00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today on the Charlie Kirk show, the borders are wide open.
00:00:03.000 Texas can do something about it.
00:00:04.000 And we go through in great detail how border states could secure the border, regardless what the federal government says, regardless what this regime says.
00:00:14.000 And why aren't they?
00:00:16.000 Well, I think people are starting to wake up.
00:00:17.000 I think we're getting in the right direction.
00:00:19.000 But this is a really important topic because it goes back to a theme of this show, the willingness to act in a time of crisis.
00:00:26.000 That is why we love Churchill on this podcast.
00:00:28.000 This is why we love Lincoln on this podcast.
00:00:31.000 These are great men who stood up with the willingness to act when it became difficult.

00:01:14.000 I almost forgot.
00:01:15.000 Get involved with Turning Point USA, everybody.
00:01:16.000 TPUSA.com, where Turning Point USA plays offense with a sense of urgency to win the American Culture War, educational cultural organization to impact the future of America.
00:01:24.000 Okay, buckle up, everybody.
00:01:26.000 Here we go.
00:01:27.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:29.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:01:31.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:34.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:38.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:39.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:40.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:01:41.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:48.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:57.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:59.000 Hey, everybody.
00:02:00.000 This episode is brought to you by my friends at ExpressVPN.

00:02:17.000 Help our show out by also helping yourself protect yourself.
00:02:21.000 Expressvpn.com slash Charlie.
00:02:26.000 We have an action-packed show for you today.
00:02:29.000 A lot to get into.
00:02:31.000 As many of you have been worried, the current policies from the Biden regime are going to make America a third world country.
00:02:38.000 But don't worry, everybody, we are bringing the third world here.
00:02:41.000 In fact, right on the southern border in Del Rio, Texas, in quite honestly, a rapid period of time, we now have what would only possibly be explained as a refugee camp somewhere out of Syria or Somalia in our own country in Del Rio, Texas.
00:03:03.000 Now, Del Rio, Texas is right across the border from Mexico.
00:03:07.000 Mexico has no desire or interest to actually secure the southern border on their side, unlike under President Trump, who actually negotiated a deal and threatened tariffs.
00:03:17.000 And as soon as President Trump threatened a 5% tariff, Mexico came straight to the table and they started to try to secure the southern border.
00:03:25.000 Now, we have manufactured mayhem right now in Del Rio, Texas.
00:03:29.000 And the only reason we know anything about it is thanks to Fox News and one drone that flew until the FAA came in and said the drone no longer has permission to fly there.
00:03:43.000 And even despite the fact we have an open-air refugee camp on the southern border, the New York Times refuses to cover this.
00:03:52.000 The New York, the front page of the New York Times, the alleged paper of record, all the news that's fits to print, Pravda says.
00:04:00.000 Front page of the New York Times says, Manhattan is buoyed as Google buys a building for $2.1 billion.
00:04:08.000 New York Times also says Trump campaign new vote case was groundless.
00:04:13.000 This is what the New York Times is covering today, the paper of record.
00:04:17.000 They're also covering Biden's speech at the United Nations, which we will cover a little bit.
00:04:23.000 There's not that much there to cover, as he read from a teleprompter.
00:04:26.000 Instead, we're going to cover the imminent invasion happening in our country.
00:04:32.000 We already have had 1.8 million people illegally cross into our country this year.
00:04:37.000 1.8 million.
00:04:39.000 Cutting in line, border jumping, breaking the law.
00:04:43.000 These are criminals, and they should be treated as criminals.
00:04:47.000 This is designed disorder by the Biden regime.
00:04:51.000 And only thanks to Fox News stumbling across this and publicizing it, do we even know this is happening?
00:05:00.000 And in some of the coverage on Tucker Carlson's wonderful show, there was something that was said that I think was quite revealing.
00:05:10.000 Something that I think exposed how this could actually be solved.
00:05:16.000 That many people are upset that the southern border is wide open, but we feel powerless.
00:05:22.000 We feel helpless.
00:05:24.000 In fact, we are told that unless the Biden regime steps up and does something, there's nothing we can do.
00:05:32.000 I want to play a tape, though, from Tucker's show last night, where all of a sudden Bill Melusian said, either on accident or on purpose, that there is a way that this could all be solved.
00:05:46.000 That actually Republican states have the ability to solve this if they wanted to.
00:05:51.000 Put Majorca aside, put the Biden bashing aside.
00:05:55.000 I'm kind of tired of that, aren't you?
00:05:57.000 I'm fatigued with governors going on cable television and saying, Biden regime is terrible and we need, okay, enough of that, okay?
00:06:05.000 Do something about it.
00:06:07.000 And in fact, Texas showed that you can do something about it.
00:06:11.000 If it gets so bad, it seemed as if local government stepped up and they secured the border.
00:06:19.000 They created almost a perimeter around the Haitian criminal camp of border jumpers that have tried to come into our country.
00:06:27.000 Now, some people in the media are saying, well, these are refugees.
00:06:31.000 No, they are not.
00:06:32.000 A refugee is someone who comes from a war-torn country that is facing imminent death or their neighborhood or their home has been bombed and obliterated to smithereens.
00:06:43.000 We are in our hemisphere.
00:06:45.000 There's no such country that qualifies as a refugee country in the traditional definition.
00:06:52.000 Instead, these are economic migrants.
00:06:55.000 These are people that are willing to break international law, willing to break American law to try to get a higher income.
00:07:05.000 We've already asked the question: how did these people get from Port-au-Prince Haiti from the island of Hispaniola?
00:07:11.000 If you look at the geography of where Hispaniola is, it is east of Cuba.
00:07:16.000 Who's paying for this?
00:07:18.000 Don't you think this would be a good use of time for the Central Intelligence Agency or the Federal Bureau of Investigation to maybe open an investigation and saying, hey, where's the money supply behind this?
00:07:29.000 Instead, at the rally back on Saturday, it seems as if we had more journalists and federal agents than we did actually even coming to the rally on Saturday with 100 people.
00:07:40.000 Wouldn't some federal resources looking into this be helpful?
00:07:44.000 But that's not going to happen, and we know it.
00:07:47.000 But this one tape and this short segment shows all of a sudden that the states do have the power.
00:07:55.000 I read an article this morning where it says, Republican governors write a letter to Joe Biden to demand enough.
00:08:03.000 Enough demanding.
00:08:05.000 Enough asking for lunch to have a little powwow to break bread with Joe Biden.
00:08:11.000 Listen to this tape here of how Texas actually did step up, not from the governor, but I think this was local Del Rio government and Texas state troopers.
00:08:21.000 I'm not exactly sure who these people were, but they just kind of created a perimeter around the Haitian criminal camp and they've kind of just left them there.
00:08:30.000 Play Cut 66.
00:08:32.000 Here's why.
00:08:33.000 Take a look at this exclusive video we shot on Saturday.
00:08:36.000 We went onto a boat in the Rio Grande and what we saw was staggering hundreds of migrants at a time just streaming in from Ciudad Acuna, walking across the river and just illegally entering the United States without any resistance from our federal government whatsoever.
00:08:50.000 They crowded on the shore in huge masses.
00:08:52.000 We watched it for five, six hours straight, thousands coming in and eventually the only thing that stopped it was the state of Texas.
00:08:59.000 Take a look at this video.
00:09:00.000 It wasn't the federal government that stopped it.
00:09:02.000 It was Texas state troopers who were searched to this area, hundreds of them swarming in and they literally formed kind of a wall, if you will, with their patrol vehicles and they stemmed the flow of all that migration, illegal migration coming across the river.
00:09:16.000 And no migrants have crossed since that point in time.
00:09:19.000 In that one news article, it reveals the most obvious point that so many people in conservative media and the mainstream media are missing.
00:09:29.000 Texas can do this.
00:09:31.000 Texas could have prevented the 1.8 million people from coming into our country starting in January.
00:09:37.000 It's just now that all of a sudden that this is on cable television, that's why Texas is mobilizing the National Guard or the DPS, the Texas DPS, state troopers.
00:09:49.000 The border could be secured fully in Texas and Arizona tomorrow.
00:09:54.000 We're going to dive deeper into this with the Haitian invasion in our country.
00:10:02.000 Enough writing letters to Biden.
00:10:04.000 Time to start doing it ourselves.
00:10:08.000 Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council?
00:10:16.000 Sinister folks, by the way.
00:10:17.000 Did you know that Airbnb gave $500,000 to the Marxist BLM incorporated organization?
00:10:25.000 Your first vote is at the ballot box, but that isn't enough to defend our traditional Judeo-Christian values.
00:10:32.000 Left-wing corporations are subverting our nation and our republic by taking money from conservative customers and giving it to radical organizations that support abortion, gun control, and critical race theory.
00:10:46.000 You have another vote, a second vote at the checkout line, which is why there's a massively important organization called Second Vote that comes in.
00:10:55.000 I know them very well.
00:10:56.000 I've known them for years, and I'm so honored to partner with them.
00:10:59.000 And the courageous people at Second Vote are exposing corporations for how they spend your money.

00:12:33.000 I'm going to read this email that we received, freedom at charliekirk.com, and then contrast that with what the Biden regime is doing with foreign criminals that are trying to come into the country.
00:12:43.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:12:44.000 It's a sad heart I write this email to you.
00:12:46.000 My name is X, I'm not going to say the name on here, and I'm a registered nurse in Connecticut.
00:12:51.000 My colleagues and I were just at the Capitol protesting the current mask and vaccine mandates in our state.
00:12:57.000 I'm being fired by my local hospital together with many, many others in the state for objecting the unconstitutional vaccine mandates.
00:13:05.000 I was declined a religious accommodation, according to my employer, Nouvance Health, due to undue hardship.
00:13:11.000 They told me since I cannot socially distance from my patients, I could no longer safely care for them.
00:13:17.000 In the meantime, until their October 1st deadline, I'm still providing direct care to patients and wearing proper PPE.
00:13:23.000 I had COVID in January, and my natural immunity is not even considered by my organization.
00:13:28.000 I honestly would not want to keep my job if that meant my colleagues who did not have COVID were fired.
00:13:34.000 No one should be forced to participate in any type of medical procedure against their will.
00:13:38.000 I do not believe or I do not take informed consent lightly.
00:13:42.000 I believe proper and truthful informed consent is the most important step in transparent, respectful relationship between a patient and a healthcare worker.
00:13:50.000 I was born in Brazil and became an American citizen.
00:13:52.000 I love this country and I'm heartbroken to see the atrocities happening in our nation.
00:13:56.000 I just picked up my founder's Bible the other day and had tears in my eyes reading how our founders had dedicated their lives so that we could practice our religious freedom freely.
00:14:05.000 And here I'm being denied a sincere religious accommodation.
00:14:09.000 How are we to pursue life, liberty, and happiness when we are denied to work or participate in society unless we participate in a medical procedure against our will?
00:14:17.000 My faith in God is what keeps me grounded.
00:14:19.000 I know God will provide for me and my family.
00:14:21.000 It is because of that, my faith, and my eight-year-old son, that I will never hope for a better future.
00:14:26.000 God bless you and God bless America.
00:14:28.000 May our Lord Almighty help those suffering around the world and continue to give us all strength, sincerely, not going to say the name.
00:14:34.000 Of course, the Republican Party is basically silent on forced vaccinations and the fact that millions of people are losing their jobs because they don't want to take a piece of medicine that is being forced on them.
00:14:47.000 Now, of course, none of the people that are being brought into America from Haiti are forced to get vaccinated.
00:14:53.000 Of course not.
00:14:53.000 They're giving preference.
00:14:54.000 You see, this regime, they accommodate the foreigner over the citizen.
00:14:59.000 They accommodate the non-citizen over your fellow countrymen.
00:15:05.000 Texas stopped these Haitians from walking further into Del Rio, Texas.
00:15:10.000 Why didn't they stop every single illegal that has come into the country since January?
00:15:17.000 Why didn't the leadership of Texas mobilize Texas Rangers?
00:15:21.000 Why didn't they send in the 20,000 Texas National Guard?
00:15:25.000 Why didn't they enlist or deputize citizens, train them up, give them some handcuffs, and say, you're now in charge of the border?
00:15:33.000 Now, all of a sudden, that there's Fox News cameras on the border, now Texas starts to mobilize the Texas National Guard, or Texas DPS, I should say, state troopers.
00:15:42.000 Now, all of a sudden, it's a crisis worthy of mobilization.
00:15:45.000 Make no mistake, the only reason that Texas came in and built a wall around the Haitian invasion is because cameras were on it.
00:15:54.000 Now, I'm pleased to see that at least Texas did something about it now.
00:15:58.000 But every single illegal that has come into Texas since Biden took office could have been prevented by strong leadership.
00:16:06.000 Texas is a massive state with plenty of people in law enforcement that would be willing to work that border.
00:16:13.000 You heard the clip yourself.
00:16:16.000 Our federal government sat idly by for five or six hours as Haitians were just walking into the country, doing nothing about it.
00:16:23.000 And Maorkis and the Biden regime, they're a waste of time.
00:16:26.000 Forget them.
00:16:28.000 We know their position.
00:16:30.000 I am tired of listening to television program after radio program.
00:16:34.000 Well, Biden is, of course, Biden's letting this happen.
00:16:37.000 That is old news commentary.
00:16:38.000 You know what the real type of analysis needs to be?
00:16:43.000 Is why is Texas not doing more to prevent this in not just the Del Rio sector, but how about 100 miles to the south in the Jimenez sector or in the Normandy sector or in the Eagle Pass sector?
00:16:59.000 The reason is that this became a political vulnerability and a political liability for the leadership of Texas so they kind of build this Texas DPS wall around it.
00:17:10.000 Every Republican governor has the power and has the ability to secure their southern border.
00:17:17.000 They've just chosen not to because it takes a lot of work.
00:17:20.000 And also, they don't want to deal with the federal government confrontation.
00:17:23.000 But guess what?
00:17:24.000 We are there.
00:17:25.000 We are losing our country and losing our sovereignty.
00:17:31.000 This is designed disorder.
00:17:34.000 And it's turmoil that has been implemented to try and permanently change the country.
00:17:42.000 So here's the question.
00:17:45.000 What do you do when the federal government crushes and wages war on your state?
00:17:51.000 Do you sit idly by and let it happen?
00:17:53.000 Or is it time for the states to take a stand against the Biden regime?
00:18:00.000 Do you run a small business?
00:18:01.000 Are you on an elder board of a church?
00:18:04.000 Are you overseeing an organization that does a lot of credit card processing?
00:18:08.000 Well, if you run a conservative or faith-based nonprofit or business, listen very carefully to this.
00:18:14.000 Do not expose yourself to being shut off because of cancel culture.
00:18:18.000 JPMorgan Chase just canceled Lieutenant General Michael Flynn's credit cards because they didn't like his politics.
00:18:24.000 So on the Charlie Kirk show here, we use Cornerstone Payment Systems to provide uninterrupt credit card processing for the work we do here at the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:18:33.000 So maybe you run a small business and you need a credit card processor.
00:18:36.000 We trust Cornerstone for our processing, and I believe you will benefit from their solutions, their low cost, and most importantly, their commitment to safeguard your transactions.
00:18:45.000 Cornerstone provides all types of credit card solutions, including e-commerce, retail, donations, crowdfunding, and text to give.
00:18:52.000 Do not get canceled like Lieutenant General Michael Flynn.
00:18:55.000 Do not use Stripe.
00:18:56.000 Do not use the big guys that are processing credit cards.
00:18:59.000 Instead, please contact Cornerstone Payment Systems today and let them know you heard about them on my show.
00:19:05.000 You can reach Cornerstone at 714-912-2617.
00:19:09.000 Again, if you are running a small business or a church or you're an elder board of a church, stop using bad guys to process your payments.
00:19:16.000 Go to cornerstone.cc slash K-R-I-K.
00:19:20.000 That's cornerstone.cc slash K-R-I-K.
00:19:24.000 Do not use credit card processors that hate you and hate your values.
00:19:28.000 Cornerstone.cc slash Kirk.
00:19:30.000 Do it right now.
00:19:33.000 June 21st, 2019, J.B. Pritzker signs measure to help protect illegal immigrants in Illinois.
00:19:41.000 Governor J.B. Pritzker in June of 2019 signed three bills designed to protect illegal immigrants in Illinois that would prohibit law enforcement agencies from coordinating with federal immigration authorities.
00:19:53.000 Pritzker signed the Keeping Illinois Families Together Act, which prohibits local law enforcement from coordinating with immigration, customs, and enforcement.
00:20:03.000 Now, this was two years ago.
00:20:04.000 Why am I mentioning this?
00:20:06.000 Because you have blue states, by the way, this is one of like 30 examples of blue states that have been signing laws that prohibit police officers and local sheriffs and DAs from coordinating with federal officials.
00:20:17.000 That's an act of secession.
00:20:18.000 That's an act of nullification, saying we don't want any part of this federal compact.
00:20:23.000 And we as Republicans and conservatives sat idly by and were like, oh, yeah, that's bad.
00:20:28.000 Let's keep going to the courts.
00:20:30.000 They've been ignoring the courts and ignoring the laws for years.
00:20:35.000 And so then when 1.8 million illegals come into the country to change the country permanently, by the way, what do we do?
00:20:42.000 Well, we beg Joe Biden for help.
00:20:44.000 So what do the Democrats do when things start to trend in the direction they don't like?
00:20:50.000 They take action.
00:20:51.000 The Democrats have the willingness to reshape and destroy the country.
00:20:56.000 Republicans are getting there.
00:20:58.000 Now, some people have emailed us and they said, well, Charlie, couldn't Joe Biden nationalize the National Guard?
00:21:06.000 It is very rare to do so, usually only done with the consent of the governor.
00:21:14.000 And presidents have rarely federalized a state or territory's guard without the consent of the governor.
00:21:20.000 In the wake of Hurricane Katrina, President George W. Bush declined to take control of the Louisiana's National Guard due to the objection of Governor Kathleen Blanco.
00:21:31.000 But this is such an easy thing.
00:21:33.000 First of all, Joe Biden can't nationalize state troopers.
00:21:37.000 Secondly, he can't nationalize Texas Rangers.
00:21:40.000 Thirdly, the governor of Texas would say, I'm sorry, what?
00:21:44.000 Did you just sign a piece of paper?
00:21:46.000 They're still our National Guard.
00:21:47.000 They're not going to listen to you.
00:21:49.000 Federalized, nationalized, I mean federalize.
00:21:52.000 And so what should have been done and what still can be done is every single Texas Ranger, National Guard member, state trooper that can be allocated should be deployed to the southern border with handcuffs and arrest authority and charter flights ready to send people back where they came from.
00:22:11.000 Tell DHS and Mayorkas, thanks.
00:22:14.000 If you guys want to help, feel free to.
00:22:16.000 We're going to take care of this ourselves in Texas.
00:22:19.000 Arizona should do the same thing.
00:22:20.000 Arizona will not do that.
00:22:22.000 Texas still has this spirit of self-governance.
00:22:25.000 Texas has its own Pledge of Allegiance, by the way.
00:22:29.000 Hail Texas flag.
00:22:31.000 Hail, Texas.
00:22:32.000 They say it at every single event I go to.
00:22:35.000 Connor's smiling because he knows it very well.
00:22:37.000 It's short and it's spicy.
00:22:39.000 It's a really great pledge.
00:22:41.000 It's really good.
00:22:44.000 Texas could solve it, but they'd say, oh, it's unprecedented.
00:22:48.000 No, it's not.
00:22:49.000 It's not unprecedented.
00:22:51.000 J.B. Pritzker back in 2019 said there are consequences to not following the law, you know.
00:23:00.000 However, the act says that local law enforcement will not be allowed to go after the illegal aliens.
00:23:12.000 This is what they know as their home.
00:23:14.000 This is where they belong.
00:23:16.000 So the Democrats and governors, they've been using defiance of federal law and defiance of federal immigration to remake the country for a long time.
00:23:25.000 Yet Republicans have seemed unwilling until recently to not use defiance of federal law, to enforce federal law ourselves.
00:23:33.000 It's a massive difference.
00:23:35.000 I'm not telling you to all of a sudden start being rebellious to the laws of the society, even though I do support that when it comes to mask mandates and things like that.
00:23:45.000 I'm saying, no, it's time for us to start to enforce the law.
00:23:50.000 It's completely different.
00:23:52.000 Now, these Republican governors seem somewhat confused because all of a sudden their voters are not okay with them just issuing press releases going to Joe Biden asking for a meeting to go break bread to try to solve the immigration crisis of the Haitian invasion on the southern border.
00:24:10.000 As articulated in that news coverage, Texas secured the border and built a wall.
00:24:19.000 That begs the question, you could be doing that all across the southern border.
00:24:24.000 Cut 52, Bill Melusian, says that the number of illegals over the weekend was 15,000.
00:24:31.000 And of course, the federal government was doing nothing to stop it.
00:24:35.000 So this is the question: what do you do when something illegal and immoral is happening?
00:24:41.000 Do you sit idly by or do you step up and do something about it?
00:24:46.000 My call to action this hour, and the lesson is no more complaining to Joe Biden.
00:24:52.000 We know who he is.
00:24:53.000 He is not the president of this country.
00:24:55.000 He has some sort of aims and ambitions to China or Central America.
00:24:59.000 We've gone into that many different times.
00:25:02.000 Instead, we need to be solution-oriented.
00:25:07.000 I do not like the politics of complaining.
00:25:10.000 Now, if you live in California, I get it.
00:25:13.000 Texas is not California.
00:25:16.000 You go to Texas Hill Country, they'll secure the border.
00:25:20.000 You go out to the good folks in Fredericksburg, Texas, they won't put up with this at all.
00:25:26.000 We also have to stop caring what the left and the media say about us.
00:25:31.000 It's irrelevant.
00:25:33.000 Play Cut 52.
00:25:35.000 But we want to show you why this camp got so big in the first place.
00:25:38.000 It swelled to 15,000 Saturday morning, hundreds of migrants at a time, just streaming in from Ciudad Acuna, walking across the river, and just illegally entering the United States without any resistance from our federal government whatsoever.
00:25:51.000 They crowded on the shore in huge masses.
00:25:53.000 We watched it for five, six hours straight, thousands coming in.
00:25:56.000 And eventually, the only thing that stopped it was the state of Texas.
00:26:00.000 And they literally formed kind of a wall, if you will, with their patrol vehicles, and they stemmed the flow.
00:26:05.000 They formed a wall and they stemmed the flow.
00:26:10.000 Of course, there's zero resistance from federal authorities.
00:26:13.000 Federal authorities are under orders from the president to allow an open border society.
00:26:19.000 And this really does open the question.
00:26:21.000 And I've asked this question for the last couple months, and I think we're finally seeing an issue that is exposing how Republicans are unprepared to deal with the actual crisis that's happening in America, which is how much power do the states actually have.
00:26:39.000 The federal government postures, they flex their muscles.
00:26:44.000 But we saw under the Trump administration that the federal government backed down when sanctuary state and sanctuary city measures were passed in Seattle, in Portland, in San Francisco, Los Angeles.
00:26:56.000 What Texas needs to do is create a confrontation with the federal government, and the federal government will back down.
00:27:04.000 Texas is the perfect place to test this out.
00:27:10.000 In fact, with the Texas pro-life law that deputized and allowed citizens to actually enforce the law in Texas, why don't they do the same on the southern border?
00:27:24.000 You know, some people say, well, Charlie, that's dramatic.
00:27:26.000 You know what's dramatic?
00:27:28.000 How about 2 million people illegally coming into your country every single year?
00:27:31.000 Does that not get you off the couch?
00:27:33.000 Oh, no, I'm sorry.
00:27:34.000 Republican governors, they're too busy writing press releases.
00:27:38.000 I want to see Texas Rangers all across the southern border.
00:27:41.000 I want to see Texas drones flying in the air.
00:27:43.000 I don't care what the FAA says.
00:27:45.000 The FAA can go figure themselves out.
00:27:46.000 Come on, enforce it.
00:27:47.000 Send your army.
00:27:48.000 Send in federal agents.
00:27:49.000 They will back down.
00:27:52.000 Texas is a border state, and for the last 10 years, we have dealt in this false paradigm with the only reprieve being Donald Trump, who actually secured the border: that somehow the federal government governs us.
00:28:06.000 No, no, we govern the federal government.
00:28:08.000 The states came together in a constitutional compact to establish sovereignty together to create the federal government.
00:28:19.000 A constitutional republic has three major characteristics: limited government, consent of the governed, and separation of powers.
00:28:29.000 Now, when we talk about separation of powers, most people think it's the legislative branch that checks the executive branch, and the judicial branch that checks the legislative branch, and so on and so forth.
00:28:40.000 You know what the most important separation of powers that we have lost in the country?
00:28:46.000 States checking the federal government.
00:28:49.000 It's been lost on us for quite some time.
00:28:52.000 And we've seen how different states reacted to the Fauci virus mandates.
00:28:57.000 We saw how different states were open, like the wonderful Ron DeSantis in Florida, and other states were closed, like former Governor Andrew Cuomo.
00:29:06.000 It's so nice to say that Andrew Cuomo is irrelevant.
00:29:09.000 It's one of the actually highlights of my last couple months.
00:29:12.000 Texas has the power, everybody.
00:29:14.000 And I'm pleased to see that the Texas DPS stepped up and prevented the Haitian invasion of Del Rio, Texas.
00:29:21.000 But the obvious take is: okay, let's do more.
00:29:26.000 Deployment all across the southern border, arrest authority, deportation authority.
00:29:30.000 Every Republican governor from North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, probably won't do it.
00:29:38.000 Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, go send any troops, any National Guard, or hopefully the best is state troopers to the southern border.
00:29:50.000 If the federal government fails to protect the country, are we going to do another parade of excuses and, well, we can't do anything, or are we going to embrace the love of our country and prioritize action and solutions over sitting on our hands and wishing it will get better?
00:30:13.000 We are being invaded.
00:30:15.000 Do you want to see press releases or do you want to start seeing some action?
00:30:21.000 I think I know the answer to that.
00:30:24.000 A lot of people ask me, Charlie, how do you know so much about American history?
00:30:28.000 The answer is not from school.
00:30:31.000 As many of you know, I did not go to formal college, actually.
00:30:34.000 I didn't go to college at all.
00:30:35.000 So my education has been a process.
00:30:39.000 I've always been committed to learning and diving deep into ideas.
00:30:43.000 And one source of truth and knowledge has been the greatest partner in that pursuit of learning.
00:30:51.000 And that is Hillsdale College.
00:30:54.000 American history and civics education, they're quite honestly at a turning point.
00:30:59.000 And the Hillsdale 1776 curriculum, they are teaching the truth.
00:31:04.000 And they have downloadable curriculum for you and your children for free at k12.hillsdale.edu.
00:31:13.000 That's k12.hillsdale.edu.

00:31:18.000 So I, every single day, I do my best to try to schedule at least 30 minutes to an hour to take some online courses.
00:31:26.000 So I have my certificate.
00:31:28.000 I have passed the course in Constitution 101, the intro to the Constitution.
00:31:34.000 I'm about to finish the introduction to Western philosophy.
00:31:38.000 I finished the introduction to Aristotle, How to Live a Good Life.
00:31:41.000 And they have a new one called The Great American Story that I'm taking, and it's phenomenal.
00:31:46.000 If you say, Charlie, how do I get my kids to know history?
00:31:48.000 Literally pay them to take these courses.
00:31:50.000 It's that good.
00:31:51.000 Maybe you're more of a World War II fan.
00:31:54.000 They have a whole course on that called The Second World Wars.
00:31:57.000 Maybe you're a fan of Shakespeare.
00:31:58.000 They have a course on that, Hamlet and the Temptest.
00:32:01.000 Maybe you're a fan of theology.
00:32:03.000 They have a whole course on theology 101.
00:32:06.000 How about on the Greek wars, Athens and Sparta, Winston Churchill and statesmanship?

00:32:41.000 So download the 1776 curriculum right now, and you yourself should at least carve out 20 minutes a day to try and learn something new.
00:32:49.000 These courses can be downloaded, they could be podcasts, and there's little tests after them to make sure that you are comprehending what you are learning.
00:32:57.000 And about after 10 courses, you get your certificate.
00:32:59.000 It's one of the coolest feelings in the world.
00:33:01.000 You feel like you are retaining that knowledge and you have a better understanding of what's happening in America.
00:33:06.000 Download Hillsdale 1776 curriculum for free at k12.hillsdale.edu.
00:33:12.000 That's k12.hillsdale.edu.
00:33:15.000 Phenomenal partners.
00:33:16.000 Please check it out right now.
00:33:19.000 Chuck Yu Schumer.
00:33:20.000 Now, I didn't come up with that.
00:33:22.000 That was a rush.
00:33:22.000 That's a Rush Limbaugh hat tip.
00:33:24.000 He had the best names for people.
00:33:25.000 He said, Chuck Yu Schumer has come out and he says, Look, we need to get every single Haitian into this country.
00:33:35.000 You know what the problem is?
00:33:36.000 That we have not yet colonized Haiti.
00:33:41.000 You know what's really interesting is the overlap between neoconservative warmongers and the open borders crowd.
00:33:50.000 Because deep down, they both want the same thing.
00:33:53.000 They want to colonize vast parts of the world and bring them into America.
00:33:57.000 They just have different ways to do it.
00:33:59.000 Chuck Yu Schumer wants to do it through allowing every single Haitian to come into America, where someone like Mitt Romney or Liz Cheney, they want to execute an invasion of Haiti.
00:34:11.000 Now, that might be an exaggeration.
00:34:13.000 I'm being sarcastic.
00:34:15.000 But maybe Venezuela, Chuck Schumer comes out and he says, I urge President Biden.
00:34:21.000 That's more like Fauci.
00:34:22.000 He's at like the gravelly voice, the New Yorker gravelly voice.
00:34:27.000 We cannot continue these hateful and xenophobic Trump policies.
00:34:31.000 Play Cut 60.
00:34:33.000 So I urge President Biden and Secretary Mayorkas to immediately put a stop to these expulsions and to end this Title 42 policy at our southern border.
00:34:44.000 That we cannot continue these hateful and xenophobic Trump policies that disregard our refugee laws.
00:34:53.000 Look, Chuck Schumer, some person that works in Chuck Schumer's office, some 27-year-old that went to NYU, is writing this for him, and they see this as an opportunity to go bring in more voters, more obedient activists.
00:35:07.000 That's what this is all about.
00:35:10.000 Cut 63, Schumer continues by saying that we have to stop deportations because of Whipgate, whatever that is.
00:35:18.000 Because, by the way, there really wasn't even a Whipgate.
00:35:20.000 You actually look at the true picture.
00:35:22.000 It was a guy on horseback, a cowboy, grabbing some criminal's shirt.
00:35:27.000 Cut 63.
00:35:29.000 Images of Haitian migrants being hit with whips and other forms of physical violence is completely unacceptable.
00:35:37.000 Right now, I'm told there are four flights scheduled to deport these asylum seekers back to a country that cannot receive them.
00:35:45.000 Such a decision defies common sense.
00:35:47.000 It also defies common decency.
00:35:50.000 So I urge President Biden and Secretary Majorkis to immediately put a stop to these expulsions.
00:35:58.000 Am I living in the same country as him?
00:36:00.000 I actually, this is a very serious point.
00:36:02.000 This is not a joke.
00:36:03.000 Is this sustainable when you have the Senate president with a 50-50 tie, thanks to the ridiculous election that happened in Georgia, that is more upset with how Border Patrol handles the illegal invasion?
00:36:21.000 Do you know what's unacceptable, Chuck Schumer?
00:36:23.000 What's unacceptable is the fact that people are invading the country.
00:36:28.000 That's what is unacceptable.
00:36:32.000 But not for him.
00:36:33.000 For him, that is an invitation.
00:36:36.000 Chuck Schumer's political views and the future he wants to live in is unlimited people coming into the country.
00:36:44.000 What does Elon Omar have to say?
00:36:47.000 Well, she says that Border Patrol, racist, even though this is cut 62, half of Border Patrol are Hispanics.
00:36:57.000 The country's fallen apart.
00:36:59.000 And I don't want this hour to be all doom and gloom, though, because this could be fixed if Republican governors had the big word we keep on emphasizing, right, Connor?
00:37:11.000 We keep on talking about this: the will.
00:37:14.000 Do you have the will to act?
00:37:17.000 Do you have the will to do the right thing?
00:37:20.000 Do you have the will to step up when others don't?
00:37:26.000 Do you have the courage?
00:37:28.000 Courage is the virtue that triumphs over all the others.
00:37:34.000 Because without courage, there are no other virtues.
00:37:40.000 Every night, I have difficulty going to bed.
00:37:43.000 So I've started to take magnesium every single night.
00:37:46.000 My wife and I take it.
00:37:47.000 Is it possible to avoid digestion problems by eating only healthy organic food?
00:37:50.000 It's a nice thought, but unfortunately, it's just not possible.
00:37:52.000 You see, your natural ability to digest food declines with age.
00:37:56.000 This is because your body produces fewer enzymes, which are the proteins responsible for digesting food.
00:38:00.000 Fewer enzymes mean more difficulty digesting food.
00:38:03.000 Even organic foods won't provide enough enzymes to properly digest them.
00:38:07.000 Especially true if you cook your food because cooking kills enzymes.
00:38:10.000 This is where supplementing with a high-quality enzyme supplement can be a huge help.
00:38:14.000 I personally recommend Mass Zymes by Bioptimizers.
00:38:18.000 I've told you about Bioptimizers, great magnesium product for months now.
00:38:21.000 And Mass Enzymes, also from Bioptimizers, is the best-in-class supplement loaded with a full-spectrum enzyme for digestive protein, starches, sugars, fibers, and fats.
00:38:30.000 Taking Mass Enzymes daily can help top off your enzyme level and replace the enzyme your body is no longer producing, which means you'll be able to eat all sorts of delicious foods and digest them quickly and effortlessly.
00:38:40.000 Verified buyer Mike C gave Mass Enzymes a five-star rating saying, quote, it has helped me address digestion and health issues.
00:38:47.000 If you want to eat all the same foods you have loved your life but have recently struggled to digest, try Mass Enzymes risk-free and see what improvements you notice.

00:39:19.000 Getting lots of emails, freedom at charliekirk.com, of people that are rather frustrated with the press release Republicans.
00:39:27.000 Politicians or actors performing a script that is written to them by the audience the great Russell Kirk wrote.
00:39:34.000 What is the script that we have been writing for Republicans?
00:39:37.000 Well, traditionally, we have kind of bought the narrative.
00:39:42.000 Myself included, by the way.
00:39:44.000 I'll be very honest, three years ago, five years ago, six years ago, I would have bought the narrative.
00:39:49.000 Yeah, go send a great press release to Biden.
00:39:51.000 Go sue him.
00:39:53.000 Stakes are much higher now, everybody.
00:39:55.000 We know that.
00:39:55.000 We're on fragile footing.
00:39:57.000 We are now descending off a cliff, yielding to process as we did five years ago and 10 years ago.
00:40:06.000 It's not going to work anymore.
00:40:08.000 And I think all of you know that.
00:40:09.000 I think that all of you feel as if we need a sense of urgency right now, not a nicely written press release to try to get Joe Biden to change his mind.
00:40:21.000 Cut 69, Secretary Mayorkas, just to reinforce the point of why states need to take action, why we need to just disregard what the federal government is doing, make them come in with force, which they're not going to do.
00:40:36.000 The Biden regime will blink.
00:40:39.000 They have been using and abusing us.
00:40:42.000 But listen to this one, Cut 69.
00:40:45.000 Secretary Mayorkas confirms that we are paying contractors not to build the southern border wall.
00:40:53.000 Cut 69.
00:40:54.000 Think if we continued to build the wall, that that would stop over 280,000 people coming across the border illegally, sir, yes or no?
00:41:01.000 I do not agree with the continuation of the construction of the wall.
00:41:07.000 You don't want to build the wall.
00:41:08.000 Are we still paying the contractors not to build the wall, sir?
00:41:12.000 Congresswoman, we are meeting our contractual obligations as we are with the...
00:41:16.000 Okay, thank you, sir.
00:41:18.000 So we are building, no, we are paying contractors to sit around to not build the wall.
00:41:24.000 Some firm out there, they got a bunch of workers in hotel rooms, and they're just making 20% profit just to sit there.
00:41:32.000 Probably more than that because there's no extra cost of material.
00:41:37.000 That's how ideologically focused this regime is to have open borders.
00:41:41.000 Secretary Mayorkas confirms we are paying people to not build the wall.
00:41:46.000 Sit around on your hands and feet.
00:41:48.000 Cut 71, former DHS Secretary Jay Johnson, he even says we have to get control of the southern border.
00:41:57.000 That $200,000 a month is a lot of people.
00:41:59.000 It overwhelms the ability of DHS, the Border Patrol, ICE, to cope with the incoming.
00:42:04.000 It saps the communities on the border.
00:42:07.000 Cut 71.
00:42:09.000 We have to get control of our borders.
00:42:12.000 200,000 a month is a lot of people.
00:42:15.000 Saps the ability, it overwhelms the ability of DHS, the Border Patrol, ICE, to cope with the incoming.
00:42:24.000 It saps the communities on the border.
00:42:26.000 It saps Catholic charities.
00:42:28.000 Yeah, we need to somehow worry about the drainage of resources from open border charities.
00:42:36.000 Cut 68 from Ciudad Acunda, Mexico, where Haitian migrants are crossing the border to the Del Rio saying we've never seen anything like this in our history before.
00:42:50.000 Cut 68.
00:42:51.000 We're seeing that in real time and them using this rope here to transport supplies over to that side.
00:42:56.000 That's the U.S. side.
00:42:57.000 It's Del Rio, Texas.
00:42:59.000 And we've never seen really anything like this.
00:43:02.000 But they're going back and forth, and the border is wide open.
00:43:06.000 That's the open question as we get emails sent to us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:43:12.000 Republican governors, are you going to sit on your hands and hope it gets better or work on solutions in the states as the regime is uninterested in helping you?
00:43:23.000 We know that.
00:43:24.000 Now, what does the media have to say about this?
00:43:26.000 This actually proves our point perfectly.
00:43:28.000 We kind of went out on a limb and we talked about archetypal psychology yesterday, the power of archetypes.
00:43:36.000 And we said that the media, despite what actually is happening, immediately sees an image that they have been indoctrinated and pre-programmed to believe as a certain thing, which is somehow this idea that slavery is coming back to the United States.
00:43:52.000 Now, how do I know that?
00:43:54.000 Because I went to public school.
00:43:56.000 So when I see those images of people on horseback, my immediate reaction is the images I grew up taking tests, the movies I was forced to watch as a sophomore in high school, the images of books I read as a senior in high school that showed evil slave owners on horses going after slaves.
00:44:17.000 I went to the public education system.
00:44:19.000 So as soon as I saw those images, I had that original reaction.
00:44:22.000 Of course, but that's like a half a second reaction.
00:44:24.000 Of course, I'm like, okay, that's total garbage.
00:44:26.000 I actually totally support what they're doing.
00:44:28.000 CUD64.
00:44:30.000 This is a montage of the media comparing the Border Patrol on horseback on the southern border to slavery.
00:44:36.000 We called this yesterday.
00:44:37.000 We said, this is the power of images.
00:44:40.000 This is exactly why we entered Floyd-Palooza last summer.
00:44:45.000 That one image can change everything.
00:44:48.000 Something that Republicans and conservatives, we got to get better at.
00:44:52.000 The media knows what they're doing here.
00:44:53.000 They know it's not true.
00:44:55.000 And they have decided to not govern themselves with reason instead of emotion.
00:45:02.000 Play tape.
00:45:03.000 We saw that image of at least one Border Patrol agent using a whip and was effectively trying to lasso some of the migrants.
00:45:10.000 I was not aware that whips, which come from the slave era, slavery era, were part of the package that we issue to any sort of law enforcement or government sanctioned personnel.
00:45:22.000 Disturbing new video and images taken at the U.S.-Mexico border that appear to show law enforcement officers on horseback using aggressive tactics to confront migrants.
00:45:32.000 What they're seeing is despicable, disgusting, cruel.
00:45:36.000 Those are the words that I've been hearing from activists that I've been talking to.
00:45:38.000 As an image, to me, it does smack of a bygone era of slavery.
00:45:45.000 The picture from the back, it's a rain.
00:45:46.000 It's a reign of the horse.
00:45:49.000 In the back, he's grabbing the shirt.
00:45:52.000 The passions, therefore, not the reason of the public, would sit in judgment.
00:45:56.000 But it is reason alone of the public that ought to control and regulate the government.
00:46:02.000 The passions ought to be controlled and regulated by our reason.
00:46:08.000 James Madison, author of the Constitution.
00:46:11.000 Do you think any one of those apparatchiks, Chris Cuomo, Joy Reed, are using their reason, their thinking faculty, or their emotion?
00:46:21.000 Of course they're using their emotion.
00:46:26.000 They're using the passions of the moment to try to effectuate a political outcome that they want.
00:46:32.000 Chris Cuomo, it reminds me of an era long gone.
00:46:36.000 Is that how sloppy of a thinker you are?
00:46:38.000 That you see a black person on the ground and a white person on a horse and you say, up, slavery.
00:46:45.000 It's just got to be, that's the only explanation.
00:46:48.000 Is this how simple-minded we have become, so low-minded we have become?
00:46:53.000 The answer is actually yes.
00:46:54.000 That you see a white man on a horse and immediately your reaction is, it's the Confederacy.
00:47:01.000 Despite the fact that they know it's a lie and that it's a rein, not a whip, but they're playing into the audience.
00:47:09.000 They are intentionally trying to trigger a Pavlovian response.
00:47:15.000 Pavlov's Dogs, of course, is where you train a dog that every time there's a bell, ding, you feed the dog.
00:47:24.000 Ding, you feed the dog.
00:47:26.000 Ding, you feed the dog.
00:47:28.000 And then after the 50th time, you go, ding, what ends up happening?
00:47:32.000 No food, dog is salivating.
00:47:35.000 It conditions this Pavlovian response for the audience.
00:47:42.000 Ding, white man on a horse, must be slavery.
00:47:46.000 It's protest in the streets.
00:47:49.000 Did you get hit with a big tax bill you weren't expecting?
00:47:52.000 With rates being very low and home equity being high, perfect time to refinance.
00:47:56.000 Look, we're all about refinancing all this.
00:47:58.000 Here's the long and short of it: you should not be giving business to bad companies.
00:48:03.000 So if you're using Goldman Sachs, bad company.
00:48:05.000 Wells Fargo, bad company.
00:48:07.000 JPMorgan, bad company.
00:48:09.000 All these companies, they love BLM.
00:48:12.000 They hate America.
00:48:13.000 And quite honestly, if you're listening to this program, they hate you.
00:48:17.000 And so if you want to take out a loan, here's what I'm going to tell you what to do.
00:48:21.000 Maybe you're a new family.
00:48:22.000 You're like, I want to buy a house and it's my dream house and I want to take out a loan.
00:48:26.000 The good news is that there are partners called Andrew and Todd, Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian, andrewandTodd.com.
00:48:33.000 Just save that in your notes, by the way.
00:48:35.000 Just save it in the notes of your phone because you might need it.
00:48:37.000 Like, I don't need it.
00:48:38.000 My banker at Goldman Sachs is just fine.
00:48:41.000 Or my banker at Bank of America is just fine.
00:48:43.000 Like, okay.
00:48:44.000 Then when you go take that loan and you go sign those 95,000 pieces of paper they give you, you know what you're really signing?
00:48:51.000 You're signing contribution forms to BLM Incorporated.
00:48:54.000 That's what you're doing.
00:48:55.000 When you go take out a loan with Chase, when you go take out a loan with Wells Fargo, you might as well go give the money to Joe Biden.
00:49:03.000 So when you go to DC next and you go travel, maybe with your family, why don't you just get a cashier's check and drop it off at the White House entrance?
00:49:11.000 That's what you're doing when you bank with these woke losers at Wells Fargo.
00:49:17.000 So take out a loan with the good guys.
00:49:18.000 It's Andrew and Todd.
00:49:19.000 Look, they're just great people.
00:49:20.000 They're Christians.
00:49:21.000 They love the Lord.
00:49:22.000 They love America.
00:49:23.000 And you call them up and just say, I want to speak to Andrew and Todd.
00:49:27.000 That's all you have to say.
00:49:28.000 Charlie Kirk sent me.
00:49:30.000 And their number is 888-888-1172.
00:49:33.000 That's AndrewandTodd.com, AndrewandTodd.com, 888, 888-1172.
00:49:38.000 You go to AndrewandTodd.com, 888-888-1172, and say, you should make a vow to yourself.
00:49:43.000 Just make a promise to yourself.
00:49:45.000 I refuse to fund companies that hate America.
00:49:48.000 I refuse to fund companies that hate America.
00:49:51.000 And you have a choice.
00:49:52.000 If you want to take out a loan or just explore the idea of refinancing, AndrewandTodd.com called 888-888-1172.
00:50:01.000 I go out to eat with these guys.
00:50:03.000 They're terrific.
00:50:04.000 They're good people.
00:50:05.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:50:09.000 Haitians are being released into the interior of the country.
00:50:14.000 Reports are being shown that Haitians are on airplane flights going all across America.
00:50:19.000 Haitian migrants hijacked bus briefly escape en route to deportation flight.
00:50:25.000 What wonderful, peaceful people.
00:50:26.000 Hey, these are the doctors of tomorrow, okay?
00:50:29.000 And if you dare, these are the true Americans.
00:50:32.000 Did you know these people love America more than you?
00:50:34.000 A group of Haitian migrants who were being bussed by San Antonio to be flown back to their country took control of a vehicle this Monday morning, making a break for it.
00:50:44.000 And I spokesman told Kivo that there were no injuries, and the agency did not immediately respond to comment from the post.
00:50:51.000 We don't know where they are.
00:50:52.000 They just, they're in America now.
00:50:54.000 These are your new neighbors.
00:50:56.000 But hey, they're going to buy a bunch of Amazon products.
00:50:58.000 So that's good for Bezos, right?
00:51:00.000 More customers.
00:51:02.000 I want to play this tape here, which kind of goes to shape.
00:51:04.000 So we need a mindset shift, everybody.
00:51:08.000 And based on the emails we're getting at freedom at charliekirk.com, the patience is wearing thin amongst Americans with what's happening on the southern border.
00:51:16.000 Now, I know some of the men that we're about to play on the tape here.
00:51:19.000 I've known Governor Ducey.
00:51:21.000 I don't know Governor Hutchinson.
00:51:22.000 I have nothing nice to say about him.
00:51:24.000 Governor Ducey and I have known each other for years, and I'm not going to insult him on this program.
00:51:28.000 Do I think he should be doing more action on the southern border?
00:51:30.000 Absolutely.
00:51:31.000 Governor Kemp, I think we've made our opinion rather clear about Governor Kemp.
00:51:35.000 But I want to just say, I can't stand this entire mindset.
00:51:39.000 This drives me crazy, which is they are acting like they are at the mercy of the federal government.
00:51:45.000 So Harris Faulkner, who does a wonderful job on Fox News, asked them, she said, so you guys wrote this letter to Joe Biden.
00:51:52.000 Have any of you heard back?
00:51:53.000 And they say, nope, nope.
00:51:55.000 As if they're trying to get invited to some sort of cocktail soiree for New Year's Eve or something.
00:52:03.000 Like, no, we didn't get invited to the New Year's Eve party.
00:52:05.000 You have the power.
00:52:09.000 You have the power to mobilize the assets at your disposal to secure the southern border.
00:52:16.000 This clip, in my personal opinion, only infuriates the base more.
00:52:21.000 It's like, you think that writing letters is that that's where we're at in our country?
00:52:25.000 That's a 1980s move.
00:52:27.000 That's a 1990s America thing.
00:52:29.000 We are in an existential crisis right now.
00:52:32.000 We are being invaded by a foreign country.
00:52:35.000 We need no more letters.
00:52:36.000 We need men on horses.
00:52:39.000 And you think like getting ignored by the White House is some sort of power move?
00:52:44.000 I get ignored by the White House every single day.
00:52:47.000 Well, actually, no, that's not true.
00:52:48.000 According to a report over the summer, the White House is trying to monitor our text messages because they don't like our stance on mandatory vaccines.
00:52:55.000 So actually, the White House doesn't ignore us.
00:52:58.000 Play tape.
00:53:00.000 Well, thank you for giving our viewers on the Faulkner Focus an idea of exactly what you're going to say to the president should you sit down.
00:53:06.000 Just real quickly, anybody heard from the president since you sent your letter?
00:53:10.000 Yes or no?
00:53:12.000 No.
00:53:12.000 Well, nothing.
00:53:14.000 We'll stay on it.
00:53:15.000 We haven't yet.
00:53:16.000 Governors, thank you very much for your time today.
00:53:19.000 Chief executives in your state, one of 23 of 26 that are demanding a meeting with the president of the United States.
00:53:25.000 Appreciate your time.
00:53:26.000 So the one I'm going to zero in on is the future Walmart board member or maybe future board member of University of Arkansas, Asa Hutchinson, who, yeah, that's all I'm going to say about him.
00:53:38.000 You guys could fill in the blanks about him.
00:53:40.000 He's very much in the support of the chemical castration of children.
00:53:43.000 And he says, nope, not yet, but his little smirk.
00:53:45.000 Really?
00:53:46.000 Now, Arkansas is not a border state.
00:53:48.000 Fair enough.
00:53:48.000 I will give him that.
00:53:50.000 But Arkansas, I'm sure, has assets at their disposal that they could work collaboratively with Texas.
00:53:55.000 Here is the call to action.
00:53:57.000 About time we start thinking creatively and solution-oriented, everybody.
00:54:02.000 The way that we do things here at Turning Point USA and the Charlie Kirk show, we just don't sit by and wait things.
00:54:06.000 You make things happen.
00:54:08.000 That's what Americans do.
00:54:09.000 We don't just, yeah, we're going to write a letter to Joe Biden.
00:54:12.000 Yeah, I'm sure he'll get back to you.
00:54:13.000 I'm sure Joe Biden's going to invite you to the White House and is going to give you everything you need.
00:54:19.000 What kind of regime do they think they're dealing with here?
00:54:22.000 The answer is that their muscle memory, their pattern of behavior, is so antiquated that the posture that is willing to actually effectuate meaningful solutions for their voters in the country, they're either unwilling, unable, or they're completely confused.
00:54:40.000 They're like, what do you mean I have to solve the problem?
00:54:42.000 We don't do that here.
00:54:43.000 We write letters, and the federal government's supposed to do that.
00:54:46.000 That American chapter is over.
00:54:48.000 That page has been turned.
00:54:50.000 It's over.
00:54:51.000 So it's the question.
00:54:52.000 This is the existential question that will face our country.
00:54:54.000 People say, Charlie, are we going to save the country if we have the will to save the country?
00:54:58.000 We're getting there.
00:54:58.000 We don't right now.
00:54:59.000 I'm starting to see the voters rise up.
00:55:01.000 I'm starting to see the script that we provide to the politicians change.
00:55:04.000 But as long as we have governors going on Fox being like, yeah, well, we haven't heard back from Joe Biden, but I hope he gets back to me.
00:55:08.000 Does he like me, please?
00:55:10.000 Does he like me a little bit?
00:55:11.000 Will you call me back?
00:55:12.000 It's time for action.
00:55:12.000 It's a joke.
00:55:16.000 With the ever-increasing numbers of makes and models, it is now impossible to stock all the parts you need in a traditional storefront.
00:55:22.000 Why endure often pointless and seemingly intimidating questioning like what's your car?
00:55:26.000 And wait while the counterman orders the parts on his computer, choosing the only brand his warehouse happens to carry.
00:55:33.000 One reason to repair and maintain your cars is to save money that you can then use for other important things like mortgages or food.
00:55:39.000 Why would you choose to spend 30, 50, or 100% more for the exact same auto parts?
00:55:43.000 Chain stores have different price tiers for professional mechanics and do-it-yourselfers.
00:55:47.000 Rockauto.com always offers the lowest prices possible rather than changing prices based on what the market will bear like airlines do.
00:55:55.000 Rockauto.com, they are wonderful people.
00:55:57.000 They love their country and they don't require membership or an account login.
00:56:01.000 Rockauto.com is a family business serving auto parts customers online for 20 years.
00:56:06.000 Go to rockauto.com, rockauto.com for auto and body parts for hundreds of manufacturers.
00:56:12.000 The rockauto.com catalog is unique and remarkably easy to navigate.
00:56:16.000 Best of all, prices at rockauto.com are always reliably low and the same for professionals.
00:56:21.000 Go to rockauto.com right now and see all the parts available for your car and truck.
00:56:25.000 Write Charlie Kirk in their How Did You Hear About Us box so they know we sent you.
00:56:29.000 Amazing selection, reliably low prices, all the parts your car will ever need, rockauto.com.
00:56:36.000 I want to get to some new sound here before we get into the debt ceiling fight, which is turning into, it's growing.
00:56:40.000 We've intentionally not mentioned it yet because I just these procedural fights in DC, it's all theater.
00:56:44.000 It's kabuki theater.
00:56:46.000 But this is actually real.
00:56:47.000 This is coming into something that could impact markets, impact the future of the country, impact the midterms.
00:56:53.000 All of these issues, we are political animals, as Aristotle said.
00:56:56.000 Everything we do has politics in it.
00:56:59.000 And there's some new polling to show that Democrats are in huge trouble in 2022, which is good.
00:57:05.000 That's great news.
00:57:06.000 We want to take back chambers of power.
00:57:07.000 However, it's going to take a lot more than just winning elections to save the country.
00:57:12.000 It's going to take action once you win those elections, as we have been talking about at great length.
00:57:18.000 Cut 74, Bill Melusian, reports that whatever the Biden regime is saying is not true.
00:57:25.000 There are massive releases of Haitians happening into the interior.
00:57:30.000 And so basically, this is a test case.
00:57:33.000 If you come under a status, not as a refugee, but as an economic traveler, these are economic tourist criminals, is what they are.
00:57:42.000 A refugee.
00:57:43.000 Well, they say, well, Haiti's really poor.
00:57:45.000 That does not give you economic status.
00:57:48.000 People call these people migrants.
00:57:49.000 I refuse to use that word.
00:57:51.000 I think it's actually, I think it's an insult to people that are migrants.
00:57:55.000 I really do.
00:57:55.000 These are criminals.
00:57:57.000 They know what they're doing.
00:57:57.000 They know it's against the law.
00:57:58.000 They don't care.
00:57:59.000 And they're being sponsored to do this, and the cartel's taking advantage of them to do it.
00:58:03.000 And some people say, well, these are nice people.
00:58:06.000 Okay.
00:58:07.000 I guess nice people commit crimes all the time.
00:58:09.000 This is an issue of sovereignty, of borders, of the rule of law, whatever left we have of the rule of law, which has been ever so deteriorated since the 1960 civil rights regime was implemented.
00:58:20.000 The idea of private property and self-government was put into jeopardy.
00:58:25.000 But they're just being released into the interior.
00:58:27.000 So let it be known.
00:58:30.000 If you break our laws and get into America, you don't have to wear a mask.
00:58:34.000 You don't have to get vaccinated.
00:58:36.000 You get free medical, free housing, whatever it might be.
00:58:40.000 But if you're an American citizen and you work for a living, we're going to force you to take a vaccine against your will, force you to wear a mask, pay a lot in taxes.
00:58:51.000 It's the death of the citizen.
00:58:53.000 Play tape.
00:58:55.000 A new AP article coming out now saying that thousands of migrants here are being released into the community despite the Binant administration's claims that if they come, they will be deported.
00:59:05.000 Their messaging from Alejandro Mayorkas was, if you come here, your journey will not succeed.
00:59:10.000 However, there are mass releases underway as we speak.
00:59:14.000 Mass releases are underway.
00:59:17.000 It's happening.
00:59:18.000 And Mayorka said this when terrific Senator Josh Hawley asked the question, are you happy with what's happening at the border?
00:59:24.000 Is this a success?
00:59:26.000 And Mayorkas agrees.
00:59:27.000 He says, look, this is our plan.
00:59:29.000 Our plan is manufactured mayhem.
00:59:34.000 Our plan is designed disorder.
00:59:36.000 This is the plan.
00:59:38.000 Trust the process.
00:59:39.000 It's like the old Philadelphia 76ers, what they used to say.
00:59:42.000 Just trust the process.
00:59:44.000 We won like 11 games.
00:59:45.000 Trust the process.
00:59:46.000 I think the 76ers actually have improved since then.
00:59:50.000 Play Cut 61.
00:59:52.000 And you're telling me that this is success?
00:59:54.000 Are you happy with what's happening at the border now?
00:59:56.000 Is this success?
00:59:57.000 Senator.
00:59:58.000 As I said then and I say now, we have a plan.
01:00:02.000 We're executing on our plan, and we will continue to do so.
01:00:07.000 We have a plan.
01:00:08.000 The plan is this.
01:00:09.000 This is the plan.
01:00:12.000 And then Mayorkas, the head of Department of Homeland Security, was asked the question, how many illegals are being returned, detained, or released at the southern border, Cut 58?
01:00:20.000 How many people have been returned?
01:00:22.000 How many people are being detained?
01:00:24.000 How many people have been dispersed to all points around America?
01:00:28.000 Senator, I would be pleased to provide you with that debt.
01:00:30.000 I want them now.
01:00:32.000 Why don't you have that information now?
01:00:34.000 Senator, I do not have that debt.
01:00:35.000 Why not?
01:00:36.000 Why don't you have that basic information?
01:00:39.000 Senator, I want to be accurate.
01:00:40.000 That's Senator Ron Johnson who's terrific.
01:00:43.000 He doesn't have the information because he just doesn't care.
01:00:46.000 Because for them, more is more.
01:00:48.000 When it rains, it pours.
01:00:50.000 Haiti, Nicaragua, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, wherever you want to come from, we'll take you.
01:00:57.000 We'll take you because we'll turn you into Democrat voters.
01:01:00.000 And here's the way it works.
01:01:01.000 And some Republicans say, well, Charlie, aren't these people going to become Republicans?
01:01:05.000 First of all, the data shows no.
01:01:08.000 Now, are conservatives and Republicans doing better with voters in the Rio Grande Valley?
01:01:15.000 Yes.
01:01:16.000 Legal Hispanics that have been here for a couple decades are actually showing to be going in the conservative direction.
01:01:22.000 But here's how it works.
01:01:23.000 When these Haitians are going to be released from Del Rio, Texas, and sent to San Antonio, they will go to low-income government housing, and then NGOs, non-government organizations, will come, knock on their door, and sign them up for government benefits.
01:01:38.000 We saw this with the Afghan refugees.
01:01:40.000 So just for all of you keeping score at home, we have a million green cards that we're giving out because Congress thinks that's a good idea.
01:01:46.000 At least 100,000 Afghan refugees coming to America that were told are translators that need translators themselves because they don't speak English.
01:01:54.000 And then on top of that, we have 1.8 million to 2 million people coming across the southern border that will go to San Antonio or Austin or Dallas or Houston.
01:02:03.000 And they will be targeted by these nonprofit organizations to fill out for government benefits and get on the dole.
01:02:11.000 It's not sustainable.
01:02:13.000 And Mayorkas says, yeah, I don't know how many people are coming over.
01:02:16.000 You can't say a number when the terrific Senator Ron Johnson pinpoints him.
01:02:20.000 No, he can't.
01:02:21.000 He can't say one number.
01:02:24.000 I'll get back to you.
01:02:25.000 Yeah, I have to check with my staff.
01:02:27.000 How about a ballpark?
01:02:28.000 Plus or minus 1.5 million.
01:02:31.000 You are the head of the Department of Homeland Security, and you can't tell a senator how much, how many people are coming across.
01:02:38.000 You know what's so disappointing about this?
01:02:39.000 Is right now in Poland, right now in Hungary, there are law-abiding people that want to come to America that have been waiting decades for the permission to come to America.
01:02:51.000 And instead, they're saying, why don't I just buy a ticket to Mexico City and waltz across the border?
01:02:57.000 Lawbreaking is rewarded under this regime.
01:03:02.000 Law-abiding people are penalized and punished.
01:03:06.000 Play cut 57.
01:03:08.000 Thousands of Haitians, as you just saw, have swarmed Del Rio, Texas, which is not a big town.
01:03:12.000 As of this morning, there were close to 7,000 so-called family units under the bridge there.
01:03:17.000 More than 300 of those units included a pregnant woman.
01:03:21.000 All of these migrants, says the Biden administration, will be allowed to stay in the United States.
01:03:25.000 No questions asked.
01:03:26.000 And the children born here will, of course, instantly become American citizens.
01:03:30.000 None of these people, you should know this because it's telling, will undergo any kind of background check, like the background check you endure if you were to try to say buy a 12 gauge according to your constitutional rights.
01:03:42.000 None of them either will be forced to abide by vaccine mandates.
01:03:46.000 So you need the shot to work as a nurse or for the sanitation department or anywhere.
01:03:51.000 But you don't need a shot to come into our country illegally at the request of the Biden administration.
01:03:57.000 So the question is, where do Republicans have leverage?
01:04:00.000 We've covered in great detail how the gutless wonders who call themselves Republican governors, they are refusing to act with the will to secure the southern border.
01:04:08.000 They have the resources, they have the manpower.
01:04:10.000 Instead, they're writing letters like pen pals, like fourth graders who do asking the principal for permission to go to the restroom.
01:04:16.000 When in reality, the states have the sovereignty over Washington, D.C. Joe Biden is there merely thanks to the state's permission.
01:04:22.000 Understand the Constitution and it will set you free.
01:04:28.000 But there is this leverage debate going on right now in Washington, D.C.
01:04:32.000 And I really want to get into this.
01:04:34.000 It is the debate over whether or not to raise the debt ceiling.
01:04:37.000 Now, we have raised the debt ceiling so many times.
01:04:40.000 I'm a fiscal hawk, and I always will be.
01:04:42.000 Some people on the right have kind of become, I'd say, a little bit too comfortable with Keynesian economics in recent years.
01:04:49.000 And I remain someone who wants a sound currency and a balanced budget and believes that vast debts and deficits are a threat to our fellow countrymen, a threat to future generations, and actually reward the ruling class more than the working class.
01:05:07.000 I believe that Keynesian economics of this idea that we're all dead in the long run of indulging in long-term debt cycles, I am not a fan of modern monetary theory.
01:05:18.000 Some people on the right are.
01:05:19.000 Some people say, Charlie, it's a construct.
01:05:21.000 We can play games with it.
01:05:23.000 I'm not there.
01:05:24.000 I'm not.
01:05:25.000 I still remain someone who believes in a stable currency, who believes that we should not have vast amounts of inflation that hurt regular Americans the most and actually reward people that borrow money the most.
01:05:37.000 I'm not into that.
01:05:38.000 And I'm happy to debate that with anyone on the right.
01:05:40.000 It'd be kind of a wonky, nuanced economic debate.
01:05:43.000 My priority is strong families, small business owners, people that work with their hands, and our fellow obligation, our moral obligation to our fellow countrymen.
01:05:52.000 So right now, there is this debt ceiling debate that's happening in Washington, D.C., where Democrats want to raise the debt ceiling.
01:05:58.000 And they say, if you do not do this after we've spent $8 trillion in the last year and a half for COVID relief, which has resulted in at least somewhere between 5% to 10% inflation that we know of, the entire economy is going to crash.
01:06:12.000 Now, I want to give Senator McConnell some praise here.
01:06:15.000 Again, we call balls and strikes with Senator McConnell.
01:06:17.000 Sometimes he drives me nuts.
01:06:19.000 Sometimes he's really good.
01:06:20.000 Right now, Republicans are holding the line.
01:06:23.000 Play Cut 72 of Senator Rick Scott saying that we are not going to raise the debt ceiling.
01:06:29.000 You have to tell us where that money is going and play tape.
01:06:33.000 Cut 72.
01:06:34.000 That's what they're talking about.
01:06:36.000 They want to suspend it because they want to spend all this money without any accountability on telling the American public that, by the way, your debt's going up, your taxes are going up, and you're going to see significantly more inflation.
01:06:47.000 Cut 70.
01:06:48.000 Democrats can raise the debt ceiling themselves, but they don't want to do that because they want to say how much they want to spend.
01:06:55.000 Play cut 70.
01:06:56.000 This is Senator Barrasso from Wyoming, who I know don't agree with them on everything, but I think they're right to take an aggressive hardline posture on the debt ceiling.
01:07:05.000 This is the most important policy fight of 2021 on a federal level.
01:07:09.000 Let me say that again.
01:07:11.000 This is the only leverage point we have to push back against the regime for universal mail-in voting, for mail-in ballot voting, for HR1, HR5, HR4, gun confiscation.
01:07:22.000 This is the only leverage we have, and I'm pleased to see Republicans are starting to realize that, hey, if they want to take back the Senate in 2022, which is looking like they might.
01:07:34.000 In our fast-paced world, it's tough to make reading a priority.
01:07:36.000 At least it used to be.
01:07:38.000 At thinker.org, they summarize the key ideas from new and noteworthy nonfiction, giving you an access to an entire library of great books in bite-sized form.
01:07:46.000 Read or listen to hundreds of titles in a matter of minutes, from old classics like Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People to recent bestsellers like Jordan Peterson's 12 Rules for Life.
01:07:55.000 I've used Thinker.
01:07:56.000 I use it almost every single day to digest big ideas quickly and easy to understand.
01:08:01.000 So if you want to challenge your preconceptions, learn something new every day, expand your horizons, and become a better thinker, go to thinker.org.
01:08:07.000 That's T-H-I-N-K-R.org to start a free trial today.
01:08:11.000 Again, that's thinker.org.
01:08:14.000 Cut 70.
01:08:15.000 Democrats could raise the debt ceiling themselves, but they don't want to do it.
01:08:18.000 This is Senator Barrasso, and President Trump agrees with me on this.
01:08:25.000 I'm glad to see Senate Republicans holding the line.
01:08:28.000 Play cut.
01:08:28.000 The chairman of the Democrat Committee of the Budget in the House on MSNBC said, oh, yeah, we can raise it by ourselves.
01:08:38.000 We may need to do that, but we don't want to do it because we would have to specify a dollar amount to raise the debt ceiling.
01:08:45.000 They don't want people to know how much money they want to spend and borrow.
01:08:50.000 They don't want the American public to know.
01:08:52.000 They don't want to put a dollar figure on their irresponsible, reckless spending.
01:08:57.000 What they want from Republicans is to lift the cap completely and say we can do whatever we want to do, however we want to do it, and that's how we're going to implement it.
01:09:05.000 See, this is how the Republicans need to have this.
01:09:07.000 This is not about the debt ceiling, okay?
01:09:09.000 The Democrats really want the debt ceiling.
01:09:12.000 So now Republicans need to think a little bit more creatively here.
01:09:18.000 Here's how this needs to work.
01:09:19.000 Oh, you mean for the first time this year, the Democrats want something that we can only give them?
01:09:25.000 Then why don't we get something that we want?
01:09:27.000 Hello, that's how this works.
01:09:30.000 And so instead of saying, you know, we're only going to raise the debt ceiling if we know the amount.
01:09:33.000 No, no, no, no.
01:09:34.000 That's not how negotiations work.
01:09:35.000 Okay.
01:09:36.000 Instead, you say, here's how it's going to work.
01:09:38.000 The wall gets built tomorrow, fully, and there's 15,000 agents that are going to be deployed to the southern border.
01:09:45.000 And also, we need Millie's resignation, Lloyd Austin's resignation, amongst a whole list of other things.
01:09:53.000 Republicans need to use the debt ceiling as leverage to implement other things that they want to see happen for the country.
01:10:00.000 And now some people say, well, Charlie, that's going to shut down the government.
01:10:02.000 Well, then so be it.
01:10:04.000 If that's what it's going to take, that's what it's going to take.
01:10:06.000 You finally have a weak spot in this regime.
01:10:10.000 They can't keep spending money without your permission.
01:10:12.000 And Republicans seem, at least at this policy fight in Washington, D.C., somewhat willing to fight on this.
01:10:19.000 This is an issue that it seems that corporate Republicans seem okay with.
01:10:24.000 So instead, Republicans need to hold the line and then counter with a very specific list of demands that the other side needs to provide to them.
01:10:37.000 Now, whether that's going to happen or not, I don't know.
01:10:39.000 Now, what is, is it October 1st as the debt ceiling limit?
01:10:43.000 This is coming really quickly.
01:10:46.000 And this impacts markets.
01:10:47.000 This impacts economic well-being.
01:10:50.000 Some people say it could be a default of the entire system.
01:10:53.000 I think that's overblown.
01:10:56.000 But Democrats are getting worried that they're not going to be able to plow through their $3.5 trillion spending agenda, their amnesty agenda, their HR1 agenda, the HR5 agenda, because they can't even keep the government open.
01:11:10.000 Which actually segues to an article that we're going to build out on another show at another time, Axios Democrats Dwindling 2022 map.
01:11:18.000 The narrowing map, which reflects where Democrats see their best chance of flipping seats, is the latest data point showing the challenging political landscape the party faces in the crucial 2022 midterms.
01:11:29.000 It's not looking good, everybody, at all for Democrats.
01:11:33.000 Republicans, hold the line in D.C.
01:11:36.000 And Republican governors, mobilize everything you have at your disposal to secure the southern border.
01:11:43.000 Do you have the will to act?
01:11:47.000 Or are you going to sit idly by while the country weakens itself into oblivion?
