00:01:41.000 One of the biggest stories is allegedly they're going to keep Donald Trump off the ballot in Colorado until the Supreme Court intervenes.
00:01:48.000 Well, joining us now is Dave Williams, GOP Chair of Colorado.
00:01:53.000 You guys can check out kahlogeop.org to support the fight.
00:01:57.000 Dave, welcome to the program.
00:01:59.000 Give us the latest from Colorado.
00:02:00.000 You bet.
00:02:01.000 We appealed the decision from the Colorado Supreme Court to the United States Supreme Court, and we're waiting for them to grant a cert.
00:02:09.000 We anticipate that they will and that we'll have oral arguments sometime this month.
00:02:15.000 I think they're waiting on Donald Trump and his team to file their appeal and that way they'll consolidate the case.
00:02:21.000 But we expect to hear something very soon and make our appeal to them in person very soon.
00:02:28.000 Okay, so kind of give us some more background.
00:02:31.000 What is the challenge for Colorado blocking Trump from the ballot and just kind of all the different ramifications here?
00:02:38.000 You bet.
00:02:39.000 I think ultimately the challenge here is that other states will follow suit.
00:02:44.000 They're going to take the ruling from the Colorado Supreme Court and use that as justification to knock Donald Trump off the ballot in other states.
00:02:51.000 You saw this already in Maine, and I think you're about to see more of that if the United States Supreme Court doesn't step in and stop this.
00:02:58.000 This is an attack on our very foundation of our republic here.
00:03:02.000 If we don't have free and fair elections, then we're certainly not going to be able to have the people decide and hold power for themselves on how we're going to govern ourselves.
00:03:11.000 The stakes are incredibly high, and if we don't step in and stop this now, we're going to lose our country.
00:03:17.000 Is this popular amongst even independents in Colorado, disenfranchising voters and keeping selections off the ballot?
00:03:24.000 No, not at all.
00:03:25.000 In fact, I think it's backfiring.
00:03:26.000 So the left who's funding this, this is funded by a George Soros group, and they're doing everything they can to eliminate Donald Trump from the competition.
00:03:36.000 I think what they are going to find out is it's going to punish Democrats once this is slapped down.
00:03:42.000 At least we think it's going to be slapped down by the United States Supreme Court.
00:03:45.000 But there are Republicans, Independents, Democrats that just don't like the fact that unelected judges are somehow telling them who they can vote for.
00:03:55.000 That's un-American, and I ultimately think that Donald Trump is going to win this case, but also be rewarded politically because it's just beyond the pale.
00:04:07.000 So, talk, you know, one of the more disappointing stories of the last couple decades is how Colorado went from a ruby red state to a deep blue state.
00:04:14.000 Talk about the blueprint, how changing of election laws, mass mail and voting, how that all played a role into changing Colorado into now a difficult state for conservatives.
00:04:26.000 Yeah, this is something that your viewers should be concerned about all across the country.
00:04:30.000 The blueprint was a way for wealthy, dark-money groups and interests to essentially purchase a state.
00:04:37.000 They did it incrementally, and it was done over a span of 20-plus years, but ultimately it involves putting a lot of money behind a lot of dark groups who then go buy elections through false advertising and corrupt marketing practices.
00:04:51.000 And once they get into power, they change the rules to allow for mail-in voting, universal mail-in voting, or automatic voter registration, for instance.
00:04:59.000 And they further solidify their power through those mechanisms, and they keep repeating it until they reach critical mass.
00:05:09.000 It's not over for Colorado yet, but we're definitely in a bind.
00:05:12.000 And every other state party, every other Republican operation in any other state should take notice and do whatever they can to prevent that from happening like it happened here.
00:05:23.000 Yeah.
00:05:23.000 And so the kind of blueprint or the model they're using is now going to try in Arizona.
00:05:29.000 They're trying it in Washington.
00:05:32.000 So, and there is a split, I'm sure, amongst Republicans of how to handle this.
00:05:37.000 And eventually you get, you know, extraordinarily outnumbered and they institutionally take over almost every single measure of the infrastructure of Colorado.
00:05:48.000 So talk about the fight within the Republican Party as well.
00:05:51.000 Are there Republicans who are supportive of Trump not being on the ballot or they think we should be more moderate?
00:05:57.000 Kind of walk us through that.
00:05:58.000 Yeah, you bet.
00:05:59.000 They're in the minority.
00:06:01.000 Thanks to a lot of wonderful America First Patriots implementing the precinct strategy, we've taken over the party apparatus.
00:06:10.000 We're instituting meaningful reforms that are actually going to put us in a position to make some gains.
00:06:16.000 One of the reasons why the blueprint was successful is because the traditional failed, feckless leaders of the past, the strategists who just want to compromise and give up on the fight, are no longer involved, or at least their power has been diminished.
00:06:31.000 We can win if we put forward a bold contrast and start throwing punches at Democrats.
00:06:38.000 We have to go on offense.
00:06:39.000 If we're going to win, we have to be able to make the case and not be afraid of what the press or the pundits or the corrupt power brokers are trying to sell us.
00:06:49.000 We do that, we're going to win.
00:06:50.000 And so we've taken over the party, and a lot of these people are either leaving the state or leaving politics in Colorado generally and trying to grift in some other place.
00:07:00.000 So beware.
00:07:01.000 If some consultants go into your state, make sure you do your history and see if they're true patriots.
00:07:06.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:07:08.000 And so if Donald Trump is not going to be able to go on the ballot, are you guys pursuing a potential caucus system?
00:07:14.000 Absolutely.
00:07:15.000 If the Supreme Court doesn't overturn this, I think it's going to create chaos nationally.
00:07:20.000 But all we can do is what we can do in Colorado.
00:07:23.000 What we're prepared to do is pivot away from a presidential primary that would be rigged, in our opinion, to a pure caucus system where Donald Trump and anyone else can compete fairly.
00:07:33.000 And more importantly, our voters can choose the candidates they think is best to represent us.
00:07:39.000 And our state assembly, our convention is going to take place on April 6th.
00:07:45.000 And we need all the help we can get in order to implement that should it happen.
00:07:50.000 If worst case scenario, if they don't allow them on the ballot, we have to switch to a caucus.
00:07:55.000 And that's going to take time, energy, and money that, frankly, we don't have.
00:07:58.000 So, please, viewers, please visit our website at COLOGOP.org and help us fund this fight, not only in the court, but outside the court as well.
00:08:08.000 Very good.
00:08:09.000 Well, Dave Williams, keep up the fight in Colorado.
00:08:11.000 Thank you so much.
00:08:12.000 Thank you so much, Charlie.
00:08:14.000 One of the stories that broke in the last couple of weeks, it's not just Colorado, it's Maine as well.
00:08:20.000 And it's in Colorado, in some ways, it was not better, but it was a little bit easier to stomach because there was a vote and it was four to three.
00:08:28.000 In Maine, it's just one person.
00:08:30.000 The Secretary of State unilaterally is deciding not to allow Donald Trump on the ballot.
00:08:35.000 And what's been just not surprising, but something to witness is the regime media, the people that praise our democracy, our democracy, our democracy, our democracy are perfectly fine with a single person, a Secretary of State, saying, man, I don't think they should be on the ballot.
00:08:56.000 I just don't think they should be on the ballot.
00:08:58.000 Why?
00:08:59.000 Because I have my duty to the 14th Amendment.
00:09:01.000 Has the person been indicted for insurrection or let alone convicted of insurrection?
00:09:05.000 No, just I, based on my opinion, the person committed insurrection.
00:09:10.000 And this is where this is headed.
00:09:11.000 And I don't like this, but here's where we need to start exploring this.
00:09:14.000 The only thing they understand is force.
00:09:16.000 Why is there no effort to take Biden off the ballot in Texas and Florida?
00:09:20.000 I don't like going that way.
00:09:22.000 It feels really tit for tat, but you got to go, you got to fight fire with fire.
00:09:26.000 You got to punch back twice as hard.
00:09:28.000 I've been patient for a couple of weeks.
00:09:30.000 I'm waiting for the Supreme Court.
00:09:31.000 Hopefully the Supreme Court can come in and calm this down.
00:09:33.000 I don't want to live in a country where red states take off Democrat candidates and blue states take off Republican candidates.
00:09:39.000 But if you're going to take off Donald Trump for allegedly insurrection, Joe Biden is allowing an insurrection to occur on the southern border every single day.
00:09:48.000 Every single day, they're allowing an insurrection to occur.
00:09:52.000 And we're supposed to just take it that a former president is not allowed on a southern border.
00:09:57.000 So there's got to be some sort of warning shot.
00:10:01.000 What Republican Secretary of State around the country is going to say, I don't think Joe Biden should be allowed on the ballot.
00:10:07.000 And go do the press circus.
00:10:08.000 Say, you know, Joe Biden is a traitor to the United States.
00:10:11.000 Why?
00:10:11.000 Because I think he is.
00:10:13.000 What evidence do you have?
00:10:14.000 Look at the border.
00:10:16.000 He's a traitor.
00:10:18.000 Make the news media cover that.
00:10:20.000 They'll say, oh, Secretarius, Republican Secretary of State.
00:10:24.000 I thought it's okay.
00:10:25.000 I thought it's okay for Secretary of States to remove candidates.
00:10:32.000 We're going to explore this.
00:10:33.000 I don't celebrate it.
00:10:34.000 I don't rejoice in it.
00:10:36.000 I don't like it.
00:10:37.000 I want elections to solve who should have power, but appeasement isn't working.
00:10:41.000 Us sitting by and hoping things get better.
00:10:44.000 And he's off the ballot in Colorado, off the ballot in Maine.
00:10:47.000 Hey, who's the Secretary of State of Wyoming?
00:10:49.000 Who's the Secretary of State of South Dakota?
00:10:50.000 Just come out and say, Biden is not allowed on the ballot.
00:10:53.000 How will they react?
00:10:54.000 Fight fire with fire.
00:11:00.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:11:01.000 With each year that passes, the term health goals takes on more and more importance for me.
00:11:06.000 In my younger days, feeling great and feeling healthy was something I took for granted.
00:11:11.000 Now it's become an active goal in my life.
00:11:13.000 This means I do specific things to help me get there.
00:11:16.000 And one of those things I do every day is take Balance of Nature's Fruits and Veggie supplements.
00:11:21.000 Why did I choose Balance of Nature?
00:11:23.000 So many reasons.
00:11:24.000 But probably one of the most important to me is that they're always made from whole food ingredients.
00:11:29.000 Have you started getting more serious about your health goals like I have?
00:11:32.000 I strongly urge you to check out Balance of Nature.

00:11:54.000 That is balanceofnature.com, discount code Charlie to get 35% off.
00:12:02.000 Is it time to kick Joe Biden off the ballot?
00:12:05.000 Look, I'm not thrilled with it.
00:12:07.000 I'm not thrilled with this idea that we have to use political power, but this is where they're going.
00:12:12.000 And what are we going to be chumps on the sideline?
00:12:15.000 We're just going to kind of watch and look and hope that things get better.
00:12:20.000 Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick in Texas is saying it's time to take Joe Biden off the ballot in Texas.
00:12:27.000 And again, I don't think we should rejoice in this.
00:12:29.000 I don't think we should say that this is the good thing.
00:12:32.000 But it might be necessary to get their attention.
00:12:34.000 Make them defend it.
00:12:36.000 Make them defend this concept.
00:12:39.000 It's mutually assured destruction.
00:12:41.000 If the 2024 election isn't allowed to be a fair vote between Biden and Trump, then it will be a fatal blow to the American system.
00:12:49.000 And we have to send that message.
00:12:50.000 We have to send the message that if you're going to take Donald Trump off the ballot in Colorado and Maine, then we'll take Joe Biden off the ballot in Mississippi and in Alabama and in South Carolina and in Tennessee and in Kentucky and in Kansas.
00:13:08.000 You have to send that message.
00:13:09.000 If you do not have mutually assured destruction, then they control everything.
00:13:14.000 They have all the chips and all the cards.
00:13:17.000 By the way, we want a fair fight.
00:13:19.000 You know what's so interesting is we want the fair fight.
00:13:21.000 They don't.
00:13:22.000 We want everybody on the ballot.
00:13:24.000 We want votes to be counted ethically.
00:13:26.000 We don't want a month.
00:13:28.000 Here's how you know you're on the right side of history.
00:13:30.000 What side wants the fair fight and what side is arguing for the unfair fight?
00:13:35.000 They're arguing for like taking him off the ballot and insurrection and putting him in jail.
00:13:40.000 At some point, you're going to reach a breaking point.
00:13:44.000 And we're awfully close to that.
00:13:46.000 By the way, they don't want a fair fight because they know they lose in a fair fight because deep down, they know that they are vessels of destruction.
00:13:57.000 They know that they have nothing to run on.
00:13:58.000 What are you going to run on the border?
00:14:00.000 You're going to run on the economy, the dollar being destroyed.
00:14:03.000 You're going to run on inflation.
00:14:04.000 You're going to run transing our kids, grooming nine-year-olds.
00:14:07.000 What are you going to run on?
00:14:09.000 They know that in a presidential year where there's insanely high turnout and issues are actually openly debated with Twitter, make no mistake.
00:14:19.000 I don't know if they'd be doing this if Twitter was still captured.
00:14:21.000 I have a whole theory on this.
00:14:24.000 The fact that Twitter is liberated bothers them.
00:14:27.000 There is a messenger system to challenge the power structure.
00:14:34.000 There is an ability for them to have their BS called out.
00:14:37.000 They don't like that.
00:14:39.000 Their ideas cause national suicide.
00:14:42.000 And we'll take a fair fight any day.
00:14:44.000 But if you refuse to make it fair, then game on.
00:14:48.000 By the way, then all of a sudden it's fair again.
00:14:50.000 Us taking Joe Biden off the ballot is not something we should celebrate.
00:14:57.000 But game on, baby.
00:14:59.000 I think it's time for us to roll up our sleeves.
00:15:02.000 I want to see a Secretary of State in the next couple of days just put out the press release.
00:15:08.000 Joe Biden's not going to be on the primary ballot.
00:15:10.000 He's not going to be on the general election ballot.
00:15:11.000 Make the Supreme Court rule on the constitutionality of both Trump and Biden on the 2024 election.
00:15:19.000 Shot across the bow.
00:15:20.000 Power dynamics.
00:15:23.000 Fight power with power.
00:15:26.000 This is not something that, by the way, this just shows, this shows you everything.
00:15:30.000 They call us fascists.
00:15:31.000 They call us all this.
00:15:32.000 We want elections.
00:15:33.000 What kind of, we want representative government.
00:15:37.000 We want decentralized power.
00:15:41.000 We don't want one size fits all.
00:15:45.000 They know what they're doing.
00:15:46.000 And Tucker said it best.
00:15:48.000 There is not a shred of evidence that the people in charge are acting as stewards of the American project.
00:15:57.000 There's not any evidence that they're trying to pass this thing down.
00:16:00.000 They want complete obliteration of this.
00:16:04.000 Complete.
00:16:04.000 So happy talk is over.
00:16:07.000 Patty cake, patty cake.
00:16:08.000 Like Speaker Johnson, he's doing patty cake today.
00:16:10.000 It drives me crazy.
00:16:11.000 Enough.
00:16:12.000 Go run a Bible study.
00:16:12.000 Waste of time.
00:16:14.000 We need hardball.
00:16:16.000 It's time for us to buckle up and get in the arena.
00:16:21.000 So as soon as I mean, you got this librarian-looking loser in Maine.
00:16:27.000 Oh, well, it's good for democracy.
00:16:29.000 Okay, I'm not even going to tolerate that.
00:16:31.000 You're a waste of time.
00:16:32.000 You're a liar.
00:16:33.000 You're an arsonist to the country.
00:16:35.000 You're a bad person.
00:16:36.000 And instead of debating you, which is obviously a waste of time, I prefer to have debate.
00:16:41.000 We're going to use power.
00:16:42.000 How are you going to respond to that, Rachel Maddow?
00:16:44.000 I want Rachel.
00:16:45.000 I want to see Rachel Maddow's face, you know, in her lesbian black suit.
00:16:50.000 Oh, in a threat to democracy, they're keeping Biden off the ballot.
00:16:55.000 Play offense.
00:16:56.000 It's the only option.
00:16:58.000 It's not something we rejoice.
00:16:59.000 It's not something we celebrate, but it's necessary.
00:17:02.000 Power politics.
00:17:09.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:17:13.000 If you deal with exhaustion, brain fog, mood swings, or food cravings, if you're constantly getting sick or simply lack the zeal you used to have in life, then I have some news for you.
00:17:23.000 While back, I found a liquid supplement called Strong Cell, and it changed my health in a very profound way.
00:17:28.000 I take it every single day.
00:17:31.000 Look, I knew I had to partner with them.
00:17:32.000 I did the research.
00:17:33.000 Google and look up online what happens when you mix NADH with CoQ10 and marine collagen.
00:17:39.000 It's simple.
00:17:40.000 Every area of your body has cells.
00:17:42.000 So if your cells are healthier, then you will also be healthier.
00:17:46.000 You don't have to take my word for it.
00:17:47.000 Listen to one of these testimonials.
00:17:49.000 After taking Strong Cell for six weeks, I found improvement in many areas, less shoulder pain, improved mental clarity, increased natural energy, and so much more.
00:17:55.000 I'm thankful that Charlie Kirk recommended this to his listeners.
00:17:58.000 Rebecca says, I absolutely love Strong Cell.
00:18:01.000 At first, I didn't think it would make much of a difference for my chronic fatigue, depression, and anxiety, but I thought I'd give it a chance.
00:18:07.000 I've tried to find depression meds for 10 years, and since you Strong Cell, I'm feeling better than I ever have on depression medication.
00:18:14.000 Customer for life, thank you, Charlie Kirk, for recommending this product.

00:18:31.000 Each of our bodies is very different.

00:19:04.000 Joining us now is Heather McDonald.
00:19:07.000 She is the author of When Race Trumps Merit, How the Pursuit of Equity Sacrifices Excellence, Destroys Beauty, and Threatens Lives.
00:19:14.000 And boy, we are living in that culture right now.
00:19:18.000 Heather, welcome back to the program.
00:19:20.000 Heather, your reaction to former President Gay at Harvard.
00:19:24.000 How should we think about this?
00:19:25.000 Well, it's simply extraordinary what has happened over the last several months, Charlie.
00:19:30.000 Nobody would have seen this coming.
00:19:32.000 The people who believe in merit, who believe in excellence, have made much further progress than I would have believed.
00:19:40.000 On the other hand, I'm not going to be too over optimistic here because in getting rid of gay, the Harvard Corporation has made it very clear that it intends to stay on the same course that gay personified, which is the elevation of race over merit and what the Harvard Corporation calls inclusivity, which is code word for your audience, Charlie.
00:20:06.000 Anytime they hear inclusivity, they should simply know that what is being talked about is the evisceration of colorblind neutral standards because you can have merit or you can have diversity or so-called inclusivity.
00:20:20.000 You cannot have both.
00:20:21.000 So Harvard says our core value is inclusivity.
00:20:25.000 It's basically telling you we are not going to be a colorblind meritocratic institution.
00:20:30.000 Onward with inclusiveness is your new story at Citi Journal.
00:20:35.000 You argue that it's unlikely to change anything at Harvard, though.
00:20:39.000 Talk about how there is an entire, you could use the word deep state, but almost administrative state at Harvard that shares these values.
00:20:47.000 And she was nothing more than just one example of potential thousands.
00:20:52.000 I mean, the next president will be the same ideology, the same worldview, the same philosophy, Heather McDonald.
00:20:59.000 That's right.
00:20:59.000 The amount of diversity bureaucrats at Harvard is simply stunning.
00:21:04.000 I did a count last summer and City Journal wouldn't even allow me to publish all of them because it was too tedious.
00:21:11.000 It figured pages after pages.
00:21:13.000 You're never going to get a reader to plow through this all.
00:21:16.000 So we had to provide a very truncated list.
00:21:19.000 But every single school at Harvard has a full phalanx of these left-wing bureaucrats who have no academic expertise whatsoever.
00:21:28.000 Their only purpose in life is to enforce a left-wing ideology that sadly far too many professors are all too happy to conform to.
00:21:39.000 And Harvard is no different from basically the rest of higher education, Charlie, as you well know.
00:21:46.000 And they pump out every single year graduates who have been brainwashed into the idea that America remains profoundly systemically racist, that any neutral standard that seeks to identify excellence,
00:22:02.000 if that standard results in a insufficiently black and Hispanic selection, you know, whether it's trying to find people to work in a cancer lab at Harvard or at Yale or at UMass General Hospital,
00:22:21.000 if there aren't sufficient blacks at Google working in their nanotechnology department, the only allowable explanation, according to Harvard and the rest of higher education and increasingly the federal government, state governments, local governments is racism.
00:22:36.000 You are not allowed to talk about the fact that there are vast academic skills gaps between Blacks on the one hand and whites and Asians on the other that make it impossible to put together a meritocratic crew of workers in high skilled professions and have them be racially proportionate.
00:22:57.000 So, Heather, that's a really important segue as we're kind of jumping around here.
00:23:01.000 This Bloomberg story came out today.
00:23:04.000 I'm not sure if you saw it.
00:23:05.000 It's breathtaking.
00:23:07.000 So since the racial reckoning of Floyd Apalooza, which you were excellent on, and you deserve a lot of credit, you had moral clarity throughout the entire thing.
00:23:15.000 Corporate America said, okay, we pledge to hire more people of color.
00:23:19.000 And it has now come out that at major U.S. companies, the S ⁇ P 100, according to Bloomberg.com, 94% of those new jobs went to people of color or non-whites.
00:23:33.000 So only 6% of the new jobs of 300,000 jobs.
00:23:37.000 Heather, there is no spin on this.
00:23:41.000 There's so many takeaways.
00:23:43.000 First, I want your immediate reaction to this shocking story that 94% of all new hires in the S ⁇ P 100 went to people of color.
00:23:52.000 We are heading towards civilizational collapse, Charlie, because we are putting mediocrity into our institutions.
00:24:01.000 I am not saying that there are not highly qualified blacks, but they are not there in the proportion of their proportion in the population at large, which is 13%, because of these gaping academic skills.
00:24:16.000 But we insist on pursuing diversity instead of excellence.
00:24:20.000 We are going to tear down the caliber of our most competitive institutions, whether it's in science, but things like air traffic control, customer service.
00:24:31.000 I don't know what your experience has been like, Charlie, but for me, every time I try to get through to something, I experience mistake after mistake in our corporate bureaucracies.
00:24:42.000 And this is one partial explanation for this.
00:24:45.000 This is, it is racial discrimination for sure, because given what we know about the distribution of skills, you can only arrive at those ratios by deciding that you are not going to proceed in a colorblind fashion and you're going to ignore the most qualified candidates in favor of those whose only qualification is their skin color.
00:25:07.000 And look, Heather, I'm really afraid to say this, but I have a couple, what you could call whistleblowers in air traffic control, ATC, that work for the FAA, and they have privately confided in me, some that I know very well, that if you walked into an air traffic control tower, you would be horrified.
00:25:07.000 Yeah.
00:25:25.000 It is staffed under affirmative action type guidelines.
00:25:29.000 And I'm told, and again, this is just, I don't know this firsthand, but it is from a whistleblower type at the FAA that there are near misses of plane crashes way more than people realize happening at major airports.
00:25:42.000 Because if you think about it, air traffic control, that is a 30 to 90 second margin.
00:25:49.000 You threw something up.
00:25:50.000 You're dealing with people's lives.
00:25:52.000 And Heather, I pray, I pray that we do not have a major plane accident or plane crash because of this.
00:25:59.000 But I've heard from people that you're dealing at very, very high stakes.
00:26:05.000 And so we put that aside.
00:26:07.000 But even the more immediate, just customer service, at times, you can't.
00:26:12.000 Here's what's upsetting to me, Heather, is if I'm dealing with somebody in customer service who's a moronic black woman, I don't, I wonder, is she there because of her excellence?
00:26:23.000 Or is she there because affirmative action almost creates thought patterns that are not necessarily wholesome?
00:26:28.000 It creates resentment, doesn't it, Heather?
00:26:31.000 This is not a way to design society.
00:26:33.000 Yeah, we have to stop being scared by the race hustle.
00:26:37.000 We have to stop being by being called a racist and just say, sorry, the facts are these.
00:26:43.000 You cannot have racial proportionality and excellence at the same time, not because necessarily there's any inherent difference.
00:26:52.000 And we don't, we can put that question aside for now, but just because if you look at the fact that 66% of all black 12th graders do not possess even partial mastery of the most basic math skills defined as doing geometry, doing arithmetic or reading a graph, 66% of black 12th graders don't possess even partial mastery of that.
00:27:13.000 It is absurd to think that if you look at a air traffic control room, which depends on being able to do very fast calculations, being able to handle a lot of data on an instantaneous basis, if that isn't 13% black, it's because somewhere there's discrimination going on.
00:27:34.000 That is completely fallacious.
00:27:36.000 It is against what is the obvious fact of the world that we live in.
00:27:42.000 And yet I'm just stunned.
00:27:43.000 Like, when is this going to end?
00:27:45.000 So, at some point, it's going to end, especially when young white males say we are not going to be canceled any longer.
00:27:53.000 We know the facts.
00:27:54.000 We know the fact that this is a society now that has gone 180-degree about face from a period where it was, in fact, white supremacy, when it was in fact an apartheid state, when it treated blacks with gratuitous cruelty, heartlessness, heartbreaking nastiness, and sadism.
00:28:14.000 That was the reality, but we are not going to cop to that reality today.
00:28:18.000 We have to stand up against this, Charlie, because white, you know, there's no other civilization like Western civilization that is engaged in this deliberate self-immolation.
00:28:30.000 No other culture has turned on itself with such fury.
00:28:34.000 You don't see this happening in China.
00:28:36.000 You don't see it happening in Africa.
00:28:38.000 You don't see it happening in India, where those cultures are saying, oh, because we have historically been Chinese or African or Indian, we must be a colonialist oppressive apartheid state.
00:28:48.000 No, it's only happening in the West out of some perverse instinct that if we could get to the heart of it, we would understand much about Western civilization.
00:28:57.000 But right now, it is a totally suicidal instinct.
00:29:00.000 It is.
00:29:01.000 And so I was having difficulty persuading somebody who was more in the middle over this because they said, yeah, I don't like the woke stuff, but I don't understand why they're doing it.
00:29:10.000 There must be a good reason.
00:29:11.000 Can you just elaborate about a minute here, Heather?
00:29:14.000 This is suicide.
00:29:16.000 This is, I don't want this to exist any longer.
00:29:21.000 There is something about European civilization that is highly susceptible to blackmail.
00:29:27.000 We are now being blackmailed.
00:29:30.000 The reality is black privilege, not white privilege.
00:29:33.000 It used to be white privilege.
00:29:34.000 I am not denying that.
00:29:36.000 But for some reason, white civilization has decided to engage in the great replacement theory and to go down without a fight.
00:29:45.000 And I'm going to fight.
00:29:46.000 You're going to fight, Charlie.
00:29:48.000 This is worth protecting because Western civilization has given the rest of the world the concepts of equality and tolerance that they are fighting in the name of with complete hypocrisy, of course.
00:30:00.000 But Western civilization has given us prosperity, freedom from sickness, illness, squalor.
00:30:06.000 We have nothing to apologize for.
00:30:08.000 The opposite.
00:30:09.000 We have a lot to be thankful for, actually.
00:30:12.000 A lot that white Europeans did that made the world a better place.
00:30:15.000 Common law, you know, presumption of innocence, separation of powers, you know, stuff that we just take for granted.
00:30:21.000 Free speech, the idea that you can own property and pass down stuff to your kids, that you're not in a caste system.
00:30:26.000 You can thank a white European for that.
00:30:31.000 All right, I want to tell you about Herzog.
00:30:32.000 Herzog Foundation is amazing.
00:30:34.000 I want you guys to check it out right now.
00:30:36.000 We've been talking about how our nation's public schools have been captured by progressive ideologues teaching things that directly contradict the values of millions of American families.
00:30:44.000 For those of you worried about the best educational path for your kids and grandkids, I'm pleased to announce our new partnership with the folks at the Herzog Foundation.

00:31:10.000 That is HerzogFoundation.com.
00:31:12.000 Herzogfoundation.com, H-E-R-Z-O-G, HerzogFoundation.com.
00:31:21.000 So, Heather, I get asked this question, and I have somewhat of a response.
00:31:26.000 I have one response.
00:31:27.000 People say, what do we do?
00:31:28.000 What do we do?
00:31:28.000 What do we do?
00:31:29.000 Because when are we going to stop putting up with this?
00:31:32.000 My response is, don't allow the weaponization of the R word racism to matter.
00:31:37.000 Take that off the table.
00:31:39.000 What else can we do, Heather, to fight back and win here?
00:31:43.000 Well, first of all, you should be armed with the facts.
00:31:45.000 You've got to be able to give the facts on the skills gap that are a far more persuasive explanation for the ongoing racial disparities.
00:31:54.000 And that also regards to crime, because the problem in the criminal justice system is not the underrepresentation of blacks, but the overrepresentation.
00:32:03.000 I say problem in scare quotes.
00:32:04.000 That's a problem.
00:32:06.000 I mean, in a broad sense, yes, it's a problem for the black community, but it's not a problem for the legitimacy of our government system.
00:32:16.000 The criminal justice system is simply responding to crime.
00:32:20.000 So arm yourself with the data, both on the skills gap and on the crime overrepresentation of blacks, because they're committing crime at exponentially higher rates.
00:32:30.000 And then, you know, with your children or grandchildren, make sure that they know as well and that they're not going to sit there and accept being sidelined.
00:32:41.000 I mean, I recently wrote about a program in the Los Angeles Unified School District, the public school system in Los Angeles, that is a whole week of celebrating blackness.
00:32:52.000 And all the students in a classroom now are going to have to dress like their favorite black person or, you know, wear power to the black power t-shirts and celebrate matriarchy and the breakdown of the heteronormative family.
00:33:10.000 You know, that's a very weird thing for one group of students to be asked to celebrate another group of students simply on the basis of race.
00:33:18.000 Well, when are we ever, because you get around this, we were talking about before, Charlie, when are we ever going to get around to celebrating European culture?
00:33:24.000 That will never happen.
00:33:25.000 No, but no, they despise it.
00:33:27.000 And here's where I want to play around with for a second here, Heather.
00:33:30.000 The African-American whatever Smithsonian Museum, that was the most blunt I've ever seen from a major institution.
00:33:35.000 They said showing up on time, speaking properly, using grammar, saving money are symptoms of white supremacy and whiteness.
00:33:41.000 So do they use race politics as a means to destroy the Western civilization?
00:33:45.000 And anything that is decent and is good, they consider to be white supremacy.
00:33:48.000 Is that a fair way to summarize it?
00:33:51.000 Yes, the mob can only tear down.
00:33:54.000 What we have here on the part of the intersectional coalition is people who cannot compete, who hate success, who hate excellence, and they cannot create anything remotely comparable to what has been created by centuries, starting from ancient Greece forward.
00:34:15.000 And so, but what they can do very well is tear things down, whether it's tearing down statues, names, whole civilizations, literature, philosophy, art, music, beauty.
00:34:26.000 They can do a good job of that.
00:34:28.000 And that's what's going on right now.
00:34:30.000 It is nihilism.
00:34:31.000 It is destruction.
00:34:33.000 And we are sitting here in the shards of a civilization unless we start fighting back now.
00:34:39.000 And that means, again, refusing to be scared when they call you a racist.
00:34:43.000 Just keep on going because ultimately we will show them to be hollow tigers if we keep going and refuse to be cowed.
00:34:51.000 Well, and also I would play offense, and I think we need to do a better job of this in the public arena.
00:34:56.000 Have them define what racism is.
00:34:57.000 Like, what is that exactly?
00:34:58.000 What do you mean by it?
00:34:59.000 Do you mean noticing?
00:35:00.000 Do you mean noticing that blacks commit a lot more crimes than whites?
00:35:03.000 Is that racism?
00:35:04.000 What do you mean by that?
00:35:05.000 And then play offense against them and say, wait, what do you think of black-only dormitories?
00:35:10.000 That's perfectly fine.
00:35:11.000 But noticing that blacks are 13% of the population and they do 55% of the murders, that's somehow evil.
00:35:17.000 What they're getting at is they've created the worst possible sin, which is thou shalt not commit racism, and they could obliterate your entire life.
00:35:25.000 Well, you know, Charlie, you've got the stats.
00:35:28.000 We should not assume that people know this.
00:35:30.000 I mean, the New York Times completely has a suppression censorship policy.
00:35:35.000 Recently, there was a guy in Grand Central Terminal in New York who slashed two Danish teenage girls in the neck saying that he hates white people.
00:35:46.000 The New York Times never has not written one story about this.
00:35:49.000 People don't know what the disparities are.
00:35:52.000 Arm yourself with the facts.
00:35:54.000 Get them out there.
00:35:55.000 Make sure your children know so that they're not brainwashed by their K through 12 schools in college.
00:36:00.000 And we will take this civilization back if we refuse to be cowed by attempts at intimidation and terrorizing us.
00:36:09.000 Heather, you're excellent.
00:36:10.000 And when they say, when they use racism, they're making a moral statement and you have nothing to apologize for if you're noticing.
00:36:19.000 Noticing is actually a good thing.
00:36:21.000 It means you have courage.
00:36:21.000 It means that you have pattern recognition.
00:36:23.000 Heather, thank you so much.
00:36:24.000 God bless you.
00:36:25.000 Thank you.
