00:01:15.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.

00:01:24.000 We are going to celebrate the reversal of Roe versus Wade and the Dobbs decision.

00:01:28.000 It's been one year, but honestly, the biggest story is the lead, Hunter Biden, gets a sweetheart deal from the Department of Justice.

00:01:39.000 Hunter Biden was under investigation for approximately five years.

00:01:41.000 That's about 1,800 days.

00:01:43.000 That's more than a thousand days of actually working, even for federal employees who like to get days like Juneteenth off.

00:01:51.000 And by the way, we had some very strong comments on that yesterday that you guys could check out.

00:01:55.000 It went totally viral.

00:01:56.000 I don't know why.

00:01:56.000 It wasn't even that controversial what we said.

00:01:58.000 Now, by the way, it's not as if there was a lack of material to look at with Hunter Biden.

00:02:02.000 Federal investigators had the entire Hunter Biden laptop.

00:02:06.000 They had former associates of Hunter loudly saying he was involved in corrupt deals, and that those deals went up to all the way the big man, Joe Biden, himself.

00:02:14.000 And five years, after five years, is what prosecutors came up with.

00:02:18.000 Quote, the president's son will plead guilty to two counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax.

00:02:23.000 Failure to pay federal income tax.

00:02:26.000 Hunter Biden also agreed to enter into a pre-trial diversion agreement regarding a separate charge of possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance, unquote.

00:02:40.000 We predicted this on this program.

00:02:42.000 We said there was a chance that charges were coming against Hunter Biden soon as a way to try to make it seem as if the scales of justice go against both political parties.

00:02:51.000 Okay, yeah, we're going to go after Donald Trump in the DOJ, but we're also going after the Bidens, too.

00:02:56.000 This is nothing more than a cover talking point against a legit crime family, the Biden crime family.

00:03:03.000 We predicted this months ago.

00:03:06.000 And the heavy news I have to share with you today is that this means that they're likely going to go after Trump on the serious, the most serious of all charges.

00:03:15.000 And we're seeing it.

00:03:16.000 They're starting to put things together for the Donald Trump January 6th indictments.

00:03:21.000 And Julie Kelly, to her great credit, who's on this program, predicted that months ago.

00:03:24.000 She was clear.

00:03:25.000 She said, oh, they're going to indict him. 0.86

00:03:26.000 And people thought she was nuts, but she was right.

00:03:28.000 Now, while Hunter Biden made more than $1.5 million in both 2017 and 2018, he paid no federal income tax in either year.

00:03:37.000 He just blew it off.

00:03:39.000 The maximum penalty under the lowered charges Hunter received is one year in prison for each tax charge.

00:03:46.000 But according to CNN, prosecutors planned to seek only probation for both charges.

00:03:50.000 So this is the ultimate slap on a wrist.

00:03:54.000 Yes, he's an issue, but we've already handled that issue.

00:03:57.000 This is the same exact playbook that they used with Joy Reed.

00:04:02.000 This is the same playbook they used with Whoopee Goldberg.

00:04:04.000 You might say, Charlie, that's weird examples.

00:04:06.000 When anybody on the left gets in trouble, they just kind of do, okay, yeah, you take a week off.

00:04:13.000 You're just kind of in the penalty box.

00:04:17.000 You see, they're not actually going to charge Hunter Biden on the legit crimes against the country.

00:04:22.000 They're not going to charge Hunter Biden on how all roads lead to Joe Biden.

00:04:27.000 No.

00:04:28.000 Instead, they're going to do this kind of process, okay, you didn't pay taxes type stuff.

00:04:34.000 He didn't pay taxes all in 2017 or 18.

00:04:36.000 Now, again, the maximum penalty is a year in prison.

00:04:38.000 Hunter Biden is not going to see a day in prison.

00:04:41.000 And eventually, Joe Biden will just pardon his son.

00:04:44.000 So what does all this mean?

00:04:46.000 It means the end of the line on everything else we know about Hunter Biden.

00:04:50.000 This is going to give federal investigators and prosecutors an excuse to close the investigations on Hunter Biden.

00:04:58.000 Oh, he pled guilty.

00:04:59.000 We got it done.

00:04:59.000 We're bipartisan.

00:05:01.000 We go after both parties.

00:05:02.000 This is not a political witch hunt against Joe Biden.

00:05:06.000 This is a veneer of equal justice.

00:05:11.000 It's air cover to go after Donald Trump.

00:05:14.000 Yeah, okay, you got Hunter on some process crimes.

00:05:17.000 You got him on some tax stuff.

00:05:20.000 But now we have the excuse to go full force.

00:05:22.000 So then when Merrick Garland goes in front of a House or a Senate committee, he'll say in that weasly voice, Well, do you understand?

00:05:30.000 We're going after both parties to held accountable because no one is above the law.

00:05:36.000 This is a con.

00:05:38.000 He's going to get probation for two misdemeanors.

00:05:40.000 And now all the chattering class on cable television, they're going to say, well, I think, I guarantee it, I predicted.

00:05:46.000 MSNBC, all these people, this is what they're going to say.

00:05:49.000 They're going to come out and they're going to say, well, I think what this really does is this weakens and invalidates far-right accusations that the Department of Justice is a political organization.

00:06:00.000 That's what they're going to say, verbatim.

00:06:02.000 They're going to be like, wow, the Biden administration is so fair that they go after a son of a sitting president.

00:06:08.000 He even let his own son be charged.

00:06:10.000 Unlike Donald Trump, unlike Donald Trump, who would interfere, this is exactly the talking point they're going to have.

00:06:18.000 This gives the Democrats just enough, just a little bit of an inch, so they need to go full force after Donald Trump.

00:06:25.000 Again, we predicted this earlier this year.

00:06:27.000 I think we could find the clip somewhere.

00:06:29.000 We predicted the Democrats were planning a very calculated offering of Hunter Biden as a front to make the DOGA's activities look fair.

00:06:38.000 We're already seeing this in the kind of Twitter audience, if you will, by the way.

00:06:42.000 The Twitter audi are saying, this is fair.

00:06:44.000 Justice is now served.

00:06:46.000 Now we need to do Jared and Don Jr. and Ivanka.

00:06:49.000 You see, what they're trying to do is weaken a very legitimate and strong criticism that we have that the Department of Justice has become the Praetorian guard and the Gestapo of the American Democrat Party.

00:07:03.000 And they know it's legit.

00:07:04.000 They would not be doing this if they did not need to run an interference in a PR communications way to say, hey, we have some problems.

00:07:12.000 We have some real issues.

00:07:14.000 Now, look at what we have.

00:07:15.000 Two weeks after the federal Trump indictment, one of the most calculated acts of political aggression in American history, we have these charges against Hunter Biden.

00:07:26.000 They say, look, everyone, the DOJ is incredibly fair.

00:07:29.000 This is smokescreen.

00:07:30.000 Do not fall for this.

00:07:31.000 We're getting some emails and some people say, oh, Charlie, finally there's equal justice.

00:07:36.000 Oh, do not fall for that.

00:07:38.000 This is not equal justice.

00:07:40.000 Play cut 21.

00:07:41.000 This is Catherine Herridge at CBS.

00:07:43.000 Very instructive.

00:07:44.000 Play cut 21.

00:07:45.000 I can tell you, having covered this for several years now, that this is likely to be a very controversial plea agreement, especially with Republicans on Capitol Hill.

00:07:55.000 Over the last few years, not only in the House, but in the Senate, their investigators have raised very serious questions about these business deals with Chinese nationals, as well as this Ukraine energy firm, Burisma.

00:08:08.000 And then, more recently, we've had whistleblowers come forward.

00:08:11.000 An IRS whistleblower spoke on the record with CBS News, as well as whistleblowers from the Justice Department have gone to Capitol Hill complaining that this investigation has been slow walked and that standard investigative procedures have not been followed.

00:08:25.000 So, this may just be the beginning of the story in many respects.

00:08:29.000 So, let me just make sure this is clear.

00:08:31.000 If you read all of the mainstream covering of this, they're making it actually see heavier against Joe Biden.

00:08:38.000 They're so orchestrated, the Operation Mockingbird media.

00:08:41.000 So, if you read the headlines from CNN, they say, Hunter Biden to plead guilty to federal charges, CNN.com.

00:08:49.000 Well, that sounds bad.

00:08:52.000 Now, in criminal law, any defendant has the right or the ability to plead guilty at any time.

00:08:59.000 But do you know what is not always offered?

00:09:02.000 A plea agreement to plead down to a misdemeanor.

00:09:08.000 The prosecution has to offer a plea deal.

00:09:11.000 Now, at any time, like Donald Trump could plead guilty right now, but prosecutors are not meeting with Trump's attorneys saying, All right, you're a former president, all these documents.

00:09:20.000 If you plea, Mr. President, we can make this go down to misdemeanors.

00:09:23.000 They're not doing that.

00:09:25.000 Instead, it's very obvious what happened here.

00:09:28.000 Hunter Biden's legal team, back channeling with Joe Biden, who is hanging out with all the DOJ people.

00:09:33.000 There's pictures of him with DOJ people recently.

00:09:36.000 They said, Look, we have a big hunter problem.

00:09:38.000 Let's just make it an inch wide and a millimeter deep, even though it's a mile, really deep, on the most easy stuff to agree to that's not going to hurt us politically, tax stuff, because people don't like the IRS as it is.

00:09:51.000 But then the prosecutors have to meet us halfway and agree to basically say, We're not going to bring this to trial.

00:09:57.000 And if you plea down to a misdemeanor, why didn't they offer that deal to Douglas Mackey, the meme maker?

00:10:05.000 Why didn't they offer this deal to Steve Bannon?

00:10:09.000 Hey, Steve, you're the first one that we're actually going to bring to trial for contempt of Congress.

00:10:14.000 Why didn't they bring a plea agreement to Lieutenant General Michael Flynn?

00:10:18.000 Oh, no, because Hunter Biden is the son of the king, and this is all a psyop to make you believe we actually have an equal justice system.

00:10:29.000 Do not fall for it.

00:10:33.000 I want to talk about relieffactor.com.

00:10:35.000 I want you guys to check out relieffactor.com, 100% drug-free, knee pain, back pain, joint pain, elbow pain.

00:10:59.000 That is what his life is all about.

00:11:03.000 It's a major part of life.

00:11:04.000 Check it out right now: relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com.

00:11:10.000 It's so clear what's going on here, and it's politically brilliant on behalf of Joe Biden.

00:11:14.000 I mean, it's unbelievably corrupt, but there's an architect.

00:11:17.000 It might be Ron Clain.

00:11:19.000 Who knows?

00:11:19.000 It might be Joe Biden himself.

00:11:21.000 He might have come to sentence at some point.

00:11:21.000 Who knows?

00:11:25.000 And so Joe Biden had a tough political challenge in front of him.

00:11:28.000 My son is basically a legit international criminal.

00:11:31.000 I don't want him in prison for life, though.

00:11:33.000 How can I protect him and still take out Donald Trump like I'm Joseph Stalin?

00:11:37.000 Also, how can I restore faith in the DOJ to go after the legit political enemies that I need to take off the chessboard?

00:11:44.000 So there is definitely a meeting.

00:11:46.000 It'd be interesting, of course.

00:11:47.000 Do you notice, just as a short, short, short side note, do you notice nothing leaks out of this White House?

00:11:52.000 Like, nothing leaks.

00:11:55.000 Maybe because reporters are not constantly jockeying all of the staffers to try to get things leaked.

00:12:04.000 And the Trump White House, it was a leak-a-thon.

00:12:07.000 I mean, from what I would have a meeting with Trump, and within 20 minutes, I would get texts from New York Times Watch Post.

00:12:15.000 I was your meeting with the president.

00:12:16.000 How did you know?

00:12:18.000 Because everyone would just, there would be like what we just called them in Game of Thrones, the little birds.

00:12:26.000 The little birds that would just kind of be leaking stuff all the time.

00:12:30.000 You get the reference, you get the reference.

00:12:32.000 Anyway, so the, you notice nothing leaks.

00:12:35.000 So Joe Biden definitely had a war room going on this, where they said, okay, we need to be able to use the DOJ.

00:12:42.000 The DOJ, however, needs to appear as impartial.

00:12:47.000 So Joe Biden had multiple problems, and the Biden administration had to figure this out.

00:12:52.000 So the first issue, the most depressing issue, is we have to try to take out Donald Trump.

00:12:59.000 Okay, so they've done that.

00:13:00.000 Then they realize that people's trust in the DOJ goes down. 0.99

00:13:03.000 So how do I solve my Hunter Biden problem with this cokehead criminal while also simultaneously trying to get people not to view the DOJ as this Democrat-Praetorian guard? 1.00

00:13:17.000 So that actually solves two problems for the Biden administration. 1.00

00:13:20.000 Now, if you fall for it, if the media falls for it.

00:13:23.000 So you get this sweetheart deal, and they drag out this case for years, and then they drop it at the perfect moment.

00:13:32.000 Timing, timing, timing, timing.

00:13:35.000 Why are they dropping the Hunter Biden plea deal right now?

00:13:39.000 They're dropping the Hunter Biden plea deal because there's probably a fair amount of Republican senators that are pretty animated the DOJ is going after Donald Trump.

00:13:48.000 So Merrick Garland had this in his back pocket.

00:13:50.000 They gamed this out probably around Christmas.

00:13:52.000 They knew that the House was eventually going to find Hunter Biden's crimes. 0.97

00:13:56.000 So they said, How can we turn down the attack dogs on Hunter Biden and say, hey, he's a suffering drug addict.

00:14:04.000 He's already pled guilty. 0.98

00:14:05.000 Leave him alone.

00:14:06.000 It's a non-issue.

00:14:07.000 How can you make it seem like a non-issue?

00:14:10.000 Because now anything more than this will make it seem as if you're just out to get Hunter poor Hunter Biden.

00:14:15.000 He's already pled guilty.

00:14:16.000 Leave the man alone.

00:14:17.000 I could just hear the cable news segments.

00:14:19.000 Right-wing extremists and paranoid QAnon conspiracy theorists are trying to continue to push that Hunter Biden as the center of an international crime ring.

00:14:28.000 Experts say that these theories lead to violence, and there's no evidence to support that.

00:14:32.000 And Hunter Biden has already pled guilty to tax accounts, to tax aversion.

00:14:38.000 Cut 31, CNN says they're positioning this as he's trying to take accountability.

00:14:44.000 You see, this, everyone knows Hunter Biden is a total criminal.

00:14:48.000 They know it.

00:14:50.000 And so Joe Biden, he actually cares less about his son's future.

00:14:54.000 The only issue, though, that he has with his son is that his son could rat him out if he goes into really like gets really prosecuted.

00:15:01.000 So Joe Biden has to kind of like, as a mafioso leader, kind of make sure that his son doesn't go Fulfredo.

00:15:08.000 And by the way, do you notice how they always say this?

00:15:10.000 It's like, oh, he's suffering from a disease.

00:15:13.000 He's not to blame.

00:15:14.000 There's a great book called Life at the Bottom by Dr. Theodore Dalrymple.

00:15:18.000 I love it.

00:15:19.000 Where he says, Do you notice that in modern culture, we never actually tell people that they're responsible for their own addictions and their own behaviors?

00:15:26.000 No, you made a conscious decision to get addicted to cocaine.

00:15:30.000 Cocaine did not fall out of the sky, and all of a sudden you said, oh my goodness, I'm a victim of a crack tornado that hit my home.

00:15:37.000 Play cut 31.

00:15:39.000 Positioning this as he's trying to take accountability for the crimes that he committed when he was an addict, which he has been very public about.

00:15:48.000 So this is part of that step in that process.

00:15:52.000 This is all designed guys, this is designed by the Biden administration to improve the political possibility, the political chances of Joe Biden going into 2024.

00:16:04.000 This is all designed with the intent to try and solve the Hunter Biden problem.

00:16:09.000 But the bigger issue is this we'll talk about it.

00:16:12.000 This is all designed as a way to mount the most serious of all charges.

00:16:18.000 It's building, and it's building and it's building.

00:16:20.000 They start with the Stormy Daniels garbage and now they might go for the I word.

00:16:27.000 All right, I got an important thing to share with you. 0.97

00:16:30.000 You are probably tired about all these left-wing, progressive companies and you're probably exhausted with trying to keep up with all their virtue signaling and their woke nonsense.

00:16:39.000 It's a question, right?

00:16:41.000 Why has corporate America decided to say we hate you to their customers?

00:16:46.000 I mean, I see Adidas.

00:16:47.000 Adidas might as well have a big sign that says we hate you.

00:16:52.000 Look, progressive left-wing companies are taking over the market and it's time for us to fight back.

00:18:50.000 All of this with Hunter Biden is leading towards something.

00:18:54.000 They don't want to have to do this, but they think that they have this thing perfectly planned.

00:18:58.000 And let me walk you through what the plan entails now, because it's very clear to me.

00:19:03.000 We did accurately predict that Hunter was going to face charges, and they're now going to deploy people in the media, see we should trust the DOJ, see we should trust the DOJ, see we should trust the DOJ, but they're building towards something.

00:19:15.000 And I can say confidently, more so than any other time that I've been hosting this program, that I think that Jack Smith, who is now proven to be a hyper-aggressive prosecutor, I think that there is a good likelihood he's going to go for insurrection.

00:19:33.000 One of the things that stood out to me when I was reading the Peter Strzok and Lisa Page text messages, which were the two FBI agents that failed to stop Donald Trump from becoming president despite trying to use the FBI to do so, is that there was something in those text messages that always bothered me when they mentioned the backup plan.

00:19:59.000 When Peter Strzzok and Lisa Page were ranting about how much they hated Trump, even though they were in charge of counterterrorism, talking about how they had meetings in Andy's office, part of their text, what always bothered me was when Peter Strzzok was so confident that they had a backup plan.

00:20:22.000 Now, their backup plan failed largely because Hillary Clinton didn't campaign in Michigan, Wisconsin, or Pennsylvania, and Donald Trump did a great campaign and shocked the world.

00:20:32.000 But 2016 was such a threat to these septogenarian and octogenarian Marxist boomers that they're never going to let that happen again.

00:20:46.000 And so in 2020, they did their COVID thing, and it worked masterfully.

00:20:50.000 But they can't do that again, at least the same way.

00:20:52.000 So they have to have a whole new plan to try to prevent this populist, nationalist, people-centered, conservative movement from gaining power.

00:21:00.000 They're nervous.

00:21:01.000 Gallup poll shows the country is more conservative than any time it has been in the last 10 years.

00:21:06.000 We're taking over school boards.

00:21:07.000 We're taking over state legislatures.

00:21:09.000 The pride stuff is no longer popular. 0.86

00:21:11.000 The BLM stuff is no longer popular.

00:21:13.000 We're turning young people, young moms, blacks, Latinos. 0.62

00:21:17.000 The country is moving in a center-right direction.

00:21:21.000 But the administration of elections, what the left is very good at, what they master at, what they focus at, is they're going all in and they're going early.

00:21:32.000 So, this indictment, that's not even an indictment, that's what's crazy.

00:21:36.000 It's a plea deal with Hunter Biden.

00:21:37.000 They offered a plea agreement.

00:21:40.000 It's all about Donald Trump.

00:21:43.000 So, what is the backup plan now if you are the Department of Justice?

00:21:48.000 The backup plan is very simple: indict him for insurrection, which serves two benefits for the regime and Biden.

00:22:02.000 Number one is that he has to run as an indicted candidate against insurrection.

00:22:09.000 So, that's number one.

00:22:10.000 Number two, if he is miraculously able to win again, because you better believe they fear him, he constitutionally cannot sit as president of the United States if he is convicted of insurrection.

00:22:24.000 That is one of the ones that actually could prevent him from becoming president.

00:22:28.000 Not the Stormy Daniels one or the document thing.

00:22:31.000 So, the backup plan of backup plan is to have a conviction of a former president on insurrection.

00:22:39.000 Now, you might say, Charlie, that is such an outrageous charge.

00:22:42.000 Of course, it is.

00:22:43.000 But we are in a new era of America called zip code justice, where your justice is dependent on the jury pool you draw from based on the zip code that you get a trial in.

00:22:56.000 If Donald Trump was tried of insurrection in Enid, Oklahoma, or in Great Falls, Montana, the jury would meet for five minutes and he would be acquitted of all charges.

00:23:08.000 But in Washington, D.C., with how they're moving the Overton window, how they're dominating the papers, Jack Smith is focused on convincing an audience of 12, 12 random people, or are they going to be random?

00:23:27.000 I mean, they do a lot in jury selection.

00:23:29.000 That is, I think, rather nefarious, to go after Donald Trump.

00:23:34.000 Multiple factors now point to a federal indictment against Donald Trump on January 6th related charges.

00:23:42.000 First, the Justice Department has already obtained multiple convictions on the most serious charge, which is seditious conspiracy.

00:23:51.000 By the way, this is just such a joke.

00:23:54.000 January 6th being called a seditious conspiracy or an insurrection.

00:23:59.000 How can you have an insurrection with no weapons?

00:24:02.000 Can somebody explain that to me?

00:24:04.000 How can you have an insurrection when they open the doors for you to come in?

00:24:09.000 This whole thing is so laughable, but a D.C. jury, they can be convinced.

00:24:14.000 Grandma walking through Congress is a threat to the Republic. 1.00

00:24:19.000 Justice Department has already obtained multiple convictions on seditious conspiracy and long prison terms for multiple militia group members.

00:24:26.000 Jack Smith might not be able to directly tie Trump to the violence, but it would be a gross injustice, this is the Washington Post, injustice for the people, gross injustice for the people Trump told to go to the Capitol, do the bidding to get heavy jail sentences, but to let the man they believe sent orders to go free.

00:24:44.000 By winning convictions on seditious conspiracy, the Justice Department has proved that the events of January 6 were sedition, namely an effort to, quote, overthrow and put down or destroy by force the government of the United States or to oppose by force the authority thereof or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States.

00:25:08.000 This is Julie Kelly, and she has perfectly predicted this whole thing.

00:25:11.000 And so this, I just want to make sure you all realistically understand what you're dealing with here.

00:25:16.000 This Hunter Biden thing here is trying to balance the PR narrative to try to disarm and disable our effective criticism of the DOJ of being a Praetorian guard.

00:25:26.000 Oh, look, they go after Hunter Biden too.

00:25:28.000 They go after Andrew Gillum too. 1.00

00:25:30.000 So shut up. 1.00

00:25:31.000 It is a bipartisan DOJ. 0.99

00:25:33.000 We're not politicized.

00:25:35.000 So they need that talking point to get to cross this next Rubicon.

00:25:39.000 One thing leads to the next.

00:25:40.000 So let's just go back.

00:25:41.000 Remember, they must make the unthinkable acceptable.

00:25:45.000 Look at how the Overton window has moved, everybody.

00:25:49.000 At Christmas, the idea of indicting Donald Trump was largely unthinkable.

00:25:54.000 But they're so skilled at moving the Overton window.

00:25:58.000 They practice it.

00:25:59.000 What is the Overton window?

00:26:00.000 The Overton window is a spectrum of which actions, policies, and political views move on a spectrum of things that go from unthinkable to popular. 0.81

00:26:11.000 For example, defund the police or transing the kids. 0.53

00:26:14.000 It all moves on the spectrum. 0.99

00:26:15.000 And you can move forward and you can move back and you can move forward and you can move back.

00:26:19.000 So what was unthinkable at Christmas, Donald Trump being indicted, is now considered to be just kind of normal coffee conversation.

00:26:27.000 It's kind of normal.

00:26:28.000 Alvin Bragg was the one that helped move the Overton window on drummed up, kind of nonsensical charges, but they deployed Bragg because he was the one that was willing to bite first.

00:26:40.000 If they would have charged on documents first, there would have been all this outrage on DOJ's overreach.

00:26:47.000 But since they're so skilled at moving the Overton window, this slow build, the discipline that these people have taken in building quote-unquote media consensus and peppering this.

00:27:03.000 This is not a mistake.

00:27:06.000 This is centrally planned.

00:27:08.000 This is coordinated.

00:27:09.000 This is harmonized.

00:27:10.000 Jennifer Rubin says, the conversation about the propriety of indicting a former president has percolated throughout the political system.

00:27:19.000 As evidence of Trump's liability on multiple grounds in different venues has mounted, we saw the shift from, quote, and she's awful, by the way, how can we indict without becoming a banana republic to how can we fail to indict without becoming a banana republic?

00:27:39.000 Now, she thinks the people are with her.

00:27:42.000 They're not.

00:27:42.000 The people think this is banana republic stuff.

00:27:44.000 But that doesn't matter.

00:27:45.000 What matters is what do 12 random people in Washington, D.C. believe?

00:27:50.000 It doesn't matter what the people in Kansas or Montana or Utah believe.

00:27:54.000 They're not necessary.

00:27:55.000 What matters is if you draw a jury pool from D.C. and you use heavily charged language and you make him seem as if he is Benito Mussolini, can you get 12 people to agree on insurrection?

00:28:08.000 And in some way, insurrection and seditious conspiracy, it's like word games, not in the criminal code, but to a juror, they're like, oh, I hate Trump.

00:28:18.000 What's the big difference?

00:28:18.000 They think he's a Russian agent still.

00:28:21.000 Insurrection, they think he's a traitor to the United States.

00:28:25.000 You walk the streets of Washington, D.C. in Georgetown.

00:28:28.000 The majority of people you talk to think Donald Trump is a moral equivalent to Hitler.

00:28:34.000 And it proves that they shifted the discussion on purpose, very deliberate steps to make indicting a former president normalized.

00:28:42.000 This was all about normalizing because it goes back to those private texts of Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

00:28:49.000 What is the backup plan?

00:28:53.000 The backup plan is to convict him of insurrection.

00:28:57.000 The backup plan is to convict him of the thing that the United States Constitution says you cannot be convicted of to become president.

00:29:06.000 Now, this is the counter argument to everything I've just said.

00:29:10.000 Smart Democrats know the political math and the political magic of Donald Trump.

00:29:17.000 And they take him so seriously.

00:29:21.000 They fear his movement and you so much that they are emptying the clip.

00:29:30.000 They are going Blitz Creek.

00:29:34.000 Someone got very angry.

00:29:36.000 They said, Charlie, it's not emptying your clip.

00:29:37.000 It's emptying your magazine.

00:29:39.000 Okay, I'll stand corrected.

00:29:40.000 Boy, we have a very nasty emailer sometimes.

00:29:43.000 People are like, boom, all right, whatever.

00:29:45.000 Well, thank you for the feedback.

00:29:47.000 Somebody said here, Charlie, I feel so hopeless.

00:29:49.000 What can I do about Donald Trump getting indicted?

00:29:53.000 Well, I'll be very honest, there's really not much you can do at this point.

00:29:56.000 It's kind of like asking during Pearl Harbor, what are we going to do?

00:30:00.000 Like, just don't die.

00:30:02.000 And then once they leave, reload and then fight them and win.

00:30:05.000 What you are living through right now took them decades of preparation while decent and ordinary Americans allowed them to take over everything.

00:30:12.000 By the way, just a reminder, stay peaceful.

00:30:14.000 That's a metaphor, not a literal thing.

00:30:15.000 Okay.

00:30:17.000 But there's not much to do.

00:30:19.000 They control all the instruments of power.

00:30:21.000 Now, if we had an opposition party, which we don't, Republican attorney generals could be indicting Democrats across the country.

00:30:27.000 I'm just kind of tired of saying that because no one listens to me, right? 0.52

00:30:30.000 There's no indictments for BLM.

00:30:32.000 There's no indictments for any leading Democrats.

00:30:34.000 We don't do that because Republicans are afraid of it.

00:30:36.000 So that could be done, but it's not.

00:30:38.000 I'm so cynical on that.

00:30:40.000 It's not going to happen.

00:30:40.000 They're afraid of doing it.

00:30:42.000 So we just have to admit that every Republican attorney general in the country is afraid to use the justice system to hold criminals accountable.

00:30:50.000 That happened to be Democrats.

00:30:53.000 And so basically, we just have to withstand this, and we have to do everything we can to support the good guys in this fight.

00:30:59.000 Hopefully, Donald Trump has really talented lawyers that are able to navigate this.

00:31:03.000 But this Hunter Biden plea deal points directly towards at the very least seditious conspiracy.

00:31:10.000 And Jack Smith, because he just appears to be, he just tries to hit a grand slam.

00:31:15.000 You know the type of baseball player, like these eighth graders that play baseball, every time they step up, they're swinging for the fences.

00:31:21.000 You're like, dude, like, it's okay to get a walk sometimes.

00:31:23.000 It's okay to hit a single.

00:31:25.000 Nope.

00:31:25.000 Jack Smith is like, he points to center field, like the great Bambino, and he wants to hit like a grand slam every time.

00:31:32.000 And sometimes he does, and sometimes he swings and misses and completely wins.

00:31:38.000 And so this is leading.

00:31:39.000 I just want to make sure you are all understanding of where we're headed.

00:31:44.000 This is building towards an insurrection charge.

00:31:48.000 Now, are the Democrats overreaching?

00:31:51.000 Around most of the country, yes.

00:31:53.000 But Democrats have such a sophisticated political machine.

00:31:57.000 I guarantee you, through artificial intelligence and aggregated data, stuff that Republicans don't do at all, right?

00:32:02.000 This is all the Democrats.

00:32:03.000 They've probably run models of would you vote for a candidate under indictment of insurrection?

00:32:10.000 Remember, they can drop indictments at any time.

00:32:12.000 So they could indict him of insurrection, kind of see how the trial is proceeding, see how things are going.

00:32:19.000 But he has to live with the weight of being an indicted president on quote-unquote insurrection.

00:32:25.000 And so somebody says here, Charlie, the DOJ did actually charge insurrection.

00:32:29.000 Would it go to trial before the election?

00:32:32.000 We don't know.

00:32:33.000 But honestly, the DC kind of like court, they could prioritize this at the top of the docket, right?

00:32:39.000 I mean, they could basically say, hey, we want to get a jury, want to get this, and it will get appealed and all of that.

00:32:46.000 But again, we're not dealing with a real justice system.

00:32:48.000 This whole thing is fake. 0.65

00:32:49.000 It's like a Potempkin village, okay?

00:32:51.000 The whole thing is just incredibly fraudulent at this point.

00:32:56.000 But don't celebrate the Hunter Biden plea deal as some sort of administration of justice like some people are.

00:33:03.000 Some Republicans are like, it's very good to see the Department of Justice finally going after both sides.

00:33:08.000 This guy is an outright criminal.

00:33:11.000 He's not even spending a day in jail. 0.95

00:33:12.000 Stop celebrating this.

00:33:13.000 This thing is a con and it leads towards something.

00:33:17.000 It is a means to an end. 0.52

00:33:19.000 And the end is to stop the populist nationalist movement that is diverse.

00:33:24.000 It's multi-generational.

00:33:25.000 It involves muscular class.

00:33:26.000 It involves all sorts of different people that finally want to have a voice in D.C.

00:33:30.000 This is the regime preempting via a, as I say, I've said it before, a legal Pearl Harbor against the center right of this country to make you hide, wither away, and put Donald Trump in prison.
