00:00:56.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:58.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:07.000 Joining us now is the great John Solomon, who has been a dog with a bone for years on the Biden corruption stuff.
00:01:15.000 And a lot of his hard work is really starting to come out.
00:01:19.000 And he deserves to be complimented and thanked for his terrific work.
00:01:24.000 It's hard to even keep track of this.
00:01:24.000 There's so much.
00:01:26.000 In fact, John, my team is literally a three-page list of all the different points of corruption.
00:01:33.000 It's hard to keep track of.
00:01:35.000 Yeah, I mean, like $10 million, the amount of bribe money received Joe and Hunter Biden, $8.3 million from 2014 to 2019, $3.5 million, Mayor Moscow's wife, $2.2 million the amount of money.
00:01:45.000 Hunter Biden failed to pay in taxes.
00:01:47.000 It just goes on and on.
00:01:48.000 But John, you've made some news where you talked about a very private phone number that you called.
00:01:53.000 Tell us about it.
00:01:54.000 Yeah, listen, something happened in 2019 when I was still at the Hill.
00:01:57.000 And I had broke the first four or five stories about Joe Biden, the famous tape I uncovered where Joe Biden tells the Ukrainian president, if you don't fire the prosecutor, who, by the way, was investigating his son's company, you're not getting your billion dollars.
00:02:09.000 And of course, the prosecutor got fired.
00:02:11.000 So that story is raging.
00:02:12.000 And I'm having a hard time getting fair comment from Hunter Biden.
00:02:15.000 So I try never to stop.
00:02:16.000 You just be relentless.
00:02:18.000 And I found a phone number that was in a series of documents that the FBI had seized from Devin Archer, one of Hunter Biden's business partners.
00:02:27.000 By the way, keep an eye on Devin Archer.
00:02:28.000 He may soon be cooperating with the House Oversight Committee and James Comer.
00:02:32.000 He would become the single most important witness to date in Comer's investigation if he were to provide testimony.
00:02:38.000 But I saw this number and it looked like it was associated with Hunter Biden.
00:02:42.000 I said, well, what the heck?
00:02:42.000 I'll call it.
00:02:43.000 So I dial up the number and lo and behold, the person answers that's not Hunter Biden.
00:02:48.000 I know that voice.
00:02:48.000 That's the vice president.
00:02:49.000 So I said, Mr. Vice President, is that you?
00:02:51.000 And he said, yes, but I can't talk right now.
00:02:53.000 He hung up.
00:02:53.000 I'm sorry.
00:02:54.000 And that was my loan interaction.
00:02:56.000 All I was trying to do was to get fair comment.
00:02:58.000 But it's another little piece of evidence that the life, the businesses, maybe the bills and finances of Joe Biden and Hunter Biden are far more commingled than the answers that Joe Biden has given when he keeps saying, I had nothing to do with anything with my son, his business partners.
00:03:14.000 We know that's not true now because there's just an extraordinary avalanche of evidence that shows that Joe Biden was meeting with business partners.
00:03:22.000 There was that text message last week, but I think the more damning piece of evidence that came out last week is this.
00:03:27.000 One of Joe Biden's friends, one of the guys that have been inside the Biden family for a long time, Rob Walker said, of course he met with the Chinese.
00:03:35.000 I was there.
00:03:36.000 I attended the meeting.
00:03:37.000 It was Hunter Biden, the Chinese communists, energy executives, and myself.
00:03:41.000 So even Joe Biden's family and friends are beginning to call bunk on some of the things he's been telling the American people and lying to the American people about.
00:03:49.000 And you have to ask yourself the question.
00:03:50.000 If you can't even be honest about attending a meeting with one of Hunter Biden's business partners, what is he really trying to hide?
00:03:56.000 I think we're going to get those answers this summer and fall because of James Comer and Chairman Smith at the Ways and Means Committee.
00:04:03.000 And of course, Jim Jordan at the House Judiciary Committee.
00:04:07.000 So do you think it's time to proceed for impeachment in Korea?
00:04:11.000 And before I do that, I want to just play this tape here.
00:04:14.000 It's just some breaking tape here.
00:04:16.000 Play cut 38, please.
00:04:21.000 How involved were you in your son's tiny shakedown text message?
00:04:25.000 Were you sitting there?
00:04:26.000 Were you involved?
00:04:30.000 Were you?
00:04:31.000 No.
00:04:33.000 Yeah.
00:04:34.000 Just screams at him.
00:04:35.000 Now, mind you, it's not breaking.
00:04:37.000 I didn't host the show yesterday, so it's breaking for me.
00:04:39.000 John, your reaction.
00:04:41.000 And please, it's what he's been doing.
00:04:45.000 Yeah, listen, it's what he's been doing all along.
00:04:47.000 He told us the laptop was disinformation in a debate in his final job interview with the American people.
00:04:52.000 He was lying.
00:04:52.000 It wasn't.
00:04:53.000 And the FBI knew he was lying.
00:04:55.000 He said he never met with any of Hunter Biden's business partners.
00:04:59.000 We now have photos of a meeting with those business partners, Devin Archer being one of them.
00:05:05.000 There are emails showing that he met with the Burisma officials.
00:05:08.000 I believe if Devin Archer testifies, he might be able to corroborate some other meetings.
00:05:12.000 And now we have Rob Walker saying, so Joe Biden's credibility on these issues have been completely eviscerated by contemporaneous evidence.
00:05:21.000 And so he can say no.
00:05:22.000 He can call his friends and family liars.
00:05:24.000 He can call his business associates liars.
00:05:26.000 He could claim that the laptop is lying.
00:05:28.000 But the fact of the matter is he did.
00:05:31.000 And perhaps more troubling for all of us is the fact that while he was denying it during the 2020 election, the FBI knew there was an allegation not yet investigated that Joe Biden was involved in a $10 million bribery scheme involving Burisma.
00:05:45.000 Why is that important?
00:05:46.000 Well, Burisma was where the story started with my reporting back in 2019.
00:05:50.000 It's now where the FBI had the most serious allegations against Joe Biden.
00:05:53.000 It doesn't look like it was ever investigated at the time.
00:05:56.000 And it's the place where IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, who's going to show up on my podcast in a couple hours, where they began their tax evasion case.
00:06:06.000 They realized that Hunter Biden had not paid $400,000 taxes and $400,000 of income from Burisma in 2014.
00:06:14.000 By the way, you'll hear from Gary Shapley today for the first time on my show that he, to this day, Hunter Biden still hasn't paid taxes on that $400,000 from Burisma because the statute of limitations was allowed to expire by his father's Justice Department.
00:06:28.000 He got off on what may have been the most serious felony of all, Burisma, Burisma, Burisma.
00:06:33.000 It started in 2019.
00:06:35.000 It led to the Trump impeachment.
00:06:36.000 It led to the denial of the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation when it wasn't.
00:06:42.000 The Biden family seems to have told enough lies that you have to wonder what else are they hiding about the Burisma relationship?
00:06:50.000 John, I'll be honest, the more evidence that people like you are able to publicize in the House, it just weakens these cases against Trump as well.
00:06:59.000 I know they're separate, but in the court of public opinion, it becomes a laughing stock in many different ways where you see that, you know, Donald Trump's getting indicted for paperwork nonsense.
00:07:09.000 And here are the Bidens that are selling out policy for cash.
00:07:14.000 So it feels, John, that the House is the House of Cards are finally falling apart.
00:07:19.000 You're really well sourced.
00:07:20.000 You talk to a lot of people.
00:07:22.000 Are you seeing Democrats get a little bit nervous here or are they just going to keep punching through this?
00:07:28.000 How serious is this getting?
00:07:30.000 Yeah, listen, I think it's going to get more serious as more factual evidence comes forward.
00:07:35.000 We can't have conjecture anymore.
00:07:36.000 These things are five, seven, 10 years old.
00:07:37.000 We need the facts and no more conjecture, no more guessing.
00:07:40.000 And that's what James Comer, Jim Jordan, Ron Johnson, Chuck Grassley, and Chairman Smith at the Ways and Means Committee have given us significant facts.
00:07:50.000 And now you see the mainstream media reacting to those facts, starting to cover them seriously.
00:07:55.000 There have been real questions like the one you just saw in that CNN clip at the podium that caused Corinne John Beer just to walk off stage, Admiral Kirby walking off stage because they don't want to address these questions.
00:08:07.000 Now, the facts will keep piling up.
00:08:09.000 I think there are two things that are going.
00:08:10.000 Democrats are getting more concerned.
00:08:12.000 They're seeing the negative ratings of Joe Biden go up and it's becoming a pox on the whole party potentially.
00:08:18.000 It isn't just corruption questions, right?
00:08:19.000 You have his age question and the failure of his policy questions that are weighing in.
00:08:24.000 67% of Americans think he's too old to carry out the job.
00:08:27.000 That's a real problem.
00:08:28.000 We've never had that in the history of polling in America, not even Ronald Reagan.
00:08:32.000 No one.
00:08:33.000 So that's another millstone we have to add to the table.
00:08:36.000 And the other thing you have to watch at is Gavin Newsom is acting like a contingency presidential candidate.
00:08:41.000 What does that mean?
00:08:42.000 Well, he's not going to step on Joe Biden, but if Joe Biden gets into a position where he can't get off the floor, politically speaking, then I think Gavin Newsom is already positioning himself.
00:08:50.000 That's why he was on Hannity.
00:08:52.000 That's why he went down to the border.
00:08:54.000 He's giving himself a chance to quickly jump into the race and be a substitute if Joe Biden implodes or corruption overtakes his presidency.
00:09:02.000 Yeah, and Gavin Newsom has kept his entire finance team together.
00:09:06.000 He's ready to go and raise tons of money almost immediately.
00:09:09.000 He's kept his entire political team intact.
00:09:11.000 Most people don't know that.
00:09:12.000 John Solomon, I'm not, I think, any other thoughts, John, stories you're covering, things you want us to know?
00:09:18.000 Listen, Romania is going to become more important.
00:09:20.000 I'm going to have some new stories about Romania.
00:09:21.000 The other thing in the oligarch there, a guy named Papavichu, it's clear that Hunter Biden was trying to get him out of his legal troubles and he was talking to his father's administration.
00:09:31.000 Another oligarch with legal trouble like Zolchevsky, like the Russian oligarch.
00:09:35.000 The pattern is becoming clear.
00:09:36.000 They were targeting oligarchs for business when they knew they had legal troubles.
00:09:40.000 That's the pattern to keep an eye on.
00:09:44.000 America is a first nation in history founded on the idea of a natural God-given rights and on political principles proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence of liberty, equality, and limited government.
00:09:56.000 That's what my friends at Hillsdale College want you to join them in remembering our founding principles on our nation's birthday this July 4th.
00:10:02.000 You can do so by taking three simple steps.
00:10:04.000 Go to charlieforhillsdale.com and sign your pledge to read the Declaration on July 4th.
00:10:10.000 Then read the Declaration on the 4th, either on your own or with your family and friends.
00:10:15.000 Look, I'm going to take this pledge, and I hope you will too.
00:10:17.000 If we are going to save our country in its current crisis, we need to remind ourselves, our children, and our fellow citizens of the founding principles that are a source of America's greatness.
00:10:27.000 When you sign your pledge today, you'll receive a free commemorative copy of the Declaration of Independence from our friends at Hillsdale College.
00:10:33.000 So visit charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:10:35.000 That is charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:10:38.000 Wonderful resource, charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:10:38.000 Check it out.
00:10:45.000 So, John, it also might be time to impeach Merrick Garland.
00:10:51.000 Merrick Garland is acting like a mob boss, and it actually is timely here with all the Supreme Court news today.
00:10:56.000 Merrick Garland wishes he was on the Supreme Court.
00:10:58.000 So, what do we know about Merrick Garland and the shifty behavior that he's been engaged in?
00:11:07.000 Kevin McCarthy is going to give Garland until July 6th to respond to Weiss.
00:11:11.000 John, what's the update here?
00:11:13.000 Yeah, listen, the Attorney General was really drilled down on, and Chuck Grassy really pinned him into a very specific answer, which is that Weiss didn't ask for special counsel status and that Weiss could bring any charges and no one could block him.
00:11:28.000 And Gary Shapley, who I interviewed today on my John Solomon Reports podcast, spends a long time describing what really happened.
00:11:35.000 The U.S. attorneys in Washington and Los Angeles refused to bring the most serious tax charges against Hunter Biden.
00:11:43.000 Weiss couldn't bring them in those districts because he's the Delaware U.S. attorney.
00:11:47.000 So Merrick Garland's answer was factually flawed no matter what, because you can't bring a charge in another district unless you're that U.S. attorney or get that U.S. attorney's buy-in.
00:11:56.000 And so on its face, Merrick Garland's answer when he gave it to Chuck Grassley six, seven months ago was suspect.
00:12:04.000 It's now more suspect because Gary Shapley said six people sat in a room with me, so a total of seven witnesses.
00:12:11.000 And the U.S. attorney Weiss, a holdover from the Trump administration in Delaware, said both Los Angeles and Washington U.S. Attorneys refused to bring the more serious felonies going back to 2014.
00:12:23.000 And therefore, we can't bring the cases.
00:12:24.000 I asked to be upgraded to a special counsel so I could have that authority.
00:12:28.000 I was turned down.
00:12:29.000 So we're going to have to settle the case for something a lot less, which ends up being misdemeanors as we know now.
00:12:36.000 There is no circumstance that Gary Shapley's account, backed by multiple witnesses, one of them who's already come forward, a second IRS agent, that there's nothing in Shapley's testimony that supports what Merrick Garland said to Chuck Grassley under oath or before Congress or before the United States Senate.
00:12:54.000 That is a very big problem for Merrick Garland, who already has the issue of going after parents as domestic terrorists when they weren't.
00:13:01.000 All they were doing was exercising their free speech rights.
00:13:04.000 I think there's a lot of questions that are going to come here.
00:13:06.000 And the first step, and this may not even be what happens to Eric Merrick Garland, I think a lot of Republicans are beginning.
00:13:13.000 Yeah, I think we should start an impeachment inquiry against him.
00:13:17.000 But the first thing is, will the federal judge in Delaware accept this plea bargain, given all that we just learned since the plea bargain was struck?
00:13:24.000 I think that's going to be the next big question.
00:13:27.000 That's fascinating.
00:13:28.000 Let's play cut 40 here.
00:13:30.000 He was blocked from pursuing leads.
00:13:32.000 Okay, who blocked them?
00:13:33.000 Who gave the order?
00:13:35.000 Did this come straight from the commander-in-chief, play cut 40?
00:13:38.000 Shapley, who is still working for the IRS, told us that even before President Biden took office, he was directed to avoid leads involving Hunter's father.
00:13:48.000 There were certain investigative steps we weren't allowed to take that could have led us to President Biden.
00:13:56.000 And you wanted to take them.
00:13:58.000 We needed to take them.
00:13:59.000 And you weren't allowed to take them.
00:14:00.000 That's correct.
00:14:01.000 This is a serious whistleblower.
00:14:03.000 This is a credible guy.
00:14:05.000 And so who at the DOJ is blocking this?
00:14:08.000 I mean, my speculation is Joe Biden and or Ron Clain gave the order.
00:14:12.000 These things.
00:14:13.000 Listen, it started before Joe Biden was president.
00:14:17.000 These blockages occurred in the summer and fall of 2020 when Donald Trump's Justice Department, Bill Barr's Justice Department, were still in charge.
00:14:24.000 And I think a lot of people have to ask questions.
00:14:26.000 We always want to blame everything on Biden, but the problems in this case start with Bill Barr and the Donald Trump Justice Department.
00:14:32.000 They could have finished this case in 2020.
00:14:34.000 They didn't.
00:14:35.000 They prevented search warrants from being executed.
00:14:37.000 Witnesses were being interviewed, leads from being questioned, questions about Joe Biden from being answered.
00:14:43.000 That all happened on Bill Barr's watch.
00:14:46.000 And Bill Barr set up the Delaware U.S. Attorney to fail.
00:14:49.000 Why?
00:14:49.000 He put this case in Delaware, even though they knew the tax violations were in D.C. and L.A.
00:14:54.000 I think the first person that needs to answer questions is Bill Barr.
00:14:58.000 John Solomon, Justin News.
00:15:00.000 Thank you so much.
00:15:01.000 Good to be with you.
00:15:05.000 Are you feeling burned out and a little tired?
00:15:07.000 Look, I want to tell you about something that I've become a big believer in.
00:15:09.000 And if you do not know about it, you've got to research it.
00:15:12.000 You could fact check me.
00:15:13.000 It's NAD.
00:15:15.000 NAD is a precursor for your body to be able to create ATP, which is basically the life force of everything that you do.
00:15:22.000 And look, there's a lot of people out there that are promising energy and doing all this, but go do some research on NAD and go see actually how incredibly important it is for high performance to be able to go actually get it to the next level.
00:15:36.000 And so what does NAD stand for?
00:15:38.000 Well, try to take a note here.
00:15:39.000 It is nicotinamide adenonide dinucleotide.
00:15:44.000 I did that pretty well, don't you think?
00:15:46.000 NAD.
00:15:47.000 It's a coenzyme that is central to metabolism.
00:15:50.000 Again, don't take my word for it.
00:15:51.000 Go watch a YouTube video or two or three or four and go fact check me on it.
00:15:55.000 I've been taking NAD for quite some time.
00:15:57.000 And people say, Charlie, how do you travel 2,700 days in a decade?
00:16:01.000 How do you do the 300 days a year?
00:16:03.000 How do you do that?
00:16:04.000 Look, it's not only because of this.
00:16:05.000 I eat well and do other things as well.
00:16:07.000 But if you look at NADH, especially when it combines with CoQ10 and marine collagen, it boosts your body's cellular function.
00:16:15.000 I would never tell you guys to go do something I myself did not do.
00:16:18.000 And Strong Cell has been able to put together a scientific breakthrough in cellular health replenishment that combines NADH, CoQ10, and marine collagen.
00:16:27.000 When you combine them together, you get mental clarity.
00:16:30.000 And that's a must for me.
00:16:31.000 It's not just that.
00:16:32.000 It's for vitality.
00:16:33.000 It helps your immune system.
00:16:35.000 It's all good stuff.
00:16:36.000 So go to strongcell.com forward slash Charlie today and see for yourself.

00:16:58.000 It's like, oh, I'm going to start taking this and I'm going to be super smart.
00:17:00.000 No, no, it's an additive, an amplifier on people that want to get better.
00:17:05.000 But I can tell you, it makes a big difference.
00:17:08.000 I've personally seen undeniable benefits from taking Strong Cell and engaging with NAD every day.

00:17:57.000 Joining us now is Steve Moore from the Committee to Unleash Prosperity.
00:18:02.000 Steve, thank you for joining us.
00:18:03.000 Steve, this speech yesterday of biotinomics is too much.
00:18:08.000 I wanted to get you to help us explain it.
00:18:10.000 Let's play Cut 75 to start.
00:18:12.000 Bidenomics is about the future.
00:18:14.000 Bidenomics, just by the way, is saying, restore the American dream because it worked before.
00:18:22.000 This is the moment we're finally going to make a break and move away from economy that has existed in a fundamentally different direction.
00:18:32.000 So Steve Moore, define biotinomics for us.
00:18:35.000 Well, first of all, let me say it is true.
00:18:37.000 There's one part of that speech that is true, Charlie.
00:18:39.000 He has Joe Biden move the American economy in a fundamentally different direction.
00:18:45.000 How do you like it now?
00:18:46.000 Right?
00:18:46.000 I mean, most Americans, two-thirds of Americans think the economy is going in the wrong direction.
00:18:52.000 Most Americans think their own finances are in big bubble because of Biden's massive inflationary policy.
00:18:58.000 What I find really interesting, Charlie, is that Biden basically says he wants to embrace the term Bidenomic.
00:19:05.000 I mean, people like you and I have been using that term derisively for two and a half years now because it's led to such disastrous results.
00:19:13.000 One little point I'd like to make that I think is kind of ironic is, do you know where he gave that speech, Charlie?
00:19:21.000 No, it was in a half-lit room, but where did he give it?
00:19:24.000 That was in Chicago.
00:19:25.000 Now, can you imagine wanting to talk about economic revival, giving a talk in Chicago?
00:19:30.000 By the way, I'm from Chicago.
00:19:31.000 I love Chicago.
00:19:32.000 It's one of my favorite cities.
00:19:33.000 It's heartbreaking what's happened in Chicago.
00:19:36.000 But my point is, you know, that's where people are leaving.
00:19:39.000 They're packing their bags because of high crime, because of the factors that are out of control, because the jobs are leaving, the businesses are leaving because of blue state progressive policies.
00:19:50.000 And he's holding up that as an icon.
00:19:52.000 I mean, God forbid that Chicago become, you know, that the country should imitate Chicago.
00:19:59.000 But most of the facts and figures he recited in that speech were just fallacious.
00:20:03.000 Yeah, I mean, I'm from Chicago, too.
00:20:05.000 And if you want a mass exodus of people, yes, that's right.
00:20:09.000 That's exactly right.
00:20:10.000 So, all right, I want to play a piece of tape here.
00:20:13.000 So Biden said here that he reduced the deficit by $1.7 trillion.
00:20:18.000 Steve, you'll tell us the facts, PlayCut 76.
00:20:20.000 Just in my first two years in office, my team and I have reduced the deficit by $1.7 trillion.
00:20:28.000 We're the only president.
00:20:30.000 Just in two years.
00:20:33.000 Steve Moore, what is the truth?
00:20:36.000 Well, since Joe Biden has come into office, the national debt over the next 10 years has risen by somewhere in the neighborhood of $8 to $10 trillion.
00:20:43.000 By the way, the new numbers just came out inconveniently yesterday, showing another erosion of our fiscal health.
00:20:50.000 Just in the last 12 months, Charlie, the national debt rose another $2.1 trillion.
00:20:59.000 I mean, this is like saying that the Hindenburg was a successful transportation form.
00:21:05.000 I mean, this is a catastrophe what we face for our country right now.
00:21:09.000 What he's saying is, oh, you know, we shut down the economy during COVID, of course, in 2020.
00:21:15.000 And then when we put the economy back in place, the deficit went down.
00:21:19.000 But that's just because COVID was ended.
00:21:21.000 It had nothing to do with Biden's policies.
00:21:23.000 But we are now on a collision course with a financial calamity.
00:21:27.000 If we don't turn this around, Biden has no solutions to it.
00:21:30.000 All he wants to do is raise taxes.
00:21:32.000 He won't cut spending.
00:21:33.000 We just passed under Biden four spending bills in his first two years that added up to $5.8 trillion.
00:21:40.000 How in the world can he say he's the most fiscally conservative president?
00:21:43.000 No, he can't.
00:21:44.000 And so he says here, every single day in four years before I took office, Republicans charged me with encouraging people to stay home, not work.
00:21:52.000 Well, they were wrong.
00:21:53.000 Then he goes on to say that he's in, I don't know, I can't even read these transcripts.
00:21:58.000 He doesn't make sense half the time.
00:21:59.000 But Steve, let's talk about some of the fundamentals here.
00:22:02.000 Inflation, you know, massive deficit spending.
00:22:06.000 I don't think we've seen the worst from Bidenomics, though.
00:22:09.000 I think that we actually might be seeing a looming economic catastrophe, not to mention his war on energy, Steve Moore.
00:22:16.000 Yeah, we were, well, as you know, I worked for Donald Trump.
00:22:18.000 I was one of his senior economic advisors.
00:22:20.000 One of the things we were really proud of, Charlie, is what we did on energy.
00:22:24.000 I remember talking to Trump five or six years, about six years ago now, saying, you know, Mr. President, if we can get an all-in American energy policy, our oil, our gas, our coal, our nuclear power, our hydropower, everything we've got, we can be the number one economic superpower in the world.
00:22:40.000 We can be energy independent.
00:22:41.000 And Trump loved that idea.
00:22:43.000 He was all in on producing everything we've got.
00:22:45.000 For the first time in your and my lifetime, we were completely energy independent.
00:22:50.000 We were exporting oil.
00:22:51.000 And let's not forget, folks, the first act of this president, remember what it was, Charlie?
00:22:55.000 He killed the Keystone XL pipeline, a vital part of our energy infrastructure.
00:23:00.000 So that's costing us jobs.
00:23:02.000 It's making us more dependent on the Saudis and OPEC.
00:23:05.000 It's hurting our economy.
00:23:07.000 And it's bad for our national security.
00:23:08.000 Other than that, it's a really smart policy.
00:23:10.000 Yeah, there's no justification whatsoever.
00:23:13.000 So he kind of positions himself as middle-class Joe.
00:23:16.000 What do the numbers show, Steve, for middle-class ordinary Americans?
00:23:20.000 How have they been faring under this economic regime?
00:23:23.000 So I'm going to go back to Trump for a minute.
00:23:25.000 So under Trump, as you know, Charlie, we've talked about this.
00:23:28.000 In his four years in office, even including the COVID year, the average American household, according to the Census Bureau, the median household family, gained $6,500 in income.
00:23:39.000 That's a lot in four years, $6,500.
00:23:42.000 You know what the number is under Biden?
00:23:44.000 Negative 4,000, negative 4,000.
00:23:47.000 So it's been a complete reversal.
00:23:50.000 I talked to the president a month or two ago.
00:23:52.000 I said, you know, the key to you being president, especially if he gets the luxury of running against Biden, is to just ask the American people, are you better off today than you were four years ago?
00:24:03.000 Just like Reagan asked the American people when Jimmy Carter was president, are you better off than you were four years ago?
00:24:08.000 And people said, hell no, I'm not better off.
00:24:10.000 I'm worse off.
00:24:11.000 And that's exactly the situation today.
00:24:14.000 It certainly seems that way.
00:24:15.000 Every single sector is having its major issues, it seems, from across the board.
00:24:21.000 And so, Steve, but is it fair to say that?
00:24:25.000 Yeah, go ahead, Steve.
00:24:26.000 Yeah.
00:24:26.000 Well, there is one sector that's booming.
00:24:28.000 You know, it's that government.
00:24:31.000 A government.
00:24:33.000 Yes.
00:24:34.000 It's the fastest growing industry.
00:24:36.000 I just wrote a book called Gubzilla: How the Relentless Growth of Government is Devouring Our Economy.
00:24:41.000 You know, throughout most of our history, government took up, you know, consumed about 15 to 20% of our GDP.
00:24:47.000 Today, it's 38 to 39%.
00:24:50.000 We are letting the government take over our private sector economy.
00:24:53.000 Government is not a stimulus, Charlie.
00:24:56.000 Government only stimulates one thing, and that's more government.
00:24:59.000 That's the way it's always been.
00:25:00.000 Steve Moore from the Committee to Unleash Prosperity.
00:25:03.000 Thank you so much.
00:25:04.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:25:05.000 Talk to you soon.
00:25:06.000 So, had dinner yesterday with President Trump in Bedminster, New Jersey.
00:25:10.000 And you would expect a man who is under indictment in New York, indictment in the federal government, Florida, we own it at the Department of Justice, who might be indicted in Georgia, who might be indicted again for the January 6th stuff.
00:25:24.000 You'd expect that his spirits would be a little bit down.
00:25:27.000 But I was pleasantly surprised it was the exact opposite.
00:25:31.000 He looked great.
00:25:32.000 He was engaged, very energetic, and just what a contrast from the just senile thug that we have in the White House right now.
00:25:40.000 And he was focused.
00:25:44.000 You have to wonder, some people are better when they're under siege.
00:25:47.000 Some people actually operate better under pressure.
00:25:50.000 Aristotle had a quote that power shows you the man.
00:25:54.000 You could also say pressure shows you the man.
00:25:56.000 People that operate better under more and more pressure.
00:26:01.000 And look, I hear, I get thousands of emails from all of you, and I appreciate it.
00:26:04.000 You can email me more, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:26:08.000 No problem.
00:26:10.000 But I hear a lot about the complaints about Donald Trump, but I hear very rarely about the virtues.
00:26:19.000 Not rarely, I shouldn't say that, but especially amongst people that are sworn enemies of Trump.
00:26:26.000 How many of you, if you were under multiple indictments, would still be able to have a great cheer and spirit, be a happy warrior and keep on pushing forward?
00:26:35.000 That's grit and perseverance and endurance, the likes of which I don't think we've ever seen.
00:26:42.000 Very, very focused on the details going into the 2024 election.
00:26:46.000 He was very curious about who was going to be doing ballot chasing, and I shared with him our public plans that we've talked about here on this program, all the stuff that we've said publicly.
00:26:56.000 And he's not taking it for granted at all.
00:27:01.000 It's really amazing.
00:27:02.000 A guy who's up 40 points in the polls and his closest competitor, Governor DeSantis, has not been trending well in the polls in recent weeks at all.
00:27:12.000 And President Trump continues to say, look, anything can happen.
00:27:18.000 We're going to work our tail off.
00:27:19.000 We're going to run our self to the end.
00:27:22.000 I want to just, I'm going to play a couple pieces of tape about the rest of the 2024 race.
00:27:26.000 It just makes you wonder, you know, are these other candidates actually serious about winning?
00:27:32.000 It's a really good question.
00:27:33.000 By the way, Mike Pence right now is in Ukraine, catering to the all-critical constituency of Kyiv, right?
00:27:40.000 Didn't you know that the Kiev caucus is before the Iowa caucus?
00:27:47.000 I can tell you confidently, somebody just sent us an email on this theme, something different, but similar.
00:27:53.000 And it kind of ties with some news because it now shows that Joe Biden has a sleep apnea mask, which millions of Americans have sleep apnea masks.
00:28:00.000 But it does make you wonder if Joe Biden's sleeping well at night.
00:28:04.000 Donald Trump seems like he's sleeping just fine.
00:28:06.000 It should be the other way around, right?
00:28:08.000 Joe Biden is not under federal indictment.
00:28:10.000 Should be, but he's not.
00:28:11.000 Joe Biden's a traitor to the country.
00:28:13.000 Donald Trump, paperwork nonsense.
00:28:16.000 Who do you think's a happier person right now?
00:28:18.000 It's a really interesting question, isn't it?
00:28:21.000 Well, people who take things and steal things end up not being very happy people.
00:28:27.000 Makes you think.
00:28:29.000 So we look at this 2024 race, and I told the president, we had a very long conversation about several things, and I told him that investments need to be made now in ballot chasing and early voting.
00:28:42.000 And he definitely agreed with that and also is very worried about who's going to be watching the counting and the tabulation and all of that.
00:28:50.000 You see, the primary here is about to get in a very nasty direction.
00:28:56.000 Public reporting is showing that Donald Trump is thinking to not debate.
00:29:00.000 I told him I don't think he should debate yesterday.
00:29:02.000 That was my advice to him, and I'm going to stand by that.
00:29:04.000 I think a debate would be a big mistake.
00:29:07.000 It'd be a mistake.
00:29:08.000 I mean, if he was within 10 or 15 or 20 points, when you're up 40 to 60 points, there is almost no upside at all whatsoever to debating.
00:29:20.000 Just give it a chance for Chris Christie to do whatever he does.
00:29:25.000 He could debate Biden if he agrees to debate.
00:29:28.000 That would be something to look at.
00:29:30.000 Force Biden to actually debate and come out and have a conversation.
00:29:33.000 It's been said before, but it really is worthy of repeating, is that you're not going to find another guy like Trump for another 100 years or 200 years.
00:29:42.000 I mean, from the business success, again, I hear the negativity people have all this.
00:29:48.000 He is a force in nature.
00:29:49.000 I mean, the guy, yeah, Blake says a thousand years, maybe.
00:29:54.000 There really isn't something like him.
00:29:55.000 And just to be kind of around him and just to look at him, yet you can't help but kind of be in awe.
00:30:02.000 And I know the left is going to troll me saying this, but they're dishonest freaks who disagree with this.
00:30:07.000 The guy's under multiple federal indictments.
00:30:09.000 He's a former president.
00:30:10.000 He's got every major powerful person trying to destroy him, kill him, and put him in prison.
00:30:14.000 He's in great spirits.
00:30:15.000 He's leading the Republican primary.
00:30:17.000 He's made billions of dollars, self-made billions of dollars.
00:30:20.000 I mean, if nothing else, you must find the man interesting.
00:30:26.000 You got to say, there's something here.
00:30:28.000 I mean, do you think Joe Biden is really a force in nature?
00:30:30.000 I mean, he's just, he's a nothing.
00:30:31.000 He's a transactional bureaucrat who sold out his country and was put in place by a massive machine lifted up by Reid Hoffman, Loretta and Powell Jobs, McKenzie Bezos, George Soros, all these people, the Democracy Alliance Arabella advisors.
00:30:43.000 Donald Trump was a guy with a flag and a microphone and decided to commit the crime of noticing.
00:30:49.000 But I want to reiterate something I said earlier, which I think is really important.
00:30:53.000 He's not taking this for granted at all.
00:30:58.000 I'm not going to guarantee he's going to win, but don't be shocked if he becomes president again.
00:31:05.000 Because when he wants something, when he really wants it, and he's willing to work at it, you shouldn't bet against Donald Trump.
00:31:14.000 In some ways, there's a 2016 swagger that seems to be coming back.
00:31:19.000 It's Donald Trump versus the world.
00:31:21.000 And you got to give him credit.
00:31:22.000 His message discipline has been great.
00:31:25.000 Messes discipline on the issues that really matter, going after the deep state, exposing the corruption by all this bogus nonsense and indictments.
00:31:32.000 And it will come down to three states: Arizona, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
00:31:37.000 And I repeated that because of the changes in the Electoral College, it's going to come down to three states.
00:31:44.000 But for all the demons and the spiritual darkness and the garbage peddlers who thought that they could do something to Trump, maybe they thought they could demoralize him.
00:31:56.000 They were wrong about that.
00:31:59.000 Maybe they thought that they could make him be a little bit pessimistic and negative.
00:32:06.000 Nope.
00:32:06.000 It's the opposite.
00:32:08.000 Yeah, he's going to have some legal stuff to work through.
00:32:11.000 He's going to have some, but he's not giving up.
00:32:15.000 In fact, he's doubling and tripling down.
00:32:18.000 He's emboldened.
00:32:20.000 He's more committed to becoming president than ever before.
00:32:24.000 And gleaning that from him, I find that to be incredibly admirable and virtuous.
00:32:29.000 No matter what you're going through in your life, you can look towards that and say that is a virtue of grit and endurance, something we should teach our children.
00:32:38.000 A lot more virtue than I'll ever give towards Joe Biden and the corrupt pack of thugs running our country.
00:32:46.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:32:47.000 Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
