00:01:03.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:21.000So, Dr. Fleming, do you believe that COVID-19 came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology?
00:02:30.000So, I have no doubt that the viruses, SARS-CoV-2, which lead to the disease COVID-19, were paid for by U.S. taxpayers through a variety of agencies and between places in the United States, like the University of North Carolina and the Wuhan Institute of Virology, that these viruses were put together because the data shows there's probably three of them that we just called SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19.
00:02:58.000And everybody said, oh, it's one virus.
00:03:00.000But it looks like there's three of them.
00:03:02.000We have the data in the book showing where the monies came from, who published what research, what patents were connected with it, the two critical patents, and it just lays it out in chronological sequence so that you can decide for yourself.
00:03:16.000You can read the data, and Americans are not stupid people.
00:03:21.000Unlike, I think, the perspective of the vast majority of politicians and bureaucrats, Americans have the ability to read through material and make sense out of it if that information is just shared with them.
00:03:35.000So, why is the Department of Energy the one that is doing this report?
00:03:41.000I think of nuclear power plants when I think of the Department of Energy.
00:03:45.000Right, you know, and as a physicist, so do I.
00:03:47.000But the reality is, it's one of the agencies that didn't give money to this gain of function research.
00:03:52.000I mean, the DOD did, Health and Human Services did, the National Science Foundation did, USAID, Department of Homeland Security, DOC, the Department of Commerce, Agriculture, and the Interior.
00:04:04.000One agency that didn't give, apparently, that I've been able to find, who didn't provide a penny to this is the Energy Department.
00:04:13.000And maybe they're the only ones who have the ability or integrity to look at the data and say, you know, it seems like Houston, we have a problem.
00:04:24.000Why is it that this is so difficult to get a conclusive answer?
00:04:29.000I mean, in your expertise, let's just put it this way: is there any chance that COVID came from a bat in the Himalayas?
00:04:36.000That's my first response, which should be telling to you.
00:04:39.000I mean, we have a greater chance right now of both you and I being simultaneously hit by two different meteorites than this having been naturally occurring.
00:05:07.000Why is this so difficult to just say, okay, this was man-made?
00:05:13.000Instead, it's all these half-answers, cover-ups, and very cryptic middle language.
00:05:19.000Yeah, because once you admit that the United States was intimately involved in the development of these biological viral weapons, you have to address the fact that the United States government has committed crimes against America and crimes against humanity.
00:05:35.000And we like to think of Nazi Germany as being the types of people who do that and not Americans.
00:05:40.000But the reality is, the development of these biological viral weapons that we lay out very clearly in the book that show way back 1999 and before, but you can watch Xi Zhang Li take the glycoprotein 120 from HIV, attach it to the spike protein of these viruses.
00:06:00.000You can read the research papers where they took viruses that could not infect human beings and made them infect human beings.
00:06:09.000You can read not only the biological weapons convention treaty, but you can read federal law, 18 USC, section 175, which specifically states that even if they had found viruses in caves, if they brought them out of the cave to a laboratory and manipulated them in any way, we are in violation of the biological weapons convention treaty and in federal law.
00:06:37.000So once you admit that, now you're going to have to do something about it.
00:06:42.000And they would really like to keep diverting people's attention, give you something to think about.
00:06:48.000Okay, they talked about it, but now we're going to go on to the next problem.
00:06:52.000And nobody's going to get punished for these criminal actions.
00:06:56.000And the reality is, the United States, if we want to continue to be the United States of America, you know, the country that's this golden city on the hill that represents what humans are supposed to be, the freedoms that people are supposed to have, the integrity that people are supposed to have.
00:07:13.000Once you admit that we violated that, now we have to address it.
00:07:18.000And it would be a lot better if the United States addresses the mess that we were responsible for making than waiting for the rest of the world to come in because World War II, it wasn't the Germans that took apart what Hitler and all the people did in concentration camps.
00:07:58.000You go on there, you fill it out, you put your name and address in.
00:08:02.000And if you don't want that to show up, there's a box you can click.
00:08:04.000It'll take your name and address off, but it at least will generate a letter to your governor and your attorney general, and then a six-page document that's an indictment letter that provides everything the state attorney generals and DAs need to prosecute these people because it's got the book,
00:08:21.000it's got an affidavit that I put on there, it's got a deposition that I did under oath to a Texas court reporter here in Dallas, Texas, a little bit more than a year ago that lays out the detail of what happened.
00:08:37.000It's done all the work for the attorney generals, and it's doing the work that needs to be done to hold these people accountable.
00:08:44.000Because right now, everybody is getting this warm fuzzy feeling that this is all going away.
00:08:49.000And doesn't it look nice that Randall Paul and the other people in Congress working on this, but they're not doing anything, they're not making anything go away.
00:08:57.000In fact, all this has done is open Pandora's box because three and a half years ago, if you'd have asked when Americans roll up their sleeves for untested vaccines, which are nothing more than duplicate copies of the biological viral weapons that were made, three and a half years ago, Americans wouldn't have done that.
00:09:17.000But since October, there's five new vaccines: one for cancer, one for amyloidosis of the heart, which is one of the causes, one of the problems that these viruses and vaccines cause.
00:09:31.000Another one for cystic fibrosis, influenza, respiratory syncytio virus.
00:09:36.000There's a good 15 or so on the launch platform.
00:09:40.000And if WHO gets its way, there's going to be hundreds coming down the pike.
00:09:47.000Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:09:51.000I have never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
00:09:55.000I take it right before every single show.
00:10:44.000It can help with mental acuity, with memory.
00:10:46.000And Strong Cell also puts CoQ10 and wild-caught marine collagen.
00:10:52.000Again, I take it every day, and the difference I feel is undeniable.
00:10:56.000By taking just one small bottle of Strong Cell liquid every day, you can experience an energy boost within the first week and even more benefits within the first 15 days.
00:11:05.000After 30 days, you'll feel like a new person.
00:12:31.000If you do not know about Operation Mockingbird, it was uncovered by the Church and Pike Committee back in the 70s, which was a CIA operation to get all the different media in harmony, singing in harmony.
00:12:45.000And this is not some sort of theory that is unfounded.
00:12:48.000Listen to yourself about how the media covered this.
00:13:43.000Well, I think eventually the media is going to have to uncover it, because with 10letters.org, once we get criminal indictments filed by the state attorney generals, that's going to change the entire environment in the United States and on the planet,
00:13:57.000where the media is going to have to pay attention to the fact that Fauci and Gates and Cullens and these other people will be charged with actual criminal crimes for making biological viral weapons that there's no excuse.
00:14:58.000And Fort Dietrich actually tried to recruit me as the physicist to work on infectious viruses in 2021, viruses funded by NIAID.
00:15:08.000Okay, so as a follow-up then, is Gain of Function still right now, as of today, actively being facilitated and sponsored by the United States government?
00:15:21.000It's being done at the University of North Carolina, University of Wisconsin, University of Iowa, University of Nebraska, University of Texas and Galveston, a variety of universities in this country, and it should be illegal until we can get a handle on it and make sure that it's being used for good purposes and not this type of reason.
00:15:39.000I mean, I just, politics is how we are supposed to sort this out.
00:15:43.000Where are the Republicans saying, hey, maybe we should stop all domestic gain of function research?
00:15:48.000What you're telling me, Doctor, is that we are at the precipice of another lab leak just any day now that could be a bioweapon that would make COVID-19 look like child's play.
00:15:57.000Play cut 30 of John Kirby doing the spin of the regime, play cut 30.
00:16:03.000Does the president believe, though, that the reward outweighs the risk when it comes to gain of function research?
00:16:11.000He believes that it's important to help prevent future pandemics.
00:16:20.000And this is why he wants the whole of government effort here to understand it, that that research has to be done.
00:16:32.000First off, the President of the United States isn't qualified to make a statement like that.
00:16:36.000He's neither a scientist nor a physician.
00:16:38.000So he's not qualified to make that type of comment.
00:16:41.000As far as dual-use research is concerned, they can make great arguments for trying to stay ahead of it.
00:16:48.000But when you change something genetically, you alter it so that something that doesn't exist now exists and it gets out and it kills over 1.1 million Americans, more than we've lost military soldiers since 1776, when the vaccines maim one and a half million Americans, more injured Americans than we've had suffered military losses since 1776, when more than 32,500 plus counting have died from vaccine injuries,
00:17:18.000more deaths than we've lost in every war we've been involved with, except the five major, most major wars we've been involved with.
00:17:26.000And we lose more people every week to COVID than we lost at Pearl Harbor or Twin Towers.
00:17:31.000Explain to me and the rest of the American people and the people who've been harmed and injured how this is a benefit to society.
00:17:49.000Get ready for a riveting new documentary called, quote, Come Out in Jesus' Name in theaters nationwide starting March 13th.
00:17:58.000It follows number one best-selling author and pastor Greg Locke's epic journey from a small church in Tennessee to a global deliverance ministry.
00:18:07.000Following a startling chain of events, Pastor Locke took a 180-degree turn from his mainstream religious traditions and led his church to the brink of revival.
00:18:16.000He is exposing and fighting an unseen enemy that is destroying families and churches and paralyzing Christians with fear and bondage.
00:18:59.000Okay, Darren, over the weekend, there was a viral testimony that was basically an allegation against Katie Hobbs and with it, the entire ruling class of Arizona.
00:19:14.000Now, whatever merits of these claims regarding Katie Hobbes' connection with the Mexican Sinola Drug Cartel, the reality of the cartels association is likely far worse.
00:19:24.000Cooperation between certain drug cartels and U.S. agencies have been a long open secret.
00:19:31.000So, Darren, you have this in your article.
00:19:36.000And I say it's a silver lining of this whole sort of recent viral episode that the public's attention can be drawn to what is really one of the darkest aspects of our government and its associations.
00:19:52.000I can't speak to the allegations related to Hobbes.
00:19:56.000My understanding is they're pretty explosive allegations, but I would like to see some evidence behind it.
00:20:03.000Given my own reporting on Ray Epps and things, I was particularly aggressive in debunking rumors about EPS that I knew to be false because it discredited the actual scandal behind what was going on there.
00:20:21.000And so there could be something similar here.
00:20:53.000You can see video of a lot of fascinating testimony by some of the most celebrated and courageous narco-journalists in Mexico describing in depth the nature of this relationship, even to the point where now the Chinese have made alliances with certain cartels.
00:21:14.000And so depending on which cartel one supports, that's sort of in the mix already into this kind of Cold War developing with China.
00:21:23.000The cartels are part of the proxy wars in some weird way.
00:21:28.000And, you know, I've had a conversation about this with Pesobiac, where I said, you know, the line that stuck with people was the purpose of the DEA is to go after the cartels that have fallen out of favor with the CIA.
00:21:47.000And that captures an essential truth about how things operate at the intersection between the intelligence community and the underworld.
00:21:58.000So our team spent some time researching this yesterday.
00:22:02.000And just to kind of bring everybody up to date on what exactly, you know, was discussed and alleged, let's just let the tape play for itself.
00:22:11.000Let's play cut 20, and then I'll call for 21, and then Darren explains it to our audience.
00:22:18.000The Maricopa County database for the recorder's office and for the Superior Court were designed in 2014.
00:22:24.000They were set up for outside infiltration so that falsified documents could be uploaded or legitimate documents removed.
00:22:35.000Since 2004, elections within Pima County and Maricopa County have been manipulated through the infiltration of the county databases, resulting from bribes paid to executives at election service providers, including, but not limited to, principals at run back election services.
00:22:56.000Public officials who have received bribes include multi-state office holders, state house and state senate, local office holders, county supervisors, judges in the Maricopa Supreme Court, judges of some city courts, including two presiding judges.
00:23:11.000In the Superior Court of Maricopa County and Pinnell County and Pima County, at least 25% of the active judges have accepted bribes in exchange for protecting the racketeering activities.
00:23:23.000By way of example, Mesa City Prosecutor Prosecutor's office routinely files charges and convicts innocent individuals who knowingly or unwittingly pose a threat to the racketeering enterprise.
00:23:36.000So, Darren, summarize that for us and just explain in some detail what exactly is the allegation at play here.
00:23:43.000Well, you know, I'm not sure precisely what the allegation is, frankly.
00:23:48.000It's clearly some allegation of extensive corruption throughout the Arizona political process.
00:23:55.000And, you know, frankly, it would be no shock to me to, you know, to hear if there's corruption going on.
00:24:01.000The issue here is the specific allegations of bribes and then allegations of involvement with Sinaloa Cartel.
00:24:11.000Again, could it be the case in theory?
00:24:16.000No, but I think it's especially important for us, especially when we kind of, you know, when the allegations are confirming some of our prior ideas about how these people operate, it's really important to have some kind of receipts, some kind of evidence, some kind of substantiation.
00:24:41.000Otherwise, it risks having people, well-meaning people, go along with it.
00:24:46.000And then if it should be disproven or no evidence ends up emerging, then it discredits all of the legitimate and substantiated criticisms about these people and their conduct.
00:25:03.000So Darren, I want to just switch topics here for a second.
00:25:06.000And we had you on previously to talk about how the Biden regime and the UNI party have used 9-11 era laws and, let's say, precedent from the Patriot Act to now go after conservatives and MAGA Republicans.
00:25:24.000I don't think this topic can be talked about enough.
00:25:28.000And you've especially talked about this in regards to January 6th.
00:25:31.000Can you just build that out a little bit more?
00:25:33.000Because we're seeing growing and growing evidence that there's a supply and demand issue when it comes to quote-unquote terrorism.
00:25:42.000When we think of terrorism, when conservatives in this audience think of terrorism, you probably conjure up an image of somebody that might be a radical Islamic terrorist or somebody that might be a foreign adversary that might want to bomb a building or hijack a plane.
00:25:57.000But if you ask a rank and file FBI agent and they were to conjure up an image of a terrorist, it would be a white Midwestern Christian with a MAGA hat on.
00:26:08.000Well, it's significant because it speaks to this broad and really dangerous trend in our politics and society, which is the weaponization of the national security apparatus for political purposes.
00:26:24.000And that's something that we've seen accelerate really dramatically since the really since the elevation of the Trump presidency.
00:26:37.000But it's intensified pretty strongly in the past couple years.
00:26:44.000And it's what you see, for instance, in January 6th, the whole idea of domestic terrorists and so forth.
00:26:52.000That's casting over half the country that the regime objects to for political reasons as effectively as national security threats.
00:27:03.000And once you've cast a group of people as national security threats, you've implicitly, if not overtly and explicitly, justified and even demanded the weaponization of the national security state against those people.
00:27:19.000And so it's this dangerous trend of injecting the vocabulary and the posture of national security into what should be, you know, a regular course of domestic political disputes.
00:27:33.000You even see it with this latest disinformation craze.
00:27:37.000Like the term disinformation itself is a term of art.
00:27:48.000It comes from the intelligence community.
00:27:50.000It comes from the corridors of psychological warfare.
00:27:55.000And again, it used to be, you know, there are all other kind of smear words to shut people up that you don't agree with politically.
00:28:02.000But what's special about disinformation is it says not only is this person reprehensible, not only should this person lose their job for, you know, having some naughty political opinion.
00:28:12.000This person is a national security threat, engaged in disinformation in a way that some foreign adversary might deploy psychological warfare techniques against us.
00:28:23.000So again, it really elevates the stakes of things and really brings conversations that should be within the ordinary sort of deliberative political process.
00:28:37.000It takes them off the table as things to talk about because they become existential national security threats.
00:28:43.000And the only answer is to shut them down and shut them up or just neutralize them even, put them in jail or worse, because of their political opinion.
00:28:57.000It is a thought-terminating cliche, calling somebody a racist, somebody calling a bigot.
00:29:03.000You hate you're transphobic or you spread disinformation.
00:29:07.000In fact, tomorrow, I'm going to University of California Santa Barbara, and it's just so interesting to see the exact language the intel agencies used, the college campus activists put on all of their rallying cries to come after me.
00:30:18.000Lori Lightfoot, who might be one of the worst public officials in Illinois history.
00:30:24.000And let me just say that is a remarkable achievement because we've had some beauties over the last couple of decades.
00:30:31.000As I say commonly in Chicago, one term in office, one term in jail, we have our own version of term limits.
00:30:38.000And Lori Lightfoot has not just discontinued the destruction of Chicago.
00:30:44.000She has done it while being belligerent, hyper-aggressive, never adjusting or having any sort of open-mindedness to solutions, almost as if she is cheerleading the downfall of the great city.
00:31:27.000Nearly 210,000 people have requested those ballots, which can be postmarked as late as today, February 28th.
00:31:34.000It could take two, three, or four days to really get a sense of how many mail and ballots they've got and when they know they'll be counted.
00:32:03.000I think in this one day, when we are looking at the two-year anniversary of my inauguration, as a woman of color, as a lesbian, it's important to me that diversity is put front and center.
00:32:18.000Mayor Lori Lightfoot defending her most unusual decision to only invite black and brown journalists to her office for one-on-one interviews.
00:32:27.000Only black journalists are allowed to interview her.
00:32:42.000We have been in Little Village working with those street vendors, understanding what the nature of the crime is, making sure that we're doing things in concert with them to help them make sure that their money is secure, not use money if at all possible, using other forms of transactions to take care of themselves.
00:33:50.000It's probably just going to be another corrupt machine politician.
00:33:52.000I yearn for a corrupt machine politician, by the way.
00:33:55.000I want a corrupt machine politician over an ideological nimwit like Lori Lightfoot.
00:34:02.000I would love to have somebody be paid off by the developers and always covering something up as long as the streets are clean, the schools are working, and I could walk Michigan Avenue again without having the threat of being mugged.
00:34:13.000Lori Lightfoot, I sure hope that on this program, we are able to offer a political eulogy to you.
00:34:23.000But today, I pray that your political future comes to an end for the good of America and the good of one of the greatest cities in America.
