00:01:33.000 Hey, everybody.
00:01:35.000 Email us your questions as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:01:38.000 Okay, I want to get to a story here that actually might be one of the first foreign policy challenges of the Biden administration.
00:01:47.000 There is a country called Burma.
00:01:49.000 Well, no, it's actually called Myanmar.
00:01:50.000 It's a country of about 54 million people.
00:01:53.000 It is positioned between Thailand.
00:01:56.000 It is near China, Bangladesh, that region of the world in Southeast Asia.
00:02:01.000 It is not a country that usually makes headlines.
00:02:05.000 It is a primarily jungle country, meaning that it's just kind of like the Amazon.
00:02:10.000 It's a very poor country relative to most of the West and very decent people from everything that I've heard from people that have visited.
00:02:22.000 It's a predominantly Buddhist country.
00:02:25.000 And so they're in the news now, and this directly affects China and it affects Joe Biden as well.
00:02:32.000 This country, again, just to give you an idea of how poor this country is, the GDP of Burma is $66 billion.
00:02:41.000 Elon Musk is three times wealthier than the entire GDP of Burma.
00:02:47.000 Mark Zuckerberg could purchase Burma, the whole country, and all of its people with 54 million people inside of it.
00:02:55.000 So in Burma, there was a rising controversy around the last election.
00:03:01.000 Myanmar, which is the technical term, but most people notice Burma, started about a decade-long experiment in conditional democracy.
00:03:11.000 And this is from a New York Times piece that I think does a pretty good job of explaining it.
00:03:16.000 Someone was in charge.
00:03:18.000 Her name was Miss Aung San Su Ki.
00:03:22.000 I think that's the right way to say it.
00:03:24.000 I mean, no offense if I mispronounce that.
00:03:27.000 She was in charge, but the military didn't like that.
00:03:29.000 And so the military launched a coup, like a legitimate coup, okay?
00:03:32.000 Not a bunch of JV actors from the backwoods of North Carolina dressing like MASH with zip ties along a Viking shaman guy taking selfies when you walk in the Senate chamber.
00:03:43.000 Like, no, actually a coup with tanks and military members and a legitimate coup to take back the country.
00:03:50.000 And that's exactly what ended up happening.
00:03:52.000 Now, to add some levity to the situation, though, this woman who is running some form of a Pilates class outside of parliament bizarrely with, and by the way, I thought this video was a parody, but she just decided to run a live stream Pilates class with a mask on outside of parliament where she just happened to, and this is in Myanmar, where she just happened to start her class while the coup was happening.
00:04:18.000 She caught it all on tape and enjoy the music.
00:04:21.000 I'll do my best job of narrating it, play tape. 1.00
00:04:24.000 So here's this woman just burning some calories. 1.00
00:04:26.000 Oh, what do you got there? 1.00
00:04:28.000 It's a coup.
00:04:30.000 Like an actual coup.
00:04:33.000 She is just, she has no idea what is happening behind her here.
00:04:41.000 She is just dancing.
00:04:42.000 And up, there goes an armored Humvee.
00:04:45.000 And it's not Pilates.
00:04:48.000 It's a dance routine.
00:04:49.000 Whatever.
00:04:50.000 And so she just continues to go on.
00:04:52.000 We could play this video.
00:04:53.000 It goes for about two and a half minutes when all the cavalry comes in and they just take back the country.
00:04:58.000 Zumba, is that what it is?
00:05:00.000 Andrew would know.
00:05:01.000 He's into that sort of thing, right?
00:05:04.000 Zumba.
00:05:05.000 Yeah, okay.
00:05:06.000 It's Zumba.
00:05:07.000 So she was doing a Zumba routine outside of the Myanmar.
00:05:11.000 What is the capital Myanmar?
00:05:14.000 I don't know that.
00:05:17.000 Nay Piwada.
00:05:21.000 Ni Piwadao? 0.90
00:05:22.000 All right, something like that.
00:05:24.000 Anyway, and largest city is Yangon.
00:05:27.000 So she was doing a dance routine out there.
00:05:30.000 We actually see the coup happen in real time.
00:05:32.000 So you might say, well, Charlie, what's the significance of this? 1.00
00:05:34.000 Third world, I don't care about it. 0.99
00:05:36.000 Well, look, first of all, I do like to do some international news and just kind of do an around the world because I think that it's very interesting to see how different governing styles, philosophies, and ideas all kind of intersect. 0.98
00:05:47.000 And all of it kind of comes back to America.
00:05:48.000 But no, this is actually really significant because the Bombs Away coalition, which is the Liz Cheney types and Joe Biden, which they've never found a war that they won't support, they are now going to be tested.
00:06:00.000 So the way Donald Trump would have handled this is very simple and very clear, where it's, if it's not in America's best interest to get involved or get engaged, we're not going to do it.
00:06:09.000 We're not going to start another war.
00:06:10.000 We're not going to send American military members into another engagement halfway around the world in a country that literally people have never heard of.
00:06:16.000 Now, mind you, we have said many times on this show, somewhat sarcastically and somewhat lightheartedly, that Joe Biden is going to go search around the world for a country never heard of to go invade, to go justify his power.
00:06:28.000 I did not have Myanmar in my bingo card.
00:06:30.000 I had maybe like Yemen, Oman, Lebanon, Morocco.
00:06:37.000 Myanmar is a little bit out of the area.
00:06:40.000 But here's what's really interesting, though, is that that whole area from Laos to Thailand, Vietnam, America has not been seriously involved in a military conflict there since the Vietnam War.
00:06:54.000 That America has not been involved in a serious military conflict in that part of the world in quite some time.
00:07:00.000 And so the Biden administration has formally determined that the military takeover in Myanmar constitutes a coup d'état, a designation that requires the U.S. to cut its foreign assistance to the country.
00:07:11.000 But that's not enough.
00:07:12.000 It's actually more than that.
00:07:14.000 Myanmar has a very close proximity to China.
00:07:17.000 And so Myanmar, which is a country, again, of only a $66 billion GDP, the military was very upset that Aung San Suu Kyi, the woman that was running the country, was too close to the Chinese Communist Party.
00:07:32.000 And so the military was taking over because they thought that Aun Son Seoul Ki was growing too close with Xi Jinping.
00:07:39.000 Xi Ji Ping from China had already built two pipelines through Myanmar.
00:07:44.000 And so basically, the military was rising up and saying we are not going to become a proxy state of the Chinese Communist Party and has big plans for a major port and rail line.
00:07:54.000 China does right through Myanmar.
00:07:56.000 China going to the West does not have direct access, I believe, geographically to the Indian Ocean.
00:08:03.000 They need other countries to be able to have direct access to the Indian Ocean. 0.96
00:08:07.000 China, of course, does have plenty of ports of entry around the East to the Pacific Ocean, but to get to the West to the Bay of Bengal or to the Indian Ocean, they have to go through Myanmar or Burma, which the current woman that was running the country was more than happy to do that. 0.60
00:08:23.000 Biden said, quote, warned in a statement days prior, quote, the United States removed sanctions on Burma over the past decade based on progress towards democracy, already playing war games.
00:08:32.000 The reversal of that progress will necessitate an immediate review of our sanctions, laws, and authorities, followed by an appropriate action.
00:08:39.000 The State Department official did not offer a timeline for potential sanctions.
00:08:42.000 Officials told CNN on Monday that the administration could roll out as soon as this week, but a decision to pull the trigger would likely be impacted by a desire to move alongside allies, congressional aides.
00:08:53.000 I think this is CNN that we're reading from.
00:08:55.000 And I know you might say, oh, CNN, I will say one thing about CNN.
00:08:59.000 They have a more sophisticated international network of reporters than almost anyone except Reuters.
00:09:05.000 CNN actually, I know this might surprise you, but CNN domestically is a lot different than CNN internationally.
00:09:11.000 CNN Internationally actually just generally reports facts.
00:09:15.000 They're still left-wing and they're all this.
00:09:16.000 They're not as bad as they are domestically.
00:09:18.000 They're in some ways run as two different companies.
00:09:20.000 Jeff Zucker does not run CNN International.
00:09:23.000 So just forgive me for reading CNN.
00:09:25.000 Actually, when you talk about international news, they typically get things more right than that.
00:09:29.000 And same with Reuters when it goes international.
00:09:31.000 And now, look, one theory is that the Chinese coronavirus lockdown is getting so much pushback over the world.
00:09:38.000 So now the great reset interests are looking now to start another war to distract you from what might be happening domestically.
00:09:45.000 And so Joe Biden has a decision to make right now.
00:09:47.000 What is Joe Biden's foreign policy?
00:09:49.000 Well, Joe Biden came out and said, quote, that Iran is now just weeks away from a nuclear weapon.
00:09:54.000 Can we get that information there? 0.75
00:09:56.000 So now the Iran, the evil people of Iran that Donald Trump rightfully held accountable, without ever firing a Tomahawk missile or endangering a United States military member is now close to a nuclear bomb, which inevitably will mean America is going to get involved in another war fighting over sand and death. 0.91
00:10:16.000 But Myanmar is very interesting because Myanmar now has proximity to America's greatest enemy, China, and also Hunter Biden's employer. 0.84
00:10:25.000 And so the question is whether or not Joe Biden will stand up to the chief bank that allegedly funds the entire Biden family crime enterprise.
00:10:36.000 We are now dealing very, very close to home to Joe Biden.
00:10:40.000 And will Joe Biden stand up to Xi Jinping?
00:10:42.000 Well, he's already signaling he doesn't like this military takeover.
00:10:45.000 Now, for the record, I'm not a big fan of military takeovers.
00:10:48.000 Probably doesn't have a good track record. 0.52
00:10:49.000 However, the reasoning behind it is to stand up to China, and that nuance is very, very important.
00:10:57.000 We all know conservatives are getting kicked off social media.
00:11:00.000 So why exactly are we choosing to give all these big tech companies all of our personal data from your location to your search history and more?
00:11:07.000 Now is the time to take a stand, protect your personal data from big tech, big brother, and the masters of the universe with the VPN I trust for my protection, ExpressVPN.
00:11:19.000 You see, every device, whether on your phone, laptop, or TV, has a unique string of numbers.
00:11:24.000 It's called an IP address.
00:11:26.000 When you search for stuff, watch videos, or even click a link, big tech companies can use that IP address to track all your activity and tie it back to you.
00:11:34.000 When I use ExpressVPN, my connection gets rerouted through their secure encrypted servers.
00:11:39.000 So these companies cannot see my IP address at all.
00:11:42.000 My internet activity becomes anonymized, and my network data is encrypted.
00:11:47.000 And the best part is, you don't need to be tech savvy at all to use ExpressVPN.
00:11:51.000 Just download the app on your phone or computer, tap one button, and you're protected.
00:11:56.000 Protect your internet activity with the VPN I use every day.
00:11:59.000 Visit expressvpn.com/slash Charlie to get three extra months on a one-year package.
00:12:05.000 That's expressvpn.com/slash Charlie to get three months extra free.
00:12:11.000 Expressvpn.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:14.000 Use the VPN that I trust, expressvpn.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:22.000 As we are kind of doing an around the world segment, the latest out of Russia, Alexei, the dissident guy from Russia, Alexei, has just been, has he been sentenced to two and a half years?
00:12:39.000 Did they even have a trial?
00:12:42.000 That goes, that's that's Russian justice for you, right? 0.95
00:12:44.000 Trial? 0.93
00:12:46.000 Jail.
00:12:47.000 It's that simple.
00:12:48.000 So, um, I actually encourage everyone to check this out, even um, even in short form.
00:12:55.000 I watched the entire documentary that he produced, and it was actually really, really well done.
00:13:01.000 It's a hard, it's a hard watch, to be honest with you, because the whole thing is in Russian with English subtitles, and they're talking really fast.
00:13:09.000 And so, he just got sentenced to a couple years in jail.
00:13:12.000 And so, do we have the cut of Vladimir Putin's home?
00:13:16.000 So, one of the things that he got poisoned probably by the Russian government, and then he returned home to Russia.
00:13:27.000 And with it, when he returned home to Russia, he had this extensive documentary all about how Vladimir Putin, through a series of bribes, had built this insane mansion, like out-of-control mansion, right on the Black Sea.
00:13:48.000 And it's pretty extraordinary when you actually go through it.
00:13:51.000 And the documentary goes in great detail of how the Russian people have been suffering and struggling, and how Vladimir Putin, who first kind of became head of the diplomatic affairs office in St. Petersburg, used that as a way to enrich himself,
00:14:06.000 get used to all the oligarchs and how they do business, and then through a series of bribes, build this absolutely extraordinary place that's basically valued at $1 billion, right on the Black Sea, where there's a no-fly zone overhead, where there are secret entrances and tunnels.
00:14:24.000 And this might seem like not a big deal, but what's really brewing in Russia is a people's reaction to a lot of the thug tactics of Vladimir Putin.
00:14:34.000 Now, let me be very clear: I do not think that Russia is America's greatest geopolitical threat.
00:14:39.000 I think Americans, especially American Democrats, obsession with Russia is really strange, considering the threat that China poses. 0.59
00:14:48.000 However, just to call balls and strikes, there's no love lost for the Russian ambitions.
00:14:53.000 Vladimir Putin is a disciple of Leninistic Marxism.
00:14:58.000 He is a Soviet at heart.
00:15:00.000 And look, Russia has an aging population. 0.70
00:15:03.000 They are very dependent on the petrodollar.
00:15:06.000 And a lot of the sort of measures that Russia puts forward is against a lot of Western norms that we would appreciate: freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of dialogue.
00:15:16.000 And with that, Vladimir Putin builds this extraordinary palace.
00:15:21.000 I mean, I'm talking about a billion-dollar palace that you'll have to see to believe.
00:15:25.000 So we'll get the clips on that.
00:15:26.000 But now, Naval, Navalny, Navalny, I think that's right.
00:15:31.000 Navalny.
00:15:32.000 Navalny.
00:15:32.000 That's that one.
00:15:34.000 Here we go.
00:15:35.000 Navalny has been sentenced to three and a half years in jail, where unfortunately, he's probably going to get very abused and hurt.
00:15:41.000 Now, what he is doing, though, is he is getting a lot of Russian people mobilized against the Putin power structure that has dominated Russia, which is Stalinistic-type thug tactics that has really spread all throughout the country and has exploited a lot of different people.
00:16:02.000 And so people say, well, Charlie, what should America's approach to Russia be?
00:16:06.000 I do not think the endless saber rattling is necessary.
00:16:09.000 I don't.
00:16:09.000 I think we should call them out when they put activists like Navilny in prison for three and a half years for what exactly?
00:16:16.000 He was the one that got poisoned.
00:16:18.000 He shouldn't be going to jail for three and a half years.
00:16:20.000 That's insane.
00:16:21.000 But also this kind of pathological obsession that so many Democrats and the Bombs Away Committee of the Republican Party, that's what we call them, the bombs away committee.
00:16:30.000 They've never found a conflict they don't want all of a sudden send a Tomahawk missile towards. 0.59
00:16:34.000 That Russia very well could be a strategic partner against China.
00:16:38.000 And Russia, I don't think, is ever going to become our ally, but I don't think that it is helpful for the well-being of our country or our geopolitical interests to turn them into an unnecessary adversary, where Russia and China have been, in a lot of different ways, forming a partnership together against the best interests of our country and a lot of what we want to achieve. 0.68

00:18:15.000 Pink Hat Woman has been identified.
00:18:19.000 That's right. 0.98
00:18:20.000 Pink Hat Lady has been identified.
00:18:22.000 It is a woman by the name of Rachel Powell.
00:18:25.000 She was the one who gave instructions and none other than Ronan Farrow, who discovered, got to admit, that guy has a lot of talent.
00:18:34.000 And Forrest Green and Ronan Farrow was able to figure this out and identify her.
00:18:42.000 Rachel Powell was the woman that was shouting instructions. 0.92
00:18:45.000 She gave a long interview.
00:18:47.000 She claimed she was not part of the plot, organized whatever.
00:18:51.000 I have no military background.
00:18:52.000 I'm a mom with eight kids.
00:18:54.000 I work and I garden and raise chickens and sell cheese at a farmer's market.
00:18:54.000 That's it.
00:19:00.000 She said that she was adamant that she was not going to wear a mask.
00:19:06.000 And she was finally identified as Rachel Powell.
00:19:09.000 My guess is that she will be getting a visit from law enforcement very, very soon.
00:19:15.000 However, I don't know if I believe her.
00:19:17.000 She was saying in all the footage that we have played here.
00:19:19.000 And by the way, if you type in Pink Hat Lady to a Yahoo search engine, it comes up Pink Hat Lady Charlie Kirk Show.
00:19:25.000 We focused more on the Pink Hat Lady, I think, than almost any other program for good reason because she was the one that was saying, if you want to take this building, I've been here before.
00:19:34.000 Go through this point of entry.
00:19:37.000 And I could tell you right now that there's more to this story than she might be leading on.
00:19:42.000 All right, let's get to some other tape here.
00:19:44.000 Let's get to some news of the day.
00:19:49.000 So we have a lot of rumblings about impeachment breaking today.
00:19:52.000 President Trump has officially submitted his legal briefs.
00:19:57.000 They were due today.
00:19:58.000 And as expected, he is taking exception with the entire idea of a duly elected president who is a private citizen now being impeached as a private citizen.
00:20:09.000 He also made the argument that his remarks are protected under the First Amendment, and he is correct.
00:20:15.000 Let's go to my friend Ken Starr, Cut 16.
00:20:19.000 The text of the Constitution to me is absolutely clear that judgment in cases of impeachment runs to what?
00:20:29.000 Removal and then possible disqualification.
00:20:34.000 And so a former officer by definition can't be removed.
00:20:38.000 That's the text.
00:20:41.000 Ken Starr, of course, ran the special counsel's office in the Whitewater investigation and brought impeachment proceedings to the House successfully and was acquitted in the Senate against President Clinton.
00:20:51.000 Let's go to Cut 17.
00:20:53.000 The Senate is utterly without jurisdiction to try Donald Trump.
00:21:00.000 And if they proceed to do so, they will, I believe, be running afoul, at least potentially, of the Constitution's specific express prohibition against a bill of attainder.
00:21:13.000 Simply put, a bill of attainder is the legislative branch imposing a punishment on a prior citizen.
00:21:21.000 And that's what disqualification would be all about.
00:21:26.000 And so in addition to that, Ken Starr continued to say that the Senate, that anyone who brings up those who want to impeach President Trump also might have to entertain that of Hillary and Obama.
00:21:43.000 That is not how it works.
00:21:44.000 And so Ken Starr is basically saying this impeachment is unconstitutional, unconstitutional, and dead on arrival.
00:21:51.000 Let's please play Cut 18.
00:21:53.000 Before you do, though, Ken Starr is joining our podcast on Monday on the Charlie Kirk Show exclusively.
00:21:59.000 So make sure you check out the Charlie Kirk Show podcast, which will be the week of impeachment.
00:22:02.000 Play tape.
00:22:04.000 The proponents of the eternal impeachment process, which I've seen someone say, well, let's now have an impeachment of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
00:22:14.000 Excuse me. 0.67
00:22:16.000 She's no longer the Secretary of State.
00:22:18.000 I've seen it suggested that we now have a trial of President Obama.
00:22:23.000 Excuse me, he's not the President of the United States.
00:22:26.000 Ditto for Donald Trump.
00:22:29.000 And so the entire impeachment should not happen at all.
00:22:31.000 But let's just get into the merits of it.
00:22:33.000 Let's show how weak their argument actually is.
00:22:37.000 So we have played tape of the Wall Street Journal saying that there were people that were breaking the line of the police while President Trump was still speaking.
00:22:46.000 They have footage of that.
00:22:48.000 But also, let's go to CNN's own clips.
00:22:51.000 I was watching CNN.
00:22:52.000 I was just looking at the channels this weekend.
00:22:54.000 And they have this special called, quote, Trump Insurrection.
00:22:57.000 However, it's very interesting when you go through CNN's own words, they actually make the point that we made early on that came under massive mockery when I said not everyone that was there was an insurrectionist.
00:23:14.000 And people said, how dare you say something like that?
00:23:16.000 Well, I said, there were lots of different groups of people that, I'm not talking about the people that went into the Capitol, okay?
00:23:20.000 I'm talking about the people that were around there.
00:23:22.000 But CNN said the exact same thing in their own special CUT 19.
00:23:28.000 When I got to the Capitol, Could tell that there were different factions and energies within the crowd.
00:23:38.000 Alexander Marquardt is there right in the middle of all of this.
00:23:42.000 There were some people who just wanted to be there and wave flags.
00:23:46.000 There were other people who were much more aggressive, and those were the people who were really at the front.
00:23:51.000 Okay, let me just, let me be very clear.
00:23:53.000 What he just admitted right there is the nuance that I think everyone has been looking for.
00:23:58.000 So actually, I want to thank CNN for airing that.
00:24:00.000 It was 23 seconds of refreshing honesty and truth that there were different factions there.
00:24:05.000 Some people, what did he say?
00:24:07.000 There were just some people there that wanted to wear flags and they're singing songs.
00:24:10.000 Okay?
00:24:12.000 And then there were some people up at the front that were much more aggressive.
00:24:15.000 Got it.
00:24:16.000 Thank you for that nuance. 0.72
00:24:17.000 Because the people up at the front that were assaulting police officers and storming the building and smashing windows and saying, if we want to take this building like the pink cat woman on the microphone, no defense whatsoever of those people at all.
00:24:31.000 But then he says himself, there were some people there that just kind of wanted to wear flags.
00:24:36.000 Now, under CNN's own rules of engagement, is their own senior war correspondent justifying?
00:24:42.000 Well, he's making a factual point, the CNN correspondent.
00:24:45.000 I want to play this again.
00:24:46.000 It's such an important tape because he's admitting that there were different factions and groups of people.
00:24:55.000 There were some people that came to the Capitol because the president told them that he was going to the Capitol and they go to the Capitol and they just sing songs and wave flags.
00:25:06.000 That's his own reporting.
00:25:10.000 Play this again and listen carefully to the CNN war correspondent who says that there was a smaller group of people who were the aggressive people.
00:25:19.000 And regardless of who those people were, we've gone through that some of those people were not even registered to vote.
00:25:24.000 Some of them were BLM incorporated people. 0.71
00:25:24.000 We went through that. 0.71
00:25:26.000 Some of them were legitimate Trump supporters.
00:25:28.000 Some of them were instigators.
00:25:30.000 Some of them were pathological anti-government types.
00:25:32.000 Some of them were militia people.
00:25:34.000 The best way to describe it, a hot mess. 0.73
00:25:37.000 That's the best way to describe it.
00:25:39.000 Not saying that every single person was a Trump supporter or that every single Trump supporter participated or approved in it, which is not true at all whatsoever.
00:25:46.000 Play tape.
00:25:47.000 When I got to the Capitol, you could tell that there were different factions and energies within the crowd.
00:25:57.000 Alexander Marquard is there right in the middle of all of this.
00:26:01.000 There were some people who just wanted to be there and wave flags.
00:26:05.000 There were other people who were much more aggressive.
00:26:07.000 And those were the people who were really at the front.
00:26:11.000 In some ways, it was a mosaic of different interests and competing motives.
00:26:18.000 And it was a mess.
00:26:20.000 That's the best way to explain it.
00:26:24.000 As we have walked through on this program, there is more and more evidence, according to the Washington Post and their own reporting, that there was premeditation before what happened at the Capitol.
00:26:34.000 People that were planting pipe bombs the night before, people that came there with the intent that have already been charged with conspiracy.
00:26:43.000 If none of that existed, and every single person that penetrated the Capitol that was at the ellipse, which we already know is not true, and then went in there, their argument would have more validity.
00:26:53.000 Instead, it is an incredibly weak argument.
00:26:56.000 Their argument for impeachment of a private citizen is as follows.
00:27:00.000 That a president gave a speech two miles away and that based solely on his words, they walked 35 minutes and then committed a criminal act that he never endorsed, never told to happen, and never supported.
00:27:16.000 That is such unbelievable balderdash, if I may use an appropriate word for radio.
00:27:22.000 What really happened is that, yes, some people went from the ellipse, not everyone, to the Capitol.
00:27:30.000 Even smaller group of people of that group decided to go join some of the militants, the militia types, the agitators, the BLM people, the non-registered to vote people, just people that were there looking for a fight into a mess to then go do whatever it is that they ended up doing.
00:27:51.000 And some people that were Trump supporters participated in that.
00:27:55.000 But just to say that that were the only groups of people that participated in it is not true.
00:27:59.000 It's not correct.
00:28:00.000 And there is more and more evidence coming out with more arrests that there were people that participated in this that were agitators.
00:28:12.000 They said certain words and phrases that got people worked up.
00:28:17.000 They came with walkie-talkies.
00:28:19.000 They were communicating with each other.
00:28:21.000 They weren't just there waving a flag and they said, you know what?
00:28:24.000 Now I want to go in.
00:28:25.000 There were a couple people that were like that, but that is not the totality of the story at all.
00:28:29.000 And CNN's own nuance, I think, is really important, extremely important to say.
00:28:37.000 Where he says himself that there were different energies even at the Capitol itself, let alone different energies at the event that was two miles away at the ellipse.
00:28:48.000 Now, why is that nuance important?
00:28:50.000 Nuance, facts, data, and evidence is all that keeps us from becoming a vengeful, guilty until proven innocent mob.
00:29:00.000 That's what our justice system is supposed to be based around.
00:29:03.000 The impeachment process is a parallel of our justice system.
00:29:08.000 Our justice system, inspired largely from William Blackstone, said, quote, I would rather have 10 guilty men go free than one innocent suffer.
00:29:17.000 That is not the way the Democrats are thinking right now.
00:29:19.000 They say, we want power.
00:29:21.000 We'll make you all suffer.
00:29:23.000 Here's a great question from Jill.
00:29:25.000 She says, Thank you for being a trustworthy source for conservative Americans.
00:29:28.000 Your program answers a ton of questions I have on a daily basis.
00:29:31.000 I listen to every podcast and also recruited my college kids to listen to you as well.
00:29:31.000 Awesome.
00:29:34.000 Thank you.
00:29:35.000 You're a strong and positive light.
00:29:36.000 My question has to do with what we can do to make a difference.
00:29:39.000 This is a really good question, and I want to make sure I clarify it.
00:29:42.000 I'm set to become the next Chamber of Commerce president in our small community in Oklahoma.
00:29:47.000 However, I heard you make negative, almost sarcastic remarks about the way the chamber operates.
00:29:51.000 I'm new to the chamber scene.
00:29:52.000 I want to make sure I can do the kinds of things I can do to help my community be a beacon of light and an example to help those chambers on a larger scale.
00:29:59.000 You said over and over to get involved in your community, and that's what I'm doing.
00:30:01.000 Yes, you are.
00:30:02.000 Good for you.
00:30:02.000 I just want to do it right.
00:30:03.000 Can you explain why the chamber has such a negative reputation and what are your thoughts on being involved in the chamber?
00:30:07.000 So I want to make a distinction that I should probably make more.
00:30:10.000 There's a difference between your local chamber of commerce and the chamber of commerce that runs our country.
00:30:16.000 The National Chamber of Commerce, National Chamber of Commerce, is funded primarily through big corporate donors that want very specific crony corporate cutout deals.
00:30:27.000 They are very much in the woke industrial complex.
00:30:30.000 They favor open borders.
00:30:32.000 They favor amnesty.
00:30:33.000 They favor mass immigration.
00:30:35.000 However, most local chamber of commerces are just fine.
00:30:38.000 But my one piece of advice, Jill, when you run your local chamber of commerce is represent the small business as much as, if not more, than you represent the big contributors to the chamber of commerce in your local area.
00:30:52.000 For example, you might be getting money from big corporations for that big chamber.
00:30:57.000 My piece of advice is do not allow those big companies to steer the policy.
00:31:01.000 Always look out for the little guy, the local manufacturing shop, the local coffee shop.
00:31:06.000 And what I find those at the National Chamber of Commerce, you can go to their own website.
00:31:10.000 I encourage you to do this, Jill, and thank you for your question.
00:31:12.000 If you go to the National Chamber of Commerce website, it's filled with woke industrial complex nonsense.
00:31:19.000 It's filled with open borders, immigration reform, all that stuff.
00:31:23.000 And the Chamber of Commerce plays a very big role in contributing and steering legislation for moderate Republicans and moderate Democrats.
00:31:33.000 So thank you, Jill, for that question.
00:31:34.000 But your local chamber can do a lot of good for the world.
00:31:37.000 Just don't take orders from the big chamber.
00:31:39.000 Great question.
00:31:40.000 And thank you for getting involved.
00:31:42.000 Okay, let's go to another question.
00:31:45.000 Actually, let's get to some sound here that I don't think we got to.
00:31:48.000 Let's see.
00:31:49.000 We played Ken Starr. 1.00
00:31:52.000 Let's go to Jen Saki, Cut 23. 0.92
00:31:56.000 I think she said she'd circle back here.
00:31:58.000 In fact, we're living rent-free in Jensaki's head because she's all of a sudden worried about circling back and Trump's Twitter and all this play cut.
00:32:07.000 Does President Biden support the continuing ban of President Trump on their sites?
00:32:11.000 I think that's a decision made by Twitter.
00:32:13.000 We've certainly spoken to, and he's spoken to the need for social media platforms to continue to take steps to reduce hate speech.
00:32:22.000 But we don't have more for you on it than that.
00:32:24.000 And what's amazing is that there's no reporter that follows up immediately saying, hold on a second.
00:32:29.000 So you think that the former president participated in hate speech?
00:32:32.000 Do you think that other member of Congress has ever participated in hate speech?
00:32:36.000 No follow-up at all whatsoever.
00:32:37.000 Just a typical scripted answer.
00:32:40.000 In fact, new evidence today that said that the Saki press corps is coming out and trying to pre-script questions.
00:32:47.000 Pre-script questions.
00:32:47.000 That's right.
00:32:49.000 Email us your questions, everybody.
00:32:51.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:32:53.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:32:53.000 Don't agree with you about this Putin situation.
00:32:55.000 Why do you believe all those news?
00:32:56.000 The fake news always seems to blame Russia and Putin for everything.
00:32:59.000 They want to think Putin is a dictator.
00:33:00.000 They lie about him and do the same thing they do with Trump, choose a sentence they don't like and the explanation.
00:33:05.000 Putin and Trump are actually so similar in many things.
00:33:07.000 I think he's a great president too.
00:33:08.000 Maybe this is why they want to remove him.
00:33:10.000 You're entitled to your opinion.
00:33:11.000 That's fine.
00:33:12.000 However, I will say that Vladimir Putin, from a very objective analysis, happy to walk you through the facts on a different podcast, has engaged in plenty of nefarious activity, own personal enrichment, corruption, and the suppression of freedom in speech and dialogue.
00:33:27.000 While you're probably right that there is some misrepresentation of some things that he's done, I do not put Vladimir Putin or Donald Trump on a moral equivalency.
00:33:36.000 And I would not recommend anyone do that anytime soon, especially when it comes to the crackdown of freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of association, and just the repeated pattern of persecution against Alexei Navilny.
00:33:47.000 Not someone that I would recommend associating with.
00:33:50.000 But I'm open for any sort of difference of opinion.
00:33:54.000 So I would appreciate it.
00:33:55.000 Thank you for the question.
00:33:56.000 It's very good.
00:33:57.000 If you email me any sort of data or facts that shows that Vladimir Putin is actually Muhammad Gandhi, then I will look at that. 0.59
00:34:04.000 It's Mahatma Gandhi.
00:34:08.000 Charlie, what can we do to take back the House, please?
00:34:11.000 And she goes on to ask about the Virginia state elections.
00:34:14.000 Scott Pressler, who's a friend of mine, a good guy.
00:34:17.000 What can we learn from the left?
00:34:18.000 Look, we need to organize our local communities and change the way we do elections in our country.
00:34:18.000 Please learn from him.
00:34:23.000 That's the way that we are going to take back the House and take back the Senate.
00:34:27.000 Let's go to this question here.
00:34:32.000 And by the way, YouTube still has the disclaimer on all of our videos that Joe Biden is the president of the United States.
00:34:39.000 I don't think I've disputed that.
00:34:41.000 Maybe they're just trying to rub it in our face and our channel is just kind of flagged for that sort of continual disclaimer, but not exactly concerned about that.
00:34:55.000 Okay, let's get to the next one here.
00:34:59.000 University help.
00:35:01.000 Long question.
00:35:02.000 High school senior at Lincoln Way West in New Lennox, Illinois.
00:35:05.000 I know where that is.
00:35:07.000 And she, okay, this is a great question.
00:35:09.000 Okay.
00:35:10.000 After all that's happened this past year, you can probably imagine that conservative parents like myself are very concerned about sending our daughter to a university.
00:35:17.000 You should be.
00:35:18.000 Her area of study is chemical engineering. 0.99
00:35:20.000 That's a good thing. 0.90
00:35:21.000 You should go to college for chemical engineering.
00:35:24.000 So going to university is not really an option.
00:35:26.000 Very informed.
00:35:27.000 Okay, I listen to your podcast as well as other places you speak, such as Real Life with Jack Hibbs.
00:35:31.000 You've mentioned several times that you read and respond to emails some reaching out to you.
00:35:34.000 It's true.
00:35:35.000 I do.
00:35:36.000 My husband and I truly value your opinion and hoping you can have some guidance for us.
00:35:40.000 Since you are from this lovely state, I don't know if she meant that sarcastically or not.
00:35:44.000 You can understand our daughter's desire to go out of state and a school.
00:35:47.000 She's narrowed down her choices to Purdue, Florida State, South Florida, University of South Carolina, Clemson, University of Tennessee, University of Alabama.
00:35:54.000 Can you tell me if any of these schools are concerning?
00:35:57.000 If you're unable to give that information, would there be a way you can say certain things, what you'd look for to make this decision or possibly a video and or article where you address this issue.
00:36:06.000 We don't want to throw our daughter to the wolves.
00:36:08.000 I looked up each school in the professor watch list through Turning Point USA and found that Clemson and Purdue have two professors on the list.
00:36:13.000 What a great informed email.
00:36:15.000 As a side note, we do feel she has a really good foundation, but we've heard too many stories of other people who felt their child had a good foundation as well.
00:36:21.000 Bob and Maria, I won't say your last name.
00:36:23.000 For privacy's sake, thank you.
00:36:24.000 Okay, so let me walk through this.
00:36:25.000 First of all, your daughter is going to college for the right reason.
00:36:28.000 Chemical engineering is a good reason to go to college.
00:36:31.000 If you would have told me that she's still uncertain or that she's trying to study social psychology or North African lesbian poetry, I'd say, let's hold our horses.
00:36:42.000 Maybe not college might not be the best thing.
00:36:45.000 As far as the list of colleges, Purdue, Florida State, South Florida, University of South Carolina, Clemson, University of Tennessee, University of Alabama, there's some liberal instances at all of them I can point out.
00:36:55.000 They're all kind of generally within the same, they're liberal, all of them.
00:36:59.000 Now, Purdue does have Mitch Daniels as president.
00:37:02.000 I have not seen very much meaningful conservative reform come because of that.
00:37:06.000 They are generally more conservative, at least more pro-free speech than not.
00:37:11.000 But here's what I will say to your informed email: find the place that is most financially realistic for you, the place that has the best engineering school.
00:37:21.000 And just looking at the list, Purdue probably has the best engineering school out of the list.
00:37:26.000 Purdue, Florida State, South Florida, University of South Carolina, Clemson, University of Tennessee, University of Alabama.
00:37:30.000 Purdue is known for their engineering school. 0.70
00:37:32.000 And then make sure that your daughter gets involved at Turning Point USA.
00:37:37.000 We do have a Turning Point USA chapter, I believe, at Purdue.
00:37:39.000 At least we did in the years past, and we can check that.
00:37:42.000 But I would also just say this: make sure you prep your daughter to know what she's going to encounter with social justice warrior, BLM incorporated nonsense.
00:37:49.000 But you're already looking at this the right way.
00:37:51.000 Here's why. 0.78
00:37:52.000 Chemical engineering, your daughter is going to make a lot of money in her life and have a good career no matter what she chooses to do with a chemical engineering degree. 0.90
00:38:00.000 We have an engineering deficit in this country.
00:38:03.000 And for parents watching and listening, and you might be, you're not really sure, I would encourage you, if your son or daughter does not know why they are going to college, they should take a pause before they go to college.
00:38:15.000 They should save up some money, go to community college, take a gap year, and maybe not go at all.
00:38:20.000 But chemical engineering is something that our country is in need of. 0.99
00:38:24.000 She'll earn a great wage, and that's the right reason to go to college. 0.99
00:38:27.000 Not for life exploration, but for career preparation.
00:38:30.000 So I hope that's somewhat helpful.
00:38:32.000 There's not a I've visited Florida State.
00:38:35.000 It's a little bit liberal, but it's not as bad.
00:38:36.000 South Carolina, I've spoken at, I've spoken at the University of Alabama.
00:38:39.000 I have to say, out of the list, the most conservative would probably be University of Alabama.
00:38:44.000 But there are more liberals in Tuscalooska.
00:38:46.000 Tuscaloosa.
00:38:47.000 Geez, I can't pronounce anything today than you might think.
00:38:49.000 That's what happens when you do five hours of talking every single day.
00:38:52.000 But Maria, I'm going to thank you for that.
00:38:54.000 And I'm going to send your daughter a signed book because hopefully she'll never fall to the liberal side.
00:38:59.000 But you stay involved.
00:39:01.000 You stay on top of the curriculum.
00:39:03.000 You prep her correctly.
00:39:04.000 I know Lincoln Way West High School.
00:39:06.000 I know New Lennox really well.
00:39:07.000 I have family members and friends from there.
00:39:09.000 In fact, my grandmother was right from down the street there.
00:39:12.000 So thank you for watching and listening.
00:39:13.000 I hope this gets to you in some way.
00:39:15.000 In fact, our team will respond to you and say, hey, did you catch the live stream?
00:39:19.000 Because Charlie answered your question.
00:39:21.000 So, God bless you.
00:39:22.000 Very helpful.
00:39:22.000 Thank you for that question.
00:39:23.000 Okay, let's get to some more questions here.
00:39:26.000 Great question.
00:39:27.000 Okay, I want to read this.
00:39:28.000 Actually, it's going to take me about two seconds to pull up.
00:39:31.000 So, in the meantime, if you guys want to support us, please go to charliekirk.com slash support.
00:39:37.000 Okay, let's go to this right here.
00:39:41.000 Good.
00:39:42.000 Got it.
00:39:43.000 Okay, perfect because it answers this question.
00:39:46.000 Apologize for the delay.
00:39:47.000 Okay, Steve.
00:39:48.000 Hey, Charlie, what is the latest on the Maricopa election audit?
00:39:51.000 That's why I wanted to pull it up.
00:39:53.000 Jeremy Duda on Twitter, who I do not know who that is.
00:39:56.000 He's a reporter at the Arizona Mirror.
00:39:59.000 I think that's a liberal publication.
00:40:00.000 However, I'm going to cite it.
00:40:02.000 Okay, so Maricopa County Forensic Audit begins Tuesday.
00:40:07.000 Members of the media are invited to, this is today.
00:40:10.000 So today there is a forensic audit happening from February 2nd to February 4th with the potential to extend to Friday.
00:40:18.000 Auditors expect to work from approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but the hours may vary depending on the audit work performed every day.
00:40:25.000 The second auditing firm will begin their work on February 8th.
00:40:29.000 This is happening at the Maricopa Elections Department in downtown Phoenix.
00:40:33.000 And the Maricopa County elections, it says, served more than 2.5 million registered voters.
00:40:38.000 So there's two independent forensic audits happening.
00:40:40.000 We are staying on top of that, and we'll see what happens.
00:40:43.000 We'll see if it turns up anything or if there's anything that's found or irregularities.
00:40:47.000 The forensic audit is underway here in the state of Arizona.
00:40:50.000 So we are keeping a close eye on that.
00:40:54.000 Okay, let's get to another question here.
00:40:58.000 So let me see one here.
00:41:01.000 Here's one.
00:41:02.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:41:02.000 Is Apple removing your episodes?
00:41:04.000 The episode with Dinesh is gone.
00:41:06.000 No.
00:41:07.000 So when you guys subscribe to the Charlie Kirk show, and I encourage all of you to do that now, here's what ends up happening.
00:41:13.000 If you listen to an episode, it goes off of the episode menu and it goes into a either previously downloaded or previously listened to portion of the podcast app.
00:41:27.000 It is a perfectly understandable concern, but it's nothing to be too upset about or too worried about.
00:41:35.000 Here's one.
00:41:36.000 I'm a 15-year-old that goes to a public school right outside of Seattle called Mercer Island.
00:41:36.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:41:41.000 My school is now copying Seattle Public School District by having a Black Lives Matter week.
00:41:45.000 They showed us this video, which is basically a bunch of leftist propaganda. 0.62
00:41:48.000 Smart 15-year-old.
00:41:49.000 This is from Julia.
00:41:50.000 Feel free to discuss this on your show, the fact that public schools in Washington state are supporting BLM and encouraging their students to do the same.
00:41:57.000 Yes, many of our children in public schools across the country are being indoctrinated and they're being pummeled with critical race theory, highly racist, anti-intellectual, anti-Western nonsense.
00:42:09.000 We've gone through critical race theory at great length, about how it's anti-individual, anti-science, anti-Western, about how they do not believe in dialogue, they do not believe in discussion, and how it all tabulated together will turn us into a more racist, intolerant, and divided society.
00:42:24.000 It should be opposed at all costs.
00:42:27.000 And so it's very disappointing when I get emails from 15-year-olds asking me to highlight the indoctrination while the parents in their local area are the ones pushing it.
00:42:35.000 It just drives me absolutely up a wall.
00:42:40.000 Someone says, I'm a new follower and subscribe to the podcast.
00:42:42.000 Can I get a MAGA doctrine book?
00:42:46.000 Maybe.
00:42:48.000 Sure, you did the directions right.
00:42:50.000 You win because you subscribe to the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.
00:42:54.000 Okay, here's a good question while we get that pulled up.
00:42:58.000 This is from Maida.
00:43:00.000 Maida is a good friend of mine.
00:43:02.000 Maida, if you're watching, God bless you.
00:43:02.000 I know Maida.
00:43:04.000 She says, and then we're going to get to the tape of BLM.
00:43:08.000 Okay.
00:43:08.000 Good morning, Charlie.
00:43:09.000 I'm astounded at the right is allowing the left to define who we are.
00:43:11.000 Astounded.
00:43:12.000 And the left's efforts to make another Tea Party movement does not spring up.
00:43:16.000 You're exactly right, Maida.
00:43:17.000 I was there with you at the Illinois Tea Party movement.
00:43:19.000 Maida's a good friend. 0.84
00:43:20.000 They are taking the R-word and applying it to everything.
00:43:23.000 A sort of a let's see what will stick approach. 1.00
00:43:25.000 This is working, apparently.
00:43:26.000 So, we must define who we are.
00:43:28.000 We must state what we believe.
00:43:29.000 We must not always react.
00:43:31.000 Rather, steer the ship, state the purpose, and let the truth of who we are as conservatives.
00:43:35.000 Last night, I had a meeting with some people, and we're going to start a blog that educates everyone about what conservatism is.
00:43:40.000 Good for you.
00:43:41.000 This will not be reactionary, and will not be commenting on the insanity of current events, but rather stating who we are and what we believe and why it's important.
00:43:47.000 So, this will be the platform, and she puts a name.
00:43:50.000 More on this, praying for you and your excellent team every day.
00:43:52.000 God bless you, Maida.
00:43:53.000 I'm going to make sure our team reaches out to you.
00:43:55.000 You're a great American, and thank you for that.
00:43:57.000 That's what we need.
00:43:58.000 We need local activism, local organizing, new ideas, because there's all this nonsense.
00:44:02.000 So, this just got sent to us by a listener.
00:44:04.000 15-year-olds sent us this in.
00:44:06.000 And by the way, for the adults out there, please take this as seriously as the 15-year-olds are.
00:44:10.000 Goodness gracious.
00:44:11.000 Okay, this is a two and a half minute video.
00:44:13.000 So, you guys are going to keep my mic on as we watch this, please.
00:44:13.000 I've not seen it.
00:44:17.000 What is Black Lives Matter Week?
00:44:19.000 This is a public school outside of Seattle.
00:44:21.000 Playtape: Black Lives Matter Week is a nationally recognized week of action.
00:44:26.000 Black Lives Matter Week aims to empower students, affirm all black identities, and teach about black experiences beyond slavery.
00:44:32.000 Black Lives Matter Week originated in Seattle, and we plan to continue it here on Mercer Island.
00:44:38.000 2020 was a big year for Black Lives Matter with all of the injustice we witnessed due to police brutality and discrimination.
00:44:46.000 Because of that, we feel it is especially important to educate ourselves and others on these issues.
00:44:53.000 Every class will have a lesson, discussion, reading, or other form of education relating to Black Lives Matter Week.
00:44:58.000 For example, science classes will have a 20 to 60-minute lesson about black culture and how it relates to science.
00:45:04.000 Students will be learning about how black contributions to various subjects throughout history so that we cannot learn to better appreciate and recognize black voices in every aspect of our lives.
00:45:15.000 So, the goals of Black Lives Matter Week are to acknowledge the challenges and inequities faced by black people, educate ourselves on the black experience, both historically and in the present day, help people empathize with other racial experiences, and see the obstacles people face due to their race.
00:45:34.000 We also think it's going to be a great opportunity for students to come away with interest towards the inherent connections between black culture, history, and perspectives with their curriculum.
00:45:42.000 And we hope that teachers leave it to learning how to incorporate diverse perspectives into their lessons regularly, as well as how to address topics that they may deem sensitive.
00:45:51.000 These lessons not only benefit black students but can also be transformative for non-black students, particularly white students.
00:46:00.000 Due in large part to school and residential segregation, white students often get a narrow view of blackness from their lived experiences.
00:46:10.000 We are having this week to remember and recognize how our country is still very unequal and that people are still trying and are still receiving horrible treatment because of their race.
00:46:20.000 To learn about how we can help make the world a more equal place and how we can teach others so that they can do the same.
00:46:28.000 To also recognize different people's cultures and celebrate all of our differences.
00:46:35.000 Okay, so I want to make one thing clear: this is a public YouTube video.
00:46:41.000 These are kids, okay?
00:46:42.000 These are children that are being told to read a script.
00:46:45.000 I am not going to, none of my criticism, what they said, is towards them. 0.95
00:46:50.000 Okay, they're being used as puppets of the BLM Incorporated movement. 0.86
00:46:53.000 I mean this sincerely.
00:46:54.000 My heart goes out to these kids because they're being so misled.
00:46:57.000 And I don't want any reaction to this video at all whatsoever to be reflected towards any of the kids in that video at all.
00:47:04.000 This is about the teachers that are the ones that are putting this in front of them.
00:47:06.000 Okay, I just want to make that very, very clear, okay?
00:47:10.000 Because that could get misinterpreted.
00:47:12.000 But what these teachers and what these parents at Mercer Island, which by the way, is like the Beverly Hills of Seattle.
00:47:20.000 If you don't know Mercer Island, it is rich upper-middle-class liberals.
00:47:24.000 What they are teaching their children is evil.
00:47:28.000 What they just taught their kid, the script that they were reading was that people are still being treated terribly because of their race.
00:47:38.000 Can an adult who wrote that please come on our program and tell me one instance of where anyone is treated differently because of their race in this country, because of a public policy, a law, or a position?
00:47:50.000 Doesn't exist.
00:47:51.000 We've been through this chapter and verse. 0.96
00:47:55.000 It is not because of skin color.
00:47:57.000 There are other choices that play into it.
00:47:59.000 A great example is this. 0.59
00:48:02.000 A child who is raised by a black mother and father is more likely to succeed through every single objective metric than a child who is raised by a single white mother.
00:48:17.000 A stable family partnership is what they should be focusing on. 0.64
00:48:21.000 And for all of you that just watched that video, that should horrify you for the country that is rising up.
00:48:29.000 It's in our education system.
00:48:30.000 That's where our tax dollars are being spent.
00:48:32.000 And because teachers did not get, I mean, because parents did not get involved in school board sessions, because we were asleep at the wheel for the last couple decades, this stuff ended up happening.
00:48:43.000 A lot of the old money from Seattle is there.
00:48:46.000 And so it's just fitting.
00:48:47.000 I mean, it's literally an island.
00:48:49.000 I don't know if you know Mercer Island.
00:48:50.000 It's not just the name.
00:48:51.000 It's literally an island that is very secluded.
00:48:55.000 And these sort of ideas tend to spread for whatever reason, I'm not exactly sure.
00:49:06.000 But I encourage everyone that's watching this to take this very seriously.
00:49:11.000 And I'm not going to play the video again.
00:49:13.000 I feel very bad for these kids.
00:49:14.000 I feel bad having to, you know, have any form of the criticism be near them.
00:49:19.000 They're 15 and 16 years old.
00:49:20.000 They don't know any better.
00:49:22.000 And they're being taught this.
00:49:23.000 What the real criticism needs to be directed at is at the teachers and the parents that tolerated this nonsense.
00:49:31.000 And I hope that that video right there, for no other reason, is instructive for all the parents and taxpayers watching, what these kids are being taught and what they're internalizing.
00:49:45.000 Here's a nice note.
00:49:46.000 Good morning from Austin, Texas.
00:49:47.000 Charlie, I wanted to thank you for your commitment to our great nation.
00:49:50.000 I've been listening to you a lot more since November the 3rd.
00:49:50.000 Thank you.
00:49:53.000 We're all experiencing unprecedented times.
00:49:54.000 I love your positive attitude.
00:49:56.000 Thank you.
00:49:56.000 Have a nice day and keep it positive.
00:49:58.000 You're welcome.
00:49:59.000 God bless you.
00:49:59.000 Thank you for the nice note.
00:50:03.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:50:04.000 Do you have any recommendations for churches, groups, or individuals that could use some financial assistance?
00:50:10.000 Thank you.
00:50:11.000 Yes.
00:50:12.000 Calvary Chapel, San Jose.
00:50:14.000 I don't think that's their exact name.
00:50:15.000 Let me get it.
00:50:16.000 They have a, it's like Calvary Chapel, San Jose, Mike McClure.
00:50:26.000 Yeah, okay, it's calvarysj.org.
00:50:30.000 I'm a Christian.
00:50:31.000 I'm an evangelical Christian.
00:50:32.000 It's one of the most important things in my life.
00:50:35.000 You know what saddens me and frustrates me?
00:50:38.000 That most Christians do not know about the struggle, the fight that Pastor Mike McClure is engaged in right now in San Jose.
00:50:50.000 Pastor Mike McClure is a friend of mine.
00:50:53.000 I've spoken at his church.
00:50:55.000 He has a church in downtown San Jose where he teaches the gospel chapter by chapter, verse by verse. 0.95
00:51:03.000 He has refused to close with all these Chinese coronavirus lockdowns and measures.
00:51:09.000 Staying open for Easter, staying open for Pentecost, not forsaking the gathering and the assembly of believers.
00:51:16.000 He is now facing $1.7 million in fines from the local government.
00:51:23.000 Most churches across the country are silent.
00:51:27.000 In fact, all the churches in his local area are not supporting him.
00:51:31.000 Why there is not a rallying cry behind Pastor Mike McClure is a disgrace to American Christianity to me.
00:51:39.000 I'm not used to this.
00:51:40.000 I'm used to a conservative movement where we hang with each other, where we stand by each other, is what I should say.
00:51:47.000 When someone gets attacked or criticized, we rally to their defense.
00:51:50.000 Pastor Mike McClure has had some good pastors support him.
00:51:54.000 It's calvarySJ.org.
00:51:57.000 They are sending the entire government after him. 0.98
00:52:01.000 And most Christians are silent and complicit. 0.79
00:52:04.000 And for the pastors out there that have not spoke in support of Pastor Mike McClure, you should resign. 0.85
00:52:11.000 You guys know what's happening, and you choose to be silent, and you choose to be closed.
00:52:15.000 You're cowards, all of you.
00:52:18.000 For the pastors that have stood by you, like Jack Hibbs and James Cadiz and Rob McCoy and Jürgen Matusius and David Engelhardt and all the friends we've had on this podcast, God bless you.
00:52:27.000 And so, yes, that is a church that I would support.
00:52:32.000 CalvarySJ.org, Mike McClure is a phenomenal guy, and he is refusing to close, everybody.
00:52:38.000 He is refusing to close despite millions of dollars of fines being thrown at him.
00:52:44.000 That is a hero.
00:52:45.000 Not these mega churches that have remained closed indefinitely, that have run to the hills and have decided not to fight.
00:52:55.000 And so, God bless you, Mike McClure.
00:52:58.000 We have your back.
00:52:58.000 We're going to be covering this story nonstop.
00:53:01.000 And for the tyrants and for the despots of San Jose, we are not going to let off this story until you forgive and release and eliminate the entire $1.7 million fine to Mike McClure.
00:53:14.000 They're trying to come after him personally.
00:53:15.000 They're trying to come after his building.
00:53:16.000 They're doing everything they possibly can.
00:53:19.000 Just because he has opened his church.
00:53:21.000 By the way, BLM Incorporated, they can march right through San Jose, right through San Francisco, right through Oakland.
00:53:28.000 They're trying to make an example of this godly man.
00:53:32.000 God bless Mike McClure.
00:53:33.000 And the fact that not every church in the country is fasting and praying and financially supporting Mike McClure goes to show how fragile and weak American Christianity has become.
00:53:43.000 There's plenty of pastors that have stood up, but 99% are either not aware, not interested, or too cowardly to do something about it.
00:53:50.000 God bless you, Mike.
00:53:51.000 We have your back.
00:53:52.000 Okay, let's go to the next question here.
00:53:53.000 The young people of tomorrow.
00:53:55.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:53:56.000 I just watched the kids on the BLM video.
00:53:58.000 How do we win back our young people?
00:53:59.000 Love you and your entire crew.
00:54:01.000 Well, that's what we're doing here at Turning Point USA every single day at tpusa.com slash get involved.
00:54:07.000 And look, we have to get involved in school board races.
00:54:10.000 And the most important thing is this, though.
00:54:11.000 Take the education of your children very seriously.
00:54:15.000 Teach them about the founders.
00:54:17.000 Teach them about the philosophy that built our country.
00:54:19.000 Get them excited about American presidents.
00:54:20.000 Get them defensive of America.
00:54:22.000 See, growing up, my parents were always not political, but they were patriotic.
00:54:27.000 Big difference.
00:54:28.000 They said no one should ever get away with insulting our great country.
00:54:31.000 We have a beautiful history.
00:54:33.000 You're lucky you live here.
00:54:34.000 Understand it, appreciate it, and defend it.
00:54:37.000 And the politics will come after that.
00:54:39.000 But the most important thing is a defense of the American experiment, a defense of our journey in this constitutional republic.
00:54:45.000 And for any young person out there, I highly encourage you to get involved at Turning PointUSA at tpusa.com slash get involved.
00:54:52.000 Okay, next question here.
00:54:54.000 Actually, I want to thank Eileen from Kansas for supporting us.
00:54:56.000 I want to thank Carlos from Anaheim for supporting us and Richard from Coral Springs, Florida for supporting us at charliekirk.com/slash support and Abraham from Peoria.
00:55:08.000 He said this, quote, Mr. Kirk, thank you for the information you provide for us.
00:55:12.000 Thank you.
00:55:13.000 I want to encourage you to consider running for office.
00:55:15.000 Please consider that AOC is a rep. He has an influence that you and others can put to rest.
00:55:20.000 If you become a representative, you would have more knowledge and you can still have a platform.
00:55:23.000 AOC was cooking the other day online.
00:55:25.000 Come on, Mr. Kirk, please consider.
00:55:26.000 You have the support.
00:55:27.000 Okay, he goes on.
00:55:28.000 Look, I appreciate that, but I'm not running for office anytime soon.
00:55:33.000 I love what we do here on our program.
00:55:35.000 I love what we do here on our podcast.
00:55:37.000 I love what we do at Turning Point USA.
00:55:39.000 I truly do.
00:55:40.000 But God bless you.
00:55:41.000 I appreciate that.
00:55:43.000 And I don't think that going to just another Madison Cawthorne and people like that can go do that for me.
00:55:49.000 I'm meant to be here.
00:55:50.000 Okay, next question.
00:55:51.000 Hello, Charlie.
00:55:51.000 I've been a subscriber since before the fraudulent election.
00:55:55.000 Those are his words.
00:55:56.000 Me and my wife received this letter in the mail.
00:55:57.000 They're in Alabama.
00:55:58.000 Do you know if other states are doing this?
00:56:00.000 From Alabama.
00:56:01.000 This notification is being sent to all Alabama voters to comply with the National Voter Registration Act passed by Congress.
00:56:07.000 The name and address on the back is a card that reflects your voter information.
00:56:11.000 I don't know if this is a legitimate letter.
00:56:13.000 That seems very suspicious.
00:56:14.000 I'm going to look into that.
00:56:16.000 Thank you for your question, Dusty.
00:56:18.000 Thank you.
00:56:18.000 I'm going to look into that.
00:56:19.000 That does not look legit, but I'd be very surprised by that, because I don't think there's a National Voter Registration Act that has been passed.
00:56:26.000 Okay.
00:56:27.000 Here's one.
00:56:28.000 Hey, Charlie, love the show.
00:56:29.000 I'm 47.
00:56:30.000 My parents are lifelong Democrat evangelicals.
00:56:32.000 I grew up in a Christian home and I'm closest to a libertarian conservative, you could say, but I'm always open to a different way of thinking.
00:56:39.000 My parents refer to Trump supporters as the cult, but I can't think of anyone more cultish than voting straight ticket while staunchly defending anything your party does, which is what they do.
00:56:47.000 How would you suggest I combat that?
00:56:48.000 I'd love to get a copy of the MAGA doctrine if I have to even pay for a signed copy.
00:56:52.000 Keep up the great work and tell Isabel I'm a long-term Avalanche fan and wonder if she liked hockey.
00:56:58.000 Okay, well, he's from Dayton, Ohio, and I will send you a copy of the book.
00:57:01.000 But look, yes, so there's a lot there, Jared, but I wouldn't start getting into a cult conversation or what's a cult, what's not a cult.
00:57:08.000 Obviously, it's not a cult.
00:57:09.000 I will say this, though.
00:57:12.000 If they are Bible-believing Christians, I would encourage them to look at the sermons of Rob McCoy, Jack Hibbs, the teachings of David Barton.
00:57:19.000 The Democrat agenda is completely inconsistent with the teachings of the Bible and the gospel of Jesus Christ.
00:57:24.000 Socialism violates two out of the Ten Commandments.
00:57:27.000 Just the abortion issue is a non-starter.
00:57:29.000 The Democrat policy on immigration is open borders, which is anti-biblical.
00:57:33.000 The Democrat policy on private properties against private property, where the Bible came up with the idea of private property as we know it in the West.
00:57:40.000 Free speech, dialogue, all of that stuff comes from the teachings of the Bible.
00:57:44.000 And maybe they say, well, we're Democrat evangelicals because we want to help the poor.
00:57:47.000 Well, if you want to help the poor, the best way to help the poor is to empower them to help themselves.
00:57:51.000 That is to push back against public sector teacher unions.
00:57:54.000 That is to push back against the welfare state.
00:57:56.000 And that is to say we want people to get off of food stamps, not on the food stamps.
00:58:00.000 I'm guessing that's where a lot of their criticism is.
00:58:02.000 We've done a lot of podcasts on that, but I would encourage you to check that out.
00:58:05.000 Okay.
00:58:08.000 Here is from Sydney from Iowa. 0.55
00:58:11.000 When we continuously emphasize on black being victims and Caucasian being the victimizer or the oppressor, it does create a racism issue.
00:58:19.000 This constant focus on color, born during the Obama administration, has and will continue to create more division.
00:58:24.000 Teaching this to children and pushing this white privilege nonsense is terribly harmful.
00:58:27.000 Thank you for being a spokesperson for common sense.
00:58:29.000 Thank you.
00:58:29.000 You're exactly right.
00:58:31.000 Look, when you divide people based on their immutable characteristics, when you divide people based on the content of their skin color, not their character, you're going to create a generation of racists.
00:58:42.000 The left is creating a generation of racists.
00:58:44.000 That's what they're doing.
00:58:45.000 They want people to judge based on skin color.
00:58:48.000 And this nonsense that blacks are being oppressed in our country is a pile of garbage.
00:58:53.000 There's no data to support that.
00:58:55.000 There is no evidence to support that. 0.90
00:58:58.000 They're doing that to divide our country bitterly based on racial lines. 0.50
00:59:03.000 Next question. 0.81
00:59:05.000 Let's go here.
00:59:10.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:59:11.000 I was listening to your populism explained episode on the protection efforts at the Capitol and have put this thesis forth.
00:59:18.000 I don't believe it was to show the American people the government can protect us.
00:59:21.000 My thesis is this is a clear, orchestrated, and deliberate attack on our republic by the Democrat Party through the denial of voter integrity so that the government is not of and by the people, through the use of the judicial to vote in laws, nor by the people.
00:59:33.000 And lastly, through the practical suspension of the First Amendment so that we the people can't petition the government for our grievances with the barrier that now blocks us from the lawmakers.
00:59:42.000 That might be true.
00:59:44.000 But she says if we don't challenge them on these fronts, the Republic is surely lost.
00:59:48.000 I agree.
00:59:49.000 The most important fight right now is how we do elections and voter integrity.
00:59:53.000 And I mean metaphorical fight, not literal fight.
00:59:56.000 I'm going to continue to take your questions here.
00:59:58.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
01:00:01.000 I want to thank Ryan for supporting us from Iowa at charliekirk.com slash support.
01:00:06.000 Here's a good question.
01:00:07.000 Hi, Charlie.
01:00:08.000 Love your show and everything you stand for.
01:00:10.000 Can you please give me some book recommendations that I can use to teach my daughter?
01:00:13.000 Thank you, Morgan Rhys Fleming. 0.75
01:00:15.000 Well, we talked about this on our podcast, but if you are interested in getting quick bites of books to digest information, one of our sponsors, I'm going to give them a free shout out here, is thinker.org, T-H-I-N-K-R.org. 0.52
01:00:28.000 If you go there, go to thinker.org slash Charlie.
01:00:31.000 You get big books, long books that you can summarize in short bites.
01:00:36.000 But yeah, I'll give you a couple books right now.
01:00:38.000 The Book That Built Your World by Vishal Mengal Waldi.
01:00:41.000 I would highly recommend.
01:00:43.000 Ben Shapiro's Right Side of History is pretty good, I have to say.
01:00:46.000 Jonah Goldberg's, even though Jonah is, he doesn't like me, but I recommend his book.
01:00:51.000 It's really good.
01:00:52.000 Liberal Fascism. 0.93
01:00:53.000 But the best out of all of them from a Christian point of view is the book that built your world.
01:00:57.000 If you want to get people to believe that Jesus Christ is the savior of the world and that the resurrection was real, Lee Strobel's Case for Christ is phenomenal.
01:01:05.000 So I would recommend those books.
01:01:08.000 Also, there's a couple other books that I think that are, if you're willing to kind of go into this direction and into a direction that's more kind of economics in nature, Free to Choose by Milton and Rose Friedman is very, very good.
01:01:23.000 Again, I'm a market guy.
01:01:24.000 I don't think that it's all necessarily applicable, but it's really good.
01:01:28.000 But if any of you are looking for a book about race and you say, how do I debate BLM Incorporated?
01:01:35.000 How do I fight back against all this SJW nonsense?
01:01:38.000 Thomas Soule, Discrimination and Disparities.
01:01:42.000 It's terrific.
01:01:42.000 Check it out.
01:01:44.000 Okay, let's get to some more questions here.
01:01:45.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
01:01:48.000 Hi, Charlie.
01:01:49.000 I'm going to call my library and ask them to get your book.
01:01:51.000 I think your book should be in every library.
01:01:52.000 Please encourage your listeners to have their library get your book.
01:01:55.000 Thank you, Denise.
01:01:57.000 That's so kind of you.
01:01:58.000 I mean that.
01:01:58.000 Thank you.
01:01:59.000 God bless you.
01:02:00.000 Okay.
01:02:01.000 Some more questions here.
01:02:02.000 But I do want to thank Valerie for supporting us from California at charliekirk.com slash support.
01:02:08.000 Millie, I'm a Trump supporter.
01:02:10.000 My entire family attacks me for supporting Trump.
01:02:12.000 I never make it my business to attack them.
01:02:14.000 What's the best way to handle them?
01:02:15.000 Thank you, Carmella.
01:02:17.000 Ask questions.
01:02:18.000 Don't get angry.
01:02:19.000 Don't get upset.
01:02:20.000 Attacks are going to happen when you stand for truth.
01:02:23.000 Just ask questions.
01:02:24.000 Say, did he do anything right?
01:02:26.000 Did you like his Middle East peace deal?
01:02:28.000 Do you think it's interesting that he oversaw the greatest economy in American history?
01:02:32.000 Things like that are very, very helpful.
01:02:34.000 And that sort of response through asking informed questions, I think is the best way to handle that.
01:02:42.000 Let me go to another question here.
01:02:47.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
01:02:49.000 This one is from a couple days ago.
01:02:51.000 Okay.
01:02:52.000 Hi, Charlie.
01:02:53.000 I recently had the opportunity to hear you at my church, Calvary Chapel Chino Hills.
01:02:57.000 One of the things you talked about was not being apathetic, and you encourage believers to focus on checking the boxes.
01:03:01.000 I'm committed to working on checking those three boxes daily.
01:03:03.000 Good for you, Nicole.
01:03:04.000 God bless you.
01:03:05.000 How do I volunteer with Turning Point USA?
01:03:07.000 I will put you in touch with somebody.
01:03:09.000 And is Turning Point USA hiring?
01:03:11.000 Yes.
01:03:11.000 And so you can go to tpusa.com if you want to start a chapter.
01:03:14.000 Get engaged, get involved.
01:03:16.000 tpusa.com.
01:03:18.000 I highly encourage you to check it out.
01:03:19.000 I just sent your information to our team at Turning Point USA.
01:03:22.000 Every single young person in the country should be starting Turning Point USA chapters right now, every single day at tpusa.com.
01:03:30.000 Most specifically, tpusa.com slash get involved.
01:03:34.000 Here's a question.
01:03:35.000 Hello, Charlie.
01:03:36.000 I'm a 15-year-old boy from Slovakia, Europe.
01:03:38.000 I'm a huge fan of the United States, especially states like Texas.
01:03:41.000 Me too.
01:03:41.000 I love the Second Amendment.
01:03:43.000 And I'm also a huge fan of American muscle cars and their huge V8 engines.
01:03:47.000 I decided to support President Trump after I heard that Joe Biden wants to ban gas-powered cars after 2035, after the election.
01:03:52.000 I started to understand what is this all truly about and how evil the Democrats are.
01:03:56.000 I watched your show after January the 6th, and I began watching ever since.
01:03:59.000 I really like your show.
01:04:00.000 My question is: why is Isabel no longer doing the shows with you?
01:04:03.000 She will be.
01:04:04.000 We have a rotation, and I will tell her that Peter from Slovakia wants her back.
01:04:09.000 But God bless you, Peter.
01:04:10.000 We love you, man.
01:04:12.000 We appreciate you watching.
01:04:13.000 Okay.
01:04:13.000 Hi, Charlie.
01:04:14.000 I joined your live stream when you were talking about borders and private property being biblical.
01:04:18.000 Wanted to ask if you have any specific references or verses from the Bible discussing this.
01:04:22.000 I have a few friends who believe it's not biblical to have borders, and it's a hard time for me to explain why it is.
01:04:26.000 Thanks for all you do.
01:04:27.000 Great question.
01:04:28.000 Here's my best answer: the entire book of Nehemiah.
01:04:31.000 The entire book of Nehemiah is about literally rebuilding the walls of Israel.
01:04:35.000 But, Juliana, I'm going to reference even more specific scripture.
01:04:41.000 There is the entire idea of a sovereign nation came from the Bible.
01:04:46.000 What is Israel?
01:04:47.000 A place that is not the entire world, but is specific.
01:04:50.000 It has certain borders and barriers.
01:04:52.000 But thank you, Juliana.
01:04:53.000 I'm going to forward this to our pastoral team that we have to get the exact references.
01:04:57.000 But the book of Nehemiah is really, really hard to push back against.
01:05:01.000 It's literally about building the walls.
01:05:03.000 Okay.
01:05:04.000 Hi, Charlie.
01:05:05.000 I'm 15 years old from Columbus Junction, Iowa.
01:05:08.000 I go to a small church which never shut its doors.
01:05:09.000 Awesome.
01:05:10.000 I'm reaching out Sunday.
01:05:11.000 I'm reaching Sunday school to people that are five times my age this week.
01:05:15.000 Do you have any words and advice?
01:05:16.000 And I'm reaching Sunday school to people.
01:05:19.000 I'm guessing you're asking how to reach out to them.
01:05:21.000 Look, when you're the youngest person in the room, don't do the most amount of talking.
01:05:25.000 Do a lot of listening and ask a lot of questions.
01:05:28.000 You'll learn a lot.
01:05:29.000 In fact, I think she's trying to say teaching.
01:05:32.000 Oh, she's teaching Sunday school.
01:05:33.000 I'm sorry.
01:05:34.000 It said reaching Sunday school.
01:05:36.000 Good catch, Connor.
01:05:37.000 That's why Connor, that's why we pay Connor the big bucks.
01:05:40.000 Connor's a machine.
01:05:43.000 We have a new studio set up, so I can't see anything.
01:05:45.000 I'm flying blind here.
01:05:46.000 But yes, so if you're teaching, teach straight from the Bible, verse by verse, chapter by chapter.
01:05:52.000 And also, be unafraid, since you're a 15-year-old teaching, to go find other sermons that other people have taught and make sure you're interpreting the text correctly.
01:06:01.000 Don't try to make up something.
01:06:02.000 And by the way, you don't have to say that you found anything new.
01:06:06.000 That's okay.
01:06:06.000 The word of God speaks itself.
01:06:07.000 The more you read the Bible, the more it reads you.
01:06:10.000 It's the only book.
01:06:11.000 The more you read it, the more it reads you.
01:06:13.000 And James 1:5, pray for wisdom.
01:06:16.000 The more you pray for wisdom, God will give it generously.
01:06:19.000 Okay, here's a question right here.
01:06:21.000 Good afternoon, Charlie.
01:06:22.000 Love watching your program.
01:06:24.000 I'd like to get your thoughts on something.
01:06:25.000 There are many companies donating to or supporting organizations I don't agree with.
01:06:28.000 Is it wise to boycott these companies or would it be just too inconvenient for me?
01:06:32.000 There are many companies that support far-left-wing ideologies and agendas.
01:06:35.000 Don't know how to handle this from a moral perspective.
01:06:37.000 Thank you for your time.
01:06:39.000 Hudson, yes, you should not support businesses when you can that are against your opinion.
01:06:44.000 I know I'm going to get 500 emails.
01:06:46.000 Charlie, I've seen you with Starbucks Cups.
01:06:47.000 You're right.
01:06:49.000 Ever so often, we break our own rules and we go to Starbucks, but we shouldn't.
01:06:54.000 I admit that we shouldn't. 1.00
01:06:56.000 But we do go to In-N-Out, which is owned by Christians. 1.00
01:06:59.000 But yes, wherever possible, you should try to vote your values and shop your values wherever possible. 0.96
01:07:05.000 Hudson, great question.
01:07:06.000 I want to encourage everyone watching right now, please go to your Apple Podcast or Spotify, type in Charlie Kirk Show, hit subscribe.
01:07:14.000 Let's go right here to hi Charlie.
01:07:18.000 I'm a junior in high school. 0.99
01:07:20.000 Every Sunday, BLM kids in my community gather and protest. 1.00
01:07:23.000 They're all white, upper middle-class kids, and extremely obnoxious. 1.00
01:07:26.000 They have ridiculous signs that say things like, God is trans, black, queer.
01:07:31.000 Obviously, people have freedom of speech and freedom of protest, and I respect that, but how do I respectfully and directly fight back against these ideologues?
01:07:36.000 Thanks.
01:07:38.000 I don't know if this is a troll question or not, because this came from Potato Dan.
01:07:42.000 So I don't know if this is a question or not.
01:07:43.000 That's a troll, but that is such an outrageous thing.
01:07:46.000 Some things are not worthy of confrontation.
01:07:49.000 Some things are just worthy of laughing and moving on.
01:07:51.000 That is not one of the things that I would focus too much on.
01:07:54.000 From Seth, hi, Charlie, love your show.
01:07:56.000 Have you ever done a study on white slavery?
01:07:58.000 The subject has been suppressed for far too long.
01:08:01.000 If we have racism shoved down our throat, I feel it's only fair to set things right and fight back against the left's race agenda.
01:08:07.000 No, I have not done that.
01:08:09.000 But if there's any evidence to show that, I'm not exactly sure what the question is, but it sounds like it's a third rail topic, and I'm not willing to engage on a third rail topic without evidence.
01:08:19.000 I'm happy to go on a third rail topic when I know the topic, but I'm not exactly sure what you're asking.
01:08:25.000 Therefore, I will not answer it unless I am informed, and I've done hours and hours and hours of research on it.
01:08:30.000 Hi, Charlie.
01:08:31.000 I live in Wyoming and the California, the California liberal city of Jackson Hole.
01:08:34.000 I know Jackson Hole very well.
01:08:35.000 It's in Teton County, beautiful place, awful governance.
01:08:37.000 Just announced it will be fining people for not wearing masks.
01:08:40.000 Is there anything residents can do to fight this?
01:08:42.000 It might be illegal and unconstitutional, so maybe filing a lawsuit might be the best thing for you, but that's expensive and you have to open yourself up to discovery and all this nonsense.
01:08:51.000 But look, a mask agnostic.
01:08:55.000 If you think they work, wear a mask.
01:08:56.000 However, I am completely against mask mandates, forcing people to wear masks, wear a mask at gunpoint or at forcing them via taxation.
01:09:06.000 I'm completely and totally against.
01:09:08.000 I believe it's immoral and it should be unconstitutional.
