00:01:12.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:21.000 We're here with the legendary Kash Patel.
00:01:26.000 Sup, Cash.
00:01:27.000 Oh, it's great to be back in Arizona.
00:01:28.000 I love it.
00:01:29.000 Yeah, so you're campaigning.
00:01:30.000 Tell us about it.
00:01:31.000 It's going so well.
00:01:32.000 I tell you what, we got America first candidates.
00:01:34.000 We were in Tucson last night with Blake Masters, the next senator from the state of Arizona.
00:01:37.000 Amen.
00:01:38.000 You just had him for a full hour.
00:01:40.000 Yeah, we had Abe out there and Carrie Lake as well.
00:01:42.000 The crowd was ridiculous.
00:01:44.000 I haven't endorsed Abe.
00:01:44.000 So tell us about Abe.
00:01:45.000 I don't know him that well.
00:01:46.000 We get some emails from people.
00:01:47.000 They're not so crazy about him.
00:01:48.000 Tell me about Abe.
00:01:49.000 Well, here's the reason I like Abe: because of his military background, his experience overseas.
00:01:54.000 He's actually been a prosecutor in the pit, which to me, maybe I'm a little biased being an actual prosecutor, not being a high-level guy who's done the work.
00:02:03.000 And, you know, and I and I told him, I'm happy to endorse you, but you know, you're going to have to hold up your end of the bargain.
00:02:08.000 And his biggest bargaining point was, I'm going to go down and take on the cartels in Mexico.
00:02:13.000 And for Arizona, that's a big thing.
00:02:15.000 That's everything, right?
00:02:16.000 To declare them a foreign terrorist organization, which I haven't heard a single other state attorney general candidate say they would do.
00:02:21.000 Yeah, he better get armed security.
00:02:22.000 Well, you know what?
00:02:23.000 I believe that he's going to do that.
00:02:25.000 And that's why I like Abe.
00:02:26.000 So Kerry Lake, Blake Masters, and Abe are who you're supporting?
00:02:31.000 Yeah, all three of them.
00:02:32.000 All right.
00:02:33.000 So I want to ask you now.
00:02:34.000 We'll talk more about politics and stuff in Arizona.
00:02:36.000 So what do you think are the chances that Donald Trump gets indicted by the Department of Justice?
00:02:43.000 Not the case.
00:02:44.000 Zero.
00:02:44.000 Yeah.
00:02:45.000 Tell me why.
00:02:46.000 So Liz Cheney did us a solid.
00:02:48.000 She came out the other week and tried to extend the false January 6th narrative.
00:02:51.000 And she basically went on TV and said Donald Trump did not order the deployment of the military on January 6th.
00:02:59.000 And I said, thank you for exonerating the president of the crime you've been trying to charge him with.
00:03:04.000 It is illegal for a president of the United States to order the domestic deployment of the military.
00:03:08.000 What the president did, and remember, this is Liz Cheney, Armed Services Committee, vice president was her dad was vice president and sec deft during the LA riots in 92, where they launched the National Guard.
00:03:18.000 The president can only authorize the National Guard.
00:03:21.000 That's been proven.
00:03:22.000 Liz Cheney knew that.
00:03:23.000 She was specifically asked about the authorization on Fox, and she dodged it and went to the order to get her false political narrative going.
00:03:30.000 And everybody picked up.
00:03:30.000 So this is a semantic game, order versus authorize.
00:03:33.000 I mean, if you're talking about legal prosecution, that's the case.
00:03:36.000 But wait, no, hold on, but I think they're investigating him for others.
00:03:38.000 Incitement or what?
00:03:39.000 What is the DOJ investigating him?
00:03:41.000 Insurrection incitement.
00:03:42.000 So the way you get those.
00:03:43.000 Where is that in the code?
00:03:45.000 It's from like 250 years ago.
00:03:47.000 So, I mean, basically.
00:03:48.000 Not insurrection, but the incitement of insurrection.
00:03:50.000 Yeah.
00:03:51.000 So it's all, it's all one.
00:03:52.000 So 250 years ago.
00:03:53.000 The key crime is insurrection, right?
00:03:55.000 And to do an insurrection, you have to order the hijacking of a military or militia type unit.
00:04:01.000 It's been now proven in the DOD Inspector General report and by Liz Cheney that President Trump authorized the military.
00:04:08.000 Wait, so let me get this straight.
00:04:09.000 So if he would have ordered the National Guard, even if they were there to protect Congress from people, they would have been able to kind of create this argument.
00:04:20.000 It wouldn't have never happened because me and the SECDEF wouldn't have, it wouldn't have been an unconstitutional order at present.
00:04:24.000 But he could do it under the, he could do it under the Insurrection Act, can't he?
00:04:28.000 He'd have to claim that he was following the Insurrection Act, and he flat out said he wasn't doing that.
00:04:35.000 Yeah, he didn't do that during BLM either.
00:04:37.000 No.
00:04:37.000 Right.
00:04:38.000 So, but we don't know what they're going to try to charge for.
00:04:41.000 Sure, they're going to keep grasping at the narrative.
00:04:45.000 But I think we're talking about two different things.
00:04:46.000 You're talking about how weak their case is.
00:04:49.000 I'm asking whether or not they're going to indict.
00:04:51.000 Those are two separate things.
00:04:52.000 I don't think they're going to indict him.
00:04:54.000 You really think they're going to be still anchored down to those pesky facts?
00:05:00.000 Yeah, I think, I mean, you have to step back.
00:05:03.000 I know the DOJ is so corrupt and you're talking to a former federal.
00:05:05.000 No, that's where I don't trust anything they do.
00:05:07.000 So I'm trying to differentiate between reality and what the DOJ has become.
00:05:13.000 And I'm with you.
00:05:14.000 I just don't see how they indict him for this crime.
00:05:17.000 I'm with you, but it's just not legally there.
00:05:21.000 They would be literally upending posse comitatus.
00:05:24.000 What is that?
00:05:24.000 It's basically what we've been talking about.
00:05:26.000 It's a law that the Supreme Court has upheld it from 250 years ago that literally says there can never be a domestic deployment order of the military by the president of the United States.
00:05:34.000 And it hasn't happened once in our history.
00:05:37.000 But you could do that with the Insurrection Act, though.
00:05:39.000 That is.
00:05:40.000 So we're talking about, yeah.
00:05:41.000 So what we're talking about is like kind of one of the same thing.
00:05:43.000 Posse comitatus is like the law.
00:05:45.000 Insurrection is a violation you would do if you violated the posse.
00:05:48.000 Right.
00:05:49.000 Because H.W. deployed the military for the King riots, right?
00:05:53.000 Yeah, but what he did, here's a great point.
00:05:55.000 Who was the SECDAF at that time?
00:05:57.000 Dick Cheney.
00:05:58.000 What did Dick Cheney do?
00:05:59.000 It's been proven now in the media.
00:06:00.000 No, I don't know.
00:06:01.000 H.W. Bush authorized the National Guard.
00:06:04.000 Dick Cheney took that authorization.
00:06:06.000 It wasn't just National Guard.
00:06:06.000 It was the military, though, wasn't it?
00:06:07.000 Well, that's what it is.
00:06:08.000 When you use the military domestically, it's the National Guard.
00:06:12.000 And it's been borne out by John Solomon's great reporting.
00:06:15.000 H.W. Bush authorized the National Guard for the riots.
00:06:18.000 The SECDEF went to the L.A. prosecutor, the L.A. County Chief of Police, and the California governor and said, do you want them?
00:06:24.000 And they said, yes, we're making that request now.
00:06:26.000 Then they deploy the troops.
00:06:27.000 Got it.
00:06:27.000 So it's not just the president who imposes it.
00:06:30.000 No, it's a multi-step process.
00:06:31.000 Like the local government, like in Arizona, it'd have to be the governor or the state AG or something like that.
00:06:36.000 And this is a sovereignty question, basically, right?
00:06:38.000 That the president just can't deploy the military on people.
00:06:41.000 It's a sovereignty question plus a, I mean, we're going way back in history.
00:06:45.000 We never want our government overthrown by a military, right?
00:06:47.000 Which is why we have a civilian chain of command, which is why the president is a civilian, which is why the SECDEF is a civilian.
00:06:53.000 Those are the national command authorities.
00:06:55.000 That's it.
00:06:56.000 That's the chain of command.
00:06:57.000 Two civilians, no one in uniform.
00:06:59.000 That's why we differentiate ourselves from so smart.
00:07:03.000 And so then martial law would be what?
00:07:07.000 I mean, I guess a similar form of that where you have a somebody hijack law enforcement slash military style people to come in and say, we're taking over.
00:07:16.000 So Liz Cheney revealed that she's trying to use this order versus authorize distinction.
00:07:23.000 She's just trying to perpetuate the narrative because everybody in America is like, oh, yeah, now they're saying Donald Trump didn't act on January 6th.
00:07:30.000 And I'm like, yeah, he didn't need to.
00:07:32.000 I didn't need to call him.
00:07:33.000 He told me two days beforehand, you want 20,000 National Guard?
00:07:36.000 You got him.
00:07:36.000 What did Bowser and the Capitol Police say?
00:07:38.000 In writing, no, we are not requesting the use of that National Guard.
00:07:43.000 Why do you think Bowser said that?
00:07:46.000 She thought, A, she didn't want to give Donald Trump credit for anything, obviously.
00:07:49.000 And B, they probably thought they could handle it on their own, which is a gross mistake.
00:07:54.000 And then you have the Capitol Police to report to Nancy Pelosi, same thing.
00:07:57.000 They don't want Donald Trump authorizing anything.
00:07:59.000 But you have to remember, Charlie, put it in perspective.
00:08:01.000 These are the same people that excoriated President Trump in the summer riots for walking across Lafayette Park with one uniformed military officer carrying a sidearm.
00:08:10.000 Now, these people, fast forward to January 6th, were asking me for Abrams A1 tanks and Belfed machine guns to turn downtown D.C. into downtown Kandahar.
00:08:20.000 That was after January 6th.
00:08:21.000 On January 6th.
00:08:23.000 But who is asking for that?
00:08:26.000 The folks in Congress and the D.C. mayor.
00:08:31.000 But they rejected the help.
00:08:33.000 First, beforehand, right?
00:08:35.000 On January 4th, on January 5th, rejected, rejected.
00:08:38.000 On the morning of January 6th, still no request.
00:08:40.000 In the afternoon of January 6th, when people started congregating around the Capitol, they started calling frequently and saying, where are you guys?
00:08:47.000 Why aren't you guys here?
00:08:48.000 And we're like, I don't have 20,000 people on a bus next door that I can move in.
00:08:52.000 Had you told me two days ago when I asked, I would have staged them around the city and gotten them in there anyway.
00:08:58.000 And important for our audience to know, what was your title at the time?
00:09:01.000 What were you doing?
00:09:01.000 So I was chief of staff at the Department of Defense, which means I had 3 million employees and I was in charge of the largest organization on planet Earth.
00:09:09.000 That's crazy.
00:09:10.000 Yeah, it's insane.
00:09:11.000 With a no-fail mission.
00:09:13.000 Like, do not fail to protect the United States of America ever.
00:09:17.000 That'll get you up in the morning.
00:09:18.000 Yeah, it was pretty righteous.
00:09:20.000 Yeah.
00:09:20.000 So I guess the question is: so, some people are saying, though, that the Defense Secretary tape didn't sound very good.
00:09:27.000 Do you know what I'm talking about?
00:09:28.000 Yeah, Chris Miller.
00:09:28.000 Yeah.
00:09:29.000 So a listener that I really respect from Chicago, super smart guy on our team.
00:09:33.000 He said, I agree, but the problem is the Defense Secretary tape didn't sound good.
00:09:36.000 And what happened was they did what they always do.
00:09:38.000 The Jan 6 Committee took snippets of it.
00:09:40.000 Chris Miller was flat out asked, did the president order troops on January 6th?
00:09:44.000 And he goes, no, the president didn't order it.
00:09:46.000 I wouldn't have listened to that order.
00:09:47.000 We had what we needed from days before.
00:09:50.000 That's what I would have said under oath.
00:09:51.000 So are we talking order versus authorize?
00:09:53.000 Is that really the crux of all this?
00:09:54.000 But it's, to me, it's like the central thesis to our republic.
00:09:59.000 Do you want the United States military?
00:10:01.000 I think this is really important.
00:10:03.000 To be a launching position for any commander-in-chief.
00:10:06.000 So then shouldn't Chris Miller then issue a clarification?
00:10:09.000 He doesn't need to.
00:10:10.000 His testimony is there under oath, just like mine.
00:10:12.000 And we've asked for our transcripts to be released.
00:10:14.000 So you testified in front of this committee.
00:10:16.000 Yeah, for six hours.
00:10:17.000 Cost me $200,000.
00:10:19.000 I was the first personcash.com by the time.
00:10:22.000 No, I was the first person subpoenaed by the January 6th Committee, the very first.
00:10:26.000 And I said, I got no problem coming in.
00:10:27.000 You didn't have to subpoena me.
00:10:29.000 I gave them the exhibits.
00:10:30.000 I gave them all the documents we're putting up on Fight with Cash for Free, the timelines we're talking about.
00:10:34.000 They're like, we don't really care about these.
00:10:36.000 And I was like, so you guys don't care about the truth?
00:10:37.000 In six hours of testimony, I spent one or two hours talking about January 6th and four hours talking about Afghanistan, Syria, Somalia, Iraq.
00:10:45.000 And I was like, what does the January 6th Committee care about?
00:10:47.000 What jurisdiction do you have to talk about this stuff?
00:10:49.000 It's a fishing expedition.
00:10:53.000 From cringing at the pump to getting an eye-popping check at your favorite restaurant, inflation is hitting us all where it hurts.
00:10:59.000 And it really hurts.

00:12:00.000 That's five dollars or more cash back on your first purchase at ten dollars or more using promo code Charlie Kirk.
00:12:07.000 I think some of our audience will be in the same position.
00:12:09.000 I'm in.
00:12:10.000 This is not, I actually am not that caught up on a lot of this.
00:12:13.000 I haven't been watching the hearings.
00:12:14.000 I've been just looking at it kind of from a periphery.
00:12:17.000 Basically, I saw the headline: they're going to try to indict Trump from DOJ or investigating it.
00:12:21.000 We did a little show on it.
00:12:22.000 That's it.
00:12:23.000 So I'm going to kind of be learning alongside of the audience.
00:12:26.000 So just forgive my ignorance on some of this stuff, but we've been on a lot of other stories.
00:12:30.000 So we have a piece of tape here.
00:12:32.000 This is okay.
00:12:33.000 Tell us who Chris Miller is.
00:12:34.000 Chris Miller was the acting Secretary of Defense at the end of the Trump administration when I was chief of staff.
00:12:38.000 So he was the civilian in charge of the entire Department of Defense.
00:12:42.000 Got it.
00:12:43.000 So this is a minute and 17-second clip.
00:12:46.000 It's Chris Miller testifying in front of the January 6th Committee.
00:12:50.000 This is the full tape.
00:12:52.000 We're going to play this and then tell us the significance of it because at the surface, it looked like this made Trump look really bad.
00:12:57.000 Yeah.
00:12:58.000 Play cut 26.
00:12:59.000 Just want to be clear here that since then, in February of 2021, Mark Meadows said on Fox News that, quote, even in January, that was a given.
00:13:10.000 As many as 10,000 National Guard troops were told to be on the ready by the Secretary of Defense.
00:13:16.000 Is there any accuracy to that statement?
00:13:20.000 I'm not, not from my perspective.
00:13:22.000 I was never given any direction or order or knew of any plans of that nature.
00:13:27.000 So I was surprised by seeing that publicly, but I don't know the context or where it was.
00:13:35.000 No, there was no, we obviously had plans for activating more folks, but that was not anything more than contingency planning.
00:13:45.000 There was no official message traffic or anything of that nature regarding.
00:13:51.000 Just so we're clear, you did not have 10,000 troops, quote, to be on the ready for January 6th, prior to January 6th.
00:14:03.000 A non-military person probably could have some sort of weird interpretation.
00:14:08.000 But no, to answer your question, no, that was not part of my plan or the Department of Defense's plan.
00:14:18.000 This sounds bad for Trump.
00:14:19.000 Why am I wrong?
00:14:20.000 So, because A, it's a snippet, but I'll take it in reverse, right?
00:14:24.000 He's right.
00:14:25.000 We couldn't have legally had 10,000 troops on the ready.
00:14:29.000 National Guardsmen and women are everyday citizens, cops, doctors, teachers, homeschool nursers, whatever you.
00:14:35.000 We have to pull them out of their everyday lives and bring them in.
00:14:37.000 That's the only way to use domestic military law enforcement assistance, not the everyday military.
00:14:43.000 And what Chris said is a thousand percent accurate.
00:14:45.000 We didn't have on the ready because we had no request from Bowser and Pelosi to do so.
00:14:50.000 And going further into the beginning of Chris's statement, he's correct.
00:14:54.000 The president did not order us.
00:14:56.000 Had the president made that order and had Chris testified that he followed that order, Chris would have been breaking the law as the Secretary of Defense.
00:15:04.000 So I couldn't agree more with this testimony.
00:15:07.000 They, of course, left out the rest of it.
00:15:08.000 Yeah, but why is it that he didn't stop short and say, but the president ordered it or the president authorized it, which is the word again where you authorized?
00:15:17.000 Why didn't he say that?
00:15:18.000 He did like 47 other times in that sworn test.
00:15:21.000 Oh, is that right?
00:15:21.000 Yeah.
00:15:22.000 So it just so happens that little carve out.
00:15:24.000 That's the one Liz Janey chose.
00:15:25.000 But then where did they get this idea of 10,000 troops on the ready?
00:15:28.000 Is that something Trump is saying?
00:15:30.000 Yeah, so what had happened in January at the 3rd or the 4th in the Oval Office was me, the SECDAF, the chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, Chief of Staff to the President of the United States, and the president.
00:15:38.000 And we were talking about some very high-tech, consequential overseas issue.
00:15:44.000 As I said, no-fail mission.
00:15:45.000 So we were working through the belt, through the echo of the whistle.
00:15:47.000 At the end, the president goes, Hey, do you guys have everything you need?
00:15:50.000 And I'm paraphrasing here for the events surrounding January 6th.
00:15:54.000 And we said, you know, sir, we're working up our contingency plans.
00:15:57.000 He goes, okay, if you need them, you have up to 10 to 20,000 National Guards men and women.
00:16:02.000 I, as the commander-in-chief, are giving the authorization.
00:16:04.000 We said, rather than, sir.
00:16:06.000 We put in place all our contingency plans.
00:16:08.000 We went immediately to Mayor Bowser as the head of D.C. and the Capitol Police and Pelosi as the head of Congress and said, hey, we got 10 to 20K.
00:16:16.000 You guys want them?
00:16:17.000 They said no.
00:16:18.000 Bowser put it in writing.
00:16:19.000 Capitol Police put it in writing.
00:16:20.000 All that stuff's available online.
00:16:22.000 So Trump could not have overrode them.
00:16:25.000 No.
00:16:26.000 It would not have been legal.
00:16:27.000 100% illegal.
00:16:29.000 And Secretary Miller and I would have been like, we knew he wouldn't give us that order because we've worked with him.
00:16:34.000 We were the guys that did the Baghdaddy raid.
00:16:36.000 We took out solar money.
00:16:37.000 We brought hostages home.
00:16:38.000 We know how the National Defense Authority works and how the chain of command works.
00:16:41.000 There isn't, people are like, oh, where's the memo from the Oval?
00:16:43.000 There's no memo when Obama said kill bin Laden.
00:16:46.000 There's no memo when Trump said, take out Baghdaddy.
00:16:49.000 You put foot to ass and get it done.
00:16:51.000 And then afterwards, you might write a story about it.
00:16:53.000 But these people are lunatics when they're like, where's the side-by-side commentary?
00:16:58.000 And I'm like, no, sorry, we were too busy protecting American.
00:17:00.000 Whereas Trump says, get it done.
00:17:01.000 That's the order.
00:17:02.000 It's an order.
00:17:03.000 Yeah.
00:17:03.000 I mean, there's, yeah, you know, when the commander-in-chief tells you to do something in those situations, there's no ambiguity.
00:17:09.000 And so then you guys go did your job.
00:17:11.000 But then Pelosi and Bowser said, we don't want the people.
00:17:13.000 We don't want them.
00:17:15.000 They don't want the National Guard.
00:17:16.000 They said, no, we have to respect that.
00:17:18.000 That's the law.
00:17:21.000 It's really out of control.
00:17:22.000 Inflation is at a 40-year high.
00:17:25.000 Your cash is getting sucked right out of your wallet with higher prices on gas, groceries, practically everything.
00:17:30.000 Look, you got to take charge of your money right now.
00:17:32.000 So here's a principle that we say: don't use the big banks that hate you.
00:17:35.000 Bank of America is canceling conservatives.
00:17:38.000 A team member that we have at Turning Point USA literally just had his bank account shut down by Bank of America.
00:17:45.000 Literally, no longer allowed to use Bank of America because of his politics.
00:17:48.000 True story.

00:18:22.000 Just all this nonsense with interest rates and all this.
00:18:24.000 They're helping me clarify it.
00:18:25.000 They're phenomenal to work with.
00:18:26.000 They're responsive.
00:18:28.000 They're Christians.

00:18:39.000 Bank of America, again, my team member, I'm not going to say his name.
00:18:42.000 He's been on our show.
00:18:42.000 You guys know him.
00:18:44.000 Literally, Bank of America sent him a note saying, we are no longer allowing you to bank with us.
00:18:49.000 Boom, like that, all because of politics.
00:18:51.000 Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage share your values.
00:18:55.000 I trust them.
00:18:56.000 That's why I work with them.
00:18:57.000 I hang out with them casually and I've got to know them really well.
00:19:00.000 They'll treat you right and that when you use them, you're not using Citibank or Chase or these people that hate your values, that believe in this trans nonsense.
00:19:09.000 Don't use those banks, diversity, equity, inclusion banks.
00:19:11.000 Nope.
00:19:12.000 Andrew and Todd at andrewandtodd.com.
00:19:15.000 So just write that down right now.
00:19:17.000 Write it in your phone.

00:19:20.000 Well, maybe you will two months from now.
00:19:21.000 Maybe you young millennials out there, maybe the millennials listening to our show, my fellow millennials, you're going to buy a home soon.

00:19:52.000 AndrewNTodd.com.
00:19:57.000 Okay, so let's go to this is the most amazing thing.
00:20:00.000 I just love seeing people's reactions.
00:20:01.000 This is one of the greatest pieces of cable television I've seen in quite some time.
00:20:05.000 We'll start with cut 11.
00:20:08.000 Are you planning to vote for Liz Cheney?
00:20:10.000 Can I cuss?
00:20:11.000 Hey, are you planning to support Liz Cheney?
00:20:15.000 Absolutely not.
00:20:16.000 What are your thoughts about Liz Cheney running for her fourth term?
00:20:19.000 Personally, I think she said for three too many.
00:20:22.000 Keep in mind, in 2020, Donald Trump won about 70% of the vote in Wyoming.
00:20:27.000 So Liz Cheney's work on the January 6th investigation isn't playing so well with many Wyoming voters.
00:20:33.000 She's done us dirty.
00:20:37.000 That's great.
00:20:38.000 You're not wrong.
00:20:39.000 That might be the best TV of the last three years.
00:20:42.000 It gets better.
00:20:43.000 She's done us dirty.
00:20:46.000 That should be a billboard that we should put in downtown Cheyenne.
00:20:49.000 I love it.
00:20:50.000 She's done us dirty.
00:20:51.000 Actually, you know what?
00:20:52.000 That's a great idea.
00:20:53.000 We should just put it next to Cheney's house that she doesn't live in.
00:20:56.000 Continue.
00:20:57.000 Cut 23.
00:20:58.000 Here in Cheyenne, more than 1,600 miles from Washington, D.C., almost everyone we spoke with told us they believe Liz Cheney is too focused on Donald Trump and the January 6th committee and not paying enough attention to what they believe matters to the people here in Wyoming.
00:21:15.000 She doesn't know what her constituents want here anymore because she's lost touch with the values of the people.
00:21:22.000 I don't feel like she supports her people here in Wyoming anymore.
00:21:26.000 The things that she's voting for don't really reflect what the people here in Wyoming feel.
00:21:31.000 Cash.
00:21:34.000 I'm semi-speechless.
00:21:35.000 I mean, that is absolutely amazing.
00:21:37.000 And look, Liz Cheney probably knows she's going to lose because she's going to run for president.
00:21:43.000 Oh, for what political party?
00:21:46.000 I don't know.
00:21:46.000 The same, you know, new neo-Republican.
00:21:50.000 Cash, it's interesting.
00:21:51.000 Sorry to interrupt you, but there is this new genre of people that know they're going to lose, but do it anyway.
00:21:57.000 Have you noticed this?
00:21:58.000 Yeah, it's a Trump force genre.
00:22:00.000 I mean, basically, Kitzinger.
00:22:03.000 Yeah, that's what I'm saying, though, is that they just, they want the book deals, the cable news stuff.
00:22:07.000 It's not even about the votes.
00:22:09.000 It's just kind of become, it's kind of a niche profession.
00:22:12.000 It is.
00:22:13.000 And CNN will hire her, MSNBC will hire her, and they'll be a talking head forever.
00:22:17.000 I mean, it's not like Liz Cheney needs the money with Halliburton.
00:22:19.000 You know, Kinzinger's in a different role, right?
00:22:21.000 Like that guy's going to get paid on his book deal and he's going to get Boeing.
00:22:25.000 He's going to go on the boards and he's going to do all that.
00:22:26.000 So these guys cash out, which is kind of disgusting.
00:22:29.000 And it's almost as bad as insider training.
00:22:31.000 There should be a ban on if you get the boot from Congress, you shouldn't be able to go, you know, right into the pockets of these guys.
00:22:37.000 Yeah, I have paid.
00:22:38.000 I have a contrarian opinion, which is that I think we could have a whole reform package, which is we must be much stricter on lobbying laws and when you're meeting with them, how you're meeting with them, extremely strict, must be much stricter on campaign financing.
00:22:51.000 I'm almost at the place, Cash, almost, where I think public financing of elections might be a good idea.
00:22:56.000 I'm almost there.
00:22:57.000 Well, how do we get you there?
00:22:58.000 What?
00:22:58.000 How do we get to the way?
00:23:00.000 I think I'm there.
00:23:01.000 So tell me why.
00:23:02.000 That's a big move for us conservatives to say something like that.
00:23:05.000 Because right now, I mean, I'm not even a political guy.
00:23:07.000 I spent 16 years in government, most in national security in both Democrat-Republican administrations, right?
00:23:12.000 But my biggest problem is the politicization of the national security apparatus.
00:23:16.000 And how is that happening?
00:23:18.000 For my roles, I've seen the lobbyist industry, the defense industrial complex pouring into our government through a variety of efforts.
00:23:28.000 And all these people that you're talking about who get kicked out of Congress for failing get hired by these guys and the clock just keeps turning.
00:23:35.000 And I can tell you, I can't tell you with specificity because I'm not allowed to, but I can tell you every year, the Department of Defense writ large has a multi-billion dollar program that fails.
00:23:45.000 Every year.
00:23:46.000 Probably more than one sometimes.
00:23:48.000 More.
00:23:49.000 Yeah.
00:23:49.000 And then you know who always gets paid?
00:23:51.000 The defense industrial complex, the lobbying industry, K-Street, and all these people on TV and all the talking heads are supported.
00:23:57.000 And you know what they do?
00:23:58.000 They're the ones that spend big on elections.
00:24:01.000 And that's why there needs to be a pivot.
00:24:03.000 And it's not just that.
00:24:04.000 It's the same with the pharmaceutical companies.
00:24:05.000 Yeah, same deal.
00:24:06.000 Same with the banks, same with the tech companies.
00:24:09.000 It is so bad.
00:24:10.000 And so, anyway, I was saying, though, is I could maybe publicly financing elections or having the limit be like 200 bucks so that people can still raise grassroots dollars.
00:24:19.000 But then I think we should entertain paying members of Congress more.
00:24:24.000 I'm not opposed to that.
00:24:25.000 And I know that sounds contrary, and people say, oh, it's like, well, if you think about it, if let's say you, they earn $173,000 a year, which is a lot of money every year.
00:24:33.000 That is.
00:24:34.000 But if they're looking at that versus a half a million dollar job, you're not going to get the best people running for office.
00:24:40.000 100%.
00:24:41.000 Or you get people that self-fund, and then they're able to game the system into government.
00:24:47.000 Well, that's what happens.
00:24:48.000 Most of some of the biggest wealth in America exists in members of Congress.
00:24:53.000 If you look at the top 50, like wealthiest people in Congress, they're like the top 250 wealthiest people in the country.
00:25:00.000 And that drives people who probably would be better suited for those jobs out of those positions because they can't afford to support a family on $173,000.
00:25:09.000 So I'm not opposed to it because a lot of the reasons people leave Congress to go to these fancy positions and sell out is because they need to make money and they can't make it by staying in Congress for 20, 30 years.
00:25:19.000 Now, I also think there should be term limits, but that's their fault.
00:25:21.000 Oh, I agree.
00:25:22.000 I'm not totally sold on paying members of Congress more, but I'm open to ideas how we could attract better people.
00:25:27.000 The whole system is so completely broken from within.
00:25:31.000 So the other kind of thing out there, there's a couple investigations going into Trump.
00:25:35.000 What do you think of the Georgia criminal investigation into Trump?
00:25:38.000 Pence aides are testifying.
00:25:40.000 They've impaneled the grand jury.
00:25:42.000 What do you think?
00:25:42.000 I just don't, I mean, I think their game, the radical left, be it Georgia, the crazies at DOJ right now, are running the same operation.
00:25:54.000 They're going to publicly say we and do the mechanical operations to say we are investigating, we are investigating, we are investigating, and leak some information here and there about who's investigating, who's in the grand jury.
00:26:05.000 And ultimately, I keep asking, you know, like people in Georgia, like, what's the crime?
00:26:08.000 What do you investigate?
00:26:09.000 Like, when you impanel a grand jury, you can't just say, hey, I'm investigating Charlie Kirk for everything in the world.
00:26:14.000 What's the crime?
00:26:15.000 But they do that anyway.
00:26:16.000 Yeah, world right.
00:26:17.000 So this is the New York Times article.
00:26:19.000 This Georgia prosecutor has Donald Trump in her sights and she's not stopping.
00:26:24.000 By guess who?
00:26:25.000 Norm Eisen.
00:26:26.000 Remember him?
00:26:27.000 From the first impeachment of Donald Trump.
00:26:30.000 And it says that here in the New York Times article, Ms. Willis has operated with calculated urgency since she opened her investigation in February 2021.
00:26:41.000 She's moved from building a prosecutor team to conducting voluntary interviews to convening a special grand jury to issuing those target letters to the Republican electors who, despite Mr. Trump's election loss in the state, 2,000 meals, convertly met to cast votes for him and submit an alternate electoral slate on December 14th.
00:27:01.000 So the New York Times is trying to drum up this Georgia angle because in your opinion, the DOJ angle is dead on arrival.
00:27:08.000 Is that correct?
00:27:09.000 That's what my take is on it.
00:27:11.000 And I think the New York Times is drumming up more headlines.
00:27:15.000 Look, they just want a collection of headlines against Donald Trump, federal, state, local, what have you.
00:27:20.000 Jails up New York too.
00:27:21.000 You're being investigated.
00:27:22.000 And what happened in the New York investigation, right?
00:27:24.000 It basically has fallen apart.
00:27:25.000 It's just at the bottom.
00:27:26.000 It really fell out because what did they do?
00:27:28.000 They impaneled the grand jury.
00:27:29.000 They sent out subpoenas and they were supposed to be investigating this grand crime and then it went away.
00:27:36.000 It's the same sequencing.
00:27:38.000 Georgia's doing the same thing, in my opinion.
00:27:40.000 New York got a ton of headlines out of it.
00:27:41.000 The media got a ton of play out of it, but now they've forgotten about it and they've moved on to Georgia.
00:27:45.000 They're going to move on to January 6th.
00:27:47.000 And they're going to stay with January 6th till November.
00:27:49.000 And then it's going to be, then that'll end.
00:27:51.000 I want to shift gears here.
00:27:53.000 So you were the chief of staff to the Department of Defense.
00:27:55.000 Big deal.
00:27:57.000 Is Nancy Pelosi making a mistake flying to the South China Sea to Taiwan?
00:28:01.000 Yeah, that's not, that's, that's no bueno.
00:28:03.000 Tell me why.
00:28:04.000 Look, the CCP, ever since Joe Biden got in, first of all, we, you know, whatever relationship we had with President Trump, which is way better than what we do now, just look at Putin.
00:28:12.000 They don't care about us anymore.
00:28:13.000 They don't listen to us.
00:28:14.000 They, they literally, there's no threat this administration can make to them for them to be like, whoa, whoa, okay.
00:28:20.000 So we've got a lot of action going on in the South China Sea.
00:28:23.000 There's a lot of island and territorial problems over there, not to mention Taiwan.
00:28:27.000 And what people keep, you know, people keep propping up Taiwan as if the Chinese are going to invade.
00:28:31.000 And I'm like, do any of you people have a map?
00:28:34.000 You cannot land and invade Taiwan.
00:28:36.000 It's an island that is literally, you hit the shore and you got to go up 2,000 feet.
00:28:40.000 So you have to do an aerial bombardment campaign of Taiwan.
00:28:43.000 That will not happen because today's warfare is not fought traditionally like we did in World War II.
00:28:50.000 Kinetically, right?
00:28:51.000 It's kinetic.
00:28:51.000 And so going back to your question, though, having Pelosi just kick, you know, kick these guys in the teeth and poke the dragon is not a good idea.
00:28:59.000 You know, what happens if, you know, and I don't, you know, even me, I don't want anything to happen to her while she's over there.
00:29:05.000 But that would be the worst type of situation.
00:29:07.000 And she starts throwing favoritism to the Taiwanese people.
00:29:10.000 The CCP is already kicking our ass since Biden took over in the National Security Front.
00:29:15.000 They're just going to double down and do more to steal our personal information via TikTok, to beat us in space, to defeat us underwater, to build superior aircraft and military performance gear.
00:29:26.000 And why should we give them another reason to double down on it?
00:29:31.000 Yeah, I'm torn.
00:29:32.000 I'm no fan of Pelosi.
00:29:32.000 I am.
00:29:33.000 I think the whole thing's a game.
00:29:35.000 But if it were to be what they're telling us what it is, which I don't think it is, I think there's something deeper going on.
00:29:39.000 I'm all for messing with the CCP.
00:29:41.000 I think that they're Asian Nazis.
00:29:43.000 Okay, let's go to play cut 27.
00:29:46.000 Repeatedly said that we oppose any unilateral changes to the status quo from either side.
00:29:52.000 We have said that we do not support Taiwan independence.
00:29:56.000 And we have said that we expect cross-strait differences to be resolved by peaceful meets.
00:30:02.000 We have communicated this directly to the that is John Kirby saying we do not support Taiwan independence.
00:30:08.000 What is he talking about?
00:30:10.000 That's the official policy.
00:30:12.000 So here's what I understand: is that the Biden regime says we don't support Taiwan independence, but then why is then Pelosi going to Taiwan?
00:30:20.000 Yeah, I didn't, I actually had not heard that clip.
00:30:22.000 So that's a, that's somewhat shocking for the spokesperson at the White House to be going off and saying that while the person who's number three in the chain of command to be president of the United States that came out 10 minutes ago, just so you know.
00:30:35.000 So our team's on it.
00:30:35.000 Oh, okay.
00:30:36.000 Yeah, you guys are totally on it.
00:30:38.000 So I don't, it's that, it's just bad all around optics.
00:30:42.000 And also, more importantly, it's just bad, in my opinion, for American national security for her to lay, for her to land there.
00:30:48.000 Would you feel comfortable if that was, if Trump was president?
00:30:52.000 Yeah, it's a different dynamic.
00:30:53.000 That's what I'm keeping, you know, I keep coming back to these things, like, you know, Putin invading Ukraine.
00:30:57.000 It didn't happen on Trump's watch, nor would it.
00:31:00.000 You know, the Saudis allying themselves with Iran in our face, gas prices going through the roof because they don't care about us anymore.
00:31:08.000 And the same thing with CCP and Xi Jinping.
00:31:11.000 Look, Trump and him weren't buddies, but they actually had a mutual respect for each other where Xi Jinping would be like, okay, this guy tells me he's going to gut our sanctions program, which he did, and cause their tariffs to just balloon.
00:31:24.000 He knows that's a reality.
00:31:25.000 With this guy, Biden, there's that sound, that sounds like a sea change of policy saying we don't support Taiwanese independence.
00:31:32.000 I think it is.
00:31:33.000 That's a policy change.
00:31:34.000 Yeah, I have not heard that.
00:31:35.000 As you said, your team's on it.
00:31:36.000 The Taiwan issue, I am the most torn on any issue recently because I think the CCP is the great threat internationally for our liberty.
00:31:44.000 100%.
00:31:45.000 And I am not a neocon at all.
00:31:46.000 I think Russia, total waste of time to do what we're doing in Ukraine.
00:31:50.000 We should be friends with Russia.
00:31:52.000 Putin's a terrible person, but they could be a momentary strategic partner against China.
00:31:56.000 At the same time, I don't trust our government to get into a conflict in the South China Sea code efficiently, right?
00:32:03.000 I'm very torn on this issue.
00:32:05.000 I do not have clarity on it at all.
00:32:07.000 That's a tectonic diplomatic policy change to say we no longer support Taiwan.
00:32:07.000 But you're right.
00:32:12.000 That is insane.
00:32:14.000 Kash Patel, everybody.
00:32:15.000 Thanks so much.
00:32:16.000 God bless you, man.
00:32:16.000 Thank you.
00:32:17.000 Thank you.
00:32:20.000 The fight for our kids' education is so incredibly important.
00:32:23.000 And I want to highlight a candidate for you that has my vote here in Arizona for superintendent of public instruction.
00:32:32.000 She's running a great race and she's doing a great job.
00:32:36.000 It's Cherie Sapir.
00:32:37.000 Cherie, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:32:40.000 Thanks for having me.
00:32:40.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:32:41.000 Tell us about your race and tell us what you plan to do if you become superintendent of public instruction in the beautiful state of Arizona.
00:32:49.000 Well, it's been a fantastic experience running now for 17 months all over the beautiful state of Arizona, talking to the people, really understanding how important it is for parents, grandparents, and people who don't have children to make sure that our children are well educated, are filled with love of country, and are getting a shot, an opportunity for a better future.
00:32:49.000 Thank you.
00:33:12.000 Right now, we know what's going on in our schools.
00:33:14.000 It's a disaster.
00:33:15.000 We're failing on every level.
00:33:17.000 There is indoctrination going rampant in the schools in Arizona, unfortunately, with the LGBTQ ideology, gender ideology, critical race theory, equity, diversity, inclusion.
00:33:28.000 It's just in every element of education.
00:33:32.000 And the superintendent that we have right now has been a huge contributor to this disaster.
00:33:37.000 And we must take her out of office in November.
00:33:40.000 Yeah.
00:33:40.000 And so the race is tomorrow in Arizona.
00:33:43.000 And on your website, you get straight to the point.
00:33:45.000 You talk about social-emotional learning, which is super important, radical racial ideology, critical race theory, comprehensive sex education, all these different sorts of things.
00:33:55.000 And tomorrow, vote S-A-P-I-R for superintendent.
00:34:01.000 And so, Cherie, let me ask you: what are some of the worst examples you've seen in Arizona that might disturb our audience?
00:34:10.000 Well, we have plenty of examples.
00:34:12.000 The most of them, I think, you know, critical race theory is a big issue and the racial divide that they're creating.
00:34:18.000 But I've become more aware of the biggest issue on hand, and it's the LGBTQ issues.
00:34:24.000 We're looking at 25 to 30% of the children right now identify as another gender than the one that they were born in.
00:34:31.000 That's excessive.
00:34:32.000 This is not genetic.
00:34:33.000 This is not physiological.
00:34:34.000 This is taught.
00:34:35.000 And our children are being incentivized by their teachers and their administrators.
00:34:40.000 They're creating all these, you know, sex groups and sex clubs in our schools, like GSA, the surveys, the data mining.
00:34:50.000 They're literally asking our children why they are heterosexual.
00:34:54.000 Are they sure they need to be heterosexual?
00:34:56.000 They're asking for the pronouns.
00:34:57.000 When these children are seven years old, I mean, I have three children under the age of 10.
00:35:02.000 No individual on earth should come to my son and ask him who's seven years old, which pronouns you want to be referred by, or are you sure you want to be a boy?
00:35:11.000 It's unacceptable.
00:35:12.000 Meanwhile, our kids are illiterate.
00:35:14.000 So at some point, we have to say, even if you believe in these social justice issues, do it outside of the classroom.
00:35:20.000 Let's make sure that our money is spent well on getting our children ready to compete on the world stage.
00:35:25.000 And that's far from what's happening right now in our schools.
00:35:28.000 And there's so many examples.
00:35:30.000 I mean, it's just every single day I'm getting information from all over the states, from teachers, from parents, from grandparents, with assignments, with tests, with pornographic books that are given to our children to read as if it's the greatest literature out there and it's not.
00:35:45.000 And we have to stop this.
00:35:47.000 How can people support you?
00:35:48.000 Call to action, big race tomorrow.
00:35:50.000 Tell us about it.
00:35:51.000 Let's win this.
00:35:52.000 This should transcend any political affiliations when it comes to children.
00:35:57.000 I call my campaign Children Rescue Mission, and I mean that.
00:36:00.000 Our children's innocence is something that we must fight for.
00:36:03.000 It doesn't matter what you feel about gun laws.
00:36:06.000 It doesn't matter what you feel about abortion.
00:36:07.000 It's our children, their innocence and their future.
00:36:10.000 And if we don't rally behind them, we're going to lose this generation.
00:36:15.000 So SapirAZ.com, vote for me tomorrow.
00:36:17.000 Let's win this for our children and make some substantial change.
00:36:20.000 We know we must.
00:36:21.000 Very good.
00:36:22.000 Sapirf, Arizona, S-A-P-I-R on the ballot.
00:36:26.000 S-A-P-I-R.
00:36:27.000 God bless you.
00:36:28.000 Good luck tomorrow.
00:36:28.000 Thank you so much.
00:36:29.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:36:30.000 Thanks.
