00:01:09.000 To my left, Mikey McCoy, the great.
00:01:13.000 No.
00:01:14.000 Remove the adjective.
00:01:15.000 Tyler Boyer to my right, COO of Turning Point Action.
00:01:19.000 Of course, Blake Neff, co-host here.
00:01:22.000 Tyler wearing a very excellent hat.
00:01:24.000 Blake just put it together that the Diamondbacks, the sports team, the baseball team.
00:01:24.000 Yeah.
00:01:31.000 Sorry, I'm so used to being vague this week.
00:01:33.000 I just always called them the D-backs, so I never really kind of – Well, it's the Diamondbacks because we are in the desert here.
00:01:41.000 Anyway.
00:01:42.000 No, that's not why.
00:01:43.000 It's that their baseball diamond has a diamond.
00:01:46.000 So call it the Diamondback.
00:01:47.000 It's a cute thing because I just didn't realize that part of it.
00:01:50.000 Yeah, I knew they named it that because there is a snake in the desert, Andrew.
00:01:54.000 Well, fine.
00:01:54.000 Yeah, all right.
00:01:55.000 But baseball diamond.
00:01:58.000 It's actually really smart.
00:01:59.000 All right.
00:02:00.000 So this is our Friday hour to ask us anything hour, of course.
00:02:05.000 So if you want to be a participant in this, join us at members.charliekirk.com, members.charliekirk.com.
00:02:11.000 I'm still stoked about the feedback that we got at Amfest for our members lounge there where you get to see the interviews live.
00:02:20.000 Had hundreds and hundreds of you all join us there.
00:02:23.000 And now you get to call in and be a part of the show.
00:02:25.000 Our first question is from Anthony.
00:02:28.000 Anthony, unmute yourself.
00:02:29.000 Welcome to the show.
00:02:30.000 What's up, guys?
00:02:33.000 Blake, it's a snake that lives in the desert.
00:02:35.000 It's an actual real snake called.
00:02:37.000 I know it's a snake that lives in the desert.
00:02:37.000 I know.
00:02:39.000 I know.
00:02:40.000 I just didn't make the connection that they used diamondbacks specifically as a baseball kind of word.
00:02:47.000 Blake, have you run into any rattlesnakes since you've been here?
00:02:50.000 No.
00:02:51.000 I also haven't run into any tarantulas, which I'm told is good because the land scored.
00:02:54.000 Have you seen the javelinas?
00:02:56.000 No, no, I don't see anything.
00:02:57.000 Okay, the only things I see here on the tiny area.
00:02:58.000 I've seen them here on campus.
00:03:00.000 We've got javelinas?
00:03:00.000 Yes.
00:03:01.000 Yes.
00:03:02.000 We used to, before we had the gate, like many years ago, and before we had so many people down here when we first got into this building, every night the javelinas would come off the mountain and they come down and eat trash.
00:03:12.000 That's all they would do.
00:03:14.000 Javelinas is a thing I didn't even know about.
00:03:16.000 And then one day I was here, had no idea.
00:03:18.000 It was late at night.
00:03:18.000 I was one of the last people to leave.
00:03:20.000 And there's these huge pig things.
00:03:23.000 They look like pigs.
00:03:24.000 They're actually rats.
00:03:25.000 They're related to rats.
00:03:26.000 They're all related to them.
00:03:27.000 Well, they're related to Capybara.
00:03:29.000 Got it.
00:03:30.000 Anyways, they're running through and everybody's like, get in your car because they could be rabid.
00:03:30.000 Yeah.
00:03:33.000 All right, Anthony, what's your question?
00:03:35.000 So, okay, so it's kind of, there's two questions.
00:03:37.000 The first one is about the SAVE Act.
00:03:40.000 I know what it's supposed to do, but how does it affect local and state elections?
00:03:45.000 Because I'm hearing in our state that, well, if the Save Act gets passed, we're going to have to have two types of elections, one for state elections, one for federal, two different departments.
00:03:57.000 And it's really not going to do anything for the state and local elections.
00:04:01.000 And then my other question is this.
00:04:04.000 We have a candidate running for state assembly in my district, and we're going to probably have to do a primary.
00:04:09.000 One of the candidates, some people are saying she's too conservative.
00:04:13.000 Can somebody actually be too conservative?
00:04:16.000 Not to this show.
00:04:17.000 So I'm going to tell you the answer to that question is no, but it depends on what election you're talking about.
00:04:22.000 Do you know what election you're talking about?
00:04:25.000 The election for the two conservative candidate Tyler.
00:04:27.000 Is that the one you're asking?
00:04:28.000 Yeah.
00:04:29.000 Okay.
00:04:29.000 It's assembled.
00:04:30.000 New York State.
00:04:31.000 It would be, so I'm District 25, but my town goes into the next county.
00:04:35.000 I think we're Assembly 130.
00:04:38.000 Yeah, we'll spare the national audience for that.
00:04:40.000 But if you want to email over the two candidates' names, I can take a look at it for you from people we trust and let you know who's who and what.
00:04:48.000 Yeah, like the concept of too conservative, like Bill Buckley used to have that shorthand principle that you should try to elect the most conservative electable candidate.
00:04:59.000 Like it is possible to nominate a person who you know just can't win in that jurisdiction, and that's often going to be a waste of time trying to put that person up if there's a person who could win that you could nominate instead.
00:05:12.000 You also could say like you don't want to use maybe people will attack me for this, but you there is a factor that comes into play.
00:05:20.000 Like is a person competent?
00:05:21.000 Is a person fully stable?
00:05:23.000 Like there's a person who, there are certainly candidates out there whose brand is just being the most conservative person, but they're otherwise like a wrecking ball of causing discord.
00:05:32.000 They can't run a good campaign.
00:05:34.000 They're inflammatory.
00:05:36.000 Those are all things that are not helpful to have in a general election.
00:05:40.000 Inflammatory can be okay.
00:05:41.000 It depends.
00:05:42.000 It depends.
00:05:42.000 Like it's a fine line.
00:05:44.000 Obviously, Trump is inflammatory.
00:05:46.000 You have to use prudence.
00:05:47.000 But yeah, like there can be people who are just frankly like mentally imbalanced lunatics who run for office.
00:05:53.000 Do you want to hit the Save Act portion?
00:05:54.000 Yeah, so I think you're bringing in the MEGA Act, the Make Elections Great Again Act, which is a different one from the Save America Act.
00:06:03.000 But the Save America Act is focused predominantly on voter ID, photo ID, citizenship requirements.
00:06:11.000 So there are some arguments that are being made there like, well, in my state, you can do local elections and actually include non-citizens based off of the state law.
00:06:21.000 And we know that this has been happening in New York and other places.
00:06:24.000 And so therefore, they're making the argument that they're going to have to actually have two separate elections, which the likelihood of passing the Save America Act will be that it will be too lazy to actually do that.
00:06:37.000 Well, it's not even just too lazy.
00:06:39.000 It will probably, the people, like this is a, this is like an 80% popularity in most communities, even amongst Democrats.
00:06:46.000 And so it's high proponent.
00:06:50.000 So you're looking at a situation where Democrats will start to wake up and start going, hey, wait, non-citizens shouldn't be voting in our local elections too.
00:06:58.000 And they'll consolidate elections.
00:07:00.000 It really will cause the Democrats to expose themselves on how much they've added to the election processes in most of these places.
00:07:08.000 It's a start.
00:07:10.000 The mega act, the Make Elections Great Again Act, actually goes into eliminating the mail-in ballots for any reason, which again, this is where people are making the argument that would cause them to force them to do.
00:07:29.000 You're talking about without an excuse.
00:07:34.000 No excuse.
00:07:35.000 No excuse.
00:07:36.000 No excuse mail-in ballot.
00:07:37.000 For any reason.
00:07:39.000 Not every state has this, but many states do now, especially blue states.
00:07:44.000 And so the argument's being made, just what this gentleman's saying, is that they'll have to have two elections, one for federal, where they can't issue no excuse mail and ballots, and then a local election ballot.
00:07:56.000 And look, that's up to the people, right?
00:07:58.000 People can make that determination.
00:08:00.000 But the federal government has strict rule processes for the elections, and this would just secure even more.
00:08:08.000 I'm fully supportive of the MEGA Act in addition to the Save America Act.
00:08:13.000 Let's just go through it.
00:08:14.000 The MEGA Act incorporates the Save Acts proof of citizenship requirement for voter reg, but adds additional reforms, including requiring photo ID to vote, stronger voter role maintenance and cleanup processes, requiring mail-in absentee ballots to be received by election day, no postmark extensions, banning universal vote-by-mail systems, which is kind of what you're talking about, banning ranked choice voting in federal elections.
00:08:38.000 That's huge.
00:08:39.000 I didn't realize.
00:08:40.000 That's a big.
00:08:41.000 Tyler should explain ranked choice voting.
00:08:43.000 Ranked choice voting, in a nutshell, is a way to get rid of the most conservative candidate on the ballot, Anthony.
00:08:50.000 And in addition to that, force the electronic process that has to be, because you can only do ranked choice voting essentially with computers.
00:08:56.000 Yeah.
00:08:57.000 And we wouldn't have least Senator Release.
00:09:02.000 That's right.
00:09:03.000 That's right.
00:09:03.000 They're trying to do it in other places.
00:09:05.000 They tried to do it.
00:09:05.000 They're trying to do it only in red states or places that.
00:09:08.000 Missouri was another one to try it.
00:09:09.000 Missouri, Utah.
00:09:12.000 It bans ballot harvesting.
00:09:14.000 Great.
00:09:16.000 Mandates auditable paper ballots.
00:09:19.000 I mean, this is great.
00:09:20.000 I like this.
00:09:21.000 It's a great act.
00:09:23.000 It's really good.
00:09:23.000 But here's the deal.
00:09:24.000 If Congress can't even get their act together to pass the Save America Act, which is just basic voter ID laws, they're never going to get to MEGA.
00:09:32.000 So step one, and they know this.
00:09:35.000 This is part of the reason why there's so many blockades against the Save America Act, because, again, you poll this anywhere.
00:09:40.000 It's like 80% of the population in most communities that are even purplish are super supportive of the Save America Act.
00:09:47.000 Yeah, it polls like crazy.
00:09:49.000 Population was 76%.
00:09:51.000 That's right.
00:09:52.000 The highest was 83%, according to CNN.
00:09:55.000 76% of black Americans support voter ID.
00:09:59.000 So they agree with Nikki Minaj.
00:10:01.000 And I think most Americans are under the impression that you need it an ID to vote already.
00:10:06.000 And so there's not really a controversy here.
00:10:08.000 The only controversy is why are Democrats blocking something that is so common sense?
00:10:14.000 Right now, it's almost like they have the ideal world, which is people think this is required, but for their purposes with the voters they want to get through, they know they can get away without having it.
00:10:25.000 Every day, Americans make choices that shape our country's future, right down to which cell phone provider we support.
00:10:32.000 Here's what most people don't realize: Patriot Mobile isn't just a wireless provider.
00:10:36.000 They're an activist organization funded by selling top-tier cell phone service.
00:10:41.000 They've been on the front lines defending our freedoms long before it was cool to do so, standing in the gap when others wouldn't.
00:10:47.000 The best part is they deliver prioritized premium service on all three major U.S. networks, giving you the same or even better coverage, backed by 100% U.S.-based customer support.
00:10:58.000 Get unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, and more.
00:11:03.000 And when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you'll help grow a movement that fuels the Christian conservative cause.
00:11:08.000 Every bill you pay helps advance the values of family, faith, and freedom.
00:11:13.000 Switching is easier than ever.

00:11:33.000 All right.
00:11:33.000 Next question here.
00:11:34.000 Oh, wait.
00:11:35.000 We have a clip that we need to play that was relevant to Anthony's question here.
00:11:39.000 This is Charlie.
00:11:40.000 We're talking about why no voter ID?
00:11:42.000 Why do the Dems not want it?
00:11:44.000 Well, this little exchange exposes exactly why.
00:11:47.000 586.
00:11:49.000 How many illegals are coming across the border every day?
00:11:51.000 A lot.
00:11:52.000 So about 10,000 to 15,000 a day.
00:11:54.000 Do you think Joe Biden are all going to vote, Dem?
00:11:58.000 Can you say that again?
00:12:00.000 The illegals?
00:12:01.000 Well, illegals.
00:12:03.000 Yeah, they're coming here.
00:12:04.000 They're going to vote Democrat, and we're going to win.
00:12:09.000 So you're admitting the border is a political tactic by the Democrat Party.
00:12:17.000 Joe Biden is opening the floodgates of this country because he wants to hold on to political power.
00:12:21.000 We've been saying this for a long time.
00:12:23.000 Proof.
00:12:24.000 Proof, you just admitted it.
00:12:25.000 What is he doing to secure the border?
00:12:27.000 When you have 15,000 people a day coming across your southern border, that's not a mistake.
00:12:31.000 Who cares?
00:12:32.000 But who cares?
00:12:33.000 Do you believe in borders?
00:12:36.000 That was like a.
00:12:39.000 I believe that.
00:12:42.000 No borders.
00:12:43.000 No.
00:12:43.000 One world government.
00:12:46.000 And final pitch for Joe Biden.
00:12:50.000 No borders, lots of war, more spying and bankrupt the country.
00:12:53.000 He is still going to win.
00:12:54.000 You guys might win an election, but that will be the death of America if that is the case.
00:12:59.000 So true.
00:13:00.000 I mean, I love it because you can't really tell if he's doing a bit or not.
00:13:04.000 And like, no, that guy was really serious.
00:13:06.000 No, that guy said he said it.
00:13:08.000 Did you see his eyes?
00:13:09.000 And he goes like this.
00:13:10.000 He realized he said something that he was like, oh, I wasn't supposed to say that.
00:13:14.000 I don't know.
00:13:15.000 What I will say is, to complete the thought, you'll run into people who will do kind of like fake libstick.
00:13:20.000 And I always tell people there's no point to doing it anymore because you basically cannot do an over-the-top.
00:13:28.000 It's such a good thing.
00:13:29.000 They already exist for real.
00:13:30.000 Just find them actually saying it.
00:13:32.000 That's the guy.
00:13:33.000 That's that guy that, to your point, like, he is like, that is not parody.
00:13:37.000 That is.
00:13:38.000 That was from March of 2024.
00:13:40.000 That's straight from the Joe Biden chats.
00:13:42.000 Thankfully, they did not win that election.
00:13:44.000 Andy, you're up next on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:13:46.000 Unmute yourself and welcome.
00:13:48.000 Hi, thank you for taking my call.
00:13:50.000 Of course.
00:13:51.000 Thank you for being a supporter.
00:13:54.000 So I like to talk about topics that normally, like, a lot of people in politics don't normally talk about.
00:14:01.000 And for me, there's an issue with the child protective services.
00:14:07.000 I was just thinking, you know, it's like with Doge, like they should have been one of the organizations that they looked into because there's actually like a lot of corruption in it.
00:14:17.000 I actually have some very dear friends, you know, really just good Christian people that they, their lives have been turned upside down because that evil organization took their kids away from them under false claims of child abuse.
00:14:34.000 And it's linked to the medical system because it's like you have to take your child to the hospital if there's like an injury.
00:14:41.000 But if you go there, then the doctor's required to report you to the CPS.
00:14:47.000 And then you get these corrupt judges, like the one they have, that think that you're guilty before being proven innocent.
00:14:57.000 It's like, I'm just, you know, appalled by it that that could happen to them.
00:15:02.000 And also that it's like no one in politics is even talking about it at all.
00:15:09.000 You're shouting about it.
00:15:10.000 No, I mean, I know two people personally, one who actually works here at Turning Point.
00:15:14.000 He had a bunch of, during the 2024 election, just Trump van signs all in his yard.
00:15:18.000 His neighbor called CPS on their family because his kids were like playing in the driveway.
00:15:23.000 And this was like an eight-month ordeal.
00:15:25.000 They had to get lawyers involved.
00:15:27.000 They spent down their savings.
00:15:28.000 Truly is it's one of the most Kafka-esque things you can have in government because, yeah, even if you're innocent, like once the legal bureaucracy can start moving, it's a tough thing because obviously there are so many cases where people, you know, kids have been horribly abused or even killed.
00:15:45.000 And then they say, well, why didn't we catch this?
00:15:48.000 And as we love to do, we pass all these mandatory XYZ laws.
00:15:51.000 But when those are used against people who are innocent, it's massive suffering for them.
00:15:57.000 And just the accusation of those innocent people is an interesting thing.
00:16:03.000 I can't believe I'm having to do this for a state I basically despise.
00:16:07.000 But New York State does appear to have had an interesting legal change just in the last couple months.
00:16:12.000 They did pass a law.
00:16:13.000 They eliminated anonymous reporting to CPS, which I can imagine there might be cases where you'd want that.
00:16:21.000 But on balance, I do think if you're trying to save children, you should be willing to put your name on it.
00:16:26.000 And the potential for abuse with purely anonymous reporting is off the charts.
00:16:31.000 You can have an angry landlord.
00:16:32.000 You can have an angry neighbor.
00:16:34.000 The most common of all, an embittered former partner of some kind.
00:16:38.000 That's who uses this the worst.
00:16:40.000 People who are, you know, former family members, former partners.
00:16:45.000 Family law is the worst type of law.
00:16:47.000 Every lawyer I've talked to who's been in that says that because it involves people at their worst.
00:16:52.000 It encourages them to behave their worst.
00:16:54.000 And it's very difficult, as Andy would know, it's difficult to improve it too much.
00:17:01.000 And as for why it doesn't get talked about too much politically, it is a state-level agency.
00:17:06.000 Obviously, some federal money comes in, but you're not going to have much room for doge on it because 50 different state laws often also then run at the local level.
00:17:15.000 It is something that's going to reward a lot of local involvement.
00:17:17.000 And that's one of the toughest things to get involved in.
00:17:20.000 Easiest, but also toughest because you have to learn your local rules.
00:17:24.000 You can't easily make it a big national issue.
00:17:26.000 You can't get as much attention on it.
00:17:28.000 It's high effort with lower reward, but it is something we need people involved in because, as you say, it does destroy a lot of lives.
00:17:36.000 And big picture, what we have to do the most is what Charlie cared about, which is reviving the American family because a lot of the suffering of CPS is downstream of American families disintegrating.
00:17:46.000 We have so many failed marriages.
00:17:48.000 We have so many children out of wedlock.
00:17:51.000 And weak churches.
00:17:52.000 And that's what's driving, that's what makes it easier to abuse kids.
00:17:55.000 And it also creates the situations where people will lie about things to hurt other people because they're using children as pawns.
00:18:02.000 And in a functional family, children are not pawns.
00:18:06.000 Hi, folks.
00:18:07.000 Andrew Colvett here.
00:18:08.000 I'd like to tell you about my friends over at YReFi.

00:18:49.000 WhyReFi can help.
00:18:50.000 Just go to whyRefi.com.
00:18:52.000 That's the letter why, then refi.com.
00:18:56.000 And remember, YReFi doesn't care what your credit score is.
00:18:59.000 Just go to whyRefi.com and tell them your friend Andrew sent you.
00:19:05.000 All right.
00:19:06.000 Next question is a written-in question from Sam.
00:19:10.000 And the question is, what are everybody's Super Bowl predictions?
00:19:14.000 I think that's a fair question given the predictions are different.
00:19:17.000 I'm all in for the Darnold.
00:19:19.000 He's great.
00:19:20.000 One, he's had a great season.
00:19:22.000 Two, two, the biggest reason I have to pull for the Seahawks and for Darnold is because the Minnesota Vikings let him walk and they went all in on JJ and I really want them to regret that for all time that he immediately went and wanted to rule with another team because I'm a Packers fan and I have a sick desire to see Minnesota Vikings fans suffer.
00:19:45.000 That is a fair argument.
00:19:46.000 That is fair.
00:19:46.000 But the Seahawks are terrible.
00:19:48.000 The city of Seattle.
00:19:49.000 Oh, yeah.
00:19:50.000 So we love Boston.
00:19:51.000 Wait, wait, hold on.
00:19:52.000 Hey, Boston.
00:19:53.000 Boston has ties to 1770.
00:19:55.000 My family came in.
00:19:56.000 Seattle helped us win World War II.
00:19:58.000 Whatever.
00:19:58.000 Timeout.
00:19:59.000 I'm an Arizona fan through and through, but my East Coast, Eastern Conference, Eastern Side, Eastern Seaboard are Boston teams because my family came over on the Mayflower, and that's where the country started.
00:20:11.000 If it wasn't for the Bostonians, we wouldn't have the NFL.
00:20:15.000 Idaho is a red state, and I think they're still Seahawks fans, whereas the greater Boston area is still all blue states.
00:20:21.000 Timeout.
00:20:22.000 No.
00:20:22.000 Timeout.
00:20:24.000 Oh, New Hampshire.
00:20:24.000 Yeah, we've totally won that in a bunch of elections, haven't we?
00:20:26.000 If your state can't, we will.
00:20:28.000 If your state can't demand an NFL team, you can't claim a city that has homeless encampments as the proper area of their downtown.
00:20:40.000 You just can't.
00:20:41.000 Hold on.
00:20:42.000 Idaho does not claim Seattle.
00:20:43.000 What is your prediction?
00:20:44.000 The question is: what is your prediction?
00:20:46.000 We're getting off track.
00:20:47.000 My prediction is 27-24 New England.
00:20:54.000 You're a mate puller.
00:20:55.000 I'm pulling for Drake May.
00:20:57.000 My prediction is that in mass numbers, people are going to leave the halftime show and come watch our halftime show.
00:21:03.000 Mass numbers.
00:21:04.000 CNN disagrees with you, Mikey.
00:21:06.000 That's a badge of honor to have CNN.
00:21:09.000 Disagrees.
00:21:10.000 Nobody's watching, but we clip them to make fun of them.
00:21:12.000 588.
00:21:13.000 TPUSA is going to have its own halftime show, which they're going to put on conservative media outlets.
00:21:21.000 Kid Rock, who you saw in that clip, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Bryce, Gabby Barrett are going to be performing there.
00:21:29.000 And as they do, just back to Bad Bunny, he is a worldwide sensation.
00:21:36.000 He is not just popular in the U.S. or in Latin countries and Spanish-speaking countries.
00:21:42.000 It goes all the way around the globe.
00:21:44.000 Okay.
00:21:44.000 Wow, Turner's really going all in on Bad Bunny.
00:21:47.000 Apparently, Bad Bunny is a worldwide sensation.
00:21:50.000 I've never even heard of it.
00:21:52.000 We're going to have heroic.
00:21:55.000 We're going to have heroic American Hispanics.
00:21:57.000 They're going to be watching, and they're going to be like, I do not like this muchacho.
00:22:01.000 Put on the turning point at time, Joe.
00:22:03.000 So they're all Mexican.
00:22:05.000 Apparently.
00:22:07.000 I can see the scene.
00:22:08.000 Here's the thing.
00:22:08.000 They say the Canejo Malo is a worldwide pop sensation, but nobody seems to know his music.
00:22:14.000 524.
00:22:15.000 Favorite Bad Bunny song?
00:22:18.000 You know nobody got one.
00:22:19.000 Favorite Bad Bunny song?
00:22:20.000 Oh, no, no, Bad Bunny songs.
00:22:22.000 Favorite Bad Bunny song?
00:22:23.000 I have no idea.
00:22:24.000 Favorite Bad Bunny song?
00:22:25.000 Don't know.
00:22:26.000 I don't have one either.
00:22:27.000 Favorite Bad Bunny song.
00:22:28.000 I don't listen to Bad Bunny like that, but she got some missed stuff.
00:22:31.000 What is your favorite Bad Bunny song?
00:22:32.000 I don't listen to Bad Bunny, so I really don't even have one, man.
00:22:37.000 NFL players.
00:22:39.000 She's got some real stuff.
00:22:40.000 She got some real stuff.
00:22:42.000 I want, it'd be so amazing if we got some sort of.
00:22:46.000 It's going to come out.
00:22:48.000 The Seahawks will be down at the half.
00:22:50.000 And then I don't know who their coach is, but he'll rally the troops by just, he'll have them in their locker room.
00:22:55.000 And he'll hold up a smartphone and he'll just, he'll turn it on to Rumble or Rav or any of the co-sponsors.
00:23:03.000 And he starts playing.
00:23:04.000 And Kid Rock will be a little bit more than a little bit of a bunch of people.
00:23:06.000 Bawa Daba.
00:23:07.000 Yeah, he'll play Bawa DeBa.
00:23:08.000 And they'll be like, USA, USA.
00:23:11.000 And then they will charge back out.
00:23:13.000 It'll be like Miracle on Iceback.
00:23:14.000 It'll be like Miracle on Ice.
00:23:16.000 Instead of it being the coach, they'll just turn on the turning point halftime show.
00:23:20.000 So there'll be a full rally, full rally.
00:23:22.000 So this is our prediction.
00:23:24.000 So it will happen.
00:23:25.000 A funny angle here is that Chris Pavlovsky, you know, listen, I'm not giving away all the goods here, but he's going to be at Santa Clara for the big event.
00:23:36.000 And he happens to run a little organization called Rumble.
00:23:41.000 And I don't think he's going to be watching the field action.
00:23:44.000 I think he's going to be watching the screen action.
00:23:47.000 So that'll be fun.
00:23:48.000 That'll be a fun little twist.
00:23:50.000 So listen, I heard bars across America and restaurants are getting prepared to flip over bar owners.
00:23:59.000 Because think about this.
00:24:01.000 Bar owners, by a wide margin in America, are all conservative.
00:24:06.000 Remember, no one's talking about this.
00:24:07.000 No tax on tips.
00:24:09.000 So as everybody's in bars, in establishments, in places leading up to the big game and then following and during it, all of those people are about to, they're filing their taxes right now.
00:24:22.000 They don't even realize they're going to get a huge return because most of them didn't change their withholding.
00:24:29.000 All of these restaurant workers.
00:24:31.000 Good point.
00:24:32.000 One big, beautiful bill is exactly why you need to say no to the Conejo Malo and switch on over to us.
00:24:39.000 So all these bar owners right now love Trump.
00:24:42.000 They love no tax on tips.
00:24:43.000 All their employees are about to get basically a $20,000 to $30,000 boon that they forgot about.
00:24:49.000 Wow.
00:24:49.000 And they're going to be watching the TPO say halftime show, the All-American halftime show.
00:24:54.000 So this is what upsets me about this CNN clip, by the way.
00:24:57.000 They were like, well, we don't think they can win this battle.
00:25:02.000 Listen, do you think we went into this thinking that the 180 million people that are tuned in or whatever the number is going to be are all going to switch over?
00:25:11.000 No.
00:25:12.000 Wait, we also have more viewers on this show.
00:25:14.000 We will switch over and additional people will switch over.
00:25:17.000 We are going to bot the heck.
00:25:18.000 No, I'm just kidding.
00:25:21.000 So here's the win.
00:25:22.000 Okay.
00:25:23.000 The win is everybody's already talking about it.
00:25:26.000 You on CNN talking about it is part of the win.
00:25:30.000 If we get some people, if you see any dip at all, that's a win.
00:25:35.000 If you don't see a dip, but we see lots of action, maybe what happens is, so here's it.
00:25:39.000 Honestly, it's already a win.
00:25:41.000 That freaking bad bunny had to come out and say, oh, you don't need to have.
00:25:44.000 Yeah.
00:25:45.000 The Canejo Malo.
00:25:46.000 He already came out and said, actually, you don't need to have Spanish, no Spanish anymore for the show.
00:25:50.000 Like, they've had to back off.
00:25:52.000 And the dress.
00:25:53.000 The dress.
00:25:53.000 And he backed away from the dress.
00:25:55.000 So listen, all of this is the win.
00:25:58.000 So next year, if they pick, I don't know, a band that was in Santa Clara area that you could have picked, Metallica, everybody would have loved it.
00:26:07.000 Would have been great.
00:26:08.000 If they pick something that everybody can get behind and not some guy who's like, oh, you have four months to learn Spanish and I only speak English to the elites at the Grammys in Hollywood and say, Ice out, if you don't pick those guys, well, maybe then it's already a win.
00:26:24.000 I would love not to have to do this show again in the future, but maybe we will.
00:26:28.000 I have a prediction.
00:26:29.000 My prediction is that they will learn nothing.
00:26:32.000 They will double down.
00:26:34.000 It will get worse next year.
00:26:35.000 And we are going to have an even bigger tradition of another all-American halftime show.
00:26:40.000 Who should we have next year?
00:26:42.000 Well, we may have some announcements here soon.
00:26:44.000 Yeah.
00:26:45.000 Well, I mean, one lesson that we've learned from this whole experience, by the way, is do not try and book performing artists, performance artists, within three months.
00:26:56.000 Don't try it at home, folks, because they'll be in Australia.
00:26:59.000 They'll be on tour somewhere else.
00:27:01.000 And then there's like licensing, right?
00:27:03.000 Believe it or not, good musicians are popular and do things.
00:27:07.000 But no, there was actually.
00:27:08.000 And they want to do it, but they can't.
00:27:11.000 By the way, this is the thing.
00:27:12.000 These are Trailblazers, and these guys deserve a lot of credit.
00:27:16.000 So I just want to give a huge shout out to them again because they deserve.
00:27:20.000 They deserve.
00:27:21.000 So it's Brantley Gilbert, Lee Bryce, Gabby Barrett, and Kid Rock.
00:27:25.000 A huge shout out to them because what they're doing is brave.
00:27:28.000 Erica said that, and I was like, that's just the perfect way to say it.
00:27:32.000 They're being brave.
00:27:33.000 Because if the pioneers that set this, set the tone in year one, we're going to have even more amazing Patriots to come in year two and three if we keep doing this.
00:27:43.000 So because nobody wants to take on the machine.
00:27:46.000 Nobody wants to take on the cabal.
00:27:47.000 Nobody wants to take on the stadiums.
00:27:50.000 Trust me.
00:27:51.000 It's a whole thing.
00:27:53.000 And we'll talk more about it afterwards, but it's been an amazing adventure as well.
00:27:58.000 And the performers have put their heart and soul in it.
00:28:01.000 You guys have seen the rehearsal footage, right?
00:28:04.000 Like, I'm telling you, we're not messing around here.
00:28:07.000 And so we're putting our best foot forward.
00:28:09.000 Very exciting.
00:28:10.000 Oh, my prediction.
00:28:12.000 Seahawks are going to take it.
00:28:14.000 They're going to take it, but it's going to be close.
00:28:16.000 I don't know.
00:28:16.000 I don't know.
00:28:17.000 27-24, that's probably about right.
00:28:19.000 It could be a little higher scoring than that.
00:28:21.000 I'm pulling for a breakout moment for Drake May.
00:28:27.000 We talked about off-camera.
00:28:29.000 We're like, I can't stand another Patriots dynasty.
00:28:33.000 I actually think it's great for the NFL.
00:28:35.000 This is my argument for the Dodgers in baseball.
00:28:38.000 It's good to have a villain.
00:28:39.000 Hey, no, I love the Dodgers being a villain if there's a salary cap.
00:28:43.000 No salary cap.
00:28:44.000 Yeah, salary cap, and you can't kick out your international players' salaries for 50 years.
00:28:50.000 You squarebacks.
00:28:52.000 Jeez.
00:28:52.000 You circle backs.
00:28:54.000 I guess I need an actual score.
00:28:56.000 I'm going to go for an absolutely twisted score.
00:29:00.000 Eight to seven.
00:29:03.000 It could be.
00:29:03.000 I mean, the Seahawks have the number one defense.
00:29:04.000 I don't know if the Pats, do the Pats have a good defense too?
00:29:07.000 You could get a total trench warfare meltdown.
00:29:10.000 See, the argument for the Patriots.
00:29:11.000 Let's go 14-13.
00:29:14.000 And there's going to be at least five combined turnovers.
00:29:18.000 So the argument against the Patriots is that they had a really easy schedule.
00:29:23.000 And also that the Seahawks were in the best division in football.
00:29:29.000 For a lot of Americans, the healthcare system is reactive.
00:29:33.000 You get sick first, and then you wait for an appointment.
00:29:36.000 Then insurance decides what you're allowed to have, and suddenly the medication you need is delayed or it's not available.
00:29:42.000 That is where all-family pharmacy is different.
00:29:45.000 This is not a typical pharmacy.
00:29:46.000 It's family-owned.
00:29:47.000 I know these guys.
00:29:48.000 They're great guys.
00:29:49.000 Works with licensed doctors and is built around a simple idea.
00:29:53.000 That's the idea that you should have the freedom to make informed choices about your own health and the ability to prepare ahead of time.
00:29:59.000 So you're not reactive anymore.
00:30:01.000 You're already prepared.
00:30:02.000 You do not need insurance.
00:30:03.000 You don't need to beg a doctor.
00:30:04.000 Just simple, fast, honest care.
00:30:07.000 This is what healthcare should look like in America with you in control.
00:30:10.000 With All Family Pharmacy, you can order prescription medications before you get sick.
00:30:15.000 Keep them at home and have them ready when you need them most.
00:30:19.000 Everything is done online.
00:30:20.000 A licensed doctor reviews your request and your medication ships straight to your door.
00:30:24.000 They offer antibiotics, antivirals, Tamoflu, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, mbenzadole, methylene blue, and even your daily maintenance medications.
00:30:32.000 This is about access, preparation, and personal responsibility.
00:30:36.000 Choose freedom.
00:30:37.000 Choose the right pharmacy.
00:30:38.000 Go to allfamilypharmacy.com slash Kirk.
00:30:41.000 Use code Kirk10 to save 10% on your next order.
00:30:44.000 That's allfamilypharmacy.com slash Kirk.
00:30:50.000 I do want to tell you guys that our members of this show, members.charliekirk.com, we are going to be doing a family business call on Tuesday.
00:31:00.000 So that's just you to be a part of our production team.
00:31:02.000 So you get to tell us what you want us to cover, what you like about the show, what you don't.
00:31:06.000 I do have a great email here for you, Mikey, from Joe.
00:31:10.000 Says, guys, give Mikey his own show or at least 15 minutes without any background noise.
00:31:16.000 I think I'm the background noise.
00:31:18.000 I don't know about that.
00:31:20.000 Okay, that's cool.
00:31:22.000 We got Robbie.
00:31:23.000 He emails.
00:31:24.000 He says, I predict it's going to be Darnold's Day.
00:31:26.000 He's going to be a great American hero, and the Hawks are going to trounce them.
00:31:30.000 It's going to be like 35 to 14.
00:31:34.000 Yes, I'll be watching the All-American halftime show on my phone.
00:31:37.000 By the way, I don't know if you introduced him, but who is this Tyler guy?
00:31:42.000 He seems cool.
00:31:44.000 Very nice.
00:31:46.000 He's pretty cool.
00:31:47.000 He's the COO of Turning Point Action.
00:31:49.000 He helps run Chase the Vote.
00:31:51.000 This man was with Charlie longer than any of us here.
00:31:54.000 Yeah, literally when I was coming to work for Charlie, it was me and Tyler negotiating.
00:31:58.000 All right, two shows.
00:31:59.000 Who's this Tyler guy in 15 Minutes with Mikey?
00:32:03.000 We should launch this.
00:32:05.000 It would be like a Groundhog Day show.
00:32:06.000 Every single day you introduce Tyler like he's a new person.
00:32:09.000 That's a great point.
00:32:10.000 Emails are flooding in.
00:32:11.000 Thank you guys.
00:32:12.000 Jennifer says, do you guys remember when Pearl Jam tried to buck the stadium system and couldn't stand up to the cabal?
00:32:18.000 That is totally true.
00:32:19.000 Jennifer also says, we are watching Turning Point Halftime Show.
00:32:22.000 We have young children in the house.
00:32:23.000 However, we would watch anyways.
00:32:25.000 I love that.
00:32:26.000 See, this is the thing.
00:32:28.000 If you have children, there's only one.
00:32:28.000 Okay.
00:32:29.000 There's only one out of the show.
00:32:30.000 There's only one All-American halftime show.
00:32:32.000 Ted says, once the Packers are out, I quit watching football.
00:32:36.000 I really sympathize with that, Ted.
00:32:38.000 I did not watch any of the.
00:32:40.000 I'm that way with the Cardinals.
00:32:41.000 That's why I only make it like three or four years.
00:32:43.000 So that's why you never see football every year.
00:32:44.000 Yeah, that's why you've never watched a playoff game in your life.
00:32:47.000 Yeah, basically.
00:32:47.000 Oh, my God.
00:32:48.000 All right, what's the question?
00:32:49.000 Wait, so yeah, Cherise says that she's going to be watching.
00:32:54.000 Sanford says, not watching the game at all, do not care about it.
00:32:58.000 Period.
00:32:58.000 I will be watching RAV the entire time up until that time frame.
00:33:01.000 So you'll be watching.
00:33:02.000 Charisse predicts 16-19 with the Seahawks winning, but also she says we should get Guns N' Roses next year, which I think some of them are lib, but we should have Axl Rose and Slash get back together, and they get on stage, and they say that they're right wing now.
00:33:20.000 Pamera.
00:33:22.000 Pam says.
00:33:23.000 Saxon would be great, but they're British, so they're not all-American.
00:33:25.000 Pam says, absolutely continue the halftime show.
00:33:28.000 Thank you, Pam.
00:33:28.000 In her prediction, Seahawks win 27-17.
00:33:32.000 Missy says, oh, oh, my gosh.
00:33:34.000 I'm loving seeing Blake share his personality more and more.
00:33:37.000 His imagination.
00:33:39.000 And I'm with him in the Vikings fan thing that comes from being a Packers fan through and through.
00:33:45.000 Thank you, Missy.
00:33:46.000 Thank you very much.
00:33:48.000 Michelle says, yes, she's going to be watching.
00:33:49.000 And yes, make it an annual event.
00:33:51.000 Lisa, I want to text all my friends, especially those that have not yet seen the light.
00:33:56.000 Can't wait to see your show.
00:33:58.000 Ginger, Mikey, needs to have his own show.
00:34:02.000 Mikey doesn't get to talk.
00:34:03.000 Mikey, we're going to stop talking.
00:34:04.000 No, no.
00:34:05.000 Let's have Mikey answer.
00:34:06.000 We want to get this last question from one of the subscribers.
00:34:09.000 Mick, we believe you're still there.
00:34:12.000 Yes, sir.
00:34:13.000 There we go.
00:34:13.000 Mick, what's your question?
00:34:15.000 All right.
00:34:16.000 So last week I asked you guys about who we'd like to see indicted.
00:34:20.000 And now I want to ask you guys who should be pardoned.
00:34:22.000 That hasn't been pardoned yet.
00:34:23.000 The one that comes to my head off the rip is Derek Chauvin.
00:34:27.000 I don't even really have to explain.
00:34:29.000 So I want to answer that one because that's come up before.
00:34:32.000 And I talked with Charlie about it.
00:34:34.000 And I obviously think he would deserve a pardon.
00:34:37.000 I do think he was wrongfully convicted in a political hysteria.
00:34:40.000 My understanding is the people closest with Derek do not want a federal pardon right now because they see challenging his federal conviction as a way to sort of delegitimize the case against him.
00:34:53.000 Like they would prefer to sue in federal court and have the conviction eventually thrown out somehow.
00:34:58.000 Whereas a pardon would accept the legitimacy of the verdict in return for clemency, but then he still is stuck in state prison.
00:35:06.000 So for their legal strategy, they do not want a pardon right now.
00:35:10.000 I may be behind the times.
00:35:12.000 I last heard about this many months ago.
00:35:15.000 So perhaps that's evolved, but that might be why that hasn't been discussed more.
00:35:20.000 Although I 100% agree he would deserve one.
00:35:23.000 I do think he was wrongfully convicted.
00:35:25.000 Other people who could be pardoned.
00:35:27.000 This is a less satisfying answer because I know it's not what you're looking for.
00:35:31.000 I thought it would be funny if President Trump would announce that he is pardoning Hillary Clinton for all of the things that she did for Benghazi, for her email server, and just come out and say, in the interests of moving on and healing America and showing that we don't have, you know, we aren't going to pursue these people for their past crimes.
00:35:52.000 I am pardoning Hillary Clinton.
00:35:54.000 And then you put the ball and Bill and you put the ball in their court where they have to accept or decline.
00:35:59.000 And if they decline, it's sort of a way to just put their guilt in their faces again.
00:36:04.000 Yeah, actually.
00:36:04.000 Because like them actually being held accountable, probably not going to happen.
00:36:08.000 So it's a way to sort of rub it in their noses.
00:36:10.000 Yeah, their lawyers are probably telling them they have to.
00:36:12.000 I think that's a good option.
00:36:14.000 Although the audience is probably going to want to see them.
00:36:16.000 They'll probably think I've lost my money.
00:36:18.000 Mikey, who would you pardon?
00:36:19.000 Snowden.
00:36:20.000 Snowden.
00:36:21.000 That's a good answer.
00:36:22.000 That's a good answer.
00:36:23.000 This is why you need your own show.
00:36:25.000 Snowden, but there's a lot of, I think there's disagreement, though.
00:36:28.000 Who deserves it more, Snowden or Assange?
00:36:31.000 I said Julian Assange because Julian Assange is a he wants to be here.
00:36:38.000 I don't know if Snowden does at this point, and he might be too tied in with the Russians that it's like he may not be able to detangle that ever again.
00:36:46.000 But Snowden, I actually think, could be a huge asset to the government and to our people.
00:36:52.000 And I think he's a truth teller.
00:36:53.000 And I think he was wrong for me.
00:36:56.000 I lean more towards Snowden.
00:36:58.000 Assange, I know some of their early releases through WikiLeaks, like you at least have a credible claim that they put American troops in danger, American lives in danger.
00:37:07.000 They were a little bit reckless with what they released.
00:37:10.000 Whereas with Snowden, I really do think Snowden, he found the government doing something flagrantly illegal.
00:37:16.000 They were lying about it.
00:37:17.000 It's almost classic 70s Intel thriller level of, oh, I'm in this machine and I discovered it was flagrantly illegal.
00:37:25.000 And yeah, everyone would say, oh, if he was truly honest, he would have come forward in America.
00:37:29.000 Well, no, because you lunatics would have thrown him in prison.
00:37:32.000 So he did the only reasonable thing, which is he had to flee the country.
00:37:36.000 And if even if he's like tied himself in with Russia in some way, I think the argument that is very fair is he had to do that to avoid possibly being murdered, possibly being imprisoned for life.
00:37:48.000 He's probably honestly living such a great life, though, in Russia.
00:37:51.000 They've probably given him a lot of people.
00:37:52.000 I don't know if it is.
00:37:53.000 I think he has a home in Russia.
00:37:54.000 No, I don't know.
00:37:55.000 But I don't think it's a life you'd love.
00:37:57.000 Like, the Russians, if you see that when people flee to Russia, like some of these ex-Assad guys, they get a home.
00:38:04.000 Like, Russia will make sure you can live here and we won't bother you.
00:38:09.000 But it's not a great life otherwise, Ness.
00:38:11.000 I'm pretty sure.
00:38:11.000 And you're always monitored.
00:38:13.000 I'm skeptical.
00:38:14.000 It's amazing.
00:38:15.000 I'm pretty sure Russia's taking care of it.
00:38:16.000 Hold on.
00:38:17.000 We got to read through some more of these.
00:38:18.000 We got 40 seconds.
00:38:19.000 Janet says, I won't be watching football only your halftime show.
00:38:24.000 Bridget says, Bridget says, I only watch college football and I'll be watching the American halftime show.
00:38:31.000 Your halftime show.
00:38:32.000 Do it annual.
00:38:33.000 Do it annual.
00:38:34.000 Play back your favorite college game and then watch at halftime.
00:38:38.000 Howard says, guys, this household is all in on the All-American Halftime Show.
00:38:43.000 We will be watching the game, which sadly, I believe Seattle will have a huge lead and he's going to switch over.
00:38:48.000 Jody, your halftime show.
00:38:50.000 Thank you, guys.
00:38:51.000 The emails flooded in.
00:38:53.000 I love the excitement.
00:38:54.000 All-American halftime show.
