00:01:49.000 We had an amazing night last evening at Mar-a-Lago, and the good news just keeps on coming.

00:01:55.000 As I say, it's going to get even better.

00:01:58.000 Look at this arc in this chain of events.

00:02:02.000 A Kennedy, the son of Bobby Kennedy, decides to run for the presidency.

00:02:09.000 He decides to run for the presidency as a Democrat to reclaim the party that his father helped build.

00:02:17.000 The mantle of a Kennedy Democrat, one that still believes in free speech, one that still believes in separation of powers, that does not believe in censorship, that does not believe in war, that does not believe in adventurous foreign policy.

00:02:31.000 So he ran for the presidency as a Democrat.

00:02:36.000 Now remember, all he wanted was to be treated fairly.

00:02:38.000 He wanted to debate.

00:02:39.000 He wanted to be able to go on the stage.

00:02:41.000 He wanted to compete for the primary of the Democrat Party.

00:02:44.000 And hilariously, If the Democrats would have listened to Bobby Kennedy and had an actual primary, they actually would have done much better against Donald Trump this last cycle.

00:02:53.000 But they ignored Bobby Kennedy because he's an anti-vaxxer.

00:02:56.000 Now, do you notice that all the slurs are coming back?

00:02:59.000 If you have a Trump nominee, all of the left-wing slurs that are put on the shelf are reallocated against every single one of Trump's lieutenants.

00:03:12.000 Pete Hegg said, oh, he's a Christian nationalist.

00:03:15.000 Matt Gaetz, he is a firebrand and unable to govern.

00:03:20.000 Or how about they say, when it comes to Bobby Kennedy, he's an anti-vaxxer.

00:03:26.000 Tulsi Gabbard, she's a Russian agent. 0.99

00:03:28.000 I think that these cabinet appointees have a higher likelihood of being approved because the attacks against us mean less than ever before.

00:03:39.000 The slurs, the slander, the demeaning of what they've been doing against us for quite some time, it does not hold the weight that it once did.

00:03:49.000 So Bobby Kennedy runs as a Democrat and gets completely thrown out, and then he runs as an independent.

00:03:55.000 It's on the ballot in all 50 states.

00:03:56.000 And then do we have the clip of Bobby Kennedy at our event in Glendale, Arizona?

00:04:00.000 Let's try to find that.

00:04:01.000 Bobby Kennedy at our event in Glendale, Arizona, when Bobby Kennedy endorsed Donald Trump.

00:04:07.000 Now, mind you, it's very, very important to remember the context of this.

00:04:13.000 This was the day After the Democrat National Convention in Chicago, I was at the DNC in Chicago.

00:04:20.000 The DNC put on quite a show.

00:04:22.000 Remember, you are to expect a post-convention bump.

00:04:26.000 That is usually what happens.

00:04:27.000 Your poll numbers go up.

00:04:28.000 You get Americans saying, oh, maybe I can live with that.

00:04:31.000 Maybe I'll vote for that.

00:04:32.000 And there was a post-convention bump that was waiting to happen for Kamala Harris and the Democrats.

00:04:38.000 However, the Trump campaign team, again, they deserve such credit.

00:04:43.000 There was a counter move.

00:04:46.000 And I got a call from them five days before.

00:04:49.000 Charlie, would you like to help out with this event in Glendale, Arizona?

00:04:54.000 We can't tell you what it is, but it's going to be huge.

00:04:57.000 Would you like to help with the pre-programming and do your thing with the pyrotechnics and all that?

00:05:02.000 And I said, yes, happy to.

00:05:05.000 And that was the rally that changed the media narrative.

00:05:08.000 It went from the DNC being the number one news item on the planet to boom, no one remembering the DNC, and instead it was Kennedy endorsing Donald Trump, the first ever Kennedy to endorse a Republican.

00:05:21.000 From Camelot to Donald Trump.

00:05:25.000 From Glendale, Arizona on, Bobby Kennedy campaigned ferociously for Donald Trump.

00:05:30.000 Remember Bobby Kennedy's work.

00:05:31.000 He started as an environmental toxins lawyer.

00:05:34.000 He was concerned about childhood health.

00:05:36.000 Now, you might not be on board for all of the views of Bobby Kennedy.

00:05:40.000 However, I'm curious if you could tell me what you think is the root cause of the chronic disease epidemic for children in this country.

00:05:48.000 Why is it that our children are sick, fatigued?

00:05:52.000 Why is it that nearly 1 in 30 kids in America have autism?

00:05:55.000 Why is it that 50% of our nation's youth are chronically obese or overweight and only 3% of the kids in Japan are chronically obese or overweight?

00:06:04.000 Why is that?

00:06:06.000 Bobby Kennedy has spent his life on this mission.

00:06:09.000 This was the Glendale, Arizona event that changed the campaign.

00:06:13.000 It objectively changed the campaign.

00:06:14.000 Andrew would agree.

00:06:15.000 It was all about Kamala, all about Brad Summer, all about the Democrats, and then boom!

00:06:20.000 Bobby Kennedy came out of nowhere and we had momentum from that point forward.

00:06:23.000 And he campaigned like a superstar for Donald Trump.

00:06:27.000 Let's play Cut 417.

00:06:28.000 He is a great person.

00:06:30.000 I've known him for so long.

00:06:31.000 for the past 16 months, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

00:06:35.000 Thank you.

00:07:05.000 Man. Man.

00:07:19.000 Whoa.

00:07:19.000 And he deserves it.

00:07:28.000 He deserves it.

00:07:30.000 USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA! USA!

00:07:42.000 And there it is.

00:07:44.000 That moment changed the entire campaign.

00:07:47.000 It changed the trajectory of us running against Kamala Harris.

00:07:53.000 Bobby Kennedy then went throughout the campaign, did a wonderful job leading all the way to Election Day.

00:08:00.000 And let me tell you what's been happening these last couple of days.

00:08:03.000 President Trump had to weigh his options.

00:08:06.000 Health and Human Services is a beast.

00:08:08.000 It is one of the largest agencies in government.

00:08:11.000 Health and Human Services It has a $1.7 trillion budget in mandatory spending.

00:08:19.000 It has $130 billion in discretionary spending.

00:08:25.000 Health and Human Services has 83,000 employees.

00:08:30.000 The total budget of Health and Human Services is $1.6 trillion.

00:08:35.000 This is not some sort of small This is a beast.

00:08:47.000 This is one of the power sources of the federal government.

00:08:51.000 So Health and Human Services Which, by the way, interestingly enough, did you know that Health and Human Services in the Department of Education used to be one department?

00:09:01.000 It used to be called Health, Education, and Welfare, H-E-W. But of course, you need more bureaucracy because bureaucracy leads itself to bureaucracy.

00:09:10.000 And then before that, it was actually the Federal Security Agency.

00:09:13.000 And then under the Reorganization Act of 1939, we've broken in all this thing.

00:09:18.000 Health and Human Services, is a beast.

00:09:21.000 Health and Human Services overseas, for example, they are subordinate agencies.

00:09:26.000 NIH, National Institute of Health, the Food and Drug Administration, the Advanced Research Projects and Agencies for Health.

00:09:35.000 CDC, all of them are subordinate to the Health and Human Services.

00:09:41.000 Bobby Kennedy being now nominated for HHS by Donald Trump is one of the greatest promises made, promises kept moments in modern political history.

00:09:50.000 And if for nothing else, for nothing else, this showed that campaign promises matter, that campaign promises are not just rhetoric, that when you make a campaign promise, you are making a pledge to voters.

00:10:07.000 And I can tell you this, that Bobby Kennedy, Campaigning on childhood chronic disease and ending that should be one of the most non-political things we've ever seen.

00:10:19.000 Donald Trump was getting lots of calls from people that I'm sure were connected to pharma lobbyists and connected to Pfizer and Johnson and Moderna and AstraZeneca.

00:10:29.000 He was getting lots of calls.

00:10:31.000 And Donald Trump did the thing that Trump does best.

00:10:34.000 Wait a second.

00:10:35.000 What did I promise to do?

00:10:37.000 I promised to give Bobby a role.

00:10:40.000 That's what he did.

00:10:42.000 And he didn't just give Bobby some senior advisor to childhood disease.

00:10:46.000 He gave him one of the most important positions in government.

00:10:50.000 God bless you, Donald Trump.

00:10:52.000 God bless you, Bobby Kennedy.

00:10:55.000 Are you ready to lose weight but not sure where to start?

00:10:57.000 I understand.

00:10:58.000 I was right where you are two years ago.

00:11:48.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.

00:11:51.000 Second, the PhD program starts in nutrition, but it's so much more.

00:11:55.000 Go to myphdweightloss.com, myphdweightloss.com.

00:11:58.000 Call 864-644-1900.

00:12:01.000 I lost over 30 pounds.

00:12:02.000 Dr.

00:12:03.000 Ashley Lucas, great American.

00:12:04.000 Check it out, myphdweightloss.com.

00:12:08.000 Bobby Kennedy being appointed at HHS secretary is just phase one.

00:12:13.000 This is just step one.

00:12:15.000 Understand that there is a confirmation fight that is looming.

00:12:20.000 Praise God that we have a Senate majority.

00:12:22.000 We have 53 seats in the United States Senate.

00:12:26.000 It should be 54, 55.

00:12:27.000 It should be Cary Lake and also Hovde and maybe even Rogers, upwards of 56.

00:12:31.000 Could you imagine confirmation fights, Andrew, with 56 senators?

00:12:35.000 I mean, that would be something.

00:12:40.000 Someone tried to throw me in the cabinet.

00:12:42.000 No, I'm kidding.

00:12:42.000 That would not happen.

00:12:43.000 I still wouldn't get confirmed.

00:12:45.000 Nor would I want to be a cabinet secretary, for the record, Media Matters.

00:12:48.000 Actually, Media Matters have been slipping on their game a little bit.

00:12:51.000 They're a little demoralized.

00:12:53.000 Turns out they don't do as good of a job.

00:12:56.000 And we got to get Hovde on the show.

00:12:57.000 He's just terrific.

00:12:59.000 We have a second election coming.

00:13:02.000 We have a second election coming up.

00:13:05.000 And that second election is confirmation.

00:13:09.000 The second election is working Trump's nominees through the confirmation process.

00:13:18.000 The Senate has advise and consent.

00:13:21.000 Let's get John Thune, please, from last night on Brett Baer.

00:13:24.000 Advise and consent is they weigh all the president's options, and then they vote on them.

00:13:28.000 Now, a lot of people say, oh, we're not going to vote for Gates.

00:13:30.000 Again, we went through this thoroughly yesterday.

00:13:32.000 Okay, who?

00:13:33.000 What are your names?

00:13:33.000 I'd like to know that.

00:13:35.000 It's all in the shadows.

00:13:36.000 It's all just a bunch of leaking.

00:13:38.000 It's all a bunch of voodoo. 1.00

00:13:40.000 Bobby, so let me just go in order of the toughest confirmation fights.

00:13:44.000 You ready?

00:13:45.000 This might surprise you.

00:13:46.000 The toughest of all the confirmation fights, number one, will be Tulsi Gabbard.

00:13:50.000 That is one that Republicans and Democrats will try to come together and block the ascendant restraint and realism foreign policy project to end the neoconservative warmongering monopoly in DC. The hardest will be Tulsi Gabbard.

00:14:06.000 The second hardest will be Matt Gaetz.

00:14:08.000 The third hardest will be Bobby Kennedy, and the fourth hardest will be Pete Hegseth.

00:14:14.000 Let me say that again.

00:14:15.000 The hardest confirmation fights in order will be Tulsi Gabbard, Matt Gaetz, Bobby Kennedy, and Pete Hegseth.

00:14:22.000 Now, you would think if we have a Senate Republican majority with 53 seats that this shouldn't be that difficult.

00:14:32.000 Now, mind you, If you lose Collins and Murkowski when it comes to Matt Gaetz or Tulsi, you're then at 51.

00:14:39.000 But then we can lose one more.

00:14:41.000 We could lose a McConnell or something and we're at 50.

00:14:44.000 We can't go below 50 and 50, J.D. Vance is the tiebreaker.

00:14:49.000 So it's okay.

00:14:50.000 We get down to 50, we'll be okay.

00:14:51.000 So we could lose three.

00:14:53.000 However, we shouldn't even want to get that close on some of these.

00:14:56.000 Now you could also entertain recess appointments.

00:14:59.000 Which, to the president's credit, he was pushing so hard to set the standard on recess appointments.

00:15:05.000 And I liked what I saw last night out of the new Senate Majority Leader, Mr.

00:15:09.000 Thune.

00:15:09.000 I shot him a note, we said it on Twitter, where he said, all options are on the table.

00:15:14.000 He said, we're ready to go to war on recess appointments.

00:15:17.000 So, Senator Thune, we said, we are watching and we want to see what kind of senator you really are.

00:15:23.000 We want to see what do you have to bring to the table here.

00:15:27.000 Let's play cut 418, please.

00:15:29.000 So you've said that you would do recess appointments if it came to that.

00:15:33.000 What's the threshold for getting to that point for recess appointments?

00:15:37.000 Well, what I said is, Brett, and I think that all options are on the table, including recess appointments.

00:15:42.000 Hopefully it doesn't get to that, but we'll find out fairly quickly whether the Democrats want to play ball or not.

00:15:47.000 And I think part of it is getting these folks, we'll start having confirmation hearings as soon as the new Senate is sworn in in January.

00:15:53.000 President takes the oath of office January 20th.

00:15:56.000 By the time he takes the oath of office, hopefully a lot of those nominees will be through their confirmation hearings and we'll be ready to act on them on the Senate floor.

00:16:03.000 And then it's a question of how much do the Democrats resist or object or try to block those nominations from going forward.

00:16:10.000 And we're going to grind them out.

00:16:11.000 I mean, we're just going to keep consistently moving and we'll see what kind of cooperation we get.

00:16:17.000 And then we'll, you know, like I said, we'll make decisions about where do we go from there.

00:16:22.000 Look, I mean, judging on the scale of kind of how we're doing, I'll take it, Mr.

00:16:29.000 Thun.

00:16:31.000 I'd like to see a little bit more fire and brimstone, but for Senate leadership, that's better.

00:16:36.000 Everybody, I want you to arrest and celebrate this historic election.

00:16:39.000 Enjoy it.

00:16:40.000 You did it.

00:16:41.000 However, coming in January, we're going to have another little mini election.

00:16:45.000 And here's what's so exciting.

00:16:48.000 Do you live in Idaho?

00:16:49.000 Do you live in Kansas?

00:16:51.000 Do you live in Arkansas?

00:16:53.000 Do you live in Mississippi?

00:16:55.000 Do you live in South Dakota?

00:16:56.000 Those five states.

00:16:58.000 You guys might have felt, oh, we had no role in the Trump election on a battleground state.

00:17:02.000 No, no, no, no.

00:17:03.000 Guess what?

00:17:03.000 Your senators very well might end up being the issue of Trump not getting his cabinet.

00:17:07.000 We might be coming to a city near you.

00:17:10.000 For those of you in deep red states, Idaho, Kansas, South Dakota, Mississippi, Arkansas, those are the big five, and then maybe North Carolina.

00:17:21.000 You might have felt as if you did not play a role in Trump's movement.

00:17:24.000 There's still something you can do.

00:17:27.000 We'll tell you what that is as it materializes, but red state senators from blood red states, they better give Trump his cabinet. 0.95

00:18:39.000 Cain is with us, Citizen Cain. 0.64

00:18:41.000 My man, it still is not set in, Mr.

00:18:43.000 Cain.

00:18:44.000 We won the White House.

00:18:45.000 Our movement did it.

00:18:46.000 Mr.

00:18:47.000 Cain, welcome back, as always.

00:18:49.000 Yeah, I was just thinking to myself, Charlie, whether or not we had spoken since the election these days, but I thought we actually have.

00:18:56.000 These days run together, and now, you know, there's no time to relax, right?

00:19:02.000 You celebrate for, what, maybe 15 minutes, and then you make plans to Start getting Trump's agenda through the House and Senate.

00:19:11.000 So Cain, let's focus on that.

00:19:14.000 I'm hanging around here in Palm Beach, doing everything I can, trying to give input.

00:19:19.000 And I'm just thrilled by the picks that the President is making.

00:19:23.000 He deserves credit, and credit alone.

00:19:25.000 Bobby Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard, Matt Gaetz, and Pete Hegseth.

00:19:29.000 And other ones too.

00:19:30.000 I actually like the Marco pick.

00:19:32.000 I like Marco a lot.

00:19:34.000 He's probably a little too hawkish for my taste on certain things.

00:19:37.000 But Marco's actually been a really, Andrew would agree, he's been a super gentleman to us.

00:19:41.000 And he's a great man.

00:19:42.000 And so I think that's great.

00:19:44.000 I like Elise Stefanik.

00:19:46.000 She's a superstar.

00:19:47.000 I haven't found one that I don't like, to be honest.

00:19:50.000 So, Cain, however, let's go through this.

00:19:52.000 There's another election that is looming.

00:19:54.000 And it's time for us to, you know, let the grassroots celebrate.

00:19:57.000 By the way, guys, I hope the champagne is flowing.

00:20:00.000 I hope you guys just go as crazy because you deserve it. 0.54

00:20:03.000 I'm not even going to tell you you got to go to work now. 0.98

00:20:05.000 I never say that, Andrew will tell you.

00:20:07.000 But I'm not doing that.

00:20:08.000 I'm working.

00:20:10.000 Work is cathartic for me.

00:20:12.000 However, you guys need to go just chill out.

00:20:14.000 Yeah, Andrew can have his 100-year bottle of wine.

00:20:19.000 However, I will say, guys, in mid-January, it'll be battle stations again.

00:20:25.000 And mid-January is because of a confirmation fight.

00:20:29.000 The Republican senators are going to try to quietly kill Trump's cabinet.

00:20:33.000 Some of them, not all of them.

00:20:35.000 I'm talking about five or six old bulls, specifically from states like, and it is not only these states, Idaho, South Dakota, Kansas, Arkansas, Mississippi.

00:20:46.000 Kane, can you comment on that, please, and the importance of us getting Trump his cabinet?

00:20:54.000 Yeah, you know, I like what you said.

00:20:58.000 I mean, you know my life, Charlie.

00:20:59.000 You know I'm sitting in an office.

00:21:00.000 I've got a TV on, watching monitors all day.

00:21:03.000 And so first, when the Pete Hegseth name came up...

00:21:07.000 Actually, I'll jump back to Rubio first.

00:21:09.000 My thoughts are essentially the same as yours on Rubio. 0.97

00:21:12.000 I was not upset by the pig. 0.67

00:21:13.000 I know he's a little bit hawkish, perhaps for our tastes. 0.88

00:21:18.000 But look, what you want more than anything in Secretary of State is loyalty.

00:21:23.000 Someone who's going to implement the President's foreign policy and not implement a version of the President's foreign policy that we might have seen in previous Secretary of State.

00:21:31.000 So I thought it was a fantastic pick.

00:21:33.000 Then you jump to Hegseth, which I was jumping out of my chair.

00:21:37.000 I love the guy.

00:21:38.000 I don't know him.

00:21:39.000 You know him.

00:21:39.000 You know these people I don't, but I was jumping out of my chair.

00:21:42.000 And then when we got to Matt Gaetz, You know, I don't even have words to describe that.

00:21:49.000 And then you had that great video of, people haven't seen it, of Matt doing a little chauffeur work for you in Palm Beach.

00:21:55.000 You know, and that was fantastic.

00:21:57.000 For the record, it is a funny story.

00:22:00.000 Matt and I were hanging out over the weekend before.

00:22:03.000 And I don't want to say too much, but I was as surprised as anybody when Matt got announced.

00:22:08.000 And we were just hanging out.

00:22:10.000 And I just did a TikTok video.

00:22:11.000 Little I know, I was being driven around by the next Attorney General.

00:22:16.000 Which is hilarious.

00:22:17.000 I did not know.

00:22:18.000 I think that's interesting for people to know that that caught you off guard.

00:22:21.000 I figured you guys had 30 minutes, an hour advance warning or something, but it was a great clip, and...

00:22:28.000 So we had that, right?

00:22:29.000 And Matt Gaetz, you know, I have to keep the enemy on television at all times.

00:22:33.000 So I've had MSNBC on mute for seven days, basically, straight.

00:22:40.000 And they did not take Matt Gaetz off the Chiron for 30 hours.

00:22:44.000 He was the only thing on the Chiron until Robert Kennedy.

00:22:48.000 So we sort of end up there.

00:22:51.000 These picks keep eclipsing themselves.

00:22:54.000 The...

00:22:55.000 It's just astonishing.

00:22:57.000 I'm a huge fan of Kennedy, right?

00:22:59.000 You and I, we've been around politics for a while.

00:23:03.000 We know there's no perfect nominee.

00:23:06.000 But I've always liked Kennedy.

00:23:08.000 I even liked him as a potential nominee.

00:23:10.000 Before J.D. Vance came on the scene, I even saw him as a potential running mate.

00:23:14.000 I think that's how much power he has to bring Democrats and bring independents.

00:23:19.000 So I love the candidates.

00:23:21.000 Now let's talk about those blood-red states that aren't really helping us.

00:23:26.000 I think that's going to have to be part of our focus.

00:23:29.000 If there are problems with Kennedy getting through, with Hegseth getting through, with Matt Gaetz getting through, we're going to have to use all the pressure...

00:23:37.000 Of the Charlie Kirk Show and CFP Nation to let these senators know that we will primary them.

00:23:46.000 That's, you know, what are your thoughts on that?

00:23:49.000 Is that going to be the strategy?

00:23:50.000 No, no, I totally agree.

00:23:52.000 Again, I don't want to get too ahead of ourselves here.

00:23:53.000 We're going to give everyone an opportunity in the Senate to do the Senate thing.

00:23:57.000 Advise and consent.

00:23:59.000 Listen, give Matt Gaetz the toughest questions.

00:24:02.000 Give Tulsi Gabbard the toughest question.

00:24:04.000 No one here is advocating for kid gloves.

00:24:06.000 You would agree, right?

00:24:07.000 Cain, if these nominees want to be a cabinet secretary, you have to be able to go through the grilling.

00:24:13.000 We do not want any special treatment.

00:24:15.000 However, once all of that is exhausted, right, and there are no major red flags, if you are still holding up Trump, his cabinet, and delaying it, and you're saying, oh, I won't vote for him, well, then we're going to have a problem, especially if you're from a state like Idaho, South Dakota, Kansas, Arkansas, Mississippi.

00:24:37.000 And let me just give you, I read this off yesterday, okay?

00:24:40.000 There were lots of these people.

00:24:41.000 Can you resend the Garland list?

00:24:43.000 A lot of these people from these blood red states, Mr. 0.99

00:24:46.000 Cain, that voted for Merrick Garland.

00:24:48.000 And it is going to be a very, very difficult messaging campaign.

00:24:53.000 If you are a senior senator from Idaho, to explain to your constituents, let me see, how did Idaho...

00:25:01.000 Oh, yeah.

00:25:02.000 Okay.

00:25:02.000 Oh, they both voted no.

00:25:03.000 Okay.

00:25:04.000 Great Bo voted no.

00:25:05.000 And the other one was present.

00:25:06.000 Okay.

00:25:07.000 So let's take another one.

00:25:08.000 Shelley Moore Capito from a super red state of West Virginia.

00:25:11.000 Okay.

00:25:12.000 She voted here.

00:25:14.000 She voted yes for Garland.

00:25:16.000 Let's take that one.

00:25:17.000 She's in leadership now.

00:25:18.000 Kane, it will be very difficult for Shelley Moore Capito to say that, okay, I voted for Merrick Garland, but I'm not going to vote for Matt Gaetz.

00:25:26.000 Your thoughts, Mr.

00:25:27.000 Kane?

00:25:28.000 Yeah, I think that's an interesting approach to take.

00:25:30.000 You talked about just giving them a fit, you know, before we get to this stage, giving each of his nominees a fair shake in the Senate and the confirmation process.

00:25:38.000 What else could Matt Gaetz ask for?

00:25:41.000 The guy dominates...

00:25:43.000 All forms of debate.

00:25:45.000 I look forward to that.

00:25:46.000 Give him the toughest questions you can.

00:25:48.000 Let him answer for himself.

00:25:50.000 And look, before getting to that angle on Capito, we both know that I heard someone speaking on Laura Ingraham last night.

00:25:57.000 They were talking about the first recess generally comes right before President's Day.

00:26:02.000 So that's in February.

00:26:03.000 So that would be the first opportunity for Trump to have to do this.

00:26:06.000 And then in that case, if this doesn't work, Gates would be able to stay on Before having to sort of face any sort of formal confirmation all the way to the end of 2025.

00:26:16.000 You probably know the reasons why you would have to then face that formal confirmation that the recess appointment wouldn't actually last.

00:26:24.000 But as a strategy, I think what you're saying is a fantastic...

00:26:27.000 I mean, what better dichotomy or juxtaposition can you say?

00:26:32.000 You voted yes for Merrick Garland, who you knew or you had a very good idea was going to end up criminally charging...

00:26:40.000 The former president of the United States, but you're not willing to listen to Matt Gaetz or you're not willing to vote for Matt Gaetz.

00:26:47.000 I think that strategy is a good one to start out with.

00:26:50.000 It's sort of fun to game plan this stuff.

00:26:52.000 We've got a couple of months ahead of time, but I hope That there's sort of a groundswell and the base continues to call these senators who are already speaking out publicly and saying they may be in opposition to certain of these candidates.

00:27:09.000 We're going to direct the base at CFP to get on the phone and not stop ringing these folks until they understand that this is Trump's agenda.

00:27:19.000 This is part of the mandate.

00:27:20.000 You give the president the benefit of the doubt.

00:27:22.000 You give him the candidate's The nominees that he asked for unless there's something wholly egregious.

00:27:29.000 And there is nothing like that so far with any of these candidates.

00:27:33.000 Yeah.

00:27:33.000 And so, I mean, look, there's...

00:27:35.000 Understand, they have a majority because of Trump, not because of them.

00:27:39.000 And Mr.

00:27:40.000 Cain, I could prove this to you.

00:27:41.000 how did their senate candidates do in comparison to trump there was not a single senate candidate in any of the seven battlegrounds that exceeded trump in fact they all lagged trump and many of them were so far behind trump that they were not successful of the rogers lake and brown yes and obviously there were a lot of problems with the lake and the brown race with election integrity and how the point being is that these guys do not have a majority because of people wanted republic

00:28:10.000 you know, Senate Republicans.

00:28:12.000 It's because of the Trump movement and the Trump agenda.

00:28:16.000 And what drives me nuts, Mr.

00:28:17.000 Cain, and I will be telling this story very loud, and there's no days off here.

00:28:21.000 This is warfare.

00:28:22.000 Is that these guys have contempt sometimes for the Trump voter, and yet they're in leadership because of the Trump voter.

00:28:32.000 Mr.

00:28:32.000 Cain, minute and a half.

00:28:33.000 Yeah, that's a good way to put it.

00:28:36.000 You know, Who am I thinking of?

00:28:38.000 The People's Pundit, Rich Barris, is out there.

00:28:40.000 I've got a headline, two headlines still in the stack saying, listen up, Republicans, loud and clear.

00:28:47.000 You were not elected again.

00:28:50.000 Donald Trump was elected again.

00:28:52.000 The numbers show these are Trump voters.

00:28:55.000 I don't know what the average is.

00:28:56.000 I'm going to just call it plus five.

00:28:58.000 I think Trump did, on average, about five points better than the senators in the red states.

00:29:04.000 He still brought them along.

00:29:06.000 He brought Bernie Marino in Ohio, and he brought other senators along.

00:29:09.000 But they trailed him.

00:29:10.000 I think we're good to go.

00:29:32.000 We can still sort of get this drive.

00:29:34.000 But these senators, any of them wishy-washy, wondering about approving his nominees, remember what Charlie just said and what Rich Barris has said.

00:29:45.000 These are Trump voters.

00:29:46.000 These are not Republican voters.

00:29:48.000 And you best not forget it.

00:30:56.000 So, Mr.

00:30:57.000 Cain, let's go through the state of the Democrat Party.

00:31:00.000 Where do they proceed from here?

00:31:02.000 It seems as if the Democrats are demoralized and on defense.

00:31:05.000 And this is what I love about Donald Trump's current strategy right now.

00:31:08.000 It is flood the zone.

00:31:10.000 It's like, oh, Democrats, you guys worried.

00:31:12.000 OK, Tulsi Gabbard.

00:31:13.000 Oh, I don't know what to do.

00:31:15.000 Okay, now you get Tom Homan.

00:31:16.000 Oh, no, please stop.

00:31:18.000 Okay, now you get Matt Gaetz.

00:31:20.000 Oh, please, Pete Hegg said, what we are seeing is a full court press, Donald Trump on offense, marching back to reclaim his place as president.

00:31:30.000 Your thoughts, Mr.

00:31:31.000 Kane?

00:31:32.000 Yeah, he has no mercy.

00:31:33.000 It's a beautiful thing to watch.

00:31:35.000 He keeps hitting them and then hitting them harder.

00:31:37.000 They reel. 0.57

00:31:39.000 They're down.

00:31:40.000 They struggle back to their feet.

00:31:43.000 They start crying on MSNBC and he hits them again.

00:31:48.000 And they're back to the canvas, struggling to get to their feet.

00:31:51.000 It is a beautiful thing to watch.

00:31:54.000 This is the kind of joy and happiness that really drives campaigns.

00:32:00.000 Kamala had it wrong about her joy.

00:32:03.000 It's not about the joy of spreading identity crisis and racism and dividing the nation.

00:32:09.000 It's the joy of pummeling your opponents after you've beaten them fairly and squarely with the popular vote and you're flying on the wings of a mandate and you just hit them.

00:32:22.000 You hit them and you keep hitting them.

00:32:24.000 And it's a beautiful strategy.

00:32:25.000 What I'm seeing, you know, more than anything, you're down there, so you're probably feeling this.

00:32:30.000 But what I'm seeing is this is where homie doesn't care anymore. 1.00

00:32:34.000 We've got our president back for 2.0 with all the lessons that he's learned from 1.0, and he's not playing games this time.

00:32:43.000 There's no fooling around.

00:32:45.000 And it's a gorgeous thing to watch.

00:32:47.000 The Democrat Party, yeah, it's postmortem after postmortem all over CNN and MSNBC. They're wondering, they're not blaming Kamala.

00:32:58.000 Their initial reaction is to blame the old man Biden.

00:33:00.000 They want to keep all blame, you know, keep her as clean as possible, even though the American people have already, you know, made their choice there and had their adjudication.

00:33:11.000 They're sort of, they're a little bit kind of regrouping and talking about 2026 and 2028, but not really.

00:33:19.000 To be honest, it's more just the pain that they're feeling.

00:33:22.000 And it's it's it's this sort of so, Cain, there's this article here at Politico.

00:33:27.000 The resistance is not coming to save you.

00:33:30.000 It's tuning out.

00:33:31.000 The first Trump administration sparked waves of public activism and aggressive media coverage.

00:33:36.000 This time, not so much.

00:33:36.000 The Democrats have nothing left in the tank.

00:33:39.000 Think about it.

00:33:40.000 They tried to indict him.

00:33:42.000 We went through COVID. We went through George Floyd.

00:33:45.000 How many times have I said on this program, Mr.

00:33:46.000 Mr. Kane and Andrew, it is a fatigued nation.

00:33:49.000 And whoever wants it more is going to get it.

00:33:51.000 And our movement wanted it more.

00:33:53.000 And now we are playing offense.

00:33:54.000 Oh, you guys tired?

00:33:55.000 Hey, you're going to wake up to Bobby Kennedy.

00:33:56.000 By the way, that only furthers, demoralizes them, Mr. Kane.

00:33:59.000 Oh, you guys had a long night?

00:34:01.000 How about Matt Gaetz?

00:34:02.000 Oh, you had a long night?

00:34:04.000 Wait till you see who's FBI director.

00:34:05.000 Keep on going, Mr. Kane.

00:34:08.000 Yeah, it's...

00:34:09.000 You know, I haven't seen that political piece.

00:34:12.000 One of the best things about doing these shows is I get stuff for the stats.

00:34:16.000 So I'll check that out as soon as we get off.

00:34:18.000 You know, I've written it already.

00:34:21.000 The Resistance 2.0, it's not impressing me.

00:34:24.000 I know that Mark Elias and Lawfare are going to be there.

00:34:27.000 We're never going to be able to sort of take our eye off them.

00:34:30.000 But I'm not scared of them this time.

00:34:32.000 Our president has been through all of this.

00:34:34.000 This is his last shot.

00:34:36.000 He's got four years to put his mark on this country.

00:34:39.000 And I don't think any bad press, any words they can come up with, none of that is sort of going to affect him this time.

00:34:47.000 I don't think they quite were prepared.

00:34:51.000 You and I, we were poll watching.

00:34:53.000 We did nothing but poll watching and reading the tea leaves for six months.

00:34:57.000 But it sounds like they were really stuck in their universe.

00:35:01.000 They did not see it.

00:35:02.000 They did not...

00:35:03.000 Somehow they forgot about the silent Trump voter who doesn't do exit polls, who doesn't answer phone calls for polls.

00:35:09.000 We sort of knew this was coming.

00:35:11.000 We got all seven swing states.

00:35:13.000 They no longer can claim that Trump is a president without a mandate.

00:35:17.000 They have nothing.

00:35:18.000 And as you said, he just keeps hitting them.

00:35:21.000 This is sort of the revenge of the America tour.

00:35:25.000 And it's a beautiful thing to watch and to witness.

00:35:28.000 And I'm sure it's incredibly fun to sort of be a part of.

00:35:33.000 It is like watching a movie while you're in the movie.

00:35:36.000 It's very bizarre and super.

00:35:39.000 What a blessing to the Lord.

00:35:40.000 And we need to just keep on saying our thanks to God for giving us this opportunity.

00:35:44.000 And we're seizing it.

00:35:48.000 Okay, I promised Bobby Kennedy something, boom.

00:35:50.000 I promised Tulsi Gabbard something, boom.

00:35:52.000 It's easy, yet not the right thing to just go put them on some committee.

00:35:56.000 This is a big deal, everybody.

00:35:57.000 Mr.

00:35:58.000 Kane, thank you so much.

00:35:59.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:36:00.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.

00:36:01.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:36:04.000 Thanks so much for listening, and God bless.
