00:02:22.000 Joining us now is Mike Benz, the Foundation for Freedom Online.

00:02:26.000 You can find him on X at MikeBenz Cyber.

00:02:29.000 Mike, we're going to try to get through as much as we can with you.

00:02:31.000 Mike, let's just start with the facts for those people that were enjoying a Sunday evening.

00:02:35.000 You see, this is how perverse this all is.

00:02:37.000 Here I am on this beautiful Sunday evening, and the sun is setting, and the Cubs are up 11-0 at Wrigley Field on Sunday night baseball against the wretched St. Louis Cardinals.

00:02:46.000 My phone is lighting up like a Christmas tree all about Epstein.

00:02:48.000 I said, whoever is responsible for this will be forever scorned in my life.

00:02:52.000 I said, I had a beautiful Sunday evening.

00:02:54.000 The Cubs are finally good for the first time in a decade, and my daughter's watching the Cubs, and I have to worry about Epstein.

00:02:58.000 So what is it that got me so distracted away from the Cubs up 11-0 against the St. Louis Cardinals?

00:03:04.000 Mike Bence.

00:03:05.000 Well, we don't fully know yet because this is all happening both quickly and then kind of no official word.

00:03:15.000 This is basically an Axios exclusive that published what they said was the official results of the Justice Department investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, with the Justice Department concluding that Epstein killed himself,

00:03:33.000 that Epstein had no client list, and that effectively there was no further investigations pending into the Epstein affair, at least related to many of these key issues that so many people have been concerned about for the past several decades now, but especially since 2019.

00:04:00.000 Particularly, I think, the new information on there after what the FBI has been saying is the idea that there's no client list, that effectively the reference that Pam Bondi made earlier this year that the Jeffrey Epstein client list was sitting on her desk for review, that it actually did not exist at all is what that document suggests.

00:04:28.000 Now, what's interesting is we don't know how official that is from Axios.

00:04:34.000 They post a DOJ document on their news article write-up, and then within hours of uploading it, they removed the document from the article.

00:04:46.000 Now, I don't know if that's because of a potential legal action from the Justice Department against them.

00:04:52.000 It does not appear that the Justice Department gave them this exclusive, I should say, because there's no quotes from senior DOJ officials around it.

00:05:02.000 There's not, to my knowledge, been official acknowledgement by the Justice Department of this Axios report.

00:05:08.000 But effectively, the Internet pulled the document before Axios deleted it.

00:05:15.000 And now this appears to be quick.

00:05:19.000 So Mike, let's assume that it's real.

00:05:21.000 Because the reason why I think it might be real is no one has publicly come out and said it's not.

00:05:26.000 So we haven't seen like a, hey, we're going after a leaker type thing.

00:05:30.000 So let's just assume, you might be right, that it's real.

00:05:34.000 What did we learn?

00:05:35.000 They said that there is no client list, but we're not getting the victims list.

00:05:40.000 Will there be any files disclosed?

00:05:42.000 And also talk about the comment on how Jeffrey Epstein died.

00:05:46.000 Right.

00:05:46.000 Well, this now gives a Justice Department ratification, assuming that this is all true.

00:05:53.000 This gives a Justice Department ratification to what we've heard from the FBI for the past several months, that Epstein killed himself.

00:06:01.000 And this coming from the Justice Department is much, much bigger than it coming from the FBI.

00:06:07.000 The FBI is the investigative arm of the Justice Department, but the Justice Department is really the keeper of all information.

00:06:15.000 The elephant in the room around the Epstein story has always been the Justice Department's 2008 sweetheart deal with Jeffrey Epstein, where the senior DOJ official, Alex Acosta, reportedly said that he was, Quote, told to back off Epstein because he belonged to intelligence.

00:06:34.000 That was then effectively left a giant neutron bomb in Washington about how all of the potential child sex trafficking and Wall Street deal making and sort of covert arms dealing and everything that else that Epstein was involved in went much bigger than one kind of perverted megalomaniac figure,

00:07:01.000 but was rather tied to the highest levels of power in Washington, D.C. Now, at the time, the head of the Justice Department, Bill Barr, when Epstein died, was not only personally connected to the Epstein affair through Donald Barr, Bill Barr's father, who, of course, was with Jeffrey Epstein at the Dalton School.

00:07:22.000 Donald Barr was a part of the founding of the Central Intelligence Agency, and Bill Barr himself began his career, his first seven years at the CIA.

00:07:32.000 So there's been lingering questions for this Justice Department being more independent from those networks to be able to get answers.

00:07:41.000 Now, effectively, there really has been none on that side of it.

00:07:45.000 There's no supporting evidence that's provided in this Axios leak about the contents of what was reviewed.

00:07:53.000 For example, we don't know what conversations Pam Bondi may have had or not had with John Ratcliffe, the CIA director.

00:08:00.000 We don't know what search queries were put into CIA files or cables with reference to Epstein or the network.

00:08:08.000 Alex Acosta, the prosecutor who was reportedly made that statement about Epstein belonging to intelligence, and then when he was questioned about it, when he became a cabinet secretary official as the head of the Department of Labor for the Trump administration, publicly when he was questioned about it, he said he could neither confirm nor deny, which I think everyone thought was about as shady as it gets.

00:08:34.000 And then a very strange Justice Department Office of Professional Responsibility investigation only relegated the intelligence question to a single footnote where they reportedly asked Acosta a kind of tangential leading question saying, did you have knowledge that Epstein was an intelligence asset?

00:08:59.000 Acosta said, no, but that's a very easy no if you don't have firsthand knowledge.

00:09:04.000 Any lawyer would tell you answer only the question that you're asked, not any color on it.

00:09:15.000 Charlie Kirk here.

00:09:16.000 We know that rates are still high and that they can make refinancing or purchasing feel out of reach.

00:09:20.000 But markets can shift fast.

00:09:22.000 And when they do, I want you to be in the strike zone.

00:09:24.000 So what is the strike zone?

00:09:25.000 That's a sweet spot when rates dip just enough to meet your target goal, but it doesn't last long.

00:09:30.000 Make sure you're ready to strike first and save big.

00:09:33.000 At Sierra Pacific Mortgage, Andrew and Todd and their team will get you set up and keep you informed so you can strike at the right time.

00:09:40.000 These are the guys I trust.

00:09:41.000 With 40 years of experience, they are really the experts.

00:09:48.000 Visit AndrewandTodd.com.

00:09:49.000 Do it now to get a priority spot at the front of the line before the rest of the herd jumps in.

00:09:53.000 And when the market enters the strike zone, you'll strike first and save big.

00:09:57.000 Call 888-888-1172.

00:09:59.000 That's 888-888-1172 or online at AndrewandTodd.com.

00:10:02.000 That is Andrewandtodd.com.

00:10:04.000 They help me and they'll help you, AndrewandTodd.com.

00:10:10.000 But is it true that there's a missing safe from Jeffrey Epstein after the FBI raid?

00:10:15.000 Is that correct?

00:10:17.000 I don't know about the contents of that.

00:10:19.000 I've read essentially secondhand reports on it.

00:10:24.000 I don't know about what the FBI's knowledge on that is.

00:10:30.000 And part of this is we're all operating in a vacuum because there's been no real transparency.

00:10:36.000 When Tulsi Gabber did the JFK files drop, they put 80,000 documents in a giant Wikileaks style index and said internet have added.

00:10:48.000 And that, I think, was a phenomenal example of how you at least engage with the public.

00:10:54.000 Even if the answers are not satisfactory, you're at least showing your work.

00:10:59.000 Here are the files that we saw.

00:11:01.000 Now you see them.

00:11:02.000 Come to your own conclusion.

00:11:03.000 Here's our conclusion.

00:11:05.000 This has not been done in the Epstein case.

00:11:07.000 We're getting, trust me, we've made this determination without any supporting files.

00:11:13.000 Well, and I know very much.

00:11:15.000 Again, I know the people involved.

00:11:17.000 I know Cash.

00:11:17.000 I know Bongino.

00:11:18.000 I know Pam Bondi. 0.78

00:11:19.000 So I tilt towards trust.

00:11:22.000 But do you trust what we're being told here, Mike?

00:11:24.000 Well, the issue is, is I don't operate on trust.

00:11:29.000 I think that Cash and Dan are phenomenal.

00:11:31.000 And I don't think that this is an FBI thing, frankly.

00:11:34.000 I think that when you're talking about the foreign intelligence networks that Epstein was involved in since 1981, this is his whole story once again.

00:11:45.000 So but do you mean Israeli intelligence, Saudi intelligence?

00:11:49.000 What do you think he was likely an attaché for?

00:11:54.000 I think you have a global network here that spans the Central Intelligence Agency in the U.S., that spans British intelligence, Israeli intelligence, Saudi intelligence.

00:12:03.000 How does Jeffrey Epstein go to be the primary financial embezzler, but the embezzler for Adnan Khashoggi, the guy who personally negotiated and fronted the money for the arms for hostages when we were running missiles to Iran during the Iran contrast.

00:12:25.000 And look, an even better argument, that's a good one, is that this guy goes from a math teacher to living a multiple billionaire type lifestyle with some of the most incredible real estate ever.

00:12:36.000 And no one has any records of trades from this guy ever.

00:12:39.000 So Mike, I think that you and I both believe that he had some sort of relationship with foreign intelligence and maybe domestic intelligence.

00:12:47.000 There's just no way he was able to get that magnitude of wealth that quickly.

00:12:51.000 Being a vastly unimpressive person when you met him in person, I never met him, but a lot of people met him that I know that, of course, were not involved in his whole scheme.

00:13:00.000 And they just said, this guy's underwhelming.

00:13:02.000 this guy was not some sort of brainiac.

00:13:04.000 He was kind of just very crass and very obviously into women. 1.00

00:13:10.000 That was his whole thing.

00:13:12.000 But so here's my question, Mike.

00:13:15.000 Why the shift where we were told there was a client list and now it doesn't exist?

00:13:19.000 Was that a rhetorical misstep?

00:13:21.000 Or do you think it suggests something else?

00:13:24.000 Well, it is very possible that Pam Bondi was referring to the so-called little black book, which was partially admitted into evidence during the Glaine Maxwell trial, and that referred to contacts and addresses rather than a formal client list.

00:13:40.000 I think that is possible.

00:13:42.000 But to me, the great unanswered question here is, why are we asking about the FBI when we should be talking about the CIA and getting answers on that question?

00:13:51.000 Because the CIA question will get you to the foreign intelligence aspects.

00:13:56.000 There's simply no way on planet Earth that the Central Intelligence Agency does not have documents at least referencing Jeffrey Epstein, given that his whole life story for the 30 years preceding his death was a CIA story.

00:14:12.000 Jeffrey Epstein was in the middle of Iran-Contra, the CIA operation to run guns to the Nicaraguan Contras and to funnel arms to Iran in illicit covert arms dealings with Adnan Khashoggi as the middleman.

00:14:31.000 And Jeffrey Epstein was the financial fixer for that.

00:14:35.000 It was Jeffrey Epstein who personally negotiated the transfer of the CIA's proprietary airline, Air America, which became Southern Air Transport.

00:14:43.000 After it was busted doing covert CIA drug and gun trafficking, it moved from Miami, where Epstein had one home, to Columbus, Ohio, where Epstein had the other, while he was working for Les Wexner.

00:14:57.000 That's right.

00:14:57.000 Exactly.

00:14:58.000 The Columbus is totally Wexner.

00:15:00.000 And Wexner, by the way, very well might also have foreign intelligence ties.

00:15:03.000 I mean, very well.

00:15:05.000 That's a CIA proprietary airline that Jeffrey Epstein negotiated to do that.

00:15:11.000 And from his ties to the gun-running world, to the entire gamut of international affairs, from the Safari Club, all of this is...

00:15:31.000 Ask 10 people to define the word capitalism.

00:15:34.000 How many different responses do you think you'll get?

00:15:36.000 This is a word that comes up all the time, but does anyone know what it really means?

00:15:40.000 Do you?

00:15:41.000 Hillsdale College offers more than 40 free online courses.

00:15:44.000 That's right, free online courses on subjects like the book of Genesis, the rise and fall of the Roman Empire, the history of the ancient Christian church.

00:15:52.000 It's hard for me to even say, which is my personal favorite.

00:15:55.000 You guys have got to take these online courses.

00:15:57.000 They've recently launched a new course, Understanding Capitalism, that I've been watching.

00:16:02.000 In seven lectures, you'll learn about the role of profit and loss, how human nature plays a part in our economic system, why capitalism depends on private property rights, the rule of law, and above all, freedom.

00:16:13.000 And why capitalism is ultimately a system that encourages morality rather than undermines it.

00:16:18.000 Right now, go to charlieforhillsdale.com to enroll.

00:16:21.000 There's no cost, and it's easy to get started.

00:16:23.000 That's charlieforhillsdale.com, the register.

00:16:25.000 C-H-A-R-L-I-E for Hillsdale.com.

00:16:30.000 So here's what I'm told.

00:16:32.000 Here's what I'm told.

00:16:32.000 I'm told that these are all under seal from the judge.

00:16:36.000 But can't the Department of Justice move to unseal things that were put under seal?

00:16:41.000 Isn't that technically the way that this could potentially be brought to the public?

00:16:45.000 Because I think we need mass disclosure.

00:16:47.000 I think we need more information.

00:16:48.000 At least for my under 30 crowd, I know my demo.

00:16:51.000 They are volcanic over this whole thing.

00:16:54.000 And by the way, the over 60 crowd, they're like Epstein, whatever, not a big deal.

00:16:57.000 No, but under 30, can you explain that to our audience too, Mike?

00:17:00.000 The hyper online under 30 crowd, this is a major, major issue.

00:17:04.000 Well, because if you can get away with this, you can get away with anything.

00:17:08.000 This was so in your face.

00:17:10.000 This was, you're talking about mass child sex trafficking with a, with a little St. James Island in broad daylight that everyone you know and love and see on TV is going there.

00:17:22.000 And if even that person is given a sweetheart deal by the Justice Department, is family friends with two attorney generals, Bill Barr and John Mitchell.

00:17:34.000 John Mitchell was the head of the Justice Department for Richard Nixon, who personally introduced Jeffrey Epstein to Adnan Khashoggi to do the CIA gun running during Iran-Contra.

00:17:46.000 If at the end of that, you don't get a single CIA file on this guy, despite having reported testimony from the head of the Justice Department, where now 11 months of his emails go missing, his DOJ.gov emails go missing as soon as the DOJ starts investigating.

00:18:05.000 And to have no transparent, I mean, this is supposed to be the most transparent administration ever.

00:18:11.000 It looked like when Tulsi was doing the JFK files, it looked like that was supposed to be a kind of prelude to the disclosures we were going to get on Epstein.

00:18:20.000 And it may be the case that Epstein killed himself.

00:18:23.000 It may be the case that there's no client list, so to speak.

00:18:27.000 But I want to see what they see.

00:18:31.000 You can show us the intelligence files that we're seeing.

00:18:33.000 There's so many layers here.

00:18:34.000 And Mike, you're doing an amazing job here.

00:18:35.000 There's so many layers.

00:18:36.000 What I am most interested in is the cover-up.

00:18:39.000 And look, are there a bunch of rich slobs in Palm Beach? 0.99

00:18:43.000 Not Donald Trump, obviously, because if Donald Trump would have been on here, they would have leaked it. 0.99

00:18:46.000 Are there a bunch of rich slobs in Palm Beach that were probably involved in some really sultry, beneath the table, disgusting sex stuff with Epstein? 0.99

00:18:54.000 Yes. 0.98

00:18:55.000 That's not like breaking news.

00:18:56.000 More importantly, and I think you're onto something.

00:18:59.000 Was he used as an instrument of domestic or foreign intelligence and was then used against our own country and for what purpose?

00:19:08.000 That's the question.

00:19:08.000 Mike Benz will have to have you on another time.

00:19:10.000 Great work.

00:19:13.000 Joining us now is Ben Berquan.

00:19:14.000 Ben, I know you're in Kerk County, Texas right now, and I want to cover that tragedy.

00:19:18.000 But just very quickly, what did Mass Amnesty do to California?

00:19:22.000 And then we'll talk about what's happening in Texas.

00:19:25.000 Yeah, it destroyed California.

00:19:26.000 I was living there.

00:19:28.000 You know, I grew up, parents were missionaries in Africa, and we ended up in California right after in 89. 0.99

00:19:34.000 And we lived from the Pete Wilson era following Ronald Reagan as governor to Pete Wilson to seeing that state go from the glory that it was to our country to a dismal piece of crap state. 0.96

00:19:47.000 I mean, to you know, to use articulate language, it's garbage now, and in large part because of mass amnesty, you're 100% right. 0.90

00:19:56.000 You know who was one of the biggest proponents or opponents of mass amnesty?

00:20:00.000 It was Cesar Chavez.

00:20:01.000 He was out there fighting against it.

00:20:02.000 They didn't want this.

00:20:04.000 All of these, the farm labor union, all these guys hated illegal immigration.

00:20:09.000 They didn't want it.

00:20:10.000 But we allowed this to happen.

00:20:12.000 And now this lie that mass amnesty is something good for Republicans in difficult seats, it's just an absolute lie.

00:20:21.000 And I hope you're right.

00:20:22.000 I hope that was a trial balloon.

00:20:23.000 I was at the rally when he said it, and the entire crowd went silent.

00:20:26.000 There was no cheers for it.

00:20:27.000 MAGA does not want that. 0.90

00:20:29.000 No amnesty, deport all illegals. 1.00

00:20:31.000 That's what MAGA wants.

00:20:35.000 The world is waking up to the power of gold.

00:20:38.000 National banks are scrambling to secure it.

00:20:40.000 According to the World Gold Council, central banks added 1,000 tons of gold in 2024, the third straight year of net gold buying.

00:20:50.000 They understand what many investors don't.

00:20:52.000 Gold is real money.

00:20:53.000 Unlike paper currency, gold's value doesn't disappear with inflation.

00:21:30.000 The world is turning to gold.

00:21:31.000 Shouldn't you be looking into doing that too?

00:21:36.000 Now let's go to what's going on in Texas.

00:21:38.000 It's an unspeakable, terrible tragedy.

00:21:41.000 What do we need to know about what's going on in Texas?

00:21:43.000 Walk us through what happened the last couple days.

00:21:45.000 How did this happen and how can people help?

00:21:47.000 Yeah, this is an unspeakable tragedy.

00:21:49.000 I was actually on my way home for the 4th of July.

00:21:51.000 It was the first 4th of July I was going to be able to spend with my family in four years.

00:21:54.000 I was driving, almost got to Texarkana, and then I got message that this was happening, turned around, came back down here.

00:22:03.000 And all I can think is, you know, I miss my family for 4th of July, but at least I get to go home and see them.

00:22:08.000 Most up-to-date numbers we just got this morning from the sheriff and city administrators.

00:22:14.000 82 dead with 55 adults, 27 children, 10 of these children from the Mystic camp, this Christian summer camp, that are still unaccounted for.

00:22:24.000 And I asked the question, what are we talking?

00:22:26.000 What's the total universe of missing?

00:22:28.000 And I've been asking that the last three days, and I have not gotten an answer.

00:22:31.000 Today, they said the same thing.

00:22:33.000 They can't give an answer.

00:22:34.000 I said, well, are we talking dozens or hundreds?

00:22:36.000 And the response was, a lot.

00:22:38.000 So you can read into that what that means.

00:22:41.000 It's not dozens.

00:22:43.000 And so that's where we're at right now.

00:22:44.000 This was a catastrophic weather event.

00:22:47.000 I also followed up the question, and not to get in the weeds on geoengineering and the rest of it, but there's no question about it.

00:22:52.000 Texas, a lot of these dry areas have been using cloud seeding for years to help the farmers in these areas.

00:22:59.000 Last year was one of the driest years on record.

00:23:02.000 In fact, the river actually stopped running last year, and so they've been using it.

00:23:06.000 And I just asked the question, as the mainstream media is going after this trying to pin this on President Trump, I think it's legitimate.

00:23:12.000 That's not legitimate, but what's legitimate is to say, are there other factors that played into this?

00:23:16.000 The fact that this storm came and stopped basically parked over Texas for hours and hours and hours.

00:23:22.000 And instead of jumping four inches to six inches of rain, it dumped over 15 in some locations.

00:23:28.000 That's where we're at right now.

00:23:30.000 It's a tragedy.

00:23:32.000 These kids should have, hopefully, you think back and you think, man, we should have gotten them out of there.

00:23:38.000 But coming from Arkansas, watching these weather patterns come up, you see this all the time.

00:23:44.000 Flood warning, flood watch.

00:23:45.000 You never think, I'm standing, just to give you perspective.

00:23:48.000 You can see the broken down car truck behind me.

00:23:50.000 If I turn the camera, you can see the river in the distance there.

00:23:54.000 I'm standing 15 feet underwater where this flood was.

00:23:59.000 The bridge back behind me there, the water went all the way up to the top of that bridge.

00:24:04.000 So the amount of water we're talking about is really unimaginable.

00:24:10.000 And it's something that doesn't happen.

00:24:12.000 So anybody out there saying, well, you should have known, you should have done, you should have done.

00:24:16.000 We could talk about all that stuff after the fact.

00:24:18.000 We definitely need to look at that.

00:24:19.000 Should we have flood sirens like we have tornado sirens?

00:24:23.000 Definitely worth talking about.

00:24:24.000 But right now, the entire focus is on finding those 10 missing girls and the rest of the missing now presumed, you know, moving from that rescue to recovery.

00:24:33.000 We're in that phase now, 72 hours.

00:24:36.000 Very few rescues will happen.

00:24:37.000 We keep praying, though, and that's my message to everyone.

00:24:40.000 Your final question, how can people help?

00:24:42.000 There is a community, Hill Country Community Foundation that's set up.

00:24:46.000 I would ask you guys, don't give your money to Red Cross.

00:24:49.000 Give your money local to the local community.

00:24:51.000 They know how best to spend it.

00:24:53.000 And it's the community foundation of the Hill Country.

00:24:55.000 You can go on the City of Kerrville's Facebook page.

00:25:00.000 You can get all the details there.

00:25:01.000 That's where I would ask you to send the money, send your donations.

00:25:04.000 Don't come here.

00:25:05.000 Don't try to do your own investigations, do your own recovery efforts.

00:25:09.000 Don't do that.

00:25:10.000 Let these guys do it.

00:25:11.000 It is being handled.

00:25:12.000 President Trump, Christy Noam, Governor Abbott, down to the local.

00:25:16.000 These guys, I've never seen an operation so efficient and so good.

00:25:19.000 So keep them in your prayers.

00:25:21.000 Keep the family in your prayers.

00:25:22.000 And if you want to contribute, do it to the local communities.

00:25:25.000 Okay, really quick.

00:25:26.000 One minute remaining though, Ben.

00:25:28.000 People are blaming President Trump for this.

00:25:30.000 What is your response to that?

00:25:31.000 Yeah, it's absolute nonsense. 0.76

00:25:33.000 I watched East Palestine. 0.99

00:25:34.000 I watched North Carolina and Tennessee, the dismal failures of the last administration when they were blowing, wasting all of our money, trillions of our dollars on things, on garbage. 0.98

00:25:44.000 What President Trump is, is he is a businessman. 0.81

00:25:46.000 He's an efficient businessman.

00:25:47.000 Everything he does, the decisions he makes, are strategic to making decisions that help our country.

00:25:52.000 Everyone from the top down has said all of that is absolute nonsense.

00:25:57.000 The reaction, the response we're seeing here is the best response I've ever seen.

00:26:01.000 Again, having covered all those other disasters from the local, the state, and the federal level, this is by far the best response I've ever seen.

00:26:08.000 Anyone saying otherwise is a liar.

00:26:10.000 Ben Berquam, God bless you.

00:26:12.000 I hope you get home to your family soon.

00:26:14.000 Thanks for your great work.

00:26:15.000 Thank you.

00:26:16.000 My pleasure.

00:26:16.000 Thanks, Charlie.
