00:01:26.000 And Carrie Lake is doing very well in the state of Arizona.
00:01:28.000 And I want to just brag on Carrie Lake for a minute.
00:01:32.000 Carrie Lake is running one of the most unconventional campaigns.
00:01:36.000 And if Carrie Lake wins, which it sure looks like she will, it will be a shock to the entire American political consultant class.
00:01:45.000 Carrie Lake has ignored advice from all the quote and experts, so-called experts.
00:01:51.000 She does ask me anything forums where she takes questions from everybody in the audience.
00:01:56.000 Who does that when you run for office?
00:01:57.000 Not Fetterman or Katie Hobbs.
00:02:02.000 They just run to the hills and they stay away from the media.
00:02:04.000 Carrie Lake likes the media.
00:02:07.000 Carrie Lake wants the media.
00:02:10.000 It's fascinating.
00:02:12.000 And look, I've told Carrie a couple times, I'm like, hey, maybe you should, you know, moderate on some of this stuff.
00:02:18.000 And you do have to really lean in.
00:02:19.000 And she's like, I'm just going to go all in.
00:02:20.000 I said, okay, fine.
00:02:21.000 And I had my doubts.
00:02:22.000 And not to say that it was a disagreement.
00:02:25.000 I was just like, man, this is a very cavalier campaign.
00:02:27.000 And it's working.
00:02:29.000 You know, recent polls show that Carrie is up.
00:02:31.000 Some show that she's down.
00:02:32.000 I'm telling you, on the ground, it looks great.
00:02:34.000 You got to look at these races on the ground.
00:02:36.000 Katie Hobbs is boring.
00:02:39.000 She is corrupt.
00:02:40.000 She's racist.
00:02:41.000 She's a very racist person.
00:02:43.000 She doesn't like black people.
00:02:44.000 It's well documented.
00:02:46.000 And Katie Hobbs also is so smug.
00:02:49.000 And I got to tell you, Carrie is so authentic and Katie is synthetic.
00:02:57.000 And so Katie Hobbs continues by saying, I'm not going to be part of the spectacle of debating.
00:03:03.000 I'm not going to be part of the spectacle of debating Carrie Lake.
00:03:07.000 So let's go through this whole thing.
00:03:08.000 It's this back and forth between Katie Hobbs.
00:03:10.000 So for those of you in the national audience, it's a governor's race between Carrie Lake and Katie Hobbs.
00:03:14.000 One of the most important races in the country this midterm election cycle.
00:03:17.000 Top five, no doubt.
00:03:18.000 If Carrie Lake becomes governor, she is going to be profoundly impactful.
00:03:23.000 She's going to secure the southern border, declare an emergency border authorization emergency.
00:03:28.000 We're going to have some serious progress and wins if Carrie Lake wins.
00:03:32.000 And I think she will.
00:03:33.000 So this is Katie Hobbs, who is the Secretary of State corrupt racist, who says that she can't debate Carrie Lake because her schedule is pretty set.
00:03:41.000 Look, I don't have time.
00:03:44.000 I don't have time to debate, to talk to voters, play cut four.
00:03:49.000 Are you saying this morning that there is no circumstance that you can envision or would even try to negotiate in which you and Carrie Lake would appear at a debate together before the election?
00:03:58.000 This point in the race with 30 days to go, our schedule in terms of forums is pretty much set.
00:04:06.000 My schedule is set.
00:04:07.000 I can't talk to you.
00:04:08.000 Here's the thing: I'll be very honest.
00:04:11.000 I thought going into the general election, I'm new to Arizona, I'm new to Arizona politics, and Tyler Boyer, who runs Turning Point Action for Us, is kind of the Arizona wizard with this stuff.
00:04:20.000 He told me for a while, Katie Hobbs is not a good candidate.
00:04:22.000 Nyla, obviously, I heard him, but I thought, man, there's no way that she could be this awful.
00:04:26.000 She's lauded by the media.
00:04:28.000 She is terrible.
00:04:29.000 She's not a good candidate.
00:04:30.000 She doesn't speak well.
00:04:31.000 She's not smart.
00:04:33.000 She's just not.
00:04:34.000 Doesn't process information quickly.
00:04:37.000 She's very controllable.
00:04:40.000 Doesn't have a unique thought ever.
00:04:42.000 It's just whatever she's being fed.
00:04:45.000 And I just get so fired up when I see these candidates pander.
00:04:49.000 I hate pandering.
00:04:50.000 Hate it.
00:04:50.000 Hillary Clinton pandered.
00:04:52.000 Joe Biden pandered.
00:04:52.000 Remember when Joe Biden says, you ain't black if you don't vote for me.
00:04:56.000 And so Katie Hobbs was part of this seminar with the Latino community or the Latinx community, if you will.
00:05:04.000 You will cringe yourself.
00:05:06.000 You can't watch this without saying, ooh.
00:05:10.000 And this is who the Democrats are putting up.
00:05:12.000 This is why I think Carrie Lake is going to win by many points.
00:05:14.000 Play cut six.
00:05:16.000 What have you learned, specifically learned from the Latino community?
00:05:22.000 Oh, that's a great question.
00:05:24.000 My sister-in-law, she is Latino and her family.
00:05:32.000 I love hanging out with them and practicing my Espanol in Poquito.
00:05:37.000 So there's not one specific lesson to put other than Espanol.
00:05:45.000 It's one-third of the state.
00:05:47.000 Yes, absolutely.
00:05:52.000 So I think that, never mind.
00:05:55.000 I think our audience, you guys probably heard it the same I did, which was very hard to understand what she was saying.
00:06:02.000 Where Katie Hobbs was asked the question, that's a great question.
00:06:06.000 Practicing my Español un poquito.
00:06:09.000 And the reporter said, so there's not one specific lesson you could share other than Español.
00:06:15.000 Katie Hobbs, the Democrats have very little to any bench.
00:06:21.000 Their bench is just shallow in so many different ways.
00:06:26.000 She doesn't even answer.
00:06:27.000 She just stuttered.
00:06:29.000 I mean, Biden and Fetterman, these people are so underqualified.
00:06:34.000 And so now there's this new video from Project Veritas of Katie Hobbs being recorded.
00:06:39.000 It's awesome.
00:06:40.000 Project Veritas Action.
00:06:42.000 They do such a good job.
00:06:44.000 And again, I just, you have to wonder if you're Katie Hobbs.
00:06:49.000 What is your path to victory at this point?
00:06:52.000 Play cut 67.
00:06:55.000 RC Maxwell's Project Veritas Action.
00:06:58.000 That's the reflection about statements that he's made.
00:07:02.000 I don't want to talk to you.
00:07:03.000 I don't want to talk to anyone who I don't know.
00:07:06.000 I would love nothing more than the opportunity to stand to the next conversation if she wants to stand.
00:07:12.000 She's capable of doing that.
00:07:14.000 So we are providing an opportunity for folks who are near the scene and we have a lot of concerns about Katie's candidate.
00:07:23.000 She's not debating Kerry Lake.
00:07:26.000 We don't know.
00:07:28.000 If you're an Arizona Democrat, do you think things are going well?
00:07:32.000 And the answer is like, oh, yeah, they think things are just going swimmingly and the polls are tightening and all that.
00:07:39.000 You have these recent tracking polls between Katie Hobbs and Carrie Lake, and it's looking very, very good for Kerry Lake in more ways than one.
00:07:50.000 And Katie Hobbs is spending massive amounts of money, massive amounts of money on television.
00:07:56.000 Just pouring money into the airways.
00:08:03.000 And of course, Katie Hobbs is funded by out-of-state kind of Silicon Valley oligarch types that want to change and transform Arizona into kind of a California surrogate state to kind of become a satellite state of California.
00:08:20.000 And I don't think it's resonating.
00:08:21.000 I don't.
00:08:21.000 But you kind of look at the type of campaign that Carrie Lake is running.
00:08:25.000 I mean, unconventional doesn't even begin to describe it.
00:08:28.000 It's grassrootsy.
00:08:30.000 It's gritty.
00:08:32.000 She's focused.
00:08:34.000 She understands the issues that Arizonans care about.
00:08:37.000 And Carrie Lake also has almost ubiquitous name ID.
00:08:40.000 Kerry Lake was on local television for nearly 25, 30 years.
00:08:45.000 And I have to say that the idea that Katie Hobbs is refusing to debate is actually turning into a much bigger political downside than if Katie Hobbs just went and lost in the debate.
00:08:55.000 She's getting asked about it all the time.
00:08:58.000 It's turned into a much bigger political liability than Katie Hobbs double and triples down on it.
00:09:02.000 And everywhere she goes, people say, well, why won't you just debate her if she's such a threat to democracy, then beat her in a debate?
00:09:06.000 Like, oh, I don't have time for that.
00:09:09.000 And the message of like not debating by saying there is no debate to be had, it's so totalitarian and fascist when you think about that.
00:09:17.000 Oh, yeah, I don't need to debate my opponents.
00:09:19.000 I mean, just in a couple minutes, when we're done here, I'm going to be heading to the University of Texas, Austin, and we're going to have some debates.
00:09:26.000 We're going to have some disagreement.
00:09:27.000 We're going to have some spirited conversation.
00:09:32.000 We'll see if anybody actually wants to talk.
00:09:33.000 There will be.
00:09:34.000 It's a large campus.
00:09:35.000 There'll be some people that want to talk about it.
00:09:38.000 I'm sure they'll want to talk about abortion because that is a huge focus for young people.
00:09:42.000 And we'll have a conversation about that.
00:09:44.000 We'll see if we can actually talk about other issues as well, but we'll see.
00:09:49.000 This idea of I'm too good to debate you, you're seeing it manifest in other races all across the country.
00:09:56.000 It's really shocking to me.
00:09:58.000 And it's as if they know their ideas are so indefensible that they don't even want to show up to be able to debate.
00:10:07.000 Charlie Kirk here, look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back.
00:10:14.000 Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California.
00:10:17.000 She says this, quote, both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
00:10:22.000 We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.
00:10:28.000 I hear Yvonne, Relief Factor works for me too.
00:10:30.000 Relief Factor is a 100% drug-free solution developed by doctors based on scientific research to help your body attack the underlying inflammation causing you pain.
00:10:40.000 Three weeks from now, you could be doing the things you enjoy doing.
00:10:44.000 Your first step to becoming pain-free could be just to order the three-week quick start for only $19.95.
00:10:50.000 After trying Relief Factor, over half a million people have gone on to order more.
00:10:55.000 Go to relieffactor.com or call 8004Relief to find out more about this offer.
00:10:59.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 8004Relief.
00:11:02.000 Live your best life and feel the difference with Relief Factor.
00:11:08.000 I'm just fascinated by this entire thing of we don't allow debate, but it's a theme, isn't it?
00:11:13.000 You can't debate whether or not someone is trans on Twitter.
00:11:16.000 You can't debate the vaccine on YouTube.
00:11:19.000 Katie Hobbs does not want to debate Kerry Lake.
00:11:21.000 It's a theme.
00:11:22.000 Debate is a threat to the regime.
00:11:25.000 Suppression is the last gasp of a failing regime.
00:11:29.000 They must be able to shut you up.
00:11:31.000 They must be able to silence you.
00:11:34.000 And having dialogue, having conversation where you might be able to find common ground and we might be able to have some form of a moderate solution, that's not allowed.
00:11:45.000 You know, the lack of debate, I really believe, radicalizes our politics.
00:11:50.000 I think debate gets us closer towards moderate and prudent and common sense solutions for everybody.
00:11:59.000 When you don't debate, then you can misrepresent your opponent.
00:12:02.000 It's not a good sign when these candidates do this.
00:12:04.000 Play Cut 68.
00:12:06.000 And it doesn't do any service to the voters in terms of deciding, looking at the contrast between us and how we're going to govern if all she's going to do is shout over me, interrupt me, and spew lies.
00:12:22.000 So she certainly will not go unanswered.
00:12:25.000 We've looked for opportunities for formats where I can talk directly to voters.
00:12:29.000 They can hear directly from me without the spectacle that Carrie Lake is going to create.
00:12:33.000 She's just going to shout.
00:12:34.000 What are you talking about?
00:12:35.000 Carrie Lake doesn't shout.
00:12:37.000 She's going to shout.
00:12:39.000 There's this Arizona Central article, how to watch the non-existent Arizona debate between Katie Hobbs and Carrie Lake.
00:12:46.000 This is not going well for Katie Hobbs.
00:12:48.000 It isn't.
00:12:49.000 It says, how to watch a debate between Arizona gubernatorial candidates in your imagination, because evidently it won't take place anywhere else.
00:12:55.000 Hobbs has said that, quote, debating a conspiracy theorist like Carrie Lake, whose entire campaign platform is to cause enormous chaos and make Arizona the subject of national ridicule, would only lead to constant interruptions, pointless distractions, and childish name-calling.
00:13:10.000 Still, no debate.
00:13:12.000 What we lose without an Arizona governor's debate, well, obviously, you know, what you lose is very obvious.
00:13:16.000 I mean, it's just like clear.
00:13:18.000 And you see, a debate is important because you have to be able to see how they stand under pressure.
00:13:24.000 And, you know, debates don't always mean that much.
00:13:26.000 That's what's so weird about the Katie Hobbs calculation is that all Katie Hobbs had to do was somewhat prepare, hire some Democrat swindling consultant.
00:13:35.000 You're raising a bunch of money.
00:13:36.000 You can afford it.
00:13:37.000 Kind of just get a couple one-liners and then go out there.
00:13:39.000 Look, I mean, Mark Kelly got completely obliterated by Blake Masters.
00:13:44.000 Mark Kelly, I know, went to relieffactor.com after that debate because I don't think he could be able to even walk after Blake Masters metaphorically beat him.
00:13:53.000 It was very aggressive.
00:13:55.000 And I think, I mean, you look at Katie Hobbs, who just says, I want nothing to do with that.
00:14:03.000 And it's causing a much deeper problem.
00:14:06.000 And it opens this philosophical issue, which is the side that doesn't want the debate probably stands for some form of a totalitarian government.
00:14:17.000 The person who is willing to take questions and dialogue and answer and lean in, I trust that person a lot more.
00:14:25.000 Fetterman doesn't want to debate.
00:14:27.000 He says, oh, I'll do one debate at the end of October once all the mail-in ballots are already in, right?
00:14:33.000 There's other instances, too, of people that don't want to debate.
00:14:36.000 I mean, JD Vance just destroyed Tim Ryan in Ohio.
00:14:41.000 Just ran him over.
00:14:44.000 They know that.
00:14:45.000 Because Republicans, we have truth on our side.
00:14:48.000 And Democrats have a couple feel-good lines, and they have nothing to back up what they say.
00:14:51.000 Nothing at all.
00:14:53.000 Turns out that the Republican conservative message is very popular right now and should be.
00:14:59.000 So they just get absolutely massacred in these debates.
00:15:02.000 And they say, you know what?
00:15:04.000 It's not worth it.
00:15:04.000 But it's turning into an incredible political liability for them because decent independent voters in Arizona, which there are a lot of decent independent voters, that are not Republican, they're not Democrat, the one thing that they won't put up with is candidates that don't want to debate.
00:15:22.000 It feels very synthetic.
00:15:25.000 It feels very planned, concocted, cowardly, and as if, oh, I got this in the bag.
00:15:32.000 You're not worth my time.
00:15:34.000 And any candidate that refuses to debate, like Maggie Hassan or Hassan, or whatever her name is, in New Hampshire, she just backed out of a scheduled debate.
00:15:45.000 It shows that they don't respect their voters, that they don't think their voters need to see a collision of ideas.
00:15:55.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:17:02.000 Colonel, welcome to the program.
00:17:04.000 I want to ask you: what is your take right now on the Herschel Walker situation in Georgia?
00:17:09.000 I know you're friends with Herschel Walker.
00:17:12.000 Some conservatives are turning their back on Herschel.
00:17:16.000 And what's your thought on that?
00:17:17.000 And how should we react to the media smear job of Herschel Walker?
00:17:22.000 Well, it's good to be with you, Charlie, and it's incredible.
00:17:25.000 I'm out here at your compound in Phoenix, Arizona, and you're there in Texas where I live.
00:17:30.000 So obviously our planes flew past each other in the middle of the day or the night.
00:17:35.000 Look, the thing that we have to understand is that there are two different sets of rules for the left and for conservatives.
00:17:43.000 And right now, I think there was an article written in townhall.com by, I think, Scott Moorhead, and he talked about looking beyond these, you know, these attacks and these things that people are bringing out and focus on what is the long issue.
00:17:58.000 Do we want to have Raphael Warnock continue to be a senator from the state of Georgia, continue to vote along a very dangerous agenda, which undermines the morality of this country?
00:18:10.000 No person out there is completely perfect.
00:18:13.000 The only perfect person to walk this earth is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
00:18:16.000 So we all have our flaws.
00:18:18.000 And I think that one of the things we have to start looking at is, again, let's address the issues.
00:18:24.000 And, you know, the left is always good about attacking personalities and character that they believe.
00:18:30.000 But I think that in the long run, if you want to talk about who's going to be best for the state of Georgia, who's going to be best as a senator for the United States of America, without a doubt, it's Herschel.
00:18:38.000 And yeah, you've known Herschel for quite some time, and he denies the allegations.
00:18:43.000 And he also has been very clear about his position on life and what he will do as a U.S. Senator.
00:18:49.000 Why is it, do you think, Alan, that so many people on the right kind of get weak knees at this kind of situation?
00:18:56.000 I mean, we've seen so many, you know, awful character assaults, assassinations, Brett Kavanaugh, Donald Trump, and many times they turn out to be total and complete lies.
00:19:07.000 Why do you think that people on the right have such short memories when it comes to this stuff?
00:19:11.000 Well, I was just going to bring up the example of President Trump.
00:19:14.000 I mean, President Trump, if you want to talk about the life issue, had a complete epiphany, a complete metamorphosis.
00:19:20.000 And he was the most pro-life president that we've ever seen.
00:19:23.000 But the early Donald Trump was definitely not that.
00:19:26.000 If you want to talk about, you know, some issues with character, what have you, there were plenty of those things that were brought out about President Trump.
00:19:33.000 But in the long run, what happened for the United States of America?
00:19:36.000 Our economy was strong.
00:19:38.000 We were energy independent.
00:19:39.000 Our military capability and capacity was restored.
00:19:42.000 Our foreign policy was respected.
00:19:44.000 And so, again, I think that what happens on our side is we end up participating in this Pavlovian-like experiment of the left where we continue to react to these vicious, vile attacks that they put out there.
00:19:57.000 Look at what just happened with Jennifer Ruth Green, an Air Force Academy graduate, an Air Force veteran, where they actually went in unauthorized, got her military personnel file, and put it out there.
00:20:10.000 And one of the things in her personnel file was she was the victim of sexual assault when she was in Iraq.
00:20:16.000 And so, this is what the left does.
00:20:18.000 And we have to, you know, steal our resolve and stand up and not allow ourselves to be cow tiled to that because the only thing they have, Charlie, is the name-calling, the attacks against a person.
00:20:32.000 And really, you're from Chicago.
00:20:34.000 Saul Lelinsky was from Chicago.
00:20:37.000 That's his rules for radicals.
00:20:38.000 You go after the person, you don't talk about the issues.
00:20:41.000 And that's what they did to Donald Trump in 2020.
00:20:43.000 They didn't talk about the issues.
00:20:45.000 They hid away Joe Biden because they're trying to make us not want to go out and support our candidates.
00:20:52.000 Yeah, that's well said.
00:20:53.000 So let's talk about Texas.
00:20:54.000 I mean, you're anchored in Texas.
00:20:56.000 You do a great job there.
00:20:58.000 You have Robert Francis O'Rourke running up against Greg Abbott.
00:21:01.000 Obviously, you believe that Greg Abbott could be a lot more conservative and do a better job.
00:21:05.000 But are you in a position now where you think, hey, we have to consolidate?
00:21:08.000 We have to get behind Greg Abbott, even with some of the things we don't like.
00:21:12.000 Maybe he's doing more good than bad, especially with the threat of Robert Francis O'Rourke.
00:21:16.000 How should conservatives view maybe a lesser of two evils argument going into November this close to the midterms?
00:21:22.000 You know, I really get tired of the lesser of two evils thing.
00:21:25.000 I mean, we should really have outstanding candidates.
00:21:28.000 I look at what is happening with Senator Mike Lee up in Utah, where you don't even have the other senator from Utah, Mitt Romney, supporting him.
00:21:37.000 And so often the GOP establishment tells the constitutional conservative grassroots base to just shut up and vote for our person.
00:21:46.000 And they always undermine the conservatives.
00:21:49.000 You look at our legislative priorities.
00:21:51.000 I was in the Republican Party of Texas and the legislative priorities that we had completely disavowed and dismissed by the leadership there in Texas.
00:21:59.000 And I think that it comes a time when people get tired of being abused and cast aside and dismissed.
00:22:05.000 Will Governor Greg Abbott win?
00:22:07.000 Yeah, he'll end up winning.
00:22:08.000 It'll be a lot tighter than people believe because Texas is incredibly so transitioning to something we don't want to see happen.
00:22:16.000 The left is very good at going into successful red states and they take over the major urban population centers.
00:22:22.000 And unfortunately, we have governors that go out to California, some of these other places, and they ask for these major businesses and corporations to move there.
00:22:30.000 But we don't put a restriction on the amount of employees that they can bring in instead of them hiring people in Texas or in Tennessee or in Georgia or what have you.
00:22:41.000 So this is like a self-fulfilling prophecy.
00:22:43.000 Now, what O'Rourke is doing, he's going out into the rural areas.
00:22:46.000 I mean, he's going to Alpine, Texas, out in West Texas, and getting 600 some people to show up, Fredericksburg, Texas.
00:22:53.000 So I think that this is a lesson that has to be learned.
00:22:56.000 And I think you're going to see a little bit different avenue going forward in Texas and some of our other strong red states.
00:23:03.000 Yeah, I don't think Robert Francis is going to win.
00:23:05.000 I think it's going to be tighter than people think.
00:23:07.000 That's such an important point, though, that you bring up, Colonel West, where you mention how these red state governors, they will go to other states.
00:23:15.000 And it seems good, right?
00:23:17.000 It seems like a great idea.
00:23:18.000 I just recruited, you know, Cisco to go open up a new data center in Austin.
00:23:25.000 And that's a good thing if all you care about is economic development, which obviously we care about.
00:23:29.000 But then you got to say, hold on a second.
00:23:30.000 Wait a second.
00:23:31.000 So they're going to bring 600 26-year-olds from San Francisco to Austin, Texas.
00:23:41.000 What is their value system, right?
00:23:43.000 And so, and then that you multiply that over a longer period of time.
00:23:47.000 And are you recruiting business or are you recruiting Democrat voters?
00:23:52.000 Now, it's one thing to say, hey, like, let's go build a new plant.
00:23:54.000 Go hire Texans.
00:23:55.000 Okay, great.
00:23:56.000 Terrific, right?
00:23:57.000 Wages go up.
00:23:58.000 The labor pool is restricted.
00:24:00.000 But then you bring in out of staters that generally don't share your values.
00:24:04.000 Well, then you all of a sudden start to see a state turn and flip.
00:24:10.000 You know, so Colonel, why, just build that out a little bit more for us.
00:24:14.000 Is this driven by the Chamber of Commerce?
00:24:15.000 Are they stupid?
00:24:16.000 Are they dumb?
00:24:17.000 Are they corrupt?
00:24:17.000 Are they all of it?
00:24:18.000 Walk us through it.
00:24:19.000 All the above.
00:24:21.000 You know, I was born and raised in Georgia.
00:24:23.000 Georgia used to be a powerful, you know, conservative red state.
00:24:27.000 I mean, it's the largest landmass state east of the Mississippi River, 159 counties.
00:24:32.000 But who controls Georgia now?
00:24:34.000 It is the Atlanta metropolitan area, Macon, Savannah, Columbus, and Augusta.
00:24:38.000 But what was the big change in Georgia was that we went out and asked Hollywood to move to Georgia.
00:24:44.000 And we gave them all of these tax abatements and things of that nature.
00:24:48.000 And now Georgia is completely different.
00:24:49.000 And the same thing is happening in Texas.
00:24:52.000 Yes, we want to have a thriving economy in Texas.
00:24:54.000 We want to be a big tech hub, but you got to think about some of the people that you're allowing to come in.
00:25:00.000 Instead of growing your own talent organically within the state of Texas, you're going out and you're getting Google and you're getting Meta and all these other people.
00:25:07.000 You just talked about Cisco.
00:25:09.000 And the other thing, when you combine it with what you are doing is so important, you have these leftist colleges and universities there in Texas.
00:25:17.000 You're going to go speak at the University of Texas, Austin.
00:25:20.000 That is rated as one of the worst campuses for conservative students in the United States of America.
00:25:25.000 And then furthermore, you're allowing leftism to creep in into your high schools, into your independent school districts.
00:25:31.000 Who would have ever thought that in Texas we'd have drag queen story hour or we'd have kids going to drag queen drag shows or child gender modification surgery in Texas?
00:25:42.000 But yet that was one of the legislative priorities that the Republican controlled legislature in Texas and Governor Greg Abbott did nothing to rectify our resolve.
00:25:51.000 Why?
00:25:51.000 You follow the money.
00:25:52.000 Fastest growing medical clinics in Texas are gender modification clinics.
00:25:57.000 Second largest facility for killing unborn babies in the womb in the world is located in Houston, Texas.
00:26:04.000 So that just tells you some of the things that have happened.
00:26:08.000 Yeah.
00:26:09.000 And so Colonel West, that's such a good point where you're talking about how the GOP legislature did nothing.
00:26:14.000 And I mean, I go to Travis, you know, not Travis County.
00:26:17.000 I go to, I guess, no, no, no, it would not be.
00:26:22.000 Yeah, Austin is Travis County.
00:26:24.000 Oh, Fort Worth is there.
00:26:25.000 When I go to Houston, I can't remember what county it is.
00:26:27.000 Harris County.
00:26:28.000 Harris County.
00:26:29.000 I just see a rapidly changing, you know, demographic.
00:26:33.000 I see everything that is going in a much more liberal direction.
00:26:36.000 Yeah, of course, Harris County.
00:26:38.000 And so, you know, Colonel West, what should the agenda be for red states for us to preserve our values against these blue state invading imperialists?
00:26:49.000 Well, first and foremost, you don't invite them in.
00:26:51.000 And if you do invite them in, you tell them that these are the standards.
00:26:55.000 These are the rules here.
00:26:56.000 You know, it is absolutely what Einstein called the pure definition of insanity to continue to do the exact same thing and think you're going to get different results.
00:27:04.000 So why would you move your business here from a failing state being a California, Illinois, New York, or New Jersey, and you want to turn a successful red state into where you just departed?
00:27:14.000 And when you look at Houston and Harris County, I want you to think about that's the cradle of the oil and gas industry darn near of the world.
00:27:23.000 But yet we have people in Texas that are voting against their own interests with a strong oil and gas industry that made the United States of America energy independent.
00:27:32.000 The number one exporter of liquefied natural gas in the world is Port Arthur, Texas.
00:27:38.000 But yet we have people that are voting against that.
00:27:41.000 And so we need to, as Republicans, come out and talk about these things.
00:27:45.000 And I don't think we do a good job drawing that clear delineation between the progressive socialist left, the Marxists, and constitutional conservatives.
00:27:54.000 Yeah, that is such an important point.
00:27:56.000 It just is so perplexing to me to see the oil capital of the world then voting against oil.
00:28:03.000 I really think I'm going to be in Houston, Texas tomorrow.
00:28:06.000 If I see a Tesla in Houston, Texas, I'm going to say this has been quite the green energy invasion.
00:28:16.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:28:17.000 The southern border is wide open, and we have to tell the world about it.
00:28:21.000 Our team at Turning Point USA has been working over the last year to have a one-of-a-kind documentary all about the drugs, the guns, the crime, the criminals that are flowing across the southern border.
00:28:31.000 Our team at Turning Point USA has been working so hard on this through amazing frontline footage that shows the border patrol agents, shows people crossing the border, the illegal drug trade, the economic and societal fallout that illegal immigration has on the United States.
00:28:46.000 Every single state is a border state.
00:28:49.000 And we here being headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, want the rest of the country, want you all across America to see what we are living through in Arizona.
00:28:58.000 It's a one-of-a-kind docu series available exclusively on salemnow.com.
00:29:02.000 That is salemnow.com.
00:29:04.000 You guys will see the poorest southern border wide open and what we can do to solve it.
00:29:09.000 If you want to learn about the border, this is your opportunity.
00:29:12.000 Brought to you by Turning Point USA available at salemnow.com.
00:29:18.000 I can no longer remain in today's Democratic Party that's under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers who are driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue and stoking anti-white racism, who actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms that are enshrined in our Constitution, who are hostile to people of faith and spirituality,
00:29:45.000 who demonize the police but protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans, who believe in open borders, who weaponize the national security state to go after their political opponents, and above all, who are dragging us ever closer to nuclear war.
00:30:02.000 Now, I believe in a government that's of the people, by the people, and for the people.
00:30:09.000 Unfortunately, today's Democratic Party does not.
00:30:12.000 Instead, it stands for a government that is of, by, and for the powerful elite.
00:30:19.000 Now, I'm calling on my fellow common sense, independent-minded Democrats to join me in leaving the Democratic Party.
00:30:27.000 If you can no longer stomach the direction that the so-called woke Democratic Party ideologues are taking our country, then I invite you to join me.
00:30:37.000 That was an incredible clip.
00:30:38.000 And I want to tell you that really that was one of those Saul to Paul epiphany moments.
00:30:44.000 And I think what Tulsi Gabbard has come to the realization, she is a commissioned officer in the United States Army.
00:30:51.000 And I would say that every single person that is a veteran and people that have served, you take an oath to the Constitution of the United States of America.
00:31:01.000 And I don't understand how anyone that has taken an oath to the Constitution in the United States of America aligned themselves with a group of individuals, a political ideology and philosophy of governance that is the antithesis.
00:31:14.000 It is anathema to our constitutional republic.
00:31:18.000 And so I think that she has come to that realization.
00:31:20.000 And here was someone that once upon a time was on the platform to run to be a president, nominee for the Democrat Party, that endorsed Bernie Sanders, an avowed quote-unquote Democrat socialist.
00:31:33.000 But now she's realizing the dangers of that philosophy of governance, which has evidenced itself throughout history to be dangerous.
00:31:42.000 And so I think that more veterans are going to sit back and say, you know, I took an oath to this Constitution.
00:31:48.000 These people do not believe and stand for the Constitution, which really is a restraining document on the powers of the federal government and is empowering to the individuals and especially as you talked about, Charlie, the states.
00:32:01.000 And we got to get back to that system of federalism.
00:32:04.000 And so I welcome her coming away from that incredible cabal of dangerous people.
00:32:12.000 Well, Colonel Alan West, I couldn't agree more.
00:32:14.000 It's amazing how many veterans still vote Democrat.
00:32:16.000 It just doesn't make sense to me.
00:32:17.000 Colonel Alan West, hope to see you soon.
00:32:19.000 Glad you were in Phoenix.
00:32:20.000 Thanks so much for joining us.
00:32:21.000 Great job.
00:32:21.000 Thank you.
00:32:22.000 Thank you, sir.
00:32:24.000 All right, everybody.
00:32:25.000 I want to just read some emails here: freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:32:29.000 Charlie, I have talked to people who work in Houston for oil companies who vote Democrat.
00:32:32.000 They say Democrat decisions don't affect them directly.
00:32:35.000 They literally say that.
00:32:36.000 They want to get rid of fossil fuels and they think their decisions don't affect them directly.
00:32:41.000 Amazing.
00:32:42.000 Go to this one here.
00:32:44.000 Charlie, I really want to know what's going on with Fetterman.
00:32:46.000 What is the deeper health issue?
00:32:48.000 I don't quite understand it.
00:32:49.000 Thanks, Laura.
00:32:50.000 Yeah, we don't either.
00:32:51.000 That's very serious question.
00:32:54.000 Hey, Charlie, love the show.
00:32:55.000 Are we Republicans ready for what the Democrats might do at the last minute to win elections?
00:32:58.000 Do we have a plan in place?
00:33:00.000 Don't we need to be one step ahead of them?
00:33:01.000 Are we ready?
00:33:02.000 I totally agree.
00:33:02.000 We've talked about that on this program.
00:33:04.000 What suppression, what October surprise?
00:33:06.000 What sort of mule operation might they be implementing?
00:33:11.000 We have to be vigilant, everybody.
00:33:12.000 I do not trust these people, and I know you don't either.
00:33:15.000 They have something up their sleeve.
00:33:17.000 After what we saw in 2020, we have to be vigilant.
00:33:20.000 We've gone through the threat analysis of what they could potentially do coming into the midterm election.
00:33:24.000 And I'm not convinced Republicans are prepared.
00:33:28.000 Why wouldn't they just do it again?
00:33:31.000 In some states, we made some fixes, but we need poll watchers.
00:33:33.000 We need all sorts of different things.
00:33:34.000 We also need to secure our vote by voting in person and no longer putting your vote in an envelope.
00:33:41.000 Show up on election day with five friends, with 10 friends, with 15 friends, right on election day.
00:33:49.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:33:50.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:33:53.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:33:54.000 God bless.
