00:00:57.000 Here we go.
00:00:59.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:00.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:03.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:06.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:09.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:10.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:11.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:01:13.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:18.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:20.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:28.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:32.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:40.000 Charlie, I grew up in America where we celebrated Top Gun, the original, where we were proud to be an American and we were proud of the values we represented around the world.
00:01:53.000 Now we have BLM flags and pride flags flying at embassies across the world.
00:01:58.000 We have an assault on traditional values.
00:02:00.000 How do we stop America from exporting this poison to the rest of the world?
00:02:06.000 I can't believe I'm asking that as a proud patriot, but what do we have to do now to save the world from ourselves?
00:02:13.000 Jerry from Washington.
00:02:16.000 It's a very insightful and wise question.
00:02:20.000 This is one of the reasons why I tell everyone to be careful about America meddling in other countries' affairs.
00:02:26.000 When they say we are going to bring American values to Ukraine, what do they mean by that?
00:02:31.000 They mean an abortion clinic on every corner.
00:02:35.000 They mean they want to bring sex education to nine-year-olds.
00:02:38.000 They want to make sure drag queens are in Kyiv.
00:02:42.000 They want to put BLM flags on embassies.
00:02:46.000 U.S. embassies across the world are going to be flying Black Lives Matter flags.
00:02:54.000 Secretary Blinken authorizing U.S. embassies to fly BLM flags for Juneteenth.
00:03:01.000 Yes, the very same BLMs that burned and looted and unfortunately had murder, burn, loot, murder, BLM during Floyd Apalooza.
00:03:15.000 That's that probably illegally embezzled funds and lied about it on their nonprofit forms.
00:03:24.000 But they get to have their flags flown from our embassies.
00:03:29.000 When they say they want to bring American values to other countries, they're talking about left-wing, radical ideas and values.
00:03:38.000 The ideas that we now have in our own country and are exporting are a threat to other countries.
00:03:46.000 We're not exporting separation of powers and consent to the governed and self-government and individual liberty.
00:03:52.000 No, we're exporting drag queens and BLM flags.
00:03:59.000 Now, I have a lot of respect for Tom Cotton.
00:04:02.000 I think Tom Cotton is right on almost every major issue, but I have big disagreements with him.
00:04:07.000 And disagreement is fun amongst people that respect each other on foreign policy.
00:04:13.000 So Senator Tom Cotton goes on the program here, and he perfectly disassembles this.
00:04:20.000 But I'm going to add a little bit of context and push back a little bit on Tom Cotton because he has been a major sponsor of trying to build this monolith of foreign engagement and involvement, especially in Ukraine and other theaters around the world.
00:04:38.000 Well, the more money you give them, Senator Cotton, don't you make that very same enterprise more likely to do things like this?
00:04:45.000 Listen to this clip of Senator Tom Cotton's appropriate takedown, and I'm going to add a little bit of a wrinkle to it.
00:04:51.000 Play Cut 61.
00:04:52.000 Secretary of State Blinken has authorized U.S. embassies the world over to fly the BLM flag in honor of Juneteenth.
00:04:59.000 Your thoughts?
00:04:59.000 Well, I don't know why anyone wants to fly the BLM flag.
00:05:02.000 As you say, they're run by frauds and embezzlers.
00:05:05.000 It's a Marxist organization that wants to abolish the nuclear family and is deeply anti-Israel.
00:05:10.000 But more to the point as well, our embassy should fly the American flag.
00:05:14.000 We don't send our people abroad to represent their race or their sex or their affinity group.
00:05:21.000 We send them to represent America and the stars and stripes stands for America.
00:05:26.000 I totally, I think that's a great takedown.
00:05:28.000 I think Senator Cotton was very articulate in that, and I agree with all of it.
00:05:31.000 However, let's not be naive.
00:05:33.000 When you go spend $40 billion and send it to Ukraine, when we build this massive national defense structure, do you think that you're actually funding an enterprise that cares about the flag?
00:05:44.000 No, you're funding an enterprise that cares about the trans LGBT agenda.
00:05:50.000 You have to understand that now.
00:05:51.000 You know, this is a hard thing for people to recognize and realize our military is quickly becoming an owned and operated enterprise of the Alphabet Mafia and BLM racial arsonist agenda.
00:06:03.000 Now, you won't be able to hear this on radio or on the podcast, but we will be able to show this on the live stream.
00:06:07.000 We're going to write this up at charliekirk.com.
00:06:10.000 Put 133 on the screen.
00:06:12.000 133, you have Levine, Richard Levine, and Jean-Pierre.
00:06:18.000 They are holding up the new gay flag, if you haven't noticed, that it's the new gay pride, whatever flag with the trans arrow on it.
00:06:27.000 Levine is a man who thinks he is a woman.
00:06:31.000 And Jean-Pierre, I think, is a lesbian.
00:06:37.000 Is that right?
00:06:38.000 I don't want to misspeak here.
00:06:39.000 I really don't care that much because I don't think about this stuff that deeply.
00:06:43.000 Okay, she's a lesbian.
00:06:44.000 Okay.
00:06:45.000 Oh, is she again?
00:06:47.000 I don't know what the right term is.
00:06:48.000 Is it queer?
00:06:49.000 Is it gay?
00:06:50.000 It's lesbian.
00:06:53.000 Okay, Andrew said she's gay.
00:06:55.000 So she's not a lesbian?
00:06:57.000 I guess that's the same thing.
00:07:00.000 All right, whatever.
00:07:00.000 Same thing.
00:07:01.000 Okay, so they're holding up the, put that up again, please.
00:07:04.000 You got Levine and you got Jean-Pierre.
00:07:07.000 This is your government.
00:07:09.000 When you go and give extra money to go sprinkle it to foreign aid to other countries, this is Levine and this is Jean-Pierre.
00:07:16.000 You have Levine, man who thinks he's a woman, and Jean-Pierre holding up the trans gay flag, staring into the camera.
00:07:26.000 You go to the State Department, their website, they spend their time now on an equity action plan from the U.S. State Department.
00:07:36.000 Addressing systemic racism and strengthening democracy worldwide is a core tenant of President Biden's foreign policy.
00:07:44.000 The U.S. Department of State is the lead foreign affairs agency within the executive branch for conducting diplomacy.
00:07:51.000 Order 13985 mandating all federal agencies ensure their mission advance racial equity and support for underserved communities.
00:08:00.000 Let's not be naive, everybody.
00:08:02.000 As we build this massive military-industrial complex, we are not funding the same military or the same adventures abroad that you might have grown up in.
00:08:12.000 This is a completely different military.
00:08:16.000 Not the troops themselves or the heroes that are actually doing the work, but at the top levels.
00:08:21.000 And yes, it is hierarchical and they do give orders and they have to follow orders.
00:08:27.000 The State Department now has a diversity, equity, and inclusion officer.
00:08:31.000 The display of the BLM in Progress flied flags, include at the U.S. Embassy in Vatican City, is just part of the State Department's woke equity agenda, spearheaded by Ambassador Gina Abercrombie, Wynne Stanley, the department's first chief diversity and inclusion officer.
00:08:51.000 So if you're like, hey, we got to get involved in more wars overseas, understand that the regime that you are supporting, not the country you're supporting.
00:09:03.000 This is a very important point.
00:09:04.000 When you say, yeah, America should go fight abroad for these, it's not going to happen.
00:09:10.000 The regime is a different organism.
00:09:15.000 It's a different organization than the country that you love.
00:09:20.000 The disconnect between the people that run the country and the people that are ruled has never been so broad.
00:09:27.000 The 19-page document from the U.S. State Department promises, quote, to embed equity into U.S. foreign policies, quote, quote, to embed intersectional equity principles into diversifying public diplomacy, and quote, increase inclusive, equitable messaging and to combat disinformation.
00:09:43.000 So you might have a question: well, Charlie, how do we fix this?
00:09:47.000 You start by fixing it by opposing the wars and the initiatives, the projects, and the permanent funding pipeline to so many of these incredibly broken and woke and unfortunately anti-Western enterprises that our own government is funding and fostering.
00:10:09.000 So when I hear, you know, oh, we're going to go support Zelensky, front page of the New York Times, yeah, I don't like Putin.
00:10:15.000 Putin's a scumbag.
00:10:16.000 He's a war criminal, all that stuff.
00:10:18.000 But I'm going to be honest about our own side.
00:10:21.000 I'm going to say, wait a second, we're going to go establish Western values in Ukraine.
00:10:26.000 What do you mean by that?
00:10:28.000 You mean LGBT flags and drag queens and abortion clinics is what you mean.
00:10:32.000 And there you have Richard Levine and Jean-Pierre holding up the trans gay flag.
00:10:38.000 They know they look dumb and weak.
00:10:40.000 They know we know they look dumb and weak and they don't care.

00:12:46.000 Check it out.
00:12:51.000 All right, we have a question here.
00:12:52.000 Susie from Antioch, Illinois.
00:12:54.000 Charlie, I have very serious reservations about giving the vaccine to my two-year-old son.
00:13:00.000 But I know my pediatrician will likely recommend it now that the FDA has approved.
00:13:06.000 What are your thoughts?
00:13:07.000 Is there anyone pushing back against this?
00:13:10.000 So look, I just want to reiterate that vaccine companies have pushed this onto little kids because they want to get it onto the official childhood schedule, vaccination schedule, for liability protection.
00:13:21.000 Similar to the WHO story that we talked about and covered in great detail, states can push back against this.
00:13:28.000 And there is one governor who is pushing back against this.
00:13:33.000 It is Governor Ron DeSantis.
00:13:36.000 Governor Ron DeSantis is pushing back against the biomedical corporate pharma fascist regime and saying, this is the line.
00:13:46.000 We're not going to do this.
00:13:48.000 There is no reason whatsoever to inoculate six-month to five-year-olds against a virus that they are not dying from.
00:14:00.000 You are injecting a gene therapy that is called a vaccine.
00:14:05.000 Dr. Cole is just on our program and he walked through all the risks associated with it.
00:14:10.000 We've had Dr. Malone do the same thing.
00:14:12.000 Dr. McCullough do the same thing.
00:14:15.000 And Ron DeSantis is saying, I'm not just going to keep on going along for the next thing.
00:14:19.000 We're not just going to keep on falling for the phase three experimental gene therapy.
00:14:24.000 Now, if you got vaccinated and if you believe in the vaccine, fine.
00:14:29.000 That's your choice.
00:14:30.000 But we're talking about children that don't have a choice.
00:14:34.000 And some parents are going to be pressured by doctors, by institutions to give a vaccine against a virus that does not pose a significant risk for them.
00:14:47.000 And by the way, a vaccine that does not even prevent getting the virus.
00:14:53.000 Just ask Anthony Fauci, as he now has the virus.
00:14:58.000 Cut 109, Governor Ron DeSantis defends Florida being the only state to not pre-order COVID vaccines for kids under five and recommends against taking it.
00:15:09.000 Why is every Republican governor not doing this?
00:15:11.000 Why are other Republican governors ordering the vaccine?
00:15:15.000 Play Cut 109.
00:15:17.000 So our Department of Health has been very clear.
00:15:20.000 The risks outweigh the benefits, and we recommend against.
00:15:23.000 That's not the same as banning it.
00:15:25.000 I mean, people can access it if they want to, and parents can do.
00:15:28.000 But if you look at when they were doing the hearing, you had one physician say, you know, parents are really, really frightened.
00:15:35.000 Like, we know that the risk is low.
00:15:38.000 We're not sure how this is going to work, but parents are really frightened about COVID for their kids.
00:15:42.000 And which I would say is, why would they be frightened about it?
00:15:45.000 It's because of media hysteria.
00:15:48.000 It's because of a lot of misinformation.
00:15:50.000 That's why they're scared.
00:15:53.000 One day he could be a good president, a great president.
00:15:56.000 I'll tell you what, that is courage right there.
00:15:58.000 That is not easy.
00:16:00.000 Boy, standing up against the media saying that.
00:16:03.000 Why are parents upset?
00:16:04.000 Because of media propaganda, media frustration.
00:16:07.000 No, we are not going to pre-order COVID vaccines for kids under five.
00:16:12.000 It is insane.
00:16:13.000 People know it's insane.
00:16:15.000 And the typical Republican consensus is: let's just roll over and do it, even if it harms our kids.
00:16:19.000 Oh, who cares if they go to drag queens, drag queen bars?
00:16:23.000 Who cares?
00:16:24.000 I mean, we get lower taxes, right?
00:16:26.000 Ron DeSantis says, no, I'm the governor of one of the largest states in the country.
00:16:29.000 I'm not going to put up with this.
00:16:31.000 And I'm going to push back against this idea that parents somehow need to be afraid for their kids for COVID.
00:16:37.000 No, you watch too much news and you are falling victim to Operation Mockingbird is what's happening.
00:16:42.000 And by the way, I've been alive for 28 years.
00:16:45.000 I know a lot of you have been longer, alive a lot longer than that.
00:16:48.000 This idea of just adults suddenly dropping dead, sudden adult death syndrome, it's not normal.
00:16:53.000 Let's stop pretending as if this is something that is just perfectly mainstream.
00:16:58.000 Is it because of the vaccine?
00:16:59.000 We don't know.
00:17:00.000 Is it a question we should ask?
00:17:01.000 Absolutely.
00:17:03.000 Is the vaccine causing people to drop dead?
00:17:06.000 I don't know.
00:17:07.000 Is there something that, something else that's causing it?
00:17:10.000 I would like an answer.
00:17:10.000 I'm not saying I know definitively.
00:17:12.000 Do you know definitively?
00:17:13.000 Can you tell me what that might be?
00:17:16.000 Why all of a sudden we have a sudden adult death syndrome?
00:17:21.000 What's going on with the do we have autopsies?
00:17:23.000 What is the cause of death?
00:17:23.000 Oh, it's just a sudden death.
00:17:25.000 Really?
00:17:25.000 We're just supposed to tolerate that?
00:17:27.000 That's how we're supposed to accept that?
00:17:29.000 I'm sorry.
00:17:30.000 America is the only country in the world to approve jabs for your two-year-old.
00:17:36.000 What we do know with the sudden death, sudden adult death syndrome, SADS, is that blood clots are a common theme for the cause of death.
00:17:45.000 What would cause blood clots?
00:17:47.000 Why are there not more autopsies?
00:17:49.000 We're seeing these tragic stories of 17, 18, and 19-year-olds just dropping dead.
00:17:53.000 And people say, oh, well, that's just the way it is.
00:17:55.000 No, it's not, actually.
00:17:57.000 This is not normal.
00:17:59.000 Ron DeSantis is finally talking against this.
00:18:02.000 So, Susie, to answer your question from Antioch, Illinois, you might have to move to Florida to protect your kids.
00:18:10.000 Look, as you know, our friend Mike Lindell has amazing passion and especially has a passion to help everyone get the best sleep of their life.
00:18:16.000 He didn't stop by simply creating the best pillow.

00:18:56.000 We have Carl from Tennessee says, Charlie, I saw that Turning Point USA is not having off as a federal holiday for Juneteenth.
00:19:09.000 Why is that?
00:19:09.000 What is your perspective on Juneteenth?
00:19:13.000 So last year, we came out pretty, let's just say publicly, against the idea of making Juneteenth a federal holiday.
00:19:20.000 And it's rather clever by the left, you have to admit.
00:19:23.000 Juneteenth, as it is properly understood, of course, is something worthy of appreciation.
00:19:30.000 It is the day the news of emancipation reached Texas and that news started to spread.
00:19:37.000 That is not at all what's going on here.
00:19:38.000 Let's stop being naive.
00:19:39.000 Let's stop looking at things as they tell them as they are and really what's going on here.
00:19:43.000 What's really going on here is a BLM holiday to try to focus on alleged systemic racism, to resurrect a propaganda campaign to try and focus on racial differences and to try and have a point of reference right before July 4th, by the way, intentionally summertime holiday to have the worst people you could imagine, Ibram X. Kendi being one of them,
00:20:13.000 and Robin DiAngelo and Nicole Hannah Jones give them a day where they could become incredibly relevant to talk about, well, yeah, of course, Juneteenth was nice, but really we're more racist than ever.
00:20:27.000 That's exactly the wording they're going to use.
00:20:29.000 It's like, oh, yeah, whatever, Juneteenth day that what's really going on is Juneteenth is to show that, look at systemic racism and inequality and inequity.
00:20:38.000 And some Republicans will say, oh, no, no, you know, Juneteenth is a conservative day because it's about the freeing of slaves.
00:20:45.000 Of course, if we weren't talking about another political movement that wants us to try to have a federal holiday where they can corrupt the American flag, done, Tempe, Arizona, they took down all the American flags and put up BLM Juneteenth flags and then have an unnecessary, unhelpful, entire massive propaganda campaign that will be happening on TikTok, on Twitter, on Facebook, on Instagram,
00:21:13.000 all about how racist our country is.
00:21:15.000 You really think that the theme that you're going to get forward from the mainstream media on Juneteenth as this is celebrated is going to be all about how Republicans ended slavery?
00:21:27.000 You think that's what this is going to be about?
00:21:29.000 Yeah, just like how the left is never going to come after your children.
00:21:33.000 Just, you know, LGBT thing.
00:21:36.000 Just have marriage equality and everything's going to stop.
00:21:39.000 Stop being naive, everybody.
00:21:41.000 Understand what we're up against.
00:21:42.000 We're up against political locusts that never stop.
00:21:46.000 Okay, we have the flags.
00:21:48.000 Yeah, this is the flags in downtown Tempe.
00:21:51.000 Took down American flags.
00:21:52.000 Can we put it on the main screen, please?
00:21:54.000 Took down the American flags and put up Juneteenth flags.
00:22:00.000 There they are, downtown Tempe, right there.
00:22:02.000 That's a Juneteenth flag.
00:22:04.000 They have their own flag now using the American colors, but they have their own symbol and the whole everything.
00:22:13.000 And also, it's interspersed with the pride flags.
00:22:18.000 It's right in front of a mosque, right?
00:22:20.000 I don't think they'd have the pride flags in front of the mosque.
00:22:24.000 I don't know who would.
00:22:26.000 I don't know how that dog won't hunt.
00:22:30.000 And so some people say, Charlie, you know, why do you have to be against something that could potentially unite us?
00:22:37.000 You think the left is doing this to unite us?
00:22:40.000 You think the left does anything to unite?
00:22:42.000 No, no, they want to crush you.
00:22:43.000 They want to crush our country.
00:22:46.000 Let's play 137.
00:22:48.000 100,000 people came to Point State Park for the Western PA Juneteenth Festival because it's America's Second Independence Day, and everybody should be celebrating this.
00:22:58.000 And we just don't want to have it a big party.
00:23:00.000 We want people to have some confidence about what Juneteenth is about.
00:23:03.000 That's William Marshall.
00:23:05.000 He's the organizer.
00:23:06.000 He tells Channel 11, the Juneteenth Festival is not just for black people.
00:23:11.000 Yeah, it's a Second Independence Day.
00:23:14.000 You know, the Independence Day of July 4th, one of the course of human events becomes necessary.
00:23:17.000 One people to dissolve political bands that have tied them to another.
00:23:19.000 Deriving from the power of the separate equal station, goes on to say the laws of nature and nature is God.
00:23:24.000 No, of course, forget the American founding.
00:23:26.000 No, now we need a competitor.
00:23:28.000 We need a BLM founding.
00:23:33.000 I tweeted this last year.
00:23:35.000 Quote, Lincoln knew America's founding was July 4th, 1776.
00:23:39.000 He knew that was the day our amazing nation made a step from ideal to reality.
00:23:44.000 Juneteenth is an affront to the unity of July 4th.
00:23:46.000 We now have two summer holidays, and one of them is based on race.
00:23:50.000 Shame on the Republican Party for supporting this.
00:23:53.000 How about this?
00:23:54.000 Ibram X. Kendi, like one of the most despicable thought leaders, I suppose you could say, in the racial arsonist movement, someone who supports racial segregation of white people.
00:24:07.000 The only way to fix segregation of yesterday is to have segregation today.
00:24:13.000 That is an exact quote from his book, How to Be an Anti-Racist.
00:24:17.000 His real name is Henry Rogers, but he thinks you'll take him more seriously, Ibram X. Kendi.
00:24:21.000 Okay, Henry.
00:24:23.000 What I love about this is he admits that Juneteenth is not about freedom.
00:24:29.000 He says it out loud.
00:24:30.000 He's like, Juneteenth is not about a celebrity, isn't just a celebration of freedom.
00:24:34.000 No, what it really is is a symbol of power we hold as a community.
00:24:37.000 Oh, it's about black power.
00:24:40.000 Thanks, Republicans.
00:24:41.000 Listen to the archbishop of racial arson admit you gave him a federal holiday.
00:24:46.000 Cut 134.
00:24:47.000 What Juneteenth means to me in 2022 is really the power of the freedom dream, to use a term by Robin D.G. Kelly.
00:25:00.000 And for me, part of that power is being reminded that my ancestors dreamed for freedom even when freedom seemed distant, even when freedom was sailing away, even when the status quo and the slave power was growing stronger, as racist power is today, as change, radical transformation seems to be floating away to us.
00:25:30.000 That Juneteenth means to me that our ancestors still did not waver.
00:25:36.000 They still believed the impossible was possible.
00:25:39.000 Yeah, it still means the revolution continues, doesn't it?
00:25:43.000 What is that ridiculous music?
00:25:45.000 What kind of propaganda technique is that?
00:25:47.000 And by the way, he talks in this kind of slow syntax because he thinks you're going to take what he says more seriously because he sounds somewhat intellectual.
00:25:57.000 It's a fraud.
00:26:00.000 Play cut 136, Nickelodeon kid stars discuss what Juneteenth means to them while filming a Juneteenth episode of Young Dylan.
00:26:06.000 I haven't seen this yet.
00:26:07.000 Play Cut 136.
00:26:09.000 When I first heard that we were doing an episode about Juneteenth, I was excited because this show is based around a predominantly black family.
00:26:14.000 It's our story and it needs to be shared and the story needs to be told.
00:26:18.000 So I'm excited to be able to share the story with all the black girls and boys that watch our show.
00:26:22.000 We're honoring our ancestors.
00:26:24.000 Yup, and making our ancestors proud.
00:26:27.000 I think you can celebrate Juneteenth by learning more about it and just having positive fun.
00:26:33.000 Like that whole day is kind of positive.
00:26:35.000 It's really important.
00:26:36.000 It means something to everyone.
00:26:38.000 And I really think you should enjoy the day.
00:26:39.000 Girl, let's get started on this song.
00:26:41.000 Black girls, we might have a banger on our hands.
00:26:44.000 Yeah, let's do a song, Black Royalty.
00:26:47.000 Long march to the institutions.
00:26:49.000 Raise them up in ways they should go.
00:26:51.000 Now, these young kids are naive enough, and that's fine.
00:26:55.000 I have nothing against them.
00:26:56.000 They say it's all about celebration.
00:26:58.000 I'm glad that you'll be celebrating that.
00:27:00.000 I guarantee you, the theme, the undercurrent of Juneteenth from the black intelligentsia and from the white liberal intelligentsia that come together with this will not be how thankful they are.
00:27:13.000 It will be about how much work they still have to do and how it's slipping out of their grasp because of the threat to democracy.
00:27:20.000 Let's now cut to the January 6th Committee.
00:27:22.000 Now, Joe Biden signed it into law thanks to the help of Republicans.
00:27:27.000 Cut 139, Joe Biden has no idea what Juneteenth actually is.
00:27:30.000 Play Cut 139.
00:27:32.000 He's going down in Texas on Juneteenth, right?
00:27:35.000 The first major massacre, literally speaking, of Black Wall Street, right?
00:27:41.000 Years ago.
00:27:42.000 They had a calm face on me.
00:27:46.000 Republicans getting hoodwinked?
00:27:47.000 I mean, come on.
00:27:48.000 Republicans never get hoodwinked.
00:27:50.000 This was our clip last year, Cut 141, when we got a lot of heat and a lot of incoming.
00:27:56.000 And I said to our team, we're going to triple down.
00:27:58.000 We will be vindicated by this because I know the left.
00:28:02.000 This was us last year, cut 141.
00:28:05.000 So I'm sure you're seeing a lot of social media graphics go around that says Republicans decided to vote against the emancipation of slaves as a holiday.
00:28:13.000 Therefore, they support slavery.
00:28:14.000 This is, first of all, insane.
00:28:16.000 So Juneteenth should not be a federal holiday.
00:28:18.000 So Juneteenth, at its best possible reading, is a day to remember news that hit Galveston, Texas about the emancipation of slaves, something that we're all very happy about.
00:28:30.000 That's not what this is about.
00:28:31.000 We know that this is not what this is about.
00:28:33.000 This is not about the emancipation of slaves.
00:28:35.000 This is instead a new black independence day.
00:28:38.000 We already have the black national anthem.
00:28:39.000 We already have people kneeling at NFL games.
00:28:41.000 We have hyper corporations, corporations that are becoming hyper woke in every way imaginable.
00:28:46.000 And now all of a sudden we have a competitor against July 4th.
00:28:50.000 Yep.
00:28:51.000 Welcome to Juneteenth, everybody.
00:28:53.000 Your kids will have a federal holiday all about the racial divisions.
00:28:59.000 You want a holiday based on skin color?
00:29:03.000 Incredible.
00:29:05.000 Let's get to another question here.
00:29:08.000 Let's do this one.
00:29:09.000 How much longer is the United States going to stand by and be led by a man from day to day who doesn't know what he was doing or what day it is?
00:29:15.000 We got another question.
00:29:16.000 This is Muff from Custer, South Dakota.
00:29:20.000 You know, some people say that we have to impeach Joe Biden.
00:29:24.000 I say you impeach the cabinet.
00:29:27.000 Impeach Mayorkis, impeach that weird guy running the Department of Education.
00:29:32.000 Impeach Garland for MemoGate, and so much more.
00:29:38.000 From cringing at the pump to getting an eye-popping check at your favorite restaurant, inflation is hitting us all where it hurts.
00:29:44.000 Inflation is a thief, and it really does hurt.
00:29:47.000 That's why I started using Upside.

00:31:01.000 That's $5 or more cash back on your first purchase of $10 or more.
00:31:05.000 Use promo code Charlie Kirk.
00:31:09.000 Okay, we got a good question here.
00:31:11.000 It's about conservatism and libertarianism.
00:31:16.000 Mark in Virginia, thank you for noting some self-described conservatives are actually libertarians.
00:31:22.000 I am a libertarian who is quickly becoming a conservative.
00:31:25.000 I can no longer sit idly by as America erodes.
00:31:27.000 Keep up the good work.
00:31:28.000 I am, in an idealistic way, a libertarian.
00:31:33.000 I think most people are.
00:31:34.000 Now, what do I mean by that?
00:31:35.000 Meaning that if I thought everyone would just leave themselves alone and leave others alone and I could just live in the hills and I would be self-governed and no one would bother me and my nation would be preserved against enemies foreign and domestic, it sounds really kind of good, doesn't it?
00:31:52.000 But it's not realistic.
00:31:54.000 It isn't.
00:31:55.000 Now, I know we're defining terms here, and there might be some disagreement on how we're defining them.
00:32:02.000 But largely, I would say libertarianism, and especially from the libertarian party, there is this commitment to idealistic neutrality, that I won't come after your stuff or your way of life, and you won't come after my stuff and my way of life.
00:32:22.000 I think that's a fair goal.
00:32:24.000 It's unbelievably unrealistic right now in the country that we're living in.
00:32:29.000 Some libertarians I talk to, not all of them, are, they say that they believe that there is no place for them to get engaged, even if they don't like the outcome.
00:32:45.000 We as conservatives would say there are certain things, especially the protection of children, especially parental representation in matters of education, especially borders, where it is necessary for the state to take clear, prudent action to protect liberty.
00:33:07.000 For example, a conservative would be unafraid to say that we need to have checks and balances against Silicon Valley companies.
00:33:13.000 Many libertarians would say, oh, no, there's no way we should get involved in the market.
00:33:17.000 What happens when Google and Facebook is more powerful than your own government?
00:33:21.000 What do you do then?
00:33:23.000 This is a question that is wrestled with in a lot of different circles.
00:33:27.000 Now, what I will say, though, is that I am an ally with libertarians on many issues.
00:33:32.000 Immigration is not one of them.
00:33:34.000 Libertarians largely believe in open borders.
00:33:36.000 I have a friend from Chicago who would consider himself a libertarian.
00:33:39.000 He's very strong on borders.
00:33:40.000 So that's a little bit of a generalization, but it's largely true.
00:33:45.000 If you're more libertarian, you do have a looser view of immigration policy.
00:33:50.000 And that's their view.
00:33:51.000 It's not mine.
00:33:52.000 But I'm definitely an ally with libertarians on a couple issues, which is I do believe in separation of powers.
00:33:59.000 I do believe in the consent of the governed.
00:34:01.000 I think we can agree on the United States Constitution, and we can certainly agree on the Second Amendment.
00:34:06.000 Libertarians are very good on the Second Amendment.
00:34:09.000 But there is kind of a, I don't want to say agnosticism, that's not the right word, but there's a neutrality that we won't get involved on the social sphere as well.
00:34:20.000 So a libertarian would see something like children going to a bar.
00:34:24.000 And a lot of them have said this, including David French, saying, I think that's wrong, but I don't think it should be illegal.
00:34:30.000 We as conservatives would say, no, no, no, there needs to be a law against that.
00:34:35.000 That there needs to be a punishment if you put your child in harm's way and bring them to a drag bar where it says it's not going to lick itself.
00:34:45.000 If you're not under 21, I think that's beyond fair or under 18 or whatever it is.
00:34:50.000 There are libertarians that wrote article after article saying the conservative outrage against drag queens is inappropriate, meaning that they say, how dare you want to use the government to protect children?
00:35:02.000 I just, we have a completely different view of that as conservatives.
00:35:06.000 But I think libertarians, and I also disagree largely on drug policy too, with libertarians, but I think there is commonality, though.
00:35:16.000 I think many libertarians actually want to live in the same sort of country that I do, many of them, not all of them.
00:35:26.000 I think that there is a desire to want to pursue liberty and self-government, checks and balances.
00:35:35.000 Where I do disagree, though, is cultural libertarians that will celebrate kind of drug usage or prostitution.
00:35:44.000 That is a small, that's a small fringe group of libertarians, though it is.
00:35:49.000 But conservatives, as best articulated by Russell Kirk, no relation, in The Conservative Mind from Burke to Elliot, he really articulated what it is that makes a conservative different than a libertarian.
00:36:04.000 I don't have time to dive into all of that today, but probably one of the great articulations of our philosophy and our political views.
00:36:14.000 So we'll have to talk about that another time.
00:36:18.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
00:36:20.000 Email me your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
