00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA high school chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord Musemate.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:09.000 Hello.
00:01:10.000 Welcome to Friday edition of the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:14.000 We've got a big crew here.
00:01:15.000 We have Michael McCoy, Mikey McCoy.
00:01:18.000 We'll figure out his name eventually.
00:01:19.000 One of those names right across from me.
00:01:21.000 And right next to me, we have Joe Bob.
00:01:26.000 He's got a few titles.
00:01:27.000 We were debating what to refer to him as director of Joe Bob, president of Joe Bob, High Chancellor of Joe Bob.
00:01:33.000 So I do actually have Joe Bob in written form trademarked.
00:01:37.000 Really?
00:01:37.000 Yes.
00:01:37.000 The U.S. Patent Trademark Office recognizes me as the official owner of the Joe Bob trademark.
00:01:43.000 So I will have to charge you royalty fees for using the name.
00:01:46.000 I know you're introducing me, but that isn't going to come on your next expense report.
00:01:50.000 Ah, dang it.
00:01:51.000 All right.
00:01:52.000 We have a lot of fun things to talk about.
00:01:55.000 First of all, we saw that Amfest promo again.
00:01:57.000 We are one week out.
00:01:58.000 One week out.
00:01:59.000 Now, if you want to buy a ticket, you can't.
00:02:01.000 It is totally sold out.
00:02:02.000 But tune in live.
00:02:04.000 Tune in live.
00:02:05.000 USA Dr. President.
00:02:06.000 You'll have a lot of other speakers.
00:02:08.000 You can tune in live.
00:02:10.000 You can get in line for tickets next year.
00:02:12.000 They go on sale pretty early.
00:02:13.000 You can get yourself hyped up.
00:02:16.000 And there will be tons of clips, tons of episodes.
00:02:17.000 It'll all be extremely exciting.
00:02:19.000 I've been getting emails that are asking what should I do at Amfest.
00:02:22.000 And my advice is just meet people.
00:02:24.000 This is about grassroots energy.
00:02:26.000 Make friends because that's how you have engagement in the next election.
00:02:28.000 People you know, you go out, you organize and do things together.
00:02:33.000 A few other housekeeping items, Stop in the Name of God, remains on sale.
00:02:38.000 It is sold out in various venues, but it'll be replaced soon enough.
00:02:41.000 That's the great thing about capitalism.
00:02:43.000 When you run out of something, they make more of it.
00:02:45.000 And it's a lovely book, getting great reviews from people reading it all across the country.
00:02:53.000 I like it.
00:02:54.000 One real quick thing on that.
00:02:55.000 I thought it was so interesting when that, when it was kind of made aware, Stop in the Name of God, kind of the idea of honoring the Sabbath.
00:03:02.000 I went back and looked at a couple text messages with me and Mikey where I sent him videos and it's like, hey, can I send this along to Charlie?
00:03:09.000 And he said, yeah, but he's on Sabbath.
00:03:11.000 And this is two years ago that he's been doing this, that he was doing it.
00:03:15.000 It was very like prominent in his life, not necessarily known to the entire world, but like even then, kind of in private chats, it's like, yeah, you can.
00:03:24.000 You're not going to see it for another day.
00:03:26.000 Yeah, he called it his secret weapon.
00:03:28.000 It was like, and he would always say too, you know, the punishment for missing the Sabbath is because it was actually a gift that was just waiting for you to receive it.
00:03:37.000 And by not doing it, by not honoring it, you were missing out on the gift.
00:03:42.000 It was a punishment in and of itself.
00:03:44.000 But it was a secret weapon to Charlie.
00:03:46.000 In six days, he worked his butt off.
00:03:49.000 And then the seventh day he rested.
00:03:51.000 And You could see, and he would talk about this all the time, how he would be even more exhausted if he didn't get a full Sabbath.
00:04:00.000 But he looked forward to that day every single, every week.
00:04:03.000 Well, so another Charlie thing, besides that book, he always said he wanted to put a Turning Point USA chapter and later a Club America chapter in 30,000 high schools across the U.S., which shows two things.
00:04:03.000 All right.
00:04:14.000 One, Charlie was incredibly ambitious.
00:04:16.000 And two, we really needed to increase America's birth rate because there are only 27,000 high schools in America.
00:04:22.000 So we got to open 3,000 more.
00:04:23.000 Well, that's why he kept pushing that.
00:04:25.000 That's why he said have more California kids.
00:04:27.000 And he wanted to build new towns because new towns would need new high schools.
00:04:27.000 He had more kids.
00:04:31.000 That was clearly his agenda item.
00:04:33.000 So he wanted a lot more Club America chapters.
00:04:36.000 So we have a very exciting announcement related to that.
00:04:39.000 So we have Turning Point USA's Enterprise Director, I believe, is his title.
00:04:44.000 We have Nick Coca.
00:04:45.000 Are you there, Nick?
00:04:46.000 Yes, gentlemen, I am here.
00:04:47.000 Thank you for having me.
00:04:49.000 Yes.
00:04:50.000 Well, let's just cut right to it.
00:04:50.000 All right.
00:04:52.000 What's the big announcement?
00:04:53.000 Well, I'm here in Nashville, Tennessee, in the state's capital.
00:04:57.000 We just had a big announcement with Governor Bill Lee and Senator Marsha Blackburn and partnership to put a Club America chapter in every single high school in the state of Tennessee.
00:05:09.000 Wow.
00:05:10.000 How many states does that bring us to, Nick, where states have made that announcement?
00:05:15.000 Well, Mikey, it all started with the amazing former superintendent Ryan Walters in Oklahoma putting out a declaration of support for Club America chapters.
00:05:23.000 From there, we went into Florida with Governor DeSantis.
00:05:27.000 And then we just wrapped up on Monday, our announcement with Governor Greg Abbott in the state of Texas.
00:05:33.000 Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, as you know, committed a million dollars to TPUSA and Club America.
00:05:39.000 And so we just finished our partnership there.
00:05:41.000 And today, Tennessee makes number three or number four.
00:05:46.000 That's amazing.
00:05:47.000 I'm already just checking now.
00:05:48.000 You've got over 3,000 high schools in Texas.
00:05:51.000 You have about 2,500 high schools in Florida.
00:05:53.000 I'm looking here.
00:05:54.000 1,800 public high schools in Tennessee.
00:05:56.000 I think these are all public.
00:05:57.000 So you'd have about 10, boost that by about 10 to 15% to get privates.
00:06:02.000 Oklahoma's probably another few hundred to a thousand.
00:06:05.000 And we're actually getting well on our way there at 30,000.
00:06:09.000 We just need the birth rate part.
00:06:10.000 Yeah, we need the birth rate.
00:06:11.000 Are we on pace still?
00:06:12.000 I think we are doing 50 new chapters a day across the U.S. both between college and high school.
00:06:21.000 The amount of inquiries are through the roof.
00:06:23.000 The amount of students joining.
00:06:24.000 Nick, do you know the number of how many students have attended a Club America meeting or a TPUSA college chapter meeting since 9-10?
00:06:33.000 How many people have come?
00:06:34.000 Yes.
00:06:35.000 Since Charlie's assassination, we have seen chapter numbers for high schools spike to about 50, 60 per meeting.
00:06:44.000 I was at the first meeting of a high school chapter in Alabama.
00:06:48.000 We were standing room only in a classroom.
00:06:51.000 More than 50 students came in to hear about their new Club America chapter.
00:06:56.000 Wow.
00:06:56.000 Wow.
00:06:57.000 That's amazing.
00:06:57.000 That's amazing.
00:06:58.000 And we want these to be vehicles for a lot of different things.
00:07:02.000 It can be for discussing philosophical issues, for getting engaged at the grassroots level, for just normal community involvement, running a Bible study.
00:07:11.000 It's really, it runs the gamut what you can do with this if you're an engaged student.
00:07:16.000 And if you have any good stories, email us, freedom at Charlie Kirk.
00:07:19.000 We love hearing stories about the success of our chapters, things they've been able to do.
00:07:23.000 We love sharing those.
00:07:24.000 Nick, one of the things, oh, well, one of the videos that came up in my feed the other day was Charlie talking about how little his high school did on the founding and the founders and the brilliance of the founding of the country.
00:07:36.000 How much do you think these Club America chapters will kind of infiltrate into the actual curriculum itself?
00:07:42.000 Because these are clubs on campus, but I do think there's going to be some more intrinsic value into the actual education.
00:07:50.000 I think teachers would probably be more likely to be able to talk about the founding a little bit more, even beyond what the curriculum might already be.
00:07:59.000 That's right, Joe Bob.
00:08:00.000 We are a future leaders club.
00:08:02.000 Club America serves to empower those patriotic leaders of tomorrow.
00:08:07.000 So they're learning about the Constitution.
00:08:10.000 They're learning how to have a respectful debate and dialogue on the issues of today.
00:08:15.000 They're networking with community leaders.
00:08:18.000 That could be... anyone from their local mayor to the governor of their state.
00:08:22.000 So they're making connections with these folks.
00:08:24.000 They're going to make their career.
00:08:26.000 And they're bringing in speakers like Riley Gaines, who is at our event today for this announcement to learn how to stand up for girls, for girls' sports, and a wide range of issues.
00:08:39.000 So I think through the leadership of our students, they're going to change the culture on their high school campus.
00:08:46.000 There are already turning point alums who have become members of Congress.
00:08:51.000 I don't think Club America is not old enough.
00:08:53.000 They cannot legally run for Congress yet.
00:08:55.000 But we have crazy stories of business leaders coming to us and just begging us to get access to the student pool that we have across the U.S., both in high school and college.
00:09:04.000 But there's stories of students in high school graduating and immediately getting a high-paying job.
00:09:08.000 That's an amazing thing.
00:09:10.000 Yeah, Nick, you said it.
00:09:11.000 We're a future leaders club.
00:09:13.000 Future leaders, you can learn running an organization in your high school for real, not the fake ones that people found so they can look good on a college application.
00:09:23.000 Way too much of that.
00:09:24.000 But if it's a real organization that's trying to do real things in your community, you learn skills.
00:09:28.000 You look at, that's what Charlie was so amazing at.
00:09:30.000 Charlie didn't need a college degree.
00:09:32.000 He had, he learned on the job of how to organize, how to be a leader, and he became this stupendous figure.
00:09:39.000 Every single person running a Club America chapter can be a future Charlie Kirk.
00:09:43.000 And that's what we want.
00:09:44.000 We want everyone to be Charlie Kirk in the future.
00:09:46.000 30 seconds, Nick.
00:09:48.000 Are we looking at, are there other states that have expressed interest we might be able to be hearing from soon, hopefully?
00:09:54.000 There certainly are.
00:09:56.000 I do want to say I hope that we can see more come from states like Montana and Idaho and Iowa and maybe even my home state of Ohio.
00:10:05.000 But we're going to be working with anyone and everyone we can at the state level to simply say, hey, we have the students back and we support their right to free speech and to form a club.
00:10:17.000 That's amazing.
00:10:19.000 Thank you so much, Nick.
00:10:20.000 We got to get to those 30,000.
00:10:22.000 We got a lot of stuff.
00:10:23.000 We're going to get to work.
00:10:27.000 Look, I know there are a lot of choices when it comes to who you choose for your cell phone service.
00:10:32.000 There are new ones popping up all the time.
00:10:34.000 But the truth is there's only one that boldly stands in the gap for every American that believes that freedom is worth fighting for.
00:10:40.000 And that is Patriot Mobile.
00:10:42.000 For more than 12 years, Patriot Mobile has been on the front lines fighting for our God-given rights of freedom while also providing exceptional nationwide cell phone service with access to all three of the main networks.
00:10:53.000 Don't just take my word for it.
00:10:54.000 Ask the hundreds of thousands of Americans who've made the switch and are now supporting causes they believe in simply by switching to Patriot Mobile.
00:11:01.000 It's easier than it's ever been.
00:11:03.000 Activate in minutes from the comfort of your own home.
00:11:05.000 Keep your number, keep your phone, or upgrade.
00:11:07.000 Patriot Mobile's all-U.S.-based support team is standing by to take care of you.
00:11:11.000 Charlie and Glenn over at Patriot Mobile.
00:11:14.000 Dear, dear friends.
00:11:15.000 So I'll give the last word to Charlie.
00:11:16.000 Call 972Patriot today or go to patriotmobile.com slash Charlie.
00:11:21.000 Use promo code Charlie for a free month of service.
00:11:23.000 That's patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972Patriot and make the switch today.
00:11:30.000 We got a very breaking news email and that must be read to the entire country.
00:11:36.000 Mikey, reveal it.
00:11:37.000 It says, Joe Bob in the daylight, I thought he was only a nighttime vampire.
00:11:41.000 I think they might be referring to the show Turning Point Tonight, which airs at 10 p.m. Eastern on Real America's Voices, which I usually do.
00:11:49.000 So that I do come out during the day.
00:11:51.000 It's not often, but it's rare.
00:11:53.000 So you're a vampire, but like you, it's like the twilight vampires who just kind of sparkle in the daylight.
00:11:58.000 Yeah, more tan, but yeah, definitely also a vampire.
00:12:00.000 He does go to bed around 3 a.m. and wake up around noon every day.
00:12:04.000 That is really?
00:12:06.000 No, but I should probably.
00:12:08.000 That's what a lot of comedians do.
00:12:09.000 I did that when I worked at Fox, basically.
00:12:12.000 I didn't.
00:12:12.000 I didn't like to do things before I went to work, and it was an evening show, so I would just roll into work at 1 p.m.
00:12:18.000 So I would get up really late and then step up really well.
00:12:20.000 Now, the question is: did you use that as an excuse just to sleep in later?
00:12:24.000 Like, was that your primary goal?
00:12:26.000 And then you just got a job that allowed you to be a lazy on the topic of Club America.
00:12:35.000 I thought I had a really good idea.
00:12:37.000 Turns out it's not that great of an idea.
00:12:39.000 Obviously, we want to have more kids, therefore, bolster more high schools, which would allow us to get to that 30,000 number.
00:12:45.000 But also, what if we acquired high schools?
00:12:48.000 So I thought, how many high schools does Greenland have?
00:12:52.000 Two.
00:12:53.000 So, yeah, that's the problem.
00:12:54.000 I thought it was a good idea.
00:12:55.000 Greenland has four high schools.
00:12:58.000 Upper secondary schools in the entire country.
00:13:01.000 So that's not going to work.
00:13:02.000 Well, it does help.
00:13:03.000 It does help.
00:13:04.000 It's about one one-thousandth of the additional high schools.
00:13:07.000 Okay, so are you against making progress on this goal, Blake?
00:13:10.000 Is that what I'm hearing?
00:13:11.000 That's right.
00:13:12.000 You are kind of.
00:13:13.000 You know, we do have a lot of Greenlanders coming to Amfest.
00:13:16.000 We have a whole group of them.
00:13:17.000 Really?
00:13:18.000 So that's like 1% of the population if we get five or something.
00:13:21.000 There's like 15 of them coming.
00:13:23.000 Speaking of, we'll give away two Amfest tickets on the show today.
00:13:26.000 If you email us, freedom at CharlieKirk.com and you have interest in coming, I know we're sold out, but let's give out two on the show today.
00:13:34.000 What do we think, Blake?
00:13:35.000 Is that a good idea?
00:13:36.000 I think that's great.
00:13:38.000 Okay, you're going to have to run this lottery because I don't know how those work.
00:13:38.000 Let's do it.
00:13:42.000 I have several friends who have now not necessarily come out of the woodwork, but in the last couple of weeks, be like, hey, how do I get tickets to Amfest?
00:13:50.000 Tell me to email freedom at Charlie Kirk.
00:13:52.000 That is literally the only way you can do it because I kind of text back or say back laughingly, you can't.
00:13:59.000 It has been sold out.
00:14:01.000 And sold out is probably even an understatement because I think capacity limits are probably a concern.
00:14:08.000 You know, Elon Musk.
00:14:09.000 Is this true that he quote tweeted you?
00:14:12.000 He did.
00:14:12.000 Wow.
00:14:13.000 That was really interesting.
00:14:14.000 What did he quote tweet you about?
00:14:15.000 Well, I was talking about some of the percentages.
00:14:20.000 Do we have that clip of the percentages?
00:14:21.000 This is such a good clip.
00:14:23.000 Might be able to pull it for later on the show, but I effectively was outlining some of the lower percentages of Somali immigrants in other countries, in other words.
00:14:32.000 All right, we actually have that.
00:14:33.000 We have this.
00:14:35.000 Let's do 337.
00:14:37.000 When people criticize Somali foreigners in Western countries, here are a few things to keep in mind.
00:14:44.000 In Norway, 27% of Somali-born households do not rely mainly on government assistance.
00:14:51.000 In Sweden, 36% of Somali-born adults are either employed or in education.
00:14:57.000 In Denmark, 31% of Somali immigrants and their descendants are not on public benefits.
00:15:04.000 These are just a couple things to remember during the discussion of whether or not we should let more third-worlders into the United States.
00:15:11.000 I hope this helps.
00:15:12.000 So, Elon Musk, the world's richest man, he replied to that.
00:15:17.000 He kind of weighed it in his head, and he replied, put up 336.
00:15:22.000 He replied, Wow.
00:15:23.000 Wow.
00:15:25.000 Well, I'm just so grateful that he understood the sarcasm of it.
00:15:28.000 Yes.
00:15:28.000 Because I think I got, I got the overwhelming majority of people understood.
00:15:32.000 Oh, these are very low numbers.
00:15:35.000 Yeah.
00:15:35.000 And maybe it's not advantageous to let a bunch of third worlders into Western countries.
00:15:40.000 It was the music for me.
00:15:42.000 We've already got a few entries in the Amfest two-ticket lottery.
00:15:46.000 So keep emailing them at charliekirk.com.
00:15:49.000 Oh, the odds are pretty good.
00:15:50.000 The odds are great.
00:15:51.000 It's only paying attention, and you're able to get here.
00:15:54.000 Oh, wow.
00:15:54.000 This is very good odds.
00:15:56.000 That's fantastic.
00:15:58.000 I mean, to go back to that fun little internet video, there was a little bit of concern of the sarcasm not reaching everybody entirely.
00:16:07.000 There were a bunch of, there were not a bunch, maybe like five or six comments that go, wait a minute, these numbers are terrible.
00:16:13.000 What are you talking about?
00:16:15.000 Why is this lib trying to push his ideology on me?
00:16:18.000 And I kind of said that.
00:16:20.000 This is why we need Club America because among other things you can learn through Club of America is how to make good arguments to be America first, to be pro-America, and to do it with sarcasm sadness.
00:16:30.000 And to do it with wit and humor.
00:16:32.000 And, you know, maybe if you have a big enough chapter, you could have Joe Bob come to your chapter one day.
00:16:37.000 Let's not get ahead of ourselves.
00:16:39.000 Fine, This is Lane Schoenberger, Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of YReFi.
00:16:39.000 All right.
00:16:47.000 It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with Turning Point and for Charlie to endorse us.
00:16:52.000 His endorsement means the world to us, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Turning Point for years to come.

00:17:38.000 Because of private student loan debt, so many people feel stuck.
00:17:42.000 Go to yrefi.com.
00:17:43.000 That is why.com.
00:17:46.000 Private student loan debt relief, yrefi.com.
00:17:51.000 All right.
00:17:52.000 So we're all upbeat.
00:17:54.000 We're getting a ton of emails.
00:17:55.000 Very excited about these Amfest tickets.
00:17:58.000 We'll choose one before probably at the end of the hour, maybe.
00:18:01.000 End of the hour.
00:18:02.000 We'll see.
00:18:03.000 But one of those people who asked, Jessica says she would love two tickets to Amfest, but she also said something that is very important.
00:18:10.000 She wanted us to shout out that she is planning an event with TP Action in Indiana because she says two of the trader state senators in her county didn't vote for a very important bill yesterday.
00:18:26.000 We've talked about this a lot on the show.
00:18:28.000 Yep.
00:18:28.000 Indiana, we've got President Trump has been whipping Republicans across the country.
00:18:33.000 Redo your maps.
00:18:34.000 Get more Republicans elected to Congress.
00:18:37.000 This is important for executing the agenda I got elected on.
00:18:41.000 Indiana voted for Trump by about 20 points.
00:18:44.000 Yep.
00:18:45.000 They voted for him in all three elections.
00:18:47.000 The base seems to like this, but the Indiana senators do not.
00:18:53.000 No.
00:18:53.000 And so they didn't, they voted on it yesterday.
00:18:56.000 There is a there are 40 Republican-aligned senators in the state.
00:18:59.000 They needed 25, and they got 19.
00:19:03.000 21 of them failed us.
00:19:05.000 So we're going to talk about this with Tyler Boyer, who is joining us long distance.
00:19:09.000 Are you there, Tyler?
00:19:10.000 What's up, guys?
00:19:11.000 How are we doing?
00:19:12.000 Well, we're not doing great right now.
00:19:14.000 These Indiana guys failed us, didn't they?
00:19:16.000 Oh, man.
00:19:18.000 Yesterday was a dark day for Indiana.
00:19:21.000 Probably one of the worst days and the most embarrassing days Indiana's had since it voted for Obama in the first election.
00:19:28.000 And you can see why you have some slippage in the state because you're surrounded by really terrible Republicans who make really terrible decisions.
00:19:38.000 The bill that was being produced was a pretty straightforward bill.
00:19:42.000 Was to offset the manipulation schemes that are being run by Democrats nationwide in states that are far less deep blue.
00:19:54.000 They are hijacking congressional seats.
00:19:58.000 And in Indiana, Indiana is one of the unique states that kind of made a mistake last redistricting.
00:20:04.000 And they gave two seats to Democrats that many argued were not really justified.
00:20:11.000 Indiana is one of the deepest, reddest states in the country, and there are many arguments to be made for a 9-0 Republican map.
00:20:20.000 And so naturally, the president's team said, hey, you know, now is the time to go back and redistrict and look at this thing and get us a 9-0 map instead of a 7-2 Republican, 7-Democrat 2 map that currently exists because we need you to step up.
00:20:38.000 And so they produced the bill.
00:20:40.000 The grassroots, the entire Republican Party across the country and across Indiana supports this.
00:20:45.000 All of the polling shows, 70, 80% of Republicans support this.
00:20:49.000 It's a no-brainer.
00:20:51.000 And yesterday was the time to shine for the Senate Democrat or Senate Republicans.
00:20:57.000 And they showed up and they needed 25 votes, as you mentioned, Blake, or 26 votes to pass it.
00:21:03.000 And only 19 voted for it.
00:21:05.000 21 voted against it.
00:21:07.000 All right.
00:21:07.000 I want to get Joe Bob and Mikey in here, but very quick, because Charlie would do this.
00:21:11.000 We need some just direct accountability.
00:21:13.000 Let's throw up 326.
00:21:15.000 And if you're a Hoosier, pay attention to this because these might be your senators.
00:21:21.000 These are the Republicans who did not vote for this new district.
00:21:26.000 We're just going to go through them.
00:21:27.000 We have Senators Eric Bassler.
00:21:30.000 We have Vanetta Becker.
00:21:31.000 We have Mike Bohachek.
00:21:33.000 We have Roderick Bray, Brian Buchanan, Jim Buck, Ed Charbonneau, Brett Clark, Mike Kreider, Spencer Deary, Dan Dernolk, Blake Doriot.
00:21:45.000 Ooh, letting me down on the Blakes.
00:21:47.000 Sue Glick, Greg Goode, Travis Holdman, Gene Lysing, Ryan Mischler, Rick Niemeyer, Linda Rogers, Kyle Walker, and Greg Walker.
00:21:58.000 I apologize if I missed any of those names, but if you'd voted with us, we wouldn't be reading them.
00:22:03.000 You did pretty good, Blake.
00:22:04.000 And there's a couple of people to really point out here that are in deep, deep red.
00:22:08.000 Like we're talking 20 to 30 point Trump districts, a couple of them.
00:22:14.000 Senator Dernall, or spelled Dernolk with the C at the end.
00:22:19.000 Dan Dernall was one of those individuals.
00:22:21.000 Greg Good, who is a person that works currently for a U.S. Senator.
00:22:29.000 Senator Ryan Mischler was actually in Florida.
00:22:33.000 He spent so much time outside of the state that he actually had to, he missed a couple of the votes.
00:22:39.000 It misses a lot actually in the state of Indiana because he spends most of his time in the state of Florida instead of being there voting.
00:22:46.000 Linda Rogers actually is in our TPSA faith pastor's district that he lives in in Indiana.
00:22:57.000 So, I mean, you've got a couple of people here that this isn't one of those things too, because there's a handful of people here that are in, you could argue, swing districts or fairly Republican districts, but a vast majority of these individuals are in districts that are deeply, deeply conservative.
00:23:12.000 And it won't be difficult to challenge and get them out of office.
00:23:17.000 So we've actually posted jobs already yesterday.
00:23:21.000 The moment that they voted, Turning Point Action posted five jobs yesterday on our website, tpaction.com/slash careers.
00:23:29.000 We're hiring up people to actually help recruit and hold these guys accountable because their election is on May 5th.
00:23:37.000 The primary election for most of these individuals is on May 5th, where we're going to be hopefully getting many of these people out of office.
00:23:45.000 Tyler, I think, you know, if we're going to zoom out 30,000 feet here and look at kind of the primary causes as to why some of these squishy Republicans don't want to side with their constituents, but also the president, is some of these people have been in office for 30 years in the Indiana state legislature.
00:24:04.000 They don't have term limits there.
00:24:05.000 And so they're concerned of, well, what if I lose my seat that I've kept for 30 years?
00:24:12.000 In your opinion, would having kind of term limits in this instance maybe get some of those more squishy people to go, hey, you know, I'm out anyway.
00:24:20.000 I might as well do what the do what the people want.
00:24:24.000 Yeah, I mean, there's different reasons why people are motivated.
00:24:27.000 Sometimes it's you've got like really creepy insider type stuff where there's some kind of lobbyist or some kind of local corporation that's keeping somebody in that's funded their life like all throughout.
00:24:40.000 So they're not really beholden to the people or the president or anyone else to beholden to these very specific special interests that are super and hyper local.
00:24:50.000 And that's why you see most of these guys in most of these states kind of go against what you would because you look at this situation, right?
00:24:58.000 Joe Bobby, you go, how is the U.S. president, the president of the United States, the vice president of the United States more in tune with what the grassroots and what the people of Indiana want than their own state senator that lives around the corner from them.
00:25:10.000 And it's truly mind-numbing, but when you start to look introspectively like we're talking about here, and you start to discover, oh, well, there's one or two key lobbyists that have been funding their way of life.
00:25:21.000 You know, their state dinners, their, you know, their special events that they get to do, you know, the things that keep them warm and cuddly.
00:25:29.000 Sometimes it's land developers.
00:25:30.000 Sometimes it's, again, different interests.
00:25:33.000 You know, there's hospital lobbies, there's education lobbies.
00:25:37.000 There's all sorts of, and each of these people typically have one or two of those that make them tick.
00:25:42.000 And that's who they respond to.
00:25:44.000 One guy got up yesterday and actually talked about this.
00:25:47.000 You know, this is how mind-blowing it is.
00:25:50.000 He talked about the pharmaceutical lobby, and that's the reason why he was voting no.
00:25:54.000 Well, you know, that very company that he had brought up had been benefited most greatly by the president of the United States and the work that he had done on behalf and with bringing back a ton of business and a ton of interest for the United States, particularly in the pharmaceuticals area.
00:26:11.000 And that's just how mind-blowingly dumb some of these state senators are.
00:26:16.000 And they don't care.
00:26:17.000 They have no interest at all in getting it right.
00:26:20.000 They just want to try to run over their own people and benefit their own pockets and their own votes.
00:26:27.000 Mike, you travel a lot with Charlie.
00:26:29.000 So you were with him, I think, when he'd meet a lot of the, you know, like, well, for example, when he went to Nebraska and he had to lobby these people.
00:26:36.000 Do you have any insight on what's going on with these people?
00:26:39.000 Is it just that they're very local in how they view everything?
00:26:42.000 I just think they're very weak people in general.
00:26:44.000 I'm going to mark these the terrible 21, very shameful.
00:26:48.000 Shame on them.
00:26:50.000 Send that straight to Trump, I guess.
00:26:51.000 Terrible 21.
00:26:52.000 Terrible 21.
00:26:52.000 That's good.
00:26:53.000 Shame.
00:26:55.000 No, but in all seriousness, traveling with Charlie, you see all these people, even Nebraska, when we were trying to get that electoral vote there in Omaha, they're just weak and they think they know more about the world because the world is in need of their very small because their world is their state house with their little rivalries, their little grievances, or they're mad.
00:27:15.000 Trump didn't, you know, he bashed them on this specific thing.
00:27:18.000 Let's Trump get used to it.
00:27:20.000 Yeah.
00:27:20.000 And then, but they're very stubborn.
00:27:22.000 And because that is their world, they can refuse to think outside of the box or to think bigger than their small jurisdiction that they're in or be a team player or a coalition builder.
00:27:33.000 But Tyler, you see this all the time.
00:27:35.000 Like you see this at turning point action, there's so many state senators, there's so many congressmen, there's so many people like this that just refuse to think outside of the jurisdiction of their own mind and local community or what they care about most.
00:27:52.000 It's hard to see.
00:27:53.000 Yeah, keep in mind, too, a lot of these people are influenced, unfortunately, by the mind control schemes of the former Pence relationship.
00:28:07.000 So remember, we knew this was going to play a factor.
00:28:10.000 I mean, Mike Pence is looking at his wounds after getting kicked to the curb by MAGA and by the president, by everybody because of the way that he acted after the 2020 election.
00:28:20.000 And many of these people kind of had this mental thing where they thought that Mike Pence was going to be president someday.
00:28:28.000 And now they're kind of, you know, kind of butthurt over this whole thing of, oh, well, I'm not going to ever help the president ever again because, you know, because Mike Pence isn't going to be president someday.
00:28:39.000 To make a bad joke, they're being pence-wise and pound foolish.
00:28:42.000 I had to say it.
00:28:45.000 President Trump walked into a catch-22 when taking office.
00:28:48.000 Do nothing, and America would be staring at a ticking debt bomb, the kind of crisis that could cripple our future.
00:28:53.000 Instead, he's taken action with strong policies to slow the train and buy us some time.
00:28:58.000 But the effects of past administration spending are still working through the system and experts predict dramatic price increases and market uncertainty.
00:29:06.000 Trump is doing all he can, but no matter who's in office, protecting your retirement savings is ultimately up to you.
00:29:12.000 And that's why many Americans are turning to real assets like gold and silver.
00:29:16.000 Preserve gold is our go-to choice here at the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:29:19.000 We use them because they make it easy to own physical gold and silver even inside your retirement accounts like an IRA or 401k.
00:29:27.000 Now, here from Charlie in his own words.
00:29:29.000 Preserve gold is my go-to choice for all my precious metal needs.
00:29:32.000 They are the real deal, and I recommend them to my friends, family, and viewers.
00:29:36.000 Get their free wealth protection guide now by texting Charlie to 50-505.
00:29:41.000 President Trump is fighting for America's future.
00:29:43.000 Now it's your turn to help protect yours.
00:29:48.000 We're talking all about Indiana and the great disappointment.
00:29:52.000 I was wondering where you're going to go with that.
00:29:54.000 You said the great disappointment.
00:29:56.000 That makes sense.
00:29:56.000 Yeah, I disappointed you with my rhetoric, just like they disappointed us with their votes.
00:30:01.000 We have a good email.
00:30:02.000 We have an email from Jason in Indiana.
00:30:04.000 He says, I am in a big union here, the local 150.
00:30:08.000 He says the leadership of my union was against, but I was not.
00:30:11.000 I contacted, I believe it means Governor Braun in favor.
00:30:15.000 He says they are rhinos who want the country club.
00:30:17.000 They want the power.
00:30:18.000 They want the money.
00:30:19.000 They don't like the MAGA movement, but this is too important.
00:30:23.000 The country is at stake.
00:30:25.000 Sad day.
00:30:26.000 Amen, Jason.
00:30:27.000 What I've really tried to say here is I think some people just didn't like that President Trump picked this fight that he actually wanted.
00:30:35.000 You know, we have this tradition.
00:30:36.000 You redistrict at every decade and you don't mess with it in the middle and you don't maximize it.
00:30:42.000 You tend to leave a few seats for each party.
00:30:45.000 And Trump, his nature is he's going to go for the maximum advantage.
00:30:49.000 And some people didn't like that.
00:30:51.000 And okay, you didn't like that.
00:30:52.000 Too bad that fight happened.
00:30:55.000 California's already redid their map.
00:30:57.000 Maryland redid their map.
00:30:58.000 You have to play ball now or you're deserting the cause.
00:31:01.000 Well, and yeah, if you want the policy that you want passed, you have to win seats.
00:31:06.000 And if other states are taking away those seats, what other option is there to make sure that you get those seats back?
00:31:13.000 Exactly.
00:31:14.000 And we have a Razorth and House majority.
00:31:15.000 If you don't have the House after the midterms, you still have a lot of things your administration can do, but you're weaker.
00:31:21.000 You can't pass an immigration reform.
00:31:23.000 You can't pass ICE expansion.
00:31:25.000 You can't control what's getting investigated by the House.
00:31:28.000 You could get impeachment one, impeachment two, impeachment 10.
00:31:31.000 That's what's at stake here for a candidate they voted for overwhelmingly.
00:31:36.000 We need to hold accountable these Republicans.
00:31:39.000 And I know it stinks.
00:31:39.000 It's sort of annoying that we are spending money fighting against other Republicans, but there's just this element where you said playball or we're going to primary you.
00:31:50.000 You do have to primary them now or your threats don't hold water.
00:31:53.000 Yeah.
00:31:53.000 And this is the problem, right, that exists is that these guys were so selfish that what was said to them was very clear, which is like, hey, we're going to be successful at primarying you if you do not help us in this battle against Gavin Newsom.
00:32:09.000 If, I mean, Gavin Newsom is on the pathway right now to being the nominee for 2028.
00:32:14.000 And if Indiana state senators won't step up to challenge the guy who we're going to all be running against in 2028, I mean, they just have no place within this party.
00:32:26.000 And that's not speaking from Trump.
00:32:27.000 That's not speaking from JD Vance.
00:32:29.000 That's not speaking from Turning Point.
00:32:30.000 That's speaking from the grassroots that the vast majority of people agree with that sentiment that are within the Republican Party.
00:32:37.000 So our job now has to be to expend resources to follow through with what the majority, the vast majority of people want is to get rid of these people.
00:32:46.000 Now, what that means is that resources that otherwise would have been spent to help defend or take ground in Congress and other states now has to be expended in deep red Indiana to hold our own people accountable.
00:33:01.000 So we're having to fight not only the Democrats in other states and swing states, which we're doing in Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire, and other places.
00:33:08.000 We now have to fight our own deep state establishment in Indiana.
00:33:14.000 So you're having to fight a two-front battle at this point.
00:33:17.000 And unfortunately, that is the way that it is.
00:33:20.000 But if they just worked together with people, if they would have just voted yes yesterday, all those resources could have gone into helping the rest of the country, helping lay the foundation to win in 2028.
00:33:32.000 Ryan asks if they could revote on this in Indiana.
00:33:36.000 I believe technically they could anytime.
00:33:38.000 The governor could call the legislature back together and they could do it.
00:33:41.000 I doubt they will unless they feel strongly that they have the votes to flip it.
00:33:45.000 So the main way you revote on this is you get better senators and they've greatly disappointed us this time, but you could potentially get a better roster for 28 for 2030 and beyond.
00:33:59.000 Yeah, primary elections are May 5th in Indiana.
00:34:01.000 And so there's only a handful of months left at this point with individuals who will be stepping into the pocket to run against these individuals.
00:34:10.000 And then for the general public to become educated enough to vote them out.
00:34:15.000 Obviously, it's not, you're never 100%.
00:34:18.000 It's probably going to be a combination effort between now and 2026 and then 2028 as well.
00:34:24.000 But yeah, I mean, the likelihood with this current legislature in Indiana of getting anything done that's going to help the president is basically they're telling you it's a zero.
00:34:33.000 They're not interested in helping the president.
00:34:35.000 Kathy, a lifetime Indiana Republican, says, I am furious our senators didn't get this through.
00:34:40.000 She says the problem is no one will run against them.
00:34:43.000 I jokingly said I should run as a retired teacher, greatly disappointed.
00:34:46.000 One, if you feel tempted to run, Kathy, don't let that just die.
00:34:51.000 You're a retired teacher, maybe you do have, you might have potential as a candidate.
00:34:56.000 But Tyler, she says no one's going to run against them.
00:34:59.000 I doubt that's not true.
00:35:02.000 Yeah, there's, we already have pretty much a full slate of people who are good people who want to run against these individuals, many of whom serve on the House side currently.
00:35:12.000 So remember, there's a house and there's a senate.
00:35:14.000 There's some good candidates that already exist on the house side who are willing to step up and run against these senators.
00:35:23.000 And again, we've been in these situations before here in Arizona.
00:35:27.000 We ran after Arizona state senators voted for Obamacare and Medicaid expansion way back in the day.
00:35:35.000 We went to work against millions of dollars to remove those people from office and all of them were removed from office almost immediately.
00:35:42.000 So I do have a belief that a core amount of people in Indiana will do the right thing and get together and vote on their normal primary day to get rid of these people.
00:35:54.000 It just, again, it just sucks that you have to spend time and money and resources as outside organizations, as the president's team, instead of focusing on the places that we need to win in order to keep Congress.
00:36:05.000 Teller, I would probably say, and pardon me for being the ever optimist.
00:36:10.000 Obviously, this is not good.
00:36:11.000 But if I were to find a silver lining here, the more that TP Action is successful at primarying a bunch of these squishy Republicans, I feel like the more the message is received elsewhere.
00:36:23.000 This is not going to be the only time stuff like this happens around the country.
00:36:27.000 But seeing how successful Turning Point Action has been, that's going to reverberate for election cycles to come.
00:36:34.000 And I would hope that sooner or later the squishy Republicans get the message, oh, this is actually going to be a bigger problem for me if we don't do what the people want.
