00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody here.
00:00:49.000 We go.
00:00:50.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:52.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:54.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:57.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:01.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:02.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:03.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:01:05.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:11.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:20.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:23.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:32.000 Who's in charge?
00:01:35.000 That's a question that we've been asking ourselves collectively and also individually.
00:01:40.000 Who's in charge of our country?
00:01:42.000 Who's in charge of your child's education?
00:01:45.000 Who works for who?
00:01:47.000 Now, the United States Constitution, the greatest political document ever written, says very clearly the people are the sovereign and that rulers need to be representatives.
00:01:59.000 That people in charge should not act as if they are a ruling class, but instead of representative body.
00:02:06.000 Big difference.
00:02:08.000 Now, there is an extraordinary piece here I want to walk through, and it's not something that's a mistake.
00:02:16.000 So, a lot of times when you hear one of these outrageous stories and someone gets caught in the midst of this, they'll say, Oh, I didn't mean to say that.
00:02:24.000 I got caught off on a hot mic.
00:02:27.000 I was taken out of context.
00:02:29.000 All these different sorts of excuses that are used.
00:02:36.000 There's this incredible op-ed that was written by Richard Robinson.
00:02:42.000 You've probably never heard of him before.
00:02:43.000 I hadn't either until this story came out.
00:02:47.000 He is a school board member on the York Suburban School District Board.
00:02:54.000 That is in York County, Pennsylvania.
00:02:58.000 Now, I know York County better than most.
00:03:02.000 It is not a suburb of Philadelphia.
00:03:06.000 It's out about a little bit west of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
00:03:10.000 It's in a more rural part of Pennsylvania.
00:03:14.000 It's about an hour and a half north of Baltimore, where York is, and not far from Harrisburg, the state capital.
00:03:23.000 Well, this school board member, Richard Robinson, wrote an op-ed, an opinion piece.
00:03:33.000 He said, No, I do not work for you, parents.
00:03:37.000 York Suburban School District Board member Richard Robinson wrote an op-ed.
00:03:42.000 He said that the ability to be able to show up to school board meetings is the following: the provision gives residents of a school district the chance to vent their spleens about exorbitant taxes or demand subjects be taught properly the way they were during the most frigid period of the Civil War.
00:03:57.000 In the past, more often than not, nobody showed up, but not these days.
00:04:01.000 As social media outlets and national news broadcasts and our local newspapers tell us, school boards are now the new battleground in the fight for America's future.
00:04:07.000 Amen, they are.
00:04:09.000 This bothers Richard Robinson.
00:04:12.000 He says, parents who show up and give public comment have, quote, the collective intelligence of a village idiot.
00:04:17.000 Now, remember, this guy wrote this.
00:04:19.000 It's not some mistake.
00:04:20.000 It's not some caught on camera mic.
00:04:23.000 No, he wrote this in an opinion piece.
00:04:26.000 Some members of my community, here is my community, appear to interpret this part of broad board meetings as the occasion to tell board members why they have the collective intelligence of a village idiot and how the school district ought to be addressing real problems.
00:04:42.000 He continues by saying, far too many elected officials have shown over the past two years that the consent of the governed is a little more than an inconvenient speed bump on the road to advancing their unpopular agendas.
00:04:54.000 Mocking and dismissing the conservative community may be cathartic for petty dictators, but it's not a path to electoral success.
00:05:01.000 This is what Nicole Neely said in response to Richard Robinson.
00:05:06.000 She said that, and she runs the parents defending education.
00:05:10.000 This article continues, Richard Robinson by saying, with all due respect to the men and women who come up to me and say, I'm a taxpayer, you work for me.
00:05:21.000 Robinson, the school board member, says, no, I don't.
00:05:23.000 I don't work for you.
00:05:24.000 I was elected by the people who voted to represent you.
00:05:27.000 What?
00:05:28.000 No, so I don't work for you.
00:05:30.000 I was elected by the people who voted to represent you.
00:05:34.000 So where does the money come from, Mr. Robinson?
00:05:38.000 Richard Robinson says, do parents always know what is best for their kids?
00:05:42.000 No, they don't.
00:05:43.000 Nevertheless, if you are offended because I don't think parents are infallible, then you can always sue or take your child out of school, your choice.
00:05:50.000 A lot of parents are.
00:05:51.000 Homeschooling is going to double this year.
00:05:54.000 We just had a recent podcast with Lee Bortons from Classical Conversations.
00:05:58.000 I encourage all of you guys to listen to the podcast and get your kids and grandkids out of public school immediately.
00:06:04.000 It's destroying their life.
00:06:07.000 Robinson wrote, quote, parents who claim that health and safety measures are damaging to children's mental health to justify their own social agenda are the most offensive and vile of all.
00:06:18.000 There are members of this community who try to draw attention to the warning signs of increasing mental distress among our children long before you ever thought of mental health as a potential cudgel.
00:06:28.000 To listen to your repeated distortions of the facts is nauseating.
00:06:32.000 Very clearly, I don't work for you.
00:06:35.000 Now, why are we spending time on this?
00:06:37.000 Well, this in York, Pennsylvania, which is predominantly a rural town, you have a school board member telling parents you are not in charge.
00:06:47.000 And this is really going to be a deciding moment for millions of families across the country, which is, who has sovereignty over your children?
00:06:58.000 Who's in charge?
00:07:00.000 If it's this bad in York, Pennsylvania, just think how bad it is in New York or Philadelphia or Los Angeles.
00:07:07.000 This is York, Pennsylvania, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, San Jose, Austin, Texas.
00:07:15.000 They're not hiding their radicalism anymore.
00:07:18.000 Do you notice that in development recently?
00:07:21.000 That they are wearing it on their sleeve.
00:07:23.000 Come on, parents.
00:07:24.000 It's not like you're in charge.
00:07:25.000 You know, it's really interesting.
00:07:26.000 Democrats used to camouflage their radicalism through poll-tested sound bites and cushy one-liners and approved bumper stickers.
00:07:38.000 Now they do the opposite.
00:07:41.000 Now they just say exactly what they believe and let the consequences fall where they may.
00:07:48.000 Well, if you don't work for the parents, who do you work for then?
00:07:53.000 That's a good question.
00:07:55.000 Not to the voters because the parents are the voters.
00:07:58.000 It's not to the children.
00:07:59.000 No, they work for the state.
00:08:03.000 You see, people like Richard Robinson, who writes this op-ed, again, not some sort of off-the-cuff remark, not some sort of thing he regrets that he said.
00:08:14.000 Instead, this is a thoughtful op-ed.
00:08:17.000 By thoughtful, I mean he thought it through.
00:08:21.000 Good.
00:08:21.000 You don't write things like this by mistake.
00:08:23.000 He published it.
00:08:24.000 He peer-edited it, I'm sure.
00:08:27.000 He says, no, I don't work for you.
00:08:30.000 Well, parents, you should be insulted, offended, and compelled by this sort of language.
00:08:36.000 But I do appreciate his honesty.
00:08:39.000 I appreciate the honesty because they are so arrogant, they don't even try to sugarcoat anymore.
00:08:45.000 That should be a fire alarm for a lot of our parents listening right now.
00:08:49.000 If you send your child to public school, very few school board members will be as explicit or will be as clear as Richard Robinson.
00:09:02.000 But it does beg the question, how many school board members believe this?
00:09:06.000 They just aren't willing to write.
00:09:07.000 I mean, this guy's obviously disturbed and deranged to write this into an op-ed, but I'm sure there are thousands of school board members across the country that hold this view.
00:09:19.000 Thousands.
00:09:20.000 Parents, I don't work for you.
00:09:23.000 With all due respect to the men and women who snarl, I'm a taxpayer, you work for me.
00:09:28.000 No, I don't work for you.
00:09:32.000 If we are serious about retaking the country, if we're serious about stopping the great reset, if we're serious about reinstituting the Constitution, the citizen must be clear that the people who are in temporary positions of power, you are a representative.
00:09:48.000 You are not a ruler.
00:09:52.000 Look, did you get hit with a big tax spill you were not expecting with rates still being very low and home equity being high?
00:09:59.000 It's perfect time to refinance and get some cash out of your home.
00:10:02.000 Look, you could go to one of these woke banks, Citibank, Chase, where they hate you, they hate the country, and they hate Christianity.
00:10:10.000 Or you could refinance right now all of your mortgage needs with my friends.
00:10:15.000 Guess what?
00:10:15.000 It's so easy to remember the website, andrewandTodd.com.
00:10:17.000 Just write it now, andrewandTodd.com.

00:10:52.000 Do not use the banks that hate you.
00:10:55.000 Use Andrew and Todd.
00:10:56.000 They will do a great job for you, everybody.
00:10:58.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:11:00.000 That's AndrewandTodd.com.
00:11:04.000 So there is a looming drama that's happening right now in Loudoun County.
00:11:09.000 And I'm going to tell you my take on it, what I think is going to happen next.
00:11:13.000 Loudoun County, of course, is the suburbs of Washington, D.C., and was the epicenter of Virginia going from deep blue to all of a sudden red, thanks to the successful race and candidacy of Glenn Young.
00:11:26.000 Now, Glenn Young has been surprising a lot of people.
00:11:28.000 I got to give him credit.
00:11:30.000 He signed some phenomenal executive orders on his first day in office.
00:11:34.000 And he also set up a tip line for parents and students to be able to send in tips of bias and outrageous behavior that is occurring in their local schools.
00:11:45.000 Now, let me just make a prediction.
00:11:46.000 The left-wingers, the activists, they're going to flood these tip lines with such spam.
00:11:50.000 It's going to be almost overwhelm the system.
00:11:54.000 And I don't know how long that's actually going to hold.
00:11:57.000 But after a week of sending students to auditoriums, libraries, and gyms for not masking in schools, Loudoun County principals are telling students like Nicholas Sanchez they'll be suspended if they don't comply with the school's mask mandate.
00:12:11.000 Now, this is a looming fight right now for Glenn Yunken because Glenn Younken signed an executive order on optional masking.
00:12:19.000 Now, why parents have this possessive focus on trying to make sure children have masks on is really creepy and dark.
00:12:29.000 It's that simple.
00:12:29.000 It's creepy and it's dark.
00:12:31.000 And you know, they actually don't believe it themselves.
00:12:34.000 A unrelated but totally related story is a tangent: Gavin Newsom was at the SoFi Stadium watching the Rams Niners game, not wearing a mask at all, yet he makes it a point to make sure the children of California have to wear masks all day long in school.
00:12:51.000 He doesn't actually believe his own nonsense.
00:12:52.000 Of course not.
00:12:54.000 We've known that for a while.
00:12:55.000 I mean, there was an attempt to get rid of Newsom and after the French laundry deal, and that attempt was unsuccessful.
00:13:02.000 He's still governor, but I still supported it nevertheless.
00:13:05.000 California is in its own world.
00:13:08.000 Glenn Young's executive order on optional masking went into effect.
00:13:12.000 Frustrated, Louden County parents take over school board meeting, many upset over masks.
00:13:17.000 The Platt families, two elementary school boys and middle schooler, didn't mask last week either.
00:13:21.000 And they were issued formal warnings at the end of the school week, and they had a meeting with school administrators.
00:13:26.000 This is what they were told by their kids' school: quote: If they come on Wednesday and they defy that and they do not comply, then they will be issued a trespassing order.
00:13:35.000 I haven't heard that from other schools, but it elevates things.
00:13:39.000 Mrs. Platt, their mother, says, you've been warned if you come, you'll be physically removed from the property.
00:13:45.000 There's a lot of tense emotion in that room.
00:13:47.000 It was no joke.
00:13:48.000 It seems silly that they'd threaten a first grader or hang college over their head.
00:13:52.000 The father, John Platt, says, as a family, we will discuss that because these kids take that pressure differently, especially the little one.
00:13:59.000 So the Platt family only just says, please take your kids out of school.
00:14:02.000 This is not worth it.
00:14:03.000 It's child abuse.
00:14:04.000 It's emotional abuse.
00:14:04.000 It's social abuse.
00:14:06.000 If your child is still going to a school or an institution that mandates a mask, you must have a really good reason to keep them there.
00:14:13.000 Or maybe you think that masking is just fine, despite the fact that stuttering, speech development issues, IQ development, depression, anxiety are all on the rise that can have direct correlations and connections with mandatory mask wearing.
00:14:28.000 And that's not my own data or my own interpretation.
00:14:32.000 Dr. Mark McDonald, author of United States of Fear, came on this program last week and said exactly that.
00:14:39.000 Seven News has seen letters from Loudoun County school principals that say students who are suspended for not masking may return to school, but only when they agree to follow COVID mitigation measures throughout the entire school day.
00:14:51.000 No accommodations for natural immunity.
00:14:54.000 Not to mention, these are children.
00:14:57.000 They do not have any sort of significant risk of even having a serious case, let alone dying from the Fauci Chinese coronavirus.
00:15:10.000 There's something at play here, and it's pathological, it's creepy, it's dark of parents that are so obsessed over making sure children wear masks.
00:15:22.000 And by the way, I hate to go here, but I will.
00:15:27.000 It's not a mystery that Magic Johnson is immunocompromised.
00:15:31.000 I mean, is Gavin Newsom like super spreading to an AIDS patient?
00:15:35.000 I'm not making fun of the fact that Magic Johnson has AIDS.
00:15:38.000 It's well documented he does.
00:15:39.000 I wish him well with that.
00:15:40.000 I've actually always kind of liked Magic Johnson.
00:15:43.000 Is he pretty political?
00:15:44.000 I never somewhat.
00:15:45.000 He's probably center left.
00:15:47.000 Obviously, if he likes Gavin Newsom, he's pretty political.
00:15:50.000 But yeah, he's not.
00:15:52.000 I agree.
00:15:52.000 Andrew said he's not that political.
00:15:53.000 I'm a Magic fan.
00:15:54.000 I always have been.
00:15:55.000 I think he was a good athlete and a relatively okay person, but he wasn't.
00:16:00.000 He's not an activist like LeBron.
00:16:01.000 LeBron is much more political than Magic Johnson.
00:16:04.000 But why parents put up with this in the first place?
00:16:08.000 I don't know, but I am given hope that parents are starting to push back against this.
00:16:13.000 There's a looming fight in Virginia.
00:16:14.000 We're going to keep our eye on it of the governor's executive order and defiant schools and upset parents.
00:16:22.000 By now, you've all heard me talk about MyPillow, and now Mike has done it again with his My Slippers.
00:16:28.000 Mike has taken over two years to develop.

00:17:17.000 We have an amazing guest on to discuss a bombshell story that is really making headlines amongst many other things.
00:17:25.000 He is the founder and the editor-in-chief of justthenews.com and has a new show on Real America's Voice, America's Voice News.
00:17:34.000 You guys can watch.
00:17:35.000 John, John Solomon, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:17:38.000 God, thank you so much.
00:17:39.000 We had our first edition last night and a big one again tonight.
00:17:42.000 We're going to break some news and so glad to join you.
00:17:44.000 Congratulations with your great show.
00:17:46.000 I love coming on here.
00:17:47.000 Thank you.
00:17:47.000 It's terrific.
00:17:48.000 So, John, there's a story that is being sent all around.
00:17:51.000 I had four or five people text it to me this morning and it's trending on social media, which is all about this Biden boomerang.
00:17:59.000 Tell us about it.
00:18:00.000 Yeah, so the story of Ukraine impeachment, which, by the way, was two years ago this month that the president's first impeachment trial ended with acquittal.
00:18:08.000 That was all about Ukraine.
00:18:10.000 The story that Democrats, the mainstream media, and the security establishment gave us in that is going the route of Russia collusion.
00:18:17.000 It's going in reversal.
00:18:18.000 Why?
00:18:19.000 Because we've been winning some lawsuits, fighting for documents, and we're finding out that the storyline that the State Department, the national security agencies, and the Democratic media gave us was wrong.
00:18:32.000 And let's give us, let's just remind people what it was.
00:18:34.000 I wrote a series of stories in the Hill back in 2019 saying Joe Biden fired the prosecutor in Ukraine that was investigating his son's company.
00:18:42.000 That's not in doubt.
00:18:43.000 Burisma was under investigation.
00:18:44.000 The prosecutor was fired.
00:18:46.000 Joe Biden admits he did it.
00:18:48.000 The story was that prosecutor deserved to be fired, according to the State Department, because he was inept, incompetent, maybe even corrupt.
00:18:55.000 That's what people said in sworn testimony.
00:18:58.000 That prosecutor's name is Victor Shokin.
00:19:00.000 I interviewed him at the time and he said, hey, listen, I wasn't corrupt.
00:19:03.000 And the United States never complained to me at all.
00:19:06.000 They told me I was doing a good job.
00:19:07.000 So we tried to check that story up.
00:19:09.000 For two and a half years, we fought a lawsuit.
00:19:11.000 We recently got a document.
00:19:13.000 What does it show?
00:19:14.000 That in the summer of 2015, as Joe Biden was starting the process to fire the prosecutor overseeing the investigation of his son's company, the State Department, John Kerry, Victoria Newland, Jeffrey Pyatt, some of the witnesses we saw, told him he was doing a great job.
00:19:28.000 In fact, they said they were impressed.
00:19:30.000 That's a direct quote from this document, with his anti-corruption efforts.
00:19:34.000 And that effort to evaluate him went on through the summer and fall.
00:19:38.000 And in October, all of the agencies of the United States government said he had made enough progress that Ukraine should get a billion dollars in new American loan guarantees.
00:19:48.000 So everything was going fine.
00:19:50.000 So then what happened?
00:19:51.000 A story came out in the New York Times that said Joe Biden, as Joe Biden was going to visit Ukraine in December 2015, his son's business, his association with a corrupt Ukraine company, it made headlines in the New York Times.
00:20:04.000 It embarrassed Joe Biden.
00:20:05.000 And then that's when the Obama administration decided to fire that prosecutor.
00:20:11.000 We've now unraveled the truth, and we found out that what Adam Schiff told us two years ago wasn't true.
00:20:17.000 Well, and it's traveling.
00:20:20.000 The story is traveling with great velocity.
00:20:21.000 I also think because of the new Ukraine news, right?
00:20:25.000 And the question is whether or not the Biden family has been co-opted by yet another foreign country.
00:20:34.000 And the whole kind of impeachment hoax was intentional.
00:20:37.000 You know, 2020, they wanted to impeach Donald Trump early, and then COVID came and it changed all of our voting laws, which I do want to ask you about.
00:20:45.000 And so this only kind of plays further into the Burisma question and Hunter Biden's involvement in Ukraine.
00:20:52.000 Walk us through that.
00:20:54.000 So listen, I think there's a second storyline.
00:20:56.000 And tonight at Just the News, we're going to break another big story.
00:21:00.000 This is a classified document.
00:21:02.000 It was classified by the State Department, not because it has any national secrets in it, but because it protected Joe Biden by putting classification on it.
00:21:10.000 The story that Adam Schiff and the Democrats and the Washington Post and the mainstream media gave us two years ago was that, yeah, Hunter Biden's role at Burisma, a corrupt gas company, while Joe Biden was overseeing fighting corruption in Ukraine.
00:21:24.000 Yeah, it created the appearance of a conflict of interest, but it never impacted any U.S. policy.
00:21:31.000 That was the storyline.
00:21:32.000 We're going to give you a document tonight.
00:21:34.000 It's classified.
00:21:35.000 It's going to go public.
00:21:36.000 And in that document, it states clearly that Hunter Biden and his role at Burisma, it actually undercut the entire anti-corruption activities of the United States.
00:21:47.000 It blames Hunter Biden for undercutting U.S. policy in Ukraine.
00:21:51.000 It debunks the testimony.
00:21:53.000 And the only reason this document was classified was to protect Joe Biden during the 2020 election.
00:21:58.000 Well, and there's serious questions of whether or not, or there should be serious questions, I should say, whether or not Joe Biden is meddling into the current investigations of his son and his family.
00:22:07.000 And I mean, you had people, I mean, just think back.
00:22:09.000 You had Jeff Sessions, who is forced to recuse himself, I don't think ever should have, because of some Russia thing.
00:22:14.000 And you literally have Hunter Biden's bank who has just subpoenaed JP Morgan because of his connections to China and all of these questions that just continue to swirl around that.
00:22:24.000 So, John, I want to also ask you, you guys have done a great job covering this at justthenews.com.
00:22:29.000 Also, there's a new movie that's coming out with Dinesh D'Souza, 2000 Mules.
00:22:34.000 And you've been involved in helping cover this and helping publicize this.
00:22:37.000 Tell us about what we think might be in this movie.
00:22:41.000 I don't want to try to tip the hand too much.
00:22:43.000 I'm actually going to be with Dinesh tomorrow.
00:22:45.000 I'm going to see the footage myself.
00:22:47.000 Tell us about it.
00:22:48.000 Yeah, so there is a complaint pending in the state of Georgia before Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffsenberger.
00:22:55.000 He says the information is credible and deserves to be investigated.
00:22:59.000 That complaint alleges it comes from True the Vote, an election expert, a conservative election expert named Catherine Engelbrecht.
00:23:05.000 They obtained the video footage for all those drop boxes that were distributed for the first time in the 2020 election.
00:23:11.000 Before 2020, we didn't use drop boxes to deliver votes.
00:23:14.000 But they put all these boxes out often in unsecure areas.
00:23:18.000 And the only thing we had for protection was video surveillance cameras.
00:23:21.000 Catherine's group went and got those video and surveillance cameras.
00:23:24.000 And what they show, what they appear to show, is people walking in in the dead of night.
00:23:28.000 When I mean the dead of night, I mean midnight to 5 a.m., dropping in large stacks of ballots into the ballot boxes.
00:23:35.000 Why is that a problem?
00:23:36.000 It looks like ballot box stuffing is what we would have called it in the old days of Tammany Hall.
00:23:40.000 Well, in 2021, it's called harvesting.
00:23:43.000 You are not allowed under Georgia law or Arizona law, Wisconsin law, Michigan law to gather other people's ballots and deliver them for them.
00:23:51.000 The person themselves has to go and deliver it.
00:23:54.000 The only exception is for your immediate family.
00:23:56.000 You can take your wife or your children to their ballots with you when you go.
00:24:01.000 Any stranger, it's illegal.
00:24:03.000 It's called harvesting.
00:24:03.000 In Arizona, they've begun prosecuting people for this.
00:24:06.000 Well, these videos show what appeared to be harvesting, but Catherine's group went further.
00:24:11.000 They went and got one of the people who participated in this scheme to admit he did it and described a large network of people.
00:24:19.000 242 people, we're told, that he described who participated in this in Georgia, both during the general election, where Joe Biden allegedly defeated Donald Trump, and then in the runoff, where the Democrats won the two seats and captured the United States Senate, that there were 242 people making regular trips delivering these ballots.
00:24:39.000 Brad Rafsenberger is about to issue subpoenas to the state elections board to secure this evidence, and he's opened a major investigation.
00:24:47.000 That's remarkable in itself because it was Brad Rafsenberger that originally went on 60 minutes saying the Georgia election was perfect.
00:24:54.000 Now he has some serious doubts about that claim.
00:24:57.000 Well, and that Gabe Sterling guy, that's his name, right?
00:25:00.000 That contractor, that weirdo.
00:25:02.000 You remember who I'm talking about?
00:25:03.000 He kept on going on television.
00:25:04.000 Yep, sure, yep, going back a little bit, right?
00:25:06.000 And he just was so insistent and he was so like hyper-aggressive about how perfect the election was.
00:25:13.000 So 242 people, John.
00:25:16.000 Let's be conservative.
00:25:17.000 Let's say that it was 50 to 100 ballots each because they made multiple stops.
00:25:22.000 Now, another piece of information that is very important is that on video, time and time again, you see them taking pictures of the ballots.
00:25:30.000 Now, why would they take pictures of the ballots, John?
00:25:33.000 Maybe to get paid.
00:25:34.000 Well, that's it.
00:25:35.000 We know for sure because the John Doe witness, this witness that was cooperating, the whistleblower, we can call him, told Catherine's group that they got paid $10 a ballot.
00:25:43.000 And the way they assured they got paid is they would take themselves at the box where they were delivering the ballots.
00:25:48.000 They'd take a picture to make sure they show they went to the right box and delivered the ballots to the right box.
00:25:53.000 And so if the whistleblower is telling the truth, and if these videos show what we think they show, in fact, that would be further evidence of this harvesting scheme.
00:26:03.000 And it's very important to remind your viewers this.
00:26:08.000 The Democrats tried to legalize harvesting.
00:26:10.000 They wanted harvesting legal in 2020.
00:26:13.000 They sued in Arizona.
00:26:14.000 They sued in Georgia.
00:26:15.000 They lost both cases.
00:26:16.000 The Arizona case, in fact, made its way all the way to the United States Supreme Court.
00:26:20.000 They wanted harvesting legal.
00:26:22.000 Now the question is, when they couldn't get it legalized, did they do it in a surreptitious way or did some rogue operatives put together an operation?
00:26:30.000 That's what Brad Rafsenberger has to resolve for the American public with this investigation he started.
00:26:36.000 Well, we could speculate.
00:26:38.000 I can probably go a little bit further on that than you can.
00:26:41.000 I think this was totally an organized operation.
00:26:43.000 You know, John, we did these live streams the night of the election, night after for about a week and a half.
00:26:48.000 We had all the boards of all the different weird things.
00:26:51.000 And we speculated this was like an Ozark election.
00:26:54.000 It was ballot laundering.
00:26:55.000 And that's certainly what it looks like.
00:26:57.000 We were one of the first shows to use that phrase because it just, it didn't make any sense.
00:27:01.000 And I want everyone to understand that you have the reaction to the Chinese coronavirus.
00:27:06.000 You lock down the country and you change our voting laws.
00:27:08.000 So Georgia goes from 248,000 mail-in ballots to 1.2 million mail-in ballots, which include ballots that were sent to multiple addresses, to phantom voters, and all of that.
00:27:20.000 And if, John, there was an organization that was incentivized to not just turn in ballots, but potentially, we don't have evidence for this yet, but to go scoop up ballots and fill them in or pay people for their ballots, whatever they might be.
00:27:33.000 I come from Chicago, so I'm very cynical with this sort of stuff.
00:27:35.000 Of course.
00:27:36.000 I mean, you perfected the model.
00:27:38.000 You should be.
00:27:38.000 And then now you have this footage.
00:27:40.000 I just want to give credit to Katherine Engelbrecht from True the Vote.
00:27:43.000 I've known her for a very long time, almost 10 years and her whole team.
00:27:47.000 And also you, John, you've done an incredible job covering it.
00:27:49.000 And Dinesh D'Souza, I mean, there's going to be more kind of momentum behind that.
00:27:55.000 I think this is so important.
00:27:56.000 And there's so many questions, and we want to get answers.
00:27:59.000 But at the very least, at the very minimum, this breaks the law.
00:28:03.000 That's what we know.
00:28:04.000 We know that it was illegally done unless these people turning in ballots have like 2,500 children.
00:28:12.000 That's right.
00:28:12.000 That would be the same.
00:28:13.000 You'd have to have a very large family to justify this.
00:28:15.000 Yeah, and it's not Minneapolis.
00:28:20.000 So, how's your new year going so far?
00:28:22.000 Pretty good, I hope.
00:28:23.000 But it's been tough, hasn't it?
00:28:25.000 Lots of us have begun to wake up and smell the roses.
00:28:29.000 And some of us have smelt coffee instead.
00:28:32.000 All of us are now realizing how quick time is rushing past.
00:28:36.000 You're that much closer to retirement and that much closer to not earning.
00:28:40.000 But in the meantime, you've got some catching up to do.
00:28:42.000 With crypto and markets very risky right now and inflation running anywhere between 8 to 20 percent, and conservatively, it's 8 percent.
00:28:50.000 Where are you going to keep your money to keep up and beat it?
00:28:53.000 You might want to talk to an expert at Noble Gold and run through the options for keeping your money safe.
00:28:58.000 No pressure, no hassle, and no call centers.
00:29:02.000 This month, Noble Gold is giving away a free one-tenth of an ounce solid gold American Eagle coin with any qualifying plan that you start.
00:29:10.000 So, to speak to someone who knows what they're talking about for once, how good would that feel?
00:29:14.000 Call us at 877-646-5347 or visit our website at noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:29:20.000 That's noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:29:25.000 So, John, tell us where can people find your show?
00:29:27.000 When does it air?
00:29:28.000 It's Real America's Voice.
00:29:30.000 Tell us about that.
00:29:31.000 Yeah, really excited about this.
00:29:32.000 So, Real America's Voice is on lots of platforms.
00:29:34.000 If you have Dish Satellite, it's on Channel 219.
00:29:37.000 If you have Pluto, if you're a fan of Pluto, it's on Channel 240.
00:29:41.000 It's on the Samsung TV smart televisions.
00:29:43.000 It's on the Real America's Voice app.
00:29:45.000 You can watch it on the Just the News app.
00:29:48.000 Lots of different ways.
00:29:49.000 I call it the Fox News for the cable-cutting generation.
00:29:53.000 It is a fast-moving network with a lot of conversation, two-way conversation with the viewers.
00:30:00.000 And every night there, and every day, there's tremendous programs going on.
00:30:03.000 My program happens to air at six o'clock right after Steve Bannon's second show of the day.
00:30:08.000 I have a great co-host, Amanda Head, the Hollywood Conservative.
00:30:11.000 A lot of people will remember her from her work on that website.
00:30:14.000 She's my co-host.
00:30:15.000 And every night, our goal is just to go out and break news.
00:30:17.000 We're not going to give you a monologue.
00:30:18.000 We're not going to give you any of our opinions because no one cares about my opinion.
00:30:21.000 We're going to give you news and facts so you can go to the water cooler dinner table and the boardroom and be informed and give people facts that we've been able to provide you.
00:30:31.000 So, very excited.
00:30:32.000 Day one was really fun.
00:30:34.000 We broke this Ukraine story.
00:30:35.000 Tonight, we're going to break the second half of the Ukraine story with this classified document and a lot more to come in the weeks ahead.
00:30:41.000 Well, congratulations.
00:30:42.000 It's a fast-growing network.
00:30:44.000 It really is in a variety of different ways.
00:30:46.000 So, I want to ask you a somewhat obvious question.
00:30:49.000 Why didn't they delete the tapes of all of these ballot harvesters?
00:30:53.000 Were they forbidden by law?
00:30:55.000 Well, that's a great question.
00:30:56.000 It appears that some were deleted because there are several counties that now say they no longer have them.
00:31:01.000 Now, under federal law, anything having to do with a federal election is supposed to be retained for 22 months.
00:31:06.000 So, they should all exist.
00:31:08.000 But recently, several of the counties told Just the News they no longer have these tapes.
00:31:12.000 Fortunately, Catherine went and got them early in the process at Drew the Vote, Catherine Engelbruck.
00:31:17.000 And so she got the documents before they could be destroyed or deleted.
00:31:21.000 There is some dispute.
00:31:22.000 The counties are confused.
00:31:23.000 Some counties say they have it.
00:31:24.000 Some say they don't.
00:31:25.000 Fulton County says they're missing theirs.
00:31:29.000 Fortunately, Catherine got a lot of these before they were deleted.
00:31:32.000 And it just took a long time.
00:31:33.000 You're talking about millions of minutes of security surveillance footage that had to be reviewed.
00:31:38.000 She did a great job.
00:31:39.000 And this complaint, to his credit, Secretary of State Brad Rassenberger is taking this very seriously.
00:31:45.000 The subpoenas, which could come as early as next week, will be the next development in that investigation.
00:31:50.000 No, this is really something, but there was also a provision that required videotaping of these drop boxes.
00:31:59.000 Is that correct?
00:31:59.000 It did.
00:32:00.000 Which was actually a positive wrinkle in all of this.
00:32:02.000 Brad Rassenberger actually secured that as part of a deal to allow these out there.
00:32:07.000 Here's the history on this.
00:32:08.000 There's been a lot of misinformation.
00:32:09.000 Georgia law allowed for drop boxes going back to 1974.
00:32:12.000 So they always allowed, they just never were used.
00:32:15.000 The pandemic gave the Democrats an excuse to request them.
00:32:18.000 They were distributed.
00:32:19.000 As part of the agreement to distribute them, Brad Rassenberger and his team and the state elections board insisted that surveillance cameras be put on them.
00:32:27.000 And it's the footage that led the process of now uncovering what appears to be a harvesting ring.
00:32:32.000 We'll see where the facts end up after the investigators are done.
00:32:35.000 And here's my frustration, John.
00:32:37.000 And I'm glad that Raffensperger's getting into gear: is that between the election and the special election, you very well could have had an effort to say, wait a second, let's just look at all this tape for unusual activity, right?
00:32:49.000 You could have just audited some of the tape.
00:32:52.000 I get it's millions of minutes, but like, hey, let's just look between 12 and 40.
00:32:55.000 You're right.
00:32:55.000 Right.
00:32:55.000 There could have been a commission or an effort, and it could have been like, let's slow down.
00:32:59.000 Hold on a second.
00:33:01.000 Is there anything to this?
00:33:02.000 And here's why: is that if what the overarching allegation is correct, 242 mules, let's say 100 ballots each, on the math major, that's 24,000 votes, right?
00:33:14.000 Which very well could have been the difference between Purdue.
00:33:17.000 Who knows if they're all Democrat or all Republican?
00:33:19.000 I think we all know which way they tilt, right?
00:33:21.000 Because these were in heavy Democrat areas.
00:33:23.000 You could correct me if I were in urban areas, Salton County Conference.
00:33:26.000 That's what the witness said.
00:33:27.000 Yeah, they were heavy Democrat areas.
00:33:29.000 But all of a sudden, between that November and January 5th election, right, that's two months, all of a sudden, somebody like, wait, hold on, time out.
00:33:37.000 There's this weird spike in visits at 3:30 in the morning, and the same person kept on dropping it off.
00:33:43.000 Now, that would have been super helpful in a variety of different reasons, right, John?
00:33:49.000 Two very important things.
00:33:50.000 Yes, it's a legitimate criticism.
00:33:51.000 Raffenberger's team never looked at it.
00:33:53.000 Two, last spring, Brian Kemp, the governor, was given this information.
00:33:56.000 He turned it away.
00:33:58.000 Two legitimate criticisms of Republicans running Georgia.
00:34:01.000 Well, and David Purdue is doing very well, I think, because of that.
00:34:04.000 And David Purdue is Trump's endorsement, former senator.
00:34:07.000 And I think David Purdue is kind of upset because he knows that he lost for a lot of reasons, but definitely this one might have been part of it.
00:34:15.000 But Kathy Engelbrecht, John Solomon, and so many deserve our thanks.
00:34:18.000 Congratulations on the new show, John.
00:34:20.000 Love to have you back.
00:34:20.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:34:21.000 When you want to break news, you're always welcome here, truly.
00:34:23.000 Oh, I love it.
00:34:24.000 That's a great venue.
00:34:25.000 Thanks.
00:34:25.000 Thanks so much.
