00:01:22.000 Friday is a major day.
00:01:24.000 Friday, the Republican National Committee will be meeting in person in Dana Point, California to decide who should be chairman or chairwoman.
00:01:37.000 Mike Lindell is running.
00:01:38.000 Harmeet Dillon is running, and Ronna Romney is running.
00:01:42.000 The question is, what does the future of the Republican Party hold?
00:01:47.000 Now, some of you might say, Charlie, I don't quite understand the significance of this.
00:01:50.000 It seems a little wonky and abstract.
00:01:53.000 If the RNC does not change leadership, I am deathly afraid that we will almost certainly lose in 2024.
00:02:03.000 I cannot raise the stakes higher than that.
00:02:05.000 If you keep on doing what you are doing, then who's to say something will change?
00:02:09.000 Joining us now is Harmeet Dillon, who is running for chair of the RNC, and she's doing very well.
00:02:16.000 She's within a couple of votes.
00:02:17.000 In fact, out of nowhere, I had a member call me the other day, and they say, I'm going for Harmeet.
00:02:23.000 Harmeet, welcome to the program.
00:02:25.000 Thanks for having me, Charlie.
00:02:26.000 Harmeet, how do you believe things are going?
00:02:28.000 Give us the update.
00:02:30.000 Well, things are going well.
00:02:31.000 We have a momentum on our side.
00:02:33.000 A lot of members are now just beginning to focus on this.
00:02:36.000 We've been campaigning since December 5th when I announced, but suddenly, I think I had several hours worth of phone calls over the weekend with members who had yet to make up their minds.
00:02:47.000 And I gave them my closing argument as to why I think we are at a crossroads in the party.
00:02:53.000 And if we don't make these significant changes right now, like you said, we are at risk of losing.
00:02:59.000 And that's not just about the party, Charlie.
00:03:01.000 That's about the country.
00:03:03.000 This country relies on a robust two-party system.
00:03:07.000 And our country is suffering under the hands of one of those parties right now.
00:03:12.000 And so this is really why I'm prepared to leave the comfort of my home, my law firm, my nonprofit, chair of the Republican lawyers, all of that behind to focus exclusively on turning the RNC around.
00:03:24.000 And it can and it must be done.
00:03:26.000 Yeah, and so let's build this out.
00:03:28.000 And just to remind the audience, two things.
00:03:30.000 The RNC, because of the way the federal election code is written, can do things that only the RNC can do.
00:03:37.000 Now, that might sound self-evident, but no, a super PAC, a 501c4, is not able to coordinate with state committees, campaigns, share data, messaging, strategy.
00:03:47.000 If we are serious about beating the Democrats in 2024, we need an RNC that is functional, that is raising money and deploying it correctly.
00:03:58.000 Harmeet, talk about that because some people say, Oh, forget the RNC.
00:04:01.000 I'm just going to do this on the outside.
00:04:02.000 That might be a good alternative.
00:04:04.000 There might be some way we can move the dial there, but you're going to be running up against the inevitable, but only the RNC can do X. Right.
00:04:13.000 So, the RNC is necessary, but not sufficient to be strong for candidates at the federal level to win.
00:04:21.000 RNC gathers resources in large chunks.
00:04:24.000 So, large donors who want to support the party can give hundreds of thousands of dollars.
00:04:28.000 Whereas for campaigns, they're limited to a fraction of that, a tiny fraction of that.
00:04:33.000 And so, with that money, what we're supposed to be doing with it is making sure that the data is there to support our campaigns because we can support, we can share that data with state parties and with campaigns.
00:04:45.000 We want to make sure that people have a fundraising platform.
00:04:48.000 So, Win Red was created for that reason.
00:04:50.000 There's some tweaks maybe there, but that's a good idea.
00:04:53.000 It's centralized, like Democrats act blue.
00:04:56.000 We should be running air cover for our candidates by making sure that we are giving them resources.
00:05:01.000 Messaging needs to be there to constantly be persuading voters.
00:05:06.000 And then, finally, we have to be doing year-round election integrity and election operational efforts.
00:05:12.000 That's been completely missing from the RNC for four of the last six years.
00:05:16.000 And of the last two years, our focus on some lawsuits to get into lawsuits where the other side sued us has been an improvement.
00:05:24.000 I will give credit for that.
00:05:26.000 But I would say it's a drop in the bucket compared to what's needed.
00:05:29.000 And more importantly, we did zero to prepare our states and our candidates and our field workers for how to cope with the new election laws.
00:05:38.000 Universal vote by mail in some states, ballot harvesting, what we call ballot chasing, ballot curing.
00:05:45.000 We may not like a lot of these things, and I don't, but while that's the law, if Democrats are voting for as much as 45 days in some states and we're voting for one, we lose before we even get to election day.
00:05:58.000 And we can't have that.
00:05:59.000 We must compete, and that requires a year-round investment and effort at the RNC, Charlie.
00:06:04.000 I encourage every single one of you: we need you right now to just communicate your sentiment to your RNC chairman or committee man.
00:06:11.000 They are making their decisions in real time.
00:06:13.000 And if you have not yet sent an email, you guys can get all the information.
00:06:17.000 There's a website that is up and running.
00:06:20.000 It's hireharmeet.com, H-I-R-EHAME.com.
00:06:25.000 Hire like you're hiring somebody for a job, hireharmeet.com, and you'll go through it.
00:06:30.000 And we have a lot of patriots watching right now from Oklahoma.
00:06:33.000 We have people from Nebraska.
00:06:34.000 We have people from Ohio.
00:06:35.000 Just go and contact them.
00:06:36.000 That is all organized by Scott Pressler, by the way.
00:06:39.000 And Harmeet, this is really bothering the ruling class of the RNC.
00:06:42.000 In fact, they are putting out press releases that they're troubled that the people are now involved in this clubby process.
00:06:51.000 Walk us through.
00:06:52.000 Right.
00:06:52.000 I mean, look, I want to be fair here.
00:06:54.000 Many members of the RNC do come from the grassroots.
00:06:57.000 And even if they don't, they realize they're representatives of the people and they care.
00:07:01.000 So emails to them, polite emails, best if you're from their state, are persuasive.
00:07:07.000 Many other members of the RNC have been very angry with me that supporters of mine like Scott Pressler have put out email addresses.
00:07:15.000 And, you know, there have also been some unfortunate phone calls from no effort of our side to people supporting Mike Lindell.
00:07:22.000 I'm sure he also doesn't support that kind of effort.
00:07:25.000 But at the end of the day, I'm a representative.
00:07:27.000 Why did I step into this?
00:07:28.000 I represent the voters in California, millions of them, Republican voters, who want the RNC to win elections.
00:07:35.000 And they sent me there for that purpose.
00:07:37.000 And I sit on a board.
00:07:38.000 I sit on the board of the Republican Party.
00:07:39.000 The Republican Party is not fulfilling its duty.
00:07:42.000 And that's why I'm stepping forward.
00:07:44.000 And so, you know, I'm used to hearing from voters all over the country.
00:07:47.000 And I think it's my job to listen to them.
00:07:49.000 Be aware that many members, in fact, I got a threat from the chair of a party in the Midwest saying, if you don't make this stop, I'll not only not vote for you, I'll actively campaign against you and make sure you lose.
00:08:00.000 This is the attitude of chairs of Republican parties in the United States.
00:08:04.000 It's shocking, and that person needs to go.
00:08:06.000 You keep on communicating with me, I'm going to destroy you.
00:08:09.000 I mean, they can't really, they are so insulated from the people that they supposedly represent.
00:08:16.000 Right.
00:08:16.000 I mean, look, at this point, the persuasion level has to be member to member.
00:08:20.000 We're going into this meeting.
00:08:21.000 I think everyone is, look, everyone in the Republican Party has heard what the numbers are.
00:08:27.000 The numbers are 85, 90, 95% for change at the RNC, 99% in some polls.
00:08:33.000 And so that said, you know, what we're going to be doing over the next several days in Dana Point, California, in the nice resort there, which is the location chosen by the chair, we will be meeting with members and trying to persuade them.
00:08:46.000 There's a lot of horse trading, you know, deal making.
00:08:50.000 Some people have called this akin to like a popularity contest in high school.
00:08:56.000 It's unfortunate that our party has run this way, but I genuinely believe that almost all the members of the RNC have the right goals in mind, which is to do the right thing for the party.
00:09:06.000 But, you know, when you have a lot of swamp folks and a lot of invested political consultants lobbying very hard and frankly, you know, using all the resources of the RNC against my campaign, you know, those are the odds.
00:09:20.000 It's a challenge, but we are very honored to have the support of many of the major donors of the party, millions and millions of voters in the party.
00:09:30.000 A lot of members of Congress as well have come forward to support us and virtually every conservative media commentator as well.
00:09:39.000 So if the party doesn't listen to that and isn't persuaded by that and wants to stay the course, quote unquote, I mean, some of the things that members have said to me is, oh, Harmeet, you know, we can't change horses now.
00:09:50.000 We have to stay the course.
00:09:51.000 Well, where's that course leading you?
00:09:53.000 Where has that course been over the last six years?
00:09:55.000 That course is not leading you in the right direction.
00:09:58.000 And if you stay on that course, you may go off a cliff.
00:10:03.000 If we do not win in 2024, I'm afraid that we're going to be in a permanent minority status for a couple of decades in this country.
00:10:10.000 I'm not trying to scaremonger here, but that's really what's at stake.
00:10:13.000 And two major donors have already pulled their support, Bernie Marcus and Dick Uline, the two biggest donors in the Republican Party, saying that we are not going to continue to support the RNC if it continues in the direction of Ronald Romney.
00:10:23.000 And I'm going to read a email I got from a seven-figure donor who gives a lot of money across the board and could give a lot more to the RNC about why he supports your candidacy, Harmeet, and thinks Rana is way off the reservation.
00:10:37.000 Email sent by Mike Ryden, who is a serious donor to the Republican ecosystem, seven-plus figures a year.
00:10:47.000 RNC members, the Republican National Committee is becoming less and less effective against a Democrat party that is trying to destroy this country.
00:10:54.000 Why can you not see that?
00:10:56.000 You are like the frog that sits in water waiting to be boiled.
00:11:00.000 Our country is never going back to the good old days where you could do nothing of substance, run stupid and often insulting TV ads and still win.
00:11:08.000 The Democrat Party machine has outsmarted you every step of the way.
00:11:11.000 And the same RNC chair who cannot figure out how to win against the worst possible candidates imaginable is not going to save this country.
00:11:18.000 Perhaps you can be excused for losing the 2020 election because you were taken by surprise.
00:11:23.000 There is no excuse to have done so poorly in the midterm election.
00:11:26.000 The party needs new leadership.
00:11:28.000 A good leader doesn't continually make excuses.
00:11:30.000 They just figure out how to get the job done.
00:11:32.000 We need a leader with the legal experience and expertise to beat the Democrats at their own game.
00:11:36.000 And I think Harmeet Dillon is that leader.
00:11:39.000 And perhaps you think it doesn't matter whether we win or not, because regardless of which party's in power, life will continue to get better and better here in the U.S. for you and your children.
00:11:47.000 Perhaps you think that massive illegal immigration with no checks on who comes into the country isn't important.
00:11:52.000 Perhaps you think that begging dictators for energy doesn't matter, or that an educational system that pushes propaganda and silences any opposing thought instead of teaching critical thinking and useful subjects doesn't matter.
00:12:02.000 What about encouraging kids to attempt to change their gender at an early age or systemically trying to get white people and people of color to hate each other with CRT?
00:12:10.000 The list goes on.
00:12:11.000 The people who are trying to destroy this country know what they are doing, and too many in our party are clueless.
00:12:18.000 We need a leader who understands this and why it's happening, how to fight, and who wants to fight it.
00:12:22.000 That leader is Harmeet Dillon.
00:12:24.000 I'm now telling other large donors to quit giving any money to the RNC and instead give to organizations that actually make a difference.
00:12:32.000 It would be really nice to see if we can make a change that the Republicans across the nation could get confidence to invest in the RNC again.
00:12:38.000 Currently, the RNC is a poor investment for most of America.
00:12:41.000 Sincerely, Mike Ryden, who is one of the largest Republican donors in the country.
00:12:46.000 Harmeet, your reaction.
00:12:48.000 Well, look, I think a lot of those are my talking points that we can't keep continuing to do the same thing.
00:12:54.000 We have to have a focus on winning.
00:12:56.000 What he doesn't mention, and I've talked a lot about, is what happens to all the money the RNC raises.
00:13:01.000 So it is true that Rana has been a prolific fundraiser.
00:13:04.000 It's pretty much her main focus.
00:13:06.000 And again, fundraising is necessary, but not sufficient.
00:13:10.000 A shocking amount of the money that the RNC raises goes to overhead costs of fundraising, you know, double or triple what other organizations like us spend, sometimes quadruple in some categories.
00:13:21.000 That means to political consultants.
00:13:23.000 It means consultants who advise on fundraising.
00:13:25.000 It means digital consultants who advise on digital fundraising, you know, all those 10x match emails and things like that.
00:13:32.000 They're nauseating.
00:13:33.000 Yeah, the price of purchasing lists is in the tens of millions of dollars at the RNC.
00:13:40.000 Again, to political consultants.
00:13:42.000 We sometimes purchase the same, virtually the same list again and again.
00:13:46.000 I think this is scandalous.
00:13:47.000 And I've called for a audit of the RNC's finances.
00:13:50.000 And to be clear, you know, I think a lot of this is going on in the office while the chair is out fundraising.
00:13:57.000 So I know she's doing her best to raise money, but at the same time, we have to be accountable for what happens with the money that we raise, and it's not good.
00:14:04.000 20% of that money goes to the states to help elect Republicans.
00:14:08.000 Some money goes to the NRCC, NRSC.
00:14:10.000 A lot of it goes to overhead, and a lot of it goes to fundraising overhead and consultants who lose elections.
00:14:17.000 So we don't have a concept of win bonuses in our pay structure.
00:14:21.000 We don't have incentives that actually are based on benchmarks and accountability like we have in the corporate world.
00:14:28.000 I mean, I'm a lawyer.
00:14:29.000 You don't get paid for your work that doesn't succeed in many instances, and you're held accountable and you don't keep getting rehired if you lose.
00:14:38.000 But in the RNC, there's been virtually no turnover in the top recipients of our large S to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars for many years.
00:14:48.000 So look, no leadership change or no leadership challenge since 12 years.
00:14:54.000 The world has moved on in 12 years.
00:14:56.000 In 12 years, Democrats are investing very heavily today in data, and they're investing very heavily in social media.
00:15:06.000 Mr. Ryden talks about our investments in dumb TV advertising.
00:15:10.000 That's mainly done by campaigns and committees.
00:15:13.000 But regardless, the point is: who's watching TV these days?
00:15:17.000 Nobody under the age of 40.
00:15:18.000 I'm in my 50s.
00:15:20.000 I don't watch television.
00:15:21.000 I consume most of my content in streaming or social media.
00:15:25.000 And so we have to get with it.
00:15:27.000 We spend zero right now at the RNC on social media influencers, whereas the Democrats had these complete buffoons wandering around the White House and making content that's very popular with young people.
00:15:38.000 We don't want that content, but we have our own content.
00:15:40.000 Have so many great things to talk about, the future of this great country, life, the border, some of these issues that affect the lives of Americans.
00:15:48.000 It is easy to make content about the crazy state of our country, but instead, it's business as usual, cocktail parties, and patting ourselves on the back.
00:15:59.000 I got to get off the I got to get off that train.
00:16:02.000 So we need to change.
00:16:03.000 The vote is Friday.
00:16:04.000 Go to hireharmeat.com, H-I-R-E-Harmeet.com.
00:16:07.000 I will be there.
00:16:08.000 Harmeet, keep working.
00:16:10.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:16:14.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:16:18.000 It's a new year, and you may be trying to make some positive change in your life.
00:16:22.000 New resolutions, habits, and thought processes.
00:16:25.000 But let's be honest, these efforts do not always pan out.
00:16:28.000 Have you ever given up after a few months because you don't see the results you were hoping for?
00:16:32.000 That's where Strong Cell comes in.
00:16:34.000 I love it.
00:16:35.000 In fact, I take it before every show.
00:16:37.000 I'm a big believer in this because it contains NADH.
00:16:42.000 I've kind of become a student of NAD.
00:16:45.000 I'm going to tell you more about that in a second.
00:16:47.000 Look, Strong Cell is a scientific formula that helps boost your body's natural energy and restoration at the cellular level.
00:16:54.000 So look, NAD is a crucial coenzyme that is critical for creating energy in your cells.
00:17:01.000 Now, you might say, Charlie, this sounds too good to be true.
00:17:03.000 NAD, go look it up online.
00:17:05.000 Go do five minutes of research on NAD.
00:17:07.000 It is a miracle coenzyme.
00:17:10.000 Some people call it the anti-aging enzyme.
00:17:12.000 It can help with depression.
00:17:14.000 It can help with anxiety.
00:17:15.000 It can help with drug detox.
00:17:16.000 It can help with mental acuity with memory.
00:17:19.000 And Strong Cell also puts CoQ10 and wild-caught marine collagen.
00:17:24.000 Again, I take it every day, and the difference I feel is undeniable.
00:17:28.000 By taking just one small bottle of Strong Cell liquid every day, you can experience an energy boost within the first week and even more benefits within the first 15 days.
00:17:37.000 After 30 days, you'll feel like a new person.

00:19:02.000 Tyler Boyer here, who's going to be one of the voters on Friday.
00:19:05.000 He is not a swing voter.
00:19:06.000 Tyler, what is the latest in the RNC race?
00:19:09.000 Man, that was quite the letter that you read.
00:19:13.000 Mike from Mike Ryden.
00:19:14.000 Mike Ryden.
00:19:15.000 And we've been hearing that from all over the place, not just from donors, but from the grassroots, more importantly.
00:19:20.000 And nothing has really changed since the beginning of this thing.
00:19:24.000 Since the beginning, we saw the grassroots has been solidly in the camp for change.
00:19:31.000 And really, the only people that I think are standing in the way or supportive of that is the 168.
00:19:39.000 So, you know, as we brought up, just as a refresh for everybody, there's three votes from every state and territory.
00:19:44.000 There's a national committee man, a national committee woman, and a state party chair.
00:19:48.000 Those are the three votes that determine who becomes the RNC chair.
00:19:53.000 And the race is down to this Friday.
00:19:55.000 It's down to Rana versus Harmee, Dylan versus Mike Lindell.
00:19:59.000 It looks like right now, Mike Lindell probably has probably about a handful of votes, I think, on the RNC right now from everything that we've seen.
00:20:08.000 We've had a few people come out in vocal support, not many.
00:20:13.000 Harmee, I think, is doing a little bit better than that.
00:20:16.000 I think she is going to sail through what would become the first vote because you have to win a 50% plus majority.
00:20:23.000 What's that number then?
00:20:25.000 To win, it's 85 votes.
00:20:26.000 So that's the magic number.
00:20:28.000 That's the magic number.
00:20:28.000 You have to get 85 votes in order to become RNC chair.
00:20:32.000 If everybody is present.
00:20:34.000 So if people aren't present, then that number shrinks.
00:20:37.000 But you need a majority of the voting.
00:20:39.000 But you can do proxy, can't you?
00:20:41.000 There's proxies, yeah.
00:20:42.000 So most everybody shows up.
00:20:43.000 Yeah, okay.
00:20:44.000 So you're going to get 163 votes, right?
00:20:47.000 168.
00:20:48.000 You're going to get to 168.
00:20:50.000 Probably.
00:20:51.000 I mean, there's probably inevitably sometimes there's disqualified votes because they don't send the right proxy.
00:20:56.000 Sometimes people just don't show up.
00:20:57.000 Sometimes people leave, you know, and don't vote.
00:21:00.000 Okay.
00:21:00.000 So this is right on, this is right on the margin.
00:21:03.000 You could be at 160, 162 votes.
00:21:06.000 So you might not need 85 votes.
00:21:08.000 That will lower the threshold.
00:21:09.000 Yeah, you need 81, 82, maybe.
00:21:12.000 So it looks like right now that I think Rana is hovering right around the magic number.
00:21:19.000 And Harmeet has been just cruising up.
00:21:23.000 And I think that all of the Mike Lindell votes, if it goes the second round, are probably going to vote for Harmeet in the second round, right?
00:21:29.000 I think that's probably fair.
00:21:31.000 So, I mean, Harmeet, I think, is going to be, you know, outwardly and behind closed doors above 70s and the 70s.
00:21:40.000 There's a lot of people on the RNC.
00:21:42.000 I mean, this is like a really wild situation because you kind of have, you know, Trump's staying out for the most part right now, but he just endorsed for the co-chair, who's the state party chair from North Carolina, Michael Watley.
00:21:57.000 He's been like a huge Rana advocate.
00:22:00.000 So a lot of people are signaling and saying, well, that's Trump saying that he's supporting Rana, which I actually don't think helps Rana.
00:22:08.000 I actually think there's a lot of people that are on the RNC, like all the Trump fans that I know are all supporting Harmeet.
00:22:15.000 So, you know, it's kind of a screwed up scenario that we have here where like Kellyanne Conway, who has received some money from the RNC, and a lot of people, it seems like the only people that are out advocating for no change are the people who have been paid by the RNC, which I think is totally a conflict of interest.
00:22:34.000 Yeah, I mean, it's an imbalance, right?
00:22:36.000 So 90 to 98% of the grassroots, and I think 100% of our audience right now want to see a change at the RNC.
00:22:43.000 They believe that losing is not acceptable.
00:22:46.000 They believe that the current RNC is not getting the job done.
00:22:50.000 Well, go ahead, and then I want to read one of these emails from a committee woman from Texas.
00:22:54.000 Let me get into just real quickly why I'm so passionate about this, right?
00:22:59.000 And again, this has nothing to do with Rana's personality, whatever.
00:23:02.000 I think six years is a long time to be a party chair.
00:23:06.000 It'll be eight years if she gets re-elected.
00:23:07.000 It's not a fun job.
00:23:08.000 It really isn't.
00:23:09.000 Being an RNC is a challenge.
00:23:10.000 Why does she want the job?
00:23:11.000 Well, we do pay our RNC chair.
00:23:14.000 And again, I do think that that's a valuable reason.
00:23:18.000 And I think we should pay to the RNC chair.
00:23:20.000 But I mean, the reason why I'm so passionate about this is we have not been winning elections.
00:23:25.000 We have...
00:23:26.000 Yeah.
00:23:27.000 And look back at Arizona, which I care about most.
00:23:31.000 Arizona and all the models, in order to win the presidency in 2024, take about 60% of the models.
00:23:37.000 You have to win Arizona.
00:23:39.000 So, Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, if you don't win a combination of those three states, you only have about a 15% chance to win.
00:23:48.000 I think it's less than 20% chance to win the presidency.
00:23:52.000 That's striking.
00:23:53.000 And here's the reason why.
00:23:54.000 In Arizona, we received about 50% of the same money this election cycle in 2022 as we did in 2018.
00:24:02.000 That's scary when the Democrats are coming into Arizona, spending 10 times more.
00:24:06.000 How can you justify a leadership position where you underfund Arizona, which is a top three state?
00:24:11.000 You have to win in 2024.
00:24:13.000 If you're wanting to run as RNC chair and be the RNC chair for a presidential cycle, how are you underfunding Arizona?
00:24:20.000 And then I can make a lot of the same arguments for Wisconsin.
00:24:23.000 I can make a lot of the same arguments for Florida.
00:24:25.000 I can make, I can, I mean, we can point to Georgia and what happened with the runoff.
00:24:30.000 I mean, we are not in a perfect position to win in 2024.
00:24:34.000 So you have to look at this and say strategically, what are we going to do that's different?
00:24:37.000 I've heard no plan of what we're going to do that's different.
00:24:40.000 And Harmeet's presented some of that plan, right?
00:24:43.000 So that's the reason why, right?
00:24:44.000 But that means that the premise is so silly.
00:24:47.000 And I'm going to read one of these emails here that one of our listeners forwarded because the email box are being flooded because we're telling people how to do that.
00:24:55.000 Hireharmeet.com.
00:24:56.000 Yeah, I'm getting thousands and thousands of emails.
00:24:58.000 And it's intensifying text messages.
00:25:00.000 And so, again, I do not, I probably have met this person before.
00:25:03.000 I apologize.
00:25:04.000 I don't, I'm going to read the email on air.
00:25:06.000 I won't even say the name actually of just one of the leaders who's voting from Texas.
00:25:10.000 Okay.
00:25:11.000 I'll send you the name later, but I don't know who it is.
00:25:13.000 Yeah, but I'm going to read what she has said because one of our listeners got a response.
00:25:17.000 They said, thank you for your message supporting Harmeet Dillon.
00:25:20.000 There's no question Harmeet is brilliant.
00:25:21.000 I respect your request.
00:25:23.000 However, I'm concerned with many of the comments about chairwoman Rana that are not true.
00:25:27.000 Therefore, I'm supporting Rana for reelection.
00:25:29.000 I'm committed to her prior to people weighing in.
00:25:32.000 Okay, I came to the conclusion to support Rana based on my personal experience with her.
00:25:36.000 I know Rana well.
00:25:37.000 She's a woman of her word.
00:25:38.000 She supported our efforts in Texas and has never failed to her commitment.
00:25:42.000 Under her leadership, the RNC has spent millions in Texas to fund our first ever election integrity program, Fieldwork Community Centers, Voter Turnout.
00:25:48.000 She worked tirelessly to help us keep Texas red.
00:25:51.000 I could keep going, but I'm sorry, do we judge the RNC based on activity or results?
00:25:58.000 Yeah, I mean, this is.
00:25:59.000 We lost the Senate.
00:26:00.000 Hello?
00:26:01.000 You're fired.
00:26:02.000 You're done.
00:26:02.000 I don't care how many doors you knocked on.
00:26:04.000 This is where I've been talking about priorities, right?
00:26:07.000 So what's the priority of the RNC?
00:26:09.000 Well, the priority of the RNC is to win presidential elections.
00:26:11.000 To win.
00:26:12.000 No, it's just to win.
00:26:13.000 Win presidential elections, win important U.S. Senate elections, right?
00:26:16.000 Federal elections, and then win Congress back.
00:26:19.000 So the reality is this, is we were expecting like a 20, 30 plus margin in Congress.
00:26:25.000 That didn't happen.
00:26:26.000 We almost, we almost, we were verging on the edge of.
00:26:29.000 Yes.
00:26:30.000 And quite honestly, the unspoken word that nobody wants to say here is that we are on pace to lose Congress in 2024.
00:26:39.000 Of course we are.
00:26:40.000 But I mean, the RNC is about to re-elect the person who's been a miserable failure.
00:26:44.000 So we might win the Senate back.
00:26:48.000 We might lose Congress again.
00:26:50.000 And right now, if you don't bolster Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin, you're going to lose the presidency.
00:26:56.000 That's just like, that's statistically where you're at.
00:26:59.000 And if you lose Arizona, like half, like 60% of your chance of winning the presidency is gone.
00:27:03.000 It's just off the table.
00:27:05.000 And if you take off Pennsylvania, then like another 30% is gone.
00:27:09.000 So like you have like almost like no pathway to the presidency.
00:27:12.000 You have a tiny margin.
00:27:14.000 So this is what I'm saying.
00:27:15.000 Like this is a very logical stance, right?
00:27:16.000 Has nothing to do with personalities.
00:27:18.000 Has nothing to do with like what we wish would come true.
00:27:21.000 It has everything to do with you have to, you have to lay out a, if you're a general, you have to position your armies in the right places.
00:27:31.000 You have to come up with a strategic plan and a backup plan and a backup to a backup plan in order to win the war.
00:27:37.000 And we're losing big battles.
00:27:39.000 We're losing massive battles in the battle for 2024.
00:27:42.000 2022 and 2020 were massive losses to our 2024 battle plan.
00:27:48.000 And this is where we're at now.
00:27:49.000 So a lot of people are just saying, hey, we need a new coach.
00:27:52.000 Hey, we need a new general.
00:27:54.000 And we need to swap it out.
00:27:55.000 And by the way, some really great generals in the history of World Wars and the history of the Civil War were swapped out because they weren't meeting expectations.
00:28:05.000 We're not dealing with a George Washington here, okay?
00:28:08.000 Yeah, but yeah, in World War II, every 60 days they'd swip out a general.
00:28:11.000 It doesn't matter if you were a nice person, a good author.
00:28:13.000 And by the way, if eventually you get to Patton, who's ruthless, like, yeah, I'm going to take Europe.
00:28:16.000 Okay, you're hired.
00:28:17.000 And let me say this, and I'll say this again.
00:28:19.000 And I hope, and I really hope that members of the RNC are listening to this point.
00:28:22.000 And I hope that somebody's.
00:28:23.000 There's a lot of people.
00:28:24.000 We're getting a lot of emails.
00:28:25.000 People are watching what you're saying.
00:28:27.000 I'm telling you this: is that Rana is not a no one, no one's targeting Rana as an awful person.
00:28:33.000 No one's saying that she's bad.
00:28:34.000 Anyone that's in this job is going to get the crap kicked out of them for two full years.
00:28:38.000 That's just what happens.
00:28:39.000 When you're state party chair, that's what happens.
00:28:41.000 When you're a county party chair, that's what happens.
00:28:42.000 I was a county party chair.
00:28:43.000 I was chairman of Maricopa County 10 years ago.
00:28:46.000 Like it sucked.
00:28:47.000 It was not fun.
00:28:48.000 But here's the deal: like, you can't expect to do that over and over and over.
00:28:52.000 And if you're losing, you got to swap out.
00:28:54.000 You know, when we won in 2016 for Trump because of what we did here in Maricopa County, you know, I was like, there's no way I'm running for another term.
00:29:03.000 Like somebody else has got to tag in because we had laid everything out on the field.
00:29:06.000 If you're doing that properly, my opinion is this, it's very simple, is that if you're properly doing that, you are ready to tag someone else in.
00:29:14.000 Yeah, I mean, this is, it's a big deal on Friday, everybody, and it's right on the margins right now.
00:29:21.000 And look, I'm going to read another email here of an RNC committee person who said, you know, I'm behind Rana.
00:29:28.000 This is someone who's vocally emailing back and forth.
00:29:31.000 Do you know what state it is?
00:29:32.000 Yeah, it's Ohio.
00:29:33.000 Okay.
00:29:34.000 I'm not going to say who it is, but I'll send you the, I don't want to say any names on there.
00:29:38.000 But basically, they say that, this is what they say.
00:29:42.000 They say, do you know that other state parties like Arizona are not doing much more than fighting with one another?
00:29:47.000 They're pointing at you as the problem.
00:29:50.000 Right.
00:29:50.000 Yeah, let's just be comfortable losing.
00:29:52.000 The RNC regime is comfortable losing.
00:29:55.000 I don't know about you, but I'm pretty upset that John Fetterman's a U.S. senator.
00:29:58.000 I want someone fired for that.
00:29:59.000 Who gets fired?
00:30:01.000 No one.
00:30:01.000 So look, I'm planning to be at the RNC meeting.
00:30:03.000 Tyler, I don't know if they're going to allow me to speak in favor of Harmit or not, but if they do, my message is going to be very simple, which is 98% of the people you guys represent want to change in RNC leadership.
00:30:13.000 I hope you listen to your voters.
00:30:15.000 It's that simple.
00:30:16.000 98% of people think it's ridiculous what's happening at the RNC.
00:30:21.000 Electing the current regime is a throbbing middle finger to the American conservative grassroots.
00:30:27.000 I don't care about you.
00:30:28.000 I'm going to keep on doing because I think I know better than you.
00:30:30.000 It's that simple.
00:30:34.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:30:36.000 January is sanctity of human life month, and we're taking a stand and making a difference.
00:30:41.000 What if I told you that you could save a baby's life for just $28?
00:30:44.000 Well, it's true.
00:30:45.000 Pre-born is a ministry doing just that with the help of people just like you by offering free ultrasound sessions to pregnant women and girls who might otherwise choose to end their pregnancy.
00:30:54.000 We know that pregnant girls and women who can see their babies on ultrasound are far more likely to choose life.
00:31:00.000 Your gift today can save babies' lives.
00:31:02.000 $140 can save five mothers a free ultrasound and save babies.
00:31:07.000 $280 can save 10 babies and just $28 a month can save a baby for less than a dollar a day.
00:31:13.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come.
00:31:18.000 Whether you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, that opportunity is just a phone call or click away.
00:31:22.000 There's no better time than the sanctity of human life month to save a baby.
00:31:26.000 Join us.
00:31:26.000 Call 833-850BABY or go to preborn.org.
00:31:34.000 We have an audience here that I love and that they've been so good to us.
00:31:38.000 And I feel an obligation to go to California, show up to the meeting.
00:31:43.000 I really don't want to go, but whatever, and to be the voice of the grassroots because I'm so sick and tired of just looking at this stuff from afar, but it's super clubby.
00:31:52.000 Yeah, I mean, Charlie, I mean, good for you for going.
00:31:55.000 I mean, just so they'll let me speak.
00:31:58.000 Well, just so you're aware, this is one of the reasons why the grassroots doesn't love the RNC is these are really shut down, closed-off meetings.
00:32:05.000 And so when we did the grassroots report that we gave to Chairwoman McDaniel, what we said was, hey, like open these things up to the grassroots.
00:32:13.000 Like we should be doing trainings.
00:32:14.000 We should be inviting in the general public into our meetings, not having these be like these clandestine, smoky backroom meetings, you know, which that's not the total thing, but like it's definitely not a warm, welcoming environment.
00:32:25.000 And it won't be warm and welcoming for you.
00:32:27.000 Sorry to interrupt, but just really quick, will they be live streaming this?
00:32:30.000 No.
00:32:31.000 That's a huge problem.
00:32:32.000 Yeah.
00:32:33.000 Why are they not live streaming the meeting?
00:32:35.000 Oh, because they think of themselves as the cardinals at the Vatican.
00:32:38.000 And I don't mean it pejoratively, cardinals at the Vatican, but they do look at themselves as a religious conclave.
00:32:44.000 How dare you question me?
00:32:45.000 Your thoughts.
00:32:45.000 So let me tell you a quick story about what happened one time.
00:32:48.000 So everything that we do in the RNC as a member of the RNC, it's all public.
00:32:52.000 It's in meeting minutes.
00:32:55.000 It gets posted.
00:32:57.000 You walk out, like you freely talk about it.
00:32:58.000 You're a member of a, this is a public party organization, right?
00:33:02.000 Like there's very little that happens privately unless you're on the executive committee with the executive privilege, right?
00:33:07.000 Or you're the chair and these are private, you know, legalese type meetings.
00:33:11.000 Most everything's public.
00:33:13.000 So one time we passed, there was a resolutions committee meeting.
00:33:17.000 These are, mind you, very public meetings.
00:33:19.000 And we were passing a resolution to admonish Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger.
00:33:24.000 You were the promoter of this.
00:33:27.000 You were the pincer move.
00:33:29.000 You were really.
00:33:30.000 So Dave Bossi introduced it.
00:33:32.000 I was a co-signer onto it.
00:33:34.000 Mini.
00:33:34.000 This was in Utah, wasn't it?
00:33:35.000 This is in Utah.
00:33:37.000 And I was just in the room just like tweeting like, okay, this is underway.
00:33:42.000 Like pretty normal, like live tweeting, like not even like hardcore live tweeting.
00:33:46.000 It was just like positive things like, okay, this is about to take, because a lot of people were like interested in what was going on.
00:33:52.000 And as I was tweeting, all positive things, mind you, it wasn't like negative anything.
00:33:57.000 It was just like, oh, like they're getting ready to vote on this.
00:34:00.000 I was just going to tweet out the result of the vote that it was moving on to the body.
00:34:05.000 Yeah, I tweeted like, oh, this is about to happen.
00:34:07.000 You know, Rana turns around and she goes, you can't tweet about this.
00:34:12.000 Like to me, like in front of other people.
00:34:14.000 As if you're in a skiff that you're like tweeting out classified information.
00:34:18.000 And I love all my RNC members that are in there, but most of them are on Twitter and they're at Twitter Pros and like they have most of them are a little bit older and they're like, oh my gosh, like it was like some kind of like vile thing when like I'm actually trying to like help the RNC out and like do positive things so that people can see it before it like gets out of hand or like the grassroots gets upset because somebody didn't vote for something.
00:34:40.000 Anyways, long story short, I was like, oh, I didn't realize like this was like some kind of closed off meeting to the world.
00:34:46.000 Like this is like pretty public information.
00:34:48.000 And it was at that moment I realized like the RNC has been operating under like this like idea of like secrecy for years and years and years.
00:34:56.000 And it shouldn't.
00:34:57.000 And by the way, I'll be public.
00:34:58.000 I'm sending out a tweet.
00:34:59.000 It's our party.
00:34:59.000 I'm sending out a tweet.
00:35:00.000 Why is the RNC not live streaming their meetings this week?
00:35:02.000 That's a very simple ask, right?
00:35:04.000 Live stream it.
00:35:05.000 Let's hear the arguments.
00:35:07.000 I understand the secret ballot.
00:35:08.000 I do.
00:35:09.000 I actually think that's fine.
00:35:10.000 You want to preserve that, but let's hear the speeches and let's see the gavel in, the gavel out.
00:35:14.000 Let's see how the business operates.
00:35:16.000 And by the way, if you are so proud of who you're selecting, then let's open it up.
00:35:24.000 I am not going to watch this republic be torn apart by a backroom clubby deal at the Ritz-Carlton in Dana Point.
00:35:31.000 I think it's outrageous.
00:35:33.000 Open up the process.
00:35:34.000 Yeah, and I actually think I disagree with you even on the secret ballot.
00:35:36.000 I think that every member of the RNC should go down and publicly.
00:35:40.000 I'm torn on this, and I could tell you why.
00:35:42.000 Retribution.
00:35:43.000 These people are vicious.
00:35:45.000 And I think some people might vote for Harmeet because they understand what I'm saying.
00:35:52.000 I see it your way.
00:35:53.000 I agree with you, but I'm saying outside of this meeting alone.
00:35:56.000 Yes.
00:35:56.000 I'm saying I think it's as representatives, it should be like Congress.
00:36:00.000 Everyone knows how you vote.
00:36:02.000 No, you mean on resolutions and stuff?
00:36:04.000 On everything, right?
00:36:05.000 Like you're down representing.
00:36:06.000 I'm representing literally millions of people at the RNC for our state of Arizona.
00:36:12.000 I don't love the job, to be honest with you.
00:36:14.000 Like nobody loves it.
00:36:15.000 I get nothing out of it.
00:36:16.000 I pay money out of pocket.
00:36:17.000 We pay money out of pocket to do this.
00:36:19.000 And so like, it's not a fun job by any means.
00:36:22.000 But like, I represent people and they should know how I'm voting.
00:36:25.000 And I shouldn't, like, I have no, like, this is what most of the members of the RNC are realizing.
00:36:30.000 They have no ability to communicate their positions to tens of thousands, much less hundreds of thousands of people.
00:36:37.000 Right.
00:36:37.000 Okay.
00:36:38.000 So, so here's the Kansas committeeman.
00:36:40.000 I won't tell you who.
00:36:42.000 He says he will not vote for Harmeet because she donated twice to a Democrat.
00:36:47.000 I find that hard to believe.
00:36:48.000 She donated Kamala Harris.
00:36:50.000 And when Harmeet ran for office in California, she's allegedly not pro-life.
00:36:56.000 Sounds like some serious misinformation being spread.
00:37:00.000 Yeah, Lila Rose from her organization, Live Action, came out and did, I think she did a statement or a video for Harmeet, like saying, like, that's not true.
00:37:10.000 Harmeet's like totally pro-life.
00:37:12.000 But yeah, I mean, there's just all this misinformation.
00:37:14.000 You might have seen the article, too, that a bunch of people are accusing her of being Muslim.
00:37:19.000 Which she's not.
00:37:20.000 She's Sikh, which is a completely different faith.
00:37:23.000 The Sikhs are some of the most peaceful, wisdom-loving, amazing people on the planet.
00:37:27.000 Yeah, she grew up with Sikhs.
00:37:29.000 They're awesome.
00:37:29.000 They love America, too.
00:37:30.000 Yeah.
00:37:31.000 I mean, anyway, in closing, Tyler, hireharmeet.com, H-I-R-E-Harmeet.com.
00:37:37.000 Yeah, I mean, look, everybody's voice is really important right now.
00:37:40.000 This next week of reaching out respectfully to the individuals who represent you on the RNC.
00:37:45.000 If you don't know who these people are, I hope that you'll exit this week knowing exactly who these people are.
00:37:51.000 I have no problem receiving contact from people.
00:37:55.000 Hireharmeet.com.
00:37:56.000 Why are they not live streaming it?
00:37:57.000 There's something going on at the meeting that they do not want to see go public.
00:38:00.000 I'll be there as your voice.
00:38:02.000 Tyler will too.
00:38:03.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
