do elections in this country.
00:09:27.000 That's the number one issue.
00:09:29.000 We talk to thousands and thousands of people every day via email.
00:09:34.000 We have great feedback.
00:09:35.000 The number one issue in the conservative base right now is the way we do elections.
00:09:40.000 It has to get fixed.
00:09:42.000 No more complaining.
00:09:43.000 No more, I hope it gets fixed the next election.
00:09:46.000 We need hearings.
00:09:47.000 We need examinations.
00:09:48.000 We need investigations and we need real reform.
00:09:50.000 We need to do elections the way that Florida does, especially in Arizona and Georgia.
00:09:54.000 And if we don't fix that, then we got real problems.
00:09:56.000 Because right now, you have a Republican House, Senate, and governor in Arizona.
00:10:01.000 Same in Georgia, despite all the complaints that we've leveled against him.
00:10:07.000 If you fix that, and we field strong, principled, grassroots, patriotic candidates coming up here in the next six to nine months, Democrats are going to be on defense because they're no longer going to be able to deflect.
00:10:21.000 They're no longer going to be able to punt.
00:10:23.000 They're going to have to own every single policy from this point forward.
00:10:28.000 I want to get to some tape here.
00:10:30.000 Let's go to cut seven of Democrat Representative Cohen on CNN saying the National Guard attacking the National Guard because of how male it is and how few of them voted for Joe Biden.
00:10:44.000 Let's go to cut seven.
00:10:45.000 The Guard is 90-some-odd percent, I believe, male.
00:10:52.000 Only about 20% of white males voted for Biden.
00:10:56.000 You got to figure that in the Guard, which is predominantly more conservative, and I see that on my social media and we know it.
00:11:01.000 They're probably not more than 25% of the people that are there protecting us who voted for Biden.
00:11:06.000 The other 75% are in the class that would be the large class of folks who might want to do something.
00:11:15.000 And so suggesting that there is an insider threat because of the, let's say, voting composition of the National Guard.
00:11:23.000 This is a new level of political examination and potential political persecution just because of political viewpoints that you might hold.
00:11:34.000 We've warned about a great reset for quite some time.
00:11:36.000 Senator Amy Klobuchar is no longer dancing around that.
00:11:41.000 She said we have to reset in our democracy, and that is what January 20th is all about coming up in two days from now.
00:11:47.000 Let's go to cut eight.
00:11:49.000 So that's how I look at it.
00:11:50.000 He's the perfect man for the right job right now.
00:11:53.000 And not only that, we need to have a reset in our democracy.
00:11:57.000 And that's what January 20th is all about.
00:12:00.000 A reset in our democracy.
00:12:02.000 That sounds similar to what Barack Obama said back in 2007 or eight, right before they got elected.
00:12:10.000 He said, we are just a couple days from fundamentally transforming our country.
00:12:16.000 So we're getting a lot of emails, Isabel, freedom at charliekirk.com, where people are saying, Charlie, why are you covering all of this stuff?
00:12:25.000 Don't you understand that Trump's going to serve four more years?
00:12:28.000 And I'm going to reserve some of my more, let's say, I'm going to do a comprehensive show on this on Thursday or Friday, which is kind of talking about the fake news problem on the right.
00:12:44.000 I just, I want to just wait a couple days for all of these theories to be proven totally incorrect.
00:12:51.000 However, I talked about this at length yesterday, and I think it's really, really important, which is if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
00:13:02.000 And if there is a story that is so outlandish that all of a sudden you have been led to believe that despite the congressional certification and the constitutional certification, that Donald Trump is 100% serving four more years, then you're being misled.
00:13:22.000 But I will tell you that the fake news issue where some people are probably, I'll give you a great example.
00:13:29.000 We got hundreds of emails over, you know, over the last couple of weeks of how Mike Pence is facing charges for treason.
00:13:36.000 And this is not a small group of people that were emailing us.
00:13:39.000 I thought to myself, where did this come from?
00:13:42.000 And the issue with this sort of news distribution and consumption is if we do not have shared lines of communication or facts when it comes to any forms of these topics, then we're not going to be able to have dialogue about anything meaningful.
00:14:03.000 Then no one's going to trust anything that they write, that is written or that they consume.
00:14:07.000 And that's basically where we are right now in the country, where a lot of people say, I don't trust anything on TV.
00:14:12.000 I don't trust anything anywhere.
00:14:13.000 And that's probably an accurate place.
00:14:15.000 I mean, that's where I am with a lot and with most news institutions, almost everything that I read, I'm like, yeah, there's an agenda behind this.
00:14:22.000 However, just because you don't trust CNN doesn't make the message board true.
00:14:28.000 They both can be untrue.
00:14:30.000 And so we're going to go through in another podcast and another live stream the process of just how to spot some of this stuff, but it's been growing at an alarming rate.
00:14:39.000 Would you agree, Isabel?
00:14:40.000 And just the sheer number of emails that we've received from this show in the last week or so, especially since last Wednesday, with disinformation, people insisting that what they heard was true and here's their source for it.
00:14:40.000 Absolutely.
00:14:52.000 Meanwhile, we have very, very credible sources from within the White House, for example, about the location of the vice president and the president of the United States.
00:15:00.000 So I'm definitely alarmed at just the level of disinformation that's out there and how easy it is to be spread around.
00:15:07.000 If I was a liberal, I would be cheering and writing this stuff because I would want to confuse the ranks of the conservative movement.
00:15:15.000 I would want to spread intentional misinformation and disinformation, which makes you less likely to be engaged and involved in this fight.
00:15:29.000 You may not know this about me, but I love studying the global economy.
00:15:32.000 I love seeking out financial wisdom.
00:15:34.000 When it comes to my own portfolio, I value precious metals.
00:15:37.000 Noble Gold is the firm I trust to buy gold and silver from, which can serve as a hedge of protection in your IRA.
00:15:43.000 First reason.
00:15:44.000 They are a U.S.-based company.
00:15:45.000 Supporting American business is so important.
00:15:48.000 Second reason, Noble Gold has impeccable online reviews.
00:15:51.000 A great online reputation is a must if you're going to trust a team's financial counsel.
00:15:56.000 Third reason, Noble Gold has an experienced staff who works hard to make life easy for you.
00:16:01.000 Any paperwork that might pop up takes less than five minutes to complete.
00:16:05.000 Maybe it's an old 401k that needs a home.
00:16:07.000 Maybe you're just like me and curious about your options.

00:16:28.000 Here's a great question from Sarah from Indiana, and I'll send her a signed copy of the book because it's a great question.
00:16:34.000 She says, Hi, Charlie.
00:16:36.000 This is Sarah from Indiana.
00:16:37.000 I'm 16, and I've been hearing so many things about martial law, and Trump is going to have all the Democrats in Deep State arrested.
00:16:43.000 People even said they called to military personnel and people inside the White House.
00:16:47.000 What is happening?
00:16:48.000 Should I believe any of this?
00:16:49.000 Thank you for never spreading disinformation and giving me the truth.
00:16:52.000 Love the podcast.
00:16:53.000 So, Sarah, none of that is happening.
00:16:55.000 That is what we call hopium, which is hope mixed with opium.
00:17:00.000 It makes you feel good, but it is not rooted in reality.
00:17:03.000 This is, again, the sharpest criticism I will level against this will be on Thursday or Friday once all of it has been definitively that none of this stuff is true.
00:17:16.000 But it is becoming more and more clear that a lot of these kind of pseudo-websites and message boards have been written on rumor and innuendo and by design, intentional design to mislead the public.
00:17:30.000 And it's wrong when CNN does something like that, and it's wrong when some message board does something like that.
00:17:36.000 So, thank you for the question, Sarah.
00:17:37.000 I appreciate that.
00:17:38.000 And we want to send you a copy of our book.
00:17:42.000 So, thank you for that.
00:17:43.000 Okay, so let's get to this.
00:17:45.000 I want to get to some tape here.
00:17:46.000 So, the New Yorker, which is not a conservative magazine, very, very liberal.
00:17:52.000 They have a senior war correspondent who went into the Capitol during the tragic events and had some pretty incredible footage.
00:18:03.000 Would you agree, Isabel?
00:18:04.000 I was shocked watching some of that footage this weekend and this morning.
00:18:07.000 And it's probably fair to say you guys will likely never see this in mainstream media.
00:18:12.000 Yeah, there's a lot to take away from it.
00:18:16.000 There are parts that definitely confirm a Democrat narrative.
00:18:20.000 There are parts that actually push back against a Democrat narrative.
00:18:24.000 And then there are some parts that are just weird.
00:18:26.000 What's a word for it?
00:18:28.000 The shaman is invoking spirits.
00:18:32.000 He just is chanting up near the top part of the Senate chamber.
00:18:35.000 Yeah.
00:18:36.000 And honestly, this goes back to what we were saying last week: there were just so many moving parts at the Capitol last Wednesday.
00:18:42.000 This is not a blanket narrative that you can just throw on what happened and assume that it can fit your side's argument.
00:18:48.000 There was just way too much going on, and it's going to take time to unpack.
00:18:52.000 So we have a couple clips from this that we want to play.
00:18:56.000 And look, there are some people that are playing the clips on television from the New Yorker, but parts of them.
00:19:05.000 And I reviewed all 12 minutes of it.
00:19:08.000 It did seem like it was edited.
00:19:10.000 I'd love to see the unedited clips from this guy who, quite honestly, he did a pretty good job of capturing all this.
00:19:17.000 I don't know what his name is.
00:19:19.000 They said he's a senior war correspondent.
00:19:21.000 So he probably has some experience of kind of going into areas and kind of hiding and not being noticed.
00:19:29.000 So before I play the clip, let me tell you the parts that definitely do confirm the Democrat narrative.
00:19:36.000 There's parts where there are people draped in Trump gear and they're calling for insurrection.
00:19:41.000 They're saying Trump brought us, right?
00:19:44.000 There are parts of the clip where people are going through Senate offices and they're saying, where's Nancy?
00:19:49.000 There are parts of this clip from the New Yorker where people are going through binders of things from senators.
00:19:57.000 There's also, so that definitely reinforces kind of a Democrat narrative.
00:20:02.000 But then there's other parts of the video that are very interesting.
00:20:05.000 And I don't think it reinforces any narrative.
00:20:08.000 I just think it actually adds nuance where the police officers didn't seem that overly irritated that they were there.
00:20:16.000 There was one police officer or I don't know who he is.
00:20:20.000 I don't know if he's a hired security guy.
00:20:22.000 My heart goes out to him in some way because he just kind of seemed overwhelmed by the moment.
00:20:27.000 And he's going to get blamed.
00:20:28.000 And whether he should or not is not my line of expertise.
00:20:32.000 But he just goes up to the shaman and he's like, dude, can you please leave?
00:20:36.000 And he did.
00:20:36.000 I mean, he actually did.
00:20:38.000 And it kind of was a lot less dramatic than I think some of the pictures showed it.
00:20:44.000 I mean, the impression that we got when the shaman was pictured at the vice president's chair was as if he took his staff and like beat people to get there.
00:20:56.000 He was just kind of walked up there.
00:20:58.000 And then the shaman, once he was at the vice president's desk, he threw his phone to another guy.
00:21:06.000 He said, can you take a picture of me?
00:21:08.000 Yeah.
00:21:10.000 The police officers in this particular chamber largely did not seem afraid.
00:21:16.000 The people kept on saying to the police officers, there were some people that were saying, F the police.
00:21:21.000 There was others that were saying, we love you.
00:21:23.000 And so it's a mix.
00:21:25.000 There was footage that was showing people that were invited into the Capitol.
00:21:31.000 And there is now footage of people that were showing that they were barging down going into it.
00:21:36.000 And now some of you might be wondering, Charlie, why are you focusing so much on this?
00:21:39.000 It's actually really, really important for a variety of different reasons.
00:21:43.000 Number one, we just impeached a president over this.
00:21:45.000 Number two, the Democrats are going to use this as a narrative building tool.
00:21:49.000 Number three, the pursuit of truth is always something that is worthwhile.
00:21:52.000 So don't get exhausted when you actually try to find facts regardless of what narrative it might be.
00:21:57.000 You know, that's just an important thing to do in life.
00:21:59.000 And the fourth thing is that if this narrative goes not countered, uncountered, I guess is a word for it, then they're going to use this as an excuse to expand their security state.
00:22:11.000 And we're talking about massive surveillance, infiltration, sacrificing of due process rights, a new Patriot Act, if you will, that could be used against conservatives if this narrative does not get challenged at all whatsoever.
00:22:23.000 So let's play a couple of clips here.
00:22:26.000 And it's a 12-minute video.
00:22:28.000 And I would love to walk through all of it.
00:22:31.000 Again, this video is edited, so you could take that further if you want.
00:22:35.000 It is the New Yorker, but the footage looks organic and real.
00:22:39.000 Okay, let's go to cut one here.
00:22:41.000 These are some people, I think, sitting in the vice president's chair.
00:22:45.000 Play tape.
00:22:46.000 Get out of that chair.
00:22:47.000 No, this is our chair.
00:22:49.000 I agree with you, brother, but it's not ours.
00:22:54.000 But he's a hero.
00:22:55.000 It's not our chair.
00:22:57.000 Look, I love you guys.
00:22:58.000 You're brothers, but we can't be disrespectful.
00:23:01.000 Don't disrespect.
00:23:02.000 They can steal an election when he gets in their chair.
00:23:04.000 We're not putting up with that either.
00:23:04.000 No!
00:23:08.000 It's an agency.
00:23:09.000 You have to understand it's an IO war.
00:23:11.000 We can't lose the IO war.
00:23:13.000 We're better than that.
00:23:15.000 Information.
00:23:16.000 So in that particular clip, it's not as let me add some context.
00:23:22.000 So you had the MASH guy who just recently got arrested.
00:23:24.000 He's a veteran, I think, in one of the stories that I read.
00:23:27.000 The MASH guy is going around and telling people, respect the place.
00:23:32.000 Don't go do this.
00:23:33.000 Now, the MASH guy in a later clip is shown going through people's Senate binders and taking pictures and saying, we got to get information.
00:23:41.000 We have to get information.
00:23:43.000 So that's just to give some context with that.
00:23:46.000 And so that in particular one, the MASH guy was trying to tell people not to go up there.
00:23:52.000 Okay, let's go ahead and cut two.
00:23:54.000 The Viking guy is at the vice president's chair, and the officer asks, okay, this is one of the more telling ones.
00:24:00.000 So this one went viral yesterday on Twitter.com and a website I don't use very often anymore.
00:24:08.000 And so this, it starts with a guy right up against the marble in front of the U.S. Senate on the phone.
00:24:16.000 I don't know if he's on the phone.
00:24:17.000 I think he might be holding his face.
00:24:19.000 You know what?
00:24:20.000 You might be right, Isabel.
00:24:21.000 And so when we play it, you know, I thought he was on the phone, but you're right.
00:24:25.000 And you might be right.
00:24:26.000 And so he got shot with a rubber bullet.
00:24:29.000 And the officer asks if he's in need of medical attention, which is the right thing to ask.
00:24:34.000 And then from there, kind of a very calm conversation ensues while the shaman, Viking man, is seated at the vice president's chair.
00:24:43.000 Play tape.
00:24:45.000 You shouldn't be stopping us.
00:24:47.000 No, you know.
00:24:48.000 He's in real world.
00:24:48.000 He is doing one.
00:24:50.000 He's doing the right thing.
00:24:51.000 He's obeying his oath.
00:24:55.000 Now that you've done that, can I get you guys to walk out of this room, please?
00:24:58.000 Yeah.
00:24:59.000 Yes, sir.
00:25:00.000 Hey, come on, man.
00:25:02.000 I feel like you're pushing the line.
00:25:03.000 Hey, let's go.
00:25:04.000 Come on, man.
00:25:05.000 Come on, man.
00:25:06.000 This is our capital.
00:25:07.000 Let's be respectful to him.
00:25:10.000 So he wrote a note that actually later is shown where he said something along the lines of justice will be served or something.
00:25:17.000 Yeah, it was something along those lines.
00:25:19.000 And so the shaman was definitely one of the more aggressive guys that went up there.
00:25:23.000 What you started to see in real time is the Capitol Hill Security Force police officer start to say, and we didn't actually show this tape, and it's a lot.
00:25:33.000 Our team will cut it.
00:25:34.000 Where he said, Can I please get you guys to leave?
00:25:36.000 He just asks very nicely.
00:25:38.000 And they mostly agree.
00:25:40.000 What you started to see, though, in my personal observation and opinion, this is not legitimizing at all what they did, you know, breaking and entering into the Capitol.
00:25:49.000 What you started to see, though, is as soon as the adrenaline started to fade a little bit, I think a lot of these guys started were like, whoa, maybe we shouldn't be here right now.
00:25:57.000 Yeah.
00:25:58.000 And you saw that reflected in the calm conversation that was happening between the officer and the individuals in that room.
00:26:04.000 It wasn't screaming at each other, get out of the room.
00:26:06.000 I'm telling you what to do.
00:26:07.000 It was more like, hey, guys, okay.
00:26:09.000 You took your picture.
00:26:10.000 Let's go.
00:26:11.000 Let's leave now.
00:26:12.000 Correct.
00:26:13.000 And so the gentleman that started in the video got shot by a rubber bullet and probably on the way in.
00:26:19.000 And so there's other pieces of clip that will play from this.
00:26:24.000 The 12 minutes is pretty, it's pretty captivating stuff.
00:26:27.000 I mean, it's like right up close and personal as it is happening.
00:26:31.000 And again, I want to just be very clear about when you look at the clip.
00:26:36.000 Some of these people on the clips that this guy had were acting completely and totally improperly.
00:26:41.000 When you're starting to go through senators' binders and personal information, I mean, it doesn't, anyone who pleads like, oh, I didn't know that was against, I mean, give me a break.
00:26:50.000 I mean, come on.
00:26:51.000 You're going through senators' personal items, which very well could be classified information, taking pictures of them.
00:26:58.000 And one of the individuals in one of the clips said, he said something along the lines of, there must be something in these binders that we can use against these guys.
00:27:08.000 Like, okay, come on.
00:27:09.000 Like, that's slow down.
00:27:12.000 Not much of a defense can be given against that.
00:27:14.000 And then there were other guys that just seemed to be, you know, they went in, and I guess a short way to put it is that they were following the crowd.
00:27:24.000 And that doesn't give you immunity.
00:27:27.000 However, you started to see the crowd in the Senate chamber start to thin out as soon as I think a lot of them realized exactly what they were doing.
00:27:36.000 Email us your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:27:40.000 We're going to get more clips from that tape.
00:27:43.000 I think it has 15 or 20 million views in just the last 12 hours.
00:27:47.000 And most people in the journalist community are using that tape strictly and solely as a piece to confirm their narrative.
00:27:56.000 And while that there are parts of it that I will say definitely confirm their narrative, there are other parts that I think actually open up more questions where the police officers let them in without any obstruction, without any sort of cross-examination or questioning.
00:28:12.000 And so that's something I think really needs to get built out.
00:28:14.000 Now, what is the consequence of this?
00:28:16.000 The consequence is Jeremy Bash, cut three, NBC, says, quote, we're going to have to reset our entire intelligence approach to these white supremacist militia.
00:28:27.000 We're going to have to look at greater surveillance of them.
00:28:29.000 FBI is going to have to run confidential sources.
00:28:32.000 Let's play cut three.
00:28:33.000 And I think we're going to have to reset our entire intelligence approach to these white supremacist militias, these dangerous ultra-nationalist organizations.
00:28:45.000 I think we're going to have to look at a greater surveillance of them.
00:28:48.000 The FBI is going to have to run confidential sources.
00:28:51.000 That sort of line of thinking can be very, very problematic.
00:28:55.000 Okay, so let's get to a story here.
00:28:58.000 So I want to be very clear here.
00:29:00.000 There's this gentleman who has been posting.
00:29:04.000 I wouldn't really call him a gentleman.
00:29:06.000 His name is Mike Dunn, and he's a leader of a group called the Boogaloo Boys, which is an anti-government group and even shows that they are anti-Trump in some ways.
00:29:19.000 Basically, I don't like all these labels.
00:29:20.000 We talked about this before.
00:29:22.000 This seems like they are pro-chaos.
00:29:25.000 And so this guy, Mike Dunn, posted on Twitter that BB teams, which I'm guessing means Boogalo Boy teams, have been activated in Virginia.
00:29:36.000 And we currently have four firearm teams inside the Capitol and seven more outside.
00:29:41.000 Sic Semper Tyrannis.
00:29:43.000 I don't know what Sic Semper Tyrannis is, but you can look it up.
00:29:46.000 Probably is that we are going to fight tyranny.
00:29:49.000 My Latin might be a little bit rusty.
00:29:52.000 What does it mean?
00:29:52.000 Thus always to tyrants.
00:29:54.000 So, yeah, you're on the right track.
00:29:56.000 I'm on the right track.
00:29:57.000 So this guy, Mike Dunn, said on Twitter during all of this that also it's to revel in the breach of security while mocking the defenses that protect tyranny, whether that be Trump or others.
00:29:57.000 Okay.
00:30:10.000 So obviously, no love lost for President Trump.
00:30:14.000 Following the assault on the Capitol, Dunn issued the following statement on parlor, claiming credit for organizing the breach.
00:30:24.000 The official statement is this.
00:30:25.000 The Boogaloo Boys, associated with the Last Sons of Liberty, played an important part in the breach of the Capitol.
00:30:33.000 Any moment to be used to throw a middle finger to tyranny should be capitalized on.
00:30:38.000 Geez.
00:30:39.000 Yesterday, when presented with that moment, undercover boys, spelled B-O-I-S, went to work to hype up the people.
00:30:48.000 Working alongside of others, a breach was made into the building, which is rightfully ours to walk in as we please because our tax is paid for it.
00:30:56.000 The video posted is pieced from several of our boys who provided Overwatch along with direction.
00:31:03.000 This is a public admission of terrorism.
00:31:08.000 The video does not incriminate anyone of ours and was sent to us anonymously by the Last Sons of the Boogaloo Boys.
00:31:15.000 This is our footage, Mike Dunn.
00:31:17.000 Well, he signed it himself.
00:31:19.000 I don't think he's been arrested yet.
00:31:21.000 I don't.
00:31:22.000 After Ashley Babbitt, an Air Force veteran, was shot and killed, then he said, quote, we won't bend fair game now.
00:31:31.000 Feds drew first blood years ago.
00:31:33.000 This is straight from Mike Dunn.
00:31:36.000 He's 22 years old from Virginia, and he has bragged many times from infiltrating MAGA-type things.
00:31:45.000 This is from Alicia Poe, who has written all this, done a really good job of cataloging all this together.
00:31:50.000 Mike Dunn on Twitter also really, let's say, bragged, I guess, saying that he was infiltrating the MAGA group in the midst of what happened at the Capitol.
00:32:07.000 Fall away, just so you guys know, right after all the George Floyd stuff started over the summer, he came out and spoke in favor of some of the BLM protests.
00:32:23.000 He said, Me and my boys attend every protest that we can in Virginia.
00:32:27.000 We've been at BLM protests, Trump protests, Black Guns Matter protests.
00:32:32.000 For us to have been in DC should not have been surprising.
00:32:34.000 And all those voices crying for revolt who want to complain now sit down, Six Semper Tyrannis.
00:32:40.000 And so this guy seems to be heavily involved in something and has a lot of information in regards to infiltration, direction, and certainly does not seem like someone who is an ideological Trump supporter.
00:32:54.000 This guy looks at someone who is much more concerned about creating chaos than actually trying to put forward some form of, you know, an agenda that is consistent with President Trump.
00:33:06.000 Now, why is that important?
00:33:08.000 Well, you can't possibly label this guy a quote-unquote Trump supporter.
00:33:13.000 He's saying Trump is a tyrant.
00:33:15.000 He's saying that anyone who is in charge must be fought against at all costs.
00:33:22.000 Look, cancel culture is a very big problem.
00:33:25.000 And the fact is, the internet never forgets.
00:33:28.000 There has never been a more important time to protect your internet activity, which is why I urge you to get ExpressVPN.
00:33:33.000 Everything you search for, watch or click online can be tracked by big tech companies.
00:33:38.000 They then match your activity to your true identity using your device's unique IP address.
00:33:44.000 When I switch on ExpressVPN with my computer or phone, my IP address is masked by a secure VPN server, which makes it harder for websites to identify me.
00:33:53.000 The ExpressVPN app also encrypts my network data to protect my sensitive information from being compromised.
00:34:00.000 Plus, you can use ExpressVPN on up to five devices simultaneously so multiple users on your network can stay safe with a single subscription.
00:34:08.000 What I like the best is how easy it is to use.
00:34:11.000 It just takes one click to protect all your devices.
00:34:13.000 That's why they're rated the number one VPN by CNET and Wired.
00:34:17.000 So stop handing over your data to big tech companies.
00:34:20.000 Go to the VPN ITRU online protection.
00:34:24.000 Visit expressvpn.com slash Charlie.
00:34:28.000 Go to expressvpn.com slash Charlie to get three months free on a one-year package.
00:34:32.000 That's expressvpn.com slash Charlie to get three extra months free.
00:34:38.000 Go to expressvpn.com/slash Charlie right now to learn more.
00:34:45.000 Isabel, we got a question that I want you to begin answering.
00:34:50.000 It's from Ainsley.
00:34:53.000 Yeah, we got a great question over the break from Ainslie.
00:34:56.000 Thank you so much for watching.
00:34:57.000 She says, Hi, Charlie and Isabel.
00:34:59.000 Love the show.
00:35:00.000 My question is this: Why are Democrats using the terms white supremacy and white nationalism when talking about January 6th and the Capitol?
00:35:09.000 I don't understand how those terms have anything to do with what happened that day.
00:35:13.000 Yeah, and so some people are leveling that criticism because they saw Confederate flags and they saw anti-Semitic imagery from some of the people that were involved in this.
00:35:29.000 However, As we've talked about on this program, there are many different actors and forces that have been involved in this.
00:35:37.000 You have the kind of pro-chaos, anti-government forces that just seem they have never found an encounter that they don't want to be involved in in some way, shape, or form.
00:35:48.000 Then you had just normal Trump supporters that, in their own words, got caught up in something that they deeply regret and they went in.
00:35:56.000 And then you had people that were professional agitators like John Sullivan that we went through in great detail.
00:36:02.000 And by the way, is John Sullivan still in jail?
00:36:05.000 John Sullivan is in jail at home now.
00:36:07.000 So a judge has allowed him to return home, provided he stays within his home and has a bunch of other parameters.
00:36:13.000 But credit to the prosecutors.
00:36:15.000 The prosecutors said we want him to remain in jail.
00:36:19.000 Is that correct?
00:36:20.000 That is correct.
00:36:20.000 Almost universally, prosecutors were upset with the decision from this judge that allowed him to return home.
00:36:25.000 So John Sullivan is currently not in prison, but he is awaiting his trial.
00:36:30.000 And I guess he pled not guilty in his original indictment hearing.
00:36:34.000 Yep.
00:36:34.000 That's my guess.
00:36:35.000 And so John Sullivan is not in jail, whereas many other people who participated were.
00:36:41.000 We don't know what that judge was thinking, but the prosecutors are pretty upset about that.
00:36:45.000 However, there are many different actors and people involved, as well as this guy that we talked about by the name, this is Alicia Poe, who wrote this really fact, just a really well-detailed article.
00:36:56.000 It was really well done.
00:36:57.000 And it is this guy here, Mike Dunn, who took credit for being involved, said he had forces involved, reveled in it.
00:37:06.000 And so I love our listeners here on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:37:11.000 And sick semper tyrannis is what John Wilkes Booth yelled before he shot Abraham Lincoln.
00:37:19.000 And so thank you guys for reminding me of that.
00:37:21.000 And I think that there was a Seinfeld episode about that at some point, but I could be totally wrong.
00:37:26.000 Obviously, not nearly as critical or important.
00:37:29.000 Was there AG?
00:37:30.000 I think there was.
00:37:32.000 No, I think there was.
00:37:33.000 It was the guy that was stalking Elaine.
00:37:36.000 Yeah.
00:37:37.000 Yeah, so he did say that.
00:37:38.000 Okay.
00:37:39.000 Not nearly as important, but there's a lot of good history in Seinfeld at times, though.
00:37:43.000 Awesome television show.
00:37:45.000 So this guy, Mike Dunn, at the end of all of his communications, signs things saying sick semper tyrannis, which I think is some form.
00:37:56.000 I don't know what he means by that, but I think we know what he means by that, which is that he's trying to say that he wants to see people in power no longer be living, which is a pretty disgusting and reprehensible thing.
00:38:06.000 And he admits in his own social media posts that he goes to BLM protests.
00:38:11.000 He goes to Trump protests.
00:38:12.000 He goes to gun protests.
00:38:14.000 Basically, wherever there's a crowd, these guys go into it.
00:38:16.000 And he said in his own parlor post, and he called Trump a tyrant, this guy, he said in his parlor post, quote, any moment to use to throw a middle finger to tyranny should be capitalized on.
00:38:29.000 Yesterday, when presented with that moment, undercover boys, B-O-I-S, went to work to hype up the people.
00:38:37.000 Something that we thought, you know, might be happening, that there was agitators.
00:38:41.000 There were people screaming things.
00:38:42.000 There were people that were saying things that otherwise wouldn't have been thought or said, but all of a sudden, other people start to react to it.
00:38:49.000 And there's a wonderful book.
00:38:50.000 I got to think of it.
00:38:52.000 It came out in the 1960s.
00:38:53.000 It was a psychological book, just observing how people operate in crowds.
00:38:58.000 It's phenomenal.
00:38:59.000 And actually, Ann Coulter did a political book on this called Demonic 10 years ago.
00:39:04.000 And I'll get the right citations.
00:39:06.000 The names escape me.
00:39:07.000 But basically, there's this really thoughtful psychological analysis that has been done that when you're in massive crowds, you actually can fall susceptible to doing things you never otherwise would have done in your own individual state.
00:39:21.000 And so we'll get the right citations and stuff for that.
00:39:23.000 Anyway, so he said, hype up the people working alongside of others, Last Sons not being solely responsible for the events that took place.
00:39:31.000 A breach was made into the building, which is rightfully ours to walk in as we please because our tax is paid for it.
00:39:37.000 It's not the way that works.
00:39:39.000 The video posted is pieced from several of our boys who provided Overwatch along with direction.
00:39:47.000 The video does not incriminate anyone of ours and was sent to us anonymously by the Last Sons of Boogaloo Boys.
00:39:53.000 This is our footage, Mike Dunn.
00:39:56.000 And so Mike Dunn is definitely putting himself out there.
00:39:59.000 And he said that we won't bend Fair Game Now Feds drew first blood years ago.
00:40:04.000 And so he is going kind of on this continual narrative.
00:40:08.000 And then he also posted on Twitter saying that he said, we were not real MAGA, we were infiltrators.
00:40:15.000 That is what he responded to on Twitter.
00:40:18.000 And so again, you kind of had this mess, right?
00:40:21.000 Of all sorts of different forces.
00:40:23.000 Is that fair, Isabel?
00:40:24.000 Different forces, different ideologies, different reasons for being there.
00:40:28.000 There were just so many moving pieces.
00:40:30.000 And I think ultimately it's going to take a lot of time to unpack what happened last Wednesday at the U.S. Capitol.
00:40:35.000 But Ainsley, to answer your question, I think it's convenient for the media and certain political actors to blanket coverage this as some form of white supremacy and white nationalism because it's scary and it's effective to get people to be terrified of what happened last week.
00:40:51.000 And let me be clear, what happened last week is not okay in any way, shape, or form.
00:40:55.000 We've been very clear about that for the last week and a half or so.
00:40:59.000 But just to blatantly assume that all people were there to exercise some sort of motive that was driven by white supremacy or racial tension, I think is intellectually just not all there.
00:41:11.000 There's some laziness to that argument.
00:41:13.000 That's exactly right.
00:41:14.000 Simply because there were so many groups present at the Capitol.
00:41:16.000 And it's chaos, right?
00:41:18.000 And there were groups that definitely came with plans.
00:41:20.000 And we went through Pink Cat Lady last week.
00:41:23.000 She's still at large, right, Isabel?
00:41:24.000 Yep.
00:41:25.000 Pink Hat Woman is still at large.
00:41:26.000 We're still trying to find her.
00:41:28.000 So I want to go to a clip here, which as we've added to this, I also, you know what?
00:41:33.000 Let's go to, yeah, let's go to Cut 13 first, okay?
00:41:35.000 Let's go to Cut 13.
00:41:37.000 And I want to be very clear.
00:41:39.000 We denounced what happened at the Capitol immediately.
00:41:43.000 And yet the left was perfectly okay with this as it was happening.
00:41:46.000 Remember this?
00:41:46.000 Play Cut 13.
00:42:00.000 No, that is not the streets of Paris.
00:42:03.000 That is downtown Washington, D.C.
00:42:06.000 And you might have said, what was just all of that?
00:42:08.000 That was a video of rioters, and some would call them terrorists based on the new way that we describe terrorism.
00:42:16.000 And I would agree with that description, by the way, when you try to use violence to achieve a, when you try to achieve a violent, when you try to achieve a political aim using violence, then I would absolutely consider that to be terrorism.
00:42:33.000 And so what you have seen here is people that were walking through the streets, that were riding on bikes, that were setting things on fire, that quite honestly looked very similar to what we saw at the Capitol.
00:42:48.000 This was just on the streets of Washington, D.C.
00:42:51.000 And so this has never before seen footage before.
00:42:55.000 And there were hundreds and hundreds of people that were arrested and charged at the time.
00:43:00.000 In fact, let's go through.
00:43:02.000 This is BizPack review from John Doherty.
00:43:04.000 Did you know that hundreds of rioters destroyed property, set fires to streets and cars during Trump's 2017 inauguration, and all charges were dropped?
00:43:14.000 All of them.
00:43:15.000 All the charges were dropped.
00:43:18.000 John Doherty on BizPack Review says, quote, as the FBI continues to arrest dozens of people allegedly involved in the Capitol building riot earlier this month, ahead of Joe Biden's inauguration, it was just four years ago when similar rioting took place throughout Washington.
00:43:34.000 So true.
00:43:35.000 And all of those charges were dropped.
00:43:38.000 Why?
00:43:39.000 We'll never get a good answer to that.
00:43:41.000 However, if you burn, loot, riot, and terrorize after a Republican becomes president, your charges get dropped.
00:43:50.000 If you do that under the guise of anything on the quote-unquote right, they're going to throw the book at you.
00:43:58.000 Somebody asked us a very good question here, Michelle.
00:44:01.000 And this is the type of approach we're going to take to that's how we take the approach to everything, but this is something that I think has been really missing in all of this, which is, hi, Charlie, how come no one is talking about the Air Force veteran who was shot or what the DC mayor said about telling her police to stand down with the Capitol Police?
00:44:18.000 I don't know as much about that.
00:44:19.000 We'll look into that.
00:44:20.000 But we should be asking a question of, was that a rightful means of force?
00:44:24.000 And again, on this program, we generally take a position of siding with law enforcement action until otherwise other evidence emerges, where other people take the opposite opinion, which has been so amazing to me, though, is how Democrats who spend time bashing police professionally have, in this one instance, refused to say that this police officer shot someone unarmed.
00:44:47.000 Now, again, maybe she was posing some sort of threat or had a weapon.
00:44:50.000 I'm suspicious of that.
00:44:53.000 Maybe this was a rightful means of force.
00:44:54.000 I don't know.
00:44:55.000 That's what facts will show.
00:44:57.000 That's what investigations will show.
00:44:59.000 What I am saying, though, is that the Democrats never miss an opportunity ever to attack and to criticize a police officer who fires a weapon at someone that does not have an equal weapon to them in that scenario.
00:45:15.000 And what we're seeing is just kind of this woman be forgotten.
00:45:22.000 And so I really hope that a full investigation gets done here and we found out exactly what's done.
00:45:26.000 That's a very good question, Michelle.
00:45:28.000 Thank you for emailing us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:45:30.000 Okay, let's get to some more videos here.
00:45:32.000 Some footage that I just think is very helpful to be able to find out what the heck actually happened at the Capitol.
00:45:39.000 And so I want to go to cut 14 here.
00:45:42.000 It's a viral video of the shaman walking into the Senate chamber.
00:45:47.000 Yes, this is the full one.
00:45:48.000 Okay.
00:45:48.000 This footage is very helpful because this one in particular, because the shaman Viking man walks into the Senate chamber with no resistance at all whatsoever.
00:45:58.000 And the cop kind of just greets him and is like, can you please not do this?
00:46:01.000 Listen carefully.
00:46:02.000 Keep my mic on and I'll narrate this play tape.
00:46:05.000 Hey!
00:46:07.000 Hey, man.
00:46:09.000 Glad to see you guys.
00:46:10.000 You guys are dangerous.
00:46:11.000 Look at this guy.
00:46:12.000 He's got me covered in blood.
00:46:13.000 God bless you.
00:46:16.000 Are you good, sir?
00:46:16.000 Being medical attention?
00:46:18.000 Thank you, Dora.
00:46:18.000 I'm good.
00:46:24.000 I got shot in the face with some kind of plastic bullet.
00:46:27.000 Yeah, so this guy's on the phone.
00:46:30.000 That's the police officer saying that.
00:46:34.000 And so the police officer says, Is there any way I can get you guys to leave this Senate wing?
00:46:40.000 And the guy, I think, is on the phone.
00:46:42.000 It looks like he was on the phone.
00:46:43.000 Isabel thought he might be just having his hand up to his face.
00:46:46.000 But I think he was on his phone.
00:46:48.000 And so then he basically, one of the reasons why this video went viral is that does not look as violent as an entry as we are told.
00:46:59.000 Now, there are other parts where it was absolutely violent and people were smashing windows and coming through windows, but this video looks like the Viking shaman man just kind of strolls right in with the police officer following him and the police officer basically kind of reluctantly going to persuasion saying, can you please just leave, please?
00:47:17.000 And they ended agreeing, and they're saying that we just want to make sure no one's disrespecting the place.
00:47:21.000 There's other tape here that we will get where people are going through personal items, taking pictures of senator notes and binders and things of that nature.
00:47:29.000 That I think are, I think that's also very, very telling there.
00:47:34.000 And so it's important that we paint that entire picture.
00:47:37.000 Actually, that's cut 12.
00:47:38.000 Let's go to cut 12 here, where one of the Capitol rioters are there saying that there must be something we can use against these quote-unquote scumbags.
00:47:45.000 Play 12.
00:48:03.000 So if you're hearing all of this random yelling, that is the shaman invoking spirits.
00:48:08.000 So that's what all that is.
00:48:10.000 The shaman was doing some form of a ceremony in the upper part of the Senate chamber while all of this was happening.
00:48:16.000 And so the, yes, my team is emailing.
00:48:19.000 The shaman is chanting in the background.
00:48:21.000 That is correct.
00:48:22.000 The shaman is, there was a real eclectic group of people just in the Senate chamber, right?
00:48:27.000 And so we have to remember that this was a very unusual event in more ways than one.

00:49:54.000 I want to get to a phenomenal piece here in the New York Post by Miranda Devine.
00:49:58.000 You might see her on Tucker Carlson every so often.
00:50:01.000 She's super thoughtful and really, really talented writer.
00:50:04.000 She is kind of the new Peggy Noonan ever since Peggy Noonan has just become unreadable lately.
00:50:11.000 Miranda Devine is very, very thoughtful.
00:50:13.000 Okay, so Miranda Devine in the New York Post says why Democrats demonize good Republicans too.
00:50:19.000 Quote, there's a reason why blameless Republicans and Trump voters are being tarred with the same brush as the Capitol rioters.
00:50:25.000 It's not enough just to arrest and prosecute actual lawbreakers who smash their way into the Capitol.
00:50:30.000 No, anyone who supported the president, voted for him, or worked for his administration now has to be hunted down and purged.
00:50:37.000 It's true.
00:50:37.000 They're losing their jobs, having their insurance canceled, their book contracts like Senator Josh Hawley, and recording deals torn up.
00:50:45.000 They're being banned from flying or banking or even speaking on social media.
00:50:50.000 A petition at Harvard University even demands Trump staffers have their degrees revoked.
00:50:55.000 A feverish mood is afoot, evoking the spirit of McCarthyism in the Salem witch trials, in which irrationality and hysteria point fingers at the innocent.
00:51:06.000 But it's not just an emotional overreaction to the frightening events on January the 6th.
00:51:11.000 It's a deliberate tactic, bingo, designed to intimidate conservatives and silence their protests when the Biden administration radically remakes the country as it has promised to do from day one.
00:51:21.000 Democrats and their allies in corporate America are preemptively taking out the opposition because they know their prescriptions don't work and are opposed by a majority of Americans, Miranda Devine says.
00:51:34.000 Dismantling border protection is exactly the worst thing to do at a time when our health system is hard-pressed in coping with the Chinese coronavirus and our economy is weak, but they're planning to do that anyway.
00:51:46.000 Continues by saying later in here in the article that the aim is to dehumanize conservatives so any cruelty can be inflicted on them and they are powerless to resist.
00:51:59.000 Now, what Miranda Devine perfectly identifies is the narrative surrounding the events on January the 6th.
00:52:08.000 Who is involved, the motivations, the pre-planning?
00:52:11.000 Are they actually Trump supporters or are they fringe people that infiltrate and they call themselves Trump supporters?
00:52:16.000 Are these mainstream Trump people or do they get caught up in it?
00:52:19.000 Who was there?
00:52:20.000 What was behind it?
00:52:22.000 That's so critically important.
00:52:24.000 And the more footage that we're able to review, the more stories we're able to hear, the more information that is being brought to light, the better, because this narrative is now going to be the predominant Democrat tool to push forward their agenda starting Wednesday.
00:52:42.000 The narrative is that our policies might be terrible, unpopular, and bad for the country, but the other side tried to burn down the Capitol building and you should be scared of them.
00:52:52.000 Even the good Republicans, they want to do that.
00:52:57.000 The people that had nothing to do with it.
00:52:59.000 And so this narrative is incredibly important to push back against, at least to demand some nuance in the reporting of it.
00:53:12.000 And it's also not inconsequential politically.
00:53:15.000 They peeped President Trump in less than eight hours over this narrative.
00:53:21.000 They took President Trump off Twitter because of this narrative.
00:53:26.000 And so the future of our politics and our country, at least the short-term future, will be our ability to clarify and calm down the temperature, calm down the tensions, I should say.
00:53:47.000 Bring down the temperature and say, hold on a second, who is actually involved here?
00:53:52.000 You know what?
00:53:53.000 Let's go to Cut 11.
00:53:54.000 This one, you might enjoy it, Isabel.
00:53:56.000 This is Alex Stamos, who's a former security officer at Facebook, is saying that, you know who the real problem is?
00:54:05.000 The real problem are those conservative influencers.
00:54:08.000 That's the problem.
00:54:09.000 Not the cartel, not Antifa, not ISIS.
00:54:13.000 It's those conservative influencers.
00:54:16.000 That's the real problem in our country.
00:54:17.000 And he says, and he's right, it's amazing it took them this long to realize it, that those of us that are conservative influencers, I guess that's what we are.
00:54:25.000 I don't know.
00:54:26.000 I've never called myself one, but that's what they call us.
00:54:29.000 We have bigger influence than CNN, as he says it's on CNN, play tape.
00:54:34.000 And second, we have to turn down the capability of these conservative influencers to reach these huge audiences.
00:54:39.000 There are people on YouTube, for example, that have a larger audience than daytime CNN.
00:54:45.000 And they are extremely radical and pushing extremely radical views.
00:54:49.000 And so it's up to the Facebooks and YouTubes in particular to think about whether or not they want to be effectively cable networks for disinformation.
00:54:57.000 And then we're going to have to figure out the OANN and Newsmax problem.
00:54:59.000 You know, these companies have freedom of speech, but I'm not sure we need Verizon, ATT, Comcast, and such to be bringing them into tens of millions of homes.
00:55:09.000 Nothing good ever happens after they have freedom of speech, but that's just never a good sentence.
00:55:15.000 Just a good rule of thumb, right?
00:55:17.000 Absolutely.
00:55:18.000 And again, you said it perfectly, Charlie.
00:55:20.000 We've been saying for years around here at Turning Point USA that the most successful people in the conservative movement have followings that dwarf that combined of people like CNN, MSNBC, and these large entities that are spewing leftist propaganda on airwaves all day long.
00:55:35.000 All of a sudden, this is somehow a threat to these individuals because they can't control the narrative when it's not a competitor in the space.
00:55:42.000 And even then, sometimes they can't control the narrative.
00:55:44.000 We're having legitimate freedom of speech right now, us just hanging out here on the radio, doing live streams on YouTube, and connecting with people in a much more direct level than you can on cable networks.
00:55:54.000 Well, and so Alex Stamos here, again, remember, this is now the new way this works, which is why we're spending so much time.
00:56:01.000 And it's also just the right thing to do to go pursue truth always.
00:56:05.000 The narrative, which has gone unquestioned in the media, is now then being used as a reason to suppress freedom of speech, to kick off social media accounts, expand the security state, and put forward an entire agenda.
00:56:18.000 So then all of a sudden, if the narrative gets a little bit compromised, still with denunciation and repudiation, but maybe it's not really what you say it is.
00:56:26.000 Maybe there's a lot.
00:56:27.000 There's other actors.
00:56:28.000 There are intentional agitators.
00:56:30.000 And all of a sudden, there were people that had this pre-planned beforehand that have no ideological preference whatsoever, that were wearing Trump gear as camouflage, as John Sullivan has said.
00:56:39.000 He said it himself.
00:56:41.000 I'm not saying anything he hasn't said.
00:56:42.000 Then all of a sudden, this narrative starts to fall apart.
00:56:45.000 And with it, their massive assault right now on our first freedoms.
00:56:49.000 And so that's why this is so incredibly important.
00:56:52.000 But Alex Stamos here, again, it's just such a stunning piece of television.
00:56:56.000 He says that people have massive YouTube channels that, yeah, guilty that are, and he would say expressing radical opinions.
00:57:04.000 What that actually means, I don't know.
00:57:07.000 He didn't give any specifics.
00:57:09.000 YouTube has already cleansed the landscape pretty amazingly.
00:57:11.000 So the fact he's still saying this is pretty remarkable.
00:57:14.000 But of course, shows like ours would be on that list.
00:57:17.000 Oh, of course they were.
00:57:18.000 They would be, and they probably are on these lists at the moment.
00:57:21.000 I would not be surprised in the slightest if databases like we saw with calls for the Trump Accountability Project from AOC a few months ago were starting to be compiled about successful individuals who they call conservative influencers, whatever they want to define that to be, questioning this narrative and getting truth out there.
00:57:39.000 And as you said, going after this pursuit of objective truth.
00:57:42.000 That doesn't have to happen on a cable network show.
00:57:45.000 That doesn't have to happen from the United States Congress forever in human history.
00:57:49.000 That's been able to happen from any courageous individual.
00:57:52.000 But now all of a sudden, the platform for doing so may be taken away because of the success of that momentum.
00:57:58.000 And look, this all ties in as well with Ben Shapiro's backlash with writing in Political Playbook last week.
00:58:04.000 This is all an act of purging, right?
00:58:08.000 And so you're going to hear a lot about unity the next couple days.
00:58:14.000 You know what the Democrat definition of unity is, Isabel?
00:58:17.000 Get in line or else agree with us or else the absence of opposition.
00:58:22.000 Yeah.
00:58:22.000 It's the Soviet definition of unity.
00:58:24.000 It's not actually bringing people together.
00:58:26.000 It's obliterating the people that disagree with you.
00:58:28.000 That's their definition of unity.
00:58:32.000 And so Alex Stamos here, former security officer at Facebook, he's now advocating and arguing on CNN.
00:58:39.000 Oh, yeah, you have freedom of speech, but like these big private companies that are carrying these channels, we got to go after them.
00:58:44.000 And so CNN is now going to go on a campaign to go after One American News Network and Newsmax to try to kick them off cable providers and try to kick them off the current service providers.
00:58:58.000 And could you imagine if conservatives tried to organize ourselves to kick CNN off of cable providers?
00:59:05.000 Now we wouldn't do that.
00:59:06.000 You know why?
00:59:07.000 It's because we actually care about principle more than we care about politics.
00:59:10.000 That's what makes conservatives different.
00:59:12.000 They care more about power and politics than principle.
00:59:15.000 So for them, oh, yeah, freedom of speech, I guess that's a thing, but they're really bad people.
00:59:19.000 Let's crush them because they're a threat to our power.
00:59:21.000 Well, and it highlights the idea that we can accept difference of opinion.
00:59:25.000 I've never been upset when someone disagrees with me politically or otherwise, but I think it's a unique starting point to have a crucial conversation about what our differences are and what we have in common, which is much more important.
00:59:35.000 We see a lot of that on college campuses, Charlie, when we go speak to our chapters, that there's such intolerance from the left for us being there.
00:59:42.000 But we usually invite those people to come to the front of the line during QA.
00:59:46.000 We encourage debate and dissent and discussion, but now all of a sudden the left says there's absolutely no room for that in this unified America that we're trying to create.
00:59:54.000 We got a good email here from Faith.
00:59:56.000 Hey, Charlie, just read this.
00:59:57.000 I want to know if it's true or not.
00:59:58.000 What does this mean and what will happen?
01:00:00.000 It is a post from Parlor, which looks like Trump is posting it, but Trump is not on Parler, okay?
01:00:05.000 So anything you say on Trump with Parler, it's not him.
01:00:09.000 It's an imposter.
01:00:10.000 It says, quote, I have invoked the Insurrection Act 1807.
01:00:13.000 No, he didn't.
01:00:15.000 To address the treasonous rebellion conducted by the Democrat and Republican lawmakers, CCP agents, the FBI, DOJ, CIA, and others undermine, corrode, and dismantle the United States of America and its Constitution.
01:00:25.000 These entities pose a direct threat to national security.
01:00:27.000 I'll remain president indefinitely until all domestic enemies are arrested.
01:00:30.000 Nothing in that sentence is true.
01:00:33.000 It is a lying disinformation campaign that has been written by someone that is trying to deceive you.
01:00:39.000 And it's at Team Trump News on Parlor, but that is not an official account.
01:00:45.000 It's not even a verified account on Parlor.
01:00:47.000 And so that is just completely and totally made up.
01:00:50.000 So please don't believe that stuff.
01:00:52.000 And thank you for asking, though, Faith.
01:00:53.000 I'd love to send you a copy of the MAGA Doctrine.
01:00:56.000 And also get involved with Turning Point USA because I can see that you're in college.
01:00:59.000 You have a.edu address.
01:01:01.000 I won't say what college because I don't want your life to be ruined.
01:01:04.000 But thank you for listening.
01:01:06.000 And we'd love to get you involved with Turning PointUSA.
01:01:08.000 Go to tpusa.com, tpusa.com.
01:01:12.000 Let's go here.
01:01:15.000 Let's go to here.
01:01:20.000 This person emailed us.
01:01:21.000 I believe this is happening.
01:01:23.000 Quote, military takedowns and arrests begin this weekend.
01:01:25.000 No, they're not.
01:01:26.000 Okay.
01:01:26.000 I don't have to read the rest of this email.
01:01:27.000 None of this stuff is true.
01:01:29.000 Okay.
01:01:29.000 Just letting you know all of this is written to deceive you.
01:01:33.000 And so I'm sorry.
01:01:35.000 None of this is happening.
01:01:36.000 And yeah.
01:01:38.000 Okay.
01:01:39.000 So, and by the way, we're getting hundreds of emails like this of people that are asking.
01:01:43.000 And by the way, feel free to always ask information.
01:01:45.000 I will tell you, you know, on air or off air, I'll email you guys what from everything, everybody we're talking to.
01:01:52.000 You have someone here that has pretty good sources, someone who you worked in the White House.
01:01:55.000 I did as an intern in 2018.
01:01:57.000 So lots of friends still work in there.
01:01:59.000 So as some people say, I guess we'll see what happens.
01:02:02.000 Okay, let's go to some, let's go to a clip here.
01:02:05.000 Joe Biden has a wonderful idea that he thinks that men should be able to be in prisons with women.
01:02:09.000 What could possibly go wrong?
01:02:10.000 Let's go to cut 10.
01:02:12.000 So many of them.
01:02:13.000 And so, yes.
01:02:14.000 And by the way, in prison, in prison, the determination should be that your sexual identity is defined by what you say it is, not what, in fact, the prison says it is.
01:02:27.000 And in that case, you should be entitled also to OGBYN.
01:02:31.000 Anyway, you didn't ask that question, but it's not likely to either, I guess.
01:02:37.000 I can't believe I haven't seen this footage before.
01:02:38.000 It looks like this was back when he was in Iowa.
01:02:40.000 This is not anything that came out new, but he says that it doesn't matter what your biology is.
01:02:45.000 It doesn't matter your chromosomes.
01:02:47.000 If you're a man who says you're a woman, of course you should be able to go to a female prison.
01:02:50.000 I'm sure a lot of people are going to be taking him up on that offer.
01:02:53.000 Happening right now, a caravan is coming on their way to America with the impending presidency of Joe Biden coming.
01:03:02.000 There is a lot of people coming to America illegally, as Joe Biden promises, a massive amnesty plan for tens of millions of people in our country.
01:03:11.000 So let's go to cut nine.
01:03:13.000 This is a video of the caravan coming to America and they break through a line of officers.
01:03:19.000 Play tape.
01:03:40.000 So that will be coming to America very soon.
01:03:43.000 Unless those guards, who would seem like they're doing a very good job, I don't know what country that's in, and I don't know what that is, but if that is a caravan, which is what it looks like, they deserve to be applauded for that.
01:03:52.000 Email us your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:03:56.000 I have a very important podcast out that I did yesterday.
01:03:58.000 It was a speech I gave that I encourage all of you to listen to.
01:04:02.000 There's a lot of unexpected blessings in this moment.
01:04:05.000 There's a lot that's really quite honestly positive that we can look at and that we can grow from.
01:04:11.000 The Democrats will screw all of this up, everybody.
01:04:13.000 The Democrats are going to go through a period of time where they are going to fight over the current feast in front of them and the people are going to want us back in charge.
01:04:23.000 The question is, are we going to be prepared?
01:04:25.000 Are we going to change the way that we do elections in Georgia and Arizona?
01:04:28.000 Are we going to run better candidates?
01:04:30.000 And are we going to take more principle stands?
01:04:32.000 Isabelle, we have to be positive.
01:04:34.000 We have to be positive.
01:04:35.000 And you said it best a few days ago.
01:04:37.000 Tomorrow, we're going to show up to work.
01:04:39.000 We're going to keep doing everything we're going to do and keep fighting for the things that we believe in because if we don't, no one else will.
01:04:48.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
01:04:49.000 Email us your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com.
