00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, mask madness is back.
00:00:02.000 It's time for us to rise up and say you are not going to mask our children.
00:00:06.000 We go through the science of that and why are they trying to mask us again?
00:00:10.000 Email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:00:26.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:27.000 Here we go.
00:00:29.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:31.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:33.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:36.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:39.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:40.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:41.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:43.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:50.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:59.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:02.000 How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor?
00:01:04.000 A lot.
00:01:05.000 Truth is, I know millions of people.
00:01:07.000 In fact, some people say over 100 million people are struggling with some kind of pain, maybe from exercise or just getting older.
00:01:13.000 Now, Pete and Seth Talbot, they are on a mission.
00:01:15.000 You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment.
00:01:17.000 They recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their total number of happy customers in the next year.
00:01:23.000 And I believe they'll do it.
00:01:24.000 So here's the deal: go to relieffactor.com.
00:01:27.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 800-500-8384.
00:01:30.000 People ask me, tell me why Relief Factor is so successful in lowering or eliminating pain.
00:01:35.000 I'm often asked that question.
00:01:36.000 So maybe you want to be able to do cartwheels or be able to do backflips like producer Andrew.
00:01:41.000 Maybe you want to be able to run a marathon, swim under seas, swim underwater, go scuba diving, jump out of an airplane, but maybe it's your knee pain, back pain, joint pain, whatever pain it might be.
00:01:51.000 Maybe Relief Factor is for you.
00:01:53.000 ReliefFactor.com, 100% drug-free.
00:01:56.000 Check it out, relieffactor.com.
00:02:01.000 Front page of the New York Times: CDC again calls for indoor masks as a variant erupts.
00:02:10.000 Revising its guidance for the vaccinated who live in new COVID hotspots.
00:02:17.000 Revising a decision made just two months ago.
00:02:19.000 The CDC said on Tuesday that vaccinated people against the coronavirus should resume wearing masks in public indoor spaces in parts of the country where the virus is surging.
00:02:32.000 CDC officials also called for universal masking for teachers, staff, students, visitors in schools, regardless of vaccination status.
00:02:45.000 I'm going to go back to something that we have mentioned many times here on this program, which is a teaching of Aristotle.
00:02:55.000 Aristotle's the man.
00:02:57.000 Now, not many terrestrial radio show hosts dare mention Aristotle on air, not because they don't know it, it's just they're afraid that people are going to fall asleep and it will cause head-on collisions and traffic accidents.
00:03:09.000 So Aristotle was the man.
00:03:11.000 He was taught by Plato and Plato was taught by Socrates.
00:03:15.000 Aristotle wrote a couple very important books, Aristotle's Politics, Aristotle's Ethics, Aristotle's Metaphysics.
00:03:21.000 But there's something with human nature that remains constant.
00:03:24.000 Aristotle wrote this in Book 5, Chapter 11.
00:03:26.000 And those of you that listen to our podcast, you will have heard this a couple times before.
00:03:32.000 Listen to this.
00:03:35.000 Tyrants preserve themselves by not letting there be any schools or other collegial gatherings for leisured pursuits.
00:03:45.000 And here's the kicker.
00:03:47.000 And doing everything that will keep all the people as unknown to one another as possible, since familiarity breeds a greater degree of mutual trust.
00:04:00.000 Let me read that again.
00:04:01.000 Tyrants do everything they can to keep people unknown to one another as possible, since familiarity breeds a greater degree of mutual trust.
00:04:18.000 Masking children is child abuse.
00:04:24.000 Let me say that again.
00:04:25.000 Masking children is child abuse.
00:04:32.000 There is no scientific reason to put a mask on a child.
00:04:37.000 There's no scientific backing to show that schools are spreaders of the Chinese coronavirus.
00:04:45.000 But to read the New York Times, CDC officials call for universal masking.
00:04:50.000 Why would they be doing that?
00:04:52.000 Because they want to breed a greater degree of mistrust, because familiarity is key.
00:05:01.000 If we trust one another, then tyrants don't have as much power.
00:05:06.000 What's a great way to turn people against each other?
00:05:10.000 You can have them focus on your race all day long.
00:05:12.000 Well, we're already doing that.
00:05:14.000 How about this?
00:05:15.000 How about destroying the humanity by saying you must stand 10 feet away from each other?
00:05:23.000 You can't see each other's face.
00:05:26.000 We believe on this program that your face is a gift from God.
00:05:31.000 The small expressions of anxiety, joy, passion.
00:05:34.000 Aristotle famously said that human beings are the only creatures that can blush.
00:05:42.000 Think about that.
00:05:43.000 We're the only creatures that can show that form of emotion.
00:05:49.000 If we're masked up all the time, are you able to have those in-depth connections?
00:05:54.000 Or are you going to have a greater degree of separation?
00:06:00.000 You know, people say, well, Charlie, America's so divided.
00:06:03.000 I think we're largely divided because we're so physically separate.
00:06:07.000 This manic, mask-on, mask-off game is creating a generation of neurotic children.
00:06:16.000 It's creating a generation rooted in safetyism.
00:06:20.000 I'm sick of this.
00:06:21.000 I don't get angry very often on this show.
00:06:23.000 I get intense.
00:06:24.000 I don't get angry.
00:06:27.000 We can't put up with this crap, everybody.
00:06:29.000 The masking again after two months.
00:06:32.000 I thought the vaccine worked.
00:06:34.000 I thought the vaccine was the greatest thing ever.
00:06:36.000 Now they're saying we have to mask again.
00:06:39.000 63.
00:06:40.000 Biden is asked if the new CDC mask guidance will sow confusion.
00:06:45.000 We have a pandemic because of the unvaccinated, and they're sowing enormous confusion.
00:06:49.000 Hold on a second, Biden.
00:06:52.000 First of all, he's just, he's not saying this.
00:06:54.000 He's just regurgitating what someone said.
00:06:56.000 Why is it then in 100% vaccinated places, if it works so well, that everyone needs to wear a mask?
00:07:02.000 Cut 63.
00:07:05.000 Will you require all federal employees to get vaccinated?
00:07:08.000 That's under consideration right now, but if you're not vaccinated, you're not nearly as smart as I thought you were.
00:07:13.000 And then only one thing we know for sure: if those other 100 million people got vaccinated, we'd be in a very different world.
00:07:20.000 So get vaccinated.
00:07:22.000 If you haven't, you're not nearly as smart as I said you were.
00:07:25.000 What if I told you that the masking strategy by the CDC is not about public health?
00:07:31.000 It's about political control.
00:07:34.000 What a great way to continue to justify a power grab than to say that human beings shouldn't have relations with one another.
00:07:42.000 Stay apart.
00:07:44.000 You might hurt one another.
00:07:45.000 For a virus that has a death rate that is 0.04%.
00:07:50.000 That's almost immeasurable for children under the age of 30 or people under the age of 30, I should say.
00:07:59.000 Cut 55.
00:08:01.000 Dr. Fauci says that it's time that vaccinated Americans have to mask up indoors again.
00:08:09.000 We have warned you for quite some time.
00:08:12.000 Lockdowns are coming again soon, only if we let them come.
00:08:17.000 We called for the full reopening of America in April of 2020.
00:08:21.000 I can honestly say we've been anti-lockdown since the very beginning.
00:08:24.000 Once we knew what we were dealing with, we said, okay, hydroxychloroquine, vitamin D, zinc.
00:08:31.000 Stop getting blackout drunk.
00:08:33.000 Walk outside if you can.
00:08:35.000 If you have comorbidities, underlying health conditions, take this very seriously.
00:08:39.000 Young people, know the risks, act appropriately, trust the citizens.
00:08:43.000 That's what liberty is all about.
00:08:45.000 Fauci being a central planner.
00:08:48.000 Fauci is a social control artist.
00:08:52.000 He is just relishing at the opportunity to stay relevant.
00:08:57.000 Play tape.
00:08:58.000 Data were clear.
00:09:00.000 Now that we have a Delta variant, that has changed the entire landscape.
00:09:06.000 Because when you look at the level of virus in the nasopharynx of a vaccinated person who gets a breakthrough infection with Delta, it is exactly the same as the level of virus in an unvaccinated person who's infected.
00:09:22.000 That's the problem.
00:09:23.000 So those data are very compelling, and that triggered the change in the CDC guideline.
00:09:29.000 People are getting impatient on the social control side.
00:09:33.000 If you're listening to this and you're not yet vaccinated, force is coming soon.
00:09:41.000 In fact, it's already here.
00:09:42.000 Mayor Bill de Blasio, thank goodness we have a constitution to protect ourselves from these types of people.
00:09:49.000 He says, we've got to shake people at this point and say, come on now.
00:09:53.000 We tried voluntary.
00:09:54.000 We could not have been more kind and compassionate as a country.
00:09:56.000 Free testing incentives, friendly, warm embrace.
00:09:59.000 The voluntary phase is over.
00:10:00.000 You hear that?
00:10:01.000 The people that say, my body, my choice, you can be publicly nude, put heroin in your arm.
00:10:07.000 We need to subsidize looting and rioting.
00:10:10.000 All of a sudden, it seems as if, isn't it interesting how these things always have a bend towards authoritarianism?
00:10:17.000 But this demonstrates a broader point, everybody.
00:10:20.000 Warren Wilhelm, Dasmea of New York City, when they come knock on the door for you, that the lie of liberalism is that hiding behind the free thinking LSD using flower-wearing liberal is a shock trooper waiting to storm down your door.
00:10:50.000 Hey, everybody, for the last year, a slew of bad policies have weakened America to the point where now even our food supply is in danger.
00:10:59.000 That's why I urge you to get yourself some emergency food from My Patriot Supply.
00:11:04.000 My Patriot Supply is America's original Patriot preparedness company with millions of American families served.
00:11:11.000 Their food is grown here in America and stays fresh for up to 25 years in proper storage.
00:11:17.000 I'm a big time, some people call it a prepper.
00:11:20.000 I call it smart person who's trying to make sure whatever's going to happen, we're going to be ready for it.
00:11:27.000 My Patriot Supply is a company you can trust because I trust them.
00:11:32.000 And now you can save 25% off their four-week food kit that contains breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
00:11:38.000 If the Chinese hack our cyber grid, everybody, and all of a sudden there's no electric power, are you able to feed your family for more than a day, two days?
00:11:46.000 Do you know that they say after five days, there'll be total chaos and bedlam in the streets?
00:11:50.000 Grocery stores will be plundered.
00:11:52.000 People in the streets will be tearing each other apart.
00:11:54.000 What will you eat?
00:11:56.000 Well, guess what?
00:11:57.000 With my Patriot supply, you're able to feed yourself for a very long time.
00:12:02.000 Four-week food kit.
00:12:03.000 Maybe you should get a couple of those.
00:12:04.000 I know I have.
00:12:05.000 You get more than 2,000 calories a day.
00:12:08.000 So even when grocery stores are empty, you won't go hungry.
00:12:11.000 Look, here's how this works.
00:12:13.000 You look at all the psychological studies.
00:12:15.000 They say maybe a suburban area can take it maybe a week without all of a sudden people pointing fingers.
00:12:22.000 Hey, the Jones have more food than we do.
00:12:24.000 How about the Smiths?
00:12:25.000 You think that we'll be able to make without the internet for a week?
00:12:28.000 The Chinese are already planning this.
00:12:30.000 So that's why I'm so excited to be able to share with you this new partner.
00:12:34.000 And here's how you can get food in case things go bad.
00:12:40.000 It's preparewithkirk.com.
00:12:43.000 That's it.
00:12:44.000 And save 25% on vital emergency food.
00:12:47.000 You know, people used to laugh all the time.
00:12:48.000 They say, oh, what are you preparing for?
00:12:50.000 Everything's great.
00:12:51.000 I think after the last year, we have realized that everything's not great.
00:12:56.000 They literally have ransomware attacks, or they can shut down trains, meat packing plants, you name it.
00:13:03.000 So right now, I'm telling you, you got to protect yourself against whatever is coming next.
00:13:09.000 So order now, and your four-week pit will arrive discreetly at your door in the next few days.
00:13:14.000 Don't wait until it's too late.
00:13:15.000 Visit preparewithkirk.com.
00:13:18.000 That's preparewithkirk.com.
00:13:23.000 Mask mandates are coming back.
00:13:25.000 Lockdowns are likely coming back for what is now being called the Delta variant.
00:13:30.000 So what is the delta variant?
00:13:32.000 Well, the case fatality rate of delta continues to lessen to 0.2% compared to 1.9% with alpha, which could be obviously due to younger people being infected.
00:13:43.000 But there hasn't been any data to suggest that Delta is deadlier than any of the previous strains.
00:13:49.000 In fact, there's evidence to show that it's less deadly than previous strains.
00:13:55.000 Right now, we are on a seven-day rolling average of deaths from the Chinese coronavirus is now about 324.
00:14:07.000 Ben Shapiro tweeted out: 1,800 people die every single day of heart disease, 1,640 of cancer, 470 by accident, 430 of chronic lower respiratory disease, 410 of stroke, 330 of Alzheimer's.
00:14:24.000 Now, Ben is kind of making the argument I've been making since April of last year.
00:14:30.000 We're now under 300 deaths a day.
00:14:33.000 And the argument is very simple: death is an unfortunate part of life.
00:14:40.000 And now, minus a fatality rate of 10 or 15 percent, you're going to have to trust your citizens to live their life.
00:14:48.000 Otherwise, the cost will be greater than the cure, quote unquote, cure.
00:14:55.000 But what's really driving the masking of children?
00:14:59.000 What is driving the forced vaccinations?
00:15:03.000 Two things: a cult of safetyism and a cult of control.
00:15:14.000 You have a lot of well-meaning parents that are very afraid of anything ever happening to their children.
00:15:23.000 I understand that, by the way.
00:15:25.000 I really do.
00:15:26.000 But that good intention can actually become a negative at some point.
00:15:34.000 The kind of somewhat sloppy description of this is: what are you going to put your kid in bubble wrap all day long?
00:15:41.000 You kind of heard that expression before, right?
00:15:43.000 Otherwise known as helicopter parents.
00:15:47.000 Now, I struggle with this one.
00:15:49.000 I'll be very honest with you because I've seen it go both ways.
00:15:52.000 I've seen parents not care at all, and that's really bad.
00:15:56.000 That's actually, in some ways, worse.
00:15:58.000 The kind of bohemian upbringing, here, go into the woods and figure yourself out.
00:16:02.000 You're 13, yeah, go deal drugs, whatever.
00:16:04.000 That's really bad too.
00:16:06.000 And then I've seen the opposite where parents live vicariously through their children and micromanage everything.
00:16:14.000 And, you know, we had Dan Bongino on our podcast, and I encourage you guys to check it out.
00:16:19.000 And by the way, I actually, this is, I'm going to be very honest with you, I really don't know the solution to this.
00:16:24.000 I don't.
00:16:25.000 I just think it has to be the ultimate kind of balance.
00:16:28.000 The best way I can describe it, which is kind of a weird example, because I travel a lot.
00:16:32.000 So, this example is that you kind of go into a hotel shower and it's like too hot and too cold.
00:16:37.000 You got to kind of figure it out.
00:16:38.000 You know what I mean?
00:16:39.000 And it's like hot enough to kind of be able to, when you first start, and you got to kind of turn it down to wash your hair.
00:16:43.000 It's like you're constantly adjusting, I think, is the best way I could put it.
00:16:47.000 Constantly monitoring, being very alert, being very aware.
00:16:51.000 But I think the good intentions, which by the way, good intentions do not always translate into good public policy or good intention, a good result, is the good intentions of parents that care has turned into this fear that you're going to lose your children and you are going to be blamed.
00:17:09.000 And there's kind of this fear of guilt more than the fear of losing your child.
00:17:15.000 Does that make sense?
00:17:17.000 That there's this fear that you might be blamed for that.
00:17:19.000 And no parent wants to live through that, obviously.
00:17:24.000 And again, I'm not saying that you got to go full bohemian, right?
00:17:27.000 Or you just kind of drop your kid off at the side of the street at third and third and 22nd or whatever.
00:17:34.000 That wouldn't make any sense.
00:17:35.000 But yeah, I guess that's right in New York.
00:17:38.000 And he's like, see you next week.
00:17:42.000 There's downsides to that, obviously.
00:17:44.000 There's upsides.
00:17:45.000 Kids kind of raise themselves.
00:17:47.000 It's kind of lord of the flies, like, figure it out.
00:17:51.000 Doesn't always work because then I say, where are the parents?
00:17:54.000 Where are the parents?
00:17:55.000 Where are the parents?
00:17:56.000 You got to kind of have that balance.
00:17:58.000 But the balance, I think, is out of whack, especially in suburban America, where parents are really restricting child's development.
00:18:11.000 But it's in a kind of bizarre way, though.
00:18:12.000 It's like parents turn a blind eye to the stuff they really should care about.
00:18:18.000 And I won't even get into that right now, but they seem very, they are overly intense, in my opinion, about the Chinese coronavirus, the threat it poses against your children, and the destruction it's having to the American way of life.
00:18:32.000 How do we strike the balance between watching out for our children and not coddling them?
00:18:41.000 Well, a great book from our partner, thinker.org, T-H-I-N-K-R.org, thinker.org/slash Charlie, T-H-I-N-K-R dot org slash Charlie is a great place to start.
00:18:55.000 One book that I want to profile: so thinker.org is a place where you guys can get big ideas synthesized in short periods of time.
00:19:03.000 So a great book by Jonathan Heidt and Greg Lukianov, which is a phenomenal book, which is called The Coddling of the American Mind.
00:19:13.000 I recommend this for everyone listening.
00:19:15.000 It's called How Good Intentions and Bad Ideas Are Setting Up a Generation of Failure.
00:19:22.000 So thinker.org/slash Charlie.
00:19:25.000 You guys can literally get these ideas in 12 minutes or less.
00:19:32.000 There are three great untruths that have begun to coalesce into a cult of safetyism in the United States, as we've been talking about.
00:19:40.000 These untruths fly in the face of ancient wisdom and modern research and have proven to be very harmful to the individuals and groups that have imbibed them.
00:19:51.000 Lukianov and Height team up to illuminate these untruths and their effects, as well as to suggest some remedies.
00:19:59.000 So here are some key insights.
00:20:02.000 Again, thinker.org/slash Charlie.
00:20:05.000 More than just resilient, children are anti-fragile.
00:20:09.000 The belief that what doesn't kill us makes us weaker has fostered the rise in paranoid safetyism.
00:20:18.000 Warnings about unreliable emotions are as old as humanity itself.
00:20:24.000 So perhaps it's not as good an idea to make them the basis for dialogue in universities.
00:20:30.000 The untruth that the world is comprised of good and evil people is a natural but polarized tendency.
00:20:37.000 The great untruths of fragility, emotional reasoning, and us versus them have flourished in the soil of helicopter parenting, as we mentioned before, social media, and the decline of child's play.
00:20:51.000 I'll stop right there.
00:20:52.000 As I mentioned with child's play, my parents were very good about this.
00:20:57.000 They wanted me to go out and take risks, be home by dark.
00:21:03.000 I don't know if that happened as much as now with chill.
00:21:06.000 Maybe there is this kind of, you can kind of go adventure throughout the neighborhoods.
00:21:06.000 Maybe I'm wrong.
00:21:12.000 I'm not so sure.
00:21:15.000 Raising kids with wisdom means responsibly encouraging independence in action and in thought.
00:21:24.000 Universities can encourage wisdom by putting the pursuit of truth before social justices and upholding free speech and inquiry as quintessential to the life of the university.
00:21:35.000 The coddling of the American mind, thinker.org, T-H-I-N-K-R-K-R.org.
00:21:40.000 So no E, it's thinkerwithout an E.org/slash Charlie.
00:21:44.000 You guys can get these big ideas consumed quickly right there.
00:21:49.000 So check it out.
00:21:51.000 They're wonderful partners of our show.
00:21:55.000 Rochelle Walensky says that European-style health passes for admission to nightclubs and other venues, well, quote, may well be a path forward.
00:22:07.000 I went on Tucker Carlson's program and I said that we are entering a South African-style medical apartheid and people lost their minds.
00:22:19.000 We have people reach out.
00:22:20.000 Did Charlie really mean this?
00:22:21.000 Do you want to clarify?
00:22:22.000 No, I mean it.
00:22:23.000 Medical apartheid.
00:22:25.000 So before we listen to Rochelle Walensky, very dangerous person, I want to ask you this question.
00:22:34.000 How is it not apartheid saying that Charlie Kirk, who will remain unvaccinated with the Chinese coronavirus vaccine, can't go to some nightclub?
00:22:43.000 By the way, I don't go to nightclubs, so whoop-de-doo, whatever.
00:22:46.000 He can't go to some library, whatever.
00:22:50.000 Here's one that's real, though.
00:22:50.000 How about this?
00:22:53.000 Charlie Kirk can't speak on campus because he's not vaccinated.
00:22:57.000 That's a real one.
00:22:58.000 They are going to use this as a way to try to discriminate me from speaking on campus.
00:23:04.000 That would be a lawsuit I think they will lose because I'm going after freedom of expression.
00:23:10.000 How is that not apartheid?
00:23:12.000 Living apart.
00:23:14.000 Remember, it's a pattern of the tyrants and the despots to divide people based on race, gender, income level, to sow greater levels of discord.
00:23:30.000 Cut 61.
00:23:31.000 And just last question, because I know they're doing it in Europe, but you're not CDC director of Europe, which I'm sure you're plenty happy about.
00:23:36.000 But they're issuing health passes there, right?
00:23:39.000 Where, you know, you can go to a disco or a disco tech, as they like to call it there, if you have a health pass.
00:23:44.000 Is that something that the CDC would ever lean into or perhaps advise here?
00:23:51.000 You know, I think some communities are doing that, and that may very well be a path forward.
00:23:57.000 Very well, might be a path forward.
00:24:01.000 You know, so she worked.
00:24:02.000 What does she work for, the CDC?
00:24:04.000 Yeah.
00:24:05.000 So this is really interesting.
00:24:07.000 I was getting in this robust discussion the other day with a pastor friend of mine when we were talking about the proper role of government.
00:24:15.000 If you want to talk about Article 1, Section 8, the CDC or the FDA is not within the proper form of government, the role of government.
00:24:23.000 We've long passed that, thanks to Woodrow Wilson and the German historicist lie and believing in this kind of cult of big government, the era of big government.
00:24:33.000 I will say, though, that it's tempting to want to have public health officials, isn't it?
00:24:40.000 I can understand playing into that urge.
00:24:42.000 You're not a bad person if you want the FDA.
00:24:46.000 For example, the general welfare, right?
00:24:49.000 Now, it's really interesting around this phrase general welfare.
00:24:52.000 Let me just kind of riff on this for a second.
00:24:54.000 James Madison and Alexander Hamilton disagreed on this phrase, the general welfare.
00:25:00.000 James Madison didn't like it.
00:25:02.000 You know why?
00:25:04.000 James Madison wanted to remove the phrase general welfare because he said, hold on a second.
00:25:08.000 If it means everything you want it to mean, then why are we listing specifically what the government can do later on?
00:25:17.000 If it's an open-ended check for the government to be able to fill in whatever they want, why are we listing and enumerating the powers of government?
00:25:26.000 Hamilton didn't see it that way.
00:25:28.000 Madison from Virginia, Hamilton from New York.
00:25:31.000 And by the way, they mainly agreed on everything.
00:25:34.000 But this one, Madison said, hold on, this phrase general welfare, this can really be abused.
00:25:42.000 And you could say whatever intentions you want.
00:25:45.000 I think generally the people that have pushed for public health or supported it, they probably mean well.
00:25:51.000 No one wants to have pandemic spreading across the country.
00:25:54.000 And so it's really interesting.
00:25:56.000 I was watching one of the Hillsdale online courses recently, which I take a lot of.
00:26:01.000 We're about to announce a very fun partnership with Hillsdale, phenomenal place.
00:26:06.000 And Dr. Arne was having this conversation with his students.
00:26:10.000 And this was years ago.
00:26:12.000 And guess what Dr. Arne said?
00:26:13.000 He immediately went for this.
00:26:15.000 He said, what happens if there's a pandemic?
00:26:17.000 This looks like four years ago.
00:26:19.000 So who's going to respond to that?
00:26:21.000 Kind of playing devil's advocate.
00:26:23.000 And I thought to myself, and this is the conversation I had with my pastor.
00:26:31.000 Big government didn't save us from this pandemic.
00:26:35.000 You could argue big government caused this pandemic.
00:26:39.000 They funded the research at the Wuhan Institute, lied about it, were involved in gain of function research.
00:26:49.000 If we didn't have the CDC or the FDA, here's just a very interesting question.
00:26:55.000 Would the Chinese coronavirus ever have been created in the first place?
00:26:59.000 Has the CDC done anything meaningful since the start of this pandemic to actually stop the spread except lie and propagandize us?
00:27:10.000 I'm not arguing the CDC should be abolished.
00:27:13.000 There are some strict libertarians and some conservatives that are saying that.
00:27:17.000 I think I need to learn more about it.
00:27:20.000 Generally, I'm in the position of getting rid of it, generally, but I'm not quite there because I could see that there's some research and some testing that needs to get done, I guess.
00:27:30.000 I say this as a small government conservative.
00:27:33.000 But Cut 59, Fauci says the CDC hasn't changed.
00:27:37.000 The CDC hasn't flip-flopped.
00:27:39.000 Something has changed, which changes the virus.
00:27:41.000 You see, Dr. Fauci, what's changed is what you funded and you were involved in.
00:27:49.000 What if, in an ironic turn of events, it wasn't the CDC that saved us.
00:27:56.000 It's the CDC that caused the problem in the first place.
00:28:02.000 Play Cut 59.
00:28:05.000 Something has changed, and what has changed is the virus.
00:28:09.000 The CDC hasn't changed, and the CDC hasn't really flip-flopped at all.
00:28:13.000 What's happened is that when that earlier recommendation was made, we were dealing predominantly with the alpha variant.
00:28:22.000 You see, a characteristic of the big government types, a characteristic of the central planners, is that they're involved in the creation of a problem, and then they justify more power and more social control for themselves over you to try to solve that problem,
00:28:48.000 which then creates more problems so that they need more control.
00:28:52.000 Let me give you a great example of this.
00:28:54.000 The government was heavily involved in setting artificially low interest rates, in establishing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and subsidizing bad behavior of the banks leading into the 2008 financial housing crisis.
00:29:09.000 Since after that, they needed more power, though, to solve the problem that their own power created.
00:29:16.000 So go give us power for TARP, targeted asset relief program.
00:29:21.000 Give us power for Dodd-Frank because we need to go solve the problem because the power we had in the first caused the problem.
00:29:28.000 And in reality, never actually solves the problem.
00:29:30.000 It creates a multitude of thousands of more problems that only exist because the first problem originated because we gave them too much power in the first place.
00:29:38.000 Never let a crisis go to waste, as Ram Emanuel would say.
00:29:42.000 And that's exactly what's happening here.
00:29:45.000 You see, Vice President Harris, she said that vaccinated people should wear masks in indoor settings while she looks like some sort of super creepy, like futuristic automaton dictator, like, whoa.
00:30:00.000 Stormtrooper style, like Star Wars.
00:30:05.000 Did you get hit with a big tax bill you weren't expecting?
00:30:08.000 With rates being very low and home equity being high, perfect time to refinance.
00:30:12.000 Look, we're all about refinancing all this.
00:30:14.000 Here's the long and short of it.
00:30:15.000 You should not be giving business to bad companies.
00:30:19.000 So if you're using Goldman Sachs, bad company.
00:30:22.000 Wells Fargo, bad company.
00:30:24.000 JP Morgan, bad company.
00:30:26.000 All these companies, they love BLM.
00:30:28.000 They hate America.
00:30:29.000 And quite honestly, if you're listening to this program, they hate you.
00:30:33.000 And so if you want to take out a loan, here's what I'm going to tell you what to do.
00:30:37.000 Maybe you're a new family.
00:30:38.000 You're like, I want to buy a house and it's my dream house and I want to take out a loan.
00:30:42.000 The good news is that there are partners called Andrew and Todd, Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian, andrewandTodd.com.
00:30:49.000 Just save that in your notes, by the way.
00:30:51.000 Just save it in the notes of your phone because you might need it.
00:30:53.000 Like, I don't need it.
00:30:55.000 My banker at Goldman Sachs is just fine or my banker at Bank of America is just fine.
00:30:59.000 Like, okay.
00:31:00.000 Then when you go take that loan and you go sign those 95,000 pieces of paper they give you, you know what you're really signing?
00:31:07.000 You're signing contribution forms to BLM Incorporated.
00:31:12.000 That's what you're doing.
00:31:13.000 When you go take out a loan with Chase, when you go take out a loan with Wells Fargo, you might as well go give the money to Joe Biden.
00:31:21.000 So when you go to DC next and you go travel, maybe with your family, why don't you just get a cashier's check and drop it off at the White House entrance?
00:31:29.000 That's what you're doing when you bank with these woke losers at Wells Fargo.
00:31:35.000 So take out a loan with the good guys.
00:31:36.000 It's Andrew and Todd.
00:31:37.000 Look, they're just great people.
00:31:38.000 They're Christians.
00:31:39.000 They love the Lord.
00:31:40.000 They love America.
00:31:41.000 And you call them up and just say, I want to speak to Andrew and Todd.
00:31:45.000 That's all you have to say.
00:31:46.000 Charlie Kirk sent me.
00:31:48.000 And their number is 888-888-1172.
00:31:51.000 That's AndrewandTodd.com, AndrewandTodd.com, 888, 888-1172.
00:31:56.000 You go to AndrewandTodd.com, 888, 888, 1172, and say, you should make a vow to yourself.
00:32:01.000 Just make a promise to yourself.
00:32:03.000 I refuse to fund companies that hate America.
00:32:06.000 I refuse to fund companies that hate America.
00:32:09.000 And you have a choice.
00:32:10.000 If you want to take out a loan or just explore the idea of refinancing, AndrewandTodd.com called 888-888-1172.
00:32:19.000 I go out to eat with these guys.
00:32:21.000 They're terrific.
00:32:22.000 They're good people.
00:32:23.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:32:28.000 I love hearing from you guys, and I don't expect you to agree with everything that we say.
00:32:32.000 In fact, I've been responding to the emails almost all day, freedom at charliekirk.com, people saying it's horrific, tragic, terrible what you've been saying about Simone Biles.
00:32:42.000 I've responded to all of them, and some people respond back.
00:32:44.000 Some people, what's dialogue is all about.
00:32:47.000 But here's just one thing I just pray for you and for me, that we should have clarity over agreement.
00:32:55.000 The one thing about our show, and I get that from Dennis Prager, by the way, my colleague on the Salem Radio Network, is that you might not agree with everything I say, but I will walk you through why we believe what we believe, the place of origination for those ideas, and how rational and reasonable people can come to different conclusions.
00:33:14.000 So you can always email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:33:17.000 I love hearing your thoughts.
00:33:18.000 And by the way, nowhere near the type of backlash I got for the Megan Markle thing, the Bruce Jenner thing, or the Juneteenth thing.
00:33:26.000 So this is just, this is just Wednesday.
00:33:29.000 Okay.
00:33:29.000 All right.
00:33:30.000 Let's get to some more sound here.
00:33:31.000 We are going to play Bane, otherwise known as female Bane, known as Camela Harris.
00:33:37.000 She's wearing this mask, a very creepy aesthetic here.
00:33:40.000 Play tape.
00:33:41.000 Anyway, we're going to cut this thing off.
00:33:47.000 Nobody likes wearing a mask.
00:33:51.000 Get vaccinated.
00:33:55.000 So next is coming the vaccine passports.
00:34:00.000 I couldn't understand half of what Kamala Harris was saying.
00:34:02.000 By the way, the mask thing, do you understand how it has ruined our communication with one another?
00:34:07.000 Enough of the garbled mess.
00:34:10.000 You know, I've actually enjoyed, I got to be honest, I've enjoyed going to restaurants and being able to see people's faces lately.
00:34:16.000 I just want to give a shout out to a certain group of people, if you're listening.
00:34:20.000 God bless the flight attendants that have had to put up with this stuff.
00:34:22.000 Seriously, I mean this non-sarcastically.
00:34:25.000 The flight attendants that have had to wear these masks every single day.
00:34:31.000 You really are heroes in my book.
00:34:33.000 Many of you think it's a bunch of nonsense and garbage.
00:34:36.000 I have so much respect for flight attendants as it is.
00:34:38.000 It's a tough job.
00:34:40.000 It's really a tough job.
00:34:41.000 And everyone treats you so terribly, so disrespectfully.
00:34:45.000 And the fact you had to wear these safety blankets on your face, and they do so so wonderfully because the flight attendants, you know what?
00:34:53.000 They know that if they don't wear it, then one of the passengers is going to give them a tough time.
00:34:56.000 A lot of the flight attendants I've talked to, they're really fed up with this stuff.
00:35:00.000 And you know what upsets me is that the FAA mandate continues.
00:35:07.000 And the people in the, actually, I think they just reinstituted the mask mandate back in the White House.
00:35:12.000 So the Washington Post and all these other apparatchiks, they write these stories.
00:35:18.000 Charlie Kirk and the right-wingers are trying to sow discord and the efficacy of the vaccine, which of course is not true.
00:35:26.000 That is a lie.
00:35:28.000 You know who's sowing discord in the vaccine?
00:35:30.000 Joe Biden.
00:35:31.000 You want to know who's actually sowing vaccine hesitancy?
00:35:37.000 The people sowing vaccine hesitancy are the ones that are now telling you to go wear masks because the vaccine might not protect you.
00:35:44.000 Is that not by definition vaccine hesitancy?
00:35:47.000 Remember when Joe Biden said that vaccine and masks should not be mandatory?
00:35:52.000 I think it's very fair to say everything that Joe Biden ran on was a lie.
00:35:56.000 Cut 64.
00:35:59.000 Will you require all federal employees to get vaccinated?
00:36:02.000 That's under consideration right now, but if you're not vaccinated, you're not nearly as smart as I thought you were.
00:36:07.000 And then only one thing we know for sure: if those other 100 million people got vaccinated, we'd be in a very different world.
00:36:14.000 So get vaccinated.
00:36:16.000 If you haven't, you're not nearly as smart as I said you were.
00:36:19.000 We can't put up with this, everybody.
00:36:21.000 We have to organize publicly.
00:36:23.000 You have to find people that are like-minded.
00:36:25.000 And if you have to send your child to a school that is masking them, I would highly encourage you to take your child out of that school.
00:36:31.000 You are, and I know there's different circumstances.
00:36:33.000 I know it's not easy.
00:36:35.000 I get that.
00:36:36.000 But do not submit to your child to be abused.
00:36:39.000 A forced mask on a child is abuse.
00:36:42.000 There is no scientific reason for it.
00:36:44.000 There is no moral reason for it.
00:36:46.000 It does nothing but helps assuage the guilt and play into the control of the power grabbers that run the administration and our teacher unions.
00:36:56.000 Parents, it's time to say no more.
00:36:59.000 You will not mask my children.
00:37:01.000 You will not forcibly vaccinate my children.
00:37:04.000 It's time to rise up.
00:37:08.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:37:09.000 Email us your thoughtsfreedom at charliekirk.com.
