00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, on this episode of the Charlie Kirk Show, we cover a lot of stuff.
00:00:03.000 Well, we start with my speech at the school board Scottsdale Unified School District.
00:00:07.000 If you are listening to my words right now, I am encouraging you to please show up to your school board meetings and tell them what they are doing wrong or maybe what they're doing right with the education of your children.

00:01:56.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:02:35.000 Afghanistan continues to be a mess.
00:02:38.000 And Americans are stranded in Afghanistan.
00:02:41.000 And our government is uncertain what to do.
00:02:44.000 We have some exclusive frontline updates from Afghanistan to share with you, including how private contractors and private citizens are stepping up and doing the job that our government refuses to do.
00:02:58.000 And also, we're going to go into great detail all of the weapons that we have left behind in Afghanistan.
00:03:05.000 And it's not just bullets and guns.
00:03:08.000 It is some of the most sophisticated, top-level weaponry.
00:03:14.000 We're going to get into all of that and the cost associated.
00:03:16.000 But first, I want to tell you about last night.
00:03:20.000 As many of you know, there is a craze to try to abuse our children by putting masks on them.
00:03:26.000 Now, there is no evidence to show that children are at a significant risk of catching or dying from the Chinese, dying from the Chinese coronavirus or even super spreading it.
00:03:36.000 A study done by Dr. Macery in conjunction with Johns Hopkins University, publisher of the Wall Street Journal, studied 48,000 students who contracted the Chinese coronavirus.
00:03:49.000 He found zero deaths.
00:03:51.000 Zero deaths.
00:03:53.000 The only children that are dying are ones that had pre-existing health conditions, comorbidities, that had leukemia or significant breathing issues.
00:04:02.000 We do know the effect that masks have on communication, on being able to empathize with one another.
00:04:09.000 Arizona, the state of Arizona, Governor Doug Ducey signed a good bill into law recently.
00:04:15.000 He signed a bill into law that made it illegal for school boards to mask children.
00:04:25.000 Scottsdale Unified School District made a promise that this would be a mask optional year.
00:04:32.000 Scottsdale Unified School District is a microcosm of what's happening across the country.
00:04:37.000 Your leaders don't care about you.
00:04:40.000 These people in charge were photographed maskless at an indoor event called Westworld in Scottsdale two days after the CDC gathering so they can go maskless to restaurants, but children that they oversee, they must wear masks at the Scottsdale Unified School District.
00:04:57.000 Now, I have been telling all of you to show up at school board meetings.
00:05:00.000 We have been highlighting successful school board recall efforts.
00:05:06.000 And I feel a moral obligation to fight alongside of you amongst all the other things that we are doing.
00:05:12.000 Hundreds of speeches a year, two podcasts a day, three hours of radio a day.
00:05:17.000 I want to fight alongside of you for our children's future.
00:05:20.000 This is wrong and it is evil what is happening.
00:05:23.000 Not to mention the critical race theory that's now called social emotional learning, equity training that's in Scottsdale.
00:05:29.000 I touched that.
00:05:30.000 I touched that for just a minute, but I showed up last evening and I was the first person to speak.
00:05:34.000 Can you believe it?
00:05:35.000 They gave me the first slot.
00:05:36.000 And my wife did an unbelievable job as well.
00:05:38.000 If you think my speech was intense, her speech was, some would say, savage.
00:05:44.000 In fact, I would air my wife's speech, but it is a lot of silence because she looked them right in the eye and she said, we need to take a moment of silence for every child that has committed suicide in Scottsdale and will commit suicide because of your measures.
00:05:59.000 And she stares them down.
00:06:01.000 And one of the guys then poked at his computer like a minute later and she says, get off your computer.
00:06:05.000 It's a moment of silence.
00:06:06.000 Awesome.
00:06:07.000 And he stopped because he's a wimp.
00:06:10.000 So here's my speech to the Scottsdale Unified School District.
00:06:13.000 And I share this with you only to hopefully inspire you that we are going to school boards, that you need to show up right now.
00:06:20.000 If you are frustrated, if you are angered by what's happening and you're not showing up to your school board meeting, then you are currently a spectator, not a participant in saving the republic.
00:06:32.000 Here's my speech to the Scottsdale Unified Schools District that I gave last night.
00:06:36.000 Okay, can our first speaker free to approach?
00:06:36.000 Playtape.
00:06:40.000 And if you could just state your name into the microphone so we can get it for our meeting minutes.
00:06:44.000 Yep.
00:06:45.000 Okay, my name is Charlie Kirk and I'm a new resident of... Scottsdale.
00:06:49.000 Kind of feels like I'm living in San Francisco because of all of you and your self-righteous measures that you're putting to abuse the children of this wonderful state.
00:07:00.000 I'm going to have children here one day, and I sure hope people like you aren't in charge.
00:07:06.000 You are defying Arizona law and measures to mask children, even though there is zero evidence to show that children are at a significant risk of catching or dying from the Chinese coronavirus.
00:07:21.000 In fact, children who drive to school are at a much larger risk of dying on the way to school than from COVID-19, according to the CDC.
00:07:31.000 The CDC's research says the following.
00:07:33.000 Children 5 to 14 years old have a 0.2 chance of dying from COVID.
00:07:40.000 Yet from all deaths, suicide is 1.5.
00:07:44.000 Homicide, 0.7.
00:07:46.000 Cardiovascular disease, 0.6.
00:07:49.000 Drowning, 0.5.
00:07:51.000 Flu and pneumonia.3.
00:07:54.000 Suffocation and COVID are the exact same measure.
00:07:58.000 Yet this district has decided to go in their own direction against the will of the taxpayers of this area and want to mask children.
00:08:07.000 We know what masking children does.
00:08:09.000 This has a serious mental health toll on young people.
00:08:12.000 The inability to communicate, the inability to even hear what teachers are saying.
00:08:16.000 In fact, masking makes people unfamiliar with each other.
00:08:19.000 It makes you less likely to be able to empathize with another person.
00:08:22.000 God gave us a face for a reason.
00:08:26.000 Dr. McCery wrote a piece in which he studied 48,000 cases of children under 18 reported to have COVID between April and August of last year.
00:08:37.000 How many children died?
00:08:38.000 He said, quote, our report found a mortality rate of zero among children without a pre-existing medical condition such as leukemia.
00:08:47.000 So why the mask craziness?
00:08:50.000 There was a 22.3% spike in ER trips for potential suicides by children aged 12 to 17 in summer 2020 compared to 2019, according to findings published in the CDC's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly report.
00:09:04.000 And we know there's a direct link between children not being able to empathize with their peers and their parents and mental health issues.
00:09:11.000 This district has decided to go in its own direction against the will of the voters and the legislature here in Arizona.
00:09:18.000 Not to mention the social emotional learning guideline that you mistakenly sent out to parents in this district, the consultant group that you passed into law here, and the violation of the Open Meetings Act, which, by the way, I hope the Attorney General of this state acts with criminal intent against this school district for breaking the law and passing a curriculum without allowing parent input.
00:09:40.000 In closing, I'm going to say this.
00:09:42.000 Your time is soon up.
00:09:44.000 The people of this state and this school district are rising up.
00:09:47.000 There are recall measures in place.
00:09:49.000 You have awoke a sleeping giant.
00:09:51.000 I hope you enjoy your massed short-term future here while it still lasts.
00:09:55.000 Thank you.
00:09:56.000 One point of clarification, which is when I was reading off the numbers of the deaths, it's per 100,000.
00:10:03.000 And I didn't say that in my speech, but the numbers were still correct.
00:10:07.000 I didn't say a number that was wrong.
00:10:08.000 I just didn't properly qualify it or clarify it.
00:10:12.000 And I was followed by 44 other adults until they had to suspend all public comment because it took too long.
00:10:19.000 And then by the end of the evening, one of the childless school board members, he was basically pseudo-apologizing, saying, look, no one wants to do masks.
00:10:29.000 We don't like masks.
00:10:30.000 We just don't want to overwhelm the system.
00:10:33.000 That's what happens when you flood the zone.
00:10:34.000 In fact, we have him now on Open Mic swearing into the mic after the 30th parent.
00:10:41.000 Expletive-filled type response.
00:10:44.000 You see, these tyrants don't like to be confronted.
00:10:47.000 These people that run your schools, they have never been challenged before.
00:10:52.000 We're going to get deeper into that and some Afghanistan news, but I can tell you right now, the tyrants in Scottsdale are on defense.
00:11:01.000 How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor?
00:11:03.000 A lot.
00:11:04.000 Truth is, I know millions of people.
00:11:06.000 In fact, some people say over 100 million people are struggling with some kind of pain, maybe from exercise or just getting older.
00:11:12.000 Now, Pete and Seth Talbot, they are on a mission.
00:11:14.000 You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment.
00:11:16.000 They recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their total number of happy customers in the next year.
00:11:22.000 And I believe they'll do it.
00:11:23.000 So here's the deal.
00:11:24.000 Go to relieffactor.com.
00:11:26.000 That's relief factor.com or call 800-500-8384.
00:11:29.000 People ask me, tell me why Relief Factor is so successful in lowering or eliminating pain.
00:11:34.000 I'm often asked that question.
00:11:35.000 So maybe you want to be able to do cartwheels or be able to do backflips like Producer Andrew.
00:11:40.000 Maybe you want to be able to run a marathon, swim underwater, go scuba diving, jump out of an airplane, but maybe it's your knee pain, back pain, joint pain, whatever pain it might be.
00:11:49.000 Maybe Relief Factor is for you.
00:11:51.000 ReliefFactor.com, 100% drug-free.
00:11:53.000 Check it out, relieffactor.com.
00:11:58.000 I want to just mention one more thing about the Scottsdale School Board meeting yesterday.
00:12:02.000 The amount of parents that showed up was inspiring.
00:12:06.000 In fact, there were so many parents that wanted to speak, they did not have time to let them all comment.
00:12:11.000 And it was a hundred, it must have been 110 degrees, right, Connor?
00:12:14.000 I mean, it was a blazer out there.
00:12:16.000 And they were still out there in great numbers wanting to let their voice be heard.
00:12:24.000 It was remarkable.
00:12:25.000 And the common through line was: why are you doing this to our children while enrollment is going down in our schools?
00:12:35.000 There is no evidence to show that masking children is making any difference except a negative difference.
00:12:43.000 In fact, it was the New York Times that came out.
00:12:45.000 Remember that piece, Connor, where the key to getting rid of COVID in schools is just opening up windows.
00:12:50.000 That was the New York Times that wrote that.
00:12:52.000 It was the massive ventilation plan that they put forward.
00:12:56.000 Now, do I think the Scottsdale School Board is sitting around trying to think of ways to make people's lives miserable?
00:13:01.000 Probably not.
00:13:02.000 Do I think that they're being co-opted by an insidious regime that is trying to keep your children obedient, less likely to embrace liberty?
00:13:12.000 Yeah, New York Times, this is right.
00:13:14.000 February 26, 2021, why opening windows is a key to reopening schools?
00:13:18.000 That's it.
00:13:20.000 Politico comes out today.
00:13:21.000 There's a turf war between Republican governors and the White House over masking kids in schools, and no one is winning.
00:13:27.000 Well, the children are certainly losing, that's for sure.
00:13:30.000 And they are putting forward these measures absent any evidence at all whatsoever.
00:13:35.000 And so the half-wits and the dunces and the chumps that run these school boards are the same sort of people that executed the Kabul exit strategy.
00:13:51.000 In fact, Afghanistan is an example of what happens when we put our trust in top-down, arrogant policymakers.
00:13:59.000 School boards are just a microcosm of that.
00:14:02.000 The school boards are just a microcosm of this idea that we are going to legislate from the top down how you have to live.
00:14:11.000 And people are frustrated with a variety of different things right now.
00:14:14.000 Afghanistan skyrocketing inflation, tyranny around the Chinese coronavirus, and school boards are now a mechanism and a way to successfully fight back.
00:14:28.000 What I saw last night were parents that had never been involved politically at all.
00:14:33.000 There was a Trump flag here and there, but there were mostly parents that had no political affiliation at all.
00:14:40.000 In fact, I even asked some of them, and I said, have you guys ever been in politics before?
00:14:46.000 They said, no.
00:14:48.000 But they're masking our children.
00:14:49.000 They're putting in social-emotional learning.
00:14:52.000 And by the way, CNN is even noticing that there is movement around this.
00:14:56.000 Quote, CNN says, U.S. COVID cases among children have surged to one of the highest rates of the pandemic.
00:15:01.000 Experts warn it may not get worse.
00:15:04.000 Now, mind you, not deaths, but cases.
00:15:07.000 And so they're pushing a story on how COVID cases or children are rising to try to preempt the uprising among parents.
00:15:17.000 Even though Dr. McCery, all these wonderful Scots-Irishmen that are fighting for freedom, we got McInerney, McInerney, Dr. McClay.
00:15:26.000 We got all sorts of, I mean, how many different tribes of Scotland do we have here that are now fighting for freedom here?
00:15:31.000 That's a different conversation for a different time.
00:15:33.000 Everyone should, yeah, Kaylee McEnaney.
00:15:35.000 It's amazing how all these people have wonderful Scots names.
00:15:40.000 By the way, great book, How the Scots Built the Modern World.
00:15:43.000 It's a great book.
00:15:45.000 Yeah, Andrew's Andrew's French, so there's really not much to be proud of.
00:15:50.000 So, retreat, surrender, wine, cheese, Rivieras, art, bad art, by the way, and deconstructing Western civilization.
00:15:57.000 He says he's Italian.
00:15:59.000 Yeah, you have French in you.
00:16:00.000 You told me that you have French in you.
00:16:04.000 He says, No, I don't have French.
00:16:05.000 He's Italian.
00:16:06.000 Italians have a lot to be proud of.
00:16:08.000 The French are wonderful people.
00:16:08.000 I'm kidding.
00:16:11.000 Everyone is wonderful people.
00:16:15.000 So we're going to get to the next segment here where we're talking about Afghanistan, about how we left weapons behind.
00:16:23.000 And I want, as we go into this story, I want you to just connect the two.
00:16:26.000 I want you to connect the people that are running the school boards with the people running the Pentagon.
00:16:32.000 They have not been challenged by you for quite a while.
00:16:36.000 And then I'm going to ask the question: how long have we been fighting?
00:16:41.000 Not fighting in Afghanistan.
00:16:43.000 How long have we been fighting this domestic kind of quote-unquote culture war?
00:16:48.000 What if I told you the fight has just started?
00:16:54.000 A few decades ago, private citizens used to be largely that: private.
00:16:58.000 The internet.
00:16:58.000 What's changed?
00:16:59.000 Think about everything you've browsed, searched for, or watched, or tweeted.
00:17:02.000 Now imagine all of that data being crawled through, collected, and aggregated by third parties into the permanent public record.
00:17:08.000 Your record.
00:17:09.000 Having your private life exposed for others to see was once something only celebrities worried about.
00:17:14.000 But in an era where everyone is online, everyone is a public figure.
00:17:18.000 To keep my data private, when I go online, I go to ExpressVPN.
00:17:21.000 Did you know there are hundreds of data brokers out there whose sole business is to buy and sell data?
00:17:25.000 The worst part is they don't have to tell you who's selling it or get your consent.
00:17:29.000 One of these data points is your IP address.
00:17:31.000 Data harvesters, use your IP to uniquely identify you and your location.
00:17:36.000 Every time I turn ExpressVPN on, I'm given a random IP address shared by other ExpressVPN customers.
00:17:42.000 That makes it more difficult for third parties to identify me and harvest my data.
00:17:46.000 So if you, like me, believe that your data is your business, secure yourself with the number one rated VPN on the market.
00:17:53.000 Visit expressvpn.com/slash Charlie and get three extra months free.
00:17:56.000 That's exp resvpn.com slash Charlie.

00:18:05.000 Washington Public Schools forces student athletes to wear ankle monitors for purpose of COVID segregation in a Washington school.
00:18:15.000 So if you cross the southern border illegally, you are let to go free.
00:18:19.000 But if you are a 17-year-old in Washington who's decided not to get the vaccine, they make you wear an ankle monitor.
00:18:26.000 I'm going to get to that story in a second, but I want to talk about Afghanistan and what's happening on the ground because it's very important and very timely.
00:18:32.000 I want to first start with a story from Adam Angieski, a friend of mine who runs openthebooks.com, one of the best websites for government transparency in the country.
00:18:41.000 It really is a wonderful project.
00:18:43.000 I've known Adam for years.
00:18:44.000 He's a great man.
00:18:46.000 I'm going to go through the list of all of the weapons that the Taliban now has that we just abandoned.
00:18:54.000 And it's a rather remarkable list.
00:18:58.000 2,000 armored vehicles, including Hum Vs and MRAPs, MRAPs.
00:19:04.000 75,989 total vehicles from FMTV, M35, Ford Rangers, Ford F-350s, Ford Vans, Toyota pickups, and armored security vehicles.
00:19:18.000 75,989.
00:19:20.000 Now, what American military was doing buying Toyota pickups, I don't know.
00:19:24.000 That should be illegal.
00:19:25.000 Why are we buying Japanese pickups?
00:19:28.000 Well, it's the least of our problems, unfortunately.
00:19:30.000 45 UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters now in possession of the Taliban.
00:19:36.000 50 MD530G scout attack choppers.
00:19:43.000 They now have Scan Eagle military drones, 30 military version Cessna, four C-130s.
00:19:50.000 I don't even think they know how to fly, but they got the planes.
00:19:54.000 29 Brazilian-made A-29 Super Tacano ground attack aircraft, and they have over 208 total aircraft that we just abandoned.
00:20:04.000 At least 600,000 small arms, including M16s, M249, SAWs, M24 sniper systems, 50 calibers, 1,394 M203 grenade launchers, M134 mini guns, 20 millimeter Gatling guns, and ammunition.
00:20:28.000 The Taliban has 61,000 M203 rounds, 20,000 grenades, howitzers, mortars that have 1,000-plus rounds, 162,000 pieces of encrypted military communications gear.
00:20:43.000 Let me say that again.
00:20:45.000 162,000 pieces of encrypted military communications gear.
00:20:50.000 I talked to a Navy SEAL yesterday.
00:20:52.000 He said, Charlie, you don't understand how big of a deal this is.
00:20:54.000 We are freaking out internally.
00:20:58.000 We feel so betrayed by our commander-in-chief, and we're not allowed to say it because we're in the military.
00:21:02.000 And we're now going to have to redo all of our communications, which will cost $50 to $100 billion minimum.
00:21:09.000 16,000 night vision goggles.
00:21:12.000 It'll be really good for herding goats in the middle of the night.
00:21:16.000 Newest technology night vision scopes, thermal scopes, and thermal mono goggles.
00:21:23.000 10,000 2.75-inch air-to-ground rockets.
00:21:28.000 They have reconnaissance equipment, laser aiming units, explosive ordnance C4 Semtex detonators, shape charges, thermite, and incendiaries, 2,520 bombs, administration-encrypted cell phones, and laptops that are all operational.
00:21:47.000 Pallets of millions of dollars in U.S. currency just laying around.
00:21:53.000 Millions of rounds of ammunition, including but not limited to 20 million rounds of 7.62 millimeter, 9 million rounds of 50 caliber, a large stockpile of plate carriers and body armor, U.S. military HIIDE for handheld interagency identification detection equipment, biometrics, lots of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, backcodes, dump trucks, and excavators.
00:22:19.000 But don't worry, everybody, none of that equipment will end up in the hands of ISIS or people that hate us.
00:22:23.000 The Taliban controls all of that now.
00:22:26.000 And according to Adam Angieski from openthebooks.com, 75,898 vehicles that we gave to the Afghan security forces that are now in the hands of the Taliban.
00:22:43.000 Not to mention light attack helicopters with hellfire missiles and anti-tank missiles.
00:22:51.000 Basic fixed wing airplanes range in price from $3.1 million to $22 million.
00:22:57.000 Not to mention the lost drones.
00:22:59.000 And the SIGAR audit shows that we had $174 million in drone loss that disappeared from its website.
00:23:07.000 Oh man, the Pakistan intelligence, they got their hands all over this stuff.
00:23:11.000 You better believe it.
00:23:12.000 Now, I heard some lunatics say, well, the Taliban doesn't know how to use this stuff.
00:23:16.000 Yeah, they know how to use guns, okay?
00:23:18.000 They do know how to do that.
00:23:19.000 But they also will just sell it to the Russian and the Chinese for cash.
00:23:23.000 And so then our greatest enemies have all of our military technology.
00:23:27.000 All of it.
00:23:29.000 How is it possible that Joe Biden let this happen?
00:23:33.000 Was this intentional?
00:23:34.000 Did he want our enemies to have it?
00:23:36.000 It's hard to believe that incompetence could possibly let this happen.
00:23:40.000 Jake Sullivan, the highly unimpressive person who's never done anything useful in his life, says, We don't have a complete picture, obviously, of where every article of defense materials has gone, but certainly a fair amount of it has fallen into the hands of the Taliban.
00:23:55.000 And obviously, we don't have a sense that we're going to be ready to hand it over to us at the airport.
00:24:01.000 The Taliban now has the 26th largest air force in the world with zero pilots: 600,000 weapons, 75,000 vehicles, 200 total aircraft, and $85 billion in total weapons.
00:24:20.000 110 helicopters, 60 transportation cargo airplanes, 20 light attack airplanes, and 18 intelligence reconnaissance and surveillance airplanes.
00:24:31.000 The Taliban now has more Black Hawk helicopters than Australia.
00:24:35.000 And this is all on our government.
00:24:37.000 This is all on Joe Biden, who now wants praise, who says, this was a perfect withdrawal.
00:24:42.000 Are you kidding me?
00:24:45.000 Cut 59, Gen Saki says that the Afghanistan effort is a success.
00:24:49.000 It's on track to be the largest airlift in U.S. history.
00:24:52.000 Cut 59.
00:24:54.000 I would say that this is now on track, Peter, to be the largest airlift in U.S. history.
00:25:00.000 So, and that is bringing American citizens out.
00:25:04.000 It is bringing our Afghan partners out.
00:25:05.000 It is bringing allies out.
00:25:07.000 So, no, I would not say that is anything but a success.
00:25:11.000 Anything but a success.
00:25:14.000 Michael emailed us.
00:25:15.000 He said, My Toyota Tundra was the most American-made vehicle when I purchased it.
00:25:19.000 Toyota didn't take a bailout.
00:25:21.000 Okay.
00:25:21.000 Toyota's a Japanese company.
00:25:23.000 Yes, they do have manufacturing plants here, but they send their profits back to Japan.
00:25:27.000 So don't buy Toyota as Andrew has a Toyota car.
00:25:30.000 He's going to switch it out.
00:25:31.000 He's getting a Chevy soon.
00:25:33.000 He's getting a Chevy.
00:25:34.000 You do have a Toyota.
00:25:35.000 I outed you.
00:25:35.000 That's right.
00:25:36.000 You are driving Japanese cars, producer Andrew.
00:25:39.000 I'm happy to say that we have a Jeep.
00:25:41.000 We're making the Chrysler UAW cronies very, very rich.
00:25:45.000 My preference is Ford.
00:25:46.000 They don't take bailout money.
00:25:48.000 Love Ford.
00:25:49.000 Okay, more sound here.
00:25:53.000 The government of the United States has a moral obligation to look after its citizens, to look after the weapons that we have purchased.
00:26:08.000 And Joe Biden is now trying to spin this as a massive success, saying, Look, you don't understand, this is a wonderful victory for the United States.
00:26:20.000 In fact, he is saying that we want credit for this.
00:26:23.000 Now, somebody asked me, they said, Charlie, why is the media being actually like the media with Joe Biden on this?
00:26:30.000 Well, you have to understand a lot of the people running these news agencies spent significant time in Kabul.
00:26:37.000 They spent a lot of time, at least the senior editors of the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, CNN, they were there for years.
00:26:43.000 They still have friends and family there.
00:26:46.000 So for them, this is a massive sore spot, the way that Joe Biden has handled this, which will go down as one of the worst foreign policy disasters in American history.
00:26:58.000 Now, who's calling the shots?
00:27:01.000 Well, Jen Saki says that after August 31st, which is the evacuation deadline, there could be some Americans left over.
00:27:07.000 Whose evacuation deadline is that?
00:27:10.000 Is that America's?
00:27:12.000 It's the Taliban's.
00:27:14.000 We are now dictating our foreign policy based on what the Taliban tells us.
00:27:20.000 We do what the Taliban said.
00:27:22.000 The Taliban says get out on the 31st.
00:27:23.000 We say, okay.
00:27:25.000 They're calling the shots.
00:27:26.000 They are in charge of American foreign policy decisions, Cut 58.
00:27:33.000 If one U.S. citizen was suddenly discovered, you know, saying, hey, I really want to get out and I'm stuck.
00:27:37.000 Who knows where?
00:27:38.000 Somewhere in Afghanistan or in Kabul, he's got any problems.
00:27:41.000 Would this trigger a diplomatic military all hands-on deck type thing to get that person out, whatever the date?
00:27:49.000 Our commitment continues to be to U.S. citizens.
00:27:52.000 If they want to leave, we will help get them out.
00:27:56.000 Again, we expect there could be some, but I'm not going to get into it further.
00:28:01.000 There could be Americans stranded.
00:28:02.000 It's not like that's our job as running the United States government.
00:28:06.000 The Biden regime has many simultaneous issues on their hands.
00:28:12.000 The Afghanistan one in particular exposes what they are all about.
00:28:18.000 It exposes them because they have decided they are not in the business of governing.
00:28:23.000 They are not in the business of trying to run a country uniting Republicans and Democrats.
00:28:30.000 The mission statement of the Biden regime is to destroy Republicans wherever possible, to try to create space that there's never actually another presidential election again.
00:28:41.000 That's what they're trying to do.
00:28:42.000 They're trying to use political power to preserve political power for Democrats in perpetuity.
00:28:50.000 That's what Jen Psaki and Ron Clain and Joe Biden are focused on.
00:28:57.000 And Afghanistan, as there are thousands of Americans that are still stranded, they don't really know how to respond to that.
00:29:07.000 The question is, how many Americans have actually been evacuated?
00:29:10.000 How many are still there?
00:29:14.000 The numbers are remarkable that a small percentage of people being evacuated are actually Americans.
00:29:21.000 But I wouldn't expect that Joe Biden to actually put a priority on Americans.
00:29:25.000 They never have.
00:29:26.000 Why would they now?
00:29:29.000 As you know, my friend Mike Lindell, lots of energy, has a passion to help everyone get the best sleep of their life.
00:29:35.000 He didn't stop by simply creating the best pillow.

00:30:51.000 Producer Connor, he walked in with his pillow once because he just needed it in between breaks.
00:30:57.000 It was so beautiful.
00:30:58.000 And in fact, I saw someone walking around with Giza dream sheets.
00:31:02.000 And I was like, why are you walking around Giza dream sheets?
00:31:05.000 And they said, look, don't judge me, but when I take my catnap at lunch, I need my Giza dream sheets.
00:31:10.000 It was kind of weird, but they did use promo code Kirk.

00:31:25.000 Promo code Kirk.
00:31:29.000 Ankle monitors are usually used for people that are on parole or people that are on bail if they are at risk or people on house arrest.
00:31:38.000 According to the postmillennial.com, the story is spreading that there was a program that was developed in Eaton High School in Washington State where the program was designed for contact tracing in the event of a positive COVID test of a student.
00:31:54.000 The trace tag device was used by the school, was made by a company called TREAX.
00:31:59.000 Okay, first of all, if a school has enough money to go buy ankle monitors, they're way overfunded.
00:32:04.000 Okay, maybe go work on literacy rates, not on ankle monitors for your children.
00:32:11.000 According to their website, the device was created for the purpose of, quote, maintaining social distancing guidelines and to provide real-time insight into whether these guidelines are being observed.
00:32:21.000 The device provides a visual and audio alarm so individuals know when to adjust their current distance to a proper social distance.
00:32:30.000 These are for teenagers, everybody.
00:32:33.000 Additionally, the monitors provide a passive collection of workers' interactions for contact tracing should an individual test positive.
00:32:39.000 According to TREAX, the device, quote, is affixed to any hard hat or worn-of-the-body proximity detection for contact tracing.
00:32:48.000 The school district has yet to comment on this.
00:32:51.000 And of course, it is mostly for unvaccinated children at this particular school board.
00:32:58.000 Adding to the intrigue, the postmillennial writes, the school board was approved by Kralick, one of the school's athletic directors, had a program involving a tracking system to help prevent quarantines for the football team.
00:33:10.000 The device were described as a way to prevent and reduce regular testing.
00:33:14.000 Devices are only to be used on the field.
00:33:16.000 A radio toggle, which would not have cellular GPS capability, would be placed on the football helmets, and a local booster club was willing to pay for the system.
00:33:23.000 Can you believe this?
00:33:25.000 I mean, I would call it Orwellian, but it's way ahead of the curve of anything that Orwell talked about.
00:33:31.000 I mean, Winston in the book of Orwell, he, I don't think he ever had a tracking device on him.
00:33:41.000 He just had telescreens following him everywhere he went.
00:33:44.000 Eaton School District Superintendent Gary Neal disputed the purpose of the monitors was segregation.
00:33:49.000 He said, we received grant funding that specifically included provisions to support high-risk athletic programs.
00:33:55.000 And we use some of those funds to pay for athletic proximity monitors.
00:33:59.000 You hear that?
00:33:59.000 That's our calling it.
00:34:00.000 Athletic proximity monitors.
00:34:02.000 Ankle bracelets for children are now called athletic proximity monitors.
00:34:07.000 Two plus two equals five, everybody.
00:34:10.000 I got to underline this one.
00:34:12.000 Athletic proximity monitors.
00:34:14.000 How much do they pay a consulting group to wordsmith that one?
00:34:18.000 I want to meet the Seattle communications firm that sat in a room and they're like, all right, let's do word bubbles here.
00:34:26.000 All right.
00:34:27.000 So ankle bracelets out of there.
00:34:30.000 Nothing on ankle.
00:34:31.000 How about monitoring equipment?
00:34:32.000 No, no, no.
00:34:33.000 Well, maybe we'll use the word monitoring.
00:34:35.000 How about surveillance technology?
00:34:36.000 No, no, no.
00:34:37.000 That makes people feel like they're living in East Eurasia, which was a 1984 reference.
00:34:43.000 How about, well, let's do athletic because then it doesn't, it seems a little specified.
00:34:48.000 Okay, we'll start with athletic and the word bubble.
00:34:50.000 How about how about spying?
00:34:53.000 No, no, no.
00:34:54.000 Bad word.
00:34:54.000 Do not use spying.
00:34:56.000 All right, what other poll testing?
00:34:57.000 Proximity.
00:34:58.000 Perfect.
00:34:59.000 Okay.
00:34:59.000 You're getting close to people.
00:35:01.000 Monitors, athletic proximity monitors.
00:35:05.000 He continues by saying we are using those monitors for high contact and moderate indoor contact sports.
00:35:11.000 The monitors are both for staff and students on the field, regardless if they're vaccinated or unvaccinated.
00:35:16.000 If a student or coach tests positive, we'll have immediate information regarding athletes and coaches' contacts so we can more tightly determine who we might need to quarantine.
00:35:24.000 You hear that?
00:35:24.000 So they can find out whose children they need to take away from you.
00:35:28.000 What's amazing about this is the Eaton School District Superintendent Gary Neal seems perfectly comfortable and confident with creating a surveillance state in his own high school, Eaton School District in Washington, where your children now get to wear ankle bracelets if they go to school.
00:35:49.000 They get to be spied on of all their movements.
00:35:54.000 Nothing to see here, everybody.
00:35:56.000 Just trust the experts.
00:35:57.000 15 days to slow the spread.
00:36:00.000 And it came from a bat in the Himalayas.
00:36:04.000 In fact, it was a bat soup.
00:36:07.000 Up is down and down is up, and two plus two equals five.
00:36:10.000 Don't believe your lying eyes, bigot.
00:36:13.000 If you want an argument for school choice, I think Eaton School District has given that to you, where children have to wear ankle monitors just for playing sports.
00:36:23.000 With the ever-increasing numbers of makes and models like a Fiat or a Kia, Pacifica, or X-T5, it's now impossible to stock all the parts you need in a traditional chain storefront.
00:36:34.000 Why endure often pointless or seemingly intimidating questioning and wait while the counterman orders all of the parts on his computer, choosing only the brand his warehouse happens to carry?
00:36:44.000 You have computers with access to rockauto.com right in your pocket.
00:36:49.000 One reason to repair and maintain your cars is to save money that you can then use for other important things like mortgages or food.
00:36:58.000 Why would you choose to spend 30%, 50%, or 100% more on the exact same auto parts as a chain store or the new car dealership?
00:37:06.000 Chain stores have different price tiers for professional mechanics and do-it-yourselfers.
00:37:11.000 Rockauto.com prices are the same for everybody, and they are reliably low.
00:37:16.000 Rockauto.com offers the lowest prices possible rather than changing prices based on what the market will be like, like what airlines do.
00:37:23.000 Rockauto.com is for everybody and does not require membership or account login.
00:37:28.000 Rockauto.com is a family business and serving auto part customers for over 20 years.
00:37:33.000 Go to rockauto.com and shop auto body part customers from hundreds of manufacturers.
00:37:39.000 Best of all, prices at rockauto.com are always reliably low and the same for professionals as it is for do-it-yourselfers.
00:37:45.000 Why spend up to twice as much on the same auto parts?
00:37:48.000 Go to rockauto.com and see all the parts available for your car or truck.
00:37:52.000 Write Charlie Kirk in the How Did You Hear About Us.
00:37:55.000 That's rockauto.com.
00:37:56.000 Amazing selection, reliably low prices.
00:37:59.000 All the parts your car will ever need, rockauto.com.
00:38:05.000 Let's get into some breaking Afghanistan news here.
00:38:11.000 Breaking, there are 23 California students that were in Afghanistan.
00:38:17.000 So my first initial gut reaction is, oh, really, was Cabo not a great option?
00:38:24.000 But they were visiting family, is what I'm been told.
00:38:27.000 And I'm reading from the New York Post.
00:38:30.000 Nearly two dozen California students and parents are among thousands currently stranded in Afghanistan after taking a summer trip visit, a summer trip to visit family.
00:38:43.000 23 students from Cajon Valley Union School District just outside San Diego are stuck in Kabul with their parents after traveling to the war-torn country.
00:38:52.000 They're now trying to make it back.
00:38:54.000 They've gone to the country to visit their extended relatives and now they can't get out.
00:38:59.000 Does the Biden regime be aware of this?
00:39:00.000 And by the way, there's thousands of Americans that are in this position.
00:39:06.000 The families had return flights to the United States that they could turn back to the start of the school year.
00:39:11.000 District officials said the students were safe, but it was unclear when they would return to the United States.
00:39:18.000 And according to Jen Saki, some Americans just might have to be left behind.
00:39:26.000 Biden insisted he's on pace to withdraw everyone from Afghanistan.
00:39:32.000 Another 11,000 people were evacuated on 42 U.S. military flights, but a small percentage of those were actually Americans.
00:39:43.000 So we're going to keep our eyes on that.
00:39:46.000 And someone just emailed us that we need to have Victor Marks on our program.
00:39:52.000 I've been texting with Victor, so I think that would be a good idea.
00:39:54.000 Victor would be great.
00:39:56.000 He's right on the border there.
00:39:58.000 So now I want to get to some other news here outside of Afghanistan as we continue to monitor it, which is tied into this.
00:40:09.000 Where I was watching John Kirby this morning talk about what happens when military members refuse the vaccine, even though the vaccine is optional for the Biden White House.
00:40:23.000 And he kind of skirted around the issue and he said, look, if we have to go to higher means, we will.
00:40:29.000 And this is a lawful order.
00:40:32.000 You might be asking the question, what percentage of the military is vaccinated?
00:40:37.000 Well, John Kirby in Cut 64 tells you, and I'm going to tell you what this means, play Cut 64.
00:40:43.000 On the active duty force, 68% is fully vaccinated.
00:40:48.000 And we estimate that just over 76% have at least one dose.
00:40:53.000 I can break this down by the services.
00:40:55.000 This would include guard and reserves in these figures.
00:40:58.000 For the Army, 40% fully vaccinated with 57% with one dose.
00:41:06.000 For the Marine Corps, 53% fully vaccinated, 60% with one dose.
00:41:12.000 For the Navy, 73% fully vaccinated, 79% with at least one dose.
00:41:18.000 And for the Air Force, which includes Space Force, that's 57% fully vaccinated, 64% with one dose.
00:41:30.000 You know what's amazing about this?
00:41:31.000 First of all, I want to read a story here from how Israel.
00:41:34.000 They're fully vaccinated.
00:41:35.000 It's not even working.
00:41:37.000 But if my numbers show me correctly, that shows that a rough average of 24% of all active duty personnel have not received a shot.
00:41:46.000 And the mandate is looming in a couple weeks.
00:41:49.000 So let's pretend through force and intimidation, they're able to get that down to 15%.
00:41:54.000 Are you trying to tell me with 1.3 million active duty personnel, the Biden regime is willing to dishonorably discharge 200,000 active military personnel?
00:42:06.000 Is that what they're willing to do?
00:42:08.000 That's their position?
00:42:09.000 That John Kirby and the head of the Department of Defense is willing to discharge 200,000 people that have signed up to serve their country, and they don't want to take a vaccine that is showing that it does not even work like they say it's working.
00:42:21.000 42% efficacy from Pfizer.
00:42:23.000 Meanwhile, we have reports of people dropping dead after getting the vaccine.
00:42:26.000 They can't walk after they get the vaccine.
00:42:30.000 Thousands and thousands of emails of people that have experienced that.
00:42:33.000 And by the way, we haven't checked out VARES in a while.
00:42:36.000 How's VARES doing, Connor?
00:42:38.000 Senator Ron Johnson talked about that.
00:42:41.000 In fact, I think I sent something on that last evening as we were prepping for the show.
00:42:46.000 So much news going on.
00:42:47.000 So it's, here it is.
00:42:50.000 Senator Ron Johnson, who's an American hero, said, quote, I see no need to rush the FDA approval for any process for these three COVID vaccines.
00:42:59.000 Expediting the process appears to only serve the political purpose of imposing and enforcing vaccine mandates.
00:43:05.000 As of August 20th, there's 12,791 worldwide deaths that we know of associated with the three COVID-19 vaccines.
00:43:14.000 According to Veers, of the deaths, 4,632 or 36.2% occurred within two days of the vaccination.
00:43:22.000 According to VARES, a total of 571,831 adverse events were reported, including 51,242 hospitalizations and 16,044 permanent disabilities.
00:43:35.000 Senator Ron Johnson noted that the 12,791 deaths eclipsed the 8,966 deaths related to every single vaccine that we've ever had since VERES was created 31 years ago.
00:43:48.000 Senator Ron Johnson says, quote, I'm receiving a growing number of letters from doctors and nurses detailing the vaccine injuries they are witnessing and treating together with the suppression and censoring of this information they are experiencing.
00:44:00.000 In fact, I was just with a group of nurses that came up to me at the school board meeting yesterday with masks, six nurses.
00:44:06.000 They said, we're all going to lose our job.
00:44:07.000 They said, Charlie, you don't understand.
00:44:11.000 We are seeing people come in every day that are paralyzed from the waist down because they're taking the vaccine, and we're not allowed to talk about it.
00:44:21.000 In fact, these nurses told me that the adverse events are so bad that they have to find new ways to classify them in the system.
00:44:38.000 But we're not allowed to talk about that, and our media seems totally uninterested in pursuing this story.
00:44:46.000 A friend of mine went into the emergency room with his son, who was paralyzed from the waist down.
00:44:51.000 You know what the first thing the emergency room care said?
00:44:53.000 Oh, is your son just vaccinated?
00:44:55.000 They know what to ask because they're seeing this happen so much.
00:45:00.000 The ultra-vaccinated Israel's crisis is a dire warning to America, according to dailybeast.com, thedailybeast.com.
00:45:09.000 In Jerusalem, the massive surge of COVID-19 infections in Israel, one of the most vaccinated countries on earth, is pointing to a complicated path ahead for America.
00:45:19.000 In June, there were several days with zero new COVID infections.
00:45:22.000 The country launched its national vaccination campaign in December last year and had one of the highest vaccination rates in the world.
00:45:29.000 This is not exactly a right-wing website, by the way.
00:45:32.000 All restrictions were lifted and Israelis went back to partying.
00:45:35.000 But then Israel reported 9,831 new diagnosed cases.
00:45:40.000 And Dr. Salaman Zakra told the Israel parliament this week, I don't want to frighten you, but this is the data.
00:45:46.000 Unfortunately, the numbers do not lie.
00:45:49.000 What happened?
00:45:50.000 The complex and sobering truth is that no single policy or event brought Israel to crisis.
00:45:55.000 They say that we're still in the midst of a pandemic.
00:45:57.000 There is no silver bullet.
00:45:58.000 We were told that the vaccines were a single bullet.
00:46:02.000 Are the vaccines playing into the rising rates?
00:46:07.000 That's an interesting question.
00:46:09.000 Daily Beast continues by saying, as of this week, all Israelis over 30 will be able to receive booster shots.
00:46:15.000 We want to know what the booster shots are doing.
00:46:18.000 It's a combination of waning immunity, so the inoculated people get reinfected, and at the same time, the very transmissible Delta variant.
00:46:28.000 So now they're forcing a vaccine on our military and our children, where Israel is saying, like, yeah, it's really not making much of a difference.
00:46:34.000 We're the most vaccinated country on the planet.
00:46:38.000 When are the leaders that are in charge going to start actually talking with reason and logic and push back against all of this?
00:46:50.000 Force you to take a vaccine and destroy your life, despite all the evidence showing the exact opposite.
00:46:59.000 Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council?
00:47:06.000 Sinister folks, by the way.
00:47:08.000 Did you know that Airbnb gave $500,000 to the Marxist BLM incorporated organization?
00:47:16.000 Your first vote is at the ballot box.
00:47:18.000 But that isn't enough to defend our traditional Judeo-Christian values.
00:47:23.000 Left-wing corporations are subverting our nation and our republic by taking money from conservative customers and giving it to radical organizations that support abortion, gun control, and critical race theory.
00:47:37.000 You have another vote, a second vote at the checkout line, which is why there's a massively important organization called Second Vote that comes in.

00:49:25.000 I'm going to get to the Arizona audit in just a second, but just this ties into the Arizona audit story.
00:49:31.000 More than 300 allegedly stolen mail in ballots for the California's gubernatorial recall election were found in a man's car in a 7-Eleven parking lot last week, according to the Torrance Police Department.
00:49:44.000 Now, why is this story important?
00:49:46.000 Because this story confirms what we were talking about on this program days and days and weeks after the election.
00:49:53.000 Remember what that was?
00:49:54.000 Which was a logical and reasonable argument that there was a ballot laundering enterprise that was established, granny farming, picking up ballots and putting them back to the system through Zuckerboxes.
00:50:07.000 We were talking about this.
00:50:08.000 And this now, this arrest in California shows that somebody is incentivized, or at least maybe he did this on his own, we don't know, to go get ballots.
00:50:20.000 Now, the Federal Bureau of Investigation should be looking into this.
00:50:24.000 I don't think they are, right, Connor?
00:50:25.000 I don't think they wouldn't be, you know, they wouldn't want to waste their time with such important matters like this.
00:50:31.000 They're much too busy kicking down Rudy Giuliani's door.
00:50:34.000 The police department informed the public's man of rest August 17th, which said thousand pieces of mail.
00:50:42.000 However, people pointed out that the pieces of mail were mail in ballots.
00:50:49.000 They were completely intact.
00:50:52.000 And the alleged stolen mail and ballots will remain at the police department in the property room as evidence.
00:50:59.000 The two questions are this: how did the ballots end up in his car?
00:51:03.000 And what was his intent with the ballots?
00:51:05.000 And most importantly, go look at his private communications.
00:51:09.000 Who was giving him orders to get the ballots?
00:51:12.000 Was he paid to go scoop up ballots?
00:51:16.000 Police are investigating whether the man or any other individual had specific intent to steal the ballots to conduct voter fraud.
00:51:22.000 It'd be hard to believe that if not, that's the case.
00:51:25.000 And this guy said, I've been a cop for 17 years, never come across a vehicle with over 300 election ballots just sitting in the back seat.
00:51:32.000 Was he going to go drop them off for cash?
00:51:34.000 Now, mail theft is a legitimate crime in this country.
00:51:37.000 It's something that has existed for quite some time.
00:51:41.000 But what if the people that are mail thieves are being paid to get ballots and then drop them off to other criminal networks?
00:51:47.000 You know what I love when I make this argument?
00:51:49.000 They say, Charlie, come on.
00:51:50.000 You're trying to tell me that people do things illegally under the cover of the night?
00:51:54.000 Have you ever heard of drug trafficking?
00:51:57.000 You know, there are criminals.
00:51:58.000 In fact, 5 to 10% of our population engage in organized crime on a daily basis.
00:52:03.000 Many of them are in prison.
00:52:06.000 If you look at our prison population and divide it by the actual population numbers, it's a significant number.
00:52:13.000 They also found a 9mm handgun, methamphetamine, driver's license credit cards, and mail.
00:52:18.000 This guy was a seasoned criminal.
00:52:19.000 This guy knew what he was doing.
00:52:21.000 How common is this?
00:52:23.000 And did this also happen in Arizona?
00:52:26.000 Well, the Arizona audit is now being put in jeopardy.
00:52:33.000 The Arizona Supreme Court delays the release of the Arizona audit results.
00:52:38.000 The Arizona Supreme Court said Tuesday that contractors hired by the state Senate to conduct the audit would not need to release the records from their review by next week.
00:52:49.000 This is only a temporary delay, is what we're being told.
00:52:52.000 A left-wing watchdog group, American Oversight, took its record request to the court and emerged victorious when the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based firm leading the audit, was subject to state public records law because it was performing a core government function.
00:53:09.000 Arizona President Karen Phan argued the records should not be publicly released because they're maintained by private contractors, so legislative immunity applies to the documents.
00:53:19.000 It is ordered extending the stay to enable the court to fully consider the issues raised in the petition for review.
00:53:28.000 American Oversight suit is not the only one leveled against the Arizona Senate.
00:53:32.000 The Phoenix-based Arizona Republic newspaper sued the chamber and cyber ninjas on June 30th for access to the host of audit records under the same public records law.
00:53:40.000 Of course, the Arizona Republic is suing.
00:53:42.000 I mean, why would they be reporting?
00:53:43.000 They would be suing people to try to stop the audit.
00:53:46.000 The audit results are coming out soon, despite all of these legal challenges against it.
00:53:51.000 We don't know what it's going to say, but I could tell you that people are very nervous.
00:53:56.000 What actually might be exposed from these audit results are going to be significant, very significant.
00:54:04.000 We know that there were 72,000 more mail and ballots received than were sent out.
00:54:09.000 We know that this election was interfered with in many different ways from the Center for Technology of Civic Life, from Mark Zuckerberg's money, and many other people.
00:54:21.000 A lot of people ask me, Charlie, how do you know so much about American history?
00:54:25.000 The answer is not from school.
00:54:28.000 As many of you know, I did not go to formal college, actually.
00:54:31.000 I didn't go to college at all.
00:54:32.000 So my education has been a process.
00:54:36.000 I've always been committed to learning and diving deep into ideas.
00:54:40.000 And one source of truth and knowledge has been the greatest partner in that pursuit of learning, and that is Hillsdale College.

00:55:34.000 I finished the introduction to Aristotle, How to Live a Good Life.
00:55:38.000 And they have a new one called The Great American Story that I'm taking, and it's phenomenal.
00:55:42.000 If you say, Charlie, how do I get my kids to know history?

00:57:13.000 Please check it out right now.
00:57:17.000 Democrats are very worried about the California recall.
00:57:20.000 Every time we cover this story, it gets more and more real.
00:57:25.000 Front page of the New York Times says, in Kabul streets, eerie quiet in a struggle to make ends meet.
00:57:32.000 Huh, they must be talking about a different Kabul.
00:57:35.000 Eerie quiet.
00:57:36.000 Unbelievable.
00:57:37.000 We are turning our back on our allies, the German, the French, and the Australians, actually are sending their own forces to get their citizens, something our own government refuses to do.
00:57:46.000 Our own government is refusing to actually send our military to go get our citizens.
00:57:52.000 But also on the front page of the New York Times, a fixture of right-wing radio could soon govern California.
00:57:59.000 Oh, thanks, New York Times.
00:58:00.000 About time you show up to the game.
00:58:03.000 We've been covering this for quite some time.
00:58:05.000 In fact, we tweeted the moment Larry Elder went into the race, we tweeted that Larry Elder could become the next governor of California, and people said, What?
00:58:13.000 No way.
00:58:14.000 July 14th, people were very, you know, they mocked significantly.
00:58:20.000 We tweeted on July 14th.
00:58:22.000 With Newsom polling around 50%, him not being listed as a Democrat, and an enthused opposition movement, he is in serious danger of being recalled.
00:58:31.000 Larry Elder is now in the race.
00:58:32.000 He can consolidate the needed 15 to 20% and win the plurality.
00:58:36.000 Larry can become governor of California.
00:58:38.000 We said that on July 14th.
00:58:41.000 New York Times writes that a right-wing shock jock could become California's governor.
00:58:46.000 You know, first they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, and then you win.
00:58:52.000 Remember that.
00:58:53.000 First, they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, and then you win.
00:58:59.000 That's what happened with Larry Elder.
00:59:01.000 Oh, we're going to ignore you.
00:59:03.000 And then they laugh at him, Larry Elder becoming governor, then they fight him.
00:59:08.000 And now, maybe he's going to win.
00:59:10.000 I love this.
00:59:11.000 This makes me want to vote for Larry Elder.
00:59:14.000 Undocumented immigrants, deport them.
00:59:16.000 I love that.
00:59:17.000 Affirmative action, end it.
00:59:19.000 Yes.
00:59:20.000 Equal pay.
00:59:20.000 The glass ceiling doesn't exist.
00:59:23.000 Larry Elder's phenomenal.
00:59:24.000 What a great governor this guy will be.
00:59:25.000 In fact, Gavin Newsom just cut the greatest advertisement for Larry Elder one could possibly ever imagine.
00:59:33.000 We have two cuts of Gavin Newsome.
00:59:35.000 Gavin Newsom, otherwise known as Bane.
00:59:40.000 COVID's a big problem.
00:59:41.000 I've never worked a day in my life.
00:59:44.000 I like wine at French laundry.
00:59:49.000 Cut 53.
00:59:51.000 Play this tape.
00:59:52.000 I think this is important enough.
00:59:54.000 Larry Elder's running away with this on the other side.
00:59:56.000 I just hope folks want to level set up.
01:00:00.000 What could happen on Election Day if we don't turn out in historic numbers to vote no on this recall?
01:00:07.000 Think about the judges he'd appoint.
01:00:09.000 Who would he have appointed to replace Kamala Harris in the U.S. Senate?
01:00:13.000 How would that impact the directory of this country?
01:00:16.000 What would this mean?
01:00:18.000 The future of the Democratic Party.
01:00:21.000 Now, I don't, I don't want to get people too excited.
01:00:24.000 There is an argument to be said, though, and it's constitutionally questionable that if Larry Elder wins, he can remove the appointment of the current Senate seat for Kamala Harris and flip the Republican Senate to be 5149.
01:00:37.000 There is an argument to be made for that.
01:00:38.000 It's constitutionally questionable.
01:00:39.000 Larry Elder should totally do it on day one.
01:00:41.000 Totally.
01:00:42.000 In fact, he should appoint Dennis Prager to be the next U.S. Senator from California.
01:00:47.000 You know how much money I would pay to make to have Dennis Prager be the list.
01:00:53.000 You know, Adam Carolla.
01:00:56.000 Adam Carolla.
01:00:57.000 You know, I didn't even want this job.
01:01:00.000 And I don't know why they appointed me, but I'm real.
01:01:04.000 No one does anything around here.
01:01:06.000 It would be the funniest thing ever.
01:01:09.000 The Democrats would lose their mind.
01:01:10.000 He'd just pull it from that Xavier Vetrella guy.
01:01:13.000 What's that guy's name?
01:01:15.000 The other senator.
01:01:17.000 Get off my line.
01:01:18.000 Yeah, right.
01:01:19.000 Xavier Becerra.
01:01:20.000 Yeah, really memorable guy.
01:01:22.000 I'm not sure if it's constitutionally holds up.
01:01:24.000 I just want Javier.
01:01:25.000 I want to just be clear.
01:01:26.000 I don't know if it constitutionally holds up, but Larry Elder should try it.
01:01:29.000 You should just sign an executive order.
01:01:30.000 You are no longer senator.
01:01:32.000 You are senator.
01:01:33.000 We're sending you because it's technically appointed by the governor, right?
01:01:36.000 So can you unappoint someone as governor?
01:01:39.000 That's a legitimate question, isn't it?
01:01:41.000 Didn't stop Joe Biden.
01:01:43.000 He signs eviction moratoriums or whatever.
01:01:47.000 Newsom basically has cut the new ad on Larry Elder.
01:01:51.000 Everything he can do if he's elected.
01:01:53.000 Now, if Gavin Newsom wants to boost Republican turnout, this is a great way to do that.
01:01:58.000 Play Cut 65, Gavin Newsome.
01:02:00.000 At the end of the day, you could start to vandalize all the executive orders.
01:02:03.000 You can eliminate the masking requirement for public schools.
01:02:06.000 You can eliminate the vaccine requirements for public health care workers.
01:02:08.000 So many of the things that I signed through executive order could be done overnight.
01:02:12.000 You can appoint judges without any oversight and consideration.
01:02:16.000 That's going to have an impact for years and years and years.
01:02:18.000 If there's a vacancy, and you've seen many vacancies, Secretary of State, U.S. Senator, you've seen an attorney general.
01:02:23.000 You appoint County Board of Supervisors.
01:02:25.000 I appoint half a dozen UAL to point people that will permanently have that opportunity to represent.
01:02:31.000 So it is a profound consequence.
01:02:33.000 He's making the ad for Larry Elder.
01:02:35.000 He's nervous.
01:02:36.000 By the way, if you look at Gavin recently, he's a mess.
01:02:38.000 He's so sweaty.
01:02:40.000 He's dishoveled.
01:02:42.000 The pretty boy of the Bay Area, the crown child for the political cartel of Feinstein, Boxer, Harris, Schiff, Swalwell, and Pelosi.
01:02:55.000 By the way, Feinstein's 88 years old.
01:02:59.000 So you never know what's going to happen.
01:03:02.000 But I'm telling you right now, they are very nervous.
01:03:07.000 This has become the number one political fight in the country.
01:03:09.000 And so, if you live in California, you must vote for Larry Elder.
01:03:13.000 Don't let any of these other candidates, and I'm losing my patience with these other candidates.
01:03:17.000 They don't stand a shot, okay?
01:03:19.000 Larry Elder is the guy.
01:03:21.000 He's got the money, he's got the name ID, he's got the ability.
01:03:24.000 Larry Elder is the guy.
01:03:26.000 Plenty of other good candidates, fine, whatever.
01:03:31.000 In our fast-paced world, it's time to make reading a priority.
01:03:34.000 At least it used to be.
01:03:35.000 A new app called Thinker, you guys have heard me talk about it, thinker.org slash Charlie, T-H-I-N-K-R, has solved that problem by summarizing the key ideas from new and noteworthy fiction, giving you access to an entire library of great books in bite-sized form.
01:03:47.000 Read or listen to hundreds of titles in a matter of minutes, including old classics like Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People.
01:03:53.000 If you want to challenge your preconceptions, expand your horizons, and what?
01:03:56.000 Become a better thinker.
01:03:58.000 Go to thinker.org/slash Charlie.
01:04:00.000 That's T-H-I-N-K-R.org/slash Charlie to start an extended free trial and put your mind in motion.
01:04:10.000 I want to get to some sound here.
01:04:11.000 Tucker Carlson covering the California recall.
01:04:16.000 Cut 54, Tucker Carlson, very similar to what we did in our previous podcast on how the Los Angeles Times goes after Larry Elder.
01:04:25.000 And guess what?
01:04:26.000 Getting rid of a tyrant and an autocrat like Gavin Newsom, this is one of the most fun things to watch.
01:04:32.000 And just so you guys know, mark it on your calendar, the night of September 14th.
01:04:37.000 We are going to have the live stream here.
01:04:39.000 Producer Andrew will come in, maybe drive his Japanese car with his Dodgers hat from California.
01:04:45.000 And we're going to have a panel of California experts going live for hours.
01:04:49.000 In fact, we might even fire up the big board, right, Connor?
01:04:52.000 We might fire up the big board so we could go county by county.
01:04:56.000 We're going to put Andrew to work that night.
01:04:58.000 But you guys missed those election live streams.
01:05:01.000 We're going to do that.
01:05:02.000 September 14th, is that right?
01:05:04.000 September 14th, we are going live for hours.
01:05:06.000 When I mean hours, we're going to go until we have.
01:05:09.000 Now, it is California, so it might not have an election result that night.
01:05:14.000 But the fact if it's close that night, it shows that we might be able to pull it out.
01:05:18.000 And we're going to be monitoring it county by county.
01:05:21.000 It might be a little bit of a squeaker, but I'll tell you: if what happens, what I think might happen, I think this might be an overwhelming rejection of Governor Nussalini.
01:05:31.000 Play cut 54.
01:05:34.000 Here's an actual line from the story produced by the so-called news division of the LA Times.
01:05:39.000 Quote: One issue was Elder's pronunciation of the N-word.
01:05:44.000 He used an exaggerated tone, enunciating the ER at the end of the word rather than using the A pronunciation, which is more commonly accepted among and used by black people.
01:05:55.000 Studies have shown.
01:05:58.000 Studies have shown, really?
01:06:01.000 Studies done by which researchers in which social science laboratories and who exactly is funding these studies on the N-word and how it's pronounced.
01:06:09.000 The New York Times is very nervous.
01:06:11.000 They say, How on earth did Larry Elder become a frontrunner in the California governor's race?
01:06:16.000 Let me just say this.
01:06:17.000 Larry Elder looks really good for 69.
01:06:19.000 Can I say that?
01:06:20.000 He's 69 years old.
01:06:21.000 Look at him.
01:06:21.000 He looks phenomenal.
01:06:23.000 I would have marked him in these early 50s.
01:06:26.000 What I love about this, though, is how the Democrats don't know how to deal with black Republicans.
01:06:32.000 Nice segue, by the way.
01:06:34.000 We are going to get behind Herschel Walker in Georgia, who has now declared his Senate candidacy in Georgia.
01:06:41.000 Run Herschel.
01:06:41.000 Run Herschel's a friend of mine.
01:06:43.000 We need consolidation behind Herschel Walker in Georgia.
01:06:46.000 Donald Trump's going to endorse Herschel.
01:06:48.000 It's my guess.
01:06:49.000 I don't know that for sure.
01:06:51.000 But yeah, Herschel's been on our show.
01:06:53.000 I love that.
01:06:54.000 So I love when black conservatives run, legitimate conservatives run, because the left has no idea how to deal with them.
01:07:00.000 No idea.
01:07:02.000 Where's the one where MSNBC freaks out?
01:07:04.000 They call him a white 55.
01:07:08.000 Cut 55 about Larry Elder.
01:07:10.000 This is a black man, and it's true that even people of color can be influenced by white supremacist narratives.
01:07:15.000 They don't know how to cover a black conservative.
01:07:18.000 They don't.
01:07:18.000 Play Cut 55.
01:07:20.000 He says he doesn't believe sanctuary laws or citizenship for dreamers should be happening.
01:07:25.000 He's against in-state tuition, healthcare, and driver's licenses for the undocumented.
01:07:29.000 How serious are the chances that this guy could be the next governor of California?
01:07:34.000 Well, it's very serious because it's possible that the majority of the people who are going to turn out are the people who are excited by Larry Elder's brand of extreme far-right beliefs.
01:07:48.000 And it's ironic.
01:07:49.000 This is a black man.
01:07:50.000 And it just goes to show you that it is true that even people of color can be influenced by white supremacist narratives and fall victim to it, right?
01:07:57.000 Yes, the two people next to her are nodding their head.
01:07:59.000 Of course, yes, just like you, Joy Reed, you bigot.
01:08:03.000 And what's amazing about this is they don't know how to cover it.
01:08:06.000 The only thing they could call Larry Elder is a racist.
01:08:10.000 And then they say, far-right-wing narratives.
01:08:12.000 Yeah, as you say that on MSNBC, which basically is a Soviet outpost on cable television.
01:08:17.000 Far right-wing narratives, yeah, right.
01:08:19.000 Like not masking children, not having vaccine mandates.
01:08:22.000 That's a far-right-wing position.
01:08:25.000 And they wonder why all of a sudden they lose all these elections.
01:08:29.000 Don't understand why the country hates us.
01:08:31.000 Yeah.
01:08:31.000 Because you hate the country.
01:08:34.000 Larry Elder, in an interview, said, Don't paint me as some wild-eyed radical.
01:08:38.000 I'm running because of crime, homelessness, and the rising cost of living the outrageous decisions made during COVID that shut down the state.
01:08:44.000 You know what's also great about Larry Elder is that he's great at communicating so that they can't trip him up.
01:08:50.000 Dennis Prager quoted in the New York Times, I was so impressed with his original mind and phenomenal grasp of the issues that when I returned to Los Angeles, I invited him onto my show solely in order to persuade the KABC station manager to hire him.
01:09:01.000 Mr. Prager wrote in an email.
01:09:05.000 You know, in this world that we live in, kind of in conservative talk radio, it's amazing how little the New York Times knows about it.
01:09:11.000 I mean, they're reporting this as if they're, it's like, they might as well write a story about Kabul.
01:09:15.000 They have like a foreign correspondent writing about it.
01:09:17.000 They know nothing about it.
01:09:21.000 And of course, they're trying to attack the sage from South Central LA for all of the things that he might have done in his life.
01:09:28.000 But guess what?
01:09:30.000 The entire Democrat machine is on defense.
01:09:35.000 If you run a conservative or faith-based business or organizations that accept credit cards for donations, events and merchandise or anything, listen carefully.
01:09:43.000 Do not expose yourself to being shut off because of cancel culture.
01:09:47.000 The Charlie Kirk Show relies on Cornerstone payment systems to provide uninterrupted credit card processing for all of our work.
01:09:54.000 We trust Cornerstone for our processing because I believe, and I think you will too, you'll benefit from their solutions, their low costs, and most importantly, their commitment to safeguard your transactions.

01:10:20.000 You can reach Cornerstone at 714-912-2617 or online at cornerstone.cc slash Kirk.
01:10:31.000 Again, that's cornerstone.cc slash K-I-R-K.
01:10:35.000 Let them know I sent you.
01:10:40.000 You know that a candidate is great when CNN says a Herschel Walker candidacy is a total nightmare for Senate Republicans.
01:10:46.000 That his problems include myriad of problems, including he hasn't lived in the state for a very long time.
01:10:51.000 He's been accused of threatening behavior and he's never been a candidate before.
01:10:55.000 Now, only someone who has no idea who Herschel Walker is or has never watched Georgia football in their life would write an article as stupid as this.
01:11:04.000 I mean, out of every living, breathing person who could possibly run for the U.S. Senate, Herschel Walker would be near the top of the list of someone who could probably sweep.
01:11:15.000 Let me tell you the benefits.
01:11:16.000 And this is so funny.
01:11:17.000 We're going to take analysis from Chris Salizza, who is anything but a Republican operative.
01:11:22.000 It's a nightmare for Senate Republicans.
01:11:24.000 Hold on.
01:11:24.000 He hasn't lived in the state for a long time.
01:11:26.000 Yet, moving back to the state to run for office opens up Walker for charges of carpet bagging.
01:11:31.000 He played for the University of Georgia and won a Heisman trophy.
01:11:34.000 I think he's plenty tied to the needs, wants, and concerns of Georgia.
01:11:38.000 He's accused of threatening behavior.
01:11:40.000 Oh, really?
01:11:40.000 Like what?
01:11:41.000 And the accusations are so incredibly weak.
01:11:45.000 And then he's never been a candidate before.
01:11:47.000 Yeah, of course, people who've never been candid before, they never win, right?
01:11:49.000 I mean, come on.
01:11:50.000 That's not like they've won presidential races or like Tommy Tubberville just won the Senate race in Alabama.
01:11:55.000 Here's how dumb this article is written by Chris Salizza.
01:11:58.000 Have you ever heard of SEC football?
01:12:00.000 Tommy Tubberville won the Senate race in Alabama.
01:12:03.000 He walked to victory, waltzed to victory.
01:12:05.000 Why?
01:12:05.000 Former head football coach for Auburn University.
01:12:08.000 Herschel Walker is now in the race.
01:12:11.000 Let's play his announcement video.
01:12:12.000 Black conservative.
01:12:13.000 And by the way, he should have won two Heisman trophies.
01:12:16.000 Now, I could say this: Jim Brown might have been the greatest college athlete ever.
01:12:20.000 Herschel Walker, probably number two.
01:12:22.000 Herschel Walker was the most dominant college football running back of the modern era.
01:12:27.000 And you want to stop people short?
01:12:30.000 You just go and walk into any bar in Georgia.
01:12:32.000 You say Herschel Walker, they'll say, man, I have respect for him.
01:12:34.000 You know why?
01:12:35.000 Because Herschel Walker always carried himself with such incredible integrity, love of the state of Georgia.
01:12:43.000 It's a ridiculous article by Chris Salizza.
01:12:47.000 We have the Gavin Newsom, not Gavin Newsome, the Herschel Walker clip, play tape.
01:12:52.000 The politicians pick American against American, rich versus poor, black versus white, urban versus rural.
01:13:02.000 I don't believe in that garbage.
01:13:04.000 It's a lie.
01:13:06.000 I'm a conservative, not because someone told me to be.
01:13:10.000 I'm a conservative because I believe in smaller government, a strong military, personal responsibility, and making sure all people have the opportunity to pursue their dreams.
01:13:22.000 That's an America worth fighting for.
01:13:29.000 My name is Herschel Walker, and I'm running for the United States Senate.
01:13:33.000 I'm a kid from a small town in Georgia who's lived the American dream, and I'm ready to fight to keep that dream alive for you too.
01:13:44.000 TeamHerschel.com.
01:13:45.000 I went to the website.
01:13:46.000 I think it's crashed because of so much traffic.
01:13:49.000 So they got to find new servers.
01:13:50.000 But teamherschel.com.
01:13:52.000 By the way, he grew up in Georgia.
01:13:54.000 He was raised in Georgia.
01:13:55.000 Don't get me this.
01:13:56.000 And Raphael Warnock is not sleeping well right now.
01:13:59.000 You have a strong Republican who will be endorsed by Trump, who will get a large portion of the black vote, who will get all the Trump voters in a midterm.
01:14:07.000 And by the way, a lot of suburban voters that are called racists all the time, they can now say that they support Herschel, and they could look at their friends like, yeah, you know, I support Herschel.
01:14:18.000 Don't call me a racist.
01:14:19.000 That's a big deal, by the way, in Buckhead, just so you know.
01:14:21.000 It's a big deal.
01:14:23.000 Herschel Walker, proud to see you in the race, truly.
01:14:27.000 You're a friend of mine.
01:14:28.000 You've been very good to us on this program.
01:14:31.000 And I can tell you that you're going to do very well.
01:14:34.000 Don't listen to the CNN article of a guy who can't even, I don't even know if that guy can name five Georgia University of Georgia athletes that have ever played.
01:14:41.000 I mean, there's no, it's such a cultural gap.
01:14:44.000 It's incredible that these guys even get published and that some editor was like, you know, maybe there might be something wrong with this.
01:14:50.000 Larry Elder might become governor of California.
01:14:53.000 Herschel Walker hopefully can defeat Raphael Warnock, who's an incumbent Democrat senator who never should have become that in Georgia.
01:14:59.000 Things are moving, everybody, and I'm starting to see a new brand of conservative pop up.
01:15:03.000 Long gone are the days of Liz Cheney and moderate Republicanism.
01:15:07.000 And this is kind of goes back to what Chris Bedford said on our podcast, which I encourage all of you to check out our podcast and hit subscribe.
01:15:13.000 If you want to hear our Chris Bedford interview, check out the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.
01:15:16.000 He makes the argument that we've only started to fight.
01:15:19.000 You see, the left started the fight in the 1960s.
01:15:21.000 And now, 60 years later, we're finally getting into gear and getting serious about the stakes.
01:15:27.000 And I can tell you right now, the Democrats, they don't know what they're doing.
01:15:31.000 Kabul is in total shambles.
01:15:33.000 Lockdowns, mask, vaccine mandates, hyperinflation.
01:15:36.000 Larry Elder might become governor.
01:15:38.000 Raphael Warnock and his political future is in jeopardy.
01:15:41.000 The offensive strategy is starting to work.
01:15:43.000 Foot on the accelerate, everybody.
01:15:45.000 We're going to win.
01:15:45.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
01:15:46.000 Email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:15:49.000 And if you want to support our program, it's charliekirk.com/slash support.
01:15:53.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
01:15:55.000 God bless.
