00:03:30.000 And when I mean Biden, I don't mean him personally, okay?

00:03:35.000 Obviously, he personally doesn't know if he's president or the janitor or whatever.

00:03:42.000 In fact, I think there's an overemphasis on Biden's mental decline.

00:03:51.000 And do I think that it was a legitimate election and not interfered with?

00:03:56.000 The point is that some people still voted for a man that mentally should not be president.

00:04:02.000 The question is, the regime and the machine, the regime slash the machine, how do they think things are going?

00:04:16.000 Now, recent approval rating show Joe Biden anywhere between 38 to 43%, and Battleground States even lower.
00:04:23.000 I know what your immediate reaction is.
00:04:26.000 Who on earth are those 38% that still support Joe Biden outside of lobbyists, insider dealers, and trial lawyers?
00:04:35.000 Biden is being accused, the Biden machine, of not knowing what they are doing.
00:04:42.000 Now, I think on certain issues, that could be the case.
00:04:45.000 I think that there could be an argument to be made that the Biden regime does not know how to properly manage government.
00:04:54.000 I'll give you an example.
00:04:56.000 When the head of the Department of Energy comes up and she's asked, how many barrels of oil does the United States consume a day?
00:05:02.000 And she doesn't know the answer, that's an example of the regime not knowing what they're doing.
00:05:09.000 It's a good example of that.
00:05:12.000 When the Biden administration, through Gensaki, is asked some very basic questions about contradicting previous promises.
00:05:21.000 Those are also some good examples.
00:05:23.000 But the great debate on the right currently, and the establishment has a certain view, and grassroots people, which listen to this show, have a different view, of is Biden doing this intentionally?
00:05:37.000 That's the most important question.
00:05:39.000 Now, some people say, Charlie, that is irrelevant.
00:05:42.000 It doesn't matter if it's intentional.
00:05:45.000 It doesn't matter if it's by accident.
00:05:47.000 The result is the same.
00:05:50.000 Let me tell you why that's wrong.
00:05:52.000 It's wrong because if Biden was doing this accidentally, then the solution would be very simple.
00:05:59.000 If Biden was deconstructing the country by accident, as if he just kind of stumbled into it, then it would be a very easy adjustment.
00:06:12.000 In a simple meeting, you could meet with Biden and say, hey, do this instead of that.
00:06:15.000 He's like, oh, yes, of course.
00:06:17.000 I just didn't know what I was doing.
00:06:18.000 Or he could get a panel of experts to work with.
00:06:20.000 No, no, no.
00:06:21.000 We know that's not the case.
00:06:23.000 Now coming on to almost a year into this regime, with one of the worst records on just this, talk about just the southern border, just the southern border, wide open.
00:06:36.000 1.7 million people have crossed from the southern border into the interior United States.
00:06:42.000 Millions of pounds of fentanyl.
00:06:45.000 Thousands of guns.
00:06:46.000 Criminals walking straight into our country.
00:06:49.000 And we're supposed to believe that, well, it's just an accident.
00:06:51.000 I'll get to it later.
00:06:52.000 In fact, Biden says the border is a raving success.
00:06:55.000 He says that.
00:06:58.000 And so some leaked audio has come out of Biden talking about next year's midterms.
00:07:09.000 Now, he has to say this.
00:07:11.000 Every president says this.
00:07:12.000 Every president says they're going to win every election.
00:07:15.000 But it does beg the question, which is, do Democrats think things are going well?
00:07:22.000 And the answer is, of course they do.
00:07:25.000 Pelosi and Biden think everything is going according to plan.
00:07:32.000 Now, mind you, Afghanistan was not part of the plan.
00:07:34.000 That was a humiliating disaster for them.
00:07:37.000 Omicron was not part of the plan.
00:07:41.000 But the plan of weakening the U.S. dollar, of globalizing America, of keeping the borders wide open, of destroying small businesses, of bailing out blue states, which they did in March and no one covered it.
00:07:58.000 They're thrilled with what they've accomplished.
00:08:02.000 What they've accomplished is setting back the United States decades, financially, fiscally, morally, culturally.
00:08:11.000 They're implementing wokeism, critical race theory into every aspect of the military and the government.
00:08:16.000 For Pelosi, who wants a fundamental reshaping, destruction of the country, but she'll say it's reshaping of America.
00:08:23.000 This has been the most effective presidency ever for that agenda.
00:08:29.000 If you want to, if you want to run the country off the cliff, these people are experts.
00:08:39.000 Obama pales in comparison with what this machine has done.
00:08:44.000 Play cut 44, Biden talking about the midterms.
00:08:48.000 Now we look at 2022.
00:08:51.000 I want to tell my Republican friends, get ready, pal.
00:08:54.000 You're going in for a problem.
00:08:56.000 And we need to stay unified.

00:09:01.000 Now, if a Republican would say that, they would be investigated by the January 6th Committee for attempted domestic terrorism.

00:09:31.000 So if you ask the Mitt Romney types, if you ask the moderate Republican types, which many of you are represented by moderate Republicans, many of you listening to this program right now have moderate, establishment, weak need, spineless, vanilla, corporatist, technocratic, I could go on, Republicans that represent you in the U.S. Senate of the House.

00:15:56.000 Yeah, I'll move to Singapore or whatever.
00:15:59.000 But instead, they get into this argument with us, base conservatives, grassroots conservatives, saying, hey, we want the same thing.

00:22:02.000 Well, the Build Back Better bill, which we have renamed, that's the Biden spending bill, which we have renamed the Big Government Socialism Bill, because it literally is a wish list that for so many years, Charlie, so many of our elected officials would kind of whisper about the Green New Deal and taxpayer funding abortions and payoffs to China and just kind of had them, you know, all out there.
00:22:27.000 Well, this bill literally puts it all in one place.
00:22:30.000 It's truly breathtaking the fast-paced march towards socialism that this bill takes.
00:22:38.000 It literally is everything Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been talking about and fighting for in her tenure in public office.
00:22:45.000 It's all there.
00:22:46.000 It is no doubt that the far left has completely taken over the Democrat Party.
00:22:50.000 And you can see it firsthand in Biden's big government socialism spending bill.
00:22:55.000 About $5 trillion based on numbers that just came out from the CBO, the Congressional Budget Office, which, by the way, is not a friend of conservatives.
00:23:03.000 They normally budget and give numbers that are much more friendly to the left.
00:23:08.000 But that $5 trillion number just came out on Friday, just a couple of days ago.
00:23:12.000 And of course, the Pelosis and Schumers were like, oh, that's not right. 1.00
00:23:17.000 But in fact, it's right.
00:23:18.000 It's probably a lot bigger than that.
00:23:19.000 It really will destroy the country.
00:23:22.000 And so America First Policy Institute with so many friends, including Turning Point, have locked arms over the last few months.
00:23:28.000 We've got about 65 conservative organizations that are fighting this bill with every breath in our body because it really is that bad.
00:23:37.000 For those of us that have been around a little longer than Charlie Kirk on this earth, like me, I've been in public policy for 20, 25 years, worked in Texas most of that time, the White House the last four years before this administration.
00:23:49.000 There's never been anything like this that is such a huge threat to freedom and to those who love America and our Constitution.
00:23:56.000 So it's really important that we talk about it.
00:23:58.000 And I thank you for that, Charlie.
00:24:00.000 When we started this three months ago, everyone said it was a done deal.
00:24:03.000 The Democrats control everything.
00:24:05.000 They've got the House.
00:24:06.000 They've got the Senate.
00:24:07.000 They've got the White House.
00:24:08.000 They certainly don't have a mandate, but they think that they do.
00:24:11.000 And so when we began this, really our goal was to kill the bill.
00:24:15.000 But ultimately, we didn't think that was going to be possible.
00:24:17.000 We were more focused on getting out the worst provisions, which a lot of the bad provisions have come out.
00:24:22.000 It's still horrendous. 0.97
00:24:24.000 But now I think we've got a real shot to really shoot this thing in the heart and put it in its coffin for good. 0.98
00:24:31.000 Clearly, we need more of the senators like from West Virginia, from Arizona, New Hampshire, Montana that are on the Democrat side. 0.98
00:24:40.000 But they too are realizing that this bill is so destructive to America.
00:24:44.000 So we're really working to ensure that they are educated on what it is that they are being asked to support by their White House and the far left wing of their party.
00:24:52.000 So let's go through some of the specifics of the bill, which I think will just blow people's minds.
00:24:59.000 And obviously we need to focus.
00:25:00.000 I think Raphael Warnock in Georgia could be a potential vote that is vulnerable.
00:25:06.000 Kirsten Sinema, obviously in Arizona, John Tester in Montana.
00:25:11.000 Joe Manchin in West Virginia.
00:25:13.000 And North Carolina, he's basically a Democrat.
00:25:17.000 What's the guy that did insider trading, Connor, allegedly?
00:25:21.000 Richard Burr.
00:25:22.000 Yeah, who knows?
00:25:23.000 Yeah, he's on his way out.
00:25:24.000 So you got to pressure him because you never know.
00:25:26.000 What is in this bill, Brooke?
00:25:28.000 Let's talk about that because you sent this beautiful memo, $100 billion to illegals. 0.57
00:25:34.000 Let's talk a little bit about that.
00:25:36.000 Well, there is from top to bottom.
00:25:39.000 Let's just pick the issue.
00:25:40.000 So let's talk about illegal immigrants right now. 0.60
00:25:42.000 There are billions and billions and billions of dollars in this bill to incentivize, to pay, to support illegal immigrants, illegal aliens in America. 0.52
00:25:52.000 And I'm sure some of you, if not all of your listeners, have heard one of those is a massive payout to those children.
00:25:58.000 They say were separated from their parents under the Trump policy.
00:26:02.000 There are incentives to cross the border.
00:26:04.000 As we all know, open borders are the thing right now under this administration.
00:26:08.000 We're going to have millions on top of the millions that are already here of undocumented immigrants, illegal aliens based on this bill, and we're going to be paying them to do so. 0.95
00:26:17.000 Keep going down the list.
00:26:19.000 The IRS has been, will be empowered under this bill to not only watch our statements and what we're paying in taxes, but to actually go into our bank accounts.
00:26:29.000 There are taxpayer funds in this bill for abortion.
00:26:32.000 Listen, we can have a whole other discussion on whether you're pro-life or pro-choice, but 80%, maybe 90% of Americans agree, no matter where you are on that spectrum, taxpayer funds should not be used for abortions.
00:26:43.000 That's a big part of this bill, too.
00:26:45.000 So many carve outs for special interest.
00:26:47.000 There's payouts to trial lawyers, payouts to big media, payouts to basically anyone that's against America and freedom.
00:26:54.000 You get a special interest payout in this bill.
00:26:57.000 Increases the cost of prescription drugs.
00:27:00.000 Probably it's all just deathly to the American way of government in our republic.
00:27:04.000 But one of the worst are the tax increases on average everyday Americans.
00:27:09.000 That's a huge one.
00:27:10.000 It's going to increase the debt by trillions of dollars, which, of course, we know plays into the increase in inflation, which, of course, we know makes the most expensive Christmas just had the most expensive Thanksgiving on record.
00:27:22.000 Energy independence done.
00:27:24.000 This last, you know, four years under Trump, where we became an energy exporter, not an energy importer, that changes everything geopolitically from a national security interest.
00:27:34.000 But almost as important, if not more, is the mom in Detroit doesn't have to choose between heating and eating because for the first time when we're energy independent, her energy costs go down.
00:27:45.000 Under this bill, they go way back up and we lose all independence on energy.
00:27:49.000 You'll see seven and eight dollar gas.
00:27:51.000 It really is the wish list of the Marxists that is right in front of us every day that they're getting ready to vote on.
00:27:56.000 So, I just want to read some of these lists that you sent us from American First Policy Institute: $64 million to the EPA to contract with environmental justice groups, $5 billion for environmental and climate justice block grants.
00:28:11.000 Who knows where that money will go?
00:28:12.000 Probably to AOC's kind of shock troops.
00:28:15.000 $4 billion in funds for grassroots organizations to fix racist roads and bridges.
00:28:20.000 I mean, I could go on.
00:28:21.000 It's such an extraordinary document that you have here, and very few people have actually gone through the details of it.
00:28:29.000 It includes $11 billion that will likely cause American intellectual property to go to China.
00:28:35.000 As we said, $100 billion to illegals, $2.4 billion to illegal immigrants.
00:28:41.000 So, let me ask you a question, Brooke.
00:28:43.000 Where does this stand now?
00:28:45.000 So, they passed the infrastructure bill.
00:28:47.000 It looks like Republicans increased the debt limit with Schumer, which I was very disappointed to see.
00:28:53.000 Where does this specific bill stand legislatively?
00:28:59.000 Because it seems as if cinema and manchin aren't playing ball with a lot of this.
00:29:04.000 Is that right?
00:29:05.000 Well, that's correct.
00:29:06.000 And for those that pay very close attention, probably not many because it's really boring, but Pelosi and Schumer have been calling for votes on this for months.
00:29:15.000 I mean, we back in October, we were working around the clock to stop got delayed.
00:29:19.000 In November, all of November, they were working around the clock to get the vote up and it was delayed again.
00:29:24.000 In December, Senator Manchin, especially, has been very clear that from the West Virginia perspective, the inflation this will cause, the tax increases this will cause, the destruction to the energy business, especially coal in West Virginia.
00:29:37.000 He's just not comfortable with it.
00:29:39.000 Of course, Senator Manchin has been very on top of, he doesn't like taxpayer funding for abortions.
00:29:44.000 But Senator Sinema in Arizona, too, is not comfortable with what this will do to small business, as she should be.
00:29:50.000 She's not comfortable with what this, you know, America goes back to the highest corporate tax rate in the world under this bill.
00:29:56.000 Of course, we know that's where we were.
00:29:57.000 And then under the Trump years, we decreased that to be more on average.
00:30:01.000 And it unleashed the greatest economy our country had ever seen-the lowest poverty rates for Black Americans, Hispanic Americans, disabled Americans, everyone.
00:30:09.000 And now the Biden team want to throw all of that completely in the trash.
00:30:14.000 And so, where it stands now is we're just continuing to work to educate, especially in key states around the country, what this bill does and is, and hope that it dies on the vine.
00:30:24.000 That's really what we're focusing on right now.
00:30:26.000 So let's let's close on that note, Brooke.
00:30:28.000 What can people do?
00:30:30.000 Because I get this question all the time.
00:30:31.000 They say, Charlie, I call these numbers, no one answers.
00:30:34.000 But if you're in Arizona and you flood cinema or Kelly's office, which is bizarre because Kelly's actually up this cycle, you'd think he'd be more responsive.
00:30:41.000 But I think cinema actually wants to be a senator for the rest of her life. 1.00
00:30:44.000 Mark Kelly, I think, just want, I don't really know what Mark Kelly wants to do.
00:30:48.000 Does public pressure work?
00:30:50.000 Public pressure 1,000% works.
00:30:54.000 And I think this is why, Charlie, what you and your platform do is so important every day and really does make a difference when Senator Cinema or Senator Kelly or the Republicans even, when they hear from their constituents that they are educated and they are aware and they know that this bill will destroy America, then they will listen.
00:31:13.000 And really while AFPI and all of our friends are sort of a tool that we're getting the message out and working to educate Americans, we've been up on TV and on radio in these key states for a couple of months now.
00:31:25.000 But it is the people, it is the constituents of these senators that really they need to hear from.
00:31:30.000 They don't care what AFPI says, but they sure care when they get 100 calls from constituents in their state that say, whatever you do, if we want to protect the American way of life, this bill will not do that.

00:37:53.000 So because corporate lobbyists got in the way for good reason and killed the Build Back Better bill, they're going to shift gears and try to get cinema and mansion to a nationwide takeover of HR1.

00:38:10.000 Joe Biden says, I want to tell my Republican friends, get ready, Bal.
00:38:14.000 You're in for a problem.
00:38:15.000 What if Joe Biden thinks he's going to win because he's going to have a federal takeover of elections?
