00:00:15.000Are they using suppression tactics to make us seem like we're too far ahead?

00:01:50.000I have now identified two threats to the looming red wave coming up on Election Day.
00:01:57.000We got a really nice email from one of our listeners where they said, Charlie, stop saying red wave because it's going to prevent people from showing up to vote.
00:02:04.000I actually think that's a very fair point.
00:02:07.000I'm trying to get people excited, but I don't want you to get confident or cocky or not want to get into the streets.
00:02:13.000We need to ignore a lot of these polls.
00:02:14.000And I am the worst culprit of focusing on poll after poll because there's only so much information and data out there that anything that shows a sign of movement or traction, you want to zero in on.
00:02:24.000And trends can be helpful, but individual polls can be very misleading.
00:02:27.000But there are two things that we want to talk about today that are very important.
00:02:30.000One, to do with the actual process of the election, as we predicted, election day plumbing, if you will.
00:02:37.000The infrastructure of the election, the process of the election, the administration of the election.
00:02:41.000And the media is now telling us that there might be some very big problems on election day.
00:03:00.000You're trying to tell me a truck driver who's going to be out of state on Election Day shouldn't vote early, or someone who's disabled, someone who's going to be traveling abroad.
00:03:10.000In life, when you make those broad generalizations, you got to be very careful.
00:03:14.000Now, voting in person and early gives you more time to correct it if they don't have your name right, if you're not registered in the correct precinct or in the right county or whatever.
00:03:23.000It extends the window of time to make sure that you can vote.
00:03:27.000However, I fully admit I'm not an early voting guy.
00:03:29.000I'm showing up on Election Day and I'm going to vote on Election Day because that is the most secure way.
00:03:35.000So we did an entire show last week warning about the different ways that Democrats could clog up the Election Day plumbing.
00:03:46.000Said differently, they could manufacture a traffic jam.
00:03:50.000That the Democrats would want the Election Day to look like the 405 at 5 p.m. on a Friday.
00:04:43.000No one wants to get stuck in a traffic jam.
00:04:45.000And what if the masters of our elections, what if the puppeteers, what if the people that are administrating our election are designing a traffic jam?
00:04:57.000What if the last thing that they have to stop this citizen response to their tyranny, to their authoritarianism, to the open borders, to the inflation, to the crime, to the economic carnage, to China taking over America, this citizen response is, we're just going to play games with whether or not we can actually facilitate their votes.
00:05:17.000ABC News has a new article out today specifically talking about Phoenix, Arizona, as we predicted.
00:05:25.000We talked about how Arizona is the railhead.
00:05:33.000Ballot paper shortage could cause problems on Election Day.
00:05:38.000Oh, really, Nicole Motor and Devin Dwyer and Isabel Menenez?
00:05:43.000We said this last week and we were accused on the Charlie Kirk show of being conspiracy theorists and QAnon and Charlie Kirk is spreading election misinformation.
00:05:53.000And now ABC News says, oh, by the way, you might not have paper on Election Day.
00:05:58.000I know a lot of you are saying, hey, Charlie, I'm going to show up on Election Day.
00:06:01.000What guarantee they're going to have a ballot for you?
00:06:03.000Well, now ABC News says, yeah, we might not have paper.
00:06:07.000A tight supply of paper has left little room for error.
00:06:11.000So, but by the way, who is going to use Election Day paper more disproportionately?
00:06:18.000Trump America First Populist Nationalist voters, people like you.
00:06:22.000Grassroots conservatives are the ones that are going to be showing up on Election Day.
00:06:26.000And now ABC News says, yeah, there might not be any ballots.
00:06:30.000A paper supply crunch is testing the preparedness of U.S. election officials and exposing a key vulnerability in America's democratic process as midterm voting gets underway.
00:06:41.000The 2022 election cycle will use an estimated 30 million pounds of paper, according to industry experts.
00:06:48.000This has a couple kind of points here.
00:06:51.000They're also trying to establish a narrative to go to digital voting and get rid of paper ballots.
00:06:58.000Long term, they're going to use this as a precedent.
00:07:01.000They're going to use this as a created mark of chaos to go towards all machines where you just push buttons and there's no paper.
00:07:11.000This is a synthetically created crisis.
00:07:15.000Just to understand how insane this is, Americans use way more paper than people realize.
00:07:21.000For office and writing paper, each American uses around 660 pounds of paper per year.
00:07:26.000That's equal to 660,000 sheets of generic printer paper.
00:07:31.000Multiply that across the whole country.
00:07:33.000We use 221 trillion pages of paper a year.
00:07:37.000And now we're being told that we can't make a preference or make a priority, I should say, to have paper on Election Day?
00:07:49.000Oh no, but we have plenty of paper to be able to print pornography in children's textbooks in their schools, but we don't have paper so that people can vote on Election Day.
00:07:58.000No, they're just saying basically, look, it's a supply chain issue.
00:08:26.000We said this, and that crook, Stephen Richer, who is running the Maricopa County elections, has been silent.
00:08:33.000We've asked repeatedly, what assurances can you give us that you have the personnel, that you have the ink, that you have the paper to be able to facilitate a red wave on election day?
00:09:01.000But the Democrats aren't really worried about this because they would love to see Election Day shortages because that's going to hurt Republicans.
00:09:08.000They would love to see same-day ink shortages, paper shortages, pipe bursts.
00:09:18.000And if you're all of a sudden going to be caught up in this disaster in this circus, maybe voting early would have been a better option for you.
00:09:26.000When you put all of your eggs in a single basket on Election Day, we are broadcasting to the enemy when we are going to vote, and therefore they're going to stack the deck to try to prevent us from being able to do it.
00:09:42.000In Phoenix, Arizona, ABC News got an inside look at one of the nation's largest ballot producers, Runbeck Election Systems, which will deliver 50 million midterm ballots across 10 states, consuming more than 5 million pounds of paper.
00:09:55.000Runbeck CEO, Jeff Ellington, said defense production authorization was granted with help of DHS cybersecurity and infrastructure security and the Commons Department, which has prioritized paper supply for this election.
00:10:08.000The article continues: If we put an order for paper and Amazon put an order for paper, we're going to take precedence.
00:10:34.000Secretary of State discovered, yeah, discovered that 6,000 mail-in ballots had been sent out that were printed with major errors requiring a second print and more paper.
00:12:26.000I mean, again, I'm going to talk about some of the polling in a second because I actually think that there is an inverse suppression poll happening.
00:12:36.000We're going to talk about that in just a second because the pollsters are now trying to totally retreat and change their modeling.
00:12:44.000And I think they're actually intentionally overcompensating, almost to try to change the Vegas line, if you will.
00:12:50.000I'm going to explain that argument in just a second.
00:12:53.000However, if we do not have the basic infrastructure to facilitate presidential-style turnout in person, there's no going back once the polls close.
00:13:05.000You just can't go back and be like, oh, I'd like to file my taxes late.
00:13:10.000You know, the thing with voting, it's very different than most other things in life.
00:13:14.000People say, oh, I could just be a couple days late on my taxes or a month late.
00:13:36.000I'm not saying anything that isn't self-evident and something that isn't well known.
00:13:40.000But the point is that if there are any problems on game day, then by definition, once the polls close, there is no ability to reverse that.
00:13:50.000And so we need to anticipate this and we need to keep the pressure on.
00:13:54.000So someone says here, Charlie, this is a lie about paper shortage.
00:13:58.000We have been hearing about this paper shortage problem since July 2021.
00:14:03.000There's no excuse whatsoever in all caps for any state or polling place to run out of ballots on Election Day.
00:14:41.000They just said, oh, sorry, we ran out of ballots.
00:14:43.000Now, in this case, just to understand how silly and how third world Arizona elections are conducted, they have to print ballots on Election Day.
00:16:10.000And so now we are seeing, in my personal opinion, and we'll build this out throughout the hour, a flurry now of inflated polls to make Republicans look better than I think they're actually even doing.
00:16:23.000To make us overly confident, to make people not show up in big numbers.
00:16:27.000This is the last trick they have in addition to running out of paper.
00:16:31.000If you believe the media is corrupt and an instrument of the regime, then it is fair to say that the administration and publicizing of polls near an election would be used for a specific purpose, especially alarming ones where all of a sudden we are now seeing a flurry of polls that I'll be honest that are too good to be true.
00:17:54.000That's right, 31 whole fruits and veggies because I get them all from Balance of Nature.
00:17:59.000Now, I'm not suggesting you eat with reckless abandon.
00:18:01.000What I'm recommending is that you make sure you don't deprive your body of what it truly needs.
00:18:05.000The maximum nutrition found in Balance of Nature fruits and veggies in a capsule.
00:18:10.000I want you to experience the Balance of Nature difference for a limited time.
00:18:13.000All new and preferred customers receive an additional 35% discount, free shipping on your Balance of Nature order, and use discount code Charlie.
00:18:19.000Call 800-246-8751 or go to balanceofnature.com.
00:19:03.000So in a primary election, which happened in early August, you can then choose if you want to vote in the Republican primary or the Democrat primary.
00:19:12.000In the general election, everybody gets the same ballot.
00:19:16.000Now, you might get a different ballot based on where you live because there's Scottsdale referendums versus Chandler referendums versus Mesa referendums, stuff like that, or city council or whatever.
00:19:25.000However, the point I'm making is the vast majority of day of election voters are Republican voters.
00:19:34.000I'm talking 60, 70, 80% of people in some precincts of the people that show up and vote on Election Day are Republicans.
00:19:44.000People that vote early tend to be a little bit more moderate, independent, maybe center right.
00:19:49.000People that vote by mail, disproportionately Democrat, unless you live in Sun City or that part of Arizona, which is a more elderly population, there's a lot of mail-in voting there.
00:20:03.000Andy Biggs is one of the most conservative members of Congress.
00:20:07.000He represents Arizona very well, and he is in an alarmingly close race, kind of coming out of nowhere against a total fraud, someone who is very similar to Evan McMuffin McMullen running in Utah.
00:20:21.000This seems to be a new theme that they're trying out to run people.
00:20:27.000And I don't want to religilize this in any way, but it seems to be LDS on LDS and trying to persuade and convince voters.
00:20:42.000Hey, Charlie, I was good to be with you.
00:20:44.000Yeah, I mean, this is, I know people find this hard to believe, but there was actually in Gilbert, Mesa, Arizona, a little group called the Mormons for Biden, right?
00:21:14.000But in my race, you've got this guy and you got the Democrats.
00:21:18.000So you've got the traditional Democrat, and then you've got this other guy, this guy who doesn't live in the district, by the way, Charlie.
00:21:49.000And so this is kind of a new strategy where these kind of they position themselves as independents.
00:21:56.000And you go to his website, Clint Smith's website.
00:21:59.000It's very similar to McMuffin-McMullen, where they have all these platitudes of working together and being a fair and independent voice and almost trying to appeal to people's better angels almost, when in reality, these people would be part of the Democrat Party.
00:22:14.000Well, yeah, but you know what's weird about it?
00:22:16.000Both McMullen and Clint here, they've basically revealed that they don't know anything how Congress works.
00:22:23.000So they say, so in one of our forums, our debate, my opponent said, hey, look, I'm not going to confer with the Republicans or the Democrats.
00:22:34.000Well, okay, you know what that means then, that you'll get no committee assignments and you're not going to be given debate time on the floor.
00:22:40.000You're going to have to go down in the middle of the night when the floor is open to anybody because neither party is going to give up a committee seat or debate time to somebody who's not part of their group who is helping them out.
00:22:59.000I mean, nothing will get done from this guy.
00:23:02.000And that's what they don't understand that.
00:23:04.000And it's astonishing, quite frankly, this notion of where they don't know anything.
00:23:12.000I mean, just they flat out don't know anything about how this works.
00:23:16.000Yeah, I, I mean, I love the LDS community and some of my closest friends are LDS and I work with the LDS closely.
00:23:22.000And I think that in the LDS world, and maybe you could help, you know, explain this for our listeners, Andy, there is this kind of demand of decency in our politics, right?
00:23:31.000And, you know, not a huge fan of Trump's tone.
00:23:33.000And I think that was a common complaint.
00:23:36.000And so kind of piggybacking off of that, there seems to be a more sinister campaign, though, right?
00:23:43.000Which is now to take non-LDS values packaged in a quote-unquote nice guy, you know, independent voice, right?
00:23:51.000A vessel, if you will, where now you have a guy who's basically pro-abortion.
00:23:56.000I mean, he says on his website, the quote-unquote independent running against you, he says, I think life is sacred, but I also think privacy and freedom is sacred.
00:24:35.000It's kind of this package of, hey, I'm a sweet guy and people shouldn't be mean to me, even though I'm going to go out and lie about Andy Biggs.
00:25:05.000I mean, you go out and lie and say things that are just blatantly untrue.
00:25:09.000In fact, not only the untrue, if I wasn't a political candidate, they would be defamatory and actionable.
00:25:16.000So I find, well, okay, Charlie, I just keep going along and doing my deal because it is important that there be somebody who's above the fray, who's honest and consistent, says what he's going to do and does what he says he's going to do.
00:25:38.000And so this weirdo Clint made a video about us attacking Turning Point PAC and Turning Point Action because our team decided to throw a couple fastballs and kind of educate the population, if you will, about this guy, calling us white nationalists and white supremacists.
00:26:42.000But it is important to re-emphasize, though, Andy, that the broader national audience knows that the LDS population, awesome people, socially conservative, pro-American, pro-freedom, pro-liberty.
00:26:56.000There is kind of this splinter campaign.
00:26:58.000And I think it's being, I don't know who's funding it, but you kind of have this divide where we have rock stars like you.
00:27:49.000And I think the outside world looking in and says, oh, they're all monolithic, but we're really not.
00:27:54.000And the frame that you just said kind of gets to it.
00:27:57.000I mean, you've got this, the Mitt Romney wing kind of weak.
00:28:02.000By the way, Mitt Romney is the only U.S. senator that has not come out in support of only Republican U.S. senator that has not come out in support of Mike Lee.
00:28:12.000That just tells you all you need to know, not about Mike Lee, but about Mitt Romney, because the McMullen camp says, oh, he doesn't work well with the others.
00:28:22.000Every Republican senator except for Mitt Romney supports him, which tells you that Mike's respected and he's valued for his incredible intellect, his integrity, his articulate defense of Republican conservative principles.
00:28:38.000But then you have these other groups that kind of splinter off and they go and they want to, I'm not even sure what their motivation is, actually.
00:28:48.000But Mitt Romney, I guess, was hurt because he did lobby to become Secretary of State to President Trump, but President Trump picks somebody else.
00:29:00.000And so that really must have upset him.
00:29:04.000And I think that some of this is just personal animus that some of these people have.
00:29:08.000It's the Trump derangement syndrome manifests within some members of our church, I suppose.
00:29:15.000So, Andy, shifting gears just more broadly, I'm very worried that we might run out of paper ballots on Election Day in Arizona.
00:29:21.000And we saw that in Pinal County with Republican ballots.
00:29:24.000And now ABC News reporting live from Phoenix says ballot paper shortage could cause problems on Election Day.
00:29:30.000This looks like election interference, potential suppression of our voters.
00:29:36.000When you start putting out fear-mongering like that, you will actually suppress some people from even showing up.
00:29:42.000And that is the meddling that the left always accuses the right of doing, but it's always the left that's doing this.
00:29:50.000So I just tell these county recorders they really need to make sure their acts together, get all the ballots ready and go and make sure there's sufficient ballots because you're going to have a big election day turnout this time, Charlie.
00:30:53.000This seems to be like an intentional supply chain issue when it comes to the most critical thing to be able to cast a ballot on election day.
00:31:03.000This fear-mongering very well might impact turnout.
00:31:08.000The article continues in ABC News that the operational predictability is not very good.
00:31:15.000We have to kind of guess how many voters might vote this way and then have to place orders.
00:31:21.000It's not realistic to think that the problem is solved.
00:31:24.000The ballot printing vendors have already made it clear to us that this is going to be a persistent problem and something we need to figure out.
00:31:47.000The people that are most likely to vote on Election Day are Republican, conservative people that don't trust mail-in voting, and they prefer not to vote in person early voting.
00:31:59.000That's the key, in-person early voting.
00:32:19.000We're going to continue on this topic, but I want to elaborate the one where I didn't really have enough time to get into, which is the polls.
00:32:26.000And I think these two things come together, which is there are only a few tricks left.
00:32:32.000And having been doing this for almost 11 years now and studying from some of the great minds of political commentary, Rush Limbaugh and others, when it gets close to an election, Democrats get desperate.
00:32:44.000They use social media to tilt the scale.
00:33:06.000So if you know you are going to lose, if you know that there are headwinds that you're not going to be able to withstand, if you know that Republicans have serious momentum, wouldn't it make sense to then raise the expectation to say, well, we're to make people think that they're going to lose by 15, and then all of a sudden you actually lose by five, and it looks like you did a lot better than one would have expected.
00:33:32.000So what I think is happening here is a couple of things.
00:33:35.000I think these overly inflated polls that are suddenly and shockingly showing Republicans in a certain direction have, of course, some truth to them, has a grain of truth.
00:33:45.000As Politico says, pollsters fear they're blowing it again in 2022.
00:33:49.000I do believe the trend is legitimately in the Republican direction.
00:33:55.000And in some ways, I am the worst offender of what I am talking about here.
00:33:59.000Because for those of you that listen to this program, I'm always talking about poll here and poll there and poll here.
00:34:20.000And the one poll in particular that just got me to stop everything I was doing and to say, okay, now we're going to have to adjust some of this is the Arizona Fox 10 Insider Advantage poll that showed Kerry Lake up 11 points.
00:34:38.000However, there was another series of polls that got me thinking.
00:34:42.000And these polls were actually commissioned by Democrat firms.
00:34:51.000So there's an organization called Data for Progress.
00:34:54.000And Data for Progress is a Democrat polling firm.
00:34:59.000And their polls almost always skew Democrat.
00:35:02.000So there's two explanations to this data.
00:35:05.000Number one, the wave is so big, it's so monumental that regardless of how you screw with your polling configurations, you can't hide it.
00:35:15.000Or the Democrats are trying to show Republicans up by more than what the actual accurate data would show to suppress Republican turnout and to raise the standard.
00:35:26.000For example, if the standard is that Republicans are going to win 50 seats and Republicans win 10 seats, who wins the narrative the next day?
00:35:37.000If the narrative going into election day is, well, Republicans are expected to win three seats in the Senate and we win one, who gets to take the victory lap?
00:35:45.000Yeah, Republicans do sort of, but then Democrats can say, we did a lot better in the face of misinformation and disinformation, and it's always hard.
00:35:52.000And then they actually get to save a lot of face with their donors, their activists, and with the media.
00:35:56.000What I'm saying is an artificial setting of the standard.
00:35:59.000Said differently for all of you college football fans out there.
00:36:04.000It's like when West Tennessee Community College goes and visits Alabama for a game and the line is set at 65 points and they lose by 30 and they say, well, they beat the line by 30 points, even though they lost the game.
00:36:18.000It's still a win in the sense of, well, the betters were off.
00:36:21.000The odds makers were totally incorrect.
00:36:24.000And so these Democrat polls are showing Carrie Lake up four, Ron DeSantis up 12.
00:36:32.000Data for Progress shows Michael's up one, Sununu up 13.
00:38:00.000The trend is our friend, but be wary, everybody, of fake, synthetic, artificial polls that are then inserted into the media narrative for a designed and specific political purpose.
00:38:13.000And at this point, I think they're trying to artificially set the standard.
00:38:17.000So when Democrats, when we do okay but not excellent, they say, well, we withstood a red wave.
