00:03:28.000 We've been covering in pretty good detail on this program on how Republicans had a rare opportunity to put Democrats on defense and make them solve their own problems.

00:03:40.000 The United States Senate is tied 50-50.

00:03:43.000 It should be a lot higher than that if it wasn't for what happened in Georgia.

00:03:43.000 It shouldn't be.

00:03:49.000 But unfortunately, John Ossif and Raphael Warnock are U.S. Senators.

00:03:52.000 So it's tied 50-50 with two very moderate Democrat senators who are causing trouble for Chuck Schumer, Kirsten Sinema and Joe Manchin.

00:04:03.000 And Republicans were holding the line.

00:04:04.000 We are complimenting Mitch McConnell on this program.

00:04:07.000 We were getting into detail on how McConnell and the Republicans have been willing to tell the Democrats: we are not going to negotiate with you.

00:04:17.000 We are an unmovable block.

00:04:20.000 We're going to make you blink, change your $4.7 trillion bill.

00:04:27.000 Thanks for playing.

00:04:29.000 And then something happened in the last 72 hours that was perplexing, it was confusing, and it still is.

00:04:36.000 Where Mitch McConnell suddenly announced that he was willing to have a short-term debt limit increase basically evaporate and vaporize all of the Republican negotiating power.

00:04:51.000 Republicans do not have a lot of cards in Washington, D.C.

00:04:54.000 The one card we had was the debt ceiling increase.

00:04:58.000 Usually and typically, it takes 60 votes to raise the debt ceiling.

00:05:03.000 Chuck Schumer was threatening to blow up the U.S. Senate and get to a mere majority vote in the Senate rulebook to be able to raise the debt ceiling.

00:05:14.000 Even though Joe Manchin and Kirsten Cinema have signaled that they're not game for it, they do not want to have that.

00:05:21.000 And so, despite that, Mitch McConnell advanced a debt ceiling increase of just another $500 billion.

00:05:29.000 What's another $500 billion over the next couple months?

00:05:33.000 And alongside him was a group of Senate Republicans: John Thune from South Dakota, John Cornyn from Texas, Lisa Murkowski from Alaska, Shelley Moore Capito from West Virginia, Richard Shelby from Alabama, Rob Portman from Ohio, Susan Collins from Maine, John Barroso from Wyoming, Mike Rounds from South Dakota, and Roy Blunt from Missouri.

00:05:57.000 Now, what does this list have in common?

00:05:59.000 So, here's how this works: I'm going to give you a little bit of inside baseball of how the United States Senate in Washington, D.C. works.

00:06:06.000 Mitch McConnell decided that he wanted to bail out Chuck Schumer.

00:06:10.000 Mitch McConnell realized: hey, the most important thing I could do is make Democrats' political future and life easier.

00:06:18.000 Joe Biden's approval ratings are at record lows.

00:06:21.000 Very wise and moderate consultants are saying that Democrats are going to be wiped out in 2022 in the House and the Senate.

00:06:31.000 So, what does Mitch McConnell do?

00:06:32.000 He tries to give them an upper hand, despite Democrats falling in every single political metric you can imagine.

00:06:44.000 Senate Republicans, Mitch McConnell says, you know what, I'm going to make life easier.

00:06:49.000 Democrats threatened and Republicans caved, and it's worse than caving.

00:06:55.000 We bailed them out.

00:06:57.000 But here's how the cabal works: here is why people hate, and I use that word hate intentionally.

00:07:03.000 I don't like that word, but it's why people hate Washington, D.C.

00:07:08.000 It's because every single senator I just listed off, minus Murkowski and Collins, because they're incredibly moderate, they are from deep red states or they are retiring.

00:07:21.000 Therefore, McConnell knows they're not going to have to pay a political consequence for this.

00:07:26.000 John Thune, South Dakota.

00:07:30.000 So, here's how it works: McConnell has this meeting, and he'll call some of his good buddies, Thune and Blunt, and say, Hey, I need you to help bail me out here.

00:07:38.000 You know, we want to try to give the Democrats a gift because I love the Senate so much, even though the Democrats were not going to be able to do what he thought they were going to do.

00:07:52.000 So he called Thune, he called Corny, he called Murkowski, he called Capito, Shelby and Portman, who are retiring, they want to be lobbyists.

00:07:59.000 Portman wants to go represent some international lobbying firm that is going to make him a bunch of money.

00:08:06.000 Susan Collins, who's super moderate.

00:08:09.000 But John Barroso, Mike Rounds, Roy Blunt, Shelly Moore Capito, John Cornyn, and John Thune, they are all from deep red states, which means they think they're better than their voters.

00:08:22.000 They know that they'll get some flack and they'll receive some phone calls or some emails.

00:08:27.000 But the way the United States Senate works is that when they need to give a gift to the Democrats, they don't call Marco Rubio because he's in a tough race.

00:08:36.000 They don't call Ron Johnson in Wisconsin because he's in a tough race.

00:08:42.000 No, they call the people in deep red, comfortably conservative states because they know that the voters of those states are not going to displace them.

00:08:54.000 They know that the voters of South Dakota with Mike Rounds and John Thune, that they might get a little irritated, they might get a little upset.

00:09:02.000 But when it comes down to it, they'll get reelected.

00:09:06.000 So Mitch McConnell surrenders to the Democrats.

00:09:10.000 Now, in negotiations, you must realize the advantage you have.

00:09:14.000 This is the downside of having people negotiate things that have never negotiated anything of significance in their life.

00:09:21.000 You have some of the most simple-minded people running the U.S. Senate.

00:09:28.000 Instead of using leverage, instead of making the Democrats continue in the direction that is super unpopular, Chuck Schumer is celebrating because he knows their poll numbers are going down.

00:09:41.000 The American people are not with them.

00:09:44.000 So instead of making the Democrats own the catastrophe in D.C., McConnell now says, you know what?

00:09:50.000 We're going to help you.

00:09:51.000 We're now going to make this a bipartisan crisis.

00:09:55.000 We are now going to show the country that both parties can come together and destroy America.

00:10:01.000 This only gives AOC and Rashida Tlaib more time.

00:10:04.000 You realize that.

00:10:06.000 If you want to give more time to the Democrats to try to sort their house out, that's what McConnell did.

00:10:11.000 Now, McConnell's reasoning is that, well, I don't want to see the United States go into default.

00:10:16.000 That is not going to happen.

00:10:18.000 That is a, that's like a Fauciism type threat.

00:10:22.000 Everyone's going to die.

00:10:23.000 It's not true.

00:10:26.000 And if you are going to have the United States government go through a debt ceiling default, make Chuck Schumer own it.

00:10:35.000 Make Chuck Schumer, who is the Senate majority leader, be the one presiding over that.

00:10:41.000 Of how Chuck Schumer acted after he got what he wanted from McConnell, rubbed it in Republicans' faces.

00:10:49.000 Said, how basically, this is not what he said, but it's the essence of what he said. 1.00

00:10:54.000 I can't believe you were so stupid to actually give me what I wanted. 1.00

00:11:00.000 You want to know why the country's falling apart? 1.00

00:11:02.000 There's a lot of reasons.

00:11:05.000 But we keep on sending these Republicans from deep red states, Wyoming, South Dakota, Missouri, West Virginia, Texas, Alabama.

00:11:15.000 Isn't that interesting how they're all from deep red states?

00:11:18.000 Because they actually know their voters won't do anything about it.

00:11:22.000 They know they just have to send out a mailer and a leaflet.

00:11:24.000 I'm pro-life.

00:11:26.000 I'm pro-gun.

00:11:27.000 Look at me pheasant hunting in South Dakota.

00:11:31.000 Go re-elect me.

00:11:32.000 I'm John Thune and Mike Rhodes.

00:11:34.000 Meanwhile, I am raising the debt limit to destroy future generations of America.

00:11:40.000 The one piece of leverage Republicans had, they said, here, Chuck Schumer, here's some more time.

00:11:47.000 Please destroy the America.

00:11:49.000 But please, CNN, don't say anything bad about me.

00:11:53.000 It's back to school time, and you may be feeling the burden of college bills or private tuition school expenses.

00:11:59.000 With home equity at a all-time high and interest rates low, refinancing your house could be a great way to get some cash and pay out those bills.

00:12:05.000 But look, I'm going to cut it to you straight: stop using banks to refinance your home that hate you.

00:12:10.000 Every big bank hates you, they hate your values, they hate your worldview, they want to take our guns away, they fund Planned Parenthood enough.

00:12:16.000 So let's go with the good guys.

00:12:17.000 I got two good friends.

00:12:18.000 These guys love the Lord.

00:12:20.000 They love their country.

00:12:21.000 They're really fun people.

00:12:23.000 They're down to earth.

00:12:24.000 It's Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian at andrewandTodd.com.

00:12:28.000 They are with Sierra Pacific Mortgage, people I know and trust with them, and you should too.

00:12:33.000 So it's super simple.

00:12:34.000 Anything you need for a home loan, anything at all, refinance, take out a loan.

00:12:38.000 Don't go to Chase.

00:12:40.000 Don't go to Wealth Fargo.

00:12:41.000 Definitely don't go to Goldman Sachs.

00:12:43.000 I don't think many people would because I don't think they have a retail operation.

00:12:46.000 Don't go to this brick-and-mortar nonsense of these people that are woke USA, wearing two masks, take your money and deposit it, charge you fees, and then say, oh, let's take out a loan.

00:12:56.000 By the way, the money we make is going to go fund the downfall of America.

00:12:59.000 Ain't done with that.

00:13:01.000 Instead, just go to andrewandtodd.com.

00:13:03.000 Again, these are two patriots who love the Lord and they love their country.

00:13:07.000 Take 30 seconds to answer a couple questions, and that gives them the info they need and gives you value information often on the first call.

00:13:14.000 Andrew and Todd, they are not brokers, they are bankers, which means they can handle your loan from start to finish.

00:13:20.000 So you always have someone in your corner.

00:13:21.000 Again, they're honest.

00:13:23.000 They are great people.

00:13:25.000 I've got to know them so well.

00:13:26.000 So take that first step towards getting the cash you need today.

00:13:29.000 Stop taking out loans from banks that hate you.

00:13:33.000 Go to AndrewandTodd.com.

00:13:35.000 AndrewandTodd.com.

00:13:36.000 Call 888-888-1172.

00:13:38.000 That's AAA 888-1172.

00:13:40.000 Go to andrewandtodd.com.

00:13:43.000 I'm about to use them for something at andrewandodd.com.

00:13:46.000 They've been so easy to work with.

00:13:49.000 And you know what gives me some peace at night?

00:13:51.000 I know that when I use them, they love the Lord and they love the flag and they love the country.

00:13:57.000 It really makes me feel good about it.

00:13:59.000 AndrewandTodd.com, start supporting the good guys and stop taking out loans of people that hate you and hate your values.

00:14:09.000 Blessed are the young, for they shall inherit the national debt, Herbert Hoover famously said.

00:14:15.000 Republicans folded.

00:14:18.000 Lindsey Graham said that last evening, saying that Republicans dug themselves into a hole for folding to the Democrats.

00:14:27.000 So after the Democrats got what they wanted, how did Chuck Schumer respond to this?

00:14:32.000 Well, Chuck Schumer decided to rub this in the face of Republicans, take a victory lap, because Chuck Schumer realized that this is going to help his approval ratings.

00:14:44.000 This is going to help Democrats.

00:14:45.000 This is a sigh of relief.

00:14:47.000 People know Democrats run the government, and instead of Republicans making them own it and then figure it out themselves, we issued them a pardon.

00:14:58.000 Cut 108, Chuck Schumer rubbing it in the face, saying we avoided a Republican-manufactured default on the debt.

00:15:06.000 Cut 108.

00:15:07.000 The Senate will pass an extension of the debt limit through early December, avoiding a first ever Republican-manufactured default on the national debt.

00:15:18.000 On Monday morning, I said we needed to pass a bill to address the debt limit by the end of the week, and that is exactly what we did.

00:15:26.000 Republicans played a dangerous and risky partisan game, and I am glad that their brinksmanship did not work.

00:15:33.000 For the good of America's families, for the good of our economy, Republicans must recognize in the future that they should approach fixing the debt limit in a bipartisan way.

00:15:47.000 Do you notice that everyone's talking while Schumer's talking?

00:15:51.000 It sounds like it's Union Station.

00:15:54.000 People are trying to board a train or something.

00:15:56.000 No one's listening to what Schumer's saying.

00:15:58.000 This was so low blow by Schumer.

00:16:03.000 Republicans give him what they want.

00:16:06.000 What does he do?

00:16:07.000 Why is anyone surprised?

00:16:09.000 We know who Schumer is.

00:16:11.000 We know who the Democrats are.

00:16:12.000 This shows that the Republicans that we send to Washington, D.C., they are so out of loop of who the American left is, it's stunning.

00:16:24.000 When I talk to Senate Republicans, I tell you this, I meet a lot of them.

00:16:30.000 They have no grasps whatsoever of what we're up against.

00:16:34.000 Now, many Senate Republicans, including even Willard Romney, otherwise known as Mitt Romney, has come out and he said, I can't believe that Schumer did that.

00:16:41.000 You can't believe he did that?

00:16:44.000 I'm surprised it wasn't worse.

00:16:47.000 You see, when you deal with Democrats and the left like we do on this program and at Turning Point USA, when you travel to college campuses and you have to travel around with security because of death threats, and you understand the motivation of the Democrat Party, this doesn't shock you. 0.68

00:17:05.000 These people are indecent, they're treacherous, and they're deceitful. 0.98

00:17:11.000 They're also arrogant. 1.00

00:17:13.000 Cut 109, Schumer continues.

00:17:15.000 Yesterday, Republicans noticed their obstruction wasn't going to work, and I thank my Democrat colleagues for showing our unity in solving this Republican-manufactured crisis.

00:17:24.000 Cut 109.

00:17:26.000 Leader McConnell and Senate Republicans insisted they wanted a solution to the debt ceiling, but said Democrats must raise it alone by going through a drawn-out, convoluted, and risky reconciliation process.

00:17:41.000 That was simply unacceptable to my caucus.

00:17:44.000 And yesterday, Senate Republicans finally realized that their obstruction was not going to work.

00:17:50.000 I thank, very much thank, my Democratic colleagues for our showing our unity in solving this Republican-manufactured crisis.

00:18:00.000 That's a very important line.

00:18:02.000 He turns around and thank, thank.

00:18:04.000 You see, this was a question of the will.

00:18:08.000 We talked about this on our program with Steve Dace, and I said Republicans are not willing to save the country.

00:18:15.000 And so, what did Schumer do?

00:18:16.000 He looked over his shoulder and he said, I want to thank not the Republicans that bailed me out.

00:18:21.000 No, no, no, why would I give thanks to the opposition?

00:18:25.000 He said, He thanks the 50 Democrats who held the line, who were willing to go to the brink of default to get what he wanted.

00:18:37.000 You see, Republicans in their current form would rather be liked than America be saved.

00:18:48.000 People are saying, Charlie, what can I do? 0.98

00:18:51.000 I think you guys know what you can do, especially to the two South Dakota senators that voted for this garbage because they just take their voters for granted. 0.98

00:18:59.000 That's how it works in the heartland of the country. 0.90

00:19:01.000 You send moderate Republicans to D.C., and they actually don't listen to their voters because they think that the insiders in D.C. and the cartel of lobbyists know better than their voters.

00:19:10.000 Schumer is celebrating and dancing while the country burns.

00:19:14.000 And Republicans, they let it happen.

00:19:20.000 As you know, my friend Mike Lindell, lots of energy, has a passion to help everyone get the best sleep of their life.

00:19:26.000 He didn't stop by simply creating the best pillow.

00:20:11.000 Mike Lindell, lots of energy, lots of passion.

00:20:13.000 Look, everyone has something in common.

00:20:15.000 You all have to go to sleep.

00:20:16.000 Now, maybe you're an insomniac, and so I got a coffee to sell you.

00:20:21.000 Okay.

00:20:21.000 And now that's a different read for a different time.

00:20:23.000 But maybe you got to go to sleep, okay?

00:20:25.000 Mypillow.com, go buy pillow.

00:20:28.000 In fact, if you're an insomniac, I got magnesium to sell you.

00:20:30.000 Different thing for a different time.

00:20:32.000 But you got to sleep, okay?

00:20:34.000 Mypillow.com.

00:20:35.000 Go right now.

00:20:36.000 Go buy a bunch of stuff.

00:20:37.000 Go buy all your friends' slippers.

00:20:38.000 Go buy all your friends' Giza dream sheets.

00:20:41.000 Go get pillow.

00:20:42.000 Producer Connor, he walked in with his pillow once because he just needed it in between breaks.

00:20:48.000 It was so beautiful.

00:20:49.000 And in fact, I saw someone walking around with Giza dream sheets, and I was like, Why are you walking around Giza dream sheets?

00:20:56.000 And they said, Look, don't judge me, but when I take my catnap at lunch, I need my Giza dream sheets.

00:21:02.000 It was kind of weird, but they did use promo code Kirk, so I gave him a fist bump.

00:21:05.000 Mypillow.com, promo code Kirk.

00:21:08.000 Give high-energy Mike Lindell, not low energy like Jeb, a boost.

00:21:12.000 Mypillow.com, get a bunch of slippers, dream sheets, pillows, and more.

00:21:16.000 Promo code Kirk.

00:21:20.000 Never interfere with your enemy while he's in the process of destroying himself.

00:21:27.000 Napoleon Bonaparte.

00:21:29.000 Instead, we did the opposite.

00:21:31.000 Instead, we're reading from Mark Milley's art of war, which is arm the enemy whenever you can and give him aforementioned notice before you attack.

00:21:43.000 Mitch McConnell's reading Mark Milley's abridged version of how to lose every time you fight and win medals.

00:21:53.000 Mitch McConnell, just hand it on a silver platter to Chuck Schumer.

00:21:58.000 Chuck Schumer knows that we are not in a constitutional moment right now.

00:22:02.000 I wish we were.

00:22:03.000 The Constitution is the greatest political document ever written.

00:22:06.000 This is a question of the will.

00:22:08.000 It's a question of political will.

00:22:10.000 Who wants it more? 0.90

00:22:11.000 Who is willing to hold the line when it's 50-50 in the Senate? 0.63

00:22:15.000 The leverage is minimal.

00:22:18.000 And in fact, it's not even 50-50 in the Senate because you have Mansion and Cinema that are leaning more towards the center.

00:22:24.000 Cut 110, Chuck Schumer says the debt limit can be done without a reconciliation deal.

00:22:30.000 The solution is either Republicans join us and raise in the debt limit or stay out of the way.

00:22:34.000 And I think these comments from Chuck Schumer are important because I want every Republican out there to realize that when the Democrats are winning, they are rubbing it in our face.

00:22:44.000 And some Democrat senators, some Republican senators are now coming up and they are stunned.

00:22:49.000 How dare he do this?

00:22:51.000 You think we're still living in the same country, don't you?

00:22:54.000 Senators from South Dakota, Senator Portman.

00:22:58.000 You think we're still living in the 1980s where the Democrats actually want what's best for America?

00:23:04.000 The Democrats want to destroy the country.

00:23:06.000 We know this.

00:23:07.000 This is not new stuff.

00:23:09.000 It's not profound thinking.

00:23:12.000 They want to see America completely obliterated, the Constitution shredded and remade in their own San Francisco, Brooklyn, Malibu, Manhattan image, where there is no cultural identity, where you live in sexual anarchy, where private property is a thing of the past, and the ruling class controls everything.

00:23:36.000 We know this.

00:23:37.000 And Schumer is willing to get there.

00:23:40.000 Schumer is willing to get it done.

00:23:43.000 Republicans are not.

00:23:46.000 Republicans are trying to protect a country that no longer exists.

00:23:51.000 Let me say that again.

00:23:52.000 Republicans are trying to protect a country that no longer exists.

00:23:56.000 I'm not saying America is gone.

00:23:58.000 That is not what I'm saying.

00:23:59.000 But they're trying to protect and preserve as if the Senate leader on the Democrat side is going to give them, you know, I want to thank the Republican colleagues for getting this done.

00:24:11.000 Instead, he turns to the Democrats and says, I want to thank our side for winning from the Republican manufactured default.

00:24:18.000 Don't be surprised and shocked when the bottom dwellers of the United States Senate, otherwise known as Democrats, do this.

00:24:25.000 Cut 110.

00:24:27.000 This is when Joe Manchin literally gets up and leaves.

00:24:30.000 I have respect for Manchin for doing that.

00:24:32.000 He knew it was going to make national news.

00:24:33.000 Play cut 110.

00:24:35.000 I appreciate that at the end of the day, we were able to raise the debt limit without a convoluted and unnecessary reconciliation process that until today, the Republican leader claimed was the only way to address the debt limit.

00:24:50.000 Let me say that again.

00:24:52.000 Today's vote is proof positive that the debt limit can be addressed without going through the reconciliation process, just as Democrats have been saying for months.

00:25:03.000 The solution is for Republicans to either join us in raising the debt limit or stay out of the way and let Democrats address the debt limit ourselves.

00:25:14.000 Those are the two choices, and it's very simple.

00:25:18.000 And then, on top of this, there's been a disastrous jobs report.

00:25:21.000 Only 194,000 jobs added versus 500,000 expected, plus runaway inflation, rising prices, declining consumer confidence.

00:25:33.000 I said this in the break to our team. 0.61

00:25:35.000 McConnell's not dumb, but he might be weak. 0.97

00:25:43.000 And that's the question. 0.90

00:25:46.000 Was there a fear that he was going to be blamed by the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal and CNN for raising the debt limit or for not raising the debt limit and putting us into some sort of credit crisis or default?

00:26:03.000 And let's be very clear: we are already a debtor nation.

00:26:07.000 We are long past the point of fiscal solvency.

00:26:10.000 We've been saying this on our program for quite some time.

00:26:13.000 In fact, I'm very proud and I'm very thankful for how our team has stayed focused on how the national debt is an existential crisis to our country.

00:26:22.000 We are not one of those modern monetary theory programs.

00:26:26.000 We are not.

00:26:27.000 We believe that objective value remains.

00:26:31.000 We believe we are governed by the laws of nature and nature's God, which goes all the way from honoring your mother and father to telling the truth to all human life has dignity, to you cannot create fiat currency and act as if it's going to magically create value and wealth.

00:26:49.000 Borrow yourself into oblivion as if that's going to create prosperity.

00:26:52.000 All of those things are equally true.

00:26:55.000 Force equals mass times acceleration, and deficits make your country less free.

00:26:59.000 All of those things are true.

00:27:01.000 And so now we see at this moment of time Republicans that want to continue to play ball with Democrats.

00:27:12.000 And if the Republican Party can't even stand for simple fiscal conservatism and not spending endlessly into the ground, then what good are they?

00:27:22.000 They don't do anything on the cultural issues, abortion, guns.

00:27:26.000 They won't touch immigration.

00:27:28.000 In fact, they want open borders.

00:27:30.000 They want endless wars overseas.

00:27:32.000 And now they can't even pull off the simple thing that they say they're good at, which is the economic aspect of this.

00:27:41.000 And from a purely negotiation standpoint, Democrats are celebrating like you wouldn't believe.

00:27:47.000 Let's play cut 114 of Sean Hannity going after Mitch McConnell.

00:27:53.000 And then I want to give an update on Afghanistan after a short message from one of our partners, Cut 114.

00:27:59.000 Way, Democrats, they're now mocking him and taking a huge victory lap.

00:28:04.000 McConnell caved.

00:28:05.000 That was a headline on Drudge, and that was a headline of Senator Elizabeth Warren. 0.54

00:28:11.000 Senator Elizabeth Warren is correct.

00:28:14.000 Mitch caved.

00:28:16.000 And this brings us to an important question for Mitch McConnell.

00:28:19.000 Why would you, the Republican leader in the Senate, why would you support raising the debt ceiling knowing what the Democrats' plans are?

00:28:26.000 And that is to spend the $3.5 trillion on this socialist Green New Deal.

00:28:31.000 McConnell's office claiming that he was looking to avert a default with a short-term extension at a dollar with a fixed dollar amount. 0.62

00:28:40.000 At least they responded to us.

00:28:43.000 At least they responded to us.

00:28:45.000 At least they wrote us back.

00:28:46.000 I was pleased to see Sean Hannity go after McConnell last night.

00:28:50.000 It's Friday, and the weekend is about to begin.

00:28:52.000 And if you've got $100 burning a hole in your pocket, there's lots of ways you can spend it.

00:28:57.000 Maybe you and your spouse can go to a concert.

00:28:58.000 Maybe you could take your family out for dinner.

00:29:00.000 Any of those would be fun and entertain you.

00:29:02.000 But how about going to charliekirk.com instead and clicking on the Alliance Defending Freedom banner and make a gift to protect your most precious freedoms and the future of your kids and grandkids?

00:29:11.000 Our rights are under constant attack.

00:29:13.000 But you and ADF can join forces to fight for religious liberty and freedom of speech.

00:29:17.000 ADF is a Christian, nonprofit legal defense organization.

00:29:21.000 They are a phenomenal organization.

00:29:23.000 And we asked actually one of ADF's top attorneys why joining forces with you is so important.

00:29:29.000 Let's play cut four, please, ADF.

00:29:31.000 Well, it actually started with the original vision of this, that we did not just want to be a standalone legal organization.

00:29:37.000 We want it to be an alliance.

00:29:39.000 We are not called to do this alone, but rather to join together with other Christians, with other people that just share our religious beliefs, that share our value of free speech even, and fight these battles together as one.

00:29:50.000 So now it's your turn.

00:29:52.000 A donation of $100 to the Freedom Fund helps ensure that ADF can remain fully funded and on the job.

00:29:58.000 Ready to step in anytime your freedoms are challenged.

00:30:00.000 Join me right now in supporting Alliance Defending Freedoms.

00:30:03.000 Go to charliekirk.com and click on the ADF banner or go 888-670-1599, charliekirk.com.

00:30:08.000 Click on the banner.

00:30:10.000 So we're going to pause on the Republicans handing Chuck Schumer a gift and bailing out the Democrat Party.

00:30:17.000 Meanwhile, their numbers are going down.

00:30:18.000 I want to give a short update of something that's been going on in Afghanistan.

00:30:22.000 And this is a really important kind of story that we have not covered this week.

00:30:28.000 And so there is new evidence to show that the terrorists who killed the 13 Marines were released by the Taliban from Bagram Air Base.

00:30:40.000 Remember the 13 Marines that were killed in one day?

00:30:43.000 Well, this right here now goes to show that new evidence out is pointing to the story that they were intentionally and knowingly released from an air base that we gave up.

00:31:02.000 Now, this is very important.

00:31:04.000 And the Senate, of course, and hopefully our congressional bodies, maybe they should start investigating this, not investigating whether or not a bunch of people walked into the Capitol building and took selfies.

00:31:17.000 But then breaking news today, and this is the story that I want to connect all of it.

00:31:21.000 The son of Afghanistan's former defense minister buys a $20 million Beverly Hills mansion in addition to a $5.2 million Miami Beach condo.

00:31:34.000 So when we spend a trillion dollars in Afghanistan, we give the Taliban $87 billion in weapons, and then in return, the defense minister makes out like bandits, funded by our taxpayer dollars.

00:31:56.000 What did we get out of all of our time and energy in Afghanistan?

00:32:01.000 Well, it continues by going through the specifics of the House.

00:32:04.000 And how is it the defense minister of Afghanistan made so much money?

00:32:09.000 We knowingly and willingly allowed the ruling class of Afghanistan to get rich, and now the Taliban is controlling that country, and then we just gave them tens of billions of dollars of weapons.

00:32:25.000 And everything that happened in Afghanistan, because all of our sources told us this, and we were on the case earlier, is pointing to that island sovereign nation outside of China.

00:32:37.000 And the drums of war, everybody, they're heating up.

00:32:41.000 The lack of questions in Afghanistan and our military's failure is now as a segue into now what is going to become, I believe, the focus of American foreign policy in the months and years to come.

00:32:56.000 We made the prediction as Kabul fell, because of our inside sources, that China is now going to mobilize against Taiwan.

00:33:05.000 We're going to dive into the new news of Xi Jinping demanding United States get out of Taiwan.

00:33:11.000 They are planning an invasion soon, everybody.

00:33:14.000 It could spiral the world into war. 0.78

00:33:17.000 But maybe the best war is one that's never fought if China knew that we meant business.

00:33:24.000 I've been telling you guys about Relief Factor for quite some time.

00:33:27.000 And truth is, I know millions of people are in fact, 100 million people are in some kind of pain.

00:33:31.000 Look, producer Andrew, he couldn't walk. 0.76

00:33:33.000 He was a hobbled individual.

00:33:35.000 He was bedridden in his chair, complaining all the time.

00:33:39.000 And then all of a sudden, we got this call from Relief Factor.

00:33:41.000 They said, hey, we want to partner with your show.

00:33:43.000 We're going to send you some Relief Factor.

00:33:45.000 Producer Andrew got it.

00:33:46.000 He took it, got a little bit better, took some more, got a little bit better.

00:33:49.000 Next thing you know, he's doing the Fallsberry flop like you wouldn't believe.

00:33:53.000 In fact, he might be training for an Ironman.

00:33:56.000 It's pretty incredible.

00:33:57.000 Now, he says it's thanks to Relief Factor.

00:33:59.000 I ask him all the time, Relief Factor?

00:34:01.000 He says relief factor.com, 100% drug-free supplement.

00:34:16.000 That is relieffactor.com.

00:34:18.000 I'm telling you, a lot of people are in pain.

00:34:20.000 It's 100% drug-free.

00:34:21.000 Don't go to opioids.

00:34:22.000 Don't go to these other things.

00:34:23.000 Check it out at relieffactor.com.

00:34:28.000 Taiwan, an island nation right off the coast of China with its own language, its own history, its own people, is being targeted by the Chinese Communist Party.

00:34:39.000 Xi will not be deterred. 0.73

00:34:41.000 Xi Jiping has a habit of actually doing what he says he's going to do.

00:34:49.000 Now, there is new evidence to show that United States troops have been in Taiwan training the Taiwanese military against a coming war with China.

00:35:00.000 And China is now warning the United States, saying that they need to leave.

00:35:05.000 And the United States should respond and say, how's Wuhan going nowadays?

00:35:10.000 Should be a one-sentence response.

00:35:12.000 How's the weather in Wuhan? 1.00

00:35:14.000 Thanks for the biochemical attack, you soulless, godless liars and enemies of the United States. 0.99

00:35:21.000 I want to replay this clip. 0.96

00:35:23.000 We played it in a previous broadcast of General Jack Keen, Cut 13 of General Jack Keene, laying out the ways that Xi Ji Ping can move on Taiwan.

00:35:34.000 Cut 13. 0.83

00:35:36.000 What he could do is prop down on one of Taiwan's islands, which is closer to the mainland, with military capability.

00:35:42.000 What are we going to do?

00:35:44.000 Are we going to react to that or not?

00:35:45.000 My reaction to that, put military forces into Taiwan if he does that.

00:35:49.000 He could blockade a major port. 0.93

00:35:53.000 All smallest steps to break the resolve and will of Taiwan.

00:35:58.000 He could go for what I call a quick kill, and that is massive air and missile attack, going after the National Command Authority and the elites inside of Taiwan and force a surrender very quickly in two to three days.

00:36:12.000 Cut 16, General Jack Keene continues on how what is happening right now can lead to war.

00:36:19.000 And let me be very clear.

00:36:21.000 We might not be ready for this.

00:36:23.000 The great Michael Anton and the now passed away, tragically, Angelo Cotavilla from the Claremont Institute and Hillsdale College, which, by the way, hillsdale.edu, the beacon of the north.

00:36:33.000 I went there for a couple days the other day.

00:36:34.000 It was phenomenal.

00:36:36.000 They make an argument that the United States should stay out.

00:36:40.000 And the argument is the following.

00:36:42.000 Angelo Cotavilla, when he was alive, he just recently passed away, said this.

00:36:47.000 Said that if we are not unified over the basic things on the homeland, we are not prepared to fight an adversary overseas.

00:36:56.000 That the worst time to get involved in entanglements overseas is if your country is bitterly divided and can't agree on basic things.

00:37:06.000 Cut 16, Xi Jiping, on how Taiwan can lead to a war unlike anything we've ever seen before.

00:37:14.000 Cut 16.

00:37:15.000 This is going to be a crisis, I think, that is going to get worse before.

00:37:20.000 Wow, this is profound what you're saying here, General.

00:37:22.000 We respect your views entirely.

00:37:25.000 What we're describing here is the world going back to war at some point after 2022.

00:37:29.000 I mean, that's profound.

00:37:30.000 Xi is 68 years old, and you said at the beginning of this conversation, listen to what he says, and he has said repeatedly that this issue will be resolved.

00:37:39.000 He has a tendency to do what he says.

00:37:41.000 Tendency to do what he says.

00:37:43.000 Now, none of this is surprising for our program.

00:37:46.000 We've been covering the Taiwan issue for quite some time.

00:37:50.000 And there's a relation between what happened in Afghanistan and what's happening in Taiwan.

00:37:55.000 The United States, we do not have an embassy in Kabul anymore.

00:37:59.000 We will run out of the country.

00:38:00.000 And who does? 1.00

00:38:01.000 China.

00:38:02.000 China is a border country of Afghanistan.

00:38:06.000 And so China trying to build a network with natural resources and capabilities to be able to take Taiwan, they needed Afghanistan.

00:38:16.000 The foreign ministry spokesman said, quote, China will take all necessary measures to protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

00:38:25.000 Evil dictatorships have a tendency to first, before trying to conquer foreign lands, they try to go after lands that they believe are rightfully theirs.

00:38:42.000 In 1936, on March 7th, German troops marched into the Rhineland in violation of the Treaty of Versailles.

00:38:50.000 Why? 0.67

00:38:51.000 Because they believed it was theirs.

00:38:54.000 When evil countries decide to try to take back what they think is theirs in defiance of the sovereignty of another, it usually doesn't end well.

00:39:04.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
