00:01:34.000 Okay, let's go to this question here.
00:01:37.000 Charlie, it feels like we are outnumbered, but making progress on major issues.
00:01:43.000 What do you attribute that to?
00:01:45.000 It feels as if the issues that your program and your podcast focuses on ends up moving public opinion.
00:01:51.000 Maybe I'm reading too much into it.
00:01:53.000 Love this show.
00:01:53.000 Look, I'm not taking credit for it, but there's some truth to this.
00:01:56.000 I can isolate three issues in particular that we have focused on, made persuasive arguments.
00:02:01.000 And by we, I don't just mean the Charlie Kirk show.
00:02:03.000 I don't by any means think we're that powerful, okay?
00:02:06.000 I think we make an impact, a difference, but it's the community of people.
00:02:09.000 It's Matt Walsh, it's Candace Owens, it's Ben Shapiro, it's Steve Bannon, it's all of us.
00:02:15.000 And we kind of get into a harmony, there's a harmonization effect, and it's all totally organic.
00:02:21.000 There's no group chat, there's no coordination, there's none of that.
00:02:23.000 It's just we kind of look and see what other people are talking about, and then we talk about what they're talking about, and we kind of create this effect.
00:02:30.000 But one of the issues I want to talk about here has been one of the great messaging victories of my career.
00:02:38.000 We were completely outgunned, and I could list just a few shows and programs that had the moral clarity from the beginning, and that's on Ukraine.
00:02:47.000 I have not seen an issue that has moved so significantly, so quickly, so against the powerful as the Ukraine issue.
00:02:59.000 We are coming up on the two-year anniversary, right?
00:03:02.000 Two years, right, Blake, of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
00:03:07.000 From the very beginning, we've been morally clear.
00:03:09.000 Russia should never have invaded Ukraine.
00:03:10.000 It's not right for a strong, powerful country to invade a weaker country.
00:03:15.000 We were very morally clear from that, and we were so attacked.
00:03:18.000 Oh my goodness.
00:03:20.000 It was the same playbook as BLM.
00:03:22.000 It was the same playbook as George Floyd, the same playbook as COVID.
00:03:28.000 They throw a name at you and they try to isolate you on the fringe because you dare ask certain questions.
00:03:37.000 Blake hates that phrase.
00:03:38.000 You dare pursue certain stories they don't like.
00:03:41.000 Or how about this?
00:03:41.000 You make arguments that are not in the mainstream.
00:03:44.000 And I've never been overly ideological about the Ukraine-Russia issue.
00:03:49.000 I'm not overly interested.
00:03:51.000 Russia is not a blueprint of how a country should be run.
00:03:54.000 They're not a free society.
00:03:56.000 Russia does not have Western values.
00:03:58.000 That Russia is not even close to the worst country in the world.
00:04:02.000 They're incredibly corrupt.
00:04:02.000 It's not.
00:04:04.000 They're very self-interested.
00:04:06.000 They think of themselves as way more powerful than they actually are.
00:04:09.000 They have regional ambitions.
00:04:11.000 You must understand Russia before you even begin to comment on it.
00:04:14.000 And as soon as Russia invaded Ukraine, and we were supposed to feel bad for Ukraine as if they were completely innocent.
00:04:20.000 And that's just not true either.
00:04:22.000 Russia is an equally typed corrupt country.
00:04:24.000 Part of Ukraine actually wants to be part of Russia.
00:04:28.000 Anyway, I could go on and on and on.
00:04:29.000 And I would say, actually, I'm curious.
00:04:31.000 Can you guys find the actual numbers?
00:04:33.000 I think that maybe 10 to 15% of the country was with us on the Ukraine issue.
00:04:38.000 And to be honest, our audience wasn't necessarily with us.
00:04:41.000 I went back into the emails a couple of years ago.
00:04:43.000 It was about 60-40 against us.
00:04:47.000 And almost never do we pick an issue on a daily basis where you, the audience, are against us.
00:04:54.000 And it was like, Charlie, you're completely wrong.
00:04:56.000 We must send arms to Ukraine.
00:04:58.000 This is the most important thing ever.
00:05:00.000 Ukraine is a mini-America.
00:05:02.000 And we don't follow the crowd.
00:05:03.000 And we just looked at it analytically and we asked the correct inquiries.
00:05:08.000 Why is this?
00:05:08.000 How is this in America's best interest?
00:05:10.000 How does this not escalate into a further conflict?
00:05:13.000 Is this going to weaken or strengthen the American dollar?
00:05:16.000 What does success look like?
00:05:17.000 And we led and we led and we led.
00:05:19.000 And the great credit, the true leader of this is Tucker Carlson.
00:05:22.000 He deserves the most credit, and Steve Bannon as well.
00:05:25.000 And I'd put us in the top three or four of very vocal social media accounts, very vocal shows, where it was a no, it was not, there was not a mystery around the Ukraine issue.
00:05:35.000 We covered biolabs, we covered Azov Bataling, we covered the corruption of Zelenki, color revolution, Lindsey Graham saying that we're going to play offense.
00:05:42.000 And we were in the 10 to 15% of the country that said no aid to Ukraine, period.
00:05:47.000 End of story.
00:05:48.000 We were in 10 to 15%.
00:05:50.000 There was maybe one or two lawmakers.
00:05:53.000 No, I'd say three in the Senate that shared that opinion.
00:05:56.000 It would be Rand Paul, Mike Lee, and maybe Josh Hawley.
00:06:00.000 I think Josh was there from the beginning.
00:06:03.000 Besides that, it was 96, 95, nothing.
00:06:07.000 And then we kept on bringing up these points.
00:06:09.000 Why did Zelensky cancel elections?
00:06:11.000 Why did he close churches?
00:06:13.000 Why is this guy that's being lifted up as the bastion of democracy all of a sudden putting his political opponents in prison?
00:06:19.000 And we went on and on and on.
00:06:21.000 And the regime went so into this topic that it just, nothing can be that impenetrable.
00:06:28.000 Nothing can be that sterling.
00:06:30.000 No effort can be that important.
00:06:33.000 I mean, it's just, it's not possible.
00:06:34.000 And so all of a sudden, more and more information started to come out.
00:06:36.000 And people started to say, wait a second, our border's wide open.
00:06:39.000 So we're getting invaded.
00:06:40.000 And why do we care about the invasion over there?
00:06:42.000 And it has slipped and slipped.
00:06:44.000 And this is the power of dissident media.
00:06:48.000 And I know I'm going to sound like I'm attributing a lot to this, but it's just true.
00:06:52.000 Elon Musk purchasing Twitter and releasing Twitter from captivity is another one of the reasons why the Ukraine issue has moved in public opinion.
00:07:03.000 As more and more people were able to learn, see the outright lying, see the, well, maybe there's bad guys on both sides in the Ukraine-Russia, even though they called us a Putin puppet relentlessly.
00:07:16.000 Jack Pesopic deserves a lot of credit on this as well.
00:07:18.000 He did a great job.
00:07:19.000 And it never bothered me.
00:07:20.000 I was like, I barely even know anyone that's Russian.
00:07:23.000 I've never been to Russia, I've never met with a Russian person.
00:07:25.000 You can call me Putin puppet all you want.
00:07:27.000 It did not phase me.
00:07:28.000 And it's the same thing.
00:07:29.000 Oh my goodness, they call you an anti-Maxer or a masker, an anti-vaxxer.
00:07:33.000 They call you a racist.
00:07:34.000 They call you a Putin puppet.
00:07:36.000 It is weaponized name-calling to shut you up.
00:07:39.000 They weaponize a certain term that's supposed to mean something, and you're supposed to grovel into submission into the corner.
00:07:44.000 So when they call me a Putin puppet, I think it's hilarious.
00:07:47.000 I'm an American who loves the Constitution and the Declaration.
00:07:51.000 Putin does not.
00:07:52.000 Now, is Putin the worst person ever to live?
00:07:54.000 No, he's not.
00:07:55.000 I'm sorry.
00:07:56.000 Are much more evil government leaders than Vladimir Putin on the planet right now, Xi Ji Ping being one of them.
00:08:00.000 Is Russia the greatest threat to America?
00:08:02.000 No.
00:08:04.000 So you can have both of those simultaneously true.
00:08:08.000 So I want to play a piece of tape here.
00:08:10.000 And it is David Ignatius in the Washington Post saying it's shocking to even think what would happen if we give up on Ukraine.
00:08:15.000 So David Ignatius, he is now moralizing, but I would love to ask David Ignatius, why do you think the American people no longer support sending money to Ukraine?
00:08:24.000 Why don't you make better arguments that are shaming us instead of lying and suppressing?
00:08:27.000 Let's play Cut 180, please.
00:08:30.000 If this effort to provide continuing U.S. aid to Ukraine fails, Joe, I think of the people who fought to build up American credibility in the world.
00:08:42.000 I think of my dad's generation that fought in World War II, the sacrifices they made.
00:08:46.000 I think of the decades of struggle in the Cold War to build the reliability of America's name and commitment to its allies.
00:08:56.000 That was hard work year by year.
00:08:58.000 And when you think of all that would be lost in terms of America's reputation if we don't stand by this ally, it's just shocking.
00:09:08.000 It's something that will last in terms of our national reputation for much longer than people think.
00:09:16.000 Our national reputation for much longer than people think.
00:09:20.000 He knows that we're losing on this topic and this issue.
00:09:24.000 And by the way, this has been something that Rand Paul has been talking about.
00:09:28.000 We fund both sides of every conflict.
00:09:31.000 At almost every conflict in the country, we see funding on both sides.
00:09:35.000 We're going to talk about that after the break.
00:09:38.000 But I just want to compliment you, the audience, and I want to thank you, the audience, because we made some really bold arguments, episodes, interviews on the Ukraine issue, and you guys stood by us.
00:09:49.000 There were a couple nasty ones that said we're never going to listen again and we're never going to support you again.
00:09:54.000 But you guys were wonderful to us.
00:09:55.000 You kept an open mind.
00:09:56.000 You deserve a lot of credit.
00:09:58.000 And I thank you for that because the arguments we were making were right.
00:10:04.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:10:08.000 If you deal with exhaustion, brain fog, mood swings, or food cravings, if you're constantly getting sick or simply lack the zeal you used to have in life, then I have some news for you.
00:10:17.000 While back, I found a liquid supplement called Strong Cell, and it changed my health in a very profound way.
00:10:23.000 I take it every single day.
00:10:25.000 Look, I knew I had to partner with them.
00:10:27.000 I did the research.
00:10:28.000 Google and look up online what happens when you mix NADH with CoQ10 and marine collagen.
00:10:34.000 It's simple.
00:10:35.000 Every area of your body has cells.
00:10:37.000 So if your cells are healthier, then you will also be healthier.
00:10:40.000 You don't have to take my word for it.
00:10:41.000 Listen to one of these testimonials.
00:10:43.000 After taking Strong Cell for six weeks, I found improvement in many areas, less shoulder pain, improved mental clarity, increased natural energy, and so much more.
00:10:50.000 I'm thankful that Charlie Kirk recommended this to his listeners.
00:10:53.000 Rebecca says, I absolutely love Strong Cell.
00:10:56.000 At first, I didn't think it would make much of a difference for my chronic fatigue, depression, and anxiety, but I thought I'd give it a chance.
00:11:01.000 I've tried to find depression meds for 10 years, and since you Strong Cell, I'm feeling better than I ever have on depression medication.
00:11:09.000 Customer for life, thank you, Charlie Kirk, for recommending this product.
00:11:12.000 So there it is.
00:11:13.000 You've heard from me directly and some of the users who have seen their lives changed by Strong Cell.
00:11:18.000 I personally recommend taking it every day for at least 30 days.
00:11:22.000 I take it every day before I go on the air, and it's helped me in more ways than I can even name.
00:11:26.000 Each of our bodies is very different.
00:11:27.000 So I would recommend you give the supplement at least two to three months to see the changes in your body.

00:11:58.000 One of our questions here, Brett from Colorado.
00:12:01.000 Charlie, I heard you mention in one of your podcast episodes that you had a conversation with Speaker Johnson.
00:12:07.000 Can you tell us more about that thing?
00:12:08.000 So, look, I don't want to talk about any of the private stuff we had, but I'll tell you the essence, and I'm sure he'd be fine with it.
00:12:13.000 Look, if you go back a week ago, I didn't do this for this reason, but I certainly got his attention.
00:12:20.000 I mean, I was upset, and I'm still upset.
00:12:22.000 That hasn't changed.
00:12:23.000 And to his credit, he handled it really like a man and reached out to me and said, let's talk.
00:12:29.000 I said, okay, that's different than most politicians.
00:12:32.000 Most politicians will try to attack me and leak negative stories and try to take you out.
00:12:36.000 That's how McConnell would do it.
00:12:37.000 You think McConnell would say, hey, let's talk.
00:12:40.000 And so he bluntly said, call me on a Sunday.
00:12:42.000 I said, okay.
00:12:43.000 And, you know, again, some of the articles, you know, I said, quote, I know a fraud when I see one.
00:12:50.000 Charlie Kirk absolutely blasts Speaker Johnson over spending deal.
00:12:53.000 And by the way, that sentiment I 100% hold.
00:12:56.000 But I will say, he goes up in my standing in my stock because he calls me.
00:13:00.000 And I'm not used to it.
00:13:01.000 I'm not used to it.
00:13:02.000 It's kind of like surprise.
00:13:03.000 And by the way, never once did he tell me to stop saying things or any of that.
00:13:06.000 It was just a very, it was a very direct conversation.
00:13:09.000 And again, I've hit a lot of different people.
00:13:11.000 Typically, they react in one of two ways.
00:13:13.000 They tell you to go to hell and then they deploy their little attack dogs on you.
00:13:18.000 Or they'll do a surrogate like they'll have Eric Erickson, whatever that loser's name is that no one listens to attack you on social media.
00:13:25.000 Or they'll just completely ignore you and blacklist you and eventually try to have some sort of person try to take you out.
00:13:35.000 It was very businesslike.
00:13:36.000 And I challenged him.
00:13:37.000 And look, I'll say this.
00:13:39.000 I don't want to get into some of the details, but he didn't have to make that call.
00:13:42.000 It was 30 minutes.
00:13:43.000 He knew that he was calling someone that was really fired up and really heated.
00:13:46.000 And I told him very directly and bluntly, I said, listen, you have a once-in-a-generation opportunity to show that you're a different type of Republican.
00:13:52.000 The border is everything.
00:13:53.000 He agreed on the significance of the border.
00:13:55.000 He totally did.
00:13:56.000 And I don't want to get into some of the private stuff here, but I challenged him directly to be the Christian leader that we desperately need and that he says that he is.
00:14:04.000 I said, the people of America right now and the base will rally behind anybody, anybody that will raise the flag to fight on the border.
00:14:14.000 Anybody.
00:14:16.000 And so we'll see.
00:14:17.000 People asked me otherwise.
00:14:19.000 I said, you know, what are your expectations and all this?
00:14:21.000 And my expectation is to be disappointed.
00:14:25.000 That's how I operate.
00:14:26.000 I'm just used to DC politicians saying one thing or do another.
00:14:30.000 But he didn't have to spend 30 minutes.
00:14:31.000 Not once did he ask me to stop tweeting or ask me to stop hitting him.
00:14:35.000 Instead, he tried to win me over.
00:14:37.000 Whether or not that worked is a separate issue.
00:14:39.000 But I said, listen, Speaker Johnson, what's done is done.
00:14:43.000 I said, if you do not, if you screw up this thing coming into March with the CR, I think you know what's going to happen.
00:14:49.000 You're not going to be speaker any longer.
00:14:51.000 So I frame it as this.
00:14:52.000 You have an opportunity.
00:14:53.000 You have a great opportunity.
00:14:54.000 The problem is that becoming speaker tends up to being all backroom DC politics.
00:14:59.000 We've had decades of deflective, disassembling nonsense in BS.
00:15:04.000 A speaker who even looks like or seems like he cares about the public would be amazing.
00:15:08.000 And what's great is you guys watching this program, you guys, I really, there's nothing like secret I'm saying on these phone calls because everything I say on the show, I say on the phone call.
00:15:16.000 So I said, why didn't you go to Eagle Pass and shut down the government and set up a bunch of tents and do a press conference?
00:15:21.000 Again, that's not, it's not like a new thing.
00:15:25.000 But look, he gets a thumbs up on one thing.
00:15:27.000 He had the gusto, the stones, and the spine to reach out to someone who was awfully critical of him.
00:15:34.000 And you go up in my book on that.
00:15:35.000 You go up in my book.
00:15:36.000 That means that you're willing to look right into the fire.
00:15:38.000 You don't run away.
00:15:39.000 You don't do the typical DC thing.
00:15:41.000 We're like, oh, I don't know about that.
00:15:43.000 And then you whisper to your little lobbyist to go launch a Tomahawk missile.
00:15:46.000 We've been through that many times.
00:15:49.000 And he's always welcome on the show.
00:15:51.000 I don't know if that's actually the best idea for him right now.
00:15:53.000 I'd like to actually see him succeed stuff because it would be a 10 out of 10 fastball interview.
00:15:58.000 But look, here's some good things.
00:15:59.000 Speaker Johnson has just confirmed the U.S.-Ukraine aid being negotiated in the Senate will not pass the House.
00:16:04.000 Speaker Johnson just said Ukraine's dead on arrival in the House.
00:16:07.000 He said that the border deal is dead on arrival.
00:16:10.000 And he did fill me into one element that I think is really important, one element, that Chuck Schumer learned from the Trump shutdown that if this, and I still think this is not an excuse not to shut it down.
00:16:19.000 We should have shut it down 100%.
00:16:21.000 But Chuck Schumer learned from the Trump shutdown that military pay and border patrol pay would have also been shut, quote unquote, shut down because Schumer put all those together on the same timing date to try to force the hand to not have the government shut down.
00:16:36.000 And the thing that I disagreed at the most with the speaker, to be perfectly honest, he said, I think Biden would relish and enjoy a shutdown.
00:16:42.000 I said, I don't know if that's true.
00:16:44.000 We had a disagreement on that.
00:16:46.000 So I appreciate the call.
00:16:48.000 I say this non-sarcastically.
00:16:49.000 I'm praying for him because boy, do we need it.
00:16:51.000 We need a strong, conservative Christian leader right now.
00:16:54.000 And he has an opportunity.
00:16:55.000 All this nonsense and failures of leadership and the stuff, the way he's disappointed me and us, forget it.
00:16:59.000 Let's move forward.
00:17:00.000 Let's focus on the opportunity ahead of us.
00:17:03.000 And it's all about the border.
00:17:05.000 So we shall see.
00:17:08.000 Are you ready to lose weight, but not sure where to start?
00:17:10.000 I understand.
00:17:11.000 I was right where you are two years ago.
00:17:12.000 Let me tell you why I chose the PhD weight loss and nutrition program.
00:17:16.000 First, Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.
00:17:20.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.
00:17:22.000 Second, the PhD program starts nutrition.
00:17:25.000 They know that 90% of permanent change comes from the mind, and they work on eliminating the reason you gain this weight in the first place.
00:17:25.000 There is so much more.
00:17:31.000 There's no shortcuts, pills, or injections, just solid science-based nutrition and behavior change.
00:17:36.000 And finally, probably most importantly, I lost 30 pounds.
00:17:38.000 Look, they're amazing.
00:17:39.000 If you want to lose weight, you've got to go to myphdweightloss.com.

00:17:58.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.
00:18:01.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.
00:18:04.000 Second, the PhD program starts nutrition, but it's so much more.
00:18:07.000 Go to myphdweightloss.com, myphdweightloss.com, call 864-644-1900.
00:18:14.000 I lost over 30 pounds.
00:18:15.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas, great American.
00:18:17.000 Myphdweightloss.com.
00:18:17.000 Check it out.
00:18:21.000 Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:18:24.000 We are taking your questions here.
00:18:26.000 Okay, I want to talk about Greg Abbott, because I think Greg Abbott is handling this really well.
00:18:32.000 There's a series of clips here in his conversation with Tucker Carlson.
00:18:35.000 Now, I need to preface this.
00:18:37.000 If you are listening to this broadcast at a future date, some of this information might not be completely up to date.
00:18:44.000 So everything we are saying, we're going to do our best to project this in the future.
00:18:48.000 This is an unfolding situation and a story that is happening in real time.
00:18:53.000 So just please keep that in mind.
00:18:54.000 Okay, Greg Abbott joined Tucker Carlson's program.
00:18:57.000 Tucker, like me, has been very critical of Greg Abbott.
00:19:00.000 And then Tucker will have him on the show.
00:19:02.000 Greg Abbott has been so focused and determined because this is escalating into a standoff.
00:19:08.000 This is escalating into a standoff.
00:19:10.000 And I cannot say this explicitly enough.
00:19:14.000 Everything must be done by the rule of law and must be done peaceful.
00:19:18.000 They are the lawbreakers.
00:19:20.000 They are the arsonists.
00:19:22.000 They are the ones that are escalating this conflict.
00:19:25.000 Let's play Cut 191, please.
00:19:27.000 If the administration declares that it plans to federalize the National Guard of the state of Texas, your National Guard, what will be your response?
00:19:38.000 Well, first, I'll be shocked.
00:19:40.000 That would be a boneheaded move on his part, a total disaster.
00:19:44.000 But for one, as you might imagine, we are prepared in the event that that unlikely event does occur to make sure that we will be able to continue exactly what we've been doing over the past month, and that is building these barriers, whether it be the Constitutional Wire or other anti-climate border barriers, whatever we've been building, the Biden administration is now trying to attack us because of it.
00:20:07.000 And we will continue to do exactly what we're doing to expand our denial of illegal entry into the state of Texas.
00:20:14.000 So, what Greg Abbott is saying is super smart here.
00:20:17.000 He's saying, hey, Biden, if you escalate to, so just everyone knows, the President of the United States reserves the right to federalize the National Guard, to take away a governor's authority of the National Guard.
00:20:28.000 This is done rarely.
00:20:29.000 Typically, it's done in natural disasters or widespread riots or totally crazy stuff.
00:20:34.000 And there's another law that we're going to talk about in just a second here, which I think is really important because they've been building up this word in the mainstream media narrative for a reason, and I have not heard a single person talk about it.
00:20:45.000 And I think we should tweet about it, but get ahead of it.
00:20:46.000 I'll tell you about it in a second.
00:20:48.000 But the situation in front of us in Texas is that you have the National Guard, the president can federalize the National Guard, but there's other agencies that the President of the United States cannot federalize.
00:20:59.000 Texas Department of Safety, Texas Rangers, that Greg Abbott has fully at his disposal as the governor of the state of Texas.
00:21:08.000 Now, I want to play cut 192 here, but I guarantee you right now, and Abbott has thought this through, but make no mistake, everybody, I guarantee you right now, there are conversations happening in the Department of Justice and in the White House Counsel's office about Joe Biden signing the Insurrection Act.
00:21:27.000 These people play for keeps.
00:21:29.000 Now, what is the Insurrection Act?
00:21:30.000 The Insurrection Act, the last time the Insurrection Act was signed, was by George Herbert Walker Bush to contain the Watts riots in Los Angeles.
00:21:39.000 We wanted Trump to sign the Insurrection Act during Floyd Apalooza, and he should have signed the Insurrection Act.
00:21:45.000 But don't be shocked or surprised if all of a sudden some lunatic on MSNBC trial balloons.
00:21:50.000 It's time to sign the Insurrection Act, Joe Biden.
00:21:53.000 Do not be surprised, which would give the Attorney General of the United States RICO power, Merrick Garland, to go arrest Greg Abbott and every single one of these red state governors and nullifying their electors potentially coming into November.
00:22:09.000 But imagine the PR.
00:22:11.000 This is why I love what Greg Abbott is doing, but we have to game this out.
00:22:14.000 On the table for them is Insurrection Act.
00:22:16.000 Every single move that Joe Biden has right now is him escalating to unforeseen territory.
00:22:24.000 We are the keepers of the law.
00:22:26.000 We are the adherents of the Constitution.
00:22:29.000 We are the adherents of safety and normalcy.
00:22:34.000 The conversation with Tucker Carlson and Greg Abbott continues.
00:22:36.000 Please cut 192.
00:22:38.000 With state employees, I assume, not with National Guard.
00:22:41.000 But can you envision a scenario in which you would put armed state employees on the border instead of the National Guard of Texas?
00:22:48.000 We do have other armed state employees on the border as we speak right this minute.
00:22:53.000 And there's the Texas Department of Public Safety, as well as other law enforcement officers, as well as National Guard from other states.
00:23:00.000 And you can be assured there will be more National Guard from other states and more law enforcement officers within the state of Texas and other states.
00:23:06.000 And Tucker, I just signed a law, a new law in the state of Texas that will go into effect on March the 5th that authorizes any law enforcement officer in the state of Texas to be able to arrest anybody coming across the border illegally.
00:23:21.000 Abbott is talking like a determined guy.
00:23:24.000 He is talking like someone that is seeing a crisis and an invasion.
00:23:27.000 It's a completely different tone that we've seen out of Abbott recently.
00:23:31.000 Let's play cut 193, please.
00:23:33.000 Of the couple of dozen Republican-led states who've pledged support for you, how many do you think would send National Guard to Texas?
00:23:42.000 I'll be shocked and disappointed if almost all of them do not sin.
00:23:47.000 There have been about 10 so far that have sent National Guard or other law enforcement.
00:23:53.000 They now are joined together with us.
00:23:54.000 And this is a fight for the future of America, and they all know it.
00:23:58.000 And so I believe that they will all be in on December.
00:24:01.000 Now, for some people, they don't have the stomach for this.
00:24:03.000 I've been getting messages even from some Republicans saying, I'm getting really nervous at this.
00:24:07.000 Get over that.
00:24:09.000 Long past the time of being nervous.
00:24:11.000 First of all, one of the benefits we have here is Abbott is a very calculated political operator.
00:24:20.000 He has the moral high ground.
00:24:22.000 He has the constitutional high ground.
00:24:25.000 And the White House, they're not really sure what to deal.
00:24:27.000 Right now, they are wargaming this.
00:24:29.000 He has the White House on defense.
00:24:30.000 We win when we're on offense.
00:24:32.000 This is the Trump playbook.
00:24:33.000 Greg Abbott has played offense here.
00:24:36.000 So right now, you've got to imagine Merrick Garland and Ron Clain and the manager of the border, Kamala Harris.
00:24:43.000 Isn't she in charge of the border, Kamala Harris?
00:24:45.000 Isn't she the CEO of the border?
00:24:47.000 What a mockery to the Republic to have Kamala Harris be the chairwoman of the border or whatever crazy thing.
00:24:55.000 She never visits.
00:24:57.000 I bet they're wargaming this because this is becoming a problem.
00:25:01.000 And they have the lunatics like Robert Francis O'Rourke and Joaquin Castro, but you will know it when you see it.
00:25:07.000 But right now, they might be using chat GPT or artificial intelligence.
00:25:11.000 They are getting ready to figure out what they put into the input for Operation Mockingbird.
00:25:18.000 And do not be surprised that in the next day or two, we start seeing secessionist nullification.
00:25:26.000 We see that from Joy Reed.
00:25:27.000 But what's fascinating to me is we have this massive looming crisis, and the New York Times is largely ignoring it.
00:25:37.000 They talk about the border deal.
00:25:40.000 Why do you think the mainstream media is not emphasizing this as much?
00:25:44.000 Because Abbott is handling this in a calm, cool, and collected way.
00:25:49.000 He's being very reasonable.
00:25:50.000 Joe Biden looks like the unreasonable person here.
00:25:54.000 Let me prove it to you.
00:25:54.000 I'm here at CNN.com.
00:25:56.000 Not a mention of Abbott or the escalation.
00:25:59.000 I go to every one of these websites.
00:26:02.000 It's undercovered.
00:26:03.000 And that's really strange, isn't it?
00:26:06.000 You think that the media would jump and pounce on an opportunity to continue to call us insurrectionists and secessionists and nullification.
00:26:15.000 And by the way, they might turn off that switch at any time.
00:26:18.000 They might turn on the media at any time.
00:26:20.000 But every single action in front of Joe Biden is escalation.
00:26:24.000 And Joe Biden very well might choose ignoring the border.
00:26:29.000 He very well might choose forget it, not worth the risk.
00:26:33.000 In an election year, is the optics that Joe Biden wants to go cut the razor wire?
00:26:37.000 We haven't seen it yet.
00:26:39.000 We haven't seen it yet.
00:26:40.000 So Joe Biden is probably calling Abbott and he's saying, hey, pal, you have till midnight to back off.
00:26:45.000 And Greg Abbott should say, but what are you going to do, man?
00:26:47.000 You're going to arrest the sitting governor?
00:26:49.000 And amazingly, amazingly, shockingly, I fully acknowledge this.
00:26:53.000 Back in the beginning of the week, I said, Greg Abbott doesn't have what it takes.
00:26:56.000 I mean, he is flirting with the line to taunt Merrick Garland to send an indictment against him.
00:27:01.000 And I'm not exaggerating.
00:27:02.000 And God bless him for flirting with that line because it is long overdue that we have some courage.
00:27:08.000 Now, the 25 states outside of this moron, Phil Scott, from Vermont, who didn't send in any national, he's the only Republican, I think, not to send it in.
00:27:18.000 We have 25 governors.
00:27:19.000 We need this last Republican governor for a majority of the states.
00:27:22.000 That's a great talking point.
00:27:23.000 And the phone number, by the way, is 802-828-3333.
00:27:27.000 Please be polite.
00:27:28.000 Call this governor, the governor of Vermont, because that would then give us 26 states.
00:27:32.000 That would make the majority of the states have sent National Guard states.
00:27:35.000 I think it's very important to be able to say that.
00:27:38.000 And the brilliance of Greg Abbott calling in this support is that Joe Biden sees that this is bigger than Texas.
00:27:44.000 The connective tissue of this issue is 25, 26 states.
00:27:50.000 That's a big deal.
00:27:52.000 And winning the narrative on something we've never been to.
00:27:55.000 And, you know, I will respond to one of these emails here.
00:27:57.000 Paul from Hawaii says, Charlie, I'm with you and with Abbott, but this whole thing makes me a little nervous.
00:28:02.000 The fact you're nervous means we're finally getting somewhere.
00:28:04.000 It means we're finally drifting out into the waters of high stakes, uncharted territory.
00:28:09.000 It means we're finally sticking out our necks for the Republic.
00:28:12.000 So being nervous is totally okay.
00:28:13.000 Being anxious is okay.
00:28:14.000 What's not okay is staying in your place of comfort while we get invaded by the third world and fentanyl and drugs and sex slaves are coming into America and we sit idly by and just wait for it to be solved.
00:28:25.000 The easy way out is to say, well, the open border is hurting Joe Biden.
00:28:29.000 We might as well do nothing.
00:28:31.000 And by the way, that's what Gavin Newsom is accusing us of.
00:28:34.000 And it's BS.
00:28:35.000 We love the country more than we care about the next election.
00:28:38.000 This issue needs to be solved now.
00:28:39.000 It needs to be solved immediately.
00:28:44.000 Hey, everybody, exciting news.
00:28:45.000 Very, very important.
00:28:46.000 We are saving babies with pre-born.
00:28:48.000 You've heard me talk about this all throughout the year, and time is running out on this great dollar-for-dollar match.
00:28:52.000 I have donated money here, and you should too.
00:28:54.000 Through December 31st, you can save twice as many babies by providing ultrasounds.
00:28:58.000 But this match goes away soon.
00:29:00.000 So don't put it off another minute.
00:29:02.000 You've heard about and thought about and talked about it and maybe even prayed about it.
00:29:05.000 But right now is the time to do something about it.
00:29:07.000 If you're wondering about your end of year giving and want every dollar to get the most results, this is a great chance to maximize your gift for life.
00:29:15.000 And for a one-time $15,000 gift, you'll provide not just one ultrasound machine, but two, saving thousands of babies for years to come.
00:29:23.000 $280 saved 10 babies.
00:29:24.000 $28 a month saves a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.
00:29:27.000 And right now, any gift saves twice as many babies with pre-born.
00:29:31.000 Call 833-850-2229 or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:29:36.000 That's the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.
00:29:39.000 $280 saves 10 babies.
00:29:41.000 $280 saves a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.
00:29:44.000 CharlieKirk.com, pre-born banner.
00:29:48.000 Okay, I do want to play a piece of tape here.
00:29:51.000 So one of the clips that we had on thought crime, which I encourage you guys to all listen to.
00:29:56.000 We post it every Saturday.
00:29:57.000 Blake, Andrew, Tyler, Jack Pasobic, all of us are on, is there was this discussion, and I was cut off in the clip, but again, I stand by everything I said, but everyone missed what I was actually saying, which is the essence of what I was saying is that DEI creates bad people.
00:30:17.000 And more importantly, DEI damages healthy thinking and poisons our thinking process.
00:30:24.000 It makes you look at the world differently than you otherwise would.
00:30:30.000 So for example, I said this, that because of DEI and the massive hiring push and what we know about affirmative action, and affirmative action means that you lower the standards, you lower the standards to try to meet your goal.
00:30:46.000 What this does is it arouses unhealthy suspicions in our fellow citizens.
00:30:51.000 Now, that was actually even in the tape, and people did not acknowledge it.
00:30:56.000 In fact, the low IQ chattering class, and some on the right, said, Charlie's a racist, and Charlie's a racist, and Charlie's a racist.
00:31:04.000 Even though in the clip I say, this is not who I am.
00:31:07.000 It's not even what I believe.
00:31:09.000 What I'm getting at, though, is when you are reminded on a daily basis that United Airlines or the FAA are prioritizing skin color over excellence.
00:31:18.000 They're prioritizing diversity over merit.
00:31:22.000 You then say, and by the way, what is incredible is that people are, they don't even look at the actual clip.
00:31:27.000 I said, I'm sorry, if I see a black pilot, I'm going to be like, boy, I hope he's qualified.
00:31:34.000 I never said inherently that he isn't qualified.
00:31:36.000 I said, I hope he's qualified.
00:31:39.000 Of course, people of any background or color can become qualified.
00:31:45.000 Of course, that's not the point.
00:31:47.000 No one listened to what I said.
00:31:48.000 Instead, they wanted me to bend the knee to the idol of anti-racism.
00:31:54.000 We refuse to do that.
00:31:56.000 And let me be very clear.
00:31:57.000 I said this in the clip.
00:31:58.000 I never had the suspicion before.
00:31:59.000 DEI is poisoning thinking.
00:32:04.000 It's poisoning who we are.
00:32:05.000 It makes us. a nastier version of ourselves.
00:32:08.000 So here I am being vulnerable and transparent with the audience.
00:32:11.000 PlayCut 81.
00:32:12.000 And that's why I think this United story and the DEI story hits so hard because we've all been in the back of a plane when the turbulence hits or when you're flying through a storm and you're like, I'm so glad I saw the guy with the right stuff and the square jaw get into the cockpit before we took off and I feel better now.
00:32:30.000 Thank you.
00:32:31.000 No, I mean, like, you want to go thought crime?
00:32:32.000 Like, I'm sorry.
00:32:33.000 If I see a black pilot, I'm going to be like, boy, I hope he's qualified.
00:32:37.000 Well, that's the thing.
00:32:38.000 You wouldn't have done that.
00:32:38.000 You wouldn't have done that.
00:32:40.000 That's not an immediate.
00:32:41.000 No, you wouldn't have to do that.
