00:00:00.000 Hey, everybody.
00:00:00.000 Today at the Charlie Kirk Show, Dr. Fleming, great American, asked the question: Is COVID-19 a bioweapon?
00:00:08.000 And then Darren Beattie joins us to help address the allegations around Katie Hobbs and Lori Lightfoot.
00:00:17.000 Is her political career over?
00:00:19.000 I sure hope so.

00:01:15.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:24.000 Last couple of days, a very strange report came from the Department of Energy.
00:01:30.000 That's weird.
00:01:31.000 Why is the Department of Energy issuing reports about the origins of COVID?
00:01:35.000 Well, the Department of Energy finds that COVID Wuhan leak theory is plausible, but with quote, low confidence.
00:01:45.000 That's a very deceiving headline.
00:01:47.000 If you actually read the report, they said that it probably came from a laboratory.
00:01:51.000 Why this is so that they're covering this up, and there's a reason they're covering it up.
00:01:57.000 To help explain, is Dr. Richard Fleming.
00:02:00.000 He's a physicist, a nuclear cardiologist, and an attorney with 53 years of research experience.
00:02:06.000 He has spent decades investigating what causes multiple health problems, including heart disease, cancer, SARS-CoV-2, and COVID-19.
00:02:15.000 And he is with us right now.
00:02:17.000 Dr. Fleming, welcome to the program.
00:02:19.000 My pleasure to be here.
00:02:20.000 Thank you for the invitation.
00:02:21.000 So, Dr. Fleming, do you believe that COVID-19 came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology?
00:02:30.000 So, I have no doubt that the viruses, SARS-CoV-2, which lead to the disease COVID-19, were paid for by U.S. taxpayers through a variety of agencies and between places in the United States, like the University of North Carolina and the Wuhan Institute of Virology, that these viruses were put together because the data shows there's probably three of them that we just called SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19.
00:02:58.000 And everybody said, oh, it's one virus.
00:03:00.000 But it looks like there's three of them.
00:03:02.000 We have the data in the book showing where the monies came from, who published what research, what patents were connected with it, the two critical patents, and it just lays it out in chronological sequence so that you can decide for yourself.
00:03:16.000 You can read the data, and Americans are not stupid people.
00:03:21.000 Unlike, I think, the perspective of the vast majority of politicians and bureaucrats, Americans have the ability to read through material and make sense out of it if that information is just shared with them.
00:03:35.000 So, why is the Department of Energy the one that is doing this report?
00:03:40.000 That doesn't make any sense to me.
00:03:41.000 I think of nuclear power plants when I think of the Department of Energy.
00:03:45.000 Right, you know, and as a physicist, so do I.
00:03:47.000 But the reality is, it's one of the agencies that didn't give money to this gain of function research.
00:03:52.000 I mean, the DOD did, Health and Human Services did, the National Science Foundation did, USAID, Department of Homeland Security, DOC, the Department of Commerce, Agriculture, and the Interior.
00:04:04.000 One agency that didn't give, apparently, that I've been able to find, who didn't provide a penny to this is the Energy Department.
00:04:13.000 And maybe they're the only ones who have the ability or integrity to look at the data and say, you know, it seems like Houston, we have a problem.
00:04:24.000 Why is it that this is so difficult to get a conclusive answer?
00:04:29.000 I mean, in your expertise, let's just put it this way: is there any chance that COVID came from a bat in the Himalayas?
00:04:36.000 That's my first response, which should be telling to you.
00:04:39.000 I mean, we have a greater chance right now of both you and I being simultaneously hit by two different meteorites than this having been naturally occurring.
00:04:50.000 Okay, that's very clear.
00:04:52.000 And so, therefore, why is it taking the government years?
00:04:57.000 And they're using this strange language, Doctor.
00:04:59.000 I mean, they came out.
00:05:00.000 This is so government.
00:05:01.000 It drives me nuts.
00:05:02.000 They say that it's plausible, but with low confidence.
00:05:05.000 Nobody talks this way, okay?
00:05:07.000 Why is this so difficult to just say, okay, this was man-made?
00:05:13.000 Instead, it's all these half-answers, cover-ups, and very cryptic middle language.
00:05:19.000 Yeah, because once you admit that the United States was intimately involved in the development of these biological viral weapons, you have to address the fact that the United States government has committed crimes against America and crimes against humanity.
00:05:35.000 And we like to think of Nazi Germany as being the types of people who do that and not Americans.
00:05:40.000 But the reality is, the development of these biological viral weapons that we lay out very clearly in the book that show way back 1999 and before, but you can watch Xi Zhang Li take the glycoprotein 120 from HIV, attach it to the spike protein of these viruses.
00:06:00.000 You can read the research papers where they took viruses that could not infect human beings and made them infect human beings.
00:06:09.000 You can read not only the biological weapons convention treaty, but you can read federal law, 18 USC, section 175, which specifically states that even if they had found viruses in caves, if they brought them out of the cave to a laboratory and manipulated them in any way, we are in violation of the biological weapons convention treaty and in federal law.
00:06:37.000 So once you admit that, now you're going to have to do something about it.
00:06:42.000 And they would really like to keep diverting people's attention, give you something to think about.
00:06:48.000 Okay, they talked about it, but now we're going to go on to the next problem.
00:06:52.000 And nobody's going to get punished for these criminal actions.
00:06:56.000 And the reality is, the United States, if we want to continue to be the United States of America, you know, the country that's this golden city on the hill that represents what humans are supposed to be, the freedoms that people are supposed to have, the integrity that people are supposed to have.
00:07:13.000 Once you admit that we violated that, now we have to address it.
00:07:18.000 And it would be a lot better if the United States addresses the mess that we were responsible for making than waiting for the rest of the world to come in because World War II, it wasn't the Germans that took apart what Hitler and all the people did in concentration camps.
00:07:37.000 It was the rest of the world.
00:07:38.000 If we're going to be the shiny city on the hill, it's incumbent on us to act on it.
00:07:43.000 And that's why we put together 10letters.org, the website, the number 10, followed by the word letters, L-A-T-T-E-R-S.org.
00:07:50.000 So, every American can demand that our government do what it's supposed to do.
00:07:57.000 It's simple to use.
00:07:58.000 You go on there, you fill it out, you put your name and address in.
00:08:02.000 And if you don't want that to show up, there's a box you can click.
00:08:04.000 It'll take your name and address off, but it at least will generate a letter to your governor and your attorney general, and then a six-page document that's an indictment letter that provides everything the state attorney generals and DAs need to prosecute these people because it's got the book,
00:08:21.000 it's got an affidavit that I put on there, it's got a deposition that I did under oath to a Texas court reporter here in Dallas, Texas, a little bit more than a year ago that lays out the detail of what happened.
00:08:37.000 It's done all the work for the attorney generals, and it's doing the work that needs to be done to hold these people accountable.
00:08:44.000 Because right now, everybody is getting this warm fuzzy feeling that this is all going away.
00:08:49.000 And doesn't it look nice that Randall Paul and the other people in Congress working on this, but they're not doing anything, they're not making anything go away.
00:08:57.000 In fact, all this has done is open Pandora's box because three and a half years ago, if you'd have asked when Americans roll up their sleeves for untested vaccines, which are nothing more than duplicate copies of the biological viral weapons that were made, three and a half years ago, Americans wouldn't have done that.
00:09:17.000 But since October, there's five new vaccines: one for cancer, one for amyloidosis of the heart, which is one of the causes, one of the problems that these viruses and vaccines cause.
00:09:31.000 Another one for cystic fibrosis, influenza, respiratory syncytio virus.
00:09:36.000 There's a good 15 or so on the launch platform.
00:09:40.000 And if WHO gets its way, there's going to be hundreds coming down the pike.
00:09:47.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:09:51.000 I have never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
00:09:55.000 I take it right before every single show.
00:09:56.000 It's so easy.
00:09:57.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.
00:10:01.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.
00:10:06.000 It's so simple.
00:10:07.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.
00:10:13.000 I've kind of become a student of NAD.
00:10:15.000 I'm going to tell you more about that in a second.
00:10:17.000 Look, Strong Cell is a formula that helps boost your body's natural energy and restoration at the cellular level.
00:10:24.000 NAD is a crucial coenzyme that is critical for creating energy in your cells.
00:10:30.000 Now, you might say, Charlie, this sounds too good to be true.
00:10:33.000 NAD, go look it up online.
00:10:34.000 Go do five minutes of research on NAD.
00:10:37.000 It is a miracle coenzyme.
00:10:39.000 Some people call it the anti-aging enzyme.
00:10:42.000 It can help with depression.
00:10:43.000 It can help with anxiety.
00:10:44.000 It can help with mental acuity, with memory.
00:10:46.000 And Strong Cell also puts CoQ10 and wild-caught marine collagen.
00:10:52.000 Again, I take it every day, and the difference I feel is undeniable.
00:10:56.000 By taking just one small bottle of Strong Cell liquid every day, you can experience an energy boost within the first week and even more benefits within the first 15 days.
00:11:05.000 After 30 days, you'll feel like a new person.
00:11:08.000 But just don't take my word for it.

00:12:23.000 I want to play cut 36.
00:12:25.000 Listen carefully.
00:12:26.000 This was back in 2020.
00:12:28.000 Listen to Operation Mockingbird.
00:12:31.000 If you do not know about Operation Mockingbird, it was uncovered by the Church and Pike Committee back in the 70s, which was a CIA operation to get all the different media in harmony, singing in harmony.
00:12:45.000 And this is not some sort of theory that is unfounded.
00:12:48.000 Listen to yourself about how the media covered this.
00:12:51.000 Play cut 36.
00:12:53.000 Tom Cotton a couple of days ago spouting a conspiracy theory that the Chinese made this virus up.
00:13:00.000 We know that it's been debunked that this virus was man-made or modified or anything like that.
00:13:05.000 Both scientists and the U.S. intelligence community agree that this coronavirus was not man-made.
00:13:11.000 That is not a possibility.
00:13:12.000 Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh with zero proof suggesting a Chinese bioweapon lab is to blame.
00:13:18.000 And yet this week, Donald Trump is still pushing the debunked bunkum.
00:13:22.000 The virus was not, not, not man-made.
00:13:25.000 And these are awful people.
00:13:27.000 I'm going to be honest.
00:13:28.000 They're just not good people.
00:13:31.000 Dr. Fleming, is the media going to ever backtrack on this?
00:13:34.000 Because thanks to your efforts, you're uncovering this.
00:13:38.000 You're keeping the pressure on.
00:13:40.000 What's the path forward here?
00:13:43.000 Well, I think eventually the media is going to have to uncover it, because with 10letters.org, once we get criminal indictments filed by the state attorney generals, that's going to change the entire environment in the United States and on the planet,
00:13:57.000 where the media is going to have to pay attention to the fact that Fauci and Gates and Cullens and these other people will be charged with actual criminal crimes for making biological viral weapons that there's no excuse.
00:14:13.000 for.
00:14:13.000 There's no pretend that there should be a reason for this.
00:14:17.000 They intentionally altered coronaviruses to make them infect people and to cause harm in people.
00:14:25.000 There's no way that they're going to get around this.
00:14:28.000 We're going to keep pushing until we actually get these criminal indictments on these individuals.
00:14:34.000 Sorry to interject, Doctor.
00:14:35.000 Isn't it true that Obama banned gain of function in 2014?
00:14:39.000 And therefore, how are they able to continue to do this?
00:14:41.000 They just do it in another country.
00:14:44.000 So, no, gain of function was banned for three years from 2014 to 2017.
00:14:49.000 And it wasn't because of Obama.
00:14:51.000 It was because of scientists who insisted that there was a problem and put pressure on him.
00:14:55.000 But in 2017, this was opened back up.
00:14:58.000 And Fort Dietrich actually tried to recruit me as the physicist to work on infectious viruses in 2021, viruses funded by NIAID.
00:15:08.000 Okay, so as a follow-up then, is Gain of Function still right now, as of today, actively being facilitated and sponsored by the United States government?
00:15:19.000 It most definitely is.
00:15:21.000 It's being done at the University of North Carolina, University of Wisconsin, University of Iowa, University of Nebraska, University of Texas and Galveston, a variety of universities in this country, and it should be illegal until we can get a handle on it and make sure that it's being used for good purposes and not this type of reason.
00:15:39.000 I mean, I just, politics is how we are supposed to sort this out.
00:15:43.000 Where are the Republicans saying, hey, maybe we should stop all domestic gain of function research?
00:15:48.000 What you're telling me, Doctor, is that we are at the precipice of another lab leak just any day now that could be a bioweapon that would make COVID-19 look like child's play.
00:15:57.000 Play cut 30 of John Kirby doing the spin of the regime, play cut 30.
00:16:03.000 Does the president believe, though, that the reward outweighs the risk when it comes to gain of function research?
00:16:11.000 He believes that it's important to help prevent future pandemics.
00:16:20.000 And this is why he wants the whole of government effort here to understand it, that that research has to be done.
00:16:27.000 It must be done.
00:16:28.000 That research needs to be done.
00:16:30.000 Well, I have two responses to that.
00:16:32.000 First off, the President of the United States isn't qualified to make a statement like that.
00:16:36.000 He's neither a scientist nor a physician.
00:16:38.000 So he's not qualified to make that type of comment.
00:16:41.000 As far as dual-use research is concerned, they can make great arguments for trying to stay ahead of it.
00:16:48.000 But when you change something genetically, you alter it so that something that doesn't exist now exists and it gets out and it kills over 1.1 million Americans, more than we've lost military soldiers since 1776, when the vaccines maim one and a half million Americans, more injured Americans than we've had suffered military losses since 1776, when more than 32,500 plus counting have died from vaccine injuries,
00:17:18.000 more deaths than we've lost in every war we've been involved with, except the five major, most major wars we've been involved with.
00:17:26.000 And we lose more people every week to COVID than we lost at Pearl Harbor or Twin Towers.
00:17:31.000 Explain to me and the rest of the American people and the people who've been harmed and injured how this is a benefit to society.
00:17:40.000 That was beautiful.
00:17:40.000 Dr. Fleming, thank you so much.
00:17:42.000 You're welcome back anytime.
00:17:43.000 Thank you.
00:17:44.000 My pleasure.
00:17:45.000 Thank you.

00:18:43.000 That is comeoutinjesname.com.
00:18:46.000 Check it out, comeoutinjesusname.com.
00:18:51.000 Okay, this is a very important topic.
00:18:53.000 I'm going to do my best to navigate it with the great Darren Beatty.
00:18:57.000 I'm here.
00:18:58.000 Great.
00:18:58.000 Darren is with us.
00:18:59.000 Okay, Darren, over the weekend, there was a viral testimony that was basically an allegation against Katie Hobbs and with it, the entire ruling class of Arizona.
00:19:14.000 Now, whatever merits of these claims regarding Katie Hobbes' connection with the Mexican Sinola Drug Cartel, the reality of the cartels association is likely far worse.
00:19:24.000 Cooperation between certain drug cartels and U.S. agencies have been a long open secret.
00:19:31.000 So, Darren, you have this in your article.
00:19:32.000 Walk us through it.
00:19:35.000 Absolutely.
00:19:36.000 And I say it's a silver lining of this whole sort of recent viral episode that the public's attention can be drawn to what is really one of the darkest aspects of our government and its associations.
00:19:52.000 I can't speak to the allegations related to Hobbes.
00:19:56.000 My understanding is they're pretty explosive allegations, but I would like to see some evidence behind it.
00:20:03.000 Given my own reporting on Ray Epps and things, I was particularly aggressive in debunking rumors about EPS that I knew to be false because it discredited the actual scandal behind what was going on there.
00:20:21.000 And so there could be something similar here.
00:20:24.000 I don't know.
00:20:25.000 I haven't seen evidence, so we'll wait and see.
00:20:27.000 But as with many things, the truth is actually far darker than the rumors, the recent rumors.
00:20:35.000 And the truth is, there's been a long-standing association between the U.S. government and various cartels, including this Sinaloa cartel.
00:20:47.000 And if people go to revolver.news and look at the piece, it's up there.
00:20:51.000 It's right in the top five.
00:20:53.000 You can see video of a lot of fascinating testimony by some of the most celebrated and courageous narco-journalists in Mexico describing in depth the nature of this relationship, even to the point where now the Chinese have made alliances with certain cartels.
00:21:14.000 And so depending on which cartel one supports, that's sort of in the mix already into this kind of Cold War developing with China.
00:21:23.000 The cartels are part of the proxy wars in some weird way.
00:21:28.000 And, you know, I've had a conversation about this with Pesobiac, where I said, you know, the line that stuck with people was the purpose of the DEA is to go after the cartels that have fallen out of favor with the CIA.
00:21:47.000 And that captures an essential truth about how things operate at the intersection between the intelligence community and the underworld.
00:21:58.000 So our team spent some time researching this yesterday.
00:22:02.000 And just to kind of bring everybody up to date on what exactly, you know, was discussed and alleged, let's just let the tape play for itself.
00:22:11.000 Let's play cut 20, and then I'll call for 21, and then Darren explains it to our audience.
00:22:16.000 Let's play cut 20.
00:22:18.000 The Maricopa County database for the recorder's office and for the Superior Court were designed in 2014.
00:22:24.000 They were set up for outside infiltration so that falsified documents could be uploaded or legitimate documents removed.
00:22:35.000 Since 2004, elections within Pima County and Maricopa County have been manipulated through the infiltration of the county databases, resulting from bribes paid to executives at election service providers, including, but not limited to, principals at run back election services.
00:22:53.000 And now cut 21, please.
00:22:56.000 Public officials who have received bribes include multi-state office holders, state house and state senate, local office holders, county supervisors, judges in the Maricopa Supreme Court, judges of some city courts, including two presiding judges.
00:23:11.000 In the Superior Court of Maricopa County and Pinnell County and Pima County, at least 25% of the active judges have accepted bribes in exchange for protecting the racketeering activities.
00:23:23.000 By way of example, Mesa City Prosecutor Prosecutor's office routinely files charges and convicts innocent individuals who knowingly or unwittingly pose a threat to the racketeering enterprise.
00:23:36.000 So, Darren, summarize that for us and just explain in some detail what exactly is the allegation at play here.
00:23:43.000 Well, you know, I'm not sure precisely what the allegation is, frankly.
00:23:48.000 It's clearly some allegation of extensive corruption throughout the Arizona political process.
00:23:55.000 And, you know, frankly, it would be no shock to me to, you know, to hear if there's corruption going on.
00:24:01.000 The issue here is the specific allegations of bribes and then allegations of involvement with Sinaloa Cartel.
00:24:11.000 Again, could it be the case in theory?
00:24:13.000 Are these people beyond reproach?
00:24:16.000 No, but I think it's especially important for us, especially when we kind of, you know, when the allegations are confirming some of our prior ideas about how these people operate, it's really important to have some kind of receipts, some kind of evidence, some kind of substantiation.
00:24:41.000 Otherwise, it risks having people, well-meaning people, go along with it.
00:24:46.000 And then if it should be disproven or no evidence ends up emerging, then it discredits all of the legitimate and substantiated criticisms about these people and their conduct.
00:25:03.000 So Darren, I want to just switch topics here for a second.
00:25:06.000 And we had you on previously to talk about how the Biden regime and the UNI party have used 9-11 era laws and, let's say, precedent from the Patriot Act to now go after conservatives and MAGA Republicans.
00:25:24.000 I don't think this topic can be talked about enough.
00:25:28.000 And you've especially talked about this in regards to January 6th.
00:25:31.000 Can you just build that out a little bit more?
00:25:33.000 Because we're seeing growing and growing evidence that there's a supply and demand issue when it comes to quote-unquote terrorism.
00:25:42.000 When we think of terrorism, when conservatives in this audience think of terrorism, you probably conjure up an image of somebody that might be a radical Islamic terrorist or somebody that might be a foreign adversary that might want to bomb a building or hijack a plane.
00:25:57.000 But if you ask a rank and file FBI agent and they were to conjure up an image of a terrorist, it would be a white Midwestern Christian with a MAGA hat on.
00:26:06.000 Darren, why is this significant?
00:26:08.000 Well, it's significant because it speaks to this broad and really dangerous trend in our politics and society, which is the weaponization of the national security apparatus for political purposes.
00:26:24.000 And that's something that we've seen accelerate really dramatically since the really since the elevation of the Trump presidency.
00:26:37.000 But it's intensified pretty strongly in the past couple years.
00:26:44.000 And it's what you see, for instance, in January 6th, the whole idea of domestic terrorists and so forth.
00:26:52.000 That's casting over half the country that the regime objects to for political reasons as effectively as national security threats.
00:27:03.000 And once you've cast a group of people as national security threats, you've implicitly, if not overtly and explicitly, justified and even demanded the weaponization of the national security state against those people.
00:27:19.000 And so it's this dangerous trend of injecting the vocabulary and the posture of national security into what should be, you know, a regular course of domestic political disputes.
00:27:33.000 You even see it with this latest disinformation craze.
00:27:37.000 Like the term disinformation itself is a term of art.
00:27:39.000 Where did that come from, Darren?
00:27:41.000 I mean, what's the genesis of that term?
00:27:44.000 Where was it birth?
00:27:47.000 It's a term of art.
00:27:48.000 It comes from the intelligence community.
00:27:50.000 It comes from the corridors of psychological warfare.
00:27:55.000 And again, it used to be, you know, there are all other kind of smear words to shut people up that you don't agree with politically.
00:28:02.000 But what's special about disinformation is it says not only is this person reprehensible, not only should this person lose their job for, you know, having some naughty political opinion.
00:28:12.000 This person is a national security threat, engaged in disinformation in a way that some foreign adversary might deploy psychological warfare techniques against us.
00:28:23.000 So again, it really elevates the stakes of things and really brings conversations that should be within the ordinary sort of deliberative political process.
00:28:37.000 It takes them off the table as things to talk about because they become existential national security threats.
00:28:43.000 And the only answer is to shut them down and shut them up or just neutralize them even, put them in jail or worse, because of their political opinion.
00:28:57.000 It is a thought-terminating cliche, calling somebody a racist, somebody calling a bigot.
00:29:02.000 You hate women.
00:29:03.000 You hate you're transphobic or you spread disinformation.
00:29:07.000 In fact, tomorrow, I'm going to University of California Santa Barbara, and it's just so interesting to see the exact language the intel agencies used, the college campus activists put on all of their rallying cries to come after me.
00:29:19.000 Darren, you're a good American.
00:29:20.000 Check out Revolver.news.
00:29:22.000 Darren, thank you so much.
00:29:23.000 Thank you.
00:29:26.000 I admit it.
00:29:27.000 I am bitter about the people that are ruining my home.
00:29:31.000 They're actively ruining it.
00:29:34.000 And I know Chicago is a place where people make fun of it.
00:29:38.000 I hear, oh, Charlie, you know, you go to Chicago for the food, you stay because you get shot.
00:29:41.000 Yeah, okay, great.
00:29:42.000 It shouldn't have to be a laughingstock.
00:29:45.000 It has become that.
00:29:46.000 It was this Midwestern, muscular class, place of merit, not race politics and all this garbage.
00:29:53.000 You can say whatever you want about Mayor Daly, but Mayor Daly, the trains ran on time, the streets were largely safe.
00:30:00.000 The police had strong morale.
00:30:01.000 Oh, he was corrupt, but I would take corrupt Mayor Daly in a second over the ideologically radical Lori Lightfoot.
00:30:09.000 Beetlejuice.
00:30:11.000 So today is Election Day in Chicago.
00:30:15.000 Race for Chicago mayor.
00:30:18.000 Lori Lightfoot, who might be one of the worst public officials in Illinois history.
00:30:24.000 And let me just say that is a remarkable achievement because we've had some beauties over the last couple of decades.
00:30:31.000 As I say commonly in Chicago, one term in office, one term in jail, we have our own version of term limits.
00:30:38.000 And Lori Lightfoot has not just discontinued the destruction of Chicago.
00:30:44.000 She has done it while being belligerent, hyper-aggressive, never adjusting or having any sort of open-mindedness to solutions, almost as if she is cheerleading the downfall of the great city.
00:31:00.000 So there is a race.
00:31:02.000 There is Vallis, who is running, who is considered to be the more moderate candidate.
00:31:07.000 In fact, a lot of Republicans are supporting him.
00:31:10.000 And then there is Johnson, who has supported defunding the police.
00:31:14.000 And in third place, is just a poll, is Lori Lightfoot.
00:31:20.000 Now, complicating election night results is the surge of number of Chicagoans voting by mail.
00:31:26.000 And this is going to go to a runoff.
00:31:27.000 Nearly 210,000 people have requested those ballots, which can be postmarked as late as today, February 28th.
00:31:34.000 It could take two, three, or four days to really get a sense of how many mail and ballots they've got and when they know they'll be counted.
00:31:42.000 I am hopeful, though.
00:31:44.000 I am hopeful for just a little bit of sanity.
00:31:46.000 Give me some hope, Chicago, that this lunatic that has been ruining our home can be held accountable.
00:31:53.000 Please just not even have her get the runoff.
00:31:56.000 Make an example of her.
00:31:58.000 Really, is she that bad, Chicago?
00:32:00.000 Charlie, play cut 50.
00:32:03.000 I think in this one day, when we are looking at the two-year anniversary of my inauguration, as a woman of color, as a lesbian, it's important to me that diversity is put front and center.
00:32:18.000 Mayor Lori Lightfoot defending her most unusual decision to only invite black and brown journalists to her office for one-on-one interviews.
00:32:27.000 Only black journalists are allowed to interview her.
00:32:29.000 Play cut 49.
00:32:35.000 That is Lori Lightfoot dancing comically in the streets with a drumline band.
00:32:40.000 51.
00:32:41.000 I just explained it.
00:32:42.000 We have been in Little Village working with those street vendors, understanding what the nature of the crime is, making sure that we're doing things in concert with them to help them make sure that their money is secure, not use money if at all possible, using other forms of transactions to take care of themselves.
00:33:00.000 I have no idea what she just said.
00:33:02.000 Zero.
00:33:02.000 I don't think she either.
00:33:04.000 Cut 52, and then I'll make a final point on this.
00:33:06.000 Mayor Lightfoot saying some retailers are not doing their part to protect their own stores.
00:33:11.000 I'm disappointed that they're not doing more to take safety and make it a priority.
00:33:17.000 For example, we still have retailers that won't institute plans like having security officers in your stores.
00:33:24.000 Smash and grabs, Michigan Avenue almost vacant.
00:33:29.000 Remember when Lori Lightfoot said she was a public figure, so she deserved the right to get haircuts while nobody else did?
00:33:35.000 So there is a chance.
00:33:36.000 There is an opportunity.
00:33:36.000 Look, this Johnson guy is a total communist is what I'm told.
00:33:39.000 Vallas, I have no idea.
00:33:41.000 I don't trust him because if I remember my Illinois politics, he's no moderate, but he's running as a moderate.
00:33:47.000 That's less important to me.
00:33:50.000 It's probably just going to be another corrupt machine politician.
00:33:52.000 I yearn for a corrupt machine politician, by the way.
00:33:55.000 I want a corrupt machine politician over an ideological nimwit like Lori Lightfoot.
00:34:02.000 I would love to have somebody be paid off by the developers and always covering something up as long as the streets are clean, the schools are working, and I could walk Michigan Avenue again without having the threat of being mugged.
00:34:13.000 Lori Lightfoot, I sure hope that on this program, we are able to offer a political eulogy to you.
00:34:19.000 We're not there yet.
00:34:20.000 It's Chicago.
00:34:21.000 Anything can happen.
00:34:21.000 They vote early and vote often there.
00:34:23.000 But today, I pray that your political future comes to an end for the good of America and the good of one of the greatest cities in America.
00:34:31.000 I wish one day it can be that again.
00:34:35.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
