00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here live from the Bitcoin.com studio.
00:00:04.000 We reflect on the Democrat National Committee's meeting, land acknowledgements and more.
00:00:10.000 And then the head of U.S. Marshals joins the program.
00:00:12.000 And then we react on Cracker Barrel, the story that has made a lot of headlines.
00:00:17.000 Email us as always, freedom at charliekirk.com, and subscribe to our podcast.
00:00:21.000 That's the Charlie Kirkshow podcast page.
00:00:22.000 Buckle up everybody here.
00:00:24.000 We go.
00:00:24.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:26.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:28.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:32.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:35.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:36.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:37.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:39.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:46.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:54.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:58.000 The Democrats are trying to find their way forward.
00:01:00.000 I really want to talk about this summer meeting that they had recently.
00:01:05.000 You see, the Republican Party, we certainly have problems.
00:01:08.000 We have infighting.
00:01:08.000 We got to get rid of this blue slip problem.
00:01:10.000 We got to figure out what we believe on legal immigration.
00:01:13.000 But large in part, our party is a party that represents families, parents, entrepreneurs, moms, maha, workers.
00:01:24.000 What does the Democrat Party represent?
00:01:26.000 Increasingly, the Democrat Party represents a very elite, coastal, college-educated oligarchy, and a government-addicted minority.
00:01:41.000 Basically, people that are so addicted to government benefits.
00:01:45.000 that they need to vote for the Democrat Party for them to sustain their lifestyle.
00:01:51.000 The New York Times recently did a story about voter registration data.
00:01:57.000 And it's incredible.
00:01:59.000 30 plus states plus Washington, D.C. allow for partisan voter registration.
00:02:04.000 Between 2020 and 2024, Democrats lost 2.1 million voters in those states.
00:02:11.000 The Republican Party gained over 2.4 million.
00:02:14.000 In Pennsylvania, the very well-known battleground state, Democrats had a registration advantage of 517,310 among active voters in November of 2020.
00:02:26.000 As of this summer, it's only 53,303 voters, and we are waiting for the Arizona voter registration report.
00:02:33.000 In North Carolina, Republicans erased roughly 95% of the registration advantage that Democrats held in the fall of 2020 by this summer.
00:02:42.000 Voter registration is an early indicator.
00:02:47.000 Voter registration is like a mini poll in time.
00:02:50.000 We knew that we were going to have a rockier 2020 election as we started to see some of the voter registration numbers come down in the summer of 2020.
00:03:02.000 And this is a shout out to all the important work that Turning Point Action is doing, registering voters.
00:03:07.000 And by the way, we're going to scale the voter registration operation even more.
00:03:11.000 We want to register hundreds of thousands of voters.
00:03:14.000 You see, the left, they like to attack us a lot and they say, Charlie Kirk is just a podcaster and he's a college debater.
00:03:20.000 Well, you know, we do all of those things, but little do they know actually how successful we are at the clipboard and tennis shoes, the grassroots type work that we cannot keep our eye off the ball.
00:03:34.000 Every single day, we are registering new voters at Turning Point USA.
00:03:37.000 Every single day, we are registering new voters at Turning Point Action.
00:03:40.000 This is from the New York Times the other day.
00:03:42.000 Illinois is going to lose electoral votes.
00:03:45.000 California is going to lose electoral votes.
00:03:46.000 By the way, this is one of my favorite charts you know Gavin Newsom's out there screaming into the sky California is this amazing state and he's you know saying in all caps he's trying to do the Trump thing and doesn't do it very well all of these statistics all of this data can be manipulated but there's like three or four stats that can't be manipulated just keep this up on screen for all of you to enjoy why are people leaving the blue states and moving to the red states very simple like you don't have to over complicate it You
00:04:17.000 don't have to have some sort of macroeconomist.
00:04:20.000 You don't even have to talk about tax rates.
00:04:22.000 Why are people leaving California, Illinois, New York, and Rhode Island?
00:04:26.000 And they're going to Texas, Florida, Utah, and Idaho.
00:04:30.000 And it's not all because of the weather.
00:04:34.000 California legitimately has God's heavenly climate given to the United States of America.
00:04:41.000 California is our gift from the cosmos when it comes to serene weather.
00:04:46.000 If you are leaving California, you actively are doing so because of high cost of living, crime, or just a declining quality of life.
00:04:56.000 Coming into 2030 census that President Trump wants to redo and will be done in 2030, Illinois is losing population, New York is losing population, California, Rhode Island, they're all so much so they're going to lose significant electoral seats, Texas is gaining population, Florida's gaining population, Utah, and Idaho.
00:05:14.000 By the way, shout out to our Mormon friends, Utah and Idaho.
00:05:18.000 They're building desirable states.
00:05:19.000 However, we're going to have to do a couple segments and a couple little specials.
00:05:24.000 There is a little purple Utah trend that we're going to have to keep our eyes on.
00:05:28.000 Utah is not necessarily going to be the red state of the future if we do not stay vigilant there.
00:05:35.000 By the way, those blue states are also where immigrants almost always automatically end up.
00:05:39.000 California, New York, and Illinois almost are always the obvious points of arrival.
00:05:44.000 They have to work hard to lose population.
00:05:47.000 So think about it.
00:05:47.000 They're losing native-born population in addition to piling immigrants on top of those states.
00:05:55.000 The article points out that the nonpartisan Brennan Center says that California and New York will lose even more than the New York Times predicts.
00:06:01.000 If you just want to send one picture to your friends, if you want to win any Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas debate with your relatives, take a picture of the screen right now.
00:06:11.000 It is a conversation ender.
00:06:13.000 Why is it that the states that used to have America's three greatest cities, LA, Chicago, New York, as you can see exhibited right there, why is it that they are losing congressional seats and Texas, Florida, Utah, Idaho are increasing?
00:06:30.000 What is that all about?
00:06:33.000 And their answer is always, oh, it's because it's cheaper.
00:06:37.000 Well, yeah, it's cheaper in Texas.
00:06:39.000 It's cheaper in Texas because they don't have as big of a government in Texas.
00:06:42.000 It's cheaper in Florida because they don't have as big of a government in Florida.
00:06:45.000 And by the way, if you are leaving California for Dallas, You're giving up a little bit of, you know, let's just say Santa Barbara is kind of nice this time of year.
00:06:56.000 And now this enters the Democrat summer meeting with this as a backdrop.
00:07:01.000 And again, take a screensenshot of this, text it to your friends.
00:07:04.000 This is as good as it gets.
00:07:05.000 It's real empirical data.
00:07:06.000 By the way, this trend was happening 10 years ago and it's only further accelerating because so many of the general population, they're not looking at the day-to-day conversation on Twitter.
00:07:16.000 They're just kind of living their life.
00:07:17.000 And the fact that millions of people are leaving the blue and going to the red tells the entire story.
00:07:24.000 It paints the entire picture.
00:07:26.000 The Democrats had their summer meeting, a perfect connection.
00:07:28.000 This is the Oakland mayor.
00:07:30.000 You know, they're really going down to like AA and single A baseball.
00:07:34.000 The Democrats, they look at their roster and they're like, boy, we got to really retool.
00:07:39.000 So this is basically like their single-A baseball first baseman.
00:07:43.000 Oakland Barbara Lee, the Oakland mayor.
00:07:46.000 This is who they think is going to be the new triumph.
00:07:49.000 Yeah, when I think of success and I think of a desirable city, I think of Oakland.
00:07:52.000 Play cut 323.
00:07:54.000 Now Donald Trump, you know he trashed Oakland.
00:07:57.000 He lied about us.
00:07:59.000 But Oakland is not afraid.
00:08:02.000 We embrace all residents, including our immigrant communities.
00:08:07.000 Okay, so...
00:08:08.000 I'm sure there's some wonderful people that live in Oakland.
00:08:11.000 Oakland is a terrible place.
00:08:12.000 Oakland is not safe.
00:08:14.000 It's not clean.
00:08:15.000 Oakland is actually a very dangerous place.
00:08:17.000 It's a very dirty place.
00:08:19.000 I've been to Oakland many times, and I'm sure there are wonderful people that live in Oakland, but it is one of the liberal hell holes of this country.
00:08:25.000 So she's one of the keynote speakers at the DNC meeting, and it's very poorly run.
00:08:30.000 And what does she care about?
00:08:31.000 Foreigners.
00:08:32.000 Here is the Minnesota DFL, which is the equivalent of the Democrat farmer labor.
00:08:39.000 I believe that's it, DFL.
00:08:40.000 It's a very radical element of the Democratic Party.
00:08:44.000 It's uniquely Minnesota and Blake would know all about it.
00:08:47.000 Treasurer Lindy Swamick.
00:08:49.000 Let's play cut 325.
00:08:52.000 The DNC acknowledges and honors the Dakota Oyate, the Dakota people who are the original stewards of the lands and waters of Minneapolis.
00:09:00.000 We still live in a system built to suppress Indigenous peoples' cultural and spiritual history.
00:09:05.000 Oh, you guys are into Indigenous land.
00:09:07.000 That's fun.
00:09:08.000 Let's apply that to the land of milk and honey, the land of Judea and Samaria.
00:09:14.000 Look, it's very easy to mock.
00:09:16.000 I do want to segue into the land acknowledgement thing for a second because I don't think we talk about land acknowledgements enough.
00:09:22.000 It's basically saying you don't even get to have a country.
00:09:24.000 The sinister evil undercurrent of land acknowledgements is basically – I want to talk about that as we continue to see the trend of people leaving the blue and going to the red.
00:09:40.000 I used to think I knew what I was getting at the grocery store until I found out that over 4 billion pounds of meat were imported into the United States just last year and it can still be labeled like it's from here.
00:09:50.000 And that had me questioning everything.
00:09:53.000 Like, what am I even eating?
00:09:54.000 And if the labels can say product of the USA when the meat's not even raised here, what other labels are tricking me?
00:10:00.000 That's when I started looking for something I could trust and I found Good Ranchers.
00:10:05.000 All their meat is 100% American, raised on local farms and delivered right to my door.
00:10:11.000 And the quality, truly incredible.
00:10:13.000 I myself am a subscriber and the benefits are amazing.
00:10:16.000 I get $25 off every box, free shipping, and a free gift in every order for life.
00:10:22.000 I've gotten bacon, their seed oil free chicken nuggets, and even Wagyu burgers.
00:10:26.000 And I love that I can swap the gift each month to try something new.
00:10:29.000 If you're worried about committing to a subscription, don't be.
00:10:32.000 I can pause, delay, or cancel if I'm busy traveling or something else.
00:10:36.000 It's super simple and doesn't lock you in.
00:10:38.000 Thousands of my listeners have already made the switch to Good Ranchers and left nothing but great reviews.
00:10:43.000 Their food is so good.
00:10:44.000 I literally have Wagyu burgers waiting for me when I go back home tonight.
00:10:47.000 Go to goodranchers.com to see all what the fuss is about.
00:10:50.000 If you use my code Kirk today, you'll get $40 off plus free meat for life.
00:10:54.000 That is promo code KIRK for $40 off plus free meat for life when you start a new subscription.
00:10:59.000 Go to goodranchers.com.
00:11:00.000 Welcome to the table.
00:11:03.000 So let's go a little deeper on this land acknowledgement thing.
00:11:06.000 If you don't know what a land acknowledgement is, it's, again, this is at the Democrat Party.
00:11:10.000 I mean, we should make fun of them, but at the core of the Democrat Party is this dark, depressing energy.
00:11:18.000 It's inherently nihilistic.
00:11:20.000 It's so about unraveling civilization.
00:11:23.000 They are an anti-civilizational force.
00:11:27.000 Now, is every Democrat an anti-civilizational toxin?
00:11:30.000 No, but the party itself is an anti-civilizational cancer.
00:11:34.000 It is a toxin.
00:11:35.000 And this is why they're losing voter registration data so much because they might not love the Republican Party.
00:11:40.000 And trust me, I got a lot of problems with the Republican Party.
00:11:44.000 But generally, if you look at this as a macro view, if you look at this year over year, our movement is getting better.
00:11:51.000 We're getting stronger.
00:11:52.000 We're getting tougher.
00:11:53.000 Our voices are getting elevated.
00:11:55.000 We are becoming better.
00:11:57.000 understanding of the issues.
00:11:59.000 We're going deeper.
00:12:00.000 We are talking more about family.
00:12:02.000 We're talking more about Jesus.
00:12:04.000 We're lifting people up more.
00:12:06.000 And so overall, yes, we have our little infighting, but I actually think that little infighting at times.
00:12:10.000 times and I try to not engage in a lot of it.
00:12:12.000 I think it makes us stronger.
00:12:13.000 I think it makes us tougher.
00:12:14.000 I think it makes sure that we know what we believe, what we believe.
00:12:18.000 We're getting better at getting out root causes.
00:12:20.000 The Democrat Party is so self-loathing, depressing, anti-Western, anti-American.
00:12:26.000 So a land acknowledgement, I don't even know where this started.
00:12:30.000 I remember hearing this about 10 years ago.
00:12:32.000 This started from the Native American community, the indigenous population, as they call it, indigenous people.
00:12:39.000 Okay, which of course they were poorly treated many times throughout the 1800s.
00:12:44.000 Everyone can acknowledge that.
00:12:45.000 But right now they're still in the United States of America.
00:12:48.000 They have an entire part of the government dedicated to them, the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
00:12:52.000 And without a doubt, if you want to see the saddest, most depressing, one of the most just dark places in America, just go to a Native American reservation.
00:13:04.000 It's not because of the people.
00:13:05.000 There's some wonderful people there.
00:13:06.000 I've been to Shiprock.
00:13:07.000 I've been to parts of Navajo Nation.
00:13:09.000 I've been to the parts right near the border.
00:13:11.000 The alcoholism, the drug use, and the government dependency.
00:13:15.000 Anyway.
00:13:16.000 So.
00:13:18.000 You take a step back and you have these land acknowledgements.
00:13:22.000 So the DNC, the major political party in America.
00:13:28.000 started their event and the Minnesota DFL Treasurer Lindy Swamick acknowledging the Dakota Party, saying the Dakota people who are the original stewards of the lands and waters of Minneapolis, and we still live in a system built to suppress indigenous peoples' cultural and spiritual history.
00:13:45.000 First of all, you don't know that.
00:13:49.000 The Dakota people could be lying to you.
00:13:51.000 They could have cut the scalps of the Iroquois people.
00:13:54.000 So you think...
00:14:01.000 So first of all, you just don't know.
00:14:02.000 And this idea that all the indigenous Native American people were super peaceful before we came here, it's called scalping for a reason.
00:14:09.000 In fact, one of the most violent quasi-genocidal events ever recorded in archaeological history was in the southwestern United States.
00:14:20.000 These tribes fought all the time.
00:14:22.000 You see, there's this mythology that has come into our discourse, which is it's the white man that made everyone super violent.
00:14:30.000 Early human history is violence.
00:14:32.000 Not just violence, but horrific torture.
00:14:35.000 There is a reason, I'm not saying it's justified, but there is a reason why in the Declaration of Independence, Indigenous people were called savages.
00:14:44.000 They were, literally.
00:14:45.000 You can read it in the Declaration of Independence.
00:14:48.000 Literally, it's called savages.
00:14:50.000 They are called savages.
00:14:51.000 Not a word that I necessarily would have chosen, but it is what it is.
00:14:55.000 Civilization is why you can have a nice life.
00:14:57.000 It is civilization that tamed humans, gave you antibiotics, gave you elevators, gave you stoplights, gave you air conditioning, gave you surgery, gave you the ability to, if you have a headache, I'm going to take an Advil.
00:15:10.000 It also gave you the rule of law, separation of powers, consent of the governed.
00:15:15.000 The indigenous population had none of that.
00:15:18.000 We came here and we built something new.
00:15:20.000 We came to a barren country with a very violent, quote unquote Indian domestic.
00:15:26.000 I don't love the word Indian, even though the ridiculous part of the government is called the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
00:15:32.000 And should we acknowledge that, okay, we didn't treat them as well as we should have?
00:15:36.000 Yes.
00:15:37.000 Should we acknowledge that there were sins that were committed?
00:15:40.000 Absolutely.
00:15:41.000 But a land acknowledgement basically says this land is not your land.
00:15:45.000 It is the reverse of the song that we are taught growing up.
00:15:49.000 The song is this land is my land.
00:15:51.000 This land is your land.
00:15:53.000 It is unwinding that this is our nation.
00:15:57.000 Even though there was nothing here.
00:15:58.000 In fact, you know what?
00:15:59.000 The only acknowledgement I could agree with?
00:16:01.000 We should do a land acknowledgement to God.
00:16:03.000 God created the heavens and the earth.
00:16:05.000 Ex nihilo.
00:16:06.000 He spoke order out of chaos.
00:16:09.000 Land acknowledgements are more than just cringe.
00:16:12.000 People say, oh, they're just performative.
00:16:15.000 It's a lot darker than that, everybody.
00:16:18.000 It is a mind-conditioning tool.
00:16:21.000 It is a prerequisite.
00:16:23.000 It is a harbinger.
00:16:24.000 It's a canary in the coal mine for what they call an anti-colonizational event.
00:16:31.000 These are the people that won't go to church, but they'll chant indigenous pagan incantations.
00:16:35.000 I'm sorry.
00:16:36.000 Western civilization is a good thing.
00:16:38.000 I'm glad our ancestors came here, and I'm proud of what they built.
00:16:43.000 TikTok has helped U.S. businesses contribute over $24 billion for the U.S. economy.
00:16:48.000 That's real money flowing into small businesses.
00:16:50.000 Like Arizona Taco King, who went viral on TikTok and had $1.3 million in sales in their first year.
00:16:55.000 Now they're hiring more staff to keep up.
00:16:57.000 Or Bluffcakes, who started as a home baking side hustle and became a national cookie brand.
00:17:01.000 Or She Mechanic, whose business tripled in just a year with help from TikTok.
00:17:05.000 Now she's in a bigger space with a bigger team.
00:17:08.000 TikTok is helping small businesses thrive, and now that's adding up to more jobs, more growth, and over $24 billion flowing into the U.S. economy.
00:17:15.000 Learn more about TikTok's contribution to the U.S. economy at TikTok Economic Impact.com.
00:17:19.000 That is TikTok Economic Impact.com.
00:17:24.000 Joining us now is Gaddy Seralta, Director of the U.S. Marshals.
00:17:28.000 Mr. Seralta, great to see you and thank you for the great work that you are doing.
00:17:33.000 The takeover, you did a takeover of Washington, D.C. You're helping facilitate it and you've done a bunch of patrols.
00:17:39.000 Just walk our audience through what exactly is happening on the streets of Washington, D.C. You're a law enforcement guy and the dramatic change since President Trump authorized the federal takeover of our nation's capital.
00:17:51.000 Thank you.
00:17:51.000 Thank you for having me here, Charlie.
00:17:52.000 It's quite an honor to be on your show.
00:17:54.000 Thank you.
00:17:56.000 What we are doing here is we are coordinating with 20 different federal law enforcement agencies to assist the Metropolitan Police Department in effectuating a crime surge or I should say an anti-crime surge, crime prevention surge.
00:18:15.000 That has netted some pretty impressive results.
00:18:19.000 The one I like to talk about the most is the 115 guns taken from the hands of folks that should not have guns.
00:18:27.000 uh the criminal element if you will um you know we it's hard to quantify how many lives we may have saved uh in doing that and you know president trump has uh has entrusted the United States Marshall Service to coordinate this impressive law enforcement effort with all the other federal agencies.
00:18:48.000 And we're honored for that.
00:18:50.000 What are you hearing on the ground?
00:18:52.000 And is it correct now that is it 13 days without a murder?
00:18:56.000 Again, if we missed a murder last night, I don't want to misspeak, but I believe it's 13 straight days.
00:19:02.000 Is that streak still going?
00:19:04.000 It was 12 straight days.
00:19:07.000 And we did have a homicide last night.
00:19:10.000 We're still looking into it because the man was found with a wound to his torso in the middle of the hallway of his apartment building.
00:19:22.000 So, you know, we're still looking into that to see what impact or what exactly happened there.
00:19:29.000 That's too bad.
00:19:29.000 So that's why I asked the question the way I did.
00:19:32.000 However, 12 straight days is a remarkable accomplishment.
00:19:34.000 Let's play some piece of tape here.
00:19:36.000 And I know that you guys did a ride along and the press has kind of come with.
00:19:42.000 Let's go to this one here.
00:19:44.000 Let's go to Stephen Miller, play cut 304, please.
00:19:48.000 No police officer working in the city can remember a time in their lives when there has been no murders.
00:19:55.000 You can work at the police department for 20, 30 years, your whole life.
00:19:58.000 We've checked the records.
00:19:59.000 No one can even find a record of being murder free for as long as you've been murder free under President Trump's leadership.
00:20:07.000 The street criminals here in Washington, DC were doing business directly with the transnational criminal cartels, the foreign terrorist organizations.
00:20:16.000 So not only was the city being run by these criminal thugs, but they were working with some of the most dangerous terrorist organizations on the planet to traffic weapons and drugs into this city.
00:20:26.000 And what we are covering every day is shocking to us, and we look forward to sharing all the results with you.
00:20:32.000 But President Trump, your leadership has uncovered some of the great public safety scandals of our lives.
00:20:37.000 And now, because of you, people are safe and free for the first time ever in this city.
00:20:41.000 What are you learning as the head of the US Marshals?
00:20:44.000 What actually is working for this dramatic drop in crime?
00:20:47.000 Well, actually arresting people, that's something that wasn't happening here in Washington, DC with any consistency.
00:20:56.000 There's still a lot of work to do.
00:20:58.000 The DC Council here, unfortunately, has humbled the law enforcement efforts.
00:21:04.000 That is something that President Trump and our very tough AG Pambandi are working on.
00:21:12.000 You know, there's a revolving door process here, Charlie, that, you know, that there's no cash bail.
00:21:17.000 I mean, there's no accountability.
00:21:20.000 If you commit a crime, they let you right out.
00:21:22.000 I mean, they're overworking these cops.
00:21:26.000 And essentially, you know, President Trump has unhandcuffed law enforcement here by bringing in law enforcement that are not bound by those silly rules and anti- you know, anti-peace and quiet rules that this DC council has.
00:21:45.000 Let's go to cut 314.
00:21:46.000 This is a longer clip, but it's very, very.
00:21:49.000 important.
00:21:50.000 Mrs. Fox is Alexis McAdams, who wrote along with you to make DC safe again.
00:21:56.000 And listen carefully to the end of the clip, the wanted man who says, quote, the judge is going to say we will put him on a three-day hold.
00:22:05.000 And then once the three-day hold is up, he never shows up.
00:22:08.000 Basically, he's bragging.
00:22:11.000 and he is saying that he'll be out in no time.
00:22:13.000 These are repeat offenders.
00:22:15.000 Everybody, this is what the Democrat Party has done running our inner cities with crime.
00:22:20.000 I think crime is the number one issue in America and remains to be.
00:22:23.000 Play cut 314.
00:22:24.000 So you see that White House right behind me?
00:22:26.000 Well, we only went a matter of blocks to make some of these arrests as the Trump administration continues their crackdown on crime and they sure were busy here in the nation's Capitol Watch.
00:22:36.000 It's cameras rolling as we spent hours in different parts of Washington, DC.
00:22:40.000 And there were two men arrested when we were there rolling up in high crime areas as a team served warrants for suspects wanted for a long list of violent crimes, like what?
00:22:49.000 Well, robbery, car jacking, assault, just to name a few.
00:22:52.000 And these people were just all walking around DC.
00:22:54.000 They were not in custody.
00:22:56.000 One man wanted in connection with an armed car jacking in Maryland told us that why are you sending me back to jail?
00:23:01.000 I won't even be there very long.
00:23:04.000 The judges then he's going to say we're going to put him on a three day hold.
00:23:06.000 Then once the three day hold is up.
00:23:08.000 this up and running never shows up i don't mean over dc jail six times for the same one they never show up dc jail has to release me they release me it's the same thing every time the same thing every time and that that clip is uh chilling i can't quite understand what the young man is saying there i think he's saying every time i show up the judge is not there so we're just releasing these violent criminals repeatedly back on the streets is that correct That is correct, Charlie.
00:23:38.000 He is in particular discussing to a warrant that he has that they don't give enough time for the law enforcement agencies to extradite them to the jurisdiction, which is in Maryland.
00:23:53.000 So that's what he's referring to.
00:23:54.000 However, that's a perfect example.
00:23:57.000 That is the most to hold them, three days.
00:24:00.000 We had to fight to hold people for 48 hours just to process them into the federal system.
00:24:06.000 I mean, it is a broken system.
00:24:09.000 It is a system that needs to be looked at.
00:24:13.000 And it's just not working.
00:24:15.000 Yes.
00:24:16.000 I think, I mean, I beyond agree with that.
00:24:19.000 Let's play another piece of tape here.
00:24:20.000 By the way, what he was saying in the tape, they never show up.
00:24:23.000 up.
00:24:23.000 He has to release me.
00:24:24.000 They release me.
00:24:25.000 It's the same thing every year.
00:24:26.000 So this is like an annual tradition for this carjacker.
00:24:29.000 He just kind of does this and they release me.
00:24:32.000 Let's go to another piece of tape here.
00:24:34.000 This involves you.
00:24:35.000 Let's play cut 318, please.
00:24:37.000 Gaddy Seralta, he's the current director of U.S. Marshals Service.
00:24:41.000 He was sworn in earlier this month and he is running point for 20 plus agencies.
00:24:45.000 Is D.C. safe?
00:24:47.000 Well, we're on our way there.
00:24:49.000 We're working on it.
00:24:51.000 As As you can see, we still have work to do.
00:24:55.000 but we've only been at this about two weeks what would you tell other people across the city that think they might be able to get away from you and your team.
00:25:03.000 Oh, they're not going to get away.
00:25:04.000 What I would suggest is that they turn themselves in.
00:25:06.000 So, I mean, your background, you began your law enforcement career in the Miami Dade Police Department.
00:25:12.000 You have an amazing career.
00:25:13.000 You were the police chief for Palmetto Bay.
00:25:16.000 And so you know crime.
00:25:18.000 What is the best way to handle a situation like DC?
00:25:21.000 Forget the DC, you know, kind of holding your hands behind your back and kind of preventing you.
00:25:27.000 I'm sure you now have a clear operational picture of what DC needs.
00:25:32.000 Does DC need more social workers?
00:25:33.000 Does it need more cops?
00:25:34.000 Does it need more enforcement?
00:25:36.000 If you were now to write a prescriptive document to make sure crime dramatically goes down in DC, what would that be, sir?
00:25:42.000 Well, that would be to unhandcuff the police and to hold individuals.
00:25:49.000 I think the biggest thing right now is the no-cash bail.
00:25:54.000 You're essentially grabbing violent folks, putting them in jail, right?
00:25:58.000 That's the cop's job.
00:26:01.000 And then they're releasing them the same day, hours later.
00:26:04.000 I mean, that will never work.
00:26:06.000 And then...
00:26:38.000 here we're looking at individuals that are consistently released The laws here are made for the criminals.
00:26:45.000 So the first prescription would be fix the laws in D.C. In Washington, D.C., former MPD chief Robert Conte said the average homicide suspect has been arrested 11 times before committing a homicide.
00:27:03.000 11 times.
00:27:04.000 Is that consistent with some of what you are seeing firsthand during your short takeover at DC?
00:27:10.000 Yes, i would add 11 times and probably three or four of those times with a firearm really wow i mean i just again this is this is a choice and President Trump deserves enormous and repeated standing ovations for having the courage and the care and the concern.
00:27:31.000 And to see the Democrats pushing back against it, they are just pro-criminal at its core.
00:27:37.000 I wish it was more complicated than that, but that's what they're doing.
00:27:40.000 Mr. Seralta, thank you for your great work.
00:27:42.000 Head of the U.S. Marshals, it is Gaddy Seralta, Director of U.S. Marshals.
00:27:46.000 Thank you so much.
00:27:47.000 Thank you for having me.
00:27:48.000 God bless you.
00:27:49.000 Thank you.
00:27:49.000 You see, you just got to love guys like that.
00:27:51.000 He's a police officer, did the beat, ran a police chief, and boom, it's elevated U.S. Marshals, keeps his head down, is just doing the job.
00:27:58.000 That's what you need.
00:27:59.000 You just need guys that have done the actual work for 20 or 30 years and they go and it's no nonsense.
00:28:05.000 It's straight to the point, just frontline warriors, just stoic, strong, and professional.
00:28:11.000 I love that.
00:28:12.000 Staff the government, 3,000 guys like that.
00:28:15.000 Yes, sir.
00:28:16.000 Here are the..
00:28:17.000 orders.
00:28:17.000 We're not going to pay under to criminals.
00:28:19.000 Here's my unit.
00:28:20.000 Here's the plan.
00:28:20.000 We're going to get it done operationally secure.
00:28:23.000 I just, I love it.
00:28:24.000 I think that is missing in so much of prior administrations.
00:28:28.000 I'm thrilled, President Trump.
00:28:29.000 I could tell you there's tons of guys like that in the administration.

00:29:31.000 That is yrefy.com.
00:29:36.000 I've resisted this story for quite some time because there's a lot happening in this nation right now, but this one's getting a lot of attention.
00:29:44.000 And I certainly have strong opinions about it.
00:29:47.000 And it's a lot more than a logo.
00:29:48.000 So Cracker Barrel has changed their logo from the one that we've always been used to to this just really...
00:30:09.000 You kind of pass it down.
00:30:11.000 And people are kind of freaking out.
00:30:13.000 And so this was Cracker Barrel's response.
00:30:17.000 They say, oh, Cracker Barrel's gone woke.
00:30:19.000 That's probably true.
00:30:20.000 And they have this long, ridiculous letter.
00:30:22.000 If the last few days have shown us anything, it's how deeply we care about Cracker Barrel.
00:30:26.000 We're truly grateful for your heartfelt choices.
00:30:29.000 And this is the most offensive part of the entire thing.
00:30:31.000 Let me tell you.
00:30:32.000 What has not changed and will never change are the values that this company was built on.
00:30:37.000 Hard work, family, and scratch cooked.
00:30:39.000 food made with care.
00:30:40.000 Hold on.
00:30:41.000 Time out, time out, time out.
00:30:43.000 If you guys were going to fix something, make it so that your food is actually digestible.
00:30:50.000 The logo thing is completely irrelevant to me.
00:30:52.000 If you guys are going to go do a corporate rebank brand, bring in maybe a team like bring in Paula Dean.
00:30:59.000 I think Paula Dean would be a great rebrand.
00:31:02.000 At this point, only Sydney Sweeney can save you.
00:31:05.000 You guys have completely messed this up.
00:31:07.000 There is only a single way out of this hellhole that you have dug.
00:31:10.000 That's right.
00:31:11.000 Only Sydney Sweeney can save Cracker.
00:31:14.000 At this point, they should just basically go to their bank.
00:31:17.000 whoever there has their line of credit and say we need 250 million dollars why we're going to pay Sydney Sweeney whatever it takes to Go eat fried chicken and our disgusting food.
00:31:35.000 Now, people say the pancakes are good.
00:31:38.000 I don't know.
00:31:39.000 Listen, Cracker Barrel, I'm giving you some free advice.
00:31:42.000 Go borrow 200, whatever it takes, and go make her honorary chair and have her just sit in a rocking chair.
00:31:50.000 In fact, what you should do is you should say the first 1,000 guests every Saturday get a free Sydney Sweeney.
00:31:59.000 bobblehead or something.
00:32:02.000 Just Sydney Sweeney sitting in a rocking chair slow motion.
00:32:06.000 At this point, it's the only thing that can save you.
00:32:09.000 What are you guys doing with a corporate rebrand?
00:32:11.000 And this thing is just ridiculous.
00:32:12.000 And by the way, they have a whole LGBTQ alliance.
00:32:16.000 Okay, let's just be honest.
00:32:17.000 Can we put this LGBTQ thing up?
00:32:19.000 When I think of Cracker Barrel and I think of the type of person that goes to Cracker Barrel, which of course, I've got our audience loves Cracker Barrel and a lot of people do, I can almost guarantee you the homosexual kind of community is not gravitating towards Cracker Barrel.
00:32:34.000 Maybe the juice bar.
00:32:36.000 of which doesn't exist in Cracker Barrel.
00:32:39.000 Probably some sort of other, you know, uppity metropolitan restaurant.
00:32:45.000 I tried to eat at Cracker Barrel once and it was very difficult.
00:32:49.000 I just, it's so unhealthy.
00:32:51.000 It's just like overwhelming.
00:32:53.000 Their whole theme is country and they just transition to modern city.
00:32:57.000 The people want country.
00:32:58.000 The one thing I will say that was always appealing about Cracker Barrel, you walk to the gift store, you know, it's old and traditional and it feels like a, yeah, exactly.
00:33:10.000 It feels like you're going back in time and Americana and you get...
00:33:33.000 and there's Cracker Barrel.
00:33:35.000 And now it's trans Cracker Barrel.
00:33:37.000 Now it's something completely different.
00:33:39.000 And so apparently the truth has come out.
00:33:42.000 The key woke reformer in the company was also part of the advisory board at the Human Rights campaign, of course.
00:33:48.000 The CEO of Cracker Barrel even admitted the logo change is quote about being a place for everyone as if having a white man on the original logo was somehow bad.
00:33:57.000 Again, I just want to be very clear.
00:34:00.000 If you are the NFL is doing the same thing with these ridiculous cheerleaders.
00:34:04.000 And yes, men can be cheerleaders, but men should not be go-go dancers at football games.
00:34:10.000 Big difference.
00:34:11.000 Nothing more masculine than a man holding up a woman who has to go do some sort of a flip.
00:34:17.000 Not masculine when a guy's doing go-go dancing at the Minnesota Vikings football game.
00:34:22.000 But listen, if you were going to Cracker Barrel already, you got to get Maha in order.
00:34:26.000 Okay, because nobody goes to Cracker Barrel to lose weight.
00:34:30.000 I get it.
00:34:31.000 If you want to do it and kids love it, I'm sure there are worse options.
00:34:36.000 But only Sidney Sweeney can save you at this point.
00:34:39.000 Okay, I want to play that this is Benny.
00:34:41.000 Johnson who I believe made this is the new Cracker Barrel ad.
00:34:44.000 It's not real, it's AI.
00:34:46.000 Playcut 338.
00:34:48.000 Here at Cracker Barrel, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
00:34:53.000 That's why we are going one step further to ruin our brand.
00:34:56.000 We are investing millions of dollars into replacing all of brown pegs in the peg game to bright, colorful pegs.
00:35:03.000 Also, we're changing the rules.
00:35:06.000 The white pegs are not allowed to move or jump anymore, leaving the colored pegs to do whatever they want.
00:35:11.000 We call it down with the cracker.
00:35:13.000 It's about being fair in an unfair world.
00:35:17.000 Are you down with the cracker?
00:35:21.000 Benny, that is well written, my friend.
00:35:23.000 That is hilarious.
00:35:24.000 Down with the cracker.
00:35:25.000 President Donald Trump issues his statement.
00:35:28.000 Cracker Barrel should go back to the old logo, admit a mistake based on customer response, the ultimate poll, and manage the company better than ever before.
00:35:34.000 They got a billion dollars worth of free publicity if they play their cards right.
00:35:37.000 He's so right.
00:35:38.000 Very tricky to do, but a great opportunity.
00:35:40.000 Have a major news conference today.
00:35:42.000 Make Cracker Barrel a winner again.
00:35:43.000 Remember, in just a short period of time, I made the United States of America the hottest country in the world.
00:35:47.000 One year ago, it was dead.
00:35:48.000 Good luck.
00:35:49.000 By the way, President Trump is exactly right.
00:35:51.000 And so the little Cracker Barrel mafia that is running their C-suite right now.
00:35:56.000 But we saw the same thing with Bud Light.
00:35:58.000 It is left-wing coastal elites that then have to go run middle America companies like Target.
00:36:05.000 And listen, this is the key.
00:36:09.000 They might be like, well, we can't pander to Trump.
00:36:11.000 If you're running Cracker Barrel, you want to pander to Trump.
00:36:15.000 Trust me, if there was a Cracker Barrel poll, President Trump wins 90% of people that go to Cracker Barrel.
00:36:21.000 No joke.
00:36:23.000 Traditional, Americana.
00:36:25.000 Now, again, if you were running kind of like a juice cleanse bus, bar in Brooklyn, I'd say, okay, probably not take the Trump advice.
00:36:36.000 Cracker Barrel's audience is conservative southerners and decent people.
00:36:42.000 Conservative likes Trump.
00:36:44.000 Conservatives like Trump and liberal southerners don't care.
00:36:46.000 Let me just read this ridiculous.
00:36:48.000 This thing reads like a struggle session.
00:36:50.000 Love Cracker Barrel.
00:36:52.000 We take our responsibility seriously.
00:36:54.000 We know we won't always get away everything right the first time.
00:36:56.000 Well, we know that when I try to eat your food.
00:36:58.000 My goodness.
00:36:59.000 Anyway, but we'll keep testing, learning, and listening to our guests' employees.
00:37:02.000 At the end of the day, all right, that's it.
00:37:04.000 Can we put this up on screen?
00:37:08.000 This is marketing malpractice.
00:37:10.000 This is just as bad as it gets.
00:37:12.000 Can we put this up on screen, whatever it's when this is?
00:37:15.000 This is complete marketing malpractice.
00:37:17.000 Anybody who writes at the end of the day should be completely terminated and exiled to being a, working for the TSA.
00:37:28.000 I want to know who this person is, and they should have to wake up at 5 a.m. and make sure you don't have water in your backpack.
00:37:39.000 At the end of the day, oh my gosh, can you be more cliche?
00:37:42.000 It means nothing.
00:37:42.000 That statement means nothing.
00:37:44.000 Nothing.
00:37:45.000 Bill O'Reilly taught me that and a friend from Chicago.
00:37:48.000 Why would you tell at the, what does end of the day mean?
00:37:51.000 Our promise is simple.
00:37:52.000 Always find comfort.
00:37:54.000 Okay.
00:37:54.000 Okay, community, sort of, and country hospitality.
00:37:58.000 That's true, here at Cracker Barrel.
00:38:00.000 Uncle Herschel, Uncle Herschel wouldn't have wanted it any other way.
00:38:04.000 Well, then why'd you get rid of him?
00:38:06.000 Thank you for caring so much.
00:38:08.000 No, I actually don't care that much.
00:38:10.000 Cracker Barrel has cared about me.
00:38:11.000 I literally don't care about Cracker Barrel at all.
00:38:14.000 I have gone there a couple times, and I needed Pepto-Bismol and Pepsid and...
00:38:35.000 Love Cracker Barrel.
00:38:37.000 Cracker Barrel's audience is decent people.
00:38:40.000 They're conservative.
00:38:41.000 They're Christian.
00:38:43.000 And they're in a lot of trouble, self-inflicted.
00:38:47.000 I would love to kind of see the corporate board meeting when they decided to go through this.
00:38:53.000 You know, oh yeah, let's go get rid of the one thing that people remember us for.
00:38:57.000 The stockholder should oust the CEO.
00:38:59.000 This thing's going to go down.
00:39:00.000 I don't know anyone that wants to go there, but Trump is right.
00:39:02.000 They could pivot and have a major thing.
00:39:05.000 they should do in addition to the Sidney Sweeney thing is they should not just put back the logo.
00:39:09.000 They should give out like free t-shirts with the logo.
00:39:11.000 They should embrace it and be like, whoa, we messed that one up.
00:39:15.000 Just like how we mess up half the time we serve you food.
00:39:18.000 It would be so relatable because no one likes the food at Cracker Barrel.
00:39:22.000 I'm sure someone does, but well, I mean, maybe you guys do, but I just say I find it inedible.
00:39:28.000 Anyway, if it's not broken, don't fix it.
00:39:30.000 If they were going down, do more of why people like you.
00:39:34.000 Don't do less of it.
00:39:35.000 Don't go in some sort of direction.
00:39:37.000 And in what planet is pandering to a a small san francisco audience the right can we put this up here i'm going to get you know strike for bullying so let me just put this up i don't have to say anything this is the person who made the decision.
00:39:50.000 I don't say any words.
00:39:51.000 You see, I'm just looking, viewing, not commenting.
00:39:55.000 No bullying going on here.
00:39:56.000 This is the person who took Uncle Herschel from you.
00:40:00.000 Right there.
00:40:01.000 I've so much I want to say, but I can't say it.
00:40:04.000 She seems lovely.
00:40:06.000 The CEO put ideology over business, and instead of honoring the values that built the brand, she decided to chase the DEI and rainbow activism, and she's destroying what hardworking Americans love about Cracker Barrel.
00:40:18.000 And I think what people love about Cracker Barrel is that it's indulgence food.
00:40:21.000 Again, that's just not how I'm wired.
00:40:23.000 Every time I eat indulgence food, I feel like I need to get on a treadmill, go for a hike.
00:40:26.000 It's a throwback, and there's something beautiful about that.
00:40:30.000 And it feels like the country we're losing, and that's the final point.
00:40:34.000 Why are people so mad?
00:40:37.000 Because in a world where everything is changing, a lot of people thought that at least I had Uncle Herschel.
00:40:43.000 And they said, why am I going to go spend $80 to go take my three kids out for breakfast at Cracker Barrel if that, too, is going to change?
00:40:55.000 That, too, is going to metamorphosize?
00:40:57.000 that too is going to transform form.
00:40:59.000 People are saying no more.
00:41:01.000 Their stock price is down.
00:41:03.000 So my advice for all of you is don't go to Cracker Barrel.
00:41:07.000 Find some other place to go become a type 2 diabetic.
00:41:10.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
