00:00:19.000CharlieKirk.com/slash support is where you can get behind the work we are doing every single day.
00:00:24.000So thank you for that and get involved with Turning PointUSA today at tpusa.com for the high school or college chapter today at tpusa.com, tpusa.com.
00:00:58.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:41.000I mean, it has to formally announce it.
00:01:44.000So you don't want to like violate the drug companies, the food companies, the vaccine companies.
00:01:51.000They pay us hundreds of millions of dollars a year to hire and keep the reviewers to approve their products.
00:01:58.000If they can get every person required an annual vaccine, that is a recurring return of money.
00:02:07.000This is a big video from James O'Keefe.
00:02:09.000This one's not getting as much traction as others, and it just seems as if he's doing so many of these videos, it's hard to even comprehend how he gets them.
00:02:19.000But this is Christopher Cole, who is the executive director of the Food and Drug Administration.
00:02:26.000He's the guy that's in charge of approving vaccines or drugs.
00:02:32.000Now, the part that's getting some of the headlines is that you'll have to get your annual shot.
00:02:37.000That's not very revealing, but the part to hear him actually say out loud and be so forthright about is like, yeah, this is how the companies make their money.
00:03:27.000I don't completely agree with their process.
00:03:32.000What do you mean you don't agree with the process?
00:03:34.000Well, I mean, they don't have all the tests aren't there.
00:03:38.000So I agree with the thing that it is important to inoculate them, but you can't provide the parent as much assurance as you normally want to.
00:03:50.000That's the FDA executive director talking about vaccines for children, saying he doesn't agree with the FDA's process because they don't do all the necessary tests.
00:04:00.000So you cannot guarantee safety as much as you usually want to.
00:04:46.000Play cut 65, Christopher Cole says how the approval process for emergency use is less stringent, and he admits that COVID is not a risk for the young age groups because it's under COVID.
00:04:59.000They're able to because it's under the emergency approval process.
00:05:05.000I want to give our team credit, our whole research team.
00:05:09.000We have been saying this for months and slandered by the dishonest hacks in the media for spewing anti-vaccine propaganda for saying what now the FDA executive director is saying on private camera.
00:06:04.000How does James O'Keefe keep on getting these guys on camera, CNN, Pfizer, and all this?
00:06:10.000Well, if you were listening to that video carefully, I don't think you should be that surprised.
00:06:16.000That was probably an attractive woman working for Project Veritas in a, let's say, alcohol-filled environment going out to dinner with an aging old man in power.
00:06:30.000It's like James O'Keefe read the KGB playbook.
00:06:35.000What this individual said very clearly, the FDA, Christopher Cole was his name, was he said the approval process for emergency use is much less stringent, and he admits that COVID is not even a risk.
00:06:50.000So if you put together these three tapes, these bombshell tapes from James O'Keefe, and he says you're going to have to get your annual shot.
00:06:57.000They're only doing it to try to make money.
00:07:00.000He says the annual COVID vaccine will be gradually pushed upon the public.
00:07:26.000Who then does the test at the FDA if the executive director doesn't agree with them?
00:07:30.000Who is overriding the executive director?
00:07:33.000This is like Church and Pike Committee type stuff that we could start around FDA approvals and pharmaceutical influence.
00:07:41.000Christopher Cole on the approval process says that the emergency use is much less stringent, and he admits that COVID is not a risk for the young age groups, but because it's under COVID, they're able to do it because it's under the EUA, the emergency use authorization.
00:07:58.000I remember when we did a whole segment on what an EUA was, emergency use authorization, and we were slandered and we were attacked, saying, There's no difference.
00:08:25.000It's a beautiful document, and so do I.
00:08:28.000And it's the same with Hillsdale College, the best liberal arts college in America.
00:08:32.000Hillsdale's mission is pursuing truth and defending liberty.
00:08:35.000It gives its undergraduate and graduate students the best education and is working to make this education available to all, from offering free online courses to helping support K through 12 schools.
00:08:46.000But today, I want to tell you about Hillsdale's amazing free monthly digest of liberty.
00:09:56.000This is an FDA executive officer on Hidden Camera revealing these things that do not shock us, but confirm suspicions, saying, quote, you'll have to get an annual shot.
00:10:07.000Biden wants to inoculate as many people as possible.
00:10:11.000They're not going to not approve the emergency authorization for toddlers with these COVID shots.
00:10:17.000And this is Christopher Cole not knowing he was being recorded in a restaurant at the FDA.
00:10:24.000Now, Charlie, the FDA has issued us a statement, which is one of the first times we've ever gotten a statement from a federal agency, which should tell you something.
00:10:33.000They're taking this quite seriously to give me an on-the-record statement.
00:10:36.000And that statement reads: the person purportedly in the video, they're saying he's purportedly in the video, not in the video, does not work on vaccine matters and does not represent the views of the FDA.
00:10:50.000Now, I went back to Christopher Cole, and we'll see a video on this here momentarily, actually.
00:10:55.000We're going to publish any minute now.
00:10:57.000The 35-minute conversation I had with him, where he said he did work on emergency authorizations of the vaccine.
00:11:04.000So, and we have a part two coming out this evening, Charlie.
00:11:08.000But this is the Food and Drug Administration executive officer caught on tape saying that it's a fountain of revenue.
00:11:16.000They give us the money and we rubber stamp what's going on with these big pharmaceutical companies.
00:11:22.000I mean, we can see why James O'Keefe was targeted by the Southern District of New York.
00:11:27.000You're getting right at the source of all this.
00:11:29.000So, James, I have to just ask: how did you get this?
00:11:32.000Are you able to reveal how you got this video?
00:13:44.000So I think what we want you to do to support Project Veritas, so to speak, is just to broadcast this video and upload it into your story and your post on Instagram and your Twitter.
00:13:56.000Because we have a part two coming, and this one is a doozy.
00:13:59.000He's talking all about the gravy train, the money coming up, the fountain of revenue, to quote his words.
00:14:04.000That's coming out at seven o'clock tonight, Charlie.
00:15:27.000Their prices are reliably low at rockauto.com always offers the lowest prices possible rather than changing prices based on what the market will bear like airlines do.
00:15:36.000Rockauto.com is a family business serving auto parts customers online for 20 years.
00:15:41.000Go to rockauto.com to shop for auto and body parts from hundreds of manufacturers.
00:15:46.000Best of all, prices at rockauto.com are reliably low.
00:15:49.000Go to rockauto.com right now to see all the parts available for your car or truck.
00:15:53.000We're at Charlie Kirk and the how did you hear about us?
00:16:08.000We have a response to the tyranny of Twitter and all this nonsense that we've seen over the last year.
00:16:14.000It took about 13 months to get it finalized, but it is ramping up.
00:16:18.000And I'm so excited to have with us the man behind it, who is a phenomenal congressman and will make an even better CEO, the man behind Truth Social, which will be Donald Trump's new social media app for all people that want free speech online.
00:16:32.000Devin, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:17:21.000Well, the main thing that I like to say is we just want to make sure that we have quality and we have sustainability, meaning that, you know, it's impossible to have the hundreds of millions of investment and now billions of investment that have went into Facebook platforms, or I guess they call themselves meta, whatever the hell that means now.
00:17:40.000And then, of course, you have Twitter and some of the other social media giants.
00:17:44.000So we just have to make sure that it's a simple platform that everyone can use.
00:17:49.000And we really want it to be family friendly.
00:17:51.000And then, of course, we had to build it from the ground up, meaning that we couldn't rely on any of the big tech companies that have such a stranglehold over all the infrastructure and architecture.
00:18:03.000So we've really built, you know, all of the software is our own for the most part.
00:18:10.000Then we've got Rumble, which is a video alternative to YouTube.
00:18:16.000They're also trying to get into the Amazon web service space.
00:18:20.000So we're essentially riding on their rails for both video and cloud hosting.
00:18:25.000And then we've got a few other partners, but that's essentially, we're trying to limit kind of those single points of failure where big tech could take us down.
00:18:34.000So luckily right now, we are working with Apple.
00:19:25.000I'm really pleased to see that partnership.
00:19:28.000So, Devin, some people are a little concerned, though.
00:19:31.000I am not one of those people, but some people have messaged me.
00:19:34.000They said, hey, family-friendly, is that code that you're going to be censoring things?
00:19:38.000Can you walk us through that and put some people's minds at ease?
00:19:42.000Well, we're just not a home for there's things that are illegal in this country in some states, right?
00:19:47.000And so you have to have, you know, we have to have some type of this is not going to be a free-for-all because ultimately, you know, we would be responsible potentially, right?
00:19:59.000So, you know, for example, I mean, there's laws on the books that are illegal and we're going to follow the law.
00:20:05.000So, you know, we're going to open it up as much as possible.
00:20:08.000But look, let's just talk about what do people really care about, right?
00:20:11.000That is that if you want to talk about the election, you're not going to be censored.
00:20:15.000If you want to talk about Hunter Biden laptop story, you're not going to be censored.
00:20:21.000If you want to talk about whether you love vaccines, hate vaccines, the freedom truckers in Canada, you know, all of those things are going to be 100% fully allowed.
00:20:32.000So, you know, we will, as you know, as we want to make the user experience as best as possible, and we're going to strive to do that.
00:20:40.000So, look, it'll be a work in progress, right?
00:20:44.000We don't have the experience that a Twitter and a Facebook have, although we do know by watching them how horrible they are.
00:20:52.000So, there's a lot of things that we don't want to do, but we want to try to do everything right so that we don't end up in a place where people are uncomfortable on the platform.
00:21:01.000So, it's really all about our customers and our users, and that's what we're going to focus on.
00:21:05.000And so, I hope that one of the things that people have to understand because we built this from the ground up, you know, this is not going, this is not an easy task.
00:21:14.000So, you know, we are going to have pitfalls that we haven't seen.
00:21:18.000We're going to have people trying to attack us.
00:21:20.000We're going to have people trying to take us down, you know, from the big tech companies to the hard, extreme left to probably, you know, foreign actors are all going to try to take us down.
00:21:30.000Because, look, let's face it, this is, you know, President Trump got put in a position where he had no other choice but to go out and build his own platform, right?
00:21:40.000And I decided to leave Congress because I thought it was so important for the American people to have the internet open back up.
00:21:47.000And that's what I'm charged to lead by President Trump.
00:22:23.000And really, the main censorship debate that we've had on the right has not been around like, oh, whether or not to allow pornography, that's disgusting.
00:22:32.000It's why are you censoring people for ideas you don't like or for trying to challenge orthodoxies like around COVID or stuff like that?
00:22:40.000That's always been the main focus of this.
00:22:43.000And they'd love to kind of get our eyes off of that.
00:22:45.000I think you're going to do a great job, Devin, on that.
00:22:48.000So I want to talk to you about Durham and Spygate.
00:22:50.000You more than any other member of Congress was you were on top of this thing from day one.
00:22:55.000You were on top of the unmasking scandal and all of it.
00:22:58.000I know you can't reveal confidential information and all this, but I was shocked to learn based on Durham's filing that there was back-end access into the White House while Trump was still president.
00:23:22.000No, I mean, look, if we would have known about this, we would have blown this sky high, right?
00:23:26.000I mean, what we did is when we figured out, it took us a long time once we figured out that they were running spies into the campaign, when they were lying to a FISA court, when they were using a FISA to spy on the Trump campaign.
00:23:39.000You know, if you recall, going back to 2017, it was very difficult, right?
00:23:44.000Because you had the Moeller investigation that was completely fraudulent, made up of a bunch of political hacks that, by the way, I said this morning on Fox, they need to be investigated here also for all the shenanigans that they pulled.
00:23:56.000But we had to follow the laws because they were looking for anything and everything they could do to shut down our investigation.
00:24:03.000And so, you know, it took us almost six, seven months to bring all of that out into the open.
00:24:09.000You may recall that we put that memo out in early 2018 so that all the world could know that this spying had occurred.
00:24:17.000So clearly, Charlie, had I known that they were scraping information, not just from Trump's apartment, Trump Tower, some healthcare company who we still need to learn more about, but then penetrated the Oval Office is quite frankly, this is a major, major.
00:24:40.000There's nothing like this in modern history.
00:24:44.000The White House communication systems are supposed to be the strongest and most secure in the world.
00:24:51.000And the fact that you could have somebody properly placed that would be able to access that and grab internet data and then share that data with political opponents is crap that you would only see in communist China.
00:25:04.000So I was floored by this Friday night as we started to go through it when this was released.
00:25:10.000And I think a lot of us are still grappling with this, that this happened.
00:25:41.000And then talk briefly about Jake Sullivan's involvement.
00:25:45.000So, well, let me take that question first.
00:25:47.000So, one of the interesting things here, if you go through and look at the folks that were in the Obama administration and on the Hill and then subsequently later put on the Hillary campaign, all of those people essentially failed up.
00:26:02.000Most of those people that were involved in the P-TAP hoax, spreading the Russian, the so-called steel dossier, spreading that around, are all in senior level positions in the Biden White House.
00:26:17.000And so, you know, that I think is of interest, right?
00:26:24.000They knew what they were doing was not only unethical, but likely illegal in many ways.
00:26:29.000They would continue to push this, frame a presidential candidate, later frame President of the United States.
00:26:36.000And they're all in high-level positions in the Obama or in Obama, which I might as well, it probably is basically the Obama White House.
00:26:44.000But these are all people that have been, have failed up.
00:26:48.000And so I don't know what's, you know, look, I guess I can say this, and this is an area where I do want to be careful.
00:26:55.000We made 14 criminal referrals to Durham.
00:27:00.000Those, and when I say 14, that's not 14 individuals.
00:27:04.000It's dozens of people, some in multiple crimes that we identified to be investigated.
00:27:10.000All we can do is turn that over to Durham.
00:27:13.000And I will say this: I've been impressed by Durham for this reason.
00:27:18.000It's the first investigation that I've been around in my time where you don't have a new leak every 24 hours that sets a new narrative that's fed to the fake news media complex.
00:27:29.000From Durham, you've heard nothing except he's been following by the book, going into the court system and filing.
00:27:36.000And then people will write what they write.
00:27:39.000And that's essentially all he's doing.
00:27:41.000Look, and that's the way that investigations are supposed to be run in this country.
00:27:46.000Yeah, because, and they're trying to, they've always tried to just attack you in the public arena and then allow the courts to sort itself out.
00:29:04.000That's rufffgreens.com slash Charlie, and your free bag will be at your house in days.
00:29:10.000Make sure your dog has the nutrients it needs.
00:29:13.000There's nothing that we wouldn't do for our dogs.
00:29:15.000So go to roughgreens.com slash Charlie.
00:29:20.000You wanted to make one other point about Truth Social.
00:29:23.000I think I cut you off before we got to the Durham topic.
00:29:26.000Yeah, I was kind of joking that I, you know, I have plenty to say about True Social, but I guess the bottom line here is, is that, you know, we're going to, you know, this will always be a work in progress as we grow, as we bring on new users, right?
00:29:41.000So I think people just need to understand that.
00:29:44.000We want to be as friendly as a place as possible.
00:29:48.000We want customers to have a great enjoyment and great engagement on the platform.
00:29:53.000And we're trying to get to people as quickly as possible.
00:29:56.000We're doing a lot of testing right now, making sure that there's quality and functionality.
00:30:04.000That's the goal, and that we can't be canceled and we can't be shut down.
00:30:07.000So you can go to truthsocial.com and sign up, and we'll continue to make progress here.
00:30:14.000And our goal is to be fully operational in the United States by the end of March.
00:30:20.000So in the couple minutes we have remaining, just to go back to the Durham point, I want to ask you, how much of this was actually what they did to Trump spying on him and how much of it was the cover-up?
00:30:30.000Talk about kind of both pieces of that because those are two simultaneous issues, I think, that at times people conflate.
00:30:36.000Look, you've got a lot of different characters involved in this.
00:30:42.000You know, probably the worst of all is the corruption of the intelligence agencies, the people at top levels of Department of Justice and FBI that were involved in this fiasco, in this scandal.
00:30:55.000I would say, secondly, and almost as important, you had the media, the fake news media complex was involved in this.
00:31:04.000And so that's why I think you mentioned this a little bit earlier in the last segment, but the fake news has ignored this for the most part because they were in on it.
00:31:18.000The fact that they're not out there writing about a company having access to White House communications architecture and then sharing that with political enemies.
00:31:31.000The reason they're not writing about this is the only reason all you hear are crickets, right?
00:31:43.000The reason they're not talking is because they were involved.
00:31:47.000There has to be emails, text messages going back and during the 2016 election by many people, the intelligence agencies and the campaign and the Obama White House.
00:31:59.000And like we talked about, a lot of those people are now in the Biden White House.
00:32:05.000So, you know, this is a, it's a complicated web to get to the bottom of it.
00:32:11.000And hopefully everyone will pay the price.
00:32:14.000The challenge here is, is that, you know, Congress, when writing these statutes, you know, after Watergate, a lot of these statutes were written.
00:32:23.000I don't think anybody ever envisioned that FBI lawyer, for example, would lie to a court.
00:32:30.000So the laws that are on the books are not clear.
00:32:33.000And after we get through this dark chapter of American history, and hopefully people do pay a price, hopefully there are a lot of indictments.
00:32:41.000It will then be up to Congress to go in and really strengthen these laws because I think that's one of the things that ultimately Durham will, Durham will not be able to prosecute some people because they were clever enough to maneuver around the law.
00:32:54.000And that's why you had the Clinton campaign and everybody says Clinton, but this was the whole Democratic Party.
00:33:01.000They cleverly hired lawyers to create this phony firewall to allow the lawyers to do a lot of their dirty work.
00:33:09.000This is just my observation from being around this.
00:33:12.000It's probably taken Durham a long time just to kind of pierce through these lawyers.
00:33:19.000And that's why we saw the lawyer or the indictment of one of the Democrat National Committee and Clinton lawyers.
00:33:25.000It probably took a long time to get to there because a lot of this stuff was being laundered through them to go out and do a lot of the dirty work.
00:33:32.000And that's kind of where we're at right now.
