00:01:28.000 Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show with my friend Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
00:01:28.000 Hey, everybody.
00:01:32.000 What do you think?
00:01:34.000 Look, where's the Democrat wave?
00:01:37.000 What happened to the wave that we had been promised for months?
00:01:40.000 We were told that Biden would come down at 10 o'clock and he'd declare victory and the whole of America would be Democrat blue.
00:01:47.000 It didn't happen.
00:01:48.000 The post has lied to us, or they didn't change their methodology from the last four years.
00:01:52.000 That's fact number one.
00:01:54.000 Number two, we have seen things happen, such upsets for the Biden campaign, the likes of which the Trump campaign never expected across ethnic lines, across minority groups.
00:02:06.000 These are things that will redefine the political landscape of America for decades to come.
00:02:10.000 However, it is now down to two questions.
00:02:13.000 And I tweeted this out this morning.
00:02:15.000 It's down to the lawyers.
00:02:17.000 Which side has the better lawyers?
00:02:20.000 We need 100 Rudy Giulianis.
00:02:23.000 We need 100 Jay Secularos.
00:02:24.000 We need 100 Jen Ellises.
00:02:26.000 Do we have them?
00:02:26.000 Is the question.
00:02:27.000 I don't know.
00:02:28.000 I don't have that visibility.
00:02:29.000 I spoke to the campaign today.
00:02:31.000 They say we're winning everywhere.
00:02:32.000 Arizona, you name it.
00:02:34.000 Pennsylvania, we are winning.
00:02:35.000 That doesn't matter.
00:02:36.000 It's who counts the votes and when they count them.
00:02:39.000 The longer we stretch out these accreditations of the counting tolls, the bigger the chance there is for fraud.
00:02:47.000 And then lastly, and I'm not trying to be crude here.
00:02:50.000 It's a question of which side has the greater testicular fortitude.
00:02:55.000 You know the president.
00:02:56.000 I know the president.
00:02:57.000 He will never give up.
00:02:59.000 But it's not just up to him.
00:03:00.000 It's up to his team and Team Trump and it's up to the GOP.
00:03:04.000 Is the GOP up to it?
00:03:06.000 That's how I see Charlie.
00:03:08.000 You.
00:03:08.000 How do you see it?
00:03:09.000 Well, first, I think we dodged a missile.
00:03:11.000 I mean, never before have we seen such powerful people want to get back into power at the governmental level.
00:03:17.000 And spend as much money.
00:03:19.000 Well, think about it.
00:03:20.000 It was Hollywood, sports, international leaders, big tech, finance.
00:03:26.000 George Soros.
00:03:28.000 Every powerful person that wanted to reclaim the federal government was involved.
00:03:32.000 We've never seen that.
00:03:34.000 The closest would be 2008 Barack Obama, but he didn't need that help.
00:03:36.000 The country was just ready for what he was selling.
00:03:41.000 And it's pretty remarkable and really promising.
00:03:45.000 And I know that's not really the tone of the movement right now, but they spent $380 million to lose in Iowa, Kentucky, Montana, probably North Carolina and Maine.
00:03:57.000 So without the Senate, I still think the president's going to win.
00:04:00.000 Let's just, what we know is that the Senate will remain in Republican hands.
00:04:03.000 It will.
00:04:04.000 Let's talk about why that matters for a second.
00:04:06.000 Because whether it's packing the Supreme Court, not going to happen.
00:04:09.000 Whether it's lowering the voting age, whether it's making Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C. new states.
00:04:14.000 Not going to happen.
00:04:16.000 That is a sucking chest wound.
00:04:18.000 That is an injury to the Democrats, the likes of which, look, we are safe on those issues now.
00:04:22.000 Not to mention, the entire cabinet, if we lose the presidency, now has to go through advising consent of the U.S. Senate.
00:04:30.000 And so instead of Elizabeth Warren becoming Treasury Secretary, they'll just get another Golden Sachs banker.
00:04:34.000 Like, okay, fine.
00:04:35.000 Bernie Saad has become the Secretary of Labor.
00:04:37.000 Precisely.
00:04:38.000 That dog is not going to hunt in the Mitch McConnell Senate.
00:04:41.000 And so we should have lost.
00:04:44.000 We were told that we were lost.
00:04:45.000 But let's just be honest.
00:04:47.000 We were outspent like five to one.
00:04:49.000 We had our stuff censored on social media.
00:04:49.000 Yes.
00:04:52.000 The president was censored.
00:04:53.000 Everyone was censored.
00:04:55.000 We went through a shutdown, a lockdown, a virus that we were getting blamed for politically.
00:05:00.000 They had Black Lives Matter plastered on the NBA finals, every person watching that.
00:05:06.000 BLM Incorporated riots.
00:05:08.000 We were supposed to lose.
00:05:10.000 And the fact that this is now close is an interruption of the plans for Joe Biden and the Democrat ruling class.
00:05:19.000 Look, it's incredibly important to inject that positive tone into what we're doing right now.
00:05:24.000 I switched on Russia's show this morning and he was all about we can win this.
00:05:28.000 Doesn't matter whether it's Arizona or Pennsylvania.
00:05:31.000 We have the figures.
00:05:32.000 I heard all the great, great calculations from the campaign managers today.
00:05:36.000 I want your response.
00:05:38.000 For me, from my perspective, you have a much better grasp of things at the grassroots level across the country because of that incredible thing called Turning Point USA you created.
00:05:48.000 But for me, it's down to who has the better lawyers and who has more guts to win this.
00:05:54.000 What about you?
00:05:54.000 It's a question of fortitude.
00:05:56.000 It really is.
00:05:56.000 Yes.
00:05:57.000 Because these fights get nasty.
00:05:59.000 They get expensive.
00:06:00.000 They're long.
00:06:01.000 And we don't do good.
00:06:03.000 We don't do well, I should say.
00:06:04.000 That's the better.
00:06:06.000 It's been a long month this week.
00:06:07.000 We don't do well in law fair.
00:06:09.000 Yes.
00:06:09.000 Lawfair is not an arena where we as conservatives succeed in.
00:06:14.000 That's where Tom Fitton is one of the only people that has engaged on this.
00:06:18.000 And so they're going to be doing flurries of lawsuits.
00:06:21.000 We'll be doing flurries of lawsuits.
00:06:23.000 So let's just talk about Arizona.
00:06:24.000 I'm not going to say any networks' names because.
00:06:27.000 Well, I will.
00:06:28.000 You can.
00:06:29.000 I won't, but go ahead.
00:06:30.000 What happened at Fox?
00:06:33.000 My most viral tweet.
00:06:35.000 I went crazy last night.
00:06:37.000 My most viral tweet of all was: the likeliest loser of today is Fox News.
00:06:43.000 And it was quoted.
00:06:44.000 My tweet was quoted all over conservative media.
00:06:47.000 This is an outrage.
00:06:48.000 What is it?
00:06:49.000 The decision?
00:06:49.000 What do they call decision-centered?
00:06:51.000 Decision desk.
00:06:52.000 The reason I won't say anything is I go on Fox.
00:06:54.000 I have a lot of friends that work there.
00:06:56.000 So do you.
00:06:56.000 And I just, I feel a little bit.
00:06:59.000 But Tucker Carlson called them out.
00:07:00.000 Of course.
00:07:01.000 It's just not my cousin.
00:07:03.000 Okay, but let me take it.
00:07:05.000 That's just not who I am.
00:07:06.000 So you could do that.
00:07:06.000 Let me take it for a moment.
00:07:09.000 When we have them declare Arizona for Biden, and there's kind of consternation even amongst the maybe potential rhino types at Fox.
00:07:19.000 And they ask Steerwalt to, Chris, where did you get that?
00:07:23.000 Or where did the decision desk deck get that?
00:07:25.000 And we get this strange, oh, it's based upon the votes that have been counted and our exit poll results based upon what formula?
00:07:35.000 What, 30% of this, 20% of that?
00:07:38.000 And then some pixie dots?
00:07:39.000 It's so reckless and irresponsible.
00:07:40.000 So let's just talk about the numbers in Arizona.
00:07:43.000 There are 475,000 ballots that haven't been counted.
00:07:46.000 Correct.
00:07:46.000 475,000.
00:07:48.000 President Trump is winning 65% of all new ballots counted.
00:07:52.000 And so the largest Republican county in the country is a county called Maricopa County.
00:07:57.000 You've been there.
00:07:59.000 What happened on election day was the longest lines they've ever seen in Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, in Chandler, in the Northwest Valley, really Republican areas because people were holding on to their ballots.
00:08:13.000 I have talked to 50 people because we're headquartered in Arizona.
00:08:16.000 Yes.
00:08:16.000 They said their vote has still not been counted according to the registrar's office if they voted on the day of and they dropped their ballot off.
00:08:21.000 Wow.
00:08:22.000 50.
00:08:22.000 So that's 50 for 50.
00:08:24.000 Yes.
00:08:25.000 So 500,000 remaining ballots.
00:08:27.000 What's the deficit between Joe Biden and Donald Trump?
00:08:29.000 It's 90,000 right now.
00:08:31.000 So let me get this straight.
00:08:33.000 They won't call Georgia.
00:08:34.000 They won't call North Carolina.
00:08:36.000 They didn't call Ohio or Florida.
00:08:38.000 I knew we won Florida at 7.30 last night, 7.30.
00:08:43.000 And here's why.
00:08:44.000 But they call Arizona.
00:08:45.000 No, they did not want to give one win to the president.
00:08:48.000 They didn't want this kind of momentum swing.
00:08:50.000 They were filibustering.
00:08:52.000 They were interrupting.
00:08:53.000 They were just kind of bringing down the expectations.
00:08:56.000 And I don't say this lightly.
00:08:57.000 The fix is in against the president.
00:08:59.000 And the American people deserve so much credit.
00:09:02.000 You guys did awesome yesterday.
00:09:04.000 You really did.
00:09:06.000 Despite all the disinformation, the impeachment, the coup, the spying, the five-to-one spending, the censorship, it's unbelievable how well we did.
00:09:15.000 It is.
00:09:15.000 And we don't know how it's going to land.
00:09:17.000 No, really, this is, we were up against a juggernaut here.
00:09:21.000 But I still have to say this.
00:09:23.000 My wife got up at 4 a.m. and she was working as a polling officer till 8 p.m. yesterday.
00:09:28.000 That's what she did.
00:09:29.000 And she came home after that and she said, you know, I just don't get it.
00:09:34.000 And I'm not, you know, the president will fight and fight and fight.
00:09:38.000 But Charlie, what you do is the center of it all.
00:09:42.000 Because the question is, how did tens of millions of Americans still vote Democrat?
00:09:49.000 That's the issue.
00:09:51.000 It definitely is an issue.
00:09:52.000 And I'll agree a little bit.
00:09:55.000 They live in a framework where they've never, some of them have never even met Republicans.
00:10:00.000 Correct.
00:10:01.000 They've been really told misinformation about the virus and the president's handling of it.
00:10:06.000 And this was supposed to be a landslide for them.
00:10:09.000 And Nate Silver should resign.
00:10:13.000 He should retire.
00:10:14.000 I've been calling him out for the last couple of weeks, just poking holes in his data.
00:10:18.000 He had Donald Trump with a 10% chance of winning a week ago.
00:10:24.000 It's a lot better than 10% right now.
00:10:26.000 It is.
00:10:26.000 It's a lot better.
00:10:27.000 And we're seeing some very suspicious things happening across the country.
00:10:31.000 But you're right.
00:10:32.000 I'm equally as positive as I am, how on earth did Joe Biden even crack 20 million votes?
00:10:39.000 President Trump won the most non-white vote share of any Republican since 1956.
00:10:45.000 Incredible.
00:10:45.000 So this is the guy that's supposed to be the racist who's winning more Hispanic and black voters and Asian voters than any Republican since 1956.
00:10:53.000 Dwight D. Eisenhower running in 1956 for reelection.
00:10:57.000 In an age where we are told race is what matters, black lives matter, that is a slap in the face, is it not, for the racial identity politics of the left.
00:11:06.000 What's going to be really amazing, if President Trump wins, he will have been re-elected by black and Hispanic voters in defiance to white liberals who say that Trump is racist.
00:11:17.000 If Trump loses, if Trump loses, it will be black and Hispanic voters that have their will thwarted because of white liberals that think that Trump is racist.
00:11:28.000 Let me ask you something.
00:11:29.000 As I was coming into the studio today, I was listening to a great guy.
00:11:32.000 I love him.
00:11:33.000 I won't mention him.
00:11:34.000 He was a guest on, I think, Fox.
00:11:36.000 I was listening to Fox via satellite.
00:11:39.000 And he said, okay, the president was a candidate until yesterday evening.
00:11:47.000 Now he just needs to be the president.
00:11:50.000 No more campaigning.
00:11:51.000 He just needs to be the president and let the lawyers fight if they can fight.
00:11:56.000 My response is no.
00:11:58.000 Until we have a declared victory, he's still the candidate and the president.
00:12:04.000 I've just read a tweet from Chris Boskirk who says, in contested areas, the president should have rallies.
00:12:10.000 He should keep on having rallies.
00:12:11.000 I think he needs to do both.
00:12:13.000 Charlie?
00:12:14.000 Well, he should continue to be president.
00:12:15.000 He was negotiating Middle East peace.
00:12:17.000 But candidate as well.
00:12:19.000 Of course.
00:12:19.000 Yeah.
00:12:19.000 I mean, we're doing a Trump rally Friday morning outside of the Maricopa County Recorders Office.
00:12:23.000 Office.
00:12:24.000 Excellent.
00:12:24.000 We have a protect the vote rally at 10 a.m.
00:12:27.000 And anyone that wants to go can go to charliekirk.com or email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:12:32.000 And the reason is this, is that rule number eight of Solinsky's rules for radicals is you keep the pressure on them.
00:12:37.000 You never stop.
00:12:38.000 When you win, you keep fighting.
00:12:39.000 Well, yeah, and it's they are going to treat this process more fairly if they think people are watching them.
00:12:47.000 Correct.
00:12:47.000 They are going to treat this process more carefully if they think people are watching them.
00:12:53.000 And the Democrats are going to be out in the streets tonight.
00:12:56.000 Yes.
00:12:56.000 They are going to be out in the streets demanding that Trump not resign, but that Trump concedes.
00:13:03.000 And let's just be very clear.
00:13:04.000 Georgia's looking very good.
00:13:06.000 The president should win in Georgia.
00:13:08.000 Let's absent Stacey Abrams coming out with 150,000 new ballots.
00:13:14.000 Magic ballots.
00:13:15.000 Which they say there's 200,000 ballots outstanding in Georgia.
00:13:19.000 Trump's lead is 80,000.
00:13:21.000 There's still some Republican counties that have yet to fully report.
00:13:24.000 So that means that Joe Biden with the Republican blend would have to win like 65% of the remaining votes in Georgia.
00:13:30.000 I think that's very unlikely.
00:13:32.000 And it's possible, but it's very unlikely.
00:13:35.000 And I think there's a ton of fraud baked into that.
00:13:38.000 And so Georgia's good.
00:13:40.000 North Carolina should be called already.
00:13:42.000 The fact that it hasn't is ridiculous.
00:13:44.000 And then it really comes down to Pennsylvania and Arizona.
00:13:48.000 One of the states that I have been really tracking closely has been Arizona.
00:13:54.000 And it's stunning how quick this was called by all the experts.
00:13:59.000 You have 500,000 ballots that have yet to be counted in the state of Arizona from the largest Republican county in the country.
00:14:07.000 And Trump is winning 65% of all of those ballots that are coming in.
00:14:11.000 But it was very clear that last evening, the activist media, they were all going through a pre-rehearsed script.
00:14:20.000 The only person that really wasn't playing along was Tucker Carlson.
00:14:25.000 Tucker was like, what are we doing here?
00:14:27.000 We're not a banana republic where we just stop counting votes at 12.30 in the morning.
00:14:32.000 It's 1991 post-Soviet Russia.
00:14:35.000 Just go home.
00:14:36.000 We'll tell you who won.
00:14:38.000 And so now you're starting to see the consequences of the mail-in ballot nonsense.
00:14:43.000 You and I talked about this at a lot of our town halls.
00:14:47.000 And it's going to be really who has the better lawyers, who has the will to fight.
00:14:53.000 Here's why the demonstrations are important because the media is going to try to suffocate the Trump movement into surrender right now.
00:15:01.000 I'm already getting push notifications from Huffington Post and all that nonsense where they're like, Biden's going to win.
00:15:06.000 When is Trump going to concede?
00:15:08.000 They're going to try to bring that drumbeat where we look like the ones that are trying to interfere with democracy.
00:15:14.000 So in addition to the events that you're holding in key places that are still battleground districts, what is the role for the average American in addition to going to these events?
00:15:24.000 You're right.
00:15:25.000 We have to keep the eyes on, but what does that look like?
00:15:28.000 Public displays of support.
00:15:30.000 The Trump flags have to go out.
00:15:31.000 The social media posts have to continue and learn.
00:15:35.000 Keep your eyes open, meaning watch these shows, watch what's going on, turn off cable television, get deep into the weeds, but also report voter fraud when you see it to your local county.

00:16:56.000 So you have a couple things you want to read?
00:16:57.000 Yeah, so you've been doing this all day, and I'm glad we're doing this synergistic thing.
00:17:02.000 But I need to do a factor because you've got your notes in front of you.
00:17:05.000 You're constantly scribbling.
00:17:06.000 Your mind is going.
00:17:07.000 I just received this literally 15 minutes ago from a deep insider, not from party politics, but from how should I put this?
00:17:15.000 He's a political operator of several decades in the swamp.
00:17:18.000 And this is from his sources.
00:17:20.000 So let me do the sanity check for our listeners.
00:17:23.000 This is from the, he says it, the president's people.
00:17:27.000 Pathways to victory.
00:17:28.000 In Pennsylvania, there are more than a million ballots left to be counted, including roughly 300,000 in Pennsylvania.
00:17:34.000 Using extremely conservative estimates, even if President Trump receives just 5% of the ballots in Philly and 30% of the other remaining ballots, the president wins PA by 40,000 votes.
00:17:47.000 Arizona, a final batch of mail-in ballots is still being counted with the latest arriving ballots counted last.
00:17:55.000 We believe that over half a million votes remain to be counted.
00:17:58.000 We expect to win between two-thirds and 70% of those ballots.
00:18:04.000 And as a result, the president expects to win by 30,000 votes in Arizona.
00:18:09.000 Nevada, late breaking mail-in votes will help us.
00:18:13.000 We believe that once all legal ballots are counted, we will win by 5,500 votes.
00:18:20.000 We are concerned, however, with corruption in Nevada.
00:18:25.000 Georgia, President Trump has built an insurmountable lead that the Democrats cannot beat.
00:18:30.000 We lead by over 100,000 votes.
00:18:33.000 And then lastly, one sentence in North Carolina: President Trump has built an insurmountable lead that the Democrats cannot beat.
00:18:40.000 We lead by over 76,000 votes.
00:18:43.000 Is that up to date?
00:18:44.000 Is that what you're seeing?
00:18:45.000 If all that materializes, President Trump wins.
00:18:48.000 He wins the whole thing.
00:18:49.000 The White House.
00:18:49.000 He gets the 279 electoral votes, despite Wisconsin and Michigan not going to be able to do it.
00:18:53.000 I think we have to.
00:18:54.000 Michigan and Wisconsin, we just write off now.
00:18:56.000 Yeah, I look, maybe the campaign sees something we don't know.
00:18:58.000 I think that they should ask for recounts.
00:19:00.000 They should contest them.
00:19:01.000 Here's why.
00:19:01.000 It puts the eyes on voter fraud.
00:19:03.000 Maybe we'll discover something that will prevent other races.
00:19:06.000 Other fraud.
00:19:07.000 Yeah, and I just don't see it in Wisconsin.
00:19:09.000 And I say that as someone who grew up in the Midwest and I was looking at the numbers at Wisconsin, I'm stunned to say that because I was up till 3:30 poring over the numbers.
00:19:16.000 Here's just one awesome thing that happened in Wisconsin, though, which is really upset.
00:19:20.000 It's just so awful that we didn't win it.
00:19:23.000 And I don't think that we're going to.
00:19:24.000 Kenosha County.
00:19:25.000 Yes.
00:19:25.000 Kenosha County won by one point in 2016.
00:19:28.000 We won it by 27 points yesterday.
00:19:30.000 I wonder what.
00:19:31.000 Talk to us about.
00:19:32.000 Put Kenosha into context.
00:19:34.000 Would you please, Charlie Kirk?
00:19:35.000 It's the BLM Incorporated County.
00:19:37.000 It's the violence.
00:19:38.000 It's the BLM county.
00:19:40.000 And so I think you saw that all across the 2016.
00:19:43.000 Can you repeat that?
00:19:44.000 That's a 25%.
00:19:46.000 I don't know the final numbers, but as I was looking at them, we won by one point in 2016, and we were winning by about 23 to 26 points all night.
00:19:53.000 30 points at one point as votes are coming in.
00:19:54.000 That's Kenosha County, right on the border of Wisconsin, Illinois, right near Zion, Zion, Wokegan area, Gurney, right on the border.
00:20:02.000 Pretty incredible and remarkable.
00:20:05.000 And so, Wisconsin, I'm glad that they're going to do a recount.
00:20:07.000 I think they actually might find some big fraud, you know, big issues with fraud, voter registration.
00:20:12.000 They have same-day registration in Wisconsin, which is insane.
00:20:16.000 Any state that has same-day voter registration should just completely rethink the way they do it if they want actual clear results.
00:20:22.000 So let's just go through the balance of power of the U.S. Senate.
00:20:24.000 We started the night at 53, really 54, because Tommy Tupperville won.
00:20:28.000 Yeah.
00:20:28.000 Beat Doug Jones handedly, 54.
00:20:30.000 Corey Gardner lost 53.
00:20:33.000 Martha McSallah is probably going to lose.
00:20:34.000 Martha McSally, because she's running even behind the president, 52.
00:20:38.000 But then all of a sudden, Susan Collins and Tom Tillis are holding on.
00:20:42.000 Can you imagine if we end the evening, we end all of this without losing any structural advantage in the U.S. Senate?
00:20:49.000 Now, there's a couple of questions, though.
00:20:50.000 Georgia.
00:20:52.000 So, Georgia, Purdue needs to have plus 50% to avoid a runoff versus Aussif.
00:20:57.000 That's not going to be good for anyone.
00:20:59.000 And then Kelly Loeffler beat Doug Collins to go up against, I think his name is Warnocker or something.
00:21:05.000 I'm Wardner.
00:21:07.000 Again, too many names, too many numbers.
00:21:09.000 The gentleman who's running as a Democrat in Georgia, that'll be a runoff on January 5th.
00:21:15.000 I think that all of this fraud and this nonsense, we're going to turn out in huge numbers for that Georgia special election.
00:21:22.000 Here's a very interesting thing to think about.
00:21:24.000 If Trump loses the presidency, he'll probably go do a MAGA rally for Kelly Laughlin to still win that Senate race, which I totally support, by the way.
00:21:32.000 I don't think that Trump's going to lose the presidency.
00:21:34.000 We have a structural advantage based on all votes remaining to be counted in Pennsylvania, in Georgia, North Carolina, Arizona.
00:21:43.000 And if we win Nevada, that's just, you know, that's cherries on top.
00:21:46.000 So let's say that everything I just read to you comes true and we expose corruption and fraud elsewhere, which just helps to bolster the case and the president is solidified.
00:21:58.000 And before the magical December 8th sanctuary, where the Electoral College has to vote, the president is reinstated and sworn back for his second term.
00:22:07.000 What are the consequences of the last 18 hours for America moving forward?
00:22:12.000 And I don't mean the MAGA agenda.
00:22:15.000 You wrote the book, you know, the MAGA Doctrine.
00:22:17.000 I'm talking about what happens to, let's get a little bit nerdy for a second because you really follow this stuff.
00:22:23.000 What happens to election integrity and the way we proceed?
00:22:27.000 Because as I said, I don't want to be in a country where we turn election day into election month.
00:22:34.000 But let me, we have an example of what to do.
00:22:38.000 It's called Florida.
00:22:39.000 Yeah.
00:22:39.000 Ron DeSantis won Florida for Trump.
00:22:43.000 Ron DeSantis got Florida.
00:22:45.000 A three-point win in Florida is what we call a blowout.
00:22:48.000 I'm a resident of Florida.
00:22:49.000 I move from Illinois, so my vote would be counted.
00:22:51.000 And how is Florida that has a bigger population than Pennsylvania, able to have their results 95% in by 8 p.m. with more absentee ballot requests, more vote by mail, because you have an elderly population?
00:23:06.000 Here's why.
00:23:07.000 Ron DeSantis won the governor's race narrowly against the criminal Andrew Gillum.
00:23:11.000 He's awful.
00:23:12.000 Praise God he didn't win that governor's race.
00:23:14.000 Ron DeSantis immediately asked for Brenda Snipe's resignation from Broward County.
00:23:19.000 He did.
00:23:19.000 Broward County was the Philadelphia of Florida.
00:23:23.000 But Ron DeSantis came in and he said, Let me tell you how this is going to work now that I'm in charge.
00:23:28.000 You have all ballots in by 7 p.m.
00:23:30.000 You have them tabulated and counted by 9 p.m.
00:23:34.000 If by 8:30 you're seeing any problems, you have to pick up the phone to the central account recording agency and you have to explain yourself why you're not going to have 95% in.
00:23:44.000 He was challenged in court and he won.
00:23:46.000 This is why we knew who was going to win in Florida by 7.30.
00:23:49.000 So is it up to us winning the governorships and getting tough guys like DeSantis everywhere?
00:23:55.000 Well, but why is it that we have Republican governors in some of these other states and it's a complete and total disaster?
00:24:01.000 It's because Ron DeSantis is a movement conservative.
00:24:03.000 That's why.
00:24:04.000 It's because Ron DeSantis was a true conservative from Ponavedra.
00:24:09.000 He defended the president throughout the Peaches.
00:24:10.000 And he understood why the president won.
00:24:12.000 Yeah.
00:24:13.000 By the way, he took a huge, he had one of the greatest upsets in his Republican primary in Florida against Adam Putnam, won thanks to the endorsement of Trump, beat Gillum against all odds, and he's been a phenomenal governor.
00:24:25.000 Here's the other lesson for Republican governors, though.
00:24:27.000 If we end up losing Arizona, it'll be because Arizona didn't open up quick enough.
00:24:32.000 That's why.
00:24:32.000 Ron DeSantis, get this, with the most elderly people per capita of any state in the country, opened up his state fully in June and July.
00:24:42.000 Business is open, and he was rewarded for it.
00:24:44.000 The state that opened up in defiance of national lockdowns has the most convincing per capita victory for President Trump last night.
00:24:53.000 Is that a, can you generalize that observation?
00:24:57.000 Can you say that the coronavirus can be generalized in its effect on the election based upon what we saw in Florida?
00:25:05.000 I think that there are a couple of things that happened in Florida, and I think the media is sloppily covering it.
00:25:12.000 They're covering it just from the Cuban vote in Florida, and it's a lot more complicated.
00:25:15.000 It is.
00:25:16.000 We did better with seniors.
00:25:18.000 We did better in Sumter County, which is the villages.
00:25:21.000 So how do we do better with seniors with the Chinese coronavirus?
00:25:24.000 Because maybe the seniors actually want to see the country open and they want a life for their kids and grandkids.
00:25:29.000 Who would have ever thought of this kind of intergenerational thinking?
00:25:32.000 Now, you mentioned the kids and the grandkids.
00:25:35.000 I need you to verify or to shoot down what we heard in the last six, seven days before the election, that we were seeing a break amongst the millennial voting constituency insofar as a lot of them were fed up with the lockdown, wanted to get back to school, wanted to get back to living a quasi-normal life as much as possible.
00:25:58.000 Is that true?
00:25:59.000 Was that borne out by last night?
00:26:01.000 State by state.
00:26:02.000 We did not as well with the youth vote as I would have liked in Georgia.
00:26:05.000 We're still looking into the data.
00:26:06.000 I think a lot of it is the Hollywood effect.
00:26:08.000 And also, it's harder for me to actually get young people excited when everything around them is culturally conservative because they feel less rebellious.
00:26:17.000 So Georgia has been so intergenerationally conservative that there's kind of a fun spirit to all of a sudden trying out the Democrat thing, which is just so incredibly self-defeating.
00:26:28.000 I thought we were the culture.
00:26:29.000 No, we are.
00:26:30.000 Think about it.
00:26:31.000 If you're in Georgia, it hasn't voted Republican since 1972.
00:26:34.000 Vote Democrats since 1972.
00:26:36.000 Actually, that's not true.
00:26:37.000 Clinton won it in 92 or 96.
00:26:40.000 Anyway, it's this idea that we're going to fight the system.
00:26:43.000 However, we did better with younger voters in Ohio.
00:26:46.000 We did really well with younger voters in Florida.
00:26:49.000 And if we win Pennsylvania, it will be because of younger voters.
00:26:52.000 It will be.
00:26:52.000 And is that a COVID thing as far as you're concerned, or is it deeper?
00:26:56.000 Is it because Turning Point USA?
00:26:58.000 Yeah, I mean, look, I don't want to take credit.
00:27:00.000 I can tell you this, though.
00:27:02.000 At Turning Point Action, our political vehicle, Turning Point USA, is all culture.
00:27:06.000 I can say this.
00:27:07.000 One of the reasons why last night was not a bloodbath was because of what we've done with young people.
00:27:12.000 We won 37% of younger voters in some of these states.
00:27:16.000 That's enough to win.
00:27:17.000 Wow.
00:27:18.000 We did not get obliterated.
00:27:20.000 The turnout was not what they wanted it to be.
00:27:22.000 And that's based on exit polling data.
00:27:23.000 We'll find out.
00:27:24.000 We'll go precinct by precinct.
00:27:25.000 We'll do a huge dive.
00:27:25.000 This is just an immediate observation.
00:27:27.000 But we would have known if there was a deluge, if there would have been a deluge.
00:27:31.000 One of the major reasons why Obama won Ohio was because he ran up the score at Ohio State University and Athens, Ohio, at Ohio University and Cleveland State University.
00:27:39.000 It's non-existent.
00:27:40.000 We won Ohio by eight points last night.
00:27:42.000 And the same can be said for Iowa.
00:27:44.000 We did really well in Iowa City where University of Iowa is.
00:27:47.000 We did really well in Ames where Iowa State University is.
00:27:50.000 And so while we did not win the youth vote, we did a lot better than what people would think.
00:27:54.000 So I think that where turning point action, our political vehicle really played a role is we did not allow a student surge to happen for the Democrats.
00:28:05.000 We diluted a lot of their enthusiasm.
00:28:07.000 We converted people to our side.
00:28:09.000 We turned out our voters.
00:28:11.000 And so I can say confidently that we did our job.
00:28:15.000 We did.
00:28:15.000 If we lose, it'll be because of white, upper-middle-class, college-educated, college-educated suburban women.
00:28:20.000 He said the phrase, if we lose far too many times for my comfort, but I know he wants to win.
00:28:26.000 You know that I'm just fair on this.
00:28:28.000 I want the president to win.
00:28:29.000 I just don't want to mislead anyone.
00:28:30.000 If all that happens, what you said, we're going to win.
00:28:33.000 So it's simple.
00:28:37.000 Has this election cycle gotten you stressed out, worn down?
00:28:40.000 If so, time to bounce back.
00:28:42.000 What's the number one mineral to fight stress and fatigue?
00:28:44.000 Magnesium.
00:28:45.000 Before I even signed bio-optimizers, by the way, I have to tell you, I've been using magnesium before I go to sleep every night.
00:28:51.000 It totally works.
00:28:52.000 It's amazing.
00:28:53.000 And there's no bad side effects.
00:28:55.000 You wake up with so much energy.
00:28:57.000 I want you to try a new dietary supplement of veggie capsules with me called Magnesium Breakthrough from my friends of the show, Bio Optimizers.
00:29:04.000 This is the magnesium supplement I recommend because it combines all seven essential forms of magnesium into one convenient daily dosage.
00:29:11.000 Most magnesium supplements fail because they are not full spectrum.
00:29:14.000 When you get all seven critical forms of magnesium, so many functions in your body can get upgraded.
00:29:19.000 The supplements are designed to enhance focus, sleep, reduce inflammation, and improve your body's reaction to stress.
00:29:24.000 It's really worked for me.
00:29:25.000 So check out Magnesium Breakthrough with me.
00:29:27.000 Take two pills a day with your evening meal and you can reverse magnesium deficiency in all of its forms.

00:29:49.000 Arizona's looking very good.
00:29:50.000 All of a sudden, ABC, New York Times, CNN have all pulled their calls that President Trump lost Arizona.
00:29:56.000 But did Fox that announced it first?
00:29:59.000 We're waiting.
00:30:00.000 What's happening, guys?
00:30:01.000 Are you listening?
00:30:02.000 Is Tucker Carlson going to have to kick you in the backside again like he did last?
00:30:06.000 Let me get embarrassing, guys.
00:30:08.000 There are 650,000 outstanding ballots in Arizona, 650,000 ballots.
00:30:13.000 President Trump, in order to win the state of Arizona, now only needs to win 58% of remaining ballots.
00:30:18.000 He's winning 66% of them.
00:30:20.000 Based on all data that I have seen from the governor's office and from people that I know in Arizona, President Trump might win Arizona by 100,000 votes.
00:30:27.000 And when do you expect it to be declared, though?
00:30:30.000 That's the key question.
00:30:31.000 Could it be today?
00:30:31.000 Could it be how soon?
00:30:33.000 We don't know.
00:30:34.000 This is going to be tied up in the courts.
00:30:35.000 The Biden campaign is trying to preemptively declare victory.
00:30:37.000 Today.
00:30:38.000 And all the activist networks, they're in on it.
00:30:40.000 I hope all of you guys watching this and listening to this realize this was like written as if it was a three-part play.
00:30:49.000 I went into this, Charlie, worried about the secretaries of state in each state.
00:30:54.000 I was worried about the lieutenant governors, the attorney generals, and the governors.
00:30:57.000 Charlie, they're not the problem.
00:30:59.000 They're the secondary problem.
00:31:00.000 The problem is the media.
00:31:02.000 It was the media that was declaring states without the evidence.
00:31:06.000 This is the big lesson for the future.
00:31:09.000 Well, it's just, yeah, but they're also calling, they're not calling the states where there is the evidence.
00:31:13.000 Yes.
00:31:15.000 They didn't call Ohio till midnight.
00:31:17.000 They didn't call Florida.
00:31:18.000 Florida.
00:31:18.000 Here's the significance.
00:31:20.000 If they would have called Florida when we knew Florida was winning, there were 25,000 people still in line to vote in Arizona.
00:31:26.000 They would have gotten a push notification.
00:31:28.000 Oh, wow, Trump can do this.
00:31:30.000 Maybe I'm going to go vote for Trump.
00:31:32.000 Maybe I'm going to go still go to the polls and help him.
00:31:34.000 But Fox was quick to say that Trump lost for a while.
00:31:36.000 Don't bother.
00:31:37.000 Don't bother.
00:31:38.000 And Virginia was tighter than people would have actually thought.
00:31:40.000 Now, Biden probably did win Virginia.
00:31:42.000 The votes are still coming in, but it wasn't worthy of an instantaneous call.
00:31:47.000 No.
00:31:47.000 At all.
00:31:48.000 No.
00:31:48.000 At like 9 p.m.
00:31:50.000 It's insane.
00:31:50.000 So here's the path.
00:31:51.000 Arizona is looking increasingly good for the president.
00:31:53.000 All the networks have now called their projections.
00:31:56.000 They've retracted them, as which we told them that they were going to do.
00:31:59.000 Georgia has got to normalize.
00:32:02.000 Georgia, I'm a little bit worried about.
00:32:04.000 North Carolina is fine.
00:32:05.000 Pennsylvania.
00:32:06.000 Pennsylvania.
00:32:06.000 Who knows?
00:32:07.000 You know, the one thing about Pennsylvania, I said, I am the least involved in that.
00:32:12.000 That is a dirty for you.
00:32:14.000 I will go.
00:32:15.000 I don't know the state that well.
00:32:17.000 I've been following it.
00:32:18.000 We did a couple of visits there.
00:32:19.000 Trump campaign, that's all you.
00:32:21.000 You got it.
00:32:23.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:32:24.000 Well, I mean, we're headquartered in Arizona, right?
00:32:26.000 So I think there is no path about Arizona.
00:32:28.000 So let me just be clear.
00:32:29.000 We win Arizona, hold on to Georgia, North Carolina, win Pennsylvania.
00:32:34.000 Donald J. Trump wins four more years.
00:32:36.000 You have a Senate and you gain seats in the House.
00:32:38.000 Take that billionaire class, Hollywood elites, professional athletes, big tech, intercontinental forces that were trying to destroy our president.
00:32:47.000 And listen to the one big take home.
00:32:50.000 We only do this.
00:32:51.000 We only do Turning Point USA, Charlie's show, my show, the whole Salem Empire, because of the so what question.
00:32:59.000 What difference does it make to you?
00:33:02.000 And what difference can you make?
00:33:04.000 We have to keep the pressure on.
00:33:06.000 We have to make them feel like we are watching them.
00:33:10.000 So whether it's Charlie's events, whether it's going to the places where they're counting the votes and letting your voice be heard, your support for the president be seen, or whether it is simply sending a message that you are on the side of America.
00:33:24.000 You matter.
00:33:25.000 It doesn't matter where you live.
00:33:28.000 They have to feel as if they can't get away with it.
00:33:31.000 It is crunch time.
00:33:32.000 The election is not over, sadly, but we have to keep the pressure on.
00:33:37.000 So even if it's self-organized, if it's just organic events, I did the Beltway Trump convoy with hundreds of vehicles organized by a Hispanic lady for the president.
00:33:47.000 We drove around the Beltway.
00:33:48.000 We surrounded the swamp on Sunday.
00:33:50.000 We sent a message to the globalists.
00:33:53.000 We sent a message to the ingrained bureaucracy and to the media class.
00:33:57.000 You can do it and you must do it everywhere.
00:34:00.000 Everyone watching this, do something right now to help the president.
00:34:03.000 Put out a flag outside of your dorm room.
00:34:05.000 Go drive around the neighborhood with a Trump flag.
00:34:08.000 People need to see public displays of support.
00:34:10.000 Crucial.
00:34:11.000 Because now this thing is going into the county recorder's office.
00:34:13.000 And with this data I just got from Arizona, it's a game changer.
00:34:17.000 I thought there might be 100,000 ballots outstanding.
00:34:19.000 Yeah, but not 650.
00:34:21.000 How are they calling this race?
00:34:23.000 This, I'm telling everyone watching this right now, they hate you so much and they hate President Trump because he fights for you.
00:34:31.000 They think you're stupid.
00:34:33.000 And guess what?
00:34:34.000 We got eyes on all of them.
00:34:35.000 We're going to organize.
00:34:36.000 We're going to rally.
00:34:37.000 We're not going to let them steal this from us.
00:34:39.000 They think they can get away with it, but you can stop them if you let them feel the heat.
00:34:45.000 Send a message.
00:34:46.000 Be loud.
00:34:47.000 Be proud.
00:34:48.000 Be Americans.
00:34:49.000 I'm Sebastian Gorka with Charlie Kirk.
00:34:51.000 Follow me at Seb Gorka.
00:34:52.000 See you guys tomorrow though.
00:34:53.000 I'm going to use the same method for the first
