00:01:44.000 Breaking news in the last couple hours: the price of oil has now reached near record highs.
00:01:49.000 It's pennies away from record highs.
00:01:51.000 It's dancing right around there.
00:01:54.000 Now, we've gone into great detail why energy, without having to overcomplicate it, is what moves a civilization.
00:02:01.000 The civilization or the country that uses technology the most efficiently wins.
00:02:06.000 If you're able to move the most amount of stuff, expending the least amount of energy or in the cheapest way possible, you are able to progress.
00:02:12.000 You're able to feed your population.
00:02:14.000 You're able to build hospitals and schools, very basic, standardized things.
00:02:18.000 Now, of course, we've decided not to teach students this anymore.
00:02:22.000 So we have our entire government staffed with people that think energy just comes out of the air and we can extract it simply from solar panels and wind farms, and we could beat the Russians that way.
00:02:32.000 Well, now the cost of movement is more expensive than almost any other time in our lifetime.
00:02:39.000 We are seeing the price of oil now go up upwards of $120 near $130 a barrel.
00:02:47.000 In fact, one report is showing that gas is now over $7 a gallon in Los Angeles.
00:02:52.000 Play cut two.
00:02:54.000 At some local gas stations, they're way above the average.
00:02:57.000 Well, across the street from the Beverly Center, one of the most expensive places in LA, drivers are paying this: nearly $7 for regular unleaded, nearly $8 for premium.
00:03:07.000 Drivers said they were surprised and not in a good way.
00:03:11.000 And it will only continue to go up from there.
00:03:13.000 It's going to cost $150, $170 to fill up your tank of gas.
00:03:18.000 It literally costs more to go from one place to the other.
00:03:22.000 This is an interesting way to lock down a country by other means.
00:03:27.000 You can now force people to stay at home because they can't afford to actually go out of their home.
00:03:32.000 And unfortunately, it's only going to go up.
00:03:34.000 It's probably going to go to $8 or $9 a barrel.
00:03:38.000 Now, what's the significance of this?
00:03:40.000 Well, the White House, the Biden regime, is, of course, refusing to do anything about this.
00:03:45.000 They are not trying to reconstruct the Keystone XL pipeline, expand domestic oil leases.
00:03:51.000 They are not telling the oil industry to engage in more hydraulic fracturing.
00:03:56.000 No, the Biden regime is actually saying this could be a very good thing.
00:04:00.000 This is a transition.
00:04:02.000 Pete Bud Edge Edge has said this in many different times in many different ways.
00:04:08.000 This is chaos by design.
00:04:12.000 It is the architecture of disarray.
00:04:16.000 Play cut six, Axios' Jonathan Swan, says that Zelensky was pleading with the United States and Germans to shut down Nord Stream II.
00:04:26.000 And in the last two weeks, it actually shows it can be done.
00:04:28.000 Play Cut 6.
00:04:30.000 I went to Kyiv.
00:04:32.000 I interviewed President Zelensky.
00:04:33.000 I interviewed him again in the spring.
00:04:35.000 He was pleading with the United States and the Germans to shut down the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
00:04:40.000 I'm old enough to remember being told by the U.S. and the Germans it couldn't be done, that it was already completed, that it was essential so that the U.S. and the Germans could cooperate on climate change.
00:04:50.000 And we've learned in the last two weeks, oh, actually, it could be done.
00:04:54.000 And that you make choices.
00:04:55.000 And these are competing priorities running headlong into each other.
00:05:00.000 Now, we could be the sole provider of LNG for all of Europe, but we have chose not to be.
00:05:05.000 Instead, the morons that run the State Department and the rocket scientists that run our government, they have decided that somehow, if the oil and natural gas is extracted from Russia, different planet, I suppose, and climate change will be neutralized.
00:05:19.000 No, this is all about engaging in the very same promises of the Great Reset to weaken the American economy, to break the back of the fabric of the American entrepreneur.
00:05:31.000 Now that it's more expensive to get to point A to point B, your food will be more expensive, more expensive to go to point A to point B, less people will take vacations.
00:05:39.000 And by the way, this spike in oil is before the summer driving season.
00:05:44.000 This is before the summer travel rush.
00:05:48.000 Expect eight, nine, potentially $10 a gallon.
00:05:51.000 Not to mention your airline ticket from New York to LA could get to $700, $800, $900, $1,000.
00:05:58.000 What does this mean?
00:05:59.000 It means average families are going to have to go into debt just to move.
00:06:03.000 It means consumer debt is going to increase dramatically.
00:06:05.000 Now, of course, the great reset billionaire class, they'll be unaffected.
00:06:09.000 The $100 to fill up a tank of gas or $200 to fill up a tank of gas, it doesn't mean anything to them.
00:06:15.000 People that are raking in hundreds of thousands of dollars a minute, literally, could not care less about what an average person is paying at the pump.
00:06:24.000 Now, of course, this is something that is affecting people of all races, all backgrounds, but especially the muscular class.
00:06:30.000 It's especially impacting people that work with their hands, that are sole proprietors, proprietors, especially people that go from point A to point B to work, carpenters.
00:06:41.000 Well, there's electricians, people that have to pay for their own movement.
00:06:47.000 Our government is making a decision.
00:06:50.000 They're making a choice.
00:06:52.000 The choice that they're making is that they value the promises of the utopian green energy environmentalists more than the livelihood of their citizens.
00:07:04.000 Our government right now and your pocketbook is controlled by green energy environmentalists.
00:07:15.000 Joe Biden is a prisoner.
00:07:18.000 Whether Joe Biden even realizes what he is or not is irrelevant.
00:07:21.000 He's a prisoner of the Sierra Club.
00:07:23.000 The environmentalists have taken over the entire Democrat Party.
00:07:27.000 They view liquid natural gas, LNG and fracking, and oil and natural gas development to be more evil than Vladimir Putin.
00:07:38.000 Yeah, they hate Putin, sure.
00:07:40.000 But what's even more evil than that?
00:07:41.000 The Keystone XL pipeline.
00:07:43.000 Now, of course, wrapped in this is a ridiculous belief of earth worship and a quasi-pagan religious philosophy that values the alleged beauty and aesthetic of nature, even though oil and natural gas development does nothing to that over the livelihood of human beings.
00:08:05.000 Remember Cut 18, Energy Secretary Granholm called solar panels and wind turbines, quote, potentially the greatest peace plan that ever existed.
00:08:13.000 Play Cut 18.
00:08:14.000 Obviously, high energy prices have been putting a strain on households on both sides of the Atlantic.
00:08:21.000 Europe, you have seen prices go through the roof.
00:08:25.000 Of course, tensions between Russia and Ukraine pose threats to the energy security of...
00:08:31.000 This is not just an energy and climate issue.
00:08:36.000 It also is potentially the greatest peace plan that ever existed.
00:08:42.000 Now, it's hard to believe people like her are taken seriously, but she's an academic.
00:08:46.000 And we are living under the tyranny of academics that have never actually worked at their hands.
00:08:50.000 They've never actually been into the weeds of any sort of economic process.
00:08:56.000 Instead, Biden being a prisoner of people like her and the Sierra Club, we have been captured by the dreams, the utopian promises of things that will never actually be accomplished.
00:09:09.000 And make no mistake, when you send your child to college, they are taught this nonsense.
00:09:14.000 They're taught the garbage that fracking somehow pollutes the drinking water.
00:09:19.000 They're taught that we're going to run out of fuel in 10 years.
00:09:21.000 It's garbage or oil in 10 years.
00:09:23.000 It's nonsense.
00:09:24.000 And so when you send a generation of young people to college and universities and they believe these falsehoods, the deceit of the environmentalists, do not be surprised that after five years, 10 years, when they start to staff the government, all of a sudden they are ruled simply and solely by ideology.
00:09:47.000 Our entire government, no different than the Iranian hostage situation, is being held hostage at gunpoint by the green activists, the Sierra Club types, the Greenpeace types.
00:10:00.000 And they're loving this because they believe that this will only usher in the continued transition to break the back of the evil of fossil fuels.
00:10:10.000 And because of that, it's going to be harder for you to move around.
00:10:16.000 With all the noise surrounding the topics of money and the economy, today more than ever before, you need a financial guide that you can trust.
00:10:24.000 That's why I trust PAX Financial Group.
00:10:27.000 Not only do they share my conservative values, they are committed to putting your interests ahead of their own.
00:10:33.000 Big Wall Street firms are forcing their political agendas into your investments.
00:10:37.000 And it's time to stop giving your money to companies that don't share your values or use their profits, my profits, as a way to silence Christians.
00:10:46.000 PAX is proud to offer an alternative called BRIs, Biblical Responsible Investing.
00:10:53.000 Look, I got to know the people behind PAX Financial at a pro-life dinner in San Antonio.
00:10:59.000 I got to know them, and they told me about biblical responsible investing.
00:11:02.000 And at first, I wasn't really sure what to make of it.
00:11:05.000 But as I got to know the team behind PAX Financial, we agreed to partner with them here on the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:11:10.000 Biblical responsible investing supports and promotes our values of being pro-family and pro-life and screens out companies that support pornography or anti-Christian or anti-conservative.
00:11:22.000 If you have $150,000 or more in investments, text them, Charlie, at number 74868.
00:11:30.000 Text them, just Charlie, right now to number 74868.
00:11:35.000 They'll be able to schedule a 15-minute free no-obligation consultation.
00:11:39.000 I'm moving some of my money over to PAX Financial.
00:11:41.000 And honestly, I hope they do well with it with some of the returns.
00:11:45.000 But I'm happy that part of my portfolio will be able to go towards biblical responsible investing.
00:11:52.000 I think they're going to crush it for me in the market, but I'll be able to know that my hard-earned dollars are not going towards pornography, anti-Christian, pro-BLM nonsense.
00:12:02.000 You'll be connected with a financial advisor who will walk this through with you.
00:12:05.000 Text Charlie at number 74868 today.
00:12:08.000 Invest in companies that don't hate you.
00:12:10.000 Invest in companies that I believe are actually consistent with biblical truths.
00:12:15.000 Go to biblical responsible investing.
00:12:16.000 If that interests you, text right now to 74868.
00:12:20.000 Just Charlie in the body there.
00:12:22.000 Check it out right now.
00:12:23.000 Brought to you by PAX Financial Group PAX.
00:12:28.000 I want you to think about how sinister you must be to want to hurt people so that you could have a desired potential utopian objective on the backside.
00:12:39.000 Well, that's exactly what this regime is doing.
00:12:43.000 The Biden regime is telling the people of America: look, we understand that you might have to go into debt.
00:12:52.000 We understand you're going to have to spend money you don't have.
00:12:54.000 We understand this might break the back of your business, but don't you understand how beautiful it will be?
00:12:59.000 Because then we can usher in solar panels on cars and we could just be happier thanks to that.
00:13:07.000 Now, I'm all for innovation in the space of trying to have renewable energy.
00:13:11.000 But isn't it interesting how they're not able to convince us to use renewable energy without actually having to break fossil fuels first?
00:13:18.000 That by definition is not a natural transformation.
00:13:22.000 They are intervening.
00:13:24.000 They want to get to, what, 2040 or 2050 carbon-neutral emissions or whatever, zero net emissions, or whatever nonsense that they're publishing.
00:13:32.000 Well, why is that?
00:13:34.000 They truly believe that the industrial economy, powered by natural gas, fuel, and nuclear power, by the way, they never want to talk about nuclear power.
00:13:43.000 That just shows the fraud that they are.
00:13:45.000 They believe that it's so bad for the aesthetic of the environment.
00:13:50.000 It's so bad for nature that they must crush human beings being able to flourish so that they can achieve some sort of abstract, distant, hard to define ideological agenda.
00:14:06.000 And this has not happened overnight.
00:14:09.000 We are going to go through many of the promises and many of the claims by the green energy environmentalists.
00:14:20.000 The green energy environmentalists for years have said we need to keep all the oil in the ground.
00:14:26.000 Joe Biden ran on getting rid of fossil fuels.
00:14:28.000 He said it explicitly.
00:14:30.000 And so I'm going to say this as kindly as I possibly can.
00:14:34.000 If you are complaining that you're paying too much at the pump and you voted for Joe Biden, you voted for this.
00:14:41.000 And I'll go a step further.
00:14:42.000 If you're a Republican who didn't care about ballot harvesting and now you're complaining about high energy prices, you're complicit in this.
00:14:51.000 All of this created a tornado of green energy activism, where now the same way that the Iranians held hostages, when Jimmy Carter was president, the green energy czars are holding hostages in the White House.
00:15:09.000 Joe Biden is being presented with all the options to bring down gas prices.
00:15:14.000 Add this to his mounting political liabilities of open borders, the Afghanistan debacle, what's happening in Russia and Ukraine, double-digit inflation, and many other issues.
00:15:25.000 People can't even afford to fill up a gallon of gas, $7 a gallon.
00:15:29.000 And what does Biden have to say for it?
00:15:31.000 Even if he was trying to be a magnanimous president, which he isn't, he's an ideological Woodrow Wilson type.
00:15:38.000 He's an ideological Lyndon Baines-Johnson FDR type.
00:15:42.000 If you were to sit in his house in Delaware and they'd lay out all the options, every single option that would actually be meaningful, every single option that would actually make a difference in lowering gas prices, every single one of them, he's not able to do.
00:15:59.000 Because his puppet masters, the people that are actually holding him hostage, the people he's a prisoner of, say no.
00:16:06.000 They say you can't do that.
00:16:09.000 You go to the Sierra Club website.
00:16:12.000 It's very instructive.
00:16:15.000 They're one of the most powerful environmental groups.
00:16:20.000 They have a massive lobbying effort.
00:16:25.000 It says, together we are powerful.
00:16:27.000 The country belongs to all of us.
00:16:28.000 Together, we can deepen the movement for a livable planet, safe communities, and a democracy that works for everyone.
00:16:34.000 Oh, interesting.
00:16:35.000 You know what it says on the front page of Sierra Club?
00:16:37.000 It says, quote, voting rights is climate action.
00:16:40.000 That's interesting.
00:16:41.000 That's what we call intersectionality, by the way.
00:16:44.000 It is a term coined by the left-wing campus activists that have no purpose.
00:16:51.000 What happens when you have a generation raised not to believe in God?
00:16:54.000 They become pagans, otherwise known as environmentalists.
00:16:59.000 There's one right here.
00:17:00.000 We are building a movement that helps people from all walks of life connect to the places they live.
00:17:04.000 And there's a huge picture here.
00:17:06.000 R-E-T-I-R-E, people in kayaks saying that they need to retire fossil fuels.
00:17:14.000 There's one action item after the other.
00:17:16.000 And this is just a Sierra Club, by the way.
00:17:18.000 There is a network of these.
00:17:19.000 And let's just say one, we're going to reiterate what we said on a prior show.
00:17:23.000 It is proven that Russia, the Russian government, funds all of these sorts of activities and groups.
00:17:29.000 It's in the Russian government's interest to have a strong green energy infrastructure here in America to try to prevent our own energy dominance.
00:17:41.000 The Sierra Club brags right here, how many oil and natural gas plants that they have closed, how many coal plants they've retired.
00:17:52.000 Being an entrepreneur and running a business is not for the faint of heart.
00:17:55.000 I do the Charlie Kirk show till noon, then Turning Point USA till I go to sleep and all the problems in between.
00:17:55.000 I have two jobs.
00:18:00.000 A lot of stress.
00:18:01.000 330 days on the road I spent last year.
00:18:04.000 But if you're not careful, the stress can start to take a toll on your body, raising your blood pressure, making it harder to sleep, draining you of vital energy, and making you more irritable.
00:18:13.000 That's why I recommend you supplement with magnesium daily.
00:18:16.000 About 75% of people are magnesium deficient.
00:18:18.000 That number might be higher among business owners and seed level professionals.
00:18:22.000 That's because stress depletes magnesium levels.
00:18:25.000 This can trigger a various cycle of rising stress and severe magnesium deficiency.
00:18:29.000 This deficiency can lead to higher levels of anxiety, irritability, trouble sleeping, and low energy.
00:18:34.000 It can even contribute to foot and leg cramps while you sleep.
00:18:37.000 Now, you might be wondering, does magnesium really affect all these things?
00:18:40.000 Well, the answer is yes.
00:18:42.000 In fact, magnesium is involved in more than 300 chemical processes inside your body.
00:18:46.000 So a lot of different things can start to go wrong if you're deficient.
00:18:48.000 The good news is you can experience a number of positive health benefits just by getting enough magnesium, including better sleep, more energy, healthy blood pressure, less irritability, a calmer mood, stronger bones, reduced muscle cramping, and even a few migraines.
00:19:00.000 But to experience these health benefits, you have to get the right kinds of magnesium.
00:19:04.000 Truth is, most magnesium supplements you find in health stores use the only two cheapest synthetic forms.
00:19:09.000 They're not full spectrum.
00:19:10.000 There are actually seven unique forms of magnesium.
00:19:12.000 You must get all of them if you want to experience its calming stress-relieving effects.
00:19:16.000 That's why I recommend magnesium breakthrough from Buy Optimizers.
00:19:20.000 It's the only full organic, full spectrum magnesium supplement that includes seven unique forms of magnesium for stress relief and better sleep all in one bottle.
00:19:28.000 Simply take two capsules before you go to bed, and you'll be amazed by the improvements in your mood and energy levels.
00:19:33.000 And how much more rest did you feel when you wake up?

00:19:53.000 Who controls Joe Biden?
00:19:55.000 He's a prisoner of many different groups.
00:19:57.000 He's a prisoner of the teacher unions.
00:19:58.000 He's a prisoner of Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, and Johnson ⁇ Johnson.
00:20:02.000 Every decision that this administration makes is because of an order given by a group that either helped get him into office, that helped implement him into office, or that is currently giving him cover fire or is a backbone of the Democrat regime.
00:20:21.000 Well, let's read what one of his, let's say, wardens believe in, because he's a prisoner of somebody.
00:20:29.000 You go to greenpeace.org.
00:20:31.000 It says real zero.
00:20:33.000 What is hashtag real zero?
00:20:35.000 Great question, Greenpeace writes.
00:20:37.000 First, let's start out with net zero, a term you've probably heard before.
00:20:40.000 Burn now, pay later.
00:20:42.000 Nations of the world pledged in 2015 Paris climate agreement to collectively achieve net zero carbon emissions globally by 2050.
00:20:50.000 Climate scientists say we must hit net zero to avoid climate catastrophe.
00:20:54.000 It's a goal we should all support.
00:20:56.000 The term net zero is also being exploited by governments and corporations who are using it as smokescreen to keep burning fossil fuels via a loophole called carbon offset credits.
00:21:08.000 So instead, they want real zero, not net zero.
00:21:14.000 The only way out of the climate crisis is to get to net zero.
00:21:17.000 Real zero equals net zero minus offsets.
00:21:21.000 It means reducing and stopping all carbon emissions before they are put into the atmosphere.
00:21:30.000 It means full speed ahead to a transformation of our energy and transport systems to 100% renewable sources.
00:21:39.000 This is greenpeace.org.
00:21:41.000 No more fossil fuel burning, no offsetting scams.
00:21:46.000 You can see it for yourself.
00:21:46.000 This is the website.
00:21:47.000 It's greenpeace.org.
00:21:49.000 Sierra Club is very similar.
00:21:51.000 Now, again, we've gone through in great detail the evidence that shows that Russia has been funding green energy groups.
00:22:01.000 We should be having criminal investigations into how Russia has been covertly funding of these anti-fossil fuel groups.
00:22:09.000 Thehill.com calls for this.
00:22:11.000 Investigate Russia's covert funding of U.S. anti-fossil fuel groups.
00:22:16.000 Makes you wonder how successful the green energy groups would have been the last couple years if our government actually spent time investigating legitimate Russian collusion instead of whether or not Donald Trump had any sort of ties to the Russian Kremlin, which of course he didn't.
00:22:33.000 Russia was smart.
00:22:34.000 Russia realized that there was a religious fervor behind the belief in green energy in America.
00:22:41.000 So what did Russia do?
00:22:43.000 Russia decided to put millions of dollars, which is a rounding error given the billions of dollars a day that the energy sector basically helps fund in Russia towards green energy activists that sole that really needed the support here domestically.
00:23:06.000 Now, of course, the way that they're spinning it, for example, you go to this website inside Climate News of all the environmentalists that hold our White House hostage, they say, quote, whatever his motives are, Putin's war in Ukraine is fueled by oil and gas.
00:23:21.000 The U.S. oil industry is hoping to fill the immediate void with increased oil and gas exports while the EU moves in the longer term to replace Russian gas with renewable energy.
00:23:33.000 Basically, this article is saying, hey, we shouldn't allow American oil and natural gas to capitalize on the fact that Putin is using oil and natural gas to capitalize on us.
00:23:45.000 Let's just listen to their own words.
00:23:49.000 Pete Budigej says, We're under an energy transformation.
00:23:52.000 Play cut 22.
00:23:54.000 Drill more, open up more U.S. land to drilling.
00:23:58.000 What's the administration's response to that idea?
00:24:03.000 Well, look, the president has laid out and taken a number of steps, including addressing the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
00:24:10.000 Let's also be clear that we are in the middle of a long-term transformation that is already fast underway, especially when it comes to vehicles.
00:24:19.000 So, this idea of a transformation that you must try to move forward is Hegelian in nature.
00:24:25.000 It is a German historicist philosophy that came from the 1800s that largely influenced Karl Marx, by the way.
00:24:33.000 That there might be messiness along the way, that there's a thesis and an antithesis, and they have to mash together and they create a synthesis.
00:24:44.000 Basically, it is the way that they view history.
00:24:47.000 That, for example, this is how Vladimir Lenin justified killing millions of people, Stalin as well.
00:24:53.000 That these are all just rounding statistical errors towards the betterment, the ushering in of heaven on earth.
00:25:00.000 This is how Pete Buttigieg justifies, whether he consciously realizes it or not, but he's been trained in this idea of progress.
00:25:07.000 You see, if you always look at the imagery or you look at the pictures of the Maoists, we can get a picture of this from Mao Sedong's Cultural Revolution.
00:25:16.000 They always have the picture of the head tilted up, the chin to the sky, and the eyes to the corner of the picture.
00:25:23.000 Why?
00:25:24.000 It's as if we're gazing upwards and we're going to lead you into the betterment, the perfection, the utopia of existence.
00:25:32.000 Keepitintheground.org, which over 400 organizations have participated in, say we need no new fossil fuel development.
00:25:44.000 They are demanding no more fossil fuel development, and over 400 organizations have signed on to it.
00:25:51.000 Now, in America, there are many of these organizations you might not have even heard of.
00:25:56.000 The list is so incredibly long.
00:25:58.000 Let me just name a couple of them.
00:26:01.000 These are the people, by the way, that are holding your president hostage.
00:26:04.000 They're the people that have taken over the White House.
00:26:08.000 Young Voices for the Planet, Women's Earth and Climate Action Network, Wild Earth Guardians, the Water Keeper Alliance, Up to Us, U.S. Climate Plan, the Canary Coalition, the Seeds for the Soul, the Safe Climate Campaign, San Antonio 350, the PowerShift Network, Movement Rights, the Leonardo Caprio Foundation.
00:26:27.000 Oh, interesting.
00:26:29.000 The Justice and Witness Ministries of the United Church of Christ.
00:26:34.000 I could go on.
00:26:35.000 The list is about 100 organizations.
00:26:37.000 We're going to list all of them on charliekirk.com because it's important you guys know actually who are the organizations that are financing the fact that you might have to go into debt to send your kids to be able to drive your kids to school.
00:26:50.000 What are the organizations that are making Vladimir Putin rich?
00:26:54.000 What I'm trying to make the point is that there is a sophisticated, well-funded, sometimes foreign-funded infrastructure that is making all of this pain and suffering happen.
00:27:03.000 This is not a mistake.
00:27:04.000 It's by design.
00:27:07.000 350.org.
00:27:08.000 You guys can check it out right now.
00:27:09.000 Go to 350.org.
00:27:12.000 You guys can see it.
00:27:13.000 It says stop fossil fuels.
00:27:15.000 Build 100% renewables.
00:27:17.000 It says, we are standing up to the fossil fuel industry to stop all new coal, oil and gas projects, and build a clean energy future for all.
00:27:27.000 This is the way that they spin the Putin thing.
00:27:30.000 They say Putin's war highlights the dangers of fossil fuel dependency.
00:27:34.000 That's what 350.org believes.
00:27:37.000 Again, you must be so hypnotized.
00:27:39.000 You must be so into the literature of the nonsense of the academy to believe this stuff.
00:27:45.000 But they do.
00:27:46.000 It says fossil fuels create conflict and are the backbone of Russia's power.
00:27:52.000 Oh, really, 350.org?
00:27:54.000 When we had $25 a barrel oil when Trump was president, was the world safer or was it more dangerous?
00:28:01.000 How many times did Russia invade under Trump's watch versus Obama or Biden's watch?
00:28:06.000 Did they annex Crimea under Trump?
00:28:08.000 Of course not.
00:28:09.000 Did they invade Ukraine under Trump's watch?
00:28:12.000 No.
00:28:12.000 Because we were energy independent.
00:28:15.000 Because Trump understood very simply, you don't have to overthink this.
00:28:20.000 You do not have to have the degree from Yale in North African lesbian poetry or you don't have to have some degree in fossil fuel transformation studies or sciences from Stanford to say, huh, energy is how you move things.
00:28:37.000 How you move things matters.
00:28:39.000 And if we can move things, products, goods, services, people, ideas, more efficiently, then that's going to make the tyrants and the despots less powerful.
00:28:52.000 Kamala Harris has said, quote, our transportation sector has reached a turning point to make a transition on energy.
00:28:59.000 Play Cut 25.
00:29:02.000 Our transportation sector has reached a turning point.
00:29:08.000 We are all in the midst of a turning point.
00:29:12.000 We have the technology to transition to a zero-emission fleet.
00:29:17.000 Our administration, together, all of us, is working to make that possibility a reality.
00:29:25.000 So I could do a whole hour on this, but do you see the gaze of the citizens?
00:29:30.000 Do you see where their eyes are?
00:29:31.000 Their eyes are upwards.
00:29:32.000 Mao is obviously in the upper right-hand corner.
00:29:35.000 And what we call, and you see their fist is clenched?
00:29:37.000 You see that?
00:29:38.000 This is the imagery of the totalitarians.
00:29:40.000 It's very similar to the imagery that you're seeing from this current regime.
00:29:44.000 It's the gaze upwards.
00:29:46.000 We're going to move humanity.
00:29:48.000 We're going to move the species itself to a higher level of existence.
00:29:53.000 And yes, if you look at that kind of clenched fist, it should remind you of BLM because it's the same sort of imagery.
00:30:00.000 It's the same essence of energy.
00:30:02.000 Now, before you think that I'm just kind of quoting from some sort of obscure 350 website, here's the New Yorker, quote, we know how to end all of this by hastening the transition to renewable energy sources, creating a clean electrical grid, and using electricity to heat homes and offices and to power transparency.
00:30:20.000 I'm sorry.
00:30:21.000 Where do you think electricity comes from?
00:30:23.000 The holes in the wall?
00:30:28.000 Where does electricity originate from?
00:30:32.000 You rub your hands together?
00:30:34.000 You snap your fingers?
00:30:36.000 It says here, Joe Biden's, this is the New Yorker, Build Back Better plan, which Senator Manchin shot down at the end of last year, contained proposals to do these things.
00:30:45.000 Last year, Manchin told Politico that he was open to smaller spending bills focused on prescription drugs, tax reform, and climate.
00:30:53.000 We as conservatives believe some very fundamental things.
00:30:58.000 We believe that nature is the norm.
00:31:02.000 This is Aristotelian in nature.
00:31:04.000 We believe that humanity will not be brought through some sort of transformational process, as Pete Budejej has said, just because we create tension, conflict, chaos, and disarray.
00:31:17.000 You see, the other side, the leftists, they actually believe that if they can create disarray, that that will then be the genesis of something better and perfect coming out of it.
00:31:32.000 We believe that the entrance into chaos for chaos' sake will not create anything better.
00:31:38.000 In fact, it could descend you further and further into hell.
00:31:42.000 Okay, so let's get to some more sound here.
00:31:45.000 Let's go to Pete Buttigeg today.
00:31:48.000 He said, look, we've started on a $5 billion plan to create charging stations that everyone has access.
00:31:54.000 By the way, the average cost of an electrical vehicle is $55,000 a year.
00:31:58.000 Play cut 26.
00:31:59.000 Clean transportation can bring significant cost savings for the American people as well.
00:32:04.000 Last month, we announced a $5 billion investment to build out a nationwide electric vehicle charging network so the people from rural to suburban to urban communities can all benefit from the gas savings of driving an EV.
00:32:18.000 So let me ask you, Pete Butjej, and by the way, that Kamala Harris tape that we played was from today.
00:32:24.000 This is how arrogant they are.
00:32:24.000 It's just hard to believe.
00:32:27.000 Now, I want to say this.
00:32:28.000 Some people are saying, Charlie, you know, Biden is not a prisoner because he's a willful prisoner.
00:32:32.000 Well, okay, that's partially true.
00:32:34.000 I think that might be right.
00:32:35.000 The point is the whole regime cannot even do what is right by the American people because 350.org, the Sierra Club, the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation, I could go through the whole list.
00:32:44.000 The list is extraordinary.
00:32:46.000 The Climate Justice Project, let's just pick any one of these right here.
00:32:49.000 Let's do the Climate Justice Project.
00:32:51.000 Never heard of it before.
00:32:52.000 Sure, it's Russian funded.
00:32:53.000 Climate Justice Project.
00:32:54.000 Okay, climatejustice.co.
00:32:57.000 The Climate Justice Project aims to provide accessible discussions of the justice-related issues that underpin an effective response to climate change.
00:33:04.000 I know many of you have never heard of these groups.
00:33:06.000 Neither have I.
00:33:07.000 But this kind of master list of who signed these letters.
00:33:09.000 How about this one?
00:33:10.000 I've never heard this one before.
00:33:11.000 Ecoequity.
00:33:14.000 Ecoequity.
00:33:15.000 Okay, ecoequity.org.
00:33:16.000 Global economic justice as the key to a better world.
00:33:22.000 Here's what it says.
00:33:22.000 Treating emissions of the super rich is essentially if we want to actually stabilize the climate system.
00:33:28.000 And here's what it says, that we need to have a plan, an agenda to phase out all fossil fuels.
00:33:35.000 Quote, a fair share fossil phase-out.
00:33:38.000 A civil society equity review on an equitable global phase-out of fossil fuels.
00:33:44.000 You might ask yourself the question, you know, as I list off the over 400 groups that signed this letter, who's funding all these groups?
00:33:53.000 Well, the Russian government has funded these groups.
00:33:55.000 Russian oligarchs have funded these groups.
00:33:57.000 And also celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio and billionaires like Tom Steyer that really have no deep understanding or an appreciation of how modern civilization came to be or how it can continue to be civilization, not some sort of despotic surf kingdom of people that are fighting and clamoring over their chance to drive an electric car and they get one flight a year as mandated by the government because we do not have the energy to be able to have a vibrant society.
00:34:26.000 By definition, what you are seeing happening is not a transition.
00:34:32.000 It's not a progression.
00:34:35.000 It's not some sort of tension that will usher in a better tomorrow.
00:34:39.000 You're actually witnessing regression, which is what's so interesting about this because with technology, we're always promised better results.
00:34:50.000 We're promised better times.
00:34:52.000 But what happens when you can't even pay to go on a moderate road trip a couple hours outside of your city?
00:35:01.000 It will cost you $300 in gas, not to mention food and lodging is more expensive, and you are almost landlocked.
00:35:07.000 You're locked down, but only by other means.
00:35:10.000 This is chaos by design.
00:35:12.000 It is bedlam that was put together for the sole intent purpose of trying to usher in the great reset and that entire agenda.
