00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA high school chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am, Lord Useme.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here, we go.
00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:09.000 All right.
00:01:09.000 Welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:11.000 Hour two is underway.
00:01:13.000 We have cleared out the set.
00:01:14.000 It's me and Mikey on the set.
00:01:16.000 I believe we still have, I mean, if that is your real name, we have Blake.
00:01:21.000 And we're about to be joined by Rep Tim Burchette from the great state of Tennessee, who's just been doing heroes' work here, Rep. But I have to, Congressman, since they brought you in early, I'll bring you into this conversation.
00:01:33.000 We're talking about Walmart wedding rings.
00:01:35.000 This is a whole big viral story that's blown up.
00:01:38.000 This woman said no because the gentleman did not get the right ring.
00:01:42.000 And we got this email from an absolute legend.
00:01:44.000 Her name's Kim.
00:01:46.000 He says, hey, all, I'm much older than all of you.
00:01:49.000 Married almost 40 years.
00:01:50.000 I received no engagement ring at all and still said yes.
00:01:54.000 Gold, silver, metal, paper mean nothing.
00:01:58.000 Get refocused on what matters.
00:02:00.000 Here, here, Kim.
00:02:02.000 God bless that.
00:02:03.000 God bless Kim for setting the record straight.
00:02:06.000 What a hero.
00:02:07.000 Yeah.
00:02:08.000 And so, Congressman, we'll welcome you in now.
00:02:10.000 I mean, I don't know if you want to opine on wedding ring choices and if you should get them from Walmart or the shape if they matter, but the floor is yours.
00:02:17.000 Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:02:19.000 It's actually Burchett.
00:02:20.000 So you said Burchett.
00:02:22.000 Oh, Burchett.
00:02:23.000 Yes, sir.
00:02:24.000 Nobody ever gets it right.
00:02:26.000 That's cool.
00:02:26.000 I don't care.
00:02:27.000 Well, you know what, Congressman?
00:02:30.000 I did talk to your team before this, I will say, and I'm pretty sure I said it wrong there too, and they did not correct me.
00:02:37.000 Burchett.
00:02:38.000 Well, God bless you.
00:02:40.000 That's why I'll be looking for a new team when I get off this call with y'all.
00:02:44.000 No, wedding rings.
00:02:45.000 You know, I gave my wife my mama's wedding ring.
00:02:49.000 My daddy came home from the Second World War in the Pacific, and you can't see it, but these.
00:02:55.000 That's up to camera angle here, but let's see if I can do it up and see these guns that are behind me here.
00:03:01.000 I don't know.
00:03:02.000 Anyway, they're up there on the wall.
00:03:03.000 They're guns.
00:03:04.000 My dad took off of dead Japanese soldiers that he actually killed in combat.
00:03:08.000 But my daddy came home from the war and bought an Indian motorcycle with his, what they call mustering out pay, which is a couple hundred bucks.
00:03:16.000 He was on Pelelu and Okinawa and then went to China and fought the communist after the war in the Marine Corps.
00:03:21.000 His colonel was a guy named Chesde Puller.
00:03:23.000 My daddy, when he came home from the war, he did like a lot of guys did.
00:03:29.000 They raised a little hill and he rode his Indian around and then he finally sold it to buy my mama her wedding ring.
00:03:35.000 Well, I gave my wife that wedding ring and I bought a 1947 Indian chief and I still and I have both.
00:03:43.000 I have all three of them.
00:03:44.000 I have my wife that wedding ring and the Indian chief.
00:03:47.000 It's identical to the one my dad had that he sold to buy that wedding ring for.
00:03:52.000 So I guess I'm sentimental, but and it's not a very big wedding ring.
00:03:57.000 I love it.
00:03:57.000 But it seemed to help keep and diamonds are a racket anyway.
00:04:02.000 Yeah, they are.
00:04:03.000 No, I'm, I don't know that they're that rare.
00:04:05.000 I just know that they charge you a heck of a lot of money.
00:04:08.000 So Congressman, you are an absolute legend.
00:04:12.000 I think, I mean, we're going to talk about Epstein in just a second, but I just, it strikes me that the values that gave rise to people like you in this America that we are, we, we all sort of seem to have this memory of we have just lost touch with it.
00:04:28.000 We've lost track.
00:04:29.000 We lost the plot somewhere along the way.
00:04:31.000 And when I think that's why you seem to resonate with people so much is that you are a throwback.
00:04:37.000 You are somebody that represents an America that my family, when I was, when I was raised in Northern Nevada, rancher stock, rodeos and baseball and chewing tobacco.
00:04:46.000 Like that's, you know, my, my grandpa fought in the Second World War as well.
00:04:49.000 I, I mean, it's just, it's refreshing to hear, hear the way you look at things candidly.
00:04:55.000 And I mean, I guess you're representing your people well in that way.
00:04:58.000 Thank you.
00:04:59.000 Actually, that's when they do this crazy polling, all those outside polling groups come in and do this.
00:05:04.000 And that's generally what they find out.
00:05:07.000 A lot of people don't agree with me, but they know how I stand.
00:05:10.000 And, you know, mama was a mom and daddy grew up in the Depression and she flew an airplane during the Second World War.
00:05:17.000 So, I mean, they instilled some pretty good values in me.
00:05:21.000 And I've tried to, I hope I haven't disappointed them.
00:05:26.000 And, but I'm, you know, I guess my chosen profession, they probably thought I'd do something honorable instead of go to Congress.
00:05:35.000 But no, but I appreciate you saying that, brother.
00:05:38.000 I just, I'm, I'm sick of it.
00:05:39.000 I'm just sick of it.
00:05:40.000 And, um, and plain talk wins out.
00:05:43.000 I don't, you know, it's funny.
00:05:45.000 When I first got to Congress, I asked the leadership, I asked everybody.
00:05:49.000 I said, please get me, you know, help me get on the news.
00:05:52.000 Help me talk to the press.
00:05:54.000 I'd like to put our message out.
00:05:55.000 And nobody would ever help me.
00:05:57.000 Leadership would, oh, we'll help you.
00:05:58.000 And then they run you down some dirt road somewhere.
00:06:01.000 And, you know, and I found out that I'm just going to do my own dadgum thing.
00:06:05.000 And that's what we've done.
00:06:06.000 And we've had we've had some really good success.
00:06:10.000 I feel like our message has resonated.
00:06:12.000 I know, you know, that when I'm walking through airports, little old ladies give me the thumbs up.
00:06:19.000 So as long as that's the finger sticking up at me, I'm okay with it.
00:06:23.000 I think that that's the right one.
00:06:25.000 Yeah.
00:06:26.000 Thank you.
00:06:27.000 Well, Congressman, as well, you talk about straight talk and just cutting through the noise.
00:06:32.000 You made a lot of news yesterday with this selfie video.
00:06:36.000 It looks like you're walking out of the Capitol building, if I'm not mistaken.
00:06:39.000 I'm looking at a screen grab.
00:06:40.000 But take us back two steps because you get through this shutdown and then wham, Democrats release this bombshell about Epstein.
00:06:50.000 How did we even get to that point?
00:06:52.000 Because you're on the oversight committee, correct?
00:06:54.000 Yeah.
00:06:55.000 Yeah.
00:06:55.000 And Chairman Comer is doing the right thing.
00:06:57.000 He's, it's boring, tedious work, but he just released several thousand more pages yesterday.
00:07:05.000 They're going through it and they're redacting the names of innocent people and some of these girls that don't want their name out.
00:07:10.000 And that's something that needs to be talked about at some point is that some of these ladies don't want their names out and the Democrats are just hell-bent on destroying these people's lives.
00:07:22.000 I mean, they're going to instantly overnight, they're going to have a microphone stuck in their face.
00:07:26.000 And some of them have gone on to live, you know, they have families and, you know, they don't want to put that memory out.
00:07:32.000 And we were literally in a closed door meeting.
00:07:35.000 Democrats and Republicans were there.
00:07:37.000 And it wasn't a question and answer, but I felt like I needed to be that person.
00:07:42.000 And I said, hey, I said, this lady said she wanted to access to the files because she was in them, but her mind had blacked it all out.
00:07:52.000 And God gives people that defense mechanism.
00:07:55.000 Sometimes people incur some just horrendous things as children or whatever.
00:08:00.000 And that's a defense mechanism and it's blocked out of their mind.
00:08:04.000 And she wanted to go back and read the files and find out where she was and what they'd done, what that dirtbag had done to her.
00:08:13.000 And so they said, and so I said, ma'am, so you want the files released?
00:08:18.000 And she said, no, I do not want the files released.
00:08:21.000 I just want to have access to them.
00:08:23.000 And, you know, and they're like, and the attorney said, no, she does not want those files released.
00:08:27.000 And, you know, that never gets out.
00:08:30.000 And I'm just sick of it.
00:08:31.000 And the Democrats yesterday proved exactly what they're all about during the shutdown and everything else.
00:08:37.000 It's political theater.
00:08:38.000 All they want is power and control.
00:08:40.000 They don't want anything out.
00:08:42.000 They just want the control over the mindset of the population.
00:08:46.000 Oh, we're going to take your health care away.
00:08:47.000 We're going to starve you to death.
00:08:49.000 And nothing is further from the truth.
00:08:51.000 And yesterday proved it because this lady that's in that this email that they released said Trump did her no harm.
00:09:00.000 She said that under oath in court in a dadgum federal court setting.
00:09:04.000 I mean, she could do time if she, if they, if she perjured herself.
00:09:08.000 And she wanted her name not released, but in her bravery, she just said, forget it.
00:09:14.000 And she said, this is a lie.
00:09:16.000 This is not, this is not accurate.
00:09:18.000 So you're going to believe Epstein and Gil's Lane Maxwell or whatever the heck her name is.
00:09:25.000 I got one name wrong.
00:09:26.000 I can help you with that one.
00:09:29.000 You're going to believe them over this the innocent, this victim.
00:09:34.000 That's what the Democrats are doing.
00:09:35.000 They do not care about the people.
00:09:37.000 All they care about is damaging Trump.
00:09:40.000 Look, if Joe Biden had this for four years and there was one iota of damaging evidence against Donald Trump, don't you think they would release it?
00:09:50.000 They will not answer that.
00:09:51.000 They will not answer it.
00:09:52.000 Kamala Harris or Kamala or whatever her name was or is, she would have, she would have, you know, Donald Trump is the antichrist to these people.
00:10:01.000 They wake up every morning with just this white hot hatred of Trump and they can't, and they, because they've been spoon-fed by the liberal media, this attorney, it turns out a lot of it, your tax dollars were funded.
00:10:14.000 And this is what we get.
00:10:18.000 We're honored to be partnering with Alan Jackson Ministries.
00:10:21.000 And today, I want to point you to their podcast.
00:10:24.000 It's called Culture in Christianity, the Allen Jackson Podcast.
00:10:28.000 What makes it unique is Pastor Allen's biblical perspective.
00:10:31.000 He takes the truth from the Bible and applies it to issues we're facing today, gender confusion, abortion, immigration, Doge, Trump in the White House, issues in the church.
00:10:39.000 He doesn't just discuss the problems.
00:10:42.000 In every episode, he gives practical things we can do to make a difference.
00:10:45.000 His guests have incredible expertise and powerful testimonies.
00:10:49.000 They've been great friends.
00:10:50.000 And now you can hear from Charlie in his own words.
00:10:52.000 Each episode will make you recognize the power of your faith and how God can use your life to impact our world today.
00:10:58.000 The Culture and Christianity podcast is informative and encouraging.
00:11:02.000 You could find it on YouTube, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts.
00:11:05.000 Be sure to subscribe so you don't miss any episodes.
00:11:08.000 Alan Jackson Ministries is working hard to bring biblical truth back into our culture.
00:11:12.000 You can find out more about Pastor Allen and the ministry at alanjackson.com forward slash Charlie.
00:11:21.000 So we have a clip here from Charlie about Epstein.
00:11:24.000 I want to see if we can fit it in.
00:11:25.000 Go ahead and play 310.
00:11:27.000 And this is no longer just speculation.
00:11:29.000 First of all, the evidence that shows that Epstein was a creation of either Mossad, Israeli intelligence, American intelligence, Saudi intelligence, or maybe he was just a hired gun.
00:11:40.000 Maybe he was just the guy that countries would go to and park a couple hundred million bucks and say, hey, can you get one of the members of the royal family with a 13-year-old so we can get them to do what we want to do?
00:11:52.000 Members of Congress are actively being blackmailed.
00:11:55.000 The Epstein playbook is being used on a daily basis.
00:12:00.000 Ooh.
00:12:01.000 So was Epstein just like an elaborate foreign honeypot op?
00:12:08.000 Congressman, I'm going to get to this video that made a ton of waves yesterday.
00:12:13.000 It's a little bit longer, so maybe we'll cut it off halfway through, but go ahead and play cut 291.
00:12:18.000 Just left the House floor and I tried to do a UC unanimous consent of a tried to get the Epstein files to get it straight to the floor just to cut out all this nonsense.
00:12:30.000 And, you know, and the Democrats blocked it, oddly enough.
00:12:34.000 Now here they've had it for four years and they obviously if there's something there about Trump, they would have released it.
00:12:41.000 And now they're all let's get it out.
00:12:44.000 Let's get it out.
00:12:44.000 Well, I just made a motion.
00:12:46.000 Congressman, you tried to call their bluff here is what I'm seeing.
00:12:49.000 And, you know, and now Adam Kinzinger is saying, who's not even in Congress, he's coming at you saying, oh, this is wrong.
00:12:56.000 It was not a UC.
00:12:57.000 Democrats didn't oppose it.
00:12:58.000 What's the story here?
00:12:59.000 And what were you driving at?
00:13:01.000 I actually put another video out today just to correct some of those folks like Adam.
00:13:06.000 I used to sit in front of Adam.
00:13:08.000 I'm not sure what happened.
00:13:08.000 I think I know what happened to Adam.
00:13:10.000 I'd love to talk to somebody sometime about it, what my theory is.
00:13:13.000 But anyway, I clarified exactly what I did.
00:13:19.000 I put it out unanimous consent.
00:13:22.000 You have to, and by definition, unanimous consent, it has to be unanimous.
00:13:27.000 So the Republican leadership agreed with it.
00:13:29.000 Speaker Johnson did.
00:13:31.000 And Hakeem Jeffries and the Democrats disagreed with it.
00:13:34.000 They did not want it out.
00:13:36.000 And it was Rocana's bill.
00:13:37.000 It didn't affect Massey's bill at all.
00:13:40.000 Whatever they want to do with that is fine.
00:13:43.000 But I'm just sick of it because yesterday proved my point with all that garbage coming out on Trump that was just falsified.
00:13:50.000 Look, they want to grab articles out of that thing.
00:13:53.000 They want to pick and choose.
00:13:54.000 And probably both sides do.
00:13:56.000 And that's fine.
00:13:57.000 That's politics.
00:13:58.000 But America deserves a little better.
00:14:01.000 Just throw it all out there and let them decide and cut through all the chase.
00:14:04.000 Because what they're going to do is they're going to, it's going to go to rules committee.
00:14:08.000 It's going to go through all this other nonsense that we really don't need.
00:14:12.000 It puts too much power in people's hands.
00:14:15.000 And then they just pontificate on it for hours.
00:14:17.000 And then it gives the news that hates Trump, that hates America just more ammo to do it.
00:14:22.000 And I just said, look, put it on unanimous consent.
00:14:25.000 And then it says everyone voted for it.
00:14:27.000 Nobody can say they didn't vote for it.
00:14:30.000 And it puts it on the dadgum.
00:14:31.000 It puts it on apt and it's done.
00:14:35.000 And then it goes to the Senate.
00:14:36.000 But no.
00:14:38.000 They want a dog and pony show.
00:14:40.000 And, you know, RoConna is a Democrat.
00:14:42.000 He's represents one of the most, actually the wealthiest area of the country is Silicon Valley out there in California, I guess.
00:14:52.000 So he, you know, he even sent me a message and said, you know, thank you, brother, more or less.
00:14:58.000 You know, we're friends.
00:14:59.000 I'm actually going to go visit his district.
00:15:01.000 I'm going to bring him out here on the farm and let the donkeys chase him around a little bit.
00:15:06.000 Congress is.
00:15:08.000 I want to get your point on something.
00:15:09.000 I'm so glad you called their bluff because you're right.
00:15:10.000 If they would have had something four years of Joe Biden, they would have released it.
00:15:13.000 Let's be honest.
00:15:14.000 But who do you think Jeffrey Epstein was?
00:15:17.000 What was his, what was that about?
00:15:19.000 We got about two minutes here.
00:15:21.000 Please tell us what you think the truth of this whole story is.
00:15:24.000 He's a dirtbag.
00:15:25.000 He's burning in hell, of course.
00:15:27.000 And I'm glad I would have sent him there myself.
00:15:30.000 I don't think he committed suicide.
00:15:31.000 I think something happened to him.
00:15:33.000 That's neither here nor there.
00:15:34.000 I think he was out there and he was a flagrant name dropper.
00:15:41.000 He was an egomaniac.
00:15:43.000 And so he put his name out there and these groups seized upon him.
00:15:47.000 And then he moved in the direction that they needed.
00:15:50.000 And he came up with this scheme of being a money manager.
00:15:53.000 And in other countries, I think they contract.
00:15:56.000 I don't think he had any soul.
00:15:58.000 I just think they contracted with him and he got caught up in it.
00:16:01.000 And as those guys do, and he just, as a last sea ladies, pedophiles do.
00:16:07.000 And he cost a lot of ladies their lives.
00:16:10.000 And that's what he did.
00:16:11.000 And countries used him.
00:16:13.000 And yeah, the honeypot exists.
00:16:15.000 But more or less now today, you know, they hire your wife and or your girlfriend to work in some no-show, $100,000, $200,000 job.
00:16:24.000 And then you just vote their will.
00:16:26.000 But the way they work the honeypots is, you know, you're in some foreign, and I don't go on these trips overseas.
00:16:33.000 I'm not, that's not my bike.
00:16:36.000 But they go overseas, you're sitting at some bar and they know what you like, you know, because they own all the porn sites.
00:16:43.000 They're monitoring everything you do and all your thoughts.
00:16:47.000 So if you're in the in the ladies, there's going to be some pretty lady laughing at your jokes and you're like redheads or whatever.
00:16:54.000 And they're, they're going to bring a redhead in.
00:16:56.000 And next thing you know, you're, you're in the motel room with them, sleeping with them.
00:17:00.000 And then you think, well, I just pulled off a perfect crime.
00:17:03.000 It's out of country.
00:17:04.000 The wife doesn't know.
00:17:05.000 The kids don't know.
00:17:06.000 It just had a night of whatever.
00:17:09.000 And then you're getting ready to make a vote.
00:17:11.000 And some person you know, it's usually always somebody you know walks up and they've got, you know, an envelope in their hand or something.
00:17:17.000 And they say, Hey, I've got, how are you going to vote on this?
00:17:21.000 Well, I'm going to be voting for it.
00:17:22.000 Oh, you can't do that.
00:17:23.000 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I am.
00:17:25.000 I said, no.
00:17:25.000 I said, were you in a motel room in Istanbul?
00:17:29.000 And then they go, oh, crap.
00:17:30.000 He said, man, we don't want that out.
00:17:32.000 And they go, oh, no, no, no, I can't have that out.
00:17:34.000 Oh, look, we need to vote against this bill.
00:17:36.000 And then that's how they do it.
00:17:37.000 They own you.
00:17:39.000 All right, Congressman, I want to wrap up this out because it's just too, it's too important.
00:17:43.000 And you've told this story before, I think on Tucker, maybe with Benny.
00:17:46.000 I've seen a few clips floating around.
00:17:48.000 But, you know, what you said, though, before that, you said that more often now, because I think you kind of, we're becoming wise to these schemes.
00:17:58.000 And I would, I'd have to believe that these congressmen are getting wise to this scheme.
00:18:01.000 Maybe they're not.
00:18:03.000 But now it's just they're going to put their wife or and or their girlfriend in some do-nothing $200,000 a year job.
00:18:09.000 I mean, I've personally seen that.
00:18:11.000 I've personally seen this.
00:18:12.000 I know it's true.
00:18:14.000 This is what they do to deal with problems.
00:18:17.000 I mean, so the corruption is rife.
00:18:19.000 Because the sex thing, Clinton ruined that for all of us when my 80-plus year old mama said the word condoms one time because, you know, Bill Clinton had just ruined that for everybody.
00:18:34.000 Look, sex doesn't even, nobody cares.
00:18:38.000 I mean, it's like a rite of passage.
00:18:39.000 And I don't, I don't, I don't stay at a motel.
00:18:42.000 I don't stay in an apartment.
00:18:43.000 I sleep in my office every night and I go down to the gym and shower in the morning because there are cameras everywhere.
00:18:50.000 Reagan said it best.
00:18:51.000 Trust but verify.
00:18:52.000 And there's a reason in motels, you walk by a bar on the way up to your room.
00:18:58.000 Well, Congressman, you are a breath of fresh air.
00:19:00.000 I'd love to have you back on and hear your theories about Adam Kinzinger.
00:19:05.000 You know, he knew Charlie, by the way.
00:19:07.000 There was no love loss between those two guys because Adam went the way of, I don't know which way he went, but maybe you can explain it.
00:19:15.000 But it's not.
00:19:17.000 I was there when he went, but I would love to real quick if I could.
00:19:22.000 Are we recording this or we're just talking?
00:19:24.000 No, this is this is live.
00:19:25.000 Yeah, this is okay.
00:19:26.000 Good, good.
00:19:27.000 And the last time I talked to Charlie, it was 2:53, 2.53 in the morning on the night of the big beautiful bill.
00:19:32.000 And he called me, but we can talk about that lecture.
00:19:34.000 Yeah, I'll have you back on.
00:19:35.000 We'll have you back on next week.
00:19:37.000 This has been fantastic.
00:19:38.000 Congressman Burchett, apologies on the name.
00:19:41.000 You are the man, and I will not mess that one up again.
00:19:44.000 It just, you know, people think my last name is Colvay or something.
00:19:48.000 So, you know, or Colvert.
00:19:49.000 That's what I get.
00:19:51.000 All right, brother.
00:19:52.000 Thank you so much, Congressman Tim Burchett from Tennessee's 2nd House Oversight Committee doing great work there, sir.
00:19:58.000 Thank you so much.
00:19:59.000 God bless you.
00:20:00.000 Love y'all.
00:20:01.000 God has blessed me.
00:20:01.000 Thank you.
00:20:02.000 Thank you.
00:20:03.000 Awesome.
00:20:06.000 Thanksgiving holds so many memories, and I'm sure it's the same for you.
00:20:11.000 Right now, there's a girl finding out she's pregnant.
00:20:13.000 In the next couple of weeks, she's going to make a decision.
00:20:16.000 And whatever decision she makes will become her memory of this Thanksgiving for the rest of her life.
00:20:21.000 What will she be thankful for a year from now?
00:20:24.000 She'll be thankful that you introduced her to her baby by providing a free ultrasound.
00:20:24.000 You.
00:20:30.000 And she'll be thankful that she chose life as she prepares for her baby's first Thanksgiving.
00:20:35.000 Take a stand for life by providing an ultrasound with pre-born.
00:20:39.000 When a young woman sees her baby on the ultrasound and hears her baby's heartbeat, she is twice as likely to choose life.
00:20:45.000 Just $140 provides five ultrasounds that can save five babies.
00:20:50.000 $280 saves 10 babies.
00:20:52.000 A gift of 15,000 provides an ultrasound machine that can save thousands of babies for years to come.

00:21:08.000 We're going to devote the second half of hour two here to this discussion.
00:21:11.000 And it's about the economy.
00:21:13.000 It's about what you need to do in this certain economic situation that we find ourselves in.
00:21:19.000 It's very unpredictable, a little chaotic.
00:21:22.000 Joining me now is Daniel Boston, founder of Preserve Gold.
00:21:25.000 Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:21:26.000 Thanks for having me, Andrew.
00:21:27.000 Yeah, honestly, it's an honor to have you.
00:21:29.000 You are one of those companies that when everything went down and the tragedy that we all experienced, you guys have just remained steadfast.
00:21:38.000 And you have my respect, my appreciation, and also, you know, the reason that we were with you to begin with.
00:21:45.000 I mean, it was a really intense vetting process that we went through.
00:21:49.000 And so we knew that you guys were our kind of people.
00:21:51.000 We knew that there was alignment on a bunch of different things.
00:21:54.000 But then the way that you've handled this in the aftermath has been just amazing.
00:21:58.000 So honored to have you here.
00:21:59.000 And you even just got a tour of all the buildings.
00:22:02.000 I mean, so we could start there if you want.
00:22:04.000 Tell us how what you thought of it.
00:22:06.000 It was unbelievable.
00:22:08.000 You know, when Charlie passed, it was, I mean, at the moment, it's still surreal now.
00:22:13.000 It's still hard to just really believe that this has actually happened.
00:22:17.000 But to see the overwhelming support that's flooded into this place from all over the country, you know, for the last 12 years, really, it's just felt like a country that's been become more and more divided.
00:22:30.000 And, you know, through this event, you're seeing people come together at levels that's just really hard to imagine.
00:22:38.000 So, you know, one of my favorite verses is all things work together for good.
00:22:41.000 And I just can't think of a situation that's more where that rings more true than this one.
00:22:46.000 Yeah.
00:22:47.000 And I think a lot of has been made of some of the bad behavior that we've seen, some of the worst of humanity, if you will.
00:22:54.000 But I'm always the voice telling people, I'm like, yeah, we should call it out because it's disgusting.
00:22:58.000 But like the amount of positive has so overwhelmed the negative.
00:22:58.000 It's gross.
00:23:03.000 And when you're in our vantage point, when you see it from here and you see the mail room where we have, I don't know if they showed you that.
00:23:10.000 Yeah, we saw it.
00:23:11.000 With just the endless amount of gifts and letters and paintings and trinkets that came in from all over the country to honor Charlie and to pay their respects to Erica.
00:23:23.000 You know, I always say we don't grieve the way the world grieves.
00:23:27.000 And I miss Charlie every day.
00:23:28.000 He's the first thing I think about when I wake up.
00:23:30.000 He's the last thing I think about before I go to bed.
00:23:33.000 I've literally only been watching Seinfeld because Charlie loves Seinfeld.
00:23:38.000 And it's like, you know, I fall asleep to Seinfeld because it makes me think of Charlie.
00:23:42.000 And I just, you know, last night I was watching Golden Boy.
00:23:45.000 That's his t-shirt with Golden Boy.
00:23:47.000 Charlie used to always like joking about Golden Boy.
00:23:49.000 It's Jerry Seinfeld's favorite t-shirt.
00:23:51.000 I mean, I miss him so much.
00:23:54.000 But I know that God put him on this planet to do this very remarkable thing, and that is to galvanize the youth, to inspire a new generation to believe in the American idea, the social compact that this country has made with generations of Americans.
00:24:12.000 And right now, we're looking at a situation where some of that work that Charlie did is being threatened.
00:24:18.000 Economic conditions are rough, especially for younger Americans trying to get a job.
00:24:23.000 The dollar is all over the place.
00:24:26.000 President Trump's doing his best.
00:24:28.000 We're trying to get this investment, foreign investment, other companies investing again in manufacturing.
00:24:34.000 But there's a lot of headwinds.
00:24:36.000 There's a lot of headwinds.
00:24:37.000 And AI is coming on.
00:24:39.000 So from an economic standpoint, and this was one of Charlie's biggest passions economically, could you sum up this current moment for us?
00:24:47.000 I mean, I know we're going to get into precious metals.
00:24:49.000 We're going to get into gold.
00:24:50.000 We're going to get into hedging.
00:24:51.000 How do you take care of yourself?
00:24:52.000 But right now, in this economic moment, what do you make of this climate?
00:24:56.000 Yeah.
00:24:58.000 There's a lot to try and digest in terms of what's going on right now.
00:25:03.000 And what I would tell people is, you know, up to the year 2000, we were in a growth-based economy.
00:25:09.000 Interest rates were really high.
00:25:10.000 You know, in the 80s and 90s, we saw interest rates climb almost 15, almost 18%.
00:25:15.000 And so you could put money in a savings account and earn a really nice return.
00:25:19.000 Since the year 2000, really to present, we've seen interest rates practically go to zero, which has deincentivized people from putting money to these types of accounts where you can accumulate.
00:25:30.000 And so the way that we would invest up to the year 2000 should be a lot different than the way that we're approaching our finances today.
00:25:38.000 We're in a debt-based economy now, and it's extremely problematic because when you hold the reserve currency status, the U.S. dollar is the world's reserve currency.
00:25:50.000 That situation seems to be eroding pretty quickly.
00:25:52.000 We went off the petrodollar last year.
00:25:54.000 And what's really compelling to me right now is that, you know, just since COVID in the year 2020, the dollar's lost about 20, 25% of its value.
00:26:08.000 And that's due to money printing and inflation.
00:26:10.000 And I don't think people really understand the damage that this causes to someone who's trying to save and prepare for retirement.
00:26:19.000 So the only thing that gives the dollar any real value is the faith that the American public puts into it.
00:26:23.000 And really the public, the world puts into it.
00:26:27.000 And so when you have a Fed that seems to believe that money grows on trees, that whenever we have problems, we can just print our problems away.
00:26:36.000 That's a recipe for disaster.
00:26:37.000 Well, and I want to talk about that because, you know, I'm just looking at the price of gold here.
00:26:42.000 In the last year, it's gone up $1,526.
00:26:45.000 It's gone up 57%.
00:26:49.000 That's a lot.
00:26:50.000 Pretty unbelievable.
00:26:51.000 That's crazy.
00:26:52.000 I didn't realize it was that much.
00:26:53.000 So if you would have bought gold at, let's see here, let's just say a year ago, it would have been, I think I've got, yeah, $2,654.
00:27:02.000 Now you buy gold, it's at $4,201.
00:27:04.000 Speaks for itself, right?
00:27:06.000 Yeah, I mean, this is exactly what you, so it's funny because I think gold companies sometimes like precious metal companies get like a bad rap.
00:27:13.000 And by the way, we work with you because you guys are really good at this and you are good people.
00:27:18.000 That's the key.
00:27:20.000 There are shysters in the space.
00:27:21.000 You guys are not one of them.
00:27:22.000 That's why we chose you.
00:27:23.000 You chose us.
00:27:26.000 But this is, it goes up $1,500 in a year, 57%.
00:27:31.000 That's real.
00:27:32.000 Like that is a hedge against this easy money, as Steve Bannon calls it, the Lords of Easy Money that print us into the weakening of the U.S. dollar.
00:27:44.000 You got the BRICS nations that are weakening the U.S. dollar that are trying to create a sort of bipolar economic world.
00:27:52.000 And here you got gold that's holding steady, not only holy steady, it's growing tremendously.
00:27:58.000 And this is the key is that real working people, people that are not the economic incumbents, as I call them, economic incumbents have a lot of assets.
00:28:06.000 They have housing valuations that are going through the roof.
00:28:09.000 They've got 401ks and stocks and bonds and all of these things.
00:28:13.000 But it's working class people too that really get hit and holding the bag here when your inflation hollows out your purchasing power.
00:28:23.000 And so it's like, these are the hedges that real people can access and get through preserved gold that can get into this economy and make sure that the policies out of Washington are not bankrupting them.
00:28:33.000 I mean, what I would add is, you know, if you're holding a stock, for example, if you located that stock, you got to go into cash.
00:28:33.000 Yeah.
00:28:40.000 So really, you're at the mercy of the dollar because the dollar is the root of pretty much every financial instrument that you utilize.
00:28:48.000 You know, gold going up the way it's gone up, silver performing the way it's been performing.
00:28:52.000 And we haven't really seen inflation or real market volatility get priced into the financial markets.
00:28:56.000 So the fact that it's moving up the way it is, it's almost as if it's moving up in anticipation of what's going to come.
00:29:02.000 I mean, I always tell people Donald Trump has a responsibility to the overall welfare and health of the economy.
00:29:07.000 Americans have a responsibility to their own finances.
00:29:10.000 And, you know, I think we're going to see that the policies that he's putting in place are going to create, they can create pain, especially short term.
00:29:20.000 Disruption.
00:29:20.000 Disruption.
00:29:21.000 There is going to be economic disruption.
00:29:22.000 If we're going to set the house straight, if we're going to settle accounts, if we're going to set ourselves up for a brighter economic future, there's absolutely going to be disruption.
00:29:31.000 Not only that, there's going to be the AI revolution disruption, right?
00:29:35.000 We're seeing this with new graduates trying to get jobs in the economy.
00:29:38.000 There's going to be disruption.
00:29:40.000 And that's why these conversations are so important when we're talking about what we're going to do next.
00:29:44.000 Yeah, I think the question you should ask yourself is, why has gold and why has silver performed the way it has?
00:29:51.000 And I think if you just go throughout history, I mean, you can go, really, you can go back to the Great Depression, but every single time we've had a major market crash in 2000, we had the techmania.com bubble burst.
00:30:01.000 Essentially what happened is first the bond market went sideways.
00:30:04.000 Oil prices plummeted.
00:30:05.000 The dollar sold off.
00:30:07.000 The bond market sold off shortly thereafter as well.
00:30:09.000 Gold and silver prices more than doubled.
00:30:11.000 In 2008, during the housing crisis, same thing.
00:30:13.000 So when money rotates out of stocks and bonds during a market crash, when it rotates out of cash during periods of inflation, it just needs a place to go.
00:30:20.000 It tends to gravitate towards gold and silver first because they are the classic safe haven investments, and that's what causes prices to go up.
00:30:27.000 So if you're trying to, if you look at the economic climate and you go, you know, over the next two, three, four years, do I believe the market's going to be higher or lower?
00:30:35.000 If the answer is lower, then what can I use to hedge against that downside?
00:30:39.000 You don't put all your eggs in one basket on either side, but the more you can diversify a portfolio against market risk and take advantage of growth, then the better off you are in the long term because that's what investment should be.
00:30:51.000 It should be long-term focus.
00:30:52.000 Absolutely.
00:30:53.000 And long-term, I mean, again, this isn't long-term, but year-to-date, I'm looking at gold right now, and it's actually up even more, or silver.
00:31:01.000 I'm looking at silver right now.
00:31:02.000 Silver is actually up more than gold year to date.
00:31:05.000 So if you would have bought at the beginning of the year, it would have been, let's see here, 29 bucks, 29.90, something like that.
00:31:12.000 Now it is at 53.46.
00:31:14.000 That's a 75 point, well, now it's just going up and down, 4% or 5% increase.
00:31:20.000 Why is silver going up faster than gold?
00:31:22.000 I'm just curious.
00:31:23.000 About a minute left in this setup.
00:31:24.000 That's a great question.
00:31:25.000 Gold and silver are brother-sister metals.
00:31:26.000 They track each other.
00:31:28.000 So gold's all-time high before this run-up was around $2,000 an ounce.
00:31:32.000 It reached that number in response to the 2008 financial crisis from 2008 to 2011.
00:31:37.000 At the same time, we saw silver go to 50.
00:31:40.000 So now gold being at 4,000, gold's doubled its record high.
00:31:43.000 Silver just hit its record high.
00:31:44.000 So you can easily make the argument that percentage-wise silver will be the better performer.
00:31:48.000 It will continue to go up.
00:31:50.000 I think we're going to see gold, if I had to guess, by the middle of next year, we could see gold at $6,650.
00:31:57.000 And if that happens, we can easily see silver, I think, between $7,500 and $100 an ounce.
00:32:02.000 Wow.
00:32:03.000 We say that again.
00:32:04.000 You think gold could, I mean, obviously, this is not, nobody knows what the future holds, but you were saying you think it's possible to see gold hit what?
00:32:13.000 $6,000, $6,500 an ounce.
00:32:15.000 And this is just not my opinions.
00:32:16.000 We've seen Bank of America, Goldman South come out with forecasts.
00:32:19.000 So that would be $2,400 higher than it is right now.
00:32:24.000 Wow.
00:32:25.000 Okay.
00:32:29.000 This is Lane Schoenberger, Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of YReFi.
00:32:33.000 It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with Turning Point and for Charlie to endorse us.
00:32:39.000 His endorsement means the world to us, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Turning Point for years to come.
00:32:45.000 Now, here Charlie, in his own words, tell you about YReFi.
00:32:49.000 I'm going to tell you guys about whyRefi.com.
00:32:51.000 That is YREFY.com.

00:33:18.000 That is why FY.com.
00:33:21.000 Let's face it, if you have distress or defaulted student loans, it can be overwhelming.
00:33:25.000 Because of private student loan debt, so many people feel stuck.
00:33:28.000 Go to yrefi.com.
00:33:30.000 That is yrefy.com.
00:33:33.000 Private student loan debt relief, yrefi.com.
00:33:38.000 You're just telling me it's surreal to be in here.
00:33:40.000 And I agree, actually.
00:33:42.000 Every time I step into this studio space and I look at Charlie's empty chair and see his amazing picture, I believe that was from the RFK endorsement event that we put on the back here in Phoenix when RFK endorsed President Trump.
00:33:58.000 We actually produced that at Turning Point.
00:34:01.000 I mean, tell us.
00:34:03.000 I mean, you know, when you walk into this space, what do you feel?
00:34:07.000 Unbelievably, it's a sense of peace, calmness.
00:34:11.000 Wow.
00:34:12.000 You know, I stepped in, it was, you know, initial sadness just thinking about the person that we lost.
00:34:18.000 But when I feel the presence in the room, the energy in the room, I feel peace.
00:34:23.000 Yeah.
00:34:23.000 I think Charlie felt that too.
00:34:25.000 He loved being in here.
00:34:26.000 And we found him his big giant Nephilim chair.
00:34:29.000 Charlie was huge.
00:34:30.000 He was like 6'5.
00:34:32.000 And everybody always, the first thing is, you're taller than I realized.
00:34:36.000 I don't know what they thought he was, but yeah, he was a big, big guy.
00:34:39.000 And so we have his giant chair here.
00:34:41.000 And it brings me peace too sometimes to look at him.
00:34:46.000 We are here with Preserved Gold, Daniel Boston.
00:34:49.000 Ooh, what is this?
00:34:50.000 This looks like fun stuff.
00:34:51.000 I love it.
00:34:52.000 Oh, is that this is silver, right?
00:34:54.000 The five-ounce silver American is beautiful.
00:34:56.000 Five-ounce silver, and it's a quarter.
00:35:00.000 Can I get a zoom in on this?
00:35:01.000 That's a five-ounce silver coin.
00:35:03.000 Five ounces.
00:35:04.000 George Washington is one side of the coin.
00:35:06.000 What's that?
00:35:07.000 George Washington is one side.
00:35:09.000 And then that coin makes up different state parts.
00:35:11.000 Yeah, Chickasaw.
00:35:12.000 This would be Oklahoma.
00:35:14.000 Yeah, because it's 2011 how they did all the 50 states in the quarters.
00:35:18.000 This is great.
00:35:19.000 It's heavy, man.
00:35:20.000 Yeah, it's a beautiful coin.
00:35:21.000 That is awesome.
00:35:23.000 Okay.
00:35:24.000 So listen, if you, so, so, if somebody's out there and that, by the way, I just want to give a bit of breaking news here.
00:35:30.000 John Fetterman, Senator John Fetterman, apparently has fallen and has been rushed to the hospital.
00:35:35.000 He had a ventricular fibrillation flare-up that caused him to fall and hit his face.
00:35:40.000 But I'm told that he's in good spirits.
00:35:43.000 He's saying, if you thought my face looked bad before, wait until you see it now.
00:35:46.000 So I actually just, you know, I know that John Fetterman still votes like a Dem most of the time, and that is what it is.
00:35:53.000 But he's been defending Charlie.
00:35:55.000 He's been defending free speech.
00:35:57.000 He's been a voice of reason.
00:35:58.000 So I, you know, I'm happy to hear he's doing well.
00:36:02.000 So back to the topic at hand here, though, there's a you've got this precious metals IRA 2025.
00:36:09.000 It's.
00:36:09.000 So is IRA the kind of the way that is that, like the, what you found is, if you, if you've not invested in precious metals, gold and silver and other things, all these things, is that the best way to kind of get started?
00:36:20.000 Do you think is that the easiest way, or what do you recommend?
00:36:23.000 What's the course of action?
00:36:24.000 Um, I recommend so there's two different ways you can go about getting started uh, with preserved gold, but it really depends on everyone's unique situation.
00:36:33.000 We really try and take time with the people that we're working with to understand their goals, ask the right questions so we can understand that situation, then make recommendations based on that.
00:36:42.000 The Ira program that we offer allows you to take your existing retirement account, whether it's an Ira, a 401k 403b, tsp and any kind of qualified retirement account.
00:36:51.000 You can roll those funds in that account over completely tax-free, penalty free, into a new Irr.
00:36:57.000 We'd establish uh for you that that can hold physical gold or silver inside the account so that way, instead of having exposure to stocks bonds, mutual funds, really paper-based assets, you can have hard physical metals inside the account backing it up.
00:37:10.000 Yeah, I got an email here from Steve says, please ask how much it costs to sell gold on silver is that is that?
00:37:18.000 Is that a, I guess you know?
00:37:21.000 If you have it, does it?
00:37:22.000 Does it cost mixture?
00:37:23.000 Is there a way to to roll it over in a strategic way?
00:37:26.000 Yeah, so whatever you buy from preserved gold, this is one of the main reasons why our clients love working with us, amongst many.
00:37:32.000 But whatever you, when you buy, go to buy gold and silver from us, when it comes time for you to sell or liquidate out of your position, we charge zero fees.
00:37:40.000 Wow, we get people the highest post-it price on the market when they go to liquidate zero fees.
00:37:45.000 Wow, that's great.
00:37:46.000 And and other people I would?
00:37:47.000 I presume he's asking that question because he's run into other people that maybe do.
00:37:51.000 Yeah, I mean there's, there's dealers out there that can charge 10 20 on the way out.
00:37:55.000 So you invest a hundred thousand, they're taking ten to twenty thousand dollars on the way out.
00:37:58.000 No kidding, we don't do that.
00:37:59.000 We take a week and that's legal for them to do that.
00:38:01.000 They can.
00:38:02.000 Yeah, I mean this, this industry.
00:38:03.000 That's something we should probably talk about.
00:38:05.000 This talk.
00:38:06.000 There are some bad actors in this industry.
00:38:07.000 I'm not obviously not going to mention any names um, but the reason why I actually founded Preserve GOLD to begin with was because, you know, but I had been in the industry doing this for over a decade uh, before I started my company Preserve GOLD um, and realized there just had to be a better way from.
00:38:24.000 I have seen things from you know uh, sales representatives, gold brokers, lying about fees being charged, shipping taking six months or longer for metals to be delivered, and I mean all kinds of nightmare stories.
00:38:36.000 Preserved GOLD was launched with a mission of transparency being at the forefront of everything that we do so um, from you know, disclosing fees to getting uh products shipped out promptly using the correct security protocols um, and I think our reputation really uh well, that's what represents.
00:38:54.000 Yeah, That's what we found.
00:38:55.000 Because of all the, I mean, and I told your team as well, you know, our standard in this space is like super, super high because we only want to work with people like yourself that do this the right way because our audience is everything to us.
00:39:12.000 And we don't want to lead them down a path that's going to, they're going to, I do not want one negative email from any of our sponsors, but especially this category.
00:39:19.000 And you guys, I mean, when we looked at it, you guys had the best reputation of anybody out there.
00:39:24.000 Yeah, there's a reason for that.
00:39:25.000 You know, everything is in full transparency, full disclosure.
00:39:29.000 We have nothing to hide.
00:39:31.000 There's a cost associated with doing business.
00:39:33.000 We've got to keep the lights on, but we want to make sure people understand what those costs are.
00:39:36.000 And the approach that we take with people that we work with, it's a no-sales pressure strategy where it's very educational-based.
00:39:43.000 We ask questions.
00:39:44.000 We get to know the people that we're working with.
00:39:46.000 It's relationship-oriented.
00:39:47.000 And then based on that, we can make some recommendations so that people can land in a place where they can make the best decision for themselves.
00:39:53.000 Well, so if you want to do this, go to preservegold.com slash Charlie.
00:39:57.000 We got that right up there, that URL.
00:39:59.000 Check that out.
00:40:00.000 Helps the show too.
00:40:01.000 But frankly, I mean, precious metals have been through the roof.
00:40:05.000 So please check it out.
00:40:07.000 Thank you.
00:40:07.000 Daniel Boston, Preserve Gold.
00:40:09.000 It's been a pleasure.
00:40:09.000 Yeah, thanks for having me, Andrew.
00:40:10.000 Appreciate it.
00:40:11.000 Absolutely.
00:40:11.000 We'll see you guys tomorrow.
