00:02:00.000You guys have dived into that whole fraud commercial trucking investigation.
00:02:07.000I kind of want to ask about, let's talk about first about your guys' new trucking mini documentary about how we've basically given the country's valuable trucking industry away to whoever wants it, I suppose.
00:02:21.000So honestly, the reason why I got interested in this is because I live in Austin, Texas.
00:02:26.000And last year, an Ereach Friend migrant slammed into stop traffic.
00:02:30.000He ended up causing an 18-car pileup, killing a four-year-old and an infant.
00:02:34.000I was mortified and I've been scared to drive on the highway since.
00:02:37.000Now, this is a continued pattern that's been happening.
00:02:40.000And we have seen Americans die again and again and again.
00:02:43.000And many people are asking the question, how are illegal immigrants being given permission to drive 80,000 pound semi-trucks on the highways?
00:02:52.000So that's what this documentary highlights and entails.
00:02:55.000And when I first asked this question, I was thinking, okay, you know, maybe there was a little loophole that got exploited and that's it.
00:03:02.000Well, what ended up happening is in the trucking industry, we unveiled a web of fraud so vast that this actually just scratches the surface.
00:03:11.000And what we focused in on here were, again, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration or the FMCSA for short, a lot of the regulations that they have been relaxing over the last 10 years that have led to CDL mills, aka shady CDL schools that have been handing out these licenses to migrants like candy, leading to the highway system that we have today, where you had a migrant just yesterday in Missouri that was driving the wrong way on the highway for over three miles.
00:03:40.000So this documentary delves into all of it.
00:03:43.000And what we found was shocking because I'm talking entire CDL schools with TikTok pages of migrants that are advertising these CDL programs in different languages.
00:03:53.000Now, what I found is that basically the FMCSA was like, hey, we're going to go ahead and allow CDL schools to self-certify because during COVID-19, there was this trucker shortage, right?
00:04:03.000This was something that was really pushed.
00:04:05.000And in the trucking industry, these truckers stated, yeah, there was a small shortage, but what ended up happening was this fear was exploited to mass import cheap foreign labor.
00:04:14.000And what you're seeing on screen now are these shady CDL schools in which migrants came in.
00:04:22.000We went from 2,100 CDL schools to over 32,000 CDL schools within a matter of years.
00:04:30.000Yes, because of the self-certification.
00:04:32.000And it gets even worse than that because the FMCSA then said, hey, by the way, you can also become a third-party tester.
00:04:38.000So basically someone can go to your CDL school and then you can give them a certificate from the school and they can take that to the DMV and then they can get their license.
00:04:46.000Now, the way that this is an interconnected web of fraud is you have migrants who come over to the United States.
00:05:20.000Okay, you're saying they get a CDL in three to 10 days and they don't even speak English?
00:05:25.000So this is what they are saying in these reviews.
00:05:28.000And yes, again, this is why this was shocking, Andrew, because Danielle Schaffin, she's who I interviewed for this.
00:05:34.000She was saying that the reviews for CDL schools across the nation are a goldmine because one, every single review is written in a name that is not American very clearly.
00:05:44.000And then the reviews, the students are writing in those reviews how many days it took them to get their CDL certification from these schools.
00:05:51.000We have seen reviews that say three days.
00:05:53.000We have seen reviews that say 10 days.
00:05:56.000So these programs pretty much offer a fast-track CDL.
00:06:00.000And this is, again, just this really dangerous web that's going on.
00:06:05.000And these migrants have done a really great job of coming in, embedding, creating these schools, creating these companies.
00:06:13.000We also have trucking companies, hundreds of them across the nation that are registered under the name No Name Given.
00:06:20.000And that's where these mini reports that I've been posting on my X account have come from where you have trucking companies that are getting $618,000 in PPP loans and the company doesn't really seem legitimate.
00:06:31.000One of the most insane stories, yes, was out of Columbus, Ohio.
00:06:43.000There was no activity on their company.
00:06:46.000And just a couple months after getting that PPP loan, their operating authority to operate trucks on the road was revoked and they were ultimately shut down by the DOT because they refused to prove that they were a legitimate trucking company.
00:06:57.000So again, the portion that I was speaking about regarding the CDL schools, that is just one aspect of this.
00:07:03.000The fraudulent trucking companies, because in some cases you have 600 companies in California registered to one address, that's another aspect of this.
00:07:12.000These companies are breaking into our PPP loans.
00:07:15.000They're using workforce development program grants.
00:07:18.000Millions of dollars are being poured into this industry as well.
00:07:22.000But to be honest, I think most importantly, you have unqualified migrant drivers on the road who do not speak English, do not understand the metric system here in the United States of America.
00:07:32.000I mean, Andrew, think about going to Germany right now.
00:07:35.000Think about going to Russia right now or to India and trying to drive an 80,000 pound semi-truck on their road.
00:07:41.000Are you going to be able to read their signs?
00:07:42.000Are you going to understand the measurement of their bridges?
00:07:46.000And that's what we're doing right now is importing people from these foreign countries and throwing them on our roads.
00:07:51.000By the way, sorry to ramble on about this, lots of information here, but a lot of these migrant trucking companies as well, the, let me phrase this correctly, the largest amount of countries that are tied to stolen freight from the United States, it is people from those countries that are driving here in the United States.
00:08:12.000And even with your analogy, at least if I were to go to India and try to drive a truck, I have been driving for decades, but it occurs to me a lot of these people come to the United States, they might never have owned a car in their home country.
00:08:56.000And what this represents is something called a chameleon carrier.
00:08:59.000So the DOT gives a specific number to a trucking company.
00:09:02.000That trucking company and that number are tied to all of the crashes, all of the safety violations to that trucking company.
00:09:08.000So instead of shutting down when they are found to be in violation of something or they're involved in a horrific crash, they simply change out that number.
00:09:15.000That's what all those trucking companies are.
00:09:19.000The online world moves fast and it's moving even faster these days.
00:09:23.000That's why TikTok approaches teen safety with families in mind from the start.
00:09:28.000Because discovery and creativity are both wonderful things, but it's important to make sure that safety comes first as well.
00:09:34.000On TikTok, teenagers have over 50 built-in protections right from when they join.
00:09:39.000Accounts for teens all start private by default.
00:09:44.000And for those under 16, direct messages are turned off.
00:09:47.000Only their friends can comment on their videos.
00:09:50.000And that kind of approach matters because feeling confident and comfortable about these platforms your teenagers are on shouldn't mean digging through a bunch of menus and trying to set everything up yourself and worrying that you got it wrong.
00:10:01.000TikTok is taking a proactive approach.
00:10:04.000Their protections are built in from the moment those teenagers join so that safety and peace of mind for parents is there right from the start.

00:10:34.000I cannot tell you how infuriating it is that every industry in this freaking country, it seems like, has tried to undercut American workers.
00:10:43.000I get it, there's a profit motive, but at some point our country, our country's companies must be in service to the good of the country.
00:10:51.000You have to put country over the freaking five extra pennies in your wallet.
00:11:17.000You need the trucks to drive in the U.S.
00:11:19.000So then how can you then try to keep things cheap or keep things as cheap as possible or get the best margins?
00:11:25.000You bring in the labor from the outside.
00:11:27.000So driver salaries have been cut in half of what they were making for the same job in 1979 versus today, but the productivity has gone through the roof.
00:11:38.000And so when you take an individual who's not American and they come here and they find out that they're paid by the mile, if you're paid by the mile, you want to get as many miles as possible as fast as you possibly can.
00:11:50.000And so, the idea of safety or anything kind of goes out the window.
00:11:54.000Yeah, so it's so many issues in that clip.
00:12:04.000He was a former trucker, and I basically have heard the same thing from him as multiple people in the industry: that it is American trucking businesses that have gone out of business because they can't compete anymore with these migrant companies that are working for half.
00:12:19.000Now, further in this doc and further in this clip, Michael talks about how two Hispanic men here in San Antonio, actually in Texas, were importing migrants in from Mexico, utilizing these illegal workers and basically exploiting them, making them drive extra hours.
00:12:37.000That's why, oftentimes, too, with these illegal immigrant truck crashes, sometimes these people are falling asleep at the wheel because they are making them drive more hours than they're supposed to.
00:12:48.000And then, if they say, Hey, I don't want to do this anymore, what ends up happening is the company owners say, Okay, well, we're going to turn you into ICE then.
00:12:57.000We are going to withhold whatever immigration papers that you gave to us that we brought you in here with.
00:13:03.000So, again, these migrants are being exploited.
00:13:05.000And then, the trucking companies and then the American truckers can't compete with the fact that you have all of these people working for half.
00:13:12.000And it's really, really impacting Americans and, again, American businesses.
00:13:18.000And, like I said, safety is at the forefront.
00:13:20.000You can't put a price on an American life.
00:13:24.000And that is essentially what these companies have done.
00:13:26.000They continue to choose cheap foreign labor.
00:13:29.000And, like Michael was talking about, you can't outsource trucking.
00:13:32.000And so, we have imported thousands of these migrant truckers that are unqualified.
00:13:38.000And then, you have states all across America that have actively worked to give these people what is called a non-domiciled CDL because migrants don't get the same type of CDL that an American trucker would.
00:13:52.000And in the, I want to say it was 30 crashes in 2025, 17 Americans killed.
00:13:57.000In all 30 of those crashes, it was a non-domiciled CDL holder.
00:14:02.000And the way that these migrants were getting these non-domiciled CDLs while being here illegally is because when they crossed the border, they were given employment authorization documents.
00:14:10.000And so, that's what a lot of senators are trying to work on right now, right?
00:14:14.000If you have temporary protected status, if you use employment authorization documents, aka you're an illegal immigrant.
00:14:20.000You shouldn't be working in the first place.
00:14:23.000So, the DOT has done a good job at shutting down these CDL mills, at trying to really clamp down on everything that's been happening.
00:14:31.000But we do have to keep in mind that we have 200,000 non-domiciled CDL drivers on the road right now.
00:14:37.000And this has been happening since 2016.
00:14:40.000For the last 10 years, the industry has been raided.
00:14:43.000And, Sav, I just want to remind our audience: some of the more high-profile crashes.
00:14:49.000Harjinder Singh in Florida, an Indian national in the U.S. illegally since 2018.
00:14:55.000He pulled that illegal U-turn in Florida in St. Lucie County and killed three people.
00:15:02.000Jazapreet Singh in California, a 21-year-old Indian national who entered the U.S. illegally in 2022 and was released under Biden-era policies, attained a California CDL.
00:15:12.000And he was apparently driving under the influence of drugs, caused an eight-vehicle fiery crash on I-10 in San Bernardino, killing three people in a minivan.
00:15:34.000He caused a head-on crash, killing four people.
00:15:39.000Sukhdeep Singh, another Singh, Indiana, an Indian national in the U.S., illegally allegedly ran a red light in Hendricks County, causing a fatal crash that killed a 64-year-old Terry Schultz.
00:15:49.000Singh was arrested and handed over to ICE, and it goes on and on.
00:16:02.000Many of the most illegal aliens do not speak English and cannot read even the most basic road signs as to direction, speed, danger, or location.
00:16:12.000That's why tonight I'm calling on Congress to pass what we will call the Delilah law barring any state from granting commercial driver's licenses to illegal aliens.
00:16:29.000It's so clearly just such a looting operation of America, and it's just been allowed to happen for decades.
00:16:36.000It just frustrates me because we should pass that law, but Congress should just abolish this entire system that lets us bring in hundreds of thousands.
00:16:43.000We need jobs for lower-skilled Americans, and this is one of the last ones we have.
00:16:46.000It's a great job for an American that doesn't have a college degree, for example.
00:16:54.000Like you were saying, Blake, this used to be like an all-American type of job, right?
00:16:58.000American trucking was kind of like our last line of defense where the average American could go and utilize this type of industry to search out and achieve their American dream.
00:17:09.000We've seen fraud from the daycare industry, the healthcare industry, and now even trucking is impacted.
00:17:14.000So I really do hope that Congress, that the Senate, that the entirety of government uses the full force of their power to fix this problem.
00:17:22.000Because again, it doesn't matter if you're on the left or the right.
00:17:24.000You're driving on America's highways and they should be safe.
00:20:05.000Zohr Mamdani, Muslim mayor in New York City, the mayor of Deborah, Michigan, the mayor of St. Louis Park.
00:20:11.000You're seeing Ilan Omar, and he's seeing all these things.
00:20:13.000And apparently, now, what we're seeing in America, apparently, Muhammad's a good guy.
00:20:16.000Like, Zohar Mamdani just did a speech in New York City, and he's like, we should follow the example of Prophet Muhammad, who, you know, migrated to Medina as a refugee.
00:20:25.000You want us in America, instead of following the example of Jesus and the apostles, you want me to follow Muhammad, who was a pedophile and slept with a nine-year-old and killed the infidels.
00:22:02.000And that's what I think is happening in America now: they're acting tolerant, they're acting peaceful until you give them power, like Zohar Mamdani, and it's all going to flip.
00:22:10.000And we're seeing in New York City now, New York City, the court of prayer is happening.
00:22:14.000Zohar Mamdani just apparently put a Quran in the New York Museum.
00:22:18.000Zohar Mamdani now apparently thinks Muhammad is the greatest example.
00:22:21.000And we're seeing a slow Islamization of America.
00:22:24.000It's a slow process, but it is happening.
00:28:09.000This is why we saw the rape gangs and the grooming gangs in the UK.

00:35:08.000So, like, with Christianity, we can tell ourselves the story of you had Christ, you had the apostles, they suffered for their faith, they spread it anyway because the message was so powerful that it spread in the face of persecution.
00:35:19.000The story you tell yourself, if you're a Muslim, what is their early history that they tell themselves?
00:35:23.000And it's that they swept through the power of God.
00:35:26.000They conquered these other lands and they ruled over them.
00:35:55.000For me, they're not radical Muslims, they're normal, faithful Muslims.
00:35:58.000Because according to the Quran, that's what they're commanded to do.
00:36:01.000Muslims are commanded to kill the infidel.
00:36:03.000Quran chapter 9, it says, kill the unbeliever, kill the polytheist, terrorize them, and behead them.
00:36:08.000So, when a Muslim blows themselves up or kills somebody or kills Christians or Jews in Australia or America, I'm not really surprised.
00:36:15.000They're actually being very faithful Muslims.
00:36:17.000And the Muslims who are kind, loving, I'm not saying they're not kind because not all Muslims are violent, but these Muslims are actually being unfaithful to the Quran because they're not meant to love you, they're not meant to befriend you, they're meant to wage war against you.

00:37:16.000If you go to the Middle East as a gay person, you'll be killed or thrown off a building.
00:37:19.000These guys are masquerading as peaceful, but the Muslims hate the gays, they hate the trans, they hate the feminists, they hate the Christians, and they hate the Jews.

00:37:29.000And once they get your vote and get in power, then their true colors is going to come out.
