00:01:25.000 So we are told that Kamala Harris is this tough on crime prosecutor.

00:01:31.000 That Kamala Harris is a prosecutor ready to clean up America's streets, but her record tells a different story.

00:01:38.000 California's crime crisis has three causes.

00:01:42.000 Rogue prosecutors, reckless laws, and attacks on police.

00:01:45.000 Kamala Harris has been the mastermind of all three.

00:01:48.000 If she is elected president, your streets will be more dangerous. 0.95

00:01:52.000 Your homes will be broken into.

00:01:54.000 Joining us now is Congressman Kevin Kiley.

00:01:57.000 Kevin, welcome to the program.

00:01:58.000 Kevin, tell us about Kamala Harris's track record when it comes to crime. 0.99

00:02:02.000 Well, thanks for having me.

00:02:03.000 I mean, Kamala Harris's track record when it comes to crime is absolutely abysmal. 1.00

00:02:07.000 It's one of the reasons that San Francisco, her home city, is really in the midst of a total collapse.

00:02:13.000 And it's why California, one of the main reasons California has been in decline for some years now.

00:02:19.000 You know, you just summed it up, that when you look at what has caused this crisis of crime, rampant crime in California, It's the prosecutors failing to prosecute, it's the laws that don't hold people accountable, and it's the lack of support and funding for police.

00:02:35.000 And in her roles as District Attorney, in her role as Attorney General, and certainly in her role since then, she has been at the center of all three of those causes.

00:02:43.000 Yes, so Kevin, what is your response then to the narrative that she was really tough on crime and she locked up a bunch of people and streets were safe under Kamala Harris?

00:02:54.000 Well, it's a total fiction.

00:02:55.000 I mean, just look at what she herself said like a few years ago when she was running for president in her own book.

00:03:01.000 She called herself a progressive prosecutor.

00:03:03.000 And that's the idea that really, you know, the role of the prosecutor is not one of holding people accountable or keeping our streets safe.

00:03:11.000 It's more of some ideological or social engineering project aimed more at, you know, achieving these social justice objectives.

00:03:19.000 So she called herself that.

00:03:21.000 This isn't some, you know, attack from the other side.

00:03:26.000 so-called progressive prosecutor model that has really taken off since she was a district attorney

00:03:33.000 of San Francisco. In fact, her successor, who was appointed by Gavin Newsom on his way out the door

00:03:38.000 as mayor, was George Gascon, who became the ultimate Soros-backed progressive prosecutor,

00:03:45.000 who has not only helped to ruin San Francisco, but then also is now the DA of Los Angeles.

00:03:52.000 She can try to reverse that narrative however she'd like, but just go and walk through the

00:03:56.000 streets of San Francisco. Look at what's happening in that city. Look at the chaos

00:04:01.000 that you encountered in what was once the most beautiful cities in the United States. In fact,

00:04:05.000 San Francisco is currently losing people faster than any major city in the U.S.

00:04:10.000 history, and it was the reckless criminal justice policies of Kamala Harris that helped to set that downward spiral in motion. 1.00

00:04:17.000 Okay, so help me understand, I want to reiterate this, that Harris paved the way for California to become a sanctuary state, writing a letter to Congress opposing the Stop Sanctuary Policies and Protect Americans Act.

00:04:28.000 That's a great tweet, Blake, by the way, we should say that.

00:04:30.000 That she was, while she was Attorney General, she wanted Congress to prioritize sanctuary cities. 1.00

00:04:37.000 Tell us more about Prop 47, what did that do and what impact did it have on California?

00:04:43.000 Absolutely.

00:04:43.000 So the Sanctuary City's point is very important.

00:04:45.000 she was for sanctuary city policies as the DA of San Francisco. And then, as you said, she actually

00:04:50.000 helped to stave off federal action that would have stopped California from becoming a sanctuary state.

00:04:56.000 But when it comes to the specific propositions that she facilitated as California Attorney General,

00:05:02.000 Prop 47, and I'll also touch on what's called Prop 57, she was at the center of this by giving them

00:05:08.000 favorable descriptions on the ballot, which is worth more than any amount of money when you're

00:05:13.000 able to write the wording of the proposition in a way that will lead voters to think it does

00:05:17.000 something different than what it actually does. So Prop 47, which has been behind the explosion

00:05:23.000 of retail theft and open-air drug markets and fentanyl deaths to a large extent in California,

00:05:29.000 just recently the main architect of that initiative came out and said that he

00:05:33.000 that he very much appreciated the favorable ballot description that Kamala Harris gave

00:05:38.000 for that initiative as AG.

00:05:40.000 And then even more egregiously, Prop 57, which came a couple years later and was this massive

00:05:45.000 early release initiative that let tens of thousands of serious criminals out of prison

00:05:49.000 early, she deceived voters into thinking that this was only going to apply to nonviolent

00:05:52.000 that this was only going to apply to nonviolent crimes.

00:05:54.000 crimes.

00:05:55.000 In fact, she on the ballot itself characterized as nonviolent crimes such as rape by intoxication, 0.99

00:05:55.000 In fact, she on the ballot itself characterized as nonviolent crimes, such as rape by intoxication, 0.99

00:06:02.000 rape of an unconscious person, human trafficking with minors, assault with a deadly weapon,

00:06:07.000 dismissing violence, drive-by shootings, the list goes on.

00:06:10.000 She said, these are nonviolent crimes in order to deceive voters into releasing the offenders

00:06:16.000 from prison early.

00:06:17.000 And it's no wonder violent crime in California now far outpaces the rest of the country.

00:06:22.000 Yeah, and so if she becomes president, this sort of Californication will then spread 1.00

00:06:27.000 across the entire nation.

00:06:29.000 And it's very important to understand she is a radical through and through, and she barely won her attorney general's race.

00:06:37.000 So, Kevin, we are in this bitter race right now where we're still trying to educate the rest of the country on who she actually is.

00:06:45.000 And a vision of President Kamala Harris would be letting violent illegals roam free because she'll consider them non-violent? 0.85

00:06:52.000 Is that a fair summary based on her record?

00:06:54.000 I think that is a more than fair summary because she said, number one, we shouldn't consider this a criminal offense.

00:07:00.000 Number two, she has fought for to preserve and expand sanctuary policies.

00:07:05.000 And number three, she has blatantly mischaracterized some of the most ghastly, heinous crimes as nonviolent.

00:07:11.000 And to your first point about this going national, I mean, this is what Harris herself has said.

00:07:16.000 In 2018, when she endorsed Gavin Newsom for governor, she said that she said, She said, California leadership is about national leadership.

00:07:23.000 What we do here is a role model of what can be done around the country.

00:07:28.000 So again, this isn't some, you know, attack ad or something going after Harris saying she's going to turn the rest of the country into California.

00:07:35.000 That's what she has said in her own words.

00:07:37.000 So the California cabal, can you speak more to that?

00:07:41.000 Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, can you speak about that and the damage they've done to the country and your advice on how to best stop them?

00:07:49.000 Well, it's really, I mean, San Francisco in a lot of ways.

00:07:51.000 When you look at Newsom, Harris, Pelosi, they all come from San Francisco, which as we were talking about earlier, is a city that is in such dire straits that even CNN did a special last year, an hour long special asking what happened to San Francisco?

00:08:07.000 How did this city get so turned upside down?

00:08:11.000 And the answer is very simple.

00:08:12.000 It's that this is the place where the radical policies of Harris and Newsom have been carried

00:08:18.000 to their logical end point, where there has been no effective check. This is arguably the most

00:08:23.000 liberal city politically in the U.S. Republican candidates get single digit votes there. The

00:08:28.000 ads that candidates air are touting themselves as socialists is a positive thing. By the way,

00:08:33.000 the DA that came after Harris and Gascon was literally an advisor to Hugo Chavez in Venezuela.

00:08:40.000 That's Chesa Bodine. 1.00

00:08:41.000 But I think it's interesting to focus specifically on the on Harris and Newsom and how they have sort of risen

00:08:46.000 through the ranks together in both cases with significant assistance from Willie Brown, who is the

00:08:53.000 mayor of San Francisco, and of course, the Speaker of the California Assembly. Willie Brown

00:08:58.000 appointed both of them to their first political roles and has guided Harris and Newsom along each

00:09:03.000 step of the way. They were district attorney and mayor in San Francisco. They were attorney

00:09:07.000 general and governor, of course, of the state. And so we've seen, you can kind of trace the rise of

00:09:12.000 Newsom and Harris and see the problems that they caused in San Francisco going statewide and now

00:09:17.000 potentially going national. Indeed, that process has already begun because we have so many

00:09:21.000 Californians that are part of the Biden administration. Kevin Kiley, how can people

00:09:25.000 support you and follow the work you're doing?

00:09:27.000 They can follow on Twitter, KevinKileyCA.

00:09:31.000 Very good, Kevin.

00:11:27.000 Check it out right now.

00:11:30.000 The Kamala Harris VP stakes are continuing and it seems as if it's down to two finalists.

00:11:36.000 Josh Shapiro from Pennsylvania and Tim Walls from Minnesota.

00:11:43.000 I will acknowledge I underestimated Josh Shapiro's natural gift of gab.

00:11:49.000 I watched about 30 minutes of his highlight reels this weekend.

00:11:53.000 He's a smooth talker.

00:11:55.000 If you are worried about Kamala Harris's ability to take and field questions, Josh Shapiro could iron that out for them.

00:12:03.000 Josh Shapiro's good on his feet.

00:12:06.000 Josh Shapiro is a natural political talent.

00:12:09.000 No doubt.

00:12:10.000 But Josh Shapiro comes with some problems.

00:12:15.000 Number one, Josh Shapiro is pro-Israel.

00:12:19.000 Obviously, I have no problem with that.

00:12:20.000 I'm very pro-Israel.

00:12:21.000 But the base of the Democrat Party hates Israel, and they don't love the fact that a Jewish American who loves Israel might end up being the Vice President. 0.90

00:12:32.000 The base of the Democratic Party are full of Jew-haters. 0.81

00:12:36.000 It's just the way it is. 0.92

00:12:37.000 Rashida Tlaib, Ilan Omar, Jew-hatred is in vogue in the base of the Democrat Party.

00:12:43.000 So as Josh Shapiro is being floated, It seems as if the announcement wanted to happen over the weekend, but there was a little bit of a pullback because the base of the party started to explode about the fact that a Jew might end up become the Vice President.

00:13:00.000 And I don't say that in a derogatory way.

00:13:01.000 The Democrats were the ones that were freaking out about it.

00:13:05.000 John Fetterman says, do not do this.

00:13:08.000 Jew haters, by the way, that Democrats have imported into this country and want to keep importing.

00:13:13.000 Just so we are clear.

00:13:15.000 Like LaTalib and Omar and that Ayanna Pressley, who obviously was not imported into this country. 1.00

00:13:21.000 She is a Jew hater, though. 0.99

00:13:23.000 And the kind of squad, if you will.

00:13:25.000 So the kind of Hamas wing of the Democrat Party, if you will. 0.75

00:13:28.000 The pro-Hamas wing of the Democrat Party.

00:13:32.000 Now, you also now have Michael Walls. 0.99

00:13:33.000 Now, Michael Walls is a little bit of a buffoon. 1.00

00:13:35.000 He's a little bit of a dork. 0.99

00:13:37.000 But, he resonates at a certain midwestern way. 0.99

00:13:42.000 He's kind of like a midwestern dad.

00:13:45.000 I don't think he's overly talented.

00:13:47.000 People barely know him.

00:13:49.000 Walls might help the Harris campaign in Wisconsin, because Minnesota and Wisconsin are basically one state and the same over their eastern and western border.

00:14:00.000 Eastern Minnesota, Western Wisconsin.

00:14:02.000 He has this kind of folksy, Midwestern way about him, but Walls comes with a lot of baggage.

00:14:10.000 That baggage being, Minnesota has bragged about being a trans sanctuary for child mutilation. 0.80

00:14:21.000 Minnesota is one of the few states that allows late-term abortion.

00:14:26.000 And so, interestingly, Walz might actually hurt them on the abortion debate.

00:14:32.000 Remember Donald Trump says, leave it to the states, but we are against late-term abortion?

00:14:36.000 Well, Minnesota is one of those states where late-term abortions happen, and Tim Walz is in favor of that. 1.00

00:14:43.000 Walz also oversaw the worst riots in decades in Minneapolis when that occurred.

00:14:51.000 And so Walls is definitely the long shot.

00:14:54.000 He is the dark horse.

00:14:56.000 Shapiro is the heavy favorite.

00:14:58.000 Tim Walls has been governor since 2019, so all during Florida Palooza, that was under Walls' jurisdiction.

00:15:07.000 And so, which way, Democrats?

00:15:10.000 Now, this must be repeated.

00:15:11.000 Democrats only like white men if it might improve their presidential politics via a vice president. 0.99

00:15:21.000 They only like white men when they're picking a vice presidential nominee. 0.98

00:15:25.000 They hate white men when it comes to all of their policies and all of their cultural stances. 0.97

00:15:32.000 But now, all of a sudden, they realize that they're losing white men in huge numbers. 0.97

00:15:37.000 So, Walls or Shapiro?

00:15:38.000 Now, what about Mark Kelly?

00:15:39.000 It seems as if Mark Kelly is fading into the distance as far as a VP favorite.

00:15:46.000 Recent story here from Reuters.

00:15:49.000 Reuters.com.

00:15:50.000 Kamala Harris to announce Vice President pick before Battleground State Tour.

00:15:54.000 And it says here that the heavy favorite is Shapiro and the second is Walls.

00:15:59.000 Those are the two finalists, if you will.

00:16:01.000 The two finalists.

00:16:03.000 Now, why is Mark Kelly out of contention?

00:16:06.000 Well, Mark Kelly, according to all whispers and all rumors, has not exactly been a great husband to Gabby Giffords.

00:16:12.000 You get what I'm saying.

00:16:13.000 It's the biggest open secret in Washington, D.C.

00:16:16.000 Secondly, Mark Kelly has a China problem.

00:16:19.000 He made a lot of money from Chinese manufacturers who made the balloon, by the way, that flew over our country.

00:16:27.000 Pete Buttigieg is a long shot.

00:16:30.000 So it looks as if it's going to be Shapiro or Walls.

00:16:33.000 Both of which, by the way, come with heavy baggage.

00:16:36.000 Shapiro also has this sexual harassment stuff that he mishandled.

00:16:40.000 Not to mention this murder-suicide case.

00:16:44.000 Let's see who Kamala Harris decides. 1.00

00:16:48.000 Can you feel it now?

00:16:50.000 Something even bigger is coming.

00:16:51.000 Your God-given freedoms are up for the taking.

00:16:54.000 Even worse, those doing the taking are the same people who've sworn to defend your freedom.

00:16:59.000 They think they can violate your right to protect your own family.

00:17:03.000 They think they can force their delusions onto your kids.

00:17:07.000 They think they can control the media and hide the truth.

00:17:10.000 But you know what they can't take away?

00:17:12.000 Self-reliance and peace of mind.

00:17:14.000 You got water filtration?

00:17:16.000 Well, you should.

00:17:17.000 A charged solar generator?

00:17:19.000 You better.

00:18:06.000 Joining us now is Spencer Lindquist.

00:18:09.000 Spencer, welcome to the program from The Daily Wire, and you are a field reporter there.

00:18:14.000 We want to get to the story here.

00:18:16.000 Exclusive Biden-Harris administration paid consultants millions to help military implement race-based hiring and combat resistance to DEI.

00:18:24.000 Tell us all about it.

00:18:25.000 That's right, Charlie.

00:18:26.000 So, of course, right now we're seeing military conflicts increasing across the globe, and this report has found what the DoD has been focusing on.

00:18:35.000 We've seen that the Department of Defense has been focusing on expanding and pushing the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda, the DEI agenda.

00:18:42.000 So what we've outlined is four different contracts between the DoD and various different private sector or academic institutions, and we found that the DoD has been preparing to deal with, quote, Yeah, so talk about the implications here.

00:18:56.000 agenda and it's been consulting with a number of different organizations, some of which

00:19:00.000 have been involved in building anti-white and anti-male DEI job pipelines into our Department

00:19:06.000 of Defense.

00:19:07.000 Yeah, so talk about the implications here.

00:19:10.000 So do we know exactly what white fatigue is? 0.52

00:19:14.000 Well, the RAND Corporation authored this report and it was discussing various different ways

00:19:18.000 in which they could push DEI throughout the department.

00:19:22.000 And one of the things that it warned against was various different forms of resistance to the DEI agenda, and one of the terms that they used was white fatigue.

00:19:30.000 They said that this is part of the backlash to the DEI agenda and of course there has been quite a lot of backlash, quite a lot of resistance to DEI.

00:19:38.000 They're dubbing this white fatigue and of course it's rather reminiscent of what one general said was a white rage.

00:19:44.000 There's obviously a racial focus in the DOD and critics that I spoke to said that they're concerned that we are exchanging military readiness and instead prioritizing a race-based ideology that's captured our institutions.

00:19:58.000 So yeah, you mentioned race and sex-based hiring. 0.95

00:20:00.000 Can you give specifics about that?

00:20:02.000 What jobs were they filling?

00:20:03.000 Absolutely.

00:20:04.000 So this was a $760,000 contract.

00:20:05.000 It was to the University of Missouri.

00:20:09.000 And what this university was tasked with doing was creating a pipeline for STEM jobs that could then pipeline people into the DoD for the science, technology, engineering, and math fields.

00:20:20.000 So you say not white, not male. 0.56

00:20:23.000 How is that legal?

00:20:23.000 and who are not male. So of course this is another example of what we see in DEI, not just in our

00:20:28.000 federal government, not just in our DOD, but throughout institutions, corporations, the public

00:20:32.000 and private sector alike, where DEI is being used as a justification to create these race and sex 0.59

00:20:38.000 based hiring practices that discriminate against people in the process. So you say not white, 0.87

00:20:43.000 not male. How is that legal? How are you allowed to fund programs that actively discriminate

00:20:47.000 against people that look like us, Spencer? Oh, that's a great question.

00:20:51.000 I mean, I've spoken with various different people on stories similar to this.

00:20:55.000 We've had cases of DEI discrimination against men, against white people, and against Asians in some cases as well.

00:21:01.000 We've seen this in NASCAR.

00:21:03.000 We've seen this at a whole host of different institutions—Oracle, Apple.

00:21:07.000 But to see it coming from our Department of Defense, to see it being funded with our taxpayer dollars is another story altogether.

00:21:14.000 Of course, right now, we've got critics saying that if you do not prioritize competency, you're going to compromise the ability of an organization to persist.

00:21:22.000 And we're seeing this happen right now when we have several wars raging across the globe.

00:21:26.000 Of course, we've got increased tensions in the Middle East just as early as today and yesterday.

00:21:30.000 And meanwhile, we've got DOD that is spending our taxpayer dollars Making sure that people who do not come from the supposedly correct racial and sex backgrounds do not get these job opportunities within our government.

00:21:43.000 So, help me understand this.

00:21:46.000 The Department of Defense has nearly a trillion dollar budget.

00:21:49.000 They are funneling money towards anti-white, anti-male, these DEI type programs.

00:21:56.000 Do you have any understanding that Republicans on Capitol Hill are going to stop this from continuing?

00:22:01.000 Because Republicans are the ones that have to authorize these budgets.

00:22:05.000 Yeah, we've seen some pushback from Republicans on these funding bills in recent years.

00:22:09.000 We've seen DEI, this is something that really the Harris-Biden administration has gone full bore into, especially ever since 2020 when they first came into office.

00:22:19.000 We've seen a slew of different executive orders pushing DEI and the Department of Defense

00:22:24.000 in our Director of National Intelligence's office, which has really gone completely in

00:22:29.000 the direction of DEI and various different agencies.

00:22:32.000 But you're right, it's yet to be seen if Republicans will be able to stop this agenda.

00:22:37.000 Of course, we've got an election coming up where some consequential action could be taken

00:22:40.000 on this front.

00:22:41.000 And people are warning that if we do not put, if we do not abolish DEI, if we do not get rid of these race and sex-based requirements, we could really, could see something catastrophic in the future.

00:22:52.000 So help me understand, then, military preparedness and readiness.

00:22:56.000 What does your report show on how this money actually makes us more prepared to fight a kinetic war, God forbid?

00:23:03.000 That's an open question.

00:23:04.000 I mean, we know that these are ideologies that have been inculcated in left-wing institutions, left-wing academia for several decades, and now it's making its way into our most important institutions.

00:23:18.000 And we press on this question all the time.

00:23:20.000 We press on, is this something that actually increases our warfighting capability?

00:23:25.000 And various people with extensive military backgrounds tell us that it absolutely does not increase it.

00:23:32.000 But we've been told that this is a military imperative.

00:23:36.000 We've been told that this is something that is critical to our national security.

00:23:39.000 We really haven't been given explanations as to why discriminating against certain groups of people on the basis of their race, their sex, is necessary for our national defense.

00:23:47.000 And I think a lot of people are still asking that question, but we're not getting much in the way of answers.

00:23:51.000 So this seems like a no-brainer for us to stop and prevent if we are serious about fixing our problems in this country as far as... I mean, again, we talked about how wokeism has infected all our institutions.

00:24:04.000 Infecting the U.S.

00:24:05.000 military should be a step too far.

00:24:08.000 The Democrats have been pushing for this for quite some time as if they want to continue to slam, they want to continue to shrink these organizations' ability to function for some sort of progressive-type revolution.

00:24:21.000 You write in the piece, Joe Biden signed multiple executive orders institutionalizing the left-wing

00:24:26.000 doctrine and his federal agencies and has even worked to enable gender transition attempts

00:24:31.000 among government employees, barring the use of biologically accurate pronouns in the process.

00:24:35.000 There was another note I received this morning from a top-level military official, which is this,

00:24:43.000 quote, the conventional US military is not nearly as good as we assume.

00:24:47.000 The Navy and Air Force have terrible readiness.

00:24:50.000 Operational readiness of F-35 is around 29%.

00:24:53.000 USN, which I believe is US Navy Maintenance and Damage Control Prep is appalling.

00:24:59.000 We lose multiple billions of dollars LHA ship to a fire while pier side in San Diego.

00:25:05.000 It took the crew 1.5 hours to get the first water on the fire.

00:25:08.000 I won't bore you with all the details.

00:25:09.000 It is horrendous.

00:25:09.000 advantage and cost has run circles around our procurement and leadership.

00:25:14.000 Our rank-and-file will pay dearly due to this corruption and competency of

00:25:18.000 our military and political leadership. I won't bore you with all the details, it

00:25:23.000 is horrendous. But I'm sure DEI will fix all this, right Spencer? Well one of the

00:25:28.000 things that's really startling is that we've seen DEI be pushed in a number of

00:25:30.000 different ways in a number of different institutions.

00:25:32.000 So this report focuses on some of these outside attempts, the contracting outside organizations to push DEI.

00:25:38.000 We know that this push has also happened internally, and not just in the military.

00:25:42.000 We've seen it throughout the Director of the National Intelligence as well, of course, another critical aspect of our national security apparatus.

00:25:49.000 And it's something that has various different organizations within each branch of the military. And we had a report not too long ago about

00:25:55.000 the National Security Agency, the NSA, with a DEI, I believe it was a 37-page DEI document that

00:26:02.000 explicitly cited critical race theorists like Robin DiAngelo, warned against white fragility

00:26:07.000 and white privilege, discussed transgenderism. So we've seen these ideologies that so many

00:26:13.000 Americans regard as completely radical and extreme, that used to be the domains of some of

00:26:19.000 these left-wing institutions and left-wing academics. And now we've seen that quite literally the most

00:26:20.000 institutions and left-wing academics.

00:26:22.000 And now we've seen that quite literally the most powerful people within this country,

00:26:24.000 powerful people within this country, those in our military and those within our national

00:26:26.000 those in our military and those within our national security and intelligence apparatuses,

00:26:29.000 security and intelligence apparatuses, are not just contracting with outside organizations to push

00:26:31.000 are not just contracting with outside organizations to push this left-wing ideology. They're actually

00:26:36.000 embracing it themselves to the point of creating DEI glossaries, DEI newsletters to get sent out

00:26:42.000 quarterly in the office of the director of national intelligence. And really, again,

00:26:46.000 these critics are saying that this is something that will fundamentally cripple our ability to

00:26:51.000 gather intelligence or to win these wars. And we'll see if Republicans have what it takes to

00:26:56.000 stop this, to quelch DEI and to banish it from our institutions. Yeah, just so we are clear,

00:27:03.000 we have made the military a project of the diversity, equity, inclusion, cancer.

00:27:08.000 We have made the Secret Service a product of the diversity, equity, inclusion cancer, which nearly killed President Trump.

00:27:14.000 There is nothing too important to spare from the DEI rot, but we need to have the willingness to pull out the DEI cancer, the tumor, and to say, no more. 0.67

00:27:23.000 We are not going to have this mass social experiment occurring within our treasured institutions.

00:27:30.000 Final thoughts, Spencer.

00:27:31.000 Well, thank you very much.

00:27:32.000 And, you know, that's exactly right.

00:27:33.000 This is one of the critical issues heading into this election.

00:27:36.000 It's something that voters certainly have on their mind because DEI, it's affecting our most cherished and most important institutions, but it's also hitting people right at home.

00:27:45.000 We know that corporations throughout the country have been discriminating against people on the base of their race and sex, namely men and white people.

00:27:52.000 And we've seen that academic institutions have been doing the very same thing.

00:27:55.000 So people are experiencing it in their day-to-day lives.

00:27:58.000 They're seeing it throughout institutions.

00:28:00.000 That's exactly right.

00:28:01.000 And you said it best.

00:28:02.000 White men are being actively discriminated against through these measures.

00:28:05.000 It is no longer now about merit.

00:28:06.000 It's no longer about competency.

00:28:07.000 And people now know exactly what DEI does.

00:28:08.000 discrimination that comes with it.

00:28:10.000 That's exactly right.

00:28:11.000 And you said it best.

00:28:13.000 White men are being actively discriminated against through these measures.

00:28:18.000 It is no longer now about merit.

00:28:20.000 It's no longer about competency.

00:28:23.000 And people now know exactly what DEI does.

00:28:26.000 It ruins things that used to work.

00:28:29.000 That's what it does.

00:28:30.000 Our military is no longer prepared or ready.

00:28:32.000 We have whistleblowers across the board.

00:28:34.000 I just read that.

00:28:35.000 Look at the Secret Service.

00:28:36.000 Not a single person has apologized.

00:28:39.000 One person resigned.

00:28:41.000 Boy, if you wanted to destroy a country, if you hated America so much, you would deploy DEI as a toxin to poison our beautiful country.

00:28:50.000 Spencer, thanks so much.

00:29:53.000 MyPillow.com.

00:29:58.000 The honeymoon for Kamala Harris very well might be coming to an end.

00:30:02.000 Again, the media coverage has been nauseating these last couple of weeks.

00:30:07.000 I think it's finally coming to a little bit of an end.

00:30:09.000 Number one, when people start losing money the way that they've been losing because of Kamala Harris, you start to wake up.

00:30:16.000 Donald Trump is 30 points better on the economy in the battleground states.

00:30:20.000 30 points better.

00:30:22.000 The question will be, how wide can Kamala Harris make this race? 1.00

00:30:26.000 Nevada, Arizona, Georgia.

00:30:29.000 Can she really play in those states?

00:30:30.000 Right now polling says yes.

00:30:32.000 But Donald Trump has not had an opportunity to set up this race in the terms that best favor us.

00:30:40.000 Because Kamala Harris will not take questions. 0.70

00:30:43.000 Mark Halperin, who we had on the program, is terrific.

00:30:46.000 And I listened to his show, and I think he's very, very fair.

00:30:49.000 And I want to have him back on the show, because he thinks about this stuff all day long, like we do.

00:30:54.000 Mark Halperin Says that there are more surprises to come regarding Kamala Harris.

00:31:00.000 This is a very important point.

00:31:01.000 Kamala Harris has not been seriously vetted.

00:31:03.000 Think about it.

00:31:04.000 You become Vice President of the United States, you've never become vetted.

00:31:06.000 Of course, as a Democrat, no media figure will look into you.

00:31:09.000 But now that you might become President, game on!

00:31:12.000 There's gonna be a lot of more little side pieces that we know about Doug.

00:31:17.000 By the way, based on all reporting, you know Kamala Harris and Doug don't even live together.

00:31:20.000 They live on opposite coasts.

00:31:22.000 It's just a marriage of convenience.

00:31:23.000 Very similar to Hillary and Bill Clinton.

00:31:26.000 This is Mark Halperin on how more surprises are coming for Kamala Harris.

00:31:30.000 This honeymoon period might sour at some point.

00:31:33.000 When people realize who exactly we're dealing with.

00:31:36.000 Play cut 22.

00:31:36.000 It's two issues related to the Vice President.

00:31:39.000 Something I've made, a point I've made here repeatedly, Is people assume that if you've run for statewide office and won, particularly in a competitive state, if you've been a senator or vice president, that you've been vetted at a level sufficient that there are no more surprises coming.

00:31:55.000 We saw over the weekend that that's not true regarding the vice president and her husband.

00:31:59.000 We saw that, and again, just the story is this.

00:32:00.000 Doug Emhoff's ex-wife responds after Second Gentleman admitted to an affair with a nanny.

00:32:05.000 And it's a really disgusting story, but he's not running for president, so I'm gonna kind of just not emphasize it that much.

00:32:10.000 He's not running for president.

00:32:11.000 He's just the side piece in this whole kind of relationship.

00:32:15.000 And so he apparently impregnated the nanny and what got her allegedly to get an abortion.

00:32:21.000 I don't know if that's totally true, but there's some obscure reporting there.

00:32:24.000 He acknowledged it, but apparently there is more coming.

00:32:28.000 But of course, when Kamala Harris was running in the primary, she was vetted. 0.72

00:32:32.000 Oh, she didn't have to run in a primary. 1.00

00:32:35.000 She didn't have to win over delegates.

00:32:37.000 There's going to be more coming on the history of Kamala Harris.

00:32:40.000 I can tell you that on very good authority.

00:32:45.000 This is someone who ran as a California communist and has been largely untouched by the national media.

00:32:51.000 It doesn't matter if you win California by 30 points in the presidential election, but voters in Pennsylvania They are not going to like a cackling California communist to parachute in and tell them how they should run the country.

00:33:04.000 This is a 50-50 race right now, and objectively there are some things working in Donald Trump's favor.

00:33:09.000 He is better on the economy, and the more the market collapses, the more that is in Donald Trump's favor.

00:33:15.000 The map is narrower for Trump in a good way.

00:33:19.000 Meaning that Donald Trump just has to win one out of the Rust Belt states.

00:33:22.000 Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan.

00:33:25.000 14 million primary voters did not vote for Kamala Harris.

00:33:29.000 They voted for Joe Biden.

00:33:30.000 They were completely and totally disenfranchised.

00:33:34.000 This last weekend Donald Trump had a commanding rally in Georgia.

00:33:37.000 Drew record crowds.

00:33:39.000 The enthusiasm on the Republican side, on the Trump side, is at record, record highs.

00:33:44.000 And any moment now, based on all reporting, Iran is going to launch more strikes towards Israel.

00:33:50.000 Who do you want to be president? 0.56

00:33:52.000 Well, right now, Kamala Harris is the shadow president.

00:33:56.000 And what do you have?

00:33:57.000 War, market collapse, invasion, and American confidence is deteriorating.

00:34:01.000 If she cannot do it while she's the sitting vice president, why would she do it When she quote-unquote becomes commander-in-chief.

00:34:09.000 And who do you trust to become commander-in-chief?

00:34:11.000 Under President Donald Trump, we had no new wars.

00:34:13.000 We had a stable and booming economy.

00:34:15.000 We had a border.

00:34:17.000 The border was completely sealed.

00:34:19.000 It is very simple, but it's going to require every single one of you to get out in the streets.

00:34:24.000 And to make that message heard.

00:34:25.000 The nation is so vulnerable right now.

00:34:27.000 The civilization is on brink of total and complete collapse.

00:34:31.000 Thanks so much for listening everybody.
