00:03:30.000 And we are an organization that celebrates marriage, that celebrates the family, that rejects hookup culture, that thinks that this whole sexual promiscuity is a disaster.
00:03:41.000 We want people to save themselves from marriage.
00:03:44.000 We want people to celebrate the sacrament of marriage and the divinity around that.
00:03:49.000 Talk about how your life changed as you got married this last year.
00:03:54.000 Well, I gotta speak from my heart, and the truth is, I was not following the Word of God.
00:04:00.000 I slept before I was married.
00:04:04.000 My wife followed me wherever I went, and I was the one that convinced her, you know, we should live together.
00:04:09.000 And I lived in the world where, is Jesus gonna get mad at me?
00:04:15.000 I mean, is He gonna get angry at me?
00:04:17.000 And the truth is, after I got married and I saw all the beauty behind it, He wasn't angry, He was sad.
00:04:25.000 When he sees that I chose the secular world and what they feared, and I listened to their music and I listened to their movies, I feared the wrong thing.
00:04:35.000 I feared what they told me to fear.
00:04:37.000 Hey, dude, get out of your system now.
00:04:38.000 Because when you get married, oh, dude, you got to get out of your system now.
00:04:44.000 Get what out of your system?
00:04:46.000 When am I getting out of my system?
00:04:48.000 When I got married, I got on my hands and knees and I bawled my eyes out because what he was giving to me, I was pushing this blessing away from me.
00:04:59.000 I pushed the beauty of marriage away from me and I taught everybody around me.

00:05:06.000 But I've learned really quick that if you fear anything besides God, you're going to pay for that.
00:05:14.000 And through the grace of God, he gave me an incredible woman.
00:05:23.000 And through that, I learned how to be a husband.
00:05:26.000 I learned how to be a better son.
00:05:28.000 I saw what my mom was doing that I didn't appreciate.
00:05:32.000 There's so much reflection of Christ behind that.
00:05:35.000 Of course the devil doesn't want you to get married.
00:05:38.000 And George, talk about how you have grown from that and just the celebration of marriage and you look at your life before you were married versus now being married.
00:05:47.000 One is full of joy and peace and security, and the other one is like, bro, they just keep trying to find this happiness and joy that only Christ could bring to a marriage with the clubs and these women and all this stuff.
00:06:01.000 And I promise you, I know there's a bunch of you out there that are like, yeah, dude, but not me.
00:06:05.000 But I promise you, man, clean yourself up.
00:06:10.000 Clean yourself up.
00:06:13.000 If you truly, truly are a man of God, and you're like doing the, I'm waiting until God brings me the right woman, how dare you? 0.54

00:06:33.000 So how could He give me something to manage and grow with and build and teach and sharpen if me, myself, I'm acting arrogant and selfish and stupid?

00:06:56.000 So George, so many people are being told though that marriage is outdated, it's not worth it.
00:07:02.000 You know, having that kind of propaganda pushed at young people and pushed relentlessly can be very difficult to overcome.
00:07:10.000 How do we overcome that as a cultural movement that does celebrate marriage?
00:07:15.000 Don't listen to the world, listen to God.
00:07:19.000 Plain and simple.
00:07:21.000 I could say another 10 minutes of something, but the truth is this.
00:07:26.000 God didn't give you these rules and regulations because He sits on a throne and He's like, yes, follow my lead.
00:07:34.000 He gave it to you because He's your Father.
00:07:37.000 He gave it to you because He loves you.
00:07:40.000 The fear of God isn't me being, oh, I'm scared to disappoint Him because He's going to unleash pain on me.
00:07:47.000 The fear is the same fear that I have with my Father on earth.
00:07:50.000 I don't want to disappoint Him.
00:07:51.000 He sacrificed too much to me.
00:07:55.000 So, I just think we've lived in a world where everybody wants to give their truth.
00:08:02.000 There's no such thing.
00:08:04.000 There's only one truth.
00:08:06.000 There's only one way.
00:08:10.000 There's only one.
00:08:14.000 So let's kind of fast forward to, you know, the world that we're living in right now, which increasingly de-emphasizes biblical truth harder and harder for young people to speak out their mind for Christian values.
00:08:28.000 You know, having been in both the media space and the Christian world and the secular world, what are the differences in compare and contrast those two?
00:08:36.000 Well, that's a great question.
00:08:37.000 There's a Bible verse that I never understood.
00:08:41.000 And it was so like weird to listen to.
00:08:43.000 There was a gentleman that wanted to bury a relative of his.
00:08:46.000 And he goes up to God and he goes, I love you, but I gotta go.
00:08:49.000 I gotta bury my cousin.
00:08:51.000 And you would think that our God that is so loving would be like, yeah, I get that.
00:08:54.000 Go bury him.
00:08:55.000 Come back.
00:08:56.000 But he said one thing that shook me to my core.
00:08:59.000 He said, let the dead bury the dead.
00:09:03.000 And I didn't understand that until I was absolutely at the best place of my career, had the best finance, had the best situation.
00:09:12.000 Everything I begged God for was at my feet or at my possession.
00:09:16.000 And I'm looking around and I feel like that dead man.
00:09:20.000 And I asked God, God, how is it that I feel dead here?
00:09:24.000 But when I was working at Five Guys, I felt alive.
00:09:28.000 And he whispered in my heart, not audibly, but he said, because when you were flipping burgers, you thought about what I wanted, not what you wanted.
00:09:35.000 And when I took that and I was like, okay, then what do I do?
00:09:44.000 And he goes, stop being selfish.
00:09:46.000 Every time you go and talk to me, you talk about yourself.
00:09:49.000 You talk about your needs.
00:09:51.000 How can I send you to go do great work if all you're concerned about is yourself?
00:09:56.000 So I humbled myself and my new prayers are, Lord, I want to walk in the Spirit and have fruits of the Spirit.
00:10:04.000 And I want to talk to somebody who, you know what they always say?
00:10:07.000 Be careful what you pray for.
00:10:10.000 You know who says that?
00:10:11.000 Satan.
00:10:14.000 If any man ever tells you again, be careful what you pray for, shut his mouth and say, no, no, no, no, no, no.
00:10:20.000 Prepare for what you pray for.
00:10:25.000 Prepare for what you pray for.
00:10:30.000 Following Jesus isn't for the weak.
00:10:32.000 It's the toughest thing I've ever had to do in my life.
00:10:35.000 But He did all of the work.
00:10:38.000 He did all of the work.
00:10:39.000 What I realize this, and I hope this seed plants into your heart, when you meet the almighty God, and you could today, John chapter 1 says that the word became flesh, and he gave us these beautiful words, the Bible.
00:10:52.000 I joke and I say basic instructions before leaving earth.
00:10:57.000 And what I've learned, and I tell new Christians is this, prepare to be in the presence of a light you have never experienced before.
00:11:08.000 That when you stand, I'm so sorry I have to get up, I can't just sit down, but when you stand before God, you're going to be in such a bright atmosphere that you all of a sudden realize who you are.
00:11:20.000 And you see your flaws and you see your ickiness and you say, well, why would he ever want me?
00:11:26.000 And I want you to know if any man stands before you and says, clean yourself up first, you're not ready to meet God.
00:11:31.000 He goes against the scripture.
00:11:34.000 Jesus says, come as you are.
00:11:38.000 Do not wait.
00:11:40.000 Do not wait to meet the king of peace.
00:11:43.000 You could never work for what he's gonna give to you for free.
00:11:46.000 It's a gift.
00:11:48.000 It is a gift.
00:11:49.000 You don't have to work for a gift.
00:11:51.000 Christmas is around the corner.
00:11:52.000 One of you, have any of you, worked for that gift?
00:11:57.000 So then why do we question our God for salvation?
00:12:02.000 And the only thing you need to do is realize what the truth is.
00:12:05.000 And to be honest, Charlene, The reason why we're in a dark place right now in this country, and a lot of people might get mad at me for saying this, we kicked God out of this country.
00:12:19.000 You can't complain about the schools after you took God out of the schools. 0.96
00:12:24.000 You cannot get upset about the government when you know damn well they don't care about Christ.
00:12:31.000 But they did before when we were prospering.
00:12:36.000 So all it takes is one person to stand up and says, no, I'm not going to believe the lie.

00:12:44.000 I follow my God, my King.
00:12:49.000 So what had the biggest impact on you coming back to Christianity as a young man?
00:12:57.000 Pain and sorrow.
00:12:59.000 You know what I'm saying?
00:13:00.000 I grew up in a Middle Eastern house and my parents would never spare the rob. 1.00

00:13:06.000 And I look at some households and I'm like, oh, they spared the rob.

00:13:11.000 If you ever look at some kids that are not scared of their parents, those guys are psycho.

00:13:18.000 If you're not scared of your parents, there is no order to the stature of where you live.
00:13:23.000 I'm terrified of my dad.

00:13:25.000 Because he was a good dad.
00:13:27.000 He was there for me.
00:13:29.000 I didn't talk back to my mom.
00:13:30.000 You want to know why?
00:13:31.000 Because she'd rip my tongue out of my mouth. 1.00
00:13:35.000 And so I think that what we need to do is stop being afraid.
00:13:40.000 You know, Ben Carson and I had a conversation and he said something so beautiful to me.
00:13:44.000 He said, we cannot be the land of the free if we're not the home of the brave.
00:13:53.000 And so I gotta ask you guys, what are you brave about?
00:13:57.000 People come up to me all the time, they be like, bro, I love the way you speak about Jesus.
00:14:00.000 I be like, dude, why are you scared about talking about Jesus?
00:14:04.000 Have you not read the gospel where there was millions of people against barely anybody and all they did is dance and sing and praise God and all the armies fell down to their feet and you're scared about a social media post?
00:14:18.000 You're scared that somebody's gonna unfollow you?
00:14:21.000 You're scared you're not gonna have enough followers?
00:14:23.000 Jesus had twelve, one unfollowed him.
00:14:25.000 Do you think that this country is ready for a revival?
00:14:41.000 Let me ask them, are you guys ready for a revival?
00:14:43.000 It makes me really, really, really happy to see our kids getting excited about it.
00:15:00.000 And can I say something, and this has nothing to do with what we're talking about, but I pray that the Spirit of God helps me speak this.
00:15:07.000 But guys, the only people we have to be worried about is the people here, our neighbors.
00:15:12.000 We are too busy dividing each other.
00:15:15.000 A house that is divided cannot stand.
00:15:18.000 And I see more Christians going after Christians than I've ever seen in my life. 0.74
00:15:23.000 If you have a problem, there's no problem with righteously judging a man.
00:15:29.000 But you better bring the Word of God to the table if you're going to point your finger at another man.
00:15:37.000 I love every single one of you guys for being here because you guys have the fear of God in you guys.
00:15:44.000 But remember, if we only had fear, then we wouldn't really know who Jesus is.
00:15:49.000 And if Jesus came down with an attitude and an anger to wipe out the people that didn't understand, none of us would stand.
00:15:58.000 So the next time you see your neighbor who does believe in God, but maybe his traditions, maybe his worship, maybe his words, maybe his church is not perfect to the Word of God, but why don't you be the one that God sends to help this man get on the right path instead of being like what the devil wants you to be and kick him while he's down and say, you're crazy.
00:16:20.000 We have enough people in this country to say that we're crazy for believing in Christ.
00:16:26.000 My sister and I don't always agree, but there will never be one of you guys that could take us apart from each other.

00:16:33.000 Because she's my family.
00:16:35.000 And if you say that Jesus is Lord and King, you are my family.
00:16:41.000 Regardless of where you're from.
00:16:45.000 So there's, in this room, You know, thousands and thousands of young people that are going back to their college campuses.
00:16:54.000 What should their marching orders be, George, to spread the gospel, to spread the good news in this broken and confused culture?
00:17:04.000 Okay, so this is just like an honest take.
00:17:06.000 And remember, I'm 31. I just started learning, right?
00:17:09.000 So like, I'm January 3rd.
00:17:12.000 I'm the same age.
00:17:12.000 Yeah, that's crazy.
00:17:15.000 But the one thing that I learned is humility plays a big part in Jesus working with you.
00:17:21.000 And a lot of people would come up to me like, Oh my God, the way you preach, the way you preach, the way you preach.
00:17:25.000 But I never preached.
00:17:26.000 All I did was work on my flaws in front of the world.
00:17:30.000 And there, God was able to grow fruit.
00:17:33.000 It wasn't because I was telling people, hey, follow me.
00:17:36.000 It's because I was showing people, hey, don't do this because I almost robbed myself.
00:17:40.000 And hey, listen, I learned this.
00:17:42.000 So once I took the time to ask Jesus Christ, hey, what do you want from me?
00:17:49.000 Everything in my life became fruitful.
00:17:52.000 Everything in my life became fruitful.
00:17:54.000 So if you're going to college or you're starting a career or you have a talent or you have something in your life that you've been working on and you can't get it done, I truly say that if you think you're talented now, if you think you're wise now, if you think that you're sharp now, Wait until you go to the king of kings and say, hey, what do you want from me?

00:18:26.000 You know, it's so funny.
00:18:27.000 What are we like in the gospel?
00:18:30.000 We're sheep.
00:18:31.000 I don't know if you ever hung out with sheep before, but they do two things.

00:18:50.000 Fill yourself up with the Holy Spirit so that way when you walk outside of the house, you're not acting like your friends who don't believe in Jesus Christ, but your friends will start acting like you who are reflecting Jesus Christ.
00:19:04.000 George, in closing here, talk about the encouragement you receive from people, stories of people's lives transformed that have given their life to Christ, the work of the Holy Spirit.
00:19:15.000 What have you seen just as your audience, your followers from your fans?
00:19:21.000 I think a lot of people are inspired of where I was at and then where God took me.
00:19:26.000 And I think people need to read the gospel.
00:19:29.000 I think we got into a very lazy generation where people would rather have another man tell them what God is saying.
00:19:36.000 But like, how many of you guys like listening to me talk?
00:19:41.000 I appreciate it.
00:19:43.000 But what if I told you I'm a pile of dirt?
00:19:48.000 And nothing I say should ever be something you guys should take to heart.
00:19:53.000 I am a man trying to figure it out.
00:19:55.000 And the only reason that I may give you goosebumps or may put you on the right path is because you're giving an inkling, a tiny percentage of what I brought from Christ to you.
00:20:09.000 So imagine where our country would be if we stop asking our neighbors what we could do and if we start asking Jesus what we could do.
00:20:18.000 You know, I want to leave you guys with this.
00:20:21.000 When I was a little kid, I dressed up as John F. Kennedy.
00:20:25.000 And I had one line.
00:20:27.000 And the line was, don't ask what the country could do for you, but what you could do for the country.
00:20:33.000 And I stand before you guys as George Janko, and I'm saying this truly to you guys, our people, our family, for our kingdom.
00:20:40.000 Stop asking your neighbors, your country, your family, what you should be, how you should act, and what you should be doing.
00:20:50.000 Go to your creator Go to Christ He knows you more than you'll ever know.
00:21:02.000 And he loves you with all of his heart.
00:21:05.000 The one thing I'm going to leave you with is, it's not, the problem is you do not know Jesus enough.
00:21:10.000 The truth is you do not know how much Jesus loves you.
00:21:14.000 Because if you would have known that, you would have ripped your clothes off, gone to the church, put your head onto the ground, and did nothing besides worship the way the angels in heaven are worshiping God.
