00:00:00.000 Hey, everybody, happy Sunday.
00:00:01.000 One of the best received conversations we've ever had at Freedom Night in America, brought to you by TPUSA Faith at Dream City Church in Phoenix, Arizona, is my conversation here with Victor Marks.
00:00:11.000 We talk about his incredible testimony, how he goes and fights ISIS with his dog, how he delivers people from the devil, and how he is able to spread the good news of Jesus Christ in a world that is very fractured.
00:00:23.000 And he talks about the invisible war, and the response I got from this conversation has been overwhelming.
00:00:28.000 I think it will really bless you.
00:00:29.000 So listen to the entire thing on this special Sunday episode of the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:01:03.000 Text this episode to your friends.
00:01:05.000 I think it might bless somebody today.
00:01:06.000 Buckle up.
00:01:07.000 Here we go.
00:01:08.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:09.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:11.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:15.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:18.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:19.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:20.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:28.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:37.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:41.000 So I want to start tonight talking about something a little bit more national than we're used to at the beginning of these things.
00:01:46.000 Usually we talk about things happening locally, and there have been some phenomenal accomplishments.
00:01:52.000 The Arizona legislature has been very, very busy.
00:01:55.000 Thankfully, the Arizona legislature has passed a law that immediately got challenged as soon as it was passed, saying that only U.S. citizens should vote in elections in Arizona.
00:02:04.000 Pretty simple, right?
00:02:09.000 Also, some phenomenal pro-life pieces of legislation have been passing through the House and the Senate and also signed by the governor, which is huge victories for life.
00:02:18.000 But I want to talk about something nationally that involves me personally, involves the church, and it involves cultural issues.
00:02:24.000 It involves education.
00:02:25.000 It's something that, whether you like it or not, this issue is going to come front and center for each and every one of you.
00:02:31.000 So I'll kind of start by telling you what my last couple weeks have been.
00:02:34.000 Connor is up here somewhere.
00:02:36.000 We were kind of going through what we wanted to express on social media for the week.
00:02:42.000 And we were kind of really outraged that a person who was born a biological man was becoming woman of the year and was called by USA Today a woman of the year.
00:02:53.000 And so we knew that social media could be very sensitive to this.
00:02:56.000 So we were very careful the way we wrote the tweet.
00:02:59.000 And we said that this person once had a name of Richard Levine and then changed the name to Rachel Levine, 54 years spent as a man, had a couple children, and then was named a woman of the year.
00:03:10.000 And then Biden made them like a health secretary, rear admiral deal.
00:03:14.000 And where are the feminists?
00:03:15.000 That was basically the tweet.
00:03:17.000 So I tweet that out, and I get banned from Twitter, right?
00:03:21.000 So I just love when people applaud when I get banned.
00:03:24.000 I totally agree, by the way.
00:03:25.000 That's the appropriate reaction.
00:03:27.000 And so all this happened so quickly.
00:03:31.000 So the day before the Babylon B, which should be your trusted news source, by the way, just so you know, more accurate than CNN, fake news you can trust, Babylon B.
00:03:40.000 It's a satire website.
00:03:42.000 And when you read it, it's just, I'll give you one example of what the Babylon Be would say, which is, CNN praises Taliban for wearing masks during invasion of Kabul.
00:03:51.000 Like, that's the type of stuff, just to give you an idea of that sort of stuff that they write.
00:03:57.000 The Babylon Bee tweeted something very similar.
00:03:59.000 They get kicked off of Twitter.
00:04:01.000 I lose my Twitter account.
00:04:03.000 Day after Tucker Carlson tweets about how both of us have lost our Twitter accounts, he loses his Twitter account.
00:04:08.000 So this is kind of this rolling thing.
00:04:10.000 Now, let me be very specific, though.
00:04:12.000 Twitter offered me an opportunity to get my Twitter account back.
00:04:17.000 All I had to do, though, was acknowledge I violated their policies and that I engaged in hate speech and press this red button.
00:04:24.000 So a lot of people messaged me, just Charlie, do it, get your Twitter account back.
00:04:28.000 And I thought to myself, I thought of actually our gatherings here.
00:04:31.000 How many times in the last year, and we've been doing this for just about a year, have I told you to hold the line and it's worth the cost?
00:04:37.000 And what a hypocrite I would be if all of a sudden I pressed the red button to get my Twitter account back when I told it's going to cost all of us something, right?
00:04:46.000 And look, I'm far from taking credit from anything, but what just happened is so incredibly hilarious and awesome and just God had his hand on this whole thing.
00:04:55.000 So I get banned, Babylon B gets banned, Tucker Carlson gets banned.
00:04:59.000 Now, someone else loves the Babylon B.
00:05:02.000 It's his favorite news source.
00:05:03.000 The world's richest man loves reading Babylon B, Elon Musk.
00:05:07.000 And so we were kind of part of this whole kind of news story where Elon is like, wait a second, they're banned from Twitter because they made a joke and all this kind of censorship was happening and mass suppression of speech.
00:05:21.000 All of this kind of happening simultaneously.
00:05:23.000 And I thought it really was a satire article.
00:05:26.000 When I woke up Monday morning and all of a sudden Elon Musk becomes Twitter's number one shareholder, I said, this can't be actually happening.
00:05:33.000 Now, let me be clear.
00:05:35.000 Elon, there's a lot wrong with Elon.
00:05:38.000 I understand that.
00:05:38.000 I'm not defending him.
00:05:39.000 He does a lot of stuff with Neuralink, which I don't like, messing with the brain.
00:05:42.000 And I don't like the kind of push towards a mandatory push towards electrical vehicles.
00:05:46.000 But however, if someone wants to come down and fight for free speech online, I say, you know what?
00:05:51.000 Good for that person, truly.
00:05:52.000 It's about time that someone started to deploy their assets and their resources that way.
00:05:57.000 But so that's happening right now, which is a really positive development in the last couple of weeks.
00:06:02.000 And I would just imagine what would have happened if the Babylon Bee and myself, if we would have just deleted the tweet, it probably wouldn't have resulted in Elon coming off the sidelines and doing that.
00:06:11.000 However, I want to focus on kind of why the regime was so focused on censoring us and what motivated them to censor us.
00:06:21.000 Now, without getting too graphic, some of the worst material you could imagine is on Twitter, graphic pornography.
00:06:26.000 I want to give you an example.
00:06:27.000 Vladimir Putin has a Twitter account and I don't have a Twitter account, right?
00:06:30.000 So we're supposed to say that Russia is the worst thing ever, and yet he still has a Twitter account.
00:06:34.000 But there's a reason why they censored us.
00:06:37.000 It's because we talked about the issue you're not supposed to talk about, which is biological men and biological women.
00:06:44.000 Now, mind you, all of this has happened just the last couple weeks.
00:06:47.000 Since we have last met, this has now become like the premier issue that we as a civilization are kind of thinking about and contemplating.
00:06:54.000 And it happened in a variety of different ways.
00:06:56.000 The first, of course, is when women swimming basically got completely abolished and no one wanted to talk about it.
00:07:03.000 Many of you know this story where the University of Pennsylvania swimmer, biological man born that way, 462nd best male swimmer, transitions to become a female, NCAA champion.
00:07:16.000 Very few people stood up and protested it.
00:07:18.000 NCAA allowed it.
00:07:19.000 Women's sports, basically, as we know it, completely and totally abolished.
00:07:23.000 So that happened.
00:07:24.000 Levine was named woman of the year.
00:07:26.000 And then something else really interesting happened, which was another revealing moment.
00:07:31.000 Now, mind you, if I were to have you come up to the microphone tonight a month ago and name the 10 most dangerous companies to your children, you would probably say Facebook and you would say Google.
00:07:41.000 But there's a company you probably wouldn't list.
00:07:44.000 But you're already listing it for me right now.
00:07:47.000 This is very important that every Christian takes note of this.
00:07:49.000 You want action items?
00:07:50.000 I'm going to give you an action item tonight.
00:07:51.000 I'm going to give you an action item to remove sending your money to a specific company and do something about it.
00:07:57.000 But here it got revealed in the most amazing way.
00:07:58.000 It's like Governor Ron DeSantis, who just, God bless him for his courage and for his conviction.
00:08:05.000 It's just phenomenal.
00:08:08.000 A bill got sent to his desk, and I encourage you all to read the bill.
00:08:11.000 It's seven pages.
00:08:12.000 Nowhere does it say you can't say gay.
00:08:14.000 That's how they characterized it.
00:08:16.000 It was very clear that kindergarten, first, second, and third graders should not be taught about sexual matters, whether it be homosexuality or transgenderism or sex ed, not the place for that.
00:08:28.000 And parents should be able to have access to their kids' medical records, such as are they to be administered puberty blockers and all these things.
00:08:34.000 It happens in secret in a lot of schools across the country.
00:08:38.000 So again, this bill is very vanilla, right?
00:08:42.000 This bill is not something controversial.
00:08:44.000 10 years ago, this bill would have passed with unanimous consent and no one would have done anything about it.
00:08:49.000 But the reaction to it was so undisciplined and erratic and irrational.
00:08:54.000 And the reaction came from the most unexpected organization you could imagine.
00:09:00.000 So every state has a company or a group of companies that run them.
00:09:04.000 So for example, in Texas, I don't want to say run them, but influence politics heavily.
00:09:08.000 Texas, it's the oil companies, right?
00:09:10.000 In Illinois, it would be United Airlines or Boeing.
00:09:14.000 In New York City, it would be the Wall Street bankers.
00:09:17.000 In San Francisco, it would be the tech companies.
00:09:18.000 In Florida, it's Disney.
00:09:20.000 They're the number one employer in Florida.
00:09:23.000 68,000 people work for Disney.
00:09:25.000 They have always said that they are the family-friendly capital of America when you come to Orlando.
00:09:31.000 They basically built Orlando.
00:09:32.000 No offense to Orlando.
00:09:33.000 I don't think it would be one-tenth the size of it is right now.
00:09:37.000 It's just like the most humid, weird place to put a city.
00:09:39.000 It's because of Disney World, right?
00:09:42.000 And they are totally reliant on it.
00:09:44.000 So what does Disney do?
00:09:45.000 Disney comes out and says this is hate speech.
00:09:46.000 This is an attack on our youth.
00:09:48.000 Don't say gay.
00:09:49.000 $5 million to the human rights campaign.
00:09:50.000 But it didn't stop there.
00:09:52.000 The bill gets signed into law, and they're unable to actually control their employees and their backlash and all these things that are happening.
00:09:58.000 So Disney comes out and they have a Zoom call that happened last week where they said, quote, we have a not-so-secret gay agenda.
00:10:05.000 This is now a policy at Disney where 50% of their children's movies by the end of this year will have lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender kissing or romantic scenes in them.
00:10:15.000 50%.
00:10:16.000 They go a step further by saying they will no longer refer to people when they come to Disney World as boys or girls, but persons when they come into Disney World.
00:10:24.000 Now, here's what animates me, and here's one of your action items: Disney's a $250 billion company.
00:10:31.000 I know you're probably doing the math.
00:10:32.000 Can Elon buy Disney too?
00:10:33.000 We'll get to that later, okay?
00:10:35.000 The answer is it would be a very close call, okay?
00:10:38.000 It would be close, depending on the share price.
00:10:40.000 No.
00:10:41.000 Disney got wealthy and rich, being a safe haven for families.
00:10:46.000 Disney got wealthy and rich because you trusted them.
00:10:49.000 Because you thought, okay, Disney Plus, there's no way anything bad will happen.
00:10:52.000 Go to Disney World, there's no way anything bad will happen.
00:10:55.000 Well, now Disney has made a decision to no longer be a family-friendly platform.
00:10:59.000 Disney is now a platform for radical sexual ideas, for anti-biblical behavior, and every God-fearing patron in America should divest all of their dollars from the Walt Disney company and no longer support them in any way, shape, or form whatsoever.
00:11:17.000 But isn't it interesting as I kind of summarize all this together?
00:11:21.000 Banning from Twitter, this bill in Florida, all of this stuff, NCAA championship.
00:11:27.000 They are trying to, by fiat, push forward an unpopular, unscientific, anti-reality agenda that men can become pregnant.
00:11:37.000 And that makes you laugh.
00:11:38.000 That is the belief at the Walt Disney Company.
00:11:41.000 That is the belief at Apple, where they have a pregnant man emoji, where you can actually look on your iPhone and they have a pregnant man.
00:11:48.000 You can look at it yourself right now.
00:11:49.000 And this is a clarion call moment for the American church.
00:11:53.000 This one's not tough.
00:11:55.000 Some issues I know that you ask for clarification on, maybe gun control, immigration, like God created man, God created woman.
00:12:02.000 We don't have to overthink this one.
00:12:04.000 And in fact, this is one of those issues where 95% of the country agrees this is insane.
00:12:11.000 However, 95% of the country is afraid to speak out about it.
00:12:16.000 And it's now happening all across the country.
00:12:18.000 Those of you with daughters, they're going to try to ruin female sports for good.
00:12:22.000 Men have a moral prerogative to protect women against other men.
00:12:27.000 And guess what?
00:12:28.000 That's what's happening right now is men are competing against other women in these sports.
00:12:33.000 This issue, I believe, is fundamental.
00:12:35.000 And I believe the enemy knows exactly what he is doing with this issue by pushing forward sexual deviancy, moral confusion.
00:12:42.000 If you cannot properly understand what a man or a woman is, how can you properly orient yourself in society on the other critical issues?
00:12:51.000 And so I'm not going to delete the tweet.
00:12:52.000 Maybe I'll get reinstated now that Elon is there, but they banned me for a reason, and they're going to try to silence you for a reason, because they know that if they can pervert this fundamental issue, this building block issue, then all of a sudden they'll be able to have you say, well, maybe there's no God.
00:13:07.000 Maybe there's no such thing as right or wrong.
00:13:09.000 It starts with something as simple as man and woman, something that we need to question for the last 2,000 years.
00:13:17.000 And I believe bold people that are filled with the Spirit are going to be the instrumental reason why this gets back into a place of reality and gets anchored to the truth.
00:13:29.000 So we're going to keep on exploring that during question and answer, but I want to bring our guest up.
00:13:34.000 Victor Marks is just amazing.
00:13:35.000 Now, I am indebted to Victor Marks because I met Victor at an event last summer, and I was so blown away by his dog, I was like, I want one.
00:13:44.000 And so he helped set that up.
00:13:46.000 You guys know Mr. Briggs or have seen a picture of him.
00:13:49.000 They come from the same company, Bad and Canine, in Canada.
00:13:52.000 They're amazing.
00:13:53.000 And Victor is just incredible.
00:13:56.000 He has a full-time ministry where he goes and teaches biblical truth with marriage.
00:14:02.000 You guys were just in Iraq doing a marriage conference.
00:14:05.000 Not exactly the hot spot for a marriage conference, a Christian marriage conference, but maybe it was the hot spot.
00:14:12.000 Anti-child sex trafficking all across the world, one of the most powerful ministries and someone who loves the Lord.
00:14:19.000 And I'll tell you what, in a world where it's hard to find strong men, Victor Marks is one of them.
00:14:24.000 So please join me in welcoming the great Victor Marks.
00:14:43.000 Thank you all very much.
00:14:45.000 I appreciate that.
00:14:46.000 Thanks, Joe.
00:14:47.000 So introduce your friend here, Victor.
00:14:49.000 This is Fifi, my service cat.
00:14:53.000 She identifies as a cat.
00:15:00.000 This is Scout.
00:15:02.000 Scout is a Belgian Malinois, and I've had her five years.
00:15:10.000 She'll turn six in June.
00:15:12.000 And she's one of the few dogs that's faced ISIS fighters.
00:15:16.000 And then within a couple hours of that, she was letting women and children that we had recovered or rescued hug her.
00:15:25.000 So it's a real dramatic switch, but she's great.
00:15:29.000 And seats?
00:15:34.000 Good.
00:15:36.000 She's a sin sniffer.
00:15:38.000 So who's over there?
00:15:40.000 That's not doing well with this.
00:15:44.000 That's my security guy.
00:15:47.000 Jeff, need to do some repentance?
00:15:52.000 One of the funniest things about Scout, we were in a big airport and we're walking and a guy and a gal walk up to me and the young gal goes, can I pet your dog?
00:16:06.000 I said, well, first, thank you for asking because it says, do not pet.
00:16:12.000 And I said, sure, go ahead.
00:16:16.000 The girl's petting her and the guy standing next to her.
00:16:20.000 When she was done, he went to pet her.
00:16:22.000 And I went, oh, I wouldn't do that.
00:16:25.000 He goes, why not?
00:16:26.000 I said, well, she's not really trained to allow men to pet her.
00:16:31.000 And sure as I'm sitting here, he, in a very loud voice, with a lot of people watching, goes, why are you judging my gender?
00:16:40.000 And I said, leave it.
00:16:44.000 It's not a threat unless it's a threat.
00:16:49.000 And then we'll just unhook this for a minute.
00:16:52.000 We'll continue to talk.
00:16:54.000 So this guy goes, why are you judging my gender?
00:16:57.000 Leave it.
00:16:59.000 Trothers come see.
00:17:00.000 So when he said, why are you judging my gender?
00:17:03.000 Leave it.
00:17:05.000 I said, your gender.
00:17:07.000 And it was a guy.
00:17:09.000 And I was like, because you're a guy.
00:17:13.000 And he goes, you have no right to judge my gender.
00:17:17.000 And everybody's watching now.
00:17:19.000 And, you know, I'm the older white man who's a threat to America.
00:17:23.000 And I can feel the eye.
00:17:27.000 So I just go, well, okay, man.
00:17:30.000 Hey, okay.
00:17:31.000 Pet her if you want.
00:17:32.000 She'll decide what gender you are.
00:17:43.000 He opted not to pet her.
00:17:47.000 So Victor, let's talk about why do you do what you do?
00:17:49.000 You travel the world.
00:17:50.000 You're in some of the most dangerous places.
00:17:52.000 You're doing rescue missions, ministry.
00:17:54.000 Why do you do it?
00:17:56.000 To get away from my house.
00:17:59.000 No, actually, no, because some of the things that we do, most guys come back from combat areas or the work that we do.
00:18:06.000 You come home to your wife.
00:18:07.000 You're like, yeah, ISIS was shooting at me on this trip.
00:18:11.000 And they were talking, you know, and my wife just looks at me and goes, yeah, I was there with you.
00:18:19.000 So my wife, actually, 34 years this year, is one of our most courageous team members who does the deal with us all over the world.
00:18:34.000 I think, Charlie, one of the reasons why we do, first, it's a calling.
00:18:39.000 Two, I wasn't great in ministry in America.
00:18:44.000 I tried to be a pastor for a while.
00:18:49.000 And if you, maybe she was under me for a while.
00:18:53.000 Sorry, I apologize.
00:18:56.000 No, when I knew, because I was involved in churches as an assistant pastor and then, you know, I tried to be a senior pastor, which was interesting.
00:19:05.000 But when I really realized I'm not called, I mean, I'm called by God, but not, I don't fit into this space was I remember there was a guy that came in for counseling and he had cheated on his wife and I met with her and I brought him back together.
00:19:25.000 You know, forgive him.
00:19:26.000 He's a bomb and all that.
00:19:27.000 And then a few months later, he does it again and increased in really just his poor choices of perversion.
00:19:36.000 The third time, I get a call from her and she says, he's high, really high, smoking crack, and he's violent.
00:19:46.000 He cheated again, and he just left our house and he knocked our little toddler against the wall.
00:19:55.000 And she goes, I don't know if he's going to come to the church, but what do you think I should do?
00:20:02.000 I said, You call the police right now and it's for your child.
00:20:06.000 We'll let the governmental sources take care of him.
00:20:09.000 And sure enough, he comes to the church.
00:20:12.000 And he's like, He saw me and he went to go to another pastor.
00:20:16.000 And I said, No, I'll take this one.
00:20:19.000 I brought him to my office, had him sit in my desk away from the door.
00:20:24.000 And he's like, Oh, man, it's really bad.
00:20:26.000 I said, Yeah, I heard.
00:20:28.000 And he's like, Oh, and then I said, I heard you hit your daughter.
00:20:32.000 You're taller and bounced off a wall.
00:20:35.000 And then he starts this fake crying.
00:20:37.000 I know, I don't know what's wrong with me.
00:20:39.000 I don't know.
00:20:40.000 And then he said these words.
00:20:42.000 Maybe I should get hit.
00:20:50.000 I thought to myself, I'm very comfortable in conflict.
00:20:57.000 So I executed the laying on of hands.
00:21:00.000 And it's biblical.
00:21:03.000 I mean, come on.
00:21:07.000 And as he's on the ground and I'm laying hands on him, the door, the door busts open.
00:21:13.000 And it's an associate pastor who's in heaven now.
00:21:16.000 He's like, hey, Victor, Victor, come here.
00:21:18.000 I was like, I'm counseling.
00:21:22.000 That's really what I thought.
00:21:23.000 I was like, did you just say, I don't interrupt you?
00:21:25.000 And he's like, come here.
00:21:26.000 And we stepped out and the guy's like, call me.
00:21:29.000 And he goes, hey, when people come here to counsel, we don't hit them.
00:21:34.000 I was like, oh, I know, no.
00:21:35.000 We have a waiver.
00:21:36.000 He asked for it.
00:21:38.000 Guys, like, I'll take it from here.
00:21:40.000 I go, yeah, he's pretty relaxed right now.
00:21:43.000 Gonna be okay.
00:21:45.000 So anyway, I realized, and some of you don't fit into regular ministry.
00:21:50.000 And I'm not saying, you know, the proving ground is if you have to hurt somebody's feelings, but the Lord did direct my steps to finally where we started a ministry, not only reaching and rescuing those in harm's way, but also providing an avenue of justice to make those who are wicked, unrepentant evildoers pay a price for what they've done.
00:22:16.000 So Victor, talk more about what you do.
00:22:20.000 Talk in some detail and some specifics.
00:22:22.000 You know, give our audience a little window into that.
00:22:25.000 Yeah, we started the ministry about 20 years ago.
00:22:28.000 And before that, we were with a little struggling ministry called Focus on the Family, a guy named James Dobson.
00:22:34.000 I don't know if you heard him.
00:22:36.000 So I was an assistant, Dr. Dobson, for a bit.
00:22:40.000 And that's really where God launched us out of that because he is one of the greatest men of integrity.
00:22:46.000 What you read, what you see, it is him.
00:22:50.000 And I mean, he's 85, and still, him and Miss Shirley walk with the Lord.
00:22:55.000 What a national treasure for the Christian faith in our country.
00:23:03.000 So my wife and I started reaching kids who were incarcerated because they had the most trauma in a condensed space.
00:23:09.000 And then it grew.
00:23:11.000 And most of this was born out of my background, which I'll share in a little bit.
00:23:15.000 But it was interesting to see where God started placing us.
00:23:19.000 And it eventually led to the opportunity to go to Iraq when ISIS invaded and started attacking and killing.
00:23:28.000 And the Lord told me to go through my wife.
00:23:36.000 And I had just come back from Burma.
00:23:39.000 And she's like, I think the Lord wants you to go to Iraq.
00:23:42.000 I'm like, no, he doesn't.
00:23:44.000 And we got in a good discussion about it.
00:23:47.000 And I'm like, hey, I still got the mosquito fever right now.
00:23:50.000 I'm not ready to.
00:23:52.000 And she goes, well, you ought to pray.
00:23:53.000 Have you prayed yet?
00:23:54.000 I'm like, what's that got to do with it?
00:23:57.000 I mean, and she said, pray.
00:24:00.000 And I did.
00:24:01.000 I didn't even finish the prayer.
00:24:03.000 The Lord said, yeah, you're going to go.
00:24:05.000 And then I put a ghetto team.
00:24:07.000 The mission was to help some girls who had been held captive by ISIS to help them recover from the trauma of it.
00:24:14.000 And this was while ISIS is everywhere.
00:24:16.000 I put together a great team, former SEAL team guys, Delta, some Marines.
00:24:25.000 Did I say SEAL?
00:24:26.000 SEAL team guys?
00:24:27.000 Because if there's a picture taken, you got to have a SEAL in the photo.
00:24:35.000 I served in the Marine Corps, so some of you will get that.
00:24:40.000 And put the team together and said, okay, this is the mission.
00:24:44.000 And then my wife, who's also my girlfriend, because it's safer and cheaper to have her as both tells me, the Lord is putting it on my heart to go with you.
00:25:08.000 I said, no, he's not.
00:25:10.000 And then we got another argument.
00:25:12.000 And finally, I just said, you know, why do you want to go?
00:25:18.000 And she looks at me and she says, I know you and the team will find those girls.
00:25:23.000 And it made me feel proud.
00:25:25.000 Like, yes, ma'am, we will.
00:25:27.000 She goes, but when you find them, you can't hug them.
00:25:32.000 And they'll need to be hugged.
00:25:34.000 I'll do the hugging.
00:25:36.000 And I went, whoa, that's really, we need that.
00:25:41.000 And then she said, honey, what's the worst that can happen?
00:25:44.000 We die.
00:25:45.000 I'm like, yeah, we die.
00:25:49.000 People are dying.
00:25:51.000 And then she said this, but then don't we win with such confidence.
00:25:58.000 Trust me, my wife is a black belt.
00:26:00.000 She can shoot multiple platforms, work a blade, drive armored vehicles.
00:26:04.000 She is trained and she's Irish.
00:26:11.000 And she went and she did hug.
00:26:14.000 So we end up getting a house there in Iraq.
00:26:16.000 So if anybody wants to come visit, it's great.
00:26:20.000 I hear it's nice this time.
00:26:22.000 It is for about two weeks.
00:26:24.000 And then vents from hell open up and you can't breathe.
00:26:30.000 But the opportunity is great.
00:26:32.000 And again, like we were just in Iraq recently doing that marriage conference, like what you said, a marriage conference.
00:26:40.000 Three, over 300 people signed up to come to a marriage conference by two Americans.
00:26:51.000 It gets funny when the guy's going, I'm having trouble with my first wife.
00:26:55.000 And the second one, she's kind of, and that third one, oh my goodness.
00:26:58.000 I'm like.
00:27:01.000 All right, talk to my wife.
00:27:05.000 So yeah, God really did bless it.
00:27:07.000 And you know the thing that shocked us most was the number of single young men that came out who have no role models or leaders as a man because most of their dads have been killed by ISIS.
00:27:22.000 That's what we're facing there.
00:27:24.000 And God has blessed and he continues to bless.
00:27:26.000 So yeah, we help people who've been affected by trauma, whether in Iraq, Cambodia, south of the border, and even here in the United States.
00:27:36.000 That is one of our main objectives.
00:27:38.000 And it's played out what we call our faith in action by looking at where darkness is and then running toward the sound of it to be the light.
00:27:49.000 And I don't, I promise you, I don't sit up here saying that we're some lighthouse.
00:27:54.000 We just go to the places that are so dark that if you're just a spark, everybody looks.
00:28:01.000 And then God gets glorified.
00:28:04.000 So countersex trafficking is one of our big initiatives, and it is led by a team lead, Colonel Teagues, who's here.
00:28:13.000 Can you stand up, sir, just so they want them to see your face?
00:28:16.000 Just stand up.
00:28:17.000 Let's give him a hand.
00:28:25.000 He retired from the Army out of the special operations community.
00:28:28.000 He was a ranger that became a green beret that became a delta operator that led men and teams on over a thousand missions.
00:28:38.000 He was awarded five bronze stars and a silver with a V for Valor for the combat.
00:28:43.000 And he has helped remove from the face of the earth what we would call the manifestation of evil in people.
00:28:51.000 So, Victor, talk about, you said your background prepared you for this.
00:28:56.000 Yeah, you know, people ask me, why do you do this?
00:29:00.000 And the short answer is: I had a childhood that was representative of suffering.
00:29:07.000 And I wrote a little book at an eighth grade level, because eighth grade was the best six years of my life.
00:29:19.000 Kickball, watch me go because I'm shaving.
00:29:22.000 No, I, you know, I would tell people: folks will admire you for your success, but they'll relate to you because you're pain.
00:29:31.000 And pain crosses all it's a human condition.
00:29:37.000 So my background is my father didn't claim me as this kid.
00:29:41.000 The night my mother got pregnant by him, he actually shoved rosary beads down her throat and put a pistol to her head, threatened to kill her.
00:29:52.000 My mother would go on to marry six different men.
00:29:56.000 And I went to 14 different schools, lived in 17 different houses.
00:30:00.000 My father had a span of time where he was a drug dealer and a pimp, and then got involved in the occult and was a practicing warlock.
00:30:10.000 Because of that unstable background, I suffered as a kid.
00:30:13.000 I suffered physical, sexual, and of course, emotional abuse.
00:30:18.000 I was tortured.
00:30:26.000 I don't get emotional because of the memory.
00:30:30.000 I don't get emotional because I thank God he redeemed my life.
00:30:43.000 And truly, the scripture is right: what the devil meant for the worst, God can redeem for the best.
00:30:50.000 But what I'd say to people who have suffered, the hardest thing for me was to replace the lies I had believed through the suffering, to replace it with the truth of how God actually views me.
00:31:05.000 I'll give you an example.
00:31:06.000 There was one time the abuse came through my stepfather, the main abuse and torture.
00:31:12.000 He laid me on some pallets in the middle of the summer and tied me down on my back.
00:31:17.000 As a kid, I had a really severe concave chest, and he poured water in it.
00:31:21.000 And then he would take a cattle prod and he'd stick the tip of it in the water, not to touch my skin so it wouldn't burn me, but just shocked me.
00:31:30.000 And my body would arch up.
00:31:33.000 He'd release it.
00:31:35.000 Most people think that when you get electrocuted like that, when you release, you take a breath in, but actually, you don't because you see it coming at you.
00:31:45.000 I would take a breath in and tighten, and he would hit me with that.
00:31:49.000 And the moment it released, air would come out.
00:31:52.000 I would exhale.
00:31:54.000 And this man was so evil, he would lean forward and say, Boy, do you know what that sound is?
00:32:01.000 It's the sound of hope leaving your body.
00:32:10.000 I had to, by the grace of God, learning that my hope is in Jesus, not the torment or the torture, and certainly not what a man who was demonized would tell me.
00:32:24.000 And I did hate that man more than anybody else in my life.
00:32:30.000 And I had to get to get help for my brain housing group where I 123 visits in nine months to a trauma specialist.
00:32:40.000 You do the math.
00:32:41.000 I was there a lot.
00:32:43.000 I've been on Depocot Depot King, Prozac, Zolof, Lithium, Busbar.
00:32:48.000 And to have a psychiatrist tell you you will never fully function.
00:32:54.000 And my mind thinks differently.
00:32:56.000 I'm like, well, I never really did anyway.
00:32:59.000 Keep paying your student loan.
00:33:04.000 And I can tell you right now, by the grace of God, I never forgot the suffering.
00:33:11.000 So when children suffer, I still hear their cries.
00:33:17.000 And it is something else to be the real answer to a kid's prayer.
00:33:22.000 It's real.
00:33:24.000 It is real.
00:33:25.000 And if not us, then who?
00:33:31.000 Victor, talk about spiritual warfare.
00:33:35.000 All this is the invisible war is impacting the physical world.
00:33:40.000 But what we cannot see is actually much more important than what we can see.
00:33:44.000 I agree with you because that's what the word says.
00:33:46.000 I think one of the biggest problems in America is, you know, the epidemic of dads, men not being fathers.
00:33:58.000 And, you know, that's more dangerous than ISIS attacking.
00:34:01.000 Men not stepping up.
00:34:03.000 The second thing is probably pastors who don't have a backbone.
00:34:09.000 And I say that in the most sincere way, because some of them are just jackwagons that shouldn't even be in ministry.
00:34:17.000 He's like, can you get a different career path, son?
00:34:22.000 And I'll tell you, I'm shocked by the need for people in America who need to be trained and armed and equipped to fight the demonic, but they can't get a pastor who will give them the goods and speak the truth.
00:34:46.000 So, I mean, I think most of it boils down to fear and truly lack of faith.
00:34:52.000 They don't understand their authority.
00:34:56.000 And my wife and I, my wife, trust me, she's part Spartan woman.
00:35:04.000 I mean, there's been times where I had to do a mission.
00:35:06.000 I'm like, hey, you know, this one is a tough one.
00:35:10.000 You know, are you okay with case I don't come back?
00:35:14.000 And I have heard from her mouth to my ears, I'd rather be a widow than married to a coward.
00:35:20.000 Go get it.
00:35:23.000 And I'm, but it's all based on real faith.
00:35:28.000 It's not just bravado.
00:35:29.000 She's like, did God tell you?
00:35:32.000 And I knew when we were dating, she was that type of woman because there was a guy named Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys, a singer.
00:35:40.000 And I had trained him in some combative stuff, and he wanted me to work for him.
00:35:44.000 And I'll never forget everybody saying, Oh, this is a great opportunity.
00:35:49.000 This young lady says, Did God tell you to do it?
00:35:53.000 I was like, Well, you ain't got to be so technical.
00:35:57.000 I didn't take the job, and I ended up marrying her, so I got the better deal surfing USA.
00:36:05.000 The spiritual warfare, I realized how real it was as a young kid.
00:36:12.000 And I think God prepared me to be able to deal wholesale with so much demonic activity as an adult, and it just didn't bother me.
00:36:22.000 And it certainly didn't bother my wife.
00:36:24.000 We have a friend in India, we helped start an orphanage, and I never forget he was helping a little kid who had just become an orphan, both parents dead.
00:36:35.000 And he said something to him, and the kid was crying.
00:36:40.000 He held him, he was really patting him on his back hard.
00:36:43.000 And he walked away.
00:36:44.000 I said, What did you just tell him?
00:36:46.000 I said, I told him, I'll be your father.
00:36:49.000 You're not alone.
00:36:51.000 And then he said this, I'll never forget this.
00:36:53.000 He goes, Victor, I've learned from trauma that when you're born in the fire of life, you won't be burned by the heat of life.
00:37:07.000 Keep your eyes on the Lord.
00:37:09.000 And then God started bringing into our lives people who were oppressed or demonized.
00:37:17.000 And it was pastors that started calling me right away.
00:37:21.000 And they would say, Hey, I have somebody over here that's, you know, and I'm like, what do you want me to do?
00:37:28.000 They're like, why don't you come do something?
00:37:30.000 I go, I'm a black belt, not an exorcist.
00:37:35.000 And so we, you know, we had to kind of figure this out where we started praying.
00:37:41.000 And then it became very specific where we started seeing a pattern of people who were demonized and oppressed.
00:37:49.000 And God gave us a very simple way to find out if someone has assignments against them.
00:37:57.000 What are the lies they've told them?
00:37:59.000 When did this demon come?
00:38:01.000 Does it have a legal right to stay?
00:38:03.000 Is it head of a demon horde against them?
00:38:07.000 And then what is the truth that God speaks about this person, not what the demon has been telling them, the lies?
00:38:15.000 And then people get set free.
00:38:18.000 It is unbelievable.
00:38:20.000 And I trust me, I'm the reluctant evangelist and certainly the reluctant praying for people with demons.
00:38:29.000 But we just got back from a deal, and I'm on the phone, it's on speaker, and it's a pastor going, hey, we really need you to come to the church.
00:38:37.000 Somebody's manifesting this demon.
00:38:39.000 And I was like, well, you know, you know, hey, just, it's not, my wife goes, it's just a demon, Pastor.
00:38:47.000 Deal with it.
00:38:48.000 I'm like, honey.
00:38:52.000 He doesn't know.
00:38:53.000 Don't, he's scared.
00:38:56.000 And so demons don't impress her, and they don't make us afraid.
00:39:01.000 And when we wake up, it's true.
00:39:04.000 They get nervous.
00:39:06.000 That's not bravado.
00:39:07.000 That's the power of God.
00:39:08.000 That should be in every believer that when you walk into a place, they know it.
00:39:15.000 I believe that.
00:39:16.000 How, a couple minutes before we do a QA.
00:39:19.000 How do we deal with the demonic?
00:39:20.000 What are some tools the Bible gives us?
00:39:22.000 What are some truths of the Bible that everyday believers can use to fight the supernatural war?
00:39:27.000 Yeah, I would say garlic.
00:39:32.000 My wife makes me eat garlic like it does something.
00:39:38.000 No, I'd say the first thing is we are to take every thought captive.
00:39:44.000 That is the best because the battlefield's in the mind, right?
00:39:47.000 It's not in the, it's the mind.
00:39:49.000 So this is how I tell people you may have a certain level of oppression.
00:39:54.000 And I prayed for people who are from children to movie stars to people in the Pentagon.
00:40:01.000 It's been really fun.
00:40:04.000 And to see people get free to be able to do and have the full capacity what God's called them to do, including pray for non-believers, where you pray for a non-believer to be set free and they get set free.
00:40:16.000 I remember one time this guy gets free and he's like, oh, wow, that's really real.
00:40:22.000 I said, yep, sure is.
00:40:24.000 And I'm getting ready to leave.
00:40:26.000 He's like, I said, oh, do you know Jesus Christ?
00:40:30.000 Like in a personal way?
00:40:32.000 He goes, no.
00:40:33.000 I go, well, he just delivered you.
00:40:35.000 You saw that, right?
00:40:36.000 I mean, it's him.
00:40:37.000 It's him.
00:40:37.000 I can't do it.
00:40:38.000 Would you like to give your life to him and surrender?
00:40:40.000 He goes, that's a very good idea.
00:40:43.000 That's a very good idea.
00:40:45.000 What do I need to do?
00:40:47.000 So the first thing I tell people is take every thought captive.
00:40:50.000 Young ladies, I tell young ladies, look, you get out of the shower, you're getting dressed, and you're in a mirror.
00:40:57.000 I said, do you ever hear this thought in your mind that says, you're ugly.
00:41:03.000 You are worthless.
00:41:04.000 No one will ever love you.
00:41:09.000 And they're like, yeah, I said, that's negative chatter.
00:41:13.000 But the key here is, does it say you?
00:41:18.000 Because self-assessment is, oh, I need to lose weight.
00:41:21.000 Oh, yeah, I should do my hair today.
00:41:22.000 But when there's another person saying you, that's an entity.
00:41:26.000 That's a demonic whisper.
00:41:28.000 And trust me, the whispers are a lot more powerful than the yelling at times.
00:41:33.000 And that's when you take that thought captive as a believer and go, no, I'm not going to be like my dad.
00:41:40.000 No, I'm a new creature in Christ.
00:41:42.000 When my family told me I would never stay married, I said, I'm a new creature in Christ.
00:41:49.000 I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
00:41:51.000 I'm more than a conqueror.
00:41:53.000 I never have to cheat on my wife.
00:41:55.000 She never has to cheat on me.
00:41:57.000 I'm not going to abandon my kids.
00:41:58.000 I'm not going to abuse my kids because greater is he that is in me than is he that's in this world.
00:42:04.000 And it's the word that renews our mind.
00:42:05.000 Romans 12, 2.
00:42:07.000 Don't be conformed to this world any longer, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
00:42:12.000 So that's the first step.
00:42:13.000 And then maybe garlic.
00:42:17.000 It's, Victor, let me ask you a question.
00:42:20.000 In the Bible, it talks about how Satan is not everywhere.
00:42:24.000 He has to pick certain cities and places.
00:42:26.000 He is not omnipresent.
00:42:28.000 Do you feel in the last couple of years that there is more of the demonic in this country than the country you grew up in, or especially politically and socially or morally?
00:42:37.000 Or do you just think that we're talking about it more?
00:42:39.000 Or do you think, no, it's always been the same and there aren't times where it's more emphasized or not?
00:42:44.000 Well, no, I think Christians in America have done a really good PR job for the devil.
00:42:51.000 Those demons are over there, not here.
00:42:56.000 And yet, if you look at the fruit of people's lives, divorces, addiction, the craziness of it all, you go, yeah, if they live over there, they're vacationing over here.
00:43:09.000 All right.
00:43:10.000 And I think the demonic has always been here, but we're seeing the manifestation of it more in greater ways in the political realm, in entertainment.
00:43:22.000 It's just, I mean, those of you who have been a Christian, remember when it was a really big thing, backward masking?
00:43:29.000 Does anybody, where you would play a record backwards and hear a message from the devil?
00:43:34.000 Satan is God or whatever.
00:43:36.000 I'm like, oh, to go back to those days.
00:43:41.000 Now it's just in your face.
00:43:43.000 I mean, yeah, it's dizzy.
00:43:46.000 So I'll tell you, it's a time, it's a great time in history that God has placed us all here to stand up and move the needle for the kingdom to advance forward.
00:44:00.000 So, Victor, last question.
00:44:02.000 This ties into kind of our theme here: Jeremiah 29, 7.
00:44:05.000 Demand the welfare of the city of which you are in because your welfare is tied to your nation's welfare.
00:44:09.000 If we are looking at the manifestation of the invisible in the visible, should we still contest in the visible against these demonic forces, against the tactics of the enemy?
00:44:20.000 I'd say it's both and if we don't have faith in action, do we really have faith?
00:44:27.000 And I think I could take any one of y'all on a mission with us.
00:44:35.000 And a girl that we just had in our safe house in Iraq was abducted at 11 years old by ISIS and has been with them seven years as a victim of sex trafficking and the worst abuse.
00:44:52.000 Let me tell you, as a Christian, if we could help her, should we?
00:44:58.000 And we did.
00:45:00.000 And we were in Iraq.
00:45:01.000 We had her in a house 48 hours after she was out of harm's way with ISIS.
00:45:09.000 She had a broke nose and a broken back, but a big old smile.
00:45:13.000 And I'll tell you what, it is Christians that are helping her, no one else.
00:45:18.000 And we always serve people.
00:45:20.000 So, yes, we must engage against warfare that's manifested, or we will lose.
00:45:29.000 It's that simple.
00:45:31.000 And when people go, oh, I'm praying, I go, great.
00:45:35.000 Prayer changes things.
00:45:37.000 But also, just like God told Joshua, get up.
00:45:41.000 You've been praying long enough.
00:45:43.000 You better get up and do something.
00:45:45.000 There's a time we must put our faith in action or else the devil will win and Christians will feel a false sense of, well, I prayed.
00:45:54.000 But did you do?
00:45:56.000 Were you his hands and feet?
00:45:58.000 And I'll tell you something.
00:46:00.000 You, young man, are a source of inspiration and encouragement for all of us gray hairs.
00:46:12.000 And it's not just your boyish good looks and high intellect or your beautiful bride.
00:46:17.000 God has his hand on you, a mantle.
00:46:19.000 And I went to his headquarters for the first time today, and I'm like, I want to just buy a little bus and be a tour guide and start bringing people in there.
00:46:27.000 It's unreal if you've never seen what God is doing.
00:46:30.000 And that's what we have to be part of.
00:46:33.000 Where is God doing it?
00:46:35.000 And we engage.
00:46:36.000 So thank you.
00:46:38.000 And we will pray and support the work.
00:46:40.000 Well, thank you, Victor.
00:46:41.000 So let's line up for some questions.
00:46:43.000 You guys know the routine by now.
00:46:45.000 Let's keep the question short.
00:46:47.000 No statements, please.
00:46:48.000 And students get the preference.
00:46:50.000 Two lines here.
00:46:51.000 And also, if you've never asked a question before at one of these events, you guys can cut in line because we have some people that have questions month after month.
00:46:58.000 That's okay.
00:46:59.000 So if you've never asked a question before, and as they line up, Victor, can you just tell how people can support you and get behind you, your website, and all that sort of stuff?
00:47:07.000 Yeah.
00:47:08.000 Next time we go, just hop on the plane with us.
00:47:11.000 We'll issue you an AK once you arrive and a med pack.
00:47:16.000 I'm joking.
00:47:17.000 But I will say this: we've had some super spiritual people in America go, I saw a picture of you holding a kid and an AK.
00:47:26.000 What kind of missionary are you?
00:47:29.000 I go, well, probably not a great one.
00:47:34.000 But why don't you come on over and show me how you'll do it?
00:47:38.000 Because I've had them shoot at us.
00:47:40.000 I've had my children at our home in Iraq where we had to hide for three days because they were coming after us.
00:47:48.000 And I go, I've seen it where we were in a bad spot.
00:47:53.000 And although I believe in prayer, I believe in practical means of God, what should we do here?
00:47:59.000 From uparmored vehicles to weapons.
00:48:02.000 I just got to say this real quick.
00:48:03.000 My wife has an intercessor of prayer.
00:48:05.000 We were praying because it was bad one time.
00:48:08.000 Like really exciting, bad.
00:48:10.000 Like we may be going to heaven.
00:48:12.000 So it's exciting, but it's bad.
00:48:16.000 And I go, Lord, please send legions of angels right now.
00:48:21.000 We need, send a battalion, God, right now.
00:48:24.000 And I'm just, God, bring them.
00:48:26.000 And my wife is hurt to her friend.
00:48:28.000 She goes, Lord, could you just send that one angel that killed all those Syrians in the Old Testament?
00:48:36.000 He's like a veteran and he's really good at killing a lot.
00:48:40.000 We just need one.
00:48:42.000 I was like, that's a good idea.
00:48:44.000 Yeah, Lord, what she said, the one, the one specially trained Delta angel.
00:48:48.000 We'll take that one.
00:48:50.000 So we do pray, but we prepare.
00:48:53.000 All right, we'll start with a question here, and then we'll go to the other side.
00:48:53.000 I love it.
00:48:57.000 Yeah, this would be, I guess, for both of you, but I was curious, both of your perspectives, about how you deal with like hate and anger.
00:49:06.000 You know, you spoke about the hate you had for your stepdad.
00:49:10.000 And I guess how you deal that, not just with an incident in the past, but also with something that's ongoing.
00:49:16.000 And then also for you, you know, I'm sure you have enemies that are trying to take you down on a regular basis.
00:49:23.000 Actually, and so how do you not let resentment build or hate build and keep forgiveness at the front?
00:49:32.000 And I just was curious on your guys' lessons that you've learned on that topic.
00:49:37.000 Okay.
00:49:38.000 All right.
00:49:39.000 Yeah, look, I struggle with it.
00:49:40.000 I'll be honest.
00:49:41.000 Look, there's, if you listen to my podcast or my radio show, there's this kind of tension where I just kind of have to stop and there's this kind of like six seconds of silence.
00:49:50.000 And I just kind of look around and then I just kind of move on from the topic because I might be talking.
00:49:55.000 I mean, look, I'll be very honest.
00:49:56.000 It's hard not to have resentment when someone is intentionally destroying your country.
00:50:00.000 I'll be very honest.
00:50:00.000 It's very difficult.
00:50:01.000 I struggle with it.
00:50:02.000 I pray for peace with that.
00:50:04.000 And it's hard.
00:50:05.000 It's an injustice.
00:50:06.000 It's hard when I see what's happening.
00:50:09.000 And I'm not even talking about the attacks towards me.
00:50:11.000 I mean, that's fine.
00:50:12.000 But I'm just talking about when I see injustice and people get away with it, right?
00:50:16.000 When I see all of a sudden, you know, there is, whether it be Dinesh D'Souza's upcoming movie, with you should all see, by the way, 2000 Mules, which is just going to be eye-opening.
00:50:26.000 And I see people that are trafficking ballots in these states and they act as if they can get away with it.
00:50:30.000 It angers me.
00:50:31.000 It really does.
00:50:32.000 And only the peace of Jesus Christ is able to bring me to some place where I don't lose my mind.
00:50:38.000 I mean that.
00:50:39.000 And I say this to people all the time that are conservatives.
00:50:42.000 I say, if you are not a Christian, okay, that's your decision.
00:50:46.000 I think it's the wrong decision.
00:50:48.000 I don't think you'll last in this space.
00:50:50.000 I don't.
00:50:51.000 If you do not have the peace, peace of Jesus Christ, you will not last in this political space because you will be lied about.
00:50:57.000 You'll be torn down.
00:50:58.000 You'll be leaked on.
00:50:59.000 You'll be conspired against.
00:51:01.000 And you will not have any sort of prism to be able to make sense of what's happening in the world.
00:51:05.000 For me, there's an eternal game at play here.
00:51:08.000 And I know how it ends.
00:51:09.000 We go to heaven.
00:51:10.000 Satan gets thrown into the pit of hell.
00:51:13.000 Lake of fire.
00:51:14.000 Okay, that's a good ending, right?
00:51:15.000 I can work backwards from that, right?
00:51:18.000 And so everything that, but I'll be honest, from a personal perspective, it takes a lot of prayer.
00:51:24.000 And there are times when I think I'm unfairly maligned or criticized or attacked.
00:51:29.000 And it's not easy, but it takes practice.
00:51:33.000 It takes work.
00:51:34.000 It really does.
00:51:36.000 And it also helps to have a good group like Victor's a really good friend and become an even better friend.
00:51:42.000 And we were just like friends the first time we met.
00:51:44.000 That's just kind of how we were.
00:51:45.000 It was like hand in glove.
00:51:46.000 It was amazing.
00:51:48.000 That's an important thing, too.
00:51:49.000 When you have 10 or 12 really good people around you, maybe less, four or five, what happens outside of that circle matters less and less.
00:51:57.000 It really does.
00:51:58.000 That's good.
00:51:58.000 Victor?
00:52:00.000 It's a two-part question.
00:52:02.000 The first thing that helped me is the scripture that said, be angry, but don't sin.
00:52:08.000 I didn't want to discount the emotion of anger because I think not enough Christians get angry at what is wrong.
00:52:16.000 Amen.
00:52:22.000 And, but that part about, you know, don't sin.
00:52:27.000 If you're an angry Christian, then you got to repent.
00:52:29.000 Your heart's getting hard.
00:52:31.000 And, you know, when we help kids and girls, we've helped over 43,000 women and children in Iraq and Syria.
00:52:39.000 And, yeah, praise the Lord.
00:52:43.000 It's when you hear them or you hold them and they say, please kill ISIS.
00:52:53.000 It's easy to move toward becoming hardened.
00:52:58.000 And anger can turn into bitterness.
00:53:01.000 And there have been times where I was like, Lord, I'm starting to shift where it's more about the killing than the healing.
00:53:11.000 And we've made decisions that made bad people go away.
00:53:14.000 And it was righteous in our decisions.
00:53:17.000 But you have to guard your heart and go, Lord, please.
00:53:19.000 And listen to the Holy Spirit.
00:53:22.000 The other one from my past, my childhood, when I tell people the best weapon I've ever used in my life is forgiveness.
00:53:32.000 Forgiveness is the, and this is the story I'll tell you guys.
00:53:38.000 My stepfather who abused me horribly when I was actually working for Focus on the Family, Dr. Dobson, I was traveling and speaking on his behalf, and I went through a little town, and it was a town where I had suffered abuse by his hand.
00:53:53.000 And that man, my stepfather, had been arrested, put in prison, and he got out.
00:53:59.000 And the Lord told me, go find him.
00:54:05.000 I thought, man, Lord, not that.
00:54:08.000 He said, you need to find him and forgive him.
00:54:10.000 And guys, I trusted God to forgive this man.
00:54:14.000 And forgiveness is giving up your right to hurt someone back for hurting you.
00:54:20.000 It doesn't mean there's not justice.
00:54:21.000 It doesn't mean reconciliation.
00:54:24.000 But you're giving up your right.
00:54:26.000 And I was with that man in the hospital when he was dying.
00:54:30.000 I actually took him to the hospital.
00:54:33.000 And I said, can I, I said, you're dying and you're going to go to hell.
00:54:39.000 See why I wasn't a great sensitive counselor.
00:54:44.000 And I said, do you mind if I read scripture to you?
00:54:51.000 And I learned I'd rather be a kind Christian than a nice one.
00:54:57.000 And I said, he said, go ahead if you want to.
00:55:01.000 I read scripture every day to him about the cross and how Jesus would forgive him.
00:55:06.000 And the last day I would ever see him again, I walked in.
00:55:09.000 And the night before, about four o'clock, my wife and I got out of bed and I started actually crying that God would save him.
00:55:18.000 And I knew my heart was clear.
00:55:20.000 I walked in there and he looks at me and he looks at this nurse.
00:55:24.000 It was a new nurse and he goes, nurse, that's my son.
00:55:30.000 He goes, I'm proud of him.
00:55:34.000 He goes, he kind of like became a preacher.
00:55:39.000 And I said, that's true.
00:55:40.000 It's kind of.
00:55:43.000 And this is what he said.
00:55:46.000 He's been worried about my eternity, but he doesn't have to worry anymore.
00:55:51.000 I made it right with God last night.
00:55:58.000 And I knew at that point I'd forgiven him.
00:56:00.000 My heart felt softer.
00:56:01.000 The nurse walks out of the room, and then I just said, Lord, what do you want me to tell this man?
00:56:06.000 And guess what?
00:56:06.000 God told me, my last words to him, he said, tell him you love him.
00:56:11.000 And I said, Dad, I love you.
00:56:13.000 And he turned and he looked at me.
00:56:14.000 And the first time in my life ever, he goes, boy, I love you too.
00:56:20.000 And I knew I was done.
00:56:22.000 So I took a pillow.
00:56:24.000 And then I. Arizona, babe, it's rough in here in Phoenix.
00:56:33.000 Jeez, I lifted his neck up and put it behind him to support him.
00:56:37.000 It was a Mike Mandel pillow.
00:56:39.000 It was Mike Mandel's pillar.
00:56:39.000 Don't worry.
00:56:42.000 He got set free, but I did.
00:56:44.000 And Satan doesn't have a place in my heart because of anger.
00:56:48.000 I'm set free.
00:56:50.000 God bless you.
00:56:51.000 Next question.
00:56:53.000 Hi, guys.
00:56:54.000 I'm a 16-year-old girl who wakes up in the morning and stalks Poplitics and Turning Points Instagram.
00:57:00.000 I came across something really demonic this morning.
00:57:04.000 In California, they introduced a bill, AB2223, and it allows mothers to kill their babies up to seven days after birth.
00:57:12.000 That's right.
00:57:13.000 And this made me really emotional.
00:57:15.000 Is there something we can do to fight this?
00:57:19.000 It's horrible.
00:57:20.000 Yeah, so that's correct.
00:57:22.000 So you're seeing a lot of activity happen here.
00:57:25.000 And Victor, I want you to comment on the spiritual aspect of that too in a sec.
00:57:29.000 Colorado passed a similar bill where they are now allowing abortion all throughout the pregnancy, but that's not enough.
00:57:36.000 You see, now they have to allow abortion after the pregnancy, up to seven days after, which of course is infanticide, which is murder.
00:57:45.000 We've said that is what abortion is the entire time.
00:57:48.000 Read the bill for yourself, by the way, if you don't believe us.
00:57:51.000 It's AB24 something, if I remember correctly.
00:57:54.000 I could be wrong.
00:57:56.000 It's Assembly Bill.
00:57:57.000 AB 2223.
00:57:59.000 That wasn't that far off.
00:58:00.000 It's murder.
00:58:01.000 Yeah, that's right.
00:58:01.000 Yeah.
00:58:02.000 And it has passed the committee and it will go to a House vote, a Senate vote, and then to the governor's signature.
00:58:10.000 Yeah, we got to let our voice be heard.
00:58:12.000 I think it's an opportunity to educate people on what's really happening.
00:58:17.000 I wish I was surprised.
00:58:19.000 I'm not.
00:58:20.000 Nothing surprises me.
00:58:21.000 It's a culture of death.
00:58:23.000 And read the bill yourself.
00:58:24.000 It would allow doctors to fully execute a child up to seven days afterwards, if they so choose.
00:58:32.000 They say, of course, only medical professionals, they say, if that would be there.
00:58:36.000 Very little to no nuance whatsoever.
00:58:38.000 It is infanticide.
00:58:39.000 But let's think about it, though.
00:58:41.000 They're being consistent.
00:58:43.000 They are.
00:58:44.000 You got to hand it to them.
00:58:46.000 They're being consistent.
00:58:48.000 If you can murder a child at six weeks, why not six days after?
00:58:52.000 I mean, they're being consistent.
00:58:52.000 Right?
00:58:54.000 They're running the whole thing.
00:58:55.000 I know that sounds really weird for me to say that, but that is completely philosophically consistent with their position.
00:59:02.000 And I want to say, look, I'm glad you're pointing it out.
00:59:04.000 Every decent person in California, and there's a lot of decent people left in California.
00:59:09.000 There's a lot of great pastors in California, Rob McCoy and Jack Hibbs, just to name a few, and we've heard them talk here, are going to be speaking out against this.
00:59:17.000 I pray that this bill will be defeated.
00:59:21.000 I can't even imagine that every left-winger will be in support of this, but this is, it's really, I'll say one final thing.
00:59:29.000 We always were talking about how awful post, like late-term abortion is.
00:59:34.000 Now they're talking about post-birth abortion.
00:59:37.000 And when the moral compass starts to slide, who's to say that's wrong?
00:59:43.000 It's just your opinion that it's wrong.
00:59:45.000 If there is no God, right and wrong is merely an opinion.
00:59:49.000 And it's playing right now in California abortion law.
00:59:55.000 What you're talking about is the manifestation of evil right before us.
01:00:02.000 It's so important for people to remember Satan loves to kill children.
01:00:10.000 He's been doing it for a long time.
01:00:14.000 From burning babies in the hands of this idol Moloch to remember Moses, Jesus, babies being slaughtered.
01:00:25.000 And I think that there's a strong demonic assignment to kill children.
01:00:36.000 And most people follow out of emotion, but not realistically.
01:00:42.000 And I'll tell you what I know.
01:00:44.000 I can make a post.
01:00:45.000 Last week we reached, I think, 39 million people.
01:00:48.000 And I can make a post that says something pro-life.
01:00:52.000 And, you know, I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't stand up for unborn children because I'm saving livelihoods, right?
01:01:00.000 And people will just rage against me.
01:01:03.000 And I read some of the comments.
01:01:04.000 I go, this person is demonically inspired.
01:01:08.000 But I posted a video of a kid we couldn't save.
01:01:16.000 A little baby.
01:01:17.000 ISIS killed their parents and left them next to a garbage can.
01:01:23.000 This tiny child in a diaper flies on it.
01:01:28.000 You watch this video and you're sickened at the thought of this baby being dead.
01:01:34.000 And then you see its legs move and you realize it's not dead yet.
01:01:40.000 And the number one thing people ask me, were you able to save the child?
01:01:44.000 And I go, no.
01:01:46.000 By the time we got the video, that baby was left there to die.
01:01:50.000 And that's what they're doing right now.
01:01:53.000 We have to be able to know the reality, not just the head knowledge, but the reality to go, you're murdering a child.
01:02:04.000 And can I say one more thing on the abortion issue?
01:02:07.000 If you understand the left, it makes a lot of sense why they're so passionate about it.
01:02:12.000 They really want to use scientific industry and scientific advancement to try to create themselves close to God as possible.
01:02:19.000 And nothing makes you closer to a God than the ability to take life.
01:02:22.000 Nothing.
01:02:23.000 That to them is the ability to try to have dominion.
01:02:27.000 That's what they use, that term, over others.
01:02:30.000 And since they believe that there is no God, and if there was a God, it would be them.
01:02:34.000 This is one of the reasons why they're so focused on this issue.
01:02:37.000 So thank you for your question.
01:02:38.000 And I love your heart for the Lord.
01:02:39.000 That's very sweet.
01:02:41.000 Thank you.
01:02:41.000 Next question.
01:02:44.000 So I have a more philosophical two-part question, and this is mostly for Charlie, but Victor, you're one welcome to answer it as well.
01:02:51.000 Thank you.
01:02:51.000 You just pointed out my IQ.
01:02:53.000 All 60 points of it.
01:02:55.000 Squeezing it.
01:02:56.000 Charlie, take it.
01:02:59.000 So my question Is related to the fact that right now it feels as though conservatives and people who are pro-liberty and just pro-life in general, we're being dictated to the terms by those in power and by the left.
01:03:17.000 So, and they're defining the identities.
01:03:20.000 So, my question is: what does the word conservatism mean?
01:03:25.000 And is it more than just a political ideology, or is it something else?
01:03:31.000 Okay, that's a good question.
01:03:32.000 Yeah, so look, the best way I can describe conservative that I think is without getting too deep into it is a defense of the natural law, a moral right to self-government, the belief that rights come from God, not from government.
01:03:47.000 And also, conservatives believe that human beings are naturally flawed.
01:03:52.000 And if you believe human beings are naturally flawed, then you're definitely going to want to make sure that when you have government, human beings don't have all the power in one place, that there's a check and balance, that there is a separation of powers, if you will.
01:04:05.000 Conservatives also believe in an unchanging principles of human nature.
01:04:11.000 This is a very important thing, where we do not believe that human nature changes as time goes on.
01:04:16.000 So, this is why the Constitution is the greatest political document ever written and is a conservative document in nature, in essence, because in Federalist 51, James Madison writes, he's explaining the Constitution.
01:04:29.000 He says, an observation of human nature will tell you that if all men were angels, no government would be necessary.
01:04:37.000 And if angels were to govern men, then this Constitution would not be necessary.
01:04:41.000 What he's saying is that we know human beings are flawed.
01:04:44.000 So we as conservatives recognize that even though the Constitution was written in the late 1787 ratified in 1791, 1787 ratified 1791 Bill of Rights, that we recognize that just because times change, human beings do not.
01:05:04.000 Conservatives believe that there are some things that should not change.
01:05:08.000 Hence the word conserve, that some things must stay the same.
01:05:13.000 Liberals do not believe that.
01:05:14.000 Leftists do not believe that.
01:05:16.000 They believe things are constantly changing.
01:05:18.000 This is why Woodrow Wilson was such a destructive president in the 1915, 1916, 1917.
01:05:24.000 He said, the founding fathers did not have to encounter the same challenges that we have to encounter.
01:05:30.000 They're saying that today, aren't they?
01:05:32.000 They're saying the founding fathers didn't have to go through the same thing of having Twitter or airlines.
01:05:36.000 The principles stay the same.
01:05:39.000 And so that's how I define a conservative.
01:05:41.000 And look, so our identity first and foremost needs to be in Christ, needs to be in our relationship with God.
01:05:47.000 But then immediately after, if you're trying like, well, what's my government philosophy?
01:05:50.000 Well, if you believe in God, you believe in a natural law.
01:05:53.000 And you believe in a law that doesn't change.
01:05:55.000 It doesn't change whether or not you have airplanes or nuclear weapons.
01:05:58.000 It doesn't change just because you have guns that can shoot faster.
01:06:00.000 The question is, what are you dealing with?
01:06:02.000 Human beings.
01:06:03.000 Well, human beings are going to sin.
01:06:04.000 They're going to fall.
01:06:05.000 They're going to try to collectivize evil.
01:06:07.000 And so a good thought experiment to do to a young person is: what's the worst thing human beings can do?
01:06:12.000 And they'll say murder or steal or rape.
01:06:14.000 And, you know, that's not the question.
01:06:15.000 The question is, no, no, no.
01:06:16.000 The answer actually is the worst thing that someone can do is to mandate the murder upon everybody.
01:06:23.000 Not just doing it individually, but do it through government or through the state.
01:06:26.000 So you must make sure that does not happen.
01:06:28.000 So we conservatives come from a position that men have a moral right to be free, and we want to defend and preserve that, and that government gets in the way of that, or power centers get in the way of our inevitable human flourishing or prosperity.
01:06:41.000 Does that help answer your question?
01:06:44.000 Yes.
01:06:45.000 Okay.
01:06:46.000 Okay.
01:06:46.000 Great.
01:06:47.000 Thanks for being here tonight.
01:06:48.000 Appreciate it.
01:06:51.000 Hi, Charlie.
01:06:52.000 My name is Anderson.
01:06:53.000 And so I used to attend a church.
01:06:56.000 And recently we stopped attending it because they do preaching, sort of, which they talk about race in it.
01:07:02.000 The main senior pastor, he said that there's too many white people attending our church.
01:07:08.000 And my mother, she had a conversation with him, but he still kind of does the same things.
01:07:14.000 But our youth pastor, he has also said the same things, talking about, oh, I met this great couple of a black man and a Hispanic mother, and their child was just so beautiful.
01:07:25.000 And what I want to do is have a conversation with that youth pastor.
01:07:29.000 I wanted to ask you, like, what things should I say to them to try to prove that point that it's not right?
01:07:34.000 Yeah, look, I hate talking about race.
01:07:36.000 I do.
01:07:37.000 I'm exhausted talking about it.
01:07:39.000 I think it's a distraction and it's terrible.
01:07:41.000 So let me give you a couple pieces of advice, but I'll tell you, I'm running out of patience talking about race.
01:07:45.000 Your race means nothing to me, and it means nothing to God.
01:07:48.000 Let me say that again.
01:07:49.000 It means nothing to God whatsoever.
01:07:52.000 Period.
01:07:54.000 If you think it matters, then we have a word for that.
01:07:56.000 And that word is used rather generously, but it's actually racism.
01:07:59.000 It's racist to believe that race matters.
01:08:02.000 Okay, let me give you two principles of Christianity that I think you should challenge on.
01:08:07.000 These are the questions.
01:08:08.000 Do you believe in things?
01:08:10.000 What is more important?
01:08:11.000 That which is visible or that which is invisible?
01:08:14.000 Ask him that question.
01:08:16.000 And then what went, not you, but ask the youth pastor.
01:08:19.000 And he'll have to say invisible.
01:08:20.000 He'll have to, or else he's not a Christian.
01:08:22.000 Okay?
01:08:23.000 Now, that's not to say that you can't see God or you can't hear from God, but the things we can't sense immediately to our five senses are way more important than the things we can sense.
01:08:32.000 It's the flesh versus the invisible war.
01:08:34.000 Okay?
01:08:35.000 And then the second thing you'd say, okay, what do you take a higher preference on?
01:08:39.000 Things you can change or things you cannot change?
01:08:42.000 And if he was, of course, a Christian, you should say the things you can change, or else we wouldn't believe in redemptive Christianity, right?
01:08:49.000 We'd believe you become a Christian through bloodbright.
01:08:52.000 And so those are the only two questions that you should ask.
01:08:54.000 And if he says, okay, well, yeah, I believe in the invisible more than the visible.
01:08:58.000 And I believe that things you can change versus things you can't change.
01:09:01.000 You'd say, then how do you care about race so much?
01:09:05.000 Because you're focusing on things that are visible and something that can't change.
01:09:09.000 And therefore, you're focusing on things that are unbiblical and against Christianity.
01:09:18.000 So that's how I would answer that question.
01:09:20.000 Hey, don't need caveat to put on it.
01:09:22.000 I'm kind of happy these last couple of years where pastors tilted their hand down and you can kind of see what they really believe.
01:09:31.000 Because now they're not hiding.
01:09:33.000 And I just go, thank you.
01:09:35.000 I'll remember that.
01:09:38.000 And I tell people, leave a church.
01:09:41.000 Let God direct you to a balanced, loving pastor who doesn't have all these crazy biases and can feed the sheep and equip them for the work of the ministry.
01:09:51.000 Let me add one thing too.
01:09:52.000 When you leave that church, I think the exit conversation is very important.
01:09:56.000 There's a mixed opinion about this.
01:09:58.000 Some people say leave quietly.
01:09:59.000 I think you should leave respectfully, but I think you need to confront.
01:10:02.000 I'm a big believer in this.
01:10:04.000 You need to have a big, long, drawn-out meeting and know your stuff and say, this is why we are leaving.
01:10:08.000 Why?
01:10:09.000 After the fifth or sixth time they have to confront a family that will do that, that makes a big difference.
01:10:13.000 And in fact, nine months, 18 months, 24 months later, they might all of a sudden remember one sentence that was said in that conversation that could change their life.
01:10:22.000 Now, I travel to churches across the country.
01:10:24.000 So does Victor.
01:10:25.000 And I was just recently as a church and they were never talking about these issues.
01:10:29.000 But one family in the midst of all the stuff that was happening in the summer, to give you an idea, they were recommending white fragility by Robin D'Angelo and the Ibram X. Kendi and one family who the pastor trusted says, I need to see you.
01:10:41.000 I've known you for 35 years.
01:10:43.000 You have no idea the demonic influences you bring into this church.
01:10:46.000 One conversation.
01:10:47.000 And the pastor talked to me.
01:10:48.000 He said, there's no way this could all be true.
01:10:50.000 He never heard of Thomas Sowell before.
01:10:52.000 He had never heard of any of this stuff.
01:10:54.000 After one conversation, he said, I need to take a month to study this stuff.
01:10:57.000 He had a complete 180 reversal.
01:10:59.000 And he realized that critical race theory, wokeism, all this stuff was from the enemy.
01:11:04.000 And that church is now growing and they're courageous and they're talking about these things.
01:11:09.000 So I want to just encourage you to have those conversations.
01:11:12.000 They're so incredibly important.
01:11:14.000 God bless you, man.
01:11:15.000 Thank you for being here.
01:11:18.000 Hello.
01:11:19.000 My question is for Victor.
01:11:21.000 And the subject of demonic things, I just think it would be so wonderful if us as Christians were trained in that and could decipher it and understand it.
01:11:33.000 I know that we have the authority to rebuke them and all that, but is there a book or a training program that we could teach ourselves?
01:11:44.000 Yeah, it's a great question.
01:11:46.000 You know, I think for the times we're in, God has given us an approach.
01:11:52.000 Our specific prayer, we actually named it retooling.
01:11:57.000 And it's so effective.
01:11:59.000 I've prayed for a guy on the plane on the descent and seen him got set free.
01:12:05.000 And again, I felt like the Lord said, you know, pray for this guy.
01:12:09.000 And I'm starting to like, no, it's, we're in a plane and I don't want to do that.
01:12:14.000 And my wife, she can sense it.
01:12:16.000 She looks at him and she goes, what is it?
01:12:17.000 I go, I think the Lord wants me to pray for him.
01:12:20.000 She goes, well, pray for him, champ.
01:12:23.000 Get it.
01:12:24.000 I'm like, good, you know, help.
01:12:26.000 And this is how I started a conversation.
01:12:28.000 Do you believe in evil?
01:12:29.000 He goes, yeah.
01:12:30.000 I said, well, do you ever feel oppressed by it?
01:12:34.000 He's like, yeah.
01:12:35.000 I said, God's given me a skill set over years and I can take care of this if you want.
01:12:41.000 He goes, well, yeah.
01:12:44.000 Okay.
01:12:46.000 And before we touched down, the guy was set free.
01:12:48.000 And when he stepped up on the plane, he's like, I'm free.
01:12:52.000 I don't know what just happened, but I'm really free.
01:12:55.000 And so to your point, we do have an approach that if God wills it, we're happy to come back to this area and meet with a group of people and teach the approach.
01:13:10.000 It's very simple, hence the Cajun approach.
01:13:17.000 And yet we've seen literally thousands of people set free.
01:13:22.000 And a lot of demons got their feelings hurt.
01:13:28.000 And again, it boils down to the authority, but there is a specific approach that we use that I think for the times that we're in.
01:13:35.000 And guess what?
01:13:37.000 It's not very dramatic.
01:13:40.000 The devil doesn't get any kudos for, right?
01:13:46.000 Like, shut up.
01:13:50.000 It's not in my current book, but we're writing another book that, you know, not just crayon.
01:13:59.000 So, yes, pray for us, but we'd love to come back.
01:14:03.000 And we do desire to help Christians be equipped for the work.
01:14:12.000 Hi, this is for Victor.
01:14:15.000 How do you use your past to not bring you down, but to use to help others and your past trauma to forgive other people?
01:14:24.000 That is a beautiful question.
01:14:27.000 First, I had to learn that the bad things that happened to me, it wasn't God that caused it.
01:14:40.000 It was not God.
01:14:41.000 That's one of the biggest lies that people who suffer bad things, the enemy whispers.
01:14:47.000 What I had to learn is that God allows people the choice to do right or wrong.
01:14:55.000 And it is people who do wrong to other people, often inspired by forces of darkness.
01:15:03.000 But they're still responsible.
01:15:05.000 And I think, see, I got born again while I was a Marine.
01:15:13.000 So that's quite the conversion.
01:15:17.000 And the Lord showed me, and he'll do it for anybody because his word says, I'll redeem what the evil one meant for bad.
01:15:24.000 He's a great redeemer.
01:15:27.000 And I can tell you this much.
01:15:30.000 I don't think I would have the capacity to travel around the world or hunt bad people here who hurt children if I personally didn't know what it's like to be hurt.
01:15:42.000 And I say, God, thank you that you didn't cause this, but you give people the free will to do right or wrong.
01:15:50.000 But thank you for redeeming it.
01:15:52.000 See him as a redeemer and watch what he does.
01:16:01.000 This is for Victor.
01:16:03.000 Thank you for your ministry.
01:16:06.000 I grew up in an abusive home and when I left home, God used your story to show me, and your marriage to show me that there was hope and I could have a future that was different from what I grew up.
01:16:17.000 And I was wondering your thoughts.
01:16:20.000 People say that God is our father, but I have a really hard time and a huge conflict between Paul talks about living with content and mashing that together with desire for parents.
01:16:35.000 I tell you, I can relate to that question really good.
01:16:40.000 When people were trying to tell me that God wants to be my father, it was offensive to me.
01:16:48.000 I said, the only examples I've had of fathers, I don't want anything to do with him.
01:16:58.000 I had to relearn and retrain my brain of who is God.
01:17:04.000 He's almighty.
01:17:05.000 I love that he was almighty.
01:17:07.000 I love that he could dispatch the angels.
01:17:12.000 But I had to learn that my relationship with him was based on one thing, love.
01:17:19.000 And therefore, I could trust him as a father because it was love.
01:17:25.000 And when you do that, love conquers all.
01:17:30.000 And then you trust him as a father.
01:17:32.000 And sometimes you get all call him dad.
01:17:36.000 And he becomes very real in that way.
01:17:41.000 But he's never against anyone who doesn't see him as a loving father yet.
01:17:46.000 He's patient and he's loving and he still loves you.
01:17:50.000 And if he had a wallet, he'd pull it out and there'd be your picture.
01:17:54.000 And you go look at her.
01:17:55.000 I love this one.
01:17:57.000 She's one of my favorites.
01:17:59.000 So thank you.
01:18:00.000 That's a great question.
01:18:01.000 And I'm glad my story helped yours to be better.
01:18:06.000 We will do two more right here and then right there.
01:18:09.000 Then we got to wrap for the evening.
01:18:11.000 My friend, she is kind of demonic.
01:18:16.000 She likes gore and blood.
01:18:20.000 I just want to know, we've been praying for her, but it's kind of not working.
01:18:26.000 I want to know what to do to help her.
01:18:30.000 How old are you?
01:18:32.000 11. 11.
01:18:35.000 Yeah, is that a karate uniform you in?
01:18:37.000 Yes.
01:18:38.000 Let's get it on, man.
01:18:44.000 I thought, man, this guy's coming up.
01:18:46.000 Hodging me.
01:18:48.000 Well, obviously, you're a little warrior, man.
01:18:50.000 And that's a great question.
01:18:53.000 So, praying for people with the demonic, I have found there are times that the demonic will flee.
01:19:03.000 But there are other times when people do not want the demonic to leave them alone.
01:19:11.000 There's actually a legal right.
01:19:14.000 And I've had people I prayed for completely exposed the demonic.
01:19:18.000 Even the demonic has said, I'm going to kill this person.
01:19:22.000 And then that person, the last question I ask them is, Do you want this demon going out of your spirit, not to house you anymore?
01:19:32.000 And I have heard more people than I like to say, they say, I don't want it gone.
01:19:41.000 So it is their will.
01:19:44.000 And when they invite and stay in darkness, it's not our responsibility.
01:19:49.000 We just keep praying.
01:19:51.000 And I'll tell you, it's good to pray.
01:19:55.000 Like I have prayed for somebody before who was very not, they were trying to do me harm and it was demonic.
01:20:05.000 And I just said, well, I pray that demon destroys your life.
01:20:08.000 Go have fun.
01:20:12.000 And believe me, the Lord sees it all.
01:20:14.000 Just keep praying.
01:20:15.000 Some come out by prayer and fasting, right?
01:20:18.000 So just pray, just pray.
01:20:19.000 You'll forget what you see.
01:20:22.000 Just pray as though it's going to happen.
01:20:25.000 And somebody like you, who this isn't, this is, this is what I want to see.
01:20:31.000 The church has kept kids from having the authority of Christ for too long.
01:20:38.000 Way too long.
01:20:39.000 So I love it.
01:20:42.000 We still have teenagers in our house.
01:20:44.000 And my son brought home a friend.
01:20:46.000 He goes, Dad, you need to pray for this guy.
01:20:47.000 He's got some demons.
01:20:49.000 I was like, great.
01:20:52.000 You ready?
01:20:53.000 He goes, yeah, sure.
01:20:55.000 So, man, I appreciate you, young lawyers, too.
01:20:57.000 I do.
01:20:58.000 God bless you, man.
01:20:59.000 Appreciate it.
01:21:00.000 Thank you.
01:21:01.000 All right, last question.
01:21:04.000 This is more so for Charlie, but I'd also like your opinion on this as well, Victor.
01:21:09.000 I've found myself for the past three and a half years stuck in a place very, very left-leaning, very demonic, and the way that they support abortion and the LGBT and all that.
01:21:24.000 And I was wondering how you can balance the cognitive dissonance of wanting to help people and remain around people that you've grown close to, but also not harm them when you try and not agree with what they agree with.
01:21:47.000 Because up till this point, all I've done is suppress it and not talk about it, despite the left's claim of being open and willing to hear ideas out.
01:21:58.000 If you had any advice for anyone in a similar situation.
01:22:02.000 So, did you get all that, Victor?
01:22:05.000 So, you're asking, how do you navigate kind of being around people that will disagree with you or have different views in the demonic and these left-wing views?
01:22:14.000 Is that right?
01:22:15.000 Down to the point of getting practically violent in the way that they are abhor what you say.
01:22:22.000 Look, this is actually piggybacks on something I wanted to say earlier, which is you got to know your boundaries, right?
01:22:29.000 And you'll be able to grow in your faith and your strength be able to deal with some of these dark forces.
01:22:35.000 But, you know, being around some of the real dark stuff right out of the gate as a Christian, you know, Victor will tell you, sometimes you got to build up a tolerance and an ability to get into it.
01:22:45.000 Now, there's three things that happen in spiritual warfare that are important to remember.
01:22:49.000 Someone might be experiencing spiritual torment right now.
01:22:51.000 Three things.
01:22:52.000 Identify sins of the flesh that you're doing repeatedly.
01:22:55.000 That is a gateway for Satan to be able to possess you.
01:22:58.000 Number two, who you hang around and the music you listen to and the things you consume, what you're internalizing are very important.
01:23:03.000 And number three, the vows that you make.
01:23:05.000 Satan loves to use the vows that you make against you.
01:23:08.000 He's a tormentor and he's a taunter.
01:23:10.000 I know Victor will agree with all three of those, and he could add on another 30 probably.
01:23:14.000 But as far as the friends in your friend group, you have to do your best to try to be salt and light.
01:23:19.000 Salt and light are two things that change the condition of the things that they go into.
01:23:24.000 But also, if you find yourself becoming less healthy and less happy because you're around people that are constantly trying to bring you down or they're just being so unfair, you might have to flee.
01:23:35.000 You might have to disconnect.
01:23:36.000 And that's something that has to happen with prayer and has to happen with reflection.
01:23:40.000 I don't say that lightly, though.
01:23:41.000 There's people that I've had to just kind of say, I'm not going to talk to this person, right?
01:23:44.000 It's nothing but negativity and nothing but I'm going to pray for them.
01:23:47.000 I'll be there for them if there's a crisis.
01:23:49.000 But especially, you know, you have to understand that if you're a Christian, Satan would love nothing more than try to take you off the chessboard, right?
01:23:58.000 And so if you're spending time around people that are nothing but negative and nothing but dark, then you have to consider if that's actually helping you in your faith walk.
01:24:07.000 Victor?
01:24:08.000 Yeah, I agree with you.
01:24:08.000 And to clarify, did you say you yourself feel oppressed by the demonic?
01:24:14.000 Yeah.
01:24:14.000 Yeah.
01:24:15.000 Okay.
01:24:16.000 Yeah.
01:24:17.000 Yeah.
01:24:17.000 You should talk to him.
01:24:18.000 Yeah.
01:24:19.000 So I would say this.
01:24:23.000 I've prayed for an ISIS fighter who was demonized.
01:24:28.000 I don't think it gets much darker than that.
01:24:31.000 And it was at Mosul after midnight, and everything was going good.
01:24:41.000 He was going to accept Christ.
01:24:43.000 And I'm leading him in the sinners' prayer all the way.
01:24:46.000 And I got right to the end and said, he's sitting in front of me.
01:24:50.000 His hands are tied behind his back.
01:24:51.000 His legs are crossed.
01:24:53.000 And when I said, in Jesus' name, he said the whole prayer.
01:24:56.000 When I said, in Jesus' name, he stops and he looks and he shakes his head.
01:25:01.000 No, he wouldn't say.
01:25:03.000 And then in that instant, his face contorted, his ears kind of pointed.
01:25:09.000 He broke out of his hand ties.
01:25:12.000 And my dog almost just wanted to, yeah.
01:25:19.000 And I'm like, whoa, I called the dog off, and they grab him, they tie him up, and I'm just thinking, gosh, Lord, that was, that was so close.
01:25:31.000 We almost closed the deal.
01:25:33.000 What in the world?
01:25:34.000 And this guy, and then all of a sudden, I just quietly pray because it was chaotic.
01:25:41.000 And his face calmed down.
01:25:44.000 The demonic thing left.
01:25:47.000 And I looked at him.
01:25:48.000 I was like, do you know what just happened?
01:25:52.000 He's like, yeah, kind of.
01:25:55.000 I said, well, chances are you're not going to live very much longer because I was with the Iraqis and they do it the Iraqi way.
01:26:04.000 And I said, you need to call out to Jesus, even at that last point before you get shot.
01:26:15.000 Just like the thief on the cross, he will hear you and you can stay free from this evil that comes upon you.
01:26:22.000 They took him away.
01:26:24.000 And I just had to trust God that even though it didn't fit my thought of what it should have happened, God was still working.
01:26:34.000 Why would else would I be there?
01:26:36.000 You know, from America in Mosul, Iraq, doing fighting and praying for an ISIS guy, right?
01:26:41.000 And on a side note, my personal security guy, Hassan guy, he's sitting there.
01:26:45.000 He stands up.
01:26:46.000 He goes, boss, I'm very sorry.
01:26:49.000 I seen the man, the evil and the he goes, I was just going to shoot him in the face.
01:26:57.000 He goes, but I wait because you say the nice things to him.
01:27:02.000 I'm literally going, thanks for not shooting him while I'm the nice thing.
01:27:07.000 I'm praying for him.
01:27:08.000 Can you imagine?
01:27:09.000 Lord, just bless it.
01:27:12.000 Hassan, in Christianity, we don't shoot the person while we're trying to.
01:27:19.000 I do have to think that that man gave his life to Christ.
01:27:22.000 Why else would I be there?
01:27:23.000 And you know what?
01:27:24.000 After we're all done, if you want, I'll pray for you.
01:27:28.000 Back there, we'll just, it ain't talk.
01:27:30.000 We'll just see you get free.
01:27:32.000 Amen.
01:27:33.000 Yeah.
01:27:34.000 Thank you.
01:27:35.000 So I do charge per demon, though.
01:27:38.000 So let's just see what, honey, let's see how much it rains.
01:27:43.000 No, I'm joking.
01:27:44.000 And just remember that we don't have to fight the spiritual war.
01:27:46.000 It's already been fought.
01:27:47.000 Jude 1:9, Lord, rebuke you.
01:27:50.000 That's what must be said.
01:27:52.000 There's a spiritual war, and we aren't tasked to fight it.
01:27:55.000 Jesus has won that spiritual war for us.
01:27:58.000 Well, that was probably one of the best freedom nights we've ever had, wouldn't you agree?
01:28:00.000 It's pretty amazing.
01:28:05.000 So we're crisscrossing the country.
01:28:08.000 I'm traveling like crazy.
01:28:09.000 I'm on the road nonstop.
01:28:10.000 We're going to take May off.
01:28:12.000 It's just a really crazy month for us at Turning Point USA.
01:28:15.000 So we'll see you again in June.
01:28:16.000 So May, there'll be no Freedom Night.
01:28:18.000 I'm going to Boulder.
01:28:19.000 I'm going to Berkeley and Fullerton three days in a row.
01:28:22.000 Then I'm out east for a week and a half, and I'm back out east.
01:28:25.000 So just May was really tough to work with schedules and stuff.
01:28:27.000 So we'll see you guys again in June.
01:28:29.000 There's a lot happening.
01:28:30.000 Some marching orders, everybody.
01:28:33.000 Unsubscribe from Disney and don't let anyone you love ever watch Disney ever again.
01:28:37.000 And get involved locally, everybody.
01:28:40.000 There's so much exciting stuff happening locally, city stuff, a city race council, city council races, school board races, and everything.
01:28:47.000 Victor, final note.
01:28:48.000 Yeah.
