00:01:28.000 Today's kind of a catch-up day, and I want to thank you for all the warm wishes you've emailed us, freedom at charliekirk.com for the birth of our daughter.
00:01:35.000 And we're getting some very good parenting advice.
00:01:37.000 I could share some of that on our Ask Me Anything episode.
00:01:39.000 So we're playing a little catch-up.
00:01:41.000 We never even really talked about the affidavit last week.
00:01:43.000 There really wasn't much there.
00:01:46.000 There were a lot of redactions, but there was one part where a friend of the program, Kash Patel, was mentioned.
00:01:52.000 Cash has been on this program many times, and we want to support Cash.
00:01:58.000 And I think that the regime is very angry at Cash for a couple different reasons.
00:02:02.000 We're going to talk about that.
00:02:03.000 And I want to get his unfiltered thoughts here on the Charlie Kirk Show program.
00:02:06.000 Cash, welcome back to the program.
00:02:08.000 Hey, Charlie, thanks for having me.
00:02:10.000 Congratulations on the birth of your daughter.
00:02:12.000 And I hope in a year or two, when it's age-appropriate, you read her the plot against the king so she knows all about Russia gay.
00:02:18.000 Oh, we will buy plenty of copies of the plot against the king.
00:02:22.000 And thank you for that, Cash.
00:02:24.000 We appreciate it.
00:02:25.000 So, Cash, I'm still kind of processing a lot of this as far as the news that hit.
00:02:31.000 Your name is in the affidavit.
00:02:33.000 So, tell our audience, just so we have a recap, what is an affidavit and what is your reaction to your name being mentioned in this affidavit?
00:02:41.000 Yeah, so look, you guys know I was a national security prosecutor at DOJ for Republican and Democratic administrations, mostly Democratic.
00:02:48.000 And a search warrant is a search warrant, be it for a bank robbery, a murder, or in this case, going into a president's home.
00:02:55.000 It needs probable cause.
00:02:56.000 Probable cause is based on sworn testimony in writing by an FBI agent.
00:03:02.000 That's an affidavit.
00:03:03.000 They say in the affidavit under penalty of perjury that everything here is true.
00:03:08.000 We have information that so-and-so is a bad person and we think they broke the law.
00:03:13.000 We have probable cause, that's the standard, to tell a judge who has to authorize the invasion of the Fourth Amendment into someone's home to take things away from them because the FBI says we believe a crime's been committed.
00:03:29.000 So, Peter Strzok, who struck Stroke Smirk, who should be in prison, said it's never great to see your unredacted name in a search warrant affidavit.
00:03:38.000 To borrow from Eric Hirschman, quote, I'm going to give you your best free legal advice you're getting in your life.
00:03:42.000 Get yourself a great effing criminal defense lawyer.
00:03:45.000 You're going to need it.
00:03:46.000 Cash, what's going on here?
00:03:48.000 What's your reaction to all of this?
00:03:50.000 You know, it's the continued weaponization, politicization of law enforcement.
00:03:54.000 Look, I know, and these guys know.
00:03:56.000 Remember, recap real quick.
00:03:57.000 The same corrupt government gangsters at the DOJ that ran Russia Gate are now back in charge at DOJ.
00:04:04.000 John Carlin, Lisa Monaco, these used to be my bosses at the Department of Justice when they authorized Russia Gate are now in charge.
00:04:11.000 The same FBI agents that worked for Peter Strzok, who broke the law and lied to a federal court to illegally surveill a warrant, excuse me, illegally surveill a president, his mentees are now running the counterintelligence investigation.
00:04:25.000 These guys collectively know that when you issue a search warrant, you hide the person's name that is not the target of the investigation for personally identifiable reasons.
00:04:36.000 That's in the FBI manuals, DOJ manuals, and everything.
00:04:39.000 And let me highlight one extreme.
00:04:40.000 The DOJ fought to redact Osama bin Laden's name in a Washington Post article after 9-11, but they did not fight to redact my name, a career government official, because they wanted and needed the world to put me on blast.
00:04:58.000 After the DOJ and FBI knew that I was being death threatened on a weekly basis, and the FBI was actually investigating ongoing death threats to me.
00:05:10.000 They put me on blast in the single most infamous warrant in United States history.
00:05:15.000 And you know the only other person's name that's not redacted there?
00:05:18.000 Donald Trump.
00:05:20.000 It's incredible.
00:05:20.000 What is your general reaction on the affidavit, Cash?
00:05:23.000 Before you said on this program, there's zero chance Donald Trump will be indicted.
00:05:26.000 Do you still think that?
00:05:28.000 Yeah.
00:05:30.000 Look, my general reaction to the affidavit is these guys are going to do everything they possibly can to run the same campaign they did with Russia Gate.
00:05:38.000 They're going to use the fake news media to put out a disinformation campaign.
00:05:42.000 What they want to do is make Donald Trump not run or make him so unpopular through their media disinformation campaign that voters are turned off.
00:05:53.000 What they've seen in the public is a complete boomerang effect by going in and raiding the home of a president who was cooperating with DOJ and FBI.
00:06:05.000 And if for some reason they choose to go down another extreme, unprecedented path and actually charge him, they might as well be handing him the 2024 presidency.
00:06:14.000 Because even if he's convicted of the crimes they are alleging, Donald Trump can still lawfully be president of the United States.
00:06:22.000 So you say here the documents at Mar-a-Lago marked classified are already declassified.
00:06:26.000 Then what is the dispute over this, Cash?
00:06:28.000 Is it true that the commander in chief, the head of the executive branch, the president of the United States, has full authority to declassify anything that he wants to declassify?
00:06:39.000 If that is true, then this entire issue is insane.
00:06:43.000 Am I missing something?
00:06:45.000 No, and that is the law, unless you are president, your name is President Donald Trump.
00:06:49.000 As a former deputy director of national intelligence, I know the intelligence classification system and I know the bureaucratic process.
00:06:55.000 And as the guy who had to put out the newness memo and jump through those hurdles to get it out, that applies to all government employees except the Office of the Presidency of the United States.
00:07:04.000 Any president can declassify anything he wants.
00:07:07.000 And what I've said in the past is I know Donald Trump declassified sweeping sets of documents related to Russia Gate, Hillarygate, and other national security matters that he felt were transparent.
00:07:18.000 I have also said I can't say with certainty what was in Mar-a-Lago because I didn't know anything was down there until the world found out about it.
00:07:25.000 And so what they're trying to do is now say Kash Patel is misleading the world by definitively saying everything at Mar-a-Lago is declassified.
00:07:33.000 I've never said that, but I did say President Trump in front of me and others issued multiple declassification orders regarding whole sets of documents.
00:07:41.000 And it's up to the DOJ and FBI to come in and say, well, those documents were classified, but we found other stuff.
00:07:48.000 They're not saying that.
00:07:49.000 And there's got to be a reason for it.
00:07:52.000 Yeah.
00:07:52.000 So, but he does have the ability to declassify anything on the way out.
00:07:59.000 Is there a process of how that works?
00:08:01.000 Why is this even in dispute?
00:08:04.000 And looking back, do you think President Trump could have done something differently to avoid all of this?
00:08:09.000 Or what's your thought on that, Cash?
00:08:11.000 I mean, I think they would have found another line of effort to go and politicize the law enforcement and intelligence community to target Donald Trump.
00:08:17.000 But yes, it's definitive.
00:08:20.000 The president, any sitting president of the United States, is the sole arbiter of classification and can definitively, sweepingly declassify anything he wants.
00:08:28.000 That's the way the Constitution and our Intel community works.
00:08:33.000 And what should have happened afterwards is his White House counsel's office should have come in and said, okay, here's the paperwork that shows on this day Donald Trump declassified X, Y, and Z.
00:08:44.000 But whether or not that's been done, I don't think it did because I haven't seen any paperwork to that effect.
00:08:49.000 But bureaucrats cannot undermine a presidential decision.
00:08:52.000 And Charlie, let me just give you an example.
00:08:54.000 I was the head of counterterrorism for President Trump when we took out Baghdadi, and I was in the situation room with him.
00:08:59.000 When the commander-in-chief authorized the raid strike force that killed him, we didn't wait for some rube to gin up paperwork before the order was executed.
00:09:08.000 It was executed the second he said it because the commander-in-chief has that authority, just like he has that authority when it comes to classified documents.
00:09:17.000 Yeah.
00:09:17.000 And so then there's this idea of the Presidential Records Act.
00:09:20.000 Does it have to run by some run through some other board or some other kind of national registration office?
00:09:27.000 Is there some other bureaucratic loophole that is being missed here really quick here, Cash, 30 seconds?
00:09:33.000 Yeah, no, I think what they're trying to do with NARA, and that's another reason my name's out there, because President Trump named me as representative to National Archives, is simply we've been trying to get the declassified documents out and bureaucrats at NARA referred the matter to DOJ, even though they gave Hillary Clinton a pass for the same thing.
00:09:48.000 And now they are saying, oh, we don't know where anything is.
00:09:51.000 It's all with DOJ.
00:09:52.000 Open counterintelligence investigation as a result of the search warrant.
00:09:56.000 So they don't ever have to turn anything over.
00:09:58.000 That was their end result, just like it was during Russia Gate.
00:10:01.000 And the FBI will hide behind that now.
00:10:03.000 Cash, I don't know if I agree.
00:10:05.000 I think they are going to try to indict Donald Trump, not based on facts or him doing anything wrong, just based on pure desperation of trying to stop the MAGA movement.
00:10:15.000 Is there anything you think Donald Trump should do?
00:10:17.000 Do you think he should announce for a second term now?
00:10:20.000 What are your thoughts on that, Cash?
00:10:22.000 I mean, look, you may be right.
00:10:23.000 I'm not the political wizard here.
00:10:25.000 I'm more of a national security law enforcement guy.
00:10:27.000 It's, you know, I think it makes sense with the midterms coming up and so much going in our direction to secure the House and the Senate with great candidates, you know, like Blake Masters out there in Arizona and JD Vance and company.
00:10:40.000 And so if we can take four of those five Senate seats that we had no business taking, then let's do it.
00:10:46.000 And if that means Donald Trump has to wait a month before he announces, so be it.
00:10:50.000 So I think it's, you know, maybe he waits till right after the midterms.
00:10:54.000 But I think you're right.
00:10:54.000 They're going to do anything they can to stop the MAGA movement.
00:10:59.000 Yeah.
00:10:59.000 And so, you know, if Republicans take back the House and the Senate, Cash, what can possibly be done to hold this fourth branch of government accountable, the unelected, unknown, unchecked branch?
00:11:09.000 It just seems like there's so many different scandals, so many different things they're doing or not doing or intentionally not focusing on what is it, Cash, that they need to do going in January, more than just writing letters.
00:11:23.000 I mean, I think it's time for a church and pike committee equivalent.
00:11:26.000 What are your thoughts, Cash?
00:11:28.000 You're not wrong.
00:11:29.000 They need a committee, whether it's select or otherwise, to run a Russia Gate-style investigation that Devin and I ran, but they need to go 10 times harder.
00:11:37.000 And here's why.
00:11:38.000 You're right.
00:11:38.000 Issuing letters is meaningless.
00:11:40.000 Go get subpoenas, go get the documents, make sure the American public are shown the documents that expose the government corruption at the FBI and DOJ.
00:11:48.000 And I've said this since the beginning.
00:11:49.000 I think the reason the FBI went down there and raided Donald Trump's home was because they knew this political leadership that was in place that started Russia Gate knew that Devin and I only got out 60% of the Russia Gate documents during our investigation.
00:12:02.000 That means 40% were left.
00:12:04.000 Why do you think President Donald Trump declassified them?
00:12:06.000 Because it showed their extreme levels of corruption and illegality against the sitting president of the United States and others.
00:12:12.000 So they come in and sweep up under the counterintelligence investigation umbrella to prevent their disclosure.
00:12:19.000 And this Congress is the only mechanism that can go in there and force the disclosure of the documents.
00:12:25.000 And then they must call these people up to testify publicly, Chris Ray, Merrick Garland, John Carlin, all these people, and without time limits and without private jets waiting for them that are paid for by the government to answer hard questions as to why did you allow this investigation to occur when you knew the people and the personnel operating it had already broken the law during Russia Gate.
00:12:49.000 And some of these individuals are supposedly under investigation at the FBI themselves.
00:12:53.000 How is it possible that they can work on an investigation of this magnitude?
00:12:58.000 Congress must act big time.
00:13:00.000 Yeah, and it just the Presidential Records Act is supposed to protect the president.
00:13:07.000 I mean, Cash, this is so unprecedented.
00:13:09.000 It's so a far reach of power for obvious political purposes.
00:13:13.000 I mean, from Obama to Hillary Clinton, they're going to go and try and indict the former president of the United States when Hillary Clinton was smashing cell phones with hammers.
00:13:25.000 And then you have the smugness and the arrogance of people like Peter Struckstroke Smirk and Lisa Page that are then kind of taking a victory lap around all this and Andy McCabe.
00:13:35.000 Cash, this is not just two standards of justice.
00:13:37.000 There's only one standard of justice.
00:13:39.000 The one standard of justice is that if you are on the political right, we are going to throw the federal government of the United States after you wholly and completely.
00:13:48.000 I want to play this piece of tape here from Lindsey Graham.
00:13:52.000 I'm not really sure what to make of it.
00:13:53.000 There's a couple different takes here potentially of what this means.
00:13:55.000 Play cut four.
00:13:57.000 If there's a prosecution of Donald Trump for mishandling classified information after the Clinton debacle, which you presided over and did a hell of a good job, there'll be riots in the streets.
00:14:09.000 Cash, one minute, your thoughts.
00:14:11.000 I'm not, you know, hopefully that's not the way it goes.
00:14:15.000 But, you know, I think what he's alluding to is that, you know, we could have this summer of riots, quote unquote, again, and they'll all be blamed on Donald Trump.
00:14:22.000 And that'll be a political victory for the left because it will drive people away from the voting booths for any MAGA first candidates and also President Trump himself.
00:14:30.000 But what we need to focus on is the people that are running their mouths on TV now, baselessly.
00:14:35.000 Andy McCabe, who was deputy director of the FBI, and lied and broke his oath of office and the law.
00:14:39.000 Peter Strzok and the Lovebirds lied and broke their oath of office and illegally surveilled a candidate for president.
00:14:44.000 The mainstream media is equally as culpable, if not more, than these dirty government gangsters for executing this unlawful raid on President Trump.
00:14:52.000 And they are scaring people into submission.
00:14:55.000 But I will not be taking a knee on the truth because that, at the end of the day, is the only thing that matters in terms of service.
00:15:01.000 And we're going to keep going.
00:15:03.000 Amen.
00:15:04.000 Cash, thank you so much.
00:15:05.000 FightwithCash.com.
00:15:06.000 Check it out.
00:15:06.000 Cash.
00:15:07.000 Awesome as always.
00:15:08.000 Thank you.
00:15:09.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:15:09.000 Congrats again.
00:15:13.000 Look, in the good old days, we Americans argued about which policies to pursue to improve this beautiful country.
00:15:19.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:15:20.000 Too often, we find ourselves arguing about whether or not America is great or not, or whether we should be ashamed or whether we should love America.
00:15:28.000 The reason for this is simple.
00:15:29.000 For too many years, too many of our schools have been neglecting to teach young people about our great heritage of liberty, presenting them instead a dishonest narrative of America as a fundamentally unjust or racist country.
00:15:41.000 Hillsdale College is weighing in for America, the wonderful Hillsdale College, by offering a free online course, such as The Great American Story, A Land of Hope, Constitution 101, The Meaning of a History of the Constitution.
00:15:53.000 As we get closer to Constitution Day, September 17th, I encourage all of you to enroll in one of these wonderful free courses from Hillsdale.
00:15:59.000 And even better, encourage your friends and family to sign up too.
00:16:02.000 Begin your Hillsdale course today at charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:16:06.000 That is charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:16:08.000 Check it out, charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:16:13.000 I'm going to read some numbers for you here: $41 billion, $31 billion, $28 billion, $25 billion, $18 billion, $14 billion, $12 billion, $12 billion, $12 billion, $11 billion.
00:16:27.000 No, that's not all the money we've sent to Ukraine, although it sure sounds like it.
00:16:31.000 Those are the endowments of some of the universities across America.
00:16:35.000 Harvard, $41 billion endowment.
00:16:37.000 Yale, $31 billion endowment.
00:16:39.000 Stanford, $28 billion endowment.
00:16:41.000 Princeton, $25 billion endowment.
00:16:44.000 MIT, $18 billion endowment.
00:16:48.000 University of Pennsylvania, $14 billion endowment.
00:16:53.000 These are not colleges.
00:16:56.000 These are hedge funds with classrooms attached.
00:17:01.000 I wrote about this in great detail in my book, and thank you for those of you that support us, College Scam.
00:17:06.000 You guys can check it out, collegescam.com and also tpusa.com, where I put the entire college industry on trial.
00:17:14.000 Now, last week, I was obviously not on Aaron, focusing on something more important.
00:17:21.000 Joe Biden decreed by executive action, he doesn't have the constitutional authority to do this.
00:17:26.000 He just is doing this unilaterally and totally straightforward, that he has the power to be able to forgive student loans.
00:17:35.000 That some estimates show that it could cost upwards of half a trillion dollars, $500 billion, half a trillion dollars.
00:17:46.000 So Joe Biden comes in, of course, to try to use one of the F's to try to control power, but both are happening simultaneously: fear and free stuff.
00:17:58.000 People that are unpopular, people that do not have support of the governed, that are unwilling to try to build consensus, they will use either fear or free stuff to hold on to power.
00:18:11.000 Fear against towards conservatives.
00:18:14.000 You might get raided.
00:18:15.000 You might get audited by the 87,000 new IRS agents, the 87,000 new IRS agents that are going to have a centralized office that could be deployed against conservatives and middle-class Americans all across America.
00:18:28.000 And then free stuff.
00:18:29.000 Of course, this is a vote-buying scheme for young people going into the midterms.
00:18:35.000 But it also is two other things that I want to focus on.
00:18:37.000 The first of which, this is a throbbing middle finger, an insult to the muscular class in our country.
00:18:46.000 For those of you that are plumbers, electricians, and welders that didn't go to a four-year college, this is a direct and concerted, just unbelievably flagrant insult towards you.
00:18:58.000 As if your muscular labor does not matter.
00:19:02.000 How about those of you, that's the first part, that are entrepreneurs that started businesses and didn't go to a four-year college.
00:19:09.000 Where is your debt forgiveness?
00:19:11.000 Do you get some of your credit card debt forgiven?
00:19:13.000 How about those of you that started your business?
00:19:15.000 Do you get your small business loan forgiven?
00:19:18.000 How about those of you that had to go into debt to feed your family or to get necessary supplies so your kids can go back to school?
00:19:24.000 But maybe you didn't go to a four-year college.
00:19:26.000 Do you get that debt forgiven?
00:19:30.000 That's the first thing.
00:19:31.000 It is an insult to people that didn't go to white, woke, liberal universities like Wellesley or UC Berkeley.
00:19:43.000 That's number one.
00:19:44.000 It is a subsidy of the idea pathogens that have infected our entire society, as I talk about in the college scam, of which I put the entire college industry on trial.
00:19:54.000 It's a very appropriate book right now, considering this free stuff vote buying scheme being put forward by the Biden regime.
00:20:02.000 And the 10-count indictment are: number one, college universities are running a scam.
00:20:06.000 College education is ridiculously overpriced.
00:20:08.000 Universities have become obscenely rich at taxpayer and student expense.
00:20:13.000 That's the part that no one, not say no one, but the mainstream, no one in the mainstream media has been talking about.
00:20:18.000 No one in the mainstream activist press has been talking about how unbelievably corrupt these colleges are.
00:20:24.000 This is a subsidy of the institution that is broken from within.
00:20:29.000 If you're going to forgive student loans of reckless financial behavior, you're only going to get more reckless financial behavior.
00:20:37.000 Colleges do not educate anymore.
00:20:39.000 College has ruined the ability to think and reason.
00:20:41.000 College indoctrinates students and repress speech.
00:20:44.000 All this, of course, is with the exception of Hillsdale College.
00:20:49.000 College universities breed violence and hatred.
00:20:51.000 College universities have been infiltrated by subversive foreign groups.
00:20:55.000 College universities have unleashed waves of woke anti-American activists.
00:20:59.000 Many professors are left-wing radicals bent on indoctrinating students.
00:21:05.000 All this in the book, The College Scam.
00:21:07.000 So the first of which is an insult to every single one of you in the audience that have built a life without an expensive four-year diploma.
00:21:15.000 But it's also an insult to the second group of people.
00:21:18.000 For those of you that have built a life and responsibly went through college and took AP classes in high school, that got scholarships, that went to the less expensive college.
00:21:27.000 How many of you out there decided to go to a cheaper college because you were afraid of the student loan debt?
00:21:33.000 How about those of you that have been paying off your student loans the last couple of years?
00:21:36.000 Sucker is what Joe Biden says.
00:21:38.000 If any of you in the last 10 years have been paying off your student loans, why?
00:21:44.000 That's wasted money.
00:21:45.000 Do you get that money back?
00:21:47.000 This is a question you should ask Joe Biden.
00:21:49.000 Do you get a refund of the money you paid now that you know that forgiveness is here?
00:21:53.000 Do you get a rebate?
00:21:54.000 Because you were paying down student loans for what reason?
00:22:04.000 It is an insult to those people who live within or below their means.
00:22:10.000 It is a subsidy of reckless, irresponsible financial behavior.
00:22:18.000 It is the government that is now saying, hey, look, we don't balance our books.
00:22:22.000 We run $30 trillion debts.
00:22:24.000 We run massive deficits.
00:22:28.000 We run these overly inflated and bloated, reckless balance sheets.
00:22:38.000 We might as well subsidize those of you that do the same.
00:22:41.000 We might as well give you a massive handout for those of you that are also in massive debt.
00:22:53.000 And if you were to even argue for a little student loan forgiveness, if you say college is a scam, which I agree, and students have been scammed, I think there is one form of student loan forgiveness that I would support.
00:23:04.000 Seize the endowments and make the colleges pay for it themselves.
00:23:09.000 In the current state of affairs, what we have is students that get scammed by college, and the taxpayer has to now bail them out.
00:23:18.000 No, make Harvard pay for it.
00:23:20.000 They have a $41 billion endowment.
00:23:22.000 I think it's upwards of $50 billion now.
00:23:23.000 How about Yale?
00:23:24.000 $31 billion.
00:23:26.000 Stanford, $28 billion.
00:23:28.000 Princeton, $25 billion.
00:23:31.000 MIT, $18 billion.
00:23:33.000 These are GDPs of governments that they have.
00:23:38.000 And the taxpayers have to come in and say, no, no, no, it's now us that have to pay for it.
00:23:46.000 We're the ones that now have to get put on the hook.
00:23:51.000 I'm going to play a piece of tape here.
00:23:52.000 Elizabeth Warren, play cut three.
00:23:54.000 40% of folks who have student loans do not have a college diploma.
00:23:57.000 Play cut three.
00:23:59.000 Most of the relief that the president has given, remember, the majority of people are going to get $20,000 in student loan debt relief.
00:24:06.000 40% of the folks who have student loans do not have a college diploma, a four-year diploma.
00:24:14.000 These are people who are truck drivers and who are nail technicians and nurses' aides.
00:24:21.000 They are actually going to get their debt canceled out.
00:24:26.000 They're going to get their debt canceled out.
00:24:29.000 Wait, hold on a second.
00:24:30.000 So she said 40% of the people who have student loans do not have a college diploma.
00:24:34.000 Hey, Pocahontas, why did they go to college in the first place?
00:24:37.000 Why don't you say maybe the industry itself is broken?
00:24:41.000 By the way, Elizabeth Warren is proving the entire argument behind my book.
00:24:46.000 40% of people that have student loans, they dropped out.
00:24:50.000 They shouldn't have gone in the first place.
00:24:52.000 Maybe the colleges are predatory, massive, hedge fund-style private equity institutions.
00:25:00.000 Maybe they should dip into their pockets and pay for it.
00:25:06.000 I want to play cut 21, Nancy Pelosi.
00:25:08.000 People think the president of the United States has the power for debt forgiveness.
00:25:11.000 He does not.
00:25:12.000 Remember, this was last July saying, no, it has to go through Congress.
00:25:15.000 Joe Biden is just doing this unilaterally.
00:25:17.000 Now, to give some of you comfort, I think this will be struck down in a court.
00:25:20.000 There is almost no way he's able to do this.
00:25:22.000 Also, there's this incredible contradiction here.
00:25:25.000 Why can Joe Biden use COVID as a reason to forgive student loans?
00:25:30.000 But he also says that the COVID emergency is over to get rid of MPP and the Remain in Mexico policy, which is it, Joe Biden.
00:25:38.000 Is COVID still an emergency?
00:25:41.000 So you want COVID to be able to buy yourself votes because you're so incoherent and incompetent and you're nakedly corrupt, holding on to power like the last grasp of a despotic Roman emperor, morally parallel to Caligula, trying to do your best to not govern constitutionally, but using the multi-thousand-year-old tactic of I'm just going to buy people off.
00:26:09.000 Play cut 21.
00:26:12.000 President of the United States, is this more on the subject than you ever want to know?
00:26:16.000 Will you let me know?
00:26:18.000 People think that the President of the United States has the power for debt forgiveness.
00:26:24.000 He does not.
00:26:25.000 He can postpone.
00:26:26.000 He can delay, but he does not have that power.
00:26:30.000 That has to be an act of Congress.
00:26:34.000 It has to be an act of Congress.
00:26:38.000 Desperate times call for desperate measures.
00:26:41.000 Joe Biden knows that he is in a significant vote deficit.
00:26:47.000 The only thing he can do now is to try and go to younger voters, of which he is losing considerably.
00:26:52.000 And again, this goes to show the work that Turning Point Action is doing.
00:26:55.000 This goes to work to show that our entire ecosystem is doing.
00:26:59.000 The phenomenal work that young people are less liberal, are less liberal and more conservative than ever before.
00:27:07.000 It was a poll that came out a couple weeks ago.
00:27:09.000 Actually, I'll show you.
00:27:11.000 Actually, find the poll here.
00:27:12.000 I have it on my phone here.
00:27:13.000 It's phenomenal.
00:27:14.000 When you actually see the numbers of which younger voters are defecting from the left, it's amazing.
00:27:22.000 This was not covered really at all by the mainstream activist press.
00:27:26.000 In fact, it was almost covered up.
00:27:28.000 Here it is right here.
00:27:29.000 Morning consult poll.
00:27:30.000 The share of young people ages 18 to 34 who identify as liberal has dropped more than any other age group by 10 points over the last five years.
00:27:40.000 What we are doing on this program, and thank you for supporting us, what we are doing at Turning Point is working, everybody.
00:27:48.000 It's working.
00:27:49.000 Younger voters are 10 points less liberal today than they were in 2017.
00:27:55.000 Do you see why the media comes after us so much?
00:27:58.000 You see why the media comes after Turning Point and comes after this program?
00:28:01.000 And we embrace it.
00:28:02.000 Young people are 10 points less liberal than they were 10 years ago.
00:28:06.000 The greatest dip, and they're more conservative.
00:28:09.000 Less liberal, more conservative.
00:28:10.000 Great sign, everybody.
00:28:12.000 Why do you think Joe Biden has to go and try to buy their votes off?
00:28:16.000 Those of you that paid off your loans and didn't go to college, this is the government slapping you across the face.
00:28:22.000 It's an insult to responsibility and to the virtue of hard work and living within your means.
00:28:30.000 Millions of Americans are waking up to a country they don't recognize.
00:28:33.000 And while they struggle to raise their families and pay the bills, the media and major corporations are telling them that they're what's wrong with America.
00:28:40.000 Thankfully, there are strong companies, very good ones like Patriot Mobile, stepping up.
00:28:45.000 Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative cell phone company.
00:28:49.000 They are on the front lines fighting for the sanctity of life, religious liberty, and the Second Amendment.
00:28:54.000 This is why Patriot Mobile is different from every other provider out there.
00:28:57.000 Inflation has made it really hard on many Americans.
00:28:59.000 Thankfully, Patriot Mobile has plans for almost any budget, and they offer the same nationwide coverage as the major carriers.
00:29:05.000 Get the same great service, plus the knowledge that your money is supporting the values that made America great and will again.
00:29:11.000 Go to patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie or call 972-Patriot.
00:29:14.000 Use offer code Charlie and get free activation.
00:29:16.000 Special discounts are available for veteran and first responders.
00:29:19.000 Go to patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie, patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie, or call 972-Patriot, patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie.
00:29:30.000 Okay, I want to read this email here.
00:29:32.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:29:32.000 I'm a 23-year-old welder in Phoenix, Arizona.
00:29:35.000 I love how close you hit home.
00:29:38.000 You always mention welders.
00:29:39.000 You fight for young people like me, and you live in the same city as me.
00:29:42.000 Anyway, can you please talk about this debt reallocation as exploitation?
00:29:46.000 That is how I feel.
00:29:46.000 Good for you, Spencer.
00:29:48.000 By definition, they are using me for taxes to benefit people that aren't me.
00:29:52.000 If 100% of people went to school for $80,000, then taxes on everyone would be $80,000.
00:29:58.000 It is textbook exploitation.
00:30:00.000 I think it would be beneficial for our side to start talking about it in this manner.
00:30:03.000 You're a fan.
00:30:03.000 Look, and this is Spencer.
00:30:04.000 He's a welder.
00:30:06.000 How can you have a civilization without welders?
00:30:09.000 How can you have an entire country without the muscular labor?
00:30:15.000 You can't.
00:30:16.000 You can have only so many people that study North African lesbian poetry.
00:30:22.000 There's only so many people you could have with that.
00:30:24.000 And we have an oversupply of that, detailed in our book, collegescam.com.
00:30:30.000 And so what the government is doing is: hey, welding, plumbing, being an electrician?
00:30:36.000 Too bad.
00:30:38.000 Spencer, great email.
00:30:39.000 You are being exploited.
00:30:40.000 You should be angry about it.
00:30:41.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:30:43.000 Look, I believe that the cabal that ran the 2020 election, Elias and all the group of pseudo-criminals, they're back in charge.
00:30:53.000 And they're starting to see the tea leaves.
00:30:55.000 They could see the harbinger.
00:30:56.000 They could see the canary in the coal mine.
00:30:59.000 Joe Rogan was hanging out with Aaron Rodgers and had some rather blunt advice.
00:31:04.000 You see, the ruling class, they hear this, they see this, they get freaked out.
00:31:07.000 They used to not get angry about this.
00:31:09.000 You know why?
00:31:10.000 When they used to hear that Republicans were taking over, it was okay because it means the Uniparty would still be in power, business as usual.
00:31:18.000 Now, when they hear Republicans are going to take over, that's a fire alarm for a populist nationalist movement that might institute a church and pike committee that might fire 87,000 IRS agents.
00:31:32.000 That is not good.
00:31:34.000 So, Joe Rogan talking about vote Republican, that is DEF CON 1.
00:31:38.000 By the way, DEF CON 1 is the highest level of DEF CON.
00:31:41.000 It goes in descending order.
00:31:43.000 Play cut six.
00:31:44.000 No one who is alive today had ever experienced a true pandemic.
00:31:49.000 And I'm hoping that now that this is over, people are going to recognize that some serious errors were made and not repeat those.
00:31:57.000 That's the best you can get out of it.
00:31:58.000 So what do you tell those people?
00:31:59.000 Vote Republican.
00:32:02.000 The person who asked the question is Aaron Rodgers, arguably the best quarterback in the NFL.
00:32:09.000 So by the way, Turning Point Pack, just so you know, is going to take that clip, if we're legally allowed to do that, and run that as an advertisement in every single battleground state.
00:32:18.000 Joe Rogan and Aaron Rodgers talk about the midterms, and we're just going to put it right towards younger voters.
00:32:25.000 Connor's listening right now.
00:32:26.000 Connor, send that to Tyler to make sure Turning Point PAC starts cutting that up.
00:32:29.000 That right there will be a very persuasive political advertisement for young male voters.
00:32:35.000 Aaron Rodgers and Joe Rogan talking about how to vote in the midterm elections.
00:32:39.000 And he says, vote Republican.
00:32:42.000 This is why they're going to such extreme measures.
00:32:45.000 They see it.
00:32:46.000 These are moves of desperation.
00:32:48.000 You think that a regime that is confident in their power, that feels stability in their rule, starts unilaterally forgiving people student loan forgiveness?
00:33:01.000 And let me actually correct myself because I try to be very precise with language.
00:33:05.000 It is not forgiveness.
00:33:08.000 This is nothing more than buying votes.
00:33:11.000 I don't like the word forgiveness because the word forgiveness is a beautiful word that is biblical in nature and involves a connection with the divine or someone who did something wrong.
00:33:20.000 I don't like that.
00:33:22.000 It is nothing more.
00:33:24.000 I actually got to find the right word for it.
00:33:26.000 If you guys have a good one, freedom at charlottekirk.com.
00:33:28.000 We've got to change our messaging.
00:33:29.000 I don't like forgiveness.
00:33:30.000 I don't.
00:33:30.000 I got to find another word for it.
00:33:33.000 Play cut 23.
00:33:34.000 Back in 2020, Liz Warren, Pocahontas, was asked if people who save for college are going to get their money back.
00:33:40.000 And she laughs and says no.
00:33:42.000 Again, a government that subsidizes bad behavior gets more bad behavior.
00:33:46.000 And forget it.
00:33:47.000 Just don't forget.
00:33:48.000 But put aside the welders, electricians, the plumbers, the HVAC, the entrepreneurs, the police officers, the firefighters.
00:33:54.000 Put all that aside.
00:33:55.000 So many of you in the audience might have received an athletic scholarship.
00:34:00.000 You know, being a student athlete is no easy deal.
00:34:04.000 When you talk to a majority of student athletes that I've spoken to, and they say, man, it's a tough life.
00:34:08.000 I say, well, why do you keep doing it?
00:34:10.000 They said, well, I get my college paid for.
00:34:12.000 For the millions of student athletes, I think that's fair to say.
00:34:16.000 There have probably been millions of student athletes since 1960, 1970.
00:34:19.000 Let's just say half a million.
00:34:20.000 Let's say there's a half a million student athletes since 1980 that got their college paid for.
00:34:25.000 Do you get a rebate for those 5 a.m. workouts?
00:34:29.000 For watching your diet, having to make the team.
00:34:33.000 So also you could just get your college paid for?
00:34:35.000 Do you get some sort of handout for that?
00:34:39.000 That's work being a student athlete.
00:34:41.000 And a vast majority of student athletes put themselves through hell so they don't have to have debt.
00:34:49.000 What do you say to the kid that had to show up for 4.30 swim meets, swim practice?
00:34:56.000 And he just kept telling himself, at least I don't have student loan debt.
00:34:59.000 I'm not going to be the best swimmer in the world.
00:35:01.000 At least I don't have student loan debt.
00:35:05.000 The government says, I don't care if you sacrificed.
00:35:08.000 I don't care if you made good decisions.
00:35:10.000 We are now going to insult you and take money from the responsible and give money to the irresponsible.
00:35:18.000 If you were to do this, make the colleges themselves pay for it for the scam that they are.
00:35:22.000 U.S. taxpayer on the hook again.
00:35:24.000 It is one of the most grotesque, insulting, unconstitutional moves I've seen in quite some time.
00:35:32.000 We need a moral outrage against this vote-buying scheme, subsidizing the scam.
00:35:39.000 and a poke in the eye to the responsible, the virtuous, and the hardworking muscular class.
00:35:44.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:46.000 Email me your thoughts as always.
00:35:47.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:35:48.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:35:50.000 God bless.
