00:04:14.000Breaking Over the Weekend was one of the most sick, demented, and dark stories I have seen in quite some time of the person that has been elevated to be a hero of the public health bureaucracy.
00:04:29.000The person that we have been told that we need to listen to unquestionably, that we need to, some people even pseudo-worship the man.
00:04:52.000Very few people even knew he existed before the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
00:04:57.000And last week, we went into great detail about how and why Anthony Fauci should be put in prison for lying to Congress for the gain of function Wuhan Institute of Virology research.
00:05:10.000But over the weekend, a new story developed where we got a window into the lack of Fauci's soul, where we got a window into who Anthony Fauci is.
00:05:23.000Also, Francis Collins, by the way, a man who calls himself a Christian, who has done nothing but pander Defizer, AstraZeneca, Johnson ⁇ Johnson, and Moderna, BioNTech, shamelessly the last couple of years.
00:05:38.000Breaking over the weekend was a series of documents that were obtained through a Freedom of Information request.
00:05:44.000It was obtained through an effort to try and get to the bottom of the medical experiments or the medical experiments that Fauci has been conducting over the last couple of years.
00:06:00.000These documents came out, and we learned that Fauci personally directed the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, a division of the National Institute of Health, to repeatedly fund research where he placed sedated beagles' heads while they were still alive in mesh cages and allowed starved sandflies to feast on them and eat them alive.
00:06:31.000They then repeated the test outdoors with the beagles placed in cages in the desert overnight for nine consecutive nights in an area of Tunisia where sandflies were abundant.
00:06:42.000Now, before we go any further, this is something like a James Bond villain would do.
00:06:46.000This is something that in halfway through the movie of Goldfinger, where they kind of come in and they zoom in kind of panoramically.
00:06:55.000All of a sudden, the Bond villain is like torturing beagles in Tunisia.
00:06:58.000Like that's that's not that's not normal, okay, for the public health official.
00:07:04.000The guy that's supposed to be in charge of epidemiological spread, it's like, okay, we're gonna go torture dogs in Tunisia.
00:07:14.000They repeated the test outdoors with the beagles placed in cages in the desert overnight for nine consecutive nights.
00:07:23.000The experiment was just one of countless tests done on animals with your taxpayer dollars.
00:07:30.000So when you go to work and you work hard and you go write that check to the Internal Revenue Service, you are funding dog torture.
00:07:39.000Estimates of the number of animals experimented on by the United States range from tens of millions to well over 100 million animals.
00:07:48.000Most of them paid for with taxpayer money.
00:07:51.000The White Coat Waste Project, a nonprofit that advocates against federal animal testing, said more than 1,100 dogs are experimented on in federal labs annually.
00:08:03.000And most of these experiments don't even work.
00:08:10.000The tests continued regardless of how large of a failure these were.
00:08:18.000The three reasons for that is the NIH, Francis Collins, and Anthony Fauci, and I'm reading partly from LeightonwoodWathouse.substack.
00:08:28.000But the Tunisia experiment was just the very beginning.
00:08:34.000University of Georgia, whose mascot is the Bulldogs, and they actually have a bulldog on the football field whenever they have a home game.
00:08:43.000Well, they took $424,000 from the federal government to also infect beagles with a parasite before killing them and cutting them open.
00:08:52.000The purpose of this experiment, we are told, was to test a drug that, by investigators' own admission, has already been, quote, extensively tested and confirmed in numerous other animal species.
00:09:03.000In 2019, NIAD paid $1.68 million to infect and force-feed toxic drugs to 44 beagle puppies before killing and cutting them open.
00:09:14.000NIAD paid for the dogs to undergo a cordectomy, also known as debarking, which is when the dog's vocal cords are severed so that the lab technicians don't have to hear them cry and howl in distress.
00:09:28.000So they just get rid of the vocal cords so that they can torture these dogs, that they don't have to actually hear what they're doing to the dog.
00:09:37.000I want to know actually who the sick people are that get some sort of weird medical joy out of torturing dogs.
00:09:45.000Probably the same people that are performing the million abortions every single year in our country.
00:09:49.000The purpose of the experiment was to generate data on the drug to, quote, support the application of the Food and Drug Administration.
00:09:58.000Even though the FDA expressly says does not mandate that human drugs be studied in dogs, so they did it anyway.
00:10:04.000They got some sort of bizarre kick off of having beagles' heads in a fly trap and letting flies eat them alive.
00:10:13.000So beagles were infected with pneumonia in order to induce septic shock, an experimental massive acute hemorrhage.
00:10:21.000Beagles were infected with anthrax in order to test a vaccine that was already FDA approved.
00:10:28.000Pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and monkeys were also subjected to agonizing pain without anesthesia.
00:10:34.000Monkeys had part of their brains destroyed with acid in order to increase their capacity for terror.
00:10:39.000So here's just a very simple question: What medical advancement has ever come out of any of this recently that has justified the mass murdering of beagles and dogs?
00:10:52.000The NIH spends more than $40 billion a year on medical experiments.
00:10:56.000They're the principal source of funding for basic scientific research in America.
00:11:01.000The institutes estimate that 47% of their grants involve animal testing.
00:11:07.000One of the whistleblowers in a major New York Times expose of animal abuse at the U.S. Meat Animal Research Center in Nebraska believes another reason for the animal-centric culture at NIH is its leadership, namely Fauci and Collins.
00:11:18.000Quote, people like Fauci and Collins really believe in that animal model.
00:11:22.000It's a huge impact having those two at the helm.
00:12:54.000But that's a little bit of a window into the lack of soul into Anthony Fauci.

00:15:32.000The commission tests involved injecting and force-feeding the puppies an experimental drug for several weeks before killing them and dissecting them.
00:15:41.000Fauci funded an experiment again in Tunisia, as we mentioned, where they had to have starved sand flies feast on them alive.
00:15:51.000The invoice to the NAID for the actual work was for ordectomy.
00:15:57.000Pordectomy, known as devocalization, involves slitting a dog's vocal cords in order to prevent them from barking, howling, or crying.
00:16:06.000Approximately 30% of all the promising medication have failed in human clinical trials because they are found to be toxic, despite promising preclinical trials and animal models.
00:16:18.000About 60% of the candidate drug fails due to lack of efficacy.
00:16:23.000The people who fund the torture of dogs should not be able to make medical decisions about your children.
00:16:31.000The people that have time and time again said that we want beagles' heads to be eaten alive by sand flies in Tunisia, which again is something out of some sort of James Bond movie.
00:16:47.000What does that say for the type of leader that we actually have in the federal health bureaucracy?
00:16:52.000What does that say actually for Fauci and for Francis Collins themselves?
00:17:00.000And now Fauci comes out and he says that he wants to have vaccines available for children than the first week or two of November.
00:17:07.000Some people are going to say these two things are unrelated.
00:17:15.000You need help and you need to go to jail.
00:17:18.000And now all of a sudden, if you continue to listen to anything Fauci says, and we know he's lied under Congress, we know he's lied about masks.

00:18:00.000There's this phenomenal quote by Mark Twain: the dog is a gentleman.

00:22:27.000Fauci's on the ropes, and we should not stop until Anthony Fauci is brought with criminal charges to see and actually have to experience justice.
00:22:43.000And just so you know, the type of person you're dealing with, yeah, he's a beagle torturer.
00:22:47.000And so here are the three things that Republicans need to run on in 2022.
00:22:56.000I get asked to endorse candidates all the time.
00:22:58.000I had five contact me this weekend: people running for the House, people running for the Senate.
00:23:04.000And I say, What are you going to do when you get there?
00:23:07.000They say, Oh, we're going to fight for lower taxes and stop socialism.
00:23:23.000There are three things, major things that Republicans need to do as soon as they take back the House of Representatives.
00:23:29.000And it's all involving information warfare.
00:23:34.000Republicans, first, when they take over the House of Representatives, need to do a special committee and commission immediately and investigate the origins of the virus, Fauci's involvement in the virus, AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Johnson and Johnson, Moderna, and BioNTech's involvement in the federal government, and have a church and pike committee-style investigation into where this virus came from, how it spread.
00:24:00.000When Republicans take back the House of Representatives, which they will, and we're on pace to, despite the best efforts of the propagandists and the media and the tech companies and the oligarchs, when the Republicans take back the House of Representatives, the worst thing that they could actually do, the worst thing that Republicans could do is act as if and tell their voters, like, oh, yeah, don't worry, we're going to be able to get all of these massive legislative goals done.

00:24:32.000And the House of Representatives needs to turn itself into a true investigative and check and balance body of the crimes that have been done against humanity.
00:24:42.000The biggest of which is the Chinese coronavirus.
00:24:44.000It has changed our life permanently, from the education of our children to the way we do elections, to how our economy is structured, the global supply chains, to the deterioration of our currency, not to mention the 700,000 people that have died from it.
00:24:59.000We deserve answers of where this virus came from.
00:25:02.000And Republicans need to be running on it.
00:25:04.000Instead, I get these leaflets and these flyers of people that reach out to me.
00:25:07.000Well, Charlie, I'm running for office that we can go fight in D.C. What does that look like?
00:25:25.000The first point of information that can be gathered is where did this virus come from?
00:25:32.000What was the United States' involvement in that?
00:25:35.000And basically, the entire first one of the three things that Republicans need to do when they go to Congress is they need to challenge, expose, and hold accountable the medical deep state.
00:25:49.000Why was ivermectin suppressed as a treatment from NIH and CDC?
00:25:53.000How about azithromycin, hydroxychloroquine?
00:25:56.000Why were monoclonal antibodies not allowed to be sent to Florida?
00:26:00.000We need a mandate of people going to Congress that are going to go find these answers.
00:26:12.000Not going to happen for a couple of years.
00:26:13.000We need people to go to D.C. to go abolish the Department of Education.
00:26:16.000Not going to happen, at least for many, many years.
00:26:19.000What will happen, though, is a new generation of freshman congressmen that say, okay, we're going to go get every piece of information imaginable.
00:27:02.000And there was one in the House and there was one in the Senate.
00:27:04.000They investigated the illegal activities by the Central Intelligence Agency, the FBI, and the NSA.
00:27:09.000We need a new, it was done by Senator Frank Church, and it was informally known as the Church Committee, and it had its own equivalent as the Pike Committee.
00:27:19.000The American people are so in the dark about the intelligence apparatus, spying on American citizens, the infiltration of groups, the spying on moms and dads showing up to school board meetings, enough.
00:27:30.000The second phase of that needs to be finding out conclusively what happened in the 2020 election.
00:27:37.000When Republicans go to Congress in 2022, they need a new committee to find out where did Zuckerberg's money go?
00:27:52.000Let's get them in front of Congress and find out the details and their involvement.
00:27:58.000They are admitting that there was a shadow campaign and a conspiracy.
00:28:01.000When Republicans go to Congress, they need to be honest with their voters.
00:28:05.000You're sending me to go get information about the coup, the cartel, and the collusion that existed that has now put all of these hardened, seasoned criminals in charge of our country.
00:28:17.000And the third thing, when Republicans get to Congress in 2022, is they need to get to the bottom of exactly what happened in Afghanistan, the arming of the Taliban, the $85 billion of weapons that we just kind of walked away from.
00:28:42.000What about the flow of weapons, the 13 Marines that were killed, the sacrificing and the forsaking of Bagram Air Base?
00:28:49.000All of these things are incredibly important to get answers for.
00:28:53.000As we kind of look at the mandate for House Republicans, if any of you out there know people running for office, you say, these are the three things you need to run on.
00:29:01.000This will encourage massive voter turnout.
00:29:05.000Because I know a lot of people say, Charlie, what's the point in voting?
00:29:11.000No, if people think that they're electing you and electing a new class of freshmen to go get answers, that's a completely different paradigm.
00:29:21.000That is a different mandate than anything we have seen in recent history.
00:29:28.000And so you take the first one, challenging the medical deep state.
00:29:32.000If that was just the only one they focused on, it would be historic.
00:29:41.000Because we have everything from funding of gain of function research to the NIH globetrotting around the planet, dishing out medical research grants for some of the most just stunningly callous and maniacal, vicious and cold-blooded beagle torturing experiments.
00:30:03.000And the medical deep state has now proven themselves to be one of the most powerful yet vulnerable government agencies.
00:30:11.000You see, NIH to Fauci to CDC, they are not prepared to be challenged by a new House Republican class that is seeking and searching for answers.
00:30:24.000That is willing to bring Francis Collins back in front of Congress and say, let's figure this out.
00:30:29.000How many times do you visit Wuhan, Francis Collins, under oath?
00:30:33.000Fauci, how many times have you visited Wuhan?
00:30:36.000We know you lied in front of Congress.
00:30:37.000And once the House of Representatives gets the power back in 2022, go send a criminal referral to the Department of Justice.
00:30:44.000Nothing might not happen out of it, but put Fauci on defense for lying under oath on May 11th, saying we've never funded gain of research from the NIH, when in reality, we know they have.
00:30:54.000And not only that, the NIH, very well, 99% sure, was the reason why this virus happened in the first place.
00:31:42.000The very least is we can shame him into what he did.
00:31:46.000The American people deserve verifiable proof and answers that Collins and Fauci and all those people, we need to know what they did.
00:31:54.000That if you lost a loved one to this virus, what if Fauci was the actual one that funded the creation of that virus?

00:32:05.000So those are the three things that Republicans need to run on in 2022, which don't hold your breath and said they're going to run on fighting socialism and lower taxes.

00:33:29.000And yeah, that power will corrupt you, will corrupt you so terribly that you try to become a mad scientist and torture beagles for medical research.

00:36:30.000It's heartbreaking to hear about the experiments done on animals and dogs, in particular this one with beagles where their vocal cords are cut out and they're silenced when they're going through this abuse and this drug testing.
00:36:43.000And then Cut 19, the news report continues that even more.
00:36:47.000Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace spearheading the bipartisan investigation into the explosive allegations, writing a letter saying in part, quote, the fact that the invoice to NIAD included a line item for cordectomy, as you are likely aware, a cordectomy, also known as devocalization, involves slitting a dog's vocal cords in order to prevent them from barking, howling, or crying.
00:37:10.000This cruel procedure, which is opposed with rare exemptions by the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Animal Hospital Association, and others too, seems to have been performed so that experimenters would not have to listen to the pain cries of the beagle puppies.
00:37:25.000This is a reprehensible misuse of taxpayer funds.
00:37:28.000But this is what happens when you have public health authorities that believe that they are the omniscient, omnipresent, transcendent authority over society.
00:37:41.000This is a normal pattern of behavior, especially when you have mad scientists that are not restrained by the moral guardrails that the rest of us just look at and say, wait, this is wrong.
00:37:53.000No, Fauci's on a mission, a pathological mission to control you and your family.
00:38:00.000And the only explanation of someone that could possibly do what he has been doing when it comes to beagles and dogs is you're dealing with somebody that is absent of any sort of morality at all whatsoever.
