00:00:18.000 Hey, everybody.
00:00:18.000 Good news out of Georgia.
00:00:21.000 We go through the specifics of the election reform bill and also how the Democrats are predictably reacting to it.

00:00:40.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:41.000 Action-packed episode.
00:00:42.000 Here we go.
00:00:43.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:45.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:47.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:50.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:54.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:55.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:56.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:04.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:13.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:16.000 Look, we all know that conservatives are getting kicked off of social media.
00:01:20.000 So why are we choosing to give all these tech companies all of our data?
00:01:24.000 Now is the time to take a stand.
00:01:25.000 Protect your personal data from big tech with the VPN I trust for my online protection, ExpressVPN.
00:01:31.000 You see, every device, whether you're on your phone, laptop, or television, has a unique string of numbers called an IP address.
00:01:37.000 When you search for stuff, watch videos, or even click a link, big tech companies can use that IP address to track all your activity and tie it back to you.
00:01:44.000 When I use ExpressVPN, my connection gets rerouted through their secure, encrypted servers, so these companies can never see my IP address at all.
00:01:52.000 My internet activity becomes anonymized, and my network data is encrypted.
00:01:56.000 And the best part is you don't need to be tech savvy at all to use ExpressVPN.
00:01:59.000 Just download the app on your phone or computer, tap one button, and you're protected.
00:02:03.000 Protect your internet activity with the VPN I use every single day.
00:02:07.000 Visit expressvpn.com to get three extra months on a one-year package.
00:02:11.000 That's expressvpn.com slash Charlie to get three extra months free.
00:02:16.000 Expressvpn.com slash Charlie.
00:02:22.000 Now, a lot of people have been saying to me in the various events that we have been doing across the country from Oklahoma to Missouri to Kentucky.
00:02:30.000 We did with Turning Point USA last week.
00:02:32.000 Charlie, when are we going to reform our elections?
00:02:37.000 This is something that the grassroots, the base, concerned citizens across the country have been demanding for the last couple months.
00:02:45.000 We know that our elections are not being conducted correctly in our country.
00:02:50.000 We know that our systems are easily interfered with and possibly compromised.
00:02:56.000 Therefore, states like Georgia and Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania have to step up to the plate and reform their elections.
00:03:07.000 On this program, we have been relentless pressuring the legislatures of Arizona and Georgia.
00:03:16.000 But I'm here to give you some good news today, some positive news, that Republicans in Georgia, signed by Governor Brian Kemp, someone who I have been very critical of, have signed sweeping election reforms into law.
00:03:34.000 Now, the Democrats are having a very typical reaction to this.
00:03:42.000 And we're going to dive into the specifics of the bill first.
00:03:46.000 Then we're going to tell you how the Democrats are reacting.
00:03:50.000 And then we're going to kind of take a step back and ask the question, what's really going on here?
00:03:57.000 Which is the most important question.
00:03:59.000 But first, here's what's in the bill.
00:04:00.000 Republicans in the Georgia legislature have passed a sweeping elections law.
00:04:06.000 This is what it will do.
00:04:07.000 And by the way, I would give this bill maybe a five out of ten.
00:04:07.000 This is it.
00:04:11.000 Still good news.
00:04:12.000 It's not great news.
00:04:12.000 It doesn't go nearly as far as it should.
00:04:16.000 It adds an ID requirement to absentee ballots.
00:04:20.000 What a concept.
00:04:21.000 Now, why didn't Brian Kemp and the Republican legislatures do this back in June of last year?
00:04:27.000 While we knew that you signed a consent decree with Stacey Abrams and that over 1.2 million ballots will be used in Georgia, but at least they're fixing it now.
00:04:37.000 They deserve credit for that.
00:04:38.000 It will shorten runoffs in the state after two high-profile Republican losses.
00:04:44.000 So instead of a nine-week runoff period, it will go to a four-week runoff period.
00:04:50.000 And it will strip the Secretary of State off of the state election board.
00:04:57.000 So you have an incompetent, weak person like Brad Raffensperger, who is the Secretary of State of Georgia, makes it harder for him just to run the entire show.
00:05:08.000 Politico has a story on this where Brian Kemp is quoted.
00:05:11.000 He says, quote, Georgia will take another step towards ensuring our elections are secure, accessible, and fair.
00:05:20.000 So how are the Democrats reacting to this rather vanilla, innocent bill, just requiring voter ID for absentee ballots?
00:05:31.000 Oh, yeah, it's also saying that you cannot give gifts to people when they are voting in line.
00:05:37.000 This is called warming the polls.
00:05:40.000 Now, it's being immediately flipped by the Democrats saying that Republicans want it to be illegal to give water to people in the polls.
00:05:50.000 Obviously, that is not the intent of the law.
00:05:53.000 Instead, the intent of the law is to prevent what happened in Nevada under the Nevada Native Project, where they were giving gift cards and cash to people that went and voted for Joe Biden.
00:06:06.000 As I mentioned, the law adds an ID requirement so that when you have absentee ballots flowing in from all across the state, we know that the person who has filled out the absentee ballot is actually that person.
00:06:20.000 There's a verification requirement alongside of it.
00:06:24.000 Now, let me be clear.
00:06:25.000 I think this should be the starting point for Georgia.
00:06:28.000 I think they need to reduce the voting periods.
00:06:30.000 I think that we need to get back to Election Day in our country.
00:06:33.000 I think that we need to fix the way we count votes.
00:06:36.000 But this is a step in the right direction.
00:06:38.000 I find nothing wrong with any of these reforms.
00:06:43.000 And Governor Brian Kemp, who has come under a lot of criticism on this program, and it's been warranted, he deserves credit for this.
00:06:50.000 So does the Republican legislators.
00:06:52.000 But the real test for Brian Kemp and for the Republican state legislators is what they're going to do next.
00:07:02.000 Democrats are reacting to this bill, as you might expect.
00:07:07.000 They are calling it Jim Crow.
00:07:10.000 They are already flooding cable news, comparing voter ID for absentee ballots, shorter runoffs, the return of poll taxes, and literacy taxes.
00:07:23.000 This is insulting for all the people that actually fought through and ended Jim Crow.
00:07:28.000 We have some sound here.
00:07:30.000 Cut 18.
00:07:31.000 This is America.
00:07:32.000 This is not Iraq or something over in the Far East.
00:07:36.000 This is America where we send our sons and daughters overseas to fight for democracy in other countries.
00:07:42.000 But over here, the Republican Party does every damn thing that they can in order to take the right to vote away from duly qualified Americans.
00:07:52.000 And it's not right, and we're going to fight back against it.
00:07:55.000 No one is taking anyone's right to vote away.
00:07:57.000 You see, Jamie Harrison compares this to the new Jim Crow with no specifics whatsoever.
00:08:04.000 Stacey Abrams just tweeted an image that shows that Jim Crow 1.0 was Democrats in the South, and Jim Crow 2.0 is Brian Kemp.
00:08:14.000 Now, for the Republican establishment, I hope this is a lesson for you that you're never going to win over the Democrat Party.
00:08:22.000 They are going to call you racist no matter what, regardless of the facts or the details of these bills, regardless of the facts or the details of what's actually in these pieces of legislation.
00:08:34.000 So, what does Joe Biden have to say about this?
00:08:37.000 Joe Biden in cuts one of these cuts, that cut right there, play cut.
00:08:48.000 Again, the New Georgia election law is an atrocity.
00:08:52.000 The idea, if you want any indication that it has nothing to do with fairness, nothing to do with decency, they pass a law saying you can't provide water for people standing in line while they're waiting to vote.
00:09:07.000 You don't need anything else to know that this is nothing but punitive design to keep people from voting.
00:09:15.000 Now, that's just not what the bill says.
00:09:17.000 The bill actually expands weekend voting that is usually used by black churches for the souls to the polls.
00:09:27.000 How could they possibly say that that is Jim Crow 2.0, which, by the way, was all conducted by Democrats, their party?
00:09:37.000 Republicans are concerned about the integrity of our elections.
00:09:42.000 Republicans are concerned about whether or not the votes that are cast in the state of Georgia are being counted correctly.
00:09:52.000 And the Republican legislature in Georgia is now leading the way, and Arizona needs to take note of this.
00:09:59.000 Pennsylvania needs to take note of this.
00:10:01.000 Michigan and Wisconsin need to take note of this, that we need stricter election laws, not looser election laws, which House Resolution 1 in front of Congress right now is trying to make it easier to cheat in our elections.
00:10:19.000 And yet, Democrats are immediately calling this Jim Crow 2.0.
00:10:24.000 This is the number one news story right now in the country.
00:10:27.000 Major League Baseball, they are now threatening to move the all-star game, a typical boycott, divestment, and sanction tactic that is used by the activist left, a typical strategy that is used to try and bully and subdue conservatives into not fighting.
00:10:49.000 We're going to explore together why the Democrats are so wrong on this and how they're actually advocating for something that is directly contrary to their criticism of this bill.
00:11:02.000 The Democrats are calling the new Georgia election reform bill Jim Crow 2.0, the most racist piece of legislation in recent memory.
00:11:16.000 They are going on every cable television program imaginable.
00:11:21.000 They are misrepresenting this.
00:11:22.000 And in fact, Major League Baseball has come out and they have said that they are not going to have the all-star game in Atlanta, Georgia, if this bill stands.
00:11:36.000 Now, this is a tactic that is used by the Democrats and the leftists quite often.
00:11:44.000 They use this with the abortion law in Georgia, where they caved.
00:11:47.000 They use this with the Bathroom Bill in North Carolina, where these national sports organizations say, we're going to pull out of your state completely.
00:11:56.000 And you're able to find out very quickly whether your leaders have a backbone and a spine.
00:12:01.000 And I don't know if Brian Kemp will be able to hold the line or not.
00:12:06.000 So Democrats are unable to say specifically why this bill is racist in nature, because it isn't.
00:12:15.000 But the thing that they're focusing on is the voter ID requirement.
00:12:20.000 They're saying that blacks are not able to get voter ID.
00:12:25.000 Wouldn't that be a racist thing to say?
00:12:28.000 If all of a sudden you believe that a certain group of people cannot identify themselves or get the paperwork to identify themselves, wouldn't that make them the racists?
00:12:40.000 And how do Democrats possibly justify the fact that New York City is now going to require a Chinese coronavirus vaccine passport?
00:12:56.000 In New York City, this passport will be required for you to go into certain restaurants, grocery stores, and public gatherings.
00:13:08.000 It's a vaccine passport.
00:13:11.000 So how is it not racist to require a vaccine passport, but it's somehow racist to require people to identify themselves when they just send in an absentee ballot?
00:13:22.000 That's it.
00:13:23.000 Absentee ballot, you send a ballot in the mail, you have to put down your driver's license number.
00:13:27.000 That should not be a difficult sell.
00:13:32.000 And this all kind of ties together to something that's happening quite a ways away from Atlanta, Georgia, of a trial that is happening right now in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
00:13:44.000 The trial of Derek Chauvin for the death of George Floyd.
00:13:49.000 Now, we have gone into great detail around the death of George Floyd.
00:13:55.000 And you're already starting to see arguments be made by Derek Chauvin's team that George Floyd was overdosing and said, I can't breathe seven times before a police officer ever laid hands on him.
00:14:12.000 So what do the two have to be tied together?
00:14:16.000 The only way Democrats are going to be able to stay in power is if elections are not reformed or if they are permanently damaged.
00:14:25.000 If elections are permanently damaged, which is what HR1 wants to do, Democrats will then be able to have the voter registration rolls, the counting periods, the ballots, the reforms of the apparatus of how we do elections in their favor that they will never lose a chamber of power again.
00:14:44.000 And that is their goal.
00:14:46.000 But the only way they know they're going to be able to get that done is not the merits of the bill, but instead inciting some sort of racialization of the issue.
00:14:58.000 That's their playbook.
00:15:01.000 Their playbook is not to talk about the merits of the piece of legislation.
00:15:05.000 It's not to say, you know what?
00:15:07.000 Voter ID is a bad idea or a good idea.
00:15:10.000 It makes elections more secure or less secure.
00:15:15.000 And they're attacking the bill by saying it's illegal to bring water into the line.
00:15:19.000 That's not true.
00:15:20.000 Even Politico has said that it is Georgia law allows you to bring water into the line and set up water serving stations if you're waiting in line to vote.
00:15:29.000 A total lie by the President of the United States, Joe Biden.
00:15:32.000 It shortens runoffs.
00:15:34.000 How is that a return to Jim Crow?
00:15:36.000 Having a shorter runoff period.
00:15:38.000 The only group of people that that hurts is Republican consultants that run expensive television ads for Senate runoff races.
00:15:45.000 That's the only group that it hurts.
00:15:48.000 Republicans would control the United States Senate right now if just some of these reforms would have been done earlier.
00:15:54.000 That's why Democrats oppose them.
00:15:59.000 Do you know how much you need to save to have a comfortable retirement?
00:16:02.000 The average retirement savings for families across the country is $255,000.
00:16:08.000 If you are using these averages as a goal for your retirement, let me be blunt.
00:16:11.000 You are not on the right track.
00:16:12.000 Even $1 million will not be enough by the time you retire because of inflation.
00:16:17.000 Retirement is not one size-fits-all.
00:16:19.000 How much should you save depends on what kind of lifestyle you want to pursue after retirement?
00:16:23.000 But remember that inflation should be factored in.
00:16:25.000 The $1 million you saved 40 years ago is worth less than half now.
00:16:29.000 So invest in assets that store the value of your investment.
00:16:32.000 That's the key to diversifying your portfolio.
00:16:35.000 And there's nothing better than gold.
00:16:37.000 I'm a big believer in this.
00:16:38.000 Do you know that if you invested $1 million in gold 40 years ago, you'd be sitting on $50 million today?
00:16:43.000 That could afford any lifestyle you want right now.
00:16:46.000 It's true.
00:16:46.000 I know you've got questions, and Noble Gold is a trustworthy resource for answers.
00:16:50.000 Contact a Noble Gold representative to learn more about making saving a priority.

00:17:03.000 The left has a very simple playbook.
00:17:06.000 Something happens I don't like, therefore it is racist.
00:17:10.000 I wish it wasn't that simple.
00:17:12.000 I wish we could have a robust conversation, a dialogue, which means the pursuit of truth or through truth, if you go back to the Greek of what the word dialogue actually means, towards the best way to govern ourselves, get back to a doctrine of the separation of powers, the consent of the governed, natural rights, first principles.
00:17:34.000 Instead, the Democrats have a playbook and they are going to run this play until we adjust to what they have been doing to us.
00:17:43.000 And the play that they have been running is very simple.
00:17:48.000 Everything I don't like is a racist, and I will put race baiters on television to say that.
00:17:55.000 Democrats want to be in power forever.
00:17:58.000 They want a California country.
00:18:00.000 They want a New York country.
00:18:02.000 They want a Connecticut country where they don't have to worry about elections.
00:18:05.000 They just worry about divvying up the feast.
00:18:08.000 Republicans are an annoyance to them.
00:18:10.000 Joe Biden even questions whether the Republican Party will exist soon.
00:18:16.000 Could you imagine if Donald Trump said that?
00:18:18.000 Could you imagine if Donald Trump said, the Democrats, I don't think they're going to have a party in a couple of years.
00:18:24.000 Just imagine what he would be accused of.
00:18:28.000 And so Democrats are going on television, attacking this very vanilla voter reform bill in Georgia that requires runoffs to be shortened, that makes it a law to prove who you are when you send in an absentee ballot.
00:18:48.000 When Georgia had 1.2 million absentee ballots, it limits drop boxes, which is a direct counter for the Center for Technology and Civic Life.
00:18:59.000 And it doesn't go nearly far enough.
00:19:00.000 It's a good start.
00:19:03.000 And so what Republicans should have done is they should have swung for the fences because the Democrats are going to call you the worst things imaginable, even when you do the most moderate changes to voting systems.
00:19:16.000 Cut 12, Congresswoman Nakima Williams.
00:19:19.000 Play Cut 12.
00:19:21.000 When I talked leading up to the election, people were like, oh, that's cute.
00:19:25.000 They think that they're going to win.
00:19:27.000 Republicans are pushing back and they're upset that we were able to win.
00:19:31.000 And so they're going to do everything in their power right now to restrict access to people who mainly look like me from voting.
00:19:39.000 You are the first black woman to represent the 5th District in Georgia.
00:19:44.000 I just know that there are so many people that are looking to me to make sure that I move us like one step closer to full equality.
00:19:52.000 And like Carnesman Lewis often said, each generation has an obligation to move us one step closer.
00:19:58.000 And so it's my turn to pick up the mantle.
00:20:00.000 So what she's talking about is something called historicism.
00:20:05.000 You can blame Hegel for that, which is this idea of the apex of humanity is the history of which we are in.
00:20:15.000 And every point of action must lead us to this inevitable.
00:20:20.000 It's a very complex, yet very, it's not very deep, but it's very complex.
00:20:25.000 There's a difference there.
00:20:26.000 And it's called the Hegelian dialectic.
00:20:29.000 Most people would just kind of not understand what she's saying there, but she's making an argument of the progressives.
00:20:34.000 She's making an argument that actually John C. Calhoun made back in 1820, a pro-slavery Democrat, of we must view ourselves in a historical paradigm and that every action we must make must have us go towards an inevitable.
00:20:53.000 It could be utopia, could be heaven on earth.
00:20:58.000 But what else did she say there?
00:21:00.000 She's not a very bright person.
00:21:01.000 She's a Democrat congresswoman.
00:21:03.000 But she says that Republicans are pushing back and that they were upset we were able to win.
00:21:11.000 So now they're going to do everything in their power to restrict access to people like me from voting.
00:21:17.000 So basically she's saying that I don't think black people are capable to be able to prove themselves when they vote.
00:21:24.000 It's basically her argument.
00:21:27.000 Her argument is that I think that black people are too dumb and too stupid to be able to prove who they are when they vote, which is of course nonsense.
00:21:37.000 And here's a really simple question.
00:21:41.000 Why would you not be able to have your voter identification also saved on your phone with the driver's license number that you could put down?
00:21:50.000 Phones are nearly ubiquitous in America.
00:21:56.000 So why would it be illegal or immoral is a better term to require someone to have their voter identification near them?
00:22:08.000 Which again, ironically, collides with what the Democrats are trying to do in New York, where they say you have to walk around with a Chinese coronavirus passport.
00:22:16.000 So let me be clear.
00:22:17.000 You have to prove yourself that you're vaccinated with the paperwork that shows you're vaccinated, but not when you go vote.
00:22:24.000 Raphael Warnock, who's very nervous, means I think that Republicans and conservatives are going to knock off Raphael Warnock.
00:22:31.000 He is number one on my list.
00:22:34.000 This guy is a race baiter and one of my least favorite politicians in the country.
00:22:40.000 You could tell he's nervous.
00:22:40.000 He doesn't have a lot of confidence lately.
00:22:42.000 You could tell that he knows he's going to be in a tough 2022 election.
00:22:47.000 Here's what he had to say about this.
00:22:49.000 Cut 8.
00:22:50.000 Oh, I think the president is engaged on this issue.
00:22:53.000 And when I've talked to him, he's agreed that voting rights are foundational, that this is the work we have to do.
00:23:01.000 And I have to tell you, you know, that I was heartened when I heard him speak so clearly about how urgent this is, recognizing that this is Jim Crow 2.0.
00:23:14.000 And I think you're going to see that we are going to find a way to secure voting rights and pass the kind of legislation that expands rather than contracts our democracy.
00:23:28.000 This is the most important issue happening in the country.
00:23:31.000 The over-racialization from last year with BLM Incorporated and them burning down our country, receiving money from corporations like Coca-Cola, receiving money from Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and PepsiCo.
00:23:44.000 The real agenda has always been changing the way we do elections.
00:23:49.000 That's actually their most important issue.
00:23:52.000 Their most important issue is not, obviously, the debt and deficit.
00:23:56.000 It's not economic growth.
00:23:57.000 It's not even education.
00:24:00.000 The thing that Democrats focus on, which we as conservatives have got to get activated and aware of the significance of this, is Democrats only care about power.
00:24:14.000 How long am I able to stay in control?
00:24:18.000 And elections are supposed to be reflections of the electorate.
00:24:23.000 Democrats don't like that in its current form.
00:24:26.000 So Democrats want to expand the amount of ballots that are sent out.
00:24:29.000 They want to loosen and lessen restrictions to count ballots.
00:24:35.000 They do not believe in ID requirements.
00:24:37.000 Now, the only reason you could possibly be against an ID requirement is if all of a sudden you believe that there's an action taking place and an ID requirement might prevent that action from taking place, also known as cheating.
00:24:53.000 Is New York City racist for having the Chinese coronavirus vaccine?
00:24:56.000 Here's a question for Raphael Warnock.
00:24:58.000 He's a pro-abortion pastor, by the way.
00:25:00.000 Go figure that one out.
00:25:02.000 Raphael Warnock is coming out and saying that it is racist, Jim Crow 2.0, to ask black people to prove their identity.
00:25:12.000 If they vote absentee, by the way, only if they vote absentee do you have to put down your driver's license number or some form of identification.
00:25:20.000 And yet Raphael Warnock, in the same sentence, will go on to defend reparations, which is the redistribution of wealth from people that have white skin color to black skin color for no other reason except for the fact that some black people were related to slaves 150 years ago.
00:25:39.000 Despite the fact that we have had over 3 million new black immigrants into America since 1980 that were not the descendants of slaves, despite the fact that not every single white person was a descendant of slaves, slave owners, or the fact that every single white person or black person should be tied to something that somebody did 150 years ago, as if you are not your own independent individual to make your own decisions.
00:26:04.000 However, the point is less about reparations and more about what it would take to prove reparations.
00:26:10.000 So let me be clear, Raphael Warnock.
00:26:12.000 You think that a black person can prove and get their paperwork together that they're a descendant of slaves eight generations ago, but they can't prove their identity on their phone or through a driver's license number or from an ID card, which is so unbelievably easy to get to secure our elections.
00:26:32.000 Raphael Warnock says it's Jim Crow because we want to shorten the runoff system.
00:26:37.000 That sounds as if it's consultants that want to run another five weeks of television ads and make millions of dollars in highly contested and highly contested Senate primaries.
00:26:49.000 This law in Georgia is a step in the right direction.
00:26:52.000 And I'm here to tell you, if you have been clamoring for election reform, this is a good foot forward.
00:26:58.000 It is not the entire journey we need to be on to reform our elections.
00:27:02.000 But the fact that the Democrats are fighting on this so hard, they are going scorched earth.
00:27:08.000 Democrats are pulling out everything they have.
00:27:10.000 Every cable news appearance, the president on down, they are saying we are going to do everything we can to not let this happen.
00:27:18.000 We're going to pull the all-star game out.
00:27:19.000 We're going to pull Hollywood out.
00:27:20.000 We're going to do whatever we possibly can.
00:27:22.000 Why?
00:27:24.000 Because the issue that bothers Democrats the most, more than any other issue, is how we decide who is in charge.
00:27:36.000 Democrats believe they are entitled.
00:27:38.000 They believe that they have a divine right of kings to be in charge of you and their life.
00:27:43.000 They don't like being in the minority.
00:27:45.000 Don't like not being able to have the legislative tools at their disposal.
00:27:49.000 They have big revolutionary aims for our country, and it's not going to all happen just with a 50-50 tie in the Senate and a seven-seat majority in the House.
00:27:57.000 And Georgia is a state where Raphael Warnock is up for re-election, and he's probably going to lose.
00:28:06.000 And this reform is one of the reasons why Warnock and the Democrats are acting the way they are.
00:28:15.000 The Democrats and the left are using critical race theory, a misrepresentation of American history, the hyperracialization of our dialogue and our narrative to get themselves into power.
00:28:31.000 I wish we did not have to talk about race so much on this show.
00:28:35.000 I wish we did not have to always refute the big lies of America.
00:28:38.000 I wish I did not have to go against Raphael Warnock when he is saying that a voter ID bill is somehow racist.
00:28:46.000 I wish we could have robust discussions on what good ideas for the country are and bad ideas for the country are.
00:28:52.000 Instead, we have to defend ourselves and say we are actually not bad people.
00:28:57.000 That's what Raphael Warnock is basically saying.
00:28:59.000 He's not even getting to the merits of the legislation.
00:29:02.000 He is saying that the people behind them are evil.
00:29:07.000 Same with that Congresswoman Williams.
00:29:10.000 We touched on this story before, but I want to reinforce this.
00:29:12.000 Loyola Academy High School, suburbs of Chicago, requires their students to answer numbers of questions.
00:29:22.000 How do you benefit from white privilege and how have you held on to that privilege?
00:29:26.000 What have you learned about the ways you specifically wield this privilege to do harm?
00:29:30.000 Dig deep, no sugarconing, and no focusing on the good you have done with your privilege.
00:29:36.000 What have you learned about your white privilege that makes you uncomfortable?
00:29:39.000 And at the bottom, it says, note, if you are a student of color, your responses will obviously be different.
00:29:44.000 Focuses on the privileges you have.
00:29:46.000 Please read the articles too.
00:29:47.000 It is good to be reading these resources as a class.
00:29:51.000 Loyola Academy High School has not responded to multiple requests for comment.
00:29:57.000 It has 2,000 students, grades 9 through 12.
00:30:01.000 It is an 80% white school, and the average tuition to go to Loyola Academy is $17,500 a year.
00:30:12.000 This is being driven by white upper-middle-class activists that do not understand our history.
00:30:20.000 They don't understand themselves, quite honestly.
00:30:24.000 And it makes the narrative that Warnock and Congresswoman Williams more seamless into the American zeitgeist.
00:30:37.000 When Senator Warnock comes out and he says Jim Crow 2.0, and you have people that are learning that they have white privilege since they were born, which is a racist, bigoted lie, then all of a sudden these massive structural changes to our country, HR1, become a lot easier.
00:30:58.000 When you create an entire generation to feel sorry for something they didn't do and willing to do whatever is necessary to atone for that, such as their existence with white skin color, as they're teaching at Loyola Academy High School, please contact Loyola Academy High School and ask them why they are trying to teach their children to be so bigoted.
00:31:17.000 It's a fair question.
00:31:20.000 Then don't be surprised when the first tactic that they employ is hyperracializing all of it.
00:31:31.000 So Major League Baseball has come out and they said they are going to move the all-star game if this bill is not changed.
00:31:38.000 Go away, Major League Baseball.
00:31:40.000 We don't care.
00:31:42.000 If that's your position, go have the all-star game in New York City.
00:31:47.000 Go have the all-star game in Malibu, California.
00:31:51.000 Apparently, it's the Players Association that's saying that they don't want this bill to stand as is.
00:31:59.000 Here's how you know this piece of legislation is reason to celebrate today.
00:32:05.000 And I have good news to share on it: the reaction from the left.
00:32:10.000 If this bill truly was just going through the motions, China, I'm sorry, Major League Baseball would not be wanting to move out of Georgia.
00:32:24.000 I said China because someone just sent me a message on Major League Baseball, China, because Major League Baseball is partnering with China.
00:32:31.000 It's a different topic for a different time.
00:32:34.000 So the good news is this: Republicans in Georgia held the line and they got some reforms done.
00:32:40.000 Here's the unknown.
00:32:42.000 Here's the question: Will Republicans surrender to the left when they start boycotting, when they start calling you the R-word on television?
00:32:52.000 It is up to us to clarify the record that there is nothing racist about this bill.
00:32:58.000 It is about voter integrity.
00:32:59.000 It's about fair and free elections.
00:33:01.000 And that if Republicans want any chance of winning an election again, this will be implemented in every state across the country and you will hold the line.
00:33:15.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
