00:02:42.000 I want to read an email that we got.
00:02:44.000 Email the freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:02:46.000 Charlie, in 1989, I worked for a small company in the Cincinnati area that made baseball hats.
00:02:53.000 Folgers, a Procter Gamble brand, sponsored a NASCAR racing team.
00:02:58.000 They wanted 300,000 hats.
00:03:02.000 I was so excited to get this account, but not so fast.
00:03:06.000 We bid $1.01 per hat.
00:03:10.000 They went to China for 98 cents per hat.
00:03:13.000 Three cents per hat was the loyalty Folgers had to go to China.
00:03:20.000 That's how they treated a small company in their hometown.
00:03:24.000 China got rich off of deals like that.
00:03:27.000 Two cents, three cents, one cent.
00:03:30.000 No national loyalty, no commitment to your fellow countrymen, just profit-seeking enrichment.
00:03:38.000 And you know who else got rich off China?
00:03:41.000 Hunter Biden got very rich, and so did the Biden family.
00:03:44.000 With us, who knows a lot about that?
00:03:46.000 Miranda Devine, who is just spectacular and really special.
00:03:51.000 Miranda, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:03:54.000 Thanks so much, Charlie.
00:03:55.000 Great to be with you.
00:03:56.000 Thanks for having me.
00:03:56.000 So your book is doing very well.
00:03:58.000 Laptop From Hell.
00:04:00.000 Very direct to the point, tell us how the book is doing uh, remind our audience kind of how and why you wrote it.
00:04:07.000 And then I want to talk about Biden's connections to China.
00:04:09.000 The book's done very well.
00:04:11.000 It hit number one on Amazon um day one and uh ended the week um number two overall.
00:04:17.000 So um, I think there's a hunger out there for the truth about what was on Hunter Biden's laptop.
00:04:24.000 Um, you know, at the NEW YORK POST uh, we tried, we um Emma Joe Morris, my colleague, wrote some brilliant stories three weeks before the election last year um, with some of the most damning emails about Joe Biden that were on the laptop and which were denied by him, and which showed that he had met Hunter Biden's business partners, something that he denied during the election campaign.
00:04:49.000 So I I think that people want to know one way or the other, and i've tried to write it not as a polemic but just as a straight piece of reportage, using not just the laptop but information from Toy Bobolinski and also from the Senate inquiry by Chuck Grassly and Ron Johnson.
00:05:08.000 Yeah, and I hope if Republicans take back Congress they will depose Hunter Biden for some of these questions.
00:05:14.000 This is very serious stuff.
00:05:15.000 So let's separate some of the kind of chatter online uh, fact from fiction.
00:05:19.000 There's some people that say on the laptop there were potentially compromising or illegal images.
00:05:25.000 Is that true?
00:05:25.000 Did you find that in your journalism?
00:05:28.000 Uh, looking into this, the very least there are probably some unsavory images.
00:05:32.000 But tell us a little bit about that.
00:05:34.000 If you're referring to the chatter online about pedophilia yes, pedophilia images um no, I didn't find anything like that.
00:05:44.000 I mean, there was um a photograph of a?
00:05:49.000 Um young girl, um aged 13, 14 at the time um, and she this was obviously um taken in like a school bathroom with some, some friends.
00:06:00.000 They were all putting on makeup in the mirror.
00:06:03.000 She's seen in the background uh, getting changed and that the image just captures um, you know, part of one of her breasts and um, that was um you know enough to scare Rudy Giuliani and Bernie Carrick.
00:06:20.000 Um, Rudy Giuliani, when that picture was brought to his attention by one of his staff that was going through the laptop, he asked Bernie Carrick if this was, um you know, a notifiable image in terms of you have to notify the authorities if you find child pornography.
00:06:38.000 And Bernie Carrick, former commissioner of police, said, yes, under New York Law.
00:06:42.000 Technically, it was so that frightened both of them enough to take a copy of the hard drive and deliver it to the Delaware police, and they were being scrupulously careful in that case.
00:06:56.000 I've i've written about that.
00:06:58.000 I think that that is one of several images not several, I mean thousands of images that were um, downloaded onto uh well, uploaded into the cloud as part of a family, Family sharing situation of photos.
00:07:13.000 And there were a lot of pictures of children from school outings and various things that kids do with their friends, sporting activities and so on.
00:07:24.000 They really had nothing to do with Hunter, very childish stuff that was just part of, again, his being part of this family sharing operation.
00:07:31.000 I think they were downloaded onto his laptop, which had tens of thousands of images, some of which were just completely random and had nothing to do with his life.
00:07:41.000 So I've laid that out, but I don't see any evidence that Hunter Biden has a taste or an interest in underage women.
00:07:49.000 All the sex, he filmed himself having sex with hundreds of women.
00:07:55.000 And some of it he uploaded onto websites like Pornhub.
00:08:01.000 But all these women were fully grown.
00:08:03.000 So none of the others, some doctored images online.
00:08:06.000 I think there's, you know, and I don't like dishonesty being reported about the laptop because there's such wrongdoing on the laptop.
00:08:16.000 And if you make up something or you exaggerate something, you're taking away from the wrongdoing that does exist and for which there is evidence.
00:08:25.000 No, I totally agree.
00:08:26.000 That's why I asked because there's so many rumors and nonsense and chatter at times.
00:08:30.000 And so let's just talk about the significance of this.
00:08:33.000 Here you have a laptop from the now president's son that almost no one in the media cares anything about.
00:08:39.000 I mean, just you've been in this world for quite some time.
00:08:42.000 Just can you talk a little bit about this before we go into more of the details of just how extraordinary the effort has been to ignore this?
00:08:51.000 I mean, it takes more effort to ignore it than to report it.
00:08:54.000 Yeah, it really does.
00:08:56.000 We saw that when the New York Post first published it, you know, in October.
00:09:00.000 We saw the heavy hand of big tech, Facebook and Twitter came down and censored it within hours of it going up online.
00:09:08.000 And that gave an excuse to the Biden-friendly media, the anti-Trump media, to then ignore it and reduce our reporting.
00:09:16.000 And then on top of that, you had this extraordinary intervention by John Brennan, the former CIA director, and 50 of his fellow former intelligence operatives and former high-ranking defense people like Leon Panetta and Michael Hayden, James Clapper, who all should be ashamed of themselves.
00:09:35.000 They published a letter in Politico, which was a propaganda document, lying and saying that this laptop and our reporting by extension had all the hallmarks of a Russian disinformation operation in their expert opinion.
00:09:51.000 And then they admit down the bottom of this ridiculous letter that they had never even looked at the laptop.
00:09:58.000 They really had no evidence.
00:10:00.000 It was just their guesswork.
00:10:03.000 And that was a very valuable document to further just completely crush the story and to assist Joe Biden when he went up against Donald Trump in the last debate.
00:10:15.000 And this letter had just come out.
00:10:18.000 And as soon as Donald Trump raised it and said, you know, raised the story that we'd published and said, you know, they're saying you're a corrupt politician, Joe.
00:10:27.000 What do you say to that?
00:10:28.000 Joe Biden immediately went into high umbrage mode and cited this letter and said, the intelligence community has pronounced that it's Russian disinformation.
00:10:38.000 You're the corrupt one.
00:10:39.000 And it worked.
00:10:40.000 It absolutely worked a charm for him.
00:10:43.000 No more questions were asked and the story was buried.
00:10:46.000 And we know from polls that were taken, Media Research Center did polls after the election that almost half of Biden voters didn't know about the laptop scandal, didn't know that Hunter Biden was under investigation.
00:11:00.000 Yes.
00:11:00.000 And one-tenth of those, if they had known, would have changed their vote.
00:11:05.000 And in an election that was won by 45,000 votes in a handful of battleground states, that could have made a material difference to the outcome.
00:11:12.000 It's one of the great interferences of elections we've ever seen.
00:11:17.000 It's almost hard to even comprehend.
00:11:19.000 You have a new article out I want to ask you about that kind of ties into some of the work we're doing at Turning Point USA.
00:11:24.000 We have a big event coming up, America Fest.
00:11:26.000 We'll have over 8,000 young people, young conservative people in Phoenix, Arizona next week.
00:11:32.000 You say, thank goodness for these right thinking Gen Z saviors.
00:11:37.000 What do you mean by that?
00:11:38.000 Well, it seems that Gen Z is the generation that, you know, age nine to 25 who have, they've grown up with the, you know, the internet and a cell phone in their hand.
00:11:51.000 And they're able to, I guess, find their own information and they're more skeptical about what they're fed, the sort of meta narratives from the media than their sort of millennial seniors and elders and certainly the boomers and Gen X.
00:12:09.000 They seem to be more savvy and more willing to think for themselves.
00:12:13.000 They've been fully brainwashed or attempted to be indoctrinated by their schools, often by their parents as well, to sort of the left leaning notions, but they can see the reality before them and they are not trusting of authority and they are more trusting of their peers.
00:12:32.000 And I think that's what you guys do at Turning Point USA.
00:12:35.000 It's what this group that's sort of colonized TikTok called Today in America, Is America has done as well.
00:12:43.000 And that's just to harness the power, the intellect, the inquisitiveness and the energy of this enormous group of voters that are coming of age.
00:12:56.000 Certainly by 2024, we know that Gen Z and the millennials will be the largest voting block.
00:13:03.000 And I think it's so heartening to you meet them, you know them, you're with them all the time with Turning Point USA and turning them on and switching them on to the reality of politics and life.
00:13:18.000 And they see, I think, in a way, with Joe Biden's, I mean, it's been terrible for America, his presidency, but also it's been a real red pill moment, especially for young people and the pandemic.
00:13:30.000 You know, they've been the most damaged by the lockdowns and the closures and the curfews.
00:13:36.000 Their generation, their high school, their school, their college, their futures have all been ruined.
00:13:44.000 At a time when they want to socialize and it's so important to them to be with their peers, they've been isolated, you know, causing mental health issues and so on.
00:13:53.000 And yet this is a virus that doesn't hurt them for the most part.
00:13:57.000 I mean, they're the least affected by the virus.
00:14:00.000 And so they have been expected to make these enormous sacrifices on behalf of older people or obese people who are affected by the virus.
00:14:10.000 And I think that there is going to be a backlash coming.
00:14:14.000 You know, you see older people scolding young people for not, you know, kids at school for not wearing their masks properly or for not getting triple vaxed.
00:14:26.000 And, you know, who's selfish?
00:14:29.000 These people are calling young people selfish.
00:14:31.000 Who's selfish?
00:14:33.000 I think Gen Z has borne the brunt of the pandemic while being the least affected and has done it pretty uncomplainingly.
00:14:41.000 And, you know, they're inheriting a world that has been is basically scorched earth.
00:14:46.000 The institutions and the moral capital has been squandered by their forebears.
00:14:52.000 And now we are relying on Gen Z or will be relying on Gen Z and young millennials, I guess, to rebuild those institutions.
00:15:01.000 And there's a lot on their shoulders.
00:15:03.000 But I think, you know, from what I've seen, I mean, my children are Gen Z.
00:15:08.000 I have enormous faith in them.
00:15:11.000 I think they're, you know, there's that old adage, hard times makes strong men.
00:15:18.000 And I think we're certainly in hard times, and this is a very strong generation.
00:15:22.000 Well, I hope you're right.
00:15:24.000 I see it both ways.
00:15:24.000 I pray you're right.
00:15:25.000 I get to see the insanity of the indoctrination from Gen Z, but I totally agree that there is a... there is kind of this rejection of the lockdown, forced vaccination, you've stole my entire future away.
00:15:39.000 And there is some contradicting data out there of whether or not they want to live in a society that actually respects their individual liberty and freedom.
00:15:51.000 I want to believe that.
00:15:53.000 There is some polling out there, and I don't really trust the polling, but that shows that in some ways we're creating the generation after Gen Z might be one that is totally different than Gen Z, much more safetyist focused.
00:16:05.000 But you have 17-year-olds in college that are being told, 18-year-olds in college, you have to wear a mask all day long.
00:16:11.000 And for a virus, that isn't going to significantly impact them in any way.
00:16:16.000 Miranda, there's an increasing amount of chatter about the Russia-Ukrainian issue.
00:16:24.000 And it begs the question anytime this kind of surfaces, what capital flows existed or exist between the Ukrainian government or the Ukrainian power structure and Hunter Biden?
00:16:37.000 What do we know as far as money that Hunter Biden received from Ukrainian oligarchs, gas companies, and even Russia as well?
00:16:47.000 Please explain.
00:16:49.000 Well, there's less money coming from Russia and Ukraine that's evident on the laptop and in the Bobolinsky material than there is from China.
00:16:57.000 But what we know is that, first of all, that Hunter Biden was being paid $83,000 a month by the corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma during his father's vice presidency.
00:17:10.000 And after Joe Biden's term ended, his pay for sitting on the board of Burisma was cut in half.
00:17:19.000 And we also know that there was, we actually know this from the Johnson Gradsley report that $3.5 million was funneled into the bank account of an associate or a business partner,
00:17:38.000 Devon Archer of Hunter Biden's, by Elena Bachurina, who is Russia's richest woman, the wife, now widow of the corrupt former Moscow mayor.
00:17:51.000 And we also know that Hunter Biden met Elena Bachurina just a few weeks after that money hit the bank account.
00:17:58.000 He met her in Lake Como at Villa de Est, which is a haunt, beautiful mansion, hotel, luxury hotel on the shore of Lake Como, which is a haunt of corrupt oligarchs from around the world.
00:18:12.000 And we also know that he was doing the bidding of the Ukrainian owners of Burisma in terms of the owner, Nikolai Slajewski, was in trouble because he had been the former energy minister of the Russia-aligned Ukrainian government that was ousted in the Maiden Revolution with the help of the United States.
00:18:40.000 And he was under investigation by Interpol, by the British, and in conjunction with the FBI.
00:18:48.000 And they had frozen his bank accounts in London with millions of dollars in it.
00:18:53.000 And in Ukraine, the chief prosecutor was also investigating him for corruption.
00:18:59.000 So he needed to have some intervention from the most powerful country in the world, America, to try and call off the dogs.
00:19:09.000 And this was why he hired Hunter Biden and Devon Archer to sit on his board.
00:19:16.000 Really, Hunter was not qualified for this job.
00:19:20.000 He was a raging crackhead at the time as well.
00:19:23.000 And all he had to do for it was show up once a year to Monte Carlo or Paris or some glamorous destination for a board meeting.
00:19:32.000 But there were also emails from his handler at Burisma basically laying out the demands, which were that he had to get important people in the American government to sing the praises of Burisma, to sing the praises of Zlachevsky.
00:19:50.000 And this was really quite disturbing to some lower level members of the State Department, you know, officials of the State Department in Ukraine, who tried to warn Joe Biden's office.
00:20:03.000 And in fact, in one case, one low-level staffer was on Air Force 2 with Joe Biden going into Kiev one time.
00:20:12.000 And he actually confronted Joe Biden quite courageously and said to him, your son's involvement with this corrupt energy company is causing a problem for America because we are trying to impose these requirements on Ukraine that they can only receive US aid if they stamp out corruption.
00:20:35.000 And yet your son is diluting that message at the very least.
00:20:40.000 Well, nothing ever happened.
00:20:41.000 I mean, Joe obviously told Hunter to meet this official because there is a record in Hunter's diary of a couple of meetings with him and a couple of phone calls.
00:20:51.000 But Hunter Biden continued to earn money from Burisma.
00:20:54.000 It didn't stop his behavior at all.
00:20:57.000 And the most disturbing part of the Burisma equation, just to end, is that Joe Biden boasted that he had forced or pressured the Ukrainian government of President Boroshenko to fire their chief prosecutor, a man called Viktor Shokin.
00:21:16.000 And Joe Biden said that he had threatened to withhold $1 billion of US aid that Ukraine desperately needed unless Shokin was fired.
00:21:26.000 And Joe Biden explained this as saying, well, you know, the prosecutor is corrupt and he wasn't investigating corruption, which I think is so important.
00:21:37.000 And what really was happening was that Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor, was investigating Burisma.
00:21:45.000 And a few days before he was fired, he had, or a few weeks it might have been, he had seized property belonging to Burisma's owner, mansions in Kiev, plots of land, even a Rolls-Royce Silver Phantom.
00:21:59.000 And also Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor, has given, or the former prosecutor, has since given interviews in Ukraine, which didn't get much attention here, but saying that his next protocol was subpoenas for Hunter Biden and his business partner, Devon Archer.
00:22:18.000 And Joe Biden's intervention, the president of Ukraine, Poroshenko, was very reluctant.
00:22:23.000 There are phone, leaked phone conversations between them at this time, which I have in the book, which showed that Poroshenko did not want to fire Viktor Shokin.
00:22:33.000 He said there was no evidence of any corruption and Joe Biden insisted at several flurry of phone calls in that period, really desperate to get Shokin fired.
00:22:43.000 Finally, Poroshenko reluctantly fired his chief prosecutor.
00:22:48.000 And of course, then the job went to a politician.
00:22:51.000 The investigation against Burisma was very quickly wound up with a $5 million fine.
00:22:57.000 That was it.
00:22:58.000 So that money that Burisma paid to Hunter Biden was well worth it.
00:23:03.000 Well, obviously.
00:23:04.000 And I mean, it was an investment to try and protect their entire scheme.
00:23:09.000 But it doesn't just stop with Ukraine.
00:23:11.000 It also, the one that is the most interesting that the laptop revealed that we weren't ever allowed to have a discussion with while we were experiencing the horror of a virus from this country is the Tony Bobulinsky kind of Chinese issue.
00:23:25.000 Whatever happened to Tony Bobulinsky?
00:23:28.000 He's just gone back into his normal life of obscurity.
00:23:33.000 He really is an American hero.
00:23:35.000 Tony Bobolinski, a Navy veteran, a successful businessman in his own right, was sort of dragged into this Hunter Biden, Joe Biden influence peddling scheme and sort of realized, I mean, he was brought in to legitimize it and exert proper corporate governance on this new joint venture with China.
00:24:00.000 But he soon found himself in this just complete mess, a total disaster, and regretted it.
00:24:07.000 But to his great credit, he stood up before the election and he said, he amplified our story that had been censored and said, this is true.
00:24:16.000 Joe Biden is the big guy.
00:24:18.000 He met with me twice.
00:24:21.000 He is the patriarch and the instigator, the orchestrator of this international influence peddling scheme that was enriching the Bidens at a great cost to America's national security.
00:24:33.000 And I mean, the laptop is not enough.
00:24:36.000 I look at it as a jigsaw puzzle when I was writing the book.
00:24:40.000 It's part of the jigsaw puzzle, but a big part of the jigsaw puzzle is Tony Bobolinski and the contents of his three phones that he handed over to the FBI, which contain WhatsApp messages and documents and emails and so on, which I have, and which overlap with a lot of the material and confirm and verify a lot of the material on the laptop, but also augment it.
00:25:02.000 And then a third piece of the jigsaw puzzle is that Johnson-Grasley Senate report, because they had treasury documents, these suspicious activity reports showing this sort of money that was coming in from suspect sources overseas into American bank accounts that were associated with Hunter Biden and his partners.
00:25:23.000 So those three pieces of the jigsaw puzzle really give you a very disturbing view into the whole scheme, how blatant it was.
00:25:34.000 You know, it wasn't very sophisticated.
00:25:37.000 It was really just Joe Biden's sort of Tammany Hall shakedown of donors and corporations in Delaware that wanted favors from him in his powerful positions in the Senate.
00:25:50.000 As over the years, he was chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, gave him a lot of pull in Delaware.
00:25:59.000 And he'd always managed to get for his family, you know, sort of these grifters, everything.
00:26:08.000 It was a magic carpet ride.
00:26:09.000 They had a life of immense entitlement and privilege.
00:26:14.000 They had any, you know, Ivy League college entries, judge clerkships, jobs, government sinecures, you know, inflated salaries, whatever they wanted, the Biden family got.
00:26:28.000 And he just internationalized that.
00:26:31.000 And the most damaging to America, of course, is the Chinese grift and the Chinese influence selling.
00:26:40.000 And we know, for instance, in 2013, Joe Biden brought his son Hunter to Beijing on Air Force Two for his meetings with President Xi Jinping and the top authorities in the Communist Party of China.
00:26:56.000 And we also know during that trip that Joe Biden went into a private meeting, shook hands with Hunter Biden's new business partner there in China, and that a few days after they left China, that Hunter Biden became a 10% owner of this Chinese company, BHR Investment Fund, which in 2019 had $2.5 billion worth of funds under management.
00:27:23.000 Now, he still owned that.
00:27:24.000 In effect, he was in partnership with the Chinese Communist Party.
00:27:29.000 The last time I looked in September, his lawyer, his new lawyer, has told the New York Times more recently that he divested himself of that 10% share.
00:27:41.000 Now, I can't see evidence of that.
00:27:43.000 His company, Scenatolese, is still listed on the Chinese corporate registers as a 10% owner.
00:27:50.000 Scenadoles is still listed in Delaware, but it's listed as being on the Delaware Corporate Register as being dormant or license revoked, but that's for, I think, not paying yearly dues.
00:28:06.000 So I don't know whether he really has sold his 10% or not.
00:28:11.000 And when Jen Saki was asked by the New York Post Washington correspondent Stephen Nelson just a few days ago, she refused to answer and she referred all questions to Hunter Biden's lawyer, who does not answer questions from the New York Post.
00:28:26.000 So we're none the wiser and it's outrageous that the White House does not come clean with the American people.
00:28:34.000 If Hunter Biden has sold his share, he should be telling us how much for and who did he sell it to and when.
00:28:40.000 Well, there's so much more we can even get into this and it's just the surface.
00:28:44.000 It's Laptop from Hell by Miranda Devine.
00:28:46.000 I wish we had more time left to have you back on soon.
00:28:49.000 And it's just the fact that there hasn't been widespread criminal investigations into this.
00:28:54.000 It's bad for the country.
00:28:55.000 It really is.
00:28:56.000 It's just bad for our country in more ways than one.
00:28:58.000 Miranda, thank you so much for joining us and being so generous with your time.
00:29:01.000 Oh, thanks so much, Charlie.
00:29:03.000 Great to be with you all.
00:29:04.000 One of the best books ever written in recent times is Age of Entitlement.
00:29:04.000 Thank you.
00:29:09.000 I encourage all of you to check it out by Christopher Caldwell.
00:29:11.000 It's terrific.
00:29:12.000 I read it in like a week and a half.
00:29:14.000 And I'm very busy, always trying to prep for this show, try to read a book a week, do our best to try to do that.
00:29:20.000 So Caldwell argues in the age of entitlement that there was a great game that was played when we passed the Civil Rights Act.
00:29:29.000 That's not to say that there were not changes that were necessary.
00:29:32.000 There's not to say that it was all bad.
00:29:35.000 But there was a rather aggressive, almost like a square peg through a round hole style posture that was taken by the Civil Rights Act regime to make the federal government the enforcement arm of anti-racism.
00:29:56.000 Now, I know some people that believe that was perfectly fine, that it was the right move to use federal troops to desegregate schools.
00:30:06.000 I actually probably sympathize with that, to be perfectly honest.
00:30:09.000 I think it's a civil rights issue.
00:30:11.000 But when it started to get tricky, it was when all of a sudden private businesses were going to be forced what to do.
00:30:18.000 It also went so far, so dramatic, that all of a sudden the definition of civil rights was expanded beyond anything that everyone could have imagined.
00:30:25.000 It was more than voting rights.
00:30:26.000 It was more than access to representation at the polls, but also it became into private interactions.
00:30:33.000 But because of the expansion of the power that was given to the Department of Justice and with it, an entire civil rights kind of monstrosity, a machine that was created, we have seen the past couple decades the unintended consequences of such a regime.
00:30:51.000 And no one should be surprised now when you have people on MSNBC suggesting that the federal government should now send troops to take over elections in states, or they might require voter ID.
00:31:05.000 Get Cut 91 ready.
00:31:07.000 In Cut 91, some lunatic that shouldn't be allowed to get near political power says that the federal government should now use troops to take over elections in states if they don't allow mass mail and voting and if they dare purge their voter rolls.
00:31:26.000 Now, this is where this is going.
00:31:28.000 You see, the left is now realizing that they have to embrace and use political power to destroy you.
00:31:36.000 Play Cut 91.
00:31:39.000 This is an emergency.
00:31:41.000 And I know this is something that hasn't been done in 50, 60 years, but you know what happened when the federal government said, hey, Brown versus Board of Education, we've got to integrate schools?
00:31:49.000 They sent troops.
00:31:50.000 They sent federal officials to places and said, you will let black children into school.
00:31:54.000 This administration can say, we have concerns about how elections are being conducted in this particular state.
00:32:01.000 We're going to send officials down there.
00:32:03.000 We're going to send election observers.
00:32:05.000 If we think that people's civil rights are being violated, we will do a federal takeover.
00:32:09.000 We'll do a federal takeover.
00:32:11.000 Thankfully, the Constitution was written for people like him, but the Civil Rights Act and the whole regime that followed, it set that precedent.
00:32:19.000 And this is where this is headed.
00:32:21.000 Do not be surprised.
00:32:22.000 And I'm going to make a prediction here that ahead of the midterm elections, Merrick Garland deploys Department of Justice federal shock troops to battleground states and for swing states that are necessary for Republicans to take back the Senate.
00:32:37.000 Do not be surprised if Merrick Garland does a press release in June of this next year and says, DOJ to send 2,000 election observers to Maricopa County.
00:32:48.000 Now, the election observers will not be there to try to catch fraud.
00:32:52.000 No, they're going to be there to see whether or not mail and ballots go to every single person.
00:32:57.000 It's the opposite.
00:32:59.000 They're bringing election observers in to make sure the fraud goes untouched.
00:33:04.000 Do not be surprised that for Herschel Walker's Senate race, which he's already up on Raphael Warnock significantly, Trump endorsed Herschel Walker Heisman Trophy winning Herschel Walker, probably the second best running back ever in college football history.
00:33:17.000 Jim Brown than Herschel Walker.
00:33:18.000 It's not even close.
00:33:20.000 Where Herschel Walker is going to be in a very tight Senate race, tons of money will flow in.
00:33:26.000 Don't be surprised when the Department of Justice announces, hey, we're going to come bring in federal troops to try to make sure that we get what we want on the ground.
00:33:38.000 And what is the word that that lunatic said on MSNBC?
00:33:42.000 It's an emergency.
00:33:43.000 Of course it is.
00:33:44.000 Because now we have set the precedent that all you have to do is use the E-word emergency.
00:33:49.000 You can shut down the economy.
00:33:50.000 Emergency.
00:33:51.000 Everyone gets a mail and ballot.
00:33:52.000 Emergency.
00:33:53.000 We're sending in federal troops to make sure elections are done the way we want them to.
