00:00:00.000 Jack Poseobic in guest hosting for the Charlie Kirk show while Charlie is down at the RNC.
00:00:05.000 The Paul Pelosi body cam has been released along with a January 6th body cam, The Death of Roseanne Boylan.
00:00:12.000 Julie Kelly joins me today to break it all down.
00:00:15.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:17.000 Here we go.
00:00:18.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:20.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:22.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:26.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:29.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:30.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:31.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:33.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:38.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:39.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:48.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:51.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:00.000 Before we bring in Julie Kelly, I want to play the 911 call from Paul Pelosi.
00:01:07.000 I haven't heard this yet myself personally, so I want to play it for you.
00:01:10.000 And then we've got the great Julie Kelly on to discuss this entire incident.
00:01:14.000 Guys, play clip 115.
00:01:17.000 He thinks everything's good.
00:01:18.000 I've got a problem, but he thinks everything's good.
00:01:21.000 Zero.
00:01:22.000 Okay.
00:01:25.000 No, no, no.
00:01:26.000 This gentleman just came out of the house and he wants to wait here for my wife to come home.
00:01:31.000 Zero, two.
00:01:32.000 And so do you know who the person is?
00:01:38.000 No, I don't know who he is.
00:01:41.000 He has his 22.
00:01:43.000 He told me not to.
00:01:45.000 He told me not to do anything.
00:01:46.000 What is your address, sir?
00:01:50.000 26.
00:01:52.000 225 and 0.
00:01:54.000 What is your name?
00:01:56.000 My name is Paul Pelosi.
00:02:01.000 Friday.
00:02:02.000 Anyway, this gentleman says that 25.
00:02:05.000 He thinks everything ought to be.
00:02:07.000 He told me to put the phone down.
00:02:08.000 225.
00:02:09.000 And you see what he said.
00:02:10.000 18 seconds.
00:02:12.000 Okay.
00:02:12.000 Okay, what's the gentleman's name?
00:02:15.000 I don't know.
00:02:16.000 What's that?
00:02:17.000 My name's David.
00:02:18.000 The name is David.
00:02:21.000 Okay, and who is David?
00:02:22.000 T five.
00:02:23.000 I don't know.
00:02:25.000 What's that?
00:02:26.000 I'm a friend of theirs.
00:02:27.000 Yeah, he says he's a friend, but you don't know who he is.
00:02:32.000 T five.
00:02:33.000 No, it's no matter.
00:02:35.000 Okay, so we're watching the whole thing there.
00:02:37.000 We're hearing it.
00:02:38.000 We've got Julie Kelly on.
00:02:39.000 Julie, it's hard to hear what kind of what's going on there.
00:02:41.000 It's very, very strange, but you don't necessarily hear a sense of urgency in that video.
00:02:47.000 It seems more confusion, or in the call, I should say.
00:02:50.000 It seems like it's more confusing than anything else.
00:02:52.000 And of course, we see that the gentleman has a hammer, the gentleman, right?
00:02:55.000 This psychopath, this maniac has a hammer.
00:02:58.000 He smashed in to the house.
00:03:00.000 It's possible that the Paul Pelosi himself didn't quite understand the predicament that he was even in up until that final moment.
00:03:08.000 It seems like he may have just been more confused as to what was going on with this mania.
00:03:12.000 Of course, maniac shows up in your house in the middle of the night.
00:03:15.000 And thank God, by the way, that the San Francisco police did respond when they did.
00:03:19.000 They saved his life.
00:03:20.000 I'm quite certain that they saved his life.
00:03:22.000 Now, we'll never know whether or not that attack would have taken place had the events not played out the way that they did, but it looks like they saved his life to me.
00:03:29.000 Julie Kelly, what is your take?
00:03:31.000 And I want to get into this Gen 6 video that's been released this week.
00:03:35.000 But first, since this is the breaking news, can I get your take?
00:03:37.000 I know it's sort of hot.
00:03:38.000 So it's the, you know, fresh, the hot take.
00:03:40.000 Julie Kelly on the Paul Pelosi phone.
00:03:44.000 It sounded to me like he was trying to remain calm and he was trying to keep the intruder calm as well.
00:03:51.000 He was trying to kind of signal, it sounded like to the dispatcher, okay, don't know who this guy is.
00:03:57.000 looking for my wife, you know, trying to remain sort of in a calm posture.
00:04:03.000 And so, yes, they did save his life.
00:04:07.000 But look, this raises questions why they wanted to keep any of this under protective orders, why it wasn't released right away.
00:04:17.000 And because obviously you see this is a legitimate intrusion, an attack, and people need to be held responsible, including.
00:04:25.000 And you know what else, Julie?
00:04:26.000 Just to just to throw out that it's it's possible that we don't actually know if the guy was maybe standing right next to him when he was on the call.
00:04:34.000 So it's possible that, you know, and this is a great, a great point I should also bring up that as we're going through this in real time, that he's standing right there.
00:04:42.000 So he's trying to not provoke him.
00:04:44.000 That's right.
00:04:44.000 That's exactly what it sounded like.
00:04:46.000 There is a little bit more.
00:04:47.000 We cut, producers are telling me they did cut for time that it looks like Pelosi was asking for the Capitol Police and said that he has to wait for his wife to get home.
00:04:59.000 Right.
00:04:59.000 So again, you have a major mistake by U.S. Capitol Police who are now paid to monitor.
00:05:07.000 They've got district offices in Florida and in San Francisco.
00:05:11.000 Their job was to protect and surveil the Pelosi home.
00:05:16.000 Why didn't they?
00:05:17.000 Why did they fail once again?
00:05:20.000 So there are more questions now that will be raised now that this information has been made public.
00:05:24.000 That's such a good point because, and I'm not going to politicize this, that I don't want the husband or the spouse of any Democrat to be attacked like this by any hammer-wielding psychopath in the middle of the night, regardless who they are, regardless of where they are, whether it's AOC or Ilhan Omar, et cetera, the same way that I wouldn't, even if it were for Marjorie Taylor Greene or Nancy Mace, who's someone I'm not even a huge fan of, but whatever.
00:05:49.000 That's not the point here.
00:05:50.000 The point is that the Capitol Police is supposed to be keeping people safe and also hopefully supposed to be treating our citizens safely, but that's not exactly what always seems to be the case.
00:06:01.000 I want to tell the story of Roseanne Boyland.
00:06:05.000 And there was footage that came out today, footage that honestly, I don't even think we can play on Real America's Voice.
00:06:12.000 It came out this week.
00:06:13.000 It was Gateway Pundit did it.
00:06:14.000 And it's footage of people trying to save her life, though.
00:06:18.000 Honestly, it looks like she's already passed.
00:06:20.000 And by the time the footage has been started, she's become blue, purple.
00:06:26.000 She's clearly suffering some kind of respiratory distress.
00:06:29.000 She's completely non-responsive to CPR.
00:06:32.000 I mean, it looks like as though, for someone who's, I mean, I've had tactical combat casualty training that it looks as though she's expired at this point.
00:06:39.000 They're trying to render aid, render CPR.
00:06:41.000 But there's also a piece of this story that I don't think has been told sufficiently.
00:06:48.000 And we started to get into this yesterday on Human Events Daily.
00:06:52.000 And since I was hosting Patralia today, I said, let's get Julie Kelly on and talk about this because let's cause a little bit of trouble.
00:06:57.000 Because I saw this footage, and I don't think anyone ever laid it out to me this way so plainly that Roseanne Boyland was beaten to death by a police officer on the steps of the U.S. Capitol.
00:07:09.000 And just say it plainly.
00:07:10.000 And we know the name and we know the badge number of the officer, that it was Officer Lila Morris, badge number 5869, beat to death a protester on the steps of the U.S. Capitol.
00:07:23.000 Explain to me, why is this story just completely disappeared from the entire national conversation?
00:07:30.000 Because all of the four fatalities related to January 6th have been either justified, cheered by the left, the regime, and especially the news media, but also because I think the circumstances related to what happened to Roseanne Boylan are so egregious, so cruel, so horrific to see that the media has selectively, and this includes conservative media, has selectively ignored what happened to her.
00:07:56.000 We started reporting on Roseanne Boylan's death in the summer of 2021.
00:08:01.000 And so it's good that this video now is coming out.
00:08:04.000 People need to hold these officers accountable.
00:08:07.000 Lila Morris was given a free pass.
00:08:10.000 I think she allegedly went through some internal investigation at DC Metro and she was completely clear for what she did.
00:08:17.000 But there were more officers involved in what happened to Roseanne Boylan and other women, by the way, in that tunnel.
00:08:24.000 So we have some coverage of that also at American Greatness.
00:08:31.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:08:35.000 It's a new year and you may be trying to make some positive change in your life.
00:08:39.000 New resolutions, habits, and thought processes.
00:08:42.000 But let's be honest, these efforts do not always pan out.
00:08:45.000 Have you ever given up after a few months because you don't see the results you were hoping for?

00:09:04.000 Look, Strong Cell is a scientific formula that helps boost your body's natural energy and restoration at the cellular level.
00:09:12.000 So look, NAD is a crucial coenzyme that is critical for creating energy in your cells.
00:09:18.000 Now, you might say, Charlie, this sounds too good to be true.
00:09:20.000 NAD, go look it up online.
00:09:22.000 Go do five minutes of research on NAD.
00:09:24.000 It is a miracle coenzyme.
00:09:27.000 Some people call it the anti-aging enzyme.
00:09:29.000 It can help with depression.
00:09:31.000 It can help with anxiety.
00:09:32.000 It can help with drug detox.
00:09:33.000 It could help with mental acuity with memory.
00:09:36.000 And Strong Cell also puts CoQ10 and wild-caught marine collagen.
00:09:41.000 Again, I take it every day, and the difference I feel is undeniable.

00:11:19.000 So we've been talking about Roseanne Boylan and we've been talking about her death, her beating death, and I'm just calling it what it is.
00:11:25.000 She's beaten to death by Officer Lila Morris, badge number 5869.
00:11:33.000 Guys, play clip 110.
00:11:53.000 What you're seeing there is body cam footage.
00:11:55.000 That's Officer Lila Morris with a long wooden stick and Roseanne Boylan lying on the ground, lying down, not threatening anyone, not attacking anyone, not being violent.
00:12:06.000 Doesn't even have the ability to get up.
00:12:08.000 And she's beaten again and again and again.
00:12:13.000 Julie Kelly, can you help us make some sense of this?
00:12:16.000 I can't.
00:12:17.000 But, as I wrote today, Jack, in my column, January 6th was the worst incident.
00:12:24.000 Of police brutality against political protesters since the Civil Rights era, and that's just a fact.
00:12:29.000 Things like that have been going on for three hours.
00:12:32.000 That afternoon, Lila Morris's colleagues, especially at the DC Metro Police Department, started assaulting people outside standing on Capitol grounds, not committing any crime or attempting to commit a crime, assaulting them with flashbangs, stun grenades, stinger balls with rubber bullets in them, copious amounts of very toxic chemical spray, punching them, shoving them, pushing them off of balconies.
00:12:58.000 I mean, this is what protests.
00:12:59.000 So Julie, I was.
00:13:00.000 I was there when the first flashbangs went off.
00:13:03.000 So I was walking down Constitution Avenue with Raheem Kassam.
00:13:08.000 We just finished watching um actually, I have to be clear about this we had stopped watching Trump's speech and we were walking to go to ONE American NEWS which is, if you understand the geography, it's down the street on Constitution Avenue.
00:13:22.000 Uh, his speech was still going on while we were walking and so, as we were walking from the, I guess you know atop Capitol Hill, down the hill, so down the hill, down Constitution Avenue, I remember turning to Raheem and saying, it looks like there's a lot of people at the Capitol, MAGA HATS, and he, of course, was on his phone not paying attention, and and I said I really think there's a lot of people there, and then I just hear boom boom, and now yeah,
00:13:52.000 we're sort of coming from around the site so it's very hard for us to tell what's going on.
00:13:55.000 But I do remember hearing those very first flashbangs that went off but Julie, why is this story not taken off the way that I mean, George Floyd happened in 2022 is?
00:14:06.000 Is it because the races were swapped here?
00:14:08.000 The genders were swapped?
00:14:09.000 If they were, if it was two men a a, a black man and a white officer, you think this footage would be everywhere, but instead it's only people like you and people like us talking about it, because Trump supporters are uh, considered subhuman, not just by the news media but by this regime and particularly the Department OF Justice.
00:14:27.000 And so her life didn't matter.
00:14:29.000 You know, Trump supporters, lives don't matter.
00:14:32.000 It's the opposite of black.
00:14:33.000 Lives matter.
00:14:34.000 And it's important to note Jack, that the Dc coroner said that Roseanne Boyland died of a drug overdose and her body was immediately cremated, along with three other Trump supporters who died that day, two other men who died as a result of the use of those flashbangs.
00:14:53.000 The media has covered this up, they've justified it, they've cheered their desks, they've cheered people like Michael Bird, who shot and killed Ashley Rabbit, and they've cleared Lila Morris, who probably still has her job Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:16:09.000 When I'm looking at this video of Roseanne Boylan and Lila Morris, badge number 5869, I can't help but think that we have so many of these situations in the United States over the past two years.
00:16:26.000 We have another one, by the way, bubbling up in Memphis right now where there is footage, the body cam footage supposedly that's coming out of a police police action situation.
00:16:37.000 I don't know how to describe it yet because I haven't actually seen the video.
00:16:40.000 Five officers, one suspect.
00:16:43.000 It seems as though all the officers and the suspect are all black Americans, and that the police chief has come out and said, well, this is the next Rodney King.
00:16:52.000 This is the next Rodney King, even though Rodney King, of course, was high on drugs and attacked police officers before he was put down and restrained by the same police officers that he attacked.
00:17:04.000 And so that led to when those officers were acquitted, that led to the LA riots, the LA riots, then led to OJ Simpson essentially being able to get away with murder.
00:17:19.000 He chopped his wife's head off and killed a waiter.
00:17:22.000 And then the city of Los Angeles didn't want another round of LA riots.
00:17:25.000 So what did they do?
00:17:26.000 They did everything they could to throw the case.
00:17:29.000 Johnny Cochran came in.
00:17:31.000 Alan Dershowitz came in.
00:17:32.000 And the Kardashians were involved.
00:17:34.000 So isn't that fun?
00:17:35.000 And they made sure they moved it.
00:17:38.000 They moved to Simi Valley out of Brentville.
00:17:40.000 They did everything they could.
00:17:41.000 By the way, the gloves totally fit.
00:17:43.000 The DNA all matched.
00:17:44.000 It was simple.
00:17:44.000 It's very, very simple what went on there.
00:17:47.000 But they didn't want that to happen.
00:17:49.000 And then what happened with the DA defense district attorney Garcetti, well, his son later became the mayor of Los Angeles, Eric Garcetti.
00:17:59.000 Funny how that works.
00:18:00.000 Amazing how that works because it was about politics then and it's about politics now.
00:18:04.000 And that's why the city of Memphis is going to be releasing this body cam footage.
00:18:09.000 And we're going to see what happens.
00:18:13.000 Thanks for listening.
