00:01:58.000 These events that have taken place over the weekend, most notably the one that was making around more than anywhere, was that Toronto event, that parade.

00:02:19.000 The permits to pull them off, the vendors to operate.

00:02:24.000 Factors money going to this absolute charade that is cultural degeneracy on the most broad display should absolutely take everyone aback.
00:02:35.000 By the way, anybody that thought that Bud Light would have learned their lesson, reminder, Bud Light was one of the head corporate sponsors of that Toronto Pride display. 0.70

00:03:17.000 These are Titans of business that are forking over minimum hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of dollars, or let's say tens of thousands of dollars, but they get branding and floats.
00:03:28.000 This is not just some, you know, 61-year-old woman who says, I've been a lesbian my whole life and I wanted hospital visitation rights and she waves her little flag.

00:04:06.000 Well, as a father who just had our first child, a little baby girl, eight months ago, I'm repulsed.
00:04:14.000 It makes my stomach sick because any parent that were to expose their child, and you literally see dozens of them in these clips, any parent that were to expose their child to this absolute catastrophe on this broad cultural display should have their kids stripped from them.
00:04:32.000 And the farthest thing from that is taking place.
00:04:35.000 Companies are backing these people.
00:04:37.000 You just saw the multiple Bud Light colored shirt and then the truck drove by that said official sponsor of Pride 2023 in Toronto.
00:04:46.000 It makes me angry about the future of our nation.
00:04:49.000 And transparently, Charlie, it also makes me a little angry internally toward our own movement, the conservatives that in our own apathy have allowed this to happen.

00:05:02.000 I'm very grateful that there seems to be this broad awakening to how disturbing all of this is, but it should have happened a decade ago.

00:05:20.000 Folks that told us that this was a slippery slope have been right about everything.

00:07:13.000 Somebody is funding these operations of absolute chaos on a cultural level.
00:07:18.000 And we're trying to take away that funding supply by shifting consumer dollars to alternative companies for all of life's daily needs that will actually love your values, embrace your values, and want to protect the next generation.
00:07:31.000 They refuse to indoctrinate our children.
00:07:33.000 These are companies.

00:11:19.000 Well, the whistleblower, let's say, drama is what is resulting now in the clamoring around trying to impeach Joe Biden or we should impeach Joe Biden.
00:11:29.000 Important story on the Federalist, IRS whistleblower emails suggest David Weiss misled Congress in letter claiming charging authority.
00:11:37.000 Okay, joining us now is Sean Davis.
00:11:39.000 Sean, thank you for making time for us.
00:11:40.000 You've been really, really good and detailed on the whistleblower stuff.
00:11:44.000 Take as much time as you need.
00:11:46.000 Walk us through who are these whistleblowers?
00:11:48.000 What do we know?
00:11:49.000 And what are they alleging?
00:11:50.000 So, the biggest whistleblower, and I think the most impactful one, his name is Gary Shapley.
00:11:55.000 He was a top criminal tax investigator at the IRS.
00:12:00.000 He's still there.
00:12:00.000 They've roughly sidelined him.
00:12:03.000 He's worked on some of the biggest tax cases on earth, looking at issues across the globe.
00:12:10.000 And he was the guy leading a team of IRS investigators looking into the Hunter Biden case.
00:12:14.000 I think he's been working on it for something like four or five years.
00:12:19.000 And they had Hunter dead to right.
00:12:22.000 This guy who wasn't just not paying taxes, wasn't even filing taxes.
00:12:28.000 You can kind of understand why, because when you're shaking down foreign oligarchs and you're getting bribed and stuff like that based on the family name and a promise to do influence, that's generally not money that's super easy to report.
00:12:41.000 And so he wasn't reporting, wasn't paying.
00:12:46.000 They have text messages from Hunter to Chinese Communist Party connected oligarchs, where he told them, Hey, the Biden family can destroy you if you don't pay us.
00:12:59.000 And by the way, my father goes here room with me.
00:13:02.000 And if you don't pay us $5 million almost immediately, he and I are going to make sure we're your worst enemies.
00:13:10.000 I'm paraphrasing.
00:13:12.000 I'm not pulling an Adam Schiff where I claim that that's verbatim.
00:13:15.000 I'm paraphrasing the text.
00:13:16.000 And these were on the left.
00:13:18.000 That's the essence of what it is, Sean.
00:13:20.000 You're right.
00:13:21.000 Yeah.
00:13:22.000 And so the IRS, the FBI, had Hunter Biden dead to right.
00:13:27.000 And along comes this whistleblower who says, Yeah, we had this guy.
00:13:30.000 We built this case.
00:13:31.000 We had crimes, multiple jurisdictions.
00:13:33.000 We were ready to go at every step of the process.
00:13:37.000 EOJ tried to shut us down.
00:13:40.000 They told us we couldn't charge here.
00:13:41.000 We couldn't charge there.
00:13:42.000 And David Weiss, the man who was capped to lead this investigation, a Delaware U.S. attorney for the Department of Justice, told these investigators, yeah, guys, sorry.
00:13:52.000 You know, I want to be special counsel.
00:13:55.000 They won't let me do that.
00:13:55.000 I want to bring tax charges in D.C., they won't let me do that.
00:13:59.000 So this is all I can do.
00:14:00.000 What's fascinating is we didn't get this evidence.
00:14:03.000 We didn't get this information from the whistleblowers through Congress until after David Weiss himself lettered Judiciary Committee in the House saying, I'm the ultimate authority.
00:14:12.000 It's up to me to decide whether, when, or how we're going to pursue charges.
00:14:17.000 And what's happening now is we've got some very, very well-attested, credible, contemporaneous evidence from these IRS whistleblowers that directly contradict claims from both Merrick Garland and David Weiss that there was no DOJ interference and that Weiss himself was in charge of everything.
00:14:33.000 Somebody here is lying.
00:14:35.000 We're going to need to figure out how we go about getting truth.
00:14:39.000 Yeah, so Sean, I mean, and the question is, why would the whistleblower lie?
00:14:44.000 So let's dive into this.
00:14:44.000 Right?
00:14:45.000 Who is this guy? 0.95
00:14:46.000 If he lied, it would be silly.
00:14:48.000 We know why Merrick Garland would lie.
00:14:51.000 We know why Weiss would lie.
00:14:52.000 We don't know why the whistleblower would lie.
00:14:54.000 So just on a surface level reading of this, it's probably fair to say that there's some truth here, right?
00:15:00.000 Sean, your thoughts.
00:15:01.000 Right.
00:15:02.000 And we have contemporaneous emails.
00:15:04.000 Gary Shapley, the lead IRS whistleblower, wrote a memorialization memorandum for this meeting that occurred on October 7th, 2022, where he wrote down everything that happened in the meeting, everything that we said, sent it around to the people who were there.
00:15:19.000 The people who were there read that email sent contemporaneously, said, yes, that was our read of the meeting.
00:15:24.000 So to me, it's not an issue of whether the whistleblower is lying.
00:15:28.000 There's evidence suggesting that what he said was the truth.
00:15:28.000 He's credible.
00:15:31.000 There's corroborating evidence.
00:15:32.000 To me, the question was: did David Weiss lie to that entire team of investigators when he claimed to have charging authority?
00:15:40.000 Did he lie to them when he said that he had asked for special counsel status and was rejected?
00:15:46.000 Did he lie to the investigators in that meeting when he said he wanted to bring charges in Delaware but couldn't?
00:15:52.000 So what are you going to do?
00:15:54.000 So the question really isn't to me whether the whistleblowers lied.
00:15:58.000 There's evidence they're telling the truth.
00:15:58.000 They didn't.
00:16:00.000 The question is, did David Weiss lie to all those investigators to make it look like he wasn't the one making the decision?
00:16:08.000 Or did he and Merrick Garland lie to Congress when they both claimed he was the ultimate 40?
00:16:13.000 That's the question.
00:16:14.000 But at some point, in one of these scenarios, you know, David Weiss, he either lied to these investigators or he lied to Congress along with Merrin Garland.
00:16:24.000 There should be very, very serious repercussions for that, given that the former president of the U.S. is being criminally charged for possessing documents that were his documents.
00:16:36.000 But we have the president's son with the president now in the room when he was selling influence to Chinese oligarchs.
00:16:44.000 How on earth has that not resulted in impeachment and removal of Biden as president?
00:16:49.000 The man was literally selling influence to foreign enemies of the United States.
00:16:54.000 Or how about Steve Bannon, who is facing federal prison time for not cooperating with the January 6th Committee?
00:17:03.000 So, Sean, you've been around this business for a while.
00:17:06.000 I don't like hyperbole.
00:17:08.000 You don't do hyperbole.
00:17:09.000 But can you just, to your best of your ability, build out how serious this is?
00:17:13.000 I mean, I appreciate your commitment to precision.
00:17:16.000 I'm reading the text messages here, and your summary is exactly right.
00:17:21.000 I mean, it's basically a shakedown.
00:17:23.000 And he got the wire transfer.
00:17:25.000 And so, Sean, I'm afraid that we're going to get awfully jaded and cynical if some of these people are not actually held accountable.
00:17:34.000 So let's map this out from a strategy standpoint, Sean.
00:17:37.000 You're Speaker McCarthy or you're the House GOP, who deserve credit, by the way, for getting points on the board six months in to get all this figured out.
00:17:44.000 Paul Ryan never did any of this.
00:17:44.000 They deserve credit.
00:17:47.000 What is the best course of action to impeach Garland, to go after Weiss, to go after impeachment of Joe Biden?
00:17:55.000 Strategically, how should we proceed?
00:17:58.000 Well, I think it's important to flesh out everything we're getting from these whistleblowers.
00:18:01.000 I believe Charles Grassley and the Senate deserve huge credit for how he protects and works with whistleblowers to get this information out.
00:18:08.000 Because you'll recall, House learned that there was this document that had been hidden away at the FBI from a very credible FBI source detailing a very complicated bribery influence scheme with Hunter Biden's appointment.
00:18:23.000 It's all contained in FBI source documents called 1023.
00:18:30.000 The FBI hid those documents.
00:18:32.000 They hid them from Congress.
00:18:34.000 And even when they let Congress look at them, they redacted out that the whistleblower and the source in this case actually was told that there are recordings of Joe Biden talking about these schemes.
00:18:45.000 And it was Chuck Grassley who came out because of what he had learned from his whistleblowers who said, hey, the FBI redacted this stuff about even more damning information that they have.
00:18:55.000 So the first thing we need is we need to know everything whistleblowers.
00:18:59.000 The second thing is we've had the FBI and the DOJ hiding and lying.
00:19:03.000 They've been hiding evidence and they've been lying from Congress.
00:19:06.000 So Garland and Christopher Wray, at a minimum, they need to be held in contempt.
00:19:12.000 They need to be impeached.
00:19:13.000 They likely need to be removed.
00:19:15.000 But as far as scandals go, in my view, I think this is the biggest corruption scandal in American history.
00:19:22.000 It's bigger than Watergate, with the two-bit break-in of a party headquarters.
00:19:26.000 This is a multi-year coordinated scheme to defraud the government, sell influence, to enrich the Biden family, and it was covered up and abetted by our own Department of Justice. 0.97

00:19:41.000 So I think the House needs to very shortly begin to put together impeachment proceedings for Ray, Garland, and Biden and actually follow through it. 0.81

00:20:15.000 So if you're Speaker McCarthy, do you put articles of impeachment for both Merrick Garland and Joe Biden?
00:20:22.000 Do you incorporate Maorkis in it?
00:20:24.000 And I mean, so what's the fear of not doing it?
00:20:30.000 Let's play devil's advocate.
00:20:31.000 What's the worst case scenario if we end up doing that?
00:20:34.000 The worst case scenario is we learn all the facts and the Senate chooses not to acquit, which is what it did twice.
00:20:41.000 They impeached Donald Trump twice, once for a phone call and once for a speech where he told people to be peaceful.
00:20:41.000 Trump.
00:20:48.000 So that's the new standard here.
00:20:50.000 I'm a big believer in everyone living under the same standards, political or rule of law.
00:20:57.000 The left crossed that rhoton and it needs to be returned reciprocally from the right. 0.95

00:21:09.000 I know that there's a lot of people in the Congress who are upset about how he's handling the border because it's a disaster.
