00:02:56.000 This weekend was a big weekend for us.

00:02:58.000 We did two events in the great state of Michigan in Heartland, Michigan, in Saginaw, Michigan.

00:03:03.000 I was with Candace Owens at the Heartland, Michigan event, and then we ended in Saginaw, Michigan.

00:03:08.000 And then yesterday in the great state of Virginia, and today we're still here.

00:03:14.000 We are in Loudoun County, Virginia, everybody, the center of the American political universe.

00:03:18.000 We did a couple events, and we culminated last evening, I should say.

00:03:22.000 We had a crescendo at Pastor Gary Hamrick's Church, Cornerstone Church in Leesburg, Virginia.

00:03:29.000 And I kid you not, there were 2,500 people there last night.

00:03:34.000 Every single seat was filled as we talked about school boards.

00:03:38.000 We talked about involvement in local elections.

00:03:40.000 We talked about all sorts of things from a biblical perspective, from a conservative perspective.

00:03:45.000 It was one of the most amazing events we've ever done.

00:03:48.000 The energy, the enthusiasm was totally off the charts.

00:03:51.000 I had an opportunity yesterday at an event before that event with 2,500 people to talk some to talk to some of the moms and dads here in Loudoun County.

00:04:00.000 And I asked them, I said, how did this all get started?

00:04:04.000 And there were two people in particular, and I won't say their names on air, but they said that the more that they were attacked and blacklisted by the local Loudoun County School Board, the more it increased their resolve to get involved and to find out what was really happening at the Loudoun County School Board.

00:04:22.000 Now, just as kind of a refresher, those of you that don't know where Loudoun County is, it is in Northern Virginia, right outside of Washington, D.C.

00:04:29.000 It is the richest county in America.

00:04:32.000 Let me say that again.

00:04:33.000 Loudoun County is the richest county in America.

00:04:36.000 Now, many of you are saying, why?

00:04:37.000 What major companies are in Loudoun County, Virginia?

00:04:41.000 It's an interesting thing.

00:04:42.000 In the 1960s, the richest counties in America were around Detroit and Chicago.

00:04:47.000 Now the richest counties are around Washington, D.C. and San Francisco.

00:04:52.000 Back in the day, we used to make cars, manufacturing, transportation, infrastructure.

00:04:56.000 Well, in Washington, D.C. and the surrounding suburbs, people work for the government.

00:04:59.000 They're lobbyists.

00:05:00.000 They are beneficiaries of the albatross of you sending $3.5 trillion of your taxpayer dollars to D.C. every single year.

00:05:08.000 So Loudoun County, Virginia is the new Beverly Hills of America.

00:05:13.000 It's the place where people think they can live an upper-middle-class lifestyle.

00:05:17.000 And, you know, I'm looking out my window right here in Loudoun County, Virginia, and I count five construction cranes right here outside the window.

00:05:26.000 As far as the eye can see, there are construction cranes, new buildings being brought up.

00:05:32.000 It's almost they consider Loudoun County, Virginia to be the paradise of America.

00:05:36.000 Well, it's anything but that.

00:05:38.000 I actually not a fan of the ruling class's sandbox, which is what it's become.

00:05:44.000 But Loudoun County, Virginia was never a radical place.

00:05:47.000 It might have been a center-left place, might have been a place that always protected the capital flows of big government spending, might be a place that was very, let's say, loyal to the intelligence agencies, because not far from here is Langley, Virginia.

00:06:02.000 Not far from here is Federal Bureau of Investigation.

00:06:06.000 Not far from here is Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and all these major companies, Northrop Grumman.

00:06:13.000 And so it's understandable that this area in particular, that includes Reston, Virginia, Sterling, Herndon, Great Falls, Tysons, McLean.

00:06:23.000 Now, part of that might be Fairfax County.

00:06:25.000 So there's a barrier, but Loudoun County, which goes all the way up to Leesburg, was never radical before.

00:06:32.000 But then there was a takeover because of outside money that poured into local school board races that turned Loudoun County into the petri dish for implementing critical race theory, CRT, mask mandates, and all of the most radical agenda items you could possibly imagine.

00:06:48.000 Now, many conservative parents were concerned about this and spoke out against it, but there was not a consensus against it.

00:06:54.000 That is until the Fauci virus and the lockdowns that accompanied it.

00:06:58.000 Shutting down our country, kids coming home.

00:07:01.000 All of a sudden, parents were overhearing what their children were learning in their local school from their teachers.

00:07:09.000 And then the mask mandates, the vaccine mandates, and parents were like a pressure cooker.

00:07:14.000 They could not take it anymore.

00:07:16.000 In addition to CRT being taught, in addition to the transgender pronoun issue, in addition to the mask mandates, in addition to the deterioration of Loudoun County schools, the issue that is now turning Loudoun County into the most contentious local national issue that's local, but it's actually national was a father, a father who showed up to a school board meeting in May, who tried to testify, but was arrested.

00:07:44.000 His name was Scott Smith.

00:07:45.000 He was arrested by the local Loudoun County police for disorderly conduct.

00:07:49.000 And why was he there? 0.87

00:07:50.000 Scott Smith was there to try to tell the school board that their transgender bathroom policy resulted in the rape of his daughter. 0.91

00:07:58.000 Instead, he was arrested.

00:08:01.000 And the National School Board Association of America, that was able to get Merrick Garland from the Department of Justice, alongside the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Homeland Security, to spy on and use the Patriot Act against Americans, they listed that father, Scott Smith, as a potential domestic terrorist, worthy of federal surveillance, worthy of the criminality from the federal government. 0.98

00:08:26.000 And now it has come out that Loudoun County, they knew that his daughter was raped, and then they sent the rapist, the man who is mentally challenged and mentally ill, unfortunately. 0.93

00:08:38.000 I say that not trivially. 0.99

00:08:40.000 He needs help.

00:08:41.000 But instead of keeping him on house arrest after the rape, they sent him to another Loudoun County school where he did it again.

00:08:48.000 And just breaking a couple days ago, in Loudoun County, a Loudoun County official has now resigned from the school board.

00:08:58.000 In Loudoun County, one of the school board members who was intimately involved in all this resigned.

00:09:05.000 Last name, Bart, it says here in a local story, Loudoun Now, school board member Beth Barts tendered her resignation effective November 2nd, including the turmoil in an attempt to remove her from office after the sexual assault scandal. 0.93

00:09:20.000 And it is a scandal.

00:09:22.000 She said, this is not an easy decision or one made in haste.

00:09:24.000 After much thought and careful consideration, it's the right decision for me and my family.

00:09:28.000 You must investigate her.

00:09:30.000 I bet she knew all about this.

00:09:31.000 I bet she was the one that was arranging for this man who thought he was a woman who was criminally and seriously raping girls in Loudoun County schools to be transferred. 1.00

00:09:41.000 But I could tell you last night, I have never seen such incredible intensity, such energy, and commitment from just normal people that were never involved in politics as I saw yesterday in Loudoun County, Virginia.

00:09:53.000 What I saw in Loudoun County, Virginia at the church event and our private gatherings, we did a pastor's roundtable.

00:09:58.000 We did all sorts of things was regular moms and dads, people that had never been involved in any of these fights before, saying, I don't care what you take from me.

00:10:06.000 Our children are the line you will not cross.

00:10:09.000 And for all of you listening across the country, I want you to hear this very clearly.

00:10:13.000 You need to rise up like the Loudoun County parents did as well.

00:10:16.000 These people are heroes.

00:10:17.000 And what's so amazing is I asked them privately, I said, well, haven't you paid a price for this?

00:10:21.000 They said, of course we have.

00:10:22.000 We've lost all of our friends, but we've made new ones.

00:10:25.000 Our kids have been singled out and blacklisted, but they don't care.

00:10:28.000 We are fighting and contesting for truth.

00:10:30.000 We are now a new type of activist.

00:10:33.000 The more they throw at us, the stronger we become.

00:10:37.000 I saw it firsthand, everybody, in Loudoun County, Virginia.

00:10:40.000 Now, this is actually leading nicely into the Virginia governor's race.

00:10:45.000 And that's where I want to lead this.

00:10:46.000 I asked them, I said, do you think that Youngkin can beat McAuliffe in the Virginia governor's race?

00:10:52.000 Everyone said, oh, yes.

00:10:53.000 Loudoun County would traditionally be a heavily Democrat county.

00:10:57.000 It's now closer to a 50-50 county.

00:10:59.000 And I said, what's the number one issue?

00:11:00.000 They said, schools.

00:11:01.000 People move into Loudoun County for schools.

00:11:03.000 People move into here for good schools.

00:11:05.000 And they are seeing the betrayal, the deceit, the treachery, the arrogance from the Loudoun County School District, the radicalism, and the outright attack and onslaught against parents in Loudoun County.

00:11:18.000 And because of that, Democrats are on the run.

00:11:21.000 And we're going to talk about the Virginia governor's race that's coming up in just a couple of weeks and how that might be a bellwether, maybe even a harbinger for things to come.

00:11:33.000 I've been telling you guys about Relief Factor for quite some time.

00:11:36.000 And truth is, I know millions of people are, in fact, 100 million people are in some kind of pain.

00:11:40.000 Look, producer Andrew, he couldn't walk. 0.85

00:11:42.000 He was a hobbled individual.

00:11:44.000 He was bedridden in his chair, complaining all the time.

00:11:48.000 And then all of a sudden we got this call from Relief Factor.

00:11:51.000 They said, hey, we want to partner with your show.

00:11:53.000 We're going to send you some Relief Factor.

00:11:54.000 Producer Andrew got it.

00:11:56.000 He took it.

00:11:56.000 Got a little bit better.

00:11:57.000 Took some more.

00:11:58.000 Got a little bit better.

00:11:59.000 Next thing you know, he's doing the Fallsberry flop like you wouldn't believe.

00:12:02.000 In fact, he might be training for an Ironman.

00:12:06.000 It's pretty incredible.

00:12:07.000 Now, he says it's thanks to Relief Factor.

00:12:09.000 I ask him all the time, Relief Factor?

00:12:10.000 It says relieffactor.com, 100% drug-free supplement.

00:12:13.000 You can get it for less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day.

00:12:15.000 So go to relieffactor.com, and I'm suggesting you order their three-week quick start to see if we can get you out of pain.

00:12:21.000 And then after that, it's less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day to stay out of pain.

00:12:24.000 Go to relieffactor.com.

00:12:26.000 That is relieffactor.com.

00:12:28.000 I'm telling you, a lot of people are in pain.

00:12:29.000 It's 100% drug-free.

00:12:30.000 Don't go to opioids.

00:12:32.000 Don't go to these other things.

00:12:33.000 Check it out at relieffactor.com.

00:12:38.000 Virginia, which is now being called a blue state.

00:12:43.000 How long is it going to be blue?

00:12:45.000 Or is it going to stay that way?

00:12:46.000 Again, the counties around Washington, D.C. are reliably blue for a variety of different reasons.

00:12:53.000 The first reason, of course, is its proximity to the power center, to the kingdom of Washington, D.C.

00:12:58.000 The second is the amount of universities that are in Northern Virginia, which is extraordinary if you look at the amount of universities in D.C. and Virginia.

00:13:06.000 The third of which is, of course, the fact that a lot of first-generation low-wage worker immigrants move to Northern Virginia to be able to make the life of luxury possible for so many people that live in Northern Virginia.

00:13:23.000 And many, many of the refugee resettlement programs and the immigration, the mass immigration programs come to Northern Virginia, which has resulted in a totally different political type atmosphere to win an election in Virginia. 0.57

00:13:41.000 And so Virginia Democrats have been able to win reliably by running up the score in Northern Virginia, being able to win in Richmond and win on the Virginia coast.

00:13:51.000 The rest of Virginia is very conservative, by the way.

00:13:53.000 Lynchburg is very conservative.

00:13:55.000 Blacksburg isn't because of Virginia Tech.

00:13:58.000 But Virginia used to be a very conservative state.

00:14:02.000 Charlottesville is obviously not very conservative because of the University of Virginia.

00:14:06.000 Blacksburg is Virginia Tech.

00:14:07.000 Charlottesville is University of Virginia.

00:14:09.000 Lynchburg is Liberty University, which is actually a pretty conservative area.

00:14:13.000 Richmond is a very, very Democrat area.

00:14:16.000 And so Virginia seemed dead on arrival for years.

00:14:18.000 There have been great candidates before running for governor as Republicans, and they always get disappointed.

00:14:24.000 And of course, the current governor of Virginia is Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia.

00:14:31.000 And he won against a pretty good candidate.

00:14:34.000 Who was the Republican candidate in 2017?

00:14:36.000 I can't remember. 0.84

00:14:37.000 Virginia is goofy.

00:14:38.000 Virginia has elections in off years for their statewide elected officials. 0.77

00:14:43.000 So 2017, 2021, 2013, they do it every four years.

00:14:47.000 And then coming up in a couple of weeks is the Virginia governor's race.

00:14:50.000 And Democrat operatives all across the country, they are going to full core press.

00:14:54.000 They are trying to California recall the Virginia race.

00:14:57.000 They're going all in.

00:14:58.000 They're raising money.

00:14:59.000 They're bringing in surrogates.

00:15:00.000 So Terry McAuliffe, who is the corrupt Clinton surrogate and wants to be governor of Virginia, I think, again, he was governor once, right?

00:15:10.000 Years ago.

00:15:11.000 He says, look, yesterday I had Jill Biden here.

00:15:14.000 I've had Stacey Abrams. 0.91

00:15:15.000 Now, let me just say this.

00:15:16.000 What constituency gets excited about having Stacey Abrams? 0.88

00:15:21.000 I've got Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms. 0.77

00:15:24.000 Oh, I see the type.

00:15:25.000 He's building a constituency on how to fraudulently steal elections.

00:15:30.000 That's who he's bringing in.

00:15:31.000 President Obama and, of course, Joe Biden.

00:15:34.000 Play cut one of Terry McCaul of saying that, look, I have like the Fab Five coming in to help me out.

00:15:40.000 If Virginia was comfortably Democrat, why are they bringing in all these surrogates?

00:15:44.000 Play tape.

00:15:45.000 But it just reminded everybody of the stakes of this election.

00:15:47.000 We don't want a Donald Trump wannabe.

00:15:50.000 He wants to ban abortions, Jim.

00:15:51.000 And now with the Trump Supreme Court, this is a rally.

00:15:55.000 Abortion is gone in Texas.

00:15:56.000 Glenn Young wants to bring that to Virginia.

00:15:59.000 He wants, he said, top of his agenda will be the voting rights laws in Georgia.

00:16:04.000 He wants to bring them here to Virginia.

00:16:06.000 So yesterday I had Dr. Jill Biden here.

00:16:09.000 I've got Stacey Abrams here. 0.66

00:16:10.000 I got Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms. 0.80

00:16:13.000 I have President Obama coming in on Saturday.

00:16:16.000 The President of the United States will be here the week after.

00:16:18.000 We got everybody here and the vice president Kamala Harris.

00:16:22.000 Yeah, they got everybody.

00:16:23.000 But this weekend, Kamala Harris did a video that violated nonprofit rules where she went to 300 black churches and said, go vote for Terry McAuliffe. 1.00

00:16:34.000 And they have to allow equal footing if it's for a campaign event.

00:16:37.000 Now, if Kamala Harris was just speaking in her official elected capacity, if she was just speaking about, you know, how the southern border is wide open and how we arm the Taliban, if she was speaking about how Joe Biden falls asleep during cabinet meetings and how Hunter Biden is corrupt and how she's trying to navigate that, if she was talking about her personal capacity, then that's no problem.

00:16:57.000 But instead, Kamala Harris speaking to all of the black churches, she was making a direct campaign push directly against IRS guidance on nonprofits, play cut three. 1.00

00:17:09.000 One of the most significant ways I believe that we can each use our voice is through our vote.

00:17:15.000 So Virginians, you have the opportunity now to raise your voice through your vote because it's election time.

00:17:22.000 As you know, this is an important election coming up on Tuesday, November 2nd.

00:17:28.000 And early voting is already underway.

00:17:31.000 I believe that my friend Terry McAuloff is the leader Virginia needs at this moment.

00:17:37.000 See, as soon as she endorsed the candidate, that explicitly all of a sudden made it a campaign pitch. 0.99

00:17:44.000 Now, you know, we had Turning Point USA, when we had President Trump, it was very focused on him as an elected official. 0.61

00:17:51.000 But all of a sudden, you go into 300 black churches and they say, and she says, no, this is the exact campaign pitch that we want. 0.69

00:18:00.000 Don't hold your breath. 0.96

00:18:01.000 She won't be held accountable for that.

00:18:02.000 But that's the level that Democrats have to go to to try to keep Virginia blue. 1.00

00:18:08.000 Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council?

00:20:34.000 Loudoun County, Virginia, yesterday, I could tell you that parents getting involved in school board elections are now having a profound effect on statewide and federal elections.

00:20:43.000 And people are starting to take notice of this.

00:20:46.000 Cut 11, the massive increase in parents from in school board races, local government, has federal implications on school boards and how it will affect the 2022 midterms.

00:20:57.000 And new data coming out shows that things are not just bad for Democrats.

00:21:03.000 Things are not just going in the wrong direction.

00:21:06.000 Things are worse than they could have ever possibly imagined.

00:21:10.000 Play Cut 11.

00:21:12.000 Meanwhile, suburban parents frustrated with COVID-19 restrictions and curriculum problems, they're going to be, they have become far more active in local politics and seem only further inspired by the Justice Department's decision to intervene in school board parent disputes.

00:21:27.000 Now, tomorrow night, Republican Glenn Yunkin, as you're seeing there, he's going to make a major announcement.

00:21:32.000 He says he's going to highlight some of these issues with the federal government, getting involved with schools.

00:21:36.000 And we will be there tomorrow as he brings out a plan that he says will combat all of that.

00:21:42.000 The question, though, remains: will parent enthusiasm overall translate into voter turnout?

00:21:48.000 If so, that could have major implications for how midterm campaigns will be run nationwide.

00:21:52.000 Dana?

00:21:53.000 And it will have major energy.

00:21:54.000 But CNN.com, a woman by the name of Ruth Ben-Guillot or JAT, JIT, whatever, a frequent contributor to CNN, writes one of the most incredible pieces.

00:22:09.000 And this was written on my birthday a couple of days ago.

00:22:11.000 I just missed it.

00:22:12.000 Sometimes these pieces take a couple of days to kind of gain traction because no one reads it.

00:22:15.000 And then someone smart says, wait a second, did they really publish that?

00:22:20.000 CNN.com, parental control of children is a smokescreen for right-wing activists.

00:22:28.000 Ruth Benjit, a frequent contributor to CNN Opinion, is also a professor of history and Italian studies at NY University.

00:22:38.000 Oh, so she's a professor who gets to control your children, but you don't get to control your own children. 1.00

00:22:44.000 Got it.

00:22:46.000 She writes here, she says, school drop-offs used to be a happy occasion, a time for children to reunite with their friends and their parents and caregivers to socialize.

00:22:56.000 For a growing number of Americans, that's no longer the case.

00:23:01.000 She writes here in this piece, she said, she goes in to say that the supposed advocates for education freedom show their hand.

00:23:12.000 Arguments like those repeated by Kimberly Fletcher, who we've had on our program, have little to do with child welfare, but they have everything to do with right-wing efforts to discredit the Biden administration by depicting it as bringing socialist tyranny to America and labeling Democrats as degenerates to exploit children.

00:23:29.000 I wouldn't use that particular word choice, but we're in the ballpark.

00:23:34.000 And then she says, that's also a central tenet of QAnon conspiracy theories.

00:23:38.000 Right.

00:23:39.000 Says the woman who wrote a whole book on Mussolini strong men.

00:23:44.000 Concern for children in this context, just a smokescreen for right-wing activists with far greater ambitions.

00:23:49.000 Calls by Fletcher and many others for a mass exodus from public schools, by the way, it is already happening, with the excuse of opposing vaccine and mask mandates, aligned with the ideal of divesting from civic space of democracy altogether.

00:24:01.000 You hear that?

00:24:01.000 You homeschool your kids, you hate the country.

00:24:05.000 Ruth Ben Giott continues by saying, They also further the cause of privatizing American education, a pet project of Trump's education secretary, Betsy DeVos.

00:24:14.000 What's at risk?

00:24:16.000 And then it says, and they have some hyperlink here that's unrelated.

00:24:20.000 Moreover, the idea, this is the most amazing thing, the idea of parental rights.

00:24:24.000 You hear that?

00:24:26.000 If you're listening to this as a parent, she says just the idea of parental rights, it's really advocated by anti-vaccine militants and their white Christian evangelical allies.

00:24:36.000 That's right, we hate those people, right?

00:24:38.000 Also becomes a way to justify censorship of ideas you don't like, such as the centrality of slavery in America's development, not true, and the costs of institutionalized racism doesn't exist.

00:24:49.000 It's not surprising that the former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo wants the private realm to take control of public school curricula.

00:24:56.000 Quote, I think parents should decide what their children are taught in schools.

00:25:00.000 That's it.

00:25:00.000 That's what she's attacking.

00:25:03.000 The professor at NYU is telling you that he's a conspiracy theorist because he says, quote, I think parents should decide what their children are taught in schools.

00:25:13.000 His stance reinforcing the rights disdain, get this, for expertise.

00:25:20.000 We hate expertise because we want parents to be in control of their parents' kids' education.

00:25:26.000 Nor is it unexpected that Glenn Young, who is running for Virginia governor against Harry McAuliffe, who cites parent rights along with opposition to critical race theory and transgender ideology as part of his ideas for school reform.

00:25:37.000 If Junkin truly cared about public schools, his campaign wouldn't be pushing for parents to pull their kids out of STEM.

00:25:43.000 If he truly cared about child health and safety, he wouldn't be opposing masks and vaccine mandates.

00:25:46.000 You hear that?

00:25:47.000 The only way to truly care for your children is to worship the state.

00:25:52.000 This here, this piece of provider, we'll publish this at charliekirk.com.

00:25:56.000 It's an extraordinary article where this is actually what they believe.

00:26:01.000 Now, listen to this.

00:26:02.000 When illiberal forces are on the march, the education system is always in their sights.

00:26:08.000 The brutal rejection by activist parents of differences of opinion and the spread of practices of harassment meant to frighten others into silence.

00:26:15.000 Hold on a second.

00:26:17.000 What's her name again?

00:26:18.000 Ruth Ben Giott.

00:26:19.000 Why don't you come to Burlington, Vermont today, and you tell me which side is tolerant, which side isn't?

00:26:24.000 Let me tell you what we have to do at the University of Vermont.

00:26:27.000 So we're heading to the University of Vermont in momentarily after the show.

00:26:31.000 We're heading up there.

00:26:34.000 We're not able to publicize the address where we're having the event tonight to the last minute because the students that probably are your students, Ben Giott, they protested our original location and demanded cancellation with violent intent that the hotel pulled their contract.

00:26:52.000 We have to come in with platoons of security because of the threats against us.

00:26:58.000 There is a march happening in Burlington starting this afternoon, specifically designed towards me in Turning Point USA.

00:27:04.000 By the way, I couldn't care less.

00:27:05.000 Bring it on.

00:27:07.000 And if you see these people protesting, it's a joke.

00:27:11.000 Okay?

00:27:12.000 And I hope that they get their life together, but going to the University of Vermont won't be.

00:27:16.000 Who are the illiberal forces on the march?

00:27:19.000 Is the illiberal force Charlie Kirk and Turning Point USA coming to Burlington, Vermont, trying to have free speech?

00:27:24.000 Or is the illiberal force the low testosterone, confused, androgynous people that walk the streets of Burlington with sticks trying to find me and beat us up in the streets, of which would be a very hilarious thing to witness?

00:27:39.000 Which are the illiberal forces?

00:27:41.000 No, she accuses us of being illiberal force to say, hey, we don't want our children to be taught to hate themselves and hate other people based on their skin color.

00:27:49.000 You're illiberal.

00:27:51.000 She says this models the kind of authoritarian culture the right is trying to install.

00:27:56.000 Town by town, schoolboard by school board.

00:27:58.000 Okay, so we're the authoritarians when they're the ones.

00:28:00.000 Let me read this actually.

00:28:01.000 Let me read to you what we're about to see at University of Vermont.

00:28:04.000 And by the way, I'm not complaining.

00:28:05.000 I think this is hilarious and delightful.

00:28:06.000 We live for this stuff.

00:28:09.000 And that's what they don't understand, that they think that they're going to be like, oh, we're going to derail Charlie Kirk from coming to University of Vermont.

00:28:14.000 It says here, Turning Point USA not welcome in Burlington.

00:28:18.000 It says this, that the other, it says this, that we must cancel hate speech.

00:28:23.000 We must counter protest the racist speaker Charlie Kirk.

00:28:26.000 We'll be meeting at the Howe Library at 5 p.m. to prepare.

00:28:29.000 Turning Point USA has spinelessly hid the new location for the event after the first venue refused to harbor a fascist.

00:28:35.000 Wait, hold on a second.

00:28:36.000 We're fascists because you're the ones that canceled our event at the original location.

00:28:40.000 They'll be announcing the new venue on the day of over email.

00:28:43.000 So use the link to reserve a ticket or 10, meaning they're going to try to fraudulently try to manipulate the ticketing process at our event to try to throw off our seating capacity.

00:28:53.000 Also, RSDP for our counter protest with Google form below.

00:28:57.000 Yeah, nothing says fighting the man like using Google, young Democrat socialist of Vermont.

00:29:02.000 What's next?

00:29:03.000 You guys are going to all get internships at Goldman Sachs?

00:29:05.000 Fight the power.

00:29:06.000 Goldman Sachs forever.

00:29:10.000 Yes, but according to Ruth Ben Giat, I can't get that right.

00:29:14.000 How do you say that name?

00:29:15.000 Yeah, it's a toughie.

00:29:17.000 I mean, no offense by this.

00:29:18.000 This is great, though.

00:29:19.000 She says this.

00:29:21.000 She says, one way to push back is to populate school boards with individuals who care about pluralism, democracy, and public health.

00:29:29.000 School boards, quote, play a foundational role in determining the kinds of citizens that kids ultimately become.

00:29:34.000 The way that they are treated in school cultivates the kind of people they want to grow up to be.

00:29:38.000 Says Amanda Lippmann, executive director of co-founder of Run for Something, which recruits and mentors candidates for local offices.

00:29:45.000 The professor continues by saying, however, we choose to be involved, parents can set an example by standing up for democracy, respect for others, and protection of the health of our children.

00:29:54.000 For it's the next generation that will bear the burden if we don't act now. 0.77

00:29:57.000 I cannot believe this garbage was allowed to be published, not even because of the bad ideas. 0.97

00:30:01.000 She didn't make an argument in the entire piece. 0.99

00:30:03.000 That's what's so extraordinary about it.

00:30:05.000 She didn't make a point.

00:30:07.000 Her point was they are queuing on conspiracy anti-mask mandates.

00:30:11.000 Give me the power as the professor at NYU.

00:30:14.000 How they write?

00:30:15.000 Every 10th word is a CNN New York Times buzzword.

00:30:19.000 Let me show.

00:30:20.000 When illiberal forces are on the march, the brutal rejection, the spread of authoritarian culture, the threat to our democracy.

00:30:29.000 It's like every 10th time, it's like a phrase that you just plug it in, right?

00:30:33.000 Anti-vaccine, anti-mask.

00:30:36.000 There's no deep thinking happening anymore. 0.99

00:30:38.000 This woman who's a professor at NYU, she's a shill. 1.00

00:30:42.000 She's a play actor. 0.61

00:30:43.000 She's hired to do what she's supposed to do, which is repeat the party line. 1.00

00:30:48.000 But here's the point that I want to complete all this together.

00:30:51.000 They are in a death spiral politically because moms and dads are not taking this anymore. 0.63

00:30:57.000 They are rejecting the Apple News notifications that are calling them conspiracy theorists and domestic terrorists.

00:31:02.000 It is a hologram of grievance.

00:31:06.000 And now we are starting to see the American political discourse or the American political foundation completely change.

00:31:17.000 There has been a tectonic shift where all of a sudden, the suburban moms and dads that might not have loved Donald Trump, they realize that the threat to their children and the country is the left.

00:31:28.000 And I was at this event yesterday, and I met with probably 50 moms and dads before the church event in Loudoun County.

00:31:35.000 I asked them, I said, what do you think of Donald Trump?

00:31:36.000 They said, yeah, you know, I didn't vote for Trump.

00:31:39.000 I said, I'm a conservative.

00:31:40.000 I just couldn't do it. 1.00

00:31:41.000 But I can't stand what they are doing to our children and masking them, mandating vaccines, CRT, the transgender stuff. 1.00

00:31:48.000 I said, wait a second. 1.00

00:31:49.000 So you are now involved in conservative politics, but you were not a Trump fan.

00:31:54.000 And by the way, it's not like they're a moderate Liz Cheney type.

00:31:56.000 These people are more based than I am.

00:31:58.000 I mean, they are ready.

00:31:59.000 They're ready to take things over.

00:32:01.000 And also, I want to say they said they wish they had Trump as president.

00:32:05.000 Now, that's not the point.

00:32:06.000 The point is that they are now in a position where a new type of activist has been activated.

00:32:15.000 And the smoke and mirrors, the hologram, the mirage of the regime is fading.

00:32:21.000 And real people are starting to take back their government.

00:32:24.000 And what's their best response?

00:32:25.000 These articles from CNN.

00:32:26.000 Parental control is a smokescreen for right-wing activists.

00:32:31.000 No.

00:32:33.000 Your control, state control, is a smokescreen for your capacity to dominate American life.

00:32:40.000 And people aren't buying it anymore.

00:32:45.000 Internet privacy is extremely important.

00:32:47.000 New news out shows that Google has been colluding with the federal government to hand over your data.

00:32:55.000 If you might have searched something wrong into the search bar.

00:32:58.000 So what are you doing to protect your search history?

00:33:01.000 Well, this is why you need ExpressVPN.

00:33:04.000 Using the internet without ExpressVPN is like going to the bathroom and not closing the door.

00:33:10.000 It's in fact even worse than that.

00:33:11.000 It's inviting someone to the bathroom, which is really weird and creepy.

00:33:14.000 Internet service providers know every single website you visit.

00:33:18.000 ISPs can sell this data and information to ad companies and tech giants who then use your data to target you.

00:33:26.000 ExpressVPN creates a secure, encrypted tunnel between your device and the internet.

00:33:31.000 So your online activity cannot be seen by anyone.

00:33:35.000 It's as easy as closing the bathroom door and fire up the app and click one button.

00:33:39.000 I use it on all my devices.

00:33:40.000 Every device, I have those beautiful three letters with a rectangle around it.

00:33:45.000 It's rated number one by CNET and tech radar.

00:33:49.000 Here's the cool thing: it works on phones, laptops, and even routers.

00:33:53.000 So everyone who shares your Wi-Fi can be protected.

00:33:57.000 Here's the thing: I have it on my iPhone.

00:33:59.000 I have it on my iPad.

00:34:00.000 I have it on my computer.

00:34:02.000 ExpressVPN for me has been a game changer to be able to know that the tech companies or the government, they have to go through a whole nother barrier to try to spy on us.

00:34:13.000 And we see with the new announcements out of DC.

00:34:16.000 If you spoke at a school board meeting lately, you better get a VPN.

00:34:19.000 Secure your online activity by visiting expressvpn.com/slash Charlie today.

00:34:24.000 That's exp-r-e-s-s-v-p-n.com/slash charlie.

00:34:28.000 It's extremely important to anonymize your online activity.

00:34:32.000 Expressvpn.com/slash Charlie.

00:34:39.000 I can now say conclusively that the school board movement is as powerful, if not more powerful, than the Tea Party in 2010.

00:34:49.000 This is the new Tea Party movement, and there is no suppressing it.

00:34:53.000 This is why Merrick Darland sent out his letter to try and chill the speech of moms and dads.

00:35:01.000 And I asked them yesterday, I said, Are you intimidated by that?

00:35:03.000 They say, no way.

00:35:05.000 They said, we are not going to be intimidated by our own government trying to chill our speech.

00:35:13.000 A new report from openthebooks.com, my friend Adam Njievski says, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland, son-in-law's firm, Panorama.

00:35:21.000 Remember, we talked about how his son-in-law and his family is benefiting financially significantly off of critical race theory and implementing into school boards.

00:35:30.000 And Merrick Garland, with a conflict of interest, is now deploying the shock troop Praetorian Guard to go after moms and dads that are challenging the capital flows into the pockets of the Garland family.

00:35:39.000 Well, to what extent is it?

00:35:40.000 Well, openthebooks.com has found $27 million in payments from states, school districts, and local boards of education to Panorama across 21 states between the years 2017 and 2020, including the New York City of Department of Education, those of you listening on WABC, Dallas Independent School District, Seattle School District, District of Columbia, and San Francisco Unified Schools.

00:36:03.000 It also shows that Panorama has contracts of Texas, Michigan, Florida, Indiana, Rhode Island, Oregon, Iowa, Utah, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Georgia, New Mexico, Illinois, Wyoming, California, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maine, Virginia, and Ohio.

00:36:19.000 And so the Attorney General of the United States is threatening moms and dads showing up to school board meetings while his family, his family's company, has contracts with 23,000 public schools and received over $27 million in payments.

00:36:36.000 That is the definition of a conflict of interest.

00:36:39.000 That they receive $27 million in payments from states, school districts, and local boards of education.

00:36:46.000 Merrick Garland did this for a variety of reasons.

00:36:48.000 He did this for two major reasons.

00:36:50.000 For the payments for his family, and also, number two, to try to stop the Tea Party movement that was bubbling up in real time.

00:36:58.000 The reason they are trying to chill speech is they know what happened after the Tea Party movement in 2010.

00:37:03.000 One of the most dramatic shifts and swings of power from Democrat to Republican when Obama had unified government, House, Senate, presidency.

00:37:11.000 Republicans took back the House of Representatives in a record and historic fashion.

00:37:17.000 And Republicans are poised to do that again coming into 2022.

00:37:21.000 How bad is it for Democrats?

00:37:23.000 Real clear politics.

00:37:24.000 If the polls are right, Democrats are doomed.

00:37:27.000 If they're wrong, it's worse.

00:37:30.000 The standing with the parties of the voter with parties at this time isn't in doubt.

00:37:34.000 It's awful.

00:37:35.000 Biden's average job approval rating in July was 52%.

00:37:41.000 Now it's 43.3%.

00:37:43.000 His approval rating in Gallup has dropped 13 points since June, six points in the last month.

00:37:49.000 The latest Quinni Piak poll has Biden's approval rating, approval disapproval at 38 approval, 53 disapproval.

00:37:57.000 The latest morning council political findings from last week show Biden's approval rating underwater across the board at 45% approval rating and 40% on the economy, 44% on healthcare, 40% on national security, 33% on immigration, 36% on foreign policy.
