00:00:11.000 Locked out of Twitter to our 1.8 million followers.
00:00:15.000 All because I tweeted something that was widely reported, and then Twitter comes out and locks me out of my account.

00:00:59.000 We are locked out of Twitter.
00:01:01.000 We have the facts surrounding the case and so much more.
00:01:04.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:01:05.000 Here we go.
00:01:06.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:08.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:10.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:13.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:17.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:18.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:19.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:27.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:36.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:38.000 Hello, everybody.
00:01:40.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:01:41.000 Something happened over the weekend that I think is newsworthy.
00:01:44.000 There's been a lot of talk about social media censorship and these tech companies going after opinions and people that they do not like.
00:01:52.000 As I am speaking to you right now, I am locked out of Twitter.
00:01:58.000 I do not have access to my Twitter account.
00:02:01.000 So over the weekend, our team was going through some tweet ideas and we saw this story that was originally from ProPublica about the Pennsylvania's rejection of mail and ballots.
00:02:14.000 It was rewritten by many other reputable news agencies.
00:02:19.000 And in the title, it said, Pennsylvania rejected 320,000 ballots.
00:02:24.000 So we just took the essence of the story.
00:02:27.000 It was widely reported and tweeted it out.
00:02:30.000 19 hours later, it turned out that the story added the word applications to it.
00:02:35.000 Now, mind you, at the time we were tweeting it, it was absolutely and completely what was the drumbeat of the media coverage.
00:02:46.000 We were not trying to mislead people.
00:02:48.000 We were not having the intention to try and deceive or to try to interfere in an election.
00:02:54.000 And so then Twitter basically comes to us last evening in a pseudo-hostage situation.
00:03:01.000 I said this on Steve Hilton's show last night.
00:03:03.000 It went somewhat viral, where they said either you're going to delete this tweet, and until you make a decision on that, you are not allowed access to any of your 1.8 million followers on Twitter.
00:03:19.000 And so we kind of took a timeout and a pause as we were in Nakatomi Plaza, basically, in some sort of a die-hard scene where they are holding us hostage, saying that if you do not bend the knee and you admit guilt, then you don't get access back to your Twitter account.
00:03:38.000 Now, mind you, it's a lot more nuanced than that, though, because as soon as you admit the guilt, you're basically put into a proverbial Twitter jailbox.
00:03:50.000 You're handcuffed.
00:03:52.000 Your future tweets are stunted.
00:03:54.000 You have less reach.
00:03:56.000 You are less likely to be able to grow a following count.
00:04:00.000 We experienced this back in the spring when we had a tweet regarding hydroxychloroquine.
00:04:06.000 And then for months, we were in proverbial Twitter jail.
00:04:11.000 Before that tweet, we were adding about 4,000 to 5,000 followers a day.
00:04:15.000 After that, we were adding 40 followers a day.
00:04:18.000 We finally have started to break out of that in the last couple months, adding about a couple thousand followers a day.
00:04:24.000 And then we tweet out what many of the sources were saying.
00:04:27.000 But again, we were not trying to mislead, we are not taking a news story to try and misrepresent a position.
00:04:38.000 And now we are seeing these humongous, gigantic, and all-encompassing tech companies use their power, use their monopoly to silence opinions that they do not agree with.
00:04:54.000 They are using their power to go after personalities and people that they don't like.
00:05:01.000 So if Twitter was really interested in taking down misinformation and disinformation, why is it there is still a tweet up about me on Twitter posing with this poor young man in Idaho, where they were insinuating that I was trying to be involved in the kidnapping of the Michigan governor.
00:05:22.000 This was trending on Twitter.
00:05:24.000 It was the front page of Twitter trends.
00:05:26.000 It still is up.
00:05:28.000 It had tens of thousands of retweets, hundreds of thousands of likes, and millions of eyeballs.
00:05:34.000 That tweet is still up right now.
00:05:37.000 So those people still have access to their Twitter accounts where they insinuate that I'm connected to the person that tried to kidnap the Michigan governor, Gretchen Whitmer.
00:05:50.000 However, I tweet out a story that was literally the headline, widespread reporting, and Twitter says, Now we got you.
00:06:00.000 Now you're going to bend the knee.
00:06:03.000 You're going to give us our demands.
00:06:06.000 You're going to provide to us what we want, which is an admission of guilt and strikes against you.
00:06:14.000 And so, all of you that are listening to this and watching this on some of these tech company platforms, what is it going to take for you to demand that these tech companies respect freedom of speech, civil rights, if not be broken up?
00:06:29.000 Because we have now reached a level where the First Amendment of the Constitution is no longer predominantly under the jurisdiction of the federal government or the state government.
00:06:45.000 That's right.
00:06:46.000 For the first time in our nation's history, the federal government does not have the capacity through the courts to be able to make sure that your free speech rights are protected.
00:07:01.000 So, for example, in the 1960s, if I wanted to plan a massive march or protest in Washington, D.C., the government would have to honor that.
00:07:12.000 Same today.
00:07:14.000 However, different today than the 1960s, that is no longer the most effective way to communicate, to persuade, or to convince.
00:07:25.000 Instead, in the digital and social era, it requires access to these digital platforms.
00:07:34.000 If you do not have access to your digital platforms, as I do not have right now, being locked out of my Twitter account with 1.8 million Twitter followers, where these companies have donated well over 90 to 95% to Democrats and Joe Biden, are we really dealing with private companies or are we dealing with pseudo-governments?
00:07:55.000 And this all comes right after Twitter decided not to allow direct messages or sharing of the Hunter Biden email story, laptop story.
00:08:09.000 Twitter deactivated Kaylee McEnaney's account, deactivated the Trump campaign account, Team Trump account.
00:08:16.000 Twitter did not even allow you to privately message it or direct message that article from the New York Post, which is the fourth most read newspaper in the country.
00:08:32.000 And so these tech companies have now embarked on the greatest act of election interference in the digital era, if not in American history.
00:08:45.000 All throughout 2016 and the years that followed, we tore our country apart through a sham Mueller investigation all about Russian interference into our election, all about foreign interference in our election.
00:09:01.000 Dozens of people were indicted and went to jail.
00:09:04.000 Not because they did this, but because they were caught up in the investigations surrounding this.
00:09:12.000 It became a predominant view of the Democrats because the underlying issue they always told us was that the integrity of our elections are so important, fair and free elections.
00:09:22.000 And of course, they never meant that.
00:09:27.000 Of course, they use that as a distraction point to try to justify giving themselves power, such as winning back the House of Representatives in 2018.
00:09:38.000 They actually don't care when elections are interfered when it helps them.
00:09:44.000 You see, the Democrats are leaning on these massive tech companies to win the election for them.
00:09:51.000 And there is a bargain between the two of them.
00:09:53.000 If the Democrats get back in power, they will not break up these companies.
00:09:57.000 If the Democrats get back in power, they will protect corporatist crony interests.
00:10:04.000 And the tech companies, in exchange, will run cover fire, throw smokescreen, and interrupt the flow of information that could be politically compromising to Joe Biden or the Democrats.
00:10:21.000 And one by one, they want to deactivate and hold hostage the voices that they do not like.
00:10:27.000 So Twitter has given us a false choice for me to go back on Twitter.
00:10:31.000 They say that I have to delete the tweet, bend the knee, and admit guilt, and then I can get access back to my 1.85 million followers.
00:10:41.000 That's a false choice.
00:10:44.000 They should not have that kind of power.
00:10:47.000 They should not have the kind of authority to dictate not just what I can say, but whether or not my audience is able to hear from me or not.
00:11:00.000 I want to tell you guys about Good Ranchers.
00:11:01.000 It's amazing.
00:11:02.000 Connor here, Charlie Kirk Show, he is raving about Good Ranchers.
00:11:06.000 He says the marbled meats, the texture, the flavor, the depth, the juiciness.
00:11:11.000 He has not stopped talking about Good Ranchers meat.
00:11:13.000 We've been talking about it.
00:11:14.000 We said, okay, give us some of that Good Ranchers meat.
00:11:16.000 Boom!
00:11:17.000 10 out of 10.
00:11:18.000 That's right.
00:11:18.000 He's smiling.
00:11:19.000 It's true.
00:11:20.000 Go to goodranchers.com right now.
00:11:22.000 And they began with the standard of bringing top quality meat.
00:11:25.000 That's what they're all about.
00:11:26.000 T-bones, fillets, chicken, you name it.
00:11:28.000 If you're responsible for dinner, it's goodranchers.com.
00:11:30.000 Tell them our show sent you.
00:11:32.000 Even better, if you need a T-bone right now, goodranchers.com, promo code Charlie, goodranchers.com, American meat the way it should be.
00:11:41.000 GoodRanchers is the place to be.
00:11:43.000 But guess what?
00:11:44.000 You don't have to go anywhere because they deliver to your door.
00:11:46.000 So it's goodranchers.com, promo code Charlie, goodranchers.com.
00:11:50.000 Get the meat you need.
00:11:51.000 Juicy, sizzle-it, mouth-watering, tintillating, awesome meat.
00:11:56.000 Goodranchers.com promo code Charlie.
00:12:01.000 I found the word on the journalist Slack channel that they decided would best describe a story that they do not want to cover.
00:12:09.000 I actually haven't used this word in quite some time, so I wanted to make sure my definition was completely correct, and it was, which is dubious, which means hesitating or doubting.
00:12:18.000 The front page of the Business Insider, New York Post's dubious Hunter Biden article was shared 300 times, CNN, the Atomy of the New York Post, dubious Hunter Biden story.
00:12:29.000 Washington Post, how Twitter and Facebook attempted to scratch a dubious Biden story backfired.
00:12:34.000 How about this one?
00:12:35.000 New York Post published Hunter Biden story amid newsroom doubts.
00:12:38.000 What is a synonym of dubious?
00:12:40.000 Doubts.
00:12:40.000 Doubtful or doubt.
00:12:42.000 Doubting.
00:12:44.000 I don't think they've ever used the word dubious this much in this coordinated fashion.
00:12:49.000 I mean, what are the chances of the Washington Post, CNN, and Business Insider all using the same word in the title around the same story that they don't want to cover within the same news cycle?
00:13:00.000 Sounds like collusion.
00:13:02.000 So the more we dive into this laptop story, the more that we dive into this, the more that we deserve answers from Joe Biden.
00:13:17.000 We have a cut sheet here.
00:13:23.000 Adam Schiff paraded around.
00:13:26.000 Let's go to cut nine.
00:13:27.000 He paraded around on television this weekend on CNN's Wolf Blitzer.
00:13:32.000 And he says, we know the Hunter Biden emails are a smear from the Kremlin.
00:13:37.000 Let's play cut nine.
00:13:39.000 Well, we know that this whole smear on Joe Biden comes from the Kremlin.
00:13:45.000 That's been clear for well over a year now that they've been pushing this false narrative about the vice president and his son.
00:13:52.000 And, you know, the idea that the president, that the White House council and others were made aware that Giuliani was being used by Russian intelligence and using Russian intelligence.
00:14:06.000 There is zero evidence whatsoever to support what Adam Schiff is saying.
00:14:09.000 He says, we know.
00:14:11.000 Look, Russian fear-mongering is great business.
00:14:14.000 It's really good business when your sons, your family members sit on Ukrainian boards.
00:14:20.000 So the more that you fear monger against Russia, the more it justifies giving foreign aid to Ukraine.
00:14:25.000 And then that foreign aid finds its way to big natural gas companies.
00:14:28.000 And then people like John Kerry and people like Joe Biden are able to get peripheral financial enumeration when you fear monger against Russia.
00:14:39.000 This is one of the most disappointing moments in American journalistic history.
00:14:45.000 No doubt.
00:14:46.000 Never before have we seen a story so incredibly compelling.
00:14:51.000 At the very least, it's interesting.
00:14:54.000 At the very least, it's not just poll watching and it's not just a horse race.
00:15:01.000 At the very least, like, oh, there might be a laptop out there that contains Hunter Biden's sensitive emails, photographs, and business dealings.
00:15:09.000 I want to see it.
00:15:12.000 What do you think?
00:15:13.000 Where do you think the activist media would be if Donald Trump Jr. forgot to go pick up a computer after 90 days?
00:15:21.000 Where would they be?
00:15:22.000 I'll tell you exactly where they would be.
00:15:23.000 They'd be physically outside of wherever Donald Trump Jr. was.
00:15:28.000 The activist media is not camped outside of Hunter Biden's home.
00:15:33.000 The activist VD, we don't even know where Hunter Biden is.
00:15:36.000 Where's Hunter?
00:15:39.000 And the activist media is now calling it dubious or doubtful.
00:15:44.000 What about these emails are inauthentic, according to independent analysts?
00:15:51.000 They say the metadata lines up.
00:15:53.000 But let's go a level further, a level deeper.
00:15:57.000 Why would the New York Post publish this, stand by their reporting, and really dig in if they had any reason to believe that this wasn't true?
00:16:09.000 Do you know the biggest difference between the New York Post and the New York Times?
00:16:12.000 The New York Post is actually releasing these emails they're reporting on.
00:16:16.000 Unlike the New York Times when they reported on the tax returns, they never actually reported the tax returns.
00:16:22.000 It was all conjecture.
00:16:24.000 They're still private.
00:16:25.000 They just said, well, trust us, we're going to detail them for you in long 600,000 word narrative form.
00:16:36.000 And now we have actual communications from Hunter Biden talking about how his father has been cutting on these deals, about the secret meetings that he had at the State Department as probably an unregistered foreign agent.
00:16:52.000 And I have a very, very simple question.
00:16:57.000 Why didn't the Federal Bureau of Investigation do something about this as soon as they got these emails?
00:17:04.000 I think it's really instructive and very important to walk through the timeline of all these emails, the laptop, how they got there, and the absolute outright fraud that Adam Schiff is trying to sow more seeds saying it's Russian disinformation.
00:17:24.000 Getting in shape doesn't have to be about losing a specific amount of weight or a magic number on the scale.
00:17:29.000 It's about building healthier habits and feeling better about yourself.
00:17:32.000 So that's why I like Noom, N-O-O-M.
00:17:37.000 They do physical, psychological, and social movements to make you a better person.

00:18:22.000 We're starting to hear more and more about the Hunter Biden email saga.
00:18:26.000 When Joe Biden was asked about it, he basically said that you're a fraud and you're a phony and does not answer any of those questions.
00:18:35.000 And the Joe Biden campaign has not denied the authenticity of these emails.
00:18:42.000 And despite that, the activist media is trying to say that they're not corroborated and they're dubious.
00:18:50.000 If Joe Biden and his campaign have not denied the authenticity of these emails and of the laptop, then why should the activist media do that for them?
00:19:03.000 Well, let's go a little back in time to the timeline.
00:19:08.000 April 2019.
00:19:11.000 Hunter Biden walks in to a store owned by Joel, John, Paul, Mac, Isaac.
00:19:19.000 That's quite a name.
00:19:20.000 And Hunter Biden walks in and drops off three water-damaged MacBooks.
00:19:26.000 Isaac claims to have found very sexually explicit images on one of the laptops.
00:19:33.000 Isaac told the Post, this is from Foxnews.com, he extracted a 12-minute video appearing to show Hunter smoking an illicit drug and engaging in some, let's say, unspeakable things on camera.
00:19:45.000 Isaac is a registered Republican and he repairs computers.
00:19:50.000 Now, timeout: Hunter Biden dropping off three water-damaged computers at a computer repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware, while your father is running for the presidency.
00:20:01.000 Do not do crack, kids.
00:20:03.000 They'll make you do things that are very foolish.
00:20:07.000 90 days afterwards, the owner of the laptop, which is Hunter, did not come and retrieve the laptop.
00:20:15.000 Meanwhile, as you might remember, in June and July, impeachment talk started to ramp up.
00:20:23.000 And so maybe that's why Hunter Biden forgot about these emails.
00:20:28.000 Maybe Hunter Biden forgot about this laptop because he all of a sudden became front-page news during the impeachment talks around Ukraine and President Zelensky.
00:20:41.000 Is it possible to conjecture that as the Democrats were trying to pursue their lust for revenge against Donald Trump and impeach the president, that it unintentionally created so much confusion in the simple mind of Hunter and Joe Biden that they forgot that they dropped off three laptops in Wilmington, Delaware?
00:21:03.000 Is that why they abandoned these laptops?
00:21:06.000 Because remember, Hunter Biden was brought out in front of the country and he did some sort of ABC News interview.
00:21:12.000 Wasn't Savannah Guthrie that asked.
00:21:14.000 Yeah, Savannah Guthrie asked the tough question.
00:21:16.000 Someone from ABC also did a whole thing there.
00:21:19.000 So then Isaac allegedly then started to look through the emails because after 90 days, it becomes abandoned property.
00:21:28.000 He looks through the emails and he starts to find that there were a lot of keywords around Burisma, Hunter, Vadim, Posariski, and some of the emails that have now been made public about how Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were working together to sell out our government.
00:21:51.000 And so in September of 2019, Isaac, the computer store repair owner, claims he contacted an intermediary about the emails, who then contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:22:09.000 The FBI then, two months after that, that's how long it took for the FBI to care about this, by the way.
00:22:15.000 It took another 60 days for the Bureau to care about these emails.
00:22:19.000 They come through, they get a subpoena, and they make a copy of the laptop, but they leave the original devices.
00:22:26.000 In December, the FBI then comes back again and confiscates the original devices.
00:22:31.000 So the FBI has had this for almost 10 months, over 10 months.
00:22:39.000 An agent then tells Isaac: if Hunter Biden comes looking for the laptop, to tell him that it's in storage, inform the FBI through a text, and they will bring it back.
00:22:52.000 Isaac then claims members of the FBI buried the investigation.
00:22:55.000 I'm not surprised.
00:22:57.000 The Bureau goes after Republicans and conservatives, and they protect Democrats, especially sons and daughters of Democrats.
00:23:05.000 Early in 2020, when he heard nothing from the Bureau, he contacted several members of Congress who did not respond.
00:23:14.000 At this point, he felt he had no choice but to reach out to Rudy Giuliani and his attorney, Robert Costello.
00:23:23.000 Then Steve Bannon gets involved after Rudy Giuliani called in Bannon to help with the China-related issues on the hard drive.
00:23:35.000 In October, obviously this month, the press, the Post then releases its report on the emails.
00:23:41.000 And then we have to hear that this is Russian disinformation.
00:23:46.000 So the New York Post gets it through that sequence of events.
00:23:49.000 So what does this tell you?
00:23:51.000 Hunter Biden either forgot the emails or the laptop, or he got so distracted, so caught up in whatever he was doing in his life at the time, that this truly was an incredible error.
00:24:12.000 In fact, that could be kind of the same thing.
00:24:13.000 There is another theory out there that I don't believe, that this is some kind of Democrat-on-Democrat friendly fire dump against the Bidens.
00:24:20.000 I don't believe that.
00:24:21.000 I don't.
00:24:24.000 And this is a pattern for Hunter Biden.
00:24:26.000 Hunter Biden was in Phoenix, Arizona in the fall of 2016, and he left a crack pipe, credit cards, and powder cocaine in his rental car at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
00:24:39.000 So this is a pattern from Hunter Biden to just leave paraphernalia or to leave personal information or personal, let's say, personal effects that are of some significance and importance.
00:24:54.000 So John Ratcliffe, who is the director of national intelligence, was on Maria Bartaromo this morning, and he made it very clear that what Adam Schiff said that this is Russian disinformation.
00:25:07.000 So their working theory is that, not their theory, their argument, which is baseless, has no evidence whatsoever, is that the Russians hacked this email, this laptop of Hunter Biden, got the information, then rerouted it back through this guy in Delaware or whatever story.
00:25:24.000 So this was a foreign hack.
00:25:26.000 Then they staged this whole operation to get it back to the guy in Delaware.
00:25:32.000 Let's see what John Ratcliffe has to say about that.
00:25:34.000 Playtate.
00:25:35.000 It is Adam Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, who, as you pointed out on Friday, said that the intelligence community believes that Hunter Biden's laptop and the emails on it are part of some Russian disinformation campaign.
00:25:50.000 Let me be clear.
00:25:51.000 The intelligence community doesn't believe that because there's no intelligence that supports that.
00:25:56.000 And we have shared no intelligence with Chairman Schiff or any other member of Congress that Hunter Biden's laptop is part of some Russian disinformation campaign.
00:26:05.000 And so even if it was part of a Russian disinformation campaign, that is a false flag by Adam Schiff because Adam Schiff is not talking about the authenticity of the emails.
00:26:17.000 And by the way, Joe Biden is not even responding.
00:26:21.000 And anyone that is asked about it from the Biden campaign refuses to deny it.
00:26:26.000 Refuses.
00:26:27.000 And Schiff has no information that you do not have.
00:26:30.000 He doesn't, regarding this story.
00:26:33.000 And John Ratcliffe has more access to confidential briefings, more access to this intelligence than Adam Schiff does.
00:26:38.000 Let's play cut four.
00:26:40.000 Biden campaign surrogate Jenna Arnold said that I don't think anyone is saying they're inauthentic.
00:26:46.000 Play cut four.
00:26:48.000 Can anyone say that these emails are inauthentic?
00:26:50.000 And so far, I haven't heard anybody say that.
00:26:53.000 Yeah, I think that's fair.
00:26:55.000 I don't think anybody's saying.
00:26:58.000 Let me ask you about it.
00:26:59.000 Let's go to cut five where Jenna continues.
00:27:01.000 You say it's unconfirmed.
00:27:02.000 Tell us what parts are not true.
00:27:05.000 Hunter Biden knows what emails he has and hasn't sent.
00:27:08.000 Are you saying in the campaign saying that these emails aren't his?
00:27:13.000 It's unclear to me.
00:27:15.000 I would say that what's so important right now from both the American citizen and the media, yourself included, Leland, is to continue to ask clarifying questions about this.
00:27:25.000 Why the FBI is investigating what's imperative to know?
00:27:29.000 And then Joe Biden refuses to answer any question about the FBI seizing his son's laptop, Cut 6.
00:27:46.000 Joe Biden just ignores the question completely.
00:27:49.000 And so you have the activist media providing incredible amount of cover fire for the Biden campaign here.
00:27:57.000 The tech companies are banning anyone that dares mention this.
00:28:01.000 And again, let's listen again to John Ratcliffe.
00:28:03.000 We can listen to it.
00:28:04.000 I can just say here that there is no evidence to suggest that the Hunter Biden emails are part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
00:28:11.000 No evidence whatsoever.
00:28:12.000 None.
00:28:13.000 That they are part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
00:28:16.000 Yet Adam Schiff and the entire activist media continues to peddle this absolute lie.
00:28:24.000 It is pathologically untrue what they are saying.
00:28:29.000 No basis at all whatsoever.
00:28:34.000 And the more I dive into this, the more I realize the baselessness of the activist media here, it's hard to trust anything they say.
00:28:48.000 Let's listen to Ratcliffe again, Cut 10.
00:28:51.000 It is Adam Schiff, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, who, as you pointed out on Friday, said that the intelligence community believes that Hunter Biden's laptop and the emails on it are part of some Russian disinformation campaign.
00:29:05.000 Let me be clear.
00:29:06.000 The intelligence community doesn't believe that because there's no intelligence that supports that.
00:29:11.000 And we have shared no intelligence with Chairman Schiff or any other member of Congress that Hunter Biden's laptop is part of some Russian disinformation campaign.
00:29:20.000 And so Ratcliffe has the access to these classified briefings.
00:29:25.000 Ratcliffe knows exactly where this information is and where it comes from.
00:29:30.000 And despite that, the Biden campaign and Adam Schiff, who is providing cover fire for them, is refusing to answer any of these questions at all around it, at all.
00:29:42.000 And so, and then you have the big tech companies that are providing cover fire.
00:29:48.000 How about Senator Josh Hawley here, who then talks about the big tech censorship issue, how this all comes together, Cut 12.
00:29:55.000 You know, if you've been locked out of Twitter or if you can't distribute this New York Post article on Facebook, you ought to be able to sue them.
00:30:02.000 You could do that with another company, but you can't do it with Facebook and Twitter, Google, because of the special sweetheart deal they get from the federal government.
00:30:10.000 And by the way, that's how they've gotten so big and powerful.
00:30:14.000 They haven't done this on their own.
00:30:15.000 They've gotten to be these monopolies because the government 20 years ago gave them this sweetheart deal and it's time for it to end.
00:30:23.000 Josh Hawley is completely right.
00:30:24.000 By the way, I think Josh Hawley might be one of the superstars coming up in the Republican Party.
00:30:30.000 Seeing the Czech engine light can give anyone anxiety.
00:30:34.000 But that's why I have CarShield and I don't worry about it anymore.
00:30:37.000 CarShield is amazing.
00:30:39.000 They offer a wide range of protection plans that can save you thousands for a covered repair, which means that check engine light is a lot less scary when it comes on.
00:30:47.000 You have the freedom to choose your favorite mechanic or dealership to do the work.
00:30:50.000 And CarShield gets the rest taken care of.

00:30:57.000 On top of that, there's no long-term contracts or commitments.
00:31:00.000 CarShield has helped over 1 million drivers.
00:31:03.000 That's why they're America's number one auto protection company.
00:31:06.000 I used to dread car repairs, but with Car Shield, I have a peace of mind.
00:31:10.000 Get coverage today and see why CarShield cars go farther.
00:31:12.000 Call 800-655-2157 and mention code Kirk or visit cardshield.com.
00:31:17.000 Use the code Kirk to save 10%.
00:31:19.000 That's CarShield.com, code Kirk.
00:31:21.000 A deductible may apply.
00:31:26.000 The activist media's commitment to provide cover fire for Joe Biden is really incredible.
00:31:34.000 Washington Post by Max Boot.
00:31:37.000 He's a real gem.
00:31:38.000 As one of Trump's conspiracy theories bites the dust, he moves on now to pseudo-scandals.
00:31:46.000 And we already went through the dubious, dubious, dubious.
00:31:49.000 Washington Post, how Twitter and Facebook attempts to squelch a dubious Biden story backfired.
00:31:53.000 The anatomy of New York Post's dubious Hunter Biden story.
00:31:56.000 Do you know what's wrong with all of these headlines?
00:32:00.000 All these headlines, every single one of them, says Hunter Biden.
00:32:04.000 This is not about Hunter Biden.
00:32:06.000 The revelations in this email trove and this laptop is about Joe Biden, not about Hunter Biden.
00:32:13.000 It's about Joe Biden being cut in on the deals, about Joe Biden knowing about the deals.
00:32:18.000 It's about Joe Biden being involved in his international business dealings.
00:32:22.000 It's not about Hunter Biden.
00:32:24.000 We know Hunter Biden's a crackhead.
00:32:26.000 We know Hunter Biden is a loser.
00:32:28.000 It's well known, and I hope he finds recovery and sympathy.
00:32:33.000 I don't want to say I feel bad for him if some of these allegations are true about some of the other things there, but Hunter Biden here should not be the focus.
00:32:42.000 Joe Biden is the focus of this entire discoveries.
00:32:50.000 And so the Biden campaign is not denying it.
00:32:56.000 The House intelligence chair, Adam Schiff, says it comes from Russia, which is completely and totally baseless.
00:33:03.000 And John Ratcliffe has said that there is no information at all to support that.
00:33:08.000 And the emails say clearly that Joe Biden did meet with Burisma board members, that Joe Biden was cut in on foreign business deals regarding the China, that Hunter Biden did get secret access to the State Department building to have meetings that favored Burisma.
00:33:26.000 And Joe Biden acted on all of those things in firing the prosecutor, which financially benefited his family and his son.
00:33:33.000 He was incentivized to do that.
00:33:36.000 So American foreign policy was being crafted and directed for the financial benefit of the Biden campaign.
00:33:46.000 And what's really interesting about this is I would conjecture that this is not anything new.
00:33:55.000 What's new about this and what Joe Biden's probably regretting is getting his crackhead son involved in all of this.
00:34:04.000 What I mean by it's not new, I would venture a pretty logical guess that for the last 40 years, this has been a pattern from the ruling class families across our country.
00:34:23.000 That it's not just the Bidens.
00:34:25.000 We know the Clintons.
00:34:27.000 We know the Careys.
00:34:29.000 We know the Pelosis.
00:34:34.000 If I were to build this out, I bet Joe Biden got the playbook on how to do this from prior administrations.
00:34:44.000 Joe Biden just employed the wrong person.
00:34:49.000 Joe Biden, instead of using a son or a daughter that was somewhat competent, he used a criminal.
00:35:01.000 And so our entire American foreign policy portfolio over the last 30, 40 years was probably created, was probably At the direction of some family's financial interest, and that should anger you.
00:35:17.000 That the ruling class elites are able to get very rich off of these decisions of whether or not they're going to give foreign aid, whether or not they're going to saber-rattle at a certain country.
00:35:28.000 And that is not in the best interest of the middle class of our country.
00:35:31.000 And that is the deeper point behind this story: is that it's less about Joe Biden, and it's more about the pattern that he represents.
00:35:47.000 The pattern that decade after decade, a smaller and smaller group of people grows richer and richer and more powerful, and they don't provide any value to your life except that they're in a position of authority to exploit you, to sell you out, and to get very rich while doing so.
00:36:08.000 That's Joe Biden.
00:36:10.000 That's also Nancy Pelosi.
00:36:13.000 That's also Bill and Hillary Clinton.
00:36:15.000 And now Barack Obama's falling in the footsteps.
00:36:17.000 And Mitt Romney and John Kerry, all of them have acted in this pattern of behavior.
00:36:23.000 And Donald Trump is the only thing that has disrupted this.
00:36:28.000 We have been unpacking the Hunter Biden email scandal.
00:36:34.000 And it seems like this is actually moving things with swing voters.
00:36:40.000 It seems that despite the activist media's best attempts, despite the ruling class deluge of interference that they have been running, such as the Daily Beast, Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and Rupert Murdoch's dubious.
00:36:55.000 Oh, there's that word dubious again.
00:36:57.000 Hunter Biden, October Surprise reeks of desperation.
00:37:02.000 As we already wrote, read, I should say, the anatomy of the New York Post's dubious Hunter Biden story: how Twitter and Facebook's attempt to squelch a dubious Biden story fired, Washington Post, Business Insider New York Post's dubious Hunter Biden article.
00:37:17.000 And how about the networks?
00:37:19.000 This is the Washington Examiner by Andrew Mark Miller.
00:37:24.000 Major television networks largely ignored a bombshell report about former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter's overseas business dealings.
00:37:34.000 They dedicated nine minutes and 47 seconds to this story.
00:37:41.000 MSNBC dedicated four minutes to this story.
00:37:47.000 So this story is really interesting.
00:37:48.000 There's many dimensions you can look at it.
00:37:52.000 And it's not, it's actually one of the most, and I hate to use this word because it's such a left-wing word, intersectional stories of this entire cycle.
00:38:04.000 Because it shows and reveals the corporatist Democrats, social media and tech bias, the corruption of the Biden campaign, how American foreign policy is decided based on the financial interests of a very small ruling class, how Joe Biden has pathologically lied about his involvement in foreign business deals.
00:38:35.000 All of these things come together in this one singular story.
00:38:41.000 And so people say we're only two weeks out from an election.
00:38:46.000 And understand that time, as you get closer to an election, becomes weighted heavier, not quicker.
00:38:56.000 What do I mean by that?
00:38:57.000 That every day is more important than it would be back in March.
00:39:01.000 So, yes, there are two weeks out to the election, but it's going to feel like two months to the election because every day operates in its own independent, almost yearly news cycle where everything you say, everything you do has such higher and heavier weight.
00:39:21.000 And so, a lot of the national polls are telling us that Donald Trump is losing.
00:39:29.000 And we've already broken apart a lot of those polls.
00:39:31.000 We've already added, I think, our fair share of skepticism towards those polls.
00:39:36.000 However, how about the actual early voting returns?
00:39:41.000 This is from the Washington Examiner.
00:39:44.000 It's a great story.
00:39:45.000 It's a little bit of a confusing headline.
00:39:48.000 Let me see if I can pull it up here.
00:39:50.000 But basically, it's talking about early voting returns.
00:39:57.000 Early voting data in battleground states shows Trump is outpacing the national polls, giving Biden an edge.
00:40:05.000 Okay, that's, again, the title is so misleading.
00:40:07.000 It's good news for Trump.
00:40:08.000 Let me put it this way.
00:40:10.000 When you say it out loud, it feels like Biden has an edge.
00:40:14.000 But here's the essence of the story.
00:40:16.000 The Republican Party is keeping pace in mail-in and early voting in three key swing states, despite polls showing early voting could clearly favor Joe Biden.
00:40:27.000 You see, Republicans vote or do not traditionally do not vote early.
00:40:33.000 Republicans vote on Election Day, just like people go to Easter and Christmas service, or they have a barbecue on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
00:40:44.000 There are some things that are just built in to the behavioral patterns of a Republican.
00:40:50.000 And one of the things that is built into the behavioral pattern of a Republican is you show up on Election Day to cast your ballot.
00:40:58.000 And I don't think that Democrats will beat Republicans on Election Day.
00:41:03.000 Democrats usually crush Republicans in early voting, and it's up to Republicans on Election Day to make up that difference.
00:41:14.000 So in Michigan, as of Wednesday, just over 1 million ballots have been returned, 40% from registered Democrats, and 40% from Republicans.
00:41:26.000 That is unheard of.
00:41:29.000 40% of the 711,000 return ballots in Wisconsin have been from Democrats.
00:41:36.000 38% from Republicans.
00:41:39.000 The Republicans actually lead early voting in Ohio with 45% of the 475,000 early ballot returns coming from Republicans, compared to 43% from registered Democrats.
00:41:55.000 So there's two explanations here, and they're both pretty good for Trump.
00:42:00.000 There's one that is really good and one that is pretty good.
00:42:04.000 The pretty good explanation is that Donald Trump supporters are so excited, they're voting early, and they just cannot wait.
00:42:13.000 And they want to make sure they vote as soon as they possibly can.
00:42:17.000 The even better explanation for Donald Trump is that, yes, they're excited and they're voting early, but they're not done, meaning that this is not the complete body of the Republican base.
00:42:31.000 It is not the complete picture of the body politic.
00:42:34.000 This is just the beginning of the Republican surge.
00:42:38.000 So now in order for Democrats to win this election in these key states, they're going to have to beat Republicans on Election Day, which is something Democrats have not done since 2008.
00:42:50.000 They haven't.
00:42:52.000 To get Democrats to show up on Election Day for many different reasons that are just difficult to explain, a lot of complexities, not easy to do.
00:43:02.000 And so you go even a level deeper.
00:43:07.000 Not all the Democrats that are sending in ballots are voting for Biden.
00:43:12.000 A lot of registered Democrats are also voting for Trump.
00:43:16.000 So this also tells me something else.
00:43:19.000 This also tells me that if we do not know the winner on election night, and some of these mail-in ballots have yet to be counted, it's not going to be unlimited good news for the Democrats.
00:43:34.000 Meaning that if Donald Trump is winning on election night and they say, oh, we still have to count the mail-in ballots, understand that it's not going to be an overwhelming deluge to compensate for the margin that they might need.
00:43:50.000 So for example, in previous years, almost always, Republicans surge because the ballots that are counted on the day, night of on election night, and then the Democrats say, well, we got to count the mail-in ballots.
00:44:01.000 They pair them together and sometimes Democrats win.
00:44:04.000 What's looking like the trend currently, and we got plenty of time and things can change.
00:44:10.000 And as Donald Trump says, let's see what happens.
00:44:16.000 Republicans are going to win on Election Day.
00:44:21.000 And then the Democrats are going to say, oh, let's wait for the mail-in votes.
00:44:24.000 And absent fraud, absent duplicate ballots, absent voter registration issues, all those sorts of things that we got to keep a close eye on.
00:44:34.000 The Democrats are not going to have the ballot surge I think that they need if they're trying to have a pathway to victory.
00:44:43.000 And President Donald Trump is, he's going bold, everybody.
00:44:47.000 I love the man.
00:44:49.000 Quote, we're going to win.
00:44:50.000 I wouldn't have told you that maybe two or three weeks ago, but we're going to win.
00:44:54.000 Well, he did say two or three weeks ago that they were going to win, but now he really believes they're going to win.
00:44:58.000 And I think the president is looking at exactly what we're looking at.
00:45:02.000 I think the president is looking at the very same data.
00:45:04.000 And look, I'm not as bullish as the president.
00:45:07.000 It is my job to look at these things with more nuance than if I was the actual candidate.
00:45:13.000 It is my job to try to look at the problems so we can identify them and spot them and try to prevent them from happening.
00:45:18.000 But make no mistake, President Trump is in an infinitely better position right now than he was a week ago.
00:45:24.000 No question.
00:45:27.000 And in fact, Gallup has a very interesting poll that I want to dive into.
00:45:34.000 Extremely interesting about voter identification and voter registration, where there is data now to show that more and more people are self-identifying as Republicans than they were in 2016 or either in 2012.
00:45:53.000 It might not feel like it in California or New York, but in the Midwest and in other states, the country's becoming more Republican.
00:46:02.000 NationalReview.com, the pollster who thinks Trump is ahead, Trafalgar, they believe that Donald Trump is winning.
00:46:14.000 And they have come out with a series of polls to reflect that.
00:46:20.000 They believe that there are at least five or six points of hidden Trump voters out there that will show up and have shown up.
00:46:32.000 As we have just been detailing, this is a fire alarm for Democrats right now.
00:46:37.000 The early voting numbers that are coming in are incredible.
00:46:41.000 As someone who has worked on political campaigns, as someone that has been involved in campaigns since I've been 14 years old, it is one of the bedrock rules of American politics that Democrats crush early voting.
00:46:56.000 Republicans have to make up for it on election day.
00:46:59.000 And yet, Republicans are tied, if down, only down a couple points in early voting in the key battleground states of Ohio and Michigan.
00:47:09.000 Gallup has come out with a new poll, which shows that in September, from September 14th to September 28th, question was this.
00:47:20.000 In politics as of today, do you consider yourself a Republican, Democrat, or an Independent?
00:47:29.000 The answer to that question back a year ago in September of 2019 was 26% of the country thought of themselves as Democrats and 29% of the country thought of themselves as Republicans.
00:47:47.000 Today, 28% of the country thinks of themselves as Republicans, and 27% of the country thinks of themselves as Democrats, 42% Independents.
00:47:56.000 But let's go back on the time machine to 2016.
00:48:01.000 2016, when they commissioned a similar poll, 20, that's right, 29% of the country considered themselves Republicans, but 31% of the country considered themselves Democrats.
00:48:17.000 So Democrat favorability has been dropping dramatically.
00:48:22.000 And that's why you're seeing Republican voter registration, Republican numbers go up in historic fashion.
00:48:30.000 None of these trends are positive for Democrats.
00:48:33.000 It's a six-point shift.
00:48:34.000 And this is according to Gallup, a very reputable mainstream polling outlet, a six-point shift.
00:48:45.000 And so a lot of people are in the prediction business trying to tell us what's going to happen.
00:48:50.000 It's impossible to know the exact outcome because we are living in such uncertain times.
00:48:55.000 Everyone's just going to guess.
00:48:56.000 What I will tell you, though, is what is good news and what is bad news.
00:48:59.000 And you can make your own conclusion, how they contribute to the desired outcome that you may or may not have.
00:49:05.000 And when I can tell you is that if I was Joe Biden and I saw this Gallup poll, I saw the early voting numbers, I saw the voter registration numbers, I saw the 22,000 people that showed up just to be standing on the side of the street when it was 95 degrees in Santa Ana, California.
00:49:20.000 I was there yesterday for an unrelated event just to see President Trump's motorcade drive by, where Donald Trump has tens of thousands of people coming to his rallies, I'd be very worried.
00:49:35.000 I saw a segment this morning on Fox News.
00:49:37.000 It was a nice enough guy, a Democrat strategist, and the only argument that he had for Joe Biden's enthusiasm is the amount of money that he is raising.
00:49:45.000 What he's not telling you is that a lot of those small dollar donations are from California, Illinois, New York, Washington, D.C., Oregon, and the state of Washington.
00:49:56.000 That there's not an overwhelming surge of small dollar donors from the Midwest of this country.
00:50:02.000 Now, mind you, the Democrats have an incredible apparatus of small dollar donations through Act Blue, only helped by the domestic terror organization, BLM Incorporated, that helped get the data and the donor profiles of small dollar donors all across the country.
00:50:22.000 And with all of that, we have looming over all of this one of the most egregious, one of the most Outrageous examples of non-journalism in American history, where laptops are literally handed over to a mainstream news outlet, reported on, and they run cover fire saying it's a conspiracy theory, it's dubious, it's unproven, despite the fact that Joe Biden has yet to deny it.
00:50:49.000 None of the people on the campaign are saying it's inauthentic.
00:50:52.000 And as we play tape, one of the Biden surrogates, Jenna Arnold, said, I don't think anyone is saying they're inauthentic.
00:50:58.000 Well, that is like saying they are authentic, which means that Joe Biden was cut in on these foreign business deals, that Joe Biden and his son have been selling out our country to foreign countries to get rich.
00:51:11.000 It's a bad time to have that pattern of news be thrown at you.
