00:01:34.000His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:42.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:03:11.000The Daily Wire is now launching the Morning Wire.
00:03:20.000We have some breaking news I want to share with you today, but I want to set it up first.
00:03:24.000The United States Constitution is a beautiful document.
00:03:28.000One of the reasons it is a beautiful document, which means that is perfected in being, is it has lasted so long.
00:03:37.000It has lasted 234 years in September will be its 234th anniversary since the ratification of the United States Constitution.
00:03:47.000Four years after, of course, the ratification of the Bill of Rights.
00:03:51.000One of the reasons why it's lasted so long and one of the reasons why it has been so Effective and replicated across the world is that it has this steadiness to it, an almost unbreakable nature.
00:04:11.000You see, people can't build meaningful things, and we can't quite honestly thrive or flourish in a society if the rules are constantly changing.
00:04:24.000If all of a sudden our rulers completely reverse the framework or the laws or the customs or the traditions of what we're supposed to do on a day-to-day basis, it will drive a people mad.
00:04:41.000You see, the Constitution is very clear about what the government can and cannot do.
00:04:47.000One of the main reasons why the third world stays the third world is not because its people are any less intelligent.
00:04:57.000It's not even because some of these countries don't have access to minerals or to natural resources.
00:05:05.000One of the main reasons why people don't want to invest in countries like Nicaragua or Honduras or even some African countries is the lack of stability.
00:05:14.000Is that you don't know if all of a sudden someone's going to come in and steal your investment.
00:05:18.000You don't know if someone is going to come in and change the rules.
00:05:24.000They don't know all of a sudden if the government's going to nationalize the railroad industry.
00:05:29.000You don't know all of a sudden if the government is going to nationalize whatever industry you might be in.
00:05:34.000You see, stability is fundamental to living in a free society.
00:05:41.000In fact, stability used to be one of the defining characteristics that made America unique and exceptional.
00:05:50.000People used to come to this country and they say, look, you might have regulations I don't like.
00:05:56.000You might operate in a certain business environment that's very competitive, but at least there'll be stability of the currency, stability of the laws, stability of the customs.
00:06:08.000And because of that, the American economy in the 70s, 80s, and 90s became the envy of the world.
00:06:16.000You see, when you want to have investment and you want to have human beings flourish in family life or in societal life, you need to be able to know that tomorrow is not going to radically and dramatically change.
00:06:51.000Now people want to go back to almost a simplified version of America.
00:06:56.000And it's not just that they want it, it's almost that they need it.
00:06:59.000We as human beings are not designed to live in a perpetual state of chaos.
00:07:06.000If that actually ends up being the case, which is where we're headed, then a small group of people will benefit disproportionately.
00:07:17.000Breaking today as we have this is another example of a betrayal of the stable promise of the Constitution.
00:07:28.000If all of a sudden you thought that we were breaking out of the lockdowns and we were breaking out of this pandemic, think again, buckle up, as we say on the podcast, because it's about to happen all over again.
00:07:47.000We have in our hands today from the Center for Disease Control.
00:07:51.000Now, the Center for Disease Control, I think they're headquartered in Atlanta, is that right?
00:07:56.000They are probably the best example I can give to some of our students that we talked to at Turning Point USA at the unconstitutional, illegal, corrupt nature of the fourth branch of government.
00:08:44.000Lockdown and mitigation efforts, according to the CDC-owned documents, are going to be suggested and recommended.
00:08:51.000We're still in the midst of the 15 days to slow the spread, but all of a sudden we might have another 15 days to slow the spread recommended.
00:09:00.000Document number one from the CDC: Summary.
00:09:04.000The Delta is different from previous strains.
00:09:08.000It says it is highly contagious, likely more severe.
00:09:12.000Now, you see how they use that word likely?
00:09:14.000There's no evidence that it's more severe.
00:09:16.000In fact, there are some scientists and epidemiologists that are coming up, and they're saying that as the virus mutates, it actually gets less severe.
00:09:24.000It might be more contagious, but less severe.
00:09:27.000So there's very little to no evidence.
00:09:29.000And if you have scientists that are saying the word likely, what kind of scientific word is likely?
00:11:22.000And reconsider other community mitigation strategies like lockdowns.
00:11:29.000We are just getting started into these leaked documents from the CDC, but I'm going to re-emphasize what I said.
00:11:35.000If you do not have stability from one day to the other, you're going to have chaos.
00:11:42.000Charlie Kirk here, and I've warned you about home title theft, where cyber thieves remove you from your home's title and you become the owner.
00:11:49.000I said you better get home title lock because it's coming.
00:11:51.000Well, if you're on Facebook, that big breach is here.
00:11:54.000Facebook had 500 million accounts exposed to cyber thieves.
00:11:57.000And according to a retired FBI cybercrime expert, everything thieves need to take over as the new owner of your home was leaked.
00:12:03.000Name, address, personal information, it's out there.
00:12:05.000The thief forges your signature on a quit claim deed stating you sold your home to him.
00:12:09.000He'll leave you in debt or he'll even have you evicted.
00:12:12.000Do what I did and protect your home's title with home title lock.
00:12:15.000Go to hometitalock.com and register your address to see if you're already a victim.
00:12:19.000Then sign up for 33 days of protection during this high-risk breach.
00:12:23.000Then sign up for 33 days of protection.
00:12:25.000Again, home titlelock.com, promo code radio.
00:12:27.000That's home titlelock.com, promo code radio.
00:12:33.000We are in day 501 of the 15 days to slow the spread.
00:12:44.000So let's actually, before we go more into these CDC documents, which actually very well, you know, as I read these CDC documents, they very well could have been written by the CEO of Amazon, which is no longer Jeff Bezos, or of the ruling class of Goldman Sachs, because the richest Americans benefit the most by these lockdowns, by fear-mongering.
00:13:09.000It says here, did you know that the CDC's own models say that the vaccine is 75 to 85% effective?
00:13:20.000According to leaked documents, the CDC is saying that the vaccine effectiveness is 75% to 85%.
00:13:29.000Here's what the CDC says in new leaked documents.
00:13:32.000Given higher transmissibility and current vaccine coverage, universal masking is essential to reduce transmission of the Delta variant.
00:13:40.000So I'm going to keep on going into this.
00:13:42.000Here's just a very simple question, CDC.
00:13:46.000If we want to stop the spread, why on earth are we allowing thousands of illegals with the Delta variant to pour into our country every single day?
00:13:55.000Wouldn't you think to stop the spread of the Delta variant, we should close our borders?
00:14:00.000You know, there's actually an idea that a president had before you, which was to build a southern border wall to prevent the spread of people coming into the country.
00:14:09.000Do you know that there are illegals pouring into America that are not tested for the virus, that are just allowed into the interior of America?
00:14:17.000We wonder why all of a sudden these rates are going up.
00:14:23.000Now they say, Charlie, it's a pandemic of the unvaccinated.
00:14:29.000It's all your fault because you won't get vaccinated.
00:14:33.000This is what I love about leaked documents from the government: you can use their own words and see what they actually think internally.
00:14:41.000What does the Center for Disease Control say about that?
00:14:44.000Well, according to the CDC's own documents, right here, Barn Stable, or is it Barn Stable, whatever, County, Massachusetts, outbreak.
00:14:56.000In all bold, no difference in mean CT values in unvaccinated and vaccinated cases.
00:15:09.000In fact, the vaccinated cases were 0.4% higher.
00:15:17.000That's the CDC's own data that vaccinated Americans in Massachusetts.
00:15:24.000I'm just reading from the document in Barnstable County that the median among vaccinated was N equals 80.
00:15:32.000I'm not sure what that value represents, but 21.9 unvaccinated N equals 65, 21.5.
00:15:39.000I'm guessing that's how many people they were testing.
00:15:41.000I need to go look at the what the values represent.
00:15:48.000It says here that risk of infection, reinfection with the delta variant may be higher compared to the alpha variant, but only if prior infection is 180 days earlier.
00:16:01.000It says this, that the delta variant may cause more severe disease than the alpha or the ancestral strains.
00:16:09.000So they're already going to now mandate indoor mask mandates.
00:16:13.000And in fact, certain sources that cover the White House very well, including Jack Pasebek, who has been wrong about almost nothing with his sources, say that lockdowns are coming to blue states in the next couple of weeks.
00:16:27.000Did you know that five people in Washington, D.C. died from COVID in the last week and 11 people died from homicide?
00:16:36.000On average, we have 1,800 people that die of heart disease every single day in America.
00:16:46.000Why is it that we're now allowing the CDC, who, by the way, I'm sorry, four people and 11 people.
00:16:54.000Four people died of COVID, 11 people died of homicide.
00:17:12.000Amazon, Facebook, and Google were more valuable than ever before thanks to the lockdown.
00:17:18.000The lockdown is a proven business strategy.
00:17:22.000The Delta variant is not proving to be more deadly than the original Chinese coronavirus.
00:17:27.000And even the original Chinese coronavirus had a 0.04% mortality rate.
00:17:33.000In fact, for people under 30, it's almost immeasurable.
00:17:36.000So why now all of a sudden more mandatory masking, more fear-mongering, more at home?
00:17:41.000It's because the ruling class, the people in charge, they're not done with their plunder.
00:17:47.000They got more resources to take from you.
00:17:49.000They got more days to take from your life.
00:17:51.000And I'm telling you right now, the only way that we can push back against this is early and with everything we got.
00:17:58.000And there's a great quote I want to read from a book of an angry elf, but he's a smart elf, Rod Dreer.
00:18:04.000He's been very mean to me, unfairly, but he's actually really smart.
00:18:07.000It says, it's a book, Live Not by Lies.
00:18:10.000It is not hard for a totalitarian regime to keep people ignorant.
00:18:14.000Once you relinquish your free, you relinquish your freedom for the sake of the understood necessity for party discipline, for conformity with the regime, for the greatness and glory of the fatherland, or for any of the substitutes they are so convincingly offered, you cede your claim to the truth.
00:18:31.000Slowly, drop by drop, your life begins to ooze away just as surely as if you had slashed your wrists.
00:18:39.000You have voluntarily condemned yourself to helplessness.
00:18:45.000The CDC has now said that there is no difference in mean CT values in vaccinated, unvaccinated cases, according to a study they did in Barn Stauble.
00:18:55.000Let's just say Barn Stable, if I'm mispronouncing it, whatever, Massachusetts.
00:19:00.000They also say that universal masking is going to be mandatory for source control and prevention.
00:19:06.000But most amazingly in the new CDC leaked documents that we have here on our program is that they model the vaccine only being 75 to 85% effective.
00:19:30.000And it says here, given higher transmissibility and current vaccine coverage, universal masking is essential to reduce transmission of the dental variant.
00:19:37.000Basically, they're saying, look, you want to talk about people who are sowing vaccine hesitancy?
00:19:45.000You want to talk about people that are sowing discord and losing trust in the vaccine?
00:20:31.000Alan Dershowitz, a man I have a lot of respect for, is just so wrong on this, it's hard to even put into words.
00:20:38.000Cut 91, Alan Dershowitz says, and I'd love to have him on our podcast and describe this, because he's a civil liberty guy, right?
00:20:44.000Alan Dershowitz is a guy that says, I don't want the government telling me what to do.
00:20:48.000I don't want the government spying on me.
00:20:50.000Alan Dershowitz is always the guy that kind of defends the, you know, the axe murderer in the, you know, in the woods on some technicality.
00:20:58.000By the way, he believes that every person needs representation.
00:21:02.000I think that's actually a really praiseworthy thing.
00:21:05.000But Alan Dershowitz here makes the argument that I have a right to get on an airplane and know that everyone on that airplane has been vaccinated or tested.
00:21:53.000Alan Derschowitz has been against mass government overreach with spying on cell phones, and yet he wants us to give biometric data every time we board American Airlines.
00:22:02.000Come on, Professor Dershowitz, play Cut 91.
00:22:57.000I'm giving Alan some tough love here because I've actually grown to admire a lot of his hard stances recently.
00:23:03.000But when it comes to this, I think Alan is talking more out of fear for his own personal health than for what is actually right when it comes to liberty and people's ability to make informed decisions and choices.
00:23:17.000Don Laman, who has very few people watching his show, it's very hard to watch CNN.
00:23:23.000The only chance I get to watch CNN, you know, at the gym I work out in, I don't know, I'm going to find this guy.
00:25:33.000It's the pursuit of things that you ought to do.
00:25:36.000Getting an experimental vaccine from the FDA, where there is potentially a lot of downsides, and the CDC says itself in their own modeling, and every single one of you need to bring this model to your school boards, to your employers, and put it right in their face and say, hey, this is what the CDC is saying.
00:25:58.000Their own models say the vaccine is only 75 to 85% effective.
00:26:02.000And the own CDC leaked documents here say that, according to their own study, it shows that no difference in mean values between vaccinated and unvaccinated.
00:26:15.000And if I'm reading this correctly, there is a slight statistical difference that more people were infected that were vaccinated than unvaccinated.
00:26:25.000Now, there might be a lot of explanations for this.
00:26:27.000One of the explanations might be that vaccinated people might not take social distancing as seriously, that they might think they're totally fine.
00:26:34.000So their behavioral patterns would be different.
00:27:16.000For example, if you happen to have a lot of interaction with folks who are unvaccinated, let's say you're a parent like me, who has you have children at home who are not vaccinated.
00:27:25.000That's a circumstance where being extra cautious and wearing that mask, even if you are fully vaccinated, wearing a bringing it outside when you're in indoor public locations is an extra step to protecting those at home.
00:27:38.000This guy is nothing more than a fear monger.
00:27:58.000This needs to be played on repeat, and you need to send this to all of your friends.
00:28:02.000So subscribe to the Charlie Kirk Show and just send this one clip here, play tape.
00:28:07.000So moving forward, though, when you look at those severe breakthrough infections that have happened in vaccinated individuals, 75% of them are over the age of 65 or otherwise immunocompromised.
00:28:19.000So rather than doing blanket, universal masking and other restrictions and even threatening lockdowns, we need to learn how to live with this virus.
00:28:27.000We know at this point who's the most vulnerable.
00:29:50.000Stability is a key characteristic to a stable society, to a functioning and immoral society.
00:30:01.000Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council?
00:30:11.000Did you know that Airbnb gave $500,000 to the Marxist BLM incorporated organization?
00:30:18.000Your first vote is at the ballot box, but that isn't enough to defend our traditional Judeo-Christian values.
00:30:26.000Left-wing corporations are subverting our nation and our republic by taking money from conservative customers and giving it to radical organizations that support abortion, gun control, and critical race theory.
00:30:40.000You have another vote, a second vote at the checkout line, which is why there's a massively important organization called Second Vote that comes in.
00:33:23.000I thought the vaccine was the solution to all of this.
00:33:27.000We're getting a lot of emails at freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:33:30.000They say, well, Charlie, what can I do about it?
00:33:35.000You have to either sacrifice something yourself or help someone who is sacrificing something.
00:33:41.000I got to tell you right now in Arizona, if they try to lock down Arizona again, which I don't think they will, I have to say, Governor Ducey, I don't think he's going to lock down Arizona again.
00:34:00.000That will be met with a massive response.
00:34:05.000We're going to explore this in the next hour, but the reason they keep doing this is because the 60% of the country that actually agrees with this never voices their opinion.
00:34:55.000In fact, they think they're in charge.
00:34:58.000Now, if they said the opposite, if Shake Shack said they're only going to serve the unvaccinated, the world would have been lost because the fear of the other side is legitimate.
00:35:12.000It's about time we start consolidating our purchasing power and our voice because they don't take what we have to say very seriously.
00:35:21.000They don't consider it to be a unique threat.
00:35:24.000Where Shake Shack now says there are other restaurants you can go to.
00:35:32.000Danny Meyer, the head of Shake Shack, the CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group, announced that all restaurants overseen by companies will require both employees and dining customers to show proof of vaccination.
00:35:46.000Are you going to ask for other medical history too?
00:35:48.000Are you going to require HIV tests before you eat at Shake Shack?
00:35:53.000Are you going to ask for a full exhaustive medical report?
00:35:59.000But they're doing that because they say they shrug their shoulders like, look, conservatives will wave a couple flags.
00:36:13.000They know they can lock down the country again with little to no response unless every single person here commits yourself right now to not complying, to civilly disobeying.
00:36:32.000The only organization that I want to say has pushed back against this effectively is the least likely organization, the Postal Worker Union, where just Newman out of nowhere, they said that their 220,000 workers are going to reject Biden's vaccine mandate.
