00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.

00:01:17.000 All right.
00:01:17.000 Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:19.000 It's May 28th, 2026.
00:01:21.000 We're here in Phoenix, Arizona at the YRefi Studios.
00:01:24.000 How are we doing, Blake?
00:01:25.000 We're doing lovely.
00:01:26.000 Yep.
00:01:26.000 We got news this morning that broke from Axios, and it's a potentially massive, massive deal.
00:01:33.000 And that is the U.S. and Iran reach deal.
00:01:37.000 For a 60 day peace ceasefire, but need Trump's final approval, officials say.
00:01:44.000 So the way this has gone down is that you got to understand, dealing with Iran is very, very difficult right now.
00:01:50.000 They got carrier pigeons going to their supreme leader.
00:01:53.000 It's tough to get word back and forth.
00:01:55.000 So if you're quibbling over a dot on an I or how a T is crossed, it takes roughly about three days to get that back and forth.
00:02:03.000 Okay.
00:02:04.000 So they say that Iran, Iran is not officially, Confirm this, but U.S. officials are saying that Iranian senior leadership have said that they have approval to sign this deal.
00:02:14.000 So, what's in the deal?
00:02:16.000 The deal says that the strait will be opened, okay?
00:02:20.000 The blockade will be lifted.
00:02:23.000 Iran will not harass the shipping lanes, and the U.S. will end its blockade.
00:02:28.000 So, this will happen in proportion to the restoration of commercial shipping, a U.S. official said.
00:02:33.000 The MOU will include an Iranian commitment not to pursue a nuclear weapon, the official said.
00:02:39.000 It will also state that the first issue.
00:02:42.000 To be negotiated in this 60 day window will be how to dispose of Iran's highly enriched uranium and how to address Iranian enrichment.
00:02:51.000 Okay, so let's just set out the stakes here for you.
00:02:55.000 So, got to get that shipping lane open, right? 0.84
00:02:58.000 We've got midterms, we've got high energy prices.
00:03:00.000 There is pressure politically, domestically, to get that gas price under $3 nationally, okay?
00:03:06.000 This would put us on the road to do that, okay?
00:03:08.000 Yeah, we are net exporting, we have all this energy in the United States.
00:03:12.000 These are all good things. 0.99
00:03:13.000 China's coming to us.
00:03:14.000 Lots of others are coming to us.
00:03:15.000 Venezuela sending us 10 million barrels of oil.
00:03:19.000 All those things are good developments.
00:03:21.000 But internationally, you have to understand there's still a pressure on that gas price, on the energy prices, and that has a political consequence.
00:03:30.000 You better believe it that the president is keenly aware of this.
00:03:32.000 Yes, he's willing to endure some pain here, but he's also a pragmatist, okay?
00:03:38.000 President Trump wants a few days to think about this.
00:03:41.000 But that blockade would be lifted.
00:03:43.000 Iran would agree to allow the Strait.
00:03:46.000 To be open, this would help them economically.
00:03:49.000 There's no question.
00:03:50.000 Estimates have it at about $500 million a day that Iranians are losing by not being able to access the strait for shipping of energy internationally.
00:03:59.000 Also, they have a lot of worry about their wells backing up.
00:04:03.000 Once that happens, some of those oil wells cannot be reopened.
00:04:06.000 You do permanent damage to those wells.
00:04:08.000 And the first item up for bids during this 60 day ceasefire will be how to deal with and dispose of the dust, the nuclear dust that's there.
00:04:18.000 Now, that is open for interpretation.
00:04:20.000 There's a lot of different parties involved, a lot of different ideas of how to best do it.
00:04:24.000 Some say China, some say Russia.
00:04:26.000 President Trump says that's off the table.
00:04:28.000 I think President Trump wants a few days to think about this because he wants the U.S. to directly oversee.
00:04:33.000 The disposal of said nuclear waste.
00:04:36.000 It's not a perfect deal.
00:04:37.000 It's not a perfect deal.
00:04:38.000 I want to say that.
00:04:38.000 The whole war is not perfect.
00:04:39.000 The whole thing is not perfect.
00:04:41.000 In truth, a lot of this is it would be getting us back to the situation before the war, which is straight open, free trade, and we're agreeing to negotiate on the nuclear issue, which we were negotiating when the strike started.
00:04:54.000 So, just to be clear, though, what is different is that they have apparently, and this is part of the background that I have been.
00:05:03.000 You know, exposed to on some of these calls.
00:05:06.000 The difference right now is that they have finally conceded that they will not have a nuclear program and that they're willing to dispose of said nuclear.
00:05:13.000 Well, Iran has always said they're not planning to build a nuclear weapon.
00:05:17.000 We don't believe them, of course.
00:05:18.000 So, well, there is some interesting insight on that.
00:05:21.000 One school of thought, one theory of the case is that the old Supreme Leader was never going to do it.
00:05:27.000 He just wanted to posture.
00:05:29.000 He just wanted to.
00:05:30.000 When we got rid of him, the new leadership for a while.
00:05:33.000 Was actually willing to do it.
00:05:35.000 So, actually, things got more risky in the immediate aftermath.
00:05:38.000 Right now, it appears that the moderates are ascendant.
00:05:41.000 So, let me explain the breakdown here.
00:05:44.000 You get rid of the leadership structure and it creates a vacuum.
00:05:47.000 You've got moderates, you've got hardliners.
00:05:49.000 There have been dust ups in the last couple of days.
00:05:52.000 There was some last night.
00:05:53.000 We shot down some drones.
00:05:54.000 We shot down a drone.
00:05:55.000 Is it just still the case where they have straight up decentralized?
00:05:59.000 I know that was in discussion.
00:06:01.000 Yeah, so here's the deal.
00:06:02.000 So, when you have a power vacuum and when you have the supreme leader who is.
00:06:06.000 Essentially, the leader, but he's new.
00:06:08.000 First of all, he's injured and he's in hiding.
00:06:10.000 The communication channels are dispersed, and there are factions fighting within the emergent Iranian leadership structure that want to dominate.
00:06:20.000 The hardliners want to dominate and they want to sabotage this deal.
00:06:23.000 There was a piece that came out, I believe, in the Financial Times yesterday that explained how the hardliners are already trying to sabotage this deal.
00:06:30.000 Do you want to know how we know this is a good deal for the United States?
00:06:34.000 Because the hardliners in Iran want to sabotage it.
00:06:36.000 They understand that this emboldens, empowers, Enables the moderates to take the reins of power and to put Iran on a better course economically where they're not going to get overthrown by their people in about six months.
00:06:48.000 But maybe that still happens, okay? 0.83
00:06:49.000 Because there's been a ton of damage inflicted upon the Iranian people. 0.50
00:06:54.000 And if they want to do that, if they want to seize their own destiny and their own futures, they should do that.
00:06:59.000 They should feel empowered to do that.
00:07:00.000 I would be pro the Iranian people overthrowing this tyrannical regime. 0.99
00:07:04.000 They're evil. 0.78
00:07:05.000 Should that be the United States' job?
00:07:08.000 That's an open question.
00:07:09.000 I don't believe it should be our job.
00:07:10.000 We have a country to run right here at home.
00:07:13.000 But President Trump was very clear.
00:07:15.000 He said no nuclear weapon.
00:07:17.000 This deal takes that off the board.
00:07:20.000 Why?
00:07:20.000 Because for the first time, the moderates have been empowered to take control of the regime.
00:07:26.000 They have been empowered and are advancing this notion that finally they are conceding that they cannot have a nuclear weapon.
00:07:34.000 This is a good, good development.
00:07:36.000 This is a slam dunk development.
00:07:39.000 You get the sense of, again, how complicated it is because have you ever heard of any of these people before any of this happened?
00:07:45.000 I've got the Financial Times piece open.
00:07:47.000 Influential members of the ultra conservative Paydari faction, who occupy seats in parliament and prominent positions at the state broadcasters, have insisted Iran retain control over the strait and refuse to make concessions over its nuclear program, describing these as red lines.
00:08:02.000 We've heard that word before.
00:08:04.000 They have criticized parliamentary speaker Mohammed Bagher Ghalabaf, a longtime political rival who has been leading the negotiations, claiming he has acted beyond the mandate given by unseen new supreme leader Ayatollah Motaba Khomeini.
00:08:18.000 You really sense how incredibly complicated it is, where each different factions in one country that we're in conflict with are claiming they have the true mandate of a leader no one can see, no one's heard from.
00:08:30.000 Well, and again, very dramatic.
00:08:32.000 To underscore this point, to underscore this point, they have this guy in hiding, like incredibly hidden within this country to the point that they will not establish a digital connection in any way, shape, or form around this guy.
00:08:48.000 So when I say carrier pigeon, I'm joking, but I'm kind of not joking.
00:08:51.000 That's what it takes to communicate with this guy.
00:08:54.000 And, you know, we have to assume, since he hasn't been taken out, that he's probably hidden successfully, right?
00:09:01.000 So, when you have a situation like that where you can't get on a broadcast and dictate the terms or send out messaging in some other way to his lieutenants, then there is going to be this vacuum, this void created.
00:09:13.000 What the U.S. is challenged right now is to say our red line is nuclear, our red line is the straight, okay?
00:09:19.000 If you concede on those two points, we will.
00:09:22.000 Let you open up and give you some financial aid from energy and from sanctions. 0.88
00:09:26.000 It is very helpful when you have the Iranians themselves saying anything short of exclusive Iranian control of the Strait is Iran is a total loser and the U.S. a total winner. 0.88
00:09:35.000 So here's the deal we've got hardliners on our side as well here at home. 0.76
00:09:41.000 So, and Blake, I know you're very cognizant of this.
00:09:44.000 We both are watching.
00:09:46.000 There's certain people, I'm not going to name all of them, but some of them are my friends and some of them are not my friends.
00:09:53.000 But let's just use Lindsey Graham as a stand in for all of them. 0.87
00:09:56.000 Lady Graham. 1.00
00:09:56.000 Lady Graham. 1.00
00:09:58.000 So these people will not be happy until we just, all we do is drop bombs all over foreign countries and, you know, perpetually send American troops abroad.
00:10:10.000 They saw this escalation as their big chance to divert President Trump into a full regime change war.
00:10:17.000 Whatever they told him, oh, they'll cave, they'll get rid of their nuclear program immediately. 0.73
00:10:22.000 They believe this would be their chance to get their hook in and get President Trump to just do a full Iraq war. 0.58
00:10:27.000 Overthrow the government. 0.73
00:10:28.000 And they still do this.
00:10:29.000 They say, 10,000 troops, it's going to be super easy.
00:10:32.000 In and out, in and out, President Trump.
00:10:34.000 Let's just be very clear about something for those of you in the audience that maybe do feel a bit that way, where you want to see the regime topple.
00:10:42.000 I'm the same.
00:10:43.000 I want to see the regime topple.
00:10:45.000 But I'm not willing to send American boots on the ground to get that done.
00:10:51.000 And that's essentially the only thing that will get this done.
00:10:54.000 You could arm the citizenry of Iran, potentially that would be effective.
00:10:59.000 And maybe they should pursue that. 0.83
00:11:00.000 That usually ends terribly as well.
00:11:02.000 Let's just be honest.
00:11:02.000 We don't have a great track record there.
00:11:04.000 But unless you are willing to commit 100,000 boots on the ground to go commandeer and wrench control of that country from the regime, then this is not going to happen.
00:11:15.000 And I will tell you right now if President Trump did that, it would be politically disastrous.
00:11:19.000 Every toss up race we would lose, every single one of them come the midterms.
00:11:25.000 He would be impeached.
00:11:26.000 The entire last two years of his presidency would be completely and utterly distracted.
00:11:32.000 And every wrench would be thrown into every gear you can imagine.
00:11:36.000 Okay, so that's just like, let's just be very clear about the stakes here.
00:11:39.000 And so, in lieu of getting full regime change and getting everything that you want, getting them to give up their nuclear, getting them to commit to disposing of the dust, getting them to allow American officials and forces to oversee the disposal of said nuclear material, and getting them to open the Straits up and destroy their entire missile arsenal, sinking their Navy to the bottom of the sea.
00:12:05.000 This is the deal that is possible. 0.55
00:12:08.000 So, let's deal in the realm of real.
00:12:10.000 It's just a simple fact.
00:12:11.000 Would it be good for Iran to have a different type of government?
00:12:14.000 Yes.
00:12:15.000 But is that what President Trump ran on in 2024?
00:12:18.000 No.
00:12:18.000 Is it what the people who voted for him want?
00:12:21.000 It doesn't seem so.
00:12:22.000 No.
00:12:23.000 And is it overall good for America to a country that has fewer resources than it did 20 years ago for this sort of thing?
00:12:31.000 Is this a good way for us to be investing America's focus in assets?
00:12:36.000 I don't believe it is.
00:12:37.000 You don't believe it is.
00:12:38.000 I don't think most people believe it is.
00:12:39.000 What we want is we want a revived middle class, we want a revived industrial base.
00:12:44.000 We want strength abroad, family formation, affordability, home ownership.
00:12:49.000 These are the things that people voted for President Trump on.
00:12:52.000 Do you want to know ultimately why people voted for President Trump?
00:12:55.000 It was, yes, it was immigration.
00:12:57.000 Certainly that motivated me.
00:12:59.000 But really, it was that they felt the economy was better under Trump than it was under Biden.
00:13:03.000 That's it. 0.99
00:13:04.000 I hate to be that guy, the economy's stupid, but it's kind of that, okay? 0.99
00:13:08.000 And right now, this is a drag on fulfilling that promise. 0.99
00:13:12.000 They looked at President Trump, and you could look at a thousand different videos online, probably half of them are from Charlie.
00:13:19.000 The peace president, the no new wars president.
00:13:22.000 That's what they want.
00:13:23.000 They want domestic focus.
00:13:25.000 Ultimately, it was just they thought it seemed like things were better under Trump because Biden took over.
00:13:30.000 And you could just see the decay everywhere because he let crime go haywire.
00:13:33.000 He let the border go haywire.
00:13:34.000 He let prices go haywire.
00:13:36.000 And that was a big post COVID effect.
00:13:38.000 And we're seeing a similar drag here where the long term effect of that Strait of Hormuz is not just on gas prices.
00:13:44.000 It's that a bunch of factories in Vietnam and Thailand and India and China, those all.
00:13:50.000 Slow down their operations.
00:13:51.000 So you get those shortages that we had during COVID.
00:13:53.000 And then that drives inflation in prices of other things.
00:13:56.000 It's a whole slow motion effect.
00:13:58.000 Knock on effects. 1.00
00:13:59.000 And you don't undo that until you restore that Middle East choke point back to what it was.
00:14:05.000 But lest you be concerned that Trump is going to sign some bad deal, he's not.
00:14:08.000 This is a step by step process that's being negotiated here.
00:14:12.000 Okay.
00:14:12.000 You make good on the first promise, then we give a little bit.
00:14:15.000 You make good on another promise, we give a little bit.
00:14:18.000 But if you don't, President Trump still holds the Trump card.
00:14:23.000 Of that, we're going to keep our military assets deployed out there until we have exactly what we need and what we want.
00:14:30.000 SOT 27.
00:14:31.000 Well, I think we're doing very well.
00:14:33.000 I think they are starting to give us the things that they have to give us.
00:14:37.000 And if they do, that's great.
00:14:38.000 And if they won't, then the man on my left is going to finish him off.
00:14:41.000 And the man on his left is Secretary of War Pete Hegza.
00:14:44.000 All right.
00:14:45.000 So he's not changing his posture.
00:14:46.000 He's saying, listen, carrot and a stick.
00:14:48.000 Here's the carrot if you do what we want.
00:14:51.000 And here's the stick if you don't do what we want.
00:14:53.000 All right.
00:14:53.000 So we still hold.
00:14:55.000 The leverage in that sense.
00:14:56.000 All right.
00:14:57.000 So he's also being very clear that the strait is going to be open.
00:14:59.000 It's going to be accessible to everybody.
00:15:01.000 SOT 21.
00:15:02.000 No, the strait's going to be open to everybody.
00:15:05.000 It's international waters.
00:15:07.000 Nobody's going to control it.
00:15:09.000 We're going to watch over it.
00:15:10.000 We'll watch over it.
00:15:10.000 But nobody's going to control it.
00:15:12.000 That's part of the negotiation that we have.
00:15:14.000 They would like to control it.
00:15:16.000 Nobody's going to control it.
00:15:17.000 It's international waters. 1.00
00:15:18.000 And Oman will behave just like everybody else, so we'll have to blow them up. 1.00
00:15:23.000 They understand that. 1.00
00:15:24.000 They'll be fine.
00:15:26.000 So, listen, I hope the stakes are very clear for you because it's very clear to me that you are not going to get the full regime change unless you commit boots on the ground.
00:15:35.000 And that ain't happening.
00:15:37.000 What you can get is you can exert leverage with a blockade, which we've been doing, and leverage with our aerial offensive, which we've been doing, and you can get them to give up the nuclear and you can get them to open the strait.
00:15:49.000 If you can do those things, you take that deal every day of the week. 0.52
00:15:52.000 You get out, you declare victory.
00:15:54.000 You just avoided nuclear fallout in the Middle East and Europe and elsewhere.
00:15:59.000 Okay? 0.79
00:15:59.000 It's a good deal. 0.79
00:16:02.000 Trust the president in this.
00:16:03.000 He's not going to take a bad deal, but this is the right deal to take, and we should get out.
00:16:09.000 Charlie used to talk a lot about Angel Studios and what they were building.
00:16:13.000 And as you know, I've been a longtime fan of it for the same reason.
00:16:16.000 So I wanted to share some of my favorite films and shows on Angel, and I put them all into one easy to use watch list.
00:16:23.000 This is content that's actually worth your time, not just noise or recycled talking points, but stories that go a level deeper and ask better questions.
00:16:31.000 That's what stands out about Angel to me.
00:16:32.000 They're willing to put out films and documentaries that don't just follow the usual script, especially when it comes to politics, culture, and the bigger conversations.
00:16:40.000 You and I should be having.
00:16:42.000 So, on my watch list, you'll find picks that lean into those topics.
00:16:45.000 But there are also solid options for family or just something meaningful to watch at the end of a stressful day.
00:16:50.000 If you want to check it out, go to angel.comslash Charlie and take a look at the watch list I put together.
00:16:56.000 All right, I want to bring in Senator Eric Schmidt, who's one of the good guys fighting for us in the Senate.
00:17:06.000 And I got to just kind of start there.
00:17:07.000 We got to get to Iran, and it's important.
00:17:09.000 But, I mean, the Senate had a big week this week.
00:17:13.000 And it feels like, listen, I know these are your colleagues, so you got to be diplomatic.
00:17:18.000 You feel free to be diplomatic.
00:17:20.000 I'm going to read the subtext.
00:17:21.000 Just kidding.
00:17:24.000 But we're seeing new fighters emerge.
00:17:28.000 And we're totally behind Ken Paxton.
00:17:31.000 But what do you make of the big takeaways there in Texas, sir?
00:17:34.000 That you saw the base kind of rise up.
00:17:36.000 You saw this endorsement from President Trump, and it ended up being a blowout.
00:17:40.000 Yeah, I think that, look, I've known this for a very, very long time.
00:17:44.000 When I went through and ran for the Senate in 2022, You know, people want fighters right now.
00:17:50.000 They want to know that people are committed to President Trump's agenda.
00:17:54.000 And that's what I focus on every single day.
00:17:56.000 I know that's what the people in Missouri expect me to do.
00:17:59.000 And that's where my heart is.
00:18:00.000 And I think we've got so many opportunities still in front of us, even with the time in these, you know, before the midterms to continue to push an agenda forward.
00:18:08.000 There's a lot of things we've done, but there's still more to do.
00:18:10.000 And I think it's also, guys, the voters want to know.
00:18:14.000 And I saw this as Attorney General of Missouri before I came to the Senate.
00:18:17.000 That you understand what time it is.
00:18:20.000 You know, like this is not your grandfather's Democrat party of Harry Truman or Ted Kennedy reaching across the aisle to Bob Dole.
00:18:28.000 These guys are obsessed with power and control.
00:18:31.000 They've been captured by the radical left.
00:18:33.000 If they had their way, they'll open up the borders all over again.
00:18:36.000 They'll censor us all over again.
00:18:38.000 They'll pack the Supreme Court.
00:18:39.000 They'll add states to the union.
00:18:40.000 They'll federalize elections.
00:18:41.000 All of it.
00:18:42.000 They will do all of it.
00:18:44.000 And so I think you got to understand the stakes and you got to be willing to fight back.
00:18:47.000 And I just can tell you my experience here in Missouri.
00:18:51.000 I'm home this week.
00:18:52.000 Talking to voters around the state.
00:18:53.000 That's what they want us to do.
00:18:55.000 They love this country.
00:18:56.000 These are common sense people.
00:18:57.000 They just want us to fight for them.
00:18:59.000 Amen.
00:19:00.000 All right.
00:19:00.000 So, one of the big developments here is this Iranian peace deal.
00:19:05.000 We just got news that we're at the finish line.
00:19:08.000 Basically, both sides, the negotiating table, have agreed to it.
00:19:10.000 President Trump's going to take a couple of days to think about it.
00:19:13.000 What do you hope happens here, Senator Schmidt?
00:19:16.000 Well, look, we've accomplished what President Trump set out to do, what he said he wanted to do, which was to knock back their nuclear ambitions, to knock back their military.
00:19:24.000 He's done that.
00:19:24.000 And it's created this space now.
00:19:27.000 For diplomacy.
00:19:28.000 And I'm hopeful.
00:19:28.000 I'm hopeful that President Trump can strike a deal.
00:19:31.000 I know he's not going to strike a bad deal.
00:19:33.000 This is not Barack Obama at the negotiating table.
00:19:36.000 This is the ultimate deal maker who understands the stakes.
00:19:39.000 He's been clear that he doesn't want them to have a nuclear weapon.
00:19:42.000 And so I have full confidence that President Trump is going to do what's right for the American people.
00:19:47.000 But I think his North Star here has always been to give an opportunity for these negotiations to play out, to have a resolution.
00:19:56.000 And that's what I'm hoping for here.
00:19:59.000 I mean, I think this is a legacy moment for the president.
00:20:01.000 If you could stop their nuclear program and get that straight back open, prices come down, gas prices below $3.
00:20:07.000 Average nationally.
00:20:08.000 I mean, California will still be like six bucks, but you know, whatever.
00:20:11.000 That's their own problem.
00:20:13.000 I think this is a huge legacy moment.
00:20:15.000 And the president's right to pursue peace.
00:20:17.000 He is the peace through strength president.
00:20:19.000 And I'm praying for peace.
00:20:21.000 I'll be honest with you.
00:20:22.000 I think it's a huge, huge impediment to the midterms.
00:20:24.000 We get this done.
00:20:26.000 We got Big Mo behind us.
00:20:28.000 You got, look, Indiana, you got Paxton, you got a bunch, you get the VRA, Section 2 being gutted.
00:20:34.000 This is something I want to talk about with you.
00:20:36.000 You have raised an interesting.
00:20:40.000 Issue with California, if we want to talk about California.
00:20:43.000 So they redistrict their maps.
00:20:44.000 They get about five seats for the Democrats.
00:20:47.000 You have raised that there might be some problems based on the Supreme Court ruling.
00:20:52.000 Senator, what's your perspective there?
00:20:53.000 Yeah, I think this is an underreported story, just how significant this case was at the Supreme Court about a month ago.
00:21:00.000 Effectively, what they said is the Democrats can't rely on this AstroTurf number of seats they have by way of racist maps.
00:21:09.000 You can't racially gerrymander maps.
00:21:11.000 And the Democrats have been doing this for a very, very long time.
00:21:14.000 And so I've encouraged the Department of Justice to go after states like California, Illinois, that have been very explicit as to their rationale for why they have the maps that they have.
00:21:25.000 California has this commission that they created, which, by the way, was set up under the guise of nonpartisanship to make it more democratic maps.
00:21:34.000 Now that's not radical enough for them.
00:21:36.000 They want to toss that and get to another system.
00:21:37.000 But be that as it may, their chief map maker has been clear that they created districts based on race.
00:21:44.000 And so, Hermite Dillon, the Department of Justice, we've issued a letter to them, encouraged them to sue the state of California and upend a racist map.
00:21:52.000 And they ought to do it in Illinois too.
00:21:54.000 Illinois sets up in their statute criteria that's based explicitly on race.
00:21:58.000 The Supreme Court's been clear you can't do that.
00:22:00.000 And I think what we're about to see, if you zoom out here, Andrew, if we are successful in that effort, the Democrats have relied on illegal immigrants padding their numbers. 0.75
00:22:11.000 We're successful with deportations. 0.54
00:22:13.000 You do that.
00:22:13.000 And then also just the natural redistricting that's going to happen.
00:22:16.000 2020 was a bogus census.
00:22:18.000 The 2030 census will be more accurate. 0.79
00:22:20.000 And also, the people leaving California, Illinois, New York for red states, you're going to see a fundamental shift, I think, structurally, where we're going to have advantages in states in a big way in the next five years. 0.72
00:22:33.000 But we ought to be aggressive here.
00:22:34.000 We ought to do pedal to the metal and upend these racist maps.
00:22:37.000 That's what the Supreme Court ruling is all about.
00:22:39.000 And now they should play offense.
00:22:41.000 I love this.
00:22:42.000 I mean, so have you gotten any word back from the DOJ that they're actually going to pursue this?
00:22:46.000 And I want to remind the audience here.
00:22:48.000 You are the former attorney general of the state of Missouri.
00:22:51.000 You are the guy that led the fight against Google and censorship.
00:22:54.000 We have so many scalps thanks to your leadership.
00:22:58.000 And so you know this well.
00:22:59.000 I mean, you are a legal beagle in the truest sense.
00:23:03.000 You happen to be in the Senate now and you're fighting the fight for us.
00:23:06.000 But I just want the audience to understand when you bring up these legal issues, you're not talking into a vacuum, you're not talking unaware about the legal precedents that have been set.
00:23:16.000 Have you gotten confirmation that they're looking into it, that they agree with your prescription here?
00:23:23.000 Well, I posted about it when we issued the letter to the Department of Justice, posted about it on X and Hermite Dillon's response was on it.
00:23:29.000 So I think that's a good sign.
00:23:30.000 Okay.
00:23:30.000 Well, yeah, good.
00:23:31.000 I didn't see that.
00:23:32.000 That is a good sign.
00:23:34.000 So, I think that's a good sign.
00:23:36.000 And I think she's done a great job in that position, the civil rights division, which, by the way, was a cesspool for radical leftists for years.
00:23:45.000 And so, a lot of those lawyers have left.
00:23:47.000 She's rebuilding the ranks with people who actually believe in the rule of law.
00:23:51.000 And this is a great example, I think, of not just accepting the Supreme Court.
00:23:55.000 I mean, the Supreme Court decision was very positive, but now playing offense with that.
00:23:59.000 And I think that's what separates us from the Democrats.
00:24:02.000 We have to play to win here.
00:24:04.000 And we'd be doing it for all the right reasons.
00:24:06.000 It's been pretty clear by the Supreme Court.
00:24:07.000 You cannot.
00:24:08.000 Have racist maps.
00:24:10.000 The Democrats have relied on racist maps for a long time.
00:24:13.000 And by the way, in the broader sense of these redistricting fights, outside of the racist maps in states like Missouri and Texas, where you've seen it, we should continue to play offense there too.
00:24:23.000 Because you can have political determinations on how you draw maps.
00:24:26.000 The Supreme Court was very explicit about that too.
00:24:28.000 Because if you look at a map of New England, even though 40% of that region is Republican, there's not a single Republican represented in Congress. 0.71
00:24:36.000 I totally agree.
00:24:37.000 We should be taking the fight to them everywhere, Senator.
00:24:39.000 Absolutely.
00:24:40.000 So you take those.
00:24:42.000 Think of the Southeast Conference, right?
00:24:44.000 Southeast Conference.
00:24:45.000 Think of those states.
00:24:46.000 Be aggressive.
00:24:47.000 We can add seats there, take on the Voting Rights Act there, continue the deportations there, have the census and the people voting with their feet over the last decade.
00:24:58.000 I think we're going to come out on top here, but we have to be smart and aggressive.
00:25:01.000 Well, and the census, you're right, is really going to help.
00:25:04.000 There's no doubt about it.
00:25:05.000 Okay, so two other things I want to get to, and I know you've got to run here, but Save America Act, ending the filibuster, talking filibuster.
00:25:14.000 Are you seeing any momentum there?
00:25:15.000 I mean, I thought Paxton was very smart the way he threw that to Corn and said, Hey, I'll drop out of the race if you get behind this.
00:25:22.000 I mean, I want to call him the same thing for Lindsey Graham in South Carolina, you know.
00:25:26.000 But again, I can do that.
00:25:28.000 I understand you've got colleagues in the Senate.
00:25:31.000 But where are you at?
00:25:33.000 I've been very clear about this.
00:25:34.000 So, you know, in talking to President Trump, just to kind of step back, you know, Mike Lee had the Senate version with the you have to approve citizenship and you have to show photo ID.
00:25:44.000 I worked closely with the president. 0.97
00:25:46.000 And talking with him about adding those three other features to save America, which is, you know, making sure you get rid of male in voting fraud that's been out there and making sure men can't compete with women in sports and getting rid of the, you know, the transgender mutilation of our kids. 0.92
00:26:01.000 So that substitute amendment that lays there, that's mine. 0.91
00:26:04.000 So there's nobody more committed to this than me.
00:26:07.000 I think the answer, Andrew, is that we have to dedicate the time on the talking filibuster.
00:26:14.000 And then that we're going to see, let the chips fall where they may.
00:26:17.000 We're never going to know unless we try.
00:26:19.000 And that just takes a commitment of time, honestly.
00:26:22.000 Make the Democrats hold the floor.
00:26:23.000 Now, look, they're going to ask for quorum calls, and we have to have 51 people go out there.
00:26:28.000 But that's a good way to determine who's really committed to this thing, right?
00:26:31.000 And so that's where I'm at on it.
00:26:34.000 I wish we would spend, yeah, I wish we just need to spend the time on it.
00:26:39.000 And we're running out of that time.
00:26:40.000 So we need to be dedicated to it when we get back in June.
00:26:43.000 You know, I found myself wondering this morning, and again, I know you can't say as much as I can.
00:26:49.000 So you can be quiet here if you need to, Senator.
00:26:51.000 But I found myself wondering this morning what.
00:26:53.000 What the world would look like if Senator Scott was the leader of the Senate and not Thune, but here we are.
00:27:00.000 All right.
00:27:01.000 So, one last minute here, sir.
00:27:04.000 There was a, I just saw this.
00:27:07.000 It was an AP story that a federal judge has declined to halt President Trump's executive order creating a federal voter list and limiting mail voting.
00:27:15.000 So, it's still being challenged in other states, but just as a legal mind, I'm sure you remember this story.
00:27:20.000 He signed an executive order saying that the U.S. Postal Service will have a list of actual approved voters in a federal election.
00:27:26.000 Do you think this will stand up to legal muster?
00:27:28.000 It's being challenged everywhere.
00:27:30.000 I think so.
00:27:30.000 I mean, there's nothing preventing us having accurate voter information.
00:27:36.000 I mean, again, that's how crazy this debate has gotten.
00:27:40.000 I guess actually, I'll pull back a little bit.
00:27:42.000 20 years ago, there was something called the Carter Baker Commission, which was a bipartisan commission of Jimmy Carter and James Baker.
00:27:49.000 And they came together and said, What are the 10 things we can do to ensure election integrity in this country?
00:27:55.000 I remember this.
00:27:56.000 Yes.
00:27:56.000 Remember this?
00:27:57.000 By limiting mail in voting to prevent fraud and making sure people really need to, if they can't be there because of a disability, that's fine, but you got to limit it.
00:28:03.000 That's a big piece of it.
00:28:04.000 So, it didn't used to be controversial.
00:28:06.000 It is now.
00:28:06.000 We got to move forward on this stuff.
00:28:07.000 Senator Eric Schmidt, one of the good guys fighting for you in the U.S. Senate.
00:28:11.000 God bless you, sir.
00:28:12.000 We'll talk to you soon.
00:28:12.000 All right, guys.
00:28:16.000 All right, Blake, another day, and the hits keep coming from Tofu Tallarico.
00:28:20.000 Tofu Tallarico.
00:28:22.000 Terrible Tallarico.
00:28:23.000 Terrible Tallarico.
00:28:24.000 So, I love the internet for this reason.
00:28:26.000 So, okay, now we have the matchup.
00:28:28.000 It's Paxton v. Tallarico, and people are starting to dig through the old interviews that he's done.
00:28:34.000 These clips from South by Southwest of him saying crazy stuff.
00:28:38.000 Now they're going back through the Joe Rogan interview.
00:28:40.000 They're finding even more stuff.
00:28:43.000 And it's just too good because he's just so bad.
00:28:46.000 And it's, we, so we owe it to you.
00:28:48.000 We have a moral obligation to expose just how crazy this is.
00:28:51.000 Blake, you made the point.
00:28:52.000 He's like a bad AI.
00:28:53.000 Yeah.
00:28:54.000 Like an AI generation, like create a Democrat circa 2021 who's going to do all of the AI beats.
00:29:02.000 So he's going to, you ask him a question What do you care about most?
00:29:06.000 Trans kids.
00:29:07.000 Yeah, trans kids.
00:29:08.000 Exactly. 1.00
00:29:09.000 So he's like Pete Buttigieg meets Beto O'Rourke, but just more effeminate.
00:29:13.000 Okay? 1.00
00:29:14.000 So here, I got to play this cup because it's just so stupid. 0.99
00:29:18.000 SOT 19. 0.99
00:29:19.000 Part of this Christian nationalist movement is trying to pass these things called private school vouchers.
00:29:26.000 So it's taking dollars out of the classroom and giving it to unaccountable private schools, usually Christian private schools.
00:29:33.000 Again, part of this effort to blur the lines between church and state.
00:29:38.000 Okay, so there's so much here that is worth unpacking.
00:29:42.000 First, let me just say school choice is undeniably one of the very best things the state can do for its students, especially poorer families.
00:29:52.000 Okay?
00:29:54.000 A lot of students are trapped in underperforming schools, failing schools, public schools that are indoctrinating their kids to become like James Tallarico.
00:30:02.000 You don't want that, obviously.
00:30:05.000 So it's a no brainer.
00:30:06.000 We do it here in Arizona, and it's amazing.
00:30:08.000 All the families love it.
00:30:10.000 So basically, you get a $7,500 tax credit, a voucher to use at a private school.
00:30:15.000 And a lot of people do it.
00:30:17.000 So if you're stuck at a crappy public school, guess what?
00:30:19.000 You got private options.
00:30:20.000 And it's like this boon.
00:30:21.000 It's this whole entrepreneurial industry has emerged with new schools popping up and their classical education, classic Christian education.
00:30:30.000 I mean, they're amazing.
00:30:32.000 And usually they cost about the same amount a year to send your student there.
00:30:35.000 So they're like $7,500, maybe $8,500.
00:30:37.000 So you pay an extra thousand bucks, but your students are getting an education that suits your values.
00:30:42.000 And it's amazing.
00:30:43.000 People love it here.
00:30:44.000 Okay?
00:30:45.000 Guess who doesn't love it? 0.94
00:30:46.000 The teachers' unions.
00:30:47.000 So, why does James Talrico really want to demonize school vouchers as Christian nationalism?
00:30:53.000 It breaks the stranglehold of the teachers' unions.
00:30:56.000 And guess what?
00:30:56.000 The teachers' unions are a super PAC for Democrats.
00:30:59.000 They are get out the vote machine, they're door knockers.
00:31:02.000 They're sending millions and millions of dollars to their preferred Democrat candidates.
00:31:06.000 They don't like that.
00:31:07.000 It's the most sinister thing.
00:31:08.000 It's the total capture of every institution in American life to just be funnel money to a Democrat cartel.
00:31:15.000 And it's actually a reversion of.
00:31:17.000 To a very old way of doing things because what was life like if you lived in a decrepit feudal system like France before the revolution?
00:31:26.000 Everyone's, you have different nobles and they all have their different noble privileges because their grandpa fought at the battle of something or other 500 years ago.
00:31:34.000 They have the right to collect this tax fee in their local area.
00:31:39.000 It's exactly like this.
00:31:40.000 Oh, we're a public school teacher.
00:31:42.000 We have the right to get all of these tax revenues that go to us.
00:31:45.000 Do we need to make sure we actually teach kids?
00:31:47.000 No.
00:31:48.000 Do we even need to have school in person?
00:31:49.000 No.
00:31:50.000 We get to demand shutdowns whenever we want.
00:31:52.000 Is there any accountability for us not letting your kids get molested?
00:31:55.000 No.
00:31:56.000 And are you allowed to leave?
00:31:57.000 No, that's why they hate the vouchers.
00:31:59.000 And of course, his biggest donors are going to be people who send their kids to private schools in the Bay Area, in LA, in New York.
00:32:06.000 They're not people who go to public schools.
00:32:08.000 His donors are all going to private school.
00:32:10.000 Okay.
00:32:11.000 Secondly, he says it's Christian nationalism.
00:32:13.000 Okay.
00:32:14.000 Well, what does he want at a public school?
00:32:16.000 He wants your kids trapped in an indoctrination center.
00:32:20.000 Transnationalism.
00:32:20.000 That is, yeah, transnational.
00:32:22.000 The secular cult of wokeness. 0.66
00:32:24.000 He wants your kids being indoctrinated from a very young age to be just like him. 0.99
00:32:30.000 Woke mind virus, the whole kit and caboodle, trans, LGBTQ, celebrating Trans Day and Flags Day, all that kind of crap. 0.99
00:32:39.000 That's what he wants instead of going to a Christian school where they learn to worship Jesus. 1.00
00:32:44.000 That's coming from a Christian, supposedly, a heretical Christian. 0.79
00:32:50.000 And by the way, this is the last thing I want to point out of that clip. 0.89
00:32:52.000 Unaccountable.
00:32:53.000 Did you see all these schools are unaccountable?
00:32:55.000 Well, that's not true, first of all.
00:32:57.000 They have certain benchmarks they need to meet, they need to get accredited.
00:33:00.000 All that stuff remains true.
00:33:02.000 But what that is, that's code for.
00:33:04.000 They're uncontrollable.
00:33:04.000 Because you got to remember, the secular left believes that your kids belong to them.
00:33:10.000 Your kids belong to the state. 0.83
00:33:12.000 That's why you get laws in California where they can basically kidnap your kids if you don't agree with the trans cult. 0.86
00:33:17.000 If you have not bent the knee to the trans God, the golden calf of trans, then they get to take your kid away from you. 0.81
00:33:26.000 They get to kidnap your kid because they believe that the kid belongs to them, not to the parents. 0.99
00:33:32.000 So unaccountable, that's code for you can't control it.
00:33:35.000 And that's bad to a leftist.
00:33:38.000 To a patriot, to an American, to a constitutionalist, you realize that's in God's design because God set up the nuclear family.
00:33:45.000 It is the building block of civilization, and they can't touch it.
00:33:48.000 If they can touch it, they can destroy civilization.
00:33:51.000 They can destroy the founder's vision for this country.
00:33:53.000 They can destroy traditional America.
00:33:56.000 If we can preserve it, then we can preserve the country.
00:33:58.000 And they hate that. 0.97
00:34:00.000 Tal Rico is not just weird, he's not just dangerous, he's a con man. 0.98
00:34:05.000 He's a snake oil salesman posing in a Christian skin suit. 0.99
00:34:10.000 And it needs to be called out. 0.86
00:34:11.000 And by the way, we got another clip here.
00:34:13.000 We went a little longer than I was expecting to.
00:34:15.000 How long is this clip?
00:34:17.000 We got enough time.
00:34:17.000 Here you go.
00:34:18.000 This is him telling you that it's not a Christian nation, actually. 0.67
00:34:21.000 Sot 36.
00:34:23.000 But I think it's really important to clarify that we were not founded as a Christian nation.
00:34:28.000 We were founded as a nation where you are free to be a Christian or a Jew or a Muslim or a Sikh or a Buddhist or an atheist.
00:34:35.000 I mean, that's the promise of America, we are this multicultural melting pot.
00:34:41.000 Where no one is told how to pray and no religion is elevated over the others.
00:34:47.000 Blake, do you think the founders were really worried about Sikhs and Muslims?
00:34:51.000 You know what's funny is I wonder if they even knew what a Sikh was at that time.
00:34:54.000 And certainly Islam, I mean, they thought it was an exotic religion.
00:34:57.000 We went to war with it.
00:34:57.000 They'd heard of it, they'd heard it was an exotic religion from abroad.
00:35:00.000 But I don't think, I think they would have all admitted America would have been an incredibly different nation if we were filled with Islamic jihadists. 0.96
00:35:09.000 I want to talk to you about an issue so many Americans face. 0.99
00:35:14.000 And that's health insurance.
00:35:15.000 There's an organization I really, really appreciate called Christian Healthcare Ministries.
00:35:21.000 CHM is a faith based alternative to health insurance.
00:35:24.000 And this is real stuff, folks.
00:35:26.000 Like, you got to listen in.

00:36:24.000 I'm very excited about our next guest, and that is Peter Schweitzer.
00:36:28.000 Who's a longtime friend and guest of the show?
00:36:30.000 And he's the author of an incredible book called The Invisible Coup.
00:36:35.000 And he's making headlines because he's ruffling all the right feathers.
00:36:38.000 Peter, welcome back to the show.
00:36:40.000 It's good to have you.
00:36:41.000 Good to be back with you.
00:36:42.000 Thanks for having me. 0.99
00:36:43.000 Well, so you have really gotten under the skin of some of our friends down south, our Mexican neighbors.
00:36:50.000 Claudia Scheinbaum's really upset about you.
00:36:52.000 So you've been basically saying that these Mexican consulates in the United States, there's 53 of them, by the way.
00:37:02.000 50, like, why do we need 53 Mexican consulates in the United States?
00:37:06.000 It's probably because we have too much illegal immigration, but I digress. 0.99
00:37:09.000 There's 53 of them here, and you have alleged that they've been up to some no good things, some things that are against our interests as Americans, which doesn't shock me. 0.95
00:37:19.000 Now, Mexico is denying this, of course. 0.95
00:37:21.000 They're calling you a big fat liar, Peter.
00:37:23.000 Tell us what the allegations are that you've put forth and some of the evidence you have for that. 0.94
00:37:28.000 Yeah, I mean, you're quite right.
00:37:29.000 There's 53 Mexican consulates in the United States.
00:37:32.000 Just to put that into perspective, there are four alone in the state of Arizona.
00:37:37.000 Great Britain has six in the United States.
00:37:40.000 China has seven.
00:37:41.000 So this is a massive number.
00:37:43.000 And what I lay out in the book is really quoting Mexican officials in describing what they're doing.
00:37:50.000 And those consulates are meddling in American politics.
00:37:53.000 They are organizing anti Trump protest rallies.
00:37:56.000 They are organizing anti ICE rallies.
00:38:00.000 I highlight in May of 2024, a presidential election year, of course.
00:38:05.000 There was a meeting at the Oklahoma City Consulate that Mexico has.
00:38:10.000 There were officials that flew in from Mexico City, consular officials from Los Angeles to Orlando, and the consuls in between all gathered there.
00:38:18.000 And what do they do?
00:38:19.000 They met with Democratic Party political organizers.
00:38:23.000 And the conversation was about how they could turn states from red to blue.
00:38:28.000 And they bragged about how they had turned California from red to blue, Arizona from red to blue, and they wanted to do more of that.
00:38:36.000 All of this, by the way, comes from a transcript of that meeting that we obtained from the Mexican media.
00:38:42.000 So this is not me alleging this.
00:38:44.000 This is what they are doing.
00:38:47.000 And the bottom line is, I don't think anybody would defend the fact that foreign diplomats are meddling in American politics.
00:38:55.000 You also have a Mexican official that lives in the United States named Alejandro Robles.
00:39:00.000 He serves in the Mexican parliament.
00:39:03.000 He bragged that in 2025, he was crossing the United States organizing the militancy against Donald Trump.
00:39:10.000 In his words.
00:39:11.000 So again, why we're allowing foreign government officials to do this is beyond me.
00:39:18.000 Yeah, I mean, listen, I've long been on this.
00:39:21.000 I have a lot of conversations behind the scenes about how the Mexican government is incentivized to help illegals get into the United States, what to do when they get here.
00:39:33.000 And by the way, Peter, send remittances back to Mexico.
00:39:37.000 Mexico wants that money too.
00:39:38.000 And guess how they get it?
00:39:40.000 They get it by sending their people to go get work here and then going to Western Union or MoneyGram or one of these remittance companies that sends it back to their home country.
00:39:50.000 And that's a really big deal, a really big part of the Mexican economy.
00:39:54.000 And they're very aware of that.
00:39:56.000 So, what do they do?
00:39:56.000 They send out pamphlets.
00:39:57.000 They have a Guia del Migrante Mexicano. 0.97
00:40:00.000 So, they give this to people that are attempting to cross.
00:40:03.000 Obviously, the border is way more secure now, but it wasn't just a little while ago, and there were millions of them coming over, and they're incentivized.
00:40:11.000 So, the whole thing, and your point is so well made.
00:40:14.000 53. 0.97
00:40:15.000 There's no excuse for having 53 Mexican consulates in the United States. 0.94
00:40:19.000 This is a foreign invasion of another kind, and they're incentivized to turn red states blue because that will give. 0.98
00:40:26.000 More immigrants' opportunity to cross because they know the Democrats are pro open borders. 0.92
00:40:32.000 So they're going to bring them in, and you get blue states, you get less pushback against this, you get more remittances. 0.97
00:40:38.000 Yeah, no, you're exactly right. 0.80
00:40:40.000 It's a cycle that Mexico's elite benefits from.
00:40:45.000 And it's not just a question of the money or we're going to meddle in politics.
00:40:50.000 Mexico actually has ambitions in the United States.
00:40:54.000 There's this concept, Reconquista.
00:40:56.000 I always thought it was like a kind of a ridiculous conspiracy theory.
00:41:00.000 Except for the fact that Mexico's leaders talk about it all the time.
00:41:04.000 And what they mean is re exerting sovereignty over parts of America that they lost in the 19th century as a result of the U.S. Mexican War when they sold territories to us.
00:41:15.000 They actually talk about this openly.
00:41:17.000 And these aren't kooks.
00:41:18.000 These are the most powerful senators in Mexico.
00:41:20.000 These are top aides to President Scheinbaum.
00:41:23.000 This is former President AMLO.
00:41:25.000 And they talk about exerting Mexico's sovereignty into the United States.
00:41:29.000 So, how do they do that?
00:41:31.000 Well, one of the things they've done is.
00:41:33.000 They have elected Mexican officials, senators, and members of parliament who live full time in the United States.
00:41:41.000 And their job is to represent Mexicans living in the United States before the Mexican government. 0.64
00:41:46.000 That is a massive erosion of our sovereignty. 0.94
00:41:49.000 Imagine if we did that to Canada.
00:41:51.000 Imagine if we said we're going to have a congressman representing Americans living in Alberta. 0.77
00:41:56.000 The Canadians would never go for that and for rightful reason. 0.96
00:41:59.000 But that's precisely what Mexico's doing. 0.94
00:42:01.000 So this is an effort to. 0.91
00:42:04.000 To use immigration as a weapon, to weaponize immigration. 0.90
00:42:09.000 And I think we need to recognize that, yes, it creates unsafe streets, mass immigration, suppresses wages, all the issues that we have talked about for years. 0.66
00:42:19.000 But there's also a weaponization that is designed to undermine the United States, and they are open about it in their discussions among themselves. 0.70
00:42:27.000 And I quote them extensively in the book.
00:42:29.000 So when Scheinbaum attacks me, you notice she doesn't deal with any of the evidence.
00:42:33.000 She doesn't deal with the fact that.
00:42:36.000 I quote one of her top aides in a December 2024 report saying, through mass migration, we are retaking portions of the United States.
00:42:45.000 She doesn't deal with that.
00:42:46.000 She simply says this is a conspiracy theory and wants it to go away.
00:42:50.000 It's really infuriating. 0.98
00:42:51.000 And it gets at the power of media narratives to guide things because we hear endlessly, we hear a lot about China justifiably. 0.60
00:42:58.000 We hear endlessly about Israel allegedly controlling the United States or influencing this in the United States.
00:43:03.000 And then it's just right in front of us that a country next door to us that has. 0.75
00:43:07.000 By far, the most immigration into the United States will openly talk about this, openly gloat about the effect it has.
00:43:13.000 The effect is so clearly negative overall on the United States. 0.98
00:43:17.000 It's a country that has a long history of bad blood with us.
00:43:21.000 And at the same time, it's like the major media, and even frankly, a lot of the right wing media, they just almost conspire to just have it not be talked about.
00:43:30.000 And I think that's a bigger picture thing because you think of does anyone really know Mexico's history in the U.S.?
00:43:35.000 Very few people do.
00:43:37.000 Despite the fact that it's right next door to us and people vacation there, and so many of them move here, people don't know a lot about Mexico.
00:43:42.000 They don't talk a lot about Mexico.
00:43:44.000 They don't think about the effect Mexico has on the United States.
00:43:47.000 You hear more about Canada.
00:43:49.000 No, I think that's a really important point.
00:43:51.000 And also, frankly, the people that don't take Mexico's ambitions seriously are kind of stereotyping them.
00:43:58.000 I mean, they'll say, like, come on, it's Mexico. 0.99
00:44:00.000 They're corrupt. 1.00
00:44:01.000 They're kind of hapless. 0.99
00:44:03.000 No, I mean, I think that does not give the Mexican political elite a lot of credit.
00:44:09.000 And I will give credit to the Trump administration.
00:44:12.000 When the book came out, I actually met in the Oval Office with the president, with the Treasury Secretary Besant, and with Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
00:44:21.000 Laid out what Mexico was doing, what China was doing.
00:44:24.000 They've taken a lot of action on the issue of birth tourism that I raised with them.
00:44:29.000 But they also announced several weeks ago that they are reviewing the political activities of the 53 consulates that Mexico has in the United States.
00:44:36.000 So, again, in keeping with form, the Trump administration is not concerned about taking bold action when they think it's necessary.
00:44:45.000 And I don't think any other modern president would have undertaken this review with regards to Mexico.
00:44:51.000 So I think it's very encouraging.
00:44:53.000 Peter, you came on the show when your book launched, and I thought it was so important.
00:44:57.000 You exposed a pretty devastating fact about birth tourism.
00:45:03.000 And we call it birth tourism, but really, it's not an aggressive enough term, actually, because it's an invasion.
00:45:11.000 Takeover tourism.
00:45:11.000 Takeover tourism.
00:45:13.000 And, I mean, when we talk about the numbers of Chinese alone, and then we put that in context of the Supreme Court and that decision on birthright citizenship.
00:45:25.000 I'm not hearing good reports that we're going to get this, the ruling the way that we should. 1.00
00:45:30.000 I'm holding out hope.
00:45:31.000 But just set the stakes for the audience.
00:45:35.000 How big of an issue is this actually? 0.97
00:45:38.000 And maybe, Blake, look at some of the states and the margins of victory versus how many Chinese immigrants there are. 1.00
00:45:45.000 The floor is yours, Peter. 1.00
00:45:47.000 Yeah, I mean, it's a huge problem.
00:45:49.000 When you look at the 14th Amendment, this sort of radical interpretation that basically the left has proposed, which is.
00:45:57.000 Anybody who gets their toe across the border and gives birth, that child is granted citizenship.
00:46:03.000 Even if the child is raised overseas, when they turn 18, they're going to be able to vote.
00:46:07.000 They're going to be able to get government jobs.
00:46:09.000 They can sponsor their parents as permanent residents.
00:46:12.000 It's a huge vulnerability. 0.92
00:46:14.000 And what China has done is exploited this on an industrial scale, as only China can do. 0.83
00:46:20.000 So what we found was that there are more than 500 China tourist business, sorry, birth tourism companies operating.
00:46:28.000 In the United States and in China.
00:46:30.000 They advertise openly in China.
00:46:32.000 The Chinese Communist Party newspaper, the People's Daily, has run stories encouraging members of the Chinese elite to do this.
00:46:39.000 And what they essentially do is they send their girlfriends, their wives to the United States.
00:46:44.000 They pay this firm. 0.96
00:46:46.000 They get them into the country. 1.00
00:46:47.000 They give birth to a baby.
00:46:49.000 They get that all important birth certificate that says born in the United States.
00:46:53.000 They fly home. 0.96
00:46:55.000 They raise that child in China. 0.95
00:46:58.000 And these are children of the elite. 0.63
00:46:59.000 These are military officers, intelligence officers, CCP officials, people with a propaganda ministry, and that child will be raised in China.
00:47:08.000 And then, when you look at the scale of it, nobody knows in the United States how many are doing this because when you get a birth certificate issued in our country, we don't know who the nationality of the birth parents are.
00:47:20.000 But the Chinese have looked at this, and the Chinese government and Chinese research firms say that on average, since 2013, every single year, roughly 100,000 Chinese babies have been born in the United States.
00:47:36.000 That includes California, that includes Hawaii, that includes.
00:47:39.000 You know, territories like Saipan, which the same rule applies, they get U.S. citizenship.
00:47:45.000 So, what that means is right now, there are, according to the Chinese, more than 1 million U.S. citizens, I'll put that in air quotes, being raised in China right now.
00:47:56.000 And they're going to be able to start voting around 2030.
00:48:00.000 And again, I shared this with President Trump in the Oval Office, with Marco Robbio and Treasury Secretary Besant.
00:48:06.000 The White House counsel was there.
00:48:08.000 The president turned to the White House counsel and said, We need to get this to the Solicitor General.
00:48:13.000 And this was, in fact, Part of the debate when this was argued before the Supreme Court.
00:48:19.000 I agree with you.
00:48:20.000 I don't think it looks good for the Supreme Court on the issue of birthright citizenship, but I do hold out a sliver of hope.
00:48:28.000 I think the court may come back and say that Trump can't do this through executive order, but that Congress should have the ability to limit the scope of birthright citizenship.
00:48:42.000 In other words, say if you're here illegally, if you're here on birth tourism, this does not apply.
00:48:48.000 And the reason I say that is Brett Kavanaugh was asking the ACOU attorney who was arguing the other side on this issue.
00:48:55.000 And she said, no, you shouldn't be able to limit it at all.
00:48:58.000 And Kavanaugh, who I think is kind of one of these guys in the bubble, was kind of incredulous, saying, you're kidding me, right?
00:49:04.000 You're saying you can't put any.
00:49:06.000 So I'm hoping the court will at least come back and say Congress can, in fact, put constraints on this.
00:49:12.000 And then it's a question of getting that body in Washington, D.C., to actually do something about it.
00:49:18.000 I was speaking with somebody who knows the court very well, and they were saying that John Roberts, in particular, has this great nation theory.
00:49:28.000 Really, it's sort of unideological, but it's his lens through which he filters his decisions, which is would a great nation allow XYZ to happen?
00:49:38.000 And the question really is would a great nation allow a foreign power, its chief adversary on the international stage, the CCP, to game our immigration system to potentially.
00:49:52.000 Deliver a decisive electoral blow to us because they can influence states.
00:49:58.000 The margin of victory in some of these states is 10,000, 20,000, 30,000. 0.76
00:50:02.000 We're talking over a million, million point five Chinese nationals that would be allowed to vote in our elections to do whatever to influence directly via our representative democracy to change the outcome of elections.
00:50:14.000 Would a great nation do that? 0.97
00:50:16.000 Of course, the answer is no.
00:50:18.000 It's such a facile way to view it because, of course, you know, they'll bring this up and then they'll say, well, would a great nation?
00:50:24.000 Take away citizenship from these vulnerable children.
00:50:27.000 That's how he's going to end up framing it.
00:50:29.000 And that's why we're not optimistic about this case.
00:50:31.000 When, as you say, it's extremely obvious.
00:50:33.000 How about when America was a great nation?
00:50:36.000 What did it do?
00:50:37.000 And America, as a great nation, clearly did not prioritize allowing people to sail entirely around the world and just take over this country.
00:50:44.000 When America was a great nation, it didn't have unlimited welfare programs that a person could walk off a boat and loot at will because we don't enforce them and have no standards.
00:50:53.000 And yet, that's also what they're doing.
00:50:55.000 Yeah, I mean, ludicrous operation. 1.00
00:50:57.000 We are a great nation, but we should not be allowed to be made suckers of by foreign nationals that especially want the worst for America. 1.00
00:51:06.000 Make no buts about it. 1.00
00:51:07.000 And Peter, you should end on this note.
00:51:09.000 What does the CCP really want for America?
00:51:12.000 Do they want our good or do they want our ill?
00:51:14.000 Well, you know, I quote them in the book, and you can find it online if you go and look at some of even the Chinese CCP English language sources.
00:51:23.000 They say that they view this as a civilizational struggle.
00:51:28.000 This is not just about military conflict and trade and spheres of influence.
00:51:32.000 It is a civilizational war between, in their words, the Judeo Christian West.
00:51:39.000 And the CCP, and they intend to win it. 0.85
00:51:42.000 And what I would add to what you said, I think, very well about Justice Roberts' view is it's been said numerous times by justices that are more liberal and those that are more conservative.
00:51:53.000 The U.S. Constitution is not a suicide pact. 0.54
00:51:57.000 And given how easy it is for these million foreign nationals who are now U.S. citizens who have no connection to our country to establish citizenship in so many states, you can literally show up in some states a week before an election.
00:52:12.000 And this has happened where 25 foreign nationals will rent an apartment, claim citizenship, and vote in that election. 0.73
00:52:20.000 That is the kind of manipulation you are setting yourself up for. 0.98
00:52:23.000 So hopefully the court comes to its senses and makes the right choice.
00:52:27.000 But we've got to keep fighting on this issue because it represents the future challenge for a country, this invasion or what I call this invisible coup.
00:52:36.000 Invisible coup.
00:52:37.000 Get your copy today.
00:52:38.000 Peter, great work as always.
00:52:40.000 And, you know, just a note the 14th Amendment.
00:52:42.000 Does not grant birthright citizenship to illegals.
00:52:45.000 As a matter of fact, that's not what it was intended for.
00:52:46.000 So let's just start there, Supreme Court.
00:52:49.000 It's not that hard.
00:52:49.000 It's so obvious.
00:52:50.000 Peter Schweitzer, thank you, my friend.
00:52:52.000 We'll talk to you soon.
00:52:53.000 Oh, it was great to be with you.

00:54:21.000 Without further ado, we have Alex Stein, 99, the man, the myth, the legend.
00:54:26.000 Haven't had him on the show in way too long, by the way, Alex.
00:54:29.000 And it occurred to me that that was the truth.
00:54:31.000 And I was like, Alex, you got to come on.
00:54:33.000 So, how are you doing, my friend?
00:54:34.000 How are things?
00:54:35.000 I'm doing good.
00:54:36.000 Things are good.
00:54:37.000 You know, we have broke this huge story.
00:54:39.000 Trevor Williams was being discriminated by the director of community relations for the Washington Nationals.
00:54:44.000 And I actually have some breaking news that I'm going to break on your show right here on Tasty.
00:54:48.000 So, I am good friends with Derek Holland.
00:54:50.000 He played in the majors for 13 seasons and he played on the Pirates with Trevor Williams.
00:54:55.000 And so he called Trevor Williams last night.
00:54:58.000 And Trevor Williams is pissed.
00:54:59.000 And the only reason that he hasn't been more outspoken and really addressed this is because Trevor Williams is such a team player.
00:55:05.000 He doesn't want to rock the boat.
00:55:06.000 He doesn't want to mess up the season.
00:55:07.000 He's on the IR.
00:55:09.000 But I just have inside information straight from Trevor Williams.
00:55:12.000 He's really upset.
00:55:13.000 But it is frustrating because we need Trevor Williams to speak out.
00:55:16.000 Because sadly, if this was a Muslim player, a Jewish player, a black player, a Chinese player, it would be the biggest mainstream story of all of sports and just the political world.
00:55:27.000 But because it's a Christian, and traditionally Christians are oftentimes discriminated against. 0.72
00:55:32.000 Christians don't fight back enough.
00:55:33.000 You know, they are, you know, easily bullied. 1.00
00:55:36.000 And so that's why we need Trevor Williams to come out and say something.
00:55:38.000 But I do actually appreciate that he's putting the team first.
00:55:40.000 I love that.
00:55:41.000 Well, that's great news.
00:55:43.000 And I'm glad to hear that he's upset.
00:55:44.000 He should be.
00:55:45.000 So let's give the audience a little primer here.
00:55:47.000 And just in case you're not aware of this, so Alex Stein has teamed up with James O'Keefe and they did another sting operation.
00:55:54.000 We love James here.
00:55:55.000 They did a sting operation on the Washington Nationals director of community relations.
00:55:59.000 And the guy just was like vicious to Trevor Williams.
00:56:03.000 Basically, if you've ever been to a baseball game, and one of the reasons I want to do this story out is I'm a huge baseball fan.
00:56:09.000 Love it.
00:56:09.000 I don't miss a game at night if I can.
00:56:11.000 I'm a Dodgers fan.
00:56:13.000 Deal with it.
00:56:15.000 And so, like, I try and catch all the games, but they do these little things where they, like, in between the innings, you know, while they're warming up and the offense is going to defense and they're switching over, they'll do, like, fun things like, is a hot dog a sandwich game, right?
00:56:28.000 And then the fans have to ask the question and they get the players involved.
00:56:32.000 And it's goofy.
00:56:33.000 It's fun.
00:56:34.000 It's kind of entertainment in between innings.
00:56:35.000 This guy does. 1.00
00:56:36.000 Dogs on him, just like he's too Christian, whatever. 1.00
00:56:40.000 Here you go. 0.99
00:56:41.000 Clip 31.
00:56:42.000 One of our pitchers, dude Trevor Williams, he is very Catholic. 0.63
00:56:48.000 The Dodgers had a group out to the stadium who were drag queens who sometimes dressed up as nuts.
00:56:56.000 He went on like a social media, like, This is wrong, it's my religion, you all are mocking it.
00:57:01.000 Because of that, we don't use him on social.
00:57:03.000 When they're like, Is a hot dog a sandwich? and like the players come up, you know what I mean?
00:57:08.000 Like, we don't ask him.
00:57:09.000 If you ever come to a Nats game, there is someone on our team who is responsible for figuring out everything about you.
00:57:16.000 We're getting your Google history.
00:57:19.000 One of our pitchers, Trevor Williams.
00:57:21.000 Okay, the religious discrimination is bad enough here, Alex.
00:57:26.000 But that last part that he admitted to, that they're basically tracking everybody that comes into the stadium, that's terrifying.
00:57:35.000 Well, Andrew, that's what I thought too.
00:57:37.000 But if you actually ask people, because we've done some man on the street videos talking about this specific story.
00:57:42.000 And everybody is kind of just understands when you sign the terms of service, we don't even have privacy anymore.
00:57:46.000 So I would have thought more people would be outraged on the fact that when you go to a baseball game, they're getting all of your Google data.
00:57:52.000 But really and truly, people don't even care about that.
00:57:55.000 And I was actually really shocked.
00:57:56.000 I was really, really surprised that people were not more upset about the Google data leak because I was very upset when he said that.
00:58:03.000 Well, so, and I want to remind people of this 2023 story with the Dodgers because, again, I'm a Dodger fan and it pissed me right off.
00:58:11.000 I'll tell you that much.
00:58:12.000 The Dodgers. 0.98
00:58:14.000 Made the decision to honor this queer and trans activist performance group that dresses in satirical nun habits. 0.87
00:58:24.000 It's called the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. 0.99
00:58:28.000 And it was a complete disgrace. 1.00
00:58:30.000 And it was dealing, I mean, you're a Catholic here. 1.00
00:58:34.000 I mean, I don't want to like steal the thunder from you, but like they dressed, there's a bunch of queer trannies dressed up like Catholic nuns. 1.00
00:58:41.000 And it was just a complete mockery. 1.00
00:58:43.000 You could not get away with it. 1.00
00:58:44.000 With any non Muslims trying to do that to Muslims. 0.97
00:58:47.000 Like, if we had the sisters of Durka Durka Jihad and they like fake blow themselves up, do you think Dodgers would do that display at a game? 0.57
00:58:54.000 I would go to that game, but I don't think they would, though, to answer your question. 0.66
00:58:58.000 Yeah, and they got the Community Hero Award.
00:59:01.000 They got the Community Hero Award.
00:59:03.000 And now, I was paying very close attention to this story.
00:59:06.000 Guys like Blake Trinan, guys like Clayton Kershaw at the time.
00:59:12.000 I mean, Clayton went straight to the Dodgers management and said, This is offensive.
00:59:18.000 You need to bring back the day where we get to share our faith.
00:59:21.000 So the Dodgers, for years, had done a share their faith day.
00:59:24.000 So you could come to the stadium early, and the Dodgers, like Christian Dodgers, would actually preach the gospel and ask people to accept Christ.
00:59:32.000 At Dodger Stadium, they did this for years. 0.98
00:59:33.000 For I think after COVID, they stopped during COVID, they stopped and they didn't bring it back.
00:59:38.000 So Clayton Kershaw demanded they bring it back, and now they have it back every year.
00:59:42.000 So they do a whole gospel presentation because of this, thanks to Clayton Kershaw.
00:59:47.000 Well, two little factoids I want to say that I actually was Little League teammates with Clayton Kershaw at Allen Park.
00:59:53.000 I played full, yes, and I've Matthew Stafford as my quarterback.
00:59:53.000 No kidding.
00:59:56.000 I actually just recently tweeted a picture of when we were on our Little League team.
00:59:59.000 They're great guys.
01:00:00.000 Clayton Kershaw, awesome, but Clayton Kershaw got more canceled.
01:00:03.000 For putting a Bible verse on his hat, than actually having a strip tease outside of the stadium, which let's be real, we're adults, we like sports, but it's really for kids.
01:00:11.000 I mean, it's bringing your family to the game and having this cool experience.
01:00:14.000 My kids are begging me to take them to a Dodger game right now.
01:00:17.000 I am genuinely.
01:00:18.000 Exactly.
01:00:18.000 Showhead's in a slump.
01:00:19.000 Why have a strip show?
01:00:20.000 I had a good night last night.
01:00:22.000 It makes no sense, though.
01:00:23.000 Andrew, they're having a drag queen strip show outside of a baseball game. 0.85
01:00:28.000 You know, maybe I understand in West Hollywood at a pride parade, which I don't like that. 0.59
01:00:33.000 I don't want that. 0.98
01:00:34.000 But I mean, there is a time and place for everything. 1.00
01:00:36.000 And I don't think that there is a worse place to try to indoctrinate kids into this weird transgender ideology other than a baseball game. 0.89
01:00:43.000 And so this is a targeted attack on the youth. 0.99
01:00:46.000 And with Trevor Williams, the other thing I wanted to say one of the reasons that people haven't talked about is the reason why he was targeted was not just for speaking out against the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and the transgenders at the baseball game. 0.80
01:00:56.000 He actually, every single team that he's been on, he leads a Bible study with all the players.
01:01:00.000 Derek Holland was part of that Bible study.
01:01:02.000 So he's not just like a, you know, a milquetoast Christian.
01:01:06.000 He's an all in Catholic guy that wants to spread.
01:01:09.000 The gospel to everybody that he can. 0.83
01:01:11.000 So that's why he was targeted.
01:01:12.000 And this, like I said, this is a big story, but it should be much bigger.
01:01:16.000 And just to put a finer point on it, they're basically relegating this guy to obscurity because he's a Catholic.
01:01:22.000 They won't put him on any of the social media, they won't put him on any of the fan videos, they won't put him on anything.
01:01:27.000 They're like, you know, to quote a great woman, actually, you know, it's the shut up and dribble.
01:01:33.000 But it's not because he's backing somebody in China and the CCP and billions of dollars, it's because he's backing Jesus Christ.
01:01:39.000 That's how obscene this is.
01:01:41.000 You got to call Sean Hudson, Director of Community Relations for the Washington Nationals, who's now on leave.
01:01:48.000 Thank goodness, thanks to you guys.
01:01:50.000 You got to call him and confront him.
01:01:52.000 I thought this was a fascinating video.
01:01:53.000 I don't understand how you made this happen, so I want the backstory after the video.
01:01:57.000 Sop 45.
01:01:58.000 Hello.
01:01:59.000 Hey, Sean, this is Alex Stein.
01:02:00.000 How are you doing, my friend?
01:02:02.000 How are you?
01:02:02.000 I'm well.
01:02:03.000 Well, you know, the Nationals are doing okay this year, but I had a question.
01:02:06.000 Do you know when Trevor Williams is going to be back on the field?
01:02:10.000 Great question.
01:02:11.000 He is rehabbing right now.
01:02:14.000 He's throwing bullpen sessions, which is really exciting.
01:02:16.000 Do you think it'd be realistic when he's back and he's playing?
01:02:19.000 Would you be willing to share him on the social media in the future?
01:02:22.000 Because we know that there's a team directive right now where you said that he's not allowed to be shared because he's a Christian. 0.99
01:02:28.000 Is that correct?
01:02:29.000 You said that you can't share him because he was against a transgender nun group for the Dodgers or something?
01:02:35.000 That doesn't sound like something I would say.
01:02:39.000 The players each are kind of up to their own discretion on.
01:02:42.000 How widely they want to be shared on social.
01:02:44.000 Oh, so the players choose to be shared on social?
01:02:46.000 You don't choose that?
01:02:48.000 Well, it's kind of like some guys are more engaging than the other ones.
01:02:52.000 It's kind of like some of the guys.
01:02:54.000 It goes on.
01:02:55.000 And in the edit, because we had to kind of fast forward it, but like in the edit, you go back to the video we played before where he's doing exactly what you're calling him out on.
01:03:03.000 So, two questions.
01:03:06.000 What has happened to him since?
01:03:07.000 He is on leave, but tell that story.
01:03:09.000 And two, how the heck did you get him on the phone and get him so like trying to engage you like he was talking to somebody that was going to be friendly to him?
01:03:16.000 Well, you know, I kind of try to be a good cop on the phone.
01:03:19.000 I think that's why he was engaging with me at first.
01:03:21.000 And he is on administrative leave, which is good.
01:03:23.000 But this is a big lesson that everybody needs to learn.
01:03:26.000 If you look like Uncle Fester and you're 300 pounds, and you're a short, bald guy, and you're on a date with a 10, you probably shouldn't go and spill your guts.
01:03:33.000 I think that was his first mistake, trying to impress a hot girl.
01:03:37.000 And I know the undercover journalist, I'm not going to expose her, but she is very attractive, way out of his league.
01:03:42.000 So that is a lesson that everybody needs to learn.
01:03:44.000 If you're on a date and she's out of your league, you do not give her any inside information.
01:03:48.000 And, you know, this is the other thing that is frustrating about this, Andrew.
01:03:52.000 Of course, we got to call this out.
01:03:53.000 But, you know, I don't like life ruination.
01:03:55.000 You know, I don't like the fact that this guy's life is ruined, but I don't like that he's targeting, you know, Trevor Williams for being a Christian.
01:04:00.000 So it's just like.
01:04:02.000 Like I said, I don't feel bad at all.
01:04:03.000 I think it's very important that we expose this, but I just hate that this is the world that we live in.
01:04:06.000 I hate that you guys get attacked.
01:04:08.000 I don't like, you know, I want to be copacetic.
01:04:10.000 I want to sing kumbaya and hold hands and have fun.
01:04:12.000 Maybe I'm a Woodstock hippie.
01:04:14.000 So it does kind of stink that this guy's career is over.
01:04:16.000 He's never going to work in the majors, probably ever again.
01:04:19.000 But that's just the cold, hard reality.
01:04:20.000 When you discriminate against a player for his Christianity or his race or anything for that matter, you shouldn't be working in a professional sports organization.
01:04:27.000 So it's a very bad day for Sean Hudson.
01:04:29.000 I don't know how he recovers.
01:04:31.000 And one of the most egregious things that he said.
01:04:33.000 He said he'd rather work for the Boston Red Sox because they're more liberal.
01:04:36.000 And in my mind, I thought traditionally Boston is known as kind of a, you know, outspoken.
01:04:42.000 Well, that's what I'm saying.
01:04:43.000 I just, I didn't think that they were that woke.
01:04:45.000 I know the city of Boston is, but I thought the race was a liberal. 0.73
01:04:47.000 It is heartbreaking.
01:04:48.000 Yeah, he wants to be a communist in Boston.
01:04:51.000 Alex Stein, you have a show here on the Real America's Voice Network.
01:04:54.000 Tell us about it.
01:04:55.000 30 seconds.
01:04:56.000 After Hours with Alex Stein, Monday through Friday, 11 p.m. Eastern.
01:05:00.000 We got some great guests tonight.
01:05:01.000 We have a crazy guest on. 1.00
01:05:03.000 I'm sure you guys saw her name is Shelby Campbell.
01:05:05.000 And she is the Democrat running in Michigan against Theory Kadumdum.
01:05:10.000 I don't know how to say his last name.
01:05:11.000 The guy that was the biggest in the Asian Beagles.
01:05:14.000 Yeah, yeah. 0.97
01:05:14.000 No, not Abdul Said. 0.97
01:05:15.000 The guy that his first name is T H R I. My point is, she was well known for twerking. 1.00
01:05:20.000 So we're about to call her out on that. 1.00
01:05:22.000 But sadly, I'd rather have the twerking congresswoman than the freaking dog abuser. 0.99
01:05:28.000 Alex Stein, 99. 1.00
01:05:29.000 My man.
01:05:30.000 Good to see you, my friend.

01:06:34.000 As you guys know, if you've been watching for a little while, near and dear to my heart and to Blake's heart, Both of our hearts is the issue of immigration.
01:06:40.000 We have to stay on it like white on rice. 0.99
01:06:42.000 It is the total transformation of our country.
01:06:45.000 And it's happening right under our noses as often as it's happening legally, which is very upsetting.
01:06:50.000 This is one of the reasons I've become a supporter of blowing up the filibuster, nuking it, and getting stuff done if we can, if we can, which is unclear.
01:06:58.000 This is why we need to reform the U.S. Senate little by little, piece by piece.
01:07:02.000 We need Paxton's, not Cornyn's.
01:07:04.000 We need Lynch's, not Graham's.
01:07:07.000 It's happening.
01:07:08.000 Slowly but surely, the U.S. Senate is getting reformed.
01:07:10.000 So keep the faith, stay the course.
01:07:12.000 We're making progress.
01:07:14.000 But one of the senators that we lost, it was a good guy that was a friend of the show, is Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen from the state of Oklahoma.
01:07:22.000 He's now the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
01:07:24.000 Homeland Security.
01:07:24.000 Now, there's been a little consternation within the base that he was not going to be tough enough, that he was going to fold, that he was going to be giving goodies to illegals to try and make deals with Democrats.
01:07:37.000 Okay.
01:07:38.000 Now, listen, I do think that there needed to be some recalibration in DHS, right?
01:07:43.000 We lost the PR war and we need to come to grips with that, with what happened in Minnesota.
01:07:48.000 You know, the Alex Pretty, the Renee Good stuff, they won that.
01:07:51.000 They won that fight.
01:07:52.000 We saw polling just swing wildly against us. 0.84
01:07:56.000 Then you saw Homan go in there.
01:07:58.000 He kind of settled things, settled the ship.
01:08:00.000 And that's good.
01:08:01.000 That's good because what we want, and I'll repeat this commas, not drama.
01:08:06.000 You want lots of illegals getting out and you want low drama.
01:08:10.000 You want to stay off the front page.
01:08:11.000 Okay.
01:08:12.000 But now Secretary Mullen is making some news and some headlines.
01:08:16.000 And I think for a beautiful reason.
01:08:18.000 It was an idea I floated on this show.
01:08:20.000 And it looks like it's found some fertile soil at DHS.
01:08:26.000 Place that 25.
01:08:28.000 Then we have to decide where we're going to prioritize our federal employees.
01:08:32.000 So we're not going to halt the flights.
01:08:34.000 What we're saying is we just won't be able to process them because we don't have officers there.
01:08:37.000 We're going to have to pull out our Custom and Border Patrol officers that process these flights and put them in these facilities to help protect our employees coming out of work.
01:08:47.000 By the way, and that's not their job.
01:08:49.000 Their job is to do just what they said Custom and Border Protection.
01:08:54.000 However, since local law enforcement isn't able to do their job because they said, Quote, they don't have the resources.
01:09:00.000 Well, we have to prioritize our resources as well.
01:09:04.000 So, just to make sure you picked up what he's saying, he's saying that international flights to say, I don't know, Newark, New Jersey, where there's a bunch of ICE protests going on right now.
01:09:13.000 Well, if you are going to be a sanctuary city and you're not going to enforce immigration law, well, then why should we have to handle your customs and border protection at the airports for international flights?
01:09:24.000 You know what?
01:09:25.000 As a matter of fact, maybe there's a red state, maybe Florida, maybe Texas, that could take those flights and do a better job.
01:09:33.000 Managing deportations and illegal visa overstays and the like.
01:09:38.000 This is a massive, massive vulnerability for blue states that want the international travel, that want the tourist money.
01:09:46.000 So all of a sudden, you're going to make it really hard for tourists to get to New York City because they're not going to enforce immigration laws or Newark, New Jersey.
01:09:53.000 This is a great idea.
01:09:54.000 It's thinking outside of the box, and I totally support it.
01:09:57.000 Here's what I'll just say about Secretary Mullen have a little faith.
01:10:01.000 I'm hearing things behind the scenes.
01:10:04.000 That we're getting commas, not dramas.
01:10:06.000 Okay, that's what we want.
01:10:07.000 We want commas, not dramas. 1.00
01:10:09.000 There's a way to work and cooperate and keep things off the front page that is good for the country and we'll get more of these illegals out of it. 0.99
01:10:15.000 Okay, but there's another story going on, Blake, about a hunger strike. 1.00
01:10:19.000 Hunger strikes.
01:10:20.000 Yes, hunger strikes. 0.97
01:10:22.000 So, people are so upset at the prospect of being sent out of our country, which we're told is irredeemably sexist and racist and oppressive and genocidal and really the worst country to ever exist in human history if you're not white.
01:10:34.000 And they're so upset at the prospect of being sent away from it that. 0.62
01:10:37.000 They are refusing to eat and they're also mad because they're not getting enough ethnic food, which we are told is the main reason we need immigration we won't have nice enough restaurants otherwise. 0.51
01:10:48.000 Remember when Piers Morgan said, you know, he would trade a bunch of immigrants as long as he could get his chicken curry, his chicken tikka masala, whatever it was? 0.85
01:10:55.000 It's almost perfect poetry that people will say that because you could just imagine a children's story where someone loses their house because they're offered, you know, it's literally the story of Esau giving up his birthright for a freaking bowl of porridge.
01:11:08.000 But in this case, it's chicken tikka masala.
01:11:10.000 Or it's not.
01:11:10.000 Or it's not.
01:11:10.000 And C.S. Lewis, they feed him Turkish delight to convince him to do evil, which is nasty.
01:11:16.000 Place out 30. 0.94
01:11:18.000 It shows that this radical left Democrats' priorities when they decide to go out and Protest a detention center where we're housing rapists, child predators, murderers.
01:11:29.000 They say that it's because they're on a hunger strike when there was only a handful of individuals that was refusing to eat because they want their ethnic group or their ethnic right food.
01:11:38.000 Well, they can go back to the country and get whatever food they want.
01:11:41.000 The fact is, we're giving them the calories they want.
01:11:43.000 This isn't Holiday Inn.
01:11:45.000 It's not a Holiday Inn.
01:11:46.000 Here's my word to you if you are going to get detained by ICE and then be defiant and want to protest that with a hunger strike, be my guest.
01:11:56.000 Hunger strike away.
01:11:57.000 And if, in the words of Secretary Mulliner, spot on, if you want your ethnic food, you can get the hell out.
01:12:03.000 Deport, go home. 1.00
01:12:05.000 You'll get all the ethnic foods you want. 1.00
01:12:07.000 And that's the way it should be. 1.00
01:12:08.000 We are not going to kowtow to these foreigners who want our culture to reflect theirs. 0.98
01:12:13.000 This is our home.
01:12:14.000 This is our country. 1.00
01:12:16.000 And if you want your ethnic food, by all means, we will even help you self deport. 1.00
01:12:21.000 We'll give you a one way ticket back to whatever third world country you came from, and you can enjoy your ethnic food there. 1.00
01:12:28.000 That is obscene to me. 0.98
01:12:29.000 And the fact that this kind of crap would have worked one administration ago shows you how far gone the Democrats have really become. 0.99
01:12:35.000 Because, you know, and I have to say this to all the black pillars and the accelerationists who say vote Democrat because we're not getting what we want. 0.98
01:12:44.000 Goodness gracious, could you imagine the Biden administration response to this?
01:12:48.000 First of all, they wouldn't be in detention.
01:12:50.000 And second of all, they'd be giving them debit cards full of cash and a plane ticket to their favorite U.S. city with free housing at the expense of veterans that can't.
01:12:59.000 Find homes.
01:13:01.000 And they would say, I'm so sorry, we're so racist.
01:13:04.000 Please welcome in and take everything.
01:13:06.000 And here's a vote, by the way.
01:13:07.000 You can also vote.
01:13:08.000 So when you are tempted to black pill, when you're tempted to give into despair, into nihilism, just remember how much better things actually are under this administration.
01:13:17.000 Do you get everything you want all the time?
01:13:19.000 But at least you have a secretary of the Department of Homeland Security saying, take a hike.
01:13:19.000 No.
01:13:24.000 This isn't the holiday end.
01:13:26.000 Get real.
01:13:27.000 And in the meantime, hopefully we can get peace in Iran and that we can start focusing domestically.
01:13:32.000 There's a lot of good things, a lot of good things happening.
01:13:35.000 And it's up to us to stay focused and positive, stay focused on winning, not giving in to despair.
01:13:41.000 Blake, final word to you.
01:13:43.000 You know, you get a country, and we're very lucky to have a very good one.
01:13:48.000 And it would be a very big shame if we threw it all away in order to keep our ethnic restaurants or to keep from offending people.
01:13:57.000 And there's example after example throughout history.
01:14:00.000 I actually think of that standardized test story we did yesterday.
01:14:03.000 Where we can have unlimited nice things in America, we can have incredible schools, we can have the best education system in the world.
01:14:09.000 We just have to have the courage to come out and say, Some people are smarter than other people, and we have ways of finding that out. 0.86
01:14:16.000 And it's the same thing with immigration.
01:14:18.000 We can have an amazing country that brings in only the absolute best people.
01:14:22.000 We just have to be willing to admit some people are worth having and some people aren't.
01:14:26.000 That's all you have to do.
01:14:27.000 You have to admit that, and you can have the best country in the world for centuries to come.
01:14:32.000 You just have to go through the awkward thing of saying, Some people are better.
