00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today on the Charlie Kirk show, trends are improving for Republicans across the board.
00:00:04.000 So I identify five different items that Democrats might have up their sleeve from the January 6th committee report to looming indictments and more.
00:00:14.000 We talk about mules as well, about why we must be vigilant in a posture of expecting something treacherous.
00:00:22.000 I'd love your thoughts to add to that list.

00:01:00.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:01:01.000 Here we go.
00:01:02.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:04.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:06.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:10.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:13.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:14.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:15.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:23.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:32.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:35.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:44.000 The Democrats are getting increasingly nervous.
00:01:47.000 Remember, politics is not just about what happens at one moment in time.
00:01:51.000 It is a trajectory.
00:01:52.000 It is a pattern of events that leads to a culminating or a culmination, a culminating event in early November.
00:02:02.000 Right now, there is a trend line that is very disturbing for the Democrat Party.
00:02:07.000 It seemed they got very, very hot over the summer.
00:02:09.000 And now the new polls that are coming out, which I know a lot of people say, Charlie, I don't trust the polls.
00:02:14.000 Well, these are polling.
00:02:15.000 This is polling from liberal firms that are showing some Republicans starting to get separation speed.
00:02:20.000 And we're seeing it on the ground in real time.
00:02:23.000 Emerson has Ron Johnson up four points in the great state of Wisconsin.
00:02:28.000 We were just there for our turning point action event in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
00:02:33.000 In Georgia, which is a flip, Herschel Walker up two points on Raphael Warnock.
00:02:40.000 In Texas, Greg Abbott up 11 points on Robert Francis O'Rourke.
00:02:45.000 The latest poll out of Arizona shows Kerry Lake up four points on Katie Hobbs.
00:02:51.000 And the trend continues.
00:02:53.000 And the pattern of polling that we are seeing is Democrats are going down dramatically.
00:03:01.000 Now, we are seeing this, and we should celebrate this in the moment, but wait a second.
00:03:04.000 This is not the election.
00:03:05.000 This is not the entire ballgame.
00:03:08.000 The question is, with the trend improving, with the gap tightening, Democrats are now going to become very, very desperate.
00:03:22.000 If, for example, it is true that Herschel Walker wins in Georgia, if it is true that Ron Johnson will win in Wisconsin, if it is true that Adam Laxalt wins in Nevada, even with that, even with Blake Masters and Oz not making it across the finish line, which I think they will, it's a Republican Senate if Ted Budd also wins.
00:03:44.000 Now, if you go to 538 and these people are so dishonest, and yesterday, we spent a lot of time talking about the synthetic versus the real, about how we're living through an artificial simulation that is ushered upon us, that is almost created in a laboratory and deployed upon the American people.
00:04:02.000 And I believe so many of these polls over the last couple of weeks and months were suppression polls to try to get Democrats excited for an election that actually was never portrayed correctly.
00:04:15.000 Democrats are now starting to realize because some of this polling can you can't hide in plain sight.
00:04:21.000 Republicans are coming home.
00:04:22.000 The base is showing up.
00:04:23.000 Independents are breaking for Ron Johnson in a 19-point fashion.
00:04:29.000 Now, Republicans aren't getting too hot too early.
00:04:32.000 It seems to be a slow build around the issues of crime, immigration, inflation, incompetency in government.
00:04:38.000 And what we should do then is we should take a step back and we should ask the question, what do Democrats still have up their sleeve?
00:04:46.000 What are Democrats still planning to do?
00:04:49.000 What is it that they plan to deploy?
00:04:52.000 For example, the latest poll in Wisconsin shows Ron Johnson up three points on Mandela Barnes and Ron Johnson up 13 points with independents.
00:05:03.000 This is one of the most expensive Senate races in the country.
00:05:07.000 In other states like Nevada, as I mentioned, Adam Laxalt up one point on Cortez Masto.
00:05:14.000 You're starting to see all of the different aspects of the Democrat Party fall one by one by one.
00:05:22.000 So what is it that people like Mark Elias, for example, Mark Elias being the sneaky, evil genius behind the Democrat Party, what is it that they might have to do?
00:05:33.000 What do they have planned?
00:05:34.000 What do they have left?
00:05:37.000 Well, we need to talk about this because I'm afraid Republicans, we're always playing a step behind.
00:05:41.000 The saying goes, we play checkers and they play chess.
00:05:45.000 The first is this.
00:05:46.000 What do Democrats have up their sleeve?
00:05:47.000 Well, Mark Elias, if you do not know who Mark Elias is, Mark Elias is one of the most powerful people alive.
00:05:55.000 Mark Elias is a Democrat lawyer.
00:05:58.000 He controls hundreds of millions of dollars that is donated by Democrat operatives to deploy for mass mail and voting to change our election laws.
00:06:11.000 Mark Elias runs an organization called DemocracyDocket.com.
00:06:15.000 Everybody listening to this should be aware of DemocracyDocket.com.
00:06:20.000 He is a Democrat puppet master.
00:06:23.000 He's able to swindle donors.
00:06:25.000 He talks very, very persuasively.
00:06:29.000 He files lawsuit after lawsuit all around protecting voting rights when in reality it's about mass mail and voting, completely blurring the lines between election integrity and outright widespread fraud.
00:06:46.000 On democracydocket.com, you will see that Mark Elias is freaking out that Republicans are actually filing lawsuits.
00:06:57.000 They call it GOP anti-voting lawsuits increased nearly fivefold in 2022.
00:07:04.000 So Mark Elias is the schemer.
00:07:07.000 Mark Elias is the planner.
00:07:10.000 He is the person that always puts together the strategy, the game plan, to try to hijack our entire civilization.
00:07:18.000 If there is a plot to unfold, Mark Elias is behind it.
00:07:23.000 Mark Elias, by the way, was the Hillary Clinton lawyer back in 2016.
00:07:30.000 Mark Elias raised hundreds of millions of dollars and he persuaded Democrat donors the only way we're going to beat Trump is not beat Trump by a battle of ideas or Trump versus Biden.
00:07:40.000 We're going to beat Trump via the process.
00:07:44.000 We're going to beat Trump by a process push of mass mail and balloting, relaxing signature requirements on ballots.
00:07:53.000 Elias was behind all of this.
00:07:56.000 He focuses, for example, on the plumbing of Election Day.
00:08:02.000 He's the source of so much of this deep state Democrat strategy.
00:08:07.000 But quite honestly, Democrats have done a pretty good job of hiding this and concealing it below the surface.
00:08:15.000 And so as we're seeing these trends, all this stuff going in the right direction, we should go through what are the greatest threats towards what looks like to be a fabulous brewing red wave.
00:08:30.000 I can say confidently, and you know, if you watch this program and you listen to it regularly, I am a skeptic and I am a cynic with some of this stuff because I thought Republicans were way off message in June and July.
00:08:42.000 But I'm starting to see momentum, seeing candidates really get on message.
00:08:46.000 I'm seeing the funding gap start to close.
00:08:48.000 I'm starting to see people consolidate.
00:08:50.000 I'm starting to see the MAGA base show up in great numbers at events and other places.
00:08:55.000 I'm starting to see Democrats flounder.
00:08:56.000 I'm seeing them get off message.
00:08:58.000 I'm seeing voter enthusiasm skyrocket.
00:09:00.000 I'm seeing a lot of the prerequisites that I think would result in a favorable outcome in November.
00:09:07.000 And that is why we must say, wait a second, I am not going to live through what I lived through in 2020 again.
00:09:15.000 In 2020, everywhere I went, and this was one of my great complaints of the Trump campaign, and I was right there, not involved in the campaign, but I was advising the president on some of the youth vote stuff.
00:09:26.000 I knew all the people that ran the Trump campaign without saying any names, the cockiness, the arrogance, the self-righteousness that some of the consultants that were running the Trump campaign had was one of the most disgusting and irritating attitudes I have ever been around in my entire life.
00:09:42.000 Oh, Charlie, we're going to win in a landslide.
00:09:44.000 Charlie, this is 2016 all over again.
00:09:46.000 I'll never forget being on the bus from the Trump Hotel to the White House with 15 people with their drinks.
00:09:54.000 This is on election night, getting totally drunk.
00:10:00.000 And I said, guys, why are you celebrating?
00:10:02.000 Oh, we're going to win a landslide.
00:10:03.000 I said, no, guys, no, I don't think that's going to happen.
00:10:07.000 The attitude is like, we got this thing.
00:10:09.000 And I was the only one that was trying, not the only one, but I was one of the few people.
00:10:11.000 I was like, guys, I don't think this is a good idea.
00:10:14.000 We can't let that happen again, everybody.
00:10:16.000 We have to be vigilant.
00:10:17.000 And so we're going to go through what I have identified, and I'd love your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com, the five great threats.
00:10:24.000 That's right, the five great threats towards what is brewing.
00:10:29.000 Good news.
00:10:30.000 A red wave is brewing in America.
00:10:34.000 It's legitimate.
00:10:35.000 It's real.
00:10:35.000 The sentiment is, it's explosive.
00:10:39.000 It is volcanic.
00:10:40.000 But there are five threats that if we don't name and we don't identify and do something about, it might end up being a red ripple.
00:10:50.000 Look, you know how passionate I am about the Constitution and especially the Second Amendment.
00:10:55.000 I'm just as passionate about being responsible for protecting my family.
00:10:59.000 I just discovered the perfect way to train with your firearm.
00:11:01.000 It's so cool.
00:11:02.000 I got a whole tutorial on this.
00:11:03.000 It's awesome.
00:11:04.000 And you could do it in the comfort of your home and have a lot of fun while doing it.
00:11:08.000 It's called iTarget Pro.
00:11:10.000 And this system is a game changer for me and my family.
00:11:13.000 So what you do is you download the app and you literally load the laser bullet into the firearm and you start training.
00:11:19.000 So you have a gun, a real gun.
00:11:21.000 So it's the feel, it's the weight, it's the texture, it's the grip.
00:11:24.000 And you put this laser bullet in and then you're able to do firearm training, but no bullet is actually fired.
00:11:30.000 And then it goes back onto the app of your accuracy, your speed, and your ability to operate the firearm.
00:11:37.000 And so the system develops muscle memory, reaction speed, site alignment, trigger control, and more.
00:11:42.000 So right now, save 10% plus get free shipping with the offer code Kirk.
00:11:46.000 When you go to itargetpro.com, that is itargetpro.com.
00:11:50.000 Now, why should you use this?
00:11:52.000 Well, look, ammo is super expensive.
00:11:54.000 Somebody like, Charlie, I have to go all the way to the range and practice and all this.
00:11:57.000 Not with iTarget Pro.
00:11:58.000 With iTarget Pro, you get to use your gun.
00:12:01.000 You put in the laser bullet and you could fire unlimited and then it tracks your accuracy.
00:12:06.000 And for example, maybe your wife just wants to get used to holding the gun, what it might be like if there was an intruder.
00:12:11.000 Well, then you could set up a bunch of these eye targets throughout the house, the kitchen, the yard, and she's able to then practice that actual bullets and any sort of ammunition being discharged free of charge.
00:12:23.000 And then you get a full report of how accurate she was.
00:12:25.000 And by the way, no sound, right?
00:12:28.000 And if someone's like not comfortable with a gun, if they're uncomfortable with kind of how they are, you know, using it, how a gun feels, it's a great way to ease someone in to firearm use and ownership.
00:12:39.000 Crime is going up.
00:12:40.000 iTarget Pro can make you comfortable owning and using a firearm.
00:12:45.000 It's much better than dry firing.
00:12:46.000 It's very, very safe.
00:12:48.000 Let's go to itargetpro.com.
00:12:50.000 That is itargetpro.com, a cost-effective way to get your family and yourself proficient to use a firearm.
00:12:57.000 God forbid you have to use it, but we see what's happening.
00:12:59.000 iTargetPro.com, itargetpro.com, offer code Kirk.
00:13:06.000 Okay, so I've identified five threats.
00:13:08.000 I want your thoughts, Freedom, at CharlieKirk.com.
00:13:10.000 This list is by no means exhaustive, meaning it's not every single possible threat.
00:13:16.000 It's just five threats of what do Democrats have up their sleeve.
00:13:21.000 The first is what I think they believe is a major October surprise, which is I believe they're going to publish the January 6th report sometime in late October.
00:13:33.000 I think that's fair.
00:13:34.000 Meaning, fair to say that they're going to do that.
00:13:37.000 I believe they're going to do that for a variety of reasons.
00:13:40.000 They think it's going to somehow turn over independence and turn up the Democrat base.
00:13:45.000 I think it's going to be a huge dud, a multi-thousand-page report actually missing the main thrust of who planted the pipe bombs, who is Ray Epps.
00:13:55.000 I think within their own circles, within Democrat operative meetings, they believe this is a huge deal.
00:14:05.000 I think it's so one-sided.
00:14:06.000 I think it's lopsided.
00:14:08.000 I personally do not believe this is something we should be that worried about, but we have to be anticipate of it.
00:14:14.000 We have to say, hey, they're going to try to come out with a report sometime soon to win over independence.
00:14:19.000 Don't buy it.
00:14:20.000 Instead, focus on inflation, crime, and immigration, size and scope of government, all these things.
00:14:29.000 87,000 new IRS agents.
00:14:31.000 For example, they're going to try to loop Ron Johnson into it.
00:14:35.000 They're going to try to loop a lot.
00:14:37.000 They're going to try to loop Doug Mastriano into it.
00:14:40.000 So part of what they're going to try to do, in my personal opinion, in this upcoming January 6th report that I believe will be released before the midterm elections is they're going to try to loop in any of the candidates that was remotely within the ecosystem of the activity, the peaceful and lawful and First Amendment protected activity on January 6th, not the unlawful violent activity.
00:15:06.000 And they're going to try to loop them in on this.
00:15:08.000 Do not fall for it.
00:15:09.000 We have to be ready for it.
00:15:10.000 We have to message for it, but they're going to try to pick off a candidate or two based on this.
00:15:15.000 In particular, Doug Mastriano, because they really can't stand him.
00:15:21.000 And Doug Mastriano is within striking distance of the snake who's running for governor, the Attorney General Shapiro.
00:15:28.000 He is the worst.
00:15:29.000 So that is number one.
00:15:31.000 We have to be ready for an October surprise, but I think it's going to fall completely flat.
00:15:39.000 We got to get ready for them issuing a January 6th report.
00:15:43.000 Number two, indictments.
00:15:45.000 Now, I'm conflicted on this one.
00:15:47.000 I actually think that if they continue with their indictment spree, I believe that they continue indicting Republicans and MAGA supporters, I think it's going to have an even greater backfiring effect.
00:16:00.000 So in my personal opinion, I think the Department of Justice is reading the tea leaves.
00:16:05.000 I think the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation is actually going to press pause on this rampant subpoena activity.
00:16:13.000 Now, understand that through the subpoenas, it's direct election interference.
00:16:19.000 They might try to loop in someone that they really do not want to see get into power.
00:16:24.000 For example, Mark Fincham in Arizona.
00:16:27.000 They are going to try to, the same way they might use the January 6th report to try to go after Doug Mastriano or Ron Johnson, they might try to then use the upcoming indictments or subpoenas to go after people, for example, like Fincham or others.
00:16:43.000 Again, I'm not saying these people did anything wrong.
00:16:45.000 I'm just saying they're such a threat to the regime that they're going to try to use political power to go after them.
00:16:51.000 And so we got to keep our eye out for indictments.
00:16:53.000 But here's my personal opinion.
00:16:55.000 I think that they're going to actually press pause on all the indictments for right now.
00:17:01.000 It seems as if they've gone so hard and the harder they go, the worse the Democrats do in the polls.
00:17:06.000 Now, of course, we could be totally wrong with this, but it seems as if that's the trend of which it's going.
00:17:13.000 So the first of which is a January 6th committee report that they're going to use to interfere with the election.
00:17:17.000 And by the way, do we kind of just have to take a second here to appreciate how sick this all is, how demented all this is, is that we are in a country where the Democrats call it a democracy.
00:17:29.000 We're a constitutional republic by representative means, important distinction.
00:17:33.000 And instead of worrying about debating or issues, we're worrying about synthetic interventions that could potentially change an election that the Democrats use not to be able to prop up candidates based on likability or ideas or values, but based on congressional reports, indictments, subpoenas, leg irons, and handcuffs.
00:17:54.000 That's not healthy.
00:17:55.000 In fact, that's not sustainable.
00:17:56.000 But that's the situation that we're in.
00:17:58.000 And for every Republican running for office, for all of you that are precinct committee men, for all of you that are involved in the grassroots, yes, the trend is improving.
00:18:06.000 The gap is tightening.
00:18:07.000 Democrats are getting desperate.
00:18:08.000 We must identify every single one of them.
00:18:11.000 And I know a lot of you are probably saying, Charlie, what about the most obvious one?
00:18:16.000 You're probably pounding the table saying, okay, committee report indictments.
00:18:20.000 You're right.
00:18:21.000 And that's what we're going to spend the most amount of time on.
00:18:24.000 The most obvious one, which is, Republicans, are we ready to stop a 2022 ballot mule trafficking operation?
00:18:33.000 Did we learn our lesson?
00:18:35.000 Have we done what is necessary to stop the mules?

00:19:36.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:19:38.000 They said, Charlie, I don't think people were being arrogant.
00:19:40.000 You saw what they did, how they interfered with how they committed highway robbery.
00:19:45.000 Okay, so you're right.
00:19:47.000 What I was saying, though, is that the posture of many consultants in the Trump campaign acted as if the other side did not have the capacity or the ability to do a mule operation, a ballot trafficking operation.
00:19:58.000 And I'm saying vigilance should have been the proper posture in 2020 by the top levels of the Trump campaign.
00:20:05.000 I think that's fair to say, right?
00:20:06.000 So I think it's a balance of not being cocky while understanding that, yes, there was a legitimate 2020 wave that was thwarted via ballot trafficking operation suppression and all these other things.
00:20:18.000 I think that's a fair piece of feedback.
00:20:21.000 Okay, so now let's get to the one that is concerning all of us, which is, and this is an open question, and I'm not trying to make, I'm not trying to create division.
00:20:31.000 I'm not trying to get people to, you know, throw insults at one another, but it is a legitimate question, which is, if we accept the main premise behind Dinesh D'Souza's fabulous movie, 2000 Mules, why is it then that we are acting as if they're not going to do it again in the midterms?
00:20:57.000 Have we passed laws, and most states no, okay, to prevent this, no.
00:21:02.000 Do we have the infrastructure in place to prevent mass mail and balloting and the scooping up of those ballots, the trafficking of those ballots?
00:21:15.000 Have we done the difficult but necessary work?
00:21:17.000 And I'll be honest, if we talk about what the Democrats have up their sleeve going into the midterms, January 6th report, looming indictments, the one that Mark Elias is going to be the most focused on, the one that Mark Elias is going to be so centered on, is mass mail and voting and a mule operation.
00:21:37.000 Now, if any of you are unfamiliar with Dinesh D'Souza's 2000 Mules film, the premise of the film is fabulous.
00:21:45.000 And it was done thanks to the great work of True the Vote of Katherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips, two great Americans.
00:21:52.000 And essentially, it's this: it's that in the 2020 election, because of our reaction to the Chinese coronavirus, we decided to have mass mail-in balloting.
00:22:01.000 We have mail-in balloting all across the country.
00:22:05.000 Therefore, Mark Elias and all of these Democrat pseudo-criminals were able to allegedly, I say allegedly, stand up some operations across America.
00:22:16.000 Now, here's the part we don't know, and I want to be very careful because I don't want to be served with a lawsuit because I'm being imprecise in my language, right, Connor?
00:22:22.000 So we've got to be very careful the way we talk about this.
00:22:24.000 Allegedly, in the movie 2000 Mules, this Democrat super infrastructure funded by nonprofit groups using cell phone pings was able to gather up ballots and go like drug mules to ballot drop box to ballot drop box, dropping off the ballots to be able to circumvent normal election processes, to circumvent the normal pattern of how elections are supposed to be conducted.
00:22:54.000 So you send out all these ballots and you send them to student housing, to nursing homes, to people that have moved, and then you incentivize criminals to go pick up those ballots, fill them in, and launder those ballots.
00:23:07.000 Now, in defense of our pretty impressive team here on the Charlie Kirk show, I have to say, you remember this, Connor.
00:23:14.000 We had the whiteboard up on election, the day after the election in 2020, and we coined the term ballot laundering.
00:23:23.000 We saw what was happening.
00:23:25.000 We saw the mass mail and voting.
00:23:27.000 And I know many of you thought the same thing.
00:23:29.000 We weren't the only one.
00:23:30.000 In fact, we play off our audience, which is one of the reasons why this show is doing so well because we listen to you guys and you email us your thoughts and all of that.
00:23:37.000 And we even saw the New York Times article that called it granny farming or granny harvesting, where they would go to nursing homes and take these ballots and then put them back into the drop-in mailbox, the mail-in Dropbox.
00:23:53.000 Now, one of the issues with a mail-in Dropbox or just a Dropbox, they were funded by Mark Zuckerberg, which never should have been allowed to happen.
00:24:01.000 It was illegally administered, especially in the state of Wisconsin.
00:24:06.000 But the issue with that whole infrastructure is that as soon, it's almost like the perfect crime.
00:24:13.000 Let's pretend this turning point USA, great American, the American Stones that reset is a ballot.
00:24:19.000 As soon as you put this into a Dropbox, it becomes indistinguishable with the legitimate ballots.
00:24:27.000 And because the criminals were using gloves and then taking the gloves off, which we saw in the movie 2000 Mules, we would not be able to reverse engineer it.
00:24:37.000 So they knew what they were doing.
00:24:38.000 If you have all these Dropboxes, here's a great example, okay?
00:24:42.000 Let's say you're running a diner, okay?
00:24:44.000 And I come to the cashier and I come to the head of finance at the diner.
00:24:48.000 I say, hey, in the last three days, there was a drug criminal that came and paid cash.
00:24:54.000 Can you go find his dollar bill, please?
00:24:58.000 And they say, well, how the heck would I know which dollar bill is his?
00:25:00.000 Well, I don't know.
00:25:01.000 He was here the last three days.
00:25:02.000 Just find the dollar bill.
00:25:04.000 And they'd say, well, I can't tell the real dollar bill.
00:25:07.000 I can't tell which one came from the drug criminal that he obtained illegally or the one that was paid by the granny that was just there paying for her meal the right way, taking her grandson to lunch.
00:25:17.000 The second that the ballot crosses into the Dropbox, it becomes indistinguishable.
00:25:22.000 It is, in some sense, the perfect crime.
00:25:25.000 So that's the thesis behind 2,000 Mules.
00:25:27.000 And Katherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips, in fact, can we have Catherine and Greg back on the program this week?
00:25:32.000 I want to ask him this program.
00:25:33.000 I want to ask him this question because I know they've been working very, very hard in Arizona.
00:25:37.000 And I meant to go to their summit.
00:25:39.000 It was called The Pit or something like that.
00:25:41.000 And I was unable to make it because my newborn was here.
00:25:43.000 And so that was more important than that.
00:25:45.000 But I think some people have it.
00:25:46.000 Yeah, I think we can have him on Friday, which would be great.
00:25:48.000 And so what I am very concerned about, and I know so many of you share this, is our candidates are getting on message.
00:25:55.000 The Trump movement is growing.
00:25:57.000 But why have all of a sudden we forgot?
00:26:00.000 Why have we dismissed the election integrity argument?
00:26:03.000 And based on all the emails and the messages I'm getting from you, is you haven't forgotten.
00:26:10.000 And I'm not trying to be cynical and nor am I trying to do, I'm not trying to say that they're going to be able to do enough to prevent our looming movement.
00:26:21.000 The question is this, and it's a legitimate question.
00:26:24.000 Let's take a state that very well could determine the future of the United States Senate, Nevada.
00:26:29.000 Adam Laxalt against Cortez Masto.
00:26:33.000 Clark County in Nevada is well known as being the sneakiest, most deceitful, least transparent, least ethical county in America.
00:26:46.000 It makes Gwinnett and Fulton County and Maricopa County look like a very, very beautiful operation.
00:26:54.000 Clark County, with all of the casinos, with all of the culinary unions, it is the machine that Harry Reid built.
00:27:01.000 It is well known.
00:27:04.000 Why is it?
00:27:06.000 What have we done to say that on election night, Adam Laxalt takes a big lead, but there's all these ballots remaining.
00:27:13.000 Have we done the necessary but tough work?
00:27:15.000 And I will say this, though.
00:27:17.000 Mark Elias is saying this on his website that there have been a lot of anti-voting lawsuits, which means pro-voting, lawsuits that have been filed to try to fix mail-in balloting.
00:27:28.000 That's a good sign.
00:27:30.000 Is that there's lawsuits coming across America filed by the Republican Party and its allies?
00:27:35.000 That's a good sign.
00:27:36.000 Is it enough?
00:27:37.000 I don't know.
00:27:37.000 It's not a topic I have really been super interested.
00:27:42.000 That's not true.
00:27:42.000 I've been interested.
00:27:43.000 I just haven't spent a lot of time on in the last couple of days or weeks.
00:27:46.000 But now that I'm looking at Republicans doing better, it's my job, and I think all of you share this concern to say, timeout, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
00:27:53.000 Okay, candidates are doing better.
00:27:54.000 What's going to prevent all these different interventions by the very regime?
00:28:00.000 And so, do we have poll watchers in place?
00:28:03.000 Do we have the proper infrastructure from a Secretary of State standpoint, from a county standpoint?
00:28:11.000 And if we're afraid to talk about election integrity, like, oh, Charlie, they're not going to do it again.
00:28:17.000 They're not going to do it again.
00:28:18.000 Really?
00:28:19.000 Who's to say they're not going to do it again?
00:28:23.000 In fact, the bottom-up strategy, the precinct strategy, is such a concern that Obama used that as a reason to try to call more Democrat volunteers into the ranks.
00:28:40.000 So, yes, things are looking a lot better for the midterm elections, but I think we have a lot of work to do to build an infrastructure, and I hope it's enough.
00:28:47.000 Now, the only hope we have is to overwhelm the system, making it so overwhelming, so decisive that their mule games, their ballot games, all this different stuff will just pale in comparison.
00:29:02.000 It will not nearly be enough.
00:29:08.000 And so, what we have here is a list.
00:29:10.000 The first is the January 6th committee report that looks to be published soon.
00:29:14.000 Looming indictments, we don't know what that's going to look like.
00:29:17.000 Ballots and mules.
00:29:20.000 The fourth that I think ties into what we talked about yesterday is social media suppression alongside the synthetic operation of fake stories being spread on social media funded by billionaires that we covered yesterday.
00:29:39.000 And so, if you missed the program yesterday, I think it's important to replay this.
00:29:43.000 Cut five, this lawyer on TikTok, Preston Moore, tells the world that he was offered $400 from a 501c3 organization, the Good Info Foundation, to make an anti-Trump video.
00:29:54.000 That's against 501c3 regulations.
00:29:56.000 It is illegal.
00:29:58.000 Play cut five.
00:30:00.000 I wish this offered $400 to make an anti-Donald Trump propaganda post related to the January 6th investigation.
00:30:07.000 That is completely not true.
00:30:09.000 I should start out this video by saying I'm not a Donald Trump supporter, so that should give a little bit of context to where I'm coming from.
00:30:15.000 I'm an attorney.
00:30:16.000 I post legal news and analysis on related topics.
00:30:19.000 Okay, here we go with the story.
00:30:20.000 So, first thing first, I get an email from somebody, but the Good Info Foundation.
00:30:24.000 We'll talk about them a little more in a minute.
00:30:25.000 I'm going to refer to this person as Jane.
00:30:27.000 Jane sent me a message letting me know she represented the Good Info Foundation and that she was willing to offer a paid collaboration to discuss some topics related to January 6th.
00:30:35.000 I said, sure, why not?
00:30:36.000 I'll learn some more.
00:30:37.000 Jane says the Good Info Foundation will give me $400 to make a post on my page and then share it to Instagram.
00:30:42.000 Now, we laid out this story in great detail yesterday, and so I'm not going to repeat that, but I just want to remind some of you and some of you that are tuning into this program that missed our program yesterday that this right there is an example of how they're using social media as a new terrain to implement a midterm interference election strategy.
00:31:03.000 Remember, Cut 29, Mark Zuckerberg recently on Joe Rogan, how the FBI talked Facebook into censoring the Hunter Biden story.
00:31:12.000 How is this?
00:31:13.000 Is this happening right now?
00:31:14.000 Has anybody asked this question?
00:31:15.000 Play Cut 29.
00:31:17.000 There was a lot of attention on Twitter during the election because of the Hunter Biden laptop story.
00:31:23.000 The Neo- Yeah, we have this too.
00:31:25.000 Yeah, so you guys censored that as well?
00:31:27.000 Is the FBI, I think, basically came to us, some folks on our team, and was like, hey, just so you know, like you should be on high alert.
00:31:35.000 There was, we thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election.
00:31:41.000 We have it on notice that basically there's about to be some kind of dump of that's similar to that.
00:31:50.000 So just be vigilant.
00:31:51.000 Yeah, be vigilant.
00:31:52.000 So you have the top law enforcement agency coming behind the door to Mark Zuckerberg to tell them to censor a story.
00:32:07.000 Okay, what do the Democrats have up their sleeves?
00:32:11.000 January 6th committee report, indictments, ballots, mules, social media suppression, and then the last one, which is why I'm getting that shirt.
00:32:21.000 Stay peaceful, my friends, just like the Dosekis man.
00:32:26.000 We have to stay peaceful.
00:32:29.000 And the bizarre and strange insistence by the people on the media around domestic violent extremism should catch all of your attention.
00:32:42.000 The MAGA movement has been so beautifully peaceful.
00:32:46.000 And they talk about January 6th, which of course was an isolated group of people that, by the way, are being held so criminally unfairly in pretrial detention.
00:32:57.000 Despite the fact of denunciations and repudiations and the insistence to stay peaceful, they never talk about the summer of 2020 of BLM or Antifa or mass rioting or looting.
00:33:09.000 They don't talk about how we had our turning point USA University of New Mexico event last week that was interrupted by left-wing domestic violent extremists.
00:33:17.000 But despite all of that, my fifth and final concern, and again, the list is not exhaustive, and I want your thoughts, freedom, at charliekirk.com, is I am very afraid that the Democrat Party, Democrat operatives,
00:33:32.000 or the FBI or federal law enforcement are trying to actively infiltrate grassroots groups, America First groups, Republican groups, formerly Tea Party groups, and trying to insert language, trying to provoke action and activity that would be contrary to peaceful and constructive values.
00:33:58.000 Do not take this bait.
00:34:00.000 In a terrible hypothetical, if there was to be an instigated, provoked event before the midterm elections, could you imagine how the media would hijack that particular instance and try to misrepresent and paint it as a wide brush?
00:34:20.000 And for any doubter out there from Media Matters, for anyone out there to say, oh, Charlie's pushing nonsensical theories, I just have a very simple question: who planted the pipe bombs?
00:34:31.000 As soon as you could tell me who planted the pipe bombs, I will get off this topic.
00:34:37.000 Tell me who planted the pipe bombs at the RNC and the DNC.
00:34:42.000 If it was not federal law enforcement, then I want to know who did that.
00:34:47.000 Go read the declassified documents thanks to the Church and Pike Committee.
00:34:51.000 Unfortunately and tragically, we know that there is a pattern of behavior by federal law enforcement to infiltrate groups, to provoke groups, and to misrepresent them.
00:35:01.000 Look no further than the alleged kidnapping of Gretchen Whitmer, which was a majority federal operation.
00:35:10.000 Administrative deep state.
00:35:12.000 Did the people in that sense act perfectly?
00:35:15.000 Of course not.
00:35:18.000 Did the people that end up getting indicted for kidnapping Gretchen Whitmer, were they faultless or blameless?
00:35:23.000 No.
00:35:23.000 But would it have happened without federal government involvement?
00:35:26.000 I don't think so.
00:35:28.000 The power of a provocation is the difference between somebody sitting idly by and having ruminations that stop of them just kind of, oh, whatever, to all of a sudden it goes into action against something they otherwise would not have done.
00:35:42.000 Anyone that has served in the Central Intelligence Agency tells you that all it takes is a couple of very charismatic, tactical provocations to change the direction of a multi-million person movement.
00:35:57.000 A mass event, something that would be violent, God forbid that happens, I think very well might be up the sleeve.
00:36:06.000 And I think people are afraid to say this out loud, but I don't trust any of the bureaucracy or the infrastructure out there.
00:36:14.000 Stay calm, stay peaceful, stay constructive, stay the course.
00:36:19.000 So what do Democrats have up their sleeve?
00:36:21.000 The January 6th committee report, looming indictments, ballots and mules.
00:36:26.000 We got to get this sorted out.
00:36:27.000 We're going to have Katherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips are the experts on this.
00:36:29.000 I'm just pulling the fire alarm.
00:36:31.000 Social media suppression and social media involvement.
00:36:33.000 We have to continue to circumvent that.
00:36:35.000 Truth, social, getter, rumble.
00:36:36.000 And then finally, a mass event, federally planned or inspired, that could misrepresent our entire movement.
00:36:46.000 The trend is getting better.
00:36:48.000 The gap is tightening.
00:36:50.000 It's one of the most important elections in the history of our civilization.
00:36:54.000 We must stay vigilant on what I've identified as the five threats.
00:36:57.000 If I missed one, please let me know.
00:36:59.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:37:00.000 The trend is our friend as long as one of these five things doesn't derail us.
00:37:07.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:37:08.000 Email me your thoughts as always.
00:37:09.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:37:11.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:37:13.000 God bless.
